Not What I Voted For! Where Is The Accountability |EP941

THE BIG MIG SHOW

OCTOBER 01, 2026

EPISODE 941 - 11AM

You sat through 531 hearings, depositions, briefings, and “oversight” circuses that produced the same body count as a silent retreat: zero arrests of the people the cameras were pointed at. Political theater.

[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By Liberty and the Beauty of Mouth. If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

[00:00:33] America, great again. The Big Mig. Well, good morning. Welcome back to The Big Mig Show. I'm your host, Lance Miliachio, with my ride-or-die co-host, George Balentine. Because if Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear. And that's the plan each and every episode on this show. We're here to educate and unify the country because, of course, it's a uniparty in D.C.

[00:01:01] We're going to try to bring you the most important domestic and international news soundbites. Have a few laughs along the way, maybe some sarcasm, maybe some anger. Who knows? You never know what the day is going to bring. George Balentine, the beard's coming in quite nicely. What's up, bro? How are you, man? Good. Chilling. It's Thursday. You know, getting over this cold. Slowly but surely. I feel like this week went by really fast for me. I don't know why. It just seems like it's ripped by.

[00:01:31] This week? Yeah, I can't really explain why. There's no real reason. But I feel like I didn't even realize it was Thursday today, to be honest with you. It kind of just caught me off. I'll be honest with you. I didn't realize it was Thursday until this morning. I was like, what? It seemed like everything did. I don't know about you guys in the audience. And welcome, you guys in the chat. And don't be shy. If you're new to the show, get in there, man. Chop it up with the Big Big Mafia and our subscribers and listeners. We want all the new people. We want you in here.

[00:01:57] We want to hear what you have to say, your thoughts, what's going on as far as maybe what you think we should have on for guests. Hot topics that we may have missed. Who knows? Maybe you catch some news bite even during the show. Let us know if there's something hot that just came out. We want to make sure we keep you guys on top. I don't like to do. You see a lot of these shows that do news. It's 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 days old. I think that's doing a disservice. I know you guys are super busy with your lives. And you just need to be able to tune in and get what you need. And that's what it's about.

[00:02:27] If you'd like to sponsor the show, you can hit us up at info at the big mig dot com. And you know the drill. The best way to thank us is to hit that follow button. You know, Rumble Rand tips are always appreciated as are tips in our crypto wallet or paid subscriptions. All that stuff matters because, of course, these shows do have expenses to come with them. Got to cover that overhead and it's all part of it. And you got to fight to get it, especially when you're a truth teller. All right, listen, I got to say this.

[00:02:54] There's there's some really amazing stuff going on in cancer treatment. And our sponsor is at the far front of that. Something truly remarkable is happening in the world of cancer care just south of the U.S. border. Since 1963, Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana has been quietly redefining what's possible for patients facing late stage cancer. Their integrative approach treating the body, mind and spirit has produced survival outcomes that far exceeds standard American hospital averages.

[00:03:23] And in some case, more than three times higher. Those are the kind of numbers you need and you want to pass them on to your friends and loved ones. For stage four cancer, listen to some of these numbers because the difference is striking. Pancreatic cancer, 25 percent versus 2 percent. Melanoma, 75 percent versus 24 percent. Breast cancer, 75 percent versus 24 percent. Prostate, 50 percent versus 28 percent. The pattern's clear.

[00:03:50] Patients at Oasis of Hope often live longer than expected. And at the center of this extraordinary story is Dr. Francisco Contreras. He was just on our show. If you didn't catch that interview, it was on Tuesday. You definitely want to check it out. Got passed on some great information to you guys. He's a world-renowned oncologist, author of 15 books, and a medical director leading a compassionate team dedicated to giving patients not just treatment but hope.

[00:04:15] So if you or someone you love is facing cancer, Oasis of Hope offers free Zoom consultations for anyone who mentions the Big Mig Show. That's all you got to do. You can also get his newest book for free, which is an incredible opportunity. You can buy it if you want to support him, but you can get it for free. We just learned that on his interview the other day. So we have nothing to lose by exploring your options. Visit Oasis of Hope dot com. That's right, Oasis of Hope dot com. Go there after the show. Get that phone number.

[00:04:44] Pass it on. This is the kind of information you want to share far and wide. We vetted these guys. This is a great opportunity for anybody that's facing cancer. All right, George. George, you know. We talked about it on the show. There's been a meme that's been going around with this little checklist. Pretty much been everywhere talking about. We are getting the consequences. The accountability that we had hoped for from this administration.

[00:05:14] A lot of people are coining a term online that I'm sure you guys have seen it. Burger King Republicans. It's supposed to be an insult. It's supposed to insult us because we want it our way. Well, I don't see how that's an insult. And I don't see how expecting what you were promised. Expecting what you hoped for. I don't see that's how it's getting your way. Listen, when they were out there campaigning. And I love Donald Trump.

[00:05:44] Let me say this. He's done a lot of things right. There's a lot of positive things that have happened in this country. But, and I say but, because the midterms are here. And I don't like the numbers that I'm seeing on the prediction markets. I'm concerned. I'm not telling you I'm not going to vote. I know a lot of people are out there going, well, I'm just not even going to bother to vote. I don't agree with that part. So let me be clear. I'm going to vote. And I'm going to vote for the people that I think can fix this country. Because that's what I would do. But here's the point.

[00:06:15] Yeah, I'm going to vote. But my big concern is what's going to happen. Because they didn't deliver on what they told us they were going to deliver. Drain the swamp. You know, arrest the government gangsters. We caught them all. Well, that's not what I voted for. The fact that none of that has happened. I voted for that to happen. I voted for transparency, accountability, and consequences. Listen, and let me be clear. I'm not positive my hearing numbers are right.

[00:06:45] I grabbed these online. I used AI. But for the topics that we're going to talk about today, there's been 531 hearings. And, George, how many arrests have there been? I can't count them all. Can't count that high. Oh, wait. Zero. Never mind. Yep. Yep. Had a little struggle with that. I was worried. Math is racist. Zero. Math is racist. Wait, wait, wait. No, zero. Yeah.

[00:07:14] And that's not what we expected. It's not what we all hoped for. You know, if this administration wasn't going to drain the swamp, wasn't going to go after all the culprits and all the conspirators, I heard something horrible. I shared it with you guys yesterday, and I heard it from a super reliable source. As an example, Todd Blanche said he didn't have any interest in going after the Russian collusion hoax participants. And you heard me yesterday say it. Fuck you, Todd Blanche.

[00:07:44] That's your job, bro. They broke the law. You want to go after regular Americans, but you don't want to go after the conspirators of the Russian collusion hoax? Well, that makes you part of the conspiracy. It's called misprisying of a felony, and it doesn't matter whether or not it's a government official or a regular person. When you know about a federal felony and you don't report it and you don't do everything in your power to make sure that it's not allowed to go without consequences, you commit misprisying of a felony.

