Good Day, Hello, and hello again. This is Wellness Day, the Wellness Day edition of the Run Edwards American Experience. I am your happy host, Ron Edwards, and man oh man, oh man, as we continue to chug along here in the United States of America. Oh, I tell your life is truly being challenged once again. The Democrats, even the Supreme Court and other elements of our nation are really proving how desperate they are to destroy what's left of this great nation. And I've said it since I don't know, before high school. The Democrats their main mission is to destroy this country. That the only reason at the time they hadn't destroyed the whole country because they just happened. What's up, folks, stay tuned, be right back after these important men. Because they hadn't well, yeah, what was that? Elmer Fudd jumping in my way like that you better back up. But anyway, back at the ranch, it seems that you know, you know, and I used to tell people years ago that that the Democrats wanted to do to the United States as a whole what they had already done to the black community. Destruction, broken up the families, made the females hate the males, mistreat the boys who grow up bidder, become criminalized, et cetera, et cetera, just creating vicious cycles of inhumanity and uncivilized behavior and stupefication, multi generational stupefication through the government school system. And those who did squeeze through will become doctors and lawyers and politicians, etc. Would be immoral individuals, people like Jockie Schumer and many others, and on the Democrat side, and also a smattering of Republican rhinos as well, having that same mindset, like the Bushes, Kenzinger's, Murkowski, Collins, just to name a few rhinos. And then you have the rhinos in the Supreme Court, Justice Roberts, Chief Justice Roberts, that is excuse me, and oh boy, it just goes on and on and on, and so the war is on and we knew, we had a hint that this was going to happen, they would try to find some way they couldn't couldn't do it through the legal means, because we won. Our side won at the ballot box so overwhelmingly that their cheating wasn't large enough to overcome like it did in the twenty twenty election. So victory was at hand, and we enjoy enjoyed it for a bit. Then all of a sudden, you started getting these judicial rulings from hither and yarn obstructing presidential actions, which are all mandated and approved by the Constitution, by the way, so it's basically doing to the president what they long ago did to many parents. To American parents, Ah, you cannot spank your child anymore. Ah, you cannot teach have the Bible taught in government schools. Ah, you cannot have the Ten Commandments in schools. You can't. You can't. You can't, you can't, you can't, Which leads to what the opposite. You can do. Evil. You can let in twenty million illegal border crossers if you're Democrats. You can try to obstruct the building of the wall. You can obstruct and stop a good education like Ali Obama did. Remember when he first got into office the first time, and he they put the kebash on an all black high school, Dunbar High School, I believe in Washington, d c. Which the graduation rate of going to college was higher than the top white private school in that area. It was a very superior school, male school. And the last thing that Democrats want is a bunch of successful, morally, straight upstanding, cut nation of proving young black men. That's their biggest Oh that's like, oh my god. I guess the only thing they hate more than that is God. And so the battle is on. These black robes gone wild have had just they're just feeling their oats and it's it's just an awful, awful thing. And so now we're right back almost to the position we were before the election. And what do we all say. It's in God's hands. And that's what we have to keep doing. What we do, whatever our metron is. We have to keep pushing on. The Republicans have to slap you know, have to stand on the Constitution and push back. President Trump has to do what he has to do, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. We've got to try to get these hearings moved to judges that are at least even minded on the issues and understand that, hey, the President Trump by protecting the nation from illegal border crosses, he's doing his job. That's the law. And for any black Robe's gone wild judge to obstruct that and say, well, I want all those Basically, I want all those criminals back, and how dare you throw human debris out of our country? We want them to run all over everyone. We want them continuing to rape the American citizenry. And you may think that I'm exaggerating by putting it that way, but I am not, because if they didn't, they wouldn't fight to have these people remain the particular ones that we're doing all these criminal activities. And the reason why they want all of this calamity in our country not just for calamity's sake, but it is through calamity that society breaks down, and then they can usher in their complete Marxist agenda full throttle and smash us. And so they think that we've finally found a way. Well, the only thing that will help them get their way is if all of a sudden God says, well, I'll let them have their way this time, or the president just stopped doing what he's constitutionally mandated to do. I mean, when you're doing the right thing, you have to continue to do the right thing, no matter what some black robes gone wild judge does or says. Now, that's the way I see it. When you're doing the right thing, you have to continue doing the right thing. You have no choice, in my humble opinion, no matter