A global campaign eradicated smallpox, while lethal tuberculosis, the consumption that stalk characters in decades of literature, seemed beaten by antibiotics. Measles outbreaks still do occur from time to time, but they are small, local, and easily contained. Recently, however, my friends, some of these forgotten but still formidable infectious diseases have begun to reappear here in the United States of America. For two years running, polio has been detected in some New York water samples, and this past fall, leprosy re emerged in the state of Florida, where cases of malaria have also been recorded. Health officials say that they are not sure why these and other infectious diseases are resurfacing. One distinct possibility, which officials are loath to discuss because of their wokeness, is that the millions of migrants I'm sorry, illegal border crossers who have come into this Republic in recent years could be bringing the urges right along with them, since many are from countries where such rare diseases in the United States persist greatly in the nations that they come from, and they don't have good medical habits or good health habits in those nations. Now, the recent polio and leprosy cases are almost certainly imports to the United States. That's according to doctor j Bahakaria, a physician and scientists at Stanford University, one of the most outspoken critics of official Corona China virus narratives in the last scandemic that later proved to be very flawed. And of course, the Biden regime, an aggressive promoter of often mandatory vaccination, now is offering little public comment on the connection between disease and the porous borders with which its immigration policy has become widely identified. Neither the Centers for Disease Control nor the Department of Homeland Security, which would discuss the issue with anyone who wants to know the truth. Legal immigrants are required to receive vaccinations for a host of diseases, but the Department of Homeland Security acknowledged it does not have vaccination records for the millions who have entered the United States since the Biden regime relaxed border controls upon taking office in January twenty twenty one. Yeah. So here you have a situation in this country where people want to lock Donald Trump up overlies, but yet at the same time they sit back on their fat behinds and say, well, it's okay for Uncle Joe Biden to allow in millions and millions of illegals into this country, many of them that are carrying the diseases, and it's it's and yet no one wants to throw the Biden regiment in prison. Either way, it's not just Biden and his regime that should be going to jail. In my opinion, I think people like Mitch McConnell, Mitt Romney, Ronald McDaniel, I mean, all these people that have a think that there's a disconnecting factor of standing against those who want to protect this this this nation, who want to steal our borders, who want to make sure the government is not in our way, trampling on our rights which come from God, not government. By the way, it's it's just, it's just abysmal. And here we are about to enter into a brand new year, and it's the same old, same old. So the reticence of federal agencies has not stopped some local officials, however, from raising public health alarms over massive immigration. New York City Health Commissioner Ashwan Vassen warned this past April that at least half of the illegal border crossers who have poured into that city had not been vaccinated against polio. The potentially paralyzing, life threatening virus remains endemic in two counties in the world, Afghanistan and Pakistan, according to the World Health Organization. But do you trust those guys? Huh? Since the Biden regime ordered what proved to be a chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan in twenty twenty one, and estimated ninety thousand Afghans have come to the United States under the terms of Operation Allies Welcome, it is not clear if those migrants met the polio vaccination requirement. I have probably a correct in saying they probably were not. The Apartment of Homeland Security did not respond to a question about whether medical histories were reviewed in the fast tracked entry of Afghans who got out of their country before the Taliban reimposed its control. Vasen's warning pointed directly to the southern border, which has been seeing record chattering arrivals on the Biden regime's watch. More than fifty thousand people have come to New York City alone in the past years shortly after crossing the United States Mexican border, and there have been outbreaks of chicken pox and shelters for illegal border crossers, and the arrival of newcomers who either began their journey in a country where tuberculosis is present or passed through such countries en route to the United States of America. Hello Gita, and welcome back. Hey there, glad to be here to Aron, Thank you, thank you so much. I hope think that your Christmas was a good one, and oh it was, Yeah, it was excellent. I hope yours was the same. Absolutely. Well. You know, one of the things that the folks like to do during the Christmas season is they like to eat, and they like to eat a lot of good stuff. And unfortunately, in many cases, a lot of the foods that we choose to eat during the Christmas season is not always the healthiest variety. And why don't you share with us Maybe it's a few good, healthy alternatives that we can consume and that also tastes great too. Yeah, that's a great question. So I think it just matters how you how you make the food is more so you're what you're eating. So you know, if you roast a chicken, it depends what you put in it. Instead of putting fillers and preservatives, just put natural spices on it. You can do sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes. You can do greens without overcooking them. So again it