[00:00:31] And welcome everybody to tonight's live installment of TPC. It is Saturday evening, July the 13th and it's great to be home. It's great to be home. I haven't seen Keith Alexander. It seems in a month of Sundays, but it's really only been about a month, but it seems
[00:00:50] like a long time you're looking sharp tonight my friend. I will tell you Keith came to work tonight ready to rock and roll. He has a yellow and pale red plaid tie on. A madras tie. Full suit. Well, as a coat it's a sport coat and white trousers.
[00:01:12] White trousers with white, what is that, suede? White bucks. White bucks. Some navy blue socks is white. She's got a pocket square, the pin. Well I came from work. Let me say that. I had something to add.
[00:01:26] On Saturday night, now this is the man, you know, Money Never Sleeps does it Keith? Well I tell you what, money tends to sleep too much on me. Whenever it's awake I have to beck into its call.
[00:01:36] So even on the Saturday night, right before the show, we've still got him though and listen Keith, I gotta shake your hand. I've missed you these last couple of weeks. It has been a busy month of programming here on TPC. Back to back shows on the road.
[00:01:53] I don't know if we've ever done that before, especially the expanse between the two locations. We were down in Louisiana for five days. I got back. I had two days at home including the holiday where we hosted everybody for the fourth of July. My wife hosted it.
[00:02:09] All of the family was over at our house and then the very next day, Friday, straight over to South Carolina. So Louisiana to South Carolina with a holiday in between. And it's been challenging but very rewarding. Well, everybody wants a piece of you.
[00:02:25] You're like what do you call it? Saltwater taffy at the state fair and being pulled in every direction. I'll tell you what, I'm glad that there's an audience and I'm glad that people enjoy seeing us and we certainly enjoy seeing them.
[00:02:40] I gotta ask you just as you've had a couple of weeks here to sort of rest up and it shows you look like you got an extra pep in your step tonight and you look healthy and tan and all of that.
[00:02:53] But just from outside of your normal seat as co-host and into the seat as a listener these past two weeks, what do you think of the programs without going into any detail but just they were all enthusiastic. Everybody enjoyed being there.
[00:03:12] You were on vacation and I think it was a good day. Sort of, we're working vacation. Yeah, working vacation but you were enjoying yourself. It looks like you've come back likewise fit and tan and looking good. Let me tell you, I did get a tan.
[00:03:26] When we were down in Louisiana we had, well we'll talk about that in the next hour. In the next hour, the second hour we are gonna catch our collective breath here as your humble correspondence and we're gonna talk a little bit more about these
[00:03:39] trips, the people we met, some of the things that were shared. Obviously, I guess if you listen to the shows you know what was going on on the air but what was going on behind the scenes I think is of equal interest and perhaps importance
[00:03:52] and so we'll share a little bit of those stories with you. We're having a Jim Dandy July so far with these back-to-back shows on the road and now back this evening on the eve of the Republican National Convention.
[00:04:06] We will be talking also a little bit more in the second hour. It'll just be Keith and I getting back together and getting back in the saddles here. A lot of listener correspondence we're gonna touch on and respond to in the second hour and the third hour.
[00:04:24] Some great guests tonight which we'll get to in a moment. We're gonna give you a little preview for some of the stuff coming up. This is gonna be kind of like a reset show. We're gonna be still covering the news.
[00:04:34] We're gonna still be playing all the songs you wanna hear but we're also going to catch up on some announcements and some observations and things like that and try to have a little bit of a good time as well.
[00:04:49] Coming up with us here at the top of the next segment will be Congressman Steve Stockman. He's back! He was with us back the first week of June I believe it was. That was he appeared in tandem with Steve King that night to talk about the 34 felony convictions
[00:05:06] that were handed down to Donald Trump. I think this was the first show we had after those convictions were made known and that the jury had rendered its verdict and great show by the two steves covering that.
