[00:02:07] Mr. Myocas Mr. No good myocas people say why would you call him? No good? Well anyone in my humble opinion that fights With all their energy to make sure that our borders are open

[00:02:20] So that our nation could be filled with millions and millions of people to come into this country that don't really like us But I hear to become registered voters for the Democrat Party Many are being brought in to bring harm to people look like you and me

[00:02:35] They're also being brought into lower the wage Wait wait the wages in this country. Why because they think that Americans how dare you make too much money? Despite record profits profits for especially major major size corporations in this country

[00:02:53] They don't want you and I to prosper very much. That is why I think that we need to make sure that we re-adopt a true Equal opportunity market-based economy so that new companies can be brought to the fore

[00:03:08] To kind of replace these big dinosaurs that are just in the way and in some cases Some of the American dinosaur corporate leaders are committing fiscal suicide Such as Ford Motor Company, which lost well over six sixty billion dollars last year Trying to shove EVs down our throat

[00:03:35] Well our friend Ralph Reed is in Israel and he's devastated by what he has seen Because of the October tober seventh attack by the the Muslims there He spoke directly to the Husbulla Iran mass And he fully exposes Biden's actions and the results of Biden's actions

[00:04:01] He said that there's a way That we could avoid war But they probably will be a war in that neck of the woods of a much larger size if things are not Tempt down quickly and that the price of oil here

[00:04:19] gasoline here could go up to six to seven dollars a gallon and And that's totally avoidable by the way all we have to do is be allowed to you know Drill for our own oil and supply ourselves and we'd be okay and

[00:04:37] He's very concerned because young Democrats in our country no longer Consider allies there, you know Israel as an ally They say Israel not is our enemy. That's what they're saying At the same time in Israel only 2% are okay with a Palestinian state

[00:04:55] And I think they're smart to be against a Palestinian state there in the Middle East Ralph Reed also said that he's feeling unsafe himself regarding how we as a people are treating Israel implicating What he calls? wrath of God

[00:05:13] Now there many of us believe that that we the United States of America are hanging on By a threat not totally Devastated by all the wrong things that we're doing in this country or allowing The other Biden administration and other wicked administrations that we've had in the past

[00:05:32] We had a brief break under Trump, but man for the most part. It's been a down hillward slide Hill slide ever since Reagan left office and So we really have to get our act together in this country seriously 78% of fascist Democrats want Trump removed from the ballot

[00:05:55] You see I tell you there's a lot of people in this country that want all the devastatingly bad things that are happening and the more evil things that are even planned for us a Bit of a salute for Speaker Johnson as he brushed off Mitch McConnell

[00:06:13] And Chuck E. Schumer's Ukraine bid wasn't really dirty of the Democrats to sneak in that bill by the way The big spending bill a Little sentence that basically stated that if Trump were basically to do the right thing he could be impeached

[00:06:34] I mean this is this is some really Devastating stuff and then this is proof of something that I've said for many years that the United States Really needs to start cleaning her moral her moral house

[00:06:49] Because because of because of our blatant immorality we continue to make bad decisions Well, why is Valentine's Day celebrated on February 14th in general? early Christians often opted to celebrate the holidays on days that coincide with

[00:07:08] Existing festivals and celebrations like Christmas and winter solstice. So they placed Valentine's Day on February 14th La while lepercola was celebrated on February 15th Not much as it turns out St. Valentine's Day was a feast in the Catholic religion added to the

[00:07:30] Liturgical calendar around 500 AD the day was commemorated to for martyred saints named you guessed it Valentine differing legends celebrate three different saints called Valentine or Valentine's But since very little is known about these men and there were conflicting reports of the st. Valentine Day story

[00:07:52] The feast day was removed from the Roman Catholic liturgical calendar in 1969 But even though not much is known about the real history of the st. Valentine's on whom the holiday is based

