[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By Liberty and the Beautiful of Pounds. If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

[00:00:33] America Great Again! The Big Mig. Good morning and welcome back to The Big Mig Show. Of course, I'm your host Lance Migliaccio with my co-host George Ballantyne. Of course, it's rise and grind, tip of the spear, edge of the knife. You know how we do it on this show. George Balantin, how are you, man? You know, Lance, as soon as you came on, I started hearing your squeaky damn chair. You need to get that fixed because it drives me crazy.

[00:01:02] The ADHD. I can't take it. Yeah, I know. I know. WD-40, bro. Take it all. You know, I've got to take it apart because I've already used WD-40. So, I'm already dealing with that a little bit. All right. Well, listen, we're excited today. Of course, you know, this show, we try to bring you solutions. We try to bring you great ideas, things that we think are going to improve your life. And alternative health is one of those things that we always delve into. We want to make sure that you and your families are healthy, happy.

[00:01:30] You know, it's not just about educating and unifying the country. It's making sure that you're going to go the distance. We don't like the medical industrial complex. So, we look for opportunities and ways to kind of expose you to great new ideas, great new concepts, or at least things that maybe you haven't been thinking about using. And, George, tell me what's going on here today, buddy. What do you got? Well, you know, look at all the GLP-1s, man. How they're exploding in popularity on the market. And, you know, they're all due to this rapid weight loss they promised.

[00:01:58] But, you know, 42 million Americans have taken or are currently taking GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wagovi, a bunch of others. Guess what? There are now over 10,000 claims and lawsuits against GLP-1 drug makers, Norvo, Nordisk, and Eli Lilly. You know what? It's funny because you really don't hear about all those lawsuits. They're suppressing that information big time.

[00:02:25] And now they're saying it's estimated over $2 billion in damages will be paid out as a result of the first round of these lawsuits. $2 billion. Bing it. I'm happy I didn't take it. Now they're talking about, listen, Lance, they're alleging that these companies fail to adequately warn patients and doctors about severe gastrointestinal complications, permanent vision loss. And I know we've heard about that one. I've heard from a few people we've been talking about on the show. And even sometimes death.

[00:02:54] And this is just one of their stories. I got a story. I want you to watch this. Yeah. Online, it's interesting. You know, peptides are the soup du jour. Everybody's talking about them. And even the White House. But you're not hearing, of course, you know, they like to suppress the information. They put out the great stuff and they don't put out the side effects. Let's do this. We've got a clip. Here's an exemplary story that kind of tells you that you have to be cautious when you're out there. Of course, they're going to make a ton of money. They're excited.

[00:03:24] They've even got RetroTutide coming on. That's going to be the new GLP-3. And we're going to see that. Let's play this clip because this is kind of a warning for people that it's not just as easy as you think it is. Or maybe not as simple or as, you know, safe. Here we go. Juanita Gant struggled with her weight. At age 62, she weighed 242 pounds. Yet the most she could lose trying various diets, she says, was about 20 pounds. I almost felt defeated and humiliated. I mean, why couldn't I lose this weight?

[00:03:54] Then she saw ads for drugs, including Ozempic. Her doctor agreed that because of her diabetes risk, she was a good candidate for one of those drugs and prescribed her Wegovi and later Ozempic, both GLP-1 drugs made by Novo Nordisk. But several months later, in October 2023, Gant's husband found her on the floor unconscious. This photo was taken by her daughter, a nurse at the hospital where Gant was taken. I had no idea what had happened to me.

[00:04:24] Doctors found parts of her large intestine had died. It had to be removed. Then, while recovering from surgery, she went into cardiac arrest, prompting the hospital to call her daughter to warn her her mother could die. I had no warning that this was even a possibility.

[00:04:41] She's now suing drug maker Novo Nordisk, claiming its drug labels do not adequately warn patients and doctors about potentially serious side effects, including gastroparesis or stomach paralysis and bowel obstruction. Gant says she wants others to know about her experience. This should not have happened to me. It just should not have happened to me. If it happened to me, it could happen to you. It could happen to you. So, Lance and I, we like to stay healthy.

[00:05:10] We like to eat healthy, take care of ourselves. We're not experts. But guess what we did for you guys? We have an expert. Yes, sir. We got an important health advisor from Bright Court. Her name is Megan Schultz. She's going to be coming on in about two seconds. I'm going to bring her on. She's going to explain it all because she's the expert. Welcome to the Big Meg Show, Megan Schultz. How you doing? Thank you, George. I'm doing great. Lance, thank you guys for having me on. I really appreciate it. Megan Schultz coming on this morning. We appreciate you taking the time out.

[00:05:40] You know, the Zempic advertising, and of course, multiple billions have been taken in. Concerning, though, when you see videos like this, isn't it? Yeah, absolutely. And I feel horrible for this lady. I mean, part of her large intestine actually died, which almost resulted in her own death. And what makes me feel even more worse is like this is one of many stories. There's one that sticks out to me.

[00:06:05] It's a man in Maryland, Todd Engel, who's speaking out after suddenly going blind in both eyes. Imagine that. You go to bed, you wake up, and you're blind. He claims that Zempic and the makers of Zempic failed to warn patients about the potential risk. So Todd, he was a truck driver back in 2023 when his doctor prescribed a Ozempic for his diabetes. And that same year, he had a stroke and actually lost vision in his right eye.

[00:06:32] He kept taking the drug because he was unaware of the connection. And then he lost vision in the other eye just 10 months after that. And now he's completely legally blind. Now, just imagine how terrifying it would be to wake up one morning and not be able to see. He had to leave his job. He was a truck driver. His loved one, his wife, had to help him with everything now. He's completely dependent on her. And he's a grandfather who can't even see his grandchildren's faces anymore. It's wild, right?

