[00:00:00] Hi, this is Melanie Collette enjoy the show And away we go Ladies and gentlemen, it's the Ron Edwards American Experience talk show where our unalienable rights are celebrated and now your radio refreshment Ron Edwards Well, well well good day and hello and how are you?

[00:01:20] I'm Ron Edwards and welcome to this edition of the Ron Edwards American Experience. This of course is a health day edition And we've got a very healthy Recipe for you today or a number of recipes. We're going to be talking about healthy delicious foods

[00:01:37] that you can consume during these hot sweltering days of summer and To join us in this conversation will be Gita Chopra. She's a health food expert She's written a few books on the subject and man, we look forward to that

[00:01:53] Something we don't look forward to is continuing to be a healthy open-border situation and You know, we don't have a sovereign nation right now as the way you look at it The northern and southern borders are both wide open

[00:02:09] Illegals there's more and more evidence piling up showing that illegals are already voting in our elections or have been voting in our elections And if we don't do something about it Maybe up to a half million may vote in the upcoming elections This coming november so Now

[00:02:29] according to um several sources By the year 19. I'm sorry by the year 2050 The united states No, wait a minute back up by the year 2030. That is By the year 2030 that is the united states could be suffering under a 50 plus trillion dollar deficit You heard it right 50

[00:03:00] But technically we're already under that amount of um deficit if you if you look at the deficit And the debt combined it's already 50 trillion dollars 57 trillion dollars, that is And yet Lawmakers continue to just spend like crazy And republican conservatives in the house

[00:03:26] Even if they're not getting their way if they want to cut spending they need to make a big issue of this So that the people can get involved

[00:03:36] And so the people are more aware as we're approaching the next election and one of the things that we need to pay attention to when it comes to voting is Man making sure that these people not only want to secure our borders

[00:03:50] And make sure that our military is strong enough, but also need to cut the spending Because I will venture to say that 60 to 70 percent of all spending Is not only wasteful but unconstitutional If you're to take away all of the departments that have nothing to do

[00:04:09] With the original intent laid out by the founding fathers when they first formed this great nation See outside of defense and other important measures like that The states are supposed to be in charge of their own economies

[00:04:26] Most of the money that is collected in the states is supposed to remain in the states So why should we In whatever state you're in Send dollars to washington and then you get sent back on average 60 to 70 cents on each dollar

[00:04:44] When the money could have stayed right there in the first place and not be wasted on departments of education The irs Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera Homeland security Because it's not homeland security is actually homeland insecurity It has done nothing to make us more secure

[00:05:04] Nothing. I don't know what george w bush's original intent for homeland security was But it has evolved into something that is very horrible that does nothing to secure we the people of the united states of america nothing

[00:05:22] Now if anyone can tell me something that the homeland security is good for well I'm i'm all ears I'm all ears The code of the world is the same as the code of the world The coast guard

[00:05:39] What do you mean the coast guard's been in existence for uh, oh I don't know since the beginning of the country almost So they were under the department of transportation But then after the 9 11 terrorist attacks That the coast guard was transferred to homeland security

[00:05:59] Okay, so guess what then they need to put the uh Coast guard either independent or back under the department of transportation and still Proving me correct that homeland security is a non-entity as far as securing the country boom boom boom now the reason for that is because

[00:06:21] Department of transportation doesn't have the money but homeland security does Well, here's the thing You don't need home land security To fund directly the coast guard Again, that is another Bureaucratic layer that needs to be eliminated Okay moving on I'm looking at a picture here of uh

[00:06:47] blademer putin And kim jong-un shaking hands and they've signed a security agreement between those two nations And this is another situation my friends that did not have to happen And putin was not uh

[00:07:02] Eager to join league with kim jong-un. There was no need for him to when when president trump was in office Vladimir putin was more willing to be an ally A tolerant or at least a tolerable ally of the united states when trump was in office

[00:07:22] Because he looked at the united states as a Better trading partner partner, etc, etc, etc as you at one time wanted to begin be in league with western europe so now Everything's gone helter skelter You've got kim jong-un Vladimir putin

[00:07:44] And uh jixin ping all together nice and close now All against the united states And i've always stated that one of the worst things you could do is make putin into an official enemy he was not Was he was he a competitor? Yes

[00:08:07] Was he our best buddy? No But there was respect And in my opinion respect is is technically more important between nations than so-called friendship And allies because uh, how many of our allies in western europe actually respect the united states and how long have they screwed us over?