depends how you cook them. You could get fresh instead of frozen. You can get cake may out of fruit and natural ingredients instead of preservatives. So just as a matter of time, spending time on yourself, right, because you could have all the good things and still enjoy them and be healthy. Right, Yeah, absolutely, And of course, why don't you just give us a couple of time titles on some of the books that you've written and tell folks where they can find your books. And because I fully enjoy them, even the one I don't have it in front of me right now about gut health and the things, I still remember that one, And so why don't you share with us about your books? So I talk a lot about gut microbiome in there and how to maintain a healthy, good back period, because all disease begins in your gut. Your immune system is in your gut. Your defense system is in your gut, and if that's weak, you're weak. So it's really important for us to maintain healthy microbiome through fermented foods, vitamins and minerals and clean food as well, and then feeding our prebiotics which feed our probiotics which ward off disease. That's all in my book on Amazon. Now I want to get back to the food in a minute, but you spark my interest. Now there are combinations pre periodic and probriotic tablets or capsules. Is it good to take those together? Yes? Yes, so that's a food. So prebiotic is a food for the probiotics. So you think about feeding something it grows. So if you feed your probiotics, they grow. Absolutely, So garlic, banana and things like that feed the probiotics. Oh coolness. Well back to the good old food stuffs. What are some good healthy cakes? You know, people love their their cakes and things of that nature. I'm not a fan of sugar, but sometimes if you bring up stevia and things like that, people go, oh, they don't like the taste or whatever, And I think you have to get used to it or something because it does grow on you. But what about honeys in cakes and things of that nature instead of a regular sugar. Yeah, honey's good. That's an antibacterial, anti viral agent. So you could do monk fruit, you could do honey, you could do stevia, but you could even substitute it for cinnamon, things like that. So there's a lot of other spices like cardamin maybe ginger powder to make it more tart. Sometimes you could just put fresh fruit in it, even cranberries as a topping or things like that. It depends. It depends how sweet your tooth is. But you know, also allowing yourself to be accustomed to having less of a sweet tooth is what works. So I cut out a lot of sugar and salt on my diet and now I don't crave it. So the more you eat it, the more you'll crave it as well. But yes, you can definitely find out how to substitute those and cut back substantially. You know, I'm going to bring up something that's kind of yucky in my opinion, but it's a tradition in certain circles at people love to eat this stuff. I've I think I had it once in my lifetime. I literally had one bite, and I said, no way, Jose. They call them their their their their pig intestines, and a lot of people they they cook that stuff, especially for New Years or whatever. And I don't understand how they can eat it, why they eat it, or what's what's the motive. But isn't those isn't poor products, especially something like that very unhealthy? And is there any healthy way that you can consume that stuff? Yeah, so you can look at an air fryer. I mean in personally, I don't eat that, but you know, air fryers have it's a deep fryer that uses air instead of oil. So we have an air fryer. I make all my potatoes and fried chicken in there, and it tastes the same. So I would definitely recommend an airflyer for that, but I would also consider the source. Be careful what you're eating. I wouldn't consume that too often because the nature of it is pretty high in cholesterol and sodium, yeah, and just everything else that comes with that particular kind of meat toward meat is just awful. But anyway, but people love it. I mean they will help, people will fight you for that stuff. But back to the good stuff, what about traditional like coffee cakes and things of that nature. I see, I'm not a real big consumer of sweets, and it's not because I don't love sweets, but I just forced myself to back up from it because what I believe to be, you know, the harmful effects of eating a lot of sweets, but people do, and you know, I just I don't know. I just what fruits are really good during this time of year. Yeah, I mean you can still have dessert, and so you know, I would just say that, look and see which ones have a lower glycemic index for sugar, So whatever sugars are on the lower part of the glacemic index, So that's again your monk fruits. Certain types of syrup, honey for sure, and other type of sweeteners. So if you googles, you'll find you'll find them and just find read ingredients, read ingredients and read ingredients. So I personally don't buy my desserts from anywhere but certain places, maybe whole foods or unless we're baking them ourself. You know, you just can't walk into a grocery store anymore and buy those coffee cakes and pound cakes. I mean, if you read the ingredients, they're you know, a mile long of things you can't pronounce. I mean unless you really hate yourself, you know, you have to be careful with those things. So because remember, your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and whatever you put in there, you know that comes out mentally as well. We would just did an episode on my show where we talk about how faith and fear are related to what you eat in your body. Imagine that. So all these things, yeah, they cause heaviness, brain fog, eventually depression, right, because you feel lethargic and you feel unmotivated, and that's over a prolonged period, becomes a stronghold. So it really starts with what you eat. And again, sugar