Welcome to the Big Mig Talk Radio show, broadcasting live
00:00:13
from the Mile High City, Denver, Co.
00:00:16
We are the tip of the spear, cutting through the noise and
00:00:20
delivering an hour of unfiltered news, guests, and truth that
00:00:25
transcends boundaries and unites the nation.
00:00:27
This is the Big Mig Talk radio show.
00:00:34
Welcome back to the Big Meek talk radio show.
00:00:37
I'm your host Lance Miliaccio with my Co host George Valentin.
00:00:41
We are the tip of the spear. Our plan is to educate and unify
00:00:44
the country one episode at a time.
00:00:47
On this show we believe it is better to be hugged by the truth
00:00:49
than comforted with a lie. We are live in Denver and NYC.
00:00:54
George Ballantine, rise and grind.
00:00:57
Do what we do. Man.
00:00:58
It's been a busy week. How are you, brother?
00:01:00
I'm doing well, Lance, another week down the tubes, another non
00:01:04
disappointing week with news. But you know, it's a lot of good
00:01:07
news. I'm going to say, you know,
00:01:09
doing good. The knee is healing pretty good,
00:01:11
you know, taking it day by day. Yeah, that knee's really been
00:01:15
healing up. You've been, although you have
00:01:16
been going through a couple of rough sessions, you know, on
00:01:19
that rehab, huh? I've heard a couple of them.
00:01:22
You tell me. We're pretty tough.
00:01:24
Yeah, they were, but you know, no pain, no gain, they say,
00:01:28
right, That's what they're talking about.
00:01:30
Yeah, no doubt. But I, I mean, actually I have
00:01:32
something, you know what I'm going to share with everybody?
00:01:34
I'm going to share a product that I'm using because everybody
00:01:36
knows that I had knee, knee replacement surgery and I do not
00:01:40
use narcotics. I do not use any kind of pain
00:01:43
medication. What I did find was it's from CB
00:01:47
Distilleries VIP sale that is going on and I think today's the
00:01:51
last day but you can save 50% on everything with code rumble.
00:01:55
You know they have you know better sleep, less stress, pain
00:01:58
relief after exercise. Sound good to you?
00:02:00
You need to hear about CBD from CB Distillery.
00:02:04
They have all plant based solutions just for about for
00:02:06
everything. Sleep, stress, mood and focus
00:02:08
and even pain after exercise. It's all made with high quality
00:02:12
clean ingredients and for you pet lovers they even have CBD
00:02:16

00:02:21
off with everything. If you use code Rumble, it's CB
00:02:23
distillery.com. Enter code rumble to save up to
00:02:26
50% on everything. CB distillery.com.
00:02:31
That's a hell of a sale they got going on.
00:02:33
I got to tell you, they don't do that very often.
00:02:35
I think they had one of those about a year ago.
00:02:37
Yeah, and you know, I'm using actually the the pain relieving
00:02:41
bomb. They have the CB bomb for my
00:02:44
knee and it and I'm telling you man, it I was shocked.
00:02:47
I didn't. I know I didn't always believe
00:02:48
in stuff like that, but it works and that's why I ain't taking
00:02:52
any pain. Narcotics so.
00:02:54
Yeah, that's great. Gets me through, gets me through
00:02:57
physical therapy, I'll tell you that because they put me through
00:02:59
the ringer. You know, I have a friend of
00:03:01
mine that swears by CBD products for sleep.
00:03:04
So, you know, absolutely, I know they work in this company.
00:03:07
I love the fact that they use a really high purity.
00:03:09
They don't use imported CBD because there's a lot of stuff
00:03:12
coming out of China that I understand.
00:03:13
The purity and the quality is not very good.
00:03:16
So it's all US manufactured. So that's the great thing about
00:03:18
CV distillery.com. All right, let's get to it.
00:03:23
There's been a lot of chatter online and I can understand why.
00:03:27
And you know, George and I have heard some things that are going
00:03:31
on about this. They are emptying Guantanamo
00:03:35
Bay. And the question that's been
00:03:37
broiling around on social media, it's been all over X and
00:03:39
everywhere else is people like why?
00:03:42
What is going on? Why have they moved all these
00:03:46
illegal aliens out of Guantanamo Bay?
00:03:48
And I understand that it's more than just the aliens, that
00:03:53
they're actually emptying out a large portion of Guantanamo Bay.
00:03:56
And we know it's not because they're closing it down.
00:03:58
They just increase the size of it.
00:04:01
So, you know, George, a lot of people are saying that this was
00:04:05
just the illegal alien criminals, of course, were
00:04:07
arrested by Trump's borders are Tom Holman.
00:04:11
And it turns out that is not the case.
00:04:13
It is not just the the inmates that were arrested by Tom
00:04:17
Holman. A whole bunch of people have
00:04:18
been moved to Atlanta DOJ, one of their holding facilities
00:04:21
there. What are your what are your
00:04:22
thoughts here bro? I don't know.
00:04:25
I don't, you know what, this is a tough one because, you know,
00:04:28
they just built that new section over there.
00:04:30
It was actually they were doing it under Biden, believe it or
00:04:32
not. So, I mean, I don't know, maybe
00:04:35
they're making room for some new arrests coming.
00:04:37
That's the only logical thing I can come up with, you know, and
00:04:41
probably in reality, by putting the ICE people, ICE detentioners
00:04:47
over there in Cuba, like Guantanamo Bay versus Atlanta.
00:04:51
And when they have to go to court, do they have to fly them
00:04:53
back and forth and maybe you'll save money?
00:04:55
I don't. I mean, this is a toss up.
00:04:57
But if you're saying that, they're completely emptying it
00:05:01
like everybody. Well, I've got to tell you, I
00:05:06
got that from a really reliable source.
00:05:08
And they're, and they are absolutely confirming that it's
00:05:10
more than just the recent illegal immigrants.
00:05:14
I mean, you know, look, look, we, we, we've seen Tom Holman
00:05:16
going to OverDrive. This guy's a badass.
00:05:18
I saw, I found a picture of him as as a younger Border Patrol
00:05:21
agent. He looked like a badass then.
00:05:23
He's a badass now. He's getting tons of pushback
00:05:27
and resistance from these Democrats, sanctuary city
00:05:29
mayors, governors, right? They've seen ICE coming in
00:05:33
conjunction with the local law enforcement, state law
00:05:36
enforcement. They're making significant
00:05:37
progress. There's no doubt they're focused
00:05:40
on some of the worst of the worst.
