[00:00:06] And away we go.

[00:00:15] Say A, say M, say E, say R, say I, say C, say A.

[00:00:37] Ladies and gentlemen, it's The Ron Edwards American Experience Talk Show,

[00:00:42] where our unalienable rights are celebrated.

[00:00:46] And now, your radio refreshment, Ron Edwards.

[00:01:21] I'm Ron Edwards.

[00:01:22] You are listening to The Ron Edwards American Experience,

[00:01:24] and boy, do we have a lot of stuff to cover today.

[00:01:27] Thanks for tuning in from throughout America and around the world.

[00:01:31] And you can join in today's conversation via The Ron Edwards American Experience hotline at 985-388.

[00:01:37] I'm sorry, 985-338-2891.

[00:01:42] Tell your friends, tell your family to all gather around.

[00:01:45] It is The Ron Edwards American Experience.

[00:01:49] And, well, I've got to start things off with a deputy droop-along alert.

[00:01:55] Yep, Mitch McConnell, he's still at it.

[00:01:57] I mentioned this yesterday.

[00:02:01] Basically, Americans do not want rhinos leading the Senate.

[00:02:06] There is still alarming news coming out of the United States Senate.

[00:02:10] Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has moved forward with a plan for a Wednesday vote on the leadership of the Senate,

[00:02:18] since Republicans have recently retaken the majority.

[00:02:22] There are many concerns, however, about the proposed slate of leaders and the dubious legislative positions they have shared.

[00:02:32] Will a new Senate leader be pushed on the administration who doesn't uphold the values of the Trump administration

[00:02:39] or the conservative values voted overwhelmingly by the American people?

[00:02:45] Your prayers and actions are needed now.

[00:02:48] First, we must uphold the process in prayer.

[00:02:54] And second, if you have a GOP senator, please let them know the kind of leader you hope will be voted in as majority leader.

[00:03:04] Message them today.

[00:03:06] The vote is tomorrow.

[00:03:09] And if you need a little assistance here, I have it for you.

[00:03:13] For senators, you can call them at 202-224-3121.

[00:03:20] That number again is 202-224-3121.

[00:03:28] I urge you to take action, my fellow Americans, and make contact and make sure that we do not have

[00:03:34] Thune or the other guy, Johnson, as the majority leader.

[00:03:41] Because Mitch McConnell, he is a—he's worse than a rhino.

[00:03:47] The guy has done nothing more than try to undermine every single conservative administration.

[00:03:54] We haven't had many.

[00:03:55] We had Ronald Reagan, President Trump, the first administration of George W. Bush.

[00:04:04] Many of us thought he was a conservative.

[00:04:06] We were fooled.

[00:04:07] And that's about it, at least during my lifetime.

[00:04:12] And we do want the President Trump agenda implemented.

[00:04:18] And out of the three that are up for grabs here, up for Senate leadership, Rick Scott is the only one that is halfway decent.

[00:04:26] The other two are just totally, totally no good.

[00:04:29] They might as well be Democrats.

[00:04:34] And there you have it.

[00:04:36] We've got a great guest today.

[00:04:39] Yep.

[00:04:40] Mr. Battle.

[00:04:41] Richard V. Battle.

[00:04:43] He has returned.

[00:04:43] He's going to be joining us in conversation about his great book,

[00:04:46] I got to read his book, and it's fantastic.

[00:04:49] And it talks about the great people that helped make this country.

[00:04:55] And we're going to be talking about that today and why he put the book together.

[00:05:02] I know why, but I want him to tell you about it.

[00:05:06] Because to me, it is so needed.

[00:05:08] Books like this are so needed and should be required reading, by the way, in government schools especially.

[00:05:15] Many parents need to read these things, too, so they can pass down the information to their children in the home.

[00:05:21] Because it's my opinion that, you know, when it comes to learning about our country, et cetera, it should not only come from school.

[00:05:30] I was blessed with a dad who understood American history and was very, very much into correct principles.

[00:05:39] And he taught me to weigh everything against righteous principles.

[00:05:45] And if it doesn't match up with the righteous principles, then it should be rejected out of hand.

[00:05:50] I mean, and it applies to everything, everything literally.

[00:05:56] I mean, for instance, economics.

[00:06:00] When they came in with Keynesian economics, all they had to do was apply it to righteous principles that were the original setup for our economic system.

[00:06:10] And they should have rejected Keynesian economics out of hand.

[00:06:16] And hopefully with this new administration coming in, Keynesian economics will be put on the ash heap of history.

[00:06:26] So.

[00:06:29] There you have it, my friends.

[00:06:30] There you have it.

[00:06:32] In other news.

[00:06:33] Let's see here what's going on.

[00:06:35] In Louisiana.

[00:06:38] Here's another case when when people do the right thing and then you have opposition.

[00:06:44] Which goes against.

[00:06:47] What is legally correct.

[00:06:49] According not only to the law, but according to the will of the people.

[00:06:54] Louisiana.

[00:06:55] The people decided that they should put the Ten Commandments back in government schools.

[00:07:01] Everything was moving smoothly.

[00:07:03] Right.

[00:07:04] Right.

[00:07:04] But then, you know, the leftist teachers unions and others politicians, they kept going to courts and they finally found a judge to sit up.

[00:07:14] It's unconstitutional to have the Ten Commandments in school.

[00:07:19] But in reality, that's a lie.

[00:07:22] That is a lie.

[00:07:24] Do you know America's first school book was the Bible?

[00:07:27] Do you know that America was at the very least partially founded upon Christian values?

[00:07:37] Which were, in fact, the Bill of Rights is based upon the Ten Commandments.

[00:07:47] Literally.

[00:07:49] And it's tied together to so, so wonderfully with the Ten Commandments.

[00:07:53] It's that when you are breaking one of the Bill of Rights, you're actually breaking the Ten Commandments.

[00:08:01] They tied the two together.

[00:08:05] And so for people to run around here, these black robes gone wild, and to say, well, you know what?

[00:08:12] What helped make America great, the very principles, the Ten Commandments, it's now unconstitutional to allow children to see them inside of a school building.

[00:08:28] That is not only retarded, it is evil, and the people of Louisiana should be rising up in great numbers and saying hell no and no to hell.

[00:08:37] And say forget about it.

[00:08:38] We're going to go ahead.

[00:08:40] Screw you.

[00:08:44] And while I'm looking at the picture right now of a fat and not so jolly, a fat not so jolly female worker who was, had been ordering workers to skip Trump houses impacted by hurricanes in Florida.

