THE BIG MIG SHOW
AUGUST 05, 2026
EPISODE 899 - 11AM
This morning, the White House Government Transparency Task Force released newly declassified documents exposing an FBI criminal investigation code-named Oxferd Comma.
These documents show the FBI criminally investigated President Donald Trump beginning in May 2017 on the theory that he was acting as a Russian agent when he fired ex-FBI Director James Comey for mishandling the Clinton email case.

[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By liberty and the beauty of nothing. If liberty means anything at all, it means right to tell people what they do not want to hear.
[00:00:33] America, great again. The Big Mig. Good morning and welcome back to The Big Mig Show. Of course, I'm your host, Lance Migliaccio, with my co-host, Ryder Dye, George Ballantyne, George Valentin, running and gunning. It's what we do, of course, educating and unifying the country one episode at a time, because, you know, on this show, you can count on the fact that we'll go right down the middle.
[00:00:59] The only thing we care about, is it good for the country and is it good for the American people? The divisional rhetoric of political party, I just can't buy into it. I think it's the Sham-A-Jam. It's the David Copperfield. It's the Houdini. One tells us one thing, the other tells us the other thing, and they try to keep us divided, because, of course, 300 million angry Americans would be impossible for the government to deal with. And if you're not angry yet, well, maybe after this show you will be. All right, George B., what's up, buddy? Nothing.
[00:01:29] You know, it's hump day. I'm going to catch you in mid-gulph there. I'm not trying to make you choke yourself. It's hump day. You know, Wednesday, hump day. There it is. Because you hate it, I'm going to do it from the get-go. Just aggravate you. Yeah, just throw that in there early on. Just throw that in there. Yeah, I'd like to. Why not? The Mike Schwartz Show rated us. What's up, Mike? Schwartz-Aroni. Hey, Mike. Dr. Michael Schwartz-Aroni. Big celebrity lately. Getting tons of interviews. He's a big deal, of course. You know what, Lance? Fauci's fiction. He should be on a bunch of shows.
[00:01:59] He called it early, and he took a beating for it. They investigated him. They went after him. But Schwartz-Aroni had to defend it. Cost him thousands and thousands of dollars unnecessarily. And, of course, turns out, he was right. Fauci is a piece of shit. I just want to know. Is Schwartz-Aroni coming on this Friday? I don't know. Or is there going to be an excuse for something? I don't know. I don't know. Wife's got this going. He's a big slip. He's getting lots of interviews. He doesn't have time. Oh, he's going to forget about the fucking us? Is that what you're saying? Yeah.
[00:02:28] He doesn't have time for the little guys. I mean, he's good. Nah, I don't believe you. I believe. He's getting the big shows. Nah, Mike will always make time for us. Hell, I know. I'm just kidding. At least for me. Maybe not you, but all right. Maybe not me. You're right. That's a good point. And I deserve it. All right. Well, listen. You know, if you love the show, you know the drill, man. It's so easy. Just hit that follow button. If you're joining us for the first time, don't be a puss. Don't be shy. Oh, he's taking off tomorrow and Friday. But I can come on next Friday. All right. Next Friday it is. All right. All right.
[00:02:57] Well, look, it's important. Of course, if you love the show, hit that follow button. You can do the paid subscription. It's five bucks a month recurring. I know. You can give subscriptions. All that stuff helps. There's little dimes, $10, $5, a couple of bucks. Whatever you can afford to do. I know it's a tough economy. I don't like to try to work people. But we've got overhead. And of course, these shows, they're always trying to upgrade and do the next thing. It's one of those deals because, of course, you're trying to do everything you can to get more traction. Also, last part of the drill. Follow us on YouTube.
[00:03:26] Even if you watch us here in Rumble, go over to YouTube when you're done. Give us a follow over there. We're trying to rebuild our channel. They never gave us back our original channel. So we're from scratch. Ron Locals and, of course, every major podcast platform. So sharing our content, helping us move up in Spotify and everywhere else. It's an important thing. We need all the help we can get. George, you made a face there. What's wrong? Nothing. No, everything okay? Yeah, everything's fine. I'm just... All right. So let's start off the sponsors. Of course, we love our gold.
[00:03:55] The Prepper Bar, the 62.2-gram Prepper Bar, perforated and very easily broken down in your choice of three different denominations. And look, they're the perfect escape. These are real tangible forms of wealth, gold and silver you can hold, trade and trust. No government can seize it. No hacker can steal it. Of course, time is ticking. You never know when the government's going to roll out its next move. And you need a backup plan. If you listened to us two and a half years ago on gold and silver, you'd be way up. You'd probably be thanking the Big Mig Show right now. I think there's a ton of upside.
[00:04:24] I'm not going to predict gold because I'm not a gold expert. But silver, I'm convinced that silver is still way undervalued. Call them over at 888-526-7154, 888-526-7154. Or go to the GenesisGoldGroup.com. And we're going to have Keith Height on next week. The big operational guy for the Genesis Gold Group. He's going to be coming on, telling us where he thinks the market's going, giving us a lot of analysis. Last interview was amazing. Very smart guy. Been in the industry forever. And we love the guys at Genesis Gold Group.
[00:04:54] Don't forget they can do 401k IRA. And if you want to do a major bullion purchase, they can work with you on discounts and that sort of thing. They can do millions in either gold or silver, whatever you really want, or any other precious metal. GenesisGoldGroup.com. Break me off a piece of that prepper bar. You're a little slow on the trigger there, man. No, I'm just taking care of mod issues. All right, look.
[00:05:19] Look, when I saw this, of course, I got a little internally angry. Couldn't help it. That's what the alphabet agencies do to me. And I include the DOJ in the alphabet agencies. What is it with the FBI's weaponization?
[00:05:43] You know, we know some great ex-FBI agents, people that I trust because they left because the agency was not what they wanted to do. Amazing people. The kind of guys that you would want to be and continue to be FBI agents. You would just be like, hey, this is the kind of FBI agent I want. Do not let this guy leave. And a lot of them left in waves. But how about the guys that went along with the bullshit? You know, we heard a lot of stuff out of Kash Patel with government gangsters.
[00:06:11] Anybody that hasn't read his book, if you read it, then you know what I'm talking about. FBI was going to be a museum. We were going to clean it out. I hurried when I heard he was appointed. It just seems like every time we turn around, there's more bullshit coming out of the FBI. And look, I'm not saying there aren't good agents here. I'm not saying there aren't maybe good leadership still. I just can't figure out whether or not they're going to earn back the American trust.
[00:06:37] Because the weaponization during Biden, so many of them were willing to participate. Which I think was immoral. I think it was unethical. I think it lacked integrity. And what is it up with all these stupid names? Operation Oxford comma. Now, I did not spell Oxford wrong. I always thought Oxford was O-X-F-O-R-D. Well. In this case, they spelled it O-X-F-E-R-D.
[00:07:02] Now, either somebody stupid as shit over at the FBI, or they have a reason for it. I have no idea. But another operation has been disclosed. And my question to the audience, will the FBI ever earn your trust back? I mean, we know what they did to the J-6ers. We know what they did to so many people in the Trump administration. What they did to George Papadopoulos. What they did to General Flynn. What they did to Roger Stone. And the list goes on and on and on and on and on. Is anybody ever going to be? Because I don't trust them. I have to be honest.
