House Appropriations Committee rejects Representative Clyde's amendment to defund the left's lawfare against President Trump due to the GOP no-show. Yep, Representative Andrew Clyde rightfully lashed out at his fellow no-show Republicans

[00:02:13] for their absence during a critical vote on his amendment aimed at defunding the left's lawfare against President Trump. Well, he has been tirelessly advocating for the defunding of the left's lawfare against Trump for over a year, echoing the sentiments of many Americans who are fed up of the

[00:02:34] talk and no action from their elected officials. Last off August, if you might recall, Representative Clyde unveiled a bold strategy to utilize the appropriations process to cut off funding for prosecutors like Fannie Willis, Alvin Bragg,

[00:02:51] and Jack Smith, all of whom receive federal funding and are involved in pursuing charges against President Trump because of his pro-American and freedom of religious attendencies. So no wonder they call it the uniparty, no wonder they say that there's no difference between the

[00:03:11] Republicans and Democrats, and when you boil it down, sometimes it really seems that way. And it's a sad shame because when you look at Alvin Bragg, when you look at Fannie Willis, Jack Smith, and many others, these people are very friendly and very open and allow

[00:03:31] criminal activity in our streets by the thousands of actions against American law-abiding every single day. That Alvin Bragg is famous for allowing criminals to run the streets after the police arrest them, and he lets them right back out on an average of two hours

[00:03:51] after they've been arrested for doing things such as beating up old ladies in the streets, robbing people, breaking into stores. You name it. But that's the way it is, isn't it? Doesn't have to be that way, and that's why I always urge my fellow Americans to

[00:04:11] make sure that they are prepared for what may happen in the streets. Young men, be prepared. And I understand, you know, I know the way things are today, that if someone attacks you, especially an illegal border crosser, you beat them up,

[00:04:30] put them in hospital, the law will come after you. They'll throw you in jail. But you know what? I'd still rather need a jury of 12 rather than six pallbearers. So we just have to deal with the hand that we have been dealt in society today.

[00:04:52] And Chuckie Schumer, he's feeling a bit cocky. Yeah, with his bouncing head itself. As the Supreme Court last week ruling six to three along with ideological lines in favor of President Trump asserting that presidents are immune from criminal liability involving official

[00:05:11] acts during their tenure. The case, Trump versus United States arose from narcissistic special counsel, Jack Smith's corrupt indictment against President Trump, who is falsely accusing the 45th president of conspiring to throw out the 2020 presidential election results.

[00:05:29] I'm going to stop right there just for a second. If President Trump is guilty of that charge, then you got to go after Hillary Clinton because if you listen to a conversation with her, she will eventually tell you that the election was stolen from her in 2016.

[00:05:47] And what about that roly-poly lady in Georgia? Yeah, big mama, big mama Abrams. She's still rolling around and telling anyone who will listen. Oh, they stole that election from me. I should be Governor Georgia. I should be Governor Georgia.

[00:06:04] I mean, she's like on autopilot. She's rocking around like a madman. I should be I should be Governor Georgia. I should be Governor. I should be Governor. But yet no one's coming after her. Good news in Panama.

[00:06:21] Talked about this a little bit yesterday. The president of Panama is really cleaning house. Just as the president of El Salvador, both of those individuals are cutting down on crime in their countries. In fact, in El Salvador, they're in just a few months, there's no crime basically

[00:06:38] in El Salvador. And now he's focusing on their economy. And in Panama, they're shutting down their southern border and guess who's freaking out? Yeah, Uncle Joe Biden and so is China. Because Uncle Joe Biden is in league with China to destroy you and I through the fentanyl

[00:07:00] industry that is backed by China and supported by Mexico. My, my, my. Isn't that very interesting? And yet there are many politicians. You rarely hear them talk about this stuff. Not one Republican have I heard talking about this particular problem.

