[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By Liberty and the Beautiful. If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.
[00:00:33] America, great again. The Big Mig. Yep. Welcome back to The Big Mig Show. I'm your host, Lance Migliaccio, with my co-host, George Ballantyne. It's Rise and Grind, because, of course, kill them with the truth and bury them with a smile is what this show is all about. George B., how are you, man? What's going on, brother? I'm good. Just looking at my other laptop here to the right of me, just fixing something.
[00:01:03] You know, Thursday. How's that? You're fighting that little springtime cold you got, just a little bit. But you sound great. You actually sound really clear. I expected you to be a little bit congested today. You know, those springtime colds, guys, you got to watch out. And there's a nasty stomach bug going around. I can warn you about that personally. So, careful out there. I can tell you that firsthand. Yeah. What did you say about the weather? I'm sorry. What did you say? I didn't say anything about the weather, but since you asked, it's fucking, like, cloudy and rainy. It sucks.
[00:01:31] It is cloudy and rainy and cold here also, so we have a duplicate weather pattern. Hopefully, wherever you guys are at, it's sunny and happy and bright. Listen, of course, lots to cover today. But before we jump in, if you love the show, smash that follow button. Do whatever you can to support us. That's the number one thing. And don't be shut. If you're new to the show, let us know. Come in the chat. Identify yourself. Have some fun with the Big Mac Mafia and our mods. We love everybody in there.
[00:02:00] Appreciate all the help. And then also, get into the regular comments on Rumble. The chat comments don't show up in there. Leave us some comments. Let us know if you'd like to see some additional interviews. I've got some interviews coming up I'm working on right now, trying to get some dates from people. You know, again, that kind of stuff really adds up. Just, like, replies and just, like, taking a live link and sharing it. You can also share it on your own social media now that the show is fired up. And you can always take our short form and long form content. We're never going to give you a hard time about it. We want you to spread the word. Feel free to do that.
[00:02:29] George is doing a great job with short form and showing up everywhere. So we really appreciate the hard work he's putting in. And you guys, your way to say thank you is just do that. It's because we put a lot of time and effort into these shows. And all that support matters. And, of course, if you can do a Rumble rant tip, always greatly appreciate it. And we just found out that if you donate to the Rumble wallet, crypto, they don't take a percentage. Interestingly enough, we just found out you get 100% of what comes into the Rumble wallet as a creator. So it's a big deal for creators.
[00:02:59] If you can tip us in crypto, great. And also, don't forget, you can get Rumble Premium with Perplexity. So if you're paying for Perplexity, you might want to cancel the direct Perplexity purchase and do it here through Rumble. That way you get Rumble Premium for free with Perplexity. Perplexity is making some big moves. They just came out with a huge AI update on coding. So for anybody out there that's an AI guy, you might want to take a look at that. George, you're laughing. So something's funny. What's going on there, bro? Air's mommy in the chat. She hasn't been. I haven't seen her a couple of days.
[00:03:29] And I know she likes when I have some facial hair. And she's in the chat. All right. Just want to call. I just asked how she's doing. She's tired and cold. We'll fucking have some chicken soup and get some rest. There you go. You got to take care of yourself when you get sick nowadays, of course. All right. Well, listen, let's start off. We love our sponsors. And don't forget tomorrow morning, 7 a.m., the Crypto Power Hour, number one crypto show on Rumble. But today we're talking about gold and silver.
[00:03:59] That's right. The prepper bars are your perfect escape. These are real tangible forms of wealth. Gold and silver you can hold. Trade and trust. No government can seize it. No hacker can steal it. Time is ticking. You need to act now, of course, and secure your prepper bars before who knows what the government's next rollout move will be. Hopefully the $40 trillion in debt, they're going to address that at some point. I sure hope so. I don't know if they are. They're burning up time. So right now, use code BIGMIGSILVER for 10% off on the silver prepper bars
[00:04:29] and BIGMIGGOLD for 5% off on gold prepper bars. Don't wait until your money is worthless. Always have a backup plan. I always believe you should have a plan A, B, C, D. And, of course, you can head over to the BIGMIGBAR.com. The BIGMIGBAR.com. Can't remember the URL. Just take a picture of that QR code. George makes it easy for you. And that will take you directly there after the show. The BIGMIGBAR.com. Grab those prepper bars. Break me off a piece of that prepper bar.
[00:05:00] Well, you know, there's a ton in the news cycle. I couldn't help myself. I saw a post. You know, everybody's calling Marco Rubio the secretary of everything else. He keeps getting assigned new job duties. This guy's busy. I don't know what kind of hours he's putting in. But, man, putting in a lot. I don't know if it's a warm-up for the future. But there it is. I had to just make that. Grok did a great job on that image, as you can see. Well, you know what? I know something. You know what makes a good boss?
[00:05:28] Or like anybody boss of a company? Is knowing each job in the company. You know something? I'm right. That's exactly what I was thinking. No, you wasn't. Yeah, I was. No, you were, bro. I actually was. I was thinking the same thing. You just want to talk and bite my words. No. I want to tell you something. No. Chat says Lance is full of shit. I'm just kidding. I just agree with you. And I will tell you why. I think he's getting a lot of experience, a lot of hats. We'll talk about that in a few minutes.