[00:08:59] Ah, it's not isolated just to Florida.

[00:09:01] Happened in North Carolina, too.

[00:09:03] FEMA workers were instructed to do it in the Carolinas as well.

[00:09:08] Yep.

[00:09:09] The FEMA official, who was blown out of her job for ordering relief workers to skip over Trump houses, says it was not an isolated incident.

[00:09:19] Marnie, her name is Marnie Washington, ordered her staff to avoid assisting homes with Trump flags in their yards following the aftermath of a recent hurricane in Florida.

[00:09:29] Marnie wanted them to suffer, suffer for their support for President Trump.

[00:09:36] Now, this fat black female who decided who should get or who should not receive aid based upon their support or lack of support for President Trump.

[00:09:52] Now, correct me if I'm wrong.

[00:09:54] Isn't it always, especially these fat black ones that are always running around hollering about discrimination?

[00:10:01] I mean, someone tell me if I'm wrong.

[00:10:04] No one can tell me that I'm wrong.

[00:10:07] That's per usual.

[00:10:09] Anyway, you're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience.

[00:10:12] I'll be right back after this.

[00:13:06] That's 985-338-2891.

[00:13:10] Ron Edwards.

[00:13:11] The new voice of America.

[00:13:13] This is Richard Battle, author and speaker, and you're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience.

[00:13:53] And we are back.

[00:13:55] You're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience.

[00:13:57] And before we get to our guest, a bit of good news, potential good news that is.

[00:14:05] RFK Jr., Robert F. Kennedy Jr. declared war on the FDA.

[00:14:12] FDA, rather.

[00:14:13] And he says he's going to be wiping it out for poisoning Americans.

[00:14:17] Yeah, they're supposed to be approving what's good for us, but they've been just approving bad drugs one after another.

[00:14:26] And as a result, I mean, autism is very high amongst American students.

[00:14:31] Many people are overweight.

[00:14:33] Many people have gotten cancers.

[00:14:34] All kinds of horrible things as a result of FDA-approved drugs and chemicals in our foods.

[00:14:41] Many things that are not even allowed at all in the food of nations around the world, like in Europe and Japan, South Korea, etc.

[00:14:51] Also, child porn on some Mattel toys.

[00:14:55] Very interesting.

[00:14:56] Well, you've heard about the movie Wicked, which was developed off of a play that ran successfully in Playhouse Square and Times Square.

[00:15:07] And so we had the situation there.

[00:15:12] And so now they had some child porn that was on some, I guess, Mattel toys that were, I guess, celebrating this Wicked movie.

[00:15:22] And, of course, there was a big backlash, thank goodness, by parents.

[00:15:26] And the toys are being or have been removed from stores.

[00:15:30] But they said, oh, the reason why it happened was because it was a misprint.

[00:15:36] Oh, my gosh.

[00:15:37] What silly excuses we have or they have.

[00:15:42] Anyway, let's engage with our guest.

[00:15:45] His name is Richard V. Battle.

[00:15:47] He's written a great book.

[00:15:49] Yes.

[00:15:50] And if I say it's great, it is great.

[00:15:52] Americans Who Made America, 18th Century Birth of This Republic.

[00:15:57] Great stuff.

[00:15:58] Hello, Mr. Battle, and welcome back.

[00:16:01] Good afternoon.

[00:16:02] Thank you so much for having us back with you, Ron.

[00:16:05] Oh, man.

[00:16:05] Thank you for putting this very good book together.

[00:16:09] Many of my favorite American heroes and just about two or three that I wasn't aware of, like Mary Catherine Goddard.

[00:16:21] But every one of them, I mean, they've had such compelling stories.

[00:16:27] And I was always now, I want to ask you real quick.

[00:16:32] I always thought it was Crispus Attucks, who was the first one who died for American Liberty.

[00:16:38] But you have the name.

[00:16:39] It's a different name.

[00:16:42] Let me find the page.

[00:16:45] Real quick.

[00:16:47] Be patient with me, folks.

[00:16:49] Yeah.

[00:16:50] Christopher Snyder.

[00:16:53] Yes.

[00:16:54] And Crispus Attucks was killed, one of the five people that was killed at the Boston Massacre.

[00:17:02] And Christopher Snyder was a young boy, 11, 11-ish, who was killed a couple of weeks before that at a demonstration when the British official fired a warning shot.

[00:17:16] But instead of firing it in the air, fired it into the crowd and it struck him.

[00:17:20] And young Christopher was, some could say, the first fatality of the American Revolution.

[00:17:27] The five, including Crispus Attucks at Boston Massacre two weeks later, they're all buried in the same grave in Boston, as a matter of fact.

[00:17:38] Wow.

[00:17:39] But you know what's truly amazing?

[00:17:42] When you read about all of these people, all of us knew about John Paul Jones.

[00:17:50] We've only just begun to fight fame.

[00:17:53] But all of these patriots, they gave up so much.

[00:17:58] Those that did not give up their lives.

[00:18:00] I mean, they lost their fortunes.

[00:18:02] They lost family members.

[00:18:06] And they were just so cool in the way you present them.

[00:18:11] The way you present them are folks you would just love to meet.

[00:18:15] You know what I'm saying?

[00:18:17] You really humanize these great people, like Dr. John Witherspoon.

[00:18:27] Well, I appreciate you saying that, and that's what I'm trying to do.

[00:18:31] And you mentioned John Paul Jones.

[00:18:33] And you and I and a lot of adults will know him or remember him.

[00:18:38] But a lot of the generation that's in school now or Generation Z have no knowledge of him.

[00:18:46] And the whole reason I was inspired, and this is the first of a four-book series to write about these people,

[00:18:54] is I was sick and tired of the government telling us what we could do and couldn't do,

[00:19:00] and people relying on the government.

[00:19:03] And I remembered back that what made our country successful was the American do spirit.

[00:19:10] And each of the four centuries that I am and am going to write about,

[00:19:15] there's more candidates than I have the ability to write about them.

[00:19:20] And so I tried to pick people that I could illustrate from different walks of life,

[00:19:27] known to us and unknown to us,

[00:19:29] who exhibited that can-do spirit and gave of themselves,

[00:19:34] contributing to the country's prosperity on our behalf,

[00:19:39] even though they didn't know we would follow them,

[00:19:41] and we didn't know we would follow them.

[00:19:44] But they are such great examples.