what these leftist pigs want to say in government schools and liberal churches. You have to raise your children and the right way that they should go so that when they are old, they do not depart. It is what it is. And so we have to look at our constitution. We have to look at some of the federalists papers. Bring them out and let these knuckleheads know, Hey, look look, bub we're not stupid. As ron o'd reagan said, we are the drivers of the car. We tell the we turn the wheel and tell the car which way to go. And if we want what's good for our country, we the people who are paying for all this through our tax dollars, have the right to demand it hitherto and then tell them that's. The way it is. What's the way it should be, and that's the way it's going to be. Like it or lump it. And if they don't like it, you can tell them two words. We're back and you're listening to the run EVERGS American Experience Wellness Day Edition. Our guest today is doctor Mary O'Donnell's. He's an internist and she does a great job. Hello, Doc, and welcome back. Thank you, Ron. It's always good to be on your show. Thank you so much. You know. You are an internest. And one of the things that really concerns me is and I don't know if this is part of your area of expertise, but a lot of people are taking things like ozembic and there's another major diet drug that people are taking that they're they're reaping bad benefit, not benefits, but bad reactions in their bodies allegedly. You know, many people are threatened with cancer and the thyroid and other problems and they're losing the weight. But there are other horrible things happening. Government allows these kinds of horrible things on the market, knowing that they're bad, but yet in many cases, is they try to obstruct our ability to get our hands on things that are actually good for us. What say you, you know, run one of the part of the part of the problem. I'm so glad that Bobby Kennedy is addressing some of this is really our food. Our food is a hot mess. We are one of the most obese nations in the world. You know, it used to be that, you know, we would be healthy and people were out there, you know, all day in the yard, all day in the fields, walking and by bicycle riding, and they're not doing that. And we are one of the most obese nations, if not the most obese, and we're not willing to put the time in. So suddenly these drugs that are going to cause you to lose the weight, they are rot with complications. I don't prescribe them myself, but I understand the people are, you know, three and four hundred pounds and they're they're desperate. But part of that is let's get the food fixed, and then let's get our exercise. You know, in schools anymore, they don't have the physit. Oftentimes we need to be exercising, eating healthy, eating properly, and instead of fast food junk. When we correct some of that, we won't even needios epic emo genre that's out there. Yeah. I've known people you know all my life and they've always told me, Ron, I don't know how you exercise every day or almost every day. I don't have time to do it. And now, through my own personal research and looking into things, I've found that you can do some very very intense workout and get both muscular as well as aerobic activity and get some very great results, especially if you use like kettlebells, kettlebell swings especially, you do those for a few minutes, ten minutes or so, and you get a heck of a workout for your entire body. What say you? Absolutely? You know? Ron? Unfortunately, I was one of those that unfortunately gained weight during my senatorial race because I wasn't exercising. Since the race is over and I started again, I'm toning down again. Every single night. Every single night before I go to bed, I literally do two hundred sit ups. That takes me eight minutes. Two hundred situps eight minutes. Now I do leglists and I do some arm stuff, you know, with some what I got the kettle bells, sitting inside the bed, and I'll make sure that I do that. And the kettle bells cost down or fifteen bucks or something. It depends on the weight. I suggest, since you seem to be already in pretty good shape, you get maybe one that's twenty five or thirty pounds to start off with, and you do those swings properly. Here's here's a real good way to get a great workout. It's called a ten minute drill. For thirty seconds, you do your swings, sit it down for thirty seconds, pick it back up, do thirty thirty on, thirty off for ten minutes, and you get a full body workout. I mean, I still do my other full body workout stuff with dumbells and the heavyweights like deadlifts and everything. A few hundred pound with the dead lifts because you have to really lift heavy stuff with your whole body weight. And then there's another one thing called the farmer's walk. You do a few minutes of walking around with heavy kettlebells back and forth for an entire minute. Do that three times and you can, like I said, you can get an intense workout in twenty to twenty five minutes. You're good to go and you see results in a few weeks. I mean from head to toe. You do. And you know, those that aren't necessarily interested in that, just getting out and walking fifteen or twenty minutes a day is going to increase the cardiovascular output, you know. So yes, and there's a. Full gamut anywhere between the total body and just getting the heart moving, just getting us moving. We are so sedentary anymore. So absolutely I can't embrace any more strongly because there's no more strength to embrace. That's how strong I feel about. We've got to be moving to be Exercis's got to be moving, you