I've been friends with him since I was 19 or 20. I got, how I met him, I got hurt up at the Olympic Training Center. I was training with some of the Olympic heavyweight judo guys.

[00:03:57] And they were much better than me, of course, because they were Olympians. And I took a bad throw. I bounced on this tatami mat, and I really hurt myself pretty bad. And I had to go to chiropractors, and I had to do Pilates, which I learned very quickly that I wasn't as strong as I thought. That Pilates is a bitch, ladies, when you do it. I was actually shocked because I was in pretty good shape back then. But anyway, I got hurt. That's how I met him. We became friends, and we've been friends ever since. He took it to gas stations, convenience stores, get his hair cut. He was going to Target. He had the helmet. I mean, I've never seen a guy carry a helmet that much. I mean, honest to God, he must have gotten good shape carrying that helmet around.

[00:13:07] So for future reference people, anybody, all you got to do is go to the team, look up their current players, and you'll see the names. And then you would see Dipshit wasn't a player, a real NFL player. Well, he had a story for that. He said he was on like an injured reserve. Lance, that's fine. I know you're right. I'm just saying. Even so, even if you're on an injured reserve, you could still look who's that stuff. I know you're right, but he had a pretty good scammy – I heard a couple of his dials. I'm just trying to, you know.

[00:13:35] For women that don't know a lot about professional sports, I could see he sounded convincing. I got to give the guy credit. Where are these women's brothers' fathers protecting them if they have them? Man, no kidding. And you know what's funny? This is a guy that would have had a leering center for sure. I'm surprised he didn't have some autism centers. He also would tell them that he had these massive real estate portfolios, and his financial advisor was 18 years old. This is the guy that he would bring into the phone calls when he was scamming saying, well, I'm giving you access to real NFL financial advisors.

[00:14:04] You know, nobody gets that. I've convinced him to help me. He was like – and then this 18-year-old guy would get on, and you're like, how old are you, man? I mean, you would think they would look and be like, how old are you, dude? That guy was 18, financial advisor for NFL players. All right, let's go. Crazy stuff. All right, Fox News. I've told you before, be careful. A lot of people just assume it's Fox. It's okay. Well, I guess it's not because when you tell the truth at Fox or you've got plans to tell the truth, you preemptively get fired.

[00:14:35] Now, Maria Bartiromo, which we all love, you've got to admit, she's a great journalist. The Trumps love her. I love her. I think she's done an amazing job. She's an incredible journalist. She works extremely hard. It looks like they cracked her. Allegedly, the story goes, she had an election integrity piece segment that she was going to be doing, a bunch of research, especially about China and otherwise. So it was about foreign interference and domestic interference with our elections.

[00:15:02] And Fox News said, oh, no, hell no, we're not doing that. So she – I guess the White House was assisting her with the story, providing her up-to-date information because, you know, she's one of the people that gets direct sourcing from the White House. She's very well connected with Eric Trump and, you know, Vance and Donald Trump. Well, guess what? She sent over an email, I guess, some of the emails that were internal. We've got a couple copies of them. No go. They said, you shouldn't have shared that. You're out of here. That's why you didn't see her in there for a while.

[00:15:32] And you've seen her. She's been absent in her time slot for a couple of weeks now. And, you know, Fox, you know, released this statement. In making the announcement, Fox News Media, we thank Maria for her work over the last 12 and a half years and wish her all the best on her next chapter. The last episode of Mornings with Maria aired this morning on Fox Business Network, and the show will transition to mornings with Fox Business beginning tomorrow with rotating anchors. Maria Bartiromo's Wall Street, which also airs weekly on FBN,

[00:15:59] will shift to FBN's Wall Street Effective this week, hosted by Cheryl Cassone and helmed by rotating anchors thereafter. Program schedule will be announced in the coming weeks. Now, they don't really go into the details of why they did it, but now we're hearing more of the details. She has hired an attorney. Looks like Dylan Byers from Puck News was let go after they nixed her story on China and the 2020 election form. She notified the White House that Fox did not let her pursue the story.

[00:16:27] Fox News found out that she did that, and they cracked her. That is at least the story so far. Status News, Mike Ellis reported that after she leaked internal texts to the White House showing the network had told staff to stop amplifying Trump's latest election conspiracy theories. Now, think about that wording. Conspiracy theories. This is supposed to be Fox News. This is supposed to be the one channel that we should be able to trust.

[00:16:56] We've been told that over and over again. Well, it looks like you can't. They're calling the election information about China interfering. They're calling it conspiracy theories. So, you know, so Trump's thoroughly captured the right wing media ecosystem. But now their biggest stars have to worry about whether or not, well, I guess, hammer. Now, here's a sample, George. We've got the one. Maybe you can put that back up. Which one? This is the one with the white. It's media, too. That particular one shows some of the information.

[00:17:26] This is some of the text messaging she sent over to the White House, I guess. And it kind of goes through it. So if you guys want to see that, they'll look for it online. But it kind of goes through the deal. I don't know, George, if you can see that well enough if you want to read it. I can't. Read the white? Yeah. It says, status has learned that Bartimaeus' extermination stems from an incident which has not previously been reported that occurred in July after Trump delivered his unhinged

[00:17:55] primetime speech in which he pushed more conspiracy theories about the 2020 election, this time making a number of allegations against China. I am told that Fox News issued guidance to senior employees instructing them to steer clear of giving credence to Trump's delusional claims. Who the hell is this guy? Who the hell is Mike Nellis? He's a journalist from Status, and he's quoting some of the things that Fox News was saying in the text messaging, which is interesting. Where do you get the text messaging from, this guy? I'm sure they leaked it to him because they wanted to out her.

