[00:00:00] Hi, I'm Pete Cunningham of Lancashire's Whitehoof Radio Ministries and you're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience.
[00:00:25] And away we go!
[00:00:49] Ladies and gentlemen, it's the Ron Edwards American Experience talk show where our unalienable rights are celebrated.
[00:00:58] And now your radio refreshment, Ron Edwards.
[00:01:11] Well good day, hello and how are you? This is Ron Edwards and you're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience talk show.
[00:01:38] It is a talk show like none other anywhere else.
[00:01:42] And thanks so much for joining us from throughout America and of course around the world.
[00:01:47] We do appreciate you being with us today.
[00:01:50] Well my friends, yeah it happened.
[00:01:53] Donald Trump got the unfair 34 zip vote and you know he's a convicted felon.
[00:02:01] But in a way he's not because there was nothing he was convicted of.
[00:02:06] They decided to convict him, but it's on imaginary charges.
[00:02:11] I mean there's no actual criminal activity that has been engaged in especially at the federal level.
[00:02:19] At best he should have been charged with misdemeanor and gotten his normal slap on the wrist and gone about his day.
[00:02:26] But this wicked judge was allowed to literally, literally just do whatever the hell he wanted to do in the courtroom.
[00:02:40] It was very infuriating to watch and to listen to.
[00:02:43] But yeah we know that all Democrats and RINOs want to wipe Donald Trump off the map.
[00:02:52] But the real thing that they're after is you and I, we the American people.
[00:02:57] And they're just angry at Donald Trump because he simply, though he was one of them at least monetarily on that level,
[00:03:06] they feel that he has stabbed the upper echelons people in the back by standing up for the people,
[00:03:15] fighting for the people, for our right to live as Americans in a land of liberty.
[00:03:21] And most people in government don't like that.
[00:03:25] They want us enslaved or maybe according to their buddy Bill Gates,
[00:03:29] they want 80% of us gone into our early graves.
[00:03:35] And that's the way it is.
[00:03:37] And so we know who's against Donald Trump, we know who's against we the people, we know who's definitely against God.
[00:03:45] By the way this is Faith Dave on the Ron Edwards American Experience.
[00:03:50] But here's something that is even more irritating in all the madness that's going on.
[00:03:56] I got to ask you my friends, why is the RNC working so feverishly against President Trump?
[00:04:02] Why oh why?
[00:04:04] The Republican National Committee is working against the people's choice.
[00:04:08] President Donald Trump, I always say president because that irritates the left.
[00:04:12] They always like to say former President Trump or whatever.
[00:04:17] But let that sink in.
[00:04:19] The Republican National Committee is working feverishly against the people's choice, President Trump.
[00:04:26] He is their candidate.
[00:04:28] Yes even with Laura Trump as the national co-chair.
[00:04:33] Laura is either clueless or complicit at this point.
[00:04:38] There's no middle ground my friends.
[00:04:40] All I know about her is that she did not put up a good fight so far.
[00:04:50] And was hired by Fox as a contributor in 2021.
[00:04:55] In March of 2024 she said that the RNC is past litigating the 2020 election.
[00:05:02] While he, her father-in-law, was in the throes of the stressful and costly New York and Georgia sham trials.
[00:05:11] No biggie.
[00:05:13] No biggie right?
[00:05:15] Well you decide my friends.
[00:05:17] Now how about the other co-chair, Michael Wheatley?
[00:05:23] I'll talk about him in just a little bit.
[00:05:27] Donald Trump has nearly twice the committed delegates to the national convention that would be required to win the party's nomination for president.
[00:05:37] Yet my friends, yet yet yet, the RNC according to insiders is working feverishly to destroy, literally destroy his candidacy.
[00:05:46] And may I add America's future as a free republic.
[00:05:51] They could care less what you and I want.
[00:05:54] They are globalist pigs.
[00:05:57] And that is a sign of the set of these people, the mindset that is.
[00:06:05] In their world the people don't have any choices but those they decide.
[00:06:11] What, oh my gosh.
[00:06:14] Now most of those fired when Ronna Romney McDaniel was removed have been rehired.
[00:06:20] And they couldn't be rehired unless Laura Trump was privy to this.
[00:06:27] 90% who were fired or blown out at the removal of Ronna McDaniel have been rehired and are working feverishly against the reelection of Donald Trump.
[00:06:37] And so not only is he getting it from the Democrats, he's also getting it from the globalist Republicans.