[00:07:31] And again, I'm not going to say there aren't good agents. I know some agents that are good agents. They want to do the job. They want to do the right thing. They want to protect America. They work their asses off. But I am just starting to question whether or not it is so rotten to the core that it's not fixable. I mean, they keep telling us they're going to fix things. They keep telling us they're going to go after the swamp in the deep state. But look, the White House Government Transparency Task Force just released this newly declassified document.
[00:07:58] It's another FBI criminal investigating code named Oxford comma. And it shows the FBI was criminally investigating President Donald Trump beginning in May of 2017 on a theory. Now, remember, this theory was total bullshit. But he was acting as a Russian agent when he fired ex-FBI director James Comey. Of course, for mishandling the Clinton email case. Yeah, well, James Comey is a deep state scumbag.
[00:08:26] Of course, he weaponized the FBI against Donald Trump. So they opened this probe. Its agents had already debunked the Steele dossier. They already knew the Steele dossier was full of shit. They already knew the Russian collusion hoax was a scam. But what did they do? They weaponized it. I mean, they cleared Mike Flynn of collusion. But you know how this all went. You got Pete Strozek who wrote Lisa Page. There was no big thing there.
[00:08:52] You know, the bureau was alerted Carter Page was a CIA asset and not a Russian stooge. And then one of the lead agents on the case, William Barnett, had concluded that he had seen no evidence of Russian collusion and wanted off the case because the investigation had become a bad game of Clue. Right. And there's a guy, William Barrett. I trust him. He didn't even want to be on the case because he knew it was bullshit. But they still went forward with it.
[00:09:19] Now, if you've got an FBI weaponizing against a president, right, what does that mean for the American people? What does that mean for you at home? I don't care. You can be a liberal. You can be a conservative. You can be a nonpartisan. Are you safe if the FBI turns on you? If you're given if they come and say, oh, well, we've got to investigate this George Ballantyne character. We we think he's got some radical ideas and some radical thoughts. We better put a sniffer program on his computer and see what he's looking at online because I'm uneasy about him.
[00:09:48] He's making me nervous. So there you go. All of a sudden, there's an FBI probe and a George Ballantyne. And that's how easy it is. You know, the DOJ has a saying internally that they can indict a ham sandwich and they act like an indictment. They act like when they come up for somebody criminally that they can do whatever the fuck they want. They can break the law. They can violate the statutes. They can break the code. It doesn't matter. And the truth is the court allows them to do that.
[00:10:13] You'd be surprised how many crimes are committed against citizens in investigations and in the destruction of evidence, in the creation of evidence. Doesn't matter exculpatory, inculpatory, you name it. And they do it. And the courts never say, you know what? We just caught you breaking the law in this case. Instant wiping the case out. Retroactively, you almost have no entrance to the court. You can file a rule 60B, a writ of habeas corpus. You can file a, you know, a quorum nobis.
[00:10:42] You can file a lot of things. But the truth of the matter is the court doesn't want to give you entry because procedurally they don't want a case on the record. And the reason I'm bringing this up is because we're going to touch on some of this later on in the show. But my point is, this is a problem. You've got an investigation body like the FBI with an incredible amount of power, an incredible amount of resources, an incredible amount of money in their budget, incredible tools, surveillance tools out the ass. Don't kid yourself. Signal's not protected.
[00:11:12] These people that say there's encrypted platforms, there's no such thing as encryption. And let me tell you, with quantum computing, every swinging dick will have access to encryption. And they'll be able to break encryption like nobody's business. And quantum's here. I mean, the AI computer we bought for the show? Yeah, a petaflop of data it can process. And I'm working on that right now for us for the show. You know, this is one of those things, George. I don't know what to say about this.
[00:11:39] But this is the kind of thing that makes me believe that we will never be able to have an FBI we can trust. I'm going to say something a lot of you people may not like. I really don't give a shit. Why should I care? Why should we even report on this? Wasting my time, my breath, even the viewers' time. Because, why give a shit? There's never any consequences. No one's held accountable. Why should we care?
[00:12:08] We all know how corrupt the FBI was back then. And how the deep state, including a lot of Republicans in on it, all participated in this. But they're all walking around, still working. Like, you know, nothing ever happened. Like, they didn't do nothing wrong. Oh, why? Because the GOP got no freaking guts, balls, glory, whatever you want to call it. There's no consequences. So why should I care?
[00:12:35] Why should I waste my time, my breath on this anymore? I'm actually getting tired of talking about all the things they uncover. Why did that special team, what's his name from just the news, John Solomon? Because he just got appointed to go into documents and help declassify. Why did he have to find this? Why didn't they, when they declassify all the other stuff about the Russian collusion, why was this left out? Tell me, nobody's seen it? It's amazing to me, George.
[00:13:04] You can search a computer. You can search a data network. They could have used some of, you know, Elon Musk people. They could have run Donald Trump's name through the system and through all the back doors and everything else. And it would have come up. You're right about what you're saying. Why does it take this long to find this stuff? And here's the deal about this. They use this as part of a campaign to get special counsel Robert Mueller appointed. That's what they did. That was, that's what Oxford comma did. And this is what I mean.
[00:13:30] You take a guy like Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, right? He already knew the real reason Comey had been fired. Comey was fired for violating DOJ policy in the Clinton probe over the bleach, bit, and hammer emails, right? The servers and all this stuff on Hillary because they were protecting Hillary. And he allowed this case and, in fact, propelled it to go forward. And he authorized Mueller's appointment.
[00:14:00] Now, you think about the criminality of that, that they took a government, you know, entity and a body and the power and full force and effect of that, and they weaponized it. Now, my question is, why wasn't Rod Rosenstein drug out of his bed? Why wasn't Mueller drug out of his bed? Why? This is the thing I struggle with. We find this, just like George said, it's obvious they violated and they abused the system to weaponize against Donald J. Trump. And here's the point. It's not just Donald J. Trump.
[00:14:29] It's not just the president. This shit's been going on for decades. They're doing this to defendants. Listen, anybody can do this. You can go into AI. How is it possible that the Department of Justice has a 97, 8% conviction rate? AI, when you run it through, will tell you it's impossible. That would be like acting like the Department of Justice is the most perfect government agency ever created. That they never make a mistake. They never lie. They never cheat.
[00:14:58] They never manipulate. That they do everything perfect. Does anybody in this show, watching the show, does anybody believe the DOJ is the perfect government organization? Because I sure as hell don't. And that's my point. 98% conviction rate. AI, any AI will tell you that's impossible. That the DOJ best case scenario should have like a 75 to 82% conviction rate. But they don't. Because they make a system that it's impossible to get relief even when they commit crimes against you.
[00:15:27] So my question to Donald Trump is, is Kash Patel, is the Department of Justice going to go arrest these motherfuckers? Or are you guys going to do nothing again? Are you just going to show us this? Oh my gosh, they weaponized against Trump. I know Trump was attacked. I know he was treated unfairly. Great. I know that. But he seems to be the only one that's getting any financial relief. How about the DOJ going with the J6ers? How about that? How about the financial relief for their lives being ruined?
[00:15:56] How about, I'd like a new policy. When the Department of Justice or any agency, FBI, DEA, ATF, DHS, any of them, when they get caught committing even one crime in a case, meaning they cheated or lied or destroyed evidence or coached a witness or eavesdropped on legal phone calls or didn't give access to somebody's attorney like the Tates, you know? All of a sudden their attorney goes to see him and they refuse to let the attorney see him for two days. I don't know if he's going to get to see him today.
