[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By Liberty and the Beautiful of Mouth. If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

[00:00:33] America Great Again! The Big Mig. Well, good morning and welcome back to The Big Mig Show. Of course, I'm your host Lance Migliaccio with my co-host George Ballantyne. And hopefully you guys had a great Memorial Day weekend. Of course, this show, Liberty means anything at all. It means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear. And of course, it's always better to be heard by the truth than comforted with a lie,

[00:01:01] regardless of what that is going to do. And that's what this show is all about. We're trying to educate and unify the country one episode at a time. So George B., man, what's up, bro? You took yourself off camera there for a minute. Yeah, I'm resetting my camera. Ah, resetting your camera. All right. Well, listen, let me just jump in here. I'll do the sponsor while we're waiting for you. Oh, okay. All right, George, what's up, bro? Nothing. You know, long weekend. Yeah. I hope everybody had a safe and enjoyed Memorial Day weekend and honored our fallen soldiers and veterans.

[00:01:31] Should be. Not you're in big trouble. Yeah. Yeah, there's no doubt those guys put their life on the line when they serve the country. And I'd like to see them actually taken better care of. There's too many of them that aren't in a good position. And I think enough is enough of that. I don't want to help the illegal immigrants. I want to help our veterans. So, all right. Well, listen, of course, if you love the show, it's an easy drill. Thumbs up, comment, share, and subscribe.

[00:01:59] You can do the paid subscription, five bucks a month to all the new subscribers from last week. Thank you so very much for that vote of support. It's only five bucks a month. And if you like the show, realize that really you guys are the reason we're here. You support us financially. The majority of what we get comes from the viewers and subscribers. So, Rumble Rand tips, tips of crypto in our Rumble wallet over there. You know, and you can always get Rumble Premium with perplexity. It's a great service. Great way to thank Rumble for being the true free speech platform.

[00:02:28] Now, of course, you know, this show is on Rumble, YouTube, and Locals. We got back on YouTube. We had to open a new account, but they let us back on. So far, so good. But you never know, of course. So, you've got to keep your options open in this business. All right. Well, listen, we love our gold and silver. You always want to make sure you have a backup plan. What am I holding up here is the Genesis Gold Group's 62.2-gram prepper bar. And these babies are your perfect escape. They are real tangible forms of wealth. Gold and silver, you can hold trade in trust. No government can seize it.

[00:02:58] No hacker can steal it. And time is ticking. Now, they've got them in stock now. They've got gold and silver. They come with that assay report. Continue. My opinion is always have some gold and silver on hand just in case because you never know what's going to happen to the U.S. dollar. And I think you need to act now to secure your prepper bars before the government rolls out their next move. We never know what that's going to be, even with the Trump administration in place. And right now, use code. Pay attention. This is going to get you your discount. Big MIG Silver for 10% off on the silver prepper bars.

[00:03:25] And Big MIG Gold for 5% off on the gold prepper bars. Of course, don't make them until your money is worthless. Grab your prepper bars before it's too late. And you can do it right at thebigmigbar.com. That's right, thebigmigbar.com. Or you can call them at 888-526-7154. 888-526-7154. Now, if you decide to call them, they do IRAs. They do regular bullion investment prepper bars. You can buy regular gold and silver from them also. So let them know the Big MIG Show sent you and still use those promo codes.

[00:03:54] That's going to get you a discount. Big MIG Silver, 10% off on the silver. Big MIG Gold, 5% off on the gold. And that's thebigmigbar.com. Break me off a piece of that prepper bar. All right. Of course. Hold on. Yeah. Hold on. Hold on. I'm holding up. I'm holding up. The Mike Schwartz show just raided us. Very nice of him. We appreciate that. Hey, Mike, don't forget. You're coming on this Friday. It's your day.

[00:04:24] Just letting you know. I don't want to hear you. The Schwartz-eroni. Appointments from Kelly or none of that stuff. Well, it's a big day for Texas. Hopefully, everybody will get out and make a difference. We're calling it Death to Rhinos because we sure as hell don't need any more rhinos, man. I'm telling you what. These people are unbelievable. And the Uniparty in D.C., of course, is alive and active. Probably the most ineffective Congress we've ever had in history.

[00:04:53] Doing less than any other Congress ever has, in my opinion. Of course, some of the Congresses haven't done good things for the country, so I'm not saying they were great. But, man, talk about ineffective. We can't get a save act passed. They can't get the Clarity Act passed. All they want to do is go on break and just absolutely jerk around. Do a lot of talk. But they're not walking the walk. But Ken Paxton, we're supporting him. We believe that he's the right move. And, of course, you know, this is the Texas showdown. George, I know you've got a lot going on with this.

[00:05:22] You've been paying very close attention. Ken Paxton follows you, and you follow him on social media. Let's talk about this primary runoff, man. What do you got here, bro? Give us the risk. I mean, Cashy's now got Paxton killing it, saying winning, I don't know, like 80-something percent. But, you know, listen, don't get lazy. Make sure you go out there and vote Texas. It's very, very important. You know, it's going to put another message to all the rhinos out there from state level all the way up to federal level

[00:05:51] because, look, we're still like them South Carolina state senators, the five Republican rhinos. They're still voting no. Even after the special election and all that. I mean, they're not afraid. You'd think they'd be afraid after the five Indiana Republicans that got primaried out and Thomas Massey and all the... There was like 31 that day that Trump endorsed it all one. I forget. I don't know if it's 31 a number, but it's a big number. We just got to keep sending the message.

[00:06:21] Either they're going to get in line or get the F out. And one way to do it right now is vote for Ken Paxton because 49, he's that established DC swamp rhino. You know, if they... And they're just doing it now. Even the ones that are losing. Even though they say they're Republicans, they're still not trying to sabotage Trump because he's endorsed Paxson and got rid of Massey. Well, they ain't doing their jobs the way they should be.

[00:06:50] Granted, I believe if you have an opinion, you can speak of this and that. But, you know, some of these people like Massey voted against the Save Act, Save America Act. Right there is good enough for me to get rid of you. That's it. Yeah, I agree with you. I like Massey, what he did with the FC files and, you know, bringing it out and all that. I commend them. That was great. But, okay. Was that for your own self-fame there? Why not vote yes for the Save America Act, bro?

