[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By Liberty and the Beautiful of Health. If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

[00:00:33] America Great Again The Big Mig. Good morning. It's Rise and Grind, Tip of the Spear. It's The Big Mig Show with your host, Lance Migliaccio, and of course my co-host, George Balentine. You know how we do at this show? You know what it's all about. Educating a new vibe of the country one episode at a time, because of course, we want what's best for the country, the American people. I don't believe in this political party sham.

[00:01:02] When you look at it, you got to just shake your head. It's craziness. No common sense in DC. And they sure as hell aren't listening to us. We're telling them what's going on, and they, and we tell them what we want, and they just do whatever the heck they want whenever the hell they want. Listen, I love Donald Trump. I'm just not sure about everybody in the administration. There's some people in there that I don't think should be there for a number of reasons. I've been posting online. You can always check out what I've had to say over on X. But I love you guys, and I care about you and your families, because that's what this is about.

[00:01:30] And I don't care what political party you're with. I want to support you. I want everything to be right for the country. George B. Yes. The beard is coming into its full glory. What's going on, buddy? You know, it's funny. One of my sister's friends actually messaged me on IG. She's like, why are you hiding that beautiful face? Don't hide it. I don't know. I said, I took a survey. A lot of people said, grow the beard, go with it. So... Yep. Oh, well. It is what it is.

[00:02:00] It is what it is, and of course, it is what it is if you love the show. But you know, look, I can take a buzzer clipper right now, clip it all off in two weeks, let it grow back in two weeks. We'll be right here. It's all good, people. Yeah. It's, you know, hey, listen, it's a change of pace. You know, I've done it before. I can go a good girl T and a mustache, but I got some of that John Wick stuff, a gap here on both sides going on. So it's not great on my beard. My special forces beard was never great. I tried to grow it a bunch of times. It was a little better when I was younger. I think some of it has fallen out as I've gotten older.

[00:02:30] They say a lot of times you lose your hair because of your thyroid. I don't know. Who knows? All right. Well, listen, if you love the show, it's easy enough. Hit the smash that follow button. If you can do the paid subscription, it's five bucks a month recurring. We appreciate that. We appreciate all the Rumble Rand tips this week. We even got some posts to the show. So thank you so very much for those. It's always a big deal for us because of course these shows all have overhead and you've got to cover it. And if you'd like to sponsor the show, hit us up at info at the big mig.com. We've got a slot open right now. We'd love to replace it. So let us know, talk to us

[00:02:58] about your product. And if we like what you have, or we like the offer you're giving our people, of course, we'll sign you up. All right. Listen, for anybody out there facing cancer, let me give a shout out for our sponsor. We vetted these guys. They know what they're doing. It's a great opportunity to turn your life around if you're looking at cancer and even preemptively, maybe figure out how to get ahead of the curve on cancer. You can get a free book just by contacting them. And if you didn't catch the interview with Dr. Contreras on Tuesday, I recommend you go back

[00:03:26] and watch it. We're going to have him on here regularly. It was his interview, but very smart guy. He's been on here for decades of oncology and his family. Even his father was an oncologist. But something truly remarkable is happening in the world of cancer care, just south of the U.S. border. And since 1963, Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana has been quietly redefining what's possible for patients facing late stage cancer. Their integrative approach treating the body, mind, and spirit has

[00:03:54] produced survival outcomes that far exceeds standard American hospital averages. And in some cases, more than three times higher. Here's a few of the numbers just to give you an idea for stage four cancers. The difference is very striking. So listen closely. Pancreatic cancer, they've had a 25% success

[00:04:12] rate versus 2% for the American medical complex. Melanoma, 75% versus 24%. Breast cancer, 75% versus 24%. And of course, prostate, 50% versus 28%. Of course, that's a very clear pattern. Patients at Oasis of Hope often live longer with better results than they ever expected. And at the center of this extraordinary story is Dr. Francisco

[00:04:40] Contreras, world-renowned oncologist, author of 15 books, and medical director leading a compassionate team of dedicated individuals giving patients not just treatment, but hope. So if you are someone you love is facing cancer, Oasis of Hope offers free zoom consultations for anyone who mentions the Big MIG show. You just dial them up, tell them it's the Big MIG show, and they will take their time with you. They're not going to rush. They'll give you

[00:05:06] that consultation and give you some options, kind of tell you what they think of your current situation, your diagnosis, and if they think they can help, they're going to. Of course, you have nothing to lose by exploring your options. You visit Oasis of Hope.com. That's right, Oasis of Hope.com. Get that number. Give them a call. Head there. You can do it after the show. Share it with your friends. Anybody you know that has cancer, even if it's in the earlier stages,

[00:05:31] they've had some dramatic results and they really know what they're doing. Decades of experience. Oasis of Hope.com. You know, we got suspended numerous times. We got thrown off of X. We got suspended with our follower account on YouTube. We're back on YouTube, but you know, we didn't get back our original account, which had about 30,000 subscribers on it. We're having to build from scratch, so all the support you guys have been giving us, we got a bunch of new followers over there. We really

[00:06:00] appreciate that. But we had talked about a lot of stuff that had to do with election interference. We were talking about COVID. It was a combination thereof, and we got suspended on X. I'm sure we got on the FBI list and everything else because we were putting out a lot of information. We had access to a lot of stuff that had to do with Italy Gate, which had to do with Smartmatic, Scheidel, Dominion, and others. And we disclosed a lot of information about how they were vote switching. Back then, they, oh, it's

[00:06:28] conspiracy. It didn't happen. George, you remember the attacks we got for that stuff? Um, I remember getting booted and losing accounts too. What? Yeah, we got hammered. You guys know it. The people that were following us, you watched it happen. Even now, I still feel like our accounts on X are so fresh. You know what, Max? I think we need to sue the CIA, the government, the CIA. I mean, look, at the end of the day, they were going to put up a No, you're the paralegal. Start doing the paperwork. Get it ready.

[00:06:55] Yeah. Well, for the government agencies, you know, Donald Trump was going to put up that fund. I imagine we probably would have qualified. Show me the money. I bet we were on a lot of the lists. But Smartmatic was one of the ones we talked about. And of course, everybody said, no, no. And it's interesting. We've talked about the non-accountability in our agencies, right? The FBI, the CIA, DHS, all the agencies that came after all of you guys in the audience. Also, you guys put out a lot of information. You were suppressed. I'm sure you

[00:07:25] still have labels on your account. I still feel like there's a lot of that suppression going on over at X. It's hard to overcome. Excuse me. Overcome it. Well, turns out the CIA knew Smartmatic was a national security threat. And no surprise, the CIA covered it up. Big stuff. They created a report. It's now been released. And it's talking about a summary of select intelligence reporting from 2004.