[00:16:26] And I'm not defending the Tates yet. I'm not saying one way or the other. I don't know enough about the case. I do think a lot of the system has been weaponized against them for a number of reasons. But here's my point. How about the fact that they refused entry to the attorney? That seems to me to be an immediate reason for a bond, a bond hearing immediately. This is the problem. There is no oversight. There is no accountability. There is no consequences. OPR, are you going to investigate this? Office of Professional Responsibility? Are you going to investigate this?
[00:16:54] Are you going to go after and sanction all the DOJ participants, the prosecutors who participate in this? How about the OIG? Are you going to do anything? You're supposed to. Lance, let me interrupt you because I found, I, this morning, somebody sent me a video or something. It was about J6 and the National Guard. Remember all the stuff about the National Guard J6 that Trump ordered National Guard, but Pelosi said no? Yeah. Are you familiar with that? Yes, I am. Let me ask you a question. And I'm quoting right now.
[00:17:23] The President of the United States is the Commander-in-Chief of the District of Columbia National Guard. Unlike all other states and territory, National Guards are controlled by governors. The D.C. National Guard is solely under federal authority, making it the only guard unit that reports exclusively to the President. So why would President Trump need Pelosi's approval to bring the National Guard to the Capitol that day on January 6th? He did not.
[00:17:52] Well, I personally believe he was ill-advised by the people around him that we know, like the bars and the rest of them, that were definitely undermining the administration. I think he was ill-advised and didn't understand the 10-mile district of Columbia being a federal zone. And you just nailed it, George. That is a federal zone. And that is true. As Commander-in-Chief, he would be able to make the decision fully. But I bet he was told. I'm just, I'm speculating now. I don't know this. I always believed that he was told that he couldn't do it and it had to be approved by Congress.
[00:18:23] And I think he was mistaken about that. Like many things. Like, look, look what he was told about COVID by Fauci. I think some advisors or whoever that didn't want to have that happen, because remember, they had a plan. They plotted. They schemed. They had the mens re of a crime. They did it. They wanted to turn it into a Fed's direction. They had to make it look like a violent uprising. They had to frame it like that. They ruined people's lives. They ruined people's businesses. I know about that. I'm just talking strictly about the National Guard issue. 100 percent, George. I don't know.
[00:18:52] I think Trump, I don't know. I'm, I don't know. How do you not know that was a federal zone, federal area? You know, for somebody that doesn't, and I'm not picking on Donald Trump. I'm not picking on anybody. But I will tell you this. You know, you know a lot. And I know a lot. Because we understand the Constitution. We understand what the founders and framers wanted. We know what a federal zone is. Because that's how they get federal jurisdiction. See, federal jurisdiction gives you unlimited jurisdiction.
[00:19:23] Right? But I don't think Donald Trump was an expert on the Constitution his first round. He hadn't been fully attacked yet. I think that his education came after a lot of people got around him, a lot of attorneys defending him. And they started doing these things. And I think by then it was too late for a lot of it. But that's my speculation. Because let's face it. He didn't know anything about COVID. He didn't know anything about mRNA. Oh, here we have it. Here. I'm just like, good news, Jim. What's up, Jim?
[00:19:52] Well, she told 10,000 National Guard to stand down. I don't know about that because they don't report to her. She has no authority over them. But we need to get to the bottom of this. I want to find out. Maybe the leadership at the National Guard was corrupted. Who knows if they were anti-Trumpers? You know, we've seen the infiltration by so many different negative, you know, what I would call deep state operative. Who knows? Nancy Pelosi might have known the guy that was running the National Guard in D.C.
[00:20:20] And she might have said, hey, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Who knows what happened? I mean, I think that all the phone records for all the people in the J6 committee, I think all their text messages, I think all that shit should be clawed back, seized, and gone through with a fine-toothed comb. But, you know, look, who am I, right? I'm nobody. I'm the big MIG show host with George hosting with me. You know, who are we, right? But this all seems really obvious to me.
[00:20:45] And, you know, again, if you don't put the fear of God in these mofos, start dragging some of them out of their beds at 3 a.m. like they did Roger Stone, you're never going to get anywhere. And we're not going to get anywhere with a corrupt Department of Justice, with a judiciary that protects criminal acts by the DOJ, the FBI, the ATF, the DEA, the Department of Homeland Security. With that judiciary, and I'm not saying there aren't good judges, there are some fantastic judges around the country, but it's a protectionist network.
[00:21:15] They will procedurally try to block your access, whether they violated your civil rights or they committed crimes in your case. To me, that should be an automatic dismissal. If they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar, I don't care how small it is, that's it. Case gets dismissed, expunged, and dismissed with prejudice, not where they can come back and recharge you. A new charging document and they fix their mistake, none of that shit. That shit's done. Anybody in the audience disagree with me?
[00:21:40] If you're dealing with a criminal investigation, and any of the – because, you know, in the state actions, in state it's different. The police get caught committing crimes, the case is usually dismissed immediately. Because they follow what I consider is a damage, it's an equity issue, right, that you've been injured by these lies in the case. Why is it the Fed gets to lie? The Fed gets to cheat. The Fed gets to destroy evidence. The Fed gets to not give people their exculpatory information.
[00:22:07] If they'll deny you additional discovery, they'll do this and they'll do this and then they'll supersede your indictment to force you. Why is it the Fed never pays consequences? Why – when an FBI agent or an ATF or DEA or Department of Homeland Security or a prosecutor violates the law, why aren't they criminally charged right on the spot? Why isn't there an investigation and then an indictment? It never happens. They barely ever get sanctioned, let alone any of this. They don't even get a blem on their record when they commit crimes. They just go, oh, well, you know, we got to do what we got to do. We're trying to make a case.
[00:22:37] 98% conviction rate. Yeah. Go fuck yourself. It's not true. It's bullshit. And they're doing it because they're getting away with it. That's why does a dog lick his balls? Because he can. All right. George. Interesting. What about this assassination attempt? I don't know. Just another assassination attempt, people. All the rhetoric. I mean, thank God I guess the security has gotten better for Trump.
[00:23:06] And they caught this before it was able to even really truly make an attempt. I think they caught him what? They caught him outside the area taking pictures and stuff. He was surveilling the security at the time when they observed him. I guess he was, you know, looking at what they were doing and how they were operating. He was probably trying to figure out how he could get full entrance. Now, what I think is interesting is he created a fake security badge. Is that right? Yeah.
[00:23:32] He had a fake security badge, which is real scary. Usually, I thought, I would think that their badges, they have to go, like, get them scanned when they go in. So, I mean, I don't know the procedure, what they really do, but I was under impression that's how it worked. But if you're just showing a badge like, hey, this is me, that's an issue. That's a big issue. Because I want to, I didn't see any pictures of this fake security badge.
[00:24:02] I'd like to see it, how good it is. But he's 38 years old. His name is John Talley. And guess what? Down in California. Another Californian. And you said plainclothes federal agents observed them walking on the grounds, taking photos and videos. Yeah. Appearing to monitor security preparations days before Trump's scheduled fundraising event. Yeah. So I guess they found a 16-round magazine on a hollow point ammo. Okay, whatever.