[00:05:19] Well he's back tonight because he's up in Milwaukee and he's attending the Republican National Convention which starts this week coming up. So he's gonna give us the insider information and what's going on and what he expects will
[00:05:31] be going on and we're gonna get his take on what's going on in the Democratic Party as well. Former Congressman Steve Stockman out of Texas just a great guy, great guy so we'll look
[00:05:40] forward to getting the inside scoop from him in just a moment but first I just gotta mention this while we're just keeping it light and not trivial, trivial means it's not important but while we're keeping things light here just to kick tonight show off.
[00:05:54] Keith you brought in to work this evening a collage, a nice collage here of 12 pictures all black and white from Keith's boyhood. Now how old are you in these pictures? Probably about four or five.
[00:06:11] Alright four or five he says and he's here at the head of the class wearing suspenders and a tie. You were wearing suit and tie even from your earliest days apparently. That was my birthday party.
[00:06:24] Now all these kids wearing looks like they're going to court and this is just a birthday party. Keith I think he's got the same glasses on the night as he did when he was five years old looking here at this picture.
[00:06:37] Those were wire rim kind of gold you know look like something that Adolf Eichmann would wear. Well I see a picture of you doing some boxing with one of these stand up boxing
[00:06:53] guns and punching bags I should say you're playing baseball in one of these it looks like a hot summer day you're on the beach with some toy soldiers were those the Confederates or the Union you were playing with? I think they were probably World War II soldiers.
[00:07:06] Okay we won't talk about that. Out here this is a great picture Keith's dad what car is this? That is a 1952 Studebaker my father was washing his car. Looks as big as a house.
[00:07:19] And then next to him I'm here with my little kitty car and I'm washing it you know and even the play car here is like as big as some of the cars now that people drive in. This is just great stuff. Looks like a fiat or something.
[00:07:32] Keith on the couch looking well no look that's a machine I thought that was a telescope that's a machine gun yeah that's a toy machine gun. Yeah I'm up here trying out my toy machine gun in the living room.
[00:07:42] The thing that I've brought that to you for is to show you how you were raised as a boy in the 1950s. I see you right here in your Davies Crockett's scoon cap. My goodness.
[00:07:57] See everything is manly and boyish you did not have any gender non-specific stuff going on there. Got a picture of me holding a football and a football helmet. And then I'm up here driving a golf ball one of those little wiffle ball golf balls in my front yard.
[00:08:18] This is a great collage I will have you I will ask you to write an article about what happened between then and now and we'll illustrate it with this with this photo collage which is just all American as it gets.
[00:08:32] Yeah we were talking about right before the show started you said this looks like a you know a war like it was a world away and I said Keith this is a different planet this doesn't even look like it could have possibly existed on this planet much less
[00:08:45] within the lifetime of well of you obviously but this I mean it wasn't that long ago not really boys or boys and girls were girls and we were raised to be boys and girls and things
[00:08:57] we didn't have a problem with the birth rates for example back then boys and girls got together if you were not going to college you probably got married in the summer after you graduated
[00:09:09] from high school and you had plenty of kids and that's just the way it was and you know you can say what you will I think that a lot of the changes that we've had like
[00:09:20] the no fault divorce laws and the sexual revolution the drug culture things like this have changed life not just in America but all over the white world Europe the English fear Australia all these places it's been a change and it's been a change
[00:09:39] it's been forced on us from up above you know our so-called betters our elites and of course you had public school integration which made it very expensive to have children because no conscientious parent could send their children to the
[00:09:56] public schools in a place like Memphis so what you did is you send the private school and you realize suddenly it was a great expense to have children so people stopped having one of the many reasons we're gonna have an interview