[00:07:53] Listen to that date, 2004, 2020, on Venezuela's electronic voting manipulation capabilities. Now, we've heard a lot of things that Maduro may be cooperating, providing information on this. We don't know whether it's true or not. But of course, the CIA note dated the 29th of June, 2026,

[00:08:16] now declassified by Director Radcliffe on July 1st, says the U.S. intelligence spent 2004 to 2020 tracking Venezuelan intent and their capability to rig electronic elections, including with Smartmatic technology. And that is a technology that our U.S. voting system is using. Now, are they using it right at this moment? I'm not sure, but I haven't seen any announcement that it's not still part of our system.

[00:08:45] That same file said that 2006 intelligence community assessment treated Smartmatic's Venezuela ties as a U.S. national security threat. And at the finding, forced Smartmatic to dump its U.S. voting company Sequoia in 2007. Of course, Sequoia's acquisition was separately called a moderate threat.

[00:09:07] It wasn't cleared completely. And of course, source reporting in the note describes a 2012 plan. Now, listen closely, guys, because of course, this would, of course, you know, vindicate so many of you that have posted online and have taken the hits that pre-programmed machines at about 300 pro Chavez

[00:09:31] centers built for a roughly 1.5 million vote margin. Of course, Chavez won by about 1.6 million. Sources said he congratulated the team for pulling it off. And of course, the CIA's baseline still said no large scale electronic fraud. Now, it's interesting in itself that our own agency, the Central Intelligence Agency, also known as the Christians in Action,

[00:09:57] the same group that assassinated a sitting president, we now know, years and years later, who knows what other skullduggery they're up to. So 11 years after the forced divestiture, Los Angeles County, the county's largest election jurisdiction, awarded Smartmatic a contract worth

[00:10:19] up to 282 plus million dollars to build the system it used in 2020. Federal prosecutors have since charged company executives and apparent with foreign bribery and money laundering and alleged LA money was diverted into a slush fund. God, California is such a cesspool, George. It's just every time you turn around, you just like all that money missing for the high speed rail system,

[00:10:48] all the money that got stolen that was supposed to help the homeless, the massive amounts of Medicare and Medicaid fraud. I mean, is California even fixable? You know, especially with somebody like Newsom in charge, Newscum, Nancy Pelosi, and so many others. I mean, George, can we even fix California? Because every time I turn around, California is in the middle of some bullshit.

[00:11:14] I think we need to fix our federal government and its agencies before we fix a state. Because how can you fix California if our agencies are still corrupt? But it's so ugly because they've got such a large voter, so much power in our elections, because of course, how many votes? This is why we need to fix our federal government, because with that, we revamp all elections,

[00:11:38] revamp the whole government, all its agencies and everything. I mean, look, this story, this is from when? Back in 2000. This is probably going back 2016, 15, and still going. But yet, have they fixed it? What was done to the CIA to make sure they never do this again? Was there any accountability? Was there any firings? I don't think so. No. So what's... I haven't heard of any accountability.

[00:12:06] Have you heard of any CIA officers or any higher-level directors getting arrested and charged? Because listen to this next thing, George, and then you give me your thought on this. So, April 2004, per this note written by the CIA, I would call it a report. I don't know why they call it a note. Intelligence reporting said Hugo Chavez stated his objective was to stop the re-election of a sitting American president.

[00:12:35] So this isn't some hypothetical. The CIA summarized its own reporting on intent to, you know, attack our election system and reach into US politics and have their own impact. Smartmatic was being used. And then in 2006, the intelligence community assessed that Smartmatic's ties to Venezuela were a national security threat based on Venezuelan intent to influence US politics.

[00:13:04] And on evidence, the regime was already manipulating its own elections. And of course, that assessment is what the note says. It drove the US government to force Smartmatic to divest its US operation in 2007. But the CIA said it was still a threat. Now, of course, the reporting matches the outcome. Smartmatic agreed to sell Sequoia voting system, then the third largest US voting equipment supplier.

[00:13:31] The note also records the narrower judgment that buying Sequoia was a moderate threat to US national security. Now, George, wouldn't this be enough for us to just say, that's it? No Smartmatic here in the United States? Shouldn't the CIA have gone public and made this happen? Shouldn't our own government have said, yeah, these electronic voting systems appear to be a major problem? I don't know how we can trust these systems.

[00:13:57] Um, how do we trust any electronic voting systems at this point? We should they should all be banned pretty much paper ballots with on barcodes and I mean, blockchain. Yeah, blockchain. But I don't know. Is Smartmatic, Lance, I don't even know. I mean, I know the minion was bought by a Republican person.

[00:14:23] I mean, maybe we could swing the swing the cheating vote our way now. And then when the Democrats try to bring it up. Well, well, you said there's no cheating machines are safe and secure. You all shot down our precedents when we tried bringing it up in 2020 and this and that. So now you don't get it. I bet you, you know what, all those judges that threw out all those cases and if it wasn't them doing it, all of a sudden you see all those cases allowed. Yeah, yeah, that's what that's what happened.

[00:14:53] And let's face it, shouldn't the judges face consequences? They saw lots of evidence and they just said we don't have jurisdiction. We don't have this. They did their normal bullshit with procedural blocks. Now, listen to this. So the CIA analysts judged that certain manipulation features were technically possible and operationally feasible.

[00:15:16] And those include now listen to this list machines that could alter the tallies, detect an audit and print a receipt without registering, recording or transmitting the vote. They stressed that this feasibility, not proof the features were installed, but you know they were. Read that again. So, you know, think about what they said there. Stress that the feasibility was not proof the features were installed.

[00:15:43] Now you tell me, George, do you think those features were installed? I love how they just waffle around with that statement. I wasn't paying attention. Well, I thought they were. And the agency later called the whole subject a fantasy. But they'd already written down an audit beating design. I mean, look.