[00:07:20] Yeah. I mean, of course, all these people are always looking to self-promote. Now, listen, I've got to say this. I would have Massey on the show if he wanted to give his version of the world. Of course, there's a lot of things we don't always know. But Ken Paxson has proved himself to be, you know, prioritizing the country. I just don't want to see any more of these rhinos. And listen, for the Democrats out there, for any of the Democrats that watch this show, vote smart. Get rid of some of these jerk-offs in D.C., these insider trading, conniving liars and cheats.

[00:07:48] I mean, it looks like you did the right thing when you voted Fetterman in. Why don't you look at the competent choices? I mean, I don't know why New York continues to want to have somebody like AOC in place or why, you know, people continue to allow people. And I know this is her last run. But Nancy Pelosi, I mean, talk about somebody that's just a conniving shit that doesn't want the right things for the country. So do yourself a favor, man. Make your vote count. Again, I'm not telling you what political party, because I don't believe political parties are legitimate. I think that's all David Copperfield.

[00:08:17] I've told you over and over again, I feel like it's a uniparty. I'm just looking for patriots and traitors. That's pretty much it for me. So it's hard for me at this point. I vote conservatively because I believe in conservative America. I believe in the Constitution and constitutional rights. You know, I believe that we're, you know, we're a sovereign republic, you know. And we're, you know, this whole thing about democracy. Yeah, with democratic principles. We're not a democracy. So you have to think about it. If you don't understand that, maybe it's time to go back and study the Constitution.

[00:08:47] Maybe go back and look at the Bill of Rights and read what the framers really wanted. You can always look at the Federalist Papers, you know, the Anti-Federalists and the Pro-Federalists. So that'll help you if you don't understand. So the polls open in Texas at 7 a.m. Central Time is Texas Time? Central Time? They open up this morning. So if you're on your social media, post about it. Take this. Post it. Repost it. Get the word out there.

[00:09:15] Because you see how a Rhinos vote can screw up not getting a bill passed, which is for you. Even though you don't live in Texas, it still affects us in our states because they don't want to pass it. So, you know, take the link and share it with Ken Paxton on True Social, Getter and X, of course. Maybe he'll use the poster. I thought maybe he'd appreciate it. George and him have been communicating for a long time. So anyway, he's probably out busy there out on a.

[00:09:46] Probably going to events or whatever he's doing. Yeah, I'll bet his I'll bet his peeps are watching social media, though. They're probably hot on it because they've been doing a good job so far. So, again, your vote does matter. Just sitting on the sidelines isn't going to fix things, you know. And again, you know, this is a complicated situation we're in. We don't have a legitimate voting system. And that's the hardest part because you can't get Congress to do the right thing. I mean, the Clarity Act should be simple, but they're all kissing the asses of the banks. And they don't want to give you guys the real interest rates

[00:10:13] and the real world asset investment, you know, income and revenue. They want to get rid of all that because they want to continue to kill you guys at the banks. You know, no real money on your money markets. And they want to overcharge you on home loans and crazy interest rates on credit cards and you name it. So they're not doing the job that's good because it's not good for the American people. Common sense would tell you that those two things should pass that easy. All right, let's talk about. Wait, wait, let me play the clip. Oh, yeah. I'm sorry. I know. Jumping to go.

[00:10:41] Don Cornyn and Trump endorsed State Attorney General Ken Paxton. Battle for the seat. But Paxton tells us he's not worried about receiving President Trump's endorsement after receiving it. With the endorsement, it becomes a lot clearer that I'm going to be the nominee. And we wanted to focus on the positive and then focus on our next job, which is take down this Democrat who has the most radical views that maybe I've ever seen. I think we can all agree we got to beat this guy and we got to protect Republicans, the Republican Senate.

[00:11:12] Paxton going on to push back on his opponent's claim that he won't be able to win the primary saying. The only thing I disagree with, it's not about protecting the Republican Senate. It's about protecting Americans, the American people. That's what it's really about. You do that with a Republican Senate, bro. Yeah. If you had a Democrat Senate, you wouldn't be protecting anybody. The Republican Senate is unified enough that they really do that for us.

[00:11:39] No, they're not unified enough, but they're a lot better than the Democrat Senate. I'll tell you that. All day. Yeah, I agree with you. I agree with you. I mean, you're right about that. But at the end of the day, you know, at least I believe Ken Paxton will do the right thing. He appears to have common sense. Hopefully that won't change if and when he gets into the Senate. Hopefully it's a given. So get out there today. Don't be lazy. Make a difference. If you're in Texas, get out there and vote. He's a great attorney general. He's been doing great things in Texas. He wasn't afraid to go after the big corporations and everybody. So, yep.

[00:12:09] And just know this. We've been pushing for Ken Paxton way before Trump even endorsed him. Yeah. So maybe with everybody that's, you know, posting about it, talking about it for all these months, maybe Trump came to his senses and actually listened to what the people had to say instead of just going with the status quo. I don't know. Could be. Possibly. And if Ken, if you see this show or your people see this show, we'd love to have you on. You know, of course, you've still got the fight. The primary is just the beginning, but love to have you on for an interview.

[00:12:39] We appreciate you. All right. Man, this is it's like it's like a seesaw. Right. You remember the kid little the teeter totter when you were a kid up and down and up and down. You know, we're going to strike a rant. No, we're not. There's a ceasefire. No, there's not a ceasefire. We're going to we're going to negotiate. We're going to. Oh, they're going to come to the table. Oh, they're coming to the table. Oh, they want an extension. Oh, they want us to give them reparations. Oh, they want this and they want that. And Iran is really the nexus of evil in the Middle East. They're the biggest problem there.

[00:13:08] I'm not saying there are other problems. I'd be I'd be remiss to say that to you. But they're the biggest problem in the Middle East. And, you know, we started hearing some stuff, you know, over Memorial Day. Wow. They were at the negotiating table and Iran was signaling, you know, then and down from some mass sacrifices in a high stakes, of course, you know, game here. But but I don't see that. My personal opinion is I don't think you can negotiate with Iran.