is your worst enemy, right. Sugar is a poison for the body if it's done in a large amounts, and it causes all disease. So the root of all disease is usually sugar because it feeds infection and inflammation. Yeah, it's mind boggling how harmful sugar is, that powdered sugar. It is. When I first learned about it, I just my jaw just dropped. And when I found out that they actually cured cigarette, I mean, yeah, tobacco leaves in sugar. They started in the earlier part of the twentieth century, and that's when people started getting cancer. And you know, before then, cancer was one of the most rare diseases on the planet. And soon after when they started putting sugar in your cereals Kellogg with the cereals and all of that stuff, and it just grew from there. Yeah, yeah, And you know again, that's things about it. If you think about the Bible, right, it's very biblical. It looks tempting, it looks good, low hanging fruit, fresh fruit, you know, take a bite out of the apple. So that's what sugar is. Of course, it tastes good, looks good, right, It makes you feel good too in the short run, and then it kills you. So it's all about being disciplined, which is the fruit of the spirit. And we're not saying you can't have any sugar, so you know, and you do need something, by the way, you do need all the five tastes, right, and sweet is one of them. So you know, again, you have your honeys, you have even molasses. In India, we have something I don't know what it's called in English, but it's a form of cane sugar, but it's called something else and it's actually not that unhealthy. So there's different things you do need to use. Sometimes I just take a spoonful of honey after my meal if I ate too much of the others for flavors. Right, So you do need balance in every meal, but not going out to buy pound cakes and muffins and cupcakes and you know, and eating five after dinner. Dad about moderation, but also about reading ingredients, because it's not just the sugar that's evil, right, and these recipes, there's a lot of other processed ingredients, like I said, and chemicals that we can't pronounce which are equally as harmful. But FDA approved, yes, yes, and that's that's something we have. It's amazing how in Europe, I think it's thirty one countries now around the world and that ban foods from the United States because of the chemicals that they don't allow. That says enough right there. Well, I just want to thank you for joining us. Any last words on any last suggestions We've got about a minute left, and how we can have a great time eating healthy during this Christmas season. I seek the truth, you know, the Bible talks about the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. Look, you can have all great things. I had a wonderful Christmas wrong and I ate everything I wanted, and I don't feel guilty. And you know I'm not going I gained ten pounds either. We Like I said, I had, you know, mixed honey. My sister brought in a vegan cake she made for home. It didn't even take that long. She put fresh cranberries on top. I made homemade cranberry sauce with two ingredients, cranberry water, and you know, a little bit of honey and all these things. So I guess what I'm trying to say is just don't be lazy, be vigilant, be diligent, and you can actually eat what you want. You don't have to change your lifestyle, and you can have all the five flavors. Your tongue can be satisfied. We just turned into a lazy society, robotic and pre programmed by the FDA in the news. But none of that's true. So I guess I would say in summary, seek the truth and you'll be free. Amen. Now in Great Britain, for example, seventy three, three and four year olds. Hundreds of children under six years of age were sent to disgraced NHS transgender clinics. Children as young as three years old have been referred to Britain's Socialized Medicine's Gender Identity Development Service transgender Clinic, with hundreds of young children referred. In the past decade sad stuff, three hundred and eighty two children aged six and under have been referred to the Gender Identity Developmental Service. Now this talk about unhealthy. This is a reflection of a totally unhealthy society. Any society that is willing to take a child, and the majority of them that are being switched out are boys. And that goes in line with many even biblical studies that we participated in, which points to the effort to wipe out the male image, which comes from the image of God. God made man in his image. And ever since that has happened Boil Boil boy, they've been trying to wipe out strong male images from the face of the earth. Now they're going after girls as well through the transgender movement when it comes to things like sports. And again I had to point out, as I've done many times, that feminism opened the door to the attack on females because they're now being forced to prove that they are as strong and quick and smart as the athletes who are male. Is it any wonder that since the mid nineteen nineties, Vladimir Putin, the Russian dictator, has been poking his not poking his finger, but talking about the problems we have in the West. Now, say what you will about Russia and its dictator, Vladimir Putin. The West has become so degenerated in many aspects that they want to turn They want to place gender switch out on their children. Number two, they're trying to shut down any good churches. And then on the other hand, in this nation called the United States, where you're supposed to have religious liberty, right mm hmm, yeah, well, yeah, if you're Islamic in places like ham Tramick, Michigan. Guess what, At least five times a day you have this loud noise ooh blaring out on speakers throughout downtown ham Trammick announcing the Islamic called to prayerm The major thoroughfare that goes through that town is that has been renamed Palestinian Way now ham