Man oh man, oh man, you really just get a full understanding of the mindset of individuals when you see the questions going going back and forth, and many of the questions were more political based rather than finding out if mister Kennedy was best suited to promote good health in our republic. The main thing that many of the questionners, particularly Democrats, were concerned about, were are you going to be standing for the right for abortion or are you going to be unwavering in your support for the jabs for so called vaccines. Is that it's That's basically what it's all about. You know. They want to be able to jab jam us or jab us and kill the babies. You know. That's that's you know, and that's not an exaggeration when it comes to certain politicians, a great number of them, by the way, well the Thames that despite the fact that President Trump wants to get illegals out of our country, especially those who are violent, who have committed murder, who have robbed people, raped people, et cetera, et cetera, all over the weekend, Immigration and Customs enforcement officials, removal operations officers, along with other federal agencies, carried out a targeted enforcement operation. The actions were overseen by top officials of the Trump administration, including Borderzar Tom Homan. Now. According to the report, law enforcement officials placed Edward Martinez A. Cermino into custody on Sunday for legally entering the United States near Eagle Pass in twenty twenty three. The article states that Martinez, a Sermino, a Venezuela national, made his way to Chicago and lived with his girlfriend's parents. And you know I and guess what, they did their job, right, This is what the president has ordered. But here comes a liberal judge in Chicago and says, you got to release this individual. Now. I don't know what you think about this, but I'm of the belief when these black robes go wild like this, they need to be removed from the bench because either his head or his mind is totally past awkwards. First of all, these people are here illegally. Whether they committed another crime or not, that should not be the issue. The issue is, first of all, they're here illegally, and they need to be escorted the heck out of here. And if they refuse to stay out, then they should be placed on a reopened Alcatraz Island. You know, if they insist on staying on American soilight. You know, if they come back in after I boot them out, I say, Okay, you really want to stay here. You're going to be a knucklehead about a hardhead, right, so you're going to by our laws and continue to come in. I say, okay, welcome, you're going to Alcatras. That's the United States, and I would let the world know that that is where they'll end up if they continue to come back into our country after they're booted out. Nah, My producer says Alaska. Now, I wouldn't put them in Alaska. Alaska has much value and much potential, and so I wouldn't put those people up there. Maybe in Siberia. Russia would take them, but I wouldn't put them there. Maybe in Guam. Oh, yeah, Guam because Guam is very hot and very brutal. Yeah, maybe Alcatraz is too comfortable because it's very cool and pleasant there most of the time. So yeah, I put them in a sweat box. In Guam. It's nice and big. It's much bigger than Alcatras. But there needs to be punishment for wrongdoing and disrespect. And speaking of wrongdoing and disrespect, my lord have mercy. NCAA transgender or tranny track runner decries faulty shoes despite destroying her female I'm sorry destroying its female opponents. Who cares Doug that? Doug says, the Guam people don't speak Spanish. You know what if you throw some Spanish speakers in guamyung you do't, you know, just have them, you know, give them bags of rice and beans. They'll be okay. Uh Anyway. Sadie Shriner, a tranny track and field athlete for Rochester Institute of Technology, was seen boasting about beating a field of female opponents on social media. Now, see, as a man myself, I would not take pride in beating a field of female track athletes. Wouldn't do it because I learned in high school those of us. Because I was never on the track team, they wanted me to be on the track team. I just played football, that's where I did best, but was fast enough to get on the track team. But I knew I wouldn't be hardly the fastest guy on there, so I said forget it. But us mediocre guys as far as track, easily outran the fastest female athletes. It was just it's just the way it is. And for this country or any Western country to allow female athletes to have to put up with this stuff, and then these trainees, these unnaturals, collect all these awards and accolades in an unfair contest. I mean, how does a real man feel in beating inferior opponents? See, these are the kind of arguments I bring up with the Feminazis who say that men and women are equal, And I say, wait a minute too, it's how are we equal? You want a man that's six feet tall, You want a man that's stronger than you, right, you want a man that leads you, right, So that means that we are polar opposites in our abilities in what you expect as as opposed to what we expect out of you. So how does that make us equals? I mean, this country has so many I was going to say stupid people. But I'll be polite today because it's wellness day and we have a nice guest today, so I'll be a good I'll be on my best behavior. So we have ignorant people in our country, and well, because of these ignorant people, our country is in a heap of herd. You have females that are disrespected on the in track and field, on behalf of weak men and boys. But that shows you the inequality, right there, a weak man, a weak man beating a field of top tier female athletes. That's something to think about when, especially amongst the feminazi crowd, you do some thinking. I'll do this what I have