He's using that word because, of course, Congress is supposed to be the one that can wage war, allegedly. Now, they didn't care when the Bushes did it or the Bidens did it, you know, or when Biden, I'm sorry, when Obama did it. Well, that didn't matter then. But now that it's Donald Trump, of course, everything matters. I mean, if he if he farts in the White House, they want to give him an EPA violation, right? They want to go after this guy for everything.

[00:06:51] Guess what? I don't think there is a ceasefire. I don't think there ever has been. I don't trust the Iranians as far as I can spit and I can't spit that far. So I think you have to look at it from what, you know, stop listening to that word and look at what it really is. Major action. Iran just fired ballistic missiles at Israel last night. I think it was around 930 or 10 o'clock my time out in state. So that was probably 1130, 1230 New York time, right? So they just fired at Israel after Beirut airstrikes.

[00:07:21] Of course, all the regional tensions are escalating. And this ballistic missile attack, you know, it was in northern Israel. And of course, that that attack prompted widespread security measures across Israel. They're canceling classes. George, I understand you told me that you have some family in that area. In northern in Haifa specifically. Yes, I do. Have you spoken to him since the attack? Are they OK? If they weren't OK, we would have got a call or something. Well, that's good.

[00:07:50] I'm happy to hear that. I think they intercepted the missiles. I think, I believe. I don't know if any got through, but. Yep. Listen. Well, the escalation started. Of course, you know, we're not fans of Netanyahu. We're not fans of Israel. We're not fans of Netanyahu. After Israel carried out these airstrikes, of course, this was the retaliation when they actually committed. Israel went first, hit southern Beirut, right? Which, of course, is the Hezbollah stronghold. And then they said the airstrikes were conducted in response to recent Hezbollah attacks against

[00:08:20] northern Israel, including missile launches, blah, blah, blah, threatened Israeli civilians. But, you know, of course, the minute something like that happens, Iran's just got to go ahead and pull the trigger, George. I mean, yeah, they did. But, I mean, who do we blame? I mean, do I blame Israel? Yeah, I do in a sense, because part of ceasefire was not going bombing in Lebanon, but here they are doing it. So, I mean, it's a freaking shit show.

It's the first time the Islamic Republic has attempted to hit Israel since the start of the ceasefire in April. Now, this escalation comes after Israel responded to a Hezbollah attack on the northern part of the country this weekend.

[00:09:16] Chief Foreign Correspondent Trey Yanks is live in Tel Aviv, Israel with the latest. And Trey just spoke with the president. Trey, what is the president telling you? Yeah, Tommy, I just spoke with President Trump as we could see Iranian missiles soaring through the skies of Israel, four separate waves targeting the northern part of this country in response to an Israeli strike on Beirut earlier today. The president told me it's certainly not going to help negotiations.

[00:09:44] He went on to say what I would suggest to Iran, you've shot your missiles, that's enough. Get back to the table and make a deal. The president indicated that ultimately he felt things were very close to an agreement. He said Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of this coming week and now this. And he is holding consultations with his security team, I am told by a senior U.S. official. And I asked the president about the Israeli strike on Hezbollah in Beirut earlier today.

[00:10:11] He told me that was not coordinated with the United States and that he is not happy about it. The region is now waiting to see if the Israelis will respond to these waves of ballistic missiles that targeted their northern cities, including the third largest Israeli city of Haifa. But what we saw earlier today, an effort by the Israeli air defense systems to shoot down the incoming fire.

[00:10:36] Well, you know, Iran has repeatedly warned that, you know, listen, if you fire missiles into Lebanon, they're going to retaliate and rightfully so they did. Listen, Netanyahu wants war because while war is going on, it takes the focus off his legal worries and his court proceedings right now. So, Lance, I got to put you on solo. Yeah. So, I mean, look, I don't like the way that Netanyahu always seems to be a fly in the ointment.

[00:11:06] You know, and I think that Donald Trump ought to take a much firmer hand with him and the leadership in Israel that's doing it. It's not the Israeli people. This isn't some kind of anti-Semitism before. He goes, oh, you guys are anti-Semitic. I don't blindly follow anybody. I'm not going to blindly follow any of our allies. If we don't agree with our allies, I'm going to say it. If we don't believe we agree with Donald Trump, we're going to say it. If we don't agree with anything, we're going to talk about it because that's the difference on this show. And you guys know that for the people that join us for the first time, we go after everybody.

Well, the IDF said, you know, that you think, listen, if Iran fires missiles into Israel, you know Israel is not going to just take it and not retaliate. I mean, that's just a given. And they said they were going to strike Iran.