[00:05:56] It's the Democrats are melting down. Now, for anybody who doesn't really know what's going on, that Supreme Court ruling, and now the combination of Ron DeSantis, they're freaking out. Now they're talking about AOC saying, we ought to just start doing it in every state until they make gerrymandering illegal. She came out and said that yesterday. Who? AOC? And I heard redistricting. AOC said it.
[00:06:20] She said, we should just start doing it in every state, and then, you know, they'll have to make a move, and we'll just, everybody will be legal, and then nobody can do it. And she's kind of right. AOC, I think, didn't see the new ruling from SCOTUS that we talked about yesterday that the race-based districts is unlawful, and so that's going to hurt them more. No, no, no. But she's talking about non-race-based flipping. But I've never liked, I mean, George, you tell me, and I want the people in the audience to tell me,
[00:06:48] I think gerrymandering and all this redistricting is such a bunch of horse shit. I really do. It is. I agree. I mean, but how would you break, to make it fair for everybody, how would you do the districts then? Well, you know what's interesting? You know, when we first started out, when the founders did it, you had one from each state. One Democrat, one Republican.
[00:07:17] You had one from each state in the very beginning. It goes by, I think, but there wasn't that many people back then, Lance. I know. It goes by how many people? I know it goes by populations, but you have to admit all this scamming around, and I'm not telling you that the Republicans aren't doing as much. But that didn't answer the question I was asking you. I'm talking about when you make districts, when you draw the map, the line for each district, to make it fair for both sides, what's the process of doing it? To make, so.
[00:07:47] You know, I wasn't. That's what it is. That's what they're doing. I just didn't necessarily answer it in the way that you expected me to. I just, I know populations and I get it. I just am starting to feel like the amount of scamming in this stuff, maybe it's just one of each party from each state. I don't know. You know, the number of people we have in Congress and how many jerk-offs we have in there. I don't know, George. I don't know how to fix it. I mean, because let's face it, cheaters are going to cheat.
[00:08:14] And let's face it, in general, our voting system is just a complete sham. It really is. All they ever want to do is they want to manipulate it. They don't want to win fairly. They don't want to win honestly. They don't want to win. They don't want what the people want, George. If the people of New Jersey want a specific individual, you've got to support what that is. But we don't even at this point, in my opinion, get the people that are fairly wanted. Let's say the population there wants all Democrats. I would support if it was legitimate.
[00:08:41] You just have to support what the general population wants. But I think they continue to look for ways to manipulate it. Now the Democrats are freaking out because they can lose. At first, I thought it was only 12 or 14 seats. Now I looked at something yesterday. It looks like up to 19 seats could flip to the Republicans. For what? That's from the SCOTUS law. That's from the race-based district. Yeah, 19 seats.
[00:09:09] Yeah, that's not including what they're doing now, though, with DeSantis changing it up. No, I know. I know. I know. I mean, DeSantis is four seats. If they lose the 19, which... Is it four? Yeah, four, right? I think it's four. Yeah, it's four. But that's the new congressional map for Florida. And listen, Florida, when you're down there, it is primarily Republican. I didn't meet any Democrats when I was in Florida. Of course, we were down there at Mar-a-Lago and other places. And George has been there a bunch of times, too.
[00:09:37] You know, you don't really run into any Democrats down there that I've seen. Where? Florida. Do you feel like you run into a lot of them? Yeah, I ran into Democrats down there. Have you? I haven't. I didn't really run into very many. But I didn't spend as much time there as you did. Go to Miami, bro. Well, back years ago, I used to go there all the time. I used to go there every single week. Yeah. But yeah, because I used to go to the car auction. Go to Tampa. I don't... You know, I spent time in Tampa. I spent time in Orlando and Fort Lauderdale and West Point Beach. Orlando is probably another one, yeah.
[00:10:07] You know, any city's liberal. There you go. It was weird. I just didn't run into a lot of them. It was mostly Republicans. I don't really remember running into them. How are you going to know? You're not an approachable person. Like, did you talk to a lot of people? I'm just... I'm not being mean or not. The car business is different. You know, you do talk to a lot of people in the car business. I did do a lot more talking then. You're talking to car dealers and stuff. I know how that goes, but I'm just saying. I'm talking about... Maybe generally car dealers are more Republicans. I don't know. Maybe it was the business I was in back then. I had a big wholesale car company.
[00:10:35] I used to sell 350 to 500 cars a month wholesale. We used to buy cars all over the country. We had a bunch of buyers working for us and everything. Very busy back then. All right. Listen, but it's official. Ron DeSantis, new congressional map for Florida. It's passed. So now it heads to DeSantis' desk, and you know he's going to sign that, baby. See how fast they did that? See how fast their Congress passed it during the day, and then it went for the Senate,
[00:11:00] because we talked about that yesterday during the day on a day show, and their house has passed it. Now the Senate, boom, same day. Why can't we get that shit over here? All right. Now, I had these in a different order. Do you want to play... No. No, no. Let's play the thing being passed, and you can play the asshole. Okay. I'll do it your way. Yeah. Because, you know, she's bitching and moaning about after. But just making such a spectacle of herself, it's so frigging ridiculous. Yeah. So ridiculous.