to do right now, and we'll be right back after this. And he's not getting a fair hearing, especially on the Democrat side. Some Republicans are saying some nice things and asking a few good questions, but for the most part, it's just totally asidine and he's had to put a few people in their place, and it just shows you the either lack of knowledge or just the bad things that people support in our government. What say you, Oh, they're afraid of him, they are petrified of him. There is a what's the saying A cuppets is coming into play right now. Everything that they've done in the last four years, forcing mandates, governor's going rogue in their states and going after children, going after printal rights, and his book on the lies of Fauci, and of course it showed when Biden pardoned Fauci like twenty minutes before he hit the plane and left and he hasn't even been charged with anything yet and pardon and part of the rest of his family. So these people are afraid, they're fully affair and they know we know. So they want to have their limelight for their you know, small constituents that actually believe a lot of this junk that you mask up, jack up do all this stuff, and they're just play cating. This man will be confirmed. He needs to be confirmed because what has happened in the last four years is a genocide. I'm sorry, globally, globally, and he's never been one. You know, if you go to Children's Health Defense is what's his founded nonprofit organization. He puts out the data. He cares deeply about choice and he wants he wants appropriate, clean, uncensored scientific evidence. He wants, you know, you don't just go and you know what is it warp ten on these vaccines and send them out. He wants a better oversight over the FDA and the CDC and the for the American people to have freedom of their their bodily choice, their sovereignty over their body autonomy. They're afraid of them. Yeah, you know, it's kind of fun. It's fascinating. You know when President Trump talked about warp speed and bringing forth this this this shot, Well, the truth is the mr I think it's what it's a n RNA. What is it called mRNA mr Yeah. Yeah, mRNA. They started working on that capability back in nineteen sixty five. So they've been dreaming about jabbing us with I'll just say, I'll just use a layman's term. They've been dreaming about jabbing us with crap since nineteen sixty five when they started working on this. What's for you? Yeah, this has been a long time coming. I don't know all the details, but I know that m RNA is nothing new. There's a patent on and even graphine oxide is not new. You know, they've been trying to do a coronavirus, for my goodness, past forty years or so. We had an outbreak I think in the early nineties or late nineties, early two thousands of stars Kobe one and because they've been trying to, you know, create a gain of function of a vaccine with a coronavirus. But a coronavirus is a class of viruses that are just mild flu viruses that we carry. It's a normal flora virus, and they made it into a pathogenic virus that now is trying to attack us. So, yeah, this has been happening for a long time. I don't get into the rabbit holes like so many like other people do, which that doesn't mean that's wrong. I just that's not where God has me getting into the rabbit holes. I just know this is where we're at now, and what do we do about it now? While there's people who have a you know, sirplace the purpose to deal with that. Actually, you're spot on with that, because right now we are in a position, I believe with God where we are to go literally scorched earth on whatever area that we are focused. You're focused in healthcare, others are focused politically, you know, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Those are focused in the church. We are to go strong against the evils that are plaguing the society, and we do have a chance to bring forth a golden age in our republic. If not, we will have a golden moment, meaning good four years under Trump, and then after that it falls off like it did before. But if we do this right, Doc, I believe we will have a long term turnaround in this country. But it's up to us in the effort that we're going to put into but not we cannot be afraid. We must be bold and look at these threats from the other side. Is what they are there there, they're paper tigers right now, and we have to treat them as such and so that we can go on to victory. Especially, and I say this to you because I mean, my gosh, what's more important in the physical realm than our health and our food, because if they have, if the other side gains control of that, then we are screwed because if we're sick and we're trying to get our health and we're in a bad way, we were not able to focus on doing what's right for our society anyway. How do you view that right? Right? So I agree with you. I did a real the day after President Trump won the election in November, and I said in the real that we just got a breather. This is a breather, so take full advantage of it. Like the first years, we wrote on his we wrote on his coattails. Right, we were all tired. We're part of the Tea party group, we're part of the conservative movement, and we were exhausted, and it was so refreshing to have him an office and it gave us a chance. I mean, I'll be honest, I just laid back for those four years. I just needed a breather. And then BOYD did we get you know, did the cloak? What did he say? The curtain was removed. We saw behind the curtain and we saw the ugly and the evil at its core, and we cannot go back to that. So we have a breather. Now, we have a man who's you know, he's done a lot in the first day. I mean he just went straight to the White House, I think on his first day. And it's our job to now find our purpose and know what our purposes and wellness prep take care