[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By Liberty and the Beauty of God. If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

[00:00:33] America, great again. The Big Mig. Good morning and welcome back to The Big Mig Show. I'm your host, Lance Migliaccio, with my co-host, George Valentin. It's Monday morning. It's rise and grind, tip of the spear, edge of the knife. You know how we do it on this show. Of course, it's always about the truth because our plan is to educate and unify the country one episode at a time. George B., you were running and gunning all weekend, man.

[00:01:02] Did you get any rest at all? No, somebody freaking texted me at like 2.20 in the morning. I was just dozing off and it woke me up and couldn't have fully met. Yep, I know. Yeah. You know, I usually assume that you don't have your phone right next to you. You know what happens when you assume? You make an ass out of you and me. Yep. Oh, yep. But, you know, it's funny, though. I always assume that you don't have your phone right next to you. I don't sleep with my phone right next to me because I try to stay away from anything electronic when I'm sleeping.

[00:01:30] I put it a distance away, just like I try to use blackout curtains, you know, try to effectively do that. So I have to keep in mind that you don't do that. So, well, listen, guys, we're happy you're here. Lots going on. Of course, Ilian Omar got raided. Crazy stuff. I don't finally. I mean, listen, let's face it. She clearly committed immigration violation. She broke the law. So maybe there'll be consequences. Maybe we got maybe we got our first arrest. Who knows?

[00:02:00] We'll see what happens. Listen, if you love the show, the easiest thing to do is to smash that follow button, hit a comment, share the live link far and wide. Do whatever you can. Grow your own social media on any of the content we produce. We appreciate it. Don't forget to follow us here on Rumble Locals and YouTube. And, of course, you can follow us on every major podcast platform. Don't go now because you don't want to miss a minute of the show. Got a great show this morning. But, listen, let's give a shout out to one of our sponsors. And we love these guys. We love their product.

[00:02:29] If you missed the intro view, you should go back and watch Dr. Contreras' interview. There's something truly remarkable happening in the world of cancer care, and it's just south of the U.S. border. And since 1963, Oasis of Hope Hospitals in Tijuana has been quietly redefining what's possible for patients facing cancer. Their integrative approach treating the body, mind, and spirit has produced survival outcomes that far exceed standard American hospital averages. And in some case, more than three times higher.

[00:02:58] Now, these numbers are for stage four cancer, but the difference is incredibly striking as compared to American health care. Pancreatic cancer, 25% success rate at Oasis of Hope versus 2% for the American medical industrial complex. Melanoma, 75% versus 24%. Breast cancer, 75% versus 24%. And prostate cancer, 50% versus 28%. And I think that pattern is very clear.

[00:03:26] Patients at Oasis of Hope often live longer than expected. And, of course, at the center of this extraordinary story is Dr. Francisco Contreras, world-renowned oncologist, global speaker, author of 15 books, and medical director leading a compassion team dedicated to giving patients not just treatment but hope. So if you or someone you love is facing cancer, Oasis of Hope offers free Zoom consultations. For anyone who mentions The Big Ming Show, that's free Zoom consultations.

[00:03:56] And you can also get a free copy of Dr. Contreras' most recent book just by mentioning the show. So there's no reason not to do it. You have nothing to lose by exploring your options and getting ahead of the curve. I think an education is the most important thing you can do. So get a copy of Dr. Contreras' book. Don't forget to tell them The Big Ming Show so you get that copy absolutely free. You can do that at OasisofHope.com. Get their phone number. That's right, OasisofHope.com. Go there after the show. Don't go there right now.

[00:04:25] But check them out. Pass it on to your loved ones. Anybody that's looking at cancer at any stage of the game, these are the guys that go to. OasisofHope.com. Great. I have to read. George. Yeah, go ahead. Go ahead, George. I'm going to let you handle the wrist. Mike Schwartz. The Mike Schwartz Show rated us. Make sure you go check his show out. Give him a follow, a like, and share. He's one of ours. He's a friend of ours. You know what I mean. Schwartz-A-Roon. No, he's Mike going to be on this Friday. I think he is. I don't know, Lance. Yeah. Don't know. We don't even know. But it looks like he might be.

[00:04:56] Listen, you probably remember the Doc of Detox. He came on here not too long ago. Great show. And great show. And now we've got his son on. This is the kind of stuff we love on this show. You know that. We want to improve your life for you and your loved ones. Your body is not broken with Dr. Sage Wolf. You know, listen, we're excited he's here. I'm not even going to leave him backstage. Let's get him in here now.

[00:05:22] I'm just so you guys know, he had an emergency. So he's in his car driving, going to the airport. So if it gets a little wacky with the thing, with the stream, it's all right. Sometimes we got to do what we got to do. Welcome to the Big Big Show, Dr. Wolf. How you doing? Thank you guys for having me. Excited to be here. And yeah, apologies to anybody if it's kind of like glitchy on your end here and there. It should be pretty decent most of the way. They're like I'm in West Palm Beach area heading to Miami.

[00:05:52] I just finished a course out in Stewart, Florida. I taught 60. We call them Bravehearts because we are Braveheart Nation. But 60 new students on how to become practitioners in Wolf non-surgical. And we were talking a little bit earlier about like spinal stenosis. Some people struggle with frozen shoulders. Some people struggle with fibroids. Some people struggle with endometriosis. It doesn't really matter. We call it just kind of like issues in our tissues. When our body becomes too acidic,

[00:06:19] there is so many ways to get unhealthy. There's hundreds of thousands of ways to get unhealthy. But there is hundreds of thousands and millions of ways to get healthy. But the first starting point would definitely be like mindset. So we all try to teach people about like getting your mind right. Because 60 to 70 years ago, we used to get into that like sympathetic state like three to four times a month.

[00:06:46] We would get still set off or we would have an adrenaline burst of some sort. But nowadays, because our world is so toxic, our bodies are so hypersensitive. And there is so many negative frequencies. You mentioned it earlier, how you like you're very smart to sleep with your phone, like at least three to five feet away from your head. If that phone is in your bed or sitting at your bedside table, and it's not on airplane mode, or it's not on like do not disturb,

[00:07:13] you're constantly getting hit with these frequencies that are setting off your nervous system. My nervous system is the most important thing to me because I want to try to stay in a parasympathetic state. It's not about that I'm not going to get angry. I'm not going to get sad. But how long do I want to hang out in those emotions for? How long does it take me to get back to baseline and be like, wow, I'm really in control of myself. Some people will have somebody cut you off on the road right now, and they're going to be pissed off for the next four to six hours.