[00:08:14] So Todd Blanche, you're now a co-conspirator in the Russian collusion hoax and many other topics. But I want to congratulate the audience in one way. You guys sat through 531 hearings, depositions, briefings, oversight, circuses that produced the same body count, of course, as a silent retreat. Zero arrests of the people that the cameras were pointed at or the information you're provided. All political theater.

[00:08:41] You know, the chairs repose, the witness lawyer up or take the fifth. Yeah, you got many of the fifth. You guys had to sit through. I'm taking the fit. You know, and the reports get printed and everyone goes to lunch. Same names. Keep walking. So are you guys catching on yet? Because this has been a pattern since the very beginning. We hear about it. They point it out. Oh, my gosh. Look what we discovered. Much like Doge. Where are all the Doge arrests for all the fraud in Doge?

[00:09:10] 14 magic money computers operated by government officials. And I mean. I mean, the administration is treating these like a book club instead of a crime scene, you know, and it needs to stop. I mean, I feel like we're getting gaslit across the country. We all expected this to happen. We thought, oh, good. Finally, these people are going to be good. They're going to get caught. You know, I don't know why you've got. And, George, you tell me. What do you.

[00:09:38] Why do you think some of these attorneys are retiring early or leaving the DOJ that are involved in that Florida case? Kurt Olson just did it. There's been others. What do you think? I don't. You know what? I got no answer for that. I don't know why some of them are leaving. Maybe some are just fed up with the system. It's not moving fast enough. Or. Who knows?

[00:10:06] I mean, maybe it's just a lot of work and they're, you know, setting the case up and let the next guy take over. They may have this whole. Whole. You know, system set up for themselves, how they're going to handle it. I don't know. I really. I'm not. I got nothing. I got lots. Well, listen, I'm not. Let me be clear. I'm not blaming Donald Trump specifically for this. I'm blaming the people in the administration that is supposed to be their job. I thought that's why we hired him. All this. We're looking into it.

[00:10:34] All the subpoena garbage doesn't help me. You know what? You got timelines. You got bank records. You got mortgage fraud. You got insider trading. You got privileged call audits. We've seen emails. I mean, what? What are the so is the product of all that criminality? Just the hearings, George? Just the subpoena penis? I mean, and let me say, I believe that when you go into the chat rooms on the conservative side of this voting aisle, I see it. You people are.

[00:11:04] And I'm talking to people that have lots of shows. I'm talking to people that aren't doing their show because they feel like it's a waste of time. Yes. The handsome man in the front row with the red shirt. Before I answer, either you get the goddamn can of WD-40 or stop moving back and forth because the squeaking is driving me crazy. I already sprayed it, but I guess it didn't work out. No, you didn't spray good enough. All right. Anyway. Okay. Here's a private example, everybody. You remember Eagle Ed Martin when he was talking all that stuff?

[00:11:32] I mean, he was very outspoken, people. Got positions. This attorney, that attorney, part of an attorney. All great. Now he's leaving, but guess where he's going? He's going on, I think, is it Newsmax or something? Doing some morning show. Real America's Voice. Real America's Voice. And there's people excited. And I respond to them. I go, what are you excited about? You hear him talk more? He talked all that stuff, but what did he accomplish? I mean, let's face facts. This is not being negative.

[00:12:00] We're facing facts here, people. When all these people come on, do their shows or do interviews saying, oh, this, this, and that, and they have positions of power. And can do something about it, but yet do nothing. And then leave and also I'm going to go do their own show or whatever. Get out of here with that shit. Get about it. I agree. Listen, Kyle Serafin put it out. I jumped in on what he was talking about. You had jumped in, George. Look, you know, I don't give a shit.

[00:12:26] And I just can't figure out how a do nothing, nobody gets a show on Real America's Voice simply because he had a position in the administration. It wasn't based on results. It wasn't based on popularity. He got ratioed yesterday. I ratioed him. I put a post that was very, very to the point. He's talking all this stuff and he's saying, well, we don't need you. And this, yeah, well, you guys alienated a lot of people. Not George and I. We're still going to vote. I'm still going to vote red.

[00:12:55] I don't I know the other side of this is awful. But the point is, you know. I mean, what do we got here? We got a bunch of what are this? What is the G, you know, GOP tallying, right? Public hearings, subpoenas. That's what the count is. I mean, I just don't get all this. And I think when you start looking at the raw anger online, the frustration.

[00:13:20] I mean, I know behind the scenes they they unnecessarily called the right and the alt media, the echo chamber. It's insulting. We busted our ass. Many of us suffered the consequences for supporting what we believed was going to be an administration that would finally drain the swamp in Washington, D.C. We got suspended. We had impacts on our income and our revenue because like we had a 30,000 follower account over on YouTube.

[00:13:47] And we got thrown off of YouTube simply because of election fraud and, of course, COVID vaccine information. They threw us off. Now, they let us back on, but they didn't give us back our original account. And you know what a fight it is to get followers and build up an account. You guys are doing on your own social media every single day. It's a struggle. And the struggle is real to call us the echo chamber. I can tell you right now, I gave Donald Trump some ideas on how to embrace alt media and tell them thank you for all they did.

[00:14:17] Because they busted their ass to make sure he got back in. And my expectation so far, at least by the DOJ and even the FBI, and I like Kash Patel. I can't figure out why we aren't seeing internal arrests of FBI agents, prosecutors, and all the rest of them for what they've done. There are plenty of laws on the books, obstruction of justice, and others that could be used to go after them. And what George and I did is we worked yesterday on taking what, of course, was in that meme that's popular.

[00:14:46] We looked at the top issues online, and we kind of went through what people in our audience, what people online are not happy about. And you guys, you may have other ones you want to add to this, but there's a couple we added that you may or may not know about. But listen, the big ones, the top front is the Biden family corruption, the Biden crime family. Hunter's laptop, Burisma, literally thousands of memes about that stuff.

[00:15:13] Look, the House Oversight Judiciary, the Ways and Means spent years on shell companies, foreign wires, payments, tens of millions. We know the FBI had files that they were sitting on, Devin Archer, Tony Bobulinski, IRS whistleblowers. Hunter's own depositions produced speakerphone calls, dinners, the big guy moniker. We know who that is. The impeachment inquiry report, lots of influence peddling. We saw that.

[00:15:40] We saw the threats that Biden used for Ukraine to fire that one prosecutor. Hunter caught convictions on guns and taxes after the laptop stopped being a conspiracy, which it never was. No, but no, no, we're not going to do anything. Biden doesn't face any charges. We're not going after him. We're not overturning the auto pen pardons. So they got to walk with the money.

[00:16:05] When I heard we caught them all, George, and I don't see anything coming from that stolen election. I mean, our election system is a joke at this point. Congress, again, can't pass the Save Act. You know, I don't know exactly what they put up to vote. George and I weren't sure, but they complained that, well, remember that yesterday they put it up to vote on something about the Save Act. He was forcing it to vote. Didn't that happen yesterday? Yeah, it got, okay, so that got, it didn't pass.