[00:24:32] In his pocket. Yeah. And then they had a badge that read, he had found the badge and it said security protection agent. So he also turned up notebooks. He had lots of concerning statements, radio signal devices, bulk ammunition, high capacity magazines, body armor. He had an illegally modified short barrel. So he had a short barreled AR platform, which you're supposed to register a short barreled weapon when it's a certain length or shorter.
[00:24:58] So he didn't, he had it, he had the short barrel on it, which of course gets him a new ATF charge. You know what, you know what's amazing? Yeah. Here's California with probably the strictest gun laws in the country, right? Yeah. But he's still able to obtain guns. Of course. Right. But as he, if, no matter what, if you're a citizen, you don't have felonies, you should be able to obtain guns. But here's the liberals just taking it to a whole different level.
[00:25:27] I mean, I don't, have we ever seen so many attempts on a president? Yeah, no. But you think about the rhetoric, right? You think about the far left and the left, the TDS syndrome and all the crappy stuff they post. They're taking people with a mental health crisis, which this guy's probably unstable. And they're propelling them because maybe in their own head, it's, you know, maybe they want grandiosity. You know, this guy's going to go down in history as having gone after Donald Trump. Hopefully he was trying to assassinate him. So, you know, I think there's this grandiosity thing that can happen.
[00:25:56] Of course, they're being propelled. Yeah. Donald Trump, he's a misogynist. He's a horrible person. No. And all that stuff that they wrote on the beach. And they're always trying to, you know, propel people into doing things. They're hoping they'll get some crazies. This isn't some operation. I don't think this is like, you know, where somebody's brainwashing this guy. I think there's plenty of people that are crazy and violent. Okay. Alter. They're looking for a reason, you know? I wanted anybody, Dave, finding, I didn't hear anything about his social media. I didn't either.
[00:26:25] Which is interesting because usually you hear about social media and stuff. I got, let's play the clip. Moments ago, the Department of Justice announcing federal charges filed against this man, 38-year-old Janine John Tale of Downey. Officers arresting him this weekend at Trump National after Tale was spotted taking photos and video of security preparations for Mr. Trump's visit. A badge and a number of guns later recovered in his truck and at his Downey address. And earlier tonight, protesters and supporters showing up at Trump National for the president's
[00:26:54] event to raise money for the Republican National Committee ahead of the midterm elections. Eyewitness News reporter Tim Pulliam live in Rancho Palos Verdes tonight covering the president's visit. Tim. Yeah, Mark. The president was here at a fundraiser speaking about the nation's economy and crime. His visit received mixed reviews. New video shows President Donald Trump on Marine One departing LAX. Earlier, the president spent a few hours at a Republican fundraising dinner at his golf
[00:27:24] club in Rancho Palos Verdes. Trump delivered remarks about the economy and crime. His arrival to the ritzy venue via Marine One created a spectacle. A few supporters greeted him with the American flag and Trump hats. I'm very excited. I am somebody from California that loves Trump and loves his policies and supports him 100%.
[00:27:51] But there were dozens of others who stood by the entrance to his golf club in protest. We do not support Donald Trump and his policies. He's obliterating government agencies that we need. At times, supporters and demonstrators clashed. I don't even know what you're doing. Law enforcement was visible outside the dinner following a brief concern over the weekend. The Sheriff's Department said they arrested a man Saturday at Trump's golf club after
[00:28:17] federal agents reported seeing the man taking images of the security plans on site. Deputies detained Janine Tell and claimed they found several loaded guns and ammunition in his possession. On Tuesday, investigators searched the 38-year-old's home in Downey and say they found an illegal AR-style rifle, pistols, high-capacity magazines, body armor, radio devices, and notebooks with concerning statements. My son has seen him before. He said hello to him one time. This woman lives near the suspect and doesn't want to be identified.
[00:28:46] She's surprised. It's scary. You know, we live here. We're not too far down from the house. But I never got that vibe, you know, because it's like a family. It was like a large, like a good amount of people living in their home. You don't know anybody that was willing to go that far, you know? Till, facing federal and state charges of carrying a concealed firearm and possession of prohibited ammunition, he is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday. Hmm. Hmm.
[00:29:17] On Wednesday. Okay, so... Wait a second. Yeah. Who the hell, what parents in their right mind would name their son Janine? No idea. I mean, that in itself is why he's messed up in the head. Can you imagine? Fuck names their boy Janine. I mean, listen, my parents named me Lance, which was a very strange name. And I was unfortunate enough when I grew up that there was a show called Lance Link, Secret Chimp.
[00:29:45] And because of the show, yeah, it was called Lance Link, Secret Chimp. They're old as dirt, bro. They're supposed to be like secret agents. It was real chimps. And they would dress them up like, kind of like... And you want to be associated with chimps? No, I didn't want to be associated with chimps. But because of the Lance Link, Secret Chimp thing going on, you know, I took some harassment as a man. Oh, Lance is a good name, bro. Lance a lot. Come on, bro. Yeah, but back then it wasn't very popular in New York. Everybody was John and Tony and, you know, that was Anthony. You know how common that was in the Italian neighborhood. So Lance was a very strange name.
[00:30:15] And my name was Lance Claudio Migliaccio. So that was even... Yeah, that's... Yeah. Well... Yeah. How often do you use your middle name when you're out and about and stuff? Middle name's just confirmation and shit like that. Legal stuff. Yeah. All right. So Trump breaks his silence on this potential foil of assassination plot. He's got to be so sick of this shit. I mean, you know, we only hear about some of the assassination plots. There's many others. His first term, I understand there was 26 different attempts on his life that they had linked to
[00:30:44] attempts on his life. Of course, a lot of that stuff didn't get publicized. Secret Service, actually. That's how I heard it. All right. The only thing I got a little solace from is they say only consequential presidents face attempted assassinations. So maybe a little egotistical, but he's got to be so worn out. Let's play the clip. There was a threat. There was a man who was arrested, seemed to be heavily armed near the property here on Sunday. Is it... It's an ongoing concern, sir. Talk about that for a brief few of the...
[00:31:13] Well, the only thing I get a little solace from is they say only consequential presidents. And I am definitely consequential. I mean, if you look at the economy, if you look at what's happening, Iran, as an example, will never have a nuclear weapon. They already can, but it's going to be formal. The straits are going to be open very soon, or they're going to get hit very hard, and then the straits are going to be open. We were going to a tremendous attack, the biggest since World War II, and they called me and
[00:31:41] said very politely, please, can we talk? Can we talk? They didn't want. And I said, yes, we can talk. Let's get it done, finally. Let's get it done. This should have been done by other presidents for 50 years. You know, you keep hearing 47, but that's been for three years now. It's been over 50 years. Other presidents or other countries should have been able to do this. And I did something that I had to do, because if they had a nuclear weapon, this whole world would be a different place. If they back out again, are they done?
[00:32:10] Well, if they back out again, they're going to get hit really hard. You know, they know that. They understand that. I have no choice. They can't have a nuclear weapon. It's very simple. It's not like, gee, let's, you know, think about something else. No. It should have been done by many presidents over many years, and it wasn't. And I'm doing it. Obama was taken to the cleaners. He thought he could bribe his way out. He gave them billions, tens of billions of dollars so stupidly.