[00:16:12] And then in 2012, and this is a paragraph they hope you skip, I think. Sources reported that Chavez's intelligence services, the DGCIM and the SEBIN, worked with the National Electoral Council and Smartmatic on plans to manipulate the presidential election with pre-programmed machines. Targeting about 300 voting centers in pro-Chavez areas.

[00:16:41] That margin, like we spoke about earlier, one and a half million votes. And Chavez, of course, won by 1.6 million votes. And then, of course, he congratulated the team for implementing the plan. And then in 2013, Devil's Advocacy, that analysis then mapped how large-scale electronic manipulation of that election could have happened without detection. Insider access. Centralized CNE control.

[00:17:11] Weak opposition monitoring. And then, of course, the baseline assessment. No large-scale electronic fraud because of pre-election polls. No irregular patterns. And the opposition's concession. That's not a rebuttal. That is a press release stapled to the crime report. I mean, you have to look at this from the perspective of why did our government not go up in arms about Smartmatic? Who cares if it got sold?

[00:17:38] Nobody fixed the software right away when Sequoia bought it. I mean, you have to look at all these ties to the Venezuelan intelligence inside that election technology stack. You know, and this is – look at how early this was. It was 2004, 6, 12, 13. And a lot of sources said Chavez assigned an army communications specialist to the CNE for real-time access to results. Well, wouldn't that mean that our own government here had real-time access?

[00:18:08] I mean, this guy was the head of military intelligence. And he designed the protocols for auditing the voting software. So the people writing the audit rules were the same people, the sources tied to the intelligence service. Now, think about what we're talking about here. This is coding done by people that built the system to cheat. And then we used it here in the United States.

[00:18:37] I mean, you know, the whole intent didn't retire with Chavez. Maduro ended up inheriting the entire system. I mean, I think – You said, wait, Maduro inherited it? Yeah. I thought it was made over there. It was. But basically, Maduro got full access to the same system. Who knows how much refinement was done? I'm sure at this point they're asking Maduro a lot of questions.

[00:19:06] I mean, at least I would hope the administration is asking questions. And I'd like to know about the people at the CIA that didn't go just absolutely ballistic over this because I never heard about this in any of these years. This is all new. If it hadn't been for Ratcliffe, would we have even seen this? And I think the elephant in the room and what you have to say out loud is the CIA's own bottom line is that it did not definitively confirm large-scale electronic fraud in specific Venezuelan elections.

[00:19:33] And it never really went – you know, Smartmatic, you know, that had the control needed to manipulate the election for Venezuela. But, you know, the cover here – and you have to think about the hidden part – is that it's treating, you know, a matched margin, congratulatory briefing, and an audit evasion design as a footnote under baseline nothing happened.

[00:19:57] And then here we roll around to 2018 where Los Angeles County awarded Smartmatic a contract. And that contract was effective through 2018 through March of 27 with extensions available up to 2033 to a total of almost $300 million. So they wanted to build the county-owned VSAP ballot marking system.

[00:20:26] And, of course, it debuted in the 2020 cycle in the largest election jurisdiction in the country. I mean, think about this. They knew about this. It was available, this information. And here's L.A. doing this deal. Lance, I'm looking it up right now. And it says Smartmatic is only used in LA County. It's not used in any other state. Well, it may not be now. I'm not saying it is. I don't know how deep Sequoia is still involved. I don't know. But let's face it, George, they had the software.

[00:20:55] How much of it was applied by other companies that are now controlling our electronic voting? I mean, the point is, is that this was used. And when it was used, the CIA should have been going nuts. You know, because they flagged this company. It was considered a national security problem. You know, they wrote down a plan, a matching result. And then they congratulated themselves. But did it really stop?

[00:21:23] When you start looking at things like this and you think about that they knew about it, wouldn't this be reason enough to stop all electronic voting? Wouldn't it bring everything into question? You know, we hear what Eric Coomer said about, don't worry, Trump's not going to win. I took care of it. You know, there's all these things. And I just, at this point, how anybody could believe that we have a free and fair election system,

[00:21:48] it's just, I don't see how you can actually think that's possible. So, we're going to find out how free and fair elections are after this midterms. You'll see when Democrats, either going to be out there crying. I have a feeling they're going to be, they might be crying a lot. I just have a thing. You think so, huh? Maybe. I hope you're right. Because I know this. We know what the Democrats are up to. We know that they're just, you know, frothing at the mouth.

[00:22:18] They're rabidly waiting for the midterms, hoping that they can take the House and the Senate. And you know what the plan is. It's going to turn into a shit show. They're going to try to overturn every damn thing that Donald Trump ever did. They're going to attack Trump. It's going to be impeach, impeach, impeach. And nonstop bullshit. And that's what I'm worried about. I'm worried about for the American people. And I'm worried about for everybody. You know, we don't buy into the bias here on this show. You know, this is a conservative show. We believe in conservative values.

[00:22:47] But I believe in what's important for the American people, their children, their grandchildren, our loved ones. And so far, I haven't seen any deep state arrests, government gangsters going down. I don't think it would take this long and waiting this long going into the midterms. I've said it very many, many, many times. We're not going to see the arrests we need. A lot of the voter base. I see people online and I know there's this whole Burger King Republicans. I am not a Burger King Republican.

[00:23:14] But I am the kind of guy that if you tell me you're going to do something, if you shake my hand, if you promise and tell me this is what I'm going to do, then that's my expectation. It's not about having it my way. I want what's best for the country. And there are a lot of miserable, rotten people in Washington, D.C. that honestly, I'd like to see them hung out in front of the White House.

[00:23:38] I honestly feel like so many of them are treasonous, seditionists, conspiratorial, racketeering, and RICO. We have the laws on the books, but we're just not applying them. And that goes all the way through our agencies, all the way up to the judiciary. There are a lot of very rotten human beings that have been put in positions of power that don't deserve to be there and have done everything they can to destroy this country from within. And I think they deserve the worst, the maximum penalty allowed by law.

[00:24:09] All right, George, I guess we're going to take a short break. What are we going to do? No. No? Okay. All right. Let's keep going. I didn't know if you wanted to. No, we're only 26 minutes in, bro. What's up? Let's talk about this Florida suing Pfizer. Actually, this is a big move because this will set precedent for our regular people to sue. Why not? They should be sued because Florida is suing Pfizer over COVID vaccines marketing claims.

