[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By Liberty and the Beautiful. If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

[00:00:33] America Great Again The Big Mig Well, good morning and welcome back to The Big Mig Show. I'm your host, Lance Miliaccio, with my co-host, my ride or die, my boy, George Valentin. What's going on with your shirt? What does it say there? Order chaos. Yeah, I'm going with chaos. All right. Well, listen, of course, you know what this is all about.

[00:01:01] It's always about tip of the spear on this show because we're planning to educate and unify the country one episode at a time. Nobody's safe. We only go for what's good for the country, good for the American people. Everybody else can suck it because that's how we roll on this show. Of course, it's Friday. It's the weekend coming up for you guys. Hopefully people have great plans with your family, your loved ones. Listen, if you love the show, the easiest way to say thank you is to follow us. [00:01:31] We need all the follows and support we can get. We need all the shares. We can get comments. You know how that is. The algos all look at all that. So anything you can do to help us. It's great. If you do a paid subscription, it's five bucks a month. That recurring billing really helps out the show. So we appreciate those. We love doing it for you guys and we love being here. So George B, you had an early day today. Had to handle some family stuff. How are you doing?

[00:02:01] Oh, I've been up since like 5 a.m. Working off three hours sleep again, two nights in a row. It's fucking great. I'm going, man. I'm like the Energizer Bunny sometimes. That's it. Yeah, I like it. All right. Do your thing. If you'd like to sponsor the show, hit us up at info at the big big dot com. In the meantime, if you've got anybody in your family struggling with cancer or any friends, make sure you pass this information on something truly remarkable is happening in the world of cancer care.

[00:02:28] And this is just south of the U.S. border and a top notch facility. Since 1963, Oasis of Hope hospitals in Tijuana have been quietly redefining what's possible for patients facing late stage cancer. Of course, their integrative approach treating the body, mind and spirit has produced survival outcomes that far exceeds standard American hospital averages. In some cases, three times higher and more than three times higher.

[00:02:57] Now, this is for stage four cancers. Just listen to these numbers. And I think the difference is really striking. The pattern is clear. Here, patients at Oasis of Hope often live longer than expected.

[00:03:24] And at the center of this extraordinary story is Dr. Francisco Contreras. He'll be coming on the show later in the month for his intro view. Guys definitely want to be for that. He's going to be passing on a lot of cancer tips. And he's a world-renowned oncologist, author of 15 books, and medical director at Oasis of Hope, leading a compassionate team dedicated to giving patients not just treatment, but hope. So if you or someone you love is facing cancer, Oasis of Hope offers free Zoom consultations

Pass it on to anybody you know that's struggling with cancer at any stage. Oasisofhope.com. George B., we're going to be joined by the Schwartz Arena. There he is.

[00:04:23] Schwartz Arena. What's up, bro? Still trying to get over whatever the hell this is, but powering through it. Did you get your test back? No, it goes out overnight. The lab got it this morning. I'll probably have the results back about 4 p.m., so I won't know what to live after the show. What do you think? What's your gut telling you? Is it COVID? I think it's COVID only because the smell and taste in my, like this weird olfactory, like it smells like cardboard. So, and that's reminiscent of the first, the second time I had it.

[00:04:53] But then I'm also getting these massive headaches, which is the number one symptom and sign of COVID because it has to do with hemoglobin uptake issues. And I've had a headache for like three days. Advil doesn't do it. It's just annoying more than anything. But I feel, you know, I'm run down, tired. It is what it is. I just don't want to get anybody sick that could get sick if I gave it to them. What are you going to get sick? You're on a, you're on a, you're on your remote. I could get, you could get sick. You're close enough to me in New Jersey. Actually, no, sir. Nope. I am immune.

[00:05:24] You're where? I'm immune. I don't get sick. No, you're immune. That's about, that's about all. I'll make up a new word. Just immune, M-U-N-E. You're definitely immune. You know, I went to your chat and said I was going to take it easy on you because you weren't feeling well. Now you're just done fucked up. Whatever. Okay, George. I'm not as scared, George. You're feeling some type of way today. I see that. I'm not as scared, George. What kind of meds did you take? I'm not taking any meds. I can't tell. You're all fucked up in the head right now.

[00:05:51] Taking my vitamin C, D, zinc, all that fun stuff. Oh, good. Did Lance, did Lance see our, our trip to New York video? Did he even see that? No, you never gave it to me. Well, it was on our show. All you got to do is go, if you, see, now I know he doesn't watch the show because I played it twice. I showed him the one of a retard eating fucking buffalo wings with a knife. No, no. I was, I was the other retard in New York on C. Anel Street. That was a big guy trying to buy a watch.

[00:06:19] Did I tell you we've got a new sponsor, Taylor Ham? Yeah, that's fine. And that, that is a true sponsor. They are a company that made, they make pork roll. I don't know if you know that or not. All right. Well, listen, we appreciate you guys being here today. Of course, if you're not following Dr. Michael Schwartz, you'll get more of this for a full hour. He's on before us. It's a great way. Well, you won't get this type of camaraderie because he's by himself, you know. Did you say camaraderie? Comradery. Comradery.

[00:06:49] George is trying to leave out syllables today and vowels. It's the fucking Jersey accent. That's what we do. All right. Well, here's the deal. So, Mike Schwartz is on right before us. So, it's a great way to get two hours of this kind of banter. You might as well go get over there. Give him a follow. I should have, right? I should have came on his show this morning and fucking did a double whammy. You could have done the morning. But you never invite us in the morning show. We're only worthy of the night show. You know, we're not worthy enough. I don't do guests in the morning. Well, you fucking make an exception. You have done guests in the morning sometimes. I've seen them. Rarely.

[00:07:19] I, so? You know, my audience doesn't want, they don't want to hear everybody else's gibberish in the morning and mispronunciations, taking vowels out of places that consonants are supposed to be. No, they don't want to hear that nonsense. I beg to differ. All right. Is it just me or is this absolutely the biggest piece of shit Congress we've ever had? Hold on. Weekend at McConnell's, bro. Oh, I'm definitely going to that. But I just got to ask this question to both of you guys just to warm things up.

[00:07:47] Is this the biggest piece of shit Congress we've ever had since we've, since at least the three individuals on this show have been alive? No. Are you sure? The congressional side is doing okay, pretty good. It's the Senate side. So it's the biggest piece of shit Senate we have ever had. I put them down as a team. I feel like. You can't though. That's like saying you're an asshole doesn't mean I'm an asshole because we're a team. Yeah, but you are an asshole. So that's already been determined. But here's the deal.

[00:08:16] Mike, you're in the middle. You're definitely an asshole sandwich. 700 bills stalled in the U.S. Senate. I mean, wow. All right. So Mitch McConnell, you guys have seen him. I think he's a meat puppet at this point. I don't really know why the hell he's still there. This is this. He is the poster child along with Dianne Feinstein, who's dead now. But they were the poster child for term limits. We got a new video of him. They just came. We just got this. It was leaked. Weekend at Mitch's.

[00:08:45] Senator McConnell. All right. Senator Hoven. Yep. Weekend at Mitch's because that's about what we're getting. And honest to God, you guys, is it just me? I mean, why do these decrepit people, why are they so obsessed with power? Is it just the greed? I mean, why can't we get them the hell out of there at a normal age? I mean, I think we need age limits, too. Am I right? We know the obvious.

[00:09:15] But I said I've been saying this on my show for the longest time. Like if Mitch McConnell had retired, I don't know, 15, 20 years ago, we'd all be going, oh, did you hear what happened to poor Mitch? Remember him? He was great. And because he overstayed his welcome. Now we're like, get the F out. You know, we're tired of this crap. But that's the first thing that you're right. I thought about Dianne Feinstein when I saw him in the wheelchair. I'm like, we literally and we do this everywhere, by the way. This isn't just limited to the United States Senator of Congress. We do this in Ocean County, New Jersey.

[00:09:43] We've had people that have died and then have won the election after they've died because we just we I guess we have nobody better in Ocean County, New Jersey and nobody better in these people's states to put anybody else there because they have so much seniority and that brings so much more to the table. I'm tired of hearing the argument. I'm a firm believer in term limits. And these guys are the poster children, him and Feinstein, for those term limits. Mike, I mean, George, what do you think? Term limits?

[00:10:11] I mean, Osterchild, Mike said it best right there. What more do you need? The dude has to be told how to vote. First of all, he can barely make it in if he's even breathing. Even if that's even McConnell, it could be a body double. We don't know. They did it for Biden. You never know. Anyways, he has to be told how to vote. So we I mean, you see it live on TV. But then, look, you have everybody in that room cosigning that bullshit. Both sides of the aisle are cosigning it. Yeah. Uniparty.