[00:10:09] coming up not tonight but soon with Liv Heide who has a very unique dating site that looks to replenish the birth rates of of our folks but yeah I would see that of Germany but so they're having the same problems in Germany all of the
[00:10:24] Western world well not even just the Western world I mean even even in Asia and places like that you know yeah really it's my place having a population boom is sub-Saharan Africa but that's a well that's a different
[00:10:36] topic but India I guess but already the first segments over already well anyway this was a really good key that only took us a generation or two to lose it all can we get it back and just as quickly that's hoping for we'll be right back

[00:13:42] studio line so it didn't ring for him but anyway I just talked to him and he'll be calling in hopefully at any moment. It's been one of those days that we will troubleshoot some stuff earlier before the show and
[00:13:56] we won't get into all of that about an hour before the the program it was just along for the ride James we're just hanging on a nuclear meltdown but James I'm here I love you can hear me. I can hear you fine Congressman and

[00:14:25] opening segment we were sort of setting the table tonight that the last time you appeared it was in tandem with our friend Steve King talking about the reactions to the 34 felony convictions that were handed down to Trump and my
[00:14:37] goodness a lot has changed since just last month it was just 32 days ago or something like that if I'm looking at the calendar. This is all unplowed ground I don't think you've ever had a election coming up for
[00:14:50] president in America where things like this have been happening before and we need to get your take on it to make sense of it. Yeah let's start with the Democratic Party Steve you saw the debate we all watched that debate and
[00:15:02] keeping your ear to the ground as you can as a former congressman what's going on over on the other side. Well I wrote back in Richard Vigory's blog conservative headquarters. It's kind of like a memo for conservative
[00:15:16] leaders and then September I said because they picked Chicago I can assure you that Biden will not be the nominee and the reason being if if you're Biden and you want to get reelected and you lived in a swing
[00:15:33] state it would only be logical if he had picked Spurger Philadelphia and when they picked Chicago I said man this has Obama's fingerprints all over it and clearly he's running the show so and no one's asking the
[00:15:47] questions why was this the most the earliest debate we've ever had in our history usually debates come after the nomination process and the reason why is he wanted yeah they want to get himself's time to get rid of uncle Joe
[00:16:02] he's you know the sick uncle that needs to go and they're gonna wheel him out well he's like Mr. Magoo running for president and I was going to ask you this are we gonna see a replay of the 1968 presidential convention for the
[00:16:19] Democrats in Chicago what or things no no no no no no the radicals around the outside are now in the inside running and you're not gonna see a bunch of Republicans out there right those radicals those radicals are as you know
[00:16:37] Chicago is the rot and they're all in charge now unfortunate we gotta remember Obama kicked his campaign off and a guy who should have been imprisoned for life for terrorism and he was a communist about you got really this is not a
[00:16:57] takeover of left versus right this is Marxism our course this is the transformation ever clear presidency we had a transformation of the presidency in the Democratic Party it's no longer they have graduated from having a single person as a president it looks like they've got a common
[00:17:16] turn that runs the presidency now and they're all extreme left-wingers and they are all dismissive and contemptuous of public opinion it seems like what do you say well 1994 I was first elected believe or not that 30 years ago
[00:17:35] kind of weird seemed like yesterday but when I was first elected the Democrat Party had a third of the congressman were called blue dog Democrats those blue dogs were back then I guess the Republicans were blue
[00:17:49] instead of red which they still should be but they were basically conservative Democrats and every one of those guys every single one to last ones run out and now even even the liberal Democrats are being run out you know
[00:18:04] AOC Sandy the bartender won a contest put on by socialist and she basically ran out a Democrat that wasn't sufficient enough in her liking or the leftist liking so Soros is throwing people out and there's a lot of
[00:18:22] money and I pretty much convinced a lot of money like our friend the kind of sleep with the communist I think the Chinese have pumped a lot of money and taken over the Democrat Party. A lot of foreigners generally it
