[00:02:44] The reason why I brought this up is I want to talk with our guest. Her name is Melanie Collette and she is a contributor with Newsmax as well as a member of Project 21.

[00:02:59] She knows a lot about economic issues and we are going to be addressing that and some other important stories when she joins us in a few moments. You hear ever since we were children that they always like to say the successful people, the top 1% don't pay any taxes.

[00:03:22] When that's a big fat lie. But yet so many people so often still buy into that fallacy that they don't pay taxes. If the rich did not pay taxes, you think it's bad now? Oh my goodness.

[00:03:39] Just imagine if the wealthy were to take all of their productivity and wealth to another country. And join let's say the 31% of the auto industry that now resides in Mexico.

[00:03:55] And the growing industrial moves that continue to head towards China that's picked up massively since Uncle Joe assumed the presidency. Was looking at a video this morning. It's one of those things you're looking about and all of a sudden you happen upon something.

[00:04:17] And it was a bunch of protesters. They were in the middle of a street. And, you know, it was a huge backup of traffic. And it just blows my mind how people just allow.

[00:04:33] It was only about maybe it was less than 10 of these protesters that were sitting in the street and they had these little barricades. And they were just just sitting there patiently in their cars. I don't understand.

[00:04:50] I don't have the mental capacity to understand how hundreds of people in their cars could sit there and tolerate 10 people blocking a freeway or a street. I don't get it. And I don't want to get it.

[00:05:05] It was good to see finally a police officer came, two of them came in a vehicle and they basically bumped the barricade out of the way. And when they did, the people tried to jump back in into the street and everything.

[00:05:20] And they started throwing them on the on the ground and, you know, arresting them. But we need more of this across the country. But there's one problem, though, in many cities across the country when streets are blocked and other inconveniences are caused by these thugs and thugettes.

[00:05:39] The problem is there's so few police officers. And where there are police officers, many of them are discouraged. They're not going to go on such calls anymore. The only time most police officers show up is if someone gets shot. And the reason why is because here's the thing.

[00:05:59] Police officers have for so long been discouraged from doing what they should do. And in my opinion, they should be allowed to go very hard after thugs and other criminals.

[00:06:15] You know, the day and age with this experiment, as far as I'm concerned, is over about being kind and being nice and not instilling fear in thugs. Looking at another video, a train, a commuter train is zooming by, right?

[00:06:35] This guy runs up with spray paint, this giant spray painting device. And as the train is whizzing by, he's spraying the train. And there's no repercussions. Maxine Waters can say, hey, get into their faces.

[00:06:55] If you find them in a restaurant at a gasoline station, as she says, go after them. But yet a man who threatened her is now sentenced to nearly three years in prison. Now, I'm not saying that it was right for him to threaten her. No, I'm not.

[00:07:16] But why is it that some people like Way Out Waters is allowed to say things and tell people and encourage people to go after people? Because she's a socialist pig and disagrees with those of us who, for example, just want a protected border.

[00:07:37] She can get away with saying things like that. But someone who threatens her is he still should have been locked up. But I'm just saying that why is it that one side is OK and they get away with saying whatever and others are locked up?

[00:07:54] And it just goes to show you that we do have a two-tier justice system in this country. The Department of Justice demands appeals court deny Steve Bannon's emergency motion delaying prison sentence. Now, why should Steve Bannon and others go to prison? Because they support President Trump.

[00:08:22] And the things and the reasons that they're coming up with to throw these guys in jail, Dr. Navarro, individuals like that, it is just insane what continues to be allowed in this country.

[00:08:39] And I was in a conversation with someone and they still believe that the police officers are too brutal, especially to minorities or whatever. And I told them, I said, well, first of all, if you still think that police officers are so brutal,

[00:08:55] why is it that I've never heard you say anything about the criminals that are killing people, the illegals that are raping people? And what about that big eight, the big eight terrorists who were recently arrested? Crickets, nothing.