[00:13:34] They have typically done this where they say they're going to make a deal and then they they go back and forth and they want more time. And I think it's always about, you know, getting more of their of their military industrial complex back online. Right. Digging out the tunnels with the cruise missile accesses. And and even when they say they're ceasefire, they're still attacking. Right. They still attacked, you know, Qatar and Saudi Arabia and others. They it's clear that they're just full of it.

[00:14:04] I just don't see this. I don't know. I don't know why Donald Trump is being so hesitant. I wouldn't have been hesitant personally. I enough's enough. And it's not because I'm a warmonger because I think peace could be as much as just going down and immediately just getting, you know, engaged with China and getting engaged with Russia. Russia and stopping all of it. I think there's a lot of stuff with the three countries were aligned in their own manner. And I know China would be the most difficult, but I think they're already.

[00:14:29] I think everybody's tired of this crap behind the scenes, the Cold War strategies and the in the dark intelligence operations. But here we are. Trump said a deal with Tehran is largely negotiated, but one in the U.S. could walk away entirely. But then you have President Masoud Pazeshkan invoked one of Iran's strongest wartime symbols on May 24, signaling Tehran's. Of course, they're resolved. They want to hold its ground against the U.S. and Israel and other people in the region. You know, they're not really.

[00:15:00] I don't think the diplomacy that we're being told is really occurring. Now, why Donald Trump is hesitant again, maybe it's because he doesn't want to get another war. But I don't think you can. I don't think it's largely negotiated. I don't see that. And the signals we're getting, George, I don't feel like the signals we're getting from Iran. They're really mixed signals because right when they were coming to the table, they, you know, they did some more retaliation. They did some more strikes.

[00:15:22] And then they got mad when Donald Trump struck a couple of locations that he thought were important to protect our soldiers. So some of that happened, you know. And I don't know. What do you think here, George? What's your take? Because my take is you can't negotiate with Iran. No. And it's been proven throughout history about what negotiating with them. And that's part of their tactics, the way they do.

[00:15:48] So, I mean, after that first, was it two weeks he's fired and he gave him a little extension. After that, I would have been done with. Hey, we tried. They don't want to budge. That's it. And we just waste time. Now they just were able to, what, restock up on their missiles. I mean, it's crazy. There's more news keep coming out. U.S. Navy resumes escorting ships through the Strait of Hormuz. Okay.

[00:16:11] Then the crazy thing was, if they're just so close to a peace deal, or whatever deal, as Trump was saying. This is what I don't understand. I don't know how yesterday evening, U.S. forces conducted self-defense strikes in southern Iran, saying they're protecting their troops from threats. Now listen to this. It's posed by Iranian forces. Two Iranian boats attempting to lay mines and a surface-to-air missile site in Bandar Abbas were eliminated.

[00:16:40] Well, if you're doing, they're working on a deal and Iran is very open and they want to open a Strait of Hormuz, why would they be laying new mines? Something doesn't, ah, something's not adding up. Something doesn't make sense. And now, I think this morning, one Iranian leader said that, you know, they're going to meet U.S.'s threat with threat.

[00:17:05] I mean, they're saying, they're accusing U.S. of a grave violation of the ceasefire. And they're going to, they said they're going to, you know, they're going to make us pay. So, I don't know. Does it sound like ceasefire, peaceful, trying to do peaceful negotiations? Not really. I don't think so. That's not the definition of a ceasefire.

[00:17:28] You know, and of course, U.S., they reiterated when all that came out that the strikes were defensive strikes because Iran was making overt actions. And, of course, Iran saying, you know, they're, quote, a grave violation. And Iran has been dropping these quotes that are kind of, in a way, they're kind of garbage. But they come from the Iraq-Iran war. And they're basically inferring that their resolve is going to be like what was in the Iran-Iraq war with Saddam Hussein.

[00:17:58] And that's, to me, that's a veiled threat. That's what you're doing. You're basically saying we're not going to, we're not going to take the knee. And, of course, look, Marco Rubio said the agreement with Iran was still possible. Now, you know Rubio. He's pretty careful about what he says. And then President Trump backed up what Rubio said. And he says, we're going to make a good deal or no deal at all.

[00:18:22] So a good deal is no more possibility of any nuclear development anymore that we take possession of all their fissionable material, all their enriched uranium. But, you know, I don't think Iran will ever adhere to that. I don't think they're truthful, at least this administration. I don't mean Iranians or Persians in general. I mean, I don't think that they're the kind of thing that, no matter what, if their lips are moving, I think they're lying.

[00:18:50] Until you bring them to their knees and you're not going to be able to leave any part of this administration in place. They just, you know, they just killed another person they said was working with the Israelis. I don't know that it was true. I looked at the details on it. I didn't get you a bunch of information because I just don't, I don't believe anything they say. Because every time, now they wanted a 60-day ceasefire. You know all they would have done. They would have dug out all their tunnels. They would have got a bunch of materials in from other countries as sneakily as they could.

[00:19:19] And they would have just, you know, got more drones, got more drone material. They would have just, you know, rearmed. Because they're still making shitloads of money on Bitcoin. I know everybody keeps talking, oh, their oil is shut down. Doesn't matter. That Bitcoin mining is still going on. I personally think that's the problem. They still have this major amount of money coming in. And people- That Bitcoin mining is not enough to cover what they need, bro. Come on. I don't know, George. When you're mining Bitcoin at $1,300 of Bitcoin, you're doing pretty well.

[00:19:47] You know, again, I'm not saying it's all of it, but it's still a way to, you know, it's still a way to fund things. And even if it's not as much as they need, I think that, again- Missiles, rockets, drones, everything costs money. Yeah, I know. I know. But their mining operation is- No. It's not going to cover it. It's not covering it. Three to five percent of all Bitcoin hash rate across the globe. That's a major number when you look at the Bitcoin hash rate. Three to five percent. Major amount. So I don't know. Look, personally, should you leave them-

[00:20:16] I guess I can put it this way, George. Should we leave them any access to capital? Any at all? No matter how minor or how large. You feel like that should be something that should continue to be allowed to go on. I would just shut the whole infrastructure down. Agreed. And that's exactly the point. I would have taken Cargillin. Yep. No doubt.