[00:07:43] I don't care if you have a good diet. I don't care if you're mindful of what you put into your body or you're hydrating really well. Your body's not taking it on well because I'm disputing this negative energy of some sort. And that's why I say there's like some like 90-year-olds out there that like smoke a pack a day, turn 12 beers, they've had four different surgeries. And you ask them how they're feeling and they're like, oh, I feel stiff, but like I absolutely love my life.

[00:08:12] And then we have like that 27-year-old who's a triathlete, but has like all these old sensations and feelings of anger and resentment towards his father, brother, mother, his ex-wife, doesn't matter. That kind of stuff is going to hold you back because your body's not able to let go of the emotion that's triggering you to be metabolically off at that point.

[00:08:37] Because we produce either positive hormones for our body that kind of like gently lovingly heal, or you produce negative hormones that can still actually be like used in a beneficial way. Histamine, adrenaline, and cortisol are necessary when I'm trying to lift that car off that person when it was in a rollover, when I'm trying to save a child from a burning building, when I'm trying to run across the field really quick because I want to score that last goal.

[00:09:06] That's totally fine. But the thing is, when somebody cuts you off on the road, and you're choosing to eat that Taco Bell or that crappy sandwich or that seed oil food or the processed meat or processed sugar, and I'm staying in that kind of sympathetic state of being attacked by a tiger, my body's going to burn up my tissues. We all have weak links. God created us, and that's an amazing thing.

[00:09:33] But our physical body is only meant to last so long. Yes, there are studies where we lasted two, three, five, seven hundred, nine hundred years old way back in the Bible. But nowadays, it's like where you're lucky to make it. And we are lucky to make it to 70 and 80 because there is drastic things that can happen in your life. But we are lucky. And just for the audience, I don't want to cut you off there, Dr. Wolf. I just want to give people so. You're a doctor of natural medicine, a doctor of indigenous medicine,

[00:10:02] a certified Wolf non-surgical master trainer, certified health consultant, and the author of the Wolf non-surgical DHN University Training Medal. This is the primary author. And you've got 17 years of professional experience. So I want to give the audience that. And can you kind of talk about that sympathetic emotional state, that empathy that happens with people? And maybe explain to them because they may not really know what that means. I know what it means, but I'd like you to share that with the audience. Most definitely.

[00:10:31] So we have two states that we live in, either a parasympathetic state or a sympathetic state. Most of the time, we are nowadays in a sympathetic state because I look at something on my phone and that pisses me off. I'm not hydrating well enough. We are all way too burnt out of minerals. So our bodies and our organs are having to work harder than they need to. And so then that puts me into that sympathetic state.

[00:10:57] When you're in a sympathetic state, your body releases negative, positive. And that's histamine, adrenaline, and cortisol. And so that sympathetic state is always, we call it the fight or flight. So it's like that fight, flight, freeze, and just attack response. It's very necessary, but not with how we live nowadays. And then the parasympathetic state is the state of truly being in a present moment.

[00:11:25] And that is the only state that you can really heal it. Because when you're in a parasympathetic state, you're releasing our positive hormones that I was talking about. And that's dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins. So that's kind of like my daily, and we call it like our daily dose. That's the acronym that it stands for. So it's like, are you getting your loving chemicals of your daily dose every day? So I can get my daily dose by going for a walk, being in nature, getting sunlight,

[00:11:55] playing with dogs, playing with animals, dancing, listening to music. Everything that makes you feel like bits of joy, bits of peace, bits of bliss, you're producing dopamine, you're producing oxytocin, you're producing serotonin and endorphins. But a lot of this stuff actually gets created in our gut. And so 80% of this gets created in our gut. And a lot of people, so you've probably heard about it, and they call it your vagus nerve.

[00:12:22] Your vagus nerve's second name would be like the wandering nerve. The wandering nerve is connected to everything in your body, and that puts you in a parasympathetic state. And I love hopping on podcasts and teaching people about this, because people are always like, oh, my vagus nerve is off, my neck, my neck, my neck. The vagus nerve is a 10-lane highway. It has eight lanes coming up from the intestine, and two lanes actually only going down.

[00:12:47] And so we are communicating eight times before I get twice communication from my brain. So if you're like, wow, I'm freaking out and da-da-da, you have not been paying attention to your body. And it's called body talk, a thing that not a lot of people understand anymore. It's like that itchy rectum, the drooling, the snoring in your sleep, the irritability, the itchy ears, the dry eyes, the stomach aches in the morning,

[00:13:15] the eczema, the psoriasis, the frozen shoulder, the working out and feeling so freaking sore the next day that you got hit by a truck. This is showing that your body's in a super acidic state. And acid is also NK in the body, depending on the place it's in. But we are way too acidic with too much lactic and uric acid, burning up our tissues, causing my body to want to protect itself.

[00:13:41] And so then our body steals our calcium from our bones to buffer down inflammation that I'm dealing with at that time being, wherever it's kind of going rampant. If it's your shoulder, if it's your spleen, if it's your brain. So it just depends on your weakest links. You know, you have an interesting perspective just for the audience. You used to be a professional gymnast. And I know you've probably experienced the body's, you know, extraordinary capabilities. And the consequences of pushing it past its limits.

[00:14:12] I've been notorious for doing that. Yeah. In all honesty. Contractor. We all are. Yeah. And I used to teach a lot of combat sports techniques, close quarter battle techniques to different groups. Blackwater USA, United Defense, Halliburton. Wow. I did five years of my technique. I'd love to learn from you. Yeah. Well, jujitsu is great. It's great martial art. I focused and I studied a lot of different martial arts because I felt like each art had techniques or beneficial.

[00:14:41] I was doing it, of course, before UFC and MMA. And then I got early involved with that. I knew the Gracies. So when they first came out, I was at UFC one and two. And I was actually at the Gracies corner. I was over hanging out with them the whole time. And I got to know a lot of different athletes all from around the world. The early combat sports guys, Gerard Gourdeau, you know, Ken Shamrock, Bass Routin, you name it. You know, Obaki and even Dan Severn. Wow. Some of the early guys.

[00:15:10] But I was older, already kind of passed what would be the prime for UFC. And I had some injuries. You know, I've got my shoulders. It's funny you mentioned shoulders so many times. You know, I have a problem with my shoulders simply because I've worn out a lot of the cartilage. So I've got, you know, I've got some arthritis. And I've done a lot of things for it. I had it cleaned out. But I don't want to get shoulder replacement. I keep hoping that the... We want to clean that out, though, because the thing is, like, even when doctors say it's bone on bone. Yeah.

