Radio Show Hour 3 – 2026/06/20

Hosts James Edwards and Keith Alexander comment on an alleged sex scandal involving a former SPLC leader and an informant that the New York Post reported this week.

[00:00:01] You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is The Political Cesspool. The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program. And here to guide you through the murky waters of The Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.

[00:00:30] Be ready to be second, everyone, this hour. This hour, our final of tonight's broadcast, your humble servant in James Edwards, we're going to be commenting on the bizarre sex scandal involving a former SPLC leader and a so-called neo-Nazi informant that has been alleged by the New York Post this week. That is coming up this hour. We promise it. We will deliver it. But first, I just want to spend a couple of minutes with you.

[00:01:05] Keith, I went yesterday with a box of gifts to our quarterly donors ready to ship out. And I went to the post office. What's hilarious about that? Your expectation they would actually deliver things in a timely basis. Well, that's always funny. But no, yesterday was actually even worse than that. I got there and tried to open the door only to find it locked.

[00:01:33] Then I remembered what day it was. Juneteenth, indeed. Juneteenth. And I'm not going to tell you exactly what I began to mutter. But so there was that. And then today, today I went back to the same post office and read note on the door. They were closed early due to staffing issues. So they had closed a couple of hours early today. They were closed.

[00:02:02] And then I went down 15 minutes down the road to the nearest other post office. They had a note on the door that said, closed due to system malfunction. And I, you already have to gird your loins. I have to go and look at myself in the mirror and say, you can do this. It's going to be okay. I mean, this soon will pass.

[00:02:28] It's a matter of every day going to the post office knowing that it's going to be hell. You're either going to wait on a long line. You're going to have inefficient service. Then you're going to have to wait and watch to see if and when things get. It's a problem called BRA, Black Run America. And, but no, no. Yesterday closed to this fake, completely nonsensical holiday. And then today, one post office closed early due to staffing issues, whatever that means. Probably just means they didn't want to work.

[00:02:55] And then the other one says closed entirely, just closed period today due to system malfunction. There was a guy, a friend of ours in Los Angeles who donates every quarter. And he said when he goes to his local post office in L.A., the black female clerks, their fingernails are so long they have to use their knuckles to type. I mean, we shouldn't have to live like this.

[00:03:24] You can imagine how efficient that is. But nevertheless, we track everything. We'll make sure every gift goes to our donors. And we sure want you to contribute as we are turning around the home stretch on our second quarter fundraising drive. This is the weekend of my 46th birthday. I'll turn 46. 40. Keith, I'm pushing 50 now. I was like a teenager when we met. And 24 when I started the show. And I'll be 46 on Monday.

[00:03:52] All I want for my birthday is to continue to struggle with you, folks, and to be in this thing. But I do tell you this. I mean, you know, holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, I think it's important to remember these special occasions, how fast the hands of time spin, and all of the memories and the accomplishments that we have shared together. And from the bottom of my heart, I'll tell you this is true. I thank you, everyone, for taking part in this journey with us.

[00:04:17] And on my birthday, on Keith's birthday, every day, we're grateful for you. It's an incredible honor, after all these years, to still be able to share these special occasions with the finest people I've ever known. And by that, I mean certainly our listening audience and our guests. I don't take these gifts for granted. And I cannot overstate what a privilege it is to collaborate with you. You've helped make my life absolutely wonderful.

[00:04:43] I've got another friend of ours who is in a little small town in Kentucky tonight. He's at a bourbon bar. And after that first hour, I told him to get a double for me. But, you know, I'm a perfectionist. I want every minute of this show, you know, just to be perfect. And I wasn't going to mention it, but Nick Griffin did mention it. People may not know. He's a captain. He's a sailor. He is on a boat tonight, which is why we had some connectivity difficulties.

[00:05:12] And we thought that we had it all worked out. And anyway, I think that that first hour will probably play better to the regular listener in the audience than it will to me as a perfectionist host. But we did lose Nick for a little bit of time there. But I'm so glad you were here tonight, Keith, to bring in the organ grinder and a monkey to keep us going. Well, I was working on the organ grinder and a monkey. Well, I'll tell you one more thing. I just hope we can continue in this endeavor until the victory is complete.

[00:05:39] I was talking with Jared Taylor a couple of days ago. Jared was originally scheduled to be on the show tonight to talk about his recent tour of Europe. And, of course, Jared has collaborated with us on our second quarter fundraising incentive gifts. And once the peace apparently had broken out between Iran and the U.S., I called Jared to ask him if we could ever so gently move him to next week.

[00:06:08] And he so graciously agreed to do that. But I like that term you use. Peace is broken out. That's in other words. Peace is unusual. War is the norm. Well, exactly. Exactly. But anyway, Jared and I got to talking and we were talking about his trip to Europe. And, you know, I was asking him, do you really believe that these people over there have got it together? Because, you know, between Jared and us, Keith, I mean, we've been on the beat here 22 years with this radio program.

