[00:04:19] Mail-in ballots executive order is dead on arrival. So, we keep trying to fix this crooked, broken, third-world country election system. Donald Trump keeps trying to fix it. It's one of the things that the administration is trying to get right. And what does SCOTUS do? They bend us over. We get exactly what we didn't need. And what I don't like about this, George,

[00:04:48] is it's not because they don't think the mail-in ballots executive order is lawful. It's because they think they don't have time to put it into place. Now, explain that to me because I'm confused. Oh, I'll be happy to explain it to you. Let's go back to the beginning. So, Trump issued this executive order, verification of integrity in federal elections. It was March 31st of this year, 2026. Two days later,

[00:05:15] the League of Women Voters of Massachusetts sued Trump in Massachusetts District Court. The case was handed to, guess who? Judge Indiria Talawani. Who was, by the way, an Obama appointee. Whatever. Three days later, you had 23 states sue Trump in the same court, which was also given to Talawani. Why? There's some local rule that allows related cases to go into the same judge.

[00:05:44] So, if you think about it, it's March 31st, 2026, right? The court proceedings for those two cases, they used something like 131 days and 83 days, respectively. By the time Talawani issued her last injunction, it was already August 11th. What happened from August 11th? What did it do? It made it very close to the cutoff time for implementation of the new rules, which had yet to be issued by the United States Postal Service.

[00:06:14] Democrats knew what they were doing. They purposely used lawfare to stop our midterm elections from having only verified American citizens vote by mail. They allowed this. Did our GOP, did Republicans fight back enough, fast enough, hard enough? No. Who knows? But I think you have every other judge in the lower courts come up with rulings, and it goes to SCOTUS, and it takes time with SCOTUS. They ruled some things in favor, some not,

[00:06:44] but ultimately at the last, which was yesterday, last night, we got hit with this banger. It's just unheard of. It's crazy. And you know what? We've been talking about it on the show. Why don't we say this? I know I specifically said this, that all these judges putting these rulings in, it's going to be too late to implement all this stuff. And guess what? It freaking happened. You've been saying this from the very, very beginning. You said they're burning up the time clock.

[00:07:14] We're not going to have time to implement it. And think about this. It's lawful. But the ruling here says, oh, it would be arbitrary and capricious, is what Brett Kavanaugh says. I mean, I'm just looking at this and it's a lawful order. Leave it up to the Postal Service to get it in place. I mean, I don't understand how it can be lawful and then they rule because they don't have time to implement. How do they know they don't have time to implement?

[00:07:42] What if Donald Trump goes into overdrive? What if the Postal Service goes into overdrive and does everything they can to get it in place? See, I just think this is total bullshit. Well, here's your question. Does the Postal, whoever's running the Postal Service, does he abide by SCOTUS' ruling and break the law or he goes by the executive order, which is lawful, and confirm the law? Because if you're going to send ballots, mail ballots, to unregistered voters or non-citizen voters,

[00:08:12] hold on, non-citizen voters, that's breaking the law, really, in its essence. It's a crime. So the Post Office can actually step up and do the right thing if they want. I doubt they will. So, I mean, but yet, Lance, you always said that all these freaking judges and qualified immunity, they shouldn't be on the freaking bench. And we keep saying this. Lance said it on Friday. I said it yesterday. It's time. It's done.