[00:06:46] And so, and we all knew this that when Michael Wheatley was chosen I said oh my gosh here we go, here we go.
[00:06:57] The guy's a fraud.
[00:06:59] When chair of the NCRP he was caught in numerous big fat juicy lies such as reassuring members that each precinct had the required number of Republican poll watchers.
[00:07:10] The truth was that in places like North Carolina's largest county there were fewer than 20% of the Republican workers required by state law.
[00:07:20] When this fact was pointed out to Wheatley despite his I'll take care of it, the numbers actually went down, down, down.
[00:07:28] When he acted as RNC counsel before he became co-chair he did not even have a law license.
[00:07:34] Who told Trump that Wheatley was the man for the job?
[00:07:38] Was it Laura?
[00:07:40] She is kicking off the NC Republican convention.
[00:07:45] The two co-chairs seem downright chummy.
[00:07:48] Her message is about change.
[00:07:51] Once we might have thought that change meant to elect President Trump to get America back on course.
[00:07:56] Now we have reason to believe otherwise.
[00:08:00] Look out for Laura.
[00:08:02] Maybe that's she's going to be a big problem.
[00:08:05] That's I'm just saying so far she is a problem.
[00:08:09] I'm truly sorry to be speculating on this situation.
[00:08:14] I'd like to trust the Trump family.
[00:08:17] I'm sorry to be a little bit of a wimp.
[00:08:20] I'm sorry to be a little bit of a wimp.
[00:08:22] I'd like to trust the Trump family.
[00:08:25] But so many people have stabbed Mr. Trump, President Trump in the back.
[00:08:30] So many Republicans, so many Democrats.
[00:08:33] Well you expect Democrats to do that.
[00:08:35] So many Christians by the way.
[00:08:37] How many times are you getting discussions about these issues with Christians and they rear back.
[00:08:45] I don't like that guy because of his tweets.
[00:08:48] I don't like that guy.
[00:08:49] But yet those same people have hardly anything negative to say about Uncle Joe Biden.
[00:08:55] So I want to wake up Americans up to the threats we face so that we can strengthen our stance and not be caught by unsuspected incoming tragedies.
[00:09:10] You expect Trump's family to have turned against him.
[00:09:14] However, I'm looking at Laura with a side eye.
[00:09:17] We know about the state parties in Florida, Georgia and their efforts to neutralize Trump delegates.
[00:09:23] Hmm.
[00:09:25] Interesting stuff my friends.
[00:09:28] So battle lines have been drawn.
[00:09:33] And while it is very terrible what happened to President Trump yesterday, there's a good side to this scenario.
[00:09:43] It is.
[00:09:45] How many times have I said, I mean I've read the news.
[00:09:48] How many times have I said, I mean I remember when Ali Obama was first elected.
[00:09:54] I said well this will be the slap across the face of America that will wake her up.
[00:09:58] Then he was elected a second time.
[00:10:01] Then we got Trump and things got better.
[00:10:04] I thought okay maybe people will wake up.
[00:10:06] Well they didn't.
[00:10:08] We are where we're at now.
[00:10:10] And I think this unfair trial, the President Trump might be finally the slap across America's face that wakes her up, makes the people give a, give a rip.
[00:10:23] And stick to it as we battle once again for our liberties.
[00:10:29] We're going to be talking about this and some other important issues with our guest today, Apostle Ellis Smith of Jubilee Christian Church.
[00:10:38] Really great guy.
[00:10:39] I've known him for a long time.
[00:10:41] He's one of those few individuals I believe you can trust.
[00:10:44] And he's got some truthful words for us today.

[00:14:20] And you're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience.
[00:14:24] This is Faith Day.
[00:14:30] And our guest today for Faith Day is none other than Apostle Ellis Smith.
[00:14:35] He heads up Jubilee City Church in Metro Detroit.
[00:14:40] And as I said before, he's an all-around great guy, great American.
[00:14:44] And one of those rare people who really wants to do and say the right thing.
[00:14:50] Hello, Apostle Smith and welcome to the Ron Edwards American Experience.
[00:14:55] Well thank you, Ron.
[00:14:57] It's an honor and a pleasure to be with you today.
[00:15:00] Excellent, excellent.
[00:15:02] Thank you so much.
[00:15:04] You know, there are so many ways I want to go, directions I want to go.
[00:15:08] But there's only so much time here.
[00:15:11] You know, Donald Trump is seen as an agent of change.