[00:06:38] Jared with American Renaissance, 35 years. That's almost 60 years of experience. And I said, you know, we've seen all of these people, even polished and slick activists and organizations, come together and fold very quickly. Do you think it's going to be different this time? Can they avoid the gauntlet of, you know, petty grievances and jealousies and ego? And, of course, you know, you're dealing with, you know, being involved in this is a lot of risk and very little reward.

[00:07:06] In fact, the only currency, and I told Jared this, I said, you know, the only currency we have in this really is the respect of our peers and the appreciation of the people that we're fighting for. And for us, of course, that's our listening audience. That's what we've got. And nobody steps into riches with this. All we ask is that, you know, we be able to remain in the struggle. And, of course, you can help us do that by supporting our second quarter fundraising drive. You're going to get this autographed DVD by Jared Taylor. But anyway, Jared said, yes, he agreed with all of that.

[00:07:35] But he did say that he does believe that this is different, that what's happening now is inevitable, and that he has more reason for hope in his mid-70s than he ever did. But he said, you know, also, when we win, he said, you know, James, your name and my name aren't going to be remembered. It's going to be people that come after us that advance us to everywhere we want it to be. And that's okay. And I said, you know what? It is okay.

[00:08:05] If you don't concern yourself with who gets the credit and just work at your station for the greater good of the collective, it's okay. But he said, you know, it's so important that the few institutions that we have that have been carrying the torch during these dark days were there to give hope to others who will give hope to others that are going to take us to that promised land. It was a great conversation. We'll have the conversation with him next week when he's on. But anyway, he was going to be on tonight. We moved him to next week to get Patrick on.

[00:08:34] But go ahead, Keith. Well, we broke into radio. Let me say James did. I wasn't with the radio program from the beginning. But that. Very near to. And the computer basically are the reason that we have any presence at all. I remember back in it. See, I've a lot of people. I've read Kevin McDonald today. He said that somebody was that was now an influencer says that he used to be a conservative. And he put it parenthetically. Wasn't everybody?

[00:09:03] Well, I can tell you that I was not. I was involved from the very beginning as a teenager. I remember putting mimeographed sheets of paper under people's windshield wipers on windshields. That's what we were limited to do back in the old days before the Internet and before we had a radio presence. So basically there's been a change.

[00:09:28] And, see, when we get an opportunity to voice our opinions to the public, they strike a resonating chord with people. They know that we're telling the truth. And they know that what they're being fed by the major legacy media is basically a lie. All of this stuff, you know, they're still trying to boost Israel and never say a discouraging word about Israel on Fox News,

[00:09:55] on True News, on everything else that's up there supposedly representing the conservative viewpoint. That's all wrong, okay? We know what the truth is, and we're not shy about telling it. And this is what you need to understand, that in order to have people that are unbossed and unbought, you need to support people like the political cesspool.

[00:10:19] We are playing our part in a timeline that is going to lead to something. Well, you know, of course, what we're doing here, I mean, there are victories we have had, accomplishments that we can hang our legacy on that I am very proud of. And, I mean, there's a thousand shows now that are saying what we're saying. There was one 22 years ago. One. I talked to Warren Bailog this week. He was still here. Warren Bailog was talking about making some transitions and doing some different things. And I said, well, you're creative like that. You can do that, Warren. Warren, I'm a pack mule.

[00:10:48] I do the same thing every week. He said, no, James, you're an institution. And, you know, the left can fund things just to occupy space that don't accomplish things. We are accomplishing things. Support us this quarter. We're going to be back with the SPLC story next. It is common for politicians, major media outlets, and nonprofits to hype white on black murders aggressively or even claim that blacks are living in fear of white people. Lends for simply being black. Hard to believe, but that's what was done.

[00:11:16] And some people still want to do that. This is why National Conservative launched the Interracial Homicide Tracking Project. We have now documented well over 2,000 confirmed interracial homicides since January 2023 and created the most comprehensive overview of these killings anyone has ever made. We plug the gaping holes in data left by other homicide trackers and government crime stats. Rather than engaging in hyperbole and vitriolic rhetoric like everyone else,

[00:11:45] we are simply creating a massive sample size of empirical evidence so people can form rational and informed opinions about a sensitive and politically charged issue. Visit natcon.life.com. N-A-T-C-O-N dot L-I-F-E Abby Johnson was once director of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Bryan, Texas. After a moral crisis, she quit and now she campaigns against what she once endorsed. They implement abortion quotas in all of their clinics. What do you mean, quotas?