[00:15:38] Every single surgeon I've ever talked to, and I've talked to a lot of surgeons, because I had to dive into this stuff. And I've had surgery on my body in itself, but in emergency care. Yeah. So... It's interesting. I've been using peptides currently. BPC 157, the Wolverine stack, hoping that some of that stuff will help. And maybe you have mixed feelings about that. But let's talk about your first-hand experience. Let's talk about the communicating and the compensating rather than simply broken.

[00:16:08] I'd like to hear more about that. And I'm sure people in the audience, George has had issues. He had a knee replacement, you know, from playing football in his younger years. And, of course, you know, we compensate. You know, I catch myself. I'm at the gym. I'm back in the gym hard and heavy now. I've always pushed, you know, a lot of weight over the years. I took a break longer than I should have simply because I was dealing with the pain of that. I figured out how to work past that. You know, I've done some things I'm not happy about. I'd like to be able to heal my soldier naturally.

[00:16:37] And I don't think I have the knowledge to do so, although I've been reading tons of stuff. Let's talk about that communication, that compensation versus broken. Because everybody assumes, oh, this is unfixable. We all think, okay, well, maybe it's just older age. Can we dive into that a little bit for the audience? Because I know we've had plenty of people in the audience tell us, oh, I've got this issue in my knee or my shoulder or my elbow.

[00:16:57] Yeah, so as we're talking about, like, when doctors say it's bone on bone. Yeah. If you go in there to do the replacement, you'll find dehydrated cartilage. So if you dehydrated something, why the hell could I not rehydrate it? And so with our body really saying,

[00:17:25] the person needs two tablespoons of salt to dip. Just fumic, fallback, good ormous minerals from somewhere. I don't know if you're in a bad zone. I might be in a little bad zone. Is it better now? Yeah, it is. We got you back. Yeah, you got a little better there. Go ahead. Am I back? Yes, you are.

[00:17:51] So when we dehydrate something, there's no reason that you can't rehydrate it. Even if you go get beef jerky from the store and chew on beef jerky for a long time, it starts to get soft and malleable. Same thing with our tissue that's going on. And so when our tissue gets super dehydrated over time through lack of mineralization, constant micro tears, your body is going to store excess lactic and uric acid in the area.

[00:18:20] That's okay to a degree. But then when we release histamine, adrenaline, and cortisol, and I'm living in that fight or flight state, it binds that lactic and uric acid to more of like a crystalline structure. That crystalline structure we call crystallization. When it builds up too much, and it grows around, and you're like, oh, you're like, you're feeling through your bicep, or you're pushing through your trapezius muscle along, then working through the top of my shoulder. And I'm like, I feel soft tissue, but then it goes really hard. It feels like there's like a mass within that.

[00:18:50] You've knotted up so much toxicity and fibrous tissue from your muscle tissue, constantly doing micro tears. It's like if I asked you to contract your hand for two hours, and then move it freely, it's going to feel pretty stagnant. When you sit in a chair for too long, you get up, you feel stiff. So if we're not hydrating properly, we're constantly staying a little too stagnant, because we do not move our bodies like we used to. And then we're burning ourselves up internally, because I'm on too much blue light EMF. My diet is a little off.

[00:19:19] I'm taking too much processed sugar or carbs. And it takes that tissue and it puts like, it's like your body wants to heal these areas. So it'll steal calcium from your surrounding bones in the area. Like it's like if I break a bone, when you break a bone, that bone is technically going to be stronger where it broke than from before. But your body is going to steal calcium from the surrounding bones in the area to help heal it. Your body is going to do that when you go even to the gym,

[00:19:48] and you cause lots of micro tears doing a chest day. It's going to do that when you lift something, and you tweak your back out, and you're sitting on your knees for too long, and there's stagnation, because your bones have circulation coming through it. So if I'm not activating these areas, and I'm not actually getting proper mineralization into my body, I'm not hydrating my tissue. And tendons and ligaments will always dehydrate before muscle belly does. So if you have a muscle tear in an area,

[00:20:15] or if you feel like your muscle is very like kind of atrophied and tight, I know that the joint, so the tendons and ligaments in the area are going to be shot. And tendons and ligaments will attach muscle to bone and bone to bone. Yeah, it's interesting because much of what you described there. Now, I'm pretty good about hydrating every morning. I take a drink that's got BCAAs and vitamin C. Salt's your best friend. Salt's your best friend. I take salt and potassium. In fact, it's sitting right here.

[00:20:45] This is the drink I do every day, first thing in the morning. And of course, I try to stay extremely hydrated. You don't always know that. Now, the fight or flight response, I probably had tons of that years ago, because I was in kinetic events, combat events, and I was providing diplomatic security and facility security and chaining teams. And I was on different ops in 41 different countries. And during that period, I'm sure that my adrenaline and cortisol were my best friends.

[00:21:14] I'm sure that it might happen with me a lot, but I'm not the only one that's dealt with things like that. Mine might be more extreme. And I've always tried to take care of myself. I always try to eat correctly. I don't, first of all, I don't really like sugar. I'm not a sweet tooth guy. I'm more a salty, crunchy kind of guy, if I'm going to have any kind of a cheat. But every carb has to do a sugar. Yeah. So I try to stay away from, you know, I try to stay away from the refined carbs. I've tried to always focus on complex. So I think my intake has been pretty good in general, even when I've traveled,

[00:21:44] lots of protein and lots of vegetables and fruit. And I stay away from... Well, remember as humans, we don't need protein. We need amino acids. Correct. Yeah, that's correct. So tell me this. So for the people in the audience, the people that are dealing on a daily basis, what are some of the biggest, you know, central message, mistakes that people make on a daily basis? Because one of the things we like to do with this show is give them things they can apply immediately, not only, you know,

[00:22:12] getting engaged with you guys at the Dock of Detox and maybe learning at a higher level what they should do. What are some of the things you see consistently, the mistakes that people make over and over and over again that's a pattern with the average person, not somebody maybe that's been through what I've been through? Mistakes people make over and over again is like putting themselves on the back. Life is more important than their health.

