One of them is, instead of asking, for example, Uncle Joe Biden to close the U.S. borders and stop illegal border crossers from coming into our republic,

[00:01:54] like, ah, stupid, and I mean stupid U.S. mayors, want to help Joe overwhelm the United States, that they are pledging to take in more and more illegals, as long as the Biden regime gives them an unlimited supply of our tax dollars, to waste on the illegals.

[00:02:14] Such a shameful effort to fund, you know, this transfer of the United States into a, well, dictatorship. Oh, that is not good. It's infuriating. One thing that is infuriating many Americans who are flying, who are trying to fly the friendly skies, seems that the airports are very unfriendly, and many of the personnel at these airlines,

[00:02:44] very unfriendly to American-born passengers, if they happen to say, hey, wait a minute, I don't want to fly with all these illegals. They'll get clapped back on by the personnel who will tell them things like, it's done to your business, so what? They're people too, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Well, I believe that maybe, just maybe,

[00:03:11] that we and the people of the United States of America should just boycott, don't fly for six to nine months. Just everyone, just say, you know what? We're done. We are done, done, done for six to nine months. Don't fly anywhere. Drive, take a train. Oh, wait a minute. The United States doesn't have very good train service like they do in Europe or Asia. Oh, well, we just have to put up with it.

[00:03:40] Because here's the thing. Why should Americans be forced to fly in close surroundings with illegals, many of whom, I mean, a good portion of them, are sick? They're bringing in tuberculosis, leprosy, and all kinds of other diseases into this country. They're not being necessarily screened. Because not only is the Biden regime and many others

[00:04:08] trying to spread illegals throughout everywhere in this republic so that we are more uncomfortable as Americans, they're also trying to spread diseases. And what better avenue to do that than the sick illegals coming into our country from at least 172 nations around the world? I mean, talk about a great twofer, right? For the globalists. Yep.

[00:04:36] So what are we going to do, my friends? We've got to backlash. We've got to stand up. We've got to say no en masse, just like what happened yesterday in the city of Philadelphia. I'm sure you've heard the good news by now. Well, just in case you haven't, guess what? The William Penn statue is going to remain at the historical site in Philadelphia. And I believe they're not going to tear down William Penn's house either.

[00:05:06] Now, I understand why the Biden regime wanted to tear it down, even though William Penn is the founder of Pennsylvania, or as they used to say, Pennsylvania. Okay. And tear down his house, wipe out the memory of Mr. William Penn. I'm sorry. You know, I, you know, the Biden regime was willing to bow at the behest of some leftist Indian organization

[00:05:35] or tribe who wanted to have that erased. Well, I have some news. But whether they're American Indians or people in other nations around the world, if your nation got conquered over 200 years ago, here's, here's, here's what happened. You guys at the time were weaker than those who went to conquer you. That was the way of the world 200 plus years ago.

[00:06:05] How do you think Rome was formed? How do you think many of the great nations, I mean, it used to be said that the sun never set on the British Empire. You think the British Empire just popped up? No. It conquered. The French used to have a big empire and land holdings in various places. Louisiana in this country was once held by the French.

[00:06:34] That's why you have Louis, Louisiana, New Orleans, Louisiana. I mean, Michigan was also, particularly not Michigan, but Detroit, was founded by the French. And so it goes on and on and on that countries or tribes fall and others take their place.

[00:07:06] That's the way it is. Just like America today is being taken over by China. Not physically, but economically. So, yeah. It is what it is. You had the French, you had the Spanish, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. The British used to own old Canada.

[00:07:33] They don't own Canada outright anymore, although Canada does remain in the circle of British influence, but it's not owned outright like it used to, like a colony or whatever. But anyway, my friends, I don't digress because I'm going to continue to remind you that we, the people of the United States of America, need to stand up, stand together, and say, you know what? We're not going to fly.