[00:32:37] 1.7 billion in cash, green cash, on a Boeing 757, an airplane, loaded up with cash. They probably looked at it. They said, you've got to be kidding. No, you can't bribe your way out. All you can do is fight your way out. And if they didn't, they wouldn't be talking if we weren't doing what we're doing. We hit them very, very hard. But the hard hit is yet to come, and hopefully we won't have to use it. I hope we won't have to. We're having very good discussions. They don't like to admit that. But, you know, it's a little bit disconcerting.
[00:33:07] You tell people like you, we're having wonderful discussions. And then some guy will come out of Iran and say, we have not met, we have not, just such a lie. All day long. You understand. It's just incredible. We didn't talk. They'll say, we didn't talk about nuclear. Well, what do we talk about? We're sitting there twiddling our thumbs, right? So, but it doesn't matter. Let's talk. The only thing that matters is action. And they want to make a deal. We'll see what happens. If they don't make a deal, it's going to be too bad.
[00:33:39] I mean, because he brought up Iran. I mean, how many times have we been here already with this shit? Oh, if they back out a deal. How many times have they backed out a deal and fired at ships and stuff? I don't know. Keep giving them chances. How many chances do you want to give them? Just my opinion, though. I wouldn't give them anymore. I would just liberate the fuckers. But that's just me. What do I know? I know Lance would, too. I'm the shit out of him. Lance, you're freaking muted.
[00:34:09] Don't you hear? You don't hear yourself when you're trying to talk in your headphones, bro? No, I didn't notice. I need a urine. Yeah. Here's the thing. And blood. I need blood, too. We got you covered every which way. All you gotta do is just go there. All right. Let's get to this fucking retard. I don't wanna say he's a retard. It was a close, Democratic primary in Michigan yesterday. I mean, they were still counting votes till, I don't know, maybe like 10, 15 minutes ago.
[00:40:13] But, I'm gonna just say, I'm so, where's, how come, when it comes to this stuff, they have all the votes counted, but when it's, like, when Republicans are involved going against Democrats in a lot of these places like Michigan, they gotta count these, uh, mail-in ballots for like days. Well, I mean, didn't happen for the primary. What's going on? But anyway, we call him DSA. Even though he'll try to say he's not a DSA, he's not a socialist, he is 100% a socialist because he,
[00:40:44] he campaigns on all the same stuff the socialists say. Like, you know, get rid of, defund the police. Get, uh, get rid of ICE. Oh, we need open borders. Want to get rid of the Senate. They want to stack the Supreme Court and just get rid of it altogether. They're just nuts. Well, it's freaking idiot today. And I was like, wait, what? While we're doing the show, it was like sidetracked for a second. I'm like, no. He's, I, we, I call him Abdul. Everybody,
[00:41:13] he's always Abdul El Saeed. And he says, he won a Michigan primary. And this is a statement. If you can't say the name, Abdul Al Raham, something like that. Keep the name. No, it's Abdul Rahmani. I don't see the eye. I just see the, I'm just saying in the, in the. Well, his name is actually with an eye. I think that, go ahead. I don't know. Oh, but Remy, you're right. Go look it up. Go look it up, Yeah, you're right. It's Abdul Rahman. Of course I am. You're right.
[00:41:39] Keep the name out your damn mouth. I'll be happy to give you lessons. Well, Abdul. Okay. Lance and I would like in-person lessons. So please, you want to come to Colorado? You want to come to New Jersey? Either way, you want to go to Colorado? I'll fly there or vice versa. And you can give us in-person lessons. Because I'm just going to keep saying Abdul. Fuck that other shit. So I want a lesson. I just can't believe. I mean,
[00:42:09] let me just play a lesson. And then you can comment. Because I know you got a mouthful to say. You know, they think that you want to use my whole name against me. Mike, listen, man, if you can't say the name, it's Abdul Rahman. Keep the name out your damn mouth. I'll be happy to give you lessons. He's kind of an arrogant prick. And I can tell you why. He posts athletic videos. He's always, he's weightlifting. He's six foot two 30.
[00:42:39] Here's my recommendation. Abdullah jackass. I don't want to say your name right. I don't think you're good for America. I don't think you're good for the American people. I think you're a piece of shit based on a lot of the statements you've made publicly. And I'd be happy for you to try to come over and give me a lesson. As a matter of fact, call Dana White. I'd love to face off. Why can't you just say, give us a private lessons. We'll handle it like that. Now he's going to be scared. I want to take him in the cage.
[00:43:06] Because this jackass doesn't deserve to run for politics. We don't need these kinds of people with any more power. Because his arrogance is all over him. And he thinks because he hits the weight pile that he's a tough guy. But you, because you're going to threaten people because they can't say your name. People haven't been saying my name my entire life. I've never threatened anybody over it. When I'm at the airport, when they call me to the podium, it's usually Mr. Muchacho. I mean, you should hear the way they butcher my name. And it never bothers me. It happens. Names are tough. And you know, I didn't grow up, you know, trying to learn,
[00:43:35] learn Islamic or Muslim names. It wasn't part of it. You guys weren't even around when I was a kid. So listen, I'm inviting you. Put up or shut up, you jackass. I'm sick of these people. I don't want them in politics. I don't necessarily even want them in the country. I don't think any of this is good. What's going on in all these areas where you've got these huge areas of Muslims and they want to play the Muslim call to prayer and they want to jam it down our throats. I'm sick of it. And they're going to burn the constitution. They've come out publicly and said,
[00:44:05] they're going to get rid of the constitution. And when you're not going to be able to practice any other religion, there won't be freedom of religion. There will be a law only. Well, go fuck yourself. Okay. So if you want to come over and teach some lessons, I'm ready anytime, any day, I'll give you three months to get ready. You little bitch. And I'm ready to roll. Let's do it. You, you know, you go to the gym, you think you're an athlete. Cool. Love it. Keep going to the gym. I'll give you three months to meet me and we can go in the ring. You know what, Lance? He doesn't have three months because his election is in three months.
[00:44:35] So I think he'd want to mean being the way he just said it, he would want to correct anybody. I mean, I'll do it in weeks. I can be ready in weeks for you. You're ready now. I'm ready. All right. We're going to go a little, we're going to give you a little, um, some clips of this, this idiot talking. Cause we need to expose him along with all the other ones. We're going to start off clip by clip. Here he's talking about, he's a democratic, democratic.
[00:45:04] That's running for center in Michigan saying he's going to choke them out in the mud or choke. Yeah. Choke them out in the mud. This is a center saying this. He hasn't been elected yet. Get elected. Then talk shit. We don't back down with all due respect. If they go low, we don't go high. We take them to the mud and choke them out. The money and we choke them out. Um, yeah.
[00:45:34] All right. Listen, when you, when you take you to the mind, when you come to try to teach Lance or myself, how to say your name, I'll make sure there's a nice mud pile somewhere and we can kill two birds and one stone, bro. I'll make it simple for you. But here's what people either. And I don't know that some of them are in denial or just, they'll do anything to win. That's how the Democrats are. Now there's the guy, Hassan Parker, Piker. He's been campaigning with this guy.