[00:19:47] And my hope is to inspire people to pursue their own dreams

[00:19:51] and not wait for the government

[00:19:53] and not let the government tell us what we can or can't do,

[00:19:57] but be independent and striving and contributing to the country's success.

[00:20:07] Absolutely.

[00:20:08] Now, Billy Lee, it's towards the end of the book, Billy Lee.

[00:20:13] Now, he was a young lad who was basically one of George Washington's slaves.

[00:20:19] And I think, as you illustrated in your book,

[00:20:22] the only one that he freed when upon his death.

[00:20:25] Now, many people might look at that and say,

[00:20:27] well, you know what?

[00:20:30] With all the blacks that were involved in the American Revolution,

[00:20:34] and some were actually on the battlefield,

[00:20:37] and out of all those Revolutionary War heroes,

[00:20:42] Billy Lee is the only one that I think that was honored by George Washington,

[00:20:47] who happened to be a slave.

[00:20:49] And some people might say, man, this kind of shines a bad light in a way on the American founder.

[00:20:57] What say you, though?

[00:20:58] Well, there's no doubt that slavery was a bad thing,

[00:21:03] but I want to look at the positive side.

[00:21:06] And the people that complain about our great country today only see the negative aspect of anyone.

[00:21:12] And the people that came before us were imperfect, just like we are.

[00:21:17] But Billy Lee was a terrific example of someone doing what Theodore Roosevelt later said,

[00:21:25] do what you can with what you have, where you're at.

[00:21:28] And Billy Lee was a confidant of George Washington.

[00:21:33] When you think about it,

[00:21:35] and the example I always think about is in the movie about George Patton,

[00:21:40] where his helper, his sergeant that helped him,

[00:21:46] is very much similar to what I picture with Billy Lee.

[00:21:49] And when you're in command, you can't talk to people below you

[00:21:54] and express your feelings and get feedback and things of that nature.

[00:21:59] And so I see Billy Lee as the only person,

[00:22:02] maybe outside of Martha Washington,

[00:22:04] that George Washington could speak with and share his heart.

[00:22:10] And I see Billy Lee giving him feedback and terrific words of wisdom

[00:22:16] that would help Washington.

[00:22:18] And Washington was the goat of the American Revolution.

[00:22:22] Without his persistence in leadership,

[00:22:27] the revolution would have failed.

[00:22:29] And so that makes Billy Lee's input to him even more valuable.

[00:22:35] And so Washington freeing Billy Lee,

[00:22:38] letting him live on at Mount Vernon,

[00:22:41] and actually he's the only one of the enslaved people

[00:22:45] that is buried at Mount Vernon,

[00:22:47] that speaks volumes of the thoughts

[00:22:52] and the esteem that Washington had for Billy Lee.

[00:22:57] Absolutely.

[00:22:58] Now, one of my favorites also, Nathan Hale,

[00:23:04] and talk about,

[00:23:05] now this is one example that should be shared with,

[00:23:09] prominently with the American youth of today.

[00:23:13] And the reason why I say that is because he gave it all for liberty.

[00:23:19] And he was, to me,

[00:23:21] one of the most brave of all of the Revolutionary War heroes.

[00:23:27] He, you know,

[00:23:28] as the story proceeds,

[00:23:32] he gave it up.

[00:23:33] He said, well, you know what?

[00:23:34] I'll go on this particular mission,

[00:23:37] knowing most likely I'll be caught or whatever.

[00:23:40] But he went in knowing the risk.

[00:23:42] And he took that risk.

[00:23:44] And he ended up giving his life.

[00:23:47] But I love the statement when he says,

[00:23:50] my only regret is that I only had one life to give.

[00:23:54] I mean, talk about dedication, sir.

[00:23:56] What say you?

[00:23:57] Well, yes, absolutely.

[00:23:59] And I write this volume,

[00:24:00] and the series is planned to be readable

[00:24:02] by people from middle school up.

[00:24:06] And so it's not written for academics.

[00:24:08] It's written for everyday people.

[00:24:11] And so Nathan Hale was only 21 years old.

[00:24:15] And so he didn't know anything about being a spy,

[00:24:18] but he had the courage to go try.

[00:24:21] And the bad thing about it was

[00:24:23] he was turned in by one of his relatives

[00:24:26] and suffered the consequences,

[00:24:28] which is one of the most horrible things

[00:24:31] about the whole thing.

[00:24:32] But he was a great example of leadership

[00:24:35] and courage in the American do spirit.

[00:24:38] Amen.

[00:24:39] Well, we're going to hold it right there.

[00:24:41] Folks, you're listening to

[00:24:42] the Ron Edwards American Experience,

[00:24:43] and we'll be back with our great guest,

[00:24:45] Richard V. Battle, right after this.

[00:24:50] Blowing away the myths and revealing the truth

[00:24:53] on the Ron Edwards American Experience.

[00:24:57] The American people have spoken.

[00:25:33] President Trump has been reelected.

[00:25:35] Now the hard work truly begins.

[00:25:37] Hello, I'm Ron Edwards.

[00:25:39] On today's Face From the Edwards Notebook,

[00:25:40] brought to you by Root Brands,

[00:25:42] premium wellness products for your body and soul.

[00:25:45] Under the Harris-Biden regime,

[00:25:47] the United States has endured the greatest decline

[00:25:49] of a four-year time span in its entire history.

[00:25:52] Rampant immorality opened the door

[00:25:54] to a myriad of destructive policies,

[00:25:57] ranging from being put in extreme danger

[00:25:59] via Biden's open border policies,

[00:26:01] giving away $86 billion of military hardware

[00:26:03] to terrorists in Afghanistan,

[00:26:05] poking the Russian bear by wastefully giving Ukraine

[00:26:08] our much-needed military equipment

[00:26:10] and money we don't have.

[00:26:12] This ballooning,

[00:26:13] the national spending deficit,

[00:26:15] world-class cities like Chicago,

[00:26:17] San Francisco,

[00:26:18] New York City,

[00:26:18] and San Diego

[00:26:19] being ruined on purpose.

[00:26:21] While leftist governors

[00:26:22] sold American farmland to China,

[00:26:24] Kamala Harris centered

[00:26:26] the overwhelming majority of her campaign

[00:26:28] on abortion, abortion, abortion.

[00:26:30] Thank goodness most Americans

[00:26:31] sent no way Jose to Kamala

[00:26:33] and her mission to doom our republic.

[00:26:36] We now have a chance to renew our status

[00:26:38] as one nation under God

[00:26:39] and successfully retain our lofty position

[00:26:42] as the envy of the world.

