[00:07:07] I think you are, too. I don't know how much hip-hop you listen to, but I've always listened to a lot of it. You know, this was a major deal. The Tupac Shakur murder solved. Now, is there any questions? Sure, there's always questions. But this guy caught a case here, man. And this is a historic verdict. 30. It's hard for me to believe that Tupac was gunned down 30 years ago. It doesn't even seem like it was 30 years ago, George, to me. No, it doesn't.

[00:07:35] I'm waiting to see if we're going to get Biggie's murderer behind bars. It's interesting. And we also heard some rumors. I don't know how true it is that Diddy might be wrapped up in this. Well, not rumors. No, no, no, no. It was in court testifying. He testified in court on the oath that Diddy was paying money for this. I believe, allegedly paying money. I'm going to say allegedly paying money. So, most likely, you know, Diddy had something to do with Biggie, too. Allegedly. Well, here we are.

[00:08:04] This is the former Crips leader, Dwayne Keffy D. Davis. So, he's been found guilty in the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. And, you know, George and I were talking about, of course, on capital murder, there's no statute of limitations. So, I'm sure that's why they were able to get it. What about attempted murder, too, on Suge Knight? Even though I don't like Suge Knight, but he was driving. I would imagine that that's part of this. I don't know what the total number of charges were. Tupac was only 25, which I didn't realize that.

[00:08:33] Is there a statute of limitations on attempted murder? No, I don't think so. No? Okay. I don't think, but maybe, you know, George, I'm not a big, you know, I don't really understand the capital murder cases. I don't know anybody that's ever been in a case like that. And I've never really studied it. So, I don't know. And I don't know the Las Vegas criminal laws. But for anybody out there, it's hard to imagine this is 30 years ago. I feel like it was only, you know, a couple of years ago. But, you know, this was the drive-by shooting in Las Vegas. And this was September of 96.

[00:09:04] Suge Knight was driving that BMW that you saw in the thumbnail. That car, I think, is still for sale even now. He was, Tupac was riding as a passenger. When passengers in a white Cadillac, they pulled up and opened fire on the wrappers. And, of course, the CEO of the record label, Suge Knight. They didn't allege that Dwayne Davis pulled the trigger.

[00:09:28] But under Nevada law, anyone who helps aid, abet, or orchestrate a murder can be criminally charged. So, he was in the vehicle. I guess the gun was getting passed around. They weren't sure what side of the vehicle they were going to go from. Because they only caught it. I guess the BMW was going in the opposite direction. I read about this yesterday. And some girl in a Sebring, a white Sebring, was screaming, oh, Tupac, Tupac. And that's how they actually identified that he was in the vehicle.

[00:09:58] Which, you know, bad timing on a fan. Bad timing, of course, for Suge Knight and Tupac. But is Suge Knight still in jail, George? I don't know. I just don't. I think he is. I think he's still in jail. I don't know if he's gotten out or not. I know he was in jail there for a while. He was in jail, I think, for another attempt at homicide, I think. Let's go ahead and play the clip. Let me see. Yeah, he's still in prison.

[00:10:26] He's serving a 28-year prison sentence for voluntary manslaughter. Yeah. Yep. Motherfucker's still there. The verdict reads as follows. We, the jury in the above-entitled case, find the defendant, Dwayne Keith Davis, as follows. Count one, murder with use of a deadly weapon. Guilty of first-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon. Date of this 31st date of August 2026. Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, is this your verdict as read? So say you won, so say you all. Yes. Yes.

[00:10:56] Yep. Now, I guess some of the testimony, he was being, he was, he was made his testimony available trying to get a deal in another case that he's in jail for now. And that's where this all started, that he started giving testimony that indicated his involvement, probably thinking since he didn't pull the trigger, he wasn't looking at a capital murder case. So, hold on. So, I'm going to- He also wrote a book. Did you know that, George? Who? Kefi. Diddy, he wrote a book, and he was trying to promote the book.

[00:11:25] Yeah, yeah, that's how he outed himself, dumbass. Well, he also, one of the arguments they had in court, I'm not saying it holds any water, he was saying that a lot of it was just hype to sell the book, and that he wasn't really guilty in this crime. So, I'm just, don't say nothing. So, in the chat, we have a question. Where has Diddy been quiet? I was just thinking the same thing. Where is Diddy? It's a good point. Well, Diddy's in federal prison. So, hold on, Lance. Let me finish the chat. And that's what I said. Diddy's in prison.

[00:11:55] And somebody goes, no shit. Well, no shit, but the other couple people just maybe didn't know that. I'm just drawing this person that said, actually, one of my mods, she thinks he's all tough now and stuff. And then the other mods, like, putting her money on that mod against me. Big mistake. But it's all right. All right. We'll let them have a little glory. These broads, you know, they get crazy sometimes. It's okay. Here's what's interesting. You know, Diddy has a lot of dirt on a lot of people.

[00:12:21] So, I'm kind of surprised we haven't seen him trying to get himself a 5K1. We don't know if he is or not. But, you know, he also, I guess, got, he lost some of his good time. I guess there was some kind of a fight. Because his date of release got moved further down the road. So, there was a date of release change. So, I don't know if that was related to this. Now, I wouldn't be surprised, just so we're clear, because Diddy, of course, he was using

[00:12:48] the Epstein manual for how to make friends and influence people. And I wouldn't be surprised if we see Diddy negotiating earlier release through information. I would be shocked, in fact, that that doesn't happen. So, for anybody out there, you know, you can remember this conversation. Because, of course, that's standard. You know, there isn't anybody in jail that doesn't want to try to get out of relief. Some people are more likely to give up information. Others are not.

