Nothing to do with you guys, of course, and not really us primarily, but sometimes when there's updates and other things, things get complicated for a minute. We don't know exactly what happened, but we're back. Let's dig right in. You guys know who we are. It's good morning. It's rise and grind. And oh, he's tip of the spear, edge of the knife.

[00:01:41] Judge. Weaponization of the system. I personally think the entire judiciary needs an overhaul. And I think the Department of Justice needs an overhaul. There's no accountability. There's no consequences. Even when they violate the law or they do things that are bad for the country, they keep their jobs. Lifetime appointment. Absolute immunity. Qualified immunity. These are all the terms that empower them to do things like this.

[00:02:08] But this judge, I don't even understand the law behind this. I don't really get it. This decision is going to cost the country an incredible amount of money. So this judge just blocked cash Patel's plan to move the FBI headquarters into the Reagan building. Now, the FBI headquarters needs a major overhaul. I guess three, four or five hundred million.

[00:02:31] And they don't want to spend the money on it because, of course, even then it's just kind of putting a, you know, a bandaid on something that isn't really great. So they made a decision. They were going to move a lot of FBI agents locally around the country, which makes sense because they're already designated some of these offices assigned to these offices. And then they were going to instead of building a brand new building, which is going to cost billions and billions of dollars, they were going to revamp the Reagan building. This was cash Patel's concept.

[00:03:01] But Maryland Democrats, when they found out, went ballistic because, of course, this Greenbelt project was going to create a windfall. It was going to create jobs for Maryland. I don't, you know, I don't care about creating jobs. I want to save money for the American people. I want to make good decisions. But this is U.S. District Judge Theodore Chong. [00:03:28] So he decided Monday with the Democrat-controlled state of Maryland and the Prince George's County who filed this case. But they've been, of course, the jurisdiction leading for the brand new. They've been the one that looks like was going to get it. The brand new multi-billion dollar FBI campus in Greenbelt. Now, the GSA and Patel looked at the numbers. They analyzed it and said, look, this isn't a good idea. We've got a building sitting empty over here we can use.

[00:03:58] Why don't we just put money into revamping this building and save a shitload of money? They could do it for a fraction of the cost that the new Greenbelt project, which, you know, is a shocker in a way because, of course, government spends money like it's unlimited. They just print some and then the bill comes down for us. And then we're another trillion dollars in debt. Now, this is the same.

[00:04:24] You know, this is basically Chong vacating the selection of the Ronald Reagan building. He doesn't want any renovations or relocations there. And he erased the reprogramming of the $555 million in funds. He declared the decisions not in accordance with law and beyond the agency's statutory authority.

[00:04:45] And you guys tell me, you guys think judges should be involved in decisions about where a building goes and where a building doesn't go when the federal government comes up with a plan that's going to save the American taxpayer money? Do something smart when it comes to spending instead of just doing whatever the hell they do, spending willy nilly. So this whole Greenbelt thing was a Biden era project. Of course, why wouldn't he push for Maryland?

[00:05:14] Now, Congress still has not fully funded that massive new construction project. It's going to cost billions. It destroys Patel's Reagan building plan. Unless the administration is going to win on appeal. So we're going to just burn up some more time, burn up some more money. Does anybody I got to ask the audience, I got to ask George. George, do you feel like judges should be involved in decisions like this?

[00:05:45] Well, let me first say this. Fuck the FBI. They shouldn't get any fucking building. They should stay in the Hoover building and feel the pain because there's so much corruption within them. At this point, they don't deserve any new building. They don't deserve nothing. Until they start cleaning up their own house and really clean house and clean house and other agencies. They shouldn't get anything. That's first and foremost. You know, Lance, I don't really know much about this case, but.

[00:06:14] But there's I mean, they're blocking this citing a law or something. Right. So I don't know. They're saying that because Congress earmarked the money. That that gives the court justification for jurisdiction. But I think it's just like Patel said, I think it's impermissible intervention for political motivations. I don't think it's let's let's let's look. Let's look at like this. Let's assume for a minute that that the FBI could be straightened out. And I know that's a stretch.

[00:06:43] Hey, I'm not positive it could be straightened out. I think it's a stretch. The issue I've got is that here here comes the FBI trying to make a good economic decision. They've got a building sitting empty there and that building could easily be fixed. Right. The Reagan building could be put to good use. But no. Now, they've been working on this.

[00:07:10] The replacement of the J. Edgar Hoover building for like two decades, for 20 years. The Reagan complex is already existing. It's already a federally owned property. It's only a few blocks from the current headquarters. And repurposing it would avoid billions of new construction expenses and a massive delay. That project is going to take years and years and years. Let's assume for a minute that they can straighten out the FBI. And again, I'm not the one saying that. I'm not saying that that's possible.

[00:07:38] Because I've said it many times. That place needs an ethnic cleansing. And they've got about $300 million in deferred maintenance that the Hoover building currently needs. They would need $300 million just to bring it up to code and fix a bunch of stuff that's wrong. And they've been waiting on that because they thought, OK, well, why put that money into that building when we're talking about this Greenbelt project? Now, I just.

[00:08:04] You know, the Maryland attorney general, Anthony Brown, of course, celebrated Chong's decision. Congress made a promise. No, that's not how this works. I don't care about that. I care about the American public. I care about the debt we're in. Screw the attorney general, Anthony Brown. He can go fuck himself. I'm tired of this kind of stuff. And I'm tired of the judiciary constantly sticking their nose in shit where they don't belong. They got their hands full as it is.