[00:18:25] I don't know. But anyway, you can see the wording, you know, unhinged, conspiracy. So I'm not going to, until I see the actual texts, I'm not going by some dude. Yeah, I got you. That's just me. But the word is out there, and it seems to be that. Eric Trump comes out and defends her. He said, Maria Bartiromo is the best in the business and the hardest working person in media. Smart, kind, principled, the best interviewer on television.

[00:18:53] Proud to have been with her everywhere that mattered over the past 15 years. Wall Street, Davos, Milwaukee and every corner of the earth in between. This is a huge loss for Fox. You know what? Maria Bartiromo for press secretary. How's that? I think you're right over the target. There is a lot of chatter. Now, whether or not she can do it, I don't know what her contract. I don't know how that will fail. What contract? She's fired. Yeah, I don't know. You know, some of those, it's kind of like Tucker Carlson. You know, he had some limitations on what he could and couldn't do. No, no, no, no.

[00:19:23] Because Tucker Carlson was still getting paid under his contract. They just didn't keep him on Fox News. That's why. Well, we don't know what they've done with her. We don't know about her. Now, she's hired an attorney. So you might very well be right, George. They just, I don't see that information out. I would love her as press secretary. Let me say, I'm on board with it. I think she'd be amazing. She's hired a very famous attorney, Brian Friedman, to represent her. But like we said, Fox ain't what you think. Roger Stone came right out of the gate.

[00:19:50] And you know Stone, he may not say what his source is. But when he comes out and makes a post and he says, now that I think about it, Maria Bartiromo would make a great White House press secretary. That means somebody floated the idea to him. And sometimes those somebodies are at the highest level of the administration. That's all I'm going to say. So when he does that, you better pay attention. I would love her. Can you imagine her as press secretary?

[00:20:17] I mean, right, you know, just what a great person to fill the shoes of the last press secretary. I can't really, I don't know if anybody would be any better. Although I do like, who's the attorney, George, they're talking about they're considering? We both think is hot. Lena Habba? Yeah, Lena Habba. So I think either one of those would be amazing. But I got to say, Maria's got a lot more experience. Boy, she'd be, she'd be. Can you imagine her with the press? They would get. I think Maria would be great, too. She got a lot of experience, too.

[00:20:47] Yeah. What? Lena? Yeah. I mean, Maria. Maria Bartharone. Not as much on air interview experience as Maria. And Maria's been in the business for forever. But I get it. And she is press. Like, she knows how to handle them freaking vultures. Oh, my God. She would be unbelievable, in my opinion. So that's the news we've got so far. Here's the thing. Here's the thing. So now you see this, and she's fired because of what Trump spoke. And then Fox News is unhinged about it. And they're all bent out of shape.

[00:21:17] So now what is this administration going to do about it? Because we talked about it. Like, we said this. I says, you know, listen, Trump, you can come out and say this, this, this. You've shown us paperwork. But I have always said this. It's not going to mean diddly squat unless there's some consequences to this. Yeah. I agree. So how do you, like, and then you're going to get mad if someone that does want to speak out of it gets fired. But really, the administration is not going to back it up with some consequences?

[00:21:47] I'm with you. But it also, you know, before this administration went in, I really thought they were going to use more support from alt media. And they continue to give all the major networks all the major interviews. And I don't really understand that. They could be building up alt media and giving them more interviews. And alt media would get the views, too. It isn't like the impressions wouldn't be there if alt media got the interview. But they don't. They limit the interviews. Susie Wiles and others limits the interviews on shows.

[00:22:16] We lost a couple of big interviews because, you know, we weren't in the privy inner circle. And we had some great big interviews booked early on when the administration first went in. And, of course, then they dropped the hammer and they started limiting. But they'll give Fox News the interviews. They'll give CNN the interviews. They'll give MSN. I mean, you name it. Why? Why keep doing that administration? Look what they did to one of your preferred interviewers right here. And this is because you guys in the administration currently are supporting mainstream media by giving them the big interviews.

[00:22:46] Tom Homan and everybody else, they're always going on the big channels. Maybe tell the big channels to fuck off. Maybe don't give them the interviews and watch how they start scrambling. What are they going to do? Turn on you? They've already turned on you. They're calling you a conspiracy theorist. They're calling you unhinged. Why would you support any media that does that kind of thing? When they start using those kind of terminology, why participate? Why not just tell them, nope, we're not giving you any interviews? Why not throw them out of the press pool? I would.

[00:23:14] I'd walk in the press pool today and say, yeah, is Fox News here? Yeah, please leave the room. We're pulling your press credentials. CNN here? Yeah. All over there, we're pulling your press credentials. I mean, I don't know why they're still such a big deal. They only have the views because you guys give them the access. Cut off their access and watch how their ratings drop. You could put them right out of business. And they should be out of business because they're full of shit. All right. George, tell me what's happening here with the jobs. It looks like we've got an increase in jobs, which is an unusual trend.

[00:23:44] Well, this is a report that came out this morning. It said U.S. adds 162,000 jobs in August, tripling expectations. And they say, all right, it's good. You know, it says they're surpassing forecasts and holding unemployment rates steady at 4.1. So when they're saying it's holding it steady, that's what I was looking at. Because you look at it, you hear all these tech companies laying off people, right? Yeah.