[00:28:43] Americans who made America

[00:28:46] 18th century birth of the Republic,

[00:28:49] written by Richard B. Battle.

[00:28:51] Folks, you're listening to

[00:28:52] The Ron Edwards American Experience,

[00:28:54] and Richard B. Battle is in conversation with us today,

[00:28:57] and we are completing our discussion with him

[00:29:00] about his wonderful book.

[00:29:01] And thanks again, Richard,

[00:29:05] for writing such a great book.

[00:29:07] Now, there's only one character in your book,

[00:29:09] one out of all of them,

[00:29:10] that I have never been very crazy about,

[00:29:13] and that is Alexander Hamilton.

[00:29:14] We used to jokingly say

[00:29:16] that he was America's first statist

[00:29:18] because he advocated

[00:29:20] for a strong central government,

[00:29:23] something that most of the other founding fathers

[00:29:25] said no against,

[00:29:26] and history has proven

[00:29:27] that the other founding fathers were correct.

[00:29:30] But you did include him in this book,

[00:29:32] and yeah,

[00:29:35] even he seemed to be a really great guy

[00:29:38] by your description,

[00:29:40] but what say you?

[00:29:42] Well, and I think the important thing is

[00:29:45] is that all the people I illustrated

[00:29:47] had positive contributions.

[00:29:49] Were they perfect all the time?

[00:29:52] No.

[00:29:53] But we have to remember,

[00:29:55] he helped our financial system.

[00:29:58] He founded the New York Post newspaper.

[00:30:02] He contributed to the Revolutionary War.

[00:30:05] So there were things he did that were positive,

[00:30:09] but yes, I agree,

[00:30:10] I'm not as fond of him

[00:30:12] wanting a stronger central government

[00:30:15] as much as he wanted either.

[00:30:18] But I have to look at the positive aspects,

[00:30:21] and that's why I put him in there.

[00:30:23] And the illustration

[00:30:24] that none of us are perfect,

[00:30:26] we're all imperfect.

[00:30:28] The first objective of the Constitution

[00:30:30] is to form a more perfect union.

[00:30:32] The founders recognized

[00:30:34] that it's a journey,

[00:30:35] not a destination.

[00:30:37] And so that's why I think it's so important.

[00:30:39] What can we learn from different people

[00:30:41] that can help us today?

[00:30:44] And one of my favorites,

[00:30:46] Samuel Adams,

[00:30:48] a man who,

[00:30:50] I guess externally,

[00:30:52] if you looked at him,

[00:30:54] in comparison to some of the other

[00:30:57] founding fathers

[00:30:58] who came from

[00:30:59] a higher standard of living,

[00:31:01] as it were,

[00:31:02] wealth and things of that nature,

[00:31:05] nonetheless,

[00:31:06] despite his more humble lifestyle,

[00:31:10] he was one of the greats.

[00:31:11] Samuel Adams,

[00:31:14] I love here what he said,

[00:31:16] the liberties of our country,

[00:31:18] the freedom of our civil constitution

[00:31:20] are worth defending

[00:31:21] against all hazards.

[00:31:22] And it is our duty

[00:31:23] to defend them

[00:31:24] against all attacks.

[00:31:27] Amen, amen, and amen.

[00:31:29] And I thank you

[00:31:31] that you did include him.

[00:31:32] He's always been one of my favorites.

[00:31:35] And one thing I liked about him

[00:31:37] or like about him

[00:31:38] is like John Adams.

[00:31:41] He was very outspoken

[00:31:43] and fiery

[00:31:44] and sometimes

[00:31:46] others bristled against that.

[00:31:48] But he's one of those

[00:31:50] that was proven to be correct

[00:31:53] 99.9% of the time

[00:31:55] and another great American hero.

[00:31:58] What say you?

[00:31:59] Well, you're correct.

[00:32:00] And he was called

[00:32:01] the architect

[00:32:02] of the American Revolution.

[00:32:03] And we don't hear about him as much,

[00:32:06] but he was the mentor,

[00:32:07] if you will,

[00:32:08] for a lot of the greats

[00:32:10] that we do remember

[00:32:11] and that became presidents.

[00:32:12] And you read the one quote,

[00:32:14] and in this volume,

[00:32:15] I have 245 quotations

[00:32:19] because that portion of this work,

[00:32:22] I wanted the people I profiled

[00:32:25] to speak in their own words,

[00:32:27] not just what I analyzed

[00:32:29] and put out about them.

[00:32:31] But this allows the reader

[00:32:32] to look at them

[00:32:33] in their own words.

[00:32:35] And they were so brilliant.

[00:32:37] And it took the team of them,

[00:32:39] and it's no different

[00:32:40] than a football team

[00:32:41] or a business.

[00:32:43] It took different people

[00:32:44] with different personalities

[00:32:46] and different God-given gifts

[00:32:48] coming together

[00:32:49] and very importantly,

[00:32:51] putting aside self-interest.

[00:32:54] And I think that's one

[00:32:55] of the most fascinating things

[00:32:57] about the Declaration,

[00:32:59] the Revolutionary War,

[00:33:00] and the Constitution.

[00:33:02] These people put aside

[00:33:04] their selfish interest

[00:33:06] for the greater good

[00:33:08] of the objectives

[00:33:10] of the Declaration,

[00:33:11] the Revolution,

[00:33:12] and the Constitution.

[00:33:13] And we find that

[00:33:15] once they were done,

[00:33:16] that we reverted back

[00:33:18] to where a lot of them

[00:33:19] pushed their own self-interest

[00:33:21] versus the greater interest

[00:33:23] of the country.

[00:33:24] And so to me,

[00:33:25] that helps me believe

[00:33:27] that it was God-inspired

[00:33:29] and brought together

[00:33:30] that those imperfect humans

[00:33:34] were allowed to do that

[00:33:35] and establish this great country.

[00:33:38] Yeah, and I truly believe

[00:33:40] that it was God-inspired

[00:33:41] because, as I mentioned

[00:33:43] in my monologue,

[00:33:44] how the Founding Fathers

[00:33:47] ingeniously,

[00:33:47] they tied together

[00:33:49] the Bill of Rights

[00:33:52] principally with

[00:33:53] the Ten Commandments,

[00:33:55] and you couldn't break one

[00:33:56] without breaking the other,

[00:33:57] and which they thought

[00:33:59] would be an encouragement

[00:34:00] for Americans

[00:34:01] to remain

[00:34:03] a Christian-oriented nation

[00:34:05] because they wanted

[00:34:05] to keep the blessings

[00:34:06] that were coming forth

[00:34:08] as a result

[00:34:10] of tying

[00:34:11] the Word of God

[00:34:12] or the principles of God

[00:34:13] into the foundation

[00:34:14] of this great country.