[00:08:33] They got a delayed caseload all over the nation. Cases are taking extra long to be determined. And it's just it's crazy. They just drag ass and then they come out of the woodwork when they cancel the tariffs, which is good for the American public. You know, and here's the situation. George, tell me. Go solo for just a second, George. I got to handle something. One of my dogs. I know that nobody could hear him out there, though. No, but that's not. I know. I know it's not the point.

[00:09:00] So I'm looking at trying to look at this rule and understand this shit. The judge says. He goes like this. He vacated. He vacated this. This. The Reagan building blocking it. So he says he declared the decision not in accordance with law and beyond the agency statutory authority. Not in accordance with what law, though? What law does a judge tell any part of government they can't move to a different building or not move to a building?

[00:09:30] Congress didn't explicitly put into law. Approving that building. I know that. Land, you're back. Hold on. So I was just saying, look. One of my dogs had to go to the restroom. She was barking. So the judge always says here, he declared the decision not in accordance with law. Not in accordance with what law, though? That's the question I'm trying to figure out. Yeah. What law is he trying to say not in accordance?

[00:09:54] Well, I believe, based on what I know, and I'm not an expert in this, so let me say that. I believe that what we're looking at here is that they're claiming because Congress already earmarked the first $500 million for the project and that they had made overt statements to Maryland that they were the leader in getting this project. I think that's what they're saying. But I don't think that's enough.

[00:10:24] Personally, I don't want judges involved in this shit. I want these kind of decisions made based on good economic decisions. We've got a building sitting empty in Washington, D.C. that the federal government owns that they've determined could serve all the needs of the FBI. Does anybody out there think, number one, I don't want to give the FBI a new building either? I don't like the stuff we found. I don't like the burn bags and the hidden skiffs. I don't like their participation in cover-ups. I don't like the FBI.

[00:10:53] To the American public. So right now, I'm not a fan of the FBI. I'm not. I'm not saying they haven't done some good work this year. I'm saying that there's still a lot of bad apples and there's a lot of shitty people in that agency. And I haven't seen any federal charges against them for what they did to conspire against the country when it came to election fraud, when it came to Biden and the Burisma and the Ukraine corruption. I don't like any of that. I think all those FBI agents, anybody that touched those cases and didn't do the right thing, fire them on the spot and then decide whether they should be charged criminally.

[00:11:23] I haven't heard anything about criminal charges. Seems like those guys are untouchable. But I'm tired of these judges who are politically motivated making decisions. The tariffs were bringing in billions and billions of dollars. It was bringing in this tremendous amount of money. Donald Trump was even talking about a rebate for you guys out there in the audience. And then, of course, what did they do? They shit all over it. Now, you tell me why tariffs were a bad idea.

[00:11:50] Yeah, sure, some of that was going to get passed through to us, but not all of it. And these countries have been taking advantage of our tariff system for way too long. They crack us on their end, and we don't charge them on this end. I'm tired of this crap. I honestly, God, I don't know how they get rid of it, but the whole concept of lifetime appointment for federal judges, I want that dead stopped. I want Congress to pull that. I no longer want lifetime appointments for federal judges. And I don't want absolute immunity.

[00:12:17] If they make a bad decision, they should face the consequences of the actions. I don't like this thing where they can make a decision that doesn't seem to follow the law or they can ignore the facts of a case like they did with the J6ers. They've done to many people, including myself. And then they screw you over with procedural blocks and stuff like this. I don't know how we're going to fix this judiciary, but it needs to be fixed. Enough is enough. This is some horrendous, damaging, country-damaging behavior.

[00:12:45] So the judge said he wrote a 47-page opinion on that Trump's administration's move to divert the funding and cancel the plan was arbitrary and capricious and not in accordance with law, in addition to other violations of federal law. So I know Congress funded something. I don't know all of it.

[00:13:12] So if Congress specifically funded that money to go for that project, then I'm going to say because they have to either go back to Congress and have them change it and take the money back and re-divert it. Because if Congress allocates or whatever they vote on that money for that new building, I don't think you could just a year later say, oh, you know what? We're not going to do that bill and take that money and go do something else with it.

[00:13:42] So I think that's where the major issue lies. I haven't read the whole opinion, but... But you have to think about it like this, right? Does anybody in our audience, and you included, George, do any of us don't feel like they're spending way too much money in Congress on lots of things we don't need? And here comes a common sense approach. We've got a building. It's suitable. It could be updated for a lot less money. And this project is going to take years to bring in.

[00:14:11] You know they're always late. Okay, I'm with you. I'm 100% with you. But they, Cash Patel, whoever's in charge of whatever that, has to go back to Congress and present that. They didn't do that. So you have to, they have to vote on it too. To stop that funding and reallocate it to the other building. But, of course, they didn't do that yet because they just got shot down in this ruling.

[00:14:37] So now Cash Patel can go to Congress and say this is what he wants to do and this is what it's going to save the American taxpayers. And, you know, I would say as long as we have a Republican Congress, they'll go for it. Why wouldn't they? Well, you would think. Well, we'll see. We're going to find out. They don't seem to vote as a bloc. I mean, we were supposed to control the House and Senate. And this is, without a doubt, historically the most ineffective. Senate.