[00:10:40] You would think you would think the Democrats would be hot on that. Oh, look, he can't even vote. They had to tell him. But they didn't. That's how you know it's a big uniparty because they didn't say nothing. They wouldn't be attacking him because he's not running for reelection. So they might use that as fuel to the fire for their Democratic candidate in Kentucky. But they're not. And that should say it all right there. Here's an interesting question. Has anybody like McConnell ever died in the halls of Congress? Have they just croaked right in the middle of it?

[00:11:10] I kind of wonder if that's ever happened. I don't remember the story. In the history of the country, probably. Right. You would have to think maybe somewhere along the line. When I saw him in the wheelchair, given the, you know, the two fingers up, the victory sign, all I could think of is like, this is what's running the country. You know, and I get it. Donald Trump's in charge. But he's a senior leader in the Senate for the Republican Party. This is what's running a multi-trillion dollar enterprise where we're worried about, you know, international threats.

[00:11:39] We got AI going on. This guy doesn't even know what day it is. And we're asking him to vote on AI bills. I mean, seriously, like this really has to stop. But it's not going to. For the first time in history, I thought with this president, we'd have a chance at at least pushing a vote on term limits. But I mean, God, we're a year and a half into this administration and I am losing hope day by day. Well, I got to throw this on the table. And I really don't know the answer to this. Maybe somebody in the audience does. So if you're in the chat, you know the answer to this. What do you think?

[00:12:09] Because we've got the same issue, in my opinion, in the judiciary. What do you think real true mental decline happens? Now, Donald Trump seems to be an exception. Donald Trump's older, but yet he seems to still be on the ball. I don't see a lot of I don't see a lot of mind slips in his case, maybe because he never drank. He's never really you know, he's never smoked. He's lived a clean life as far as what he's put into his body, at least as far as we know. What do you think? I mean, do you think that 75, 72, 73?

[00:12:38] Because you have to look back even at the SCOTUS. How old is George? What? How old is George? George, I don't know how old George is. That's classified. Or whatever George's age is. I can tell you this. Lance is older, smart ass. Okay, keep going. I am older. So, but here's the deal. Yeah, here's the deal. Here's my concern. When does the cognitive decline start to really kick in?

[00:13:08] Because again, I thought Ginsburg should have been out of the SCOTUS way ahead of when she was. I don't think these judges, I think that they, I think that really they start to fumble. Because I've seen the rulings of the older ones and I don't always agree that their experience allows them. A lot of times it's cut and paste what they're submitting anyway from older rulings. But my point is, what do you guys think? What do you think the age limit? I think there should be term limits and age limits. Any comment? Anybody? Anybody?

[00:13:35] I mean, we could solve that, I guess, if you had some kind of cognitive test or something. Because, you know, I hate to say, like, there are certain people that have a lot of experience in life that have, you know, gone out, created jobs, run businesses. And they might happen to be 65, 70, and they want to run for office. And you go, you know what? I'd put that person there. Because I know they have a lot of good, you know, context that they could bring to the office. So I don't know if there should necessarily be an age limit. But I do believe in term, I think term limits itself would solve a lot of these problems.

[00:14:04] I mean, half the people we're talking about, how long has Mitch McConnell been there? I think, I would say term limit and the age limit, though. Well, here's the deal. If we gave cognitive tests, they would cheat. I mean, they cheated everything. I don't think that they would have some internal group do the cognitive test and say, yeah, Mitch just passed it with flying colors. Wait a minute. Somebody just pointed in the chat and he's right. Thanks, too big for bike. They gave Biden a cognitive test and they said he passed. Yeah, right.

[00:14:31] Well, I'm throwing something out there. Mitch McConnell's been in office for 41 years. 41. And his wife's a Chinese CCP spy. Go figure that. So what do you think? A max of four terms? Three terms. What is that? I proposed in the book for Senate, two terms. That's 12 years. And for Congress, six terms. That's also 12 years as the max. Wait, what? How many terms for, say it again? I'm sorry. In Congress, I proposed three terms.

[00:15:02] Six years in Congress, two terms in the Senate for a total of 12 years. Your math was off. All right. No, I'm just, sorry, George. I got the COVID. I don't know. You're a mental decline. Mine started when I got on the show. That's speculation. You do not know if you have the vid. You're right. All right? So stop speculating. I got something. You're absolutely right. You're 100% right. How's Kelly? Is she okay? She's fine right now. But she told me yesterday she started to get a tickle in her throat. And don't you take that in the wrong direction. No, I would never. I would never disrespect Kelly like that. Come on.

[00:15:31] But I proposed two terms. You all day. Two terms and three terms. And what I also proposed in my book was to grandfather them in. Because everybody's biggest argument about it not happening is they'll never vote for it because they're going to vote themselves out of a job. So grandfather everybody in. That way they leave through attrition. And in 40 years when the last person who was grandfathered into this thing will finally leave Congress, at least the next generation will have a better start than we did. Can we add something to it too? Can we be that?

[00:15:59] Anybody who wants to be a congressman or senator has to be a U.S. born citizen. Do we have that? I mean, you have that for president. I mean, why not? Sure. All right. So what do you guys think about this 700 bills stalled in the Senate? You know, the House is out, right? They're out till after the midterms. I guess trying to get votes is what George's opinion is. I just feel like they get more vacation days than they deserve. Yeah, but Mike Johnson said.

[00:16:28] The other American gets as many days as they do. Speaker Johnson said he will bring back the House back in the session within 48 hours if they get anything done in the Senate. So. Okay. Okay. They're out campaigning right now. This is what they call district time and they do it everywhere. The Senate just came back on the 14th and they can't even pass the damn Sunshine Protection Act. So I don't expect much to get done in this session. But everybody else right now gets district time because they have to go and campaign.

[00:16:55] But this is part of the problem and why we keep talking about term limits. Nobody's ever really working for the American people. They're constantly campaigning. And I had that guy on the show. I hope you get him on, Dr. Drew Miller. He was talking about what other countries do better than ours. Like China has like a seed vault. They have, you know, their infrastructure is hardened. So, you know, we have a weak grid. We have a weakness where if something were to happen, we're screwed. And all these people, part of the issue, what he was saying is Congress because they're not running on, they're running on sexy issues.

[00:17:23] So doing a seed vault or spending money to harden the power grid so we don't, you know, fail is not a sexy issue for them. And so the system is kind of set up when you realize all these weaknesses that are built in for it. These guys don't really do anything for the country. They're constantly doing something for themselves. So the whole system really needs a little bit of a change. And I don't think it's going to happen in our lifetime. Well, here's my opinion, and I'd like to hear from the chat if you guys agree. I think that the reason the Senate is doing it, it's intentional.

[00:17:52] And the reason they're doing it is they don't really want to pass any relevant law that the administration would get credit for, especially before the midterms. I think they've intentionally been dragging ass so that none of the things that might be good, like the Ratepayer Protection Act or any of the other bills that are sitting there, that they want to pass those. Because then, of course, the administration would get the attaboy. Congress would have done their job. Do you guys think it's intentional?

[00:18:21] Because I feel like it's an intentional fomented plot. Well, I mean, it's pretty much almost 99% vote no for anything for Trump from the Democrats. But they can get the Sunshine Act passed. That's something. They could if they wanted to. I know. We got six weeks. I'm not turning my clocks back in protest. You have what senator is it in the Republican side that's voting no on it?

[00:18:51] Is it? What the hell is his name? Oh, shit. Is he from Kentucky? No. I'm on a freaking stand. Well, the House has passed 900 bills, and the Senate has stalled 700 of them. Those are some great numbers. All right, let's play the clip from your boy here, Johnson. It's one of the most productive in history. In this House, as I mentioned the stats, we passed over 900 bills.

[00:19:22] Over 700 of them are parked in the Senate right now. Okay, so if the other chamber, if the Democrats in the Senate will do anything meaningful and contribute any votes at all for bipartisan wins for the country, like we just did with the Ratepayer Protection Act, if they will process those bills and send them over, the House can do meaningful work. In the meantime, it feels very much like we're spinning our wheels.

[00:19:45] Our incumbents here, who are now candidates, need to be in their districts working with their constituents right now, working on the issues that matter to them, and telling the story about how productive we have been. Now, I said we're on a 48-hour notice of return. If the Senate moves any of this big legislation that we have parked in the hopper over there, I will gleefully bring everybody right back here, and we'll start passing those bills and getting them to the President's test.