[00:13:14] But, you know, the Fed is very good about, you know, putting people in and then trying to get new cases. Because it's the easiest way to get a case, right? You get somebody that has firsthand knowledge or somebody like Diddy that was collecting information, you know, at his baby oil sex-a-thons. Who knows what he was able to get out of people because he was using GHB. Anybody knows what GHB is? That drug lowers your inhibitions. And, of course, you might be able to get some information from people when they have lowered inhibitions on

[00:13:43] ecstasy, ketamine, GHB, all common sex drugs, all common at the Diddy parties. So, who knows? You know, never say never when it comes to P. Diddy. He's a survivor. There's no doubt. Now, is he going to catch a new case? Is there going to be a capital murder case that as soon as he gets released from the Fed, the state picks him up in Vegas? I don't know. I haven't heard anything about that yet. But that's a real possibility with what's going on. I'm sure Suge Knight is reveling in this new outcome.

[00:14:12] You know, I'm actually surprised that Suge Knight hasn't negotiated an earlier release with all the stuff he knew. And there was a lot of dirt that old Suge Knight knew. It's amazing that they haven't gone back to try to get more information. All right. I want to see. So, I don't know if you've seen any trial, but I've seen some of the trial. They were actually talking about because he stated on the stand, you know, that Diddy did pay for it or something. He was involved.

[00:14:42] I think he said paying for it and stuff. So, it's going to be interesting if they bring charges to him. Yeah. I'm waiting to see. Many times people are in prison and they catch a new case and they go from what, and, you know, sometimes it's a state case. Or sometimes it's the opposite, a federal case. Somebody's on a state case and the next thing they know, they think they're walking out the door and there's the U.S. Marshals waiting for them. And all they do is go right into the next trial or the next case. So, it's an ugly thing. You know, once you're in there and they've got their hooks in you, it's going to happen.

[00:15:12] It's an easy system for the feds and the state. It's going to be easier to put a case on somebody that's on hold or is coming fresh out of prison because they don't really have a way to defend themselves. They usually get a public defender. They can't do the research. Some of the cases are legitimate. Some of them are not. All right, Trump. I know this one's near and dear to you, George. You talked about these truck driving. I think it's near and dear to a lot of people because look how many people die from immigrant truck drivers that don't know how to drive a truck or even read or speak English.

[00:15:41] How the fuck do they read roadsides? I mean, this is a positive, but there'll be liberals out there that are saying they'll cry the river on this one. I wonder how they're doing this actually, though, because the Trump admin, they're forcing the shutdown of 270 fraudulent truck driving schools that were handing out licenses to illegals and people who can't speak or read English. And this is all coming. Secretary Duffy was saying this. They were and this was what I think yesterday.

[00:16:11] They shut down yesterday alone. 110 schools shut down. And that those 110 schools. This is this is a crazy number. Counted for 5000 English proficiency violations alone. Just basically handing out these CDLs, putting these individuals with not enough training. No real school didn't know how to read the road signs and putting them in a death machine. What about these semis?

[00:16:39] The weight of these semis rattling down the road with these people behind the wheel. I mean, this is horrible. But then you have 100. This is at this is at 270. Now, 110 did that now. 160 more schools were closed. Get this for not having proper facilities. What? Unlicensed instructors. And this one. You can't make this shit up. One school told inspectors their classroom was a school bus sitting in the backyard. That's where you go to school bus. That's your classroom. Oh, my God.

[00:17:10] I mean, and here's the quote. One school that we're shutting down was so flippant as they told us their classroom was the school bus that was in the backyard. So we have 10 skill testers who have given over 2,000 driver's licenses to people who can't speak English. Excuse me. Wow. This is horrible.

[00:17:35] I mean, think about how dangerous it is to put an inexperienced driver, now untaught, untrained, behind the wheel of a semi. Lance, I have a question. Was it a short bus? Was it a short bus? Exactly. Probably. Probably was a short bus. That's a good point. I appreciate that candor out of the chat. Yeah. But, of course, no surprise, right? Did they? There's always grifters out there. I want to know.

[00:18:03] All those people where they found all those illegals with CDLs, did they revoke all their CDLs, too? I mean, I would, for God's sake, hope so. You would think, right? I mean, an illegitimately derived license, you know, when you do things like that, it's a criminal act. I mean, these are people that didn't have the skills, didn't have the training. We don't even know if they went to a classroom. They might have just signed up, never went, and just got the license. You know, I don't know if people realize this.

[00:18:31] When you get a CDL license, you're held to a higher standard. So, for instance, when your alcohol intake, if you're 0.8 or under, you're good to drive. But that's not for truck drivers, CDL holders. It's even less. I think it's like 0.5 or something. And it's not only that. It's also with, like, tickets and stuff, any violations. You can get your license suspended. So, they're definitely held to a higher standard, just not from these 270 schools, I guess. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:19:01] This is heavy duty here. And, I mean, again, very dangerous. I hope these people face criminal charges. How'd you get a CDL? Just a... You could have gone to one of these schools, George. You speak English. Huh? No comprende. Okay. No habla espan... Como? English. Yeah. All right. Well, that's not so funny for the people who watch it. I might do that if I had a CDL get pulled over. I'd go to... I'd have to pick a language. You can't pick Spanish.

[00:19:30] Because, you know, there's a lot of officers who speak Spanish. Yeah. You know, I've seen a... I don't know if it was an Indian or... You could learn a couple lines in Apple. I've seen this. A woman police officer pulled... It was a guy that didn't speak English. It was... I don't know if it was Indian or whatever. She had, like, a... She pressed something on her... On her... Something on her chest here. And she spoke to it... And translated.