[00:15:15] And when you look at it, you know, on the surface, it's good.
[00:15:21] I mean, he wants to do the right thing in regards to our republic.
[00:15:26] He believes in the right of Christians to worship their God freely, our God freely.
[00:15:32] He believes in free market economics, the family, all the good stuff, right?
[00:15:37] Right.
[00:15:39] And it's like I said, he's a great guy.
[00:15:41] I think we need to look further than just a good president.
[00:15:45] How about we begin to refocus America on Jesus Christ?
[00:15:49] Man, that's a mouthful right there and that's exactly where my heart is.
[00:15:54] We can't make a decision without a good president.
[00:15:58] And I think that's the key to our country.
[00:16:01] And I think that's the key to our country.
[00:16:04] And I think that's the key to our country.
[00:16:08] Man, that's a mouthful right there and that's exactly where my heart is.
[00:16:12] We can't make a man an individual in ideology or concept our savior or put the Constitution above the Bible, the B-I-B-L-E, basic instructions before leaving Earth.
[00:16:24] So somehow we need to have a realignment in our thinking, not minimize the role of president, not minimizing voting the right people in office from president on down.
[00:16:34] But in essence, the Bible tells us in Philippians chapter two, our chapter three rather, that our citizenship is in heaven.
[00:16:43] The Greek word for citizenship is polytuma.
[00:16:46] We get our word politics from that.
[00:16:49] So in essence, our political ideology emanates from the very throne of God in heaven and that should be our focus.
[00:16:56] You're so on point there.
[00:16:57] Yeah.
[00:16:59] And also I think that our focus amongst our fellow Christian born again citizens of both heaven and in America, one of the things that I've noticed, and I used to even complain about this when I used to attend your church,
[00:17:17] and how many Christians they run around here.
[00:17:21] And on one hand, they preach, they say they're of Jesus Christ.
[00:17:26] But then one of the things that I think, Apostle, is that as many Christians have proudly, I mean literally stick in their chest out proud,
[00:17:38] that they don't have any concern about what's going on in the country because they believe that we're about heaven and we are.
[00:17:48] But I thought that, and correct me if I'm wrong, wink, wink, that we are to occupy till he comes.
[00:17:55] And that means you should care about where you are.
[00:17:59] How are you going to enter in heaven or be accepted into heaven when you did not give a rip to stand against evil in your country,
[00:18:08] when you did not care enough to stand for the good things and build upon the good aspects of your republic?
[00:18:14] Am I making sense here?
[00:18:18] You're making a lot of sense, Ron.
[00:18:20] And the reality is a lot of Christians, and I'm not minimizing their salvation, I'm not saying they're not saved.
[00:18:27] But most people who call themselves Christians do not have a worldview that's rooted and grounded in biblical ideology.
[00:18:36] They become Americanized, they become politicized, they have allowed secularism, humanism, paganism, modernism, postmodernism,
[00:18:47] and all the other isms that ought to be wussums to influence the way they think.
[00:18:50] So we have this mishmash religious ideology that is not aligned with the Bible.
[00:18:57] So the point that you're making as it relates to Christians not being engaged, involved in the broader sphere of the culture,
[00:19:05] including politics, including government, the Bible's real clear.
[00:19:10] When the righteous rule, the people rejoice.
[00:19:13] When the wicked rule, the people mourn.
[00:19:16] Right now our nation is mourning.
[00:19:18] Yeah, she's crying right now.
[00:19:25] You know, Pastor Ellis, Apostle Ellis rather, I think one of the things that I would love to see enacted,
[00:19:36] I just want to run this idea by you.
[00:19:39] Remember in American history when it was a requirement that if you ran for office,
[00:19:45] especially for Congress or whatever, you had to be known as a man of Christian character at the very least.
[00:19:52] And I think that should be a return requirement in our country.
[00:20:00] And along with that, and I've run this by a few people and most people say it's a good idea,
[00:20:06] but I think that once an individual says, you know what, I'm going to throw my hat into the ring and I'm going to run for political office.
[00:20:12] Well, I think that before they receive one dime, that they should take a little test.
[00:20:19] A test that requires the constitutional knowledge, Bill of Rights knowledge,
[00:20:25] and maybe at least a test on the Ten Commandments.
[00:20:30] And if they don't pass at least by 90%, we have to say, you know, we're going to go in another direction.
[00:20:38] I say that because you look at the people that are in office today,
[00:20:44] you look at the people that have been in office for the past 70 years for the most part.