[00:08:02] And I can guarantee you that as many illegal border crossers that are in this nation, there's not enough of them to replace all the millions of Americans that fly all the time. Are you kidding me? The revenue will not be enough. And we have to also protest the fact that billions of our tax dollars are being wasted on flying these illegals around. The fuel, I mean,

[00:08:30] we need to make a big case out of it. And when someone on one of those airlines says, they're people too, why doesn't this country care about the legal people coming over? Why does the Biden administration continuously try to block out Christians, whether they're from Germany or Africa? I know personally of a case where a Christian, a young man who has a visa, who qualified for a full ride at an American university,

[00:09:00] and guess who's blocking him from coming into this country? Because he wants to further educate himself so that he can go back to his homeland and work with his parents who run a university there. A computer school, rather. But because he's decent, he's clean, he's not filled with diseases, they don't want him over here. You ever notice how these leftists,

[00:09:28] Charles Schwab, Biden, and all those people want to block individuals in Africa and even in China that want to do well and create wealth for themselves and an upwardly mobile environment? The controlling freaks don't want that. You know why? Because if they remain weak and down and out, guess what? They're easily controlled. That's why Billy Gates

[00:09:58] vaccinated all those blacks over there in Africa and shot them up and poisoned them, etc. Made them weaker. This is not good stuff, my friends. It's time for us to stand up en masse. Well, I think a group of people are doing some good things in the state of Hawaii and here to talk to us about that is Paulette and she's joining us from Hawaii and to give us an update on what has been happening in Maui and the victims there and whether they're starting to get relief from either the private sector or the government or both.

[00:15:07] Hello and welcome back. Hi. Thank you, Ron. Thank you so much for inviting me back. Aloha everybody. Thank you. And well, please tell us that things are getting better and folks are happy because they're getting a lot of help and they're rebuilding their homes and life is good again. Please tell me that. You know, if I were to be very honest with you, Ron, I would say that

[00:15:36] I wish I could say that in all honesty but, you know, if after listening to you about the Biden situation, our governor and mayor are no different. We do have people that are, there are lawyers there that are helping people take their case. We're hoping for a class action suit so that they can put pressure but there are lawyers that are helping families. For families that have lost

[00:16:06] again, remember, a lot of them are not counted for. If they can, if some of the families that are there can claim that their families were lost and not recovered, my understanding is they're offering $1.5 million to the families who have lost people. However, that's a shame because there's no amount of money that they can pay them, you know, to restore, you know, to ever bring their families back. And I know that some people are desperate.

[00:16:36] Some people are desperate their situation. I do know talking to cousins and families and friends that there's a lot of people who are still overwhelmed, you know, not having a home and other way. And so what happened is I think there's been about I know Denise spoke about it but there's about 18 suicides if not more young children killing themselves and, you know, violent toward their families.

[00:17:06] We're keeping that in prayer and hoping that ministries will help. We do know that King's Cathedral, you know, they have those Ohana Village that they're setting up and trying to get ready to have families in there but there's such a great need for homes and a lot of people are actually going out through the states. you know, they're searching around for new homes because there's not enough homes in Maui right now.

[00:17:36] Oahu's congested and relocating everything is a challenge. That's what they want to do. They want to take all of Lahaina and give people settlements so they can leave. But we do, you know, there's some people that are still fighting but it's a hard road. I wish it were so easy but it is sad when they're killed, you know, when people are so distraught. You know, it is sad. Let me ask you,

[00:18:06] what is the, I know what the government is not doing correctly. What is the church doing and what is the involvement of good churches? Let me be here. Well, I know King's Cathedral is part of, they have many churches all over. You know, there were originally, one of this was part of the first assemblies, you know, they've converted to King's Cathedral and they're partnering with the government to try to provide

[00:18:35] alternative places like they were opening up earlier, right, for people to stay in hotels. but, you know, again, the people, some outside business people really wanted, you know, to open up the economy but even then that's still making it hard for people, you know, because not everyone has a home they can go to, you know, they gotta, and some of them are still,

[00:19:05] they're paying for homes for a mortgage and they gotta find, they gotta find a new place to live and so, So are they trying to get the people to move elsewhere in Hawaii or out or to go to the mainland? To the mainland, right, because, you know, again, because it's cheaper there and, you know, anything right now outside of Maui there's not enough homes right now so I don't know how they're bringing

[00:19:35] in the tourists. You know, they're letting them stay at the hotels but if people cannot work, you know, if people don't have homes so that they can go to work, I don't know how they're gonna, you know, these people are, that's why people or families are, you know, I mean, staying with their families, you know, they're all bunking up in one house, bunking up in garages, bunking up, you know, in their, at the beaches. That's why I think