[00:19:57] And translated and spoke out the language of the guy so he could understand. Yeah. That's pretty cool. Instant translators. They've also got them in your ear now. It'll actually translate on the fly many, many languages. Almost all the languages. My AirPods do that. Yeah. Yeah. So... And it'll actually give you the translation if you want. If what you want to say, if you say it, then it'll give you... You know what's funny? You're gonna... Have you ever go for, like, when I get a pedicure and stuff? You know, I don't...

[00:20:25] They're either Chinese or Vietnamese. Whatever they are. You want gel and nail? I put the AirPods on just fucking... Why do you have a girlfriend? To hear if they're talking any shit. Do they ever ask you, why do you not have girlfriend? No. Today, what we are announcing is an emergency executive shutdown of 110 driving schools.

[00:20:53] So these are driving schools that account for 5,000 of the violations for English proficiency. What I mean by that is you have to speak English to operate a commercial motor vehicle. I didn't create that rule. President Trump didn't create that rule. That rule has been in place for decades. And we have schools that know the rule and still pass people through their school who can't speak the language.

[00:21:23] And so there's 110 of them through a data analysis that are the greatest offenders. As of today, those schools are shut down. We also have shut down 160 additional schools. These are schools that, in essence, certify that they are qualified to train truck drivers. However, they don't have adequate space to put a potential driver in a truck and have them go around the cones and do the turns.

[00:21:53] And they don't have space to even allow the truck driver to actually get behind the wheel and drive. They have unlicensed instructors. So you have instructors who are uncertified who are allegedly training the new truck drivers to operate on American roadways. And they oftentimes didn't have classrooms. One school that we're shutting down was so flippant as they told us their classroom was the school bus that was in the backyard.

[00:22:21] That was the classroom for which they were training new truck drivers. So you have fraud throughout the school system. Now, just as a comparison, I've got a lot of kids. And so I've taken through all my kids through the license process at 16 years old. They go to a driving school. And they will take their they'll go through the written work. But they also go through this the skills work with a driving instructor.

[00:22:49] That's the schools that were finding fraud that are training the commercial truck driver. But then it goes when my daughters go get their driver's license, they have to go to the DMV. And a DMV tester gets in the vehicle with them and they do a road test. Well, for commercial drivers, oftentimes the states will certify testers that will do it on the state's behalf.

[00:23:14] What we found through our data analysis is that many of the certified state testers actually aren't adequately testing the potential drivers that they're going to license. In one state, there's 10 skills testers and they work for the state. If they get through the skills test, they're going to get a license.

[00:23:37] We have 10 skill testers who have given over 2,000 driver's licenses to people who can't speak English. This is the simplest of tests. If you talk to anybody, if you give a written test, which these testers have to do, you know if they speak and read English. And over 2,000 could not speak or read English and they still were able to get a state license.

[00:24:06] So we are cracking down on this fraud and we are going to bring safety back to American roadways. Horrible. Horrible for the people whose families they lost, loved ones. Horrible. But again, you know, there's always going to be a grift. And, you know, I blame the Biden administration in so many ways. They were well aware of this.

[00:24:31] A lot of these terrible, you know, driving accidents with semis with people that couldn't speak English. There was many of them during the Biden term. He should have cracked down right then, but he didn't care. He needed those illegal votes, as did the Democrats and many others. All right. Zoran Mondani. Nope, we're not fans. I'm from New York. This guy sucks. I guarantee you he will go down in history as the worst mayor of New York.

[00:24:56] He will go down as being the person that really, I think, is going to bring some, is already doing, they're bringing major death blows to New York. George, but it's interesting. You get what you vote for, huh? You actually do in this matter. And you know what? I'm kind of happy this is happening. I have no sympathy. I have no fucks given on this one. Get what you vote for. And all these people, they all voted for him. They supported him. The teachers union supported him. Lance, I don't know what you're doing.

[00:25:25] You did two topic things there. You're messing me up. But anyway. So, Mondani thanked the teachers union. Like, what? He's filing a lawsuit to stop their pay raise for educational paraprofessionals. But city council passed the Respect Check Act, giving public school paraprofessionals like teachers aides a one-time 10,000 workforce stabilization payment.

[00:25:53] Now, these paraprofessionals, these are the ones, I think, dealing with special needs kids, I believe, or stuff. But, you know, a lot of times, they're doing the brunt of their work. Even aides are doing the brunt of their work. It's just like if you look at, like, a congressperson. Well, their aides are doing all the work. They're just doling it out, which is whatever. They're the boss. Okay, good for them. But they still need to be compensated properly. But the city council passes, and now he's trying to go against them.

[00:26:22] But meanwhile, he wants to waste money for this and that and all the other bullshit that he does. Free groceries, you know. And he supported, I think, a version of this bill in the past. Yeah. Now he's mayor. Hold on. Now he's mayor. He's in the seat. He doesn't support it. You know this bastard, too? His wife is going somewhere in South America somewhere. And she's getting security detail paid for by New York City taxpayers.

[00:26:52] Dude's got money. Why does he pay for it? Why the hell do the taxpayers got to pay for his wife? It's got nothing to do with New York City. She's just a wife. And she's not the mayor. If he was going, she was going with him. Okay, fine. I understand that. She needs protection. But he's got nothing to do with that. Well, he's claiming, his claim to fame here is that there's a law called the Taylor Law. And he says this act, what they did, violated it. But the city council is saying that they drafted this to make sure that it did not violate

[00:27:22] the state's Taylor Law. But it's interesting. You know, they gave him their support, their financial support. And that's a powerful union in New York. It's a powerful group. There's a lot of them. So those votes really mattered. But, of course, now he's in that mayor seat. And, you know, that's what happens when you put the wrong shithead in. I'll go down right now. I'm going to tell you right now. He will go down in history as the worst New York mayor. And he will be responsible for causing major financial issues for New York.