[00:34:16] And I love

[00:34:17] Patrick Henry quotes

[00:34:18] you have at the end

[00:34:19] of his segment,

[00:34:20] one in particular,

[00:34:21] the Constitution

[00:34:22] is not an instrument

[00:34:23] for the government

[00:34:24] to restrain the people.

[00:34:26] It is an instrument

[00:34:27] for the people

[00:34:28] to restrain the government

[00:34:29] lest it come

[00:34:30] to dominate our lives

[00:34:32] and interests.

[00:34:33] Seems like he had a,

[00:34:36] he saw the future

[00:34:37] and saw our times

[00:34:40] and it seems that

[00:34:41] the government

[00:34:41] has basically tried

[00:34:43] to toss the Constitution

[00:34:45] out on its heels

[00:34:46] and dominate

[00:34:47] we the people

[00:34:48] and switch it around.

[00:34:50] I've always joked about

[00:34:51] and said that

[00:34:52] the Constitution

[00:34:53] was meant

[00:34:54] to corral government

[00:34:56] but during the

[00:34:57] bastardized rights movement

[00:34:58] commonly known

[00:34:59] as the Civil Rights Movement

[00:35:00] they reversed it.

[00:35:01] When people ran around

[00:35:02] saying I want

[00:35:03] my constitutional rights

[00:35:04] they said okay,

[00:35:06] Lyndon Johnson

[00:35:07] said okay

[00:35:07] and they actually

[00:35:09] flipped the script

[00:35:10] and they used

[00:35:12] the Constitution

[00:35:13] basically to restrain

[00:35:15] the people

[00:35:15] and since

[00:35:16] actually started

[00:35:18] before LBJ

[00:35:19] but it really took off

[00:35:20] the unrestrained

[00:35:21] growth of government

[00:35:22] into what it is today

[00:35:23] what say you?