[00:07:03] I mean, it's terrible. It's horrendous. Of course, they hide the side effects. You know, a lot of people don't do this. But when you get a drug assigned to you, whether it's diabetes, my mom has diabetes, so she struggles with that. There's a disclaimer, that paper disclaimer that comes with it. And you look at it, and it's horrendous. The details are there. But nobody ever really reads that. And you would feel like the doctors should be the ones telling you about this, Megan. You feel like they should be the ones who say, hey, by the way, these are some possible side effects. If somebody told me, take this drug.

[00:07:32] And one of the side effects is you might go blind, I would be like, oh, hell no. No, I'm not taking that. And that's irreversible, the blindness? Yes, irreversible. And my mom's actually a type 1 diabetic. She was diagnosed late in life at age 50. And if I found out she was taking these drugs, I'd be extremely cautious and worried for her as well. There's even instances of sudden death. This guy, Rob Briggs, he was perfectly fine and then died within hours of catastrophic internal bleeding.

[00:08:01] They were able to resuscitate him, but he was left permanently brain dead. So his wife had to make the difficult decision to pull him off life support. I can't even imagine doing that for a loved one, much less a spouse or a partner. So there's another woman, Marsha Ettenhoff. She had been taking Ozempic for only six months before developing severe nausea, persistent vomiting. And within just a few days, she actually choked on her vomit and died. Oh, man.

[00:08:31] And these are all GLP-1 issues for the audience. You understand Ozempic's a brand. GLP-1 is the actual peptide product. But, you know, and there's lots of peptides out there that are incredibly safe. But you would think these disclaimers would come in giant print and the entire product would be wrapped in it. You know, but, you know, it's interesting, I think, making so many people struggle with weight, right? Because, of course, we've got GMO foods, processed foods. People are, you know, trying to move their lifestyles along.

[00:08:59] The prices at the grocery store are expensive to buy the right things. Maybe can you explain a little more about the GLP-1s and kind of what's going on here? Yeah. Yeah. So a lot of people actually mistake pharmaceutical GLP-1 drugs as being a hormone that's already naturally occurring in our bodies. But what these drugs actually are, they're very synthetically produced in labs. And that causes a lot of complications. It's just another product of big pharma and a big cash cow, honestly, for them.

[00:09:27] So GLP-1s are making such a large portion that is now projected of up to 25% of pharmaceutical sales in the 2026. So these pharmaceutical companies aren't looking out for your health. They're actually just looking to make a profit and not even regulating, you know, how high the doses are that you're getting. So it's crazy. Do you know where the inspiration for these synthetic compounds actually came from? No idea. I have no idea at all.

[00:09:55] But I think we have a video that gives us a little background on that. And I have to say it's frightening. All right. Let's play it. Take a look at this, man. Gila monsters. An iconic creature of the desert southwest. And apparently, the scaly reptiles held the secret to modern weight loss. They have a slow metabolism and they can go on two, three, four meals in a given year and usually do just fine.

[00:10:24] In the late 1980s, scientists started looking into a specific Gila monster gene. But I think later towards the end of 1990s, they discovered this specific protein in the Gila monster's venom, which was able to potentiate the effects of insulin made by our own bodies. And, you know, that was the protein that they sort of used to then come up with, you know, all these GLPs that we now have.

[00:10:53] Gila monster venom is a large part of what helps them go for long periods of time without eating. And though humans still need more than three to four meals a year, it is one of the effects of GLP-1 drugs like Ozembic that have become quite popular for losing weight. You know, I want to say something. The Gila monster is, I think there's only two poisonous lizards in the world, although the Komodo dragon has a bacteria that's nearly poisonous.

[00:11:22] But I think this and the Mexican beaded lizard are the only poisonous lizards. Isn't that right, Megan? Yeah, I believe so. I mean, I wouldn't want that thing crawling around my living room, much less in my fridge and in some drugs that I didn't know anything about. These GLP-1 drugs or GLP drugs function by slowing down the metabolism and digestive process, which is why stomach paralysis is so common, because sometimes it slows your digestion so much that it actually stops working completely.

[00:11:50] And essentially, it forces you to go on a starvation diet, leading to malnutrition, which is what we're seeing in a lot of people taking these drugs. And listen to this. So a study actually just released uncovering another serious concern in which researchers have identified cases of a rare but potentially life-threatening brain condition in people taking GLP-1 weight loss drugs.

[00:12:13] It's called Wernicke and encephalopathy, where people can develop confusion, problems with balance, coordination, and abnormal eye movements. If it isn't recognized and treated quickly, then it can cause permanent brain damage or even death, like the stories that we heard earlier. So that's just crazy. And, you know, it's, you know, it's always, it's odd to me, right? Of course, we know that the medical industrial complex controls our congressional members through lobbying.

[00:12:41] And you don't see this stuff hitting the media. You would think this would be everywhere. The warnings and the mainstream media would be covering it, but crickets. Yeah, well, I think that comes back to the cash cow that it has and the monopolization of them taking over the market and making a lot of money off of it, which then goes back to them not really caring what it does to people.

[00:13:03] And the important connection to GLP-1 drugs, too, is that most patients who develop the condition were also experiencing severe vomiting, loss of appetite, poor nutrition, or rapid weight loss. So these drugs aren't only putting our internal health at risk. They're actually having negative impacts on people's appearances as well. Have you guys seen what they're calling Ozempic face?

[00:13:26] So I've seen people that I know, and they took Ozempic or GLP-1s, and I haven't seen them for a while. And all of a sudden, I see them, and they look, like, drained out, sunken in. They don't look good at all. They look terrible. It's just, I know it eats a lot. That's for sure. I know it eats away muscle, too. You need to maintain working out, or else you're just going to shrink to it and look disgusting. What do you call it? Ozempic face or something? There's another name for it?