[00:15:07] Senate we've ever had. Because Congress is doing pretty good. But they're the most ineffective. Honestly, they have, I mean, they came past the Clarity Act. What is so complicated about the Clarity Act? Because you're kissing the banker's asses. Yes, sir. You don't want to allow staking in real world assets to pay higher rates of return for the American public. How about the 30% credit card interest that Donald Trump said he was going to try to do something about? We haven't heard another word about that. That dead stop. The Clarity Act can't pass. The Save Act can't get passed.

[00:15:37] This Congress sucks. I mean, they really do. They're awful. I don't know how we're going to fix this. Between the judiciary and our Congress, I don't know what to do, guys. We're in a situation. And the midterms, you know, unless we have a war powers president and he pulls the National Security Act, I just don't see it. Because I don't think we're going to get any deep state arrests. I don't think that's going to happen. I don't see anything in our future that indicates deep state arrests are coming any moment.

[00:16:06] So I don't know what to tell you. But does anybody else feel like this judiciary is a major problem? Because I do. I feel like it's something that I don't know how we get past it. Because they are constantly cock blocking everything. It's all they do. And every time we need a ruling, and I'm not saying we have some decent rulings coming out of there. The Supreme Court's done a better job than the rest of the courts. But why is there so much division? Why is it because a judge was appointed by Biden or Obama or Trump?

[00:16:35] And we get these rulings that are politically motivated. Judge Wong should have said, he could have said something smart. He could have said, look, I'm not against what you're doing here, but I think you have to go through the process. And here's the process. He didn't do any of that. He just blocked it. And now Maryland is just, oh, yeah, we got a big win. Only because Maryland wants the money. They want all the jobs related to a brand new giant FBI complex. And that's not good for the country. I don't give a shit if it's good for Maryland.

[00:17:03] Sure, Maryland wants the easy gravy train. Fuck Maryland. My thing is, I want what's good for the country and the people and what's good for our financial situation here. Do we need to be billions more in debt when we could just be hundreds of millions? They're saying to get this building up to speed, it's not going to cost anywhere near that. I don't know what the total budget is for taking the Reagan building and converting it. The Reagan complex is big for anybody that's seen that building. It's a big complex.

[00:17:32] And with Patel moving those 1,500 employees to the field offices that they were responsible for anyway, now they're moving into the markets they're responsible for. You know, this is decades of federal waste and bureaucratic incompetence. I mean, this would be a victory for the American public that we're trying to do something common sense financially. Any corporate company, any big, you know, Wall Street company would make the same decision.

[00:18:01] I don't, you know, I'm open to suggestions. How do we fix this, guys? Because I don't know what we do here with these judges. In my opinion, they're out of control and they're weaponized and they're biased. I'm not saying there aren't good judges. There's some amazing judges around the country. Well, Lance, I don't know if this judge is being biased, though. Like I said, if we're just talking about this particular judge right now, and if which Congress did allocate money for that specific project to be in Maryland,

[00:18:30] then you can't just take that money and use it for something else. You can't. It's just you're not allowed to. You have to go back to Congress. Well, there's nothing to say that Kash Patel wasn't going to go back to Congress. Now, with this ruling, he's been dead stopped by a judge. There's nothing to say that he wasn't going to present the whole project and say this is why this makes sense. Well, they should have did that then. Maybe they had a plan to do it. Maybe when these court cases came online, maybe they were in the middle of it. I don't know the exact details.

[00:18:59] Let me ask you this. If we take that out of the mix. I mean, hold on. You think it's calm? Hold on. Let's stick to this real quick. In all reality, I don't know if I could be mad at Maryland because Maryland is trying to do what's best for Maryland. And they want that building there. They want that money, the economy and all that stuff coming into that area. So, I mean, I don't know if I'd be so mad. They're taking a shot. Yeah, I don't like it. I'm tired of the waste. I'm tired of the greed.

[00:19:29] You know, I'm tired of the bureaucratic. You have to think, why didn't they do this in the beginning? Why did they even bring up? Who was it? Because honestly, I'm kind of shocked. To tell you the truth, George, my thing is, is that I feel like they don't have to. You know what I mean? I don't know. I don't think the FBI should get any new buildings.

[00:19:51] I think they should just keep their asses where they're at until they can show to this country that they fired all this crap, that they're fixing all the stupid injustice that they've done. They shouldn't get anything. They don't do deserve it. I don't care who's in charge. Because we haven't seen that yet. We still, you know, we see so many stories of FBI agents did this in 2020 and two years ago. But there's no consequences.

[00:20:18] I mean, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok are still walking around like nothing's wrong. Dirty 51 plus 8 still walking around like nothing's wrong. You know, all the people that participated in the Russian collusion hoax still got all those auto pen pardons for the J6 committee. You know, Fauci's still walking around. I mean, you know, this is not justice. Because if it was any of you guys in the audience, if it was George and Lance, we'd already be indicted. They wouldn't waste any time coming after it.

[00:20:48] Because that's how the system works. That's what they do. So, I don't know. This is horrendous. I don't know how we handle this, but one of those things. Well, it's going to be handled when, well, they're going to appeal at number one. Right. So, we'll see what happens in the appeal. Yeah. But number two, I mean, cash flows got to go to our Republican-led Congress and get it done.

[00:21:11] Yeah, but how do we, you know, again, do you really feel like this is something that the judiciary should be involved in? They don't seem to want to save the American public any money. I mean, look, the tariff thing, I'm still upset about the tariff thing. You can't say that. Listen, if somebody brings a case, I don't care who it is, brings a case to a judge. And they're citing laws that somebody else, they think they're breaking or this and that. What's a judge do? He's going to look at the case and rule on the case.