[00:18:37] seems like everybody except a normal American voter has a seat at the table. Right exactly they're running the show and Steve I want to get back to something you said a moment ago and because it was something that I kept
[00:18:51] noticing and just not nearly from the perspective that you have but having been through you know a few presidential cycles as a talk radio host these last 20 years I said this is very very early for the first
[00:19:04] presidential debate I mean this is normally things you don't get until September October I said why are they having it at you know late June and you know people could theorize but you think you have the answer and I think
[00:19:16] your answer sounds pretty dead gum plausible you thought it was all set up to make him look well I don't say make him look bad just to showcase really what he was so they can pull the rug out from under. Yeah but if they
[00:19:32] took went to think about us this is what they did by the way they did in Georgetown they do it's the classic called color revolution which we actually develop and they role played they went backwards and said well what if we take
[00:19:45] it away from Joe at the convention. Well we can't do that until we get the people behind us because it's from the top down right they have to convince the Democrat Party and get all these donors and everything on board with
[00:19:58] what they're going to do so they make Joe look like a fool and then they have a couple editorial articles in New York Times that our bodies with Obama's attack them and you have all these different people telling me quit
[00:20:10] donors and everything then when they switch it out everybody's gonna go who that was close so we solved all the problems of Democrat Party. We have a Kamala or Obama and by the way people forget Obama when he ran for
[00:20:24] Senate state Senate and then he ran for National Senate when he ran for National Senate they said you're just you know you're a climber that's all you're interested in you're gonna run for president. Barack Obama said I have
[00:20:36] no interest in running for president when I win the Senate seat I pledge to carry out my whole seat I just don't have an answer is that not I'm not interested some familiar you guys. Well what role does Obama have in
[00:20:51] wanting a big party now? Is Obama in charge of the Democratic Party now? He thinks he's the only president that he stayed in Washington. Yeah and he also has a house in which all the White House staffers worked out of it's very close
[00:21:10] ironically not ironically but probably purposely near a mosque and it has the first thing he did when he bought that house is he put a fence up around it and Valerie Jarrett started working out of the house that's what's going on
[00:21:23] and if any brave reporter I've told reporter after reporter to go down there and they're all a reporter you know they talk about politicians not having guts reporters won't go down there and photograph the license plates and
[00:21:36] who are going in and out of that house and I'll guarantee you it's every one of those staffers is not controlled by Biden but by Obama. Who are they? Tell us what to your well Valerie Jarrett working on their party. I was just
[00:21:53] saying you have an idea I'm sure of some of these people what's the name of the prime and you know maybe David. Valerie Jarrett listen to me. Valerie Jarrett was the secretary for Mayor Daley she ran the voting
[00:22:13] operation she ran the voter fraud and she was in charge she was born in Iran and then of course she came to United States she was Mayor Daley's right-hand man they emulated what they did in Chicago in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh
[00:22:28] and I had articles in 2008 and I was telling people in warning them that this is corruption also what I've warned people about was this thing I think called Wyn Rat or whatever it is an arm of Obama and they intentionally put
[00:22:45] in bogus I've talked about this for years it's frustrating and it's one of the biggest money-lawner operations and yet Republicans won't call it out for what it is they the reason Democrats are so much money is because they funnel
[00:22:59] it through that they wash it through that platform by the way this is why I get put in prison. Too much truth Daley. Why are the Republicans not calling this out? Well they watch what happened to me and no one came to my aid I mean I was
[00:23:18] called stuff out. It's true. I got there was a congressman by name of uh but you guys probably know Dana Roebuck or great congressman I gotta slow down I don't know if it's legal to talk in Tennessee in the summer.