[00:08:07] The legend of st. Valentine has several tellings one says that st. Valentine refused to convert to paganism and was executed by Roman Emperor Claudius the second Prior to his execution. He was able to miraculously heal the daughter of his jailer

[00:08:24] Who then converted to Christianity along with his family? Another legend says that a bishop called st. Valentine of Turney was is the true namesake of the holiday This st. Valentine was also executed because of his Christian faith

[00:08:40] But according to others and this is how st. Valentine became affiliated with a love focused holiday St. Valentine was a Roman priest who performed weddings for soldiers forbidden to marry because of a Roman Emperor's edict

[00:08:54] Decreying married soldiers did not make good warriors and thus young men could not marry This st. Valentine wore a ring with a cupid on it a symbol of love that helps soldiers recognize him and in a

[00:09:07] Precursor to greeting cards he handed out paper hearts to remind Christians of their love for God Because of this legend st. Valentine became known as the patron saint of love The st. Valentine prayer as st. Valentine to connect lovers together

[00:15:42] Hey I got to get into this because I want to get into the Ukraine situation and Russia but I just can't help it but I've got to get into this asinine open border situation. And in the state of Massachusetts for example, government officials are ringing up

[00:16:00] families and saying hey we want you to voluntarily take in these illegals. And not only is that a pain in the neck on the surface but most of those illegals coming into this country are uncivilized beasts. They're very nasty, they're very belligerent and they are encouraged by the

[00:16:21] Biden administration to not be respectful of our country would say you. Yeah, well I'd say you can't generalize too much but 40% of those coming across the border are not even literate in their own language. Okay. I'm talking whether Spanish or Gambian or whatever, wherever they're coming from.

[00:16:42] So they're no use to the American economy whatsoever. This is and I keep saying this one, this is a revolutionary process. This is part of the American socialist revolution because it's going to cripple economy.

[00:16:58] It's going to import tens of millions of new Democrats plus a whole bunch of people who will inflict violence on those around them when the time comes. So this is revolution, this is not stupidity, this is malicious revolutionary activity.

[00:17:17] Yeah, you're so correct on that and just from your perspective, you weren't born in this country. I know it's got to really be doing something to your, even in your mind because you came to this country looking for liberty.

[00:17:33] You also came here to warn us because I met you when you came here to warn us about Ali Obama and you and I both had that same message. And aren't you, are you still kind of shocked as to what this country has

[00:17:48] allowed considering what we went through with Ali Obama and we still continue to go down such an asinine path? Well I'm sort of not shocked. I've been predicting this for a long time. I predicted five years ago that we would, well as soon as the border surge

[00:18:02] started, I knew that we ain't seen nothing yet because this is, this is there probably the number one plan for destroying America. So I'll not, what I would hope is that we'd have a bit more courage from

[00:18:18] some of the Republican leadership who would call us out and I commend Governor Abbott for taking a tougher line on illegals in Texas but he should have done this two years ago.

[00:18:30] You know, it's a bit late, late to the day and better late than ever and I also I recommended a while back that all the red states should join together and basically give the finger to the federal government and that's what we're starting to see happen now.

[00:18:46] So yes I'm glad about that but we're only in the position we are now because too many Republican leaders have either been ignorant of the real situation or too cowardly to say something. That's why we are here. You know, Communists and Democrats do what they do.

[00:19:06] They've been allowed to do it because our weak leadership has let them do it. You know, you're so, you write on about that, Trevor, because one thing that really grates me is that when I see reports and I read these things that the Democrats are doing,

[00:19:25] all of them are unconstitutional. Many are just out and out illegal but yet people like Republicans sit on their backside and say, oh, look what they're doing and they just complain about it and I thought, you know, I was brought up to believe if you're

[00:19:40] doing something unconstitutional, something that is illegal, there is the legal authority to smack it down to approach it strongly and tell these people back up and do away with this. What has in your estimation gone wrong with the American people to,

[00:19:59] yeah, they're not happy with what's going on but there seems to be a mental block where people aren't willing to stand on the law and fight back based upon the law and the Constitution that is firmly entrenched? Well, that's the cowardice again but it's also the fact

[00:20:18] that the legal system has been massively infiltrated by the left. You know, the Communist Party set up the National Lawyers Guild back in the 1930s to specifically bring lawyers, communist lawyers into the system. Now those lawyers are judges.