[00:24:36] This is coming from Attorney General James Utdemeier, whatever. I don't know how you say these names, man. Utdemeier? Utdheimer? Whatever. He's accusing Pfizer of deception. I think it's Utdemeier. All right. He's accusing Pfizer of deception by promoting its COVID-19 vaccine as safe. And this is coming all despite internal data.

[00:24:59] He's saying like around, I don't know, 160,000 adverse events and over 1,200 deaths shortly after this emergency authorization. Pfizer. And then he goes on to add issues like heart inflammation, pregnancy concerns, estate claims, the company, yada, yada. I'm going to put it on because Mike is in the back. I'm going to play the videos and I can get Mike in. Pfizer told Florida families that mass vaccination with their mRNA COVID vaccine was necessary

[00:25:27] to stop the spread and that there were no material safety risks. CEO Albert Borla said if you didn't take it, you were putting the people you love the most at risk. He called people who ask questions criminals. In January 2023, after billions of doses, he said Pfizer had not seen a single safety signal. They spent $10 billion on advertising. They brought in more than $80 billion from the vaccine alone.

[00:25:54] What they didn't say, that they knew about myocarditis in teenagers and young adults. They had reports of thousands of adverse events, including stroke and death. And they had reason to know the shot posed risks to pregnant women and unborn babies in the first trimester. Recently, Senators Paul and Johnson revealed that Dr. Anthony Fauci texted that the second dose, quote, theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the first trimester.

[00:26:24] The CDC director and the surgeon general agreed. But pregnant women, nevertheless, were told it was safe. Pfizer hadn't even tested whether the vaccine stopped transmission. That's why we filed a lawsuit today against Pfizer and Albert Borla for their deceptive practices. What they did was wrong. They assumed Florida families could not be trusted with the truth. Well, we disagree. My office will hold them accountable.

[00:26:54] Thank you. Yeah, I'm all right. I'm all right. Hey, Mikey Schwartz. Hey. Case at each. I just mentioned George Ballatin's name on radio station, which is syndicated. You're going to get a lot of news. But this was in St. Louis because the guy had asked me, because they're in St. Louis, are you from North Jersey or South Jersey? And I said, well, there's no such thing as a Central Jersey. I'm from the shore. So he says to me, well, the big question is, then do you say pork roll or Taylor Ham?

[00:27:24] And I said, well, I said, and I go to breakfast with my friend, George Ballatin, who's from North Jersey. And I said, we have this exact argument. And I said, I'm going to have it on the Big Mig as soon as I get off the air here. So if you can tune into the Big Mig, you can see that. So if anybody's joining us from the Vic Porcelli show, it is pork roll because Taylor Ham is a brand of pork roll. But he disagreed with me, too, George. You have him in your camp. Vic, my boy, my Faison, my Goombat, see? Mike, you're wrong. Just admit it.

[00:27:53] I'm not wrong. You guys are just, you know, it's like what happened is it's like, well, what had happened was it's kind of like COVID. You guys are just playing this because everybody, you know, everybody heard this and they went with it instead of actually looking at that and figuring out that Mike was right. But Mike was right in COVID. Mike's right on this, too. Here's my thing. Shouldn't Taylor at this point be sponsoring both of our shows? We have given these guys a tremendous amount of air time. You guys love the product. Isn't that what sponsorships?

[00:28:23] Whoa, whoa. Hold on. I never said I don't eat pork or Taylor Ham pork roll, whatever you want to call it. I always get I'm a bacon kind of guy. I'm just saying I'm a bacon, egg and cheese, man. George, what's going on? What's this? I like mixed meat. I like mixed meat on my breakfast sandwiches. I would get the ham and the pork roll. I would get a come and the bacon. I would get all the products stacked up. I like a very meat breakfast sandwich. So I don't want to ever have to say where's the meat.

[00:28:51] When my breakfast is going on, I'm thinking lots of eggs, lots of meat. Anybody in the audience? I mean, I'm a bacon fan, no doubt. But I like my ham. I've never had. I got to be honest. Listen, I'm going to go online here. I'm going to expose myself. I've never had Taylor pork roll. Uh-huh. So Taylor Brands, you should be sponsoring both the Dr. Michael Schwartz show and the Big Ming show. At this point, we have given you hours of air time. And we've got two guys that seem to love your products and know a lot about it.

[00:29:19] It's time to jump into the fray and sponsor the shows. All right. What does this do with me and Mike going back and forth? It's Taylor Ham. It's pork roll. It's Taylor Ham. It's pork roll. Yeah. Yeah. Less filling. Tastes great. Yeah, right? Listen, Taylor sent us some samples. I'll make myself a breakfast sandwich and eat it on the show. All right. Listen, Mike, we're talking about Florida suing Pfizer over the hidden adverse events and the deaths.

[00:29:46] They said that Pfizer knew and they decided not to release the information. Before you comment, we already paid the clip. This is a really interesting lawsuit because would this not open the door up across the entire nation for litigation in all the states? All I got to say is when I was listening to that clip, welcome to the party. I mean, we've been talking about this for over six years and we've seen it from the start.

[00:30:10] As soon as those shots came out in 2021, immediately within the first week, we started having patients coming back to us with joint issues, heart issues, documented stuff where we had studies to show that it didn't have it before. And all of a sudden it's appearing right after the shot and in abundance. And in vaccine fiction, where I point out in chapter nine, I have all those charts in there. He was talking about myocarditis. He was talking about pericarditis, but there's joint issues. There's anaphylaxis. There's deaths. Let's talk about the deaths.

[00:30:39] And you see the spike in deaths and you go, okay, well, it's only 40 to 50,000. No, we'll multiply that number by 100 because you realize that only 1% of things get into VAERS. But the deaths is a little skewed. That's a little different. Dying is going to get reported. So it's probably more like 600 to 750,000 deaths at least. There are some worldwide estimates at 15 million. So it goes anywhere. That's a big range, but that's still a lot of deaths from a shot in one specific time.