[00:27:49] And for the people in New York, many people I know that have money are moving out of New York in droves. So that includes businesses. Nobody trusts this guy. He's a shitty mayor. And obviously he can't keep his word. This teachers group, they have got to be very angry at this moment. They gave him full support and he just shit all over them. So I think teachers are underpaid. It's a tough job. I don't like a lot of the teachers that have the jobs.

[00:28:16] I don't like the whole DEI garbage they're trying to groom our kids with. Right? I don't like all that LGDBQ trans crap. But teachers, it's a tough job, man. These kids are a whole different level. I see a lot of videos. You guys have seen them on TikTok and here on X. And we've even covered some of the show. These kids are a whole different level. To be a teacher is not an easy job. So my hat's off to the good ones. Screw the ones that are trying to groom our kids. I'd rather just jack them right out of there.

[00:28:45] I mean, your city's fucked up as it is anyway. It is, man. It's not the city I grew up in. I said to George yesterday he's very lucky that Giuliani had done what he did to organize crime there. Because I don't think this guy would have survived. I'm very lucky? No. No, I didn't say you. Oh. I said that Mondami was. I said to you yesterday. We were talking about it yesterday. I said he's lucky that the old organized crime groups are in there. I don't think he would survive. First of all, third plans.

I don't know if you people are aware of this. You can go on Trump Rx. I looked this up a while ago. I still look it up. You can get good prices off of there. It all depends on your insurance, what you're doing, but you're going to get better prices. So, I suggest you all check that out.

[00:32:54] If you haven't done Trump accounts for your kids or you have grandkids or nieces, nephews, whatever, tell their parents. I really would like to know if anybody that's a Democrat, did they open up any Trump accounts for their kids? I'd like to find out. I think there's going to be a lot of closet nose in that one. Yeah. Because they won't admit to it, but they probably did. It's free money. Democrats love free money. If they can't steal it, they love to get it for free.

[00:33:25] But look, this is big. And he said something that I think is really important. As you guys all know, health care is bullshit, right? You see these bills you get, even though your insurance covers it, and you see what they're charging at these facilities. It's just crazy. Because they've got the insurance layer there. And now he said, if the medicine bill drops like this, meaning that the pharmaceutical drugs are much cheaper because we're not paying for all the R&D. That was one of Trump's big things.

[00:33:49] He said that it was time for the pharmaceutical companies to stop passing all the research and development through the pricing in the U.S. That that need to be equally priced across the globe. Because as you guys know, I bought medicine out of the country. I bought it from India and elsewhere because it's much cheaper. Because over here, you can just get gouged. And a lot of times, you don't even need a prescription for certain stuff. You're not going to get crazy. But there are a lot of things you can get without a prescription.

[00:34:15] So if the medicine bill drops like this, health care follows. So health care better get ready. Because it's overcharging crap where you get some massive bill. It's crazy. I mean, I even watched my mom had had an incident a couple of months ago where I saw her. She had to get picked up in an ambulance. And we're only about, honestly, maybe 15 blocks from the hospital. 12 blocks. We're very close. The hospital we use. It's a very, very nice hospital.

[00:34:43] And I couldn't believe how much they charged for that short hop. Now, she didn't pay the bill. Of course, in the case, Medicare took care of it. But so this isn't a 1% press release cut. These, a lot of people, these numbers that were so big that got cut, a lot of people said that was impossible. But I think it's the same thing. So RFK Jr. and Dr. Oz, they want Congress to lock it in. And they want to make it the most favored nation, the law.

[00:35:09] Meaning that you can't just pass through a bunch of high prices because you think the U.S. can afford it and then give the drug, say, over in another country for like one one hundredth of a cost. And that's what they've been doing. They've been passing through all the high research and development costs to us. So Trump's point, this is even a colder point, he said he cut your insulin. And he's sitting next to them. And he says, he cut your insulin, your Ozempic, your fertility drugs.

[00:35:39] I'm raising them back up. That's why they want it buried. You know, you've seen them do that. They want to raise back up these prices. Let's play this clip because he pretty much exposes them. And it's a racket. And he's trying to shut that racket down. And I think the same thing goes for health care costs. We should have the best health care in the nation and it should be the most reasonable. But it's not. You guys have seen it. You've seen your own insurance companies refuse health care to you. You know, they need to put an end to that bullshit.

[00:36:08] All right, let's play the clip. You should now because the drugs and the medicines, everything you need for health care is a approximately, they're saying 50 percent. Well, if the drugs are coming down at numbers like we're talking about, health care should be following. And I think very rapidly. I think Bobby and Oz will talk about that. So now we need Congress to expand these agreements and codify them into permanent law. We want to make it permanent.

[00:36:37] This is now under the Trump administration. Now, I don't know if it's really that necessary to make it permanent because I can't imagine a person sitting here saying, I want to double and triple and quadruple your drug prices. I don't see that happening. But I think it's a good thing to do. I just don't imagine that anybody would be brave enough to sit at this position and say, we're going to Trump reduce your prices by numbers that nobody's ever seen. We're going to raise them back up. So I don't see it.