[00:13:55] Yeah, Ozempic face. It's the most common one. And it's caused by significant weight loss of GLP-1 medications. You hit the nail on the head about the muscle loss because it causes fat to vanish so quickly from the face. And this sudden depletion leaves the skin with reduced elasticity, which results in sagging, hollow cheeks, sunken eyes, and intensified wrinkles because the skin can't shrink as fast as the fat disappears.

[00:14:25] It looks like people have lost all the collagen in their face. Yeah. Interesting. And it's not attractive. I mean, for the people out there, this is something you really have to be aware of. And let me ask you this, Megan. Do you know? Is it because they're using too high a dosage, or is this just a standard operating protocol against everybody that's taking Ozempic? Well, I mean, so a lot of times because it's a cash cow and they're not really looking out for you,

[00:14:52] they're increasing the dose so rapidly that people are living off of a much higher dose than they need to. And in reality, we're actually not meant to survive all five meals a year like the Gila monster that we saw. This form of weight loss causes you to lose way more muscle than fat, like you mentioned before. And when you're losing weight in a healthy way, three quarters of your weight loss should be fat mass.

[00:15:19] So, for example, if you lose, say, 20 pounds, 50 pounds, 15 pounds should be fat and five pounds should be lean mass. So when they put patients on these drugs, researchers did DEXA scans before and after. And this is something that the FDA did not require the drug makers to do when they were getting the drugs approved. And if you don't know, a DEXA scan, it's an advanced body composition test that measures body fat,

[00:15:45] also muscle mass, bone density and visceral fat. So unlike a regular scale that really only shows the total weight, a DEXA scan will give a detailed breakdown of what your body is actually made of, making it much more accurate way to track your health and fitness progress. Where can you go to get a DEXA scan? You have to go to doctor or? It depends. Some gyms have them. It depends on the gym you go to, what their membership's like,

[00:16:12] but then also doctor's offices have them, third-party places have them. You can just research online. You can find one somewhere. And George, there are services that do it, but depending on the level of the gym, there's a lot of the gyms. Like my gym has it. If you pay at the higher level, you get access to the free DEXA scan. It can give you a little printout or you can just do it off the screen. But it's really interesting because, of course, you think you're losing weight and you want to really pay attention because maybe you're not taking in enough protein. That's not what they do with OZEMPIC.

[00:16:39] They put you on and then they rave about how much weight you lost. And then you really don't realize maybe 50, 60, 70% of it was muscle, which is the exact opposite of what you want. And again, these companies want you to see a rapid weight loss because that's how they're making their money. That's why most people are getting on these drugs. So if they increase that dose quickly and just completely kill your appetite, well, you're going to lose a lot of weight and that's what they're wanting to see.

[00:17:06] But they're not understanding the health risks that are also going inside because they're not doing blood work. They're not having doctors check up. So they don't even know what's happening until it gets really bad. And then now you're losing vision or your liver is dying. Yeah. And people then they don't monitor the macros people are taking in. So they don't really say you've got to take in this many grams of protein per pound. You've got to do this. They don't give any of those recommendations. They just put you on the OZEMPIC. You start losing weight and, of course, you're excited because losing weight is a struggle nowadays.

[00:17:36] I think there's lots of people become insulin resistant. Well, a lot of people didn't even have healthy diets to begin with. And then now they're just not eating at all. And then they get off of it and then they just go back to chips and soda pop. Yeah. Well, that processed food thing, of course, the snacking culture of the United States has been huge. Let me ask you this. Do you have any idea how much the fat versus muscle when you're on OZEMPIC, how much muscle are you actually losing? Yeah.

[00:18:02] So we're actually seeing that two thirds of weight loss is lean muscle mass in the patients that are taking these weight loss drugs. So only one third is fat mass and they're getting lighter, but they're actually getting fatter. I don't know if you've ever heard of the term skinny fat. That's what's happening. Yeah. Yeah. I've used that a lot where you see somebody that clearly isn't going to the gym. They're just dieting and they just, everything is just loose on them. It's not attractive. I have to tell you that I use the term skinny fat quite a bit.

[00:18:30] You see somebody that's lost a bunch of weight and you think, wow, maybe you should have gone to the gym a little bit. Yeah. Yeah. And this loss of muscle mass is actually leading to things like osteopina and osteoporosis, which is causing something called OZEMPIC bones. So there are even people in their 30s who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis after taking OZEMPIC for less than a year. How insane is that? I mean, it's insane because osteoporosis has always been an issue for older people, for the geriatrics.

[00:18:59] You know, my mom takes calcium support and all sorts of other things to feign that off. We don't have any history of osteoporosis in our family, but at the same time, it becomes concerning as people get older because, of course, their diets. My mom's diet before I moved her in wasn't great. So you look at that, but that's a 30-year-old getting osteoporosis. That's horrible. Yeah. And most importantly, since these medications are affecting your gut, they're also impacting your immune system.

[00:19:25] I mean, we just had a recent outbreak of cyclospora, which causes explosive diarrhea. No. That does not sound good. You see? For the audience, I'm out on the explosive diarrhea. I'm not interested in having that. And I hate the word explosive tied in with the word diarrhea. I mean, people get giggly. I mean, you're giggling about it, but it's actually more serious than what people realize.

[00:19:48] The fact of the matter is, is that over one and a half million people die each year from foodborne-related illnesses. That's a lot of people. And it's an illness that we don't even think about. The thing about parasites and other microbial threats like funguses, bacteria, viruses, is that you can be exposed to them. But they're only able to multiply in environments where they're able to thrive. So about 80% of our immune system in our gut, or it's in our gut.

[00:20:16] And the balance of good and bad bacteria is what ultimately determines how vulnerable we are to these pathogens. You know, it's interesting. We've covered a lot of stuff. We've had some people on here, and we've talked about bacteria. We've talked about parasites and how many diseases are caused by parasites. You know, a lot of people don't even rinse their fruit. They assume that the grocery store did it for them, which is just one of the worst things you could do. And I think that, you know, our immune system is constantly under attack.