[00:11:30] But let's play the quote. Watch the board before the vote. 21 yays, 17 nays, Mr. President. Show the bill passes. So far, I recognize the rules, Sheriff, or a motion of their own announcement. Look at that, but boom. Well, maybe John Thune, that asshole, could get a lesson from how they did it. You know, he's worthless. I gotta tell you. I gotta tell you that it's unbelievable what he's become. What a joke.
[00:11:58] What a freaking total joke. I just want to know why the senators, our Republican senators, ain't putting in for a new Senate leader. They did it with the... That's a very good question, George. Why do you think? Do you have a thought? And the audience in the chat, what do you guys think? I want to hear what you think. Why do you think nobody's talking about replacing John Thune? He sucks. He does suck. I can't figure out why they're just letting him ride. Doesn't want the SAVE Act. Doesn't want legitimate voting.
[00:12:28] Just total worthless piece of shit. And, you know, he's not the only one. It doesn't matter whether you're talking about federal congressional members or you're talking about state. Here's an asshole down in Florida. This is the Florida House member. She storms the aisle. She grabs a cheap-ass bullhorn. While the chamber is passing Governor DeSantis' congressional map, she's melting down, right? Because she gets steamrolled. Because that's what the people want down there. She's melting down because she's going to lose her seat. Yeah, she's going berserk.
[00:12:59] And she doesn't even know what she's talking about. This is a violation of the Constitution. It is. Just yelling and screaming and just so irritating. But typical of what the Democrats do. No class whatsoever. This is a classless and stupid move. Yeah, she's going to lose her seat. Tough shit. And thankfully, because this is really the brightest and best. Here you go. Here's a lesson. She's like another Jasmine Crockett bitching in line. No doubt about it.
[00:13:24] And this is a great poster child for what is typical of congressional members. And I'm not saying that Republicans in some places haven't done this. But this is the Democrats' stupidity. Talk about a spectacle. This should become the poster child of why you don't want people like this in office. And forget the political affiliation. I just don't want somebody like this representing a state, a country. It's enough of this garbage. Enough of this classless garbage sitting in a seat of somewhat power.
[00:13:53] Play the clip. Representative Persons-Mollica has waved closed. The question now recurs on final passage of HB1D. The clerk will unlock the machine and the members will proceed to vote. Have all members voted? Have all members voted?
[00:14:21] The clerk will lock the machine and announce the vote. 83 yeas, 28 nays, Mr. Speaker. Show the bill passes. Read the next bill. None on the desk, Mr. Speaker. I don't know why they didn't just freaking take the bullhorn from her fuck.
[00:14:51] Grab the bullhorn and escort that bitch out. She's disrupting the house. I would have snatched it out of her hand and stomped on it. I don't know. I probably would have got sanctioned for it. But, you know, that kind of behavior is unnecessary. It's stupid. And, you know, I only have one thing to say to her. Bye-bye. Hit the road. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Don't you come back no more, no more, no more. So what's going on with Governor Landry here? This is Louisiana's governor, George. Well, you know, since they won that SCOTUS ruling,
[00:15:20] they have their primaries that are supposed to be this in May 16th. And he's preparing. He's getting ready to spend the house primaries that was originally set for May 16th so Louisiana can redraw their congressional maps for the 2026 midterms. So they won't be that race-based maps. How do you like them apples? What about other states? Do you hear anything? Are the other states moving? Are they all going to stop their primaries? Are they all moving at high speed, George? I don't know. I'm not sure.
[00:15:52] However, we see Florida making moves. Louisiana's making moves. We'll see. I don't know. I mean, there's a bunch of states that could do that. I don't know if some of them have already had their primaries. I mean, what happens after that? If they could do something? I don't know. Yeah. We'll see. I mean, listen, this is going to be a developing story that we had to look at it every day to see what's going on.
[00:16:16] But we actually, with these things happening, we actually have a chance to regain control of the House. Yeah. We have a chance to fire John Thune. Would be nice. You know, look, we need the SAVE Act. I want voter ID. And it's not because of anything other than I just want honest, free and fair elections. Right? I want the voter rolls cleaned. I want to take the machines out of the mix.
[00:16:46] Not enough of this garbage. Let's get some free and fair elections. You know? You know, it's interesting. Even John Fetterman's been out there. He almost doesn't seem like the same guy. It's a weird thing. He's even been saying, you know, look, it is, you know, it should be what it's supposed to be. Free and fair and honest. That's interesting to see somebody. And again, like I said, that's not really, you know, the Democrat or Republican is just a title. I don't buy into it. You know, there's good people and bad people. You know, you have, May's a big month. You know that?
[00:17:15] In reality. Because there's a lot of big things going on. You have, you have to get Fed chair done by May 15th. Now they have the Clarity Act. Warsh is ready though, it looks like. And I kind of like him. Warsh. He's the guy. He's ready, but is Senate ready. So then you have Ken Paxton and John Cornine. They're going to do their runoff on May 26th. You don't hear much about that, but Paxton is leading by eight percentage points. Yeah.
[00:17:45] Yep. So that's what happens there. Let's talk about the secretary of everything. Of course, we're jokingly saying that he's now filling in for Caroline Levitt while she's on maternity leave. I love Caroline Levitt. She's been really outspoken. She doesn't take a lot of bullshit from that press pool. But here it is. Marco Rubio. He is the ultimate multitasker in the Trump administration. And it's pretty interesting that he was making an unannounced appearance in the great White House briefing room.