of yourself. I've always said this on your show. You know they can't control your home right now, so take control of your family. Rein it in no matter what the noise is happening on the outside, because you start at home. And you know, we're very thankful. You just had a commercial about clean slate. You don't have to worry about hurk saying you don't have to worry about you know, you know, vomiting, you know, profuse diarrhea or anything. We need to learn how to rehabilitate our nervous system so we can kind of get out of that fight or flight mode, get back into the calming part of our nervous system and start healing in that way. However, a lot of times I've thought about things and then maybe ten years down the road or twenty nine years down the road, those a lot smarter than I have come up with these ideas, and here they are. But I believe that in the not too distant future things will be brought forth that I believe are already in the earth that will allow people to take care of themselves in more advanced ways to live healthy to one hundred and twenty years. You know, during the break, I was looking at this video on Gateway Pundit and Robert F. Kennedy was confronting Democrats who were actually chuckling when he pointed out that they were utilizing and wasting taxpayers money just to make Americans less healthy. And again they were chuckling when he made that statement. It just shows you just how evil certain people are, especially the people of the Golden Donkey. Anyway, let's get back with our guest, doctor Fladuah Gallanders. Welcome back, doc, And now before the break, I mentioned about how some times I'll just sit and think of something and It'll come to pass, you know, in time and between reading certain things, whether it's in the Bible, in certain books that I have, and I've come to these conclusions about things. And I said before the break that I believe we have the potential right now, not just potential, we have the ability. It just has to be released, that we could live easily and great health to one hundred and twenty years of age. What say you? Yes? Actually, doctor Christina Rahm talks about that all the time. She said, she holds the patent on age reversing and longevity, and she said we could easily live to be one hundred and twenty and thirty years of age. And her products are too. I want to use this term without it being triggered, like elevate our bodies, our ability for ourselves to receive the nutrients that they need so they could actually withstand the onslaught of what we're living in today. She was actually with doctors call him doctor President Trump. She was there at the inauguration, her and her husband, and she's in ninety five countries. She has spoken to government officials, military, She actually wrote a book about our military in the first couple of chapters of about COVID, and so she's she's very well aware of what's going on, and so her mission is to provide cellular nutrients to equip our bodies so we can withstand the season that we're living in right now with all of these tocsins around us. And she's she's been quoted saying, I think we could live to one hundred and twenty and thirty. Yeah, And I and I started coming to that conclusion probably on the worst day of my life, the day that my dad died. And I've told you this before about right after he died, I was twelve years of age, and I started telling the old folks based upon what I saw and how they treated him for his cancer and I and I just came to the logical conclusion that there's got to be a better way, and there's another way that I think that cancer can then I think that, and I thought then that there were cures in the earth, but we have to find them or find a way to get to them, because I thought that they were being kept from us, and low and behold, I was actually telling the truth in this regard, even as a twelve year old. Absolutely one percent. We're pretty powerful beings, you know, we are truly surely wonderfully made, you know, and cancer is not just you know, it's a mutated gene. But what we're finding out about cancer is either due to a parasite infection, it's either due to low vibrations or frequencies in your body. Is either due to your diet. So there was a remember his name, but he won a Nobel Peace Prize in nineteen thirty one showing the correlation of sugar and cancer. He won a Nobel Peace Prize for that. And the reason why he won that Nobel Priests prize is he was able to show that sugar when it's being digested in the body and it goes into our mitochondria for energy. The mitochondrias are energy source of our cells. Instead of going through the proper channels through the mitochondria ends up pivoting and starts fermenting. It starts causing fermentation and wasting away, and those cells will sick. Cells like to eat off fermented sugar. And so he was able to show that if you stop sugar you can actually reverse what's happening with cancer. You'll actually starve it. So it's actually another form of metabolic syndrome as well. There's a doctor Rife of the Rife machine, the frequency machine, just putting frequencies on your body. Depending on the type of cancer, you can get rid of it based on frequency. And now there are studies that have come out at least a dozen, if not twenty or twenty five showing ivermectin and then then eradicating cancer, which is that's the parasite component of it. So it's quite it's amazing what the Lord is revealing right now and opening up eyes of the human race of what we're capable of doing. Yeah, and that's why those who are I guess I'll just say that they're on the dark side. That's why they fight so vehemently against us because they don't believe, first of all, that we should enjoy our unalienable hites, which by the way, come from God. They try to place themselves in place of God over our lives. And