[00:16:33] And Democrats said they didn't, they didn't vote for it because it would, that, they had this, it wasn't the Save America Act. It was just having voters, something with just ID was broken, just that. But then they had with it combined was Congress are not allowed to buy stocks. And then all Democrats voted against it in the Senate. And reason being, they said, well, if it didn't have the voter ID thing, they would have passed the stock thing.

[00:17:02] I mean, it's just an excuse. They're lying. They want insider trade. And listen, I tell you what, I'll tell you what, if, if Trump said that the government will pay for everyone to get an ID who does not have an ID so they can vote and fix that issue right there and presented it to Democrats, they'll still vote no for it. 100%. And let me add to this. I'm okay. Let's go ahead and let them insider trade.

[00:17:31] But I want all the laws that come after you for insider trading, regular Americans, I want those all revoked. I want, I want, if we're going to insider trade, then everybody gets the insider trade. I think the audience would agree. If you guys, we have friends and family members that own businesses that are going public. I know somebody right now that's going public in a foreign market. Could be a great opportunity. Insider trading. I'm sure I could dig around and find some great deals. I'd even pass them on to you guys.

[00:18:01] Let's just go ahead and tell the SEC, since Congress can insider trade, we want all the laws revoked, overturned for insider trading for regular Americans. Let's just, everybody can just insider trade that way. Then we can just, it isn't that the stock market isn't already so corrupt in its own way. There's plenty of scammy things going on. The point of the matter is, let's go, let's go wild, wild west, motherfuckers. Let's just go all in. Anybody in the audience disagree with me, get in the chat because I think, look. If they can do it, we should be able to do it. All right.

[00:18:29] Well, let's talk about the 2020 election and the J6 committee. Look, we had tons of hearings. Select committee ran about 10 public hearings plus roughly 1,000 interviews. Produced a glossy final report. J6 defendants filled prisons, right? A lot of them got their pardons. Of course, some of them are still suffering the consequences financially. They had 2020 integrity hearings. You know, they were thin.

[00:18:54] And of course, they were quickly labeled, you know, Trump weaponization baseless. But we still have this two-tier system. We know there was election fraud. Where's all the major arrests? We know that the J6 fed surrection was created. So why aren't all those people arrested? We now know that they've admitted that they've covered up that there were some FBI agents that they have plenty of proof on. They opened the doors. They trapped Americans. They weaponized the system.

[00:19:25] You tell me. How come? How come we haven't overturned the Biden auto pens with all that J6 coming? All right. Now, here's one that really sticks in the craws of Americans, George. Epstein files. What Epstein files? Yeah. Oh, wait. Oh, shit. We're not supposed to talk about the Epstein files. Should I skip this one? Should I skip it? We're not supposed to talk about Epstein ever. No, go ahead. Fuck it. All right. Wait.

[00:19:54] House oversight, contempt fights, Clinton depositions, battles over the FBI 302s and the Black Book. Ghislaine Maxwell, only trafficker in history that's been incarcerated, doesn't have any client base. Epstein allegedly dead. I don't believe it. 75% of voters believe Epstein was murdered to protect powerful people. I think he was hidden. I think he has too much dirt on powerful people. 72% want more prosecutions of associates. Half think the government is definitely covering additional wrongdoing.

[00:20:24] And survivors keep showing up. And the files, well, they drip a few out here and there. But no elite arrests, no celebrity arrests. I mean, this one crossed over from fringe to the majority of the American public is disgusted with the results of the Epstein files. I still see accounts that I believe are getting paid that are kind of saying, are you over Epstein? Because I'm over it. You know, people that are trying to just gloss over it.

[00:20:54] Even Mike Davis came out and attacked people for, you know, asking about accountability and consequences. You can go look at how he got ratioed yesterday. I hit him too. But it's, you know, when is enough enough? The American public wants people to face consequences. We don't care if they're celebrities. We don't care if they're rich. Equal application of the law. All right. COVID. Fauci.

[00:21:21] The House Subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemic held 25 hearings in the 118th Congress alone. Fauci did close in public sessions. Then took the fifth in the 2026 Senate testimony after his scammy presidential pardon. Lab leaks, echo health, gain of function, the beagles, mandate fights. There's reports. Proof that it was that it wasn't just a lab leak. Lots of weaponization. Right.

[00:21:51] MRNA. They knew about the vaccines having problems. But look, listen, on one 2025 survey, 56 percent of voters believe COVID was deliberately created in a lab. The deaths, the closures, the financial losses. And of course, we all had to suck up. Trust the science. That never left any long-term memory. And I think most Americans are angry about it.

[00:22:15] Everybody that lost their businesses, lost loved ones, and is suffering medical consequences even now. Why are they still trying to pump us full of the mRNA? I don't know. You know, this was one story we covered a lot of here on the show. You can even go look on Gateway Pundit. George and I had a bunch of people on the ground in Afghanistan. We provided tons of details about the equipment that was left behind, the dogs left on the runway.

[00:22:44] I mean, the Afghanistan withdrawal. Blinken and others testified. You know, 13 U.S. service members died at Abbey Gate. Billions in equipment were left behind. Really important equipment that, by the way, is in the hands of the Chinese and many of our other adversaries now. Oversight filed, but no one of consequence was fired. No one was arrested. No one was charged. Gold Star families still know the names.

[00:23:13] They aren't being given any relief. It's much quieter now. But the American public hasn't forgotten about this. And they don't. Again, government officials are not above the law. It's like another Benghazi who no one was held accountable for the fuck up in Benghazi. Exactly. That was Obamun Killary. Yeah. Killary Clinton with her bleach bit and a hammer. They have all the information. Why isn't she facing consequences, that nasty witch of the West?

[00:23:44] She's horrible. Horrible human being and a horrible person. Obama? I heard Trump talking about Obama, but is he really going to go after him? He's saying that Obama was, you know, there's lots of information. I saw a sound bite of Trump talking about Obama being caught red-handed. But he's not the only one, Donald Trump. You admitted that you mentioned Hillary. Let's just leave her alone. Why? Why would you leave your enemies alone, Donald Trump, and enemies of the American public? It doesn't make any sense to me. You're from New York, bro. New Yorkers aren't like that.

[00:24:12] We rarely forgive and we never forget. So I just don't get it. Russian collusion hoax. Like I said earlier, Todd Blanche says he doesn't have interest in producing those people. What about the people that got harmed by the Russian hoax? Roger Stone, Mike Flynn, George Papadopoulos, and others. House intelligence listed nine hearings and briefings plus 73 interviews in one official dump. The Senate intel produced a 966-page report. Mueller testified.

[00:24:42] Durham layer documented FBI failures and intentional deceit. No Obama-era intel officials. The dirty 51 plus 8, they're still walking around. Or Clinton campaign lawyers went to prison. Or the senators and congressmen that told us that the Russian collusion hoax was real. What about the Steele dossier operation? A completely fabricated document. I mean, the template clearly established lawfare. Nobody important has paid the price.

[00:25:10] Why do they get to walk around and do nothing? Why? Why are these people not being drug out of their homes just like they did to Roger Stone at 3 a.m.? And why aren't they being incarcerated? This is treason. It's seditious conspiracy. It's racketeering and RICO. There are laws that if it was you, the federal government would use against you and pressure you to take a plea like they always do.