[00:46:04] He's actually promoting every socialist. He's promoting the, um, who's running for governor in Wisconsin. It's bad. And this mother, this MF, I don't understand how, how the platforms haven't kicked him off. Cause he, he, he puts in threats to murder people. I mean, it's crazy. And here is, this was last night and I caught this thing. It was CNN. And, um,
[00:46:34] Abby Phillips brought in, um, Bernie Sanders. Now, Bernie Sanders has been supporting this guy. Bernie Sanders has been promoting, um, promoting, um, supporting Abdul El-Sayed. Yes. And Piker, Hassan Piker has been right in the mix. I mean, El-Sayed was at Piker's house, having a pool party the day before the election. That's how close they are, but they'll try to play it off. No, no, no. And she asked Bernie Sanders,
[00:47:04] he goes, Piker said, America deserved nine, nine 11. Are you comfortable with that? I'm going to let you listen to the statement, but all they care about is just winning, getting votes, no matter what damage is done. And, and remember how they want to do cancel culture on us. Also now they're against cancel culture. Get the hell out of here. Are you crazy? To give you an example,
[00:47:29] one of the more controversial ones is that Piker has said America deserved nine 11. Are you comfortable with that association? No, I am not. I think that's a dumb statement. On the other hand, he has a whole lot of followers. And there's a lot of things that he's saying that are making sense to a lot of people. I think, you know, we have to get above cancel culture. You know, when you're doing radio, whatever they do podcast three hours a day, you say dumb things. I suspect if you go back over your career, there may be one or two things that you've said that you may have regretted.
[00:47:59] But I think what we have got to do is look at the totality of where people are coming from, uh, and go forward. So when someone like James Carville says he doesn't want to be in the same political party as Hassan Piker, which one are you going to take? Well, that's not much of a choice. If Mr. Carville doesn't want to be in my party, the party that I belong to, that Piker, that I'll tell us as Syed belongs to, he can start his own party.
[00:48:28] But I think we need a big tent. And I think people like Piker, I should be welcome into that. Certainly. Oh boy. I hope they do start another party. I think it's interesting that his claim in there. No, I think that was a dumb statement, but he has lots of followers. He's more concerned about this guy's notoriety, his popularity, that he has followers. Are those other followers? Are they, do they like his extremist rhetoric? They must. And that's the point, right?
[00:48:58] The point is, this is the problem we have, that you have people giving these guys, you know, a box, a soapbox. YouTube with Piker. He makes a statement, kill the motherfuckers. Let the streets soak in their red capitalist blood. Now you tell me YouTube, how come you haven't banned this guy? See, this is the thing I can't understand, but you don't. Hold up. Hold up. I don't know if he's on YouTube. He's on Twitch saying this. Oh, okay. I can't say.
[00:49:27] Why isn't Twitch banning him? It's pretty, um, I don't know. I mean, the, the executive staff at Twitch, my record, my question to you is that's a violent rhetoric statement. I bet you if we, if you read your agreement, you're not supposed to use violent rhetoric statements on your shows. I'll bet it's in Twitch's agreement. So Twitch, how come you haven't canceled this guy? I'll bet you, if I said this about liberals,
[00:49:54] if I went over to Twitch right now and I opened up a live feed, I said, let the streets soak in the liberal, the liberal scumbag leftists, uh, in the streets, let the streets soak in their blood. I'll bet you, I wouldn't make five minutes. Is it because he has a big voice? Is that why Twitch you're willing to trade the money for safety and security of the American people? You know who owns Twitch? Amazon. Good question for Amazon. Why has Hassan Piker not been banned? This is the same Amazon. Hold on, Lance.
[00:50:22] This is the same Amazon where Trump had Jeff Bezos at the White House and all that big tech stuff and all that. Yeah. Capitalist blood. Let's play the clip. You don't have to believe us. Here it is. My understanding is that the property owners who have properties there choose just not to rent it at all. Yeah. Kill them. Kill those motherfuckers and murder those motherfuckers in the street. Let the streets, let the streets soak in their fucking red capitalist bloods, dude. So I would take this clip. If I were you guys,
[00:50:51] I would find the clip and I would email Twitch today and say, I can't figure out why this guy is on your platform. My children use Twitch. Why would you have this person on your platform saying these sort of things? Well, learning's not enough. I'm going to stand. This is why we have the assassination. This is why we have this violence on the streets. George, don't you agree that this is the kind of stuff that propels the people, the people with true mental health crisis, true TDS or whatever else. And they're like, Oh, if the piker's telling me to do it, I should do it.
[00:51:23] Um, so I stand corrected. Um, cause this next clip has his YouTube handle on it. So I apologize. So YouTube, same thing. You tell me, because if I went over to YouTube and I started saying this, if we got on the show and I started telling people to do this, which I would never do, they would, they guarantee we would get suspended now. you know, and this is the guy I remember that was dressed up as Mal. If anybody knows anything at Mal, this is how he did in this video, he's dressed up as Mal. Chairman Mao. If you know about Mal,
[00:51:51] if you know about his real history, you would not want to, you would not want to personify Mal. So here he is. He's at the college Democrats of America convention. Brainwashing these kids. Yeah. Yeah. Democrats of America. They got a little Mal leadership. Makes a lot of sense. Here you go. Let's play it. No more. No more to the Democrats who compromise, who conciliate, and who betray us.
[00:52:23] No more to the fascist reactionaries, but no more to the Democrats who will collaborate and cooperate with the fascists, who will fund ice, who will fund Israel, who will help poison the planet, who will stiff workers and help bosses. We don't need those Democrats anymore. In fact, I know we have a message. We are coming. We are on boss. We're on boss.
[00:53:02] And it's incredible that you've got these college students, right? Just clapping and yaying and just all excited about this fucking guy. This guy, so he goes on. He says, Abdul, he's talking about this Abdul Arami jackass. Has a fuck ton of work to do mending bridges. But here's the fucking take. Nuke for you. You are unbelievably Islamophobic, pibis, piece of shit. I'm not Islamophobic. I just don't like people anti-American trash like you and Abdul. I think you guys are trash.
[00:53:31] I don't think you should even be given a political pulpit. But this is the problem we have right now, you know? And we've got a lot of people that are trying to get in positions of power so they can manipulate. That they can change this system and weaponize it against just regular Americans. And both sides of the aisle, you guys should be concerned. There's no doubt. And I don't care what your political belief is. This should bother you. Because here's a guy talking to your kids. And he's at a college. And they're in this College Democrats of America convention.
[00:54:01] Can you imagine this guy brainwashing your kids in his Mao outfit? There's another guy that needs a power slap. No doubt about it. He's a jackass. I should open an account on Twitch and just go into his feed and tell him I love the face of it. We have an account on Twitch. Oh, we do? Yeah, just stop streaming. Yeah, it'd be interesting to do it. All right. He said, he goes on, and again. Wait, you want to play the clip? Oh, yeah. Let's play that clip. I'm sorry. Yeah, I know. Everyone being like, Abdullah's a fuckton of work to do, mending bridges. Here's the fucking take nuke for you, okay?
[00:54:29] You are all unbelievably Islamophobic pieces of shit, okay? You literally called the dude a fucking terrorist for months on end and, like, called him a sexist, misogynist, terrorist, bad candidate, doesn't fake doctor when he has, like, two fucking degrees. And now you're going to sit there and be like, well, you know, you've really got to come to me now. Like, what are you talking about? Do you want to fucking win or not? Lock the fuck in, okay? Lock the fuck in.