[00:31:06] So I mean, it's great that they're doing this, Lance, but seriously, they're a day late. They're a dollar short. They should have been listening to us a long time ago. No doubt. We had all the experts on the show. Even Dr. Francisco Contreras, who's with Oasis for Hope, one of our sponsors, we had him on the show on Tuesday. We talked about turbo cancer. We talked about what he's seeing. I have doctor friends of mine that say that the discussions behind the scenes about young people, you know, it used to be the cancer was an old person's disease that you had to

[00:31:35] be later stage in your life, the inflammation, the telomeres unwindering and everything that causes cancer. But now they're seeing a completely different demographic that young people are coming in with these really fast attack cancers and they're calling it turbo cancer. It's frightening. The question is, is, you know, the government, you know, naming of it as an experimental vaccine,

[00:32:02] you know, how much can Pfizer hide behind that? And we know that Fauci still walking around, still enjoying his retirement, still enjoying the money he made during COVID, as are many others. I mean, the CEO of Pfizer, he got paid $102 million between 2020 and 2023. I mean, that's a fat payday. I'd like to have that payday. Yeah. It's the mRNA vaccine. It's the technology and specifically the technology.

[00:32:28] You can see it because I think it was AstraZeneca, no, it was AstraZeneca, I believe, came up with a live attenuated COVID shot, which you don't need a COVID shot anyway. Again, I always go back to the lowest common denominator. I wasn't going to recommend something for a patient in our pool that number one didn't need it and number two, it didn't work. That's the lowest common denominator. So you got to remember that there's a timeline with this. We're six years into this now. But as the shots were coming out and I didn't lose one of 19,000 patients, if a patient came

[00:32:57] to me and said, do I need this shot? It was a laughable. No, you don't need this shot. Are you kidding me? I haven't had anybody die. Nobody's going to the hospital. I had four patients go to the hospital. I had 19,000. So that was the lowest common denominator. Now, when you see it though, in practice, it is the ones in the purest form. It is the Pfizer. Pfizer was kept in its most purest form at negative 70 degrees. The Moderna, those are the ones the doctors had that in J&J. Moderna would go in and out of the fridge. And as it would get muddied down, it wouldn't cause as much damage.

[00:33:24] This thing in its purest mRNA form did the most damage. And you can see that in all the charts. Pfizer takes the cake on every single illness, whether it's pericarditis, myocarditis, miscarriages, all that nonsense. Go down the list. Pfizer is number one, then Moderna, then J&J. So when someone would come to me and say, I absolutely have to have this shot. What? You know, have to have it. I'd say, get the J&J. You're one and done. And it's going to do the least amount of damage. But if you really want to be smart, you don't need this at all. Again, lowest common denominator. Doesn't work.

[00:33:54] Don't need it. We've still got people rushing out for COVID shots. I still go to the ShopRite every day and hear the stupid recording that we have the latest and greatest COVID and flu shots. Kelly just got a religious exemption on the flu shot. You remember when the hospitals were all about this? You couldn't go to work. You were going to lose your job if you didn't get the COVID shot. Well, now they just quietly figured out that it was probably the dumbest thing they've ever done. And I've said that in my book, that mass vaccinating the entire populace was something they didn't

[00:34:23] need and didn't work, was literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen in my career. But they still force them to get flu shots, which they say are 30%. They still promote it. I get the messages from the, oh, you're behind on your shots. You need this one and this one. And then I get, it's like a, it's like a constant promotion when you log into the database for the. We have never done a double blind placebo study on the flu shot. They will tell you it's 30 to 40% effective. The efficacy rate on that every year. No one knows that for sure.

[00:34:51] I can disprove that in about 30 seconds. We've never shot up a thousand people and then had a pool of non-vaccinated or non-shot. I don't like to call it a vaccine. People who haven't been treated with it and tested them every single week for the flu. Because the biggest thing, if you go back to all my research with 19,000 patients, 44,000 tests is you realize that people catch stuff every day, but the norm isn't to get sick. That's not the norm. People are walking around right now with the flu and don't know it because they don't exhibit a classic symptom.

[00:35:21] If you're run down, if you're, if you're overworked, you're not sleeping, you're not taking vitamins, not eating right, things like that. Then the virus has a chance to replicate and destroy the mitochondria of your cell and cells and make you feel sick. But that is not the norm for anything. Parainfluenza one through four could be any bacterial infections, but viral infections in particular, people are walking around right now with something and don't think they're sick because they're not sick, but they're infected and their body's going to fight it off and they're going to feel fine.

[00:35:47] So unless you're testing a placebo group against non-shot versus shot people to find out every single week, test them to find out if they got sick. The only time they're ever going to report is when they have classic symptomology. And what we found out during our testing is that only 10 to 15% of people who are infected actually develop classic symptomology. And the ones who were the sickest of the sick always had COVID in something else or the flu in something else. It was usually an undiagnosed bacterial infection. So there's a lot more to this than people think.

[00:36:17] We've done so much research in the last couple of years on this that we should be transforming the way we practice medicine moving forward, but we're not because we're too dumb as a society to listen to all this nonsense. And we've glazed over COVID like it didn't even happen. But isn't that the problem with mainstream media? And George, you and I discussed this not too long ago that you take the demographic. Sure. A lot of people, younger people look at alt media more so, right? We've got a certain, of course, our audiences look at alt media.

[00:36:47] We give them all the facts. We give them both sides of what the evidence is. And then we get attacked for it. But the point is, isn't that the problem that when you have media that gets on board with this? Think about all the media and all the celebrities and all the promotions. Get a free donut. Get the COVID shot. Get free French fries. We had political officials. We had celebrities. And then we had them attacking. I never got the COVID vaccine. George never got it. You never got it. We came out fine.

[00:37:17] I got COVID twice. I used the protocols that were out there. And it was, you know, other than making me tired, my sense of smell still isn't great. But the point of the matter is, we came through it great. Isn't the issue that we have these people that are supposed to be trustworthy sources of information? And they're not. And have they ever told the American public, we think we might have made a mistake when we promoted this? How about the celebrities that said, oh, it's going to be this season of death?

[00:37:45] We were all supposed to die last winter, and they were almost celebrating it. None of us died that didn't get the COVID vaccine. And here we are now, still alive. I don't know if this is going to be the winner of death this year. Are they going to start a new promotion? Are they going to start with a new scandemic? I have no idea. You guys tell me because I'm really, when Donald Trump banned some of the media sources and then, of course, the judiciary got involved.

[00:38:12] Listen, I'm tired of the freaking mainstream media lying and manipulating the truth. And I know you mentioned something, Mike, that the truth is very, it's one of those things that can be swayed one way or the other. It's subjective. You know, I just got up when I was talking, I was talking about this on Bill O'Reilly the other day. When you have, when you're CNN and you're doing a story on a black woman, 29 years old, who gets hung from a tree and the reporter's black, telling you that it brings back images of lynching and all that.