[00:25:35] Well, let me add to this story real quick. If you all noticed yesterday, the Justice Department, they filed judicial misconduct complaints against all but one district court judge in Minnesota for, I'm going to say allegedly, violating their ethical duties by improperly speaking to the New York Times about ongoing cases. What do you think is going to happen to them? A little slap on the wrist maybe? Maybe?

[00:26:05] They'll just get away with it. Those were federal judges, George? Well, they're district court judges, so district courts. Well, district court is, again, I'm asking because sometimes the news portrays it in a way that it seems like it's a federal judge and it's a state judge. Regardless, even state judges are not allowed to do it. Well, I'm not arguing with the legality of what they did.

[00:26:27] I'm arguing that our federal government has many departments, the OPR, PIN, Civil Rights Division, OIG, and Judicial Oversight Committees. And no judges. They rarely ever get sanctioned. They almost never get fired. Really never. And there's never any accountability when they manipulate the law, when they use bias from the bench, when they violate people's procedural rights. System's overly complex. Most defendants can't even fight.

[00:26:55] And most of us don't have the money to hire these high gun attorneys like a P. Diddy or someone else does. Litigation has become prohibitively expensive. Like George has mentioned many times, why don't we just have AI review every one of their rulings and tell them what they got right and what they got wrong? They would never do it because they're wrong a lot. Let's talk about the Hillary emails. So they filed it with the Judicial Council of the Eighth Circuit. Okay. Whatever that is. Yeah. That's Todd Plank's doing that.

[00:27:25] All right. Wah, wah, wah. Hey, Todd, are you going to file against the prosecutors that are constantly violating any of the defendant's rights? When are you going to start prosecuting some Department of Justice prosecutors? I'd like to see some of them indicted for the stuff they've done. Many of them should be indicted from just the J6 event. How many of those prosecutors have been indicted, fired? None. Zero. Enrico.

[00:27:52] And Rico to Enrique Terrio will tell you about all the crimes that they committed and go watch their new documentary. All right. George, you mentioned Benghazi, the select committee. We have Comey's July 2016 testimony, judicial watch litigation, Epstein-related depositions, tens of thousands of personal emails wiped, destroyed, extremely careless, used private servers, did all kinds of other things.

[00:28:20] We still don't understand the whole hammer and her interaction with Huma Abedin. There's lots of questions about that. No charges. I mean, talk about, combine that with the Russia probe and the combined exhibit A. What do you got? You got rules for thee, not for me. Hillary Clinton just walking around like no big deal. I would lock that bitch up so fast and she would never come back. They're very fortunate that I'm not president of the United States.

[00:28:47] I am sure they'd call for my impeachment, but it wouldn't be until I had wiped out thousands of these people. They would never come back. I'd give everybody that helped me the presidential immunity letter. I'd sign off so they couldn't face any consequences. I'd give them early, you know, just like Biden did. I'd give them the preemptive blanket pardon just for the whole time period. And I wouldn't let these people come back. Hillary Clinton would be gone. She wouldn't be sucking any more oxygen on this planet. It would be over with.

[00:29:16] I would arrange the meeting with God for her and she could face the consequences for her lifetime of deceit. Doge, big one. Elon Musk got hammered. There were tons of subcommittee hearings on the 2025 on the waste. The GAO high risk list locking in the cuts. The claims of tens of billions save.

[00:29:42] Of course, that collided with the claims of billions wasted on buyouts and frozen projects. I mean, we got we got PowerPoints. We saw spreadsheets. We heard this up. We heard there were going to be arrests. I mean, they're trillions of dollars. We paid for transgender operas. We paid for transgender surgeries around the globe. We paid for studies on communism and socialism in other countries. All kinds of dumb shit.

[00:30:10] And, you know, it was all graph that was funneling back money to politicians. You know that. And so far, how many arrests for the Doge theft, George? How many arrests? I can't think that high. Let me count it. Zero. Goose. Fucking goose. Let me count. Zero. Why? How about the people that ran the magic money computers? I keep saying it. Listen, OK, if they get a magic money computer, then the big news show wants a magic money computer.

[00:30:39] And then you guys come in the chat. And every day I can just print out money for people. Why not? They're doing it. Why shouldn't I be able to do it? Then, you know, drugs. Anybody in the audience have a drug case they got arrested for over the years? Suffered the consequences for something? Cocaine in the White House. We found a bag right in the West Wing. Secret Service closed it in 11 days. Said there were no prints, no DNA. Now, you tell me that there's any place in the White House that doesn't have cameras,

[00:31:09] that they can't tell who went in that room and when they went there. That shit's under full-time, nonstop surveillance at every corner of that building. Even if there's a closet, let's say a camera was in, you would see the person walking into the closet. This didn't happen in a closet. It was in a locker. They say there was roughly 500 possible people. No drug tests on the list. The FBI later reopened it as a public interest case. There were briefings and angry letters.

[00:31:39] No formal hearings, really. It's the most secured building on Earth. And nobody knows who brought the bag or who did the cocaine. Bullshit. Bullshit. If it was you and you was a regular American, not some elected elite official or the family member of an elected elite official, you'd be sitting in jail right now for bringing your fun sack to the White House. All right. Well, fast and furious.

[00:32:08] We had six house oversight hearings over years. Holder contempt. Agent Brian Terry's family is still waiting. Of course, he was murdered. The guns walk. They're still finding those guns down in Mexico. The cartels got armed. One U.S. agent is dead. I mean, it's still the prototype for we're going to get back to you on that, George. Don't ask that now and don't talk about Epstein.

[00:32:40] OK. How about the surveillance state? We've been talking about flock a lot. How about defendants' rights, civil rights, the Sixth Amendment, the right to unobstructed communication with counsel, unsurveiled. The DOJ and, of course, seven federal agencies that we know of. Nationwide Securus Technologies eavesdropping scandal. It's all over Google. It's all over the Internet.

[00:33:07] Securus recorded tens of millions of inmate calls across 3,400-plus facilities. Those inmate calls we're talking about were full of attorney-client privilege communications. Just in that one leak, analysts found at least 14,000 to 57,000 calls to attorney numbers, including prearranged privilege lines that the contracts and the posting the facilities said would never be recorded.

[00:33:34] There's been lawsuits in Texas, Missouri, Kansas, California, New York, Louisiana, Maine, Wisconsin, and many more. You're talking about prosecutors in multiple jurisdictions received or listened to those recordings. They never reported it. They surveilled defendants violating their civil rights. Settlements paid a few million dollars, not enough. Some of the states paid settlements. But none of those defendants got relief.

[00:34:03] You tell me violating defendants' rights when the other party is listening to their legal phone calls illegally. It's wiretapping. How come none of the prosecutors got arrested? Because they had an obligation to report to the courts, and they did nothing. So they violated these defendants' rights. Securus is still contracted with the federal government. The Department of Justice, the OIG, the Civil Rights Division, the Public Integrity Division, and the Office of Professional Responsibility all know about it.