00:05:41
But they're moving on to, you know, people have been here for
00:05:44
way staying past their visas because the bottom line when
00:05:46
people start crying about, Oh, well, I've been here for 20
00:05:49
years and I've been paying my taxes or I've been, you know,
00:05:52
adding to the economy, The bottom line is you did it
00:05:55
illegally right from the get go. So the fact that you're being
00:05:58
forced to move because you violated the laws.
00:06:00
Listen, if we were doing this in Spain, if we were doing it in
00:06:02
Italy, it wouldn't matter what country if we entered illegally
00:06:05
and and made a living there illegally, you think Spain would
00:06:08
care? You think Russia would care?
00:06:10
It's not. It's the same kind of level of
00:06:12
crime. It's still a federal crime.
00:06:14
But they're going after all these guys, you know, the
00:06:16
murderers, the rapists, all those ones that Biden and the
00:06:18
administration let them, child predators, drug cartel members.
00:06:22
You know, they did a bunch of roundups here on the trade.
00:06:24
They had Aragua gang here in Colorado.
00:06:27
So, so far they've made an astounding 32 arrests, which
00:06:33
you got to give it to him. What has he been in for 70 days
00:06:35
now? 80 days?
00:06:36
I don't even know where we're. At it's not it.
00:06:38
Seems like it's been It seems like it's only been a week or
00:06:40
two. It's not even been two months,
00:06:42
Lance, because he got, he got inaugurated January 20th.
00:06:46
So let's go February 20th. It's March 15th today.
00:06:49
So we're not even two months in. Yeah, so, you know, I think he's
00:06:52
killing. Arrests.
00:06:54
All those guys are facing charges, deportation.
00:06:58
But for sure we know this. All 40 illegal migrants that
00:07:02
were held at Guantanamo Bay have been sent back in the United
00:07:05
States, are now being held in Louisiana.
00:07:08
And I heard some of them going to Atlanta.
00:07:09
Now in that group there's 23, what they consider high threat
00:07:12
illegal aliens. Those are the ones that are held
00:07:14
at the detention center on the base.
00:07:15
And seventeen others were held at the migrant operation center.
00:07:20
So they were, they were taken by ICE, by aircraft to Louisiana.
00:07:23
But I've also understood that some have been taken to Atlanta
00:07:27
and the number is not just the immigrants.
00:07:29
So are they, are they, are these, you know, these high
00:07:31
level illegal immigrants? So the question is, George, and
00:07:35
this is what I've heard there. There may be more going on
00:07:39
because, you know, Guantanamo is a military tribunal base.
00:07:43
And the fact is I'm being told that they are preparing for some
00:07:47
high profile detain detainers, that some of some of these
00:07:53
arrests that are coming up are going to be high profile
00:07:55
individuals and they're going to be housed there at Guantanamo.
00:07:58
And that's why they're making the space.
00:08:00
Lance, you get me all excited. Lance, don't tease me.
00:08:03
You know, I don't want to get you too excited because, you
00:08:05
know, we've heard things like this before, though I heard it
00:08:08
confirmed by, by a, by a person in the know and it'd.
00:08:14
Be nice, it'd be nice to see you get put to good use though for
00:08:17
what is designed for though in reality.
00:08:20
Well, we'd all like to see some accountability and consequences.
00:08:23
One of the biggest complaints was, you know, something I saw
00:08:25
on social media this morning, I'm seeing multiple high profile
00:08:29
social media accounts. They're not happy so far with
00:08:33
the Pam Bondi performance. You know, we talked about it on
00:08:37
the show. We're trying to give her a fair
00:08:38
chance. We want to see her to be able to
00:08:40
do the job. But a lot of people think she
00:08:42
should be moving much more quickly.
00:08:45
And in fact, I saw somebody comparing her to Tom Holman.
00:08:48
Well, Tom Holman's moving really quickly.
00:08:49
How come she can't move quickly? You know, she just came out and
00:08:53
said that she said FBI Director Catch Patel will give her a
00:08:56
deadline for reviewing the Epstein files, stating the FBI
00:09:00
will release as much as they can as soon as they can.
00:09:04
So wait a minute. So the FBI is giving her
00:09:07
deadline. I thought she's the boss, she's
00:09:10
the AG. So which one?
00:09:12
It's a little conflicting statement there, isn't it?
00:09:15
Well, we went from it's all sitting on my desk ready to go
00:09:19
to the FBI is resisting on giving me all the files and now
00:09:24
I'm demanding them to. Nobody at the FBI facing
00:09:26
penalties for risk through the files, which means they probably
00:09:28
curated the files, which I'll bet a whole bunch of stuff has
00:09:31
been removed or destroyed. And now all of a sudden she's
00:09:35
talking about how the FBI is going to give her permission or
00:09:39
tell her the deadline to release the files.
00:09:42
Now, none of that makes any sense to me.
00:09:44
If there's a bunch of guilty people in there, it's really
00:09:46
easy. You look at the evidence and you
00:09:47
start building a case on them. And as soon as you have some
00:09:49
kind of a case, you can indict those people.
00:09:52
It isn't like the DOJ doesn't do this over and over again where
00:09:54
they start an indictment early on with some minimal charges and
00:09:58
then they do a what's called a superseding indictment, which is
00:10:01
just the additional charges after they've done more research
00:10:03
on the case or after you, they threaten you with Trump forcing
00:10:07
you to take a plea. And then they their their next
00:10:09
move is a superseding indictment to raise the offense level.
00:10:13
I don't know, George. I don't like the way she's
00:10:15
operating. I got to be honest, I'm not
00:10:17
impressed. I'm not impressed with her yet.
00:10:18
I'm still going to reserve judgement, even with Cash Patel.
00:10:22
You know, we'll see what happens.
00:10:24
But you know where we're not seeing with all this ICE stuff?
00:10:26
I'm not seeing any of these sanctuary city mayors or
00:10:30
governors being arrested for obstructing ICE.
00:10:33
Well, they're violating the law. They're harbouring fugitives, so
00:10:37
in fact they should be charged criminally.
00:10:38
But you know, again, like, you know, so far, I don't feel the
00:10:42
arm of justice reaching into the US government staffing or the
00:10:47
state government staffing and snatching some people out of
00:10:50
there in the middle of night, just like they did to many
00:10:52
Americans across the country for J6, people like Rodger Stone and
00:10:56
Mike Flynn paid the consequences.
00:10:58
I want to see accountability consequences and I've lost my
00:11:00
patience. I want to see it now.