[00:37:05] But it's still good to have it codified, have it approved by Congress. And I just want to thank everybody. I don't know if Congress. Why does a dog lick his balls? Because he can. And I think Congress can't be trusted. So I think you do have to codify it into law for most favored nation status for us. So he just said, like, he wants Congress to codify it for, you know, those prices. Yeah.

[00:37:33] And this is where I was just talking about this yesterday with my cousin and nephew. This is where there's a disconnect with Congress because now you can have the big pharma lobbying groups come in and try to stop that because they want to make money. And this is where you're going to find out every politician should be for cheaper drug prices for all Americans. There shouldn't be no nobody voting no on it, but there will be. And that's this is a crazy part.

[00:38:02] And that's where you got to vote them out and just keep exposing them bastards. I've said it before. I'll say it again. When it comes to congressional members, I think we need a couple of changes. I want them to have to wear NASCAR jackets and the patches on their jackets are equal to who they got money from. So if they got a tremendous amount of money from a Pfizer or Johnson and Johnson in their campaign, I also think when they open their fat mouths up in Congress and they're going to talk about a topic, let's say drugs in this case, that if they did receive money, they

[00:38:31] have to open with my campaign received money from this one and this one and this one and this one and this one and this one and this one. Because you would be able to filter the bullshit because, you know, the speech and debate clause, that's a hard part of our Constitution. It really allows these congressional members to damn near lie their asses off in Congress with no consequences. It actually gives them that ability. If you don't believe me, go look it up. Speech and debate clause. It's a rough thing. I think if they had to wear NASCAR jackets, you know, they had a big, you know, a big

[00:39:01] Burlington patch on it or Pfizer or whatever, then you guys would know what they're doing. Some of them would need trench coats. That's how many patches they would have for the amount of money they've got. But that's what big pharma, that's what the lobbyists do, the, you know, big, the big medical industrial complex, the military industrial complex. They get these congressional members in their pockets. And then the next thing you know, they're pushing for them, not a benefit to the American people, but just, they just do it. And I think you always have to look at where they're getting their money from. You can look it up online.

[00:39:28] There's many websites to track it because when they're over there, you know, pontificating how, oh yeah, we've got to do this. We've got to do that. You need to see why they're doing that. So I think we need a disclaimer because, you know, the FTC has laws. If we have a sponsor for the show, we have to indicate to you guys, we actually, they're a sponsor. They're a paid sponsor. We have to acknowledge that. And when we run commercials or we do live reads, why doesn't Congress have to do that? Why shouldn't they have the same obligation to tell us where the money came from in their

[00:39:57] campaign, who they're spending time with? I don't know. It'd be great if we could get some more transparency. I don't think it'll happen because they love it the way it is. All right. This is kind of an, I told you so moment. They keep telling you AI isn't going to take jobs. And I'm telling you AI- Who keeps saying that though? Who says they're not taking jobs? We know they're taking jobs. There are many AI experts who come online that are part of AI companies. No, this is going to enhance jobs. It's going to create jobs.

[00:40:26] And I absolutely disagree with that. I think there's a tsunami in the tech industry of jobs being cut. Of course, that makes sense. You know what a lot of AI is taking is with support. If you go to a company, you want to support a chat support or talk to somebody, you have to go through all their AI bullshit now in order to get a live person. Yeah. Whereas before you didn't. Also programming. A lot of programmers are losing jobs. It's a lot of mid-level management. It's not so much the super high management.

[00:40:55] It's the middle ground. Even blue-collar companies. I've been reading a lot. I've been doing a lot of studying. I've got a book coming out about blue-collar, you know, AI for blue-collar bosses. And that book's going to be coming out shortly. And that book is about how plumbers and electricians, people that you work with, can use that book to use AI to enhance their business, to get leads and do a lot of the stuff that, you know, blue-collar guys aren't the best at. They don't necessarily want to do the billing or the invoicing. And they have to pay a lot of people to do it.

[00:41:23] There's a way to use AI and cut that out of the middle, which makes it more profitable for them. But of course, even accounting. I understand the accounting industry is having a major shakeup. So let's talk about this. TikTok, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Oracle, and many others. We're only halfway through the year, and there's been 175,000 layoffs. Now, this is in the tech industry specifically I'm talking about.

[00:41:48] You know, 14,000 job cuts happened at an EV automaker, Lucid, a game developer, Bungie. That's a trading platform company. Robinhood and others. They just had a round of layoffs over at Microsoft. That was about 4,800 jobs. So this is a major shakeup here. And, you know, I've got a bunch of the companies. I won't inundate you guys with all of it. But just, you look, August 26, Apple cut, you know, 60 people in its Vision Group.

[00:42:15] That doesn't sound like a big number, but they've already saying that it's going to affect more than 200 people. And that's Vision Group and Vision Pro, just that one division. You've got that. You've got TikTok. They just cut 250 people and closed its Nashville, Tennessee office because everybody's looking for more profit, right? They want to pass through more profit. The CEOs want more profit because that's how they get paid. Zillow, they just laid off over 500 people because they're doing a bunch of organizational changes across the company.

[00:42:46] Zillow is integrating a massive amount of AI. So when you're on Zillow, you'll see Etsy. They laid off about 220 people. That's 12% of its workforce. And they plan on more layoffs because they figured out a way to run the company using AI adoption. July 26, Microsoft, they just did this around a job layoffs. 4,800 jobs. It's about 2.1% of its workforce.

[00:43:09] The Xbox division is getting hit the hardest with 3,200 roles getting cut through fiscal year 2027. Just 1,600 people were let go in July. A lot of people shocked that have been there for a long time. A lot of this is middle management and middle supervisory roles. Intel just had a big layoff. Visa, they just did a big one. Monday.com, I'm not familiar with this company. I don't know if you know them, George, but they're going to be laying off 20% of their workforce, about 630 people.