[00:38:37] And then you end the story and then neglect to tell the audience that the three perpetrators who hung the black woman were also black. The story is true in itself, but you didn't tell the whole story. You're trying to race bait by spinning the narrative here and then getting your audience all worked up. And I just talked about this again on the Vic Porcelli show because the problem is there's precedent here. There's Cheryl V. Knight and Cheryl V. Knight was a Supreme, was a circuit court decision in 1977. And there's Kareem V. Trump. Kareem V. Trump is the big one.

[00:39:04] Kareem V. Trump was, this is a guy who had his hard pass removed a couple of years ago and they restored the pass. And the judge in this case, by the way, Timothy Kelly, is the same judge who restored Brian, what's his face, is from CNN. And now his name is escaping me. What's the guy from CNN? The idiot, the bald headed guy that had his press pass taken away. Same guy who restored that pass. So everybody's freaking out. Oh, this is a Trump judge. But the precedent's been set in this case.

[00:39:32] You can't establish a press room. OK, you can't establish. Acosta, the guy that's pressed back. James Acosta. Thank you. Not the bald headed guy. But you can't establish criteria for a press corps. And then let's say, oh, I'm going to kick you out because I didn't like what you said. You have to kind of do the pull rules. You have to set a list of rules for people. No swimming after dark. No jumping. No diving. All that stuff. And you have to tell the press what's expected of them. And if they start to break those rules, then you can revoke their press pass because you've already created the criteria for it.

[00:40:01] But I equate the mainstream media to kind of like the Chinese CCCP. It's kind of like state run media. And to answer your question, what you're talking about, Lance, it's kind of the same thing. If you're getting state run media where they're running cover for only Democrats, hey, what kind of flavor ice cream do you like, Joe? You know, versus Donald Trump. Are you going to drop a nuclear weapon on Iran? You can tell the questions are a lot more softballish to the Democrats. You're essentially getting state media.

[00:40:27] So if CNN, Politico, MSNOW are all essentially arms of the DNC and state run media, I agree. I'm tired of it too. But all you can really do once you set the precedent is put them in the back of the room. Ignore them. Don't call on them. Let them go on their stupid little networks and tell you the president's a dictator. But I mean that's really all you can do in this country under this constitution. Yeah. I think we need to do a little remodel on the press room. They should put them all in the back row.

[00:40:55] Listen, I think even better. Let's create a secondary press room where you only see the monitor. You put them in like a secondary, you know, a time out room. It's still part of the press pool, but they're basically in their own room just talking to themselves. And all they get to see is the press secretary on a screen. There's only 49 seats in there. There's seven rows of seven. And then you got a couple side seats and you got standing room in that press room. I've been in it. So if you limit it and you say, you know, you could do that.

[00:41:24] You could kind of go down the hierarchy. The problem is they've already granted them seats. So now you can't say I'm taking away your seat because I didn't like what you said. That violates the First Amendment right. But Donald Trump at least has the cojones to open up the conversation about this where the Biden administration, the Biden administration didn't take questions for four years. So, you know, I mean, this is a guy who's granting them every single day access. So but he's got the balls to at least open the conversation so that we're talking about how ridiculous this press corps is. Yeah. George, thoughts?

[00:41:54] I would just listen. I would stick him in the back row. Don't don't call on them. Just ignore him. And that's it. Don't let him get to you. You don't have to call on them. You don't have to answer their question. You have to choose them to give their question. And that will eat at them more than anything. And then what? You don't. And I would just say if I was a press secretary, he says until you start. Telling the truth on your networks, I'm not going to call on you guys. So it's on you guys to step up until then.

[00:42:24] Why should I call? You can sit in here. Fine. All you want. Or just do press briefing and come in. Hello. Today's press briefing. Hope you all have a great day. Goodbye. And walk out. And not do anything for anyone. And just come on. Come on to shows and do it. Or just put out little. Do little like videos and put them out on social media for their press briefings. Don't answer any questions. I've got it. If we did the remodel, like I suggested, there's a secondary room without on a monitor.

[00:42:52] We could also use fart spray in that room. We can atomize the room with fart spray and allow them to enjoy that space. Anyway, look, it's ridiculous. I hate the lying. And I hate it especially when it comes to things like COVID because families died. There was a massive economic impact. People lost businesses. They ended up in divorces and all sorts of things because of the lockdown and the impact on their families. This thing had just large waves of impact. And, you know, at this point, I don't like it.

[00:43:21] Can I add to that, Lance? Can I add to that? Because I was talking about this again today. Think about what they did during COVID. And we're thinking about electing guys right now like James Tallarico. Are you kidding me? When they take, you cannot give them an inch. They'll take 10 miles. The last time these people had power, what they did with the lockdowns and the kids out of school and the business is shuttering. You got to be kidding me that we've glazed over this in just a short couple of years.

[00:43:47] You should be scared out of your minds to ever give these people any assemblance of power, whether it's in Congress or the White House or not. No one, none of these people should ever come close to having a bit of power. I agree. There's no doubt. I just said, and I was just seeing something this morning about James in Texas. He's leading in a few of the polls. I mean, I don't trust polls, but who knows? I think just the people in Texas are just laying low. They'll come out to vote, and I don't think he's going to win.

[00:44:17] I think it was the same with what's-his-name when he was running against Cruz. What was the other douchebag? Beto O'Rourke. Beto O'Rourke, yeah. He's another one. Robert Beto O'Rourke. I keep coming out on Tallarico. Who was it? Hassan Piker said the other day that they're pretty much controlling him, too. Yeah. All right. Yeah, sorry. I was just going to say he's walked back every statement now that he's ever made. But, you know. We already know that's just for the public.

[00:44:46] When he gets in there, he's going to do everything and more. All right, let's talk about the Georgia Election Board. They've now asked the DOJ to declare statewide Dominion QR code machines unlawful before the midterms. The demand's six-month phase-out as Raphsensperger, of course, is stonewalling. So Georgia's Republican-controlled state election board has formally invited the Trump Department of Justice

[00:45:11] to step in and shut down the Peach State's unverifiable QR code voting system before the voters start casting ballots in the 2026 midterm. You know, I guess they sent a letter to Attorney Todd Blanche, and they want the DOJ to prohibit the use of unreadable, unverifiable QR code-based vote tabulation and any other electronic tabulation method that does not permit the voter to verify the vote that is actually counted.