00:11:02
Stay tuned. Big We can talk radio show is
00:11:04

00:11:12

go check it out. I'm telling you, it helped me a
00:12:35
lot with my knee surgery right now, so I suggest you take a
00:12:39
look at it. All right, the Big Make Talk
00:12:53
radio show is back. We are live in Denver and New
00:12:56
York City with your hosts Lance Migliaccio and George Balantine
00:13:00
bringing you the tip of the spear.
00:13:03
You know, I got to tell you, gold and Silver's been going up,
00:13:06
but Lance, when are you going to break me off a piece of that
00:13:09
prepper bar? Yeah, I want to thank one of the
00:13:13
sponsors of our show. George is inferring and talking
00:13:16
about the prepper bar, the 62.2g prepper bar.
00:13:22
We've been telling you about gold and silver for over a year
00:13:24
now, since Genesis Gold's been sponsoring the show.
00:13:28
And I've got to tell you, I don't think that's going to
00:13:29
change in the near term. Future Gold just broke a new
00:13:32
high. Silver's at $34 an ounce this
00:13:35
morning. You're going to want to have
00:13:36
some of this stuff on hand. And the great part about the
00:13:38
Prepper Bar? It's perforated, easily broken
00:13:40
down, your choice of three different denominations, and it
00:13:43
fits a multitude of needs. Whether it be for asset
00:13:45
protection from inflation, economic turmoil, or its unique
00:13:48
fertility for barter and trade, The Prepper Bar makes a perfect
00:13:51
gift for your friends, your family members, your loved ones,
00:13:54
and all those precious metal stackers out there.
00:13:57
Also, it's mined and minted in the US and it's available in
00:14:01
gold and silver, and that mining in the US is a big deal because
00:14:04
of the counterfeit that's coming out of China and India right
00:14:07
now. So you definitely want to know
00:14:08
where you're getting your gold and silver from.
00:14:10
They fit neatly in your wallet and the utility behind them is
00:14:14
just in case your credit cards or your currency isn't
00:14:17
available. You know, we're going to a
00:14:19
digital dollar. And with it, the government's
00:14:21
going to gain total control of your money.
00:14:22
And hopefully under the Trump administration, that's nothing
00:14:24
to worry about. But under a different
00:14:26
administration, it might very well be.
00:14:28
So having some gold and silver on hand.
00:14:29
And right now the guys in Genesis Gold say the correct
00:14:31
stack is 70 to 80% silver to 20% gold because they believe that's
00:14:37
what kind of upside we're going to be seeing in the new short
00:14:39
term. And I believe they're right.
00:14:40
There is a shortage. So head over to the big bar.com,
00:14:43
that's right, the big migbar.com and there's a special going on
00:14:47
right now and I think it's only going to go on for one more
00:14:50
week. So you better get over and take
00:14:51
advantage of it. Now use the the promo code all
00:14:54
caps prepper PREPPER and you'll get 10% off on the silver and 5%
00:15:01
off on the gold. Genesis Gold's never done a
00:15:03
special like this on the prepper bar.
00:15:05
So that's the big migbar.com all caps prepper, 10% off on the
00:15:10
silver, 5% off on the gold. Telling you, man, I don't want
00:15:13
to be I told you so about bullion, but I am.
00:15:15
I told you so, George. Well, you know, speaking about
00:15:18
you, I told you so and you know I don't I don't gloat.
00:15:21
It's not about gloating, but I told you so I told we were
00:15:26
talking about this auto pengate. Yes, this is a story.
00:15:29
This should be the biggest story of I'm going to say the decade
00:15:33
right now because we've been talking about what Biden let's
00:15:38
let's go back a little bit to the 2020 election.
00:15:40
How, how we know is invalid he didn't win, but that we have the
00:15:43
proof. So anything really, if they
00:15:46
actually take it up with the courts and show all the proof
00:15:50
the right way, they can invalidate that Biden didn't win
00:15:53
the presidency. And I always said, listen.
00:15:56
And if they prove that, then anything he did should be walked
00:16:01
back from any appointments to, you know, judges, prosecutors,
00:16:05
anything. Now we even have more proof this
00:16:08
auto pengate. So they're saying that Joe
00:16:11
Biden's staff, somebody signed somebody from his staff signed
00:16:16
all the documents. It wasn't Joe Biden sign
00:16:19
anything. Actually, Joe Biden signed, we
00:16:21
know for a fact 1 document on his way out the door saying he
00:16:24
wasn't running again. But President Trump, you know,
00:16:27
he had a he had a mean press conference.
00:16:31
That's Justice Department yesterday.
00:16:32
And he took that opportunity to point out all the far left
00:16:38
judges, the, the corrupt prosecutors, he, he was ripping
00:16:41
them apart and rightfully so, because he was a victim of all
00:16:45
that. And he and I.
00:16:47
Think this. I think what's important is
00:16:49
those the remarks he made on Friday's press conference were
00:16:52
important because he was talking about restoring law and order
00:16:55
and he wants to end the weaponization of the department.
00:16:58
Now, I hope he focuses on beyond the scope of just him because
00:17:02
the DOJ and many of the agencies have been weaponized against the
00:17:05
American people for a very long time.
00:17:08
You know, here, here's my opinion.
00:17:10
It it's impossible that the DOJ has a 98% conviction rate unless
00:17:15
they're cheating. It just doesn't work.
00:17:17
And that's what they are doing. They are cheating.
00:17:19
There's AI want you guys, I want to give you guys some homework.
00:17:22
I want you to go ahead and Google Securus Technologies and
00:17:25
Department of Justice eavesdropping on attorney-client
00:17:29
privilege communications. You're going to be shocked when
00:17:32
you're going to be fine. And this has been going on since
00:17:34
2006, and yet nobody in the Department of Justice has faced
00:17:39
sanctions. None of these people has faced
00:17:41
criminal charges. None of these cases have been
00:17:43
overturned, and they are violating.
00:17:46
This is the largest US constitutional violation in U.S.
00:17:50
history. It's the largest civil rights
00:17:52
violation in U.S. history. It's the largest due process
00:17:56
violation in U.S. history, secures technologies,
00:17:59
eavesdropping on attorney-client phone calls.
00:18:01
And you're going to be shocked and what you're going to find.
00:18:03
And my point is Trump has to look beyond the scope.
00:18:06
Sure he was wrong, sure it was law fair.
00:18:09
Sure he was attacked. But he's not the only one.
00:18:12
And I hope he's going to focus on getting people that had their
00:18:16
rights violated, their rights restored, because I can tell you
00:18:19
this just to secure his technology case alone, 10s of
00:18:23
thousands of, of, of, of people that have been convicted should
00:18:26
have their cases overturned. Because I don't believe any case
00:18:29
should keep going forward where people's rights have been
00:18:32
violated or crimes have been committed.