[00:21:40] This has nothing to do with judiciary. Yeah, but George, George, I would argue that as many cases have been overturned by the Supreme Court, but that's not what these judges have been doing. Those judges, yeah, those judges are effed up. But that's the point. Hold on. Maybe this goes to the appeals court, it goes to the Supreme Court. So many of these judges are getting overturned. Well, and we're spending millions and millions upon dollars of all this case crap going on, right? And we're slowing down the entire system. Time is money.

[00:22:09] And I feel like there's no, there's no like, if a judge, let's just say theoretically this gets overturned. How many times has this judge had a case go to the appeals court and be overturned? And he got overturned in the appeals court or by the Supreme Court? Shouldn't there be some kind of account that if a judge has that happen, you know, a couple of times that he should be removed because he's not making good legal decisions? Um, where's the accountability for not doing a good job?

[00:22:38] I mean, I don't understand lifetime appointment. I really don't. I don't agree with it because it enables you. We didn't make that. I mean. But it enables you to make new things. I don't understand qualified immunity. I mean, shit. Absolute immunity. I mean, God is the only one I know that gets absolute immunity. He gets that just because he's God. My point is they're so insulated and they do these things. And I think so many of them are politically motivated. How many times do we see it?

[00:23:06] Biden era judge, Obama judge, Biden era judge, Obama judge. How many times do we see that who appointed them? And because they're a Democrat, they just come out of the left field with some bullshit. I still don't agree with the tariff thing. And Congress should have stepped up and said, no, we want these tariffs. Well, then they have to make it. Then they could have made a law on it. Let me ask you this. Has Congress in any way, during this administration, we'll just talk about this administration.

[00:23:35] Have we heard them talk about handling the debt? Balancing the budget? Paying back Social Security, the almost $3 trillion they owe Social Security? $3 trillion that they borrowed, in my opinion, illegally. Well, hold on. And it's against the law. Yeah, right. And they still did it, though. I'm just saying, what about that? What about the money they took from Social Security? Your families, your parents. My mom's on Social Security. She could be getting more money. Your mom could be getting more money.

[00:24:02] My point is, when is that going to happen? We're $40 trillion. I don't hear anything about balancing the budget. I haven't heard anything about the magic money computers, the 14 magic money computers, that they were just printing money that wasn't even going through the Treasury. They could just issue checks to anybody they wanted to or issue payment to anybody they wanted to. That wasn't congressionally approved. How about all the money in USAID, all the corruption found there? Anybody heard about any USAID charges or any clawback? How about the $84 million that Chelsea Clinton got?

[00:24:33] What did that bitch do for the country? I know what she did. She went out and bought an $11 million mansion and spent $3 million on a wedding. How about Bill Kristol getting paid $8 million to post on social media? All of a sudden, you don't hear from that idiot. All quiet on the Western Front because his money stopped. You know, this is the kind of stuff that we're hearing about, but you don't see anything really happening. You don't see anybody getting drug in in shackles. But if it was you, oh, guaranteed.

[00:25:32] The swamp. This is how deep the swamp is. These are declassified records that are alleging a top official that was reluctant to share election intel. Why? Because he feared deep state label from the White House Transparency Task Force. Well, you are deep state if you didn't want to share it. This is a March 2020 email. But here's, let's just go back what we're just talking about, accountability. Who in the NSA is going to be held accountable for this?

[00:26:02] You're holding intelligence about elections from the President of the United States. This is their legend. Deputy Director of the National Security Agency who opposed sharing election intelligence. This is actually, matter of fact, this is including 2016 to 2020.

[00:26:28] I mean, this is the kind of stuff that told you. This is a Deputy Director. So hold on. This is Deputy Director. So where's the Director of the NSA? Did you know about this? Did you hold that too? And if you didn't know about this, how the fuck do you not know what's going on in your agency? You're talking about your number two. Oh, they got what? Acting ODNI.

[00:26:56] Richard Grinnell has been tasked to clean house in the intelligence community. We're still waiting for Cash Patel to clean house in the FBI. Did anybody clean house in the CIA, Lance? Do we know of? I haven't heard of them. No. What? I mean, Pulte was the only one that did any deep state house cleaning. They should move them around to the NSA, to the DIA, to the CIA, the FBI. I don't understand why these people still have jobs and why they're not facing the consequences for their actions.

[00:27:28] So they're saying, this is how they're trying to claw this back. They're saying, releasing intelligence about 2016 election and 2020 would lead the NSA to being accused of releasing it for political purposes. What? It says, deputy director wanted to protect NSA's reputation as neutral, credible, while admitting the CIA, FBI, and ODNI were perceived as hosting or being part of the deep state.

[00:27:58] How could you be credible when you just held this information? Viable election integrity information. That's not credible. That's not being neutral. I could say you're being biased because whoever the one, whoever was doing the bad election stuff, you're protecting them. So you're being biased against the other, the other party then. That's not being neutral.

[00:28:25] They say, credible whistleblower complaint was filed alleging that the CIA, the FBI, oh my God, and other IC agencies suppressed intelligence about China's influence operations during the 2020 election. Targeting targeting, targeting President Trump and his campaign. Hmm. Hey Lance. Yeah. Didn't Trump say, oh, that was 2020's, you know, he's like, they learned their lesson, China, this and that.