[00:12:13] You have to perform a certain number of abortions every month. One of the reasons that I left... Are they explicit about that? Yes. It's in your budget, right there on the line item. One of the reasons I left Planned Parenthood was because in a budget meeting I was told to double that abortion quota. And for me, as someone who had spoken to the media and had said, you know, we're about reducing the number of abortions, we're about, you know, prevention, all these other services, I was shocked.

[00:12:41] So since you actually worked at a Planned Parenthood, give us some sense of the relative number of abortions. Okay. Abortions, Planned Parenthood provides over 330,000 abortions a year. They are the largest single abortion provider in our country. All right. We promised it.

[00:13:11] We're going to deliver. I don't know if you need to hear this, folks. This is a family show. But the New York Post headline on June the 16th, a couple of days ago, SPLC boss funneled $1.2 million to lover in neo-Nazi group. Pear even had joint bank account. Now, I don't refer to whites who don't hate themselves as neo-Nazis, but that's the headline nevertheless. And let's break it down.

[00:13:38] But before we do, before we do, I first learned about this story at about 5 o'clock in the morning, the day it was released, from the actor who was our keynote speaker at TPC's 20th anniversary conference a couple of years ago. He was the one. What a guy. What a guy. And he was the one who first told me about it. The first thing I did was to send it on to Linda Baum.

[00:14:08] The first thing I had in mind was, I've got to give this to Linda. And Linda, if you're listening tonight, I love you. I love Gordon. I know he's looking down from heaven and getting a good laugh out of this story to David and to Kyle and Brad and Bill, Bill Lord, everybody else associated with the council and the foundation. I love y'all all.

[00:14:35] But I couldn't help but think about Linda in that moment because Heidi Byrick of the SBOC, who was one of this three-headed hydra along with Morris Dees and Mark Potok there at the time, the idea of her being in a love nest with a so-called neo-Nazi while they were publishing nonstop hits on the Council of Conservative Citizens and TPC back in those years.

[00:15:02] Keith, you can't make this stuff up. It just keeps getting better and better. This whole thing with the Trump DOJ going after the SBOC, all of this is a result of that. And he deserves credit for that. He deserves credit for just about everything that he's done on the domestic side. His foreign policy is where I think most people have a problem with him.

[00:15:27] And what we need to understand is that if the Republicans lose, we will not only lose Trump, we'll lose all the advantages that we've gotten through the Trump administration in the past year or two, which really have helped white people, the ending of affirmative action, the sealing of the southern border,

[00:15:52] you know, the end of DEI, the end of turning back the names of the military bases, honored Confederate heroes, things like that. They'll all be gone, you know, and your children will curse you or your grandchildren if that happens,

[00:16:17] because basically what you're sacrificing to do some political grandstanding is what is, you know, going to benefit them and allow them to have a prosperous type of life. But getting back to Heidi Byrick, I think one thing that I don't seem to be mentioning is that her lover was not a male. It was a female. No, I haven't heard that. I have. No, I have not heard that. I heard that. Well, that may not be true. I read that, but I don't know what is true and what's not.

[00:16:47] There's not a lot of neo-Nazi females that are leading, you know, white positive organizations. Well, I looked into something that was pretty in-depth on it, but on the other hand, it would not surprise me if it was a lesbian relationship. On the other hand... I doubt it. You know, heaven help me, guy. Well, yeah. Yeah, we got that. She's obese. She's offensive.

[00:17:11] She's worked very hard to do bad things to white Gentiles. That seems to be... And they're trying all the time to stir up the pot for things that, you know, are not real. For example, you know, they try to... If there's not something there, they will try to invent an event so that they can ride in on their white horse, at least from the standpoint of liberals, and win.

[00:17:42] But, look, they're just... They're taking advantage of their donor base, which, quite frankly, I have no problem with, because their donor base is a bunch of rich Jews for the most part, right? I'm going to break down exactly what was alleged in this New York Post article. I think it's just utterly... I mean, it's fascinating, yes, if you've dealt with these people for your entire adult life, as I have, but it's also just, I mean, soap opera-esque. But let me just say this, Keith, while you're on this point.

[00:18:13] To be attacked by the SPLC, as we were, in the mid-2000s, was a real dogfight. Now, let me tell you, they played to kill, and I respect that. They went after our advertisers on the radio. Now, back then, we had advertisers who were, you know... Mainstream. Who were not, you know, movement-adjacent or politically inclined. They went after our station manager and our station owner.

[00:18:38] Now, they stood with us, and we were able to continue, but they orchestrated this media pile-on. I remember going in the spring of 2006, which was about a year and a half after we first went on the air and having to face this media scrum, this entire press conference. And, you know, of course, everybody remembers what I said. It was on all the networks at the time. I'm ecstatic to be denounced by the SPLC.

[00:19:07] I've been waiting for this. Now I know I've arrived as someone who should be listened to. But nobody else did that back then. Back then, everybody cowered, and they said, you know, my best friend's black, and, of course, I'm not a racist. They've got it wrong, and then you're ruined. But it was constant, a constant, constant attack by these people. And I do mean constant. They were a formidable foe. They were a power to be dealt with.