[00:20:49] There's been some good ones, but for the most part, I'd say 70% of them have not been very good for this republic at all.
[00:20:56] Does anything like that make sense to you?
[00:21:00] It does make sense to me, but we have to recognize in our country,
[00:21:08] in America, we're now living in a post-Christian era,
[00:21:14] which means people have been indoctrinated and they have been trained, not educated,
[00:21:22] trained to think a certain way that is rooted and grounded in secularism and humanism.
[00:21:29] The Humanist Manifesto began to grip American ideology back in the 1930s,
[00:21:34] around the early 1930s, and it has been a part of the formation of how our country thinks, functions, leads, votes, all of the above.
[00:21:48] And so because we're in this post-Christian era, what you're saying is ideal.
[00:21:53] However, because there's been such indoctrination with ideologies and concepts
[00:21:58] that are foreign to biblical ideology, foreign to the principles for which this country was originally established.
[00:22:05] So we have all these young people for the last half century going through college,
[00:22:12] being educated and coming out with a worldview that's based on secularism, humanism, and all the other isms.
[00:22:20] So we have to be intentional about raising up a generation of young people who think like the Bible.
[00:22:26] There's a challenge there because most pastors don't have a biblical worldview.
[00:22:31] According to George Barna research, and George Barna is the most quoted Christian in the world, one of the most quoted people in the world,
[00:22:38] he actually, when he was in Metro Detroit the last time, he actually made this statement.
[00:22:43] It was a room filled with legislators, policymakers, there were three Supreme Court justices in the room,
[00:22:50] the State Attorney General was in the room, Lieutenant Governor was in the room, and about at least 100, 150 pastors were in the room.
[00:22:59] And he basically put us through a wall because somehow we have drifted away from biblical ideology and how this country should function.
[00:23:07] So as a result, there's a scripture in the Bible, Ron, that I wish wasn't in the Bible.
[00:23:12] That may sound strange being a minister of the gospel the way I am,
[00:23:15] and to say that there's a scripture that I wish wasn't there, but Psalm Division 9, verse 17 says this,
[00:23:24] the nation who forgets God will be turned into hell.
[00:23:30] That's Psalm's Division 9, verse 17.
[00:23:33] It doesn't mean everybody in that nation is going to go to hell.
[00:23:37] What it does mean is that nation will have a hellish experience.
[00:23:41] That's where we are right now.
[00:23:42] Well, as they say in the ghetto, you got that right.
[00:23:46] And you know we've had a lot of warnings on a national level concerning that, just what you stated.
[00:23:55] And we're going to hold it right here and I'm going to get into that with you.
[00:23:59] And we're going to also talk about some solutions too because we've talked about problems and we'll probably talk about a few more.
[00:24:04] But we're going to be talking about how we can get out of this mess.
[00:24:07] You're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience,
[00:24:09] with our guest today, Apostle Ella Smith.

[00:26:07] of thrift and personal industry to achieve success
[00:26:11] and more importantly, leave the legacy of being an example of overcoming the odds with God's grace.
[00:26:18] Making what was an impossible dream into accomplishment.
[00:26:22] In my thoughts, I am often reminded of the countless sovereign Americans
[00:26:26] who refused to allow bitterness and hate to become their life story.
[00:26:30] Still others rejected the fear of stepping out
[00:26:33] and boldly traveled the road of success in their lives.
[00:26:37] To my fellow Americans, I beseech you to embrace God's gift of life
[00:26:41] in this the greatest nation ever known
[00:26:44] and let us seek providential guidance and grand vision of greatness and seize it.
[00:26:49] If we do, the United States of America will be great again.
[00:26:53] So help us God.

[00:29:57] And we're back with our guest today is minister, I'm sorry Apostle Ella Smith
[00:30:03] And he heads up the Jubilee City Church in Metro Detroit
[00:30:07] And he does a great job there.
[00:30:09] Welcome back Apostle Smith and
[00:30:12] You know we were talking before the break and you mentioned how we should
[00:30:18] Raise up a young generation and that is spot on.
[00:30:23] We know that the hand that rocks the cradle dictates the direction the nation takes in the next.
[00:30:31] And that is something that we must get back to.
[00:30:33] And not only but especially as you stated as far as biblical knowledge.
[00:30:40] But it comes, it's very important that they learn about the Constitution and Bill of Rights too
[00:30:46] And some of our federalist papers as well.