[00:08:41] We need to stand up a revolution. I mean, do we, as conservatives, do we need to start threatening SCOTUS, the judges, the liberal judges, like the crazy liberals did to scare Kavanaugh, to scare Barrett? That's what they did. I mean, it's just crazy. He says it's a lawful freaking executive order, but we can't do. There's no time. You know,

[00:09:11] I'm just tired of this. I'm tired of the judiciary stepping on their dicks. Seriously. This is just, they said it's lawful, but their complaint is they don't have enough time. Well, that's not, I don't believe that's a justification to break the law. We know we've got a shitload of illegal voters on the voter rolls. The Supreme Court knows it. So, is this misprisying of a felony? You guys, on the Supreme Court, all the judges across the nation, knows that you're not supposed to have illegal immigrants

[00:09:41] on the voter rolls. Dead voters on the voter rolls. It's a crime. So, by doing this, is it misprisying of a felony? Did SCOTUS just commit misprisying of a felony? Because they're supporting criminal activity in our voting system. And see, this is my take on this. You know, the last 24 hours, Cash Patel has been overdrive, in overdrive, talking about all the great things the FBI's done. And I'll admit, they've done a lot a lot of amazing things.

[00:10:11] But I can't help but jump into that feed and say, what about the government gangster arrests? Have you made any today? Any yesterday? Any this week? Any last week? What about we caught them all? I haven't seen any of those arrests. I'm telling you right now, without those arrests happening right now, and that's never going to happen. Let me say this. We already know that that's not going to happen. There's only one way to stop this voter skullduggery, these scumbags

[00:10:40] in Washington, D.C., these shitheads in Congress on both sides of the aisle. Because they don't want to pass the SAVE Act. They don't want voter ID. They don't want to clean up the voter rolls. They're part of a criminal conspiracy. They're part of a giant, illegal, subversive, deep state cartel. I say we use the laws that are on the books. Donald Trump only has one choice at this point because we know the arrests won't happen. We know they're not going to do that. National Emergency Act. That's it.

[00:11:10] If you can't get SCOTUS to do the right thing and you can't get Congress to do the right thing and we can't get out of being a third world country, that's it. It's the national emergency. I don't know how you feel about this, but we have a voting system that's worse than a third world nation. Mexico requires voter ID. Mexico. And here we are. We can't even get voter ID. And then we've got, we got it. We got these guys that say it's legal what he did, but we don't have time to implement.

[00:16:35] And the Administrative Procedure Act, fuck the Administrative Procedure Act, SCOTUS. I want a legitimate voting system. You guaranteed this, that we would have free and fair elections. Constitution's in place. The laws are in place. I got to tell you, this is disgusting. And I don't blame, Clarence Thomas, his dissent is clear. And I got to say, this guy continues to toe the line, not because he's on our side, but he toes the line when it comes to the law. Justice Alito too, both of them. Yeah.

[00:17:05] I mean, they do. You're right. Justice Alito, same thing. All right, let's play this clip. Hmm. Saying there just isn't enough time to put these changes in place. Writing, but applying the rule in the 2026 elections would be arbitrary and capricious in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act because state and local election officials do not have sufficient time to reasonably implement the rule before the elections. The justices are leaving in place a lower court ruling blocking new Postal Service rules that would have changed how mail-in ballots are sent and processed.

[00:17:35] Under the Trump administration's plan, states would have had to provide the Postal Service with voter information and use specialized envelopes and barcodes for federal election ballots. The Postal Service would then have to be able to reject mailings that did not meet those requirements. The White House has argued the rules would help protect election integrity and prevent fraud. But the court says the government is unlikely to succeed on the merits. Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented for voters. That means their states can continue using

[00:18:03] the existing mail-in ballot systems for the November election. Mail-in voting has already begun in some states. Now, President Trump has said he wants to see more voters do it in person. So let me tell you what I think is going to happen now. Since the Democrats got their way, you know they're going to use the mail-in voting to allegedly cheat. I'm going to say that. get their way. And if they get control of the House and Senate,

[00:18:34] they're going to put in some, they're going to pass some new law because they'll drop the filibuster to get it passed. You can, I can guarantee you that. Even though Republicans won't do it, but they'll do it because they said they'll even do it. They're going to pass some laws to cement mail-in ballot voting and just go against what Trump was trying to do, what we need to do. Even though Trump will veto it, they'll figure out a way to get it passed or something. They'll figure it out. They ain't stupid. I mean,

[00:19:03] Trump put up this post. He put up, he's, listen, Lance, I know you, you said it a bunch of times in national emergency. I don't know, Trump, is he paying, paying away for this or what? I don't, I have no idea. He's mad though. I'm going to try to read it. It's small. Republicans just got another bad decision from SCOTUS, which the court system took forever to give and they blame them in part, implement and solution to our totally corrupt and out of control mail-in voting disaster.