[00:19:32] 80 articles, 80 articles, until reinforcement arrived in the middle part of the last decade. And they were constantly probing, too. So they couldn't get us thrown off the air. So they looked for any fissure that they could find to try to cause a divide. My church, they went after my pastor. You know that ordeal. They went after Sam Bushman for hosting us. You know, Sam Bushman worked with the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. Sheriff Richard Mack tried to cause a division there. They went on the congressional record, tried to get Congress to denounce us.

[00:20:02] And I appreciate them. I will tell you, folks, I appreciate the SBLC and Heidi Byron because she emailed me. They used to always email me. How'd you get 500 people to show up at the Nathan Bedford Forrest thing? You know, and a lot of people would talk to them. I never talked to them. But I appreciate them for hardening me to the realities of our struggle. And now that the shoe is on the other foot, Keith, let me tell you, I tell you, no quarter, no mercy. I want them bankrupted. I want them to go to prison. I want them to suffer. I do.

[00:20:32] I would relish in it. You have to have that mentality. If they asked me for forgiveness, I'd be a Roman emperor with a thumbs down. They deserve it. 20 years ago, they were a big problem. They doxed people. They got good men fired from jobs. They have caused people to commit suicide. And they did everything they could to ruin lives, including ours. And today they're a laughingstock and we are still here. And to enrich themselves. I think the old saying is, he who laughs last, laughs best.

[00:21:00] And now the joke is on them. They basically have been found out for what they are, a bunch of money grubbers. They are going to make, see, one good thing you can say, I mean, one characteristic, true characteristic you can say about the left, they don't do anything unless they're not only paid for it, but handsomely paid for it. If they weren't making millions of dollars from this, they'd find something else to do. It's like Scott Pelley, for example, at 60 Minutes.

[00:21:28] Or Jimmy Fallon or Stephen Colbert and whatnot. Jimmy Kimmel. They expect to get bongo bucks. Or else they won't operate. On the other hand, we are using... Yeah. Well, no, it's never another. Somebody sends us a hundred bucks. We're sending them a gift, a signed thing. We're giving them the keys to the kingdom.

[00:21:54] They can always find some rich Jewish group or person to finance them. And believe me, it's like... What was that guy, Brian Steltzer, who lost his job with... Was it CNN? Right. Right. These people, they think it just comes with the territory. If you're going to be a spokesman for their political viewpoint, you're going to be very well paid. And if you're not very well paid, then something is terribly wrong with the world.

[00:22:24] The earth is about to spin out of its orbit and whatnot. Well, that's what they do. Somebody was financing this bunch of third raiders over there at the Southern Power. Well, it was a lot of scared liberals and Jews who were funding them. I mean, there's no doubt about that. Well, I don't think they were scared so much as they were haters. They hate somebody that basically calls a spade a dirty shovel, as my late wife's grandfather used to do. And they will not... They cannot abide the truth.

[00:22:54] Jesus said they were the... What? The prince of liars or whatnot? Or the devil? They are their father of the devil. Their father... They are of their father of the devil. And that's what they are. And they have no problem with lying so long as they're well paid for it. And now, it looks like the jig is up, as they said. People now know. I don't know if George Soros or people like that will continue to support them. But they are basically history.

[00:23:23] They're in the... It's like Vice. Remember, they had the Vice network and whatnot? And they came out and talked to me, tried to get me to turn on things. I wouldn't do it. I remember about that. But anyway, see, their history and now the Southern Project... I remember having a dinner with you, a supper with you, I guess it was, at J.R.'s Steakhouse. And you told me about this Vice thing. And, you know, we really... I still remember that. Who shot J.R., by the way?

[00:23:54] You remember that? You've got to be about 50 to remember that one, but at least. Yeah, I don't remember who it was. But would it be his wife or girlfriend? I don't know. But nonetheless, I remember that. But the thing is, Vice, if you don't sign their release, they're not going to go with it because they know they're going to slander you. You know, and I relied on the wise counsel of James and knew that there was no way that you could trust a thing they said.

[00:24:25] He's talking about Vice Media. They came to his house. They did that. To his keep. And then those people are now out of work. I don't know what they're doing. Well, all right. So, I mean, we've been teasing at it. We've been nibbling at it. We're going to tell you exactly what the New York Post alleged. I mean, we did read to you the headline. The headline, the S.V.L.C. Foss funneled $1.2 million. Good work if you could get it, Keith, to a neo-Nazi lover. We'll be right back. How would you like to help this program reach more people and earn silver at the same time?