[00:07:23] You hear about it on this show because we want to get the truth out to you and in, in, in so you can govern yourself accordingly. But how many officials in this country really

[00:07:38] care about you? The American people. The reason why I ask this question is because for years or years, I mean more years than I've been alive, the US government has been stealing farmland from US citizens. It doesn't matter where, what state been going on for a long time,

[00:07:58] when you know it was going on for a long time in the South. Just in 2022 in the state of Michigan, 433 farms were lost due to government persecution and other asinine activities related to government, of course. As government today is trying to give away the land to China,

[00:08:22] in the past they used to steal land from black folks because you know, the developers and the government down South, they were very racist. Today it's a slightly different story. They're against America. They're anti-American people like Governor

[00:08:38] Wichmer of Michigan, Pritzker of Illinois and elsewhere. And so you have these government land grabs because they want to harm you and I, we the people. And it's retarded because we the people pay their salaries. We vote them into office, but yet they turn

[00:08:58] around and work against us. And I understand why, you know, Uncle Joe and Ali Obama and Hunter, between the three of them, they made $30 million and a hundred million dollar deal with China when Biden was vice president and they sold us out in that deal.

[00:09:22] And there have been other deals related to that as American farmland continues to be taken, bought out, sold out from under the feet of farmers. And so we're going to be talking

[00:13:58] the loss of land by this particularly black Americans. It's going to be the focus today. You know, before the turn of the century, the last the turn of the last century, I think black Americans owned about 15 to 18 million acres of land throughout this great

[00:14:15] republic and through the years it was it got smaller and smaller. Now, I know a lot of black Americans did leave the land in the great migration to the north but there were many more who

[00:14:27] stayed behind and still they were losing their land. Hmm, wonder how let's talk to welcome Dr. Gaysa. Hello, doctor and welcome to the Ron Edwards American experience. Hello, Ron. Thank you for having me. It's an honor to have you today. Well,

[00:14:46] you know, as I mentioned, black's owned about 18 million acres of land. They owned it and I am really disturbed at the fact that, you know, for a long time land has been stolen from Americans and it's still being stolen, I'm sorry, from Americans,

[00:15:06] even in Michigan. As I mentioned a few minutes ago, 433 farms were lost in the state of Michigan alone in 2022. So this is not something that is you know, that just happened a long

[00:15:20] time ago to blacks. It's happening to everyone now. But your focus is what has happened to black Americans in the south and how the Democrats primarily and I believe big developers work together often to rob black folks of their farmland. What what say you?

[00:15:41] Yeah, you know, I come today to just, you know, bring awareness about black land theft and the wealth division. You know, it's a big problem in our country. And you know, like he was

[00:15:53] saying over between 12 to 14 million acres of land and the 20th century, 90% of that land was stolen. You know, today, you know, the the the margins has really decreased over now is in the America between 1 million acres of farming that that we as African Americans that own land is

[00:16:19] that ranges way down to 1 million. And you know, this the bringing awareness about how these things happen. These things are very passionate to me. As I begin to do my studies, these things have

[00:16:34] happened in my own family where land has been stolen. And we're doing research now and you know, we can go into that later. But just want to bring awareness that we, like you said, have

[00:16:50] migrated to the north and because land was stolen and looking for employment, looking for ways to take care of our families and you know, just you know, given awareness about even let's say

[00:17:04] about the promises that what's promised us about the 40 acres of land and and you know, talking about that subject and also talking about how we as African Americans in our community could help farmers, landowners to get their land back from, you know, you know, there's different

[00:17:26] stories. We have one story of the Scott family that they fought for many, many years of getting their property back and going back and forth. And that was like a like a success story

[00:17:43] that they were rewarded. Because they you know, they were wrong with was, you know, wrong. It was a wrong that was made right. And it was great. That was a great video. That was a great

[00:17:55] video. I did watch that. And it was great to see how they won their land back and they're doing well. But a lot of that land that was stolen, and let's be honest about it, it was done primarily

[00:18:07] by the by the Democrat Party and developers who were working together. How did were they able to because if you own your land, right outright, you have the deed, etc. How are they able to seemingly in some cases, legally or was it because the governments were crooked

[00:18:25] to just take the land from from individuals like that from some cases, some of the individuals, they use things like the Torah Act, where you have multiple like families that in the family

[00:18:40] and they have rights to the land. And one portion of the family, they will search out, find them, offer them a little money and not tell the rest of the family and start this legal battle

[00:18:56] and take the land in that way. There's many different ways that they use with the courts. Like when we go to the documentary with the silver dollar road, that was just unbelievable how

[00:19:10] that case right now is going on right now. I haven't got any updates on that but how the family of the brothers were placed in prison for eight years for not leaving their property.