[00:35:24] Well, you're correct

[00:35:25] and we remember

[00:35:27] the founders

[00:35:27] were not only brilliant

[00:35:29] and they approached

[00:35:31] the Declaration

[00:35:32] and the Constitution

[00:35:34] from a logical standpoint

[00:35:35] not emotionally

[00:35:36] like the French Revolution

[00:35:38] but they studied

[00:35:39] previous civilizations

[00:35:41] they studied

[00:35:42] what worked

[00:35:42] what didn't

[00:35:43] and they took

[00:35:44] the best of those

[00:35:46] and put together

[00:35:47] and even uniquely

[00:35:48] with the Connecticut

[00:35:49] Compromise

[00:35:50] they came up

[00:35:52] with the Electoral College

[00:35:53] which was such

[00:35:54] a unique thing

[00:35:56] and here's

[00:35:57] the other thing

[00:35:58] they understood

[00:35:59] human nature

[00:36:00] and they understood

[00:36:02] human nature

[00:36:03] was constant

[00:36:04] it did not

[00:36:05] evolve

[00:36:06] as the liberal

[00:36:07] position is today

[00:36:09] and so if it

[00:36:10] doesn't evolve

[00:36:11] that means

[00:36:12] the Bible

[00:36:13] the Declaration

[00:36:14] the Constitution

[00:36:15] and all the wisdom

[00:36:17] of our previous ages

[00:36:19] are still there

[00:36:20] for us to learn from

[00:36:22] and if you believe

[00:36:23] that the

[00:36:24] human nature evolves

[00:36:26] that means history

[00:36:27] is not as important

[00:36:28] and I hope

[00:36:29] that we're going

[00:36:30] to go back

[00:36:30] to a time now

[00:36:31] where we revere

[00:36:33] the wisdom

[00:36:34] of the ages

[00:36:34] and learn from it

[00:36:35] like the founders

[00:36:37] put out

[00:36:38] in front of us

[00:36:39] and yes

[00:36:39] you're correct

[00:36:40] our government

[00:36:41] has been trying

[00:36:42] to take

[00:36:43] rights

[00:36:44] from us

[00:36:47] and as I tell people

[00:36:48] the government

[00:36:49] never does anything

[00:36:50] for you

[00:36:51] until they do

[00:36:51] something to you

[00:36:53] and they never

[00:36:53] give one person

[00:36:54] something without

[00:36:55] taking it from

[00:36:56] someone else

[00:36:57] and so our founders

[00:36:59] were so brilliant

[00:37:00] and the more

[00:37:00] we follow them

[00:37:02] we will retain

[00:37:03] the rights

[00:37:04] of self-governance

[00:37:05] which they gave us

[00:37:06] yeah

[00:37:07] so great

[00:37:08] before we come

[00:37:10] to the end

[00:37:10] of our conversation

[00:37:11] why don't you

[00:37:12] tell folks

[00:37:12] where they can

[00:37:13] find your great book

[00:37:14] well I appreciate

[00:37:16] that

[00:37:18] Richard V. Battle

[00:37:19] at Amazon

[00:37:19] we have all

[00:37:21] 11 of our works

[00:37:22] including the latest

[00:37:23] Americans

[00:37:23] who made America

[00:37:25] 18th century

[00:37:26] birth of the republic

[00:37:26] it's also available

[00:37:28] in Kindle

[00:37:29] and audio

[00:37:29] if you go to

[00:37:31] richardbattle.com

[00:37:32] all books are signed

[00:37:34] and if you'd like

[00:37:35] them for gifts

[00:37:36] which this book's

[00:37:36] been very popular

[00:37:37] for gifts

[00:37:38] for young people

[00:37:40] if you'll email me

[00:37:41] richard at richardbattle.com

[00:37:43] with an inscription

[00:37:44] request

[00:37:45] after an order

[00:37:46] we're happy to do

[00:37:47] that as well

[00:37:48] and the holidays

[00:37:49] are coming

[00:37:51] thank you so much

[00:37:52] you know

[00:37:53] we talked a lot

[00:37:55] about the great men

[00:37:55] that founded this nation

[00:37:56] but you wisely

[00:37:58] included women

[00:37:59] who are also

[00:38:00] a part of

[00:38:02] the beginning

[00:38:03] of this wonderful nation

[00:38:05] one of them

[00:38:05] Mary Catherine Goddard

[00:38:07] tell us a bit

[00:38:08] about her

[00:38:09] well I love

[00:38:10] that story

[00:38:10] and I was unaware

[00:38:11] of it

[00:38:12] until I researched

[00:38:13] this volume

[00:38:13] and she

[00:38:15] was

[00:38:16] born

[00:38:17] in Baltimore

[00:38:18] her mother

[00:38:19] thankfully

[00:38:20] gave her

[00:38:20] an education

[00:38:21] because schools

[00:38:23] girls weren't

[00:38:24] sent to school

[00:38:25] very often

[00:38:25] at that age

[00:38:26] her dad

[00:38:26] was a printer

[00:38:27] with her brother

[00:38:28] so she went

[00:38:30] into helping

[00:38:30] the printing business

[00:38:31] her dad died

[00:38:32] and her brother

[00:38:33] left the business

[00:38:34] to her

[00:38:34] and she

[00:38:35] operated the printing

[00:38:36] business

[00:38:37] became the first

[00:38:38] postmistress

[00:38:38] in Baltimore

[00:38:39] and when they

[00:38:41] printed the first

[00:38:42] copy of the

[00:38:43] Declaration of Independence

[00:38:44] in January 1777

[00:38:46] with the signatures

[00:38:48] historically

[00:38:49] she would put

[00:38:50] on documents

[00:38:51] printed by

[00:38:51] M.K. Goddard

[00:38:52] but when she

[00:38:54] printed that document

[00:38:55] now called

[00:38:56] the Goddard

[00:38:56] Broadside

[00:38:57] she put

[00:38:59] on that document

[00:39:00] printed by

[00:39:01] Mary Catherine

[00:39:02] Goddard

[00:39:03] so she's

[00:39:04] the only

[00:39:04] woman

[00:39:05] to in effect

[00:39:05] sign the

[00:39:06] Declaration

[00:39:06] of Independence

[00:39:07] and it took

[00:39:09] a great deal

[00:39:09] of courage

[00:39:10] because as soon

[00:39:11] as her name

[00:39:12] was on that

[00:39:12] document

[00:39:13] she had a

[00:39:14] death warrant

[00:39:15] on her

[00:39:15] just like

[00:39:16] all the other

[00:39:17] founders

[00:39:17] and the courage

[00:39:19] to do that

[00:39:20] when it wasn't

[00:39:20] necessary

[00:39:21] to me

[00:39:21] is such

[00:39:22] an admirable

[00:39:23] quality

[00:39:23] that's a great

[00:39:25] illustration

[00:39:25] for women

[00:39:26] and men

[00:39:27] of the

[00:39:28] American

[00:39:28] spirit

[00:39:31] and one

[00:39:32] last

[00:39:32] individual

[00:39:33] that you

[00:39:35] included

[00:39:36] in your book

[00:39:36] his name

[00:39:37] is James

[00:39:37] Fortin

[00:39:38] and

[00:39:40] tell us a bit

[00:39:42] about him

[00:39:42] as well

[00:39:42] well

[00:39:43] he's

[00:39:44] another one

[00:39:45] that's a

[00:39:45] great

[00:39:46] individual

[00:39:47] story

[00:39:47] because

[00:39:48] here he

[00:39:49] was

[00:39:50] a black

[00:39:51] man

[00:39:51] or he was

[00:39:52] born as

[00:39:53] young black

[00:39:54] boy

[00:39:54] and he

[00:39:55] went to

[00:39:55] sea

[00:39:56] he was

[00:39:56] captured

[00:39:57] and was

[00:39:58] imprisoned