[00:20:45] It's fighting the good of bacteria. And it's a struggle, right? Because people don't support their microbiome. They don't take probiotics. They don't do anything that's going to help. No. And you can have, for example, take two different people, right? With two different distinct microbiomes. They can eat the exact same quantity of tainted food. And one may get sick and die, and the other may not get sick at all. So I always like to tell people about our founder, Kim Bright.

[00:21:14] She's 71 years old now, and she literally never gets sick. It's so impressive. I ask her all the time. I never get sick. You never get sick either? I get it. I get it. Maybe a cold, like just a head cold, maybe once a year. That's good, though. That means your immune system is doing really well. And she's around her grandkids all the time, never scared to be around sick people. Again, it's because of her immune system. It's so strong, and she really takes care of it and focuses on it.

[00:21:43] And this is because she lives that healthy lifestyle that nourishes her gut microbiome and therefore her immune system. So the number one thing you can do to strengthen your gut microbiome is to consume a centuries-old fermented superfood called kimchi. So kimchi is a staple in the Korean diet, and they eat it every day, sometimes at every single meal. There's a study that highlighted kimchi's ability to prevent food poisoning

[00:22:12] because of its strong antimicrobial properties. And kimchi helps your body fight off viruses. I'm sure you've heard Moderna recently got FDA approval for the first mRNA-based flu vaccine for the H1N1 flu. Have you heard of that? Yeah, of course. Yeah, known as the common flu. No, no. Everybody knows it's a bad idea. And if you don't, well, do some research. Oh, not everybody. Not everybody. Do some research. Bad idea. Yeah.

[00:22:42] Unfortunately, a lot of people are still taking that stuff. Oh, I know. We've got a lot of experts on this show come and talk about it. I mean, listen, they're even using mRNA in our pets, and they're having horrible results. Lots of people with healthy pets go and get mRNA vaccines for their pets, and the next thing you know, their pets either die, have horrible side effects. Yeah, not good. Yeah, it's horrible. And people don't do their own research, which is sad. I have a question for you. So we're talking about GLP-1s, right? And those epic.

[00:23:12] What about the GLP-2s? Are they pretty much the same in that sense? GLP-2s? I actually don't know too much about the GLP-2s. The GLP-3 is the next one that's out. That's the record guide that they're looking forward to. Oh, yeah. It's the new hot release. Yeah. Retro-2 guide is the hot-to-trot new product. Of course, that's what they do. They have one product, and if some of the sales start to die down, then here comes the funnel. And the funnel is always the next.

[00:23:38] Oh, well, if the GLP-1, then you definitely want to take the GLP-3, because this is much better, because, of course, the number three makes you think, you just moved up. Yeah, and that's exactly what they do with things. I mean, look at the flu vaccine. They're constantly saying, okay, we have to get a booster. You have to get this. And that's what they're doing with the GLP-1 drugs. They're going to just keep coming out and saying, this is better. This is your new iPhone. So same thing, GLP-1-2, GLP-3. That's what they're doing. And, you know, why is it always the unnatural process?

[00:24:08] You know, kimchi is a natural product. You know, it's got tons of probiotics in it. The point is, why do they always want to pump us full of the chemicals and they don't tell us about something like kimchi? Yeah, because that's not how they make their money. There's a study out there that found that kimchi can actually slow down the growth of the common flu. And a big reason for that is because of how it supports your immune system. Kimchi's got powerful antifungal properties due to being rich

[00:24:33] in beneficial bacteria like Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus sake. So as kimchi ferments, these bacteria produce natural compounds that made it nearly impossible for molds and yeast to grow. And in lab studies, certain strains found that kimchi have reduced the growth of harmful molds like Aspergillus by up to 97%. They basically create an acidic, unfriendly environment that fungi can't thrive in. Because remember, fungi wanted to thrive.

[00:25:01] Yeah, it's, you know, I don't know if you knew this or not. The White House, everybody's gotten kind of on this thing because of J.D. Vance and RFK Jr. about eating fermented vegetables. That's kind of a big push in the White House in the moment. But let's talk about the probiotics and why those are so important. Because I think a lot of people miss that all your health starts in the gut. Yeah, yeah. Kimchi's probiotics have also shown activity against candida, which is a common yeast that can overgrow,

[00:25:30] especially after taking antibiotics. So when antibiotics have wiped out some of your good bacteria, fermented foods, like you said, like kimchi, can help rebuild that protective layer. So in simple terms, kimchi helps your body combat fungi, bacteria, viruses, and parasites, while also strengthening your natural defenses at the same time. You know, it's interesting because I think that's one of the things that people don't recognize. You know, you go to the doctor, and maybe you just have a common cold,

[00:25:59] but you push the doctor to give you antibiotics. And they pump us full of these, and everybody's immune system is under attack because, of course, it wipes out all the good flora in your gut, in your intestines. And then they don't do anything to repair that. And I think that's just really horrible that the doctors don't advise you that, by the way, after you take this battery of antibiotics, we're going to need to get you some probiotics. That actually happened to me. When I snapped and shattered my ankle, I had surgery, and then three days later,

[00:26:29] I was back in the hospital because they got so infected, they pumped me with antibiotics for a week. Never said nothing about it. And like for a whole year, I was just feeling bad. Finally went to the right doctor. He did all these tests. He's like, yeah, all your good bacteria is gone, and they figured out because of the antibiotics. And so they had to put me on really good probiotics to rebuild them. Because, you know, I know like you can eat food, take vitamins, but if you don't have, if your gut's not working right, you're not going to get those nutrients into your body. Right. Right. Yeah.

[00:26:59] Everybody's going after the GOP ones. They all go, oh, I've got to take, I've got to lose some weight, and my friend just lost 30 pounds. Let's go back to what, what they're trying to fix, and maybe how that's flawed, that they go, they reach right out to the doctor and say, give me some Ozempic. Yeah. Your gut health actually has a big impact on your thyroid, your weight, how fast your body burns energy, and the good bacteria in your gut help your body use thyroid hormones right away, which absorb important nutrients and control inflammation.