[00:23:31] Put it on your speakerphone. You guys you guys got state troopers with trucks oh my goodness anyhow yeah well right Dana Roebuck is a great congressman it was really one of the bravest guys and he he went in the 80s and went fought against the Russian with
[00:23:54] the Moshe Adid and he was so alarmed by me whistle-blowering that and he came up to me to Steve you're either gonna get killed or thrown in jail he said you need to stop it so even he who's very brave was giving me warning to
[00:24:08] my wife Patty went to talk to him he said I warned Steve you know he basically said he warned me I should but there's something wrong where in your own country if you find corruption and you call it out and they persecute the guy
[00:24:20] at whistle-blower something fundamental problem. Absolutely hold on right there my friend I know you are traveling you're on your way up to the GOP convention in Milwaukee and we are going to take a quick break and when

[00:30:58] speaking appearances and good times being had by all but on the Democratic side just to wrap this up very quickly again I think you nailed it my friend to say that the reason they had this very unusual I think unprecedented presidential debate so early in
[00:31:18] the calendar was it gave them just enough time to execute this plan to remove Biden off of the ticket because of course the Democrats are holding their convention after the Republicans so they've got a couple of more weeks for this to marinate but my
[00:31:32] question for you on this is why now is the media reporting what we've always known about Biden and I don't look Biden is not a good person. I don't think he's good for this country. I don't think he's a good individual but as your figure
[00:31:47] head. I understand all of that but what I'm saying is I don't mock his illness because that's a tragic thing and old age and death comes for us all and it's not something that we should just take glee in that he's that anyone would be in this condition
[00:32:07] but to me Steve he's not in a substantially worse condition than he was when he ran in 2019 and 2020 and the Democrats are turning this like this is something new and all of a sudden they saw what we've seen for four or five years now a couple of
[00:32:24] weeks ago and now the media is reporting it when before they never did. What has has caused that pivot that about face so abruptly in your opinion and why do people why I was as dumb as we know he was as I mentioned earlier you can't you can't
[00:32:43] kick Biden out of the seat unless you bring the people along and they consume CNN and New York Times and all that so until you get them on your side and I believe Obama you know told or requested or however you want to portray it in
[00:33:00] orchestration with everybody else to highlight the difficulties he's having now because they want to replace them. It's all I took something like a Kabuki dance but the thing is I wrote it back in August and even before that I
[00:33:16] wrote an article when I was in prison that he wasn't going to nominee after he won and it's just impossible to replicate the vote steal on the massive vote still they did last time because I mean it could theoretically we don't know yet what they're
[00:33:33] going to do but it'd be really hard for them to do the same thing because it was so late. But but I the answer your question it is because they wanted to remove Biden and they had to bring the grassroots along with them. Well somebody
[00:33:50] got a message though to all of the media which the left wing media the controlled media always speaks with a single voice there's never any diversity of opinion between the New York Times the Washington Post CNN you name it Vanity Fair
[00:34:02] Rolling Stone all of them all of them all of the liberal left wing media they always speak with a single voice so for them to all of them at a single moment right after the last debate all of a sudden start reporting on

[00:34:40] was running she made a list of what she called and in fact she made I wonder if you can still get it online she made a list of all the people that were quote in her camp where she
[00:34:50] could deliver it's in a book called Shattered by the way and also in that book I want to say I'm trying to remember the page number but it was where she describes how they're going to remember these are two liberal reporters there in
[00:35:06] the Hillary campaign that wrote the book and she describes how she's going to do the Russian hoax yet no one ever points to that book and it to the degree that you read that book and realize just how orchestrated and how
[00:35:21] their ability is to make things happen is because they have sympathizers in the press and I argue almost that there's indistinguishable difference really between the Democrat party and the press. Absolutely. Well following up on that note Steve why did no
[00:35:40] Republicans back in 2020 come out and really press the idea that the election was stolen it was obviously a lot of them did well some did but the official Republican position was not that it was stolen at least that's my recollection why
[00:36:00] I have an idea of why it is but you know I want to get your take on. And then I wonder what I think. I think to some degree when you have a politician. What is it with your state. Every other. Keep in your body.
[00:36:18] Well they got to make money. No. You can't drive over. I want to drive the minimum of 90 and I can't do it. I'm from Texas. That's what we drive. They do down there. That's great. You're not in Montana or Texas.
[00:36:31] No I can tell but be by the way anybody that's never been here that's listening to show it's a beautiful beautiful state and great friendly people and I really enjoy Tennessee. Like you say on the David Crockett TV show Greenest State in the land of the free.
[00:36:50] There you go. I don't know how we are but we're still green. But yeah I know you're becoming the number one state for Californians to move here and it's true they flee the policies of California. Then they vote the same people that were in California.