[00:43:41] Patreon, they laid off 20% of their workforce, about 93 people. Uber, another one, 10% of its customer service division. So, George, that confirms what you were just saying. Samsung, 179 jobs. Amazon is laying off people left and right. I think they're even going to have a major shakeup at their warehouses. They have been full-on testing AI robots for moving stuff around the warehouses. It would also cut down their theft. They have a lot of theft losses still in the warehouses. So, they're trying to fix that.

[00:44:10] Also, in the return division. Bungie, another company I'm not, which is a Sony interactive entertainment company, I guess. They're laying off a bunch of people. Like I said, Lucid already. Rackspace, Rivian, another EV company, if you know Rivian. They just laid off 2%. Robinhood, 10% of its staff. Salesforce, Groupon, Wix. I mean, the list just goes on and on. Webflow. This is a massive amount of people getting laid off here.

[00:44:37] And they're saying that this number may even increase through the end of the year. So, not just 175,000. They think through the next six months, they're going to see maybe even that number doubling, meaning that there'll be another 300 or 400,000 layoffs. So, you know, for you people out there, you better have a plan because maybe you think your job's very solid. Cisco just laid off 4,000. Link Diane, Reid Hoffman, who I don't like, you know, he's the founder.

[00:45:03] He's the guy that's been greasing and he's another Soros-style puppet manipulator. They just laid off 5%, General Motors, Cloudflare, PayPal, Coinbase. And you'll see it. You'll see them show up in one month. Like Microsoft showed up every month. Microsoft has been making cuts. So, they are actively looking how to lower their overhead because, of course, employees are expensive. By the time you have to give them all their benefits, workman's comp, unemployment, payroll tax. It makes a lot of sense.

[00:45:32] And there's another overlay on this, George. Commercial real estate is in a terrible spot. They are, these companies are also getting rid of commercial spaces because they're recognizing that these people can work from home and they can use AI to monitor them. So, they're getting the same results, if not better results, and they're not paying the overhead of a facility.

[00:45:58] So, you're going to see commercial real estate, I think, is in an ugly spot. I don't know, George, in New Jersey, I don't know if you're seeing this, in Denver, there are many buildings that are getting resold for pennies on the dollar. Buildings that are empty. Even those, you know those workspace places where you can rent a space and you can have a receptionist. Those workspace buildings are not doing very well here in Denver. I don't know. How about New Jersey? Are you seeing a lot of empty buildings? A lot of commercial buildings? I didn't know. I didn't know if you've seen it. I see it here.

[00:46:28] There's been a lot of news about buildings getting resold for just small amounts. A lot of your big office buildings are like in this, like, Jersey City, Patterson, Newark and stuff. I mean, there's some around, but I don't know. I can't see inside if there's people working or not. I mean. There was a building in Denver that the last time it sold, it sold for $75 million. That same building just changed hands at $4.5 million. So that's what we're seeing is some major dumping of properties here. I don't know.

[00:46:57] They're going to convert it into condos, which, you know, it's very expensive to take an office building and divert it into condos. And I don't know that the condo market, I don't know if the real estate market's a good way to go right now. But Meta, T-Mobile, Epic Games, and on and on and on. So be aware of this. I think it's really important. All right, George, tell me. Hold on. Hold on. Because we got an update on something. You know, the Lindsey Clancy trial. Well, the jury came out and they're unable to reach a unanimous decision.

[00:47:27] This is a woman that killed her kids. I just. Hold on. Let me finish, man. Wow. So the judge is like, go back inside and keep trying. So, I mean, I don't know how many jurors are unable to, but at this point, it's probably going to be either a hung jury or whatever. Horrible. I mean, pretty clear that she killed her kids, right? It is pretty clear, but, you know, I've seen. I haven't seen.

[00:47:54] I haven't watched all the trial in full, but I've seen another lawyer experts that have been following. I've seen their comment, like they were on some show and they're talking about it. And there's a lot of questions about the husband in this. A lot of questions, like he used her computer, you know. He was walking in a store wearing his outfit and walking out. He was wearing something different. It was a lot of stuff. Some people, you know, there's a lot of questions. There's a lot of questions.

[00:48:27] All right. I mean. So Trump just ordered a shock voter fraud. Why did she throw herself out the window? Did she throw herself out the window? Did somebody drug her enough where to get her to go out the window? I don't know. I don't know. Actually, you know what? So I just remembered this. They said in her system that she had pills, but they were crushed. She's a nurse. So she like, they know not to crush the pill. They take their pills.

[00:48:55] You know, you give somebody crushed pills, right? You know what happens. You try to sneak down their food or drink or something. Yeah. I mean. Normally when people crush up pills. I mean, I know sometimes people do that because they want a faster reaction from the pill. But I, you know, the reason is sometimes what's it called enteric coating? Sometimes that pill has to get through your stomach acids and get into the intestines. And that's why they enterically coat the pill. By crushing it, you avoid that. So sometimes if you did that with many drugs, it wouldn't work. I mean.

[00:49:25] People do narcotic drugs. They crush it up. Here's the other thing. So, I mean, it's sad for that. I mean, the big losses here are the three children. It should have never happened. But the three children were, I believe they were strangled with workout bands, right? But her DNA was not on the workout bands. The husband's DNA was on the bands. So that's another like, what? Yeah. It's not like an aha moment.