[00:28:54] He's in, I remember saying something to that extent. That, oh, they changed, they learned their lesson. I don't think so. That's just going to say another country could do it. And say, oh, the next president will say, oh, they changed, they learned their lesson. Then another country. Come on. Well, the acting ODNI, Grinnell, you know, Richard Grinnell, he was tasked to clean house in the intelligence community. I said that, yeah. I mean, it's the entire intelligence community.

[00:29:24] Have you heard any house cleaning coming out of Grinnell? I mean, he's been in there long enough. He's got the authority to do it. Hmm. I haven't seen any NSA firings, FBI, CIA. I haven't seen anything. Nothing. I've heard of some staffers, but, or stuff like that, but I want, fuck the staffers. I want the big dogs here. Well, and listen to what this guy says.

[00:29:49] This deputy director says he didn't release it because he didn't want to be accused of releasing it for political purposes. It's not political purposes, jackass. It's the truth. I know. And, yes, the CIA, FBI, and ODNI, yeah, they are part of the deep state. I mean, I mean, these are credible whistleblowers during that time period, too. You know, it's funny.

[00:30:15] Read the last paragraph, Lance. Yeah, I'm looking all the way down. Oh. Read that. No evidence. Votes change. But China could use data for identifying theft, false voter registration, and couple with other hacked data, such as credit reporting for blackmail. Well, we don't know if there was no evidence because they stopped the investigation. We don't know that.

[00:30:45] And foreign interference is exactly why the Emergency Powers Act should be used for this election. The midterms can't be trusted with this kind of crap going on. How many other countries interfered? You know, this is the kind of stuff that, again, this should concern everybody out there. How do you have an honest and free and fair election when our own intelligence agencies, the people that are supposed to be defending the American public, are supposed to be defending democracy, right?

[00:31:12] They're supposed to be protecting the country, and specifically the guarantee for free and fair elections. How are you going to have that when your intelligence agencies are this corrupt? So I just want to- When individuals are making politically motivated decisions to not release information because they're worried about public perception, why wasn't this guy arrested? I think this is a crime. Because whenever you cover up a felony, and these are felonies, no doubt about it,

[00:31:41] whenever you cover up crimes, you become part of the conspiracy. You become a co-conspirator. So Richard Grinnell was the acting director of National Intelligence, DNI. This is under 2020. This time around, he's not. He's only a special- He's a special envoy for something. I don't know what it is. He's American diplomat. He's a public relations consultant, and he's a special presidential envoy for special missions.

[00:32:10] That's what he's doing now. He has nothing to do with intelligence agencies. So why does he still have a job, knowing that he didn't do his job back then? Why is he still in the administration? Why is he still working in Washington, D.C.? I don't even know if he's in D.C. Who's the acting ODNI right now? Who's the DNI? Yeah. I'll tell you in a second. Yeah. I'm curious to see who it is. That's my mistake, guys, so I apologize. Oh, Jay Clayton. Okay, so why isn't Jay doing anything about this? He just became-

[00:32:39] He just got confirmed. I mean, he took it from Tulsi Gabbard, right? She was the DNI. That was Tulsi Gabbard. She was doing a lot of declassification and stuff. She actually declassified a lot of the election stuff and Russian stuff, and that's actually with the grand jury, so. But they still could have fired people, right? I agree.

[00:33:08] I agree. Absolutely. The DNI's responsibility is to manage their entire intelligence community and serve as a principal intelligence advisor to the president. Oh, you better start managing and firing people. That's a problem. You never see no consequences for any of these people. Should be- Should just stay in the intel community. No, it should have been like this, right? It's been good. Why not?

[00:33:38] Yeah. Won't get fired? Can't get in trouble? I can do this, this, and that? So- We're going to go to another prime example. Why wasn't Eric Swalwell ever charged? Oh! That's because Jack Smith didn't want to prosecute him back then when he was having an affair with a Chinese spy, Fang Fang. Same Jack Smith. He didn't want to go after Solwell.

[00:34:05] I've seen interviews when Solwell said he didn't have any relations with Fang Fang, this and that, but obviously he did because he even admitted it to the FBI. Typical fucking politician. But he's still walking around. Does his wife divorce him yet? I don't know. Oh, Swalwell, you know. But it looks like Swalwell was selling internship positions. No. For 5,000 a pop. Was he really?

[00:34:35] Well, it looks like the FBI, the Fang Fang was offering favors from Swalwell in exchange for donations. So that's how she was kind of milking the bribe, saying, well, you know, if you sell this internship, you can get 5,000 a pop. Fang Fang, 5,000. So wait, wait, it's 5,000 sucky fucky from Fang Fang? Well, I guess maybe. Maybe it came with some sucky fucky. I don't know. You know damn well. He said he was having a fair relations with her. Yeah. That's not.

[00:35:05] Jesse Waters. Suzzler, we got our hands on the Fang Fang files. For years, Swalwell's been accused of sleeping with the enemy, Chinese spy. And he denied every ounce of it. Did you have any concerns about this person before you had what's known as a defensive briefing from the FBI to make you aware of this threat? No, Jim, I was shocked when, you know, just over six years ago, I was told about this individual.

[00:35:33] And then I offered to help. The story says that, you know, there was no, there was never a suspicion of wrongdoing on my part. Now he's eating his words. New bombshell documents declassified by the White House show the FBI interviewed Swalwell back in 2015. That was Obama's FBI. And he admitted to a physical relationship with the Fangster multiple times. They first met in the fall of 2012. He called her a striking individual.