[00:18:14] I don't know if she was at, you know, already. I guess she's on full maternity leave. She could probably do it from the bed. How incredible that woman is if she was actually in the hospital. I don't think she is yet. But look, you know, it's pretty interesting. He was there to mess with people to carry out a joke. But of course, that moment always goes viral. But man, he has had so many tasks. You know, they joke about him being the interim secretary of state, the interim acting national security advisor, acting national archivist or chief archivist of the United States acting administrator.
[00:18:44] He's now the jokingly chief of USAID. He's a White House press secretary. And, you know, I love the memes. They were just rampant. We've seen him as the viceroy of Venezuela, governor general of Cuba, governor of Greenland, Shah of Iran in waiting, governor of Minnesota, manager of Manchester United. I don't know how that one happened. He became head of the soccer team, head of Hilton Hotels, Martian Laws.
[00:19:14] He became the guard high admiral of the outer worlds. I don't know what this is. Was he head coach or something? Yeah, he became head coach of some team. Wabello, which I don't really know what that is. Wabello. Do you know that? Supposedly that's a scout style joke, but I don't know what a Wabello is. No idea. I couldn't tell you. Do you know what that is? The Michelin man. I don't know how he did. Ultimate Florida man, Maga Marco. Baby face.
[00:19:43] He became Pokemon card collector. You know, dude, let's just close. What is he? Okay. What is he still in charge of right now? Like for real? I think right now, legitimately, he is. And again, man, it's kind of hard to keep up with it. I'm still doing a national archives, right? I believe he is the acting administrator of the. And then he's the interim acting national security advisor. I think so. That's true. And I actually do think. He's in charge of USAID.
[00:20:10] And I think he's the acting national archivist still. Yeah. You know, he's doing a lot. There are a lot of jobs he's really doing, but I don't know. We almost need to call the White House and ask for. You know what? I'm just wondering if he could do all those jobs, then you think about how much money we're saving when we don't got to pay a secretary of state to do so many of those jobs when you just have one person can do them. Saves us money too, right? I don't think so in the case of some of these. Like, I think maternity leave, Carolyn Levick still gets paid.
[00:20:39] I'm not talking about maternity leave. I'm talking about like. But isn't the medical leave for. Lance, stop. You're not missing a point. He's acting administrator chief of USAID, right? Yeah, he's the secretary of state. And that's, I think. Okay, but instead of getting. Lance, listen. Instead of getting a new chief of USAID, then you got to pay that person the payroll and all that. Just keep Marco doing it. And then every administration after that, keep one person doing it. Same thing with the archives. Yeah, I only said what I said because you said secretary of state. I think she's on medical leave because of the cancer.
[00:21:10] Susie Watt. That's a chief, White House chief of staff. Oh, chief of staff. That's right. Yeah, I didn't bring her up. Yeah, I'm sorry. You're right. I made a mistake.
[00:21:40] Who was? It's not a joke on the public. It's a joke on the person. Who is actually who's. I don't think anybody waited. Who's filling in for Caroline? I don't know. It's got to be the one that's underneath her. I don't mean. Let me see. They should have had him fill in. He ain't got time for that. You know, he's well supposed to. He's got to go conquer Cuba, bro. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:22:09] Let's finish up in Iran first. You know, I don't know. I don't think the negotiations are going very well. That's for sure. And I don't really expect them to. Not with the leadership confusion and the leadership. Oh. Says they're in control in Iran. So look at this. So instead of naming a single successor, Blossi's on maternity leave, this is actually pretty cool. The administration is using a rotating team to manage the podium.
[00:22:39] Huh. They say who the team's going to be. Well, one of them is the principal deputy press secretary, Anna Kelly. And you got Taylor Rogers, Liz Houston, and other senior officials. I mean, it could be interesting, right? Yeah. I'd like to see some rotation in there. I definitely would. I'd like to see some rotation in the press pool. Let's get rid of mainstream media for a while. How about we boot them out for a while? Maybe we'll get some honesty if they do some of that. Anything going on, George? Have you heard anything about the Fox investigation into their, not Fox, into the licensing at ABC?
[00:23:09] Is there any update there? I have not seen anything. I was coming through the news and everything. I was looking at that last night when I was up late working on the show. And I didn't see anything either. I was wondering how that investigation is going. All right, let's talk about this Biden-Harris email. You know, this is kind of a big, big deal now, man. Talking in secret code? What? Yeah, it's bad. So what were they doing, George? Explain this to me so I really get the picture here. So you have new, these are,
[00:23:39] they just obtained these emails from the Biden-Harris administration. And emails show loans to Planned Parenthood that were disguised under the code word Benghazi. First of all, why using the word Benghazi is pretty much dumb? That seems like a bad choice. Yeah, because look what happened. Look with Obama and Clinton. You know, Benghazi blew up in their face and they screwed all up and covered it up. So you actually, Senator Joni Ernst,
[00:24:08] she wants, she's demanding the DOJ investigate into this. Because they say, look, Planned Parenthood is not, it's all over the country. They're not in a little small business. But they were prohibited from getting those loans, but somehow they raked in tens of millions of dollars. They were funneling. Yep. Biden and Harris. Wasting more of our tax money. Terrible choice of code words. Let's play the clip. Benghazi? Yeah, I know. Yeah.