know. So do what you can do and then increase. So Ron, kudos to you that you've got the kettlebells and doing the total body workout. But yes, we need to be healthy as a nation, as a people. There are so many Even cancers are associated with an increased risk with obesity. Obesity presents an increased risk for cancer. Yeah, and one more, one more question about that. I also read that as you get older, you need to do heavy weights, especially men, for bone density and it reminds your legs not to get weak because one of the early early signs of death. Early death is once the legs get weak. And I've seen older people they walk around and you know, their heads are twitching around, you know how sparrows, you know, little birds, their heads are looking around like that. And you'll see old people walk around like that and they have weak legs and that's because they didn't do squats and they didn't do heavy lifting. And I think I've read that your strength, the stronger you are, the longer you live. If you have a strong grip and you have strong legs, let's say. You as a doctor, Oh, there's no doubt about it. But really it's not so much that it's the grip strength that the grip strength tells us and is an indication of how strong you are overall. So yes, absolutely there's a correlation with that because the stronger that that grip strength is, that tells us that you as an individual are stronger. And then, yes, hence the longer life expectancy. Now, nutritionally, what we put in our body. I just had I just threw out a full bag of potato chips because it was a particular brand. We've been getting its organic, you know, all it looks wonderful and wonderful. Well recently, very recently, since RFK has been installed, you know, they they didn't have any of the harmful things, you know, chemically, so they said, well, you know what, We'll put sugar in them now, and I just do the whole thing out because I won't eat sugar. What say you? White sugar is one of the most dangerous things that are and one of the most dangerous things we have accessible on our diet. We absolutely should not be taking in white sugar. And yes, everything is candy coated if you will, with sugar, So we need to be very very careful and as due to that because yes, that also is a cancer chemical agent, and it's it is not good for our help between the obesity that it lends to, between the diabetes. You know, diabetes is an all time epidemic right now, and part of that is so much associated with the sugar in our diet and the obesity that we have as a culture. Shure. Yeah, and the American diet is an insult to common sense. You take the same products cereal wise, for instance, in our country, and put fruit loops in in Great Britain, and in Great Britain they're they're natural flavors, you know, from fruit, whereas in the United States, which I would think it costs more. Rather than squeezing fruitial, they squeeze artificial flavorings which are chemical based and harmful for our children. It's like they don't like us here in the United States for some reason, and they're willing to pay extra to have two different kinds of the same thing based upon chemical or fruit based sweeteners. I mean, what is it about the American people that they dislike us so much? They're they're they're willing to go through so many hoops just to poison the American people, but they respect the laws of other nations and the efforts of other nations not to have those chemicals in their foods. What what what causes that in our country? Do you? From your estimation? So I think some of that as the American people is an instant gratification society, and we want things that look pretty, enact pretty, and make us feel good quickly. Some of the chemicals that are added to the especially the fruit loops. If you put a bag of fruit loops that you can get in the UK besides ours, the UK is pale in comparison and not near as bright, not near as attractive. So we're trying to, you know, tract and please the eye, if you will, on some of these things, because it is more appealing. And yet when you look at it and roll it back, it's because of the dyes that are dangerous. There was just a state. I'm trying to think whether that was Louisiana. I should recall us right off, but they have made a state legislation and had passed to get rid of the food colors of the yellow and the red, and it was just so they passed this and it passed almost unanimously. And now, of course some of the big suppliers are saying, wait, wait, wait, what does this mean now for the whole food chain and supply chain? What does that mean? You know, it's going to be a million dollars that we're going to have to redo and not sell in this particular state. And I want ron help me know, help me if you know I think it was Louisiana. I think I think you're right because I read about that recent in the not too distant past, and I believe it's Louisiana as well. But I know there was a state that did that, and I was like, man, I was hoping that other states would jump on that bandwagon and make it easier for the switchover. If the American people would demand that rather than settle for second best, rather than be that instant gratification society and say, you know what, no, this is worth it because we're so shortsighted. I want it now, and they're not paying attention to what does that mean fifteen years from now? What kind of cancers you're going to have, what kind of diabetes you're going to have because you didn't eat properly now and it's going to you know, worsen and worsen their health in the future. So it's got to be aware of that and not be so instant gratification