[00:36:03] Went out for a drink a few weeks later before things turned physical. He said it was just casual. They never formally dated. But Eric said Fang wanted to do more than just hang. He told the FBI about a time that they hooked up before he was elected to Congress. Swalwell said she showed up late at night. Fang Fang banged on his door. He let her in. She left a few hours later. He said he'd taken an Ambien beforehand, so he couldn't remember much.

[00:36:32] Did he light any candles? Well, Eric couldn't say. The spy sex wasn't a secret. Swalwell's staff knew all about it. One aide told the FBI he heard Fang Fang would show up to Swalwell's door and make it clear she wasn't wearing any underwear. But it wasn't just sex. The FBI opened an investigation into possible illegal donations to his campaign. The name of the investigation? Freshman 15.

[00:37:00] Looking into whether illegal campaign donations were being traded for internships and access to Swalwell. Fang Fang was in the country on a student visa. She couldn't legally donate to his campaign herself. So they investigated her for orchestrating a straw donor scheme. And their financial analysis flagged four successful cash movements within a year.

[00:37:24] The FBI also intercepted intelligence that Fang Fang was offering favors for donations. Yeah. She reportedly guaranteed a private meeting with Swalwell for $5,000 and said she could land you an internship in his office for a steeper price. According to an FBI interview, she referred a student she called her sister.

[00:37:49] And that student was hired and worked on Swalwell's campaign for a year and a half. Knocking on doors and researching people Swalwell was about to meet. She had access to every single donor record. Now, in the document, Swalwell says he had nothing to do with the hiring. All he did was forward Fang Fang's referrals. But the FBI always had its eye on the spy.

[00:38:15] A memo identified both of her parents as Chinese intelligence officers. And in the summer of 2013, an undercover officer tried to flip her, recruit her as a double agent. Fang Fang's official FBI nickname? Rusty Thumbs. She bragged that she used her sexuality to exploit politicians. She knew she was young and knew she was pretty and knew she could get away with it. But the FBI must have slipped up.

[00:38:42] Because Fang Fang smelled a rat and cut off all communication. She got spooked and fled to China. Never came back. James Comey never pursued her. And the DOJ closed the investigation. Jack Smith decided not to prosecute her. And yeah, that's the same Jack Smith who tried to put Trump in prison. And Jack Smith, he's still walking around too. No consequences for him either.

[00:39:12] How could the FBI not look at this? The statute of limitations up. How is it possible that Swalwell is still walking around with all this? Because Jack Smith didn't want to prosecute. 100%. Bias, but he went after Trump. But you understand the statute of limitations hasn't run out on this. That means the current FBI could be going after Swalwell. They could be arresting him this morning. Hmm. What is the statute of limitations?

[00:39:42] Same thing with Jack Smith. Yeah. Because, of course, he committed misprisitions of a felony, obstruction of justice, and many other crimes. All right, let's talk about Tallarico. Yeah, Texas state candidate, Senate candidate, James Tallarico. You know, the one that rented a truck for commercial, try to look more Texan or whatever, however you want to describe it.

[00:40:09] Had that fake group of people saying they were MAGA and switching over or voting for him, which turned out to be all fake. Now, I mean, any and all black people should be insulted by this. He's just pretty much saying they're incompetent, dumb, and ignorant, which is very not true. Because a lot of them have driver's license. They have IDs and stuff. He's claiming to save act targets black voters.

[00:40:39] This is still racist. I know, right? I mean, the black community should just be pissed. This is like a racist thing somehow alleging that they're not capable of figuring out how to use voter ID or how to use the voting system correctly. Horrible. Play the clip. Fucking Democrats. Party of racism. We as human beings have the right to shape our own destinies. And we do that through the vote.

[00:41:04] And so many brave Americans, so many brave black Americans have fought and died for that right. And so for politicians in Austin or in Washington, as they're now doing with the SAVE Act, they are trying to rob our neighbors, particularly our black neighbors, of those God-given rights. So I have a track record of using every tool in my toolbox to protect voting rights.

[00:41:31] The guy that's sitting there, the black gentleman in the pink suit or whatever, peach suit, whatever color. Like, you'd think he would sit there and just look at him like, wait a minute. You would think. I'm black. What are you saying that it would take away votes? We couldn't vote. But there was no follow-up on that. As most mainstream media, you know, reporters don't do it.

[00:41:58] You never see the tough questions being asked or the challenges. Wait, hold on. No, I wasn't holding out. I was actually agreeing with you. No, no. I want to add something, though, because I think you'll like it. So either he paid off that reporter to be soft on him or that reporter in itself is ignorant and stupid for not asking a follow-up, especially being a black person. I mean, how dumb can you be? But that's what they do, right? They create a narrative and they want to propel the narrative.

[00:42:27] And they're trying to, you know, instigate the black and colored community to be angry that somehow this is a Republican issue. The SAVE Act is just common sense. Any of those same people, it doesn't matter what color, have to use an ID to get on a plane, have to use an ID to buy a gun, have to use an ID to get married. They're capable of doing all that. Somehow it's just the voting is the only thing they're not capable of figuring out an ID. You're going to tell me black Americans don't get on planes every day showing their ID?

[00:42:55] You're telling me that black Americans don't use IDs every day to buy a gun? See, that's the problem. It's selective narrative. It's the same thing that just CNBC just, you know, exposed. You know, you remember when Elizabeth Warren and other Democrats came out and were trying to talk about some kind of, you know, strong GDP in the inflation report they attacked and saying, oh, my God, this is going to happen.