[00:49:51] But like I said, I haven't followed a trial, you know, every day, watching it all day. There's so many people that want children, that can't have them, that want to adopt. The adoption system is difficult. I, you know, I think if it ever gets to that point, you know, I mean, you should just put your kids up for adoption. I think there's many people who would love to have those children. So I don't know. Whatever it is, whoever's guilty, I want them to face the full consequences of their actions. I think it's horrible.

[00:50:17] One of the worst violations of a parent to harm or, you know, obviously kill your children. I don't know if there's anything worse to talk about. I don't know. I don't even like talking about it. All right. Well, we've got some crackdowns. Maybe we're going to start to fix the voter system. Is this going to be fast enough for the midterms? I have no idea. But there's a shock voter fraud crackdown in nine states. George, this list of states, we probably could have called this without even looking at this story. Because look at the list.

But I'm surprised Arizona didn't show up in this list. But George, let's go through the list for the audience. On the list, you have Washington, Wisconsin, Missouri, Georgia's on there, California, Pennsylvania, New York, Nevada, Connecticut. Yeah. Why isn't Arizona on the list? I don't know. But that list goes through.

[00:51:16] I mean, California, New York would be on there. You knew Pennsylvania would be on there. Nevada also, another place where there's been what we've considered a lot of election fraud. But here's the thing. I mean, California, I think New York, even New Jersey said they ain't giving up their voter rolls. Oh, yeah. Well, hopefully they won't get any ballots. Well, there you go. I was just going to say that. You want to give voter rolls, you ain't going to get ballots. I hope they don't get any ballots. You want to go against the Supreme Court of the United States? Then so be it.

[00:51:45] Can you imagine if they can't cheat with California and New York, what a death blow that would be to the Democrats? Even New Jersey, bro. But I'm talking about the actual, you know, number of votes. If California doesn't give up its voter rolls and they don't get any ballots, imagine what that does to the people that want to cheat. So they've got starting today Homeland Security, ICE.

[00:52:10] They're going to launch a coordinated criminal voter fraud surge initiative to pursue investigative leads, conduct field interviews and support timely prosecutorial review. They're going to be authorized to pursue investigative leads through mid-October, right as the midterm election season gets underway. It's going to be a lot of pressure for these states. If you're cheating, I don't want you to vote. Fuck you. That's what I say to that. So they just found, and this is interesting, D.H. Secretary Mullen, who I like. I think he's doing a very good job.

[00:52:40] I think he's a good administrative member. 250,000 plus non-citizens were found on the voter rolls in four states. He sent letters to California, New Jersey, and of course Nevada and Pennsylvania, which we know there was a bunch of problems in Pennsylvania. Even, you know, Scott Pressler's uncovered some of that stuff. But Mullen's doing a good job, and I think this is going to be a big move.

[00:53:06] All these non-registered voters or these registered non-citizen voters, I hope none of those people get ballots. That could remove Pennsylvania, Nevada, New Jersey, and California at this time. Imagine how that would fly. The Democrats would just absolutely go into total meltdown. They'd start calling Trump a dictator. Get ready for that because it's going to happen. They're already going to go into high mode on this. Let's hope we start seeing a bunch of people get arrested. [00:55:56] So, census goes, all existing permits for automated license plate readers, even installed by local law enforcement, and state highway rights away are revoked. 86 dumb motherfuckers. Ow! They're also seizing the issuance of all future requests for LPR systems within its jurisdictional authority. So, they're actually seeing the nefarious ways of it. Because all these flock cameras, they're all sharing information. Cops are just getting on.

[00:56:25] I mean, one cop. I've seen cops where they're tracking their ex-girlfriends or even tracking their wife's movements. I've seen a cop. He was tracking. I don't know if it was his wife tracking her. And he actually could get behind her, went on the other side of traffic, was coming head on with another car. I mean, yo, man, if you're going to marry someone, be someone. If you don't trust them, you shouldn't be with them. There's no way to live like that. No doubt. Most of the time, it's their own insecurities. I can speak to that myself. Listen, most of the time, it's their own insecurities.

[00:56:53] Usually, if a person is accusing another person of cheating with no evidence, it's because that person is cheating. And they have a guilty conscience, so they think the other person is doing it. Yeah, look for that redirection. That's for sure. And look for the excuses of travel and otherwise. Ron DeSantis is another big move for him when he runs for president. Cameras, the license plate readers, I think it's out of control.

[00:57:21] And this is something that in Florida, you know, our highway patrol, we have readers for, like, tolling by plate and things like that. Now, I've never supported the automatic tickets being sent. And if you're speeding, I think a human being has to do that. And so I've never embraced that. But, and so this was something that was kind of out there in that vein.

[00:57:44] And then with this whole flock situation, it's now being used not for tolling by plate or things like that, but for actual criminal surveillance. And so these are done by police departments and sheriff's departments by and large. I've asked for an overview of what's going on in state agencies. There are some, but it's a lot smaller than what we have at the local level.

[00:58:08] And so I'm all about having law enforcement have tools to be able to hold criminals accountable. I think that's important that we do that. And no one's been stronger on law enforcement than me. But I don't want to have this become a surveillance state. I don't want there to be a situation. And that's why we wanted an AI Bill of Rights. Remember, we were pushing for that because the flock is artificial intelligence.

[00:58:36] So whether it's online with digital surveillance or whether it's with cameras, at what point are we just going to be free to be, not have to deal with any of that? And so I think it needs to be overhauled for sure. I know New Hampshire did something that really kept it. It's interesting.

