All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their
00:00:04
Creator with certain unalienable rights.
00:00:08
By liberty, if liberty means anything at all, it means right
00:00:17
to tell people what they do not want to hear.
00:00:32
Make America great again. Welcome back to the big big
00:00:45
show. Of course I'm your host Lance
00:00:47
Miliaccio with my Co host George Ballentine.
00:00:50
It's Friday baby. The weekends here, been a long
00:00:53
week, lots of shows. Of course, you know, liberty
00:00:56
means anything at all. It means right to tell people
00:00:58
what they do not want to get. And you know, that's the thing
00:01:01
about this show. There's no bias on this show.
00:01:04
We go equally after both sides of the aisle because at the end
00:01:07
of the day, isn't that what mainstream media does, right?
00:01:10
They pick a particular side and they say, oh, no, no, we're only
00:01:13
going to, we're only going to tell you guys the stories about
00:01:15
this. We want to give you guys the
00:01:17
information and then you can make your own decisions about
00:01:20
Washington, DC, about the news cycle.
00:01:23
You know, look, of course, we're conservative leaning, but at the
00:01:26
end of the day, I'm not thrilled with Congress.
00:01:30
I don't think they're doing what they're supposed to be.
00:01:31
So it's edge of the knife always.
00:01:34
You can count on it here. You're going to keep the men and
00:01:36
women that watch this show. First of all, thank you very
00:01:38
much for the hour you give us every single day, a little more
00:01:41
than an hour usually. And we want to thank the big
00:01:44
mafia, the mods, of course, without them, of course, they're
00:01:48
unbelievably helpful. So, you know, support the mods
00:01:51
whenever you can, and of course, support the show whenever you
00:01:54
can. And of course, I want to thank
00:01:56
the Bongino Army converts, everybody that's converted to
00:01:58
the show. We've had lots of new followers.
00:02:00
Thank you so very much for those followers.
00:02:01
We really do appreciate it. And everybody, it's in the live.
00:02:05
Link. Lance, thank you.
00:02:06
Yeah, let me do my read and check your mic and stuff.
00:02:08
I just text you. So, Oh, do that while I'm doing
00:02:11
this. All right, let me give a shout
00:02:13
out to one of us answers. Don't cough in the mic, Lance.
00:02:19
By the time the average person hits 60, they've lost and
00:02:22
regained several £100. You had no idea how much damage
00:02:26
gaining and losing weight could do.
00:02:28
Doctors call it weight cycling. Half Americans do it, and if you
00:02:31
do it enough, you're at risk of diabetes, liver damage, heart
00:02:35
attack and stroke. Weight cycling is when you lose
00:02:39
10 or so pounds, but then you put those pounds back plus a
00:02:42
couple more that puts tremendous strain on your organs that lead
00:02:46
to serious health issues. Bottom line, most people need
00:02:49
help to stop weight cycling and here's a great way.
00:02:51
Non prescription Lean was created by doctors.
00:02:56
Lean is an oral supplement, not a GL P1 injectable.
00:02:59
The science is impressive. It's studied Ingredients also
00:03:03
target weight loss in three powerful ways.
00:03:05
Lean helps maintain healthy blood sugar, it helps control
00:03:09
appetite cravings, and it helps burn fat by converting it to
00:03:13
energy. And burning fat helps keep the
00:03:15
weight off. So if you want to lose
00:03:17
meaningful weight at a healthy pace and keep it off, add lean
00:03:21
to your diet and exercise lifestyle and you'll get 20% off
00:03:25
when you enter code big mig@takelean.com.
00:03:29
That's code big mig@takelean.com.
00:03:32
I got the QR code and a picture at the bottom for you.
00:03:34
Take a screenshot, save it to your photo files.
00:03:36
Let's get healthy together. I need you guys around.
00:03:39
I want to be around. I love you guys.
00:03:41
We're going to get healthy and we keep fighting for our
00:03:44
freedoms in this country. Yes, Sir.
00:03:48
Yeah, you were right. Actually, my mixer hadn't picked
00:03:50
up. I know I'm always right, Lance.
00:03:52
I know what I'm doing. But you're, but you're writing
00:03:55
audio and video a lot. Yeah, you are.
00:03:56
There's no doubt you're kind of an expert.
00:03:59
Yep, well of. Course, you know, things are
00:04:01
moving forward in the news cycle as Zoe's.
00:04:03
We've got lots of great stories for you, but I want to start off
00:04:06
with just a little bit of a set the mood I found.