[00:24:10] And if it's the unemployment rate staying steady, so then either those tech people are getting jobs or they haven't applied for unemployment, I don't know. Yeah. But it seems like all the layoffs are outweighing the jobs added. But we'll see. I mean, maybe those people all get severances and they can't claim unemployment yet. But it's good for the economy, even though it doesn't feel like we're feeling it. But, you know, two things.

[00:24:36] If they could have got the gas prices low and food prices back lower, I think this administration would have been doing better in, like, polls on Trump's and stuff. You know, do you remember how Trump was talking about the Federal Reserve and he wanted to see a rate drop? He wanted to see interest rates go down. Why is it every bit of decent news, no matter what it is, the Fed decides, oh, we're going to raise rates? What happened to the administration telling them to drop interest rates?

[00:25:04] What happened to the new guy was going to go in there and we're going to make some changes? And, you know, the Federal Reserve continues to walk all over America. Well, they didn't do anything. These rate hikes, they didn't. Well, they're talking about a rate hike. I looked it up. I wasn't sure. I mean, it says the report is boosting odds at the Federal Reserve rate hike at September meeting. Yeah, I mean, maybe. We'll see. But why? Why? Yeah. Why are they hiking up rates? They should be lowering them. I agree.

[00:25:33] Why aren't interest rates going down? I mean, everybody needs some help on mortgages, on credit card interest. I just I think the Federal Reserve is such a scam. I don't want them to be part of our economy any longer. I wish that this administration would balls up and get rid of them, but I don't see it happening. As a matter of fact, I see them softballing, just like they softball the credit card groups. I'm happy that Donald Trump's made these moves with, you know, the meat production, you know, trying to lower the cost of the grocery store.

[00:26:02] Groceries are still out of control. Ridiculous. I mean, I'm always shocked. You know, even if anybody knows that oranges that aren't in Florida maybe are ridiculously expensive. I mean, my regular grocery store here, one orange is $1.69. One orange. It's crazy. That's King Soopers here in Colorado. I just I remember when you bought a bag of oranges for five, six bucks. This, you know, again, it's crazy what these prices are like. You could walk out of the grocery store with three bags and it's almost 200 bucks.

[00:26:32] And that's assuming that you watched your prices when you're doing it. Crazy stuff. Well, George, you know more about this than I do. I covered this a little bit on the radio show with Dr. Michael Schwartz yesterday. Lindsey Clancy trial. This is a cluster, a cluster, you know what? Sure is. So yesterday, jurors delivered and they came out with a note. And I mean, there weren't, they weren't supposed to do the note the way they did.

[00:26:57] But they said there's, there's one juror that is not applying reasonable doubt like and is going against the law of reasonable doubt. So pretty much there's 11 jurors that all have, you know, have voted in one way and one juror is holding out. So if, so I've been thinking about it and watching, I even watched it this morning.

[00:27:19] So if one juror is not applying reasonable doubt, sounds like that this juror and it's a guy, he has reasonable doubt of something, but he's still saying guilty. And it seems like the other 11, but however they ruled, I'm going to say not guilty or, or they're ruling in a lesser crime. That's what it seems like. So they're going back and forth and, you know, they have two alternates.

[00:27:43] But I think by law that you can't just replace this juror and you can't hammer instructions back, keep back on, keep hammering instructions on a jury because that's against the law. Because that could be like intimidating jury. Even a judge can't do it. All he could say, and he said this morning is just, listen, look at my instructions that I instruct you to, you know, the law that and go about your business. But there's going to be a point. They can't keep, the judge can't keep telling this jury to go back and deliberate after so much time. That's it.

[00:28:15] There's going to be all stuff for like even going to be an appellate court. They're going to appeal and stuff. So one person, and it's weird, right? Because you have a juror. If one person does not want to apply reasonable doubt, the law of reasonable doubt. And the judge gave him instructions on that. It wasn't like they didn't have any understanding. And he swore an oath to follow the rule of law and this and that. And this juror is not. All right. Let's play the clip.

[00:28:43] It's going to be, and it's just, if it's a hung jury, it's going to be a shame because a lot of time and money and effort. The fact, your honor, that you're allowing us to be heard in public rather than at the sidebar. The juror, the court has an instruction from the foreperson of that juror that's been working for a week now saying that there's one juror who refuses to listen to the law that you've given him or her on reasonable doubt.

[00:29:07] And I suggest respectfully that the soft instruction that you gave them saying at the sidebar, can you listen to the law as I instruct you, does not focus on the issue. It is the question is not sufficient enough. It does not allow any foundation for a motion to remove the juror who refuses to accept your instructions on the law on reasonable doubt.

[00:29:34] And if we come back here in a half an hour with a mistrial because of a, because of a juror that has just spurned the instructions of this court, it's a shame. It's a real shame. And that's why I object to the court's ruling. I request that we have further inquiry. I request that we, my motion is to remove this juror that refuses to listen to your instruction on reasonable doubt. All right. Colmo. Thank you, Your Honor.

[00:30:03] We have the note from the jury. There's no way to determine what the deliberations are, who's correct, who's incorrect, nor should we attempt to, because that's part of deliberations. I think what Your Honor has done by asking each juror if they're able to follow the law and then giving a general instruction on reasonable doubt is appropriate under Commonwealth v. Ralph. So we do not have an objection to what the questions or the re-instruction. All right.

[00:30:31] Well, I'm sure as parties understand, as they say, the discharge of a deliberating juror is a sensitive undertaking. I was just specifically responding to the specific question that was asked. I don't feel that it is proper for me to side with one side or the other of the deliberations.