[00:24:38] It is. ...to plan parenthood were discussed under a code word Benghazi. Small Business Committee Chair Joni Ernst says the label may have been used to evade oversight. What's happening here? Alexandria Hoff is live from D.C. Hi, Alex. All right, Dana. A lot happening here. Senator Ernst has called on the Justice Department to investigate whether this code word was intended to illegally obscure communications regarding about $90 million in PPP loans. Planned Parenthood was prohibited
[00:25:07] from receiving the Paycheck Protection Funds during COVID because they're not, they're a national federation and not a small business. Well, in 2021, Senator Ernst and colleagues started to press the Biden administration on why the abortion provider was initially allowed to receive tens of millions of dollars. At that point, her office says communications regarding loan decisions began popping up with Benghazi as the subject line. That's a key word that would have rendered the correspondence effectively unsearchable, according to Ernst. Benghazi.
[00:25:37] What does that have to do with small business? Benghazi. Blatant use of a code word to conceal not only from those of us that are charged with oversight, but from the American people should they ever request information on Planned Parenthood and how they received those loans. Yeah, the term Benghazi would have lumped any document into the trove of records related to the deadly 2012 attack in Libya. Dana. Wow, what a code word too. Thank you. Hey, let's squeeze this in, shall we? Shall we?
[00:26:07] Where we go? A new celebrity... What a code word, they say. Yeah. Pretty dumb. I mean, horrible choice. And by the way, when you start using codes to move money around, that is a major money laundering flag. And it's a crime. It's a federal statute for money laundering. It's mens rea that you know you're doing something you shouldn't do and you're using code words. Like drug dealers do it a lot. They use that constantly to add additional charges. In my opinion,
[00:26:37] that kind of behavior by the president and then Vice President Kamala Harris is clear evidence that they knew they were doing something they shouldn't be doing. That's clear evidence of a crime. All right, listen, we're going to take a short break here on The Big Migs Show when we come back. Major news coming out of the ATF and DOJ. Todd Blanche, got to give it to him. He seems to be doing more in Pan Bondi in a week or two that she did in over a year. I will be right back here with The Big Migs Show. George Valentin, myself, Lance Migliaccio. While we're on the break,
[00:27:06] the homework, take the live link shared far and wide. Hit the follow button if you're new to the show, jump in that chat. Don't be shy. Let us know. [00:33:26] You heard me correctly. QR codes right there on the screen. Take a screenshot. The link's in the chat. The link's also in the more section of the video. It's everywhere we got you covered. All right, Lance. Talk to us about the guns. What is going on? I got to open up with Todd frickin' Blanche. I didn't know him from, you know, I didn't have any idea who this guy even was. It's incredible that this guy has made so many moves in such a short period of time. I'm starting to think that they don't need to look around. I think they've already
[00:33:56] got the new AG. You know, he's making some arrests. He's making big moves. And this is a huge, huge move. And I'm sure so many gun dealers and so many gun owners are so happy about this. You know, Donald Trump had mentioned he was going to get rid of so much of the Biden garbage-ear Second Amendment restrictions. You know, the Constitution says shall not be infringed. And the ATF, well, and Donald Trump and the DOJ under Todd Blanche, not Pam Blondie,
[00:34:25] who did nothing, in my opinion, for over a year. I think she was a plant at this point. I don't know what was holding her back or who had her under control. But they just unleashed a massive, and this is massive, a Second Amendment overhaul. They say more is coming, but 34 new reforms. They're going to slash red tape for gun owners, dealers, and small businesses. And as you guys know, the dealers have been under fire. All kinds of things. This is a huge victory for the Second Amendment. A huge victory, in my opinion,
[00:34:55] for the Department of Justice and Todd Blanche's leadership. This was an explosive announcement. Nobody really expected this to happen. so quickly. There was a lot of discussions. And finally, notices of final and proposed rulemaking to slash the mountain of Biden-era red tape, which, you know, has been strangling gun owners, strangling gun dealers, all the FFL licensees. So there's a top-to-bottom review of all ATF regulations ordered by President Trump's
[00:35:23] Executive Order 14206, protecting Second Amendment rights. You know, and those Second Amendment rights are so important. You guys have seen when people lose their gun rights around the world and you can see what happens. It doesn't matter whether it's in the UK or Canada. You've seen the attacks. You've seen the violence. The Second Amendment has protected us here, you know, since the very beginnings. But after years of all the Biden garbage, all the ATF acting as an unaccountable attack dog
[00:35:52] against honest gun shops, honest gun owners, finally, the ATF is making moves. You know, they're listening to industry experts, FFLs, and everyday Americans. You can remember Cargill. You know all the great work he did. He came on the show. This part of it's because of him. And it's the first wave of reforms and they say more are coming, which would be great because I'd like to see a reduction in the ATF. I really always thought that that agency kept stepping and expanding
[00:36:23] their control. They're going to dismantle the deep state gun control apparatus piece by piece is what the guarantee is coming out of the ATF. And right now, acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, which I'm starting to believe that maybe he should be the full-time Attorney General. They're going to end the weaponization of federal authority against law-abiding gun owners. They're going to continue to vigorously defend the rights that the Constitution guarantees. I'd like to see shall not be infringed for everyone. But the summary big stuff,
[00:36:52] record-keeping and business practices, they're going to give that a break. Electronic records for gun dealers, they're going to change Form 4473, which you guys know that that is, any gun owner does. Defined retention periods for records, license verification updates, they're going to reduce the burden removing or simplifying requirements seen as costly and unnecessary, which there is a lot of that, including NFA stuff, which is, of course, the National Firearms Act when it comes to Class 3
[00:37:22] and Class 2 destructive devices. Interstate transport procedures, you know, there's been restriction about moving your guns around the country and they've gone after people. And then, like, NFA firearms, they wanted spousal registration on NFA firearms, which is ridiculous. The NFA firearms registered, it should be registered either the person that registered or the corporation. A lot of corporations own NFA firearms. They're going to remove a bunch of the notification requirements. They're going to clarify clearer definitions and standards.