[00:34:32] But not one prosecutor has been fired and or arrested for violating these defendants' rights. And not one of these people received relief, meaning that their case got overturned down the road. This happened all over the country. Todd Blanche knows about it. All the heads of the DOJ have known about it for years. It started in 2006. You tell me why this continues to go on, why the Department of Justice does nothing about it,

[00:35:00] and why are they still doing business with securists across the nation unless they continue to want to be able to surveil legal phone calls? It's like having the playbook for the other team in the Super Bowl. Horrible. Has anybody ever sued them? They have been sued. But once again, you're in front of judges that don't want this thing to really be brought to the forefront of the world, meaning that you're talking about probably a multibillion-dollar settlement,

[00:35:26] and you'd have to overturn, George, thousands of cases because the law is clear. The judges should have reported it. The prosecutors should have reported it. The oversight agency should have investigated. And they should have given these people relief, and they did nothing. And this happened all across the country at federal facilities. But has anybody taken them to court, like an individual sued? Yes. And what happened? A couple of million dollars has gotten paid out, but none of those citizens got any relief on their cases,

[00:35:56] which, of course, overturning the cases would be a natural event. Most of it's been covered up, George. Most of it's been swept under the rug. And you're talking about thousands of defendants. I think likely because of how many defendants there are yearly, over 10,000 in the federal system, I think we're talking about 10,000 or 15,000 people whose legal phone calls got listened to by the federal government, by federal agencies, and none of those people's got their cases overturned. None of them.

[00:36:26] Because most of them didn't find out until after their case was completed or even their sentence was completed. This information didn't come out until much later. 2006 is when it started in a case called U.S. v. Novak. And it's just continued on and on and on. There's still cases that are coming up. And most of the time, the judges use procedural blocks to give these people no relief. And then, of course, they've got the poison pill, Title 1832-96, which restarts the statute of limitations on federal cases.

[00:36:56] So if you have a federal case and when you plea out, they usually dismiss some charges. Those dismissed charges are all based on the plea. If they did vacate the plea, they can immediately recharge you. So, of course, many people are afraid they're going to get recharged for the plea part. How they restart the statute of limitations, Congress did that in 2002. Maybe one of the biggest bullshit items ever produced. Horrible. A terrible, terrible thing. And here we are. All right.

[00:37:25] Let's go to a break, Lance. These are not isolated events. This is one of those things that I just don't understand how all of these things have happened, right? And this just never stops. And I don't understand why we're not seeing the Department of Justice viciously going after the enemies of the American public. Am I wrong, George? No. Hold on. We just got raided.

[00:37:55] Breaking news situation update. Thanks for the raid, bro. Appreciate it. Lance, we got to go to break anyways. All right. When we come back, we're going to be talking about Brian Cole Jr.'s confession. It's pretty ugly, man. FBI, I got to tell you, I'm embarrassed for you. I'm embarrassed for the way you've been handling this case and many other cases. The FBI has got some major internal problems. So stay tuned. We'll be right back with The Big Me Show. George Valentin, Lance Miliachio.

[00:38:25] You got to hear this. It's disgusting. And you guys should be angry about it. We'll be right back. Something truly remarkable is happening in the world of cancer care, just south of the U.S. border.

[00:38:48] Since 1963, Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana has been quietly redefining what is possible for patients facing late-stage cancer. Their integrative approach, treating the body, mind, and spirit has produced survival outcomes that far exceed standard American hospital averages. In some cases, more than three times higher. The pattern is clear. Patients at Oasis of Hope often live longer than expected.

[00:39:14] At the center of this extraordinary story is Dr. Francisco Contreras, world-renowned oncologist, author of 15 books, and medical director leading a compassionate team dedicated to giving patients not just treatment, but hope. If you or someone you love is facing cancer, Oasis of Hope offers free Zoom consultations for anyone who mentions The Big Meag Show. You have nothing to lose by exploring your options.

[00:41:11] Visit www.oasisophope.com right now. Welcome back to The Big Meag Show. Here we host Lance Migliaccio. Yours truly, George Balentine. Built different. That's right. Big Meag Mafia in the chat. Everybody in the chat. We got a good chat going on. Steven 55. You're cracking me up, bro.

[00:41:40] You're making me laugh while Lance is talking serious. So, your fault. Don't forget to hit the thumbs up button. Like, follow, share. And if you can subscribe for $5 a month, we truly appreciate it. Every little bit helps. Most importantly, your support. We're on YouTube. Got an account back. But we have to rebuild it. If you go over there, give us a follow. We're on every audio podcast. Just look up The Big Meag Show and you'll find us. All you got to do.

[00:42:06] So, Lance was just going over all this judicial misconduct. No accountability from prosecutors, judges, presidents, U.S. attorneys. I mean, congresspeople. It goes up and down. But this, my friends, is disgusting. And I'm embarrassed. And I know Lance probably feels the same way because this shouldn't be happening. Talking about Brian Cole. Now, I don't know.

[00:42:38] He's what the FBI says, alleged pipe bomber, right? Let me just give you an instance. So, FBI picked this kid up. I think he was walking to 7-Eleven. And he did it every morning. He's autistic. Okay? So, they brought him in questioning. No attorney present. Now, here's an autistic kid. Doesn't know what's going on. Never been arrested in his life. Never had any problems. Scared to death.

[00:43:07] And you got all these FBI agents questioning him. And what did Brian Cole continue to say? If you look in these transcripts. I didn't do it. I didn't do it. That's all he kept saying is, I didn't do it. I didn't do it. And now you're sitting there hours. When you're scared. You're autistic. Eventually, FBI is going to. They're going to break someone like that. And it's just not right. It's downright disgusting.

[00:43:34] They use, the FBI used coercive tactics against this autistic kid. Which is, it's beyond reproach. So, right now, I mean, you look at all the things Lance was saying, you know, and look how the FBI did nothing with those. The FBI cannot be trusted. And Kash Patel, I'm sorry, but if you don't fix this, then you should resign and let somebody else handle it. But, it's just that enough's enough with this. There's no way this kid should be sitting in there.

[00:44:05] I mean, his parents are fighting for him. Come on. That autistic kid is a pipe bomber? Get out of here with that shit. Everybody should be fighting for this kid. We want to find a real person. And if you look at all the video footage of that person walking, it doesn't match Brian Cole's. I'm sorry, but it doesn't. And for everybody in the Justice Department to say that at FBI, you know what? This is why I always say our government is far too gone.

[00:44:34] We need to disband this whole government, whether revolution, end the courts, I don't give a fuck how, and start over. Because, hold on. Hold on, Lance. Lance, hold on. Hold on. Because, Brian Cole, anyone of you who's out there watching listening, that could be you sitting in jail being wrongfully accused for something you didn't do. So, I want you to think about that. Because it happens all the time. This is just more in the spotlight. Go ahead, Lance. Sorry. No, you're right. You're right about what you said.