[00:20:36] Now they're on the Supreme Court like Sotomayor and, you know, and Elena Kagan, et cetera. These people are Marxists. So you've got a deep infiltration, Marxist infiltration of the legal system coupled with a laxadaisical or even cowardly attitude from the Republicans who don't understand what we're in still,

[00:21:02] which has allowed the system to foster. And then, you know, with the as the law breaks down, we saw through Black Lives Matter and the antifar rights of 2020 when we had the elections stolen, a whole bunch of lawmakers wouldn't stand up

[00:21:19] because they were scared of getting their house burnt down by Black Lives Matter or antifar. So there's a whole range of systems there. But it started with infiltration by the Communist into the legal system, allowed to fester and then when it really started to manifest,

[00:21:36] it was either too late or the leadership on our side was too cowardly to oppose it. And now it's got out of hand. So, yeah, we're not going to be saved by our leaders in Washington. We're going to be saved by the grassroots people at local level

[00:21:52] who are actually taking steps like right. Ron DeSantis does in Florida to to fire bad DA's and actually enforce the law here. We don't have rights in Florida. We don't have many illegal immigrants in Florida because we have strong leadership.

[00:22:09] Now, I did read that there's some incidents going on in places like parts of Miami and a few other places. But for the most part, you're correct compared to many other states, like especially the blue states, the big blue states like New York, California,

[00:22:24] Illinois, the tragedies being implemented by the illegals is comparatively very light in the state of Florida. Well, yeah. And you think to the homelessness of Florida is the perfect place for homeless people? Yeah, you don't see them here. They're done a lot here.

[00:22:44] You know, Florida is where would you rather be homeless in Massachusetts or homeless in Florida? I don't know. It depends because you might get bitten by a snake or chewed up by an alligator in Florida. So I don't know. Well, yeah, true.

[00:22:56] But it's a lot warmer down here in the winter. I tell you so. So, yeah, but that's what a well run state does. It keeps this kind of behavior under control. It gets these comebacks out of the legal system. You know, no, it's perfect here at all.

[00:23:12] But it's an example of how we can control these problems if we want to. It's just lacking the blue states that they want the revolution. They want chaos. So that's what we get. Yeah, you know, the blue state is so crazy.

[00:30:22] However, there's one subject that I disagree with him on vehemently. And in fact, I'll approach it in this manner. In this corner, we have Trevor Loudon and the other corner, each Ron Edwards. The reason why I say that is because Trevor, you know,

[00:30:41] the Senate early Tuesday passed a massive 95.3 billion dollar aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. Well, Ukraine was offered 60 billion, only 14 billion for Israel. And Amiga, I think was about six billion for Taiwan. I find that very ironic because, man, before we get into more of that,

[00:31:04] what did you think about the recent interview with Tucker Carlson and Putin? Well, basically, you know, you've got to understand Tucker Carlson says he's rooting for Russia. He is a believer in Russia that he's public makes public statements to that effect. I'm rooting for Russia. That's his words.

[00:31:28] So basically what he did was he gave Putin a whole bunch of softball questions. Putin lied his head off and gave a very twisted historical narrative. And Tucker didn't, you know, it cranes fascist. He's going to crane to stop fascism.

[00:31:48] Tucker never challenged him on any of that, which is, you know, it's paperly. But Trevor, what about all of the bio labs? What about not from Tucker Carlson, but from many other sources, the human trafficking that was going on bigly?

[00:32:04] What about the money laundering and which the Biden administration? Well, the Biden Uncle Joe Biden profited from when he was vice president. I mean, it's Mr. Solinsky is not a nice guy. Did you know that Christians have greater freedom in Russia today

[00:32:23] than they do here in the United States and and definitely in Ukraine? No, that's absolutely wrong. Oh, come on. You know, OK, we talk about religious liberty. OK, you talked about that last week in Russia.