[00:19:34] And it is, and he's saying a laughing stock, which it is. I mean, it means so much he's saying. It's a big loss to Republicans, a big loss to America, right? I'm not going to read the whole thing, but he's mad. Let's see what he, let's see if he now has a gusto due to emergency act. I think it's the only way. There is no other way. This is it. Right now,

Because all the good this administration has done, and you know, I'm a critic of the administration when they deserve to be criticized, just like I would be with any administration, but there's a lot of good this administration has done. This is going to turn into a total shit show. My take, the congressional, our Congress, our House and Senate, traitors, all enemies, foreign, domestic. That's what our laws say. Misprisions of a felony.

[00:20:33] SCOTUS knows that having people on the voter rolls that aren't supposed to be there is a crime. It's illegal. If you become part of a felony and you're aware of it and you don't stop it, you don't report it, then you become a co-conspirator. At this point, I think the judiciary are co-conspirators. I'm tired of it. I'm tired of the FBI and Todd Blanche not arresting these deep state government gangsters.

[00:21:03] I'm not sure we're left with any other decision. At this point, I'd say this to our president, Donald J. Trump. National Emergency Act. We're here to support you, sir. That's your only choice at this point because you can't get the right thing done. You're trying to play by the rules. They burned up the clock intentionally. It's one of the weapons of the system. That's the problem with the judicial system. It is weaponized against defendants. It's weaponized against the American people. It is time

It is time to go after the judges, the congressional members, the federal agents, and all the rest of them because if we don't do it during this administration, it ain't never going to happen. And they didn't want to lose this opportunity to use all these illegal immigrant votes, these ghost voters. They're going to be so much cheating in this next election. And right now, we can't count on the judiciary. So if we can't count on the judiciary, can we count on the military? Can we count on martial law? I don't know. I don't know. I think we can count on Pete Hegseth. How many other people in the military are compromised?

[00:23:01] I have no idea. But get ready because if Donald Trump doesn't do this, we're screwed. They're going to literally overturn everything he did. George is right. They're going to weaponize the system against us. And they're going to try to put laws in place to stop this in the future. That's what they do normally when it comes to the legal system. If people figure out a way to get some kind of relief in the legal system, here comes something like Title 18-32-96 where all of a sudden they weaponize it against defendants

[00:23:31] because, oh, it's a loophole. It's not a loophole when somebody figures out something's been wrong or done in their case. But this is what they're going to do. George, I think you're right over the target. I've got to give you an attaboy because I believe you're right. They'll go right into overdrive putting a bunch of laws and saying, oh, you can't do this with the voter rolls and you can't do this with the voter rolls and you can't do this because they don't want to do anything legitimate. These are scumbags. They talk about the mafia. The mafia are a bunch of pussies compared to Congress. These are some of the biggest gangsters

We're going to have our elections. You're going to see probably the cheating, you know, whether it be electronically or mail-in ballots. They're going to try to take it to court. What's going to happen?

By the time it even if it even gets to a good hearing or a trial, it'll be too late, number one, or the judges are going to keep knocking it down for standing like they did back in 2020. It's going to be the same circle of events. Waste our time. And I'm going to say this. Sometimes good men have to do bad things. It doesn't make you a bad man. It makes you an even better man because those bad things

When you try to do things the right way, the legal way, but the corruption is so bad where they're just shooting you down and shooting you down, what do you expect a man to do or people to do? So hopefully, Donald Trump heard everybody that's been telling him about it. I've made my moves behind the scene. I know many other people have about the National Emergency Act as his only option. How we're going to clean out the judiciary, I don't know. But it's time to drag some of these motherfuckers off the bench. I don't want them there.