[00:27:28] So when your gut is out of balance, your metabolism slows down, you store more fat, and it's harder to lose weight. But when your gut bacteria are healthy and balanced, then they help your body burn energy a lot better. You manage weight more easily, and you keep your metabolism running smoothly. Yeah, it's, you know, and I think people ignore the thyroid, and they don't realize the connection between gut health and the rest of their body, and they end up with, you know, a situation where they don't know any about this.

[00:27:59] Maybe for the audience, Megan, can you share some of the things, maybe the items that people don't know and what they should be doing? Yeah, so there was actually a study done that showed people who are obese are missing a couple of crucial probiotics within their gut that people with a healthy weight range possess. And kimchi has these specific strains that obese people are missing, along with over 900 other types of beneficial bacteria. Sauerkraut, for example,

[00:28:28] that only has 28 strains. Kimchi, again, has more than 900. So this study showed that kimchi helped overweight individuals reduce their body fat by 31.8%. Obesity is just a sign of our health. It's not the totality of it, like people think. And the consumption of kimchi was also shown to balance blood sugar, regulate blood pressure, lower bad cholesterol, and triglycerides. And the key to getting all these benefits is daily consumption,

[00:28:57] which is actually why we created kimchi one. Because whether you like the taste of kimchi or not, it's definitely not something that's easy to eat every day. I don't know if you've tried to do that. I've not tried to eat it every day. I'm not a fan of kimchi, and that's honestly why I like your product. It's tough to decide you're going to have it with every meal. I know some people are capable of doing it. I'm just not able to do that where I can have a bottle of kimchi and say, oh, great, we'll have it with breakfast. It's not really a breakfast food. I'm not fond of it either,

[00:29:27] the smell either. I can't, I can't, I won't, I refuse to eat sauerkraut. Well, that's why we made the capsules, because these are convenient for everyday use. You don't have the smell, you don't have the taste. We use a cold process drying method to retain all of the fiber and nutrition of actual fermented kimchi. So it's low in sodium, unlike the store-bought kind, 100% made in the USA, and it's all natural and it's non-GMO. You know, the sourcing is so important. I want to do this.

[00:29:56] We've got to take a short break here and we come back. We're going to dig right into this and tell you how you guys can make a difference in your life. Great solutions is what we do. Alternative medicine, alternative ideas to improve the health of you and your family. We'll be right back with Megan Schultz, Lance Migliaccio, George Valentin, it's what we do. Tip of the spear. Don't go anywhere.

[00:30:31] Something truly remarkable is happening in the world of cancer care, just south of the U.S. border. Since 1963, Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana has been quietly redefining what is possible for patients facing late-stage cancer. Their integrative approach, treating the body, mind, and spirit, has produced survival outcomes that far exceed standard American hospital averages. In some cases, more than three times higher. The pattern is clear.

[00:31:00] Patients at Oasis of Hope often live longer than expected. At the center of this extraordinary story is Dr. Francisco Contreras, world-renowned oncologist, author of 15 books, and medical director leading a compassionate team dedicated to giving patients not just treatment, but hope. If you or someone you love is facing cancer, Oasis of Hope offers free Zoom consultations for anyone who mentions the Big Mig show. You have nothing to lose by exploring your options.

Here with your host, Lance Migliaccio, yours truly, George Ballantyne, and our special guest from Bright Core Nutrition, Megan Schultz. We're going to, we were just talking about health benefits and stuff. We're going to do a little recap for you. Megan's going to do it, actually.

[00:33:27] So you guys know the health benefits and stuff. Because you need to know. You want to be healthy. Go ahead, man. Again, there's so many health benefits of kimchi, like weight management, immune boosting, heart health, brain capacity, all of these things, all kinds of things. But you've got to consume it every day, again, which is why our capsules have made that so easy for consumers. Yeah, you know, and for me, like we were talking about before the break, you know, I've eaten kimchi.

[00:33:57] I just can't take it in the way it is out of a bottle and use it with all the foods. I know some people do. But, you know, of course I want the 900 probiotics. I mean, I don't think there's another food that has that many strains in a single, is there another food item even close? I don't think there is. No, no. Sauerkraut, again, has 25, 28. Yeah, I mean. As a comparison. Yeah, and I don't like sauerkraut either, although my mom will eat sauerkraut. I keep it here for her. I just don't, when I go to the bottle

[00:34:27] and get it for her, I'm kind of like, eh, I don't like my hot dogs. I like my hot dog Chicago style. I'm sure you've been from Chicago and you've eaten that plenty of times. Wait, what's a Chicago style hot dogs? Oh, what is it? Peppers, onions. Bacon sometimes, which everything's better with bacon. You ever have Italian hot dogs? Yes. Yeah, they're good too. All right, well, let's, so look, I know some people don't like the taste and some people don't and I know you guys have a solution. So explain to me

[00:34:57] and I want to hear about the processing because of course, things that are over-processed so many times people don't recognize that it might as well not be food at that point. Yeah, so a lot of things are actually heat process but you lose the benefits when you heat process because it kills a lot of those probiotics. So we use a cold-processed drying method to retain all of the fiber and nutrition of actual fermented kimchi so you get all of those benefits. Yeah, and you know the other thing

[00:35:27] I don't like about kimchi because I'm always trying to watch my salt intake, you know, sodium intake. I want it to be right just like potassium. You got to have both but of course, with lots of salt comes lots of additional bloating. So you guys, I guess, have solved also the sodium issue, right? Yep, and again, this is low in sodium which is unlike the store-boughts 100% made in the U.S. And I just want to reiterate that it's all natural, non-GMO and there's just