[00:32:37] You can only go to church if you're a member of the Orthodox Church, which is controlled completely by the KGB. Carol, the art, the head of it is a known KGB agent. You can be a Baptist. You can be a seventh adventist.

[00:32:53] You can have your little church, but you cannot proselytize and you cannot bring your children up in the church. That's the idea of religious liberty in Russia as complete fabrication, 100 percent fabrication. All the American churches who went into Russia after the collapse

[00:33:11] of communism have all pulled out because of those laws. Well, what's it's I find that very ironic because British radio station that carries this show, the The Faith Friday Editions, which also goes into Moscow via a gentleman that owns a station, Christian Station in Moscow.

[00:33:30] He has stated and he runs a Christian station which is not affiliated or bullied by the state like the CIA, by the way, bullies American churches. He has said that Christian Christianity, as it is exercised, is more at liberty in Moscow, where he's located

[00:33:50] than in the United States, where he is from. Now this guy is living there from the United States. That's absolute. That might be if you're in the Orthodox Church, but he's not. He's not. That's what I'm saying. He's he's well, he's no, he's not. That's a fabrication wrong.

[00:34:07] That is a fabrication. They have laws on the books saying you cannot privatize outside your church and you cannot bring your children up in the church. They cannot come to church with you till you're 18. Check that out.

[00:34:23] If he's telling you different, he's he's he's part of the operation. I've checked. I've checked these things out, but I I've checked these things out in the past. And here's the thing. He's running the station over there, which carries this show.

[00:34:37] Now, I'm not affiliated with the KGB, but it is aired over there. Yeah, but but you're pushing a narrative that they would like. See, so we go back to the biolabs. Do you know who built the biolabs in Ukraine? Go ahead. Go for it.

[00:34:55] Well, the Americans, the Russians built them, the Soviets built them. They were part of the difference between the Soviets and Putin today. They were part they were part of the Soviet massive Soviet by weapons program. Now, a weaponizing anthrax, bubonic plague, smallpox for use against the West.

[00:35:17] When the Soviet Union pulled back, the crane was left with all these biolabs and the Iraqis and the Syrians and the North Koreans were trying to get the scientists to come on work on their programs. So the United States and the European Union

[00:35:35] and the Ukrainians made a deal to keep them open, to keep employing the scientists, but turn them into agricultural research facilities. And I'm sure they are still monitoring the ongoing Russian by weapons program, but this idea that they're turning out, you know, that that that it's it's like

[00:36:02] it's a propaganda thing that basically they're doing normal scientific stuff. The only reason they're still open is so the scientists don't go to Iraq and North Korea and use their knowledge there. You know, most Americans have no idea that the Soviets built those things.

[00:36:20] They know what they've been built by Americans to, you know, to spread diseases around the world. Right. And do you know what else is propaganda? The fact that we've already given billions and billions and billions and billions of dollars for Ukraine, for that nice guy,

[00:36:36] that slapy over there, Zelensky. And at the same time, they've got luxurious boats in Monaco. And then and then Mr. Mr. Zelensky was going to build what not build, but he was going to secure a residence in Miami and a bunch of, you know,

[00:36:54] Floridian said, not in, you know, they became Nimbies, not in my neighborhood. So it's going to get a residence in Dubai. I mean, this poor, poor. You tell me the source of that. Look, here's an example. Here's an example. We all heard the story about

[00:37:13] a couple of months ago when when Zelensky came to New York, though the story went round that his wife spent one point one million dollars in car to a and was very, very rude to the shop assistant.

[00:37:26] And on the website that talked about this, they actually showed the receipt, you know, one point one million dollars. Well, that was a Nigerian website. And the date on that receipt was actually the day after that Zelensky had left for Canada.