society. Absolutely, any final words on this and how we can tune up our insights, you know. And it's funny because I tell a patience sometimes that losing weight is very simple. Being healthy is really very simple, but it's not easy. So you know, those that are listening, I encourage you, you can do this. It really is a matter of health. And when I say it's simple, but it's not easy, we all know how eat less and exercise more. We know that Okay, you know one plus one in this case does equal to but it's not easy. If it was easy, we wouldn't be in obe society. We wouldn't be a chronic conditioned society that keeps my office going. So I just want to, you know, commend the people that are listening. Guys, we can do this. We want to be healthier for your future, for your kids, for your green kids, for yourself. Where do you want to be when you're seventeen eighty? Do you want to be using a walk and cane and you can't do it? Or you still want to be doing your laps in the swimming pool. So we can do it and let's embrace that. Just because they called it wa GOOVI and ozmpic and said it was FDA approved, did. I go oh, it must be safe and effective. I don't know why these people's stomachs are being paralyzed and why they say they're going to develop cancer in their thyroid after a year. And you know, there's so many ways, there's so many interpretations of sickness. Illness and wellness another form of sickness that's going or permeating our republic right now. It's not just sickness in our bodies, but bloodthirsty anti Trump resistance sickness. They're one of many anti Trump resistance rallies that recently occurred. You had lunatics carrying posters and signs threatening the assassination of President Trump and a guillotine for Elon Musk. Assassination they said is the highest form of public service. Now. This left wing resistance rally included one man carrying a pitchfork with a picture of Elon Musk's head on it. He wore a tax the rich T shirt. The guillotine was a method of executing those condemned to death during the French Revolution. The Jacobin government that used the guillotine was called the Reign of Terror. Today, Jacobin is the name of a popular Marxist publication. This resistance rally started off the day after Frederick City Hall in Frederick County, Maryland, and then marched to the local Baker Park to hear calls for slavery reparations and other causes. It was held on the International Women's Day March eighth, which was the idea of a Marxist theorist, Clara Zetkin and established in the nineteen tenth International Socialist Women's Conference in Copenhagen. Now she thought women's equality was necessary to establish a socialist society. What that means in practice is getting women out of the house and into the workforce so the job of raising children can be left to the state. Alarmed by the direct calls for violence being made by females, they were calls to the local FBI office about those threats and was directed to the Baltimore, Maryland FBI office, and no one picked up the phone. So then they tried to reach the local sheriff's office, and the deputy said they couldn't act unless there was violence of an actual conspiracy to kill President Trump or Musk. So, in other words, people were beating the crap out of you know, in the streets, if they saw a Trump's supporter and they beat them up, or they broke into a bakery or whatever, there's nothing the police or the local sheriff's office would do. And we saw that already happening in our country in twenty twenty after the George Saint George Floyd death, cities all across the nation were allowed to burn to a crisp. Of course, it would probably be too late, considering that you only would take a course of action after someone is shot dead or whatever. Considering the state of the FBI, which was unable or unwilling to stop the Butler Pennsylvania a assassination attempt on President Trump, I'm not surprised now we see that. Doctor. I'm sorry, Director cash Ptel. You know, I don't know what he's doing, Bud. In my humble opinion, he needs to act very quickly as Democrats are openly embracing resistance that includes threats of violence. Now, isn't it amazing how many in the sick government will become openly active and aggravated if they kept someone praying outside of an abortion mill. But yet you can bash someone's window in you can block traffic. I forgot about that too. There's still places all over the country. If Muslims decide to block up an inner section, it's okay. And if you try to go ahead and drive your car even slowly through the crowd, not running anyone over, but pushing your way through because they cannot stop a motor vehicle which is moving that you can get in big heap of trouble. Even if they jump on the top of your car which is moving slowly, and you speed up and they fall off. See this is also sickness. Another form of sickness a lack of morality, a lack of empathy towards others and their property. Another sign at one of these rallies on display showed Princess Leia, a female character from Star Wars, with an automatic weapon. It declared, well behaved women rarely defeat empires. A woman's place is in the revolution, said another female with a sign. Still another said no women's liberation without Palestinian liberation. Now what an irony that is? Because I would love to ask the women amongst the Palestinians if they really enjoy life in that hell hole where they are made sick via beatings throughout their entire life, or as nine year old girls are married off to grown men in their forties and fifties. Hence, destroying Israel and America are the objectives of and feminist