[00:30:49] So we've got to do these things because you know and it's so funny when I hear people say
[00:30:57] Well that's not important yada yada yada.
[00:30:59] Well how important is it that we have to learn how to drive.
[00:31:05] I mean if you don't correctly know how to drive or clean your house or do anything you fail.
[00:31:11] So I think it should be just as important that you learn how your country should run.
[00:31:17] All the principles etc etc etc.
[00:31:20] It's as important you know how to do that as simply as you can.
[00:31:26] And I think that is simply as like turning on a light when you walk in a room.
[00:31:33] Without that knowledge as you said before Apostle my people perish for lack of knowledge.
[00:31:40] But I'm convinced that because of what happened to Trump yesterday and some other things that are percolating.
[00:31:48] I think that we're going to see a turnaround in this country and it's going to shock those who are still trying to destroy this republic.
[00:31:56] Man I agree with everything you just said.
[00:32:02] And the reality is we have had generations of children and young adults who've gone through our educational system from kindergarten through college.
[00:32:15] They were educated but they were not trained.
[00:32:19] Education and training is not exactly the same.
[00:32:23] A monkey can be trained but not educated.
[00:32:26] So we've got to make sure that we understand that we have removed our real American history.
[00:32:34] How our nation works.
[00:32:36] Civics government.
[00:32:38] Those aren't major components in our educational system from elementary school middle school high school even into college.
[00:32:47] And if you test a lot of the college graduates today they have no clue on certain elements of the Constitution.
[00:32:54] I don't know what the Fifth Amendment is.
[00:32:55] The First Amendment is they have no idea because they were not trained in it.
[00:33:01] So we have to understand the dynamics of how we bring a holistic education.
[00:33:07] Why America in my this in my opinion is the greatest nation on the earth.
[00:33:13] And we are the nation that I believe is the freemius nation on the planet to Israel.
[00:33:19] And we understand that dynamic.
[00:33:21] That's one of the reasons we're blessed because God said I will bless those that bless you and curse those that curse you.
[00:33:27] That's what he told Abraham the original Jew Israel came out of him.
[00:33:31] We as Christians our covenant is based on that.
[00:33:36] The Bible says we've been grafted in.
[00:33:39] In other words we were once alienated from God.
[00:33:42] We want we want we want a part of this kingdom.
[00:33:44] So because of that we have to be blessed.
[00:33:47] We have to be blessed with a part of this kingdom.
[00:33:49] So because of his covenant with Abraham with Israel we have been grafted in.
[00:33:58] Jesus said he came for the lost sheep of Israel.
[00:34:01] So we got to make sure we have a perspective.
[00:34:04] Unfortunately we do not understand that.
[00:34:07] So as a result we struggle.
[00:34:10] As a result we have gone through some things that our nation then we never should be going through.
[00:34:15] One of them has to do what's happening with the next generation in education and morals and values and how we see family run.
[00:34:25] The Bible says in Psalm 68 6 God sets the solitary in families.
[00:34:32] Whoever wins the war with the family will win the war in the culture.
[00:34:38] We lose the war in the family.
[00:34:40] We lose the war in the broader sphere of the culture.
[00:34:43] That's what we're seeing right now.
[00:34:45] So the solution to that you know we always say that Jesus is the answer.
[00:34:51] I'm not saying he's not minimizing.
[00:34:53] Jesus being the answer.
[00:34:55] But what are the questions?
[00:34:57] Unless we know what the questions are we're not properly appropriate the answer.
[00:35:02] And the questions are why have we taken a humanistic secular perspective when it comes to how we do government.
[00:35:10] Because to a large extent the church the ecclesia, God's chosen ones, God's called out ones have not understood what church is about.
[00:35:20] We made it a religious system.
[00:35:23] The Greek word for church is ecclesia.
[00:35:26] Ecclesia is not a religious or sacred or sacerdotal word.
[00:35:31] It came from the secular culture.
[00:35:34] So when Jesus said in Matthew chapter 16 upon this rock I'll build my church they understood church.
[00:35:40] Because the church, the ecclesia, they were a group of people that were called outside the gates of the city, Ron.
[00:35:48] And they had legislative authority.
[00:35:51] They had economic authority.
[00:35:53] They had military authority.
[00:35:55] They had policy making authority.
[00:35:57] They decided what went into that city, the gates of that city and what was kicked out.
[00:36:02] They had the authority.
[00:36:04] So Jesus said upon this rock, what rock?
[00:36:06] The rock of revelation knowledge of knowing who he is.