[00:08:27] By not paying for their own military We pay for the most for most of it And to to what of it what and and for what purpose I will I still want to know for what purpose The france call us stupid

[00:08:47] The british disrespect us not all of us. I mean you have some good british friends uh spain They don't they don't give a rip italy They're cool. They mind their own business They've gone populous by the way hungary

[00:09:07] They're cool. They mind their own business. They want to protect their own nation, but for the most part germany. Oh my goodness We wasted Intergenerational wealth on nato we i'm sorry we we have and until We get true leadership back in the united states of america

[00:09:33] The world is increasingly looking away from the united states when it comes to important issues affecting our planet And it goes on and on and on I'm ron edwards some good stuff When I return on this the ron edwards american experience ron edwards the new voice of america

[00:13:53] Geitha chopra with us. Oh, no, it's geitha chopra and she's with us today. She's an author She's written books about healthy eating um, and really good stuff i've in fact tried some of the Recipes that she has presented and I must say really great

[00:14:12] Well, we've been having some extremely hot weather in our neck of the woods. It's blasting throughout the country And um, I happen to just wonder man What are some of the good things we can eat and prepare during this extremely?

[00:14:26] Hot weather. Uh, you don't want to stand in front of the stove all day or all evening and what can we do? Well here to tell us what to do is miss chopra. Hello geitha and welcome back Hi ron so good to be with you again

[00:14:41] It's good good to have you Well, like I said, it's a really hot stuff and folks want to know um, man What can we do and we don't want to you know

[00:14:50] When it gets hot like this one of the last things you want to do is stand in front of a hot stove And just oh it's it's miserable

[00:14:58] Um are some there's some good things we can put together for dinner that uh, don't take a lot of heat and That are still very healthy for us

[00:15:06] Yeah, I mean you're looking at the cool squashes, um, you know the summer vegetables maybe maybe the broccolis and the salad You can do um Maybe white pastas instead of red sauce. You can definitely cut back on all the spicy red chili peppers

[00:15:23] You can do, you know bell peppers instead with salads. You can kind of chop those up and eat them raw But ironically what people don't realize that ice is actually not good for you ice creates inflammation

[00:15:34] Which is basically heat in the body so it still stay away from your ices But you can do the smoothies just try not to add ice to them And another cooling food so you're looking for cooling foods, right? Remember each food has a constitution

[00:15:47] And we're not talking about temperature or something that's in the fridge is cool. Not true It's actually the type of food. How is it grown under the earth or on top of the earth?

[00:15:55] And there's a lot of good examples, but a couple that come to mind for summer are the avocados Okay, so that's a definitely cooling summer You could save a vegetable and then watermelon is also very cooling on the body as well Hmm excellent

[00:16:11] Now, um my producer says that what he does in the summer is just simply go outside And barbecues and and while he's holding a cold beer So, uh Yeah But um, you know when it comes to uh summer foods, what about uh foods like potato salads

[00:16:33] I know that's pretty popular especially in the summertime cantaloupes Uh things of that nature deviled eggs comes to mind What say you? Yeah, cantaloupe is good. Everything can be good depends how you make it So again, the deviled eggs are good where you put in red chili

[00:16:50] Flakes on them or you're putting paprika Which is not spicy because you don't want to get into all the spicy foods in summer and You know coming back to the barbecue that's meat and meat is acidic

[00:17:00] You want to get more alkaline foods? Um, you can't eat meat. Maybe not as much red meat And you know grilling it is fine But I would definitely um compensate with the with the squashes the zucchinis the peps the red green bell peppers and then large salads, um

[00:17:17] You know potato salad is fine ron But again depends on how it's made vinegar is very acidic So i'm very careful with what I put in it you can make it at home with certain ingredients

[00:17:27] But again just stay from stay away from the acidic and spicy ingredients for summer so your body can be naturally cooled Now one thing I love to eat actually all year, but especially in the summertime walleye perch um And other delicious fishies like uh salmon

[00:17:46] And a trout what say you? Yeah, so fish is definitely a good staple for the whole summer So that's something that's very alkalizing and it's cold right lives in the ocean By nature. It's not as spicy acidic food So that's really good just not every day

[00:18:02] But you know, we have another issue with that as you know, the mercury the plastic our oceans are so dirty But you can do that in moderation with a nice avocado salad on the side and things like this maybe again a summer squash

