[00:02:07] You know, there has to be a release valve somewhere, we just can't continue to take it and take it and take it until we blow up or something like that

[00:02:18] I know one of the things we must do is American voters, we've got to come together
[00:02:23] And we've got to start replacing all these individuals in government, whether it's the local government, state or federal
[00:02:30] We've got to do a better job of discerning who we are voting for and why they are running
[00:02:37] So that we can get better results, not only for this country but for the world
[00:02:43] Because the United States just does have a huge impact on the entire world
[00:02:49] And speaking of anxiety, the people of New York City are just, they've had it up to above their heads
[00:02:57] They're saying they can't take it anymore
[00:03:00] And I believe you're going to start seeing a huge physical backlash from people that want to save their lives, protect their homes, protect themselves on the subway or whatever
[00:03:11] Alvin Bragg, who ran for the position that he now holds on the promise that he would go after Donald Trump now
[00:03:19] It's sad that voters are so stupid that they elected a one-trick pony
[00:03:28] And now you see the results of that
[00:03:31] In Chicago, a woman lost her unborn baby after a bunch of cowardly teenagers attacked her and kicked her in her stomach
[00:03:41] And they yelled while they're stomping on her, we own the street
[00:03:45] Another video I saw where the teacher was trying to conduct a class
[00:03:53] And this female student said, shut up, I'm not on the phone
[00:04:00] He goes over, takes her phone
[00:04:03] She jumps up and says give me my phone, give me my phone
[00:04:08] And he says no, you know what she does? She pepper sprays the teacher and takes her phone back
[00:04:15] See there's no respect for authority, there's no respect for adults anymore in this country
[00:04:23] And adults have a lot to blame for that
[00:04:26] Because adults, they didn't put the fear of God in their children when they were younger
[00:04:37] And I don't mean through abuse, but from a strategic standpoint of authority
[00:04:43] Teaching them right from wrong and respect
[00:04:47] And so here you have examples all across the country
[00:04:51] In city after city after city
[00:04:55] And they, the younger generations just like the government are being yet another source of anxiety
[00:05:02] For those who simply want to live their lives as sovereign Americans
[00:05:07] Who want to go about their day, going to work, running their businesses
[00:05:12] Conducting their families, etc
[00:05:16] But as we continue to be soft on criminal activity
[00:05:22] Speaking of criminal activity

[00:05:30] She proposes weekly testing for millions of US cows and dairy workers for asymptomatic bird flu
[00:05:38] Now see that's a bunch of bull capitalists with a hit, that is another way of trying to wipe out our food supplies

[00:05:46] They want to wipe out about 42 million chickens in Iowa
[00:05:51] Because a few may have bird flu
[00:05:55] There's a better way to deal with these kinds of problems
[00:05:57] But like I said, governments today are especially on the muscle
[00:06:02] And doing anything and everything they put their hands on in a way that brings about more anxiety
[00:06:08] More inconvenience, more stress, less food, fewer rights for we the people

[00:06:28] The US border, Uncle Joe Biden says I'm going to restrict the flow of illegals into the country
[00:06:35] And so well if you want to believe that, you know have at it
[00:06:39] You have the right to believe a big fat lie but it does not secure the border whatsoever

[00:06:49] Actually it's not me sharing you in this case, it's Connor Kavanaugh
[00:06:54] He's a writer with the Western Journal
[00:06:56] You know after fumbling a border security for almost his entire administration
[00:07:02] Uncle Joe Biden is finally ready to take control and protect Americans
[00:07:06] But according to Connor Kavanaugh
[00:07:11] Oh boy, has had an infamously bad border allowing millions to cross illegally into the United States
[00:07:19] The massive issue is entirely Uncle Joe's fault
[00:07:23] As when he first took office in 2021, he undid nearly everything that President Trump had done to secure the southern border

[00:07:43] What Uncle Joe signed was shut down the asylum request
[00:07:48] Once the average number of daily encounters tops 2,500 between official ports of entry

[00:08:02] What they should be doing is totally shutting down the border
[00:08:07] There should not be one person allowed to illegally come into this country