Trammic. Anyone who knows English, I mean English, boy, what a dumb thing to say anything. Anyone who knows about language knows that that is a Polish name, that is a Polish word, and that used to be a very strong Polish enclave not many years ago. But once the extreme Islamist moved in and made life unbearable for the civilized humans that were there before the Polish, they had to get a giddy up and get out. They had to say sayonara by now. And so the Islamist have taken over same thing for the most part. In dearborn Astan, people don't like me to call it dear born a Stan, but who rules dearborn huh? Isn't it funny? Some people are more upset and more offended that I call Dearborn, dear Born as stan than. They are upset over what has happened in Dearborn, the home of Ford Motor Company. Henry Ford, all that legacy. They used to have gatherings there, his friends, his buddies, Harvey fire Firestone, and many of the other great men of that time. He used to hang out in Dearborn. We see a lot of people don't know this. A lot of even native Michiganders don't know that it was Henry Ford that initially opened the door to the flood of Islamis that have come in and have taken over Dearborn, and now I call it dear Bornistan. It's because he wanted workers to work at his plants. He wanted them to come quickly. Oh yeah, he was the first company to offer five dollars a day. Yep. That's what also called caused the great migration of blacks from the Deep South to Detoit so they could get that five dollars five dollars a day job. It's amazing how far the the the the dollar has fallen as far as strength, spending power, et cetera. How much you could buy with five dollars ten dollars twenty dollars back in the day as opposed to now. I think twenty dollars won't even get you a full happy meal at McDonald's if you're still goofy enough to buy that that kind of food. Oh yeah, I upset a few people, but oh well, truth usually does pest people. Certain people off. What else is new? Huh yeah, maybe shoots down twelve hoothy drones and five missiles in one day. You know, I mentioned that yesterday, and the reason why I circled back to that story today is because, well, I find out it's not everything you see reported is true, especially when it comes from the mouths of US officials. Lloyd Austin announced how they just went and pounded from the air the hesbalah uh launching points of you know where they were firing these missiles at US soldiers and all of that. Well, guess what that turns out to be a lie? A lie. What they did was they used our text dollars to drop missiles about ten miles away from the actual points, especially where the leaders were. They avoided going after the leaders of these these Hamas leaders and Hesbala leaders. They could have taken them out, but did they know so they're they're they're endangering our greats right by not allowing them to just go go at it. See, if it were up to me, I'd say, you know what, protect thyself, do what you must, and in fact do what you will, and don't stop until they are unable to do anything again. I mean, that's what armies are for, to kill people and break things to stop the madness. But are they willing to do that with our military. No, they want to squander our heroic soldiers, let them sit around as targets. So when the Hejab people decide, well we want to take more, try to get practice today we can fire missiles at US soldiers or drones and they want to do anything. Not really, And since the Biden regime has been installed, it has not done very much against our enemies. Why do you think that there's now a record another record breaking crowd heading towards the United States border? Another one they could just keep coming. He had well over two hundred and fifty thousand people to come to this country in this month alone, two hundred and fifty thousand and the going number. Yeah, Ali Obama, you're right. Doug Doug is my producer of the crazy Cajun. He chimed in. He says, yeah, Ali Obama gave them six billion. Uncle Joe Biden's given him another six billion. And remember, let's not forget is I had so aptly pointed out Iran was already making billions of dollars because Uncle Joe Biden allowed Iran to go back to selling its oil. So they were getting it in from two different directions. Now correct me if I I'm wrong, my fellow Americans, But do you remember voting on or being asked by your government officials if you could continue watch your tax dollars fly over to Iran. I don't think so. I didn't think so. So here we go again, my friends. We continue to get ripped off by this government. Our tax dollars, which pays for the running of the government. They're giving it away to human debris that wants to wipe us off the face of the earth. And trust me, if they had their way, those Islamist over there, they would enslave the blacks. You know what they do to the women, and what they like to do to Christian boys and Jewish boys. And so I'm not telling you anything that is beyond what their religious instructions are I'm not exaggerating or anything like that. So it is what it is, and someone has to point it out so that we can act appropriately and accordingly, or as they say, govern ourselves accordingly. And it's about time we start doing that as a nation. But we have to change the leadership over this nation. If not, if it doesn't happen this year, if the leadership has not changed, we're done. And by the way, as we do approach the election in November of next year, if we don't find a way to block all of the efforts of the Biden regime, because what they're trying to do is to destroy the economy and make it so bad that so that if Trump does get back in officially, guess what, he won't have time to fix the problems that they that they've created. That's why you're seeing all these problems. Why you're seeing people being allowed to block the entrance to lax Airport.