part of the avenue of control that they dream of is controlling us, as they say in the Communist Manifesto, controlling us from cradle to grave. And the best way to do that is to control the health industry, in the food industry. And I'm telling you you mentioned fruit loops. Now they sell foot loops in England and jolly old England. But guess what, the fruit loops that they sell in England don't have the poisonous American artificial colorings in it. That's the one difference. And yet it takes it. Doesn't it cost a little more to add these extra chemicals and everything that they feed to Americans as opposed to leaving the food more natural? Does it cost more to add the chemicals? Yes? I mean, isn't that because that's extra work. That's chemicals of dirt cheap. No, But still even if they're dirt cheek, that's still in that unadded costs as opposed to not going through that process, right, Well, no, because. They would have to add the cost of using actually natural ingredients, right, which costs more than chemicals. But isn't the food if it's But if the food is natural, right, it comes with its own nutrients, so you don't have to at them. If it's un polluted food, if it's organically drum. You can't mass produce natural right, Like even though the fruit loops in Europe doesn't have all the colors, it's still not healthy. Right. I don't know if they're using their own wheat or they're using their own and they might be, and if they are, then that's great. I don't know if they mass produce the stuff we mass produce here like like crazy, we eat pounds and pounds and pounds of horrible food and we're like our mouths are constantly open. So when they mass produced like that, they they use chemicals instead of natural. If you use natural, you wouldn't be mass producing as much, and it costs more to do that to the natural route. So like doctor rom for example, she has to clean out all Robert F. Kennedy said it today. He said Europeans won't even like we can't our farmers here even they can't even export their food, their grain, their you know, their meat or whatever. Nobody in your will eat it. We have so much microtoxins and glyc estate and pesticides in our food, nobody will touch it with a ten foot pole. And so doctor Rom she has to like literally strip all that stuff out of the plants and everything before she even puts, before she even formulates it and makes it in her bottles. And sometimes she might not even use any of her stuff in the United States. She'll use it outside the United States and still clean it one more time. You know, yeah, we are on my word. We've got talkins from everywhere, from everywhere, and it's awfu mass production. And then you think of companies like Amy's. Amy's was out in the time, and Amy's brand is like a vegan gluten free organic brands. She sold her company. I don't know Tendesti or colors. I can't remember Bob's Grain Mill. I think it's Bob's Grain Mill. He sold the company. Now I found out CS Grains sold their right to another mass production company. I mean, you can't even like enjoy buying pure organic at Whole Foods if you wanted to. You have to really be picky, which I'm thankful. But the Lord has shown us that intermittent fasting helps. Right. If we don't eat for a certain period of time, we can actually have DNA repair, which we can actually heal mental illness, we can actually reverse some of the diabetes that's happening when we just give our bodies a time to not have to deal with digestion all day long and into the night. If you eat before you go to bed. Yeah, yeah, that's so true. One more this, yeah, but one more quick thing. Exercise is very important. Yes, I cannot express that enough. And maybe people will listen to you because you're a doctor. Just real quick, tell people the importance of exercise, especially our Christian friends. They're notoriously famous for refusing exercise because it says in the Bible it's exercise. Profit is little, but the little ends up being a lot as far as I'm concerned. Let's say you the one thing, so I have a presentation that I do explaining some of the nutrition and biohacking, and I have a slide. It's called old wellness and new wellness, and the new wellness is the biohacking and the old wellness is part of the diet, exercise and using big bulky supplements. But the one thing that has stayed tried and true between old wellness and new wellness is exercise. Nothing like movement. And the really cool thing this time is you don't have to do hit like high intensity exercise. Just just walking alone will really help produce proper hormones and testosterone, especially if you go out when the sun is rising and do some sungazing and then go out during the day to get insulfury to D from the sun. I use an app called d Minder, and then you put your location. I'll tell you when you can safely go and get some good vitamin D and so that helps with weight loss. So go ahead and walk out, get some fresh sun, and then bouncing out a rebounder is a great way to get some exercise started. So you could do a lot of low impact and get pretty far in your health. You know your heart will love it. You've got to produce muscle. If you don't produce muscle, you will lose energy and the inability to digest your food. That's where insulin resistance happens. That's where probalycystic ovarian syndrome. We call it picos where women who are overweight, usually young women, and they start losing their menstrual cycle over their insulin resistance because they're not making enough hormones or their homoones are imbalanced and so or if you're on medications for mental health, like some of the antidepressants. Antipsychotics cause a lot of problems, and so you got to produce muscle. Muscle is a form of reverse aging as well. And the beautiful thing about muscle, when you're sitting you're still burning calories.