[00:20:41] I hope that that happens. We were playing that clip. But Tom Cotton is the most outspoken opponent. He personally blocked it. He said, I therefore oppose the Sunshine Protection Act and will always oppose any effort to adopt daylight savings time year-round. John Thune, as you know, is the Senate Majority Leader. He voted against it in committee. So that tells you pretty much all you need to know. The other ones are Mike Rounds from South Dakota and Shelley Moore from West Virginia. And there's a growing number of Democrats now that are against this. Well, we have daylight savings time for eight months out of the year.

[00:21:09] But for four months, we're going to make you suffer. You know, like it's the majority of the year we have daylight savings time. And then, of course, they can't even – a simple, stupid thing like this. We can't – and the House was overwhelmingly in favor of it. But I have zero confidence that Congress can really do anything because, you know, they have all got some stupid issue they want to position and set themselves up for. You know, I'll go here with you on that if you'll go with me on it. I just – our system is really – they say it's the best in the world.

[00:21:39] But maybe the aliens are coming down looking at Mitch McConnell going, this is your leader? Like, you know, the whole thing is just a giant disaster. You know, each state should just implement their own rules and not change the clocks. Arizona, they don't change their clocks. I think – It would be very confusing. I mean, okay. But, you know, or we could just as individuals. I'm not going to turn my clock back. So I'm going to start my show at 11, right, which is I think when you guys air. So we'll be on competing. That's how we'll do it. I'm just going to refuse –

[00:22:09] You're not competent. Sorry. Refuse to turn my clocks back. All right, well, here's a prime example. The Senate Democrats just blocked the legislation that would have helped ensure AI data centers pay their own electricity rather than pass the costs onto Americans. Of course, Trump has backed this. He wants to see the data centers pay that foot their own bill. So the House passed this 417 to 3 last night. But the Senate – no.

[00:22:37] Senate Houston, we've got the clip. You're going to hear right from them about the objections and why they're objecting. And you really think about it. Why do they want to pass the electricity bill on to Americans versus having these businesses, these data centers, pay their own bill? Seems like – just seems like pretty obvious that that should be an easy yes. Why do they keep stopping things? Well, probably because Trump is supporting this bill. He doesn't want Americans to pay for the electricity for data centers. But that's what the Democrats are doing. They don't give a shit about you.

[00:23:07] They don't give a shit about your families. They don't give a shit about anything if it's something that Donald Trump supports. They just want to keep – you need to block, block, block, whether it's good for America and good for the country. What if Trump doesn't support it though, Lance? What if he's calculated that if he comes out for something, the other side is going to push back? And really he wants what they're pushing back on, and he's smart enough to realize – Could be intentional. I mean, I don't know. I mean, he's a big proponent of AI. He really wants to get this moving forward.

[00:23:36] And for obvious reasons, we don't want to be second best to China or anybody else. But if you're correct, I mean, look, logically it makes sense to the American people. Nobody wants to pay for other people's shit. So it's like, okay. And my electric bills in New Jersey, I mentioned on the radio show, they're up like 30% in just the last year or two. So mine are two here in Colorado, and they just got approved for another increase. They're just increasing and increasing and increasing. And they're not making any infrastructure changes.

[00:24:03] Like they're not trying to do anything to assist in lowering the cost. They just want to increase the cost and not come up with any solutions. They just want more money. Accel Energy is my company here. All right. Let's play the clip, and then, George, you jump in and tell me what are your thoughts? Because it seems like just more of the same bullshit. Democrats don't give a shit about the country or the people. For everybody, what just happened? If we had passed my colleague from Ohio's bill, the one that he spent enormous amount of time writing,

[00:24:33] the bill that he spent enormous time lobbying support in the House of Representatives, all we had to do was not have an objection from a Democrat senator. That bill would become law today. And taxpayers all over America, electricity users all over this country would have seen immediate relief. We would have advanced the ball. The term do nothing Congress exists for a reason. We absolutely accomplished that right now.

[00:25:03] We did nothing here in the Senate because, again, of Democrat obstruction. This bill would have done something that's not nothing. So I applaud my colleague from Ohio for putting the work in, for having a massive bipartisan win. And by the way, just on policy alone, comparing two solutions, the last thing we need is a new federal interconnection queue to make Google pay for a transformer.

[00:25:30] My colleague from Ohio's bill would have actually required a deposit before steel is in the ground for a new data center. The other would have required a FERC NOPR. Look that up. It's a bunch of bureaucratic nonsense. What you saw now is just over and over again, Democrat obstruction after Democrat obstruction, so they could just put up another TV ad to say that electricity prices are high so that they can win an election.

[00:25:58] Instead, the victim of all this is the taxpayer of the United States of America who's going to see electricity prices continue to go up because we could have passed a law to solve it. Instead, it's more games after more games. Like the American people, I'm sick of it. And I know they are. And for that reason, I object. The objection is heard. Senator from Ohio. Thank you, Mr. President. I would just say this.

[00:26:26] I accept the gentleman from New Mexico's concerns about whether legislation goes – I accept the gentleman's – what's that? Okay. Mr. President, could I ask for additional time? One minute. Is there objection? Without objection? Okay. In one minute, let me just say this.

[00:26:54] The reason that I'm proposing that we pass this piece of legislation is because it passed the House, 417 to 3. If the gentleman from New Mexico's provision had passed the House, 417 to 3, he would have every right to stand up and ask that we do this. But before we leave here, we ought to do something on a matter that the American people have asked us to do something. You know, look at it.

[00:27:24] They could have had some governance on AI making them pay for the important stuff. But now they have nothing. I mean, they're just retarded. This whole Senate is a joke. They're going to be a big part of why we lose control. Yep. Absolutely. 100%. Because the American people had at least MAGA people, America First people. We had expectations about what we were going to do. We had control of all three houses here, the two houses and, of course, the White House.

[00:27:53] And we can't get shit done. Even something like as simple as this where the overwhelming – when do you see a vote in the Congress, in the House of Representatives, come out 417 to 3 or whatever the hell it was? 417 to 3. I mean, that's crazy. You never see that. That tells you – I mean, this is a no-brainer of an issue because you've got to have no brain to be in Congress half the time to vote for shit because stuff that makes sense is just logic. It's right in front of your face.

[00:28:19] So to have the Senate do this is just a snub at everybody else. But we are in control of the Senate regardless of what everybody thinks. And I get the – we're not a filibuster-proof Senate, but we could have done the nuclear option and gotten away with that. John Thune is a weak leader. You've got weak people in the Senate. Thank God you've got other people like the good Bernie. That's what they call Bernie Moreno, the good Bernie in the Senate as opposed to Bernie Sanders. Thank God you've got people like him standing up and telling everybody the truth. But this gets glazed over. Nothing will ever get fixed.

[00:28:47] We're going to be writing the same book and doing the exact same show in 20 years. And that's the horrible part about it because if we don't 1776 this bitch, we're stuck. I have to tell you that I'm kind of surprised at some point that somebody like Moreno or somebody else hasn't just started cursing the Democrats out so it would go viral. I know you're not supposed to curse on the Senate, but I think that if I was there, I would just go ballistic about it. Could you guys be any bigger scumbags than you are?

[00:29:17] Honestly, talk about political manipulation and holding the U.S. population hostage through your behavior. You guys are nothing but a bunch of fucking assholes. And I hope to God the American public sees you for the scumbags you are. So I would literally go off in there. I know it would go viral. My constituents, if I was voted in, would know that I was like that anyway because I'd be running the halls of the Senate like a gangster. I'd be rolling deep. I'd be bumping into people. They would not like me. They would probably sanction me.

[00:29:46] But I would make their lives miserable for the term I was there. I'd probably be a one-term senator. They would do everything they could to get me out of there. But I would be vicious to these lowlifes because the truth of the matter is they don't give a shit about any of us. And that's the horrible part, that they're so focused on the manipulation of power through their behavior that they don't care about the consequences for our families, for our loved ones. They don't give a shit.

[00:30:13] They just want to maintain power, abuse the system, steal, use USAID, foundations, super PACs, NGOs, steal, make themselves, feel the rich at the detriment to us. And I got to tell you that the truth of the matter is I hope that Trump pulls the nuclear option. I've got my fingers crossed, you know, hope for the best, expect the worst, that he calls the National Emergency Act. And we finally see some consequences for these jackasses because you're right, Mike.