00:18:34
But Otto Pengate, George, I got to give it to you.
00:18:36
I'm going to give you a little, I can give you a little round of
00:18:38
applause there, buddy. Because at the end of the day,
00:18:41
you were right when you came out and said it very possible that
00:18:44
all of his, his, all his, you know, everything he signed with
00:18:48
an auto pen could be invalidated.
00:18:51
And I think this further leads us to the thing, when did Joe
00:18:54
Biden lose so much cognitive ability that his staff thought
00:18:58
they could take advantage of it and start signing documents?
00:19:01
Was it why Week 1? Was it Week 2?
00:19:04
At the end of the day, was it Week 3?
00:19:07
I, I think it was before he even got inaugurated.
00:19:10
That's why they kept him in the basement throughout the, his
00:19:14
campaigning for 2020 election, because remember, they kept him
00:19:19
hidden and it just got progressively worse, worse and
00:19:23
worse. They knew what they were doing.
00:19:24
That's why they chose him. They picked him so they could
00:19:28
actually take advantage and and do what they needed to do
00:19:34
because let's face it, he has cognitive ability.
00:19:36
He he didn't know if he's going left, right, up or down.
00:19:39
Well, look, when Donald Trump signs an executive order or
00:19:42
signs any documentation meaning that he's signing a, you know,
00:19:45
something coming out of Congress into a law, his people come up
00:19:49
to him like Will Sharp, who will Sharp's been on the big, big
00:19:51
show over on Rumble. And if you haven't joined us
00:19:53
over in Rumble, you should, you should check it out.
00:19:55
And they come up. So Will Sharp will come up to
00:19:57
him or Steve Miller, and they say, Sir, this is an executive
00:20:00
order. They explain it to him.
00:20:02
And 90% of the time he signs it because he already knows about
00:20:05
it in advance. 99% of the time he says he'll say do it, but
00:20:10
they come up and he signs it, not anybody else.
00:20:12
They don't use an auto pen. Number one, is it not only
00:20:15
disrespectful to the office? Number two, maybe it's if it's
00:20:18
even. Who knows if it's valid because
00:20:20
he doesn't know if he he knows anything about it.
00:20:23
I don't think Joe Biden had any idea what he was doing.
00:20:25
But let's play this media clip, George, so they can hear from
00:20:27
the horse's mouth. Donald Trump.
00:20:29
You got it. Here we go.
00:20:31
Crooked Joe Biden got us into a real mess with Russia and
00:20:35
everything else he did, frankly, but he didn't know about it.
00:20:38
And he, generally speaking, signed it with autopen.
00:20:41
So how would he know that autopen is a big deal?
00:20:44
I don't know. You know, they're having who's
00:20:46
who's doing this. So when my people come up, Will
00:20:49
and all of the people, Steve, they come up and serve.
00:20:52
This is an executive order. They explain it to me.
00:20:55
And you know, 90% of the time I sign it. 99% of the time I say
00:20:59
do it, but they come up and I sign it.
00:21:02
But you don't use autopen. It's number one, it's
00:21:06
disrespectful to the office. Number two, maybe it's not even
00:21:09
valid because you know who's getting him to sign?
00:21:12
He had no idea what the hell he was doing.
00:21:14
If he did, all of these bad things wouldn't be happening.
00:21:17
You know, you know, you know his wife, Doctor Jill Biden, the
00:21:23
first lady, you know, she was aware of it.
00:21:26
She had to. No doubt she's seen this and she
00:21:28
knows what her husband's doing. Not doing, you know.
00:21:30
But she allowed all this to happen anyway.
00:21:32
Didn't she stand into in for him at some?
00:21:34
Yeah, she's also Georgia. She was at, she was at most of
00:21:38
the, the second where they had the, you know, meetings with all
00:21:42
their secretaries and stuff. So.
00:21:44
Wow. But the question, so let's go
00:21:47
back a second here because I want to get into this.
00:21:51
So when when Trump was at the DOJ and you know, he's talking
00:21:54
about restoring law and order and ending the weaponization of
00:21:57
the department, that's great. We need that, right?
00:22:00
But what's going to stop it from happening again?
00:22:04
Because let's face it, Trump's not going to be president
00:22:06
forever. So I'm we're still waiting.
00:22:09
Can, can people be held accountable?
00:22:11
Can people get arrested and send a message?
00:22:14
You need to. They need to send a clear
00:22:16
message. You got to set some precedents.
00:22:19
At the end of the day, that precedents could carry for her.
00:22:21
There need to be some criminal charges.
00:22:23
Look, look, look, if I'm, if I'm telling the truth to the
00:22:25
audience, I'm, I'm going to share this.
00:22:27
If I'm telling the truth that the DOJ has been using Securus
00:22:31
technologies where they supply phone services to different
00:22:34
pretrial detainment facilities and post trial, you know,
00:22:38
prisons and, and they're actually eavesdropping on phone
00:22:42
calls illegally and tell me why they're on consequences because
00:22:46
that violates all sorts of wiretapping laws, due process
00:22:49
laws. But what's happening is it's
00:22:51
getting swept under the rug. Nobody's facing any
00:22:54
consequences. So of course they're hiding
00:22:56
behind absolute immunity. They're hiding behind qualified
00:22:58
immunity. Donald Trump has to drop the
00:23:00
hammer. Now, my understanding on this is
00:23:02
that this autopen scandal, there's a big bombshell.
00:23:05
One of the key Biden aides is suspected of exceeding authority
00:23:08
by using the autopen to sign official documents.
00:23:11
Even when, you know, Joe Biden wasn't anywhere to be found a
00:23:15
bunch of times. He was on vacation, George.
00:23:17
I know. So question is, I mean, do they
00:23:21
know who this key aide is? Are they going to make some kind
00:23:23
of arrest and then, you know, get him to flip the script on,
00:23:27
you know, what was going on to save his behind from going doing
00:23:31
a lot of time. I'm waiting.
00:23:32
Can we can we see this? Can something happen?
00:23:35
Because they got to know, they have to know who it is or they
00:23:39
can break. They can, you know, get down to
00:23:41
at least if I'm going to say to core 5 because it has to be
00:23:44
somebody that's very close like the chief of staff or his wife
00:23:49
could be even Hunter for all we know.
00:23:51
Hunter was by his glued by his father's side.
00:23:54
Wouldn't surprise me if Hunter signed his own pardon.
00:23:57
What do you think? But all those, all those pardons
00:24:00
should be well wiped out and thrown away.