[00:43:17] You know, they don't like a president, so they come out with this garbage, total nonstop hysteria over tariffs when tariffs were a great idea, you know, talking about all the rest of it. And they put out this like, oh, my God, you have no idea what will happen if we let this happen. If we allow this to happen, it's going to be crazy. It's going to be awful. You know, they use the, you know, the, you know, the reports. They come out and the Federal Reserve talks about raising interest rates or not.

[00:43:47] And then they jump on and they create this global narrative. Let's play this clip because they are just exposing the shit out of what I'm talking about. They create a story. They propel it to try to agitate Americans and create conflict between Americans. You've got to go, oh, Republicans, Democrats. Oh, black versus white. Division and chaos. It's a tool. Hopefully our audience has the common sense to recognize when they do this. That's what it is. They want to keep us divided. Doesn't matter whether it's race, creed, religion or political beliefs. Let's play it.

[00:44:16] I have a question for you. Play it. Here is CNBC, right? They're mocking the Democrats and Elizabeth Warren. Meanwhile, when Elizabeth Warren and Democrats were talking about all that stuff, putting a fear margin, they're the ones putting that up and agreeing with them. And now they're trying to look good and say, oh, this is an idea. Get the fuck out of here. The left and people that don't like the president and don't want things to work. And, you know, like Senator Elizabeth Warren will come on and say inflation is out of control.

[00:44:44] And the economy is getting killed by what's happening by these tariffs. This 3 percent with the market at new highs. And really, we haven't seen inflation, you know, go up back to 3 percent. Maybe it will this week. Maybe we'll see it. But none of these things, none of these horrible things have happened. But they still talk like it's happening. It's amazing. Well, the important there's an important lesson there. Don't pick a congressman to be your money manager at. That's what I would say.

[00:45:11] But in the end, Congress has their own reasons to point out certain things. And the Democrats, of course, as you pointed out, really don't want to see the current administration have some success. But there's no doubt that this is some success. We're seeing more horsepower. We're seeing better equities. Inflation. Inflation really hasn't changed much in the last year or so. Hmm. I mean, yeah, inflation is down.

[00:45:42] I didn't see Senator Warren crying about inflation when Joe Biden was president. There's again with the fucking bias. Even though, you know, it doesn't feel like the economy is great. It just doesn't. I don't. I don't. Away from what sentiment from people, they don't feel it either. I think food prices are still high. Gas prices, we know, is high. We know what. Food prices have gone up. They say that ground beef, since this administration took power, and I'm not saying it's their fault.

[00:46:10] I'm saying that it's got a lot to do with the beef industry and the processing plants and the control of those processing plants. Because the ranchers aren't the ones that are inflating the prices. The ranchers aren't getting more money for their cattle. It's got to do with the processing companies. Ground beef, since Donald Trump took office, is up another 30 percent. Which ground beef used to be a staple for a lot of homes. It was an inexpensive protein and they could use it. Pork is down, but many other things are up. Eggs are down, but there's a ton of stuff that's up. I don't know about you guys.

[00:46:39] When I go to the grocery store, I'm a price checker, and I even still am shocked when I get to the register and I look at my total. I cringe. I'm spending way more than I ever spent on food. And I can't say that I'm necessarily buying the food items that I would normally buy, that I'm looking for stuff on sale. I'm doing that thing because I'm trying to be cost sensitive. I'm trying to be common sense. But, you know, Donald Trump likes to talk about everything being great. I don't think it's great for America. I think interest rates are up.

[00:47:08] I think people are suffering on mortgages they signed up for. Interest rate on car loans are up. You know? Here in Colorado, I see people driving older cars more than you would expect. There aren't as many new cars on the road. I see a lot more new cars on the road as an example when I'm in Florida. You all right, bro? Yeah, I'm okay. You had to hiccups? I did have a little hiccup there. All right. Let's talk about at least this mom's putting her money where her mouth is. And this is what happens.

[00:47:35] When you can't get the school board or the precinct or the county to listen, then I guess you just have to go to threats and tell them exactly what you're going to do. This mom put her school board on notice and said, if my daughter calls me to say a boy is in her middle school bathroom or locker room because her school and this school district won't protect young girls, that's child endangerment. And I'm coming to the school with police officers and pressing charges. And she's right. Because it shouldn't be happening.

[00:48:04] And we shouldn't have to worry about our kids going to school and being groomed. We've seen it in the classrooms. Bad enough that it's online. But it shouldn't be happening in the school system. And this boys in the girls' bathroom and locker rooms, come on. It's ridiculous. Let's play the clip. Upon reviewing the anti-discrimination policy, nowhere in the document does it say any person, group, or entity has the right to set the rules by which we all live based on how they feel. That would be anarchy. That would be chaos.

[00:48:34] If they are uncomfortable with who they are as they are born, then we provide alternative bathrooms and spaces for those people. We do not displace thousands of girls. Why are the feelings of a couple of people more important than the feelings of all our girls? Now we're to where I have to fight for my daughter's right to use the bathroom without worrying about a boy coming in. If you're suffering from body dysmorphic disorder, you do not have the right to displace thousands of young girls and displace them and disregard their feelings.