[00:09:15] But yet individuals still have a problem with domestic, with local police officers. And they never want to look at the numbers, do they? When you look at the fact that over 400 police officers were attacked and many of them killed just last year,

[00:09:35] and I forget the exact number of police officers that have already been killed this year, a new record for this time period so far. And it continues to go on and on and on, my friends.

[00:09:47] But I will tell, like I told this individual, this idiot, the day is going to soon come where law-abiding Americans are just going to be forced to take things into their own hands. And a lot of these thugs are going to be very sorry.

[00:10:07] And the thugs, it's going to get so rough on thugs, I believe in some locales, that the thugs will be calling for the police. Because people can only be pushed around for so long, especially us men.

[00:10:23] We just, you know, we can only tolerate so many break-ins, so many attacks on our property, cars, et cetera, our families. And these illegals are coming over here in this country doing all kinds of dirt. And yet the Biden administration says and does nothing.

[00:10:45] And if they find out that you speak out against it, boy, they want to come after you with fangs gaping. But I think they're going to get their comeuppance in the not too distant future. I just have a funny feeling about that. Wonder what you think.

[00:14:21] But before the break, I was talking about how in many cities police officers are discouraged from arresting thugs and going hard after criminals the way I think they should go. No sooner than we went into break and one of our listeners chimed in and they said this,

[00:14:41] in a nearby city to me the police have been told not to arrest people. They are told by the state attorney general that her office will not support prosecution of criminals.

[00:14:53] The effort to bring lawlessness to our nation and get citizens to beg for the federal government to take over law enforcement throughout our nation or for civil war to break out. Spot on, sir.

[00:15:07] And that is the state of our nation but see I have an answer for that. We the people are the ones who need to go cray-cray. We don't need to go to the federal government.

[00:15:18] We have to be smart enough to say you know what, we're going to become the problem to the thugs. How many millions of veterans who understand how to use weaponry etc., etc. and others who train in the private sector and know how to take care of business?

How are you? Excellent, excellent. Hey, you know we're dealing with Biden-plation and things of that nature.

[00:16:12] And you know I just got to ask you what do you think about parents going into debt to pay for Disney vacation because they want to keep their children slap happy?

[00:16:25] I bring something like this up because there's so many unwise decisions being made by a lot of people. And in my opinion it looks like they're helping Uncle Joe throw them into the poorhouse, let's say you. Oh definitely.

[00:16:40] One of the things that Uncle Joe said not too long ago is that you know inflation's high but they have the money and people have the money. Like no they don't. Credit when credit card debt is at historic highs people don't have the money.

[00:16:57] They're simply borrowing money and if we learned anything from 2008 that whenever people overborrow we're going to be headed for a crash. And there's going to be problems and there's already problems. There's already problems in the housing market with the price of housing.

[00:17:12] People are simply not buying them and corporations are buying them. Hopefully, hopefully maybe it'll balance itself out eventually but right now it certainly is not.

[00:17:25] Well I don't think it can't balance itself out until there are certain policy changes that are taken away that were not in place four years ago. I mean four years ago before Uncle Joe officially took over things were improving steadily.

[00:17:44] And those policies need to be reinstated and we need to also practice due diligence when it comes to I don't know just being wise with our money and things of that nature and being able to use self control.

[00:18:03] I mean I think it's crazy but I'm looking at this as a long story here about parents going into debt because they don't want to disappoint their little ones.

[00:18:12] That's everywhere as you know I used to be an educator and that's just listen I'm not a parent so I feel kind of funny trying to judge but that is it's not like when I grew up my parents did not care.

[00:18:26] Not all that much about my happiness was not very relevant in their lives.

[00:18:32] But it's like their kids happiness is everything in this day and age down to whether or not they get good grades and stuff like that like oh they don't want to do it so we're not going to make them like what is going on.

[00:18:46] Yeah, it's pure insanity but I mean I know people who certainly not only for Disney but like vacations every year borrowed from their pension funds which is like the worst thing you could do to take their kids on vacation every year. Yeah, man that's really crazy. Yep.