[00:37:53] Straw purchase language, which I think is important. You know, that does protect a lot of people. I don't agree with straw purchases. Mental health-related prohibitions. I mean, I think that's important. Biological sex designation on the ATF forms. Maybe we'll get back to the true biological of just men and women, not a bunch of other crap. Business premise definitions. You know, a lot of people, if they didn't have an active storefront, even though they might be selling online, which you go, you know, so many businesses are online. That was unnecessary and stupid.
[00:38:23] People were keeping their records, but maybe they didn't have a storefront. Maybe they were doing retail online. How many businesses live just online? That was one of the most ridiculous things. And one of the biggest, you know, things that's been going back and forth with just garbage trying to make it illegal is that, you know, those pistol braces. So much of that garbage and Cargill's been fighting that just because the weapon has a short stock and they've been, you know, trying to make it short barrel weapons and, you know, short barrel firearms have to have an NFA and back then it was a $200 tax dam.
[00:38:53] Prohibitably expensive. Engaged in the business rule and they're going to go ahead and revise the machine gun definitions after Garland and Cargill. You know, all that stuff was ridiculous. It happened in 1986. I think if you're a legal gun owner, it shouldn't matter. We're not seeing the use of NFA weapons in crimes because people that have NFA weapons, they really respect the law. So this is massive, huge good news for the Second Amendment, George. But what do you think about Todd Blanche, George? Give me a side-by-side comparison because it seems like he's done more
[00:39:22] in a couple of interim temporary weeks. We've already seen some deep state arrests. They say more are coming. Todd Blanche seems to be the real deal. I don't want to be preemptive. Maybe I'm jumping the gun, but maybe I'm just, maybe I'm just happy just for a moment on what's coming out of the DOJ. Well, he has done more in two weeks as far as like any kind of big stuff than Pan Bonny. It just shows you that Pan Bonny was just there trying to be a blonde chick with trying,
[00:39:52] with a pretty face, trying, and doing nothing because she could have, why didn't she have this done what Todd Blanche has just done? What was stopping her? Maybe too busy doing interviews. No, there's more, probably money. I don't know, I don't know, man. Like she could have did all this stuff. She didn't do it. It just shows you. Well, Todd Blanche, will Todd Blanche be the one that breaks it? Will he be the one
[00:40:21] that breaks Trump's 0 for 5 in AG picks? I think it's 5. God, that's an awful, awful, you know, it's terrible. Todd Blanche, you could write your own ticket if you get this right. come on the Big Ming Show. We'd love to have you on here. So far, we love what you're doing. He's too busy, Lance. I know he is. And you know what? In his case, I'd say it. I'd like to have Pam Bonny in there. I'd like to grill her, but it wouldn't be a softball interview, and I don't think she'd ever have it. I'd be like this, Pam Bonny. Our listeners would like to know
[00:40:51] is how did Todd Blanche in two weeks get all these arrests and all this done, and how did he get it done? What were you doing? Can you explain to our audience? Yeah. They want to know. So, inquiring minds want to know. Let's see what dumb shit she has to say. Oh, but the stock market was over 50,000. Yeah. Yeah, remember that? That was classic. That's a blonde moment if I ever see one. Dumbass bro. Yeah, it was. Well, look, look, I have high hopes for him. Thank you, Todd Blanche,
[00:41:21] for what you've done so far. So, for the audience, you know, listen, it's important. Go into his feed on X. Leave him a nice message. Tell him you appreciate what he did for the Second Amendment. It's nice to show the support. They do get those, you know, it's one of the best ways. I've been talking shit to so many Democrats lately in there for some of the stupid things they're saying. John Hickenlooper, what a moron in my own backyard. He's an idiot. He continues just to open up his mouth. I wish he would just shut the fuck up. What an idiot. I'm a lot of many others.