[00:19:24] And when this documentary came out, it brung awareness and least they got released but I still think they're battling with the land right now in that area. Man. So and a lot of the land by the way in the south because of the rapid growth

[00:19:42] in recent decades of cities and the building of homes, a lot of that land has been built over by private developers with home projections, etc. How can that ever or do you think it can be rectified?

[00:19:58] Well, unfortunately, probably not. If you look at both cases, one case they had great document. They can trace in the Smith family, they can trace the ownership of the land

[00:20:16] going back maybe 50 years and more. In some cases we really don't know like in my case with my family. We just heard rumors of land was stolen over 50 acres of land was stolen in Murrow, Michigan.

[00:20:34] I mean, I'm sorry in Murrow, Louisiana. And we always heard this story from our grandfather and we always hear the same story when I watched the video, don't let them take our land. My great

[00:20:45] grandfather would say don't let them take our land and the land was taken. My great grandfather was can read and write and sign his name and we're doing research now that the

[00:20:58] D's are signed with the X. Land is gone. And so now we're doing research in my own family now to trace that back. Not only that, I'm believing that this is a spiritual part of it. I'm believing

[00:21:17] that God will open these things up and make the wrongs right in that area. And so it's really, really, really touch home with me to hear stories that my grandfather used to say that

[00:21:32] that he was forced to sign. He wouldn't sign his name but was forced to sign the X that they were threatened to kill his family. This is the kind of stuff that kind of riles me. The political party that enslaved blacks in the south

[00:21:52] um then the blacks became free and they ended up owning a lot of land throughout the great south and then the democrats turn around and steal that land from those that were most vulnerable in

[00:22:07] case some cases not very vulnerable. They just happen to be black and they just went after them in such a manner. I have a question though in a lot of cases that that land will not ever be

[00:22:20] returned because of development things of that nature. It's several generations removed. In some cases there are no records etc. Do you think that going forward in the future after all the dust has settled from the current investigations that maybe Americans,

[00:22:39] black Americans and Americans in general need to start working together and regrouping as families etc. And buying land starting over and buying land and becoming homesteaders again and because there in some cases you're not going to get it back

[00:22:57] right what about looking ahead? Well I believe looking ahead as far as like getting involved in the community and the lawmaking just going at it in that area what can we go what can we do

[00:23:14] going forward as far as the tax laws the reforming and you know I would love to in my community I just have to say the division of what it caused in my family the division of the wealth

[00:23:32] division in my area 40 what we have I live in uh Independence Township in Oakland County Michigan and uh area and in my area out of 42 homes I am the only African American

[00:23:51] in this area that own have ownership of a home um my taxes is is is 10,000 a year plus you know and so what can we do to close that gap of ownership what can we do I believe you know

[00:24:08] taxes the tax rates would keep certain not only just black but just poor uh communities down in a certain area where you can only establish home ownership in certain areas I think we should do something about the tax laws about the tax rates you know going forward

[00:24:27] keep coming together as community the democrats the republicans coming together I feel like we should erase property tax period or make it so minimum to a point that is affordable you know you can live in some cases where you have cases where people uh as they age get

[00:24:42] into their 80s and they're losing their properties and a lot of them are losing their properties they say that you know we have these programs but the programs are so uh uh uh time consuming

[00:24:55] how would they know who would help exactly we're going to hold it right there and in fact you're touching on a subject that's very near and dear to my heart about getting rid of

[00:29:51] you know um you were talking about um the property tax and um that is one of the things that um i've always i mean literally for years have talked about the need to get rid of it because people

[00:30:08] have been sold a bill of goods they're content of believing that oh we can't have this we can't have that this property uh build up or whatever in downtown or on the lakefront or on the river

[00:30:20] without property taxes or we can't fund the school systems without property taxes well that's one of the biggest lies that the government has ever come up with it literally is the property tax is

[00:30:34] designed to gradually as the government continues to taxes in other ways and making more difficult for us to maintain our homes uh maintain our families our lifestyle etc and one of the things

[00:30:48] they want to make sure that that we don't own is our land and our homes they want us to be renters useless eaters right and so um i i in fact i i talked to you in the past about um an organization

[00:31:04] called axe my tax and i did reach out to them there and i want to put you two guys together because i think um the both of you guys together could do a lot of damage