[00:49:03] Boundaries should be set. Adults are supposed to set boundaries. Everyone is expected to adhere to the faculty signs on the wall. Male and female mean something. Those words mean something. With their recent ruling, the Supreme Court has affirmed sex is immutable and the terms male and female are defined. You can just make a motion to refine your interpretation of existing policy based on the new guidance from the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

[00:49:32] Title IX was meant to protect women's rights and give them a space. You can do so tonight if you have the courage to do so. My two youngest children have orientation in the morning at the middle school. We've had many long conversations about what it's going to be like at school and how to handle these very difficult situations. Even as a trained biologist, I'm having a hard time explaining to a 10 and a 12-year-old that there may be opposite-sex people in their bathroom and the people in charge will not be there to tell them that that's not okay.

[00:50:01] I think most reasonable people would consider this upside-down, bizarre world that we live in as willful negligence, child endangerment, and child sexual grooming. Do not think for one second that all of your administrators are going to be immune if a child is hurt by this. If you fail to act tonight and my children are confronted with this situation, they are under strict orders to immediately go to the office and call me, at which point I will return with law enforcement and be pursuing charges.

[00:50:28] I feel at this point I have no other choice but to do this to protect my children. Thank you for your time. Good for you, Mom. More moms need to stand up. I think the more people that stand up, the more they'll get the message. Or just vote these people out of these school boards and start voting in the right people. I don't know how these people get in all these positions and also don't want to make these big changes. It's just crazy.

[00:50:55] But this shouldn't surprise you coming out of California. I mean, just another reason it's become such a shithole state and for you to move out here. This is a real story. It's coming from News Out. I want to play the clip. But California actually, it was today or yesterday, became the first state in the nation to create rules limiting the kind of replacement tires people can buy for their car. They're trying to push this energy efficient tire thing.

[00:51:25] So most of the tires that you can buy to replace, put on your car, they're going to be illegal in California. It's just dumb. I know. I know. It's shocking, right? I'm Lance. I'm just going to play the clip. I don't even know what to say to this. Stupid. That's what it is. This government's sticking their nose in a bunch of shit again. They shouldn't be sticking their nose in tires. You know what the crazy part is? People in California are going to see this like, what?

[00:51:53] When they actually, they probably don't know this or probably not realize it. But when they go to put tires on their car, they're going to be like, what do you mean? But they'll keep voting for these idiots. Play the clip. It's crazy. California regulators approve new rules that will limit the type of tires you can buy when it's time to replace them on your car. Yeah. While the California Energy Commission says that this is meant to save money for consumers, tire makers say that this will add to the cost of living here in the state. In case area three was the only TV station at the meeting today.

[00:52:23] Case area three political director, Ashley Zavala, was there to watch the vote. So walk us through what this is supposed to do. This was a lengthy hearing. And ultimately, the California Energy Commission, in a unanimous vote, approved new rules that will phase out the sale of replacement tires that are currently sold in California that do not meet certain energy efficiency standards. It's expected to eliminate most of the tires that are right now sold in this state.

[00:52:48] The goal is for consumers to save money on gas or electricity if you have an EV by having more efficient tires. At the center of this is a tire's rolling resistance or how much energy a tire uses as it rolls down the road. Lower resistance means a vehicle uses less gas or less electricity. New cars generally come with efficient tires, but consumers typically replace them with higher rolling resistance tires. This new rule comes in phases in California.

[00:53:16] So first, by 2029, California will only allow the sale of tires with a maximum rolling resistance level of 9.1. In phase two, the standard lowers to 7.2 starting in 2033. That second phase means that an estimated 70% of tires currently sold in California will be eliminated from the market. The California Energy Commission has never regulated tires before, so this is a first.

[00:53:43] The commission claims the savings on gas and electricity will offset the cost of new tires in the beginning of these phases. The commission also claims this will improve air quality and provide other environmental benefits. But meanwhile, some tire makers have several concerns. Some say this is actually going to increase costs by limiting consumer choices. Here's what both sides of this new rule told us after the vote.

[00:54:07] From the industry perspective, what we're really concerned about is the fact that these costs to the average families in California that are struggling with affordability is that it's going to increase their costs by hundreds of dollars in phase two. And we've highlighted that. And even in CEC's own data, you can see that. So we're rather disappointed that they move forward with phase two.

[00:54:29] Is there a backup plan if the California Energy Commission's expectations around cost savings aren't met with this rule? Well, we're committed to doing this right. We are only doing it because we know it will save Californians money. So we're going to monitor. We're going to do on our enforcement well. We have decades of experience with this. We have appliance standards that are saving Californians money every day.

[00:54:55] And so we're going to use that same capability that we have for appliance standards on this. And sure, we'll revise it if things become less practical. But we're pretty confident. California is the first state in the nation to create a rule like this. So where did this come from exactly? Yeah, it's kind of a loaded question. But, I mean, that's a question we asked Commissioner Skinner, who you just heard from. Governor Gavin Newsom fairly recently appointed her to the commission. She's a well-known environmentalist.

[00:55:25] When she was a state senator, she has written several laws that right now regulate the state's oil and gas industry. So the California legislature more than 20 years ago directed the California Energy Commission to explore this kind of tire efficiency rule. It sat idle up until this year. The current chairman of the commission admitted today he had no idea that legislation existed. I asked Skinner if she brought it up, if she pushed it. She didn't directly answer the question.

[00:55:53] She told me, had she been on the commission 20 years ago, maybe this would not have taken so long. But the bottom line is we don't really know why now. Right. She said, I mean, the cost pressures of gas and electricity rates at this point. But it's really not clear why they decided right now in this moment this year to do this. Right. Or to let it be up to the consumer to decide if they want to invest in these tires that could save them money. Right. Okay. Thank you.