[00:30:56] I don't feel it's appropriate for me to say I agree with one juror or 11. At this point, I've asked if they are able to follow my instructions of courting. They swore earlier that they could. They've said at this point that they can. That was specifically addressed towards the specific question. And that's what I'm doing. So the defendant's objection is noted.

[00:31:24] And we will be in recess on this at this time. Thank you. Yeah. Well, I don't think that's going to go smoothly. I think I think the potential for a mistrial is there. I don't know what's going to happen. It's I mean, either that juror is going to come to census and. Change the way in vote with the other 11 or it's just going to be a mistrial.

[00:31:50] Either way, it's I mean, by the end of today, they should have there should be either verdict of a jury verdict or mistrial. You can't keep letting these jurors deliberate. It's it's way past too much time. So my people, you know, some people are saying, though, they're like, oh, look at this case. This guy killed his two kids and they were delivering for, I don't know, not even a day. And there's something else with another woman. But people don't realize there's a lot of mental health involved in this case.

[00:32:17] A lot of testimony from doctors, nurses, a lot of different drugs. So it makes it's more deliberate. It's more intense. Yeah, no doubt. All right. All right. You know, break. I don't know, three months ago, maybe. And she's struggling to get benefits because the conflict hasn't been officially declared a war. She's got three young kids. And, I mean, you know what? I don't even know if Vance really knew that or not. I don't know. But he was like.

[00:38:09] He's like. He just. He didn't try to sugarcoat it. He goes, what? He goes. And he asked Kaylee if you have her private contact info. Please share it with me. And we'll take care of her right after this debriefing. Which is, you know, good. But I'm not sure if it's declared a war. Did they get more benefits money-wise or something? I'm not 100% sure. Do we have any veterans in the audience to know the answer to that?

[00:38:34] Because I was unaware that the benefits were tied to it officially being declared a war. Because you would think that any time an airman or any, you know, military personnel gets killed, whether it's in a training action or otherwise, I thought the benefits were just the benefits. But maybe you get a higher level of benefit. Because I know you get combat pay and this and that. The point is, is that part of it. So if there's a veteran in the audience, I'd love more details on it if anybody knows. But, you know, you look at J.D. Vance, and we're going to play the clip, the way he handled it. What's he saying to everybody? What's he saying?

[00:39:04] We love you. We're grateful for your sacrifice. And he's going to take it very seriously. I love that he didn't spin it, didn't dodge it, didn't circle back. My thing is, are there any other spouses, whether man or woman, whatever, that are struggling that they don't know about? Yeah. And hopefully it gets rectified for not only this lady, but any other military spouses that lost a loved one in this thing when I ran.

[00:39:33] But they say conflict, but, you know, Operation Epic Fury and this and that. I mean, didn't they consider it a war? That would seem like it to me. Let's play a clip. The war says she's having trouble getting some of the benefits that they are, they should have access to because it has not been officially declared a war. Can you and the president personally ensure that the family of Alex Klinner gets all the benefits that they deserve given he died serving the country? Yeah, so what's her name? You said his name is Alex Klinner?

[00:40:02] Yeah, he was an airman who was killed in the plane that went down over West End or Iraq. So what I'd say, Caitlin, is please, if you, especially if you have the private contact information, we will reach out to her directly as soon as this is over and make sure that she gets what she's entitled to. Obviously, you know, our heart breaks for every single person who lost their lives in this operation. And, you know, as much as our heart breaks, I can't possibly fathom a young widow, what she's feeling and dealing with it.

[00:40:30] And so we want to be as helpful as we can and ensure she gets everything that she's entitled to. So we will certainly work that on the back end as soon as that. And my message to her would be, we love you. We're grateful for the sacrifice. And we very much take very seriously our commitment to get you what you need to get. Yeah, she's got three young children. Secondly, in terms of the war and the timeline, given this administration has put timelines out there before, what you just said about no negotiations happening with Iran.

[00:40:58] Will this war be over by the time of the midterm elections? Well, Caitlin, again, I don't I wouldn't call it a war. Right now, there is no active shooting. I reckon I wouldn't call it a war yet. We're bombing the shit out of Iran right now. And Iran was firing missiles at other countries just a day or two ago. I wouldn't call it a war. What would you call that? Yeah. Well, I know it's all semantics because of Congress. I know the framing.

[00:41:28] But Congress has to declare it a war in order. I'm guessing they're not going to get a deal done with Iran. That's not the way Iran. No. They never have operated like that historically. No. And I don't know why Trump deal with Iran. And I don't know why Trump's thinking. All right. He's bringing. He's saying, oh, hopefully the economics, you know, will bring them to their knees and bring them back to the negotiating. There's nothing to negotiate with them. All right. You can. All right. The economics, we can kill them.

[00:41:53] And everybody's starving in the country and the poor people and IGRC are not getting paid, yada, yada. But once if they come to a compromise and all of a sudden they get a little money, they're just going to go back to what they're doing. I agree. They can't be trusted. You can't trust the Ayatollah, the IRGC or the Basij. So got to do what you got to do, man. We said it before. Stop dicking around. Take out Carg Island. Take out the Bitcoin mining. Take out all the roads, you know, on the eastern side of the country. Do what you got to do.

[00:42:23] Take out the bridges, you know, and do what you got to do. The infrastructure. They are doing some things that are pretty subtle. We'll cover here in a minute. I don't like George Soros. I don't like his son. I think they're international terrorists. I don't understand why we're so soft on them when we allow them to continue to run these operations where they fund secretaries of states and AGs and they manipulate and put awful people in positions of power that shouldn't be there. So here's another Soros funded.