[00:20:41] So I just looked it up, and it estimates that Iran estimates about, like, around 700 million a year in Bitcoin mining. 700 million. Bro, they make 500 million a day in oil sales, which they're not getting. Yeah, yeah. So that Bitcoin mining is not doing what it needs, not for them. But no matter what, would you leave it? You're president of the United States right now. Would you leave that Bitcoin mining going on? Well, it depends.

[00:21:11] Can I shut it down through cyber warfare? If I could do it that way, yes. But if I bomb it, and then all those Bitcoins are gone forever? I don't know. Who knows? I don't know. I personally would drop the hammer. I wouldn't leave them any port in a storm. I'd leave them nothing. But, of course, Iran comes out, and now they're saying any future aggression is going to go beyond the region's borders. So that's straight up. Any future aggression.

[00:21:41] Well, how about any future aggression by you? How about you laying more mines in the water? How is that not considered future aggression? The point of the matter is Iran always likes to point the finger, but they never want to look in the mirror. And I think when you get that kind of thing, when you get that beyond the region's borders, right, they're talking about strikes with our allies in the Middle East. And, you know, I don't think – and again, you know, it says – and then they go on, which is bullshit. We are not seeking to build nuclear weapons.

[00:22:11] Well, then why do you have enriched material? You tell me, why do you need to enrich material? Who said they're not seeking nuclear weapons? That's a straight-up lie. That's bull. Yeah. They said we possess conventional weapons that eliminate any need for them. And that's also – And so they talked about getting a nuclear weapon. I know. So it's a lie. And that's the point. They lie when they're out in public. And, of course, I don't know if you knew this, George. Their internet was shut down for the longest time period. No other countries had their internet shut down. Still shut down.

[00:22:40] No, they actually got it back up. Yeah, that was in the news this morning. They got the internet back up. I thought the judge ruled it and leave it off. Sure? Sure. All I know is what CBS and some of the other news stations said, that they were going to try to get the internet back up. Somehow they've gotten it back up. They were shut down, I think, for 85 or 88 days. And allegedly, the news organizations – and again, some of this was mainstream media. I can't tell you whether it's 100%. They said that they got it back up.

[00:23:09] But listen, now Iran's Supreme Leader says death to America. It says the region's nations will no longer serve as shields for U.S. bases. So that's another threat, that they're going to hit the bases and death to America. These are the common slogans, of course. But to me, this is not a country that's saying, hey, we want a ceasefire. Hey, we want to negotiate. This is a country that's basically – the minute you turn your back a little bit, they want to punch you in the back of the head.

[00:23:36] So I just don't think – I don't think this is the kind of group that's negotiating, of course. You know, there was also – there was some news floating around. The Qatari government came out today and said not. There was a statement that somebody had made online. I don't know where it started, where they were saying the Qatari government was offering billions of dollars to Iran to cement a peace deal. Qatar came out and said, no, that's not true.

[00:24:01] I guess Israel's Channel 12 reported Monday that Qatar had offered Iran a loan worth $12 billion if they would come to the peace table. But Qatar is saying, absolutely not. We didn't do it. Bullshit. So I don't know. You know, again, you never know the news cycles. We try to provide you the up-to-date announcements. We try to validate them. That's what we do here on this show. It doesn't matter what the topic is. So we'll keep our eye on this for you.

[00:24:29] George, any other comments or anything fresh we need to know about? No, I was just looking while you were talking. I was scouring the sites and everything just to see. Nothing yet. I mean, Trump's going Wednesday to Camp David. He's going to have a big cabinet meeting there. Camp David? I think that's what they said, right? Camp David? Yeah, it's at Camp David. It's on Wednesday. And he's got the whole cabinet on there. Tomorrow, yeah. And I feel like a lot of times when they go to Camp David to have a meeting, at least this is historically true of presidents. I'm not necessarily going to say this is Donald Trump.

[00:24:58] I feel like they don't want to be in the White House because they're worried about leaks. Because we've seen some of that stuff. We've seen some stuff that we think might have been leaked by the White House. Hold on, though. No, no, no. They can have a cabinet meeting at the White House where it's just the cabinet members. And if stuff gets leaked, that means where's it coming from? One of the cabinet members, one of their lackeys, I'm going to say. Well, Camp David has historically always been the location when it seems like

[00:25:26] when they're concerned about the security of what they're going to discuss. Previous presidents, not so much Donald Trump, because I don't remember, George. Maybe I'm wrong. Has he taken a big cabinet meeting at Camp David before, even in his prior term? I don't remember. I don't know. I don't know either. But normally presidents go to Camp David because it's off-site and they've got a high level of security. Normally that's what has historically been used. I'm not saying people haven't taken vacations there and hung out there. The Bushes used to go there a lot.

[00:25:54] But allegedly that's why they go there. And it's interesting that the entire cabinet is going to Camp David. I think that's an interesting move. So I don't know. All right. Well, it's either going to be a good deal or no deal. So we'll see what happens. We'll watch it over the next couple of days, kind of keep you guys abreast. Let's talk about this leftist federal judge. You know how I love leftist federal judge. No, this is a panel. This just came out now this morning. Yeah, it's multiple judges. It's a gaggle of judges is what you're saying. Three panel, yeah. Yeah.

[00:26:23] Which is, I don't know how in Alabama they got leftist Alabama Supreme Court judges. That's crazy. But how are they allowed to defy a Supreme Court order from SCOTUS? They're not supposed to. They're telling, they ordered Alabama to reinstate its rigged and racially gerrymandered congressional map. There's a panel of leftist judges. I mean, they're just going directly against the Supreme Court ruling.

[00:26:52] And now this is a perfect example where Lance always talks about there's no consequences for these judges. These judges should be now taken off the bench. It's crazy. Yeah, the Supreme Court should just do an emergency ruling and they should sanction these judges. Because when you snub the Supreme Court, right? Because if you look at the hierarchy, right? You've got the district court and then you've got the appeals court, you know, the federal appeals court in the state by the circuit. And then you've got the Supreme Court that sits over all of them.

