Well, good day, good day, and hello and how are you. I'm Man Edwards and welcome. This is the Rand Edwards American Experienced Talk Show. And boy, it's a wonderful day in the neighborhood, great day in America. Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep, yep. For those who did not catch the State of the Union address last evening by President Trump, boy you missed a dandy. It was one of the best State of the Union addresses I've heard in my entire lifetime since the days of Ronald Reagan. Those are the only ones that either equal or surpassed the performance of President Trump last evening. And when you consider the fact there were so many the people that were there praying to their idol Satan against President Trudham talking about the Democrats, Yes they are what they are, but see the good news. Not only the good news about his wonderful performance last evening on all fronts, whether he was talking about regular Americans, issues in our nation, other issues concerning our international affairs. I mean, it was just just near perfect on all cylinders. And we're going to get into some of these details. But one of the things that I really wanted to focus on, that really really that really grabbed my attention last evening was the just the Grand Canyon size gap between the Democrats and Americans. And in my humble opinion, that's good. The Democrats are no longer phony pretending to be moderates, trying to fool people into thinking that they to. We want America to be great too, but you know, we just you know, we just think it should go a different way. No, the Democrats are all about destroying the country. There is no if bands or buts about it. And by the way, I have said for decades, ever since I learned from my father when I was all about eight years old, that the Democrats are the party of racists who hate especially black boys. But they it was on full display last night. Thirteen year old lad brain cancer survivor was supposed to die at five months and he's still alive years later, not one Democrat stood to celebrate that. And aren't the Democrats to people that always running around talking about, Oh, how we love we love the black the black people. No, they only like black females because they have big mouths. Like a Representative Crocket out of Texas What a what a wind bag? I mean talk about a wind bag? She could teach a course on how to be a verbal wind bag. Yeah, Representative crockets her specialty wind bag wind bagism. But it's it was a hit. The majority of viewers, both Democrats and Republicans, loved the speech. Seventy six percent overall of Americans approved of the speech disapproved. And that's close to the margin of what I've always felt that I said thirty percent, but at least in this case it was down to twenty three percent. Between twenty three and thirty percent of Americans who agree with and love the evil and you saw it played out, and the Democrats are in that realm of Americans who love the evil. They hate any reference to what is good, they don't like it. And see, I'm glad that the Democrats really showed who they are. So no one of any intelligence or even if you are kind of slow, it won't be difficult for anyone to figure out on what side they are on. They're all about Satan, they're all about communism, they're all about socialism, they're all all about trannyism. Anything that goes against normality, against God's principles, anything that goes against anything that is good. That is what the Democrats are all about. And they always have been. All you have to do is go back to nineteen forty seven with they passed an agreement among Democrats to pretend to be pro American but always work to try to push America towards destruction, towards communism, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. That's always it's always been there. Now they're incapable of trying to fool Americans. So it is what it is. And you know, when it comes to food, we're going to be talking about that in a few minutes too. Get a chopra. She's stopping by for a few minutes to talk about some healthy food choices for the upcoming spring season, and we're going to enjoy that conversation. Yeah, oh, I always love talking about good food, yummy for your tummy. But back to the issues at hand, you know, aoc ayoc. She skipped the session last evening because she just couldn't stand, couldn't stand President Trump. And I know people are upset because of how the Democrats acted. I'm not. I am not one bit No, i am not because I'm glad they've showed who they are so that when I run into people that I know that still want to support the Democrats and the upcoming elections, the midterms. I mean no, there is no shadowy ignorance or anything like that. It's all out there in the open what they support, whom they support, and how hard that they will fight for our destruction, and how they hate common Americans who are trying to do good. That is why Democrat mayors across this Great Republic have allowed illegals to overrun the cities. That is why Alan Bragg Alvin Bragg, for example, in New York City, has said, you know what, if you're a thug, I'm gonna let you right back out of prison. It doesn't matter if you beat up an old lady, stabbed someone, beat some one else up, broke into their home, it doesn't matter. I'm gonna keep letting you out because you're a thug. And this is the attitude of Democrats in general. See, I don't have to anymore be genteel in my description of Democrats. There is no more exaggerating when you talk about the or if I ever talk about again beyond today, about how evil the Democrats are. And I've told people for decades, there is no depth. There is no end to how low the leftist Democrats and a few of their rhino friends will go. There is no justice. We strive to do right, We strive for good, we try, we strive for perfection. Well, those on the other side strive for evil, and they want to be as evil as possible. And when anyone stands against their evil, that's why they