and transactivists are the shock troops. Lacey Grace Nelson the transgender activists also known as Justin Thomas Nelson, another sick individual is charged with hurling incendiary devices at a Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado. Now I've covered and read about literally dozens of demonstrations on the left from anti New Clear protest featuring Jane Fonda, who openly communist conference is sponsored by the Worker's World Party, and have never witnessed such a hunger for death and destruction. And I would say that that's the influence of the Islamic influence that continues to permeate and squeeze its way deeper and deeper into the depths of our society. This is the anti Trump resistance. They want Trump and Elon Musk, a special government employee running doors, to be dead, not bump out of power, but literally dead. This is how sick these people are, and this is how desperately we need a wellness cure for this society. President Trump has already survived two assassination attempts and is clearly in the crosshairs for more attempts. This resistance gathering at Frederick, Maryland in the Washington DC area was backed by a local group called Rise Up Frederick, which meets at the local Cavalry United Methodist Church. What an irony there right now? How sick is that you have a communist Muslim boot licking organization called Rise Up Frederick meeting at a local Cavalry United Methodist church and you see what you know? You Sometimes people have wondered, why why do you always say that the church is immoral and they should just be returned to the principles of God. Well, that's a perfect example right there. Also, the local Democrat Party meets there at that church with them, which advised participants to make and bring creative signs of resistance. Now, those death threats were certainly creative and very dangerous, and that's just one of many, many, many of these splinter groups throughout the United States of America. They couldn't have their way at the election booth. They're upset because they wanted to destroy this country under the Biden administration. Actually, they wanted to destroy this country under the Ali Obama administration, and they were stopped by Trump and the first administration that he oversaw. And they saw how Trump was speedily cleaning up house, and so now the black robes have gone wild and decided to try to plug things up. If it were me, okay, I would walk around with a copy of the Constitution. I actually a bunch of them, and I would hand carry these constitutions over to these judges and say, you know what, sir or madam, your rulings shall be ignored because legally, according to the Constitution, I have to do my job. I have to do the will of the people. And then I'd show them a map of how far reaching Trump's election was. If you look at the map, I mean, my goodness, the whole country's covered almost And then I'd say, you know, do what you will, but I'm going to do my job, and I tell him to kiss off or her. Director Cash Batel of the FBI is trying to reform the FBI and get agents to respond to real threats from criminals and terrorists. Clearly they didn't monitor that event, and they don't want to clean up America. Welcome to this Wellness Day edition of the Run Edwards American Experience. And oh boy, as we continue to march through, got a bit of an announcement to make. Yesterday, during the show. In fact, it was at the beginning of the show I got a call from my niece and that sharing the news that my sister had passed. We knew that things were not going well in recent weeks, but we thought it wouldn't come this soon. And so I'm still doing the show because I know that she would have her foot up my backside, telling me get back to work and do what you do. And so that's why I continued to do the show even though kind of it really hurts. And so I just wanted to share that with you, my audience, because I consider you all part of in a sense, part of my family, my friends, fellow patriots, fellow lovers of God, and sisters and brothers in Christ in liberty. So anyway, as we move on, as we look at the other sick aspects of our society, this wellness day. Constitutionally speaking, the third branch of government, the judicial branch, exist only for three little reasons. Three One to uphold, protect, and force and preserve the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Number two, to equally apply the laws adopted by Congress without any partisan, ethnic, or other prejudice. Three to settle disputes peacefully in a court room, rather than by force of the streets. Now I don't see. I could go over them again and again and again and again and again and again. Okay, I could do that. And the reason why I could because I continue to desperately see where or where is it stated that the third branch of government has the right to obstruct the legal and rightful action of a sitting president. I just can't find it. None of these purposes can be served by unconstitutional common law law fare courts. Oh, how many times have you heard someone say, or have you referenced our constitutional rights? We do not have any constitutional rights. They were not meant for us. I used to cringe, Okay, when I was just a little boy growing up in Cleveland. I used to cringe when I'd see when I'd see these lesser educated individuals on television saying our small constitutional rights, and I'd go what rule? The United States Constitution is not a document defining our rights as legal American sovereigns of the United States. It is not. It's a document establishing a federal government under certain terms and conditions, and assigning