[00:19:06] But but but and see it we live in a society where it's about I guess what is that called immediate gratification. Oh yes sure. That's it.

[00:19:19] Yeah and which which which to me is nothing more than the inability to just have self control and have a long term vision. And that's one of the problems we have in Western society all across the board. We do not have long term vision.

[00:19:36] You take nations like China. China has a long term vision. It doesn't matter what happens. They could go through an economic calamity or whatever but they still have this long term goal and they're they're like ants.

[00:19:50] They just keep building towards that goal whereas we in America very impatient. We're so childlike in that regard in very immature in this society. Well you know what you and I have been indirectly just called liars by CNN and Uncle Joe.

[00:20:12] The economy is doing well by all measures. Okay the economy is not doing well. I love when they talk about the inflation rate going down and I think I've explained this before but for anybody who hasn't heard it you know the rate of inflation.

[00:20:32] I think the way the media presents it is like they'll say oh the rate of inflation is down to 2 percent.

[00:20:39] And I think in people who are people who don't understand economics when they're listening to that they're saying oh the prices of goods have gone down to where it's only 2 percent higher than it used to be. That's only partially true. 2 percent it's only rising at 2 percent.

[00:20:58] The way that it has gone up before is still there.

[00:21:04] That extra cost is absolutely still there so the rate of inflation is something completely different than how much more goods costs under I was going to say Barack Obama of goodness under Joe Biden as opposed to President Trump. You know it's two completely different things.

[00:21:23] If things like groceries are up 25 percent just because the interest rate has gone down to 2 percent that just means the rate at which it's rising you're still you're still paying 25 percent more than you used to pay.

[00:21:37] And if your income your rate of pay does not catch up with that then you're in the hole.

[00:21:45] You know if you if you've only received a 5 percent raise you're still paying 25 percent more for your goods and that and that and that's why it's problematic and that's why we're not feeling it.

[00:21:55] So you know the media and the Biden administration try to do like the okie doke and say oh well the interest rates are down. Yeah but when you first shortly after you took office it went from 1.94 to 9 percent. And that's a problem. Big problem. It's a horrible problem.

[00:22:17] I want to switch gears slightly here. You know we can talk about and laugh about the economy etc etc etc but when you look at the world.

[00:22:29] United States even in her broken down state and she's pretty broken down right now compared to where she has been we're still the straw that stirs the drink amongst nations around the world. Everyone still pays attention to us.

[00:22:43] Unfortunately attention we're getting is that of us being a joke. When you see the image of Uncle Joe anywhere in the world or here and here domestically how he carries himself or he's unable to carry himself. And in my opinion he's no longer able to govern.

[00:23:04] And in a sense that's not a bad thing because even with all of his wits he was still a bad influence for our country. But what say you say you on this and you know you're looking at this this this I mean we are a joke right now.

[00:23:19] What say you. We are. We are. I mean if you look at what happened at the G7 just last week you can look at the expression on the faces the expressions I should say of the faces of the leaders and see that something is wrong.

[00:23:37] And I would imagine as opportunistic as China and North Korea and other bad and Russia and other bad actors are are people who are our allies.

[00:23:49] I'm sure are looking at President Biden like we're in big trouble really huge trouble here because you know our allies the most powerful country on the planet has a leader that is not with it.

[00:24:04] And that is problematic and it just begs the question like what an elected person is actually running a country right now. It's really hard to tell. I am not sure and I would think that's disconcerting for our allies.

[00:24:19] Yeah and it's even more concerning for for with the people in this country. [00:30:14] Excellent you know I never got to congratulate you because you are in elected office too am I correct? I am I am yeah congratulations. I'm a county commissioner. Yeah excellent how's that going but you seem to be enjoying it.