[00:30:41] We could be doing the same show in 40 years talking about this. And the American people ought to wake up. And I'm telling you this right now. Now, these senators, if you're providing services to them, and I'm talking about either side of the aisle, you should throw them the F out of your businesses. I don't care if you're doing their dry cleaning, you're mowing their lawns, you're servicing their vehicles. If one of these guys walked or women walked into my business, I would go right up to them and get the fuck out. You're not welcome here.

[00:31:10] I don't want you in my business any longer. Do not come here. I don't want you. And the truth of the matter is if everybody did that, these guys had no way to get anything done. If they were getting kicked out of grocery stores and getting kicked out of gas stations and everything else, I think that's what they need because they shouldn't be allowed to walk down the street with what they're doing to the country and the people. That's my opinion for whatever. So this warrants the time for this. So, you know, we criticize Trump for certain things and rightfully so because we're going to do so.

[00:31:39] But let's look at the overall picture because we do have midterms coming up. Let's do a little comparison. And what I'm bringing you right now is per the U.S. Census Bureau. Let's do a little comparison. Inflation. Biden was up plus 12.3%. Trump was plus 4.3%. Groceries. Biden was plus 15.8%. Trump is plus 3.3%. Gas. Biden was plus 69%. Trump is plus 12%. Rent.

[00:32:08] Biden's plus 7.7%. Trump 4.5%. Electricity. Biden was 19.1%. Trump is 8.4%. Even new and used cars. Biden was up plus 23.9%. Trump is negative 1.2%. So you could look at all these numbers and see the difference. Even though we might not be feeling it. We just see right now higher gas prices, yada, yada. Yeah. We shouldn't have those higher gas prices. It should be even lower.

[00:32:37] But if you look at the overall picture, even poverty just hit an all-time low. And they say the medium income hit an all-time high. Anyway, so even still, I would still pick Trump all day long. But it's just like the title of the show. It's a Senate that's killing a lot of stuff. You know what's horrible about those numbers? What happens when you add up both administrations and you look at the numbers for total inflation, total electricity, total rent?

[00:33:05] The truth is the American people are suffering because the consequences of combining- You can't add both those numbers up. That doesn't work like that. Again, I'm suggesting that inflation when it comes to groceries and when it comes to gas and when it comes to rent and when it comes to electricity, we're seeing massive numbers. So even if income has gone up some- Hold on a minute. No, no, no, no, no. I'm not going to hold on. I'm going to stop you because you're defeating the whole point. Would you rather have Biden inflation or Trump inflation right now? I would, of course, rather have Trump inflation. Why? But why? Because inflation is lower. That's a lower number.

[00:33:35] I just did the comparison, but you're like saying that it's still bad now. No, I'm not obligating what you did. What I'm suggesting is that the American people are still suffering the consequences of an executive branch that isn't doing enough. That's my opinion, and that leads right back to the Senate. We're still suffering consequences from Biden's four years. It's going to take more than four years to overturn a lot of stuff. Does it? Yeah. That's my question. Or is it because we have a Congress that operates like it does? It's both. Everything plays a role.

[00:34:04] Well, we'll ask Mike. He's the middle party. Do you think that the executive branch, the amount of minutiae and bullshit and the systems that are in place that take forever? For example, we're still selling that sending the Taliban over $40 million a week. That bill's been in the Senate to stop that. There's been lots of people that exposed it. Sean Ryan and Legend, who's one of the first people that brought that all up, were sending that money.

[00:34:29] Why is it that difficult to stop something that's that obvious that shouldn't be happening? Why are we funding the Taliban? The system's too big. And I'm glad George brought what you brought up, George, the numbers, because I just wrote an article about this that's going to be in the blaze about the macro versus the micro view, because that is what we do. You have a lot of MAGA voters that say, you know what? My one issue is the border, and I'm glad the border's closed. Look at that. I'm happy with that. But we are traditionally one issue voters.

[00:34:58] But people don't look at the macro. They look at the micro. When you put all the numbers on paper like George just did, it's an obvious answer. You can't vote for that over what we're doing. We are obviously making the country healthier, stronger, better. I get, Lance, that when you get into the minutiae of all the bullshit and you look at the numbers and you see energy prices, which we just discussed, or right now gas prices, that's what everybody's focused on right now. They don't care about job numbers. They don't care about interest rates. They don't care about the direction.

[00:35:27] They don't even glaze over the border because right now they're getting hit in the pocket book at the grocery store when something used to be $175 is now $300. That's what they see, and that's how they vote. That's a consequence of media and spin and how short-sighted people are. And of course, messaging on our side, which is why I'm glad Trump is out on the campaign trail running like he's on the ballot. But to answer your question, Lance, we do have too much minutiae.

[00:35:54] The system is so big right now that we're crumbling under its own weight. We can't even get out of our own way with, like to mention the Sunshine Protection Act. So, I mean, what do you really expect from this Congress? And that's what's interesting. And George, it's not that I was trying to refute what you said. I agree with everything you said. Of course, I don't want an administration like Biden in place. But really, the issue that I have is when I look at the big picture, if you look at how quickly, for example, we can talk about Elon Musk. He's a very successful operator, right?

[00:36:23] He has many successful companies. He's done an amazing short term. He's built a vast amount of wealth because of the way he operates. You saw him go in. He was exposing everything in Doge. We all thought, OK, they'll shut this all down. They'll start cleaning it up. They'll start arresting people for the magic money computers, for the USAID theft. We thought, OK, Chelsea Clinton, you guys have heard me say it on the show many times. She got $84 million for absolutely no reason at all. She spent $3 million on a wedding. She bought herself an $11 million mansion.

[00:36:52] And I'm sure everybody in the audience would love to have an $11 million mansion if the government was going to pay for it. But that didn't happen. What did they do? They attacked him because he was moving so quickly. Oh, my God, we got to stop him. We're going to attack all his businesses. We're going to do all this. Because I'm saying that the difficulty we have is the government has gotten so big and so lazy and so dysfunctional. And I don't care whether you're talking about the FBI, the DOJ, the Department of Defense, you name it, Social Security.

[00:37:18] They have gotten to the point where we talk about a cruise ship and you can't turn it around, right? It turns very slowly. It doesn't turn on a dime. This is worse than any cruise ship. It's awful. And just like the Senate, 700 bills sitting there. It could have given relief on electricity and they couldn't even do that because they were afraid Donald Trump would get credit for it. They don't care about the consequences. I don't know how you stop this. And, George, your point is valid. I'm just concerned that even when we do have an administration that's trying to do the right

[00:37:47] thing, Donald Trump, I think he does care about the American people and the consequences are facing. My point is, how do we fix this? Because right now, I don't see anything but dragging these fuckers into the streets and getting rid of them because I don't think they'll ever do it. Because I bet you if we stuck George Ballantyne in to and he was in charge of the cuts, I bet you could go down the list and no, we're not paying for that. We're not paying for that. No, the Taliban don't get their money. No, no, no, no, no. We could probably balance the budget in six months.

[00:38:16] Would a lot of people be going absolutely ballistic if we had that ultimate power? Sure. They try to stop us if any turn, they'd probably even try to assassinate us. But I'll bet you if the three of us were looking down the line items and said, transgender opera in India. Oh, oh, fuck no. Taliban, 40 million a week. Oh, hell no. Oh, Chelsea Clinton is sitting in an $11 million mansion, got $84 million. We're going to claw back the mansion. We'll liquidate that. Oh, Bill Kristol's getting paid $8 million a year to post on social media. Oh, hell no. Let's go ahead and seize all his assets.

[00:38:46] I mean, we could go down the list and probably fix it very quickly if nobody was going to obstruct us like this kind of- I don't know about you guys, but I did enjoy the transgender opera in India last year. We had a fantastic time. Yeah. I- You know, but I'm saying you saw the line items. You heard it from Elon Musk. I mean, George, you tell me, do you think that the three of us in six months, if nobody could stop us, if we had ultimate power, how quickly could we get rid of all this nonsense?

[00:39:21] Probably six months to a year. Probably because we have to go through- But you say- See, I get- We always go into this. Like, you talk about Kash Patel a lot on the show. I know you've had him on the show. And he had that book, Government Gangsters. And, you know, I always think that there's people that- Everybody outside always thinks they could do the other person's job better. I mean, I saw it with COVID. Everybody thinks they know about COVID. They don't know shit. You know, and then I feel like Kash Patel had all these visions of grandeur.

[00:39:47] He got there and then realized that maybe there's more to it than he could just do in the wave of a magic wand. Look, Dan Bongino's a prime example, bro. You know, he talked all that good games, you know, all that stuff. He's the second-in-command FBI. Couldn't even hack it. Less than a year, he leaves. What kind of shit is that? Because my assumption is he got tied up, fed up with that he couldn't get anything done. And he figured he could probably do it better on the outside. I still go back to that thing.