[00:22:42] Yeah. That's the front runner because right now our life comes at us now so fast and that's super amazing. It's amazing I can hop on a podcast with you right now and teach all these shit. It's amazing I can go to the airport and I can book flights and I can send money across the world and I can travel and I can do this. But you live so fast nowadays. Now we want constant progression, constant more, more, more. And the more we want, the more we're trying to do that, the more we're burning ourselves out because guess what?

[00:23:11] I'm not in the present moment. I'm always excited for my next vacation. I'm trying to do my next fast. I'm trying to get to my next bodybuilding competition. I'm trying to do my next goal. And it's like, when the hell have you been in the present moment with yourself and your family and just like at peace for the past while? You haven't. So a lot of us, and I am so subject to doing it all the time. I live out of a suitcase. I travel for work. But you got to give yourself that grace to heal.

[00:23:41] So if you don't have an hour to an hour, put you into a parasitic date to really make sure you're healing, I'm not saying just go for that run and really push it all out. I'm saying like, can you just do some breath work? Can you get back into nature? Can you hydrate really well? Because all these really big, small things are so important in our day lives now because now it's so fast. It's in your face. Let me ask you this. Can you share maybe,

[00:24:11] because of course you guys have seen thousands of patients. I know your dad has just seen so many and he's helped so many people change their lives. Let's talk about, let's share one concrete example, maybe where the conic pain, things like limited mobility or declining function turned out to be a signal that was related maybe to lifestyle, compensation patterns, gut health or something else and how addressing that root message led to real recovery. Give us a specific example, maybe something recently you've dealt with

[00:24:39] so that the audience can kind of compare it to their own life and say, you know, and I agree with the present thing. It's difficult. In our job, the difficulty George and I struggle with is that we have to look through vast amounts of social media and news information, you know, domestically and internationally because we're trying to create a very current summary of what's going on so that the audience can come to us for the information. Of course, we also try to provide, provide a truthful message. I myself struggle with getting too entrenched

[00:25:09] in what I'm doing and I have to really, I try to keep an overview, you know, I try to look at it as if I'm looking at a terrarium, but it's not easy and a lot of people don't cope with social media or the signals they're getting around them. So give us a concrete example of somebody specifically maybe you dealt with recently, maybe it was frozen shoulder or something else. Let's talk about something like that. I'll give you what I did this morning before I left. So, this gentleman had a surgery on his neck.

[00:25:38] I was happy about six years ago, he was one of the first gentlemen to go through this surgery. He broke his neck so they had a vertebrae in his spine. They crushed up his vertebrae and put some weird calcium minerals in there with it and then they dropped it into like pretty much like a chicken wire stitch that's wrapped around his spinal cord and ever since then he's been struggling with major migraines and it's been about six years but it's been about four years of like pretty chronic migraines and right at his brainstem insertion but all along the incision and there was so much scar tissue but right at the brainstem insertion

[00:26:08] there was like a little calcium deposit and so we have this thing called cell sonic regeneration that breaks up gallstones. It was invented to break up gallstones and kidney stones in a non-invasive way so you don't have to go in for surgery and so what are gallstones and kidney stones made up of? Calcium and so I did a little bit of cell sonic regeneration right there pulsed it out and then I did about 45 minutes of Wolf non-surgical all along his occipital ridge opening up the brainstem insertion right at C1 and then as soon as I finished immediately his migraine went like no migraines and

[00:26:39] I because my the reason why I'm here is also because I have master practitioners who I've trained I've trained 2200 students around the world over the past 10 years and out of those 2200 students about 100 of them have different clinics in different states different countries different areas so I was working on one of her local clientele and I just told the guy come back three to five times because it's also muscle memory your body gets used to certain things and so over time you don't realize you can't your neck is that bad

[00:27:08] until you can't shoulder check and you're like whoa that hurts and so then it's like frozen everybody that's where I say people really suck with body talk and being in tune with themselves it's never a big deal because I can take that's where the medical system is really dangerous where you can and not even just the medical system like you can smoke weed you can drink alcohol you can take a prescription drug you can take an Advil to just numb things out but it's like a house on fire going unchecked you're not getting to the root cause of the issue

[00:27:38] we're not dealing with what is internally burning up what is internally nearing some assistance pain is your freaking friend it is a GPS it's telling you to wake up and pay attention to me in this area something is going on but most people try to shut it up and then it becomes the thing that needs to be cut out and so anytime I have like a weird issue going on a tweak in my knee a little issues in my sinuses I'm on top of it now and I am so excited to go through the waves of whatever my body

[00:28:08] does need to heal because by the end of it you're stronger for it anyways you have an immunity to it your body becomes tougher yeah it's like people like right now because there's so many sicknesses coming into winter everybody's getting all the coughs and they're all running for antibiotics and it's insane it's like if you go get some decent essential oils start doing some diffusing in your room at night you really hydrate get some cayenne pepper in your water some lemon and honey

[00:28:37] maybe get into a sauna if you got a sauna make sure you're getting your minerals in as I keep saying and then like oh wow it's super inexpensive the store buy a nebulizer $40 for a freaking nebulizer you can nebulize totally different things colloidal silver 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide fulvic nano eye drops fulvic combination this kind of infinite iodine all this kind of stuff is going to pick up stuff and it comes from nature it comes from

[00:29:06] what like nature makes I will take if it's getting made in a lab and compressed into a pill that kind of freaks me out but if it's like some powders and some herbs I know that this stuff does heal it's been healing for centuries 3,000 years ago they were doing enemas with camel bladders and cow bladders so it's really not that big of a deal to kind of go back to nature you know I actually drink a tea with turmeric cayenne

[00:29:36] lemon and honey that I do throughout the day and I use a DMSO nasal saline spray I do a lot of those kind of things because I know that they've solved a lot of issues for me George has got like a stellar immune system he almost never gets sick even though he's exposed especially when he's working down at the his father's his uncle's catering business he comes in contact with hundreds and hundreds of people when he's down there and he's you know George you might just touch on that for a minute

[00:30:06] but George has some stuff that he doesn't realize like we take field of greens and we use different products that we try to not of course I try to keep up with my minerals what's let's talk about minerals we have a question from the chat for the doc yeah let's go yeah let me see where person goes I have a question does eating the exact same thing every day damage your body eventually yes because we need a biodiversity the thing is if you're somebody though who struggles with like crazy leaky gut

[00:30:36] and SIBO symptoms and all that kind of stuff you might need to go onto a mono diet at the beginning but generally I say fruit fasting on a certain couple certain fruits like like melons a watermelon fast for a while just to kind of clean out the host in the stomach get your tight junctures working a little bit better that's mostly ideal but once I start to be like I