[00:45:01] You know, at the end of the day, this is happening to regular Americans all the time. And I never see FBI agents get fired for this kind of behavior, this manipulation. They're eavesdropping. They're destruction of exculpatory evidence. And, you know, the justice system is weaponized. Defendants can't get released post-conviction, post-sentence. That Title 183296 is a total piece of shit scam. Why?

[00:45:27] Because people were getting relief post their conviction because they found out something horrible happened in their case, that their rights were violated, that the laws of the United States are violated. This is the kind of bullshit that I'm sick of. I want to see FBI agents fired, arrested, and see prison time. I want to see judges face the same consequences. I want to see people that violate Americans' rights, federal. And I don't care whether they're guilty or not. I'm going to be saying it up front. I don't care if they're guilty or not.

[00:45:53] If the opposing counsel, if the prosecutors at the Department of Justice and federal agents violated laws of these United States, then I want them arrested. I want them to see jail time just like any American would do for facing statutes. Fuck all that absolute immunity and qualified immunity. And I want the same thing to happen to judges. When judges cover up and they don't report to the oversight agencies, I want them arrested. It's just enough is enough.

[00:46:19] These laws are being used against this in a way that isn't right. All right, let's talk about Department of Homeland Security, Mark Wayne Mullins. He's revealing that he found out state officials likely knew about voter fraud and illegal voting but refused to prosecute it. Here's what I'm going to say to Mullins. Whoopie fucking do. Are you going to arrest these people? He said he's gotten voter logs from 47 states, realizing there's actually a lot.

[00:46:47] And we believe some states probably knew about it and chose not to look into it. Well, Mark Wayne Mullins, is the Department of Justice going to arrest these mofos? Right now he's saying over 1,600 voter fraud cases currently investigating and 300,000 more we're getting to. HSI is leading these investigations. So they're investigating. That's a good thing. I mean, at least they're not just letting them roll by. Yeah.

[00:47:14] Well, Mark Wayne Mullins, I'm happy you found out about some more voter fraud. We all know about it. Our election system is a friggin' joke. Are we going to see people get arrested very quickly? Because we don't have months to investigate this. Let me say this. The midterms are here. Maybe if we started arresting these state officials for what they did in the previous election, maybe you'd put the fear of God. It doesn't matter, Lance. They can charge all these people right now.

[00:47:42] Regardless, whatever they do, it's not going to affect if they cheat or not in the midterms. It's just not. I think that if a whole, let's just say tomorrow. Securing our elections, we've got to work for 2028. Let me say this. I think if the Department of Justice went out and arrested state officials all over the country for participating in voter fraud from the previous election, I'll bet you, George, that even some of the people that are plotting to commit voter fraud, I bet they'd get afraid.

[00:48:10] Even if these people hadn't seen jail time yet and even if their cases were just pending, those people would be worried because of what some of the things that have been said, including what Pete Hegg said, the saying. I think you've got to put the fear of God in people. If they can commit a crime and get away with it, and they know that they committed this crime the previous time, maybe many of these state officials are still working for state governments. But if all of a sudden they got snatched up out of their homes in the middle of the night, I'll bet you it would have some effect. Because people would be afraid. And maybe they need to be afraid.

[00:48:40] Let's play the clip. Addictions. And we're just getting started. We have over 1,600 voter fraud cases that we are currently investigating, and we have 300,000 more that we're getting to. HSI is leading these investigations. These investigations are going back five years. The president has said it for a long time, and the Democrats were sitting there denying it, saying there's no fraud.

[00:49:10] That wasn't taking place. There's no fraud. There's nothing here. Don't look over here. And as we're getting the voter logs from 47 states and a few territories, we're realizing there's actually a lot. And we believe that some of these states probably even knew about it, chose not to look into it. But we are. And just a clear message.

[00:49:34] If you voted in our elections and you weren't legally able to vote, we're going to find you. We may not find you today. We may not find you tomorrow, but we will find you. We're going through every single one of these names. All right. Well, listen. We're giving time. They're working on it.

[00:49:56] You know, Lance, I was thinking before I want to do this in the next part, is if you look at all these cases and stuff that Mark Wayne Wallen is talking about and others, do we have enough attorneys and people resources to get it done, like in a timely manner? Because it's a lot of cases. I mean, it's crazy. I mean, here, here's one right now. This is in Minnesota. They just, 10 foreign nationals were just indicted for illegally voting in U.S. elections.

[00:50:25] But they say no illegals ever vote in elections or foreign people never vote in elections. They keep saying that. The Democrats always say this. But we've seen in New Jersey, the Democratic government in New Jersey that illegals were registered to vote and a bunch had voted. But we don't need the Save America Act, they say. We were all good. But we do. I'm going to play the clip. What? Go ahead and play the clip, and then I'll say what I was going to say.

[00:50:55] Today we are announcing that a federal grand jury returned indictments against 10 foreign nationals alleged to have committed unlawful voting and registration offenses in the state of Minnesota. In total, the grand jury's indictments include nine counts of illegal voting by an alien and nine counts of making a false claim of citizenship in order to register to vote.

[00:51:19] Charges include illegally voting in the general elections of 2022, 2024, and the midterm, the primary elections of August of this year, of August 2026. The defendants that have been charged include foreign nationals from Brazil, Ghana, and Liberia. So we have talked repeatedly about the importance of election integrity, and we're certainly not going to stop talking about that now.

[00:51:46] Voter fraud erodes the public's trust in our electoral system, and it's vital to our democratic process that we do everything that we can to restore that trust. The most basic way that the Department of Justice can accomplish this restoration of trust is by working to make sure the only people voting in an election in the United States are American citizens who are eligible to vote.

[00:52:17] You know, I guess, you know, what I hear is arrests of people, which I want those arrests to happen. What I would have preferred if he said 10 Minnesota government officials were arrested for illegal, you know, voter fraud in U.S. elections, knowledge thereof. Again, I want these people arrested that voted illegally. But I want to hear about government officials from Todd Blanche. I want to hear state officials, federal officials getting arrested. So, great, you're arresting people.

[00:52:46] Again, if they committed a crime, I want them arrested. But I also want you to go after the federal and state officials, Todd Blanche. Hopefully you have the balls to do so. All right. Senator Wyden demands immediate release of Epstein investigation documents illegally concealed by Trump's DOJ and the FBI. Wyden's follow-the-money investigation discovers existence of at least one FBI report on interview of a banker tied to Epstein.

[00:53:13] Trump and Blanche have illegally hidden the report from the public in Congress. I don't know. What do you think about this, George? I thought they released all the Epstein stuff. I mean, I don't even know why the Congress, some of them were trying to put Epstein files like 2.0 release. Why? I thought in the first one that they released everything. So there shouldn't be any discrepancies.

[00:53:42] But yet, here we go. Here's another one. They're leaving out information. A hidden report from the public in Congress. You know, it seems like no matter what administration, they just keep continuing to hide stuff from us. What are we going to do about it? What can we do about it? Revolution. I mean, it's crazy. Who are they trying to hide and protect?