[00:41:51] Okay, we talked about this. We were wondering how they were protecting against this. Oh. We talked about this on the show, George. I don't know if you remember this. You said, you know, I'm sure they're doing stuff to even fake. You made a comment that this story jumped to me. You said, how do we know they're not faking transmission using their broadcasts to fake oil smuggling? You said, let's seize Karg Island. Let's stop their production. I said, let's strike
[00:42:19] their power grid. Let's stop the Bitcoin mining or hit the Bitcoin mining facilities. Let's not allow them to have money. Got to put a chokehold on their finances. Iran's $800 million oil smuggling scheme, George. I'm going to throw to you because you were one of the first ones to say, how do we know they're not faking this? How do we know that they still are using Karg Island? What's happening to the oil and how come we haven't seized Karg Island? I don't know how come we haven't seized it, but Iran's using, they're trying to smuggle
[00:42:49] almost $800 million worth of oil. They're using their tankers posing as Iraqi ships to dodge a blockade. Yeah. I mean, what? No, no, yeah. Yeah. No, I was going to say they're using their fake. So all tankers have a broadcasting signal at all tanker ships and all cargo ships. And they're broadcasting fake destination messages to Iraqi ports. Hmm. And that's covert. So they have the broadcast
[00:43:18] signal they put out all the tankers. And that's how, that's how all the different countries identify what tankers are entering their waters. And now he's double, Donald Trump's doubled down on port blockades because he has to cut off Tyran's oil lifeline. Of course, they're trading oil not only for money but for weapons. There was like 500 million a day or some crazy number. Good. Good. They're not giving it to the people anyway. They're stealing it, you know, buying gold and silver, shipping out of the country, buying crypto. They're just,
[00:43:47] they're using to buy weapons. They just announced the USS Gerald Ford they're sending that back away like wherever to, you know, it came here to Iran and Hormuz, straight to Hormuz. Now they're shipping it out somewhere else. I guess we don't need that ship. We have the two other ones. Well, they're spoofing their locations so that they're sending out fake signals. So these are very large crude carriers. You know what they're going to do? They're just going to stop every big tanker to verify. That's all. Well,
[00:44:17] these Iranian VLCCs, they carry 2 million barrels of oil. Massive amount. Worth about 800 million at $100 a barrel. And oil is past $100 a barrel. I think we're seeing, I think the bent crude number is 125 or 130. So expect some pain at the pumps only because the oil companies are taking advantage, not because we should have pain at the pumps. The oil companies are seeing this and go, great, we can raise prices again even though we're not getting the oil out of Iran. But the U.S. administration just told them they've demanded
[00:44:46] during this negotiation period that Iran dismantle their uranium enrichment program. Of course, Iran isn't agreeing to that. They want to maintain their enrichment. They say it's a sovereign right and non-negotiable. They're saying $113 to $114 per barrel on their Brent crude trading. Okay, so it's down a little bit. Then you got the West Texas intermediate trading at around 104 or 106. Yeah. Yep.
[00:45:15] They're going to keep doing it. You know, we're going to see the pain at the pump is not going to discontinue as long as this is going on. But all these spoofing and all the rest of this stuff, I'm happy that Donald Trump has identified it and I'm happy that they're stopping. I think... Let's get those power plants. Let's take here. I think the U.S. should just take Cargillin, empty out all the oil, send it to the United States so we get our oil prices down, give something to the Americans, people. Right? Yeah. We'd be all right with that. Anybody complain out there? Anybody want to complain
[00:45:45] if we took Cargillin and took all the oil for us so we have cheaper gas prices? I'm listening. I don't think so. I mean, we can always pay for it at fair prices in the future and have it go directly to the Iranian people versus that corrupt administration. Why even buy oil from them in the future? Why not just get... Get out of OPEC. We have plenty of oil in the ground here in the United States. Use that. Give us our cheaper gas prices. Bring it back to 99 cents a gallon so we can live. George Ballantyne, drill baby drill.
[00:46:15] Right? That's his policy. I mean, the fuck? We freed Venezuela. By the way, the first flight from the United States to Venezuela took off today. We got flights going. Yeah. I mean, we just helped them. I hope Venezuela does what El Salvador did. I hope they really come around. It's a beautiful place. Depends who's there, like who's running. Yeah. Yeah. It's going to be important to see what happens there. They're going to need to do something like that. Yeah. A lot of big moves. I'm not sure why this is going on. I'm always suspicious
[00:46:44] of when the Mexican government stops going after heads of certain cartels. I always wonder, does that mean a new cartel is in charge? Of course, the Sinaloa cartel has always been one of the ones that's had so much political influence in Mexico. They've, and even here in the United States, they've used a lot of their money under the Biden administration, especially. They had windfall years of making billions and billions. So they use that to support, you know, political figures here in the United States
[00:47:14] through money laundering, through real estate transactions, which, you know, we were one of the first shows to expose that. In fact, we were the first show to really expose a lot of that going on. You saw it coming out in Arizona and New Mexico. We had Todd Callender on and others that were talking about it. But of course, Governor Sinaloa just arrested one of the, the Mexican government of Sinaloa on drug trafficking. They indicted Mexican governor of Sinaloa, the actual state of Sinaloa,
[00:47:43] and nine other current and former Mexican officials and they have charged them with drug trafficking and weapons charges. So, U.S. prosecutors alleged the defendants conspired with the Sinaloa cartel to import narcotics in the United States in exchange for political support and bribes. Now, that's a ruthless cartel, very well funded, extremely sophisticated. They bought a lot of weapons out of Afghanistan, South Africa. They are armed like special forces here. And of course,