[00:18:14] That's grilled I would avoid the deep fries Deep fried food. I would I would probably bake it or maybe grill it lightly Yeah, and you know one evidence that the the great lakes are cleaning up they're getting a lot cleaner

[00:18:28] Is because I don't know if you've heard of these things these called mayflies And uh, they they were very popular. I mean they were very populous rather On the early up until the earlier part of the 20th century and then during the super industrial decades

[00:18:44] They declined and now in the Spring times these things can cover skyscrapers Especially in the month of march and early june in cities like cleveland and chicago Where those great lakes have really cleaned up and that's an indication and another thing that I discovered

[00:19:03] You remember when we were children, we'd see these lightning bugs um Yeah, and i'm finding that Another indication that things are getting cleaner I mean last night I looked out the window and they were just flashing all over the place

[00:19:18] And I hadn't seen that in in such great numbers In many years um And I think that's another indicator That the environment in some areas is getting cleaner Much to the detriment of our manufacturing base, but I think we can clean that up too

[00:19:36] And so when you see signs like that Does that in your opinion give us hope concerning our Our food supply even though there are areas where there's still a lot of pollution and as you mentioned plastic and things like that In the oceans, what say you?

[00:19:52] Yeah, I mean mayflies are you know, they're fish flies and of course they have the ancestral traits that you know Are probably present in the first flying insect. So that is a good sign

[00:20:00] You know and I would say that it's good that you brought that up because right now there's just so much Negative information wherever you go, you know, the food supply has been contaminated and should we even buy organic anymore?

[00:20:12] There's no seeds left. They're taking away our original nutrients So that could be something that is happening. But again, you know, it goes back to our leadership of the country Depends who we vote for who wins and some of the rules and regulations as it surrounds farming

[00:20:27] And things like that. It's not just the oceans. It's everything right ron It's you know, it's a supply of bees which are becoming extinct So there are some pockets of hope flying around. Yes, and I would say mayflies one of them Yeah

[00:20:40] One thing that isn't so hopeful that concerns us all especially people like you who Who understand the importance of good and fresh foods? For example, I believe it's in the state of idaho the government there has basically

[00:20:58] Stopped allowing irrigation over of over a half million acres of farmland And you know, idaho is famous for its potatoes worldwide and I understand that How horrible that is? I know they're on I you know

[00:21:14] I get they're trying to cut our food supply while at the same time allowing millions and millions of new people into this country To create havoc And that's not the only place I mean farmland is dwindling in michigan because they're giving it away to china

[00:21:29] What say you about are you a fan of let's say home farming? Let's say if you have a small plot in your backyard growing your own food

[00:21:38] Oh, i'm a huge fan of that. Yes, and I think that's I don't think that's not only something we should do for hobby I think that's essential for survival skills at this point ron. Um, I just I just don't trust

[00:21:48] Mainstream the mainstream food supplies and even the seeds you have to be careful who you who and where you buy them from Maybe a trusted farm after doing research But I try to do all my shopping at farmers markets and and you know these types of things and

[00:22:01] It's not just for health reasons. It's also the taste and the quality of it But absolutely, I think everybody should get some horticulture skills at this point just grow a few things maybe tomatoes

[00:22:11] You know we grow lugo a little things here and there so you can make your salad at night Or whatever it is you could even grow garlic things like this. What do you eat daily?

[00:22:19] You know gingers what's important to you learn how to grow it. Don't be lazy You know, we have to take responsibility because our world and our food system is not what it was when we were kids It's a completely different

[00:22:31] Planet and if you look at all the autoimmune diseases and disorders and even cancer are different things. They're more prevalent now I mean you tell me why we have so much more knowledge and information at our fingertips than we ever had before

[00:22:43] But yet we're the sicker sickest and the dumbest we've ever been so Exactly And you're so right because I I grew up with a home garden In the backyard my dad and I always grew many many many vegetables And uh, there was a lot, you know

[00:23:02] We had a lot of food man at the end of summer And that really helped us with our food bills family food bills and all of that and I do recommend I join you in recommending that for everyone to grow their own food as much as they can

[00:23:16] I'm gonna i've got a whole foods question for you on the other side of the break Gita, so hold it right there. This is the ron edwards american experience Are you enjoying a cup of tea and listening to the ron edwards american experience?