[00:36:10] Jesus did not get away from government and politics because King Adam, he said now he actually presented this idea of the ecclesia.
[00:36:20] He said now I'm giving you the keys of the kingdom.
[00:36:23] Kingdom is a political terminology.
[00:36:25] It denotes the rule, the reign and the government of God.
[00:36:28] So we as the ecclesia ought to usher in his rule, his reign, his government into every sphere of culture and society.
[00:36:39] Including how we do government and politics and who we put in office.
[00:36:44] I know that's a mouthful but that's where we're at right now.
[00:36:46] Well that's a mouthful that we needed to hear.
[00:36:50] Man, that is, but you hit the nail on the head right there.
[00:36:54] And to me that's a hopeful message because you know God just says do the right thing and you're going to get right results.
[00:37:01] I will bless you, etc., etc., etc.
[00:37:04] Now real quick, oh man I wish we had a lot more time but there's two schools of thought amongst Christendom.
[00:37:13] On one hand you have the Jonathan Cahn types who says boom it's over.
[00:37:19] America's a wrecked ship.
[00:37:21] She's done for.
[00:37:23] Her goose is cooked.
[00:37:25] Forget about it.
[00:37:27] Then you have on the other side those of us who believe that there is still hope for our country because some of us, including yours truly, believes that America never ever ever reached her full potential.
[00:37:39] And I think that, and unlike Solomon Gomorrah which many people compare United States to,
[00:37:45] there are millions of people in this country that still reverence God, that still honor God, that are repenting for this nation as we are commanded to do in 2 Chronicles 7-14.
[00:37:57] Thus leading to what I believe is a soon to come Romans 8-28 situation.
[00:38:04] What say you?
[00:38:05] I say we are on the cusp of the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit we've ever seen otherwise with a tear certain pages off the Bible.
[00:38:19] Like Joel 2-28, like Acts chapter 2.
[00:38:23] This thing we call church, ecclesia, is going to end up in glory and power.
[00:38:28] Not defeat, not waiting on rapture mount of the Lord to come and get us because we're so messed up, we're so jacked up, we're so fearful and we're defeated.
[00:38:38] When he comes back it will be a glorious church.
[00:38:42] He said to occupy till I come.
[00:38:45] That word occupying the Greek means to do business in the public square.
[00:38:49] So I'm not of the persuasion that it's over for America.
[00:38:54] I'm not of the persuasion that America is doomed.
[00:39:00] I'm of the persuasion that where sin abounds grace does much more abound.
[00:39:05] I'm of the persuasion of greater is he who's in us and he who's in the world.
[00:39:09] I'm of the persuasion of Jesus has empowered his ecclesia to raise up the standard.
[00:39:16] That involves what he said in Matthew, once again 16.
[00:39:18] I've given you the keys of the kingdom.
[00:39:22] Whatever you lose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
[00:39:25] Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven.
[00:39:28] Our problem is ignorance.
[00:39:30] That's why Hosea 4-6 is so important.
[00:39:33] My people are destroyed because of lack of knowledge.
[00:39:36] Our other problem is error, things we think are true that are not.
[00:39:39] So we're dealing with ignorance and error and to a large extent I hate saying this to you Ron.
[00:39:44] It sounds awful.
[00:39:46] It almost sounds self-righteous on my part and I don't want to come across that way.
[00:39:50] But the problem is the bullpits in the churches in America.
[00:39:56] There are people who are espousing stuff that no one should ever be hearing from a preacher's mouth.
[00:40:02] And too many preachers have followed the woke ideology, especially the black preachers, African American preachers.
[00:40:09] A lot of times they have me come to their convention one time and they don't invite me back because I come and I bring it.
[00:40:17] And I attack the woke ideology and critical race theory and social justice.
[00:40:25] In the Bible there's no such thing as social justice that's been our problem.
[00:40:31] We've been too social.
[00:40:33] The Bible calls it in Isaiah chapter 28, the spirit of justice.
[00:40:39] And it's not social.
[00:40:41] The spirit of justice brings righteousness, peace, biblical ideology, grace, mercy, the power of God.
[00:40:50] Those are elements of the spirit of justice.
[00:40:54] And what we try to fit, we try to fit God into a civil rights ideology.
[00:40:59] God is not into civil rights.
[00:41:01] He's into civil righteousness.
[00:41:04] We've gotten it confused.
[00:41:05] So we've got to right the wrong.