[00:42:51] And for you guys out there, you ought to go on to jump into all the feeds for the administration and tell them, when are you going to take out George Soros and his son? These guys are nefarious. I mean, the amount of money they got from USAID and they stole from the American people, 64 NGOs, all funneling money through open society and otherwise. These are awful people. And they've been very clear about what their agenda is. But look, he funded another soft crime prosecutor. And here we go again. So this is a soft on crime disaster.

[00:43:20] Soros backed prosecutor Mary Moriarty left a repeat threatener on the street. Now two neighbors are dead and three cops got shot. So on Wednesday, Carlton Johnson II opened fire inside his downtown high res. Two men are dead. Three Minneapolis officers are wounded. And the far left county attorney who declined to take him off the streets is the same prosecutor that Gateway Pundit has been warning about for years and years and years.

[00:43:51] Carlton Neal Johnson II, 35 years old, opened fire at the Shoreline Plaza Apartments building in downtown Minneapolis. That rampage began outside the building during a child custody exchange. He shot a woman believed to be the mother of his child before shooting two building employees. Johnson then, of course, traveled to the ninth floor where he fatally shot two residents before being killed during an exchange of gunfire with police.

[00:44:20] Now, those Minneapolis officers were struck by gunfire, one in the leg, another twice in the abdomen. A third officer suffered other injuries. Now, they're all expected to recover. They didn't die, but they're not going to be made up in a nutshell for the neighbors. And I, in my opinion, I think this prosecutor should be convicted. I think that this is a problem. When you're soft on crime and that individual goes on to commit more crimes, where does the line in the sand draw? Where does it get involved? And the child involved in the custody exchange wasn't injured.

[00:44:50] Thankfully, I mean, I always like to see that. But, you know, this court record, it was connected to eviction cases. There were months of threatening and erratic behavior from this guy. He'd already assaulted a resident there. I mean, this just goes on and on and on. And it always seems to link back when we have some AG or we have some prosecutor or we have some defense, you know, some attorney that Soros is behind. They always are up to some kind of scumbag behavior.

[00:45:18] So you look at the timeline on this, George. I mean, I don't know how you feel about this, but I'm tired of hearing the Soros name connected to defendants that got an easy ride who go out and then, of course, commit more crimes. And they're already repeat offenders. Prosecutors probably already should have gotten, you know, the career criminal status. But these prosecutors do it. They're soft on crime. They allow it to happen. And our streets aren't safe because of it. Listen, what can we do?

[00:45:48] We could only fight as much as the people in that area that keep voting for them. But like you said, like what we keep allowing Soros to do what they're doing and corrupt. This is what they do. They slowly get involved, get their people in positions in certain areas, and they keep building off it, building off it, building on it. And that's how they finally get to take over. And that's what George Soros and his organization have been slowly doing. I mean, enough's enough. I have an update, though, right now, Lance. Well, let me finish this part.

[00:46:19] So here's the deal. Moriarty also, if you guys remember, there was an administration employee who was in the administration of Tim Walsh and caused about 20,000 in damage by keying multiple Teslas. This is back when all the onslaught was on Tesla. He was caught keying on video. The Teslas had recorded it, an outside camera recorded it. And instead of, you know, giving him a conviction, her office placed him in a diversion program.

[00:46:46] Now, you know, but meanwhile, she has aggressively pursued law enforcement, filing felony charges against ICE agents involved in incidents during federal immigration operations. And I think Minnesotans deserve better. And I think we've got to come up with some laws. We've got to come up with a process here. When these prosecutors put these criminals back on the street because they're soft on crime, I think the warning signs are there. And I think they should be responsible.

[00:47:12] I think these deaths, I think these families should sue this prosecutor civilly, say that she administratively didn't do her job. I know that. And that's the problem with these immunity things where they're doing this and they're saying, oh, well, I've got immunity. You can't do that. This woman should be incarcerated. And George Soros, I'm going to say this, if the administration or anybody's watching from the administration, what are you guys fucking doing? George Soros and his son are scumbags. It is time to take them off the street. Why don't you put them on the international terrorist watch list? They are in many other countries.

[00:47:42] They're not welcome in Russia. They're not welcome in India. There are many countries that have already said, do not come here. Don't let us find you're involved in anything politically here or we're coming after you. But yet here we are, the United States. These guys have a mansion. Soros has got a mansion in upstate Buffalo. Why? Why do we give these guys stats? Why? Because they're funding politicians that people in Congress are getting money from. Enough's enough. Let's take these scumbags. Let's stick them in a deep, dark hole of the Soros. All right, George. All right.

[00:48:11] We have an update in the Lindsay Clancy trial. Yep. So it comes. I have the video. They're going to do a mistrial, but the judge is now delaying, declaring it a mistrial and giving the defense one hour to file an emergency stay to avoid a mistrial. Let me just play the clip. Forgive me for raising this issue.

[00:48:38] I would ask that before you formally declare a mistrial that the court afford us the opportunity to take a 211-3 appeal direct to the Supreme Judicial Court single justice on this issue because of any number of issues that are of concern. I would ask that if you have a mistrial that are of concern, others that have been addressed in the motions, the objections. But I further raise the issue of the American with Disabilities Act.

[00:49:01] I believe that this is a situation where there is a clear and present danger that this individual, for some reason, what it is, we don't know, but is taking a position that's intractable, regardless of proof beyond a reasonable doubt. So I want an opportunity to take an appeal to the single justice if the court will afford us that opportunity. How much time do you need to do that? I'd have it filed today and argue tomorrow.