[00:31:18] a of plant one seed at a time can't throw plenty different seeds all near each other they'll intertangle you won't get proper growth so maybe describe for the audience what what if you were going to describe a day of good eating you know the meals and what you would try to focus on and then turn that into a week share that with the audience of what they should be

[00:31:45] trying to do and it's difficult look we're all in a rush i try to steam my vegetables i don't boil them and i try to vary those my mom has uh has diabetes so i've and i've done a really good job of getting her diabetes where she's taking less and less insulin her health's better she's 93 but when she was living on her own she did a lot of this pre-prepared when i would take her grocery shopping i didn't say a whole lot because she was pretty much set in her way she's not anymore she's

[00:32:10] really changed quite a bit i would look at the cart and think oh my god look at this cart look what's in here you know and i would try to just nudge her in certain directions but she's gotten better now describe a day and a week of good eating what does that look like a quality day the most mindful day is first thing in the morning you should always hydrate it should always be about hydration and your liquid should be anywhere from warm to hot it's really hard to get dried egg yolk

[00:32:37] off of a plate with cold water same thing with our intestines so my liquids are warm to hot the hotter the better but just tolerate what you can having some like lemon some salt some a little bit of honey not first thing in the morning is not best but like if you really want it go for it and cayenne pepper great that's like a good burnout so we kind of get things activated cleaning up so hydration i generally before you even put coffee in because most people go for a coffee i try to say get a liter of

[00:33:06] water into you before we put acid in i need to buffer that acidity down sweet i hydrated great you're somebody who really needs to eat for early and break fast because breakfast is breaking your fast and women should generally fast for anywhere for 14 to 16 hours a day for intermittent fasting and men can do 17 to 20 and that is like 5 6 o'clock at night best

[00:33:31] it depends on your bedtime and depends on the lifestyle of the person but if you're going to bed around 11 o'clock i need a three hour window prior to you going to bed no food for three hours but it's like oh my gosh but i'm so hungry you can have a piece of fruit i'm okay with that it is not going to keep you up all night digesting you have a little bit of grapes you have an apple you have a like i wouldn't do a

[00:33:58] banana or like a mango or my heavier fruits right before bed but you want to do a little bit of the hydrating fruits like and you're like i'm so hungry and you eat before bed strawberries raspberries blueberries go for it that's like that's an okay thing but generally starting my day with foods i either go pieces of fruit or juice or a light smoothie because i want to get my digestive tract my enzymes up my heaviest meal of the day should be around late like mid lunch like later lunch should be my

[00:34:27] heaviest meal so if you're gonna eat meat i highly recommend picking your days of the week that you eat meat you don't do it every day because one meal of meat a day slows the endothelial system down by 27 that is scientifically proven doesn't matter what you say so that is restricting your arterial flow by 27 just from one meal of meat so just a couple days out of the week i try to restrict my meat intake i like meat myself but i try to make sure it's really high quality and i don't do swine

[00:34:57] because pigs don't sweat that is why the meat tastes delicious it is where we got to draw the line right there doc you can't you can't don't go against the bacon no sorry i have a question i'm gonna i'm gonna take you off that now you're not gonna see what i said it tastes great it is not the best for you out of all meats it's the worst for you because pigs do not have sweat glands scientifically proven

[00:35:21] check it out i love a blt does it mean it's beneficial for me no but i'm mindful about this stuff brother and so like but the thing is when i eat that blt i'm not like this pig is killing me i'm like when i eat that chocolate bar when i have that pizza i'm like this is so delicious and my body's gonna take this on better than anything because the very first stage of digestion is called the

[00:35:48] cephalic phase so if i'm not sitting and that's why praying and grace is so important it's not to be oh thank you god for this food it's to be present in the moment thank you for my family thank you for my health thank you for being able to eat thank you for all of it but i'm present i'm right here i'm so excited i'm grateful and then i get to actually digest properly or no i look at my phone and i'm pissed off with the news and what's going on with the government or what all they said and

[00:36:15] then i go to eat good luck digesting that salad i don't care if you're eating healthy there's stuff that's in fruits and veggies that protect them from predators eating them outside right same thing that's going to happen to you because you're not going to digest it properly now and those little irritants will irritate you because i didn't have a good mindset properly so i don't care what you do eat it is all a personal choice i care about your mentality first but a perfect day

[00:36:42] lifestyle is definitely living off fresh and raw being more fresh and raw than you can if you can't digest raw vegetables well slightly steamed lightly grilled is okay we never want to char anything if you start to boil it you're gonna lose some of the nutrient value all right question somebody said why not honey first thing first thing in the morning is going to be an insulin spike i don't want an insulin spike right off the bat i want like if i'm getting any insulin spike it's going to be

[00:37:10] from a piece of fruit right off the bat not direct honey okay i would almost recommend monk fruit more than that like monk fruit sugar yeah and i i try to use monk fruit when i can as a sweetener i'm not a very sweet guy so i drink my coffee black my tea i don't add it what would you say you're pretty sweet yeah yeah exactly george is gonna take a break lance no sugar at all i'm probably the the salty crusty one

[00:37:39] of the group wait what'd you say about me i said you're you're innately sweet oh yeah all right so let's talk about the wolf non-surgical method for a minute yeah let's go into that and i'm gonna be arriving at the airport in about four minutes boys so let's talk about is you kind of talk about it's described as this distinct from typical a massage or conventional body work you you use a specialized elbow technique to restore blood lymph and vitality uh by restructuring chest you rather than just

[00:38:08] breaking things up and what makes this approach different in in in its practice and maybe why do you say it can reverse underlying causes of many muscular skeletal and scar tissue issues without surgery let's talk about that well for one other than i have like maybe three clients that ended up going for hip surgery but other than that from shoulder surgeries elbows wrist jaw hips knees i've never had a

[00:38:35] client book for surgery that ended up going uh i actually just was in st louis missouri i worked on this girl she had her surgery eight days from when she saw me there was only one time she saw me i worked on her hip and she had the confidence that she could heal it herself so generally with body work you go in you touch the whole body or whatever they kind of go in do some trigger point they do a little bit of

[00:38:58] rolfing they flick the tissue i go in and i'll spend an hour on a wrist and hand i'll spend an hour on a neck i'll spend an hour on your low back or your si joint or your ischial tuberosity or wherever i feel that the issue is kind of originating and going from its origin to an insertion i generally focus on the joints because that's where the tendons ligaments attach at that's where we're gonna be having the most dehydration even if you have atrophy in your tissue i know if i start at the joint