00:04:09
Yeah. I don't know if you guys
00:04:09
remember. Do you remember Sham Wow George,
00:04:11
the Sham Wow to. Who?
00:04:15
Sham. Wow.
00:04:15
It was a product that came out I think in the late early 90s.
00:04:19
Sham. Wow never heard of it bro.
00:04:21
So it was. It was a it was a car sham.
00:04:23
It was like for wiping up water. Shammy.
00:04:25
It was a shammy but the but the guy that the product was called
00:04:28
sham. Wow.
00:04:29
I don't know. We called it Sham.
00:04:31
Wow, there is a. My dad, we had them on the car
00:04:33
dealerships. They were great for soaking up
00:04:34
the water after you watched the cars.
00:04:36
There you go. So Sham.
00:04:37
Wow. This guy is now going to have a
00:04:39
podcast and he's come out with a video to promote his podcast and
00:04:42
I thought I'd share it with the audience.
00:04:47
Take a look. Lance is laughing.
00:04:49
You know his humor. Guys, I'm not responsible.
00:05:23
I ain't. Afraid of though?
00:05:26
Don't forget to subscribe to life.
00:05:31
The share? My guys show I ain't afraid of.
00:05:33
No. Whoa, Busters.
00:05:35
That's a good one though. Yeah, I thought it was.
00:05:38
I thought it was definitely you could advertise a podcast.
00:05:42
Whoa, Busters. Yeah, all.
00:05:45
Right. Yep.
00:05:47
Oops, sorry. All right, so we, you know,
00:05:50
we're, we're starting to move up the food chain.
00:05:52
I'm excited about it in a lot of ways.
00:05:54
There are some things about it that are irritating me.
00:05:56
But you know, you know me, I sometimes have to look at that
00:05:59
glass being half full. I'm sure George is excited.
00:06:02
Former NSA John Bolton indicted on the Espionage Act.
00:06:07
And why shouldn't he be with all those documents at home, 18
00:06:11
federal counts and talk about, you know, full circle here.
00:06:15
Here's one of the most outspoken critics of Donald Trump who
00:06:18
didn't have any of those documents in his house, acting
00:06:22
like he had done something. And now it comes the, the, the
00:06:26
chickens come home to roost. I think it's good.
00:06:29
It's huge. This is this is one of the top
00:06:31
people. There's no doubt John Bolton is
00:06:34
a piece of shit. And the fact that he's been
00:06:36
indicted by a grand jury for mishandling classified
00:06:39
documents. George, I don't know how you
00:06:41
felt about this. When this finally happened, I
00:06:42
felt pretty good about it. I had it all ready to go for the
00:06:48
first story for the show for today, bro.
00:06:50
I even had the yeah, you even made the little Yeah John with
00:06:54
his little collared shirt and an orange jumpsuit.
00:06:56
Jumpsuit. Yeah, let's put that.
00:06:57
Let's put that thumbnail up back again, just for a second.
00:06:59
I want everybody to revel in George's grok work here.
00:07:03
George made the little orange guy.
00:07:05
I I made the other photo with the paparazzi.
00:07:07
That was Grok also. But you know, again, I did that
00:07:13
because I'm like, all right, look, I'm excited about the
00:07:15
indictment of John Bolton. But first of all, let me let me
00:07:18
emphasize this. When they normally do a grand
00:07:20
jury indictment, it's usually sealed first of all, and then
00:07:24
they issue the arrest warrant and then here comes the no knock
00:07:27
warrant. They don't let you know in
00:07:29
advance. Is something wrong, George?
00:07:31
I don't know, thought I had a gunshot take over for.
00:07:34
A second. So, you know, we're looking at a
00:07:37
situation. That's normally what happens.
00:07:39
Average American, regular public, regular criminal cases,
00:07:43
sealed grand jury indictment. And then they kick in his front
00:07:46
door. What does that usually mean?
00:07:48
That usually means 3040 armed agents.
00:07:51
It usually means they reinvestigate and research the
00:07:55
property. They do it again just to make
00:07:57
sure there isn't anything. They grab electronica devices,
00:08:00
they grab computers, but they don't let the guy know.
00:08:05
Now, when it comes to the conservatives like Roger Stone
00:08:10
or a Steve Bannon and other people, you know that the
00:08:14
process is different. Now, Bannon actually I think did
00:08:18
get allowed to do self surrender.
00:08:19
But in the majority cases, let's talk about John Bolton.
00:08:22
A court and the DOJ would normally argue that John Bolton,
00:08:26
because of his intelligence background, is a flight risk.