[00:24:53] Ron edwards on today's page from the edwards notebook congress may be instructed to not prevent free speech But unfortunately government educators who have indoctrinated Generations of americans have created a society where individuals from all walks of life outside of congress are seeking to destroy

[00:25:10] Our right of free speech and freedom of the press for example alex stamos former security officer For facebook is calling for major carriers like vorizon atnt and others

[00:25:22] To strip one american news and newsmax from their platforms because they do not march to the same political drumbeat as fox And cnn stamos a political leftist in support of open borders and eliminating free speech unless You support a philosophy that reflects marx or chairman mao

[00:25:40] As destilly as the war against true freedom of the press may be There is plenty of blame for such madness to go around including the cesspool called the government school system That indoctrinated individuals like alex stamos I'm ron edwards Check out the ron edwards.com

[00:27:14] Network liberty works radio network bara network liberty talk.fm And now a ron edwards american experience public service announcement boys are boys from the beginning If you were born a boy you stay a boy Girls are girls right from the start If you were born a girl

[00:27:39] You stay a girl and grow up to be a lady Everybody's fancy Everybody's fine Your body's fancy And so is mine Only girls can be the mommies Only boys can be the daddies. Yes, sir. Everybody's fancy Everybody's fine Your body's fancy and so is mine

[00:28:10] This has been a ron edwards american experience public service announcement Ron edwards the new voice of america Can you feel it The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants

[00:28:38] Thomas jefferson said that long ago. You're listening to the ron edwards american experience I'm ron edwards with our guest today gita chopra And she is a great american author. She's written fantastic books on healthy eating

[00:28:52] And she uh blast from the past critical race theory is democrats ploy to keep black people enslaved She wrote that book back in uh, no, it's a nice column. She wrote back in 2021 See gita, I check you out man. You've written some good stuff over the years

[00:29:10] And thank you Um, um got a whole foods question for you You know whole foods touts itself as being a wonderful place where you can get the most healthy food items And uh, you know, it's organic and it's just a wonderful for your body

[00:29:29] Dot dot dot. Okay, so I go to a whole foods, right? So i'm meandering around and i'm looking for my products and lo and behold One habit I have is always reading And getting into the small print

[00:29:43] And lo and behold gita a lot of these products now from and whole foods are from china And far be it from me to trust anything from china, especially now. What say you?

[00:29:55] I agreed 100 100 times over it's very disturbing. Yeah, so we are becoming more and more china dependent And that definitely has more political elements behind it than Issues with our food supply. So we have two issues coming together converging really

[00:30:10] It's just you know, the people who are leading our country and then of course just um corruption and greed in the food supply industry, so Yes, we are depending on china for many things including food and until and unless that changes until we vote for the right people

[00:30:25] You're going to see even more ingredients or sorry more products In our food supply from china if we know what's happening with electronics and other things like Products for cars and you know nickel and all the stuff that we need to function

[00:30:38] But now it's the stuff we put in our bodies so we can function and it's Probably going to grow more and more unless we win the election and turn things around this year Yeah You know one thing that really irritates me You go somewhere

[00:30:52] You know for a nice meal nice restaurant, etc beautiful surroundings food tastes very nice You get a nice steak and and whatever And I I just found this out recently It's at even your high end locations. They like to put sugar in the meat

[00:31:13] Now I understand I never understood why Maybe you can tell me why someone would want to put sugar in the meat other than trying to get people addicted to coming to That restaurant and they don't know it because they put sugar in it or something to that

[00:31:27] I I just don't get it because if you have a good steak Or whatever It's good on its own anyway So why would they poison us with sugar cooking sugar in in meat? Let's say you

[00:31:40] Well a couple things first we're already poisoned. So based on the sugar industry, which has lied and blamed the fat industry Um, sorry, you know blaming each other basically But what what's happening is that you know, it's sugar that causes fat not the fat industry

[00:31:54] So let's just establish that for a moment They blame the fat industry But you know whole milk and whole whole yogurt and all these things are not bad for you Fat is not your enemy your body needs fat to make dna

[00:32:05] You know for your joints to be lubricated for your brain to function you need that you need omega-3 So sugar is the root of all evil in our system and they have now interwoven their way into the restaurant

[00:32:16] And they're doing this because people already are addicted to sugar. So subconsciously they need that taste And if you think about if you fry if you make chicken wings, which I do a lot Sometimes you add brown sugar