[00:45:39] And, of course, they're concerned over Georgia's Dominion voting system. What do you guys think? They're the election board. Don't they set the rules and precedent for their elections? I would think. Why don't they just... I mean, it seems like whatever they're trying to do that they're being overridden by who and they're not following their direction. So they're the ones that got a certified election, right? So then don't certify it. Put that out there right now. I mean, it's crazy.

[00:46:05] I mean, listen, Todd Blanche and DOJ should step in, no doubt, but it shouldn't be like this. But unfortunately, if it is, all right, step in. I haven't heard of them if they are doing anything. I don't know. I mean, we know Georgia's messed up. Imagine if we get it right. You have two senators that wouldn't be Democrats right now. There's no way those two senators won. Maybe we could pass the Daylight Savings Act, which is ridiculous. Trump just asked for it again. Yeah.

[00:46:34] I mean, well, we have a couple of Republican senators that don't want to vote for it. Yeah, Tom Cotton among them. Why? They're holding it up. I don't... I hate Daylight Savings. And I think everybody I know hates Daylight Savings. Wait, wait, wait. Hold on. Hold on. Do you hate Daylight Savings or Standard Time? Because we're on Daylight Savings time for eight months of the year. We're only on Standard Time for four. Oh, I know. I know. So which one do you hate? I hate the resetting of the clocks routine. I like it when it's... And when at night, it's still lighter out. Which one is it?

[00:47:02] So that's Daylight Savings time. So we're on Daylight Savings for eight months of the year. And they still want to do this four-month ridiculousness where we go back to Standard Time because they're worried about kids going to school in the dark. Send the kids to school an hour later. I hated going to freaking high school at seven o'clock in the morning. I didn't learn anything anyway. That's why I went at noon. And I skipped the first couple classes. I can't get up that freaking early. When school started at seven in the morning? I don't know. Down by me and Tom Zerber. You were up at... I don't even know what time. You're probably up at seven. You're up... You're on the bus at whatever time.

[00:47:32] You start at eight o'clock. You know, I'm not learning that early in the morning. And I don't care about the kids. I don't care about kids. My kid's 21 years old. I don't care if you have your kids. No, that's not right. You got to care about the kids. Come on, bro. Well, I don't care for four months out of the year. Right. I hate the clock resetting. I think it throws up. But you tell me, like, no Democrats want that? I mean, come on. It was overwhelming in the House. I forget about... I'm talking about the Senate. No Democratic senators?

[00:48:01] Some of them do. But, I mean, you got a couple people who were holding stuff up. I mean, there's a lot of stuff. Marjorie Taylor Greene... I think I was talking about this with you, Lance. Marjorie Taylor Greene did a show the other day with Alex Jones. And now, look, think what you want about Marjorie Taylor Greene. She was just making a point. And she said, basically, the president has three piles of executive orders. Pile number one is it has to get done no matter what. Pile number two is we don't really care if it gets done. And pile number three is we're going to talk about it, but we know it's never going to pass. She said the SAVE Act is in that pile.

[00:48:31] She said the president will get out and talk about it every once in a while to give red meat to the MAGA elite. But at the end of the day, they know it's not going to get passed and they don't really care. And I kind of feel that the same way with the Daylight Savings Act. He talks about it every single week. We're coming up on four weeks where I got to turn all my stupid clocks back. I know the phones do it themselves. For what? Because you got a couple of senators that are holding up votes. This is the log jam. What was it? The guy Stockdale.

[00:49:00] Remember Admiral Stockdale ran with Ross Perot, kept calling it gridlock. That's what we're in. We're in perpetual gridlock here in the United States. It's something's got to change when our country can't even pass something as simple as this. Yeah. Well, let's talk about Raffensperger's response on the Georgia election board. He calls the request unserious. He said that people who are serious about election security don't inject chaos in the 11th hour. Well, I don't think it's been in the 11th hour.

[00:49:29] They've known about this issue for years and years and years now. We know there's a problem in the systems. Raffensperger is a redirection. Everything's last minute. Does everybody feel like we did too little too late when it comes to the midterms? Because I feel like they should have started this day one when Trump was sworn in. And they should have gone into full attack mode. I feel like they did a lot of things and they took way too long. Am I wrong?

[00:50:01] Well, Raffensperger plus Governor Kemp, they've been fighting their own GOP election board. Probably since 2020, if not before that. So, I mean, this is the problem with the GOP. So you have to think Raffensperger camped all in on it with the cheating and stuff. They don't want fair elections because the only way they're going to win is, I guess, if they cheat. I mean, there's the problem with the GOP. They can just never come together. There's so much division.

[00:50:30] There's just an X between people. There's every day there's more division, more division. You know what? I'm going to bring it up right now, Lance, because we're talking about it. There was a general Flynn just made a comment on a post about his concern. He didn't call anybody out or nothing. It was about the pipe six bomber. Dan Bongino came in full hot, insulting Flynn, name calling. I mean, for what? He didn't come at you.

[00:50:58] He didn't accuse you. He just was talking about the process of what happened and, you know, the kid being autistic, Brian Cole, and it needs to be looked into. So you have to look. Then you have people from both sides coming in, now attacking. It's just creating more division. It's just enough. What about the media who called him a white man? Do you remember that? Called what? Then they call that suspect a white man on one of the news broadcasts.

[00:51:25] I don't know why they injected race into it, but it was a black individual, right? And somebody in the media called him a white man. I forget who it was, CNN or one of the idiots, of course, that, you know, wants to put race into everything. Yeah. I mean, look, there's a lot. I have a lot of concerns about the FBI. We covered a story early on about the CIA covering up Smartmatic. They knew about it. They did a good job of not really saying that Smartmatic was a major issue before it was Sequoia. I think it's still probably an issue.

[00:51:55] I don't know that Sequoia has fixed anything now. L.A. County is still using Sequoia software. Look, it's one of those things when it comes to Mike Flynn. They came out and said, oh, why is it if he's such if he's so close and then they brought Roger Stone into the frame. They're both so close. Why aren't they in the administration? And, you know, Mike Flynn was offered many jobs in the administration. I don't know if Roger was. I never asked him. But, you know, Roger's still a very close confidant of Donald Trump.