[00:35:56] too many health benefits here or so many health benefits that you would be silly not to take advantage of kimchi one. Well, let me ask you this because everybody's going to want to know this in the audience. You know, it's great. It sounds good but the real thing is the results, right? What are the customers? What are their experiences? What are the results? What's they're getting? Are they losing weight? You know, is their microbiome better because they're using kimchi one? Yes, and this is actually one of my favorite things to talk about because there are tons

[00:36:25] of success stories from people using kimchi one. I mean, people who have problems with their digestion and bloating, they're regular now. People who have problems with their immune system and used to get sick all the time. I mean, look at Kim aren't getting sick anymore. People who are dealing with brain fog and fatigue, they're thinking much more clearly. They have much more energy and another big one, people who struggle with obesity, they're finally able to lose that weight and break that barrier naturally without all the added chemicals

[00:36:55] that Ozempic and all those other ones have. You know, and I always think it's the proof is in the pudding. You know, we've talked about something on the break. I just want to share with the audience that the founder, she's been using kimchi for 40 or 50 years and it kind of explains why she doesn't get sick. Of course, her microbiome is probably as healthy as anybody who's on the planet. Well, let's do this because I'm going to ask you, you know, I know what kind of an offer? Can you do something special for our audience? I love to talk about solutions,

[00:37:24] but I also want to make sure that our audience is getting some kind of a deal, something special. You know, tell me about that. What can you do for them? Yeah, absolutely. So today we wanted to give you 20% of kimchi one and you can click the link below and use the code BIGMIG or you can call us at 888-673-2661 and that will give you 50% off your order plus free shipping. So the first 100 callers

[00:37:54] are going to get a free bottle of vitamin D3 with their order and I just want to be clear that we want you to call so that we can talk to you. There's no automated system. We're family owned and we're here for you anytime, day or night. So please give us a call and you only get the best discounts and free bottle of vitamin D3 when you do call. So again, I just wanted to reiterate 888-673-2661. Please. We're looking forward to hearing from you guys. Yeah,

[00:38:23] and for the audience, just make sure you caught that. It's 25% if you go online but 50% up for picking the phone up and of course, people like Megan at Bright Core Nutrition have tremendous amounts of information. You know, 50%, I don't know how you get better than that. That's half off. So I would tell the audience, you have nothing to lose. You definitely want to, you want to go out there and maybe try to do something for you and your family. You can buy them as gifts. It's a great way to do something that when you're... Christmas is coming up. Yeah. The holidays fit right in the stocking stuffers.

[00:38:53] I'm just saying people, look at that. Yeah. And everybody wants to start the new year off right and get into that healthy mode. Let's do it all year long. And I just want to, for the guys in the audience, we've tried this product before. We're using it now. I love it. You know, a lot of people have confusion about bloating. They look at their stomach. They're bloated. They look in the mirror. Oh, I'm bloated. And I know a lot of women struggle with this. And I think that the majority of them are dealing with a probiotic issue. They're dealing with a gut health issue. They think it's visceral fat.

[00:39:23] They think they've gained weight. And that's not what it is. Having a flat stomach is about the inflammation in your gut. So at 50% off, I don't know how you can't call. And first of all, I want to thank you guys for that offer. You told us just before the show because it's a great opportunity for people to try the product right out of the gate by calling. And of course, you guys have lots of other great health advice for them, right? Yeah, absolutely. And again, we want to speak to you. So this is a big thing. 50% off your order,

[00:39:53] free shipping, bottle of vitamin D3. Come on, pick up your phone. So let me give you my personal story. So I've always had a sensitive stomach. I don't eat anything spicy or like spicy or hot food like Tabasco sauce. But regardless of the fact, I still had a sensitive stomach. Plus, I don't have a gallbladder. So I dealt with a lot of those issues. And I'm telling you, when I tried this product, I went online. I first went online, looked,

[00:40:23] but I called because I did get a better deal call. I bought a year's supply and I actually gave a couple bottles to some people who had stomach issues and they loved it. So I'm telling you from my own personal experience, it works great. Love it. I will always continue to keep taking it because it regulated my stomach. I don't get the bloodiness because I don't have a gallbladder. I still have to watch certain foods. But sometimes I want to indulge, man. And I can indulge sometimes because this takes care of it, believe it or not. Love it. Yeah, there's a George Ballantine

[00:40:52] endorsement right there. And I know it because he does, when we're on the road and we've gone to events like Mar-a-Lago and otherwise, he's always looking at what he's eating to make sure he doesn't eat anything spicy because his reaction to it isn't good. So, well, Megan, I know you're tight on schedule today. First of all, thanks so much, first of all, for giving the audience that opportunity at 50% off. I don't know. That's just a smoking deal. So thanks again for doing that for the audience. We appreciate it. Thanks for the time today and the education. I think a lot of people

[00:41:22] will rethink their Ozempic use if they're on it now because, man, going blind and dying don't seem like great opportunities. But, of course, that's what the pharmaceutical industrial complex does. So we appreciate the time you took today. And I know you've got lots of things to do, but thank you so much for joining us today. We really appreciate it. Yeah. Thank you for having me. Again, give us a call. We want to help you on your health journey. That number is 888-673-2661. Lance and George, I really appreciate

[00:41:52] you guys having us on. Yeah. And one last thing, does BrightCore have social media where they post health tips or anything like that? Anything else where else that they can kind of, or maybe even a blog or anything else? Is there anything like that available where people can educate themselves? And we always talk about educating our, you know, listener and subscriber base. Yeah. So Facebook and Instagram, but we're currently working on getting that active. So I'll follow up with you when that is, does become active and you can let your viewers know. If you're sharing with the audience, we'll put it into the chat. That'd be great. But in the meantime,

[00:42:22] brightcore.com forward slash big mig is where you go. If you want to just go and look first before you make the call, but screw that. 25% versus 50%. You want to use that phone number. I'll give you the number one more time. 888-673-2661 for 50% off. So that's the move. All right, Megan. Thanks so much. And Kalani, we know you're back there somewhere. Thanks for all the help doing this. You want to pop your head in on screen for the audience. Kalani is incredible. She gives better interview notes than anybody I know

[00:42:51] that she's the best. Well, that's why the company's successful because people like Kalani and Megan working. There you go. By the way, when I come to Flo, I'm coming to visit you guys. We appreciate you guys. We appreciate you guys. Thank you. Y'all have a blessed weekend. Lance, we're going to... Yeah, we have a couple of stories we can cover. George, there's a couple we can talk about, I think. We're going to cut off. All right, Megan. Thank you guys so very much. Bye, guys. Thank you. Bye-bye.