[00:39:28] you're going to feel a lot better but i will strip eventually but you got to come through a muscle belly issue when it's a full tear or something like that but i go in with my elbow and i lovingly 45 degree angle the scar tissue and fibrous tissue and the calcification that i feel built up and we pull the tissues apart and it has to be really done in a proper way like certain techniques within our technique from like shaving scaling

[00:39:56] pinpoint uh the phalange and as we're doing these things as i'm coming around curvatures of bones as i'm coming off a bone ledge or into a bone ledge i'm playing my angles i'm pivoting and we're opening this tissue up on such 45 degree angles and it's not about just opening the tissue up it's about putting the client in the right state afterwards that they're going to hydrate properly they're going to do some proper exercises for that for that general area because we don't just i don't just remove scar tissue

[00:40:22] i remove the toxins that built up within that tissue so your lymphatic system has to deal with that crap so your lymphatic system only moves in three ways sweating peeing and pooing and then you have to rehydrate that tissue by doing some good stuff for it and the body heals itself the body wants to truly heal given the right environment you know you've taught such a wide range of people you know teenagers parents retirees trainers massage therapists nurses chiropractors medical doctors and even oncologists

[00:40:52] what do you find when it comes to conventional practitioners what do they most often discover or maybe even rethink when they learn this hands-on perspective what's the biggest change you see in those uh let's talk about the professional side what's the what's the kind of epiphany they go wow this is such a big difference to what i'm used to it really depends on the person because like a lot of the nurse practitioners kind of like a lot of nurses see a lot of the negative stuff within that

[00:41:19] realm and so that's why they kind of come and start to i'm more into i don't even like saying it's like natural or the holistic way but whatever it's the way that we do it and so they kind of like kind of lean more into this because they've seen a lot of the negative results that have happened because a lot of people have had family members that have had really traumatic experiences from the medical system and so in that general sense other than that i really it was really cool because i worked on the

[00:41:48] with this guy who he's a plastic surgeon he makes tons of money and after i did this other than emergency care he only focuses on doing like wolf non-surgical and all this kind of stuff unless he's doing like an emergency plastic surgery where like somebody gets attacked by a dog and something like that you know so it's a big change but the thing is there is some people out there the world is run by

[00:42:13] a large evil entity good will prevail but there is a large evil entity out there that is running a big part of this world and there is some negative people trying to feed off of are suffering and so all we try to teach is kind of taking your power back and learning to know that if you get your body in the right environment you get away from the negative

[00:42:40] feelings and sensations that you're kind of going through on a daily basis you put proper nutrients in you hydrate properly and you start getting good sunlight moving that body as much as you possibly can because movement is life you will heal you know let's give the audience you know i know you don't have a ton of time left let's give the audience some of the practical daily steps that kind of help restore you know the gut dysfunction poor mineral balance you know and how they can improve their

[00:43:08] dehydration give me some some tips here on what they could do starting today immediately which of course in turn so maybe that goal i recommend people doing the clapping because like i take i tell them to go to the pdg free guide because it's literally the perfect day book that you guys got sent to you but it's online for free and so in there i recommend everybody doing tell them where to go here at doc start off with the url where can they find the url is pdgfree.com okay go ahead

[00:43:39] pdgfree.com yeah and so that's going to give you get you to the perfect day guide i highly recommend looking at belly button therapy and clapping because clapping and belly button therapy you can do it just with your hands and it is so amazing that you can go in you can move around some of your intestinal organs because things start to stick together and we want to get that peristalsis which is a snake moving that's what your organs are doing to get waste out so we're getting that kind

[00:44:05] of moving by getting our hands in there pulling some of the adhesions apart finding the softer areas the harder areas the areas that give me more sensitivity and it shows wow maybe that organs a little angry then clapping my lymph meridians from my armpits my elbows my groin my neck my behind my knees my large lymph meridians where it's my auxiliary lymph nodes clapping those to get some pump going and then hydration is the easiest thing i highly recommend just go buy a big bag of quality

[00:44:33] salt which means like if you just search up on amazon on google third party lab tested pure salt pink himalayan baja gold um what's the last one caltech all that kind of stuff is really good just make sure it's third party lab tested because if you're getting third party lab tested pure salt they remove the crap from it and now you're getting a salt with anywhere between 60 to 80 minerals in it and if i'm

[00:44:58] getting anywhere from three to six teaspoons a day you are going to start to see such beautiful changes start slow it doesn't need to be salty water but start to salt your water because everybody is severely severely dehydrated nowadays your tissue needs to pull the water into it but because that's what's where your cells have your tissues have cells in it your cells are made up of 97 water your body 72

[00:45:24] water my body is pulling that into my tissue to get it into the cell wall so super duper important there make sure you're and it's really weird when a train goes in a tunnel and doesn't come out the other side so if you're eating two three five meals a day and you're having one bowel movement that's that's alarming so you have some waste that is stagnant in your bowel you need to do some colon cleansing you need to get some really good fiber getting in you to really move that waste out so get on a fruit diet or

[00:45:51] take like a daily cleansing tea of some sort and that's kind of like the stuff i would start with and first thing though before you start anything in the morning wash your mouth out and spit out that gross bacteria because most of you probably don't sleep with mouth tape so then you go and then i drink water first thing in the morning all this disgusting stuff sends right down into my stomach even though if i have good stomach acid or not that great a stomach acid it's setting off

[00:46:15] the microbiome would you recommend mouth tape for people i do i do recommend mouth tape for people but i don't do it every night i would probably do it three to four nights a week because it is not a natural thing you know and one of the things i've gotten in the habit of doing is i keep a glass of salted water next to the sink and if i have to get up to pee i will actually rinse my mouth make sure

[00:46:40] that i don't swallow when i get up and i'll so smart so smart and i do that because early on i heard a lot of people talking about the stuff that accumulates in your mouth and i i have a tendency i've broken my nose several times so my my nose is uh you know not as great functionally as maybe it is of course i try to do things to calm down the tissue and like i said i use dmso and saline spray uh i use a neti pot try to clean out that that material that develops in there yeah that that that has made a big difference