[00:41:08] And in these last days, God's raising up apostolic voices that have a spirit of hatred on them.
[00:41:16] They recognize that this is the greatest nation on earth.
[00:41:19] I mean so how can you just say that it's not in the Bible but America's greatest nation on earth?
[00:41:24] If you look at the impact we have had for the furtherance of the gospel of the kingdom, no other nation's even close.
[00:41:30] Nor the nation that produced more Bibles, printed more Christian materials, sent out more missionaries and supported for the fatherless and the widows.
[00:41:40] No other individual nation is even close.
[00:41:44] And no other nation has benefited Israel on the level that America has.
[00:41:49] So God, he didn't call America out.
[00:41:53] He just said blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.
[00:41:57] Sustained.
[00:42:00] Pastor, I'm going to hold you over a couple more minutes because I want to say a couple of things.
[00:42:07] And before we close you out, I'd love for you to leave us with a prayer.

[00:45:16] And we're back. This is the Ron Edwards American Experience. Thanks again for tuning in from throughout America and around the world.
[00:45:43] And this particular show is going to be going to 92 nations via our broadcast outlet in Great Britain.
[00:45:50] And boy, this is a great message we are having today with Apostle Ellis Smith of Jubilee City Church in Metro Detroit.
[00:45:58] And we thank him for spending time with us this wonderful day.
[00:46:02] Apostle, man, what you were saying, I could have just said, you know what? We'll just take this to the end of the show because people need to hear what you were saying there.
[00:46:12] Because, you know, I say many things very similar to what you just said, but they need a different voice.
[00:46:18] They need to hear from more than one person. And man, you are bringing it today.
[00:46:23] As Trump would say bigly, you know, when it comes to our nation and she is all that in a bag of chips,
[00:46:34] why do you think that so many people from around the world in the media were there for the Trump hearing?
[00:46:40] It's because of the impact of the United States of America. And America, as you said, is that way because she is that great because she has been a blessing to the world, despite a lot of wicked people in D.C.
[00:46:54] She has done a lot of good. And I think that's why we're still blessed in the midst of all this madness.
[00:47:02] Because an average nation, I'll tell you this, Apostle, and I want to get your feedback on this.
[00:47:08] Any other nation going through this level of turmoil would have been crushed. And we have evidence to back that up.
[00:47:17] Venezuela, Cuba, Argentina, although Argentina has turned things around, they threw off their, throughout their communist government and they have a populist leader there.
[00:47:26] But other nations, what say you?
[00:47:30] I concur. The spirit of this nation, once again, we were founded on biblical principles.
[00:47:36] I've read the documents of our founding fathers. I've read their letters. I've read their prayers.
[00:47:42] I've listened to oratory presentations of speeches they gave back in the framework of this nation.
[00:47:49] It was centered around biblical ideology. They are very strong, uncompromising and unapologetic about it.
[00:47:57] So we've drifted away from that. I believe where we are right now, God is restoring.
[00:48:04] We're in a time of Acts chapter three verses 19, 20, 21, where the Bible actually says that there will be a time of the restoration of all things.
[00:48:13] We're in that era right now. So it may look bad. It may feel awful. It may look like we're done for.
[00:48:22] God has a way when things look their worse, coming in, showing up and showing out. We're on the verge of that right now, my friend.
[00:48:30] You know something though, I'm going to, you're not going to, this is kind of in the opposite direction, but I just remembered something.
[00:48:38] Years ago, it was not long before I first met you. When I first came to Detroit and I saw Detroit downtown the way it was at that time, it freaked me out.
[00:48:49] And I remembered a vision that I had before I moved to Michigan. In fact, I was in high school.
[00:48:56] And in that vision, I saw a city that was in just a decrepit state.
[00:49:02] And in the vision, it said, if America doesn't get her moral house in order, she will end up like this city.
[00:49:10] And you see all over the country cities that were once just beautiful places.
[00:49:17] Some of them are still beautiful, but they're very dangerous places like Atlanta and everything.
[00:49:22] And then San Francisco, which was once one of the seven most beautiful cities on earth is now an open sewer, etc.
[00:49:28] You know the drill. New Orleans, known for its food worldwide.
[00:49:35] It's on that list of decrepit places now.
[00:49:39] In the midst of all of that, I still agree with what you just said, because I believe that there will be a reawakening in many cities or many locales,
[00:49:49] which will cause a reversal of our fortunes right now, just as what had happened in the past when America became decrepit as it is.