[00:39:59] in England

[00:39:59] he came

[00:40:00] back

[00:40:00] to

[00:40:01] Philadelphia

[00:40:02] and got

[00:40:03] in the

[00:40:03] business

[00:40:04] of

[00:40:04] making

[00:40:05] sales

[00:40:05] built

[00:40:07] his

[00:40:07] business

[00:40:07] up

[00:40:08] became

[00:40:08] a great

[00:40:09] philanthropist

[00:40:10] to all

[00:40:10] races

[00:40:10] and a

[00:40:11] great

[00:40:11] example

[00:40:12] of

[00:40:12] leadership

[00:40:12] and that

[00:40:14] American

[00:40:14] do spirit

[00:40:15] he was a

[00:40:16] successful

[00:40:16] American

[00:40:17] and I

[00:40:17] think he's

[00:40:17] worth

[00:40:18] celebrating

[00:40:19] amen

[00:40:20] to that

[00:40:20] well your

[00:40:21] book sir

[00:40:22] is worth

[00:40:23] celebrating

[00:40:24] and many

[00:40:24] other great

[00:40:25] individuals

[00:40:25] that are

[00:40:26] in here

[00:40:26] Paul

[00:40:27] Revere

[00:40:29] and so

[00:40:30] many others

[00:40:31] and folks

[00:40:32] I suggest

[00:40:32] you take

[00:40:34] the time

[00:40:34] to get

[00:40:35] this book

[00:40:35] and you

[00:40:37] will enjoy

[00:40:38] it and

[00:40:38] your children

[00:40:39] will enjoy

[00:40:40] it as

[00:40:40] well and I

[00:40:40] think like I

[00:40:41] said this

[00:40:41] book should

[00:40:42] be required

[00:40:42] reading it

[00:40:43] should be

[00:40:43] included

[00:40:44] in school

[00:40:45] curricula

[00:40:46] especially

[00:40:47] in the

[00:40:48] elementary

[00:40:48] and middle

[00:40:49] school

[00:40:49] levels

[00:40:49] because we

[00:40:50] need to

[00:40:51] get this

[00:40:51] kind of

[00:40:52] information

[00:40:52] into the

[00:40:53] younger

[00:40:54] children

[00:40:54] so it's

[00:40:55] inculcated

[00:40:56] into their

[00:40:56] mindset

[00:40:57] and Richard

[00:40:58] I thank

[00:40:59] you for

[00:40:59] the work

[00:41:00] you put

[00:41:00] in to

[00:41:02] write such

[00:41:03] a great

[00:41:03] book

[00:41:03] and it's

[00:41:04] a great

[00:41:04] service

[00:41:05] I consider

[00:41:05] such great

[00:41:06] information

[00:41:06] a service

[00:41:08] to this

[00:41:08] republic

[00:41:08] because

[00:41:09] it's

[00:41:11] through truth

[00:41:11] that we

[00:41:12] the people

[00:41:13] can maintain

[00:41:13] our great

[00:41:15] republic

[00:41:16] and through

[00:41:17] learning about

[00:41:18] its great

[00:41:18] history

[00:41:19] and again

[00:41:19] I thank

[00:41:19] you so

[00:41:20] much

[00:41:20] well I

[00:41:21] appreciate

[00:41:22] your words

[00:41:22] of encouragement

[00:41:23] to me

[00:41:24] encouragement

[00:41:24] is fuel

[00:41:25] which will

[00:41:26] continue our

[00:41:27] efforts to

[00:41:27] try to

[00:41:28] follow this

[00:41:28] up with

[00:41:29] three more

[00:41:29] volumes

[00:41:30] and we

[00:41:31] look forward

[00:41:32] to it

[00:41:33] it's my

[00:41:35] with you again

[00:45:29] francis bacon

[00:45:30] a british

[00:45:31] philosopher

[00:45:31] wrote that

[00:45:32] one

[00:45:32] but we all

[00:45:34] know that

[00:45:34] trump's victory

[00:45:35] is the second

[00:45:36] in american

[00:45:36] history where

[00:45:37] a president

[00:45:38] skipped a

[00:45:38] term

[00:45:39] and was

[00:45:40] then

[00:45:40] re-elected

[00:45:41] the first

[00:45:42] ever was

[00:45:43] grover

[00:45:43] cleveland

[00:45:44] from

[00:45:44] 1885

[00:45:45] and

[00:45:46] 1893

[00:45:47] now

[00:45:49] let's put

[00:45:49] it over

[00:45:50] with

[00:45:50] grover

[00:45:51] was the

[00:45:52] rallying cry

[00:45:53] with four

[00:45:55] years of

[00:45:55] benjamin

[00:45:56] harrison

[00:45:57] we won the

[00:45:58] first battle

[00:45:59] in the war

[00:45:59] for liberty

[00:45:59] but don't

[00:46:00] go back

[00:46:00] to sleep

[00:46:01] thinking

[00:46:02] all is

[00:46:02] well

[00:46:03] my friends

[00:46:03] the first

[00:46:04] stone

[00:46:05] was thrown

[00:46:06] and it

[00:46:07] took down

[00:46:08] one

[00:46:08] communist

[00:46:09] giant

[00:46:09] but there

[00:46:10] are thousands

[00:46:10] of them

[00:46:11] who wished

[00:46:12] to rule

[00:46:12] over

[00:46:13] the ashes

[00:46:14] of our

[00:46:14] nation

[00:46:15] many of

[00:46:16] them are

[00:46:16] domestic

[00:46:16] in fact

[00:46:17] the majority

[00:46:18] of them

[00:46:18] are domestic

[00:46:19] so thus

[00:46:20] we must

[00:46:21] stay vigilant

[00:46:22] between

[00:46:23] now and

[00:46:24] january

[00:46:25] 20th

[00:46:25] 2025

[00:46:27] our newly

[00:46:28] elected

[00:46:29] president

[00:46:29] faces extreme

[00:46:30] danger

[00:46:30] there have

[00:46:31] been three

[00:46:32] assassination

[00:46:32] attempts on

[00:46:33] his life

[00:46:33] already

[00:46:34] we know

[00:46:35] the

[00:46:35] stalinist

[00:46:35] party

[00:46:36] and their

[00:46:37] followers

[00:46:37] are seething

[00:46:38] with rage

[00:46:40] over trump's

[00:46:40] triumph

[00:46:41] general

[00:46:42] michael t

[00:46:43] flynn

[00:46:43] told steve

[00:46:45] bannon

[00:46:45] not long

[00:46:46] ago that

[00:46:46] he wants

[00:46:46] trump to

[00:46:47] stay in

[00:46:47] mar-a-lago

[00:46:48] until

[00:46:48] inauguration

[00:46:49] and not

[00:46:50] venture into

[00:46:51] washington

[00:46:51] dc

[00:46:52] he also

[00:46:52] wants him

[00:46:53] to hire

[00:46:53] his own

[00:46:54] security

[00:46:55] people

[00:46:55] and that's

[00:46:56] something i've

[00:46:56] been saying

[00:46:57] privately

[00:46:57] to folks who

[00:46:58] would listen

[00:46:59] that trump

[00:46:59] needs his

[00:47:00] own

[00:47:00] people

[00:47:01] in fact

[00:47:02] trump had

[00:47:03] a great

[00:47:03] security

[00:47:04] force

[00:47:05] when he

[00:47:06] first

[00:47:06] got into

[00:47:08] office

[00:47:08] and that

[00:47:09] guy who

[00:47:09] ran his

[00:47:10] security

[00:47:10] i forget

[00:47:10] his name

[00:47:11] he was

[00:47:12] very well

[00:47:13] known

[00:47:13] and he

[00:47:15] should try

[00:47:15] to get

[00:47:16] that guy

[00:47:16] back

[00:47:19] it is not

[00:47:20] just the

[00:47:20] left who

[00:47:21] has promoted

[00:47:22] hatred and

[00:47:23] vengeance

[00:47:23] against

[00:47:23] president

[00:47:24] trump

[00:47:24] there are

[00:47:24] plenty

[00:47:25] of neocon

[00:47:27] trotsky

[00:47:28] lights on

[00:47:29] the right

[00:47:29] who detest

[00:47:30] trump's love

[00:47:31] of america

[00:47:32] and her

[00:47:32] people

[00:47:33] now

[00:47:34] if you

[00:47:35] just listen

[00:47:36] to the

[00:47:36] vitriol of

[00:47:37] rino romney

[00:47:39] as francis