[00:30:31] I am I am first black one that my county has ever had if you can believe that. My county's been in existence for 300 years. Wow and you're number one. And I am number one correct. Correct. Excellent yep and man and I know you're blazing a great trail so.

[00:30:53] Well you know me I never do it quietly. That's right. You know even young people are turning towards Trump. Here in Detroit Melania seventh grader told Breitbart News that President Trump is very popular among young people because the inflation suffered under Uncle Joe Biden's administration is causing candy.

[00:31:18] Such as airheads to cost a lot more so even children are saying you know enough of this madness. What say you? I think that's very true even when I was actually on Newsmax on Saturday one of the things that we covered was the roundtable in Michigan.

[00:31:36] And a couple of the kids I put it on my social media a couple there were a couple of young black kids who were wearing Donald Trump the town Donald Trump visors that have the hair on top like his. Yes.

[00:31:49] And they were both wearing them and they're like he's cool.

[00:31:52] Now those of us who are of a certain age remember when that was the case with young black men rappers you know he was the billionaire playboy to had the women and you know the cars and you know and all that good stuff in the watches.

[00:32:09] And you know they talked about him in many rap songs so it wasn't really until he ran for president that he started getting accused accused of being a racist really ridiculous.

[00:32:19] Yeah it is ridiculous because you know I accused some of these people of being just basically retarded because it's like we loved him on Monday Tuesday he announces he's running for president and he reveals himself to be a patriot.

[00:32:37] Aha that that was the key that made everyone go to Nutsville and how they turned on him. However thanks to Uncle Joe many of them are turning back to Mr. Trump because they realize they want to continue to live better.

[00:32:52] And you know it's just it that's the one good thing about Uncle Joe. Because he's made things so bad. He's so bad. He's so very terrible.

[00:33:03] You know that's the one good thing if you can say being very terrible is a good thing but it but it but it is and I think you know that that black people brown people probably would not have really looked at giving him a second look if Uncle Joe wasn't so very bad and he just is really

[00:33:23] terrible at his job and I think it's really highlighted by the immigration crisis that we're suffering.

[00:33:30] I know that I said many other people certainly said that you know what's going to happen like the lowest on a total poll are going to be the most most affected in this country.

[00:33:42] And they're not going to put them in your in your lily white schools are going to put them in your neighborhoods are going to put them in black neighborhoods and that is that is precisely what happened.

[00:33:52] Yeah because they never really like black people that much anyway I'm talking about specifically about Democrats and therefore with they've always been nothing more than vote what place holding voters. That's it.

[00:34:06] And now that you know black Americans for instance you know about this in Harlem the abortion rate is greater than the birth rate.

[00:34:18] And so they've convinced Americans to kill off their their own kind in record numbers every year and so now the excuses amongst themselves well we've got to bring in all these people to replace them.

[00:34:29] And I was part of the plan anyway to change American society I guess into an s-hole nation or whatever third world banana Republic. A giant version of Venezuela because if you look at everything that they're doing.

[00:34:46] That was already done in Venezuela and the only reason why we haven't collapsed already because the immense wealth of America is so great. It's just much larger and so therefore it's it takes longer for it to be chipped away.

[00:35:02] But I believe that if there isn't a big change this this November we will be the next Venezuela would say you.

[00:35:12] Oh well we certainly will just consider the number of illegal immigrants that are coming over here from Venezuela and the amount of gang activity but it's it's really it's frightening.

[00:35:24] I try not to get overly you know concerned about it but it's hard not to because you see what is happening how they really are emptying out their prisons. They really are emptying out there a sane asylums and allowing people to come over here to America.

[00:35:45] It's highly problematic and the number of people that don't see this is pretty scary as well. It's a shame. Yeah it is but it was it was great this past weekend we got to meet with President Trump and he's a nice man.

[00:36:02] In fact it's funny he's nicer in person than he is when you see him on television. And I think I've never had a problem with him on TV. I only met him briefly in the pick line at an event a couple of months ago.