[00:40:16] I think we said it on the show yesterday, Lance, about him saying, you know, what he has seen has shaken him to the core. And it'll never be the same. And we never got an answer as to what that was. And we make all these excuses. Wow, he's got an NDA. He can't say anything. He has security clearance, this, that, the other. But I think the system is so fucked up that we all come in with these ideas. We're so idealistic. We can go in there and fix it. And then you realize not just that, Lance, because you're right. If we had a magic wand and we could do it, we'd probably do it in six months like George said.

[00:40:44] But you got so much pushback from so many people that are making so much money and have angled to make the system work for them that the system is never going to get fixed. There's nothing we could do on our shows in our lifetime if we run for office, if we all became senators. What really could we do? We would be Bernie Moreno and what you just saw on that clip you played. I agree. Hold on. Here's the thing, though. Yeah.

[00:41:10] As Congress is the one that allocates funds and pays bills. You can't just go, even though they're allocating, just stop money. That's a difficult part. My caveat is if we had ultimate power, meaning that if we were allowed and nobody had authority over us, if the three of us were in charge of the budget, and that's what I'm trying to make a statement, you're right. It's impossible under this current system. Oh, with the help of AI?

[00:41:38] Destroy the system and fix it because at the end of the day, I guarantee you this. You give me three weeks, I could write an AI program that would go through the entire system. I was going to bring that up, Lance. Can we get a copy of the budget? I would love to throw it through AI and say, what do you think is, we're $40 trillion in debt. Program it that way so it understands it from where we're coming. And say, what could we cut to streamline the budget? I'm curious what AI would think if it had the whole of the budget right in front of itself.

[00:42:07] If it was an agent that was trained, and I mean with neutrality, right? And I said, I want you to look at this as a top executive in the world, as somebody that understands accounting. And if I trained it, I gave it forensic accounting skills and I did all the rest of it. I gave it all the tools. And I dumped this budget in here. And I said, but I want a really honest assessment. You can critique it in any manner you want. How much of this doesn't make sense? How much of it's minutia? How much of it is just straight theft and corruption?

[00:42:36] And if we gave it from that position, I would bet you it would kick it out and absolutely be vicious about its responses. Because I've done it with the Department of Justice's rulings. And it has now come to a conclusion that the Department of Justice system is completely corrupted. That it's so one-sided. We always talk about, you know, the Department of Justice. We have the best legal system in the entire world. No, we don't.

[00:43:01] This system is corrupted, but it's corrupted in a sophisticated way because they put laws in place that stop defendants from truly being able to fight their cases in a federal courtroom. And I could go through them, but I'm not going to. I'm telling you right now that the issue I have and the thing that I'd ask the audience, you tell me if you feel like this, is maybe you don't. I'm concerned that it's so far gone than other than wiping it out completely and starting from scratch. I don't know how you do it because you guys are right about what you're saying.

[00:43:30] I know you're right. Cash Patel, I like Cash as a person. I just wish that he could have delivered more on what I had hoped for when I read Government Gangsters. So maybe it's not as small. That's what I'm saying. I mean, I'm not. I'm not saying he's not being stopped and maybe even 47 stopping him. I don't know because I've never been in the system. So there's a lot of things I don't know. But I know this. When Elon Musk went in to Doge and he didn't really have a lot of oversight, right, because it was a new department. And they didn't really understand what he was doing. He started to dig in.

[00:43:58] And all that fraud and theft and stupidity was starting to get exposed. You saw how they went after him. I mean, the guy had to triple his security. And he got approval for them to carry SMGs, the small SMGs. He had never had that before. He had a four-man team originally. Next thing you know, he's got, you know, ex-Massad and all kinds of secret, you know, ex-Special Forces guys. He had to run deep because he was starting to get all these behind-the-scenes death threats. Even Doge, like, what I saw with Doge, I don't know if you guys will agree or not.

[00:44:27] I'm curious to hear what you've got to say. But what I saw with Doge, they came out the gate with this USAID thing. It was almost as if people in the administration in the know said, look here first because we know that nefarious behavior is coming out of here. And then they had big numbers come out of there. And then once they exposed that, Doge had a ticking clock. There wasn't really much more we heard out of Doge after that. It seemed like Doge was almost set up just to uncover that and then kind of move on because the concept of Doge was great. At least, you know, I mean, we all voted on this stuff.

[00:44:56] That was one of the big issues. You saw Vivek come out and then we had Elon. And then all of a sudden there was that rift. Elon was gone because he was arguing with Trump, which I think was all set up anyway. And then Doge mysteriously just kind of went off on its own after its clock expired. And that was it. It was almost as if we just wanted to uncover the USAID shit. And that kind of pisses me off a bit. You see Vance now on the fraud issues saying we're going to prosecute people. We're going to put them in jail no matter how big, no matter how small.

[00:45:22] But even this morning on the show, I said, well, if past is prologue, what do we really expect from that investigation? Do we really expect people to get jailed in the next two and a half years? I'm not at this point. We're going to get a couple little, you know, token arrests and a token couple jail sentences to say, look, we did our job. But beyond that, again, doing the same show in 20 freaking years. That's what I'm convinced of now. It's horrible. And, you know, I love many things that this administration has done.

[00:45:48] It's just that I'm concerned we have a limited window because if we don't get it done under this administration, I don't think it'll ever happen. And George, you know, and again, I agree with what you said about Trump. I think he's done a good job with what he's been able to do. I think the numbers are down. So, all right. I got Lance. Let me give a shout out to Kathy. You know, she's the one that bought the bars. She was texting me trying to figure something out with like rumble rants and stuff. So I'm texting her back, figure it out. She just gave me the check mark. But I just want to say hello to Kathy. What's up, Kathy?

[00:46:17] I don't want to say your last name. Put your info out there. But all right. I'm shocked. John Brennan finally got something right, came out with a statement that he said Obama is a fellow co-conspirator. Of course, preemptively, he said that it's a grand conspiracy, the fact that he's being called in by subpoena. Let's face it. It's not a grand conspiracy. John Brennan is a scumbag. There's no doubt that he's guilty. I'm going to say it's an allegation, just like Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Ray. They were the conspirators, no doubt.

[00:46:46] And I think Obama was definitely a co-conspirator. So he gets it right. He claims that I and my co-conspirator, including Barack Obama and other people, conspired to deprive Donald Trump of his civil rights. Absolutely true. John Brennan, I agree with that. What do you guys think about this? Because, of course, he's being subpoenaed now. I'm of the mindset we caught them all is what rings out of my mind. I heard that so many times. We caught them all. We caught them all. When that happens in a regular indictment, those people are already arrested. These people are getting subpoenaed.

[00:47:15] They're getting questioned. The process is so slow. So I don't think we're going to get any relief. What do you think is going to happen? And do you guys think that that subpoena of John Brennan is important? Of course, I think it's very important. You want to get him in front of the grand jury. And hopefully he's not going to lie. If he does lie, you catch him in a lie right then and there or add more charges. Well, how come normal people don't get called into the grand jury? How come most of them are under sealed indictment?

[00:47:39] Why do the average person get the sealed indictment and John Brennan gets the opportunity to address the grand jury or address his subpoena questioning? To me, that's my issue. If a normal person can be a sealed indictment, why can't Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Ray, Obama and the rest of them? There's like, what, 128 subpoenas went out for this case? All 128 people are getting an opportunity to come in. I don't know why. Why? Use it on the law, guys.

[00:48:09] You figure it out. You tell me. I don't know. So, Mike, you tell me, is it fair that regular Americans have the sealed grand jury indictment? They never even get a copy of the grand jury testimony. That maintains sealed. I think that's a violation of their rights because I think there's potentially exculpatory information because you never know what the DOJ or the prosecutors presented to the grand jury. And when you get indicted, the grand jury testimony is never in your discovery. When you request the testimony, they come up with every bit of nonsense to tell you why you can't have it.

[00:48:37] Sometimes it's confidential informants, but there's never really any confidential informants because the truth of the matter is people that have been indicted know who their informant is because they already can see the dialogue and the time and place of occurrences and the rest of it. My point is, why is it that Brennan and the rest of these lowlifes get that opportunity but regular Americans don't? There's a lot to it, right? I mean, when you look at a grand jury indictment, I mean, your burden is so low. It's essentially a probable cause hearing. You know, most people don't understand that. Oh, you got indicted.