[00:24:55] Call or text 801-669-2211 for complete details. News this hour from Town Hall. I'm Mary Rose. Vice President J.D. Vance has left for Switzerland as the White House looks to get negotiations with Iran back on track. Vance is expected to meet on Sunday with Iran's officials as well as mediators from Pakistan and Qatar dispatched to Switzerland for the talks.

[00:25:21] Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz again, citing Israeli attacks in Lebanon and U.S. bad faith in their interim agreement on the war. Friday, President Donald Trump said he was optimistic. Well, those ships are flowing out of the Hormuz Strait like nobody's ever seen before. Today, Israeli strikes on southern Lebanon killed at least 16 people hours after reports of a ceasefire agreement.

[00:25:46] Israel vows to keep Israeli forces in southern Lebanon until any threat to Israel is eliminated. Hezbollah refuses to halt its attacks unless Israel commits to withdrawing from Lebanon, something Iran is also pressing for. Yesterday, Trump said this of the agreement with Iran. And it's 60 days. They have to make a deal. Otherwise, we will do things that won't make them happy. I'm Lisa Dwyer.

[00:26:11] A GOP congressman cites the facts about gang violence as he stabs off a charge of racism from a woke Democrat on Capitol Hill. Andrew Stewart reports. Texas Republican Brandon Gill pushed back against racism accusations from Arizona Democrat Yasemin Ansari. This comes after Mr. Gill warned about cultural changes from mass migration, citing Britain's gang scandal.

[00:26:37] Congressman Gill highlighted his own family's diversity and declared that the racist label no longer works to silence debate. Congressman Gill referenced a British study reporting widespread sexual assaults of young white girls by predominantly Muslim Pakistani gangs. More on these stories at townhall.com. [00:28:55] Did your friend Harry Cooper hear? You know, it always feels like home when I'm on this show, and I want to invite everyone to check out Shark Hunters. Head on over to SharkHunters.com, where we tell the honest history of World War II without propaganda. And we've always worked to bring former enemies together as friends. There's no other source available that publishes this history like Shark Hunters,

[00:29:25] because we got our information, photos, and memories directly from the warriors who fought the battles. Shark Hunters.com has an unmatched collection of more than 300,000 photographs right from the veterans themselves. The Shark Hunters magazine will keep you up to date on real history, so send us an email to sharkhunters at sharkhunters.com, and we'll send the current issue of our magazine by email. No charge, of course. What are you waiting for?

[00:29:55] Shark Hunters.com, and I'll see you there. Well, you've heard the headline by now. Let's take you behind the... Get all the gory details. This is it. So after I had texted this New York Post headline to Linda Baum,

[00:30:22] I texted it to Paul Angel, our managing editor there at American Free Press. I talk to Paul every week. And he actually rearranged the current issue of American Free Press to the page two feature. His managing editor's message dedicated to this story. And his headline reads, SPLC Weirdness.

[00:30:52] You can't make this stuff up. I'll read just a few excerpts from here, and then Keith and I will take it from there. Our friend Paul Angel writes, There's once a time when the specter of Heidi Byrick, the SPLC's former director of its intelligence project, sent chills down the spines of men. Her SPLC division... Her SPLC division tracked, quote,

[00:31:22] hate and alleged anti-government movements in the United States for about eight years. She was paid an annual salary of just under $200,000 a year, Keith. Good work if you can get it. In 2019, however, her SPLC tenure ended when a major shakeup at the organization saw co-founder Morris Dees sent packing over alleged Me Tooism and allegations of racism from the people there.

[00:31:49] So heavily invested to stop such behavior. A billion dollars, you know, you should be able to keep it clean in the office, right? But wasting no time in 2020, Byrick started her own hate grift, founding the Global Project Against Hate and Extremism. That's the G-P-A-H-E. To monitor and counter increasingly transnational hate movements,

[00:32:16] particularly in the areas of the world where capacity is limited to combat far-right movements that threaten democracy. And according to its own promotional material, her new outfit was intended to be the premier entity spotlighting the global reach of far-right extremism from the spread of white nationalist active clubs to the export of Christian nationalist policies

[00:32:42] tied to U.S. political movements like Project 2025. Unfortunately, Keith, the G-P-A-H-E, like the SPLC, is a con. As we've always pointed out, these hate outfits must be manufactured to keep the coffers full. Now, the Department of Justice agrees, accusing the SPLC of wire fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering.

[00:33:10] The recent indictment filed by the Justice Department against the SPLC, covered extensively by the New York Post, also poses a laundry list of potential crimes by Mrs. Byrich herself. Now... In other words, this particular prosecution, it's not the earlier one with the SPLC, this is against her individually. Is that right or not? But this isn't a prosecution per se,

[00:33:36] it's just more information has come to light as a result of the initial indictment by the DOJ. I think a prosecution ought to follow after this, with this information. Well, here's what's being alleged. This week, by the New York Post, A former top Southern Poverty Law Center official is accused of helping funnel $1.2 million in SPLC donor money to an informant in the National Alliance.