00:24:03
I've got to tell you, I think that's one of the blockbuster
00:24:05
portions of the story that just got released.
00:24:07
The Oversight Project is looking at analysis of Biden's pardons
00:24:13
right before Donald Trump came into office.
00:24:16
And there is some unsettling issues with those pardons.
00:24:21
So, you know, you guys got to stay tuned for this because this
00:24:24
is big news. This is one day before Donald
00:24:26
Trump got sworn in. So the big, big talk radio show
00:24:29
is going to be right back with myself, my Aunt Maggio, and of
00:24:32
course, my ride or die guy, George Ballantine.
00:24:36
Tip of this beard, baby. We'll be right back.
00:24:38
These pardons might be invalid. Stay tuned.
00:25:05
All right, the big, big talk radio shows back.
00:25:08
We're live in Denver, New York City with your hosts Lance
00:25:10
Migliaccio, George Valentin bringing you the tip of the
00:25:13
spear. And we're bringing you Pengay.
00:25:14
That's right. Auto Pengay.
00:25:16
Oh my God. We have so much to cover and so
00:25:19
little time, but we're going to try to get it to you guys all.
00:25:22
You know, on Monday, the Oversight Project revealed 6
00:25:27
criminals were pardoned by Biden's auto pen on December
00:25:29
30th, 2022. And get this, Joe Biden was
00:25:33
vacationing and golfing in Saint Croix.
00:25:36
Now, I believe he's vacationing, but I don't think he could just
00:25:38
swing a club in his mental capacity.
00:25:40
But who knows? That's what they're saying.
00:25:43
But on Tuesday, it gets even better.
00:25:45
The Oversight Project released a new analysis of Biden's pardon
00:25:48
of his family members, including Doctor Anthony Fauci, General
00:25:55
Miley, the J6 committee and members and Gerald Lundgren.
00:26:01
So listen, we're going to try. To get those, I hope those get
00:26:05
overturned. I don't like anybody on that.
00:26:07
List right so but according to the New York Post, Steve's Nel
00:26:11
Steve Nelson is a key Biden aide may have exceeded their
00:26:15
authority by unilaterally determining what documents to
00:26:18
robo signed. Now this all happened.
00:26:21
Now, January 19th, 2025, just one day before Trump was set to
00:26:25
be sworn into the as a 47th U.S. President.
00:26:29
I got to jump in. Here, hold on, Joe Biden.
00:26:31
Stories about this Steve Nelson guy.
00:26:33
Yeah, but Joe Biden issued a flurry of pardons to his family
00:26:37
members, Fauci's and others. So yeah.
00:26:39
Well, I've heard stories about this Steve Nelson and I heard he
00:26:42
was a pretty nasty guy. Now it's it's interesting this
00:26:45
insiders confirming that this whistleblower that came out
00:26:48
about this he said that he feared this key by Nate and and
00:26:52
here's the comment he made and this is not the first time I've
00:26:55
heard this. I feared no one as much as I
00:26:57
feared that staffer who we're talking about Steve Nelson.
00:27:00
Now this all came by the New York Post are the ones that out
00:27:02
of this to me, Steve Nelson basically was the president.
00:27:06
The person said no one ever questioned Steve Nelson period.
00:27:11
Now, when he says everyone suspected this aide exceeded
00:27:15
their authority, but no one would dare say anything about it
00:27:17
because everybody was afraid of this guy, how about the fact,
00:27:21
George, that he's saying that he was basically the president?
00:27:25
Think about that. That is a frightening,
00:27:30
frightening statement. You know what's funny?
00:27:32
Like I never heard of this guy before.
00:27:36
I never like what position did he actually hold hold in the
00:27:39
White House? Like what was the appointment?
00:27:40
No, I can't remember right now, but I heard he was extremely
00:27:42
close to Biden. But he also, I heard, was brutal
00:27:46
because Biden really kind of backed him up, said, well,
00:27:50
Steve's going to be in charge while I'm gone.
00:27:52
He would make statements like that.
00:27:54
And Steve really let it go to his head.
00:27:56
And I heard this guy was a real the way he rolled around the,
00:28:00
you know, around the White House.
00:28:05
You know, has he been arrested yet?
00:28:09
No. Will he be arrested?
00:28:12
I don't know. Do I want him arrested?
00:28:14
Hell yes. Can we get him arrested?
00:28:16
Somebody can we get some some consequences?
00:28:19
I'm going to keep bringing that word up.
00:28:20
Consequences. Everybody should be calling
00:28:22
their representatives and saying we want consequences for all
00:28:25
this because you have been deceived for over 4 years with
00:28:30
Joe Biden, not only by Joe Biden and his staff, but by the media
00:28:33
too. They deceived you because they
00:28:35
knew the cognitive decline of Biden.
00:28:37
And then it hid it from everybody until, until they
00:28:39
wanted to release some of it or it's too late.
00:28:42
Because he was on a live on a, on a major stage with President
00:28:47
Trump and he got kind of demolished.
00:28:50
Not kind of, he did get demolished, but I, I, I got to
00:28:54
find out who this Steve Nelson guy is because you know what?
00:28:56
I never heard of him. And that's, and it's somebody
00:29:00
that no, because this is, you know, it makes more and more
00:29:02
sense now because it just came to me.
00:29:05
If someone's working as an appointee close to close to a
00:29:08
president in the White House and you don't hear that name,
00:29:11
they're up to no good because let's face it, because, you
00:29:15
know, there's always scrutiny on, on anybody close to any
00:29:18
president and what they're doing.
00:29:21
So it's like he was hiding behind in the shadows doing
00:29:23
everything. It makes more sense now.
00:29:28
Well, I think you're spot on. And I think at the end of the
00:29:30
day, we've got to get to the bottom of this.
00:29:31
And I think what they really have to do is they really have
00:29:34
to bring people in and put them under the fire about Joe Biden's
00:29:37
cognitive abilities. And when did people first
00:29:40
identify that he wasn't really within his right mind?
00:29:43
And when did this Steve Nelson character decide that he was
00:29:47
going to operate as the president and sign these
00:29:49
documents? I mean, this is getting pretty
00:29:51
serious here. Let's let's play the media,
00:29:53
George. This is getting really serious.
00:29:57
Let's go. Take a look at he signs by
00:30:01
Autopen. Who is signing all this stuff by
00:30:04
autopen? Who would?
00:30:05
Who would think you signed important documents by autopen?
00:30:09
You know these are major documents you're signing.
00:30:11
You're proud to sign them. You have your signature on
00:30:13
something in 300 years, they say.
00:30:15
Oh look, Can you imagine? Everything was signed by
00:30:17
autopen? Almost everything.