[00:26:58] I want unbiased legal minds on the bench. I don't want any more of this political appointment thing that's happened in the judiciary. It was just another way to weaponize it. Remember, the executive branches were kept separate for a reason. But when you start appointing these judges, the Obama judges and the Biden judges and the judges that seem to even be appointed by, you would think, by Donald Trump and others, you would think that we'd at least look at the law in an unbiased manner. Nope, they're not doing it. And I just don't, I don't see any sanctions happening. I don't see any

[00:27:28] government arrests happening. I just don't know what happened. I thought this administration was going to go in and drain the swamp. In my opinion, George, and to the audience, the only thing that's happened is the swamp's just gotten deeper. And maybe it's just too much for one man to get done. I think he went in with the right attitude. I don't know what's happened, why we haven't seen more, but he's not getting any support. I mean, we couldn't even arrest Letitia James for her mortgage fraud. I guarantee you, sorry, for the people in the audience,

[00:27:58] I guarantee if you had committed mortgage fraud, you would already be sitting in jail. Letitia James gets away with it. Adam Schiff gets away with it. If you guys were insider trading like Nancy Pelosi and others, MTG and many others that did all this insider trading stuff, you'd be sitting in jail. No doubt. But we can't seem to get anybody arrested that works for our government and I don't understand that. The Office of Professional Responsibility isn't doing jack shit. Civil Rights Division isn't doing jack shit. Public Integrity Division

What would be shocking to me is if like the U.K. was helping Iran or one of our strong allies, something like that. But, let me put up the picture. That's what they're talking about. Yeah, you know more about this than me, right? Well, you know, here's the situation. We talked about it on this show and some people actually gave me some flack over it. We talked about, and even, and I think you were even a little uneasy, George, that I said,

[00:30:27] even though they contend they've got the straight controlled, that the Chinese and other countries are re-supporting the, the Iranian government using roads to bring in military hardware and military support items. So, this doesn't surprise me. Is it shocking? Well, look, you know, you have to look at whatever Xi Jinping says, and China is our biggest threat. I think you could squash things

[00:30:56] with North Korea. I think you could squash things with the Russians very easily. Donald Trump is in a position to do that. Of course, Congress doesn't want him to do that. Military industrial complex doesn't want him to do that. But the Chinese are a different kettle of fish. They have a different way of thinking. So, when you start looking at these satellite images, you know, a bunch of unnamed U.S. officials have confirmed this, that it was satellite imagery that assisted the Iranians with their drone strike on Jordan. And, you know,

It's called deprivation of rights under color of law, which makes it a federal crime to use your government office to violate an individual's legal or constitutional rights, which

Now, again, if you were going to be indicted, a grand jury would be subpoenaed and they would present the evidence against you and then you would be indicted. They don't normally ask a regular citizen to come in and testify. They don't usually say, hey, George, we're thinking about indicting you, but we want to bring you in for a subpoena. We want to interview you first. That shit doesn't happen.

[00:42:00] And I don't understand why we aren't just going after these people because I think he is guilty of Title 18-242, probably Title 18-241 also. Now, they're saying that Brennan allegedly, and I'm going to say, forget allegedly, used his authority as CIA director to manipulate the 2017 intelligence report to imply President Trump was a puppet of Russia. We're talking about the Russian collusion hoax. At this point, we know it's fact. The people that participated in the Russian collusion hoax,

[01:00:49] DCF has assumed guardianship of their daughter a permanent restraining order remains Arlene and Joseph and Sophie's older brother her father and mother are distraught mama miss you please come home mama miss you please I'm begging you please we reached out to DCF for comment but they have not yet responded last Friday a judge temporarily blocked the state from giving Sophie a high dose testosterone