[00:49:07] Big deal. That's why the saying is you can indict a ham sandwich. So I guess it depends on the context, Lance, because if somebody ultimately is innocent and those grand jury indictments are out there, then all of a sudden that person can be tainted moving forward if there wasn't really an amount of – you're talking about exculpatory evidence. I get you on that. But if the burden is so low that you could move a case forward without hearing it on the merits, now all of a sudden that person is tainted for the rest of their life. So it depends on which side it's coming from.

[00:49:35] And if you were indicted by a grand jury, you might not want it out there considering it might destroy your career and your livelihood moving forward if that's what the general public thought and then built a perception around that case. So it's a double-edged sword to answer that question. I think the DOJ already uses the press when people are indicted that have any kind of level of notoriety or otherwise. Of course.

[00:49:56] It ends up all over the media because they leak it to the media even when the person hasn't been convicted, which jades any jury if somebody wanted to – if somebody didn't plea out and they decided to go to trial, which we know that the system is weaponized with superseding indictments and the rest of it. I mean, let's face it. The Mar-a-Lago raid was rigged. The crossfire hurricane happened. The Russian collusion coach happened. We had four years minimum at least against Donald Trump. It probably started right when he started running, yet alone while he was in office.

[00:50:25] Isn't that a conspiracy? Isn't that concurrent criminal enterprise? Isn't that racketeering and RICO? We have three or more individuals. We have five or more. We have heads running it. We have an operation even against the J6ers. It was fomented. We know that that was a Fed surrection. We had four years of lawfare against President Trump. How are those people – how is that not seditious conspiracy? How is that not a more – and how is it not obvious at this point? Because we know the Russian collusion hoax at this point, the dirty 51 plus 8.

[00:50:55] Those people should all be arrested. We know that they conspired against Donald Trump, against Mike Flynn. We know it wasn't true, Peter Strozik. We know all the things that happened. It's out in the open. Why do we need subpoenas at this point? To me, I think all we need is sealed indictments and we need arrests. This is the struggle I have when it comes to Todd Blanch or it comes to, you know, Cash Patel or any of the rest of them. Maybe they are trying to do the job. Maybe somebody's stopping them.

[00:51:21] But I don't understand why government officials, FBI agents, intelligence agency officers that have committed treason have taken real information like the information in the Butler shooting that all of a sudden we just get these files now. They hid stuff. They destroyed evidence. They obstructed justice. And it's obvious. The people in this audience know it. I mean, it doesn't take a genius. You can see the evidence. Why is it that these people get the benefit of getting to testify on their own behalf that regular Americans don't?

[00:51:54] I don't know if it's so much testify. Sometimes you can look at it as like they're going to question them to catch them, you know, in their lives and stuff. This way you maybe add more charges, make the charges even look more. But I thought we caught them all. I mean, we heard that. Catching and proving is two different things. You should know that. Let's play the clip. Let's play the clip. Let's do it. Against you about. What are they? What is the subpoena for?

[00:52:23] Well, the subpoena is to give testimony in Florida next month on this grand conspiracy that supposedly covers the last 10 years. That claims that I and my co-conspirators, including Barack Obama and other people, conspired to deprive Donald Trump of his civil rights. And I think back over the last 10 years, he's been elected president twice. He has increased his personal wealth many times over.

[00:52:48] He has done so much, but yet he believes that the Mar-a-Lago raid and other types of things were all part of this grand conspiracy. So my lawyers are handling this. As you pointed out, Joe DiGenova, you know, resigned the day after these subpoenas were issued. Who knows what the story is there? Other prosecutors have either been pushed aside or have resigned because there's no evidence there. They're just trying to concoct this as a way to make a claim that Donald Trump has been subjected to this type of conspiracy.

[00:53:20] There's your media collusion right there. The fact that the reporter laughed. I wonder if she'd be laughing if Brennan had done the same thing to her. Yeah, that's that's the point. The the the deep state is still fully operating in D.C. I can't figure out why these people are still walking around sucking up oxygen. You know, is it time for Donald Trump to ignore the judiciary, to ignore Congress and do what's necessary for the country and the American people? That's my question. Yes.

[00:53:49] Yes. I think everybody in the chat would agree. I mean, as I said, when we came back, there's your media collusion right there. I've been blaming the media for the longest time. They're culpable for half of this stuff. And the rate at Mar-a-Lago was a farce. We've had Christina Bob on our show. She wrote a whole book on that. She's been instrumental. She was one of the president's attorneys through that thing. I mean, we all saw it with our own eyes, knowing what they were trying to do. The system is not set up for fairness. The system is set up to run really, really slow.

[00:54:17] And hopefully by the time that we get to the instance where we need to actually make a decision, everybody's forgotten about it and glazed over it, Lance. That's that's the key here. It is 100 percent. I agree with you. It is time for Donald Trump to ignore everybody and move forward. I think that would actually get you votes in the midterms. I think that would actually get you votes in the next cycle. But everybody's worried that we're going to get ostracized if a Democrat were ever to take power back and that they could come back tenfold of what we would do.

[00:54:45] You know, my statement in, George, you can tell me. I would I would I would bet you that if just tomorrow morning, well, let's say Monday morning, let's say over the weekend, that all of a sudden the news got the information that 500 to 1,000 people were snatched up. And they were sent to a holding facility. And that included congressional members, FBI agents, people working for different departments, including people like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

[00:55:14] I would bet that the midterms would be one in a landslide that America would rejoice in this in this corrupt entity. Even if some of the news agencies were shut down, I don't think 60 minutes after what they did with the Kamala Harris interview should have been allowed to continue. I think their broadcast license should have been snatched. So let me George.

[00:55:36] What do you think if let's just say hypothetically Donald Trump did that tomorrow and all of a sudden over the weekend, 500 to 1,000 people like Brennan Clapper, Comey Ray, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama. Even people like Mark Zuckerberg, who the 400 million Mark Zuckerberg bucks or how about the Soros is if the American people saw all those people got snatched up all the loudest voices, all the liars, the Adam Schiff's that participated in J6.

[00:56:02] And we ignored the fake Joe Biden presidency and the and the and the Biden auto pens. If he did that, what do you think the reaction would be, at least for our side of the fence? Oh, our side would be cheerful and cheerful and celebrating. The other side would look at his dictatorship. And that brings me to this when you're talking about why they get allowing them to testify in the grand jury when they're getting subpoenaed.

[00:56:29] And that's probably it right there, because the Republicans, hopefully, I'm hoping they want to get this done right. Where. When they do arrest these people, because I'm. I'm guessing Brennan, I'm not guessing. We know Brennan lied. You know, he's going to get fumbled up. I was going to say the indictment panel is going to indict him. He's going to get charged. So when it hits the media, what's the media? Hey, wait a second.

[00:56:58] He just got indicted by jury of his peers. That's the way the system was made. You can't blame anybody else. Hey, we presented the evidence. He had a chance to to speak at his grand at his grand jury hearing. They still found credible evidence that he's guilty of a crime and indicted him. I contend that the media will put a spin on it like they always do, because there's no consequences for the putting a spin. They'll say that Donald Trump weaponized the system because what Brennan's going to do, I'll predict it for the audience. They can take.

[00:57:27] But you can contest that weaponization. I'm going to take the fifth. I'm going to take the fifth. I'm going to take the fifth. That's what he's going to do through the entire process. Of course, Brennan. If he takes the fifth and he's going to get definitely get charged. I mean, he's hiding something. So they're going to charge him. But you can't if that the way they're doing it right now, they could try to say Donald Trump is weaponizing.

[00:57:49] But really, that could be easily fought because, look, jury of your peers, grand jury impaled. He went there to testify. Whatever he said or didn't say, it's a jury of his peers. Huh? Grand jury impaneled, not impaled. I want to say impaled. I mean, he said impale some of the people. I would like to be Vlad the Impaler. But in this case, it's impaneled. But here's the thing. Paneled, sorry. Here we are. Thank you.

[00:58:17] And, you know, at the end of the day, I'm probably the extreme on this. I'm sure that Mike and George, but God forbid they ever give me any control. They better hope they don't. Because I got to tell you, I wouldn't play nice. I'd take the consequences if the American public wanted to hang me afterwards. But these people wouldn't be coming back. They would be gone permanently. They would never. So how would that look towards future people, Republicans trying to run then? I guess they'd have to deal with it. But at the end of the day, I would go after so many of them viciously. Who would have to deal with it?