00:30:20
Nobody's ever heard of such a thing, so should have never
00:30:24
happened. You know, Lance, while I'm, I'm
00:30:27
doing a search on this guy, Steve Nelson, and you know,
00:30:30
nothing's really coming up. I'm getting a Bill Ness, Bill
00:30:33
Nelson, NASA appointee by Biden, but it's like nothing that's
00:30:39
really coming up on this guy. And this is getting more and
00:30:41
more interesting. Well, they're probably
00:30:44
suppressing at this point. I'm sure they don't really want
00:30:47
to talk about this, but I think they should start start
00:30:51
subpoenaing all these White House staffers and they should
00:30:55
be questioned about #1 Joe's cognitive ability number 2.
00:30:59
When did they identify that cognitive ability decline?
00:31:02
Who was really one in the White House?
00:31:04
How many people were operating the autopen?
00:31:07
Because guarantee this, the people that didn't have access
00:31:09
to that autopen, they might have been mistreated by these
00:31:12
individuals. Could you?
00:31:12
Can you imagine the power of realizing you're signing
00:31:16
whatever you want? The president of the United
00:31:18
States, I mean, I'm sure it went right to this person's head.
00:31:21
I mean, not everybody would operate like that.
00:31:22
And I think what Donald Trump says is really spot on, using an
00:31:26
auto pen to sign executive orders and or laws of the United
00:31:31
States or any documents. He's right.
00:31:33
Those presidential signatures are, you know, they're part of
00:31:35
history. Like he said, 300 years from
00:31:37
now, people are going to look at it and say, oh, look at this.
00:31:39
This is where Donald Trump signed that really important
00:31:42
order, you know, on the radical leftist judges, but, you know,
00:31:46
not for Joe Biden. He's too busy eating ice cream,
00:31:49
sniffing kids and spending time in Saint Croix or all those the
00:31:53
most. He was the most vacationed
00:31:55
president in U.S. history over there in Delaware, laying on the
00:31:58
beach and somebody's running the auto pen doing whatever they
00:32:00
want. You know, no.
00:32:01
Wonder our government's in so much trouble.
00:32:03
I heard for double scoop ice cream cone you can get easily a
00:32:06
pardon. That's what I heard.
00:32:08
Man, that's sweet and. If you threw on some sprinkles
00:32:11
and other little anem anemones onto it, yeah.
00:32:17
Yeah, you get, you get a cup of some chopped nuts maybe or some,
00:32:20
you know, some liquid marshmallow topping.
00:32:22
Yeah, you get the bonus. You get, you get all your, all
00:32:24
your, you get all your legal fees paid for.
00:32:26
I I don't know, this is crazy. Well, listen, I got to tell you
00:32:29
this big news. We've been talking about gold
00:32:30
and silver on this show. We've been talking about
00:32:32
bullion. If you aren't following us over
00:32:34
there watching the Crypto Power Hour show, number one, that's
00:32:37
Wednesdays and Fridays over on Rumble, 3:00 PM every week, 3:00
00:32:42
PM. If you want to get educated
00:32:43
about crypto top interviews, number one, and the global
00:32:45
Finance Forum, the show I'm talking about when we're talking
00:32:48
about bullion that is available on Rumble at 1:00 PM every
00:32:52
Friday and that's the financial roundup for the week.
00:32:54
We cover bullion, Wall Street finance, big government choices
00:32:58
all around the globe. We talk about bricks, you name
00:33:01
it. Great show if you want to
00:33:01
global, you know, financial roundup for the week.
00:33:04
But boom, George, I'm going to go, I'm going to give this a
00:33:07
double tap. Boom, boom.
00:33:09
The gold just hit 33000 an ounce.
00:33:11
Now it it retracted. That was late yesterday.
00:33:14
It hit the 3000. Hung up there for a minute.
00:33:16
Of course, we talked about that key resistance level, but
00:33:20
there's a lot of support. It only dropped back to 2985.
00:33:23
I think we're going to see it hit the push up against that
00:33:26
3000 and maybe over again this week.
00:33:28
And if it hits that resistance level a couple times in a row, I
00:33:31
think it's going to be here to stay. 3003 thousand per oz,
00:33:35
brother. Well, it broke that mark, so
00:33:38
it's going to go up. But it's actually 2993 right
00:33:40
now. It's going up.
00:33:42
Yeah, then it was 3017 just before it retreated back to
00:33:46
under 3000, so. That's the Wall Street Journal
00:33:49
report. You know what's going on.
00:33:50
If you look at it like the whole financial situation, you know,
00:33:53
people were panicking over the trade wars and, you know, stocks
00:33:58
were very volatile the last week and a half, But they're, you
00:34:00
know, they're even the stocks are starting to bounce back.
00:34:02
Everything's bouncing back, and rightfully so, Will, because you
00:34:08
need to understand that keeping manufacturing, keeping jobs here
00:34:13
or bringing them back here was that great.
00:34:15
Creates more money for the economy, more spending, people
00:34:19
working so it generates more money.
00:34:21
People like that, you know, they're scared of it, but it
00:34:24
worked. The first time, I think the
00:34:26
number one thing impacting this is the uncertainty of trade and
00:34:29
tariffs. You know, that's what's pushing
00:34:30
the gold prices up because these trade tensions are intensifying.
00:34:34
We're seeing a lot of retaliatory measures from other
00:34:36
countries. You know, the, the, the, the
00:34:38
tariffs have really kicked in. So safe, safe haven, demand for
00:34:42
gold, I think it's going to continue in my opinion.
00:34:44
So you got to. But if you look at gold from the
00:34:47
beginning of time, when it's first discovered gold is, is,
00:34:50
I'm going to call it the Trump. It's the number one.
00:34:53
It's always held its value. It always went up and it will
00:34:56
always and will continue to hold its value and go up.
00:35:01
Well, Silver's trailing really closely behind.
00:35:03
It's at 3411 this morning. We talked about that resistance
00:35:07
level on Friday at 33 and change.
00:35:09
Now we're seeing 3411. You know, if it breaks through
00:35:12
36 bucks, our next stop is likely going to be 38 or $9
00:35:17
because people are saying there's a bunch of, you know,
00:35:19
the support at that $33 and about 80 some cents level.
00:35:23
So we're 3411. A lot of people are predicting
00:35:26
the $50 silver is right around the corner.
00:35:28
So might be a great opportunity to buy some of the stacker.
00:35:31
Get over to the Bigmang bar.com, use all clads, all caps of
00:35:34
prepper. Get yourself a couple of those.