[00:12:30] It's just a matter of when they were going to do it. But they did it overnight. You know, Trump was trying to tell them, don't attack. Don't attack. But how can you tell a country, don't defend yourselves? Regardless, even though they started it. Yeah. But still. Because if you don't, then it just shows a signal. You're showing weakness. Weakness. Maybe like this. I mean, what? In that sense of weakness, does it make us look weak that we're not doing anything? I don't know.

This, of course, comes after Iran launched multiple strikes against Israel after Israel responded to a Hezbollah attack on the northern part of the country this weekend.

Now they're saying what? Does it ceasefire? I don't know. Well. But what's a ceasefire, though? I thought a ceasefire really, you know, ceasefire. There's no missiles being fired. That's what I thought. I don't know. I guess we don't. You know, you and I must have the wrong definition. I used Google. Maybe we need to go to a different dictionary for a different answer. I don't.

[00:13:59] I mean, I mean, I want you guys to look up definition of ceasefire. I don't want you to hear from me. I want you to read it with your own eyes. Tell me, does this seem like a ceasefire? No, but although we have another ceasefire, though, because Iran and false attacks on Israel after Trump demanded both sides stop fighting. So both have stopped. Although I think Israel's still going into Lebanon. So. Well, there's a lot of activity here. I mean, there's no doubt.

[00:14:28] I mean, you got the, you know, you got the, you know, the IDF. Of course, Israel's confirming strikes on Iran after the Tehran launches ballistic missiles of Israel. Tit for tat. You know, they're not going to stop. But now you got the Houthis getting involved, too. And those are, you know, backed by Iran. So, yeah. You got to watch out for them. See, I mean, it's. Look. The only way to get this done is just get rid of the enemy. Get rid of Iran. That's it. Get rid of the ID, whatever.

[00:14:59] Israeli, Iranian guard, whatever. And the regime. IRGC. Get rid of them and the regime. And you won't have these issues. There won't be no, there won't be no funding for Hezbollah in Lebanon. There won't be no funding for the Houthis in Yemen. Because Iran is not there no more. Iran is the one that funds them. So, I mean, what's. Even if they make some kind of deal. All right. And we get the uranium. What's going to stop the Iranian regime from still funding.

[00:15:30] These terror organizations like the Hezbollah, the Uthis. I don't think anything. They can just fund them and use them to, you know, start firing shit. Missiles and whatever. Cause chaos. Well, the Houthis say they're going to close the gateway to the Red Sea. Good luck with that. That's what they say they're going to try to do. I don't think it's going to work very well. But look, also, there was a story George and I tried to vet. And I would be remiss if I didn't just mention it. But let me say something. We couldn't authenticate it. We tried. We looked all over the internet.

[00:15:59] We went over all the Middle East sources. Can't. There is a possibility. And I didn't want to not tell you guys this just in case it comes to be true. So you could be the first. There is a story circulating that, again, we couldn't authenticate that the IRGC leader was killed last night by the Israelis. Now, I haven't seen any mainstream media. I haven't seen any regular news. But you know how it is. Sometimes those stories, they kind of trickle out and then they explode.

[00:16:27] So it could be that the leadership of the IRGC is dead. The head guy. Enough said on that. I don't know much about the Trump-Welker clash, George. I don't know. Oh, this is classic. I don't know more than I do. This makes me proud to have President Trump as our president. I got to tell you that. I mean, you know, look, it's the same thing. Same old, same old song. Mainstream media don't want to acknowledge, let's say, election integrity.

[00:16:56] I mean, if you look right now, let's just take California. Pratt is no longer leading in second place. He just got overtaken by that socialist chick. I don't even know her name. All these mail-in ballots that came in all going for her and Bass, none going for him. And of course, what happens? Now she took the lead.

[00:17:21] So now he's possibly going to lose that primary. And we're how many days after this election? There's still not done county votes. Hell, we got more elections tomorrow in other states. And they're still counting in California. I mean, tell me something ain't wrong without telling me something ain't wrong. Well, so this Trump-Welker clash is all about election integrity.

[00:17:49] The federal prosecutors are highlighting California's resistance to federal voter roll audit. Nobody wants to give up their voter roll because they know a lot of it's just total garbage. You know something, Lance? I got to interrupt you because the highlight of this story is, do you know in California, you can use your gym membership card, your employee ID card, your credit or debit card, your prescription drug label, or your insurance card to register to vote in California? And guess what?

[00:18:17] California provides free health care coverage to undocumented immigrants. So guess what? They can all go register to vote. And according to federal law, it's illegal for non-citizens to vote in elections. Yeah. I mean, you just bring over your gym membership card. I mean, that's crazy. It's a joke. And you tell me... It's going to be joking. And guess who's the brunt of the joke for you in the audience? It's you people that live in California.