[00:49:32] Saturday? They would do it on an emergency, yeah. I mean, I can try. So we're going to tell this jury to come back tomorrow? I'm just trying to, you know, the reason I'm asking it, I know, but as they're walking in, you're asking for this. I'm just trying to find out what it is that you're asking for. What I'm asking for is time to file a single justice appeal for this travesty. That's what I'm asking for. So you're asking for an emergency stay at this point? Yes.

[00:50:02] And the jurors don't have to come back tomorrow. They can be told they don't even have to come back if I lose the motion. But if I win the motion, then obviously they would have to come back Tuesday. If you want to go up and petition to the SJC for a stay, I'll give you an hour before we bring the jury back down. I think you could, it's just a request for the stay of the declaration of the mistrial.

[00:50:29] So I'll hold off for an hour and then we'll come back in in regards to that. Okay. All right. All rise. So gracious, the judge, I'll give you an hour. So now he's got to write all this stuff up in an hour. Make sure it's... And go petition them. He's got to go get the stay from upstairs. The judge isn't going to give the stay.

[00:50:55] He's basically saying he's got to go up to the one person adjudicator that's going to offer and say, listen, I need this stay and here's why. So he's got to convince... Wait, he's going to who upstairs? What do you mean upstairs? Yeah, there's a different department when you want to get a stay like this, an emergency stay. Oh, there is? The judge could have said, I'm going to give you the emergency stay till Tuesday. And then he could have filed this paperwork. And then the adjudicator upstairs would look to see if he's willing to say that this is a mistrial based on this information. It's a multi-step deal, but it's ugly.

[00:51:25] Well, and he's rushing... Hold on. You're right about what he said. The defense... Hold on, Lance. The defense doesn't want a mistrial. Of course not. No, he wants to get that jury replaced because that jury's not following the law that they swore an oath to. But he's looking for an emergency stay so that it doesn't turn into a mistrial. But he's got to go up and plead his case. That's correct. Yeah. How do you go plead your case to somebody in an hour when somebody may not know anything about this case or what's going on? No idea. Like, weird.

[00:51:54] It sounds like not necessary. It doesn't seem fair to me. Not that I'm defending Clancy. I just... I don't know. This is a messed up case, and it's going to get more messed up, I'll bet. All right. Let's keep moving because I want to get through these things. Some interesting news coming out of Iran. Allegedly, U.S. just dropped... And again, I only saw this on a couple of sources. I just want to put this out because I thought it was really interesting. This may, in fact, be the discombobulator. U.S. just dropped soft kill electronic warfare into Iran. They just showed a capability that a lot of people didn't know about.

[00:52:24] I guess Blackhawks have been seen with these electronic warfare systems. Now, are they engaging the electronic warfare systems? We haven't been reports yet. But this is basically that system where they can basically, you know, destroy an entire battlefield without firing a single round. And Blackhawks have been identified with this equipment on them. Now, I don't know if they've used the equipment yet. We've got a couple of different reports. Nothing hard sells. So just take this tongue-in-cheek for the minute.

[00:52:52] I don't know whether or not you can count on this 100%. But I wanted to provide it because I have a feeling this may be going in this direction. Play the clip. The most dangerous electronic warfare comes from the disc-shaped objects attached to this Blackhawk helicopter. While the Pentagon hasn't officially disclosed the specific hardware, military experts often call this a soft kill system. So how does it actually work? To understand the weapon, you first have to look at what it did.

[00:53:19] The most likely candidate for a weapon that creates that kind of internal pressure without external sound is a high-power microwave device. It relies on something called the fray effect. The weapon, probably carried by a Chinook or a Blackhawk helicopter, fires a focus beam of pulse microwave energy, not sound waves, that passes right through the skull. These beams are absorbed by the water in the brain tissue and the fluid in the inner ear.

[00:53:46] This energy causes a minuscule rapid heating of the tissue, less than one degree Celsius. But that tiny sudden expansion generates a pressure wave inside the skull. The consequence? The target hears a sound, clicks, buzzing, or roar that originates inside their own head by passing the eardrums entirely. If the frequency is tuned to the resonance of the inner ear, it violently disrupts the body's balance, causing immediate vertigo.

[00:54:13] At higher power levels, that rapid tissue expansion can rupture capillaries, leading to the reported nosebleeds and internal trauma. There is another possibility, a weaponized infrasonic pulse emitter. Instead of a continuous beam, this device would fire high-intensity slugs of low-frequency air pressure below 20 hertz. These waves travel through the body and match the resonant frequency of internal organs like the stomach or lungs.

[00:54:39] High-intensity infrasound can actually cause cavitation, the formation of bubbles in bodily fluids. When those bubbles collapse, they create tiny shockwaves that damage tissue. The target feels an intense vibration in their gut, leading to severe nausea and effectively paralyzing them with pain and sickness. Tactically, the reports suggest U.S. forces use this technology as the ultimate force multiplier.

[00:55:05] The result was that the hundreds of Venezuelan guards mentioned in the reports were fought in a traditional gun battle. They were incapacitated, sick, dizzy, and bleeding long before U.S. troops made contact. This allowed a small team of approximately 20 operators to walk virtually unopposed through a much larger force. Shit. Sorry, no audio, Lance. I had us cut off on the mixer.