[00:36:16] But I worked at a place in Atlantic City called Trump Taj Mahal.

[00:36:22] It's no longer it's no longer there and this is in my other life when I was a child in my 20s when I was an undergrad but I worked in his special events department and he was very well known his wife at the time I can't remember her name right now.

[00:36:37] Well her or her wife his wife's bestie was the head of that department and I worked a lot of high end events while I never got to meet him. His style of management and what you heard about him was always very positive.

[00:36:52] It was never negative so it's just kind of wild to me that you hear these rumors about him being like this tyrant.

[00:36:59] No just because you can't walk all over him he's not going to let you just do anything and he's a fighter doesn't mean that he's a jerk. Yeah and see that in the world that's what you need.

[00:37:12] You need someone who when he walks into a room someone like Putin respects him. Someone like Kim Jong Un respects him and when he comes there to the demilitarized zone Kim Jong I'll never forget when Kim Jong Un he comes in.

[00:37:27] It's good to see you I didn't know you were coming and you know he was almost humble and Xi Jinping even respected him. I mean and you would not have seen what you're seeing now off the coast of Florida nuclear carrying vessels.

[00:37:48] I don't think so. I just don't believe that and Uncle Joe has been poking the bear and it has been a very big concern of mine.

[00:37:57] And I've been talking about this for a long time and here we are what I saw coming as a result of them poking the bear we're here.

[00:38:04] And I just see Putin says something and he has a history of following up when they were poking the bear before he went to Ukraine. I was saying oh Lord I hope it doesn't happen and then I was explaining why I thought it would happen.

[00:38:19] It did happen then I said well I hope he goes in there and crushes it anyway because he and Trump were working underground with you know the trafficking and all of that.

[00:38:29] And now we have a situation where for the last time just the last week Putin said hey why don't we have a ceasefire why don't we sit down and talk.

[00:38:38] These dunderheads are saying no because they want this ongoing war and now they're talking about bringing back the draft. I would not encourage any American child I mean a teenager or young adult to get into the military right now. It's not a worthy conflict for our country.

[00:38:57] So go ahead. I said not right now absolutely not. It's not a worthy conflict. No, no it really is not. It really is not. It's not our fight. It's not our fight. So I just want to get your thoughts on a few things.

[00:39:15] I know you have a lot to say on different subjects and where do you think things are going to shake out as we head towards the election? Not only looking at our international affairs with our detracting enemies like China and our so-called allies in our economy.

[00:39:33] So how do you think things are going to shake out? You know I think that we really and I say this with all seriousness need to be prayerful that Joe Biden loses this election because if he doesn't all bets are going to be off.

[00:39:50] And these leftists are really going to do whatever they want and completely destroy this country.

[00:39:59] And the reason that I'm really worried is because I remember a couple of elections right specifically when Barack Obama was running for his second term and I thought to myself there's absolutely no way this man is going to win. How could he possibly win?

[00:40:19] I believe that unemployment was an all time high inflation was really high etc etc. And don't you know he won. You know so I really you know I'm hopeful and I thought like I said I thought for sure but now it gives me pause.

[00:40:37] I'm not as certain as I used to be that everyone sees things the way I do sees how badly the country is being run right now sees how badly President Biden is doing right now. I'm not as confident that everybody sees that and it's very scary.

[00:40:57] I'm I'm prayerful I am cautiously optimistic that President Trump is going to win.

[00:41:04] Well you know something even worse I agree with everything you just said but even worse and I've had the displeasure of meeting people like this that I'm going to describe there are people that know how bad things are.

[00:41:17] But they prefer that and they don't care even if the entire country goes down because they hate Trump and people like him that much. They're willing to lose everything themselves just to see people like him lose and they don't care even if they.

[00:41:36] I really had this argument with someone on social media the other day and the woman really said I gave the example of you know if you had a surgeon who was mediocre.

[00:41:47] And had it but had a great personality and had a surgeon who was an expert had a lousy personality which one would you choose and she really said that she would choose the mediocre one and risk dying.