[00:18:47] It's you people that live across the nation. Because they're going to be continuing to do this until criminal charges are brought up against them. I think they should notify them, put Newsom and the others on public notice, and tell them what laws they're violating. And if they don't fix it immediately, then arrest them. You give them a little bit of wiggle room and then hammer time. Uh-oh, uh-oh. It's hammer time. So this is... Because you know what you got to look at, though? If you look at California, right? They have 52 House seats in Congress. 52.

[00:19:19] Right? Now, think about all those 52 races that we have... You don't know who you have voting in it. And it doesn't matter. Both Republican and Democrat. Majority is Democrat. Probably. Right? But look at the amount of voter fraud that would be available when you can use your gym membership card. I mean, come on. You can go to gyms. You can secure ID, I think. You can go to gyms with a fake ID, different name, and sign up.

[00:19:48] So imagine if you go... If you have, like, 10 fake IDs and go to 10 different gyms and sign up. Well, then you can register to vote 10 different times. Yeah. You can. But just the fact that insurance card and that California provides free healthcare covers of undocumented immigrants. I mean, you just got to be kidding me. Pretty pathetic. And this is why California is fighting tooth and nail not to give up their voter rolls. Yeah.

[00:20:15] I mean, it's in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I mean, how long does this shit got to play out in the courts? I concur. That's going to end up going to SCOTUS. You watch. Fraudsters like the fraud. That's what they do. And California is probably one of the biggest fraud states in the nation, if not the biggest, on all sorts of fronts. I think Nick Shirley, George, along this line, I still caught a little news. Yeah, 126-year-old was registered to vote.

[00:20:44] Is that in California? Yeah. Does that shock you, though? We've seen that in other states. It's not that it's shocking, but it's just the fact that they know that that's going on in their voter rolls and they're not going to clean them because they're using it to win elections. They're installing the people in power they want to install. Question is, who is voting for that 126-year-old? No idea. Ah. Probably more people than you think because they don't know he's 126.

[00:21:08] I know there's people that moved out of California and they're still getting sent ballots because they said something and they're like, they have to go to some California website and do something to get off. It's ridiculous. I mean, you don't live there anymore. Yeah. But, you know, that's the harder fraud. I agree. Imagine we got a real consensus out of California how much less representatives there would be. Yeah.

[00:21:38] A lot. Let's switch gears here. Let's talk about Trump. You got to give it to the man. He gets a shitty interviewer with a shitty interview and he just walks off. But before he walks off, the guy makes it rain. He's bringing the pain. You know, so I guess President Trump cut off and walks out of the Kristen Welker interview. He looks her in the eye and tells her she's a liar, then storms off.

[00:22:07] Well, it's probably because she is a liar. The elections are like a third world country. You're crooked. Let's all call it quits. I've had enough. [00:23:30] But you know, the one point that she did kind of bring up the Trump and we've been saying this, I've been saying this is no court. There's no evidence really provided. And that's, that's the case. There's really in a legal fashion in our legal system. Um, no, well, there has been evidence like in Georgia in the federal court, but she shot it, that judge shot it down to back to the lower courts.

[00:23:58] But in order for people to really understand this and really accept it is there needs to be, this needs to be somehow brought to a court. Now we know all other court cases all got shot down. They said by precedent, there's always an excuse. Well, now they need to figure out how they're going to do this. I mean, unless, I mean, allegedly or supposedly doing it with, um, Southern district of Florida's federal court, you know, with all those in, in what do they have the, um, what are they

[00:24:26] waiting on for all those people to come in? I forget the word. Damn. It's on tip of my tongue. Sorry. No, when they, um, well, when they give the people a thing to where they got to come into court. Oh, subpoenas. Subpoena. Yeah. I was teasing. Yeah. That's all right. We're talking about rigged elections. I got a story. I want to jump in here. It just came out today. I want to finish part of this interview. Can we finish it? Oh, yeah, we can do it. Because here's what's going on. So here's another thing.

[00:25:53] So Trump now they're talking about the J6 protesters. Now, if you look at a lot of recent new videos that came out, you see Capitol Police just sitting there escorting people in. The video is out on social media. You can find it. We're not making this shit up. Are you saying it was a fedsurrection, George? But so Trump said Trump told Walker that J6 protesters were ushered in the Capitol and the videos are there. And Walker goes, there's no evidence of that. And what's funny is the video shows police escorting waving them in multiple entries.

[00:26:23] You're going to see the background of the video that's playing on this on this clip. But once again, we're saying this. But really, is there any just just has there been any justification for the J6ers? No. Granted, you pardoned them. OK, good. Big deal. But has the J6 committee been held accountable for their lies, for destroying evidence? Because all their evidence they had, they destroyed it after the hearing was over, which they're not.