[00:37:08] Yeah that's a pretty ominous observation. But let's all right I got to ask you this I do want to move forward. I know Keith asked a question about the 2020 election but we're already beginning to run out of time and I've got so
[00:37:22] much more I want to cover with you not the least of which is what's coming up on the GOP side with the convention this week which you will be at. But I want to ask you one more thing about this process
[00:37:30] that the Democrats are obviously in the midst of right now. Biden seems to be hanging on hanging in like a rusty fish hook. But I'm good in the you know interestingly I think what is the Washington Post democracy dies in darkness you
[00:37:45] know if the presidential candidate who the people want gets in that's that's called democracy dying in darkness but the situation is interesting. I mean obviously there has to be a mechanism and a process for a president who wins a nomination to be
[00:38:03] replaced at the convention and obviously you'd be thinking about the thing that would trigger this would be you know the death of a candidate or a nominee not the fact that he's obviously not doing well because he wasn't doing well for five years.
[00:38:16] So they let him go through the whole nominating process Steve Joe Biden we're talking about and he won a what like 95 percent of the votes because he ran unopposed as the incumbent and now they're going to try to remove him even though he doesn't
[00:38:28] want to be the only one looks like they're going to try to. Yeah but he's the only one that can release them what matters now is the amount of degree of the money they're going to give to the Bidens to step down there's no I
[00:38:40] mean you if you're going to if you get if you want your grassroots at the convention of the supporters and big wigs and the money done it's everybody that said to the Democrat Convention to acquiesce of taking over a duly elected person you have to bring along
[00:38:55] everybody else and that's what you're going through a kabuki dance right now where you know you it's kind of like the pretending you know that what they're doing is real and this thing was mapped out I mean hand to
[00:39:10] be you pick Chicago ahead of time and if you did that that means you were playing this all along it's kind of like when Hillary smashed her phones and hooked up a server in her bathroom she was planning to commit crime.
[00:39:22] You know when you find you open a trunk and you see a mask a hammer and tape you think and hey this guy might be a kidnapper you know go ahead. Who is your who do you predict they will settle on as the actual candidate.
[00:39:38] All right that's a great question Keith and I would just add to that Steve what is the process for this now so you've got a guy who won the nomination a guy who at least as of right now says he's not leaving
[00:39:46] his wife's playing the role of Lady Macbeth he's going to stay in there no matter what and all of that so what is the process for removing a I mean I guess he would have to volunteer to step down at this point
[00:39:56] but then what's the process of how you're going to have a free-for-all two-week primary or is it when the dust handles you gonna be. The thing is I think they're gonna there's going to be a great deal of pressure on Michelle to get up there
[00:40:13] and she goes I don't want this job but for the sake of my nation and to stop Trump unwilling to sacrifice the rigors of a presidential nomination and campaign just for you I mean it's BS it's the same thing Obama did
[00:40:32] and people forget remember I mentioned this earlier Obama promised not to run for president but he did it he sacrificed and he decided to give himself to our country and we were blessed to have him I mean you know what I mean
[00:40:45] it's it's all all the canard by the way that was a great name of the doctor that examined Biden his name is canard which means you know fake false a tale a fair tale so this is what
[00:41:03] you're going to go through we got to sit to this process and I was talking about this and I wrote about it in the book that I recommended I was recommending the Marxist book uh by our friend Mark Levin and in that book a article I wrote
[00:41:20] about in detail uh about what was coming and and why we needed to see that's why all I wanted to do was not attack Biden I think we're shadow boxing for attacking Biden I said we need to attack the Democrat Party because we don't know
[00:41:36] who our opponent's going to be but it's definitely not going to be Biden so I said we need to start shifting away from Biden attacking that the whole policies because the way the Democrats are going to portray it is uh oh it's great
[00:41:50] you know we're saved now because we solved the problem we have someone new I gotta tell you this I had Carl Roe I don't know if you guys from my car but he's a political consultant and he's from the very very established at
[00:42:02] moderate wing of the George Bush one and he hated me and he ran someone against me at the last minute switched style of the election and I was personal friends with George Bush and um and got in my race they spent tons of money it was a