[00:48:12] U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton, of course, the indictment lays bare the Sinaloa cartel and other drug trafficking organizations. This is big. George, do you feel that it's interesting that Mexico seems to be going along with this? Do you think it's out of fear for retaliation? Going for what? It's an indictment. Iran? It's an indictment. Yeah. No, I know. I mean, who's going to go and arrest the mayor? Well, we're going to have to see. Good luck, because you know
[00:48:41] the drug cartel, specifically the Sinaloa drug cartel, you know they got that mayor in their pocket. What do you think the Mexican president is going to do? Do you think she's going to go along with this or do you think she's going to push back? No, they'll probably push back because they don't want to die. That's why the cartels get away with so much. Look what they did last time, the havoc they were doing at the airports, everywhere. Yeah. So,
[00:49:11] they're probably going to try to get this person. They probably got to swoop in with a team in a cover of darkness. You know, in and out extraction, something. That dude, that person now can't travel anywhere outside of Mexico. He travels anywhere outside of Mexico. He's done up. The U.S. is going to scoop him. Well, I guess this Zavreda, who's the deputy attorney general for the Sinaloa state attorney general's office, has received approximately 11,000 U.S. dollars each month from the Chapitos, which is the name the Sinaloa
[00:49:41] has used for each other, in exchange. And he's a protected Chapitos members from arrest and informed the Chapitos of planned U.S.-backed law enforcement operations. It looks like they've got him dead to rights. You know, you know what happens over there? I mean, I know you know this, but the cartels, they'll go after him, they'll threaten their families, like, you don't help us, we're going to kill your families and stuff. Oh, no doubt. I mean, there's no protection, so what are you going to do? Interesting stuff. We'll keep an eye on it, but I think you're right.
[00:50:11] I think they'll have to swoop in there and snatch them up. We'll see what happens, whether they get snatched. Since we're in Mexico, let's go over a few countries to Colombia. You'll be happy to know the hippos might be rescued. There might be a lifeline for Escobar's hippos. Not that it really matters, but all right. I kind of think it's good. Listen, so everybody knows Pablo Escobar bought one male hippo and three female hippos to put into his lagoon. Those hippos
[00:50:41] have been very prolific. Mexico is complaining that these, and again, he should have neutered them, you know that? What'd you say? He should have neutered them. You know, I don't think Escobar cared. I think he, you know, he had quite a zoo. I don't, you know, if you know that about him, he collected animals from all over now. And he started in the lagoon at Hacienda and Napoli's Park. That was the private estate of Kingpin Pablo Escobar. You know, I kind of like the fact that you've got these,
[00:51:10] this second wild group of hippos. It's the only other wild group of hippos in the entire world outside of Africa. So it's pretty interesting. And they've been, the hippos have been, you know, doing what hippos do, making more hippos. But now this billionaire son in India, and I guess this is the richest man in India. His father's worth some 86 or 90 billion dollars. He's asked them to pause the plan to kill dozens of these, people call them the cocaine hippos because they ask a bar. And he wants
[00:51:40] to move them to a wildlife center he's got in western India. He clearly has enough money to do whatever he wants to do. And he wants to save all of them. So I got to give this guy credit that he's doing this. You know me with animals. I've got a soft spot. I hate to see them just cull them because they got moved by Escobar and they're doing well in that country. I said let's move them into the Rio Grande. That might protect our border. You know how dangerous hippos can be. They're very territorial. So it's a big move. I'll give
[00:52:09] him credit. Fontara is his name. And nice move on his part that he's trying to save these hippos. It's not really their fault that they got moved there by Escobar. So it'd be a great move. All right. Let's talk about this sheriff. George. You mean a Democrat sheriff? The Democrat Orleans Parish sheriff? She was just arrested in connection. Remember last year when they had that jailbreak of like 10 inmates? Yeah, I
[00:52:38] do remember that. Guess what? Democrat Orleans Parish sheriff Susan Hudson including also with the CFO were both indicted on charges in connection with that jailbreak. You had the sheriff the sheriff the top dog helping inmates escape. What that? You know, when you pick these type of people, that's what you what do you expect? So some of these inmates were murderers. Yeah, what? Yeah, 13 people including her were were charged with helping the inmates
[00:53:08] to escape. So I guess maybe they got paid. You know, this is really interesting. They got indicted on 30 felony counts. Yeah, it's deep. I mean, that's deep stuff. George, was she charged by the DOJ or was she charged there locally? Do you know? I'm not sure. That's a good question. You think it would be for the state. they did apprehend all the escapees. They finally did catch all of them, 13 of them.
[00:53:37] But I'm curious if it was the DOJ or if it was a local arrest. Either way, you know, consequences for actions. You figured 13 people were charged with helping the inmates escape. So 13 people, that could be their outside family members or friends once they got out of prison. So it doesn't necessarily mean it's all sheriff officers, which is not, but, you know, the sheriff. Like, what the hell is wrong with you people? Yeah. Well, she's going to
[00:54:07] have a lot of time to reflect on her actions when she's sitting in the cell. I hope more details come on. I'd like to see if she got paid for this. I'd like to see if some money traded. You know, she got something. She ain't doing it for free. Yeah, I would think so. You know, but this is an interesting case. We'll keep an eye on it for you guys. Like we always do, we're looking at all the top news and all the top things. So, listen, first of all, you guys tuning in today, thank you so very much for doing so.