[00:34:05] Heidi Byrich is alleged of being engaged in a romantic relationship with informant F9, according to the DOJs. They're doing everything they can to hide the sexuality of this person. During this relationship, she and F9 shared a house and a bank account between 2015... Keith, I will tell you, I've never seen a woman leader of the National Alliance, but... On the other hand, take a look at Heidi, and, you know, who is the man...

[00:34:35] I've heard about all these guys, you know, these incel guys that are desperate for women. And nobody's lining up with a box of candy and a handful of flowers for Heidi Byrich. Well, for $1.2 million, what would be your cost? Now, tell me, tell me. To spend the night in love with Heidi, would $1.2 million do it? Look, there are certain things I won't do for money. All right.

[00:35:04] It's a short list, but that's one of them. All right. So, in any event, so all this money flowed between the SPLC's coffers and this account, which was ultimately deposited directly into a joint account held by F9 and Byrich, according to the New York Post, okay? This amounted to approximately 66% of all money ever deposited into that joint account.

[00:35:30] Byrich didn't use donors' money to pay for the couple's personal living expenses. I think, and there's more to this, and we'll get to it in just a second, but I think, I think that what's going on here is, you go back to that time, I don't think she could envision a time like this in 2026 prior to Trump. She thought, and the SPLC thought, the music would never end.

[00:35:59] She thought she was bulletproof. And it, you know, it's Trump's DOJ that's prosecuting them. It's Trump is the reason all of this has come out. And I knew they were dirty. I mean, they sent a college girl to pretend to be a fan of the show, like back in, what, 06, 07, 08? You know, when they were, you know, on us like white on rice. But now you have a sitting congressman grilling them in congressional hearings and asking them to please do them the favor of being put on the hate list. Let me tell you something, folks.

[00:36:28] I'm telling you how it used to be, and it was not like this. Back then, I mean, I reveled in it, but a lot of people's lives were ruined because of it. It was not like this. This is the best-case scenario beyond what any of us could have hoped for. And, you know, we had this thing on April the 25th, Keith. We did a big panel discussion about the initial reaction to the DOJ's indictment of the SBLC

[00:36:57] as a result of money laundering and fraud and all of these other things. And we had a handful of attorneys on that program, on that ensemble cast, including Glenn Allen and Augustus Invictus and Sam Dixon and Jason Kessler was on there. And, you know, some people were hopeful, but I guess the majority would be skeptical as to whether or not... He said, were they going to name names? I remember that was one of the main objections to this.

[00:37:27] He said, this whole thing could just disappear like the morning dew and the hot sunlight unless they start naming names and, you know, particular events. Well, now that has happened. It's funny that out of all the people there, Heidi Byrick, who was basically the public face of the SBLC... Along with Mark Potok. Yeah, right. And Morris Dees before them, but at this time... Well, Morris Dees at the same time, but he was, you know, sort of like... He was going out the door.

[00:37:56] He was eventually pushed out the door. Then Mark Potok and Heidi Byrick were like the two people that really put on the public face of the organization. But Heidi in particular seemed to be, you know, the person that was always being interviewed, always being quoted and whatnot. Well, I wonder if there's going to be another shoe to drop where Mark Potok or Morris Dees

[00:38:22] or anyone else is going to be charged with this or similar malfeasance. But of all the people, sure she is, the starlet herself, Heidi Byrick, is now forced to eat a little bit of her own medicine. Well, you know, at the time of our initial assessment of this, and we did an even bigger one and broader one in the first issue of the American Free Press in May of this year, there was... Of course, everybody was excited to see this happening,

[00:38:51] but I guess the consensus was it probably wouldn't lead to convictions and a lot of punishment. However, now that consensus seems to be changing. Even some of the people who thought perhaps most of all it wouldn't lead to harsh punishment are now beginning to say, hey, you know, at first I thought this was just money for moles, not actually to keep groups going that would have otherwise died. These things are two completely different animals.

[00:39:20] And what you had here now was the SPLC funneling money into, you know, obscure groups. I'm not going to disavow them or throw shade at them, but they were obscure groups that, you know, didn't have... They weren't really doing anything. And so the SPLC propped them up and then were using them as a ruse to raise funds. And that's a totally different thing than just sending in moles, although, you know, that's questionable as to whether, you know, a nonprofit can do that. They're not a law enforcement agency. But then Mark Webber wrote,

[00:39:50] One happy consequence of all this, Heidi Byrick's career as a fighter of hate is finished. Worse than being discredited, she's become pathetic and ludicrous. He agrees, too, that his closer reading of the indictment likely, likewise seems to show a pattern of activity that might actually show something that is criminal and actionable. That's key. Let me just say this. If her Jewish donors continue to give her money after this, they are certifiably crazy, okay?