[00:32:28] You know you make meatballs you add a brown sugar to it they use it for baking and cooking meat That's sort of understandable, but probably not this is not an example of what you're speaking about I don't think that helps to you know, the flavor or tenderize it

[00:32:41] I think it is probably more along the lines that americans are subconsciously poisoned and we don't realize that and most americans do Have a sugar addiction. I'm glad to say i'm not one of them, but it is very common every second person does ron

[00:32:56] Yeah, and then you know, they'll look at me like i'm a half weight if I say well don't put any sugar in my meat And it's like it's like you got you sometimes they give you a look like oh my god. How did you find out?

[00:33:10] a surprised look or something and I love that and sometimes if i'm in the mood i'll just get up and leave If they protest, you know, there's been a case where they might protest or whatever than that and i'm ready to get just go

[00:33:25] And but you're right sugar is the root of all evil when it comes to eating and I wish more more americans would understand this It's in your cereal the cereals they produce It's in so many things and even if canned vegetables

[00:33:41] You look on there. There's more sugar in that than there is oh my gosh In some ingredients where there should be more sugar my goodness And doesn't sugar itself kill? vitamins

[00:33:55] Well, I don't know about that. That's an interesting question and I wouldn't be surprised if there was a linkage But it might absorb or sorry It might impede the absorption of certain vitamins the fat soluble ones like iron b12 zinc That could be very possible

[00:34:09] But it definitely is the root of all viruses in the body bacteria cancers You know anything that pollutes your cells like if you look at maldext Malodextrin so that's an additive that they use in some vitamins for example in pills that I think that has 150 grams of sugar

[00:34:25] Per I guess per pill so sugar also has many names ron. That's what we need to remember. Not just sugar It's hidden. Yes It's a hidden enemy, you know, just like the enemy right in the bible So it hides itself and it replicates itself to unsuspecting people

[00:34:43] Yeah, dextrose fruits coast all those all those things fructose and it's just It's amazing um More people need to wake up and just be willing because there's so many things that are naturally sweet many fruits and things of that nature That are just as delicious

[00:35:00] without added sugar and I wish there was a way we could get rid of it now Some of us who do like sweet foods, especially in the summertime, but at the same time I cannot stand sugar What are some good healthy sweet delicious?

[00:35:18] Um delectable delights can we consume? Well, I mean the main thing that comes to my mind would be your your fruit You know, you could definitely make a nice fruit platter or tray

[00:35:29] You know honey is really good and and I eat honey by the spoonful sometimes it's even good for a stomach ache And believe it or not. It actually works to kill bacteria in your body that doesn't belong

[00:35:39] It's anti-parasitic. So, you know, you you can just put honey on top of some stuff You could get like a clean ice cream once in a while from hog and dodge, you know made from grass-fed milk

[00:35:49] Or grass-fed cows, you know, but don't get don't get the fake ice cream. You can do a homemade banana bread There's a lot of recipes. You can just throw stuff in the oven, but don't get those Pre-boxed sarah lee recipes, you know

[00:36:01] You just have to put a little effort into it and there's so many things you can actually get you can get Fresh cacao powder and you can put that on certain things and that's that's the real powder which is

[00:36:11] Rich with antioxidants, but you know if you want to melt it on the stove or something it comes out like fudge So it's not that difficult it's really not What do you think about stevia and There's another one but go ahead stevia. What do you think of that?

[00:36:29] Well, I personally don't like it. I don't like the taste of it and I don't buy products and have it I think it's a cheap substitute and I think that it tricks your body into believing that it's getting an energy rush

[00:36:39] And then it doesn't so there's been a lot of bad press and information on stevia. I caution people Just please read more about it before you take it because I don't think that's a good substitute for a sweetener I would say honey would be better

[00:36:53] Okay, because I do I did read the stevia is is Um much less harmful than sugar though. I did read that Um, yes, it is for sure it is and what about agave? I think it's agave

[00:37:07] Is that the way to pronounce it or agave? Yeah, so you can do agave you can do monk fruit So those are better than stevia on the glycemic index. Um, they're much lower

[00:37:18] You know, so well, they're lower than sugar anyway, but personally I think for me the stevia was the problem I had was the taste mostly So, you know, you're still better than sugar, but I would still caution people to find out more about it