go to nutsville. Because they know that they're evil. This is what they want, and they want to suck everyone else into it so that they too can reap the rewards that they know that they're going to get for being evil. You know, even Canadian conservatives know nothing and got that mixed up. On one hand, they're saying, oh, yes, it's about Canada first, but then they trash Trump because of his tariffs. Our guest today is Gita Chopra and she is great to join us today to talk about a few wonderful delicacies and the reason why I wanted to her to come on today is to maybe you share with us a few wonderful, delectable delicacies that we could engage in and consume as we get ready to fortify our bodies for the upcoming spring season. Hello Jitter, and welcome back. Hi there, Hi Ron, Hi there. Thanks so much for joining us. And man, how have things been. It's been been a long time. Yes, it's been excellent. I'm working on my new startup, which is a Christian business directory for people like you to list your profile on there. Who are Christian business providers? Oh wow, send me your info and you know I'll check it out definitely the mobile apps, okay, And in fact, you can get the information to my producer there and I will be in contact anyway. As we head into the spring season very soon, we kind of veer away from some of the things that we eat during the winter time for obvious reasons. But what are some of the things that we can turn to as far as nutrition and what is more beneficial as we prepare our bodies for the change in season. As we head towards springtime. Yes, Ron, that's a great question and so happy to answer that. As we are coming into spring this month. So I would say that your dandelions and your liver purges are important right now. So tumeric apples, ginger and dinner can be considered more of a winter sport, but you can use it all year round and it definitely cleanses your liver. So are the chokes are good as well? Milk thistle is nice. So these are you know, some of them might sound a little bit complicated, but you can try to just get basic things that are good for liver health as you've seen them in the grocery store. M okay, And what are if if I wanted to, what are some of the better dishes you know for this this time of the year something. Are we transitioning into more lighter foods right now or is it still kind of heavy because we're not going in the hot season right now, We're just transitioning into spring. But are the foods a little lighter than let's say, during the heart heat of winter or the coal freeze of winter. Yeah, that's a great question, and I think the right question or the right way to say it would be. It wouldn't be so much lighter or heavier. It would be the constitution, so what the food is made up of. And you know we do need grounding meals during any season. But yes, we do need more dry foods during your summer and your cuffa months because it's more humid in the air, so your body has absorbs that humidity. So you don't need a lot of those wet type of foods. And I don't mean soups. I just mean like your dry salads, like airy type foods as opposed to like thick curry. So in that way, yes, but you really want to look at the constitution of it. So apples is a light, dry food, things like that. In terms of meals, yeah, you could definitely do salads and maybe sprinkle some olives on there, but I would I would stay away from a lot of the heavier type meals like with with cheese and you know, melted casseroles and things like that. Yes, what about beef, You know, I still love especially bison. I'm a bison addict. Is that still good to eat during the warmer months? You know, I would say it can be, And it depends how you make it. You know, beef has a lot of iron which is great and glutamine which is really good for rebuilding your skin. So again, how you make it. Maybe a thick stew with potatoes might be a bit heavy, but and weigh you down. But you can even make you know, like beef strips, like grill them or something, and maybe cut out the carbs and add a green on the side or lots of onions. And again you can add your garlic. So garlic has another big thing for spring. I eat garlic every day in the raw form with olive oil. So I make a little bowl of oil, mustard and lemon juice, and I fill it a little bit and then I put the garlic in it just so the oil covers the garlic on top. It's drenched in there. And then with the lemon juice and oil, that purge is the liver that's reci bee for gall bladder health. And then with the garlic in there as well, that cleans your whole system out. And it tastes so good with the mustard. Hmm. Okay, sounds sounds good when you know we want to clean out our systems and all of that. And and I love the you know, the meat and the salad and everything like that, but what about things like beans and boy not rice but quemoa. Yeah, I mean, don't stop eating your protein and all that. I don't know why people you don't think it's summer and now we have to stop eating. Absolutely, I would just maybe cut back on the foods that are eating and orientation, like red chili and to a certain extent ginger. You don't need as much ginger in summer. I mean, I don't like to say that because I'm a huge fan of ginger. I take a shot every day, but you know, for people who don't need it, it's fine. So again it's you know, I don't think you're cutting out the quemoas and your bison, but maybe just cooking it differently and adding different sides and using different spices with it. So for example, maybe a sandwich and instead of huge meal on the go, you know. And avocados are really great too for summer and spring because you're cooling, so you want to you want to take the anti inslammatory foods like sweet potatoes as well. And then another good thing, by the way, for your liver, which I forgot to mention earlier, is apple syer vinegar. You can drink a glass of that, put that in your water daily with lemon juice. Yeah. Would you say about a teaspoon or so in your