[00:52:21] But I still believe there's a lot of people in the administration, Susie Wiles, that keep a lot of people at arm's length because she wants to control the power and influence. I think if I was Donald Trump with this whole Susie Wiles cancer thing, I would have used that as the perfect moment to push her out. But, of course, her ties to Marco Rubio are very deep. I don't know what is going on there. I wouldn't keep her, but that's my own opinion.

[00:52:46] Let's talk about the federal agents surging to arrest multiple illegal aliens in California that were stealing funds using American citizens' Social Security numbers. George, tell me what's going on here. Well, once again, what? California, right? Yeah. Yeah. God. Now, there's – it's – we said this so many times.

[00:53:11] There's so much fraud in California that it tops every other state and probably a bunch of states put together. But here – Oh, Roger. Here, illegals are what? They're gaming the system. They're using Social Security numbers to commit fraud and keep – and they keep finding this out. If they search more deeper, they're going to find more. Or, I mean, all right, they had multiple illegal aliens arrested in California for stealing these funds. Great. But there's so much more out there.

[00:53:37] If you look at all the welfare programs, they all need to be purged of illegals. But in California, they give, like, health care to illegals. Now, and we said this before. Under federal law, it's illegal for anybody that's not an American citizen or not an American citizen to get any health care from, like, government programs. But California is still doing it. They say they're giving it through the California system. But they're still getting our tax money.

[00:54:07] So there's a disconnect there. They shouldn't – we should just cut funding to California completely. Yeah, isn't it time? Exactly, George. Isn't it time, Mike, to cut off all federal funding for California until they fix everything? Yeah, but it's not just them. I just read a headline. That's what I was just looking for. DOJ sues the University of Delaware to abolish their in-state tuition for illegal immigrants. I mean, we're giving our money away to everybody who's not supposed to be here, whether it's California. But it's always a blue state.

[00:54:34] So, you know, I would just say let's cut off all the blue states and all the funding. California's got to be the worst offender. And I'm sick of it as a taxpayer personally. Yeah. All right, let's play this clip, George. Okay.

[00:54:48] They're on scene with the U.S. Attorney's Office and HSI agents as they targeted five illegal aliens accused of using somebody else's social security number to rack up all types of debt at places like Home Depot and Macy's. A Fox camera was recording as one of the five suspects who was in his car was surrounded by agents and arrested before the sun came up in Orange County today.

[00:55:13] A federal complaint says 48-year-old Abel Avila Martinez, a Mexican national, was previously deported in 1999, then illegally re-entered the U.S. He's accused of using someone else's social security number to apply for credit, accumulating 16 grand in debt. In one instance, he was approved for a $6,000 PayPal credit line. He then used some of that money for an $1,100 purchase at the Guitar Center store.

[00:55:40] Now, another one of the defendants is accused of acquiring $63,000 in debt owed to banks and retail stores, including Sam's Club, Lowe's, and Ashley Home Stores. A nice shopping spree. Now, the twist here is that Avila Martinez, the guy that we saw get arrested, along with the other defendants today, admitted during bankruptcy proceedings that they used a stolen social security number. It was an effort to eliminate their debt, but it also ended up putting them on the Trump administration's radar.

[00:56:08] They face up to 15 years in federal prison, if convicted, and possible deportation. And the suspects are also, of course, potentially ruining the credit and creating a legal nightmare for the person's social security number that they're actually using. John, Sandra. There you have it, folks. All the illegals count. Good-looking group right there. Oh, yeah. All right, Mike. This is the kicker in this next story.

[00:56:36] This is a prime example why judges need to be thrown off the bench. I mean, here's a Biden judge. I don't care if he's a Biden judge, Trump judge. Any judge that does this needs to be thrown off. He just ruled it's not a federal crime for non-citizens to vote in federal elections. I shit you not, people. I just wanted to tell you guys, 18 U.S.C. That's 611 voting by an alien.

[00:57:02] It's a 1996 law that makes it a misdemeanor for non-citizen to vote in elections for president, vice president, or members of Congress. That is a law. It's a law that's in the books. It's a law. But now the judge is just circumventing this law and saying no? I mean, how does he get away with this? This is in Miami.

[00:57:22] This judge is David Leibowitz, and he tossed out a case against a Jamaican national who was voting in our elections for years with a fake birth certificate. And his ruling, he states that, he says, the 1996 law making non-citizens in voting a federal crime is unconstitutional because only the states get to set voter qualifications. No, sir. You are 100% wrong.

[00:57:49] When it comes to federal elections, the government gets to set those guidelines. The incredible part is, Mike, if you rolled into any foreign country and you were there illegally and you were not a citizen, would you be allowed to vote in their elections? If I had a judge like that guy, I guess. Would you be allowed? Of course not. Of course not.

[00:58:15] I mean, you get tired of reading these headlines because they just don't make any freaking logical sense. But that's what you get from liberal voters. That's what you get from liberal judges. None of it ever makes sense. I don't even know if that judge cited. Was he told about that law? Did any attorneys point that out to him that this is already on the books? George found it pretty quickly. The judge couldn't find it. That's how we figure out cases. We look back at precedent. We look back at law. Then you go into your chambers. You figure out what makes sense.

[00:58:44] And then you have these people that want to legislate from the bench. They just ignore the laws. You should not become a lawyer because you want to get on a judgeship one day because you want to change the country. If you want to do that, run for office. I get tired of these judges trying to legislate from the bench. They shouldn't be judges in the first place. Yeah, and the difficulty comes. The lifetime appointment ruling, the absolute immunity, qualified immunity. In my opinion, this judge is a scumbag. He's trying to manipulate the system.

[00:59:12] Of course, he's doing it right before the midterms. It's politically weaponized. It's biased. He didn't leave his bias at the door when he put his robe on. They have a saying, never trust a man in a dress. I think that holds very true in this case. And here we are again. What's going to happen? Is this judge going to be held accountable? Is he going to be removed from the bench? Is he going to be sanctioned by the oversight groups? I can tell you the answer already. No. None of it will happen.

[00:59:39] I think these are the kind of judges across the nation that should be yanked out of their position and told they can never run for political position ever again. Because let's face it, they would take that bias anywhere they go. This is unnecessary. And of course, it's directly against the law. Title 18, USC 611 makes it very clear. But this guy wants to rewrite it. He wants to practice law from the bench rather than rule on what's in front of him in a fair and unbiased manner. All right.