[00:27:18] The idea is, is that the Supreme Court is the final word on any questions of law. When the Supreme Court makes a ruling, that's supposed to be it. Regardless if the judges below disagree, that's the end of it. The Supreme Court's your final step. And that's the problem because these judges, as George just stated, they should be sanctioned immediately. They should be reported in sanction and they should be put on a leave of absence. Because that's the issue.

[00:27:44] If you have judges operating independently of what the law says, you know, and subverting actual law, how is that person allowed to keep their job? And that's the problem with lifetime appointments. That's the problem with absolute immunity, right? This alleged absolute immunity. Because right now, what you're looking at based on the law, just for the audience, this is exactly why the law is supposed to be there.

[00:28:08] So that somebody steps outside the law, which means they're stepping outside of their administrative duties, then you don't get absolute immunity. Your lifetime appointant comes into question because you're not following the law. Judges do it constantly. And the reason they do it is because nobody comes in sanctionism. Right now, the Office of Professional Responsibility should be reviewing them, the Public Integrity Division. The DOJ should announce a review of the three panel and they've been put on a leave of absence.

[00:28:36] And that's the issue because here they are, just like George said, ignoring and in fact snubbing the Supreme Court. And you're not supposed to do that. So that's kind of one of those things. Of course, they're trying to make sure the Democrats can regain an additional black majority seat for now. You know, listen. Which is unconstitutional, by the way, because SCOTUS ruled that it is. So, you know, but that's typical Democrats, right? They subvert the rule of law. Do what they want. Yeah.

[00:29:05] They're going to keep doing it. And that's the problem. I'm going to send Lance to Alabama to take out these judges. I'm going to tell you, I would remove these judges so fast. They're lucky I'm not running the DOJ and I'm not in charge of the Office of Professional Responsibility. They would be sanctioned and removed and put on a disciplinary hearing. That would be done. It would be wrapped up this morning. All right. Stay tuned. The Big Big Show is going to take a short break. When we come back, we'll be here with George Ballantyne and myself, Lance Miliacho. Guess what? Here comes the next moron they want to install.

[00:29:34] Of course, you know, the presidential moves are already starting and the idiots are coming out of the woodwork because that's what the Democrats do. They got to put idiots in place. All right. While we're on the break, take the live link, share it far and wide. Go over to Massey. I mean, go over to Ken Paxman's team. Take the link from this show and share the link from the show. We'll be right back.

I got you covered. But you can do it after the show. You know what? We got to talk about this presidential run that's going to be coming up. It's going to be a doozy. I'm just thinking the ticket. AOC and cackling Kamala Harris on the ticket. Can you imagine? You already see AOC.

[00:35:34] She's taking her major steps toward a 2028 presidential bid. She's positioning herself for a potential run. And you could see it, you know, even by the optics of having a bulletproof glass. She's not a threat. Nobody's going to take her out. You're not a threat, AOC. You don't need a bulletproof glass. Nothing you're going to do. But... Yeah. Yeah. I mean, they could have Tim Walsh as chief of staff at that point. You know what would be funny? It'd be a brain trust. You know what would be funny? Yeah, go ahead.

[00:36:04] They say she's begun her de facto national tour, right? Yeah. Imagine that she's putting so much effort on this national tour that, you know, somehow somebody sneaks in and she loses her seat. I mean, that would be amazing. It would be great if she would do that. But, you know, listen, the bulletproof glass is a framing. They're trying to make it seem like she's a top priority. That people are like, oh my gosh, we've got to protect AOC. She's so valuable.

[00:36:29] I would demand, if, you know, again, I don't think any of you Democrats will do this, but why don't you demand an IQ test independently given by an independent agency to AOC and Kamala Harris? I would bet you would be stunned by the results. I got to be honest with you, Lance. Yeah. If she does decide to run, right? Yeah. The Democratic primaries are going to be, at least the first one, if she's on there, it's going to be a big watch.

[00:36:58] Like, you know, advertisers are going to advertise on that because a lot of people are going to watch it and make a fool of herself. If she's just so happy to win that, I mean, the primary between whoever Republican, Vance or Rubio against her, I mean, it's going to be funny because she don't know what she's talking about. The sound bites will be incredible. But my point is, is that really the brightest and best? Meaning that they install these idiots like Joe Biden. They don't need the brightest and best. Well, Tim Wass and Kamala Harris.

[00:37:28] I just think that, you know, the point is, these are supposed to be allegedly the 535 people in the executive branch running the country, right? And you've got the president and the vice president. These aren't, these aren't, these are not good choices. I don't, I bet you the people when she worked for that bar as a bartender, I'll bet you even then those people would tell you that she was one of the worst bartenders they ever had. I can't imagine how she operated behind the bar. Let me, let me help you out. So you said, is this the brightest and the best?

[00:37:58] The Democrat party does not, they don't want the brightest and the best. They want someone, hold on, let me talk. They want someone who could be the face, who can talk to the people, you know, bring their jive BS, who they can control. That was the whole purpose of Biden. They stalled him in so they can control him and do what they wanted behind the scenes. Cause look what a mess that was. They'll do the same thing with AOC. They would have done it with Kamala Harris too. God. Just thinking about that.

[00:38:27] She would have won. Oh my God. It's the people they try to compel forward and they try to frame as, you know, whatever. And you're right. Like what they do with AOC is they're trying to frame her as this incredible choice. Kind of like Pete butt plug, you know, that when they frame him and they try to say he's amazing or when they frame Kamala Harris. I mean, the point that, that, that Kamala Harris, even the Democrats would allow Kamala Harris to try to continue to disseminate a message where she's going to run again when they know

[00:38:52] that 60 minutes manipulated her interview to try to make it seem like she wasn't stupid. And that's the, that's the thing that I'm really offended by that. They think that the American public are such a bunch of idiots. And, you know, I hope that the, I hope that the left and the right wake up and they look at common sense. I hope they watch this show and they try to realize that this division and chaos is a tool of the people that want to destroy the country.

[00:39:18] It's a tool of the people that are greedy and want to manipulate and benefit from the government without benefiting the American people. And I don't care whether it's insider trading or it's stealing money through USAID or it's subverting our elections. All those people should be just driven out of Washington, DC, like a, like a bad herd of locusts. We ought to use fire and we ought to use, you know, pesticides and just do whatever we can. That herd of locusts, they all need to be driven out. So, all right, let's talk about Russia.