[00:54:10] Lance, you always keep saying this, and it's so very true. What arrests have been made from the Epstein files? You tell me, from all the women being trafficked, even boys and abused and whatever, all that crazy stuff they did. With all the names of people on there that no one is being held accountable. Now, we know Disgrace Prince, what's his name from England? Who lost all his titles. He's awaiting his trials and stuff. Okay, that's good. That's in fucking England.

[00:54:39] What about United States? It's all these, you know, the problem is you have too many politicians and judges that were embedded with Epstein and went to Epstein Islands. I'm not going to say names because I don't want to feed to lawsuits, but we all know the people names. We're not stupid. So they've hidden these interviews, which are called 302s. You guys know about these 302s. You've heard about them before. And Wyden's demanding them, and I think they should be released.

[00:55:06] But I'd also like to know why the administration hasn't gone after the people that participated in the trafficking. The Johns. People like Bill Gates, who went to Epstein Island 25, 6, 7 times. I don't understand that. I'm confused. Does it because you're a billionaire that gives you a pass in this country? It seems to be the case. If you have money, if you have power and influence, if you're a government official, the long arm of justice turns into a Tyrannosaurus Rex.

[00:55:35] Those arms get very short. They don't come after you. You never face consequences. You can violate the laws any way you want. All right. Unofficial DSA spokesperson, Hassan Hiker, of course, once again says the quiet part out loud. He said, after James Tallarico wins, we have to remind him that we are the force that allowed him to win this seat of power.

[00:56:00] I guess the Democratic Party is now also the Democratic Socialist of America Party. Unbelievable. You know, this guy, he needs a power slap. There's no doubt about it. Hassan Hiker, power slap. I'd love to be, I'd like to face off against you if you have the balls to do it. Let's go over there and get, you know, them to set up the match. All right. Play the clip.

[00:56:29] Hopefully, inshallah, after James Tallarico wins. Okay. Yeah. After. I'm not allowed. I feel like I shouldn't even say that. I feel like in the state of Texas, no Sharia state. They're going to throw me in prison. But yeah, hopefully after James Tallarico wins, we got to hold him to account. We got to make sure that he doesn't become another do nothing Democrat, business as usual. And we got to keep up that pressure.

[00:56:57] And we have to remind him that we are the force that backed him both early on. And we are the force that allowed him to win this seat of power. And if he wants to maintain it, he's got to play ball. Okay. So I said this before, I'm going to say it again. If someone like Senator Abdul El Saeed from Michigan gets voted in, that this piece of shit,

[00:57:24] Hassan Piker will be working with him on his staff somehow and embed himself into DC, into Congress. Just telling you. So when you vote for one of these socialists, you're actually voting for him too to be there. He'll figure it out. He'll get himself in there one way or another. But right now, I think his best shot he's looking at is El Saeed. Oh, God help us. Well, this is good news. I like Pete Hegseth. I think he's one of the good ones in the administration.

[00:57:54] I like Tom Holman. I like what Pete Hegseth has been doing for the military. I think he really cares about his job. So he's declaring the 2026 midterms a no-fail mission. Pentadon, Cyber Command, NSA, DIA, NGA, ordered to stop foreign election meddling. That includes, of course, all the higher levels of our intelligence network. He directed the U.S. Cyber Command, the National Security Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency,

[00:58:22] and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency to treat foreign election interference as a priority mission for the November 3rd, 2026 midterms. And this is in a September 22nd memo released publicly days later. He ordered them to mobilize every authorized intelligence and cyber assets against external manipulation of U.S. voting systems. So the memo was titled, Countering Foreign Threats to the 2026 Election.

[00:58:53] He said he wanted to prioritize DOW intelligence and cyber tools so foreign actors cannot meddle in our democratic systems and have the defense intelligence enterprise collect and produce intelligence on foreign election threats consistent with law and executive direction and have Cyber Command work with DHS to counter cyber threats targeting elections. He's calling this, of course, a no-fail mission. I like the tone of this, George. I think the timing is good.

[00:59:22] I wish he'd done it sooner. But how do you feel about this? Do you think this is going to make a difference? I like to think so. It would make a difference with foreign interference. But what about election manipulation or hacking within the United States? What are we going to do about that? I mean, I don't know if this part is going to do that too, this command? Or they're just focusing on foreign?

[00:59:52] I mean, you can take a very valid point. They can track all the traffic and stuff. Well, they did it for 2020. But yet, you know, we're still here. No consequences, but. How about the commitment to all enemies, foreign and domestic? Donald Trump and many others have said that we have foreign and domestic interference. I think that memo should have also mentioned domestic interference. And I agree with you, George, because we have a problem. The machines were never supposed to be on the Internet, but yet they are.

[01:00:22] We've seen proof all across the country of that. And I believe they do manipulate the votes here electronically, along with plan ABCDEFG for cheating that they love to have. Exactly. So, look, I hope this changes things. I love that the headset is on top of it. And I think he's doing a great job in his position within this administration. Look, it's put in the Department of War's most capable cyber and intelligence organizations. On explicit priority footing for the 2026 midterms.

[01:00:51] I hope there's a piece in there for domestic surveillance. I hope that they're going to pay attention to anything that is coming out of states as far as cheating. But all we can do is hope for the best, you know, and wait and see. Hope for the best, expect the worst. Is that what you're saying? Well, you know, I'm concerned. Listen, poly markets made it very clear. They say we're going to lose both the House and the Senate. They said it's going to be the big blue wave. There's an 80 some odd percent of the big blue wave across country. That's frightening to me.

[01:01:19] Do I think poly markets the end all? No. But do I think that this administration has made a lot of mistakes with their voter base? Yes. Hopefully it's going to happen. We're going to vote. I don't want anybody in this audience to think that I'm not going to vote. Anybody wants to call me a Burger King Republican. I consider myself a great American, a constitutionalist, a conservative thinker. I do not necessarily associate myself with the Republicans. I believe in Republican ideology that matches what the constitutional framers wanted.

[01:01:48] So, you know what's funny, Lance? Yeah. In this segment, in the last 10, 15 minutes, we had a bunch of trolls come into chat. Like people talking shit on Trump and this and that. Like I've muted two already. One of my mods muted another one. And it's funny how like certain topics, they just come out to trolls. Yeah. And I like Donald Trump. I just don't think that everybody in his administration, I think there's people around him that are still dangerous and they aren't good.

[01:02:17] We've mentioned him on this show. I can tell you, I think there's people that shouldn't be in there. They're giving him bad advice. Many of them don't want him to do the National Emergency Act. I think Donald Trump should be a true New Yorker and tell him to go F off and he's going to do what he's going to do. All right. AI is kind of a double-edged sword. There's lots of positive coming to AI, but there's lots of negatives too. A lot of fear. I'm concerned. I use it every day. It's very, very interesting how quickly it's moving.

[01:02:45] But all of a sudden, things like this are popping up because, of course, people want clicks. They want notoriety. They want their social media to go viral. They're trying to monetize. This is where AI goes wrong. A gentleman created a deadly snake, a Gaboon Viper. This was an AI scam. And then he reported it. So this was false reporting. Sparked hour-long search of Santa Ana.