[00:37:44] So this is the kind of complete fake garbage that is pumped out by Russian propagandists 24 seven on the Internet to justify what they're doing. And just on the billions of dollars, look, we are not sending cash to Ukraine. We're sending weapons which are actually produced

[00:38:07] by Americans in their factories here. We've sent twenty three billion dollars worth of weaponry and another 17 billion more in the pipeline. That's it. Forty billion dollars. That's a lot of money, but that's not the two hundred billion dollars

[00:38:26] worth of cash that you hear floating around all the time. Well, but the key thing is Biden is working with the Russians. Biden is not trying to help Ukraine. If all Biden had to do to stop this whole war is to say to Putin,

[00:38:44] you put one foot over that line, Mr. Putin, we're going to drop. We're going to open up the American energy fields. We're going to let people drill in their back out if they want to.

[00:38:55] We're going to drop the price of oil to a dollar fifty a gallon worldwide. And you're going to go broke, Mr. Putin. You won't be able to fund your war. But what he's done instead is deliberately restricted to supply

[00:39:07] of US oil, which has driven the energy prices sky high, which is what you're forgetting one thing to fund the war. But you're forgetting one thing, my friend. Russia doesn't need our oil. They're getting plenty from Iran. They don't need it all.

[00:39:21] But they need to allow Iran to get their oil. They make their money on the high price of oil. And guess who's economy is based on gold now? Guess who's guess who's ruble is is is on goal while the dollar fluctuates?

[00:39:36] Yeah, because they're trying to take down the US dollar. Well, guess what? The US dollar thing we got to understand. It's the federal government or the feds who are putting ourselves in that position by not going on the on the gold standard.

[00:39:51] We're not going on the gold standard. We're doing that to ourself. I know, but let me let me let me explain this. Israel, United States and Ukraine have four main. We have five main enemies, all three countries of the same enemy.

[00:40:07] It's Russia, China, Iran, the World Economic Forum and the Biden administration. The Biden administration is working with the Russians and the Chinese. That's this idea that they're helping Ukraine is largely a fallacy. They Biden actually said to Putin,

[00:40:26] a limited incursion into Ukraine would not want an American response. He has not delivered the weapons he's promised. He has held everything back. He's made this big pretend game, but here's the game. He wants this is why the Republicans are walking into a trap.

[00:40:44] He wants Ukraine to collapse this year and with massive refugees going through Europe, a major disaster, you know, Russian troops on the border of NATO. And then he's going to blame the Republicans for doing it. Well, you know what?

[00:41:00] If he gets away with that, that just proves to you that there's a lot of ignorant people in this country. And I still think that you're on the wrong side of this particular issue. You're a great guy, but I still disagree on this particular issue.

[00:41:14] Well, you got to understand, Ron, you this idea that Russians are Christian countries, absolute garbage. No, I said I didn't say they're a Christian country. I said that Christians have more liberty in Russia than they do in the United States, which says it's a Christian nation.

[00:41:28] That is completely untrue. OK, well, I know I know people from there. I know people who live there. It is completely untrue, completely. OK, I'm going to do your favor. I'm going to leave it right there because we're at the end of the time.

[00:45:42] Celebrating the lasting legacy of Valentine's Day. This is the Ron Edwards American Experience. I'm your host, Ron Edwards. Embracing the greatest act of love. Valentine's Day also called, oh before we get into that, I want to thank Trevor Loudon for stopping by, our great guest today.

