[00:14:51] i don't really uh have a thought one way or the other but it's odd i know what george and i

[00:14:57] talked many times in george i want you to chime in on this when you feel the moment um

[00:15:03] you know let me tell you something running these shows first of all it's not cheap

[00:15:10] to run a really good show and to have uh the back end studio and the and the account was zoom

[00:15:16] that gives you all the access you need to have all this it's a big deal right because you have to

[00:15:22] you've got mixers i've got two mixers here george has another one in new jersey and i've got uh

[00:15:27] i've got one video switch i'm not using but i've got two different video switches uh that

[00:15:31] we're going to figure out what we're going to use and then we've got four cameras in this studio

[00:15:35] george george's got two cameras over there you're always buying backup equipment the other

[00:15:39] day my one of my i thought it was dead and it turned out it was just not charging

[00:15:44] and i bought a wireless audio what i'm saying is george are we not constantly investing in one

[00:15:49] way or the other in this business and they're not cheap investments the server was almost 7 000 bucks

[00:15:53] right yeah with that and everything the other people well focus on what i'm saying here your

[00:15:58] laptop couple thousand dollars 2500 because you've got to have a certain grade of laptop it doesn't

[00:16:04] matter we buy a microphone sherry microphone six you know five six seven hundred depending on which

[00:16:09] one you buy it all of this stuff costs a lot of money so if somebody comes to you and says they

[00:16:14] want to sponsor your show you know with that sponsorship usually comes in obligation right

[00:16:20] now the total these influencers here's what i find interesting george these influencers had a total

[00:16:25] of only seven million followers between all of them and there was four of them i think maybe five

[00:16:30] um and i think it's just really see at benny johnson timpool davir ubin loren southern

[00:16:37] and matt christensen i don't know matt at all but uh the other one these are all people that

[00:16:42] relatively popular on youtube when you go over to timpool's rumble channel george let me get you

[00:16:46] focused here timpool's rumble channel he has about 100 000 followers but the truth is you look at his

[00:16:52] views his views aren't really that great over there why is that i have no idea we have lower

[00:16:57] followers and we get great views i can't explain it uh we get a lot of help from rumble i think

[00:17:01] that's part of it in our case maybe they don't really like timpool's content i don't think he's

[00:17:06] you know i i never looked at his show and thought it was that incredible maybe i'm missing something i

[00:17:10] don't watch him all the time i watch banjino and shan ryan i watch alex jones to name a few shows

[00:17:16] that i watch there's other ones i watch because i'm always trying to hone my skill but raising money

[00:17:21] george tell me if i'm not right aren't you shocked at how difficult it is sometimes to

[00:17:26] what it takes to monetize a show the obligation of running commercials and doing the content

[00:17:31] and doing the posting and negotiating the deal and making sure that the the sponsor is happy

[00:17:36] don't you think it's pretty complicated i'm gonna add to that what about chasing them down for your

[00:17:41] payments i mean it's just it's not stop it's there's always something going on always something's

[00:17:46] gotta be edited talk to adjusted for them there's always something and it's it's a lot of work

[00:17:53] without no doubt but if you want to survive in this you have to do something like the amount

[00:17:59] of time being putting takes away from my other work i'm doing i'm slowly trying to move away from that

[00:18:06] to do this more like on a full-time basis so you have to compensate we all got bills and a prime

[00:18:13] example so when i went to florida i had most of my equipment with me make sure i had a big suitcase

[00:18:20] well that sucker cracked it was one of my harshel two cases it cracked the whole corner

[00:18:25] cracked and i have to get another one it wasn't it was um i forget the name in her brain yeah but even

[00:18:31] so a couple hundred bucks whatever but here's the point everything you do has a consequence now

[00:18:45] yes 25 grand a month they want to pass it was an agency out of a state i'm not going to go into

[00:18:50] the details of it but it seemed it seemed like too good to be true based on the description then

[00:18:56] they sent over the requirements and of course there were many things we were not supposed to talk about

[00:19:00] we did not take the deal we kind of vetted the organization the organization didn't have anything

[00:19:05] that i could find that would make me think okay this is paid opposition but the list of topics

[00:19:10] was clear it was paid opposition if george if somebody came to us right now and they said

[00:19:17] hey lance and george i want to sponsor your show and i'm going to give you a hundred thousand

[00:19:22] dollars a week what would be your first reaction if someone wants to sponsor my show i'd be

[00:19:28] don't want to know who are you where you coming from what like who's where's this money coming

[00:19:32] from that's the first thing that's what you have to know you need to know where the money's

[00:19:36] coming from because if it's not coming from somebody that shares our same values i don't

[00:19:41] want it we don't need it if it's somebody who's gonna tell us what to say what to do

[00:19:46] you know go kick rocks that's a whole that defeats the whole purpose of why we're here

[00:19:51] and you know if you're gonna fall to that you're falling to the devil that's the devil's greed

[00:20:22] right wing but it's not really there's a conservative group of youtubers that were approached by

[00:20:27] lauren chen and her husband and another individual i don't remember her name so we won't we won't

[00:20:31] add her her husband's name is liam donovan in january of 2022 so it featured these six

[00:20:38] uh you know uh conservative influencers matt christensen taylor hansons benny johnson tim pool