[00:08:21] Because you don't want illegals pouring into the country
[00:08:24] Yet everyone, all of these knuckleheads they totally ignore the fact
[00:08:29] That well over a million people come into this country legally every single year

[00:08:37] The reason why is because the birth rate of US citizens
[00:08:44] The reproductive birth rate is at an all-time low
[00:08:49] And see this is by design
[00:08:51] They've convinced Americans to kill their babies

[00:14:48] They're all working together to make life just basically a pain in the neck to we Americans
[00:14:54] All the way down to how they deal with our roads
[00:14:57] Shrinking the lanes
[00:14:58] They'll repair your curves and then turn around and say well we're going to have to rip up the entire street even though there's no potholes in it
[00:15:05] And you're going to be not able to use your driveways maybe for a month
[00:15:10] And that's just one little thing piled on top of everything that continues to go on and on and on
[00:15:16] That's just an example of how local governments screw over us
[00:15:20] And all the way to the top
[00:15:22] And we're watching all of these things and they're trying to create in my opinion a land of misery
[00:15:29] So we know that's what's going on
[00:15:33] What are the best ways to deal with these kinds of situations?
[00:15:37] Yeah, and I would say that first of all we have to come together
[00:15:43] And really express our voice and our opinions
[00:15:47] And that means we can't no longer be complacent as citizens
[00:15:53] I mean the government works for us
[00:15:56] But we have to be serious about our votes
[00:15:59] And we have to be serious as to why we're voting
[00:16:03] I don't guess it can be a Christian and be democratic
[00:16:08] To me it makes no sense
[00:16:10] So either you vote the Bible or you don't
[00:16:12] And if you vote the Bible then you've got at least some guidelines that you can use that you didn't create
[00:16:18] But if you think that the whole taboo situation about your faith is coming to light
[00:16:29] And people are now, they can't straddle the middle of the road anymore
[00:16:33] You're either a Christian or you're not
[00:16:35] And if you're a Christian or Judeo-Christian
[00:16:38] Then you're going to act according to what's supposed to be your guidelines that you're following in Jesus Christ
[00:16:45] So I think that's the first thing
[00:16:47] Second thing is your faith means everything
[00:16:50] So there are five elements of faith
[00:16:52] My pastor, Bishop Keith Butler speaks of
[00:16:55] And the word says this in the Word of God
[00:16:57] That faith comes by hearing
[00:16:59] So what junk are you putting in
[00:17:01] Or what good things are you putting into your ears
[00:17:02] Spiritually and your physical ears
[00:17:04] Secondly, you receive the information, you believe it
[00:17:07] You speak it, you talk about it all the time
[00:17:09] And then what do you do?
[00:17:11] The most important thing is you act on it
[00:17:13] So that's faith
[00:17:15] You have to act on what you believe
[00:17:17] Otherwise there's no faith
[00:17:19] And then lastly, faith affects everything that we see
[00:17:23] And it affects our brain, our brain waves
[00:17:25] In a major way
[00:17:27] For instance, if I know that there is truth
[00:17:30] If I know there's a bottom line
[00:17:32] If I know that there is an answer
[00:17:34] And that there are people in the body of Christ
[00:17:36] That love me and are on the same page
[00:17:38] That will significantly decrease fear
[00:17:40] And that will decrease the angst that everyone is feeling
[00:17:42] As we're going through this
[00:17:44] Dealing with the government
[00:17:46] Dealing with social issues of the day
[00:17:48] And global issues
[00:17:50] And with faith, when we act on our faith
[00:17:52] It affects our brain
[00:17:54] And it affects our brain
[00:17:56] And it affects our brain
[00:17:58] And it affects our brain
[00:18:00] Our frontal lobe
[00:18:02] Which will analyze the facts in front of us
[00:18:04] Are filtered through our experiences
[00:18:06] And that's where faith comes in
[00:18:08] Is you can filter the facts
[00:18:10] And say, I can do something about this
[00:18:12] I am not powerless and I am not alone
[00:18:14] If you believe in something
[00:18:17] Or specifically someone
[00:18:19] From there, actually
[00:18:21] Your brain will then activate
[00:18:23] What's called the hypothalamus
[00:18:25] And it gives you a sense
[00:18:27] Or a feeling of control
[00:18:28] Or a feeling that you're not alone
[00:18:30] And this will affect your entire physical body
[00:18:32] Including your pulse and blood pressure
[00:18:34] The reason why, especially in the black population
[00:18:38] One of the reasons why blood pressure is so high
[00:18:40] Is because of the fact that if you feel helpless
[00:18:44] And you don't do anything about it
[00:18:46] Blood pressure is going to go up
[00:18:48] There was a study done actually
[00:18:50] In the UK
[00:18:52] Looking at people who were
[00:18:54] White collar workers versus blue collar workers
[00:18:56] And the ones who were blue collar workers
[00:18:59] Had no say in what was happening
[00:19:01] In their environment
[00:19:03] And it turns out that their blood pressure
[00:19:05] Was through the roof
[00:19:07] The risk of heart attack was higher
[00:19:09] Than the white collar workers
[00:19:11] And after
[00:19:13] Making sure you equalize all the other variables
[00:19:15] It turns out that the biggest issue
[00:19:17] Was whether they felt that they
[00:19:19] Were empowered and had some control
[00:19:21] Of the situation or not
[00:19:22] And so bringing that all back around
[00:19:25] There's mental health
[00:19:27] And part of our mental health
[00:19:30] Is what are we individually doing
[00:19:32] To make a difference
[00:19:34] Right, and are we acting on our faith
[00:19:36] And how does that affect our brains
[00:19:38] And our bodies and our entire outlook
[00:19:41] And this is key
[00:19:43] There's no time for people to talk a lot
[00:19:46] But can't back up what they say they believe
[00:19:49] Hmm, yep
[00:19:51] We got to be able to back it up
[00:19:53] And that is
[00:19:55] Goes biblically as well as
[00:19:57] For our country as well
[00:19:59] If you don't know none and got that mixed up
[00:20:01] And all you are is a talking machine