[00:47:09] for me that salted water i feel like it may remember all these because they're canals like our nose our mouth our ears our eyes they're all canals it's a breeding ground for bad bacteria but a lot of this does come from our like our gut and our lungs that's what creates the sucus interesting yeah so you know how much more time do you have doc what are we looking i'm at the airport so i got a jet out of here probably in the next like minute all right let's let's go ahead and get the shameless

[00:47:35] plug-in where people can follow you where they can get more information you gave them the free guide but mention it again because we like to be yeah so all the free stuff i highly recommend because people have facebook snapchat instagram go learn some cool stuff because we created an app that's free and it's all on there so it's called bhnapp.com that'll bring you to either samsung or on iphone but i would download that out it shows you where all our practitioners are that i've trained around the

[00:48:05] world shows you other people that are on their healing journey shows you the fasting journeys everything that you can kind of do for yourself it's in there the healing guides check it out so the pdg uh pdgfree.com is going to be the perfect day guide and then bhnapp.com is going to be our app if you're ever interested in learning at really what we do go to braveheartnationuniversity.com and your social media and your dad's social media share that also so people can follow you

[00:48:34] there i saw you on x i followed you back from both of our account my accounts and i think george has already followed you also okay so yeah it should be on x to be dr sage wolf and then dr dot daryl wolf is the one for facebook and instagram as well that's going to be dr dot daryl wolf is going to be the biggest one on facebook you'll see like that's like half a million or a million followers or something

[00:49:01] that's the one that i would be checking out because everything kind of gets posted up there but then if you want to kind of go into other stuff we post up our telegram on there because some of daryl's censored stuff that we're not allowed to talk about gets posted on that and i think it's t dot m e at doc of detox all right well listen thanks for joining us go catch your flight we appreciate you and your father let's reconnect uh yeah text text me though so i can

[00:49:30] get you guys going on the product protocol and then we'll do another one of these in the near future because i got some time coming up in the next like two weeks where it'll be a little slower for me you gotta be you gotta be a stationary place not in the car though 100 yeah i'll be in mexico in my studio all right sounds good we appreciate you thanks very much for joining us man get to it we'll uh we'll talk to you in a couple of weeks have a safe flight guys have a great one god bless so much

[00:49:57] god bless all right well a lot of free stuff there get that app get that free guide you know make a difference in you and your loved ones lives that's for sure you got the books yeah and let me tell you something having that stuff you know you got to be proactive not reactive you heard the information there about hydration these are simple steps guys we want to improve your life that's what

[00:50:21] the show is about you know we do a variety show we try to do kind of a rogan slash sean ryan we mix it up because we want you guys to be well rounded but health is one of our big pushes here on this show of course uh why we do the rest of it so these guys are great we're going to be doing some stuff where george and i they sent us a cleansing kit and we haven't touched it george and i with the plan that we want to you know kind of get the the early review of where we're at as our baseline and then we're

[00:50:47] going to take the cleansing kit and we're going to share that information directly with you that's what we were talking about uh talking to dr wolf at backstage we want to take the next steps for that and then you guys can decide if you want to do the cleansing kit this isn't a promo they're not a sponsor of the show we're doing this because we want to improve the health of you and your loved ones that's what oasis of hope.com is all about that's what bringing uh you know all these different

[00:51:12] experts in the the homeopathic and the uh you know the the alternative medicine ideology because listen all of us get pushed they want to give us vaccines they want to do surgeries they never want to look at maybe what the possibilities are to think outside the box because that's not how they make their money in the medical industrial complex so hopefully you guys enjoy that that's some time george it's kind of a big story man federal agents just rated uh you know far left

[00:51:41] ilian omar's washington dc home in a pre-dawn operation i wonder if they called cnn in advance like they did to roger stone do we get some shots of uh ilian omar dressed in her uh underwear well it's funny you should say that because as of right now we just got an update um federal hsi agents are currently dragging evidence out of her house her dc home into vehicles i have video i don't know

[00:52:10] what's on it but yeah let's go let's go show this is fox is this from talk to the videotape hold on this happened a little bit shortly after six o'clock this morning here at congresswoman omar's home in washington dc it's unclear if she's home at this time it does not appear so because we've been out here for uh several hours now uh after this happened you can see on scene behind me uh there are several investigators from homeland security investigations i'm going to back out of the way uh

[00:52:37] homeland security investigations they go by uh hsi they are on scene also told that doj involved in this investigation we don't have details guys specifically about what the investigation entails but we can report that it is a federal criminal investigation i want to read a statement from a doj spokesperson it says quote today in the washington dc area homeland security investigations

[00:53:01] executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the department of justice this enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal criminal investigation again we are out here at the congresswoman's home in washington dc no public comments from her at this time but agents have been out here for several hours fairly quiet on the street today uh on this columbus day here in washington

[00:53:26] dc a couple of uh agents outside going in and out of the home but not a real strong presence uh but still no comment from the congresswoman at this time but we can confirm she is under federal criminal investigation i do want to add one more thing if i can guys a judge did have to sign off on this search warrant this is not something doj or homeland security could just do ad hoc uh this is something a federal judge would have had to sign off on uh for them behind me to be here today guys so so david

[00:53:55] we're reaching out to our sources one of our sources is telling us this is in connection with a rico investigation my question is since they've raided the dc home is minnesota being raided at the same time right now or do we know yeah we have no information on minnesota it's a question we've asked nothing at this time uh we obviously know she lives in minnesota she may presumably be there right

[00:54:19] now that could be part of the investigation uh but as far as the dc angle of this we just know the dc home right now is part of this investigation you know i'm i'm shocked that they even did this right before the midterms because they'll they'll cry wolf that you're interfering with elections and stuff because already uh mainstream media is already you know trying to run cover and freaking out over this

[00:54:44] like oh my god you know let's face it we've seen the evidence online it sure is very compelling i know they're only allegations at this time but the immigration fraud this is also linked i'm told to uh the early immigration paperwork that was filled out by her parents so she supposedly came here you know from a refugee camp in kenya and she was 12 years old when they first entered the country in 95

[00:55:11] but you know homan told us you remember tom homan he talked about that no one was above a law and that uh denaturalization remains possible in proven cases of immigration fraud i think she committed immigration fraud at least when it comes to her brother i don't know how you marry your brother uh and and and that those are steps that are part of this criminal investigation but i remember omar just previously dismissed the probe she told reporters that homan had been saying some dumb

[00:55:38] shit and i quote that's what she said saying some dumb shit and denying she was even under investigation or had been contacted by authorities so i guess she didn't know what the frick she was talking about george as usual when does she ever know what she's talking about i mean listen fuck it support her ass and anybody else that's with her i'm sure there's a lot more people we can find in congress we could