[00:37:30] And just yeah look around and research, you know all these things so i'm fine with monk fruit I know they had that in that protein powder I had

[00:37:37] You know, but ron really the root of all this is why why are we why do we need something sweet all the time? I find that I don't even crave these things, you know and sometimes if I do i'll grab some honey or something or

[00:37:49] You know, I'll slice up apples and put honey and cinnamon on top of them And you know the cravings gone, but if we need sugar with every meal like steaks, you know when we're eating something salty

[00:37:59] Like that, you know what? I didn't have my dessert tonight now. I'm irritable. Don't talk to me. There's something wrong there And that's the result of the sugar industry poisoning our mind and our bodies it's become psychological That's true

[00:38:12] Um, because I I do refrain now from eating any desserts Especially if I go out for a meal or whatever. I refuse to have any desserts And things of that nature Um one thing that I find is healthy and it is that the super dark chocolate

[00:38:30] What say you? Yes Oh, yeah, I always have dark chocolate in my in my house. Um, that's a good one. Um, it's a lot of benefits It's high in iron. Um, sometimes what i'll do is i'll eat some cherries with it later

[00:38:41] So the vitamin c breaks down and absorbs the iron in the body Um, it's excellent. It tastes good and in winter we I know it's summer now But in winter we melt it on the stove and make uh, you know

[00:38:53] We drink whole milk where you can do your almond milk and we'll make hot chocolate with it You can dice it up in cubes and put it on top of oranges in summer So that's to take care of the craving, you know

[00:39:04] And again, it's not so much and i'm saying don't have dessert. Okay, you know, you're going to a restaurant The problem with that is that what are they serving at the restaurant is probably 250 grams of sugar And that's not an exaggeration

[00:39:16] That's on the low end because by the time you do the whipped cream the frosting the cake With all the ingredients you're looking at that much sugar and who knows how many chemicals? You know all in a few spoonfuls and you're basically killing yourself

[00:39:28] So it's not that you can't have dessert, you know just have it in a more responsible way maybe at home or Go to a different place go to the whole foods bar and you know read ingredients or something Yeah Exactly

[00:43:00] You're listening to the voice of reason ron edwards On the ron edwards american experience Yes, my fellow americans, I think heterosexual month is a great idea what say you Let me know via edwards notebook one at protonmail.com

[00:43:33] We are back this is the ron edwards american experience i'm ron edwards Thanks so much for tuning in and being with us this day Sad news to report non-violent j sixer Another victim of tyranny his name was julio

[00:43:48] Baccaro the third he was diagnosed with stage four gastric cancer while in the gulags. He has passed away In april of this year after being locked up since august of 2023 Innocent j sixer julio baccaro was found out that he had stage four cancer

[00:44:07] And um, they did grant him compassionate release to go home and begin his treatment julio was serving an 18 month sentence for Exercising his first amendment right and walking through the united states capital with doors wide open by The u.s. Capitol police

[00:44:26] He was non-violent and did no damage whatsoever while he was in or around the building and reminding you that He was let in by the capitol police Unfortunately on father's day june 16th julio succumbed to the cancer julio came out of the gulags

[00:44:43] Incredibly weak and was not able to begin treatment immediately He spent much of the remaining time he had going in and out of hospital He leaves behind his high school sweetheart with whom he had three children age 10 11 and 20

[00:44:59] Terrible terrible situation. He probably could have been cured of his cancer Had it been discovered much earlier or maybe he did well because he had been weak for some time And so they waited a long time to find out exactly what was wrong and then

[00:45:17] And they realized probably it was too late. Then they let him out See these so-called these bastards that run these these gulags The bastards that put him there And the bastard judge that sentenced him they they need to be themselves

[00:45:33] Drawn up on charges because the j-6ers are innocent individuals who were simply expressing themselves and they were not the ones by the way Who were committing the violent acts that did occur? They were pelted by police officers With gas those gas cans And then there were agitators

[00:45:54] We found out later. Yeah, we're They were put in implants by the government The government was doing all that stuff Indirectly through their implants not the j-6ers themselves Terrible stuff and by the way

[00:46:13] The j-6ers were actually obedient to the law of the land. They were taking their grievances to the government which we have a right to do We must not forget the government officials The elected one especially elected ones, especially are to answer directly to we the people

[00:46:32] But what has happened is that as the government has gotten so huge They're big time in their own mind and they think that they're so far above us when technically they are not You know all anyone has to do

[00:46:46] Is read the constitution? That's why I used to pass them out all the time Pass them out all the time I think I need to go back to that. What what say you uh, doug?