[01:03:10] He made a picture where this Gaboon Viper was in a tree and it happened on Monday. But that Viper never existed. Police say the man later admitted he used AI to generate an image of a Gaboon Viper perched in a backyard tree and then called 911 and triggered an hours-long search. You mean SI, right? Oh, yeah, I'm sorry. SI, yes. Super intelligence was used to create this snake.

[01:03:38] Experts pointed out the hefty ground-dwelling snake was improbably balanced on a thin branch and appeared to have a branch passing through its body. But officers and reptile specialists combed the area, issued public alerts, urging residents to stay away from the highly venomous snake should they see it. Well, it didn't happen. Horrible misuse of the police force and these experts that came out to find this snake.

[01:04:06] Anyway, kind of when AI goes wrong. Well, George, there ain't no party like a Diddy party. Tell me what's going on here. P Diddy back in the news and not good for him. I just want to know which inmate was holding the other camera phone to film him. Because, I mean, here's Sean Puffy Combs. He's in prison. Meanwhile, but he's sitting there. He's on a cell phone. You're not allowed cell phones in prisons. Not.

[01:04:35] There's, you know, that's actually, you can get a new charge for that. But it goes on to say that he also had liquor. You know, he's getting some, like, this is like luxury prison sentence for him. I mean, he should be, right now, he should be transported to a higher facility prison. Any privileges he's got, he should lose them. And actually, any good time and all that should be taken away.

[01:05:03] But, I mean, I haven't heard anything on this. It's kind of weird. But, you know, the more exposure we put on this, the more he should just sway the prison system to do something. He's actually in Fort Dix in New Jersey, I believe, right? Yes. Let me show it. Let's show the clip to everybody. Tonight, an inside look at how Sean Combs is living in federal prison.

[01:05:27] For the first time in footage exclusively obtained by NBC News, Combs is seen using a cell phone, which is prohibited by federal law. This all comes nearly a year after Combs was sentenced to 50 months for prostitution-related offenses. NBC News spoke to four men who spent time with Combs in prison at Fort Dix in New Jersey. They were granted anonymity to speak freely about life inside prison.

[01:05:51] They described Diddy's privileged life, saying he's paid thousands of dollars a month to other inmates to do chores, like make his bed, clean his toilet and shower, even give him massages. They also cook him special meals like these, from pizza to onion rings. Those sources say the money flows from people outside prison to the commissary accounts of those inmates performing the services. Multiple sources said Diddy has used contraband cell phones to scroll Instagram.

[01:06:20] One source pointing NBC News to an Instagram account that Combs uses with no profile picture, that's followed by Combs' publicist. They also say he has access to a modified tablet, which allows him to watch movies and television shows. A source calls Diddy's prison life a party, with regular access to alcohol and Remeron, an antidepressant with mood-boosting effects. The Bureau of Prisons tells NBC News inmates are not permitted to have access to cell phones.

[01:06:49] And per policy, they do not comment on any incarcerated individual. Adding, like all correctional agencies, contraband, particularly cell phones, narcotics and weapons, remains a constant challenge. And we continue to tackle the problem. And tonight, a spokesperson for Combs says the media is characterizing ordinary prison life as news. Chloe joins us now live in studio. And Chloe, we just learned Combs' release was moved up. Will these videos now affect that? You know, it's unclear.

[01:07:18] The Bureau of Prisons has moved up his release date from February 2028 to January. And I want to point out that having a cell phone in prison is a standalone criminal offense. It could carry up to a year sentence. Tom. Chloe Malas with that big exclusive tonight. Chloe, thank you. We're back in a moment. We thank you for watching. And remember, stay updated on breaking news. Yep. You know, it just shows how brazen he is out in a day room wide open on his phone and it's not like he don't care, like no care in the world. Well.

[01:07:48] Yeah. We're going to see. This is going to be another example of there's no consequences. You know, rules for thee but not for me type shit. Yeah. Yeah. So let me be clear. The modified tablet and the cell phone are the actual crimes. And, of course, liquor being supplied by prison guards. That's also a crime. But people, paying people to cook meals and make his bed and those other things. There's lots of people that are hustling because they don't have anybody on the outside helping them in prison. There's lots of opportunities. Or it could be his prison bitch. Yeah.

[01:08:18] But all that could be with him. You never know. The massages are a little creepy. But at the end of the day, that stuff isn't illegal. People do it. They're not supposed to have other people put money on their books. But it happens regularly. And I don't necessarily. Somebody's trying to get their hustle on because they have no help from the outside world. I get it. That doesn't. But the rest of it is a crime. And he should pay for it. But there's no party like a Diddy party. Living it up. Explicit photos. Liquor. Cell phones and modified tablets. All right. Flock.

[01:08:45] A great stalking tool would appear, especially for law enforcement. Fuller, the deputy charged after using Flock license plate reader systems to search a woman 300 times. Another deputy arrestor after looking up a 17-year-old girl in the police database. Of course, the misuse of Flock and our concerns for the American public continues to grow. I'm worried about it. And this just keeps coming up over and over again.

[01:09:14] Law enforcement's got a lot of creepy mofos in it. I just think it's creepy that somebody would spend this much time looking up people in places. I don't know, George. How do you feel about this? Look, I've said this before with the Flock systems. You can't let every police officer have access to it. Should be two people in the department this way. If one's off or away, it's covered. And, I mean, it's crazy.

[01:09:39] I mean, I feel if I was a woman, I'd be fucking scared shitless. Because you're going to have all these stalkers. You know what cops are. They think they're above the law. They're going to go do whatever they want. It's bad enough that these systems are up. But thank God, DeSantis, now they're removing all these Flock camera systems. Yeah, it's horrible. Yeah, I mean, you see a lot of shit coming out of Florida, though. I mean, there's two right here. These two idiots. Look at them.

[01:10:05] I mean, look at the way they look. Freaking frack. Creeper Bo Peeper. I mean, those guys look creepy right out of the gate. But listen, it happens. You know, they're misusing government influence and power. But hold on. With access. Okay, so I have a question. What other misuse of their badge have they done? If they're doing this, could they have possibly planted evidence on people? Drum up fake charges on people?

[01:10:34] Now you have to question everything with these two officers. No doubt. Yeah, I mean, it's crazy. No doubt. All right, Gavin Newsom continues to be the jackass that we all believe in. You know what? Hold on. Hold on. This is like a Trump move. This is something Trump would do. I got to say, it was funny that he did this, though. I'm going to give Newsom that. Come on. You can't say it isn't funny. I mean, I get it. I get the humor in it. But at the same time.

[01:11:00] He signed an executive order permanently declaring artificial intelligence in California. Yeah, so artificial intelligence in California will be always called artificial intelligence unless this gets overturned. Of course, it's all about Trump's super intelligence. You know, look, it is what it is. I just I'm not a Gavin Newsom fan. I don't like him at the end of the day. I know he's got political aspirations to be president. I just this would be the worst thing that could ever happen in the country if he got elected. All right.