[00:43:22] What were you going to say, Lance? No, I said there's some stuff we can cover today. It's just there's a lot going on and I thought that we'd at least share with the audience some of the stuff that's going on. You know, I have a video. I got to get it. Okay, well, you do that in the meantime. You know, it's interesting that the New Jersey mayor, George, in your background, I had to throw this in. He went after a guy. He charged as some heckler during a council meeting. Yeah. He basically snapped.

[00:43:52] He's a Democrat, isn't he, George? Of course. You don't see Republicans doing that type of stuff. Party of peace, and yet the mayor couldn't control himself. You know, Katie Hobbs, canvassers, got busted by Muckraker. They tried to register felons and non-citizens to vote. Now, in some states, felons can vote. I don't like the fact that they have any state they can't vote, but in this case, that happens to be one of the states, Katie's state, doesn't allow felons to vote, and they were registering them anyway. All right.

[00:44:21] I got a good one for you because it's going to piss you off. It should piss a lot of people off because this is the way the left are. They're fucking delusional, and it's crazy because I'm going to read it because I have the thing on my phone, but I have the video. There's this podcaster, Jennifer Welch. Now she's making new threats. She's done it before. Now she's making new threats at Vice President Vance, and I'm going to quote what she said. Vance thinks he's going to be president. We need to keep firing pistols, firing at all times towards this guy. Yada, yada, yada.

[00:44:51] I'm going to play the clip. Firing pistols. That's an interesting mistake. You should lock her ass out. I'm going to play the clip. Thanks. Two years from now, he's going to be president of the United States, and we need to keep firing pistols, firing at all times towards this guy because he is not fit to be a father. He's not fit to be a husband. He's not fit to be a vice president. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. They just keep calling

[00:45:20] for more violence in this rhetoric and this and that, and they want to know why you had so many assassination attempts and stuff going on. I mean, it's crazy. When's it going to end? When is the DOJ going to start making examples of these people? You know, and I got to talk about a story. We've said it on this show. I've told you that the polls are bullshit. Over and over again, I've never been polled. George, I don't think, has ever been polled, and we're registered voters. The polling is garbage.

[00:45:50] Don't believe it. And the New York Times, they just got caught. Another fake news media source, and Trump just nuked them. You know, they admitted to getting duped by a fake pollster with completely fabricated numbers, and that's what they do. They don't vet or verify. When the New York Times or the WAPO or CNN or MSNOW want to use polls, they don't say, well, give me the information. How is this poll determined? If the poll numbers

[00:46:19] show the administration or show somebody not polling well, that's all they care about. If it's somebody they want to attack, so you have to really be cautious on these poll numbers and go, oh my gosh, we're down to the polls. Because I'll bet you, if I was going to venture a guess, I'll bet you that 60, maybe 50, 60, 70% of all polling is total horseshit. I don't think you want to buy into it. And again, you know, it's one of those things that get out and vote. Do not not vote.

[00:46:49] It's important to do so. It's not one of those things you want to just take a chance and think, oh, okay, well, everybody else is going to vote. I just don't, I don't like what's going on. It's not enough. So I don't know, George, you know, your thoughts on the polling. We've said it so many times on this show. And again, here we are again with just bullshit polling. And of course, you got the New York Times that a lot of people still read that rag. I don't know why putting out fake poll numbers and acting as if they're authentic. Well, I don't believe any of the polling

[00:47:19] because the majority of the time they've always been off. But I think I've gotten one text about it and I just reply stop so they don't text me no more because I know if I reply, they're going to, I'm going to get all these texts from all these other places. I just don't, I don't participate in it. And I'm pretty sure there's a lot of other people. I think this time around there's a lot of conservatives, Republicans that are not participating, not saying anything. It's like, it's going to be almost like a sneak attack on the voting for conservatives coming out.

[00:47:49] And that's why it looks good right now for the Democrats, which is fine. Let it look good for them. Hopefully it'll draw out more Republicans, you know, because if they think they're losing or down, they're going to start, okay, we got to cheat now. What can we do? How are we going to do it? Who's going to take more of these ballots and put them in the ballot box? And who's going to double count for us and yada, yada, yada. You know, and I, and there's no doubt. And I got to give, you know, I've, I've been rabidly going after Todd Blanche. Of course,

[00:48:18] you guys know what I want. I want accountability and consequences for the deep state. I want them to go after the Russian collusion hoax, but I got to give them this. You know, we talk about these judges. The theory of a judge, just for the audience to make it clear, is that when they put on their robe, they're supposed to leave their politics, their bias, their personal opinions at the door. And when they enter that courtroom, they're supposed to come in as an unbiased, you know,

[00:48:48] supervisor, overseer, you know, somebody that's going to keep the courtroom neutral and only look at the law. But is that what they do? Oh, hell to the fucking no. That's not what they do. The bias comes in with them. They weaponize the system. They practice law from the bench. They sue a sponte, assist one side or the other, especially if it's something to do with Republicans or ICE. Well,

[00:49:17] the Trump DOJ, of course, Todd Blanch, just moved to disqualify two federal judges. I hope they see sanctions. And those two judges are involved in immigration cases related to ICE. And these two judges decided it was a good idea to go ahead and make anti-ICE remarks to the New York Times. Of course, they took an interview, which I'm not even sure judges should be taking interviews by media sources because, of course, that would show some sort of bias