the different branches of that government with certain specified, separate duties and the powers to carry out those duties. And see that is why I, as a little boy, as a little lad, I would cringe when I'd see these lesser educated adults saying, I want some constitutional ribers. Okay, I used to and I knew what was going to happen. And you know what they said. Okay, then the limits that were placed upon government will be placed upon you, and we will exercise out of the Bill of Rights as the government and push you around like you were a lawnmower. But what about the Bill of Rights again? The Bill of Rights, that document is not an enumeration of people's rights. Instead, it is a list of additional specified prohibitions. See they prohibit the government power. Each of the ten amendments in the Bill of Rights is a specific prohibition of federal authority, establishing that all other rights and powers remain with the power the people under the Ninth Amendment or the states under the Tenth Amendment. These two founding documents only establish the limited powers of the federal government. They have nothing to do, nothing at all to do with the rights of we the people other than the Bill of Rights is a specific protection of certain people's natural rights via the prohibition of federal authority in those areas, such as the inalienable right to keep in bare arms. Our rights do not come from government. Their power and authorities come from us, which comes from God. The Founding Fathers document that talks about our rights as American citizen or sovereign. As I like to say. See, when you're a sovereign, that means you are not a war of the state. That's why I always throw that word in there. Now you have the Declaration of Independence. The true source of our rights is established in the opening stanza of that document, which goes such as this, to assume among the powers of the Earth the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of Nature's God entitled them. The laws of nature and Nature's God are the source of our rights. Our rights are endowed by our Creator, not regulated by our public servants, who have in recent decades, actually for over one hundred years, been acting like our dictators. That's why you had Chucky Schumer on the View. On the View. With his head bobbing up and down, fussing about the fact that we the people are saying, hey, look, we don't want you to take more of our money. How dare you take more and more of our money over taxes? And he was upset about that, He said, how dare you? How dare you people want to live freely? It was you know what, though people like him have been allowed to act as they have been acting for decades. That man has been in office, probably more longer than I've been alive. The Constitution law is based upon the natural rights of the people under the laws of nature. Freedom, liberty, life, the pursuit of happiness, and or property are all natural rights. Government has no authority or power over natural law or natural rights. And if we the people say we don't want to be overrun by illegal border crossers, who in that hell is the Supreme Court? Black robes gone wild? Do they think they are that they can tell the president, whose number one duty is what to protect us from enemies both foreign and domestic? Who are those black robes gone wild fools to tell the president, no, you can't do that, and by the way, bring the thugs back. So basically, those black robes won't gone wild? People are telling are saying to us, hey, we not only do we not care about you, we want to see you get beat up, raped, your property, damaged, your stor's robbed, and there's nothing you can do about it. Ying Ying Ying Yang. Yeah, that's what Alvin Bragg was saying and continues to say in New York City as they still do not keep thugs in prison. You can't do that. You can't do that. And if we want to maintain or re establish basically constitutional law, we have it, but it's not being exercised fully at all. But the government is in full control of everything and everyone via the use of British common law. See. See, that's why they like to keep us in ignorance when you don't know nothing. Got that mixed up? Hey, what is the other great saying? My people pairs for lack of knowledge. Now under British common law, which makes the judicial branch, the unelected, unaccountable, partisan appointed oligarchy, able to undermine and destroy all natural rights of the people, including the right of the President who exercise his lawful duty to protect we the people from enemies both foreign and domestic. And we have to tell them. Back up, President Trump, I beseech you, sir, to tell the Supreme Court to go to you know where the sun don't shine, will never shine. Okay, go there and stay there and back up anyway, I'm not edwards. And now that I see that my time is up, thank you so much. But your time what I have more time? Whoa, my producer says, I have more time, my friends. Thank you for more time, sir. But I just want to take these remaining seconds to remind you again, if I have to say it over and over again one hundred times, know your rights. Because you don't know your rights, you don't have any They're done, could put flushed away. So learn your rights. Teach your rights to your children. Go get grab a constitution and give them out, pass them out. I used to pass them out to people. Hey, have you read your constitution today? No, I haven't read one and a ten years read it. I used to tell people, hey, keep listening to my show, watch out. You might learn something. And now that I see that, my time is up. Thank you so much for your time.