in a glass of water of the apple cider vinegar. Yes, that's what I do, about a teaspoon. Okay, Now you do that, of course, on an empty stomach before your meal twenty minutes or so. I actually don't like to take apple cider on an empty stomach, but you can. I don't think that is important. So you can have it at any time throughout the day. Yeah, I would say. That's fine, Okay, cool. Some people don't like it on an empty stomach for the way it hits them like it's a vinegar after all. Yeah, I've never had a problem with it. So, but what about lemon? I know that's very healthy as well. What I like to do is in the morning when I get up, one of the first things I do is take a glass of water, and you know, I squeeze a full of lemon in there and consume that real quickly. And I understand that that's really good for you too, especially this time of the year. What say you, Yeah, so that's cool that you're able to do the whole thing. Yeah, you can add some honey to it so it's not an acidic, and maybe ginger or even you know, put I would put a dash a cheese spoon of tumeric in there, so you got your turmeric. Put a little coconut oil and black pepper because oil absorbs turmeric and so it's black pepper. So you can add a few things in there. You know. These are things you might just have hanging around on your counter. It's not a big portion that you have to make. It takes a second. Yeah. Another thing that we started doing. I did some research and started drinking a glass of water with cayenne. And when I the benefits of that, how it dilates the arteries and things like that helps your arteries clean out, I was like, wait a minute, let me start gulping that too, and that I was saying, what do you think about that? Yeah? Is that kay on peppers? So is that spicy? Because I actually don't use that. I thought it was very spicy and I'm not a fan of red spice. There was a lot of reaction, good and bad. For example, Maxine or as I call her, way Out Maxine Waters, she says that President Trump misused angel families and the child with a brain cancer in his speech. Well, I'm here to say that, no, he did not. The way he presented the angel families and the way he presented the young lad with the brain cancer situation, you couldn't have done it any better than that. It was not only professional, but it was caring. It was in a very classy way. So for these individuals like way Out Maxine Waters and others like Big Mama Abrams, she was another one. She goes, she said that what did she say? She called Trump a petty, tyrant surrounded by complicit flunkies. So anyone who is standing up for America, anyone who is working to improve the conditions of this great United States of America overall for all people, rather than as what Abrams is in support of. She and others like her are in support of the government wasting away the wealth of the people and spending it on people like her. Remember that individual received about two billion dollars for her faulty organization. And let's not forget missus Crockett, the big mouth from Texas. I mean, she has a mouth is as big as Texas. I mean that is huge, loud mouth, little Wench. Now, United States has also officially ended intelligence sharing with Ukraine and is banning all allies from passing on American origin observation. And that is very wise for more than one reason. One of the most important reasons is that, let's not forget that Ukraine allegedly was selling some of the armaments that we were giving them to the cartels at our southern border. And that's one of the reasons why we need to have military personnel on the border to go down there and thump them. They need a good thumping. So here's some good news. Disney Corporation is slashing six percent of its staff shuddering five hundred and thirty eight site, another leftist propaganda outlet is going down, going down for the count those announces cancelation of NIH grants were transgender experiments on animals. Thank God for that. You know, it'sn't funny. It was the leftist who originally went after perfume manufacturers. Remember years ago they prevented them from using animals for experimentation, and other corporations from using animals for experimentation. But no one was more horrible to animals than doctor Fauci and all of those people who experimented on animals for transgender experiments. And also remember when the pictures where dark. I hate to call them doctor, but olh Fauci, funky Fauci. He would have these plastic cones around puppies heads and have their heads locked into these cones, and then have these fleas and other vermin all around the puppy sysm and just watch sit there in a comfortable chair and watch these insects eat away at these puppies while they were alive. Just sit there just for the enjoyment, the entertainment, and watch them be tortured. See this is the mindset of the left. They torture animals. They want to kill your babies, They want to kill your mind, They want to ruin your spirit, they want to ruin the nation, and they are on a mission to do so. And if you oppose their evil mission, they will come after you and and act like they did last night. The Democrats did last night. Now the good news is that they're no longer hiding it, and so we know for sure, you know, I don't have to run around telling people, well, this is this is the depth of their depravity. They've exposed it. And so now when I speak about these things, people won't give me the side eye, I guess, unless they agree with that, then of course I'll say okay. But that's the way it is, my friends. There's always been the battle between good and evil, and in American history, going all the way back to the Loyalists who were later who later evolved into eventually the Democrats. The loyalists to the British Empire fought against the revolutionary heroes that formed America, the United States, that is, and they were the part they evolved into the Democrats, the Party of slavery, oppression, Democrats, people of that ilk. They've