[00:54:58] And I do worry that there are some out there who, in an effort to make sure that this narrative that a progressive can win in a state like Michigan doesn't take root, will literally either subtly or, you know, not so secretively endorse Mike Rogers or stay out of the race while, you know, trying to push the excitement in the opposite direction.
[00:55:28] Like, everyone is already doing the, can El-Sayed unite the Democrats? And that question is just, can El-Sayed get the pro-Israel vote? Can El-Sayed win over, not even the vote necessarily, but, like, can El-Sayed get the people and the groups and the NGOs and the consultants that have worked extensively for pro-Israel candidates to shut the fuck up about El-Sayed being a terrorist for a long enough timeline
[00:55:54] so that, you know, we can consolidate the base and defeat the fucking Republican. All right, well, this fucking idiot. Where's that coming from? Tell you, Lance? Oh, I'm sorry, that's me, buddy. Shut it off! I'm trying to right now. I just muted you now. Put your hands up when you shut it off. All right, I'll put you back up, fucker. Don't you fucking fucking up my production, bro. You crazy? No, I know, but it just, it just jumped up in the middle of it. It wasn't potential.
[00:56:24] All right, anyway. So this piece of shit, he's doing a stream and someone asked him, like, do you support terrorism? He says no. Okay. And he goes about, I don't support Israel. Okay, you don't have to support Israel. I don't support all of Israel, what they do. I'll say that. No, no problem. But the motherfucker says, I don't support, and he says the state of the United States. What? And Bernie Sanders wants to associate with this guy. He says it's okay. Okay.
[00:56:54] El Saeed. Abdul El Saeed. This is his friend who's, who's, they're backing each other. Gonna be in our government? You don't support the state of the United States? Let me just play it. It's short. It literally doesn't matter. He can prep with whoever he wants. He can prep with Benny Morris if he wants. There is no, there is no what you support terrorism, question mark. No, I don't. I don't support the state of Israel. And I don't support the state of the United States of America.
[00:57:25] The state of United States of America. You fucking dumb shit. You know, let me just say this. If they don't like the country this much, then why the hell are they here? Why doesn't he move to the Middle East? Let me say something. He loves the Middle East ideology, and he wants to be closer to the world. No, let him go to China. He wants to be closer to Mecca. If this is his belief system, explain to me why he's here. You know, he promotes that he likes to work out and fitness, but then he's going to undermine and talk crap about the country.
[00:57:53] See, to me, these are the kind of people that I don't want here. I don't need anybody out promoting to his, because I guess he's a very popular channel. He's a very popular show with the leftist ideology. We really want this person in our country. I got to tell you, if he was in another country, if he was in Russia, they would arrest his ass. They wouldn't even put up with this shit. And that's my issue. A freedom of speech is one thing, but violent rhetoric is a completely different thing. I always talk about sanctioning in the ring.
[00:58:20] You never hear me about, you know, I said it the other day about Fauci. You know what, Lance? Maybe we have to take it out of the ring, because let me just say something. And because they want to do all this rhetoric, kill, kill, kill. All right, motherfuckers. Hassan Parker. When Charlie Kirk was assassinated, he was dancing around on a stream or something, isn't that? Yeah. You know what? I hope somebody fucking Charlie Kirk's your ass. Hassan Parker. I hope somebody does that. Piker.
[00:58:50] Piker, Parker, whatever the fuck your name is. I mean, because this next part is, here's the insane America deserved 9-11. I'm just going to play it. What a piece of shit. This guy has the understanding of foreign policy of, like, a 12-year-old. What the fuck? What the fuck is wrong with this dude? Didn't he go to war and, like, literally lose his eye because some Mujahideen, a brave fucking soldier, fucked his eye hole with their dick?
[00:59:18] Isn't that how he lost his fucking dumb ass eye? Because he got his fucking eye hole fucked? America deserved 9-11, dude. Fuck it. I'm saying it. But Bernie Sanders and Democrat Party embrace this guy. You know, Lance, James Carville, whatever it is. Yeah. He said if they embrace Abdul El-Sayed and Hassan Parker, whatever the fuck his name is, he's
[00:59:48] going to, like, leave. I'm waiting to see his statement. James Carville. I haven't heard anything yet, but I'm waiting. I want to see what he says now. I mean, this is what the Democrats want, people. So, they said it, not us. It's on their videos. But, you know, there'll be dumb ass libtards that will still support all this.
[01:00:16] And then, you know, look, you're getting what you got deserved in New York. I want to see, Lance, who's the Republican nominee that's running, or who's the senator in Michigan? Oh, my God. I can't think of his name. I want to see if AIPAC's going to put money behind that Republican primary. I mean, not primary, election against El-Sayed. That's what I want to see.
[01:00:44] Or is AIPAC good with this? Even though I'm not a fan of AIPAC, but they want to put money in support. What the hell is his name? Anybody? Somebody? Let me see. What did I say? Can't even think of the name. Are you muted? No. Oh. I don't know the name. I know you're waiting for me. I don't know it. So, I'm leaving it to you to struggle through it because I don't have any idea.
[01:01:14] Let me see. Are you ready to switch gears here? Oh, Mike Rogers. Okay. He's a center who's going to be now going against El-Sayed Abdul. I'm going to say El-Sayed and Hassan Parker because he's right there with him. I'm going to say, you know what? This Piker guy is something else. Abdul El-Sayed is Hassan Parker's puppet. Hassan Piker. Piker.
[01:01:41] Piker's pulling the strings on Abdul over there. Yeah. Maybe you need to come and teach me how to say your name, buddy. Fucking idiot. Yeah. All right. So, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania came out. He's going to join Oz, Dr. Oz and AG Sunday to announce there's 12 individuals that have been charged for federal indictment for conspiring to defraud the Pennsylvania Medicaid program. Now, I mean, don't get me wrong. I think this is important. These fraudsters received payouts as personal care aides.
[01:02:10] But I guess these recipients never received the services because the recipients were incarcerated or selling illegal drugs. Okay, great. These are aides. I want the big fish. Well, Lance, you know what? At least they indicted, what, 12 individuals? Yeah. So, I mean, that's a start to get them to talk. But not necessarily these people, there's bigger fish.
[01:02:40] There's people just doing this on their own or, you know. Yeah, I know there's individual Medicaid fraud. But, you know, we've seen some of these people rolling around in Ferraris, living in Beverly Hills. I want the big money. And I want them to claw them back from countries, all the money that got transferred out in Minneapolis. I want them to claw back all that money and drag those people back that stole from the Medicaid and Medicare. I still think that fraud hasn't addressed. I wish they'd talk to Solum Global. They've got an AI solution that could solve what Oz is doing, could solve what RFK Jr. is doing.
[01:03:11] They could absolutely fix this for them very easily. But let's play this clip. Because they had indictments, I thought you'd be happy. We want to attack fraud in all of its forms. As Dr. Oz, Kim, and Dan just told you, Medicaid fraud in particular has many different forms of fraud. But we want to tackle fraud from billion-dollar corporate malfeasance from a Fortune 500 company to the smaller dollar fraud of the cases that you'll be going to hear about today.