[00:55:34] Okay, go ahead. So it's interesting technology. My thought is that, you know, you might be right, George. Maybe they're using it to use it on some of the IRGC, hoping they'll scare them. I don't know that it's been activated, but the Blackhawks have been seen with that equipment on them. We can EMP them and take out their electronics, but they use a discombobulated, like I was saying, like on some soldiers, and they can run back to everybody else. Because that's what happened in Venezuela.

[00:55:58] They were like, and the Venezuelan soldiers said, man, I'm telling any other country, you don't want to go up against us. Yeah. You know what? Use the weapons we have. It's not like it's multi-destructive. They'll survive, but they're going to feel some type of way. We've got to worry about their feelings now. I don't think so. All right, we're going to move on because, you know, this makes no sense, Lance. And you're the legal guy.

[00:56:25] But in Missouri, they put in and they actually won the liberals to stop their new maps. Because remember, they put it to the ballot. They changed it to the law. And they redistricted Missouri. And it was actually tossing out the one Democrat seat. So the Supreme Court in Missouri ruled in favor.

[00:56:51] Now, how can you go back to the old maps when you use the new maps in the primaries? Make that make sense. I don't know how you do this. Yeah. And you know what's crazy? And the Supreme Court in Missouri, they have a majority of freaking Republicans. I mean, this is a constitutional crisis. I'm not sure how you can do that after the primaries already occurred. And if you were going to reinstate the map, it would probably have to be after the election. I have no idea how that can do that. I'm not sure. I don't understand that kind of law that well.

[00:57:21] Well, stated all the state of Missouri, Attorney General Catherine Hannaway, she filed with the SCOTUS, United States Supreme Court, to reinstate the redistricting map. And remember, the people voted on this. So it's not like the language was wrong in the ballot because they would have went after all that. No. People voted. Now they're trying to overturn the will of the people. So Hannity, this is, I'm going to quote A.G. Hannity. A republic if you can keep it. Benjamin Franklin.

[00:57:46] Never before in American history has a court overturned a congressional map after a primary and before a general election. This unprecedented decision clearly violates federal law and has thrust our state into full-fledged constitutional crisis, as Lance was just saying. So they're firing relief from SCOTUS. We'll see what they say. But, you know, everybody wants to start sending out ballots and stuff. Right? Yeah. So, I mean, I'm just trying to think. Everyone wants to send ballots.

[00:58:14] But is everybody cleared through the postal service? What's going on? Here's the clip. I'm playing the clip. This is what they're doing. They're trying to do this last-minute shit. But I'm shocked that Missouri Supreme Court and these red judges. All right, here we go. So, Missouri Supreme Court blocking the state's new congressional map from taking effect in November, despite it being used during the primaries. The state's attorney general vowing to appeal the case to the United States Supreme Court.

[00:58:43] And President Trump calling it a, quote, dark day for justice in Missouri. Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe joins us now. Governor, thanks so much for joining the program. So, what I'm wrestling with is five of the seven justices appointed to the Missouri Supreme Court are Republicans. How did this happen? Yeah, well, good morning, Lawrence. It's actually unprecedented.

[00:59:10] We never thought we would come to a point where Missouri, as to your point, just one month ago today, over 1.2 million Missourians voted on maps that were in front of them. And the courts have now pulled that from under them and said, no, you're not voting on that map. You're going to vote on a different map in November. It astounded everybody. It's literally, I think the president Trump described it exactly right. It's incredible. Our attorney general, Catherine Hannaway, has done a great job.

[00:59:38] Now, she's going to go right to the Supreme Court, as you know. And Missouri should have a chance to vote for the candidates on the maps that they just voted on 30 days ago today. Before I get to the Supreme Court. Well, we're going to find out about that. We won't keep you guys updated because I think they're looking to send ballots out after Labor Day. So now, now the question is, if they had the ballots already made out, now do they got to remake them?

[01:00:08] Think about that. This, this is a freaking mess. What the hell are these fucking Missouri judges thinking? I don't know. Me either. I don't know what the basis for the law. I didn't read the actual ruling, but it doesn't seem to make any sense to me, especially because the people voted on it. I don't know how you can overturn a vote and when the people said, this is what you want. And now you're going to go in and say, oh yeah, but sorry, we're going to change it. I'm not sure. It is a constitutional crisis. I imagine SCOTUS is going to look at it very quickly. I would, out of the gate, not knowing enough, but just, I'm going to go with my gut.

[01:00:38] SCOTUS will overturn them. It'll tell them they can't do that. All right. Andrew Tate under fire again. He has been for a long time. I don't know why he continues to stay in Romania. You know, that's his home base. He wasn't in Romania, bro. They were here and it got locked up over here. Don't you remember? No, I know. But Romania is where they actually live. I'm talking about their home residence and their warehouse and all their cars. Is it Romania? Yeah. It's his own country, but. Andrew, no, he moved there.

[01:01:06] I think probably because they were doing this stuff with, you know, with girls online and everything. And there's lots of gorgeous women in Romania. That's my take. But whatever. Andrew Tate indicted again in Romania for child trafficking and money laundering. Prosecutors have officially brought new charges against Andrew, a bunch for several offenses, money laundering, child trafficking, sexual relations with a minor and witness tampering. And even Tristan Tate also charged with complicity in the aforementioned offenses.

[01:01:32] This is brought by Romania's anti-organized crime agency, DICOT. They were finalized after a lengthy investigations. They say they were they're alleging that the Tates were trafficking minors. They were arrested in Romania in 2022. As you remember, of course, that was the initial human trafficking indictment. That matter was sent to court in 23. But in 24, a Romanian judge said the indictment was unsound and the matter was returned to the prosecutors.