[00:58:46] I guess the American people, I guess the people that wanted to run for office, the consequences of my actions might resonate for decades. But I can tell you this. And who's going to get hurt? When I got done. But who's going to get hurt? All the conservatives. Because they're going to have all these freaking liberals and Democrats in office then. You have to be careful. Yeah. Me? I'd go scorched earth. But, okay, let's talk about this. This is big news, George. Tell me what happened here. Because I'm surprised the Detroit News just flipped the script.

[00:59:14] Yeah, it's a liberal news outlet, believe it or not. And I was shocked, too. They just endorsed Republican Mike Rogers for Senate over Abdul El-Sayed, the communist terrorist that's trying to run and get the Senate seat. Huh? Abdul. I just like how Trump says it. It's funny. Abdul even hates it. But I think it's funny. I just played a poll this morning. It was Abdul was up 48% to 46% against Rogers. And that was the latest. I think it was an Emerson poll this morning.

[00:59:44] Of course, it's within the margin of error. But that race is way too close. It's great to see a liberal outlet switch over and say, oh, hold on a second. We've tried these communist ideas here before. But that race looks like it could come down to a nail-biter. You know what it's going to come down to? How many fake ballots or fake voting they do in Detroit. It's Michigan. It is Michigan. You know, but you have to look. I mean, this, I can't believe. He must be really desperate. These poll numbers can't be right.

[01:00:12] El-Sayed must be really desperate because he's going to have Kamala Harris campaigning for him next week. What? Yeah, and he's gotten the nod from Obama. According to him, they've spoken a bunch of times and he's reaching out to the- Obama's a freaking Muslim terrorist too. Yep. But he's trying to, you know, pull himself away from Hassan Piker. Too late though. Because you just had him at one of your events. And you believe that motherfucker said, Hassan Piker said this, he said, America is worse than Al-Qaeda, pound for pound.

[01:00:42] They asked that question of Elizabeth Warren and she walked back as if she didn't know who Hassan Piker was. So, you know, it's funny. I just played a clip this morning too of Joy Reid trying to distance herself from Hassan Piker. Some of his comments are too, they're a bridge too far. Well, I mean, you think about, you know, Democrats will literally say anything at any time and it always comes out of left field. Unless it's close to election day.

[01:01:09] Then they start to play the middle a little bit too much because they start to worry about, like, if you look at that election down in Florida, I think it's with Moody and Nixon. Like, that one's a slam dunk for Moody right now. You're trying to, when is a communist in Florida? Ain't going to happen. But if you look at Michigan and you wonder what kind of people live up in Michigan, well, you might as well just ship them off to the former Soviet Union. All right, Land, I'm not going to play the clip. It's too long. I want to get to this next one because these are funny. What did you do, George? George.

[01:01:38] So Trump just reversed all the Biden era regulations against saltwater anglers, boaters, charter captains and coastal communities. And I never knew this. They have like a boating speed limit of no more than 10 miles per hour. I'm kind of it does sound ridiculous. I'm not a boater, so I don't know. But it is funny. I'll play this clip because there's an even funny one after this.

[01:02:02] The second order I signed today eliminates absurd federal regulations on our saltwater anglers, boaters, charter captains and coastal communities. Something you've been after for, they say, 28 years. I don't know why 28. Why is it so accurate? But they had a long time ago, a little restriction. And then they opened it and then they restricted it for many, many years.

[01:02:26] The Biden administration tried to bludgeon the boating and maritime industry with a ridiculous boating speed limit of no more than 10 miles per hour. That doesn't sound very exciting. Can you imagine? You're going out 2,500 miles, going 10 miles an hour. I saw that. I saw it recently where some boat owners came up to me and they thanked me so profusely. I said, tell me, what's 10 miles an hour on a boat? He said, slow. Very slow.

[01:02:54] It would take them six hours to get to their fishing location. And by the time they got there, they were exhausted. They wanted to come back. It is crazy. Well, I guess they had 10 miles. They didn't want to hurt something in the water. They didn't want to hurt sharks. It's unbelievable. 10 miles per hour. But just as I promised you in the campaign, we're eliminating those restrictions and we're doing it immediately.

[01:03:19] And the American boaters can now once again enjoy the open ocean and you can go slightly faster than 10 miles an hour, like 120 miles an hour if you're crazy. But you can go as fast as you want. We have that order. It's all signed, sealed and delivered. You're all set to have it. And so congratulations. I hope don't hurt yourself. Don't go too fast. Don't go too fast, Johnny. Keep them slow, Johnny. But Mike, I mean, you live down by the shore.

[01:03:47] I mean, are you familiar with any of this? The boats with this 10 mile an hour limit or something? No, but there's a lot of stupid laws. Like, did you know there's a speed limit in the air? Like, believe it or not, as a pilot, under 10,000 feet, there's a speed limit. It's under 250 knots. Now, that's never observed. I mean, even commercial airliners, when you're coming in in a pattern and you're down at 6,000 feet, you're doing 330 miles an hour, whatever it is. You're not observing that. But there are a lot of these ridiculous laws on the books. And that's kind of the point.

[01:04:17] Like, we have this over-regulated society where anybody can catch you for anything, which is why you could indict a ham sandwich. Because, you know, an indictment is, as probable cause goes, most likely crime, most likely defendant. So if somebody wanted to, I don't know, pull you over, George, for 11 miles an hour and charge you, I guess they could. We're just so – we have built this behemoth. I want a government so small that I don't even know it's there. And that's what Donald Trump is trying to do.

[01:04:44] So I'd vote for him any day over – and by the way, I just came out. You were talking about Hassan Piker. I was just looking at the headlines. But Hassan Piker said that he plans to campaign for Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez if she runs for president. So if you're wondering where his mindset is going, it's that way at 10 miles an hour. That's awesome. We welcome it. I want him to listen. I want him to keep doing interviews and keep attending events with all these Democrats. I think it's great. Makes us look better.

[01:05:12] I'd like to give him a power slap. All right. Let's go on here, George. Can you imagine Lance trying to hold back the – well, no, you drive slow anyway. Me. I actually do drive slow. He does. He's bad. Horrible driver. Anyway, all right. So – It's not that I'm a horrible driver. I just have learned over the years having spent a lot of – Talk about beyond you driving slow, you're a horrible driver. The speed thing, you'd be shocked. So many times I was on the road and I was trying to push the speed limits go over. This is after years of driving on roads all over the world.

[01:05:39] I realize that you'd make one stop to use a restroom or to get gas and anything you thought you benefited yourself because here come all the cars you passed, you know, a long time ago. And they're all driving right by as you're making one short stop. The point of the matter is it doesn't really pay. All right. Judge Boasberg. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. We have a second part to Trump's executive orders, bro, because this one's even funnier. Oh, let's do it.

[01:06:04] So now you've got another one and he opened – executive orders opened up 92 million acres of federal land across 32 states for hunters and anglers. And it's funny because I didn't even know this either about lead ammunition. There's a problem with it. But the way Trump said it, you know, he did it for Doug Berger. I'm just going to play it quick because I don't want to ruin it. Well, this is pretty good. I never knew this was a problem, Doug. You're going to have to educate me, but you put it in.

[01:06:35] Lead ammunition. Is ammunition – lead ammunition was a problem, huh? Is it better than other ammunition, I assume, huh? That's pretty good. I don't know what the hell that means, but I know one thing. You wanted it. You wanted it, and I'm here for you. So it orders it. Lance, you're the gun guy here. What's up with the lead ammunition?

[01:07:02] The reason they don't want uncased – the reason you see most ammunition now has a copper coating. The lead was leaching into the environment. There were lots of legitimate, you know, testing and reporting. It was leaching into our water systems. Of course, you know that lead isn't good for consumption. So it was getting into the water table. That's why you see copper-coated ammunition. So I don't know if he was right, if he's now allowing lead ammunition.

[01:07:28] I don't know what the long-term consequences of it, but there were lots of testing that was done. I always thought it was a good idea because they were finding lead in the systems of all the animals. They were finding it in our water systems. So I'm not sure you did the right thing there, but I don't know enough about it. I'm not an expert on it. Good, because you said Lance was the gun guy, and then he said copper-coated. It's a full metal jacket is what is the term on the ammunition. Yeah, I was doing that for the audience. You're right.

[01:07:56] But even when you shoot a round that is a full metal jacket, most of the time when the jacket peels off, you're exposing the lead anyway. All those rounds are lead. But I get we have lead leaching into the waters, but you're not going to— The problem I always see, Lance, is you get these politicians trying to solve problems that they don't know. It's always the politicians regulating guns that have never shot a gun. Wait a minute. How many rounds are actually going to be out there, left out there that is going to do harm?