[00:31:17] against the um those who still want to maintain the uh the silly stupid property taxes because we're supposed to own our land once you buy something you own it own it and it should if

[00:31:30] you buy a sweater you own it you're not renting the sweater through a tax you bought you use a sales tax and that's it let's say you yeah yeah i i have to agree with you uh ron um just uh just

[00:31:44] what's been going on in our country for the last uh three to four years uh dealing with the coronavirus dealing with issues with jobs in my area i'm a i do home health care for auto um

[00:32:00] um that was a big thing in michigan uh uh and so just you know i you know me being able to buy home you know between uh you know half a million and uh this area uh and then being hit by the

[00:32:16] coronavirus being hit by the uh michigan auto laws uh it was a a a faith walk every year paying my taxes taxes did not cease you know either you you know they have these exemptions uh uh set up i'm

[00:32:34] sorry set up for low income but what about those are self-employed those are making a living being you know what's going on in the economy and taxes is going up and up and up and up you know uh

[00:32:50] hey if i can save 10 000 a year for my family for my uh for my family it'll be beautiful you know uh you know putting aside 10 000 a year just to uh just for property tax in my area um is it is

[00:33:05] is mine they didn't give us any breaks that's what i'm gonna say so i you know i reached out did a little a little research i'm not an expert yet but i am passionate about this um there's

[00:33:17] organizations like the national taxpayer union where they are a lobbying organization um uh to lower tax um we have other organizations that you know i'm going to say this organization organization uh AACM the association for advancement of creative museum we also have

[00:33:42] the national black land loss prevention project these are different areas where we can reach out um uh that you know it's a lot of organizations out there that's dealing with these issues but you

[00:33:56] don't hear about them so my thing is hey let's bring awareness let's team up let's let's get rid of this you know uh i'm 51 years old in the next 30 years i was still like to own my property and

[00:34:11] pass it down to uh my my my children uh my children probably wouldn't be able to afford the taxes uh you know uh because of the division of wealth and the community uh uh why should my uh offsprings

[00:34:28] lose my home my property to property tax what can we do about it yeah well we what we should do first of all we have to get the the the american people educated on our rights on you know they need

[00:34:43] to study the bill of rights they need to study certain federalist papers and they'll learn that the property tax the income tax are unconstitutional but they've been going on so long

[00:34:56] and um you know the way the setup is they don't have the power to to overcome big government but there are legal avenues that we can take and it's about knowledge knowledge is power

[00:35:07] and that's how we're going to do it um you know ax my tax um who's run by carlo wagner here in in michigan uh she's she in fact is in rule traveling all over the state educating property owners

[00:35:22] about uh how we can you know get rid of it and the benefits of it and so um like i said soon as she's available i'm going to get you two together and um because the more we become united

[00:35:37] and come together in a powerful block the better chance we have of throwing off these unconstitutional situations um 1913 uh when you started having all of these things unraveled and poured out against we the people the income tax etc etc etc and so um it's all about

[00:35:59] knowledge um and and us being willing to to come together and force the government to uh to do the right thing and i'll be honest with you the democrat party is is a lost cause

[00:36:12] in its present form it is a lost cause and half the republicans are the same yes and so we we have about the half of the republican party who who will listen and and may

[00:36:25] be works on behalf of we the people let's hear you yeah and i'm in agreement with you um just look at the you know the border border control um is we always had you know if you could we talking

[00:36:38] about land here we talking about protecting our land per not only just protecting our land at the border but protecting our land in united states in our community it is it is uh unlawful

[00:36:52] you know and and we need strong leaders well i'm believing for strong leaders to rise up so take these issues in our community to heart and getting the right people in office getting lobbing lobbing uh the right cause and getting these things done yeah absolutely are there any

[00:37:16] final things you'd like to say in in regards to what you've been through and what your family's been through and things you've already done so far in an effort to right this horrible wrong

[00:37:28] we've got about uh the three minutes okay well fulfilling the promise you know what was promised to us you know that's my thing we were promised 40 acres in a mu to our descendants fulfilling

[00:37:44] the promise that it come to pass and also uh getting back what was stolen in our bloodline that took away from generational wealth and i'm i'm ready and so uh believing uh that our heavenly