[00:40:18] And they might because they stick together and you've got to give them that. But, look, this is something where it's not only paying to start things, it's actually using the money for self-aggrandizement. She's basically paying the bills of her and her lover to have a really extravagant lifestyle.

[00:40:43] I mean, imagine, though, your lover is the leader of a so-called neo-Nazi group that you're in business to shut down, but are also propping up so you can continue to raise funds. She was sleeping with this guy. We'll be right back. Allegedly. We'll be right back to talk about that. A lot of great people throughout TPC's 20-year run, and one of the very first was Michael Gaddy. He was down on the border with the Minutemen Project back in those days,

[00:43:03] So, again, we're talking this hour about our long-term and lifelong nemesis. I can remember getting a call. I remember exactly where I was, Keith, on Sam Cooper Boulevard here in Memphis, about to get off at the Bartlett-Sycamore View exit. Got a call. Answered the phone. It's a reporter from the NBC affiliate asking me for a comment on being named. What a comment it was. Tell them all about it. To the SPLC's hate list.

[00:43:31] And then another call and another call in the Commercial Appeal, our local newspaper. We ended up having... I was known locally as a communist appeal. We ended up having to do a press conference in a local park because so much of the media was interested in this. That's how big it was back then, okay? In 2006. That's how big it was. I thought you would fold like a cardboard outhouse in a hailstorm. And everybody knows my response, you know, ecstatic, elated, we've arrived, and you know, you just turn it back on them.

[00:44:00] But most people didn't do that. Most people apologized. They acquiesced, and then they died. And then, you know, everything they stood for was in ruins. And then now, 20 years later, we've lived to see the other side of this. This whole thing, this allegation that Heidi Byrick and the SPLC had funded to the tune of over a million dollars, this informant who she was also having a sexual affair with, is just unbelievable. But here it is.

[00:44:28] The indictment describes, according to the New York Post article, the indictment describes how a source broke into the National Alliance's headquarters in West Virginia in 2014 and stole approximately 25 boxes of documents, took them over to North Carolina, copied them before returning the originals. Now, that source, it appears, was Byrick's so-called neo-Nazi lover.

[00:44:51] But to make sure the SPLC avoided a future possible criminal charge of paying someone to break and enter and then steal private corporate documents, including a list of anonymous donors, Byrick paid, again with SPLC donor money, a second informant, $6,000, to claim that he had stolen the documents out of fear for his life.

[00:45:16] He had, he said, offered the SPLC these documents free of charge and to show what a fraud Byrick was and still is. The Post reveals the indictment also claims that while getting paid by the SPLC, the unnamed informant, her boyfriend, or as Keith believes, her girlfriend, was also raising money for the National Alliance and helping to carry out its activities. So here it is, Keith.

[00:45:39] With all of the stolen confidential documents, Byrick crafted a lengthy article for the SPLC at the time. And I remember this. In it, she produced the private names of hundreds of harmless Americans who had donated to the National Alliance, implying that they were hateful racists and terrorists or whatever. You know, she was calling them. And as much as this sounds familiar, it should, because the American Free Press reported back

[00:46:05] in 2019 on the efforts of our friend and comrade, Glenn Allen, to expose the SPLC and to have the organization pay for the damage they had done to his professional and private life. The New York Post reported on this as well, Keith. The copied materials that formed the basis of Byrick's article were also the subject of a 2019 lawsuit in Maryland by attorney Glenn Allen, which named Byrick and Mark Potok.

[00:46:33] Allen claimed his name was associated with the National Alliance based on privileged and confidential materials. He ought to try to revive that lawsuit. Well, here it is. We newly discovered information. That's exactly, exactly the case. He was an attorney at the time. He had been highly, very successful as a private attorney for some silk-stalking law firms. But he was at that point working for the city of Baltimore, Maryland's law department in

[00:47:03] the public sector. And his case was thrown out in 2021. Ironically, Allen lost his case because the presiding judge, who's now dead, found his claim that Byrick had actually paid for stolen documents to be implausible. Now, though, Glenn may have the evidence he needs to prove the truth. And hopefully, in any future case he might bring, he would have the benefit of the FBI's own investigative zeal.

[00:47:31] Well, it's important to go back to one of the first things you said in this latest comment, that the worm has turned. Now, it's basically them that's back on their heels rather than people like us and people of the right. And that's important. And then, on the other hand, why is that so? Well, for all those Trump haters out there, let me just say that.

[00:47:59] This is one of the things that is a consequence of Trump's domestic policy. You know, I can agree with you on the problems and the shortcomings of his foreign policy. But for white advocates, he has done more for white advocates. And this particular prosecution by his Department of Justice is just an example than any other president has since 1950, at least. Big time.

[00:48:28] I mean, this case is so bizarre. This case is so bizarre. I mean, you couldn't even imagine. I mean, it's been revealed that SPLC donors sent this money, you know, in their minds to combat so-called hate.