[00:20:45] dav rubin and lauren southern now i know the news is only covering uh you know tim pool and uh

[00:20:51] benny johnson for the most part because obviously they're the biggest ones there but it sounds like

[00:20:57] their payments were a lot bigger than the other ones i haven't been able to find the other ones

[00:21:00] but it described itself as a network of heterodox heterodox which i think is an

[00:21:06] interesting term commentators that focus on western political and cultural issues

[00:21:13] well if you haven't been living under iraq you know that these two russian nationals have been

[00:21:18] indicted by the united states the department of justice and this has got to do with their

[00:21:22] alleged activities relating to tenant the company was identified only as company one in the indictment

[00:21:28] could mean there's more but the descriptive information allowed several media sources to

[00:21:33] identify it as tenant so it gets down to the bottom of it uh these two russians were employees of

[00:21:39] the russian state controlled media company for those of you don't know rt is a state controlled russian

[00:21:47] media company the one with the little green logo in the black that's the one and they were

[00:21:51] charged with failing to register as foreign agents and a funneling 10 and again i don't know

[00:21:57] how accurate these numbers are and these are all allegations remember nobody's been convicted

[00:22:01] yet so these are allegations based on the news 10 million and a tenant in order to distribute

[00:22:06] content to us audiences with hidden russian government messaging now obviously these these

[00:22:13] influences we don't know what they knew i can't defend them or i can't

[00:22:17] condemn them would be wrong for me to do either um but obviously they're being told by the

[00:22:23] doj and they're saying that they're victims of this operation maryc garland said tenant never

[00:22:29] disclosed to the influencers or to their millions of followers its ties to rt and the russian government

[00:22:35] prosecutors also alleged that 10 million was a russian money laundering operation

[00:22:41] that's interesting in itself because that would mean that those are criminal proceeds

[00:22:44] that could potentially mean these influencers will have to pay back every dollar that was taken

[00:22:50] is that going to happen i have no idea but supposedly they hired these people uh with

[00:22:55] and on youtube the group that was presented here only had 2.4 million subscribers

[00:23:04] so i guess i don't really know if that was a total count that's what it says in the news

[00:23:09] so just you know don't quote me i could be wrong so i guess here's how the payments

[00:23:13] went that we know about tim pool got a hundred thousand dollars a week now george they throw

[00:23:19] you the hundred thousand dollars a week there they say they're going to and they they don't

[00:23:23] really disclose that much aren't you just going to be suspicious as you know what

[00:23:28] yeah i mean listen nobody's just going to throw you money for no reason there has to be something

[00:23:34] behind it yeah and i don't know we were talking earlier you said something that um somebody they

[00:23:40] posted um the content like what civil war something you said they put must have posted how many times

[00:23:51] posted the terminology civil war during this time period over and over and over and over again

[00:23:59] is it engagement farming is it because he was being uh influenced to post a certain way they're

[00:24:04] alleging that they didn't really control the content that was being covered uh but it sounds

[00:24:08] like the ownership attendant said that it was kind of uh required so pools getting a hundred

[00:24:15] thousand a week george i had to take this call but sorry yeah pools getting a hundred thousand a week

[00:24:22] yeah and um i guess benny was getting uh 400 grand a month and he got a hundred grand

[00:24:32] signing bonus have you ever heard numbers like that for people with these low numbers as far

[00:24:37] and i'm saying i'm not saying these guys are low numbers they have a higher numbers than us

[00:24:40] i'm saying that when you hear the instagram numbers like the cheapest kardashian it was like

[00:24:46] five years ago this is four years ago that and i think it was cloney was the one with the least

[00:26:02] russian funding by creating a fictitious persona of a wealthy european sponsor they gave them a

[00:26:08] name edward gregorian now if tenant did that the founders that i'm sure they're probably going

[00:26:15] to get indicted because you can't you can't launder a fictitious character like that i don't

[00:26:21] believe that would be a legitimate because it would seem like you had knowledge that this money

[00:26:25] was coming from a dark sauce but russian nationals and i'm not going to pronounce their name because

[00:26:30] i just butcher it were involved in day-to-day operations of tenant by fall of 2023 so that

[00:26:37] means by last year they were doing this and they were using false names to conceal they were russian

[00:26:41] uh you know rt employees uh and i guess these these in these private communications that doj has

[00:26:49] the founders acknowledge that their actual investors were russians

[00:26:56] so so far youtube has terminated tenant media's account over on youtube amazing i'm surprised

[00:27:04] and other channels that are run by this chen girl uh and prior to its removal tenant had around

[00:27:10] 316 000 subscribers which is a decent account on youtube really good we never had one that big

[00:27:16] taylor hanson announced on september 5th that the company had shut down

[01:11:09] right george they can be both this guy gets caught and his whole concern is not that he got busted

[01:18:07] that all canada-bound indian nationals should be required to obtain transit visas for stopovers

[01:18:14] the reason for the uk's concern is clear the number of indian nationals seeking asylum

[01:18:19] in the uk during transit to canada has spiked alarmingly in recent years in 2022 there was a

[01:18:27] 136 increase in the number of indians seeking asylum at port in the uk compared to the previous year