[00:39:47] I guess they have given even Marco Rubio, they told everybody to get out of Kiev. They notified Marco Rubio and they came out and announced it. I assume that means a major strike is inbound because Russia is telling all the foreigners to clear out of Kiev because, of course, it's vowing strikes on the Ukrainian capital. And they are explicitly naming the decision-making centers as targets. So, Russia's foreign ministry said its military is beginning systematic attacks on the military

[00:40:16] industrial facilities in Kiev. Ukraine has been very vocal that they have, they have a new drone. They allege is the most sophisticated drone in current kinetic warfare. They've been out kind of saying that they've also got some other new technology that's finally ready to bring to the battlefield. Russia fired waves of missiles and drones that killed four people, injured dozens of others, you know, and of course, they're starting to use more of their hypersonic missile, the

[00:40:45] Orishnik, I think is how you pronounce it. Like a missile? Yeah, it's their hypersonic. Yeah, Orishnik. You got that right, Orishnik. Yeah, and that was capable of carrying a nuclear warhead, although I don't think they were using any nuclear warheads. Isn't this coming after, like, Ukraine just hit Russia's, what is it, like, oil facility or something like that, I think? Yeah, but they also hit some civilian sites. Yep. And, yeah, you're right. I mean, listen, I wish one of the others, either side would just get over it.

[00:41:13] I mean, let's get it done and over it. Enough's enough. Whatever. Finish the damn thing. Either finish the job or make a deal. Well, you know, this next story is a little frightening in its own way. Everybody out there, you know, we all in some way may use a VPN at one time or another. You're always concerned. Of course, even when you're an investigative journalist, not because you're trying to hide

[00:41:39] what you're doing, but because, of course, you may be researching a story and you don't want to have that show up in your search engine on your computer because you might be looking into the details or something. And it could look like, of course, when you're a journalist, you're looking at all kinds of stupid stuff. But this is crazy. So, George, what happened here? Some ransomware actor used a VPN? Compromised systems? No. So, and this information, by the way, is coming from the FBI. They just released this information.

[00:42:10] And they're saying that hackers use the VPN servers to get in. You know, they compromised one of their systems. So, I don't know. They said the server's been active since 2014 and provides 32 exit node servers in 27 countries. Hmm. I mean, a lot of these ransomware groups, such as Avadam Ransomware, have used first

[00:42:37] VPN service infrastructure to perform network reconnaissance and intrusions. So, I mean, I can go to technical stuff. I'm not going to go to technical because nobody's going to know what the hell we're talking about. I'm just going to tell you, be careful with using VPN. Yeah. No doubt. Nothing's a given. Whenever you're on the internet, you're always potentially in a position. So, you always want to keep your passwords. They're calling it the release of a flash, Lance. They're calling it.

[00:43:05] They're calling it the releasing of this flash. Hmm. And it was the coordinated takedown of the first VPN service. Yeah. I mean, it's crazy. Did you see, George? Did you see the story where the entire OnlyFans database was hacked? I did not. Customers, creators. Really? And they put the entire database up for sale, which I can't imagine how valuable that is. Who knows how many important names are there?

[00:43:32] People that were on OnlyFans making donations to these girls that are on there. Maybe guys too. I don't know. But the entire database, for anybody that's used OnlyFans, your data may be in the OnlyFans database. That means any payments you made, any historical data, whether you paid Sophie Rain or anybody else any money, that stuff may get disclosed because they're out trying to market the database right now.

[00:43:55] So, you know, this is an active, in ransomware attacks, you know, that's where they take over your database and tell you if you don't, especially they do it to doctors because it's a HIPAA violation. And they will say, we've got your entire database. And if you don't pay us this much, and that's where the ransom comes in, they'll block your access to everything. Lance, I mean, I'm not worried about it because I've never been out. I don't have no account on OnlyFans. Are you worried your information, they got it or what? I'm sorry, what now?

[00:44:23] Are you worried that those hackers got your information from OnlyFans? No, because I've never been on there. It's not really interesting. Are you sure? No, I'm pretty positive, man. I'm just messing with you. It's not really, yeah, no, I know you are, I know you are. But there are a lot of people, celebrities, professional athletes, and all kinds of people that are on there using the service. I would imagine there's government officials. We've heard a lot of rumors about government officials being on OnlyFans. You know, it's not, I don't have any interest in that. It's just not one of those things I'd waste my time with. I think it's, I think it's, and I don't think it's good for the country.

[00:44:51] I think that too many young girls are seeing people like Sophie Rain. Supposedly she's made $100 million on OnlyFans. Even the other day, I don't know if it's true. I saw something, this may not be true. So I'm going to say it, so don't take this to heart. Somebody said that Sydney Sweeney is going to open up in OnlyFans. And I think a lot of it's just the amount of money that's funneling through there. I don't think it's good. I think a lot of girls are choosing that because they feel like, well, I want to get rich and I don't care.

[00:45:17] And I don't know that morally and ethically, I don't think it's a good message to send the young people in America that you can go on OnlyFans and you can, you know, put all your information out there. And you know what I'm talking about. And then just, that's how you're going to make your money. You're not going to do it on higher education. You're not going to do it on hard work. You're going to do it on by spreading your legs or whatever else you do on there. So I don't know. I'm not a believer in it. It's just too much of that kind of crap. But I don't think it's good. I don't think I'd allow it. You know, Reagan was always very anti-pornography.

[00:45:47] He put a lot of laws. Reagan, Ronald Reagan. He was very anti-pornography. He thought it was damaging to the American public. And I'm not sure that he's wrong. He put a lot of, I mean, I don't know where because there's so much pornography out there. Well, there's a lot of legislation and a lot of policy. If you go back, I was reading about it the other day and I thought it was interesting. He was one of the only presidents that was anti-pornography. Yeah, but there's pornography everywhere, bro. Every freaking site there is, you know.

[00:46:13] So, you know, I know what you're saying, but I think OnlyFans has really set the tone for that. Not that I'm not saying there aren't any other websites, George. I just don't think it's- But OnlyFans is like a paid thing. So you have to pay. It's not you're going to see anything for free. I think, aren't most pornography sites paid sites? Aren't they? Isn't that what the model is? I guess. I mean, why else would they be up there? They're not trying to spread pornography just for the enjoyment of spreading pornography. I think they always try to sell paid services and premium services. I don't know.