[00:20:04] there's a level of despair where people don't know how they're gonna recover. I know some people got settlement for, I don't believe they had a fair settlement from the insurance companies because if you had a 50-year-old house you were passed down, so you're, you're, you got it from your grandparents and it's not the same, it's not the same as you would have a modern, new day home. So they look at the value of that and they may have settled for them,

[00:20:35] you know, given them money for the house that was destroyed but they can't replace the value of it because, you know, your family doesn't have to pay for anything and they, you know, they can, they can still live, they can have their family, it's just not a modern home where they would get a higher piece of real estate value for. So it is, it is, a lot of people are thinking about moving and, you know, we're still fighting, you know, a lot of leadership

[00:21:04] are still trying to fight but our governor and mayor, I think they're just waiting for people to give up and that's why a lot of people if they didn't see hope. I mean, they're getting some kind of, you know, they can get, they can't, they're not going to give them to pay off their house, you know, but they want to, let me ask you, let me ask you, how long is it until the next gubernatorial and next mayoral elections? We just finished the mayor election. Okay.

[00:21:35] Last year. So, it's not going to be for a while. He just got installed in 2023. So, can you imagine him and the governor? Yeah. imagine, right? They should be removed. I'm going to, I'm going to give you, give you guys one suggestion. There's not many I can give because I'm not there but there's one I can, I can give is that, and I mentioned that to some people when I, when we were there, is that if

[00:22:05] Hawaiians would stop voting just for one party and then expecting something different, they vote for the same party over and over again, just like many Americans have done in our cities here for the last 50 years or whatever, 70 years in some cases, and they expect and they go to God and say, oh Lord, bless, bless his Lord, and they want to pray for righteousness in government but they continue to vote for the same type of people and I think

[00:22:35] the Lord is, you know, saying, wait a minute, have you ever thought of voting in another direction? Has that ever, ever, we've got about a minute or two, but has that ever been an idea amongst the people of Hawaii? Oh yeah, I mean, I've known a lot of people that I've spoken to on our assemblies and otherwise, I know a lot of Christians are not voting because they're discouraged, but there are other people that are trying to vote for, you know, not necessarily for a Democrat,

[00:23:04] but I think our elections are just as corrupt as anywhere else too. That even if we had, because I know people that are trying to fight for other parties, I know they are, but they're just outgunned by the money and the thievery of the Democrat Party. There's just so much money in there and that's why I think even if they vote, they cut off

[00:23:33] the voting time when they were voting for Trump. They closed the offices, they wouldn't let people, they started, they gave them certain pens to use so that their votes weren't counted at the polls. It was sick. I mean, they were cheating. So it's hard for me to say, you know, I know they should vote otherwise, but I think there's so much thievery even here at the polls. Absolutely. I mean,

[00:24:03] but we're talking Oahu, there's just so much thievery even at the polls. They're stopping people from going in. They're closing the office, right? So they let in illegals, they let in, you know, they overstuff ballots, but they're not letting the people going because people are tired of, I know there's enough people that are tired that we keep talking about. Look at what Biden is doing. He's destroying our land. I mean, we deal with a lot of kids in our ministry, and even they

And anyway, moving right along, there are some things that are not so wonderful in our great republic turned mobocracy. And here's the thing. As we continue to deal with more and more

[00:33:28] situations that is being perpetrated or helped by the government that is working against us. I mean, this that's pure evidence, my friends, that we, the people need to really work to come together because that's the only way we're going to even have a chance. You know, we have to depend on God first. But faith without works is dead. It's nothing.

[00:33:55] So, and I really mean it when I talk about making excellence great again. That is very, very important. Because whatever our endeavors are in this republic, whether we're parents, whether we're preachers, whether we're whatever we do, we have to reestablish the goal of excellence. Because without excellence, without doing a job as well as you can, and us coming together in the

[00:34:25] spirit of excellence and unity under the providential guidance, we're undefeatable, my friends. So, I am very, very, very concerned when it comes to our government. Now, Kash Patel, you've heard of him. He's good friends with President Trump and people like Steve Banyan.

[00:34:54] And I often see him on their morning show. And he discusses how Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin destroyed the National Command Authority. Now, we know that the National Command Authority is the constitutionally mandated, congressionally required, Department of Defense-directed, unbroken chain of command from the President of the United States as our Commander-in-Chief to the Secretary of Defense.

[00:35:23] Our entire Department of Defense, the brave men and women in uniform rely on this chain of command every day to simply execute the no-fail mission of protecting this great nation. There is no greater national security priority, my friends, than maintaining its authority 24-7, 365 days per year.