[01:08:26] You go to rangers, they pick up all the shells. I mean, really? Again, who knows? It's not picking up the lead. It's kind of like climate change. You don't really know what to believe because you're not picking up the lead. You're picking up the brass. Your brass is different. The brass is the casing. Yeah. Well, you know, rangers have traps a lot of times that are catching the lead, of course. You know, I don't know. It's one of those deals. I don't know enough about it to have an opinion either way. But I love when Donald Trump engages with his audience.

[01:08:55] At least he admits somebody else would come up there and he would try to act as if he knew everything about mission, right? I don't know. This is great. We're going to do it so quickly, so boldly, so strongly. It's going to be great. I want to write the Donald Trump thesaurus. It's all adjectives. You know, you pick a picture and then it's going to be like 10 adjectives to describe it. I think that would be a bestseller, Mike. You ought to get that book out right away because I think that's one people would use. Listen, Judge Boasberg.

[01:09:24] Yeah, I don't like him. Nine-time host for a CCP-founded program run by a Chinese spy front flagged for its efforts to compromise Americans. I mean, George, tell me about this. I mean, look, is anybody surprised? No, I just want to know why he's still on the bench. But I just don't understand how this dude is a judge.

[01:09:49] He's working with these Chinese students, which turned out to be a spy front, and he's sitting on the bench. I mean, look, he did years on the Pfizer team, doing Pfizer court, and they were there. I mean, you have to think how much was leaked to them. I mean, it's, I don't understand this. How, how, I just, you in a party? What, like, is that hard to get somebody off a bench?

[01:10:18] You know something? Matter of fact, let me get this because somebody sent this. I should have brought it up. Let me put this up. Look at this. Removing of a judge without impeachment. I thought you would have liked this, Lance. I forgot to bring this up to you. Can you read it or no? Anybody read it? No, I can't read that. I'm just going to read this part where it says, article three. Conditions a judge reassure are continued good behavior.

[01:10:48] So I'm pretty much saying if a judge doesn't have good behavior, you don't need to impeach them. They can get rid of them. That's subjective. If that was being enforced, because it is very subjective, if that's being enforced, I bet we'd lose three quarters of the bench. But it's not being enforced. Literally, they rarely ever sanction judge, let alone call them. Very few judges ever get removed for their behavior.

[01:11:12] I know of one in Denver that was removed because his name showed up in a big escort investigation here in Denver. And he was removed because they said, but there was a reason because he was a very tough, honest judge. And I believe they removed him because he wasn't one of those ones who just went along with the system. He was actually a great judge. I know him. I got to know him over the years. But he got removed here from the district court. Yeah, to find good behavior. That's the problem. All right.

[01:11:41] Well, the big news on X, of course, Julian Assange is back. He's going to start doing interviews. I'm trying to get him on the show. I don't know if it'll work out, but I've got somebody that works directly. We had his brother on. He did have his brother on. I'd love to have Julian on the show. We're going to try to do everything we can to get in line for an interview. I mean, we did a lot. Help his brother out. Try to get the message and help him out with the movie and stuff. I mean, no doubt. Listen, bro. Two-way street over here. Two-way street.

[01:12:11] No doubt. What do you think about Julian Assange being back, Mike? I don't know about it. I'm looking it up right now so I can have something to talk about it. I had just, you guys are informing me right now. But I mean, look, I don't have a problem with the guy. A lot of people on our side, it seems to be mixed whether he should be, you know, let go, give him a pardon, or we should chase after this guy. What do you guys think about it? I think he should be given a full dismissal on everything. There should never be any additional charges. How many news reporters?

[01:12:40] Why shouldn't he be given whistleblower protection? I mean, let's face it. What he did was exposing things. He was attacked immediately for it. Look, you know, at the end of the day, you've seen what happens to people that expose this government. There's made every effort to ruin their lives. I don't know. He says he resolved his criminal case by pleading guilty to one count of conspiring to obtain and disclose classified national security. Yeah, he's done.

[01:13:09] He's free. He's good. He's good to come. That's it. But I don't know. I think he was good. You have reporters that release information, classified information. Nothing happens to them. Only because Julian Assange was a threat to the liberal side. He was living in Australia, huh? Yeah. Yeah. Well, I've been to Australia. It's very nice. I mean, I don't know if he sees what's going on here. I don't know why he'd want to come back.

[01:13:39] Although Australia is pretty damn liberal when you consider. I love Sydney, though. The gas prices there, though, are more than you'll ever pay here. That government is so – there are so many socialist tendencies. But, hey, look, if you're doing – I think that's the thing. You're always trying to define it, right? We just talked about bad behavior. Define good behavior. Define – everybody's got their own opinion. He thinks he's doing the right thing by releasing.

[01:14:04] If you think in the totality of the circumstances under the context that it was helping because we should all know what's going on, there's a fine line as to what one person thinks is good behavior, which somebody else is going to notate as bad behavior. So I don't know enough about it. What did he really – it was WikiLeaks, but what was the big – what were the big files that we were being spied on, correct? Yeah.

[01:14:30] Yeah, he'd gotten source information and he'd put out information that the government contended was a national security violation. Yeah. That was a lot of Hillary stuff and everything. Isn't that what whistleblowers are supposed to do? Because when they came to him, those people, they were trying to be whistleblowers. They'd gone to our own government to try to expose things and were turned away. So I don't know. You got to remember, this is where Seth Richards was allegedly involved, Hillary Clinton.

[01:14:58] So that's why he took so much heat and they did what they did to him. Hillary. Right. I don't know about you guys. I don't feel all that patient, but I understand why they're saying this. The White House is asking voters for patience as the midterms approach. What are your thoughts on this, guys? We don't have much time for patience. It's coming up in four weeks or six weeks. How much more patient can we be? Patience for what, though? You know, they said the gas prices were going to be down a couple months ago because this thing in Iran was going to be wrapped up.

[01:15:27] That has turned into a quagmire. You know, Dan Nunn said something on my show a couple weeks ago. He's on every first and third Monday night. We bring him on to talk. And he said, you know, I don't understand why we don't just go out and bomb these guys once a year into oblivion and then, you know, say, see you later and then come back and see what the situation is. Now there's new satellite photos that they're working around the clock at that site, that pickaxe site and the nuclear site. And I guess trying to build things back up.

[01:15:56] So, like, in my mind, it's either, like, turn it into a parking lot or move on. But dragging it out, we're going to get past the midterms. We might see some pain there. I know the Supreme Court ruled in our favor, but that's not projected to help us out until 2028. Oh. For seats. But that's in 2028. They're projecting, like, 19 seats in our favor. Right now, we're at risk of losing the midterms, seeing impeachments for the next two years. And then if they get back into power, just coming back at us.

[01:16:24] It's going to be us going at them, them coming at us for the rest of my life. And again, same show, 20 years. Maybe it's time to just, maybe we should go to Australia. Maybe we should go where Julian Assange was. I have no idea. Should we stay here and fight, George? I'm with you on that. But it seems like our efforts are falling on deaf ears. I'd rather take over some island. But as far as patience, my wallet and bank account said it's out of patience. It ran out. As many Americans, you know?

[01:16:54] Yeah. All right. Well, listen, we're at a time for today. Let's play a clip. Let's go ahead. All right. I think we should. As we know, sometimes when something is a political problem, people in power will ignore it. Here at the White House, officials are not ignoring the political problem posed by high prices, especially ones that are exacerbated by the war in Iran. They are, though, asking voters for some patience. You have a little higher. You have a higher gain.

[01:17:21] It's a very inexpensive price to pay for what we've done. Remember that it's a little more. It's even if it was, frankly, even if it was a lot more. But that's going to come tumbling down. That's going to be like a rocket ship in reverse. Until then, grocery prices are a major problem for 62 percent of registered voters in a Fox News poll. And gas prices are a major problem for 61 percent of voters. That is up 13 percent from the 2024 election cycle.

[01:17:49] The Fed rate hike yesterday isn't going to help prices for housing or cars. Now the president says interest rates in the United States should be one percent or less because we are the best credit in the world by far. We are carrying almost every country in the world and that cannot go on any longer. And now he's kind of calling out the new Fed chair who he just installed. Now we're the hottest country anywhere in the world. We're all that anybody talks about.

[01:18:16] The only problem we have is that interest rates are artificially high. Interest rates in the United States should be one percent or less because we are the best credit in the world by far. Shoulda, coulda, woulda. Make the fucking interest rates. Cap them off. Do an executive order. Don't let them stop. Letting these companies rape us, man. The Fed. And the Fed. All right.