[00:46:42] I don't spend time on it. But my perception is that if you want to get access to the extra content, it's all a paid service. Okay. Let's talk about something that actually shocked me. Totally surprised. This is interesting. The DOJ is- I mean- What? That's one of the things. The DOJ never wants to really admit when they're wrong, although Todd Blanche has been doing some of it. We've seen a minimal amount of it.

[00:47:07] But the DOJ is talking about dismissing the charges against a specific group of J6ers. And these are the seditious conspiracy charges. And this was against eight Oath Keepers. So, of course, these convictions, as you guys know, were built on suppressed evidence, destruction of exculpatory material, the J6 Committee lying and manipulating the information, which, of course, they got that blanket pardon, which I still don't understand why those pardons haven't all been repealed.

[00:47:36] And the apparent perjury by the people that represented the evidence. Now, I love the fact they're going to dismiss these charges, but I didn't hear them say in the same voice, and we're going to criminally charge the responsible federal agents and the responsible DOJ prosecutors. I'd like to see them criminally charged because it sounds like- Now, many of these people receive full pardons, but you know the problem with a pardon? You have to admit guilt to get the presidential pardon. You have to say, I was guilty, but the president steps in and says, but we're going to go ahead and give you a presidential pardon.

[00:48:06] And you do get back your gun rights. You do get back your voting rights. You get back a lot of rights. But you still have that thing that you supposedly had to admit guilt. But these people, you know, Stuart Rhodes was on our show. You know that he's one of them. And there's many others. So they were released, you know, from prison on the inauguration night, 2025, just, you know, that four of those Proud Boys leaders likewise had their sentences commuted rather than pardoned and they were released from prison.

[00:48:34] Now, to dismiss the charges, that means they get the certificate of innocence and they actually get the whole thing wiped off their record. If this is Todd Blanche behind it, kudos to him. I'd like to see more, Todd, if somehow you see this show or anybody in the administration. Why don't you start criminally charging DOJ prosecutors and FBI agents that participated in the, you know, the complete scam, right? The J6 feds erection.

[00:49:02] My thing is, when are they going to criminally charge the people responsible, George? Good luck with that. They're having a shit canips frenzy over that fund that Trump did. You know what's funny? The anti-weaponization. Hold on. So here's the thing. You know how they're, there, there, there was another court battle over the, um, Trump's ballroom and they're holding that up again. So you have that and then you have, they're, they're going crazy over this fund. And I'm going to tell you why.

[00:49:33] Cause both that fund and us and the white house ballroom is not, they have no control of it because the money didn't come from Congress or nothing. And that's why they're, they're going crazy. Cause they can't control nothing. They have no control over the white house ballroom because all that money was donated to build it. The money coming from, um, that settlement fund is, is a settlement with the IRS and Trump, but he's using it in a different way.

[00:49:59] So, you know, he's using it for all the people that are wrong and they have no control. And it's not like Democrats. I'm talking about even some of the, some of the Republicans too, are, are upset and going crazy. Cause once again, they can't control it. They, all they want, they want, that's what big government, all they want is control, control you and their lives. Well, and usually do you think George's usually want control of the funds cause they get to steal a bunch. When they control the funds, they get to manipulate, you know, pork barrel or whatever else.

[00:50:29] And they get to steal money in this particular case. They don't have access and the ballroom, especially after the Trump derangement syndrome that we see. And this compelled, uh, you know, call for violence by the, the, the destroyers of this country. Look at Donald Trump. I mean, it's, it's incredible. Another one the other day, secret service had to kill the guy. The guy thought he was Jesus. I mean, talk about a mental health crisis and you're taking these people that I think are struggling with mental health crisis.

[00:50:56] As you've seen the trans shooters and I'm not picking on anybody. I'm just talking about that. Here we have these, these massive amounts of violence that are being propelled. You know, look, look at the, you know, so the, the forest service connected, uh, disabled military veterans that were in this, this group that I'm talking about for this, for this, um, you know, amazing move by the DOJ. Stuart Rhodes, Kenneth Harrelson, Jessica Watkins, and Ed Vallejo. All, all disabled army veterans have had all their money stopped. Even Stuart Rhodes right now, he still has a give and send go.

[00:51:25] You can get over there and help him. Great. They're all struggling. And none of them assaulted any police, but they, but they, but they tagged them as seditious conspirators. And of course that, you know, stopped all their, uh, all their disabled, uh, you know, money coming in from the VA, any retirement funds. They basically have been struggling since all of them. And, you know, listen, the Oath Keepers had a long history of protecting Donald Trump, but they weren't, they were the ones that were trying to slow down the violence.

[00:51:51] There was a lot of episodes of them protecting police officers at J6 and making sure that they were, the police officers were okay. And that nobody was participating in acts that would be considered, but that's what happens when you create a false narrative, right? When Nancy Pelosi and the rest of them. And that's what I want to see. I want to see those people face consequences for what they did when it came to the J6 event. So the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys, they were attacked as much as anybody. We've had a lot of them on this show. And, um, look, this is good news.

[00:52:20] It's nice to see the DOJ, but I'd like to see the prosecutors behind these actions that violated the law and violated these individuals. What about the judge that allowed it, too? 100%. All right. 100%. You're right over it. So it was all, all those trials were rigged by suppression of exculpatory evidence, uh, by suppression of evidence. You know that they didn't get it. They weren't giving them the videos that showed they were innocent, uh, you know, and all that stuff. I just think, and then they were denied, you know, they wanted to change a venue because of course that,

[00:52:49] that court system was, was weaponized against them. They wouldn't give them a change of venue. They were putting a lot of stuff out in the press that wasn't true intentionally. The DOJ was, um, I don't know that I think this is, uh, you know, the Oath Keepers members and, and a New York retired police officer, Mike Nichols, they were all presented, prevented from testifying. You know, you're supposed to have the ability to, to address your accusers. That's one of your rights in the constitution. And they did so much.