[00:58:57] They put something in a bill about using them on state, so the sheriffs and the police can use it on state right-of-ways. And I asked Jared, I said, well, what is the state involved? State doesn't get any of the information or anything. It's just like they're doing it. So we don't even really know, you know, like the police department or whatever. And when I see, like, a police officer using this to track, like, an ex-girlfriend, I'm like, you know, what the hell is going on, you know, with this? So I think this has happened very quickly.

[00:59:27] I think people are right to be concerned. I wanted an AI Bill of Rights that could have addressed this and others, other issues. The Senate passed a product, and the House in Florida, they wouldn't even – Well, I think it's a good move. DeSantis has been making some big moves, property taxes, flock cameras.

[00:59:53] So I got to say, pleasantly, I appreciate what he's doing in the state of Florida, making it a much more desirable place to live and move. Now, if he can get the insurance under control down there for hurricane insurance and otherwise, making it mandatory and reasonable for people to get hurricane insurance, we'll see what he's going to do with that. I understand he's looking at that also. All right. This is a horrible story, man. So – It is. And I hate stories like this. I really do. I know you do. Sometimes law enforcement is too quick to react.

[01:00:22] So this Georgia cop, they were looking for a suspect. He's now been placed on leave. They had a bottle-fed baby donkey. So they went into this property without permission, supposedly looking for a suspect. Looking for a child or something, they said. Yeah. And for – and again, there was no reason to believe the child was on this property, but these people had a donkey. And as anybody knows that has donkeys, when they communicate with people – Y'all. [01:00:50] And they're also – a lot of farmers and ranchers use them as kind of a pre-warning, right? You know, donkeys are like that. So this baby donkey was shot and killed, bottle-fed donkey, because they killed the baby donkey, and his name was Hee Haw. So Hannah Israel, the owner of the donkey, said police entered her family's pasture because they – and they killed Hee Haw, the baby donkey, after they perceived him as a threat. So cops entered my pasture.

[01:01:19] They were searching for a missing person without permission or warning and shot and killed my bottle-raised baby donkey. So he was raised in the house, this donkey, by these people, and did petting zoos. He never knew a stranger and was shot and killed in his own pasture for doing what donkeys do. They were – he was alerting the family to a stranger in the thing. And, of course, the donkey was making noise, and these cops pulled their guns like a bunch of pussies. I don't know how you could feel threatened by a baby donkey. Pretty fucking pathetic.

[01:01:49] I think both of these cops should be fired for this. This is when police officers – you've heard it with people's dogs and otherwise. They're too fast to want to pull their weapon when they don't – you know, when they don't perceive something correctly. They've done it to people as if they're going on to do a warrant and somebody doesn't have any time to put their dog away, the dog's barking. My dogs would go nuts if somebody came to my house. They go nuts. For the Amazon driver, of course, my biggest dog is only about 11 or 10 pounds, and he's my oldest one. But I have five little rescues. You're doggies? Little puppies.

[01:02:19] And if somebody came into my house, let's say I got raided right now, they would be going ballistic. Would an officer kick her? Even the case, though, look, it's a baby donkey. What kind of threat could a baby donkey be to you? Seriously, what kind of threat could it be? If the donkey started making noise, why don't you get the fuck off the property and then go to the house and say we're looking for a missing person, we're concerning this donkey? They would have said it's a baby donkey. She's just making noise. She's not going to do anything. She's around people all the time. This donkey was raised in these people's house.

[01:02:48] So you can imagine this donkey is not a threat. Terrible. Pathetic. This is when police officers rely on their guns and, you know, force when they don't need to. Horrible. Horrible. I think they both should be fired. I think anybody that was on their property, they should have notified the people. They should have gone to the house and said, hey, we're going to look on this property for a missing person. Is there anything we should be concerned about? Well, our donkey's out there. She's going to make noise, but she won't do anything. I just fuck them. All right.

[01:03:18] All right. You know, the Democrats, man, they are making a lot of bad decisions. I guess the party of communism, socialism, hatred, theft, grift, and illegal voting. I guess this is what they do. You know, so what is this? I think it's what, Tuesday? So Sunday, we had a family over and stuff, and I was talking to my cousin. And we're talking about Hassan Piker, and I'm telling him, and he was like disagreeing with me. Like, I'm like, all right, you know what? We're downstairs.

[01:03:48] We go upstairs, and we're just having dinner. No politics. We don't talk about this. Because my mother would rip him a new asshole, too. And that's her nephew. Anyway, I told her afterwards. Yo, I told my mom afterwards, after my cousin left, she was like, what? My mom was cursing the shit. But anyway, so I sent them the video I'm going to show you guys. I sent them this video this morning. And I just said, I go, I go, good morning. Cuz, listen to this video and get back to me.

[01:04:17] I haven't heard shit yet. But this is the Democrat Party who they're associating with, who's coming to the rallies. It was just with Abdullah, Saeed Abdul, whatever the fuck his name is in Michigan. Listen to this scumbag. Just listen. This is what Democrats like, though, who they're with. And I can't figure out why anybody would give this guy any minutes to listen to him. And the Democrats have embraced this guy. Is this really a party that anybody should support? And you know me. I think it's a unit party. That old Democrat, Republican thing. But my point is, this party has embraced this guy. They're bringing him to events to speak.

[01:08:09] They're giving him all kinds of airtime. He's all over the place. Why would anybody want to listen to this kind of rhetoric? I mean, you should never hate the country you're in. If you're unhappy here, move. I mean, you don't need to be here. There's no requirement that says you have to stay in the country. And for this guy to get up there and pontificate about how much he hates this country, but yet he's taken the money. His whole shtick is just as much money as possible. This guy acts like he's a socialist, but he sure has embraced plenty of money.