[00:20:05] You're, you know, like tinkling brass or whatever
[00:20:09] So another thing that I think
[00:20:11] That contributes greatly to high blood pressure
[00:20:13] Is diet and lack of exercise

[00:20:21] And it's not wanting to exercise
[00:20:23] And Christians too
[00:20:25] I look at the average diet
[00:20:27] Of many Christians through the years

[00:20:43] 70 plus percent of black America

[00:20:49] And they have to divide

[00:20:55] And so what they end up doing
[00:20:57] Is saying, well let's get quick fast food
[00:20:59] So we can get everything done
[00:21:01] And that's part of the problem
[00:21:03] Part of it is historical
[00:21:05] And so it takes some effort
[00:21:07] To say listen
[00:21:09] How can we do this better
[00:21:11] How can we do this right
[00:21:13] For our diet as well
[00:21:15] And I agree and the exercise
[00:21:17] That's another thing

[00:21:25] When you're walking in the store
[00:21:27] Or to the store
[00:21:29] You go up the stairs

[00:21:33] You make some decisions
[00:21:35] And realize that sometimes
[00:21:37] A little bit of pain and discomfort
[00:21:39] Goes a long way in terms of your health
[00:21:41] And lowering your blood pressure

[00:21:45] And increasing your overall conditioning

[00:38:06] And if something happens
[00:38:08] We have no one to blame but ourselves
[00:38:11] Same things spoken to some of the
[00:38:13] NATO nations as well
[00:38:15] The United States is not alone in this
[00:38:17] Catastrophe
[00:38:21] And so ever since Putin got into office
[00:38:25] As awful as many people say
[00:38:27] That he has been
[00:38:29] He has wanted
[00:38:31] To have normalized economic relationships
[00:38:32] With the NATO nations
[00:38:34] With the United States of America

[00:51:54] Essentially enacting Cotton's legislation
[00:51:56] Would bar children of illegal border crossers
[00:51:58] Foreign terrorist and foreign spies

[00:52:07] Of the Immigration and Nationality Act
[00:52:10] To clarify that a person born in the United States