[01:01:57] But, of course, Andrew Tate recruited that he said a 15 year old girl in 2012. The minor was lured into a relationship and later trafficked. She was coerced into posing for pornographic material for online video chat rooms. They called this method, as you guys know, became very well known online. The lover boy system where you manipulate young and professional women into a system of control and exploitation.

[01:02:23] He sold programs and online courses on the lover boy program. And they said they laundered somewhere in the neighborhood of one point two five million. It was done through the purchase of luxury goods, including vehicles. So the DICOT is back into the process. They did it before. They're confiscating four luxury vehicles in Andrew Tate's compound worth approximately 824,000 euro. But the minor charges are 300 pages in this charge.

[01:02:50] You know, again, the Tates have been under fire for a long time. They, of course, have claimed total innocence. And then, of course, I'm going to fly. I don't like it. You don't like the Tates. Yeah, they're arrogant piece of shit. Even with the crypto scams, they're a bunch of scammers. It's not like, listen, even the way he talks about women treats women, they should just hang his ass and I'm done with them. Well, they're facing extradition, as everybody knows, to the UK.

[01:03:19] Now Romania will probably get in line for extra extradition. I don't know how this is all going to pan out for them. It doesn't look good. All right, George, what do you got about flocks? Well, get the flock out of here. A flock salesman tried to sell the city of Sheboygan five years worth of data on traffic speeds and movement captured by the city's flock hammers. But guess what? The city was never told about. Flock, you know, they say, oh, it's only 30 days.

[01:03:47] But it's just showing you that flock controls and stores data without the city's knowledge and for periods well over 30 days. And they've been telling everybody 30 days, right? And this goes against all their public statements and promise about how they handled data. So what's we 30 days? Yeah. I think these flocks are questionable. I think we ought to stop them across nation. It's not that I don't, I'm not soft on crime. I love being able to know things, but they're storing so much data that just I don't believe should be allowed.

[01:04:15] To me, it should require a warrant to track people. I don't like anything that gives the surveillance state more tools. Let's play the clip. Development here. Flock Safety tried to sell traffic data to the city of Sheboygan that had been captured by Sheboygan's own flock cameras. Fox 6 investigator Brian Polson is here with more breaking news about this embattled company known for scanning license plates. You guys remember last week we talked about this, the company that's known for scanning these license plates.

[01:04:43] Well, they covered up city of Sheboygan, covered up, I should say, their flock cameras, said they were working to cancel their contract with the company. Well, now we know why. And the reason for that, Mayor Eric Sorensen telling the Fox 6 investigators earlier this summer, a flock sales rep emailed the city's engineering department offering to sell the city five years worth of data on traffic speeds and movements captured by those flock cameras.

[01:05:06] That means Sheboygan's flock cameras have been tracking your driving speeds and movement patterns, something the city says flock never told them about. Flock, of course, already facing nationwide backlash over officers misusing the data for personal reasons like stalking romantic partners. Chief Zempel said this new level of undisclosed data collection undermines his trust in the system, and he's not alone.

[01:05:30] Yesterday, Kenosha Police Chief Patrick Patton told me Sheboygan's experience is part of the reason Kenosha is moving on from flock as well. If trust is eroded and we have to then sell that trust that we have with a vendor to the community and that's eroded, I can't maintain the trust I need to have. Now, we broke the story yesterday that Kenosha was ditching flock and moving to a competing company called Axon for license plate reading services.

[01:05:58] Just about a half hour ago, the city made a public announcement confirming that move, adding the details on what the city is doing to restrict its license plate data and prevent abuse. That includes a requirement in Kenosha now that all searches done by patrol officers will have to be approved by a supervisor first. And we know this, the cities of Kenosha and Sheboygan both expect to have flock on the agenda for their common council meetings next Tuesday. You know, if they say, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

[01:06:26] How do we know Axon is going to be any better for the city of Sheboygan? We don't right now. And in fact, even the Kenosha Police Chief has told me, we're entering into this contract. We don't know if we'll end up in the same boat with Axon or not. They believe they see reasons to feel more confidence. Number one, the default is that they won't be sharing outside Kenosha unless they actively opt in to share with other departments. With flock, it's the reverse. You shared nationwide unless you opted out. They think that's going to be something that will hopefully work better in terms of some of this abuse they've seen.

[01:06:56] But some of this remains to be seen. And we're going to be talking about this next week, looking deeper into what Axon offers and why some privacy advocates say, well, it may just be trading one vendor for another. That's why this is so complicated because we hear in the public flock, we think that's the camera, that's the whole thing. Flock is the camera, but it's also the company that maintains the data. That's right. And so there's issues. It's really the data that is potentially so dangerous.

[01:07:22] The picture of a license plate is one thing, but storing data on all of these vehicle movements all across the country is where some of these concerns come in. And was it a lie of omission on flock's part? Or did the chief say, what else are you collecting? And they said nothing? Or did they just not reveal to them at the time of the contract? I think that remains to be seen. I've tried to reach out to flock safety to ask these very questions. They have not responded to me for the last couple of days. But I think those are questions we're going to be asking as we go forward. And moving forward, I'd like to know the difference.

[01:07:52] Is there a visible difference between the flock camera or the Axon camera? Like when I'm looking and I see a camera. Slightly. They look very similar. One thing I'll tell you that's different about them is the Axon cameras come built in as a two-in-one camera with live streaming capability. For flock, that was an add-on. They could do the same thing. But so this will now mean not just still photos of cars, but they'll be able to live stream video from those cameras as well from a central communication center.