[00:49:47] because the media source could ask nothing but biased questions. But, you know, their egos, they want to get on air. They want the press. So he's talking about he's moved to disqualify two of these judges that are on immigration cases or handling immigration cases. Good move by Todd Blanch. But, Todd, I'm going to throw in another one. How about some sanctions? How about removal from the bench? There are all sorts of systems that the judiciary is supposed to have, like OPR,

[00:50:15] Office of Professional Responsibility, is supposed to do this. OIG, which is you, which you are doing it. And, you know, PIN, Public Integrity Division. And, of course, there is judicial oversight from the judiciary itself. Why not ask them to be sanctioned, maybe even removed from their positions? Of course, lifetime appointment is what they hide behind. It's horrible. And there's a big story I got to share. This is a big move. What's it going to mean? I don't know. But Elon Musk just invested

[00:50:45] $1 billion in Larry Ellison's Skydance media empire. And, of course, that makes him part owner of nothing less than CNN. What do you think about that? Elon Musk now is a partial owner in CNN, George. Well, Paramount just bought whoever it was that owned CNN. So Paramount's involved, too. And they're, you know, I think it's great. They're going to hopefully

[00:51:16] change it up. CNN, CBS, all these news outlets because some of these news anchors are already starting to fear. Oh, my God. Are we going to lose their job? Maybe if you just told I said Larry Ellison. I meant David Ellison. Maybe if you just told the truth, they wouldn't have to worry about their job. But I mean, there's stuff here. By the way, there's there's a couple of things coming out. There's three oil tankers carrying Russian diesel that are in route to the United States. Hopefully diesel prices will come down. That's a deal

[00:51:46] that Trump made. Good for him. Some people are complaining about it. Of course, they will because they're from the left. But here's... You know, I've always said it. I always thought the U.S. could have a great relationship with Putin. I don't know about China, but I think North Korea and Russia... If he's alive... Donald Trump, he could have relationships with both of them that could exceed any relationship that ever the United States ever had. Because I don't truthfully believe that Russia or North Korea are enemies of the United States. I don't like the North Korea... North Korea is down

[00:52:15] with China, so you've got to be careful. You know, are they, though? I want to know if Kim Jong-un was alive or is he dead? Because we haven't heard anything else. Man, there is a lot of information coming out of there, George. That's a great question. I don't know. Right now, I don't think anybody knows. Has anybody seen him? No. He hasn't been around. But here, I got some news that's telegraphing for people. Kind of big. So right now, the U.S. is carrying out a large-scale evacuation of family members of American diplomats

[00:52:44] in Middle Eastern countries. What does that tell you? I can tell you, right, that's telling you that after elections it's on with Iran. I know Netanyahu, he's waiting for their elections to be over in Israel. He's going to resume from what I've been told. So... Do you think they're going to resume or do you think they're going to ramp up? I think it's going to be a major ramp. Resume, ramp up, whatever. Now, I don't know if you saw this. We mentioned on the radio show that I was doing the other day

[00:53:14] that they are rebuilding rapidly. Iran is building and they've completed a lot of it, which is pretty incredible. They have now gotten military runways rebuilt at one of the locations. So they are taking this time to rebuild as we previously warned. And that's what they do. They try to act like they're negotiating. They come to the table. They say a bunch of shit that is, oh yeah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But all they're trying to do is burn up the clock

[00:53:43] so they can rearm, rebuild. They're getting lots of support and infrastructure as we mentioned from the East Coast. It's being driven in from China. They're not trying to use the strait, which is interesting in itself that of course it's an opportunity. Now the strait right now, I'm assuming they, I don't know whether the U.S. is checking every container ship that's moving into Iran. Are they? I doubt it. It's a lot of traffic. I don't know that they would be able to, but you know, for Congress and for the audience, Congress sucks.

[00:54:12] Iran is everything that this administration is saying they are in a bad way and even more. But yes, Congress wants to just point the finger and they're chomping at the bit. They've got lots of plans over these midterms and they want to take control and they want to do everything they can to limit presidential power, which is not what the executive branch is supposed to do. It's supposed to be separation of powers that the president has his own power, Congress has his power and the judiciary has their power. But that's not what they want. So if you don't get out and vote

[00:54:41] and you know, listen, I know we're not all happy about everything from this administration. There's many things I love what Donald Trump's doing but there's some things I wish that we were doing much better. I've got to blame people in the administration. You guys know I'm not a fan of Susie Wiles. I think she's a bad apple and I wish the administration would move her out quickly. Hopefully this will happen right after the midterms. I don't think she's got the best interest in the United States at heart. I'd like to see Todd Blanche get much more vicious when it comes to Did we find a press secretary yet?

[00:55:11] I don't know if we have, George. There's a lot of people that have put their hat in the ring. I know Cara Castronova is being considered. I don't know. You know, we heard that maybe Uma Aberdeen. I don't know what it's going to be. No, I don't think they have picked the press secretary yet. I think we've just got fill-ins unless somebody in the audience maybe you guys in the chat have you heard anything? I heard somebody talking about Carrie Lake. Carrie Lake. Ugh. Not a fan of that. She'd be good. Carrie. I don't know, man. She's smart when it comes to that stuff. Maybe.

[00:55:41] You know, I don't know. You know, I would throw Roger Stone's hat in the ring. I know it's not going to happen but him as a press secretary can you imagine? He wouldn't give those people an inch in there and he's so well read on every topic but I haven't heard his name being floated around. That's a personal comment on my end. So, all right. Before we cut out for the day, I just want to give you that thing. Hopefully you guys are happy about the 50% deal we got from Brightcore and I want to share that phone number one more time. Call them. You know, if you're having gut issues, I'm telling you right now,