[00:46:04] We had a nice little conversation. We're going to have another one in the coming weeks. And at one point we disagree upon. I'm going to get my ducks even more in a role next time. But it is what it is. Valentine's Day also called,

[00:46:19] Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine is celebrated every February 14th throughout North America in various parts of South America, Europe and throughout Asia. Though it is a day of celebrating romance and love often with candy flowers and other gifts of affection,

[00:46:36] it originated as a Christian feast, a honoring a martyr named Valentine. According to church historian tradition, historical tradition, Valentinas, the Latin version of Valentine, was a pastor who ministered in Umbria, Central Italy during the Roman persecution against Christians in the third century. As he preached the gospel,

[00:47:00] he secretly protected believers from the government by hiding them. Valentinas was eventually placed under house arrest for his evangelical efforts and helping Christians, which was a serious crime. He was also condemned for obeying the order against marrying Christian couples,

[00:47:20] allowing the husbands to escape conscription into the Roman army. Roman soldiers were in short supply at this time and it was the view of the Roman government that married men would be ineffective fighters and therefore a hindrance to the security of the great empire.

[00:47:38] This account also mentions that in order to remind husbands of their vows in God's love, Valentinas would cut hearts from the parchment and give them to these persecuted Christians. During this time of imprisonment, Valentinas had the opportunity to discuss his faith of Yeshua with Asterius,

[00:48:02] the judge overseeing his case. The judge put Valentinas to the test and brought him to his adopted daughter, who suffered from blindness. Asterius challenged Valentinas saying that if he succeeded in restoring the girl's sight, he would grant whatever request he made.

[00:48:20] Valentinas praying to God laid his hand upon her eyes and the child's vision was restored. Astonished and overwhelmed with joy, the judge asked Valentinas what he wanted. Valentinas called on Asterius to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, ask that all of the idols around his house be removed

[00:48:41] and destroyed and that he fast for three days and that he be baptized. The judge did as Valentinas asked and as a result his household of more than 40 family members and servants also believed and were baptized. Asterius also freed all of the Christian prisoners under his jurisdiction.

[00:49:01] Valentinas continued to preach the gospel and minister to the faithful, but he was arrested again. This time he was taken to Rome to be judged by Emperor Claudius II, Gothicus. In 2007, E.A.D., Claudius took a liking to Valentinas and may have been lenient with him

[00:49:26] until he sought to convince him to receive Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, becoming enraged, Claudius refused and commanded him to renounce his faith or else he would be condemned to death by being beaten with clubs and his head would be removed from his body.

[00:49:44] During his last days, Valentinas often thought of his family and friends, including the daughter of Asterius. Since they were forbidden to visit, they developed a unique way of sending messages to each other. He would squeeze his arm through the bars of his window to reach the violets

[00:50:03] that grew outside each day. After picking a heart-shaped leaf, he would carefully pierce it with a message like, From Your Valentinas. He would then send it to his loved ones by way of homing pigeons supplied by his family toward the end of his life.

[00:50:21] The message changed to a simple, I love you. Even after enduring torturous punishments and offers of wealth and position along with his freedom, Valentinas refused to renounce his Christian faith and turn away from the Lord he had grown to love. He was executed outside the Flaminian Gate

[00:50:39] on February 14th, 269 A.D. For Valentinas, love was more than the mushy-gushy stuff many think of today. It was above sentimental feelings or infatuation. It was deeper than sexual attraction or physical desire. It was a love strong enough to face the rugged times of life,

[00:51:01] suffering severe persecution and even death. It was the kind of love that moved him to risk the danger of preaching the gospel even to those seeking his hurt and giving refuge to Christians in the face of the wrath of the mighty Roman government out to destroy them.

[00:51:19] This love came from the forgiveness, joy and peace Valentinas received from God through faith in Jesus Christ, the greatest act of love for humanity, lost in sin and separated from God and true life, just as the Apostle Paul wrote more than 200 years before that time.

[00:51:41] Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand and we exult in the hope of the glory of God. And thus we celebrate Valentine's Day

[00:52:01] because of his great sacrifice and because of the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. This is Valentine's Day and we should celebrate it and celebrate one another. Share Valentine's love and more importantly share the love of Jesus Christ with your fellow Americans

[00:52:23] and fellow citizens wherever you are throughout the world, whether it's Great Britain, Germany, South Korea and many other nations that regularly tune in to the Ron Edwards American experience. And now that I see that my time is up, I thank you so much for your time.