[00:48:48] And they used some of this money to buy as part of all of this posturing and propping up reasons for continued fundraising. It's interesting that some of the money the SPLC used, this has been alleged, was used to buy KKK vestments, Klan vestments, and wood for cross burnings. Now, that's a media term.

[00:49:16] The Klan itself actually refers to it as cross lighting. They are illuminating the cross of Christ. They're not burning it. They're not desecrating it. But nevertheless, I mean, can you even imagine? Money. You send in money. You are a 26-year-old Holocaust survivor because that is a heritable trait. Yeah, right. And you're sending in... You don't have to actually live when the Holocaust. The supposed Holocaust happens.

[00:49:40] So you send in money, and they're actually using it to pay for this love nest for Heidi Byrick and her so-called neo-Nazi lover. And then they're buying, you know, wood for these things. I mean, what... I would tell you, no matter what happens from this, whether there's criminal and whether there's prison sentences or whatever, the SPLC's cooked. A 0% chance they survive this. They ought to make a comedy movie out of this. If we had an honest Hollywood...

[00:50:10] This is a movie. This is a movie script. Yeah, you can't make this up. And let me tell you that, by the way, to set the record state, we have no idea of what the sex, sexuality of Heidi Byrick's lover is. We don't know the person's sex, sexual preference. We don't even know that it's a human being. But on the other hand, hopefully that information will follow, because like we said back when

[00:50:37] the SPLC prosecution first dawned upon us, all of the lawyers were in agreement on one thing, which is that if they don't name names, it will basically come to nothing. Well, they have now named a name, and we need the other names, okay? So please, Trump Department of Justice, let us know. So, you know, I go to the hate watch list every year, and I go to the list of hate groups to make sure I'm not leaving anyone off my Christmas card list.

[00:51:07] I'm big on sending Christmas cards. Most of the people I know there personally, but this is something else. I mean, this is something else. The SPLC was like the 1B to the 1A that was the ADL, and now they are a laughing stock. I mean, now they are nothing. No matter what comes from this, there is enough meat on this bone to discourage their donors.

[00:51:35] Now, I mean, how crook can you be if you have $700, $800 million in accounts? That's all fine. But I would rather be a lean and hungry, starving junkyard dog as we are fighting for a cause greater than ourselves than to be these fat, bloated punchlines. And that's what they are. And I'm so glad. We stood you down. We looked you eye to eye, square shoulders, shoulders squared, and we never backed down,

[00:52:03] and we never apologized, and we never capitulated. And for all the people who came around about 10 years ago and on, you didn't know what it was like 20 years ago when these people were coming after you. Now you can do the things that you do because we've set a precedent, and we've made it comfortable for other people to do so. But I could tell you what it was like back then, and it wasn't enjoyable, but we never backed down. And here we are now, and we're getting the last laugh, Keith. Yeah.

[00:52:26] And even more so those people like Gordon Baum and Linda and Bill Lord who were doing this back in the 50s and 60s. You talk about being under intense pressure. That's where the rubber really met the road, and that's why we owe such a debt of gratitude to those people because they kept the flame alive. Well, that's absolutely right. And with that having been said, we are all done for tonight.

[00:52:54] People keep asking who the informant is from the National Alliance or Unite the Right, and the question isn't who would be the informant at the SPLC. It would be who in their right mind would cuddle up naked with Heidi Byrick. And if you find somebody, as I sent out to her email, she would be what Rodney Dangerfield would call a two-bagger. You have to put a bag over her head in case yours falls off.

[00:53:22] Or no, over your head because hers falls off. If you find somebody with tastes like that and standards like that, you found your informant. So who do you know that fits that description? That's a guy that really has made a sacrifice for his job. I remember all of these people. A million dollars? A million dollars. A million, two. But that's a tough job. One million, two hundred thousand dollars, I'll tell you what. I still remember around the time the Department of Homeland Security was knocking at my door

[00:53:51] saying we had too many people coming for this forest park thing. I remember that. Heidi Byrick was emailing me at that same time, probably was responsible. She was so disappointed that we had the good turnout we did. Five hundred plus. Five, six hundred people that day. Second biggest one in the aftermath of the Dylan Roof thing. There was one in Ocala. Remember Eddie Miller in that famous picture with the Confederate flag? Went all over the world through the AP.

[00:54:18] And we've done a lot here and we'll continue to do a lot with your support. If you're not supporting us, you should. That much I can tell you. We have stood the time. We've been here. We've stood the test of time. Time tested and battle proven. And there's a lot of stuff happening. I want to thank Linda. I want to thank the Foundation. Hey, our Will to Power Conference. There's still fruit being born from that. That is yet to be harvested. We'll talk to you next week. Good night, everybody. God bless you. God bless you.