00:35:36
Buy some, buy some ounces of silver.
00:35:38
Hold on to it. The weight, the Genesis
00:35:40
Goldstone is 75% silver, 25% gold.
00:35:44
So that's that's the first time they've ever done that where
00:35:46
they're overweighting silver. So the big big talk radio show
00:35:50
is going to take a short break. When we come back, we're going
00:35:52
to be talking about persona non grata, why the US is expelling
00:35:56
certain ambassadors for their behaviour from the United
00:36:00
States. And I don't think this is going
00:36:02
to be the first one. Big Big Talk Radio Show is going
00:36:04
to be right back with George Ballantine, Lance Maggioso Baby
00:36:08
snapping necks and cashing checks, doing what we do.
00:36:11
Stay tuned. Hi folks.

00:37:33
All right, the Big Meg talk radio show is back.
00:37:35
We're live in Denver and New York City with your host Lance
00:37:38
Migliacho and George Ballantine, where we kill you with the truth
00:37:43
but bury you with a smile and tip of the spear.
00:37:47
But first, I want to give a shout out to Genesis Gold Group,
00:37:49
one of our sponsors. You know, we all seen that the
00:37:52
last four years has come with economic uncertainty.
00:37:55
Even the beginning of this year has got some people giving them
00:37:59
caution with the economics and stock market fluctuating.
00:38:04
But you know what? The feds, they just keep
00:38:07
printing trillions of dollars. In just a few short years, tax
00:38:10
has been going up. Government, we all see what
00:38:12
they're doing. They're busy funneling half of
00:38:14
its budget into the military industrial complex and most of
00:38:17
the other money into USAID, wasting it.
00:38:19
And as a result, the US dollar has lost value.
00:38:22
What we need to return to is American roots backed by gold
00:38:25
and faith. Instead of using tricks to get
00:38:27
their customers on the hook and punishing them with huge
00:38:30
spreads, Genesis Gold Group chooses to educate and serve and
00:38:33
they believe in two things. We serve God and we serve our
00:38:37
customers. self-directed Iras backed by physical precious
00:38:40
metals have been the primary focus for Genesis Gold Group
00:38:43
from the beginning. He only worked with physical
00:38:45
gold and silver because it could be stored on the customer's
00:38:47
behalf in the depository. Their team has decades of
00:38:50
experience helping folks just like you preserve your heart on
00:38:53
the savings and the service provided to their clients is
00:38:56
truly one-of-a-kind. They have a free IRA guy that
00:38:59
has a lot of information in education.
00:39:01
All you got to do is call Genesis Goal Group now at
00:39:04
888-526-7154. That's 888-526-7154 or go visit
00:39:10
thebigmiggold.com. Don't forget to mention the Big
00:39:13
MIG talk radio show. You could have your IRA set up
00:39:16
fees waiting on qualifying accounts and additionally
00:39:18
they're waiving their first year storage fees and custodial fees.
00:39:22
You can't beat that, folks. Get there.
00:39:24
And then to cure your retirement wealth.
00:39:26
So what do we got here? Persona non grata US expelled
00:39:30
South America's ambassador after he called President Trump a
00:39:34
white supremacist leader. You know, there's been a lot of
00:39:39
horrendous stuff going on in South Africa.
00:39:41
We've heard these attacks on farmers to the point that Donald
00:39:46
Trump has offered them asylum, that all they have to do is
00:39:49
prove that they being attacked. They've been killing them
00:39:52
violently taking over these farm properties.
00:39:55
And you know, it's by the leadership in South Africa.
00:39:58
So secretary, you know, Marco, Marco Rubio, who I have to say
00:40:02
Secretary of State, he's doing a pretty damn good job.
00:40:05
He's now announced the expulsion of Abraham Russell Friday
00:40:10
afternoon, declaring him a persona non grata.
00:40:12
And I think this is interesting because.
00:40:15
This is kind of what needs to happen, right?
00:40:16
The the South African ambassador in the United States is no
00:40:18
longer welcome to our great country is what Rubio stated.
00:40:23
And I think it's important because here's something this is
00:40:26
when I do think the the the US military should get involved.
00:40:30
Here's an event where people are being racially profiled with
00:40:33
hatred and, and the administration that's in power
00:40:36
right now in South Africa are the ones behind it.
00:40:40
And they're acting as if it's not happening happening.
00:40:42
And they're we're getting some horrible reports.
00:40:44
Now. I'm imagine some of the big
00:40:45
pushes because, you know, Donald Trump has developed this
00:40:48
friendship with Elon Musk and Elon Musk has been talking about
00:40:51
this online. So I think he's in these
00:40:54
politics for for an important part.
00:40:56
And I don't think it's any accident that he's involved
00:40:58
right now because he doesn't like what's going on in South
00:41:00
Africa. And of course, that's his home
00:41:02
country. So, George, what do you think
00:41:03
here? I think it's just they're, you
00:41:06
know, they're taking digs at anything they can to get back at
00:41:09
Elon Musk. I mean, it's horrible.
00:41:11
But, you know, I got to bring up something that, yes, they have
00:41:14
was really cute. And I don't know where Elon Musk
00:41:18
was at the time, but you see his little son X was trotting along
00:41:21
with President Trump on their way to board Marine 1 helicopter
00:41:26
and was just this iconic moment because it just shows like
00:41:29
President Trump how he is as a person like that the media
00:41:33
doesn't portray. But listen, South Africa, you
00:41:37
got your own problems there. I think you guys are are racist.
00:41:41
And you know, you have a lot of bureaucracy, you know, make the
00:41:44
farmers great again. We'll take them here.
00:41:47
They're hard working people. But it's just a, you know, a dig
00:41:50
to get back because you know, they they can't handle the truth
00:41:54
and they don't like X. And we thank God that Elon
00:41:57
bought SX. Could you imagine?
00:41:59
Oh, I can't even imagine. It almost seems like this was
00:42:01
that was a grand plan all along. You know that, right?
00:42:04
You know, it has that feeling of it.
00:42:06
Was it really part of that or was it just a great opportunity?
00:42:09
I understand they're doing great over there.
00:42:10
The revenue has really gone through the roof.
00:42:11
But I like the fact that Donald Trump's offered these people
00:42:14
resettlement. Hopefully, this will settle down
00:42:17
and we'll have to see. But of course, throwing out the
00:42:19
ambassador is a big step forward and, you know, you know, drawing
00:42:23
a line in the sand. So we'll have to see what
00:42:25
happens. I want to talk about this
00:42:26
though, it looks like the SEC, George and Ripple may finally be
00:42:31
coming an end to this Gary Gensler reign of terror lawsuit
00:42:35
that was started I think basically unlawfully.