[00:46:56] You know, I think that you know, I really need to start passing them out And say read it read it Because um a lot of the things that are going on in our country and have been going on for the past

[00:47:09] I don't know how many decades is because of the ignorance Of the masses And as long as we remain ignorant we will continue to get jammed up By big fat government Another sad note the say hey kid willy maes has expired the 93 year old baseball great

[00:47:35] died and um, man he had been sick for a little while and um, He's gone and tonight major league baseball will be Um honoring him with a moment of silence tribute and he was one of the greats of all time

[00:47:51] I'll never forget some watching some of his old films And some of the fantastic plays I wish I had could have been around to see His exploits on the baseball diamond That's when baseball man was um, I think it was the number one sport in america

[00:48:11] Um, I believe they used to call it america's pastime but uh, yeah He's gone another one another great one is gone Anyway, but we're going to prevent our country from being gone

[00:48:27] As we continue to fight against tyranny via the biden regime and others who are working in concert to um Um, you know to to ruin this this this nation In so many ways not only through the open borders But they're trying to crush the u.s dollar

[00:48:48] And that's one of the reasons why I always urge people to uh do their own research, but they should look into buying silver and gold and They can only afford one get a bunch of silver At least you'll have something Um I'm glad about this

[00:49:07] This is one story that i'm very happy about local citizens tie up and beat the tar out of an illegal border crosser busted for raping An innocent teenage girl In new york city Um, she was only 13 years of age And this illegal border crosser from ecuador was arrested

[00:49:29] For a horrific sexual assault on an innocent 13 year old girl in at a queens park Now information has emerged revealing that the nypd had significant and brutal assistance from a group of local citizens

[00:49:44] As more and more people in the big apple now the rotten apple are becoming very very upset with how people like um Eric adams the mayor of new york And other officials have been very lenient on on criminals in that city Alvin brag

[00:50:05] You know it just the district attorney there Um, he's been very very lenient allowing uh A rapist and other criminals out of jail very quickly after being arrested In proven activity and he's just let him out

[00:50:22] He's been spending all of his time along with leticia james to throw President trump in prison and they're hoping to throw him. I'm you know the last that I heard I heard was to throw him in jail for at least a year and

[00:50:36] In ryker's island and take away his um His security detail I don't think they'll successfully be able to do that. But then again they might and um The reason why I say that I don't think they'll be able to successfully do that

[00:50:53] but then again, maybe I shouldn't say that because everything they have been doing in regards to trump up to now goes against The written laws I mean There should be even much greater outrage over the fact that first of all those misdemeanors that were magically turned into

[00:51:12] major federal crime federal level crimes Just because they decided to oh we're gonna we're gonna uh make this a um, uh, a big federal offense And then There are no victims Everyone that they brought forth to say

[00:51:31] To try to get them to say that trump did something wrong. They're all saying no He paid back his loans with interest. We'd love to do more business with mr. Trump One after another so they couldn't get him there the taxes Like an open book

[00:51:46] Nothing illegal there dot dot dot everything down the line, but because they've decided to say well, we're just gonna call it illegal We can't tell you what we're charging you with but we're gonna throw you in jail for it anyway That's crazy

[00:52:02] There should be huge outrage because not because it's donald trump But because he's a fellow american and if they can do it to him They may do it to you and as martin luther king said long ago injustice Anywhere can lead to injustice everywhere

[00:52:22] And i'll add if we're not willing to stop it It will come to your front door because Injustice is not discriminatory Not in this case because they're out to get all americans If you love this country, if you love god if you love your family the traditional one

[00:52:43] They're after you If you want to be the best that you can be especially in gods in the image of god What They're after you if you believe in free freedom of speech if you believe in pointing and training your children up in the way

[00:52:56] That they should go so that when they are old they do not depart They're after you So why not we the people come together In a big powerful way And say no to this do not participate

[00:53:12] Nancy reagan said it long ago just say no, but always say yes To the ron edwards american experience And as I always say at this time remember To pray for your family your friends your enemies That's right, even your enemies and your country

[00:53:39] Treat others the way you would want to be treated my friends and don't forget that Till next time i'm ron edwards Bye now You