[00:53:16] Uh, and then there's all the bombshell evidence about all the perjury by Capitol police witnesses. Perjury is a crime. So those Capitol police witnesses should also be criminally charged. And that's what I mean. If you don't, if you don't have consequences for actions, if you don't have equal application of the law, the law should immediately say, and we will be indicting all these individuals that participated in this sham, uh, you know, trial.

[00:53:43] But so far, I don't see that, you know, uh, Capitol police special agent, David Lazarus testified that he personally witnessed, you know, antagonistic confrontations between the Oath Keepers and officer Harry Dunn. It wasn't true. The, the CCTV footage clearly showed Lazarus was in the tunnels underneath the Senate, Senate buildings. And there's no way, because he was far away from the alleged encounters. There's no way he could have seen anything. So today he should be indicted.

[00:54:08] And that's my point is that if you, if you can prove that people lied under oath, that's perjury. And if you, especially if it's in a thing where you're using government influence, which was misfeasance and nonfeasance and malfeasance by government officials, when you connect that, you can hit this guy with 10 criminal charges. And if you don't hit him with 10 criminal, especially Asian David Lazarus who lied under oath against the Oath Keepers doesn't get criminally prosecuted. You're just reinforcing this kind of behavior.

[00:54:36] And it's just going to come down to who's in power, whether it's allowed. But if you start wrapping these people up and they got, they lose their careers and they lose their, their retirement accounts and they, and they get the same attacks on them as the Oath Keepers, uh, got. And, you know, and the proud boys, then maybe, maybe you could stop it in the future. Maybe something would finally happen. Maybe justice would finally be served. So that's big. Maybe. All right. I mean, I care less about this, but Starbucks screws up. What happened?

[00:55:05] Protests are smashing Starbucks cups over disgraceful ad. Yeah, I guess this is Starbucks. I guess it was the Korean division of Starbucks. And I think it's always interesting when these big groups, and I guess they, they, they try to sell a tank of a Tumblr in South Korea on the anniversary of the 1980 uprising, brutally suppressed by the military. Of course, major insult to the government in Korea. They flipped out. Uh, you know, and this is the problem.

[00:55:30] What, what, the only reason I brought the story up is I think this is what happens when you have, uh, leftist thinking kind of ideology in a company. Starbucks has a lot of that. And, uh, they, they decide, oh, let's do this. This will, this will be a cool promotion. Uh, of course the government was extremely unhappy about it. So, uh, you know, this is just, this is what happens. Leftist idea, you know, I think you have the neutrality in a political environment. Johnny Carson never wanted to be political on air.

[00:55:58] He always wanted to make sure that his political position that he was, that he appeared neutral, regardless if he voted one way or the other. And, and to me, that's part of it. You know, companies and, and they think they can just do whatever they want because Starbucks is a major corporation. Now they're sucking it. I guess, uh, people have been, uh, not buying at Starbucks and protesting across the country because they think what it was, was unnecessary. Um, anyway, I thought it was interesting because it just shows that we're not the only ones stuck with leftist ideology in the, in the government. Tell me about SCOTUS, George.

[00:56:27] Yeah, this is, they, well, SCOTUS actually siding with a couple of blue states on this one. They rejected Florida's challenge over issuing driver's license to illegal aliens. So they didn't want to hear the suit. They just rejected it. And you remember when, uh, the California truck driver of the, the immigrant. Who had a commercial driver's license that killed those people making that, uh, trying to make a backup on a highway and make a U-turn or whatever he's doing.

[00:56:57] So the Florida AG want to sue them because they're giving out driver's license. Well, SCOTUS doesn't want to hear the case. I don't know. Maybe he's got to take it to, um, lower federal courts first and see what happens. But they were challenged, they were, um, alleging that California and Washington violated federal law and endangered public safety by issuing commercial licenses. To what? To individuals without legal immigration status. Which, they shouldn't have a driver's license to drive.

[00:57:26] And actually, Iowa and 16 other states filed briefs supporting Florida. And SCOTUS didn't want to hear it. Hmm. All right. We'll take it to another federal court, I guess. See what happens. Doesn't mean SCOTUS will not hear it if there's appeal, if there's a case or loss, but they're saying take it to a lower federal court. All right. What you got to do? You know, getting a driver's license in another country is not an easy step. And I would imagine if you were trying.

[00:57:57] No, no, it's not. Uh, you can get it. You can get it. But a lot of times you have to have residency and otherwise that you're living there. I mean, you could just take, go to AAA, get an international license when you travel and drive. Yeah. Right. Yeah. My argument would be that illegal immigrants giving them any sort of rights when they came here illegally. That's a criminal status when you come into the country illegally or you try to create a false residency environment.

[00:58:23] So by getting a driver's license, you're talking about voting in an election. The problem is because the people, when you go to vote, if you show them your, let's say you had to show your driver's license and you don't have to, you guys know in many states you don't. And you're here illegally. You already committed a crime when you came in. If you entered Mexico illegally and then you try to get ID to authenticate your, uh, your residency or with your plan, maybe an intent to vote. You've already committed the first overt act as a crime.

[00:58:50] It doesn't make any sense to me why SCOTUS would say, uh, that a criminal, because you are a criminal when you're an illegal immigrant, you're a criminal from the minute. Cause you already committed the men's rear. You committed the first overt act. Why SCOTUS would say, no, no, we're going to give illegal immigrants IDs. It doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I don't get that. Uh, I don't see how the law supports it. So I'm not sure what their real thought process here in Florida is trying to stop those, those fake commercial driver's licenses. Some of them didn't even have the driver's name on it.

[00:59:19] So they were trans. They would hand it around within their group and use it. I mean, this is dangerous. Lots of people have been hurt by these commercial drivers. And the guy you were talking about was that Harjinder Singh, that Indian national. And he was an illegal alien that killed those people. And George, how many of these happened across the country? Uh, I don't even know. Some, too many. One is too many, but I mean, they're happening all over the place. I mean, you know what, what's it going to take?

[00:59:46] One is illegal commercial drivers and something happened with a SCOTUS judge for somebody to hear this. Yeah. God forbid. No doubt. No doubt. It's disgusting. I just don't think if they've committed a crime to be here. Then I don't think that they should get any of the services or any of their rights. All right.