[00:47:41] bacon stated

[00:47:41] a false

[00:47:42] friend is

[00:47:42] more dangerous

[00:47:43] than an

[00:47:43] open enemy

[00:47:44] on november

[00:47:46] 5th we

[00:47:46] saw a

[00:47:47] sea of

[00:47:47] red

[00:47:48] across

[00:47:48] america

[00:47:49] but never

[00:47:49] forget

[00:47:50] the cheating

[00:47:50] continued in

[00:47:51] both the

[00:47:52] congressional

[00:47:52] and presidential

[00:47:53] races

[00:47:53] it is because

[00:47:55] of the massive

[00:47:55] turnout

[00:47:56] that of

[00:47:57] we the

[00:47:57] people

[00:47:57] that the

[00:47:59] cheating was

[00:48:00] not able

[00:48:01] to defeat

[00:48:02] us

[00:48:02] the american

[00:48:04] people had

[00:48:05] had enough

[00:48:05] they rose up

[00:48:07] and ran

[00:48:07] to the

[00:48:08] polls

[00:48:08] but election

[00:48:09] fraud still

[00:48:09] occurred

[00:48:10] how many

[00:48:11] republicans

[00:48:12] were winning

[00:48:12] then mail-in

[00:48:14] ballots

[00:48:14] appeared

[00:48:15] out of nowhere

[00:48:16] for the

[00:48:16] opposition

[00:48:17] proof of

[00:48:18] citizenship

[00:48:18] proof of

[00:48:19] residency

[00:48:19] must be

[00:48:21] demanded

[00:48:21] across our

[00:48:22] republic

[00:48:22] for everyone

[00:48:23] to vote

[00:48:23] mail-in

[00:48:24] ballots

[00:48:25] other than

[00:48:26] for military

[00:48:27] or incapacitated

[00:48:28] must be

[00:48:29] eliminated

[00:48:29] addresses

[00:48:31] must be

[00:48:31] validated

[00:48:32] at registration

[00:48:33] all votes

[00:48:34] have to be

[00:48:35] in by the

[00:48:36] day of

[00:48:37] voting

[00:48:37] and that's

[00:48:37] the way

[00:48:38] it should

[00:48:38] be

[00:48:40] now

[00:48:40] what's

[00:48:40] been

[00:48:41] frustrating

[00:48:42] to many

[00:48:43] of us

[00:48:43] the most

[00:48:44] was hearing

[00:48:46] newscasters

[00:48:48] and leftist

[00:48:49] spokespersons

[00:48:50] say

[00:48:50] in 2020

[00:48:52] Biden won

[00:48:53] 20,000

[00:48:55] more votes

[00:48:56] than Kamala

[00:48:57] in such

[00:48:58] and such

[00:48:59] county

[00:48:59] the problem

[00:49:00] with this

[00:49:01] statement

[00:49:01] is that

[00:49:02] american

[00:49:03] patriots

[00:49:04] know

[00:49:04] in their

[00:49:05] hearts

[00:49:05] that the

[00:49:05] 2020

[00:49:06] election

[00:49:06] was stolen

[00:49:07] from

[00:49:08] president

[00:49:08] trump

[00:49:10] as

[00:49:11] head of

[00:49:11] the

[00:49:11] transition

[00:49:12] team

[00:49:12] of

[00:49:13] 2016

[00:49:13] vice

[00:49:14] president

[00:49:15] mike

[00:49:15] pence

[00:49:15] bought in

[00:49:16] far too

[00:49:17] many

[00:49:17] trump

[00:49:17] derangement

[00:49:18] syndrome

[00:49:19] republicans

[00:49:20] and many

[00:49:34] Constitutional Limited Republic, he was no more interested than your average Democrat.

[00:49:39] That's why he was able to turn on Trump the way he did.

[00:49:44] And that's what also prompted Lizard Cheney to do what she did and many others.

[00:49:53] So you have the World Economic Forum still to deal with.

[00:49:58] You have the WHO, World Health Organization.

[00:50:01] You have the United Nations.

[00:50:03] You have all kinds of situations in this country.

[00:50:10] And by the way, the World Economic Forum should be shown the way out of our country with the United Nations leading them out of this country.

[00:50:20] The United States of America is so well endowed in wealth and supplies that she has no need of the United Nations.

[00:50:32] She has no need of the World Economic Forum or the World Health Organization.

[00:50:37] There is no need of any of these entities in our republic.

[00:50:42] We have enough of everything that we could literally tell the entire world to leave us alone and we could trade amongst ourselves, amongst our independent states and still remain the world's wealthiest country.

[00:50:56] Let us not forget that in the 1950s, any one of our top industrial states could be by themselves one of the five wealthiest nations in the world.

[00:51:08] And many of our states are that way today.

[00:51:11] California is the fifth largest economy in the world by itself.

[00:51:16] Ohio by itself is a top 12 economy.

[00:51:19] Michigan by itself is a top 15 economy.

[00:51:23] And it goes on and on and on.

[00:51:26] If we were to bring back our industries, right?

[00:51:29] The Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, etc.

[00:51:33] Birmingham, Alabama, which used to be the steel center of the South.

[00:51:37] And we trade amongst ourselves.

[00:51:39] We're a huge population.

[00:51:40] And we build up our wealth through trading with one another.

[00:51:44] Within a gold monetary system or silver based, at least, we have all the necessary minerals, everything we need.

[00:51:55] I think there's only one we don't we're not.

[00:51:57] We don't have a lot of.

[00:51:58] It might be bauxite, I think, a main ingredient for aluminum.

[00:52:03] But who needs aluminum anyway?

[00:52:05] Aluminum is horrible.

[00:52:07] To be used.

[00:52:09] It causes Alzheimer's and everything anyway.

[00:52:12] So enough of that madness.

[00:52:14] We have the technology within our shores to create automobiles that run on water.

[00:52:22] Indefinitely.

[00:52:23] We have it all here in America.

[00:52:25] God bless this nation.

[00:52:27] And so we do not need to cripple ourselves with vain philosophies from around the world that do nothing but putrefy the quality of life of people.

[00:52:41] We must stand fast, my fellow Americans, as we set about the reestablishment of greatness in our republic.

[00:52:51] And how do we do that?

[00:52:52] Continue to depend on God, our creator.

[00:52:56] And stand up for the rule of law.

[00:53:01] Beginning with our Bill of Rights, our Constitution.

[00:53:04] And everything stems from that.

[00:53:06] From those two specific approaches.

[00:53:09] Depending on God and the rule of law, which stems from our Bill of Rights and Constitution.

[00:53:15] We do that.

[00:53:17] But we're going to be, we're going to have big smiles on our faces in just a few months.

[00:53:22] In short order.

[00:53:25] Well, now that I see that my time is up, thank you so much for your time.

[00:53:32] That's all, folks.

[00:53:33] Tags at stage right.

[00:53:37] And as I always say at this time, remember, my friends, to pray for your nation.

[00:53:42] Pray for your family.

[00:53:44] Pray for your friends.

[00:53:46] And even pray for your enemies that they get it right before it's too late.

[00:53:51] And to treat others the same way you'd want to be treated.

[00:53:55] I'm Ron Edwards.

[00:53:56] Until next time.

[00:53:58] Bye now.