[01:03:39] And the cases that we want to highlight today exemplify a much greater problem. And it's a problem that has plagued our region and our community for many years, and that is the epidemic of home care fraud in this community. And for those who aren't aware of how these schemes work, I'll give you a brief overview. Medicaid, administered by the state, the Department of Human Services for Pennsylvania, allows a specific program whereby patients can have personal care services in the comfort of their home and get Medicaid reimbursements.
[01:04:09] But in practice, it has proven difficult to verify that those services are actually being provided. Because ultimately, anyone can be a caregiver. You can be an individual with a criminal background. No medical training or background at all. And you can be a caregiver. And the beneficiary or the client can select whoever they wish to be their aide. And so therefore, two people can easily collude to scheme this system. And once in the system, and this is the important part,
[01:04:38] it's tough to verify that the services are actually being rendered because the caregiver or the client behind closed doors simply can tap a button on their smartphone app or call in, and that record doesn't actually establish that the person was actually there or providing health care services. And the result is what you see on that chart over there, which is since the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services established this program in 2018, $120 million billed in Pennsylvania home care services in 2019.
[01:05:07] 2020, $2 billion. 2025, $8 billion. This is not the reflection of supply and demand. It is a reflection of the systematic exploitation of a vulnerable program by fraudsters and, as we allege sometimes, drug dealers. I know all about it. I can tell you what to do. All right. So interesting stuff. I'm happy they're doing it. But is it enough? I don't know. I'd like to see a much bigger fraud.
[01:05:34] So right now, stunning report, another 9.2 million people or 46% of Medicaid expansion enrollees likely did not qualify for the program. In 2024. Yeah. 46% fraud rate, about $33 billion a year. Man, this is just disgusting. Trillions we're talking about. You know what gets me? Horrible. Here's the Senate holding a hearing on this. Great. Good. But do something about it.
[01:06:04] Yeah. That's why there's clown shows. I'll play it. Hearing. 2.2 million adults that enrolled in Obamacare's Medicaid expansion may not have met federal eligibility requirements in 2024. That's 46% of expansion enrollment that year and an estimated $33 billion in taxpayer costs. Paragon's founder testified on those findings today.
[01:06:30] There's the federal eligibility rules that the federal government does a very poor job of enforcing. Do all states follow the federal rules? No, they don't. Some of them cheat, don't they? Many of them cheat. Paragon Health Institute President Brian Blaze testified at that hearing and he joins me now. Ryan, 46% of enrollment expansion may have been fraudulent. Yeah, he will. Thanks for having me on.
[01:06:58] You know, Medicaid is a joint federal state program traditionally for the most vulnerable citizens, children, people with disabilities, senior citizens. Obamacare dramatically expanded Medicaid to able-bodied working age adults. And the way Medicaid works, the federal government reimburses state spending.
[01:07:20] The federal government pays states seven times more when they enroll an able-bodied working age adult through the Obamacare expansion. Yeah. The fraud goes on and on and on. Not enough arrests, not enough clawbacks. It's just incredible. And it's awful because your parents, the people that are on Medicare and Medicaid, they'd be having much better services if there wasn't this much fraud.
[01:07:48] Imagine the waste of people stealing the money that are transferring this money. And so many of them are, you know, foreign people. It's just horrible. You know what's horrible? Yeah. Having this as a paperweight on your desk. Yeah. This is pretty horrible. I caught the story yesterday. You know, so, you know, we've all done it. Listen, I used to go out with a metal detector in my neighborhood in White Plains, New York, because I lived up right next to Battle Hill. And you could find, you know, little pieces and you could find buttons from Civil War uniforms
[01:08:18] and little musket balls and stuff. Well, this guy's son goes fishing and he basically picks up this, he finds this shell. Now, George and I were kind of confused. We thought everything Civil War. I thought it was all cannonballs. I didn't realize they actually had shells like this. Me too. And it looked like it was just an old rusty Civil War kind of 20-pound shell. And he had it on his desk for years as a paperweight. And he assumed it was some kind of a harmless replica.
[01:08:45] And then I guess a truck driver with military experience that I guess knew a lot about the Civil War was chatting. And he said he suggested that otherwise that shell on his desk was actual ordinance. So this guy goes into a panic. He immediately calls the sheriff's office and they bring in the Air Force Explosive Ordnance Team. Sure enough, it was a live parrot. It's called a parrot round. And it was live.
[01:09:14] They took it out and they detonated it at Camp Bullis more than 50 miles away. But, you know, dormant munitions from past wars continue to turn up in homes. Just at a fact, Lance, that you're talking about Civil War and it had detonators and shells. Listen, George and I were perplexed by this, right? I knew there were cannonballs that had, you know, fuses and other things. I didn't realize, Civil War, that we had this ordinance. A guy named Parrot actually designed this shell.
[01:09:42] And it used to have a – it had a detonator in the top of it. Now, it normally had a little percussion cap that would set off the fuse. The cap was missing, but it doesn't mean the shell still couldn't go off. You know, it probably would have required a fire. But, man, pretty crazy. He was just sitting on this guy's desk for years. He didn't know that he had this live shell sitting on it. And he said people used to handle it all the time. Like, well, what's this? And he would tell the story about his son fining it while he was fishing. The riverbank. So pretty unbelievable. I had to put this in because it's a shocker to me.
[01:10:12] Finally, the DOJ gives some kind of real relief. I've never liked presidential pardons because you have to admit guilt. So this judge – and I hate the way this is worded. A judge reluctantly drops Oathkeeper's case. Unearned grace. So this U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta slammed the DOJ, says dismissal diminishes the gravity of the January 6th attack. No, judge.
[01:10:39] Dismissal, when it's weaponized, when the DOJ and other federal agencies weaponized against American people, it should be a given that the case gets dismissed with prejudice. So this federal judge says he's bound by the law, but he made clear he doesn't like where it led him. Bound by the law. Yeah. Shocker. The Justice Department requested to erase the seditious conspiracy convictions for eight Oath Keepers, including founder Stuart Rhodes. Big win for them. But he's calling the move unearned grace. I disagree.
[01:11:10] Mehta said he wished for a different ending. That's not – that's bias, judge. This judge should be sanctioned immediately. He's showing bias from the bench. Diminishes the gravity of the attack and the excuses criminal acts. No, judge. When government agencies, including the DOJ, commit a crime against American citizens, it should be a given. It should be an instant win for the defendant. I'm so tired of this that they can just move along. And Stuart Rhodes has been on her show. I'm happy he got this dismissal.
[01:11:38] I hope they bring a massive civil action against the Justice Department and all the agencies that weaponize, and maybe against this judge. Prosecutors decided the interest of justice was not only the interest of justice. You guys got caught with your hand in the cookie jar against the Oath Keepers. You weaponized. You lied. You hid exculpatory evidence. You cheated. They shouldn't be given these wins. And I'm tired of the judges saying, oh, well, I don't feel good about this. You should feel good about this because the DOJ got caught committing crimes against United States citizens.
[01:12:08] What? I'm tired of it. It should be an instant win. Again, the judiciary needs to take a hard look at their oath to uphold and protect the constitutional rights of American citizens. This is not the kind of judge we need on the bench pushing back because the DOJ admitted, yeah, we pretty much screwed these guys over. Congratulations to Stuart Rhodes and the other Oath Keepers that actually got this win.
[01:12:32] And I hope you sue the shit out of the federal government and win millions and tens of millions of dollars for what they did to you. Enough's enough. All right. Well, listen.