[00:56:02] deport too or just make them disappear all right we're gonna get huh no go ahead no no yeah well listen department of homeland security uh secretary mark wayne mullen did tell benny johnson during an interview on thursday night that ilian omar did indeed marry her brother and that she could be deported so i don't think you know none of this was really hidden i think they said about it publicly

[00:56:28] and i guess you know if you if you violate the laws of the united states we've said it on the show there should be consequences regardless of who you are of course our congressional members and many agents within our own government have operated as if they're a different class of citizen that somehow the u.s statutes don't apply to them i think this is a wake-up call um and at the end of the day i hope they go after many more individuals that have violated the laws in the united states not just people for

[00:56:57] illegal immigration i mean i don't know what's going on with adam schiff and his mortgage fraud allegations we haven't seen anything about that we still haven't seen leticia james get charged um so here we are so right well hold on so james tallarico the dude running for senate yeah where did he go in texas he was gone for i don't know what 12 days 14 days disappeared in a mental health

[00:57:20] facility so well first he says he went to urgent care had the flu went home then he did another interview where he said he went to his private doctor this and that a lot of flip-flopping around typical politician now it turns out that he allegedly was in some kind of mental institution i listen it's not looking good not looking good for the old freak of rico and you can see like i can understand the mental part institution because you know he believes there's this many genders

[00:57:50] god's not binary binary you know all kinds of dumb shit so i mean listen chalk him up with all the other delusional freaking liberals yeah just don't vote for him health prices all right well elon musk is making waves in a good way i think for everybody uh and of course he's already had an impact it looks like he's going to have a cell phone company it looks like he's going to be using his satellite network he bought the final piece the other day you tell me he bought spectrum correct george or quantum

[00:58:18] uh i think it was spectrum he was buying so t-mobile at&t share prices plummeted as musk made his moves to shake up the industry spacex announced that they will acquire technology that will allow them to challenge phone carriers across the united states with satellite based service which you can imagine with the uh with the uh the satellite uh infrastructure that musk has the

[00:58:47] service would probably be amazing you wouldn't have any dead spots he's saying they say that the starlink's mobile global two gigahertz it says mid-band spectrum will provide high bandwidth capacity united states and they're saying this new low band spectrum will provide a coverage layer that ensures starlink's mobile signal penetrates through obstacles like walls and so listen

[00:59:11] if it's going to run off towers and all the satellites if he i hope he comes in with a cheap price for service well he had previously been an outspoken uh critic a lot of these early discussions he had have been posting people are sharing them now where he talked about how they sell your data and that he felt like the security infrastructure of regular cell phone companies was not good that your

[00:59:39] that your information was being accessed in a way that was really criminal and then if he ever did go down this uh this road that he would provide a network that was most secure and would not be reselling your data which could be a massive move because let's face it if they're selling your data you should get paid for it that's what it's all about but they don't do that they sell it and you don't benefit in any

[01:00:01] way they just pass through the price but man t-mobile at&t 11 decline 7 7.4 respectfully people took a stock hit i don't know elon musk has done everything so well that if he's going into the cell phone business i'll vocally say out loud that i would buy one of his phones especially if it was more secure i don't like them reselling my data i don't like the lack of security some people think signal is

[01:00:27] secure and it's not uh nothing secure they have access to everything and they're doing it over and over again without warrants invading your privacy the federal government is doing it regularly through all their agencies because they don't give a shit because there is no consequences for them eavesdropping illegally without a warrant george if elon musk came out with a phone that was more secure and of course we we assume that the technology he would use he's talked about making a cell phone that wouldn't use well

[01:00:55] uh outside let me finish this uh any kind of international uh uh internal parts or chips we know that eric prince has his company unplugged and i think elon musk would be looking at something similar would you switch carriers george yourself um well wait if all right if if the service was good and it's a lot better price and i'm going to just say i'm going to stay i'm staying with my my

[01:01:25] iphone right now yeah definitely switch if he comes out with a phone i would wait to make sure the phone's working correctly that it does what he says it's going to do before i just switch phones because i like look i use mac computers i like my iphone because everything's all connected and messaging and everything yeah yeah it syncs nice and i just like it yeah no i understand like when i'm on a show right now running running production software but you would switch carriers happily to an elon musk

[01:01:53] carrier sure why not because you know the service it should be better with spectrum um cell towers and then all the um satellites he has this would skip the cell towers he's saying no cell towers it would be straight they would use the spectrum technology within his satellite network what the fuck's he need a spectrum technology then for i don't know whatever piece that provides he's going to pay eight billion dollars why would he need it for them why would he i don't know well that's what he's doing

[01:02:22] he's spending eight billion dollars to acquire it from a hedge fund i'm pretty sure though you're going to use the towers too uh actually in this article that you provided here it actually says he's going to skip the cell towers and that's the second or third time i've seen that he would not be using cell towers hmm yeah so basically so then so okay tower infrastructure so then use cell phone service

[01:02:48] from space so right now i know my phone will work off a satellite for emergency like texting if there's no cell towers the question is will all these other phones like iphones um google phones all this you know androids not sure would they work right strictly off this um satellite and then there's a case where i think where elon will come out with his phone where you have to

[01:03:12] get his phone which is now i won't be happy well we'll see maybe he'll make it so it syncs perfectly with mac computers i don't know hopefully he'll look at those situations because you're you're i know you're a very no dude it's the operating systems no apple's not gonna let him do that well we'll see because they want people to buy the iphone i'll cross my fingers i gotta believe that if elon musk makes a phone it's going to be a very high-tech piece of equipment i look forward to the

[01:03:39] competition i look forward to maybe better privacy across the board and i don't want him to sell my data and if you're going to sell my data then freaking pay me pay me for it don't charge me for the phones don't charge me for the service all that should be comp since you're selling the data for so damn much money all right well listen we're out of time for today but so it's not so much him telling the data it's the apps you use that sell data so you're still going to get your phone carriers

[01:04:07] sell your data also though yeah but a lot of the apps do so if you still get his phone hold on you're still going to download all these freaking apps question is will is it will he be able with that phone stop it or somehow i don't know i don't know interesting observation though right yeah all right listen guys love the show easiest thing to do before you leave uh hit that thumbs up or comment button let us know we're going to tell you about some uh go over to the big mig uh account the big