[00:26:51] They're supposed to keep for records. And so let's play the clip. And then you can do your little thing, Lance. It's just short. My little thing? Thanks, George. Ushering them into the building. They had FBI go into the building. Those people walking around, they're looking, oh, isn't this nice? They weren't. They were being ushered into the building. There's no evidence of that. You had a bunch of dirty cops. And frankly, what they did was weaponization of our government. But sir, there's no evidence of that. More than a thousand people. No, there's none. You know what you do?

All that exculpatory evidence. They destroyed it. They didn't give it to the defendants. The whole thing was a sham. And I'm pissed off that they're going to try to stop that fund to help J6ers and other people that have been wronged by the Department of Justice. Now, rigged elections are, we talk about on this show. Again, I just want free and fair elections.

[00:27:50] If you guys want to, if the country wants a liberal in place, I'll accept it. The country wants a conservative in place, I'll accept it. What I'm looking for is the brightest and best. Trump is responding now to Nithya Rahman's impossible comeback in the L.A. mayor's race. Of course, that's going on. And President Trump blasted the Los Angeles mayor election on Monday after Democratic City Councilwoman Nithya Rahman overtook highly popular Republican Spencer Pratt in the ongoing

[00:28:18] total vote count, which remains ongoing six days after the election. It's election week. It's not election day. But that's not what the law says. Here we are with that situation going on. And she continued too. You know that, right? What? She conceded. Yeah. Yeah, but it's like they burned up the votes intentionally, it seems like. Roman went from roughly a 40,000-er vote deficit and is now leading Pratt after Los Angeles

[00:28:48] spent five days counting the mail-in ballots. There's an estimated 146,000 ballots remaining to count. Roman now leads Pratt. I don't think she conceded, George, because the way this is talking, she's not conceded. She did concede. Yeah, she had conceded last week, but not anymore, probably. You can concede, but you can say, oh, all right, congratulations on your win. Concee, but you're going to go by what? The numbers that come in, right?

[00:29:18] Yeah, of course. What Pratt should be doing, he should be having his team fill out tons and tons of ballots and just send them in. I mean, why not? Play at their, do what they're doing. All right. Let's play this clip. Okay. What is happening to our H-1B visa program? Take a look at this. The Department of Labor processed nearly 7 million visa holders since 2015. Over 70% came from India and nearly 12% from China.

[00:49:35] And when you zoom in on this map you're looking at, you can see where most are being hired. The dark red spots show a high density of H-1B visa holders. And now we're learning more about the fraud within the program. One former official tells Newsweek that up to 90% of applications, 90% from India, contain fraudulent documents or involve unqualified applicants.

[00:49:59] And finance law enforcement in India claim it has uncovered a network of universities that produce fake degrees which were possibly used to obtain these high-skilled H-1B visas, including one school which allegedly stole over 36,000 fake degrees. Sold, I should say. It cost as little as $1,400 for one of those. And while these are supposed to be high-skilled employees during almost all of Biden's time in

[00:50:29] office, 83% got junior or entry-level positions. And now Texas is taking action, cracking down on those abusing the program. Attorney General Ken Paxton announcing he is suing a Texas-based company owned by Chinese nationals, accusing them of running a fake child care business to allow people to fraudulently obtain H-1B visas. He's also taking action against 30 North Texas businesses suspected of H-1B fraud.

[00:52:56] 200,000 dead people getting food stamps. Half a million double dipping in the red state data alone. This is U.S. Agricultural Secretary Brooke Rollins. She revealed on Fox News, Democratic-run blue states are actively stonewalling and suing to hide massive fraud in the SNAP food stamp program. While the red states complied with a simple data request and immediately exposed jaw-dropping levels of views, this is interesting.

[00:53:25] And she goes on to say no one had ever held the states accountable. Federal government funds the food stamp program. We send hundreds of millions of dollars a day to the states, but there had never been a back-end accountability or how is that money getting us back? Let's play the clip. Okay. [00:54:18] We're in massive litigation right now, looking to cut those funds off until they give us that data. But the fraud is so rampant and so stunning that when the president, the vice president and our team talks about, you know, when we can root all this fraud out, we're going to really be able to cut the deficit, make sure we're protecting the taxpayer, but also make sure we're protecting the families that rely on these programs at the same time by getting the fraud out.

[00:54:44] You know, they should start cutting off federal funding, like with California, with this elections right now. And they don't want to give voter rolls. Cut all their federal funding. Let's see how fast they're going to jump on the bandwagon and give that up. And we'll find out the truth. Because they can't survive with federal money. Because California, if they if they given free medical insurance to illegal immigrants and they're getting federal funding, that is against the law.