[00:35:49] Now, Secretary Austin tragically did just that. He breached the system. For four entire days he was in hospital and never informed the National Command Authority of his incapacitation. No one is saying that the Secretary of Defense can't be out due to illness or even take a vacation. But there is a reason our command authority must be maintained, because the Department of Defense never takes a knee.

[00:36:19] They never take time off. The Department of Defense is on duty 24-7 and will be so until this country is no more. But by intentionally breaking the National Command Authority and failing to inform the Commander-in-Chief, President, I'm sorry, regime leader Biden had no idea his Secretary of Defense was even laid up.

[00:36:47] Worse, the Deputy Secretary of Defense has since admitted she was not even made aware of her boss's hospitalization until days later. Thus, there can be no claim of lawful delegation, putting aside the fact that not all authorities can lawfully be so delegated. Now, what's the impact of this madness? What order does one take from whom?

[00:37:16] Which is valid? I think that's a valid question. And most importantly, how can there be any confidence it derives from a sound National Command Authority? Without such, there is no chain of command, and our military remains rudderless. I mean, it's bad enough when Secretary Austin is at the office. I mean, he's not.

[00:37:39] When it comes to leaders of our military, historically and currently, he is not one of the sharpest knives in the drawer. But he's better than no knife in the drawer. Now you've got Central Command, Indo-Pacific Command, etc. And each is led by a four-star general officer, the highest rank in our current military.

[00:38:09] And it just goes on and on and on. And a lot of people don't understand, since nothing happened that we're aware of, they don't understand the importance and the magnitude of what has happened. But as we move on, my friends, I don't want to digress on this because it's very irritating.

[00:38:38] And so, and I've just got an update a few minutes ago. And one of our wonderful listeners just sent me a nice update. One of our true soldiers, Taranda, she sent me an update. It seems that Lloyd Austin has contracted cancer, according to this story that I'm looking at right here.

[00:39:08] And we pray for his health and pray for the best for him. But, and that makes it even more relevant what I'm saying and how important it was for him to relay this to someone. I mean, if, let's say, if Uncle Joe wasn't conscious at the time or he was in La La Land walking in the walls or whatever,

[00:39:35] I mean, there were other people that he could have checked in with. That's all I'm saying. You know, the incapacitation mentally of Uncle Joe Biden is no excuse not to tell anyone, sir. Well, it seems that not all leftists are doing well. Audacity, or I'm sorry, Odyssey, the second largest U.S. radio broadcaster,

[00:40:03] enters Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. I guess to that I should say, uh-oh. And CNBC reports that earlier this week, Odyssey, the second largest radio broadcaster in the United States, announced it and made the move to restructure its finances. I'll be honest with you. These leftists are killing the economy. They're trying to.

[00:40:29] And these media, leftist media outlets are among the first victims. Serves them right. And speaking of journalists in the media, reports that, you know what, I'm going to hold off on that. And I'll get into this story when I return on this, the Ron Edwards American Experience.

[00:43:57] Hey, we're back. This is the Ron Edwards American Experience. I'm Ron Edwards. Thanks so much for tuning in from throughout America and, of course, around the world. Did you know that abortion was the leading cause of death throughout our planet for the fifth consecutive year in 2023? According to the Gateway Pundit. Man, that says a lot, doesn't it?

[00:44:20] I mean, when you consider wars, rumors of wars, crime, disease, all kinds of stuff. And above all those things, the number one cause of death is the murder of the most innocent amongst us.

[00:44:42] More little itty-bitty babies that have not had the opportunity to experience their lives, their God-given lives, were murdered than people died of sickness or war or criminal activities. Tough stuff, my friends. Got a question for you. How do you define income? Can the United States tax you for gains you have not received as of yet?

[00:45:11] If the United States can tax the Moors for profits, an Indian company revisited in themselves, what else could they tax you for? There are certain words that are so commonly used, and sometimes we think they have a universal understanding. One of these words is income. If you think about it, again, what is income? Is it your paycheck? Is it dividends in your investments?

[00:45:41] Profits from your business? When does an increase in the value of something you own become income? The answer to that question is very important to more than just the parties in the case of, for instance, Moore versus the United States, but to just about every American who is working or who has worked, business owner, entrepreneurs?