always wanted to oppress somebody, somebody. We got to oppress somebody. So they were able to do it with the blacks for for a long time. Then they when they the blacks were released from physical slavery, then of course they did it through Jim Crow and racism and things of that nature. Then came the bassterdized rights movement, which people ignorantly thought, oh, this will make life so much better for blacks. No, all it did was trade the upward mobility that was occurring in the black community and traded it for bull capitalists with a head. There's no one alive with a working brain that is not just evil orientated. There's no one alive that can tell me with a straight face and mean it that overall, the Black American community is better off today than it was in the nineteen fifties because the leftists have equalized, have replaced the physical cruelties with the mental and spiritual and indoctrinational cruelties, and now economically and esthetically, the black community is worse than it was in the nineteen fifties. Nineteen fifty four, or forty two percent of Black Americans owned a small business, and the majority of them had a regular job of some type. And the reason why so many of them had small businesses because of the treatment they may have received on the job. And rather than go to nutsville about it, they said, you know what, maybe I should build my own business. The meaning black neighborhoods in America Detroit, Cleveland, et cetera. They had five star hotels in black neighborhoods. Five star, you know, the hotels equivalent to a rich Carleton in black neighborhoods. That's amazing. But today there's not a black neighborhood in America that you would find such a level of hotels. Remember, as you know, there was a time there was a black owned steakhouse called Lancers in Cleveland. It was one of the top steakhouses in the entire area, but it was black owned. I was a tiny little guy, but that was like the last vestiges and we would go into that area our family, and I mean we'd go in there and there would be well known blacks in there, Jim Brown and people like that. They were retired by the time I came along, but it was like the last vestiges of that. And then soon after man it all died out. It was gone, gone, gone because of the effects of the bastardized movement, which had already begun to take effect even before I. My dad even took me to that restaurant, but it was a top restaurant. I don't know if there are many five star level black restaurants today. There are many black restaurants, but yes, but of that level, I don't know. I honestly don't know. My producer, Doug says, for me it was Aunt Jemimah because he loved the pancakes. But even looking at her, the woman who played Aunt Jemima whose face used to be on the pancake bag or whatever, she was a multi millionaire and she developed that pancake mix. She became very wealthy, and of course who made fun of her more black people, of the white people. I would love to take a survey on that, and I'd love to see what people would answer, but I'll tell you it was mostly blacks. In fact, one person made fun of the lady who played in Oh Gosh, Gone with the Wind, first black actress to win a Grammy or whatever, and it was some blacks that made fun of her. You played a dumb maid, and she said she had a nice smart answer. She said, well, I'd rather play one than to be one for real. And see, back then, blacks had a more intelligent way of dealing with problems overall, because they knew that the best way to overcome a lot of the Bull capitalists with the Higgins to acquire wealth, because if you have wealth in this world, there's a lot more you can do to overcome situations and problems then if you don't have it, if you don't have anything and don't know nothing, and got that mixed up, and so it is what it is. I'm very happy at the performance of President Trump. You know, his speech was second to none, and we should be proud of it. I'm very proud of him as a president. Makes me more proud of my country. You know, the Supreme Court sided with a district Court judge who had ruled that the Trump administration could not stop two billion dollars in US Agency Aid for International Development payments to intended recipients. By a five to four vote. The Court's upheld the US District of Columbia District judges Emir Ali's ruling. Now, Amir Ali, he is a Islamic leftist judge who's working to undermine our country. And you know they though it asked him to clarify his earlier order, given that the deadline for the administration to comply had already passed. The Trump administration had tried to stop those payments because some of those payments believe it or not went to fund terrorism. Oh yeah. It appealed to the district court order for a preliminary injunction and won a temporary stay, but the court ultimately decided to strike down the stay and allow or force the Trump administration to continue to give our tax dollars to organizations that are working against this country, included terrorists. And you know who helped out the leftist on the Supreme Court, don't you? Oh yeah, John Roberts, the Rhino and Amy Coney Baron, Baron, the Barrett. I'm sorry, the leftist Catholic and I just you know, I'm just calling her out. Yeah, she said she was a Republican, YadA, YadA, YadA. She fooled President Trump and he appointed her in good faith. And that's where desernment comes in to play. And we pray for the President's desernment going forward, because why the Supreme Court reward an act of judicial hubris and impose a two billion dollar penalty on American taxpayers is beyond me, other than the fact that they Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Cony Barrett joined the three leftist justices to form a majority to help ruin this country because they cannot stand the fact that President Trump is standing up for with the people and our nation as a whole. They don't like that. They don't like that one bit. Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. There are people even on our side they don't like things to be too good. They just don't like that. They always want enough of the evil to be in the mix, so that, oh, we've always got to be, you know, on edge or whatever. Whereas you know, you know, I have the mentality of, you know, if it's evil, wipe it out, just wipe it out, be done with it, and let's move on. And now I don't know why President Trump suspended terrors for automobiles as Trudeau calls call yields to no breakthrough. Automakers received a temporary reprieve today from President Trump's tariffs targeting Canada and Mexico as concerns mounted over consumer impacts, and talks with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau yielded no immediate breakthrough. So I don't understand why he didn't just holdfast and say, you know what, we're going to play this out. Because all the way since the days of McKinley to now we know that tariffs do work in our favor. But as I told President Trump, he should also add in the mix lowering our corporate tax rate to the lowest on earth. That would also be another incentive to make automakers more quickly transfer their operations back to the United States of America. It would also make it more quickly for shipbuilders, those that are still American owned, to bring their operations back to this country. Remember last night he talked about the President talked about restimulating or restarting shipbuilding in this country. Well, you have to build a foundation, you know, you have to when you're trying to turn things around, right, especially for the good. When you want to turn things around for the good, you have to pull out all the stops. You have to eliminate any possible excuses for people not to do what's good and write. And by making American, the American corporate tax rate the lowest in the world would go a long way. And you put that with those tariffs and get rid of the god awful property tax man alive, there would be so much business. We would out draw places like Dubai, South Korea, Singapore, we would we would outdo them in overnight like snapping a finger. But you know, it is what it is. And so if I were at President Trump, I would continue to push for it. I would continue the tariffs. I would say, you know what, and I would explain to the American people, because I mean sometimes things have to be explained about twenty one times in order for people to get it. I think it was Billy Graham that first publicized the fact that you had to say, you know, was present the word of God twenty one times on average before people accept the word of God and except Yeshua. And I think that's a pretty good across the board when you're trying to present what is good, but it is what it is. And I just pray that the President Trump will go back and say, you know what, I'm being stupid by eliminating the tariff for right now, No, there should be twenty five percent tariffs and explain to the American people. Why give a history lesson about how the tariffs produced the Golden Age, the first Golden Age under McKinley, the guilded Age. Study that time period and see how wealthy America was. And if you want examples, if you want to see examples of it, go to almost many great cities have. If you go to your old downtowns and you walk into the bank lobbies, the old lobbies, and just see how elaborately they were designed and built, and how walking into the bank was like walking into a cathedral. I mean, you have two bank lobbies in Cleveland. They were the two largest bank lobbies on earth, and to this day that they are still the two largest bank lobbies ever built. But that was from that Gilded age where wealth was just like, oh my goodness. And if we want another Golden Age, we're going to have to exercise those those tariffs and ride it out. I understand it produces a little bit of a hardship, but guess what the status quo will produce, No ship and a total end of manufacturing and business activity in this country. And President Trump understands that. He even spoke about it last night, about it being a little bit just hang in there. He even said that. So for him to stupidly, in my opinion, suspend the tariffs goes against what he talked about last night, the wisdom that he expressed last night. But nobody's perfect. But in his quest to I guess not make Trudeau mad or somebody. You know, he's got a you know, he's got to back up off of that. He's already pissed off all the leftists. He knows that, he knows we are in a war against those who are out to destroy the country, and he knows that tariffs and the long one run will help the country, will help all of us directly and indirectly, because if auto manufacturing would be restored in our country to the level it was years and years ago. I mean, remember, General Motors was at one time the largest corporate on Earth. It wasn't the largest auto manufacturer, it was the largest corporation, the largest business on earth, on the entire planet. What's good for General Motors is good for America. Was the saying. So, my friends, when it comes to doing right for our republic, we have to be willing to go all the way. Somebody please get to President Trump and say, hey, wait a minute, big fella, and reinstate those tariffs, because trust me, in the long run, it would hurt Canada a lot more than it would hurt us. And by the way, we have to stop caring about what the world thinks, because each one of our state economies or at least twelve of our state economies are as large as most of the countries of the earth anyway, and we could trade amongst ourselves and become the world's largest economy by many times of what it is now, just from trading within ourselves and producing our own stuff, and then demanding equal tariffs around the world, and then start exporting stuff, superior quality stuff. Once again, we would be the preeminent economy on earth. Simple, not easy, but simple. Hope you get my drift. I'm run edwards and now that I see that my time is up.