[00:45:55] Well well well stupid is what stupid does alarmist our warning of heat dome over the United States is tied to human induced climate change.

[00:46:05] You know you cannot show me scientifically or otherwise how human beings you and I walking around on the face of the earth living in our homes going to work doing our thing working out etc. Eating our meals going to sleep how we induce climate change.

[00:46:26] Climate has been changing and moving about since the dawn of creativity brought forth by our. Creating God I mean ever since the earth was first created it has been climate that has been moving around and changing. For example Greenland. Used to be a very green lush.

[00:46:52] Vegetated that you know veggie vegetative environment. Now it's not so much that way it's beautiful but it's not like a subtropical paradise any longer.

[00:47:04] The temperatures are changing around the world climate changes from winter to spring I mean from yeah from winter to spring from spring to summer summer to autumn and it changes every single year.

[00:47:24] Today it's sunny and hot tomorrow it may be sunny and hot again or it could be cloudy and rainy climate changes. And for people to fall for these lies you see every time. Large amounts of these lies that continue to be spewed out.

[00:47:49] And people buy them what happens every time we buy these lies what happens it negatively impacts our ability to simply live. To freely move about and do what we do best as sovereign individuals here in the United States of America.

[00:48:10] Because in reality we know scientifically that it's not us human beings that are causing the climate to change. We're not that big that we're not that powerful to do that. They say despite being preventable the leading weather related deaths in the United States are caused by heat.

[00:48:29] Yeah that's true but then they go online and say it's because of human activity which is not true. And the proof of that is remember when the United States was the industrial center of the earth and. You had greater pollution than you do now.

[00:48:50] But yet wasn't our winters colder back then on average weren't our springs cooler I remember even as a little boy. There were a few years where Independence Day temperatures were very comfortable. In the 60s wasn't often but there was a few years that it was like that.

[00:49:16] And I remember one year at Christmas time as a little boy where it was almost spring like. So we've always had these kinds of changes and things like that. And we should not allow ourselves as people to be led down these bridal paths of lies.

[00:49:37] Because the people that are putting out these kinds of lies are working in concert with the government or as they say down in Doug's part of the world.

[00:49:47] Government to take away our rights to make life more difficult and more arduous for you and me we as fellow Americans. And how are they allowed how are they able to do this because more and more people are not ensconced in common sense.

[00:50:06] And that's why we're so much more of a part of the world. And you can blame important institutions for that. Whether it's bad parents whether it's the church or the church is not going to be able to do this. And I think that's a very important point.

[00:50:28] And I think that's a very important point. And I can blame important institutions for that. Whether it's bad parents whether it's the church.

[00:50:42] In fact a listener wrote wrote this in the church is at fault for not teaching a biblical worldview not standing on the wall and calling out public servants holding effective office for their violation of God's moral law and failing to uphold enacted statutes to protect those commandments.

[00:51:01] And so when you don't have these moral statutes these moral barometers these moral walls which keep us on the straight and narrow path. Things are going to go helter skelter.

[00:51:18] You're going to have all kinds of wacky thinking wacky actions like an open border like hyperinflation like poking the bear. And now the bear has warships off of our coast. All kinds of stuff you get one bad thought and action after another.

[00:51:40] You end up with a president I'm sorry I can't call him president Uncle Joe who goes to an event and he turns into a statute. He almost turns into like a pillar of salt and you know gets stiff and he needs help.

[00:51:57] It's like they have to wind them up and then he walks like the K.O. pectate doll until he runs out of energy again and gets then he just stops and you have to wind them up again.

[00:52:11] I mean it goes on and on and on my friend but as my dad used to say the government is a reflection of we the people and if we become a moral people again I can I guarantee you that we will start making better decisions better decisions.

[00:52:32] Better choices we will have a cross section of better leaders. Yeah. Pillsbury doughboy. Poke him once to wake him up. Yeah.