[00:42:17] last minute switch and then I learned so much from that is that when I ran for congress and uh 12 years ago uh 11 years ago whatever um I did the same thing I was in one race
[00:42:30] and literally in my case what I did well I didn't do it but the guy down there is still there waited till the door was closed and we had two minutes left to file and because of that we were winning it switching candidates gives you a
[00:42:46] for you to the base it's the only way they're going to prop up their base they get excited but that only lasts for a few months you can't do it too soon so they're going to wait till last possible minute and then they're going to switch
[00:42:58] it to somebody than Michelle Camilla and then they're going to be all you stake out stake out somebody at uh bomber's house in Washington D.C. and take down uh license numbers figure out who it is all right so well there you have
[00:43:12] it that's a great idea I wish I thought of it uh well I think it's fascinating Steve that you were writing that this would be what would happen all the way back last august a year ago now and even before that as you said
[00:43:28] uh when you were a guest of the uh the state I guess you could put it to the federal government uh so this is this is fascinating and it does look like this is the trajectory right
[00:43:38] now we'll see what happens but we gotta pivot now with only a few minutes remaining I think I've spent a little more time on this than I wanted to although there wasn't a wasted minute uh but I do want to talk to you for the last 10 minutes
[00:43:49] before the end of the hour then I know you gotta go uh the Republican side of the situation Donald Trump has never been in better position uh in terms of the polls as it stands right now obviously there's gonna be some surprises
[00:44:01] coming up but uh let's talk about what you expect to see at the GOP convention you're on your way to Wisconsin right now you gotta be there next week in Milwaukee uh first of all big news about the GOP platform or what happened this
[00:44:14] week with that well they pulled out a traditional pro life message because uh we have been losing by the way there's more abortions occurring now since the uh Supreme Court decision than before the decision right people should know that so the argument that Supreme Court banned
[00:44:34] abortion is just an outrageous lie and we've been taking the task by the left and so some of the people in the party which I don't think was wise uh you know why concede to Trump's wishes and took out the you know
[00:44:51] the lengthy uh pro-life statement and substituted for uh each state gets to choose you know how they're gonna rule which is really the this Supreme Court's decision the Republican parties discovered states rights yeah well what about
[00:45:08] them but by the way I think we're huh no you go ahead Steve please you you want me to give you a warning and prediction I I'm not always accurate all my predictions but I'm thinking about I'm running about eighty five
[00:45:21] ninety percent so here's one thing you gotta watch out we'll take those odds any day what you get he gets sentenced and he could sentence him through the election and the only way they should be preparing right now for the emergency stay of that
[00:45:36] sentencing and he gets sent like that I gotta ask you you're onto something now no no I pardon this interruption but I think it's important to interject here the last time you were on back in the first week of June with Steve King we had
[00:45:51] talked about those convictions and at the time Trump was scheduled to be sentenced on July the 11th which was earlier this week and that would have been right before the convention you were talking about you know they could possibly take him out of the
[00:46:04] convention we'll see what happens you didn't say that they would you said that was obviously a possibility but now wouldn't why do you think that they postponed the sentencing to September well the I well the reason that they gave publicly was because of
[00:46:21] Supreme Court decision which does have some impact on the case because they introduced evidence which the Supreme Court said they now they couldn't introduce and of course the left is going oh there's no evidence in the trial that was introduced that's
[00:46:35] simply not true and the other thing is is that I think they want him to advertise and everything saying you know he's in jail you can't you know but that may actually backfire I'm sure there's some trepidation because
[00:46:51] there's a high number of african-americans who've been put in prison and they they would very much identify with someone that's wrongly put in prison I think he has gone up with them for the first time the GOP's wish to get a slightly larger
[00:47:08] percent of the of the black vote I think with Trump having been a convicted felon now and all of this I yes I mean what you're saying holds merit and but the fact that they postponed it to September yes they did say the reason was the
[00:47:22] Supreme Court ruling but they're still going to sentence him and whether to be to time served or whatever or to actual prison I guess we'll find out in September but by then you can have Michelle Obama at the head of the ticket whatever qualifications are