00:42:37
But they're but they've come into a solution.
00:42:39
Maybe the XRP is going to be considered a commodity.
00:42:42
So we're talking about the Ripple settlement talks and you
00:42:44
know how big a deal it is. We keep telling you that Ripple
00:42:47
and XRP may very well be an opportunity.
00:42:49
It could be a real potential great investment for
00:42:52
generational wealth for you and your family.
00:42:54
If you know anything about it, talk to your financial advisor.
00:42:56
This is not financial advice. It's just a couple of guys on
00:42:59
the radio talking about the fact that we own XRP for a number of
00:43:03
reasons. And if this lawsuit settles,
00:43:05
this could be a big deal. So now they're going to say that
00:43:08
XRP may very well be a commodity, which would really
00:43:11
get rid of a lot of the claims that Gary Gensler was making.
00:43:15
So of course, Ethereum's regulatory status remains a key
00:43:18
reference to the XRP litigation. And this District Judge is
00:43:22
declaring the XRP. She did it in 2023.
00:43:25
And that's U.S. District Judge and Alisa Torres
00:43:28
that XRP is not a security. So now they had to go back and
00:43:31
figure out then what is XRP. So if they declared a commodity,
00:43:36
this is a great step forward. And of course, the reaction to
00:43:40
it was an XRP price went up 23%. Of course, we all know that
00:43:44
crypto has been somewhat down over the last couple of weeks
00:43:47
because a lot of the uncertainty that's in the economic markets
00:43:50
have affected it. But I think a settlement and
00:43:52
verdict on these XRT and the spot ATF approvals this using
00:43:57
the Ethereum reference is a real step forward, George.
00:44:01
It is because there, you know, the SEC now considering Ethereum
00:44:07
to trade as a pure commodity, but late, you know, I have a
00:44:09
question. Why do you think they're only
00:44:12
targeting XRP? How come they they weren't going
00:44:14
after anybody else? You know my opinion, I think
00:44:18
Gary Gensler always picked the deepest pockets.
00:44:21
He was always looking for these massive fines.
00:44:24
It was his whole process and I think he misapplied the law
00:44:27
across the board, to be honest with you.
00:44:29
In my opinion, XRP should take a slap on the wrist and everything
00:44:34
should be dismissed, meaning maybe some very, very small
00:44:37
innocuous fine. At the end of the day, Gary
00:44:40
Gensler was shooting for like, you know, 500 million, a billion
00:44:44
dollars in fines. You know, he was looking for
00:44:46
these B numbers because I think that directly benefited the SEC,
00:44:50
probably in raises. And who knows how much of that
00:44:52
money was taken out of the SEC because we've seen so much
00:44:54
theft. I have no idea.
00:44:57
I don't have any proof right now, but I think right now that
00:45:00
XRP was kind of the the sacrificial lamb for the SEC.
00:45:04
They didn't care about the fact that I think they also didn't
00:45:06
like the politics because the SEC is, I mean, the XRP is a
00:45:10
very pro country company, always has been the leadership.
00:45:14
Brad Garlinghouse, he's always been pro the country and he's a
00:45:17
conservative leaning, you know, political environment and
00:45:20
political weighing on it, at least the way he believes.
00:45:23
So I think you have to look at it from that perspective.
00:45:24
And I think Gensler was a weasel.
00:45:27
I didn't like him from the very beginning.
00:45:28
I think he overstepped the law. And I think by nearing the
00:45:32
conclusion, this lawsuit, this is a big deal, this could really
00:45:36
propel the markets forward. And I've told you many times,
00:45:39
XRP isn't allowed to talk about over 3000 contracts.
00:45:43
They've already pre negotiating and already in full swing
00:45:46
because that's part of the lawsuit.
00:45:48
So they've kind of had this gag order on them.
00:45:50
I can't imagine what the impact's going to be when when
00:45:53
XRP is allowed to discuss all those agreements with
00:45:57
governments and institutions that they've never been allowed
00:46:00
to mention. I mean, Can you imagine what's
00:46:01
going to happen to price XRP then?
00:46:03
It's going to blow up. I mean, Japan's been
00:46:05
implementing it this year in Euler finances.
00:46:07
But you know this Kingsler character, right?
00:46:10
I think we need to look into his finances and see how he benefits
00:46:14
by by restricting XRP. But you know we have a new SEC
00:46:19
leadership right? I don't understand what's taking
00:46:22
them so long to to right this wrong.
00:46:26
You know I'm not. Sure, I think it's a good point,
00:46:28
but I think they, they, they feel like all eyes are on them.
00:46:30
So maybe they're just trying to make sure they, they, they, they
00:46:33
tread carefully. But listen, the stable coin
00:46:35
bills moving forward too. And this is a key step inside of
00:46:38
the US, you know, stable coin regulation that's out there.
00:46:41
The Senate Banking Committee advanced that stable coin bill,
00:46:44
which of course is a clear stable coin regulations guide.
00:46:47
We heard some mention of it, the crypto summit.
00:46:49
We all kind of hoped it would be passed right there and then.
00:46:51
They call it the Genius Act 2025.
00:46:55
So that was an 18 to six bipartisan vote on Thursday.
00:46:58
That's a significant move in my opinion.
00:47:01
So that the approval of that bill highlights the growing
00:47:03
momentum of course for Clero cryptocurrency regulation, of
00:47:07
course, the status of our current administration.
00:47:10
They are extremely pro crypto George.
00:47:12
Yeah, they are. And you know, just so people
00:47:14
know, like if when this bill passes and you know, using
00:47:17
stablecoin to processing payments, you know, you'd save
00:47:20
so much in fees, you know, you wouldn't have those high credit
00:47:23
card fees, you would eliminate middle men.
00:47:26
It's it's, it's time, it's money, it's just overall good.
00:47:33
And the reason why it's to have that word stable because it's
00:47:35
stable. Well, this, the good news is
00:47:38
this, this bill is going to enhance transparency and
00:47:40
financial stability because what they're doing is they're
00:47:42
they're, they're mandating the stable coin issuers have to
00:47:45
publish monthly liquidity reports.
00:47:48
And we know that's not happening right now.
00:47:49
And they have to maintain a one to one reserve, which has to be
00:47:52
backed by U.S. dollars or highly liquid assets.
00:47:56
So that's good for consumer protection.
00:47:58
It's good to honor redemption requests, which liquidity is
00:48:01
always kind of been a problem that some of these, you know,
00:48:04
companies have been kind of dark about what their real financial