[00:49:59] As she is now, she's pretty decrepit compared to what she has been.
[00:50:02] And I believe, I agree with you that because of a return to our Lord and Savior in the country,
[00:50:11] and people forcing the issue by teaching it to their young, America will see that turnaround and she won't be filled with cities that are in such a decrepit state.
[00:50:22] Am I on to something or am I just a dreamer?
[00:50:25] You're on to something, but it's biblical.
[00:50:28] God was speaking concerning Israel, but because we have aligned ourselves with Israel and he said he blessed those that bless Israel and cursed those that curse Israel.
[00:50:39] The reality is we're in a time right now of Isaiah 62 when it ends up saying we'll be a city not forgotten.
[00:50:46] There's certain things that have to go on to get to that point. We're doing that right now, but we'll be a city not forgotten.
[00:50:52] I speak that over the city I live in, I'm ministering and I'm a part of Detroit.
[00:50:59] And what that means is that Detroit was founded in 1601 by a man named Antoine de la Marse Cadillac.
[00:51:07] And he was a man that misrepresented himself. He was a man that lied about who he was.
[00:51:14] He was a man that actually went across and he named Detroit Detroit.
[00:51:19] Detroit is a French word, so we're Detroit. It means the Straits.
[00:51:23] And we've been in dire straits for a variety of reasons.
[00:51:27] But because of that web understand the most prestigious car made in Detroit was made at named after him Cadillac.
[00:51:35] There's more I could say about that. So what God is doing, he's bringing divine reversals.
[00:51:39] He's turning things around. It doesn't look like it in the natural because we have walked by faith and not by sight.
[00:51:47] That's true. And you know all that history, man, that Mr. Cadillac, he was such an evil guy.
[00:51:54] He founded New Orleans too and was the first governor of Louisiana.
[00:51:58] And we know the history of that and the things that have gone in that great city as well.
[00:52:02] Yeah, yeah.
[00:52:03] But you know something, I, you know, sometimes I'll go to bed feeling bad about the country and then I'll wake up feeling good.
[00:52:12] And I think that's God continuing to bring me along and say, hey, now son it's not over.
[00:52:18] And I really believe that.
[00:52:22] But sometimes I really get angry over things that are going on like yesterday with the Trump situation.
[00:52:26] All he did was try to do good things for America.
[00:52:30] And I've seen him more condemned than presidents of our of our recent past who have actually done true criminal and traitorous acts who are not being punished.
[00:52:42] I mean, Ali Obama, George H.W. Bush and others committed honest treason.
[00:52:51] And yet they're walking around free and unscathed.
[00:52:55] And they've done many horrible things to many people.
[00:53:01] And that can be pretty infuriating.
[00:53:05] I hate to cut it short, but you've got about 30 seconds.
[00:53:09] We're up against it.
[00:53:11] I would love for you to leave us with a prayer, sir.
[00:53:15] Yes, Father, I lift up our nation right now.
[00:53:17] I lift up your ecclesiastical.
[00:53:19] We can be light shining in midst of darkness.
[00:53:22] Then we take a posture that we will shine and not whine that we have a possible.
[00:53:28] We become the light and the salt.
[00:53:30] You've called us to be to impact this nation for the kingdom of God.
[00:53:34] That we will be a city set on a hill and our lives would impact every sphere of the culture, every dimension of American society.
[00:53:43] We pray right now that there's a supernatural major turnaround by the power of this great gospel that we preach.
[00:53:51] In Jesus name, we pray.
[00:53:53] Amen.
[00:53:55] Amen. Thank you so much, Pastor, for joining us for this Faith Day edition of the Ron Edwards American Experience.
[00:54:00] And we look forward to our next visit, sir.
[00:54:02] And it won't be too long before my Doug, my producer, gives you another jingle.
[00:54:08] OK, all right.
[00:54:10] I look forward to it. Thanks for having me.
[00:54:11] Thank you.
[00:54:13] Take care. And this is the Ron Edwards American Experience.
[00:54:17] And I see that my time is up.
[00:54:19] Thank you so much for your time.
[00:54:21] Tags that stage right.
[00:54:23] And as I always say at this time, remember to pray for your nation, pray for your family, your friends and yes, pray for your enemies that they get it right.
[00:54:32] And to treat others the way you want to be treated.
[00:54:35] I'm Ron Edwards reminding you.
[00:54:38] Join us on the next edition of the Ron Edwards American Experience.
[00:54:41] Until then, bye now.