[00:47:36] it seems to escape me but we will probably actually ran the Obama White House well it seems to be the man of the relationship to be honest but the uh now there's one there's one other person's creeping underneath all this
[00:47:50] and it's like Jack Nicholson you know where he goes on back or whatever uh hello that would be our lovely Hilary yes you think so you think she's got another one in her she's had about 200 000 300 000
[00:48:05] face work she's got a book out and now she's got her people showing that she would beat Trump so she's not dead yet it's like what is that is that like drags over gonna drive it he's a hard one yeah Jason or like Jason Voorhees or
[00:48:19] Freddie Krueger they come back there's always this there's always another sequel well uh as long as they end like the previous two where she has to become president well we could live with that but I tell you I mean
[00:48:32] of course we'll see you got too much mileage I think it's gonna be Michelle I mean but what if Michelle was the wife of a president I don't know I don't know I mean again despite what the Republicans are fooling themselves
[00:48:46] they think they can beat her with no problem it would well I don't yes I well and the media can package anybody and they can give credentials where they do not exist and they
[00:48:56] heard that with Joe Biden when they put it with Obama who was he when he became president a community organizer yeah but think about you guys they only need to do it for less than 90 days and then after that you know the
[00:49:06] election's over that's that's a very interesting in key point uh Steve a great observation uh as as if you've been in congress or something you know how these things work they only got a hold together of you know for a couple of months with
[00:49:21] whatever kind of scam they're trying to pull I tell you it's it's only we said at the end of the year how this year would bring things that we've never seen before and Biden's still in there right now I mean we
[00:49:32] could be proven wrong uh Steve seems to think it's almost I hope these are our opponent yeah why not we by the way early voting starts in 61 days which is about four months before the election but that's how they do it the good old voting rights act of 65
[00:49:49] well this old thing and now you can you vote for anyway mail it in bagging it but yeah so that that that's it yeah early voting you know a significant percentage of the population will vote long before election and a lot could
[00:50:01] change between early voting in November obviously but but very quickly last question we did mention the GOP platform just give me 30 seconds on this Steve was it I haven't even read it I've been traveling so much
[00:50:15] the the planet and of course the platform doesn't mean that's what the candidates or the congressmen are going to to go to bat for but was it good on immigration was it good at all was it conservative was it well I
[00:50:25] I personally think if you take a Trump speech that's pretty much the platform it's the first time I've ever seen the platform where there's capitalization if you look at it it's like Trump yelling you know but no it's like one of one of his tweets
[00:50:43] well it's yeah one of his tweets right it's yeah exactly it's the shortest one I want to say the last one is 44 pages this one's like 16 hey well I mean if they can hit all the
[00:50:55] highlight I guess I should probably read it if I'm going to talk about it I'm going to be a talk radio host I should probably read it but again doesn't really matter to me because it matters what they do but the last one
[00:51:04] huh well and they didn't have one I don't think they even released one in 2020 so I read the media we're talking about how far right it was and it's like Trump's you know the greatest nightmares you have about Trump that's the platform
[00:51:14] now but I mean they say that all the times so you never know what's real but all right so it's pretty good you know it'd be amazing these guys the press were used pejoratives and say it was horrible
[00:51:24] you know all these things you go then here's what happens when you start asking specifically what it is they go well he wants to cut touches and he wants to quit letting illegal immigrants that that's what they consider right

[00:52:59] and she doesn't even know but the Maria Baltaroma I can't say her name but she would be perfect because she she's so hard on the Democrats and so articulate and never vacillates she's amazing and she's you all train she's you know a news anchor
[00:53:16] on Fox I guess on Sundays and stuff and she's really about the lomo is that it yeah that's yeah that's who yeah exactly and that would certainly be a surprise pick although not not likely well no it's not on the radar I'm
[00:53:32] just saying you asked me who I wish for oh yeah who you wish now who do you predict who do I predict I'm I'm probably going to go with Vance or Rubio huh those are those are the two of the top three I think that are left
[00:53:49] well you know I'm not I'm not a big Vance fan to tell you the truth because he he called Trump a Hitler and he called him all kind of stuff and I go you know you you called him these names you know