[00:46:06] Can the United States tax his income, the value of something you have not even sold yet? Well, before 1913. Well, before 1913 and the ratification of the 16th Amendment, the United States had no reason to care how much money you made and what you did with it, because it was up until that time, it was your business.

[00:46:31] The framers of the original Constitution placed the states between the people and the United States when it came to their taxes. Now, your representatives at that time and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be included within this union according to their respective numbers. U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 2, Clause 3.

[00:46:59] While there were multiple attempts to institute an income tax from the mid-19th century to the early 20th century, it wasn't until 1913 and the 16th Amendment that the United States was legally allowed to create one. They say the Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes from whatever source derived without apportionment among the several states and without regard to any census or enumerations.

[00:47:29] Now, that's in the original Constitution, Amendment 16. No, that's not the original Constitution. That is of the latter Constitution that came after 1870. But the first time in our history, Congress had the power to directly tax the American people. However, this was limited to taxes on income. What is income?

[00:47:55] As I said a few minutes ago, income is one of those words most people understand from its common usage. A gain or recurrent benefit usually measured in money that derives from capital or labor. I'm just going to lay it to you straight. It is wrong for your income and your property to be taxed.

[00:48:23] Based upon what the founding fathers devised. How about that? It is wrong. It is immoral. The only places we should be paying taxes is sales tax. Could you imagine the prosperity that would break out if the government were forced to bite the bullet and only tax us via sales?

[00:48:50] Or as they used to call it in the earlier days, consumption taxes. Prosperity would break out like crazy. Prosperity would be almost as common as oxygen. It would be deliriously wonderful, at least in the area of prosperity. But see, here's the thing. They know this. You can bet your bottom dollar that nasty Pelosi knows this.

[00:49:20] Uncle Joe Biden remembers it when he has lucid moments. And every politician knows this. Even Joe Biden. Even Donald Trump knows this. But I'm very bothered by the fact that so many of my fellow Americans are okay with allowing this travesty to continue. Their income and our property is taxed.

[00:49:49] That means we never fully own our property. You buy a house. You pay it off. It sits on land. And the government says, as long as you live in it, you're going to pay taxes on that, buddy. And you say, well, I'm not going to pay those things. They're unconstitutional. And the government says, well, you're wrong.

[00:50:12] Because when they came up, when the robber barons came up with the second constitution, it was included in the 16th Amendment. And the American people just let it slide. They didn't know and they didn't know that they didn't know. Because most people, just like with the Bible, they don't read. And if you don't read, you don't know. And if you don't know, guess what happens? Things happen, don't they?

[00:50:42] Now, the government knows that even it could eradicate these deficits in short order, as massive as they are. And they are huge. All it has to do, you get rid of all those unconstitutional departments. Get rid of them. Starting with the Department of Education, the IRS. I would even get rid of the Department of the Interior.

[00:51:11] Because those great national parks, those should be state parks. And see, when Teddy Roosevelt started the National Park Service, that was used to feather out. And the government started buying up land just willy-nilly. That's why the government owns 70% of the land mass of beautiful states like Utah.

[00:51:40] And it's unconstitutional and it's not right. And I do think that those beautiful parks should be protected, but they should be protected by the states, by Americans. Not the federal government, which, by the way, kisses the backside of the United Nations. And those parks are more under the authority of the United Nations than we, the people who pay for those parks to be maintained via our taxes.

[00:52:08] And the government also is well aware that they would have surpluses up the wang-wang if they simply got rid of those god-awful taxes. Because economic activity would multiply like rabbits. We would be unstoppable. And at the same time, put the monetary system back on silver and gold. Oh, happy day. Everything would be a wonderful, a wonderful once again economically in our country.

[00:52:36] And we would be re-established. As the premier economy of the world. And the benefits of making that transformation, yeah, in the short one, it would be a pain in the backside. But whenever sometimes you get treatment for something, especially if it's been going on a long time, yeah, there is a bit of a short-term agony. But if there is not positive changes made in our situation, guess what? The whole thing is going to be collapse.

[00:53:07] And that collapse will make any kind of transformational agony into a better system look like a sunny, bright, 75-degree day. So we got the man and woman up, my friends. We've got to come together and start standing up for what is right and what is necessary for the furtherance of this great republic. Not only for ourselves, but for our children and our children's children.

[00:53:34] And now that I see that my time is up, thank you so much for your time.