00:08:30
So they would not preemptively let him know he's been indicted.
00:08:34
They would raid his house. They would roll up with, you
00:08:37
know, 5 or 10 or 15 vehicles, and they would bring him out of
00:08:41
the house in handcuffs. That's called what, the perp
00:08:44
walk. What I'm concerned about is, why
00:08:48
are these people getting deference?
00:08:50
Why? Because he was a government
00:08:51
official. This is a government official
00:08:54
that mishandled classified documents.
00:08:58
Doesn't that make you uneasy? It makes me uneasy.
00:09:00
I know that I don't like it. I think it's bad for the
00:09:05
country. Of course it's dangerous.
00:09:08
But why is he being allowed the courtesy of self surrender?
00:09:12
Why wasn't the arrest warrant issued as soon as the grand jury
00:09:16
indictment was issued? And why didn't they roll up on
00:09:19
his house just like they did Rodger Stone?
00:09:21
Why didn't they do it at 3:00 or 4:00 AM?
00:09:23
Why didn't they notify the news agencies so there could be a
00:09:26
bunch of them lined up? The The Big Men Show said we'll
00:09:28
sign the waiver, we'll get over there and we'll film it.
00:09:33
But no, instead public announcement of the indictment,
00:09:37
which means he's going to get the self surrender.
00:09:40
And, you know, are the news agencies going to be there to
00:09:43
cover? Are they going to escort him
00:09:45
from his house just so he doesn't disappear?
00:09:47
How do we know that John Bolton doesn't have multiple passports?
00:09:50
This isn't really extreme my take.
00:09:53
It's the fact that I feel like they're still giving these
00:09:55
people an exclusion. They're treating them as if
00:09:59
they're a higher standard of regular citizen.
00:10:02
I mean, they walked Rodger Stone out of his house in his boxers.
00:10:07
Now think about that. That's crazy, right?
00:10:10
The fact that they would do that.
00:10:12
I'm telling you right now that I don't like this.
00:10:14
And I'm going to say this to the Department of Justice and I'm
00:10:16
going to say it's Cash Patel and Dan Bongino perp walks.
00:10:20
And we want the post release of the mug shots.
00:10:24
They always release the mug shots of the conservatives.
00:10:26
Why not the mug shots of John Bolton?
00:10:29
Why not the mug shot of comedy? Explain that to me, George.
00:10:33
Your thoughts on that? I'll be honest with you, I can
00:10:36
care less about a perp walk of John Bolton or these low level
00:10:40
fruits when it comes to the bigger ones.
00:10:42
I mean, Adam Schiff, yeah, I'll be very disappointed if I don't
00:10:45
get a perp walk out of him. Hillary Clinton, Obama, they
00:10:51
should have did comedy. Brandon Clapper, you know, I
00:10:53
want to see perp walks out of them.
00:10:55
I no, I I do. At this point, I think they at
00:10:58
this point, hold on. At this point, I'll, I'll be
00:11:00
happy with a indictment in an arrest, you know, I'll be happy
00:11:07
with that. I don't care if purple work or
00:11:10
not, but as long as they're getting indicted and arrested
00:11:13
for their crimes, I'm good. I'm good because that's all that
00:11:17
matters. Well, the prosecutors argue that
00:11:21
Bolton willfully removed, retained or transmitted National
00:11:25
Defense information in violation of sections of the Espionage Act
00:11:29
of 1917. It looks like there were things
00:11:33
that he had walked out of there with that were secret and
00:11:35
confidential, related to weapons of mass destruction, as well as
00:11:38
personal notes resembling a diary.
00:11:41
Now, was that diary used to write his book?
00:11:43
I don't know. Is it a diary he kept?
00:11:45
Was it an insurance policy? By keeping this diary, he felt
00:11:49
that maybe it would get him a get out of jail free card.
00:11:51
I don't. Know you know what's crazy?
00:11:53
It's his book that got him hemmed up.
00:11:54
You know that, right? Yeah, I do.
00:11:56
Know writing a book, trying to get make money, you know Griff,
00:11:59
Griff Griff and you got yourself hemmed up.
00:12:02
Good. All because you want to write a
00:12:05
book. Well, in that book was called
00:12:07
The Room where it Happened. Yeah.
00:12:11
And of course, in that book, he attacked Donald Trump as usual,
00:12:16
and he was explicitly warned about files and classified memos
00:12:22
by the National Security Council that he needed to return those
00:12:26
items when the book came out and he needed to do it immediately,
00:12:29
which he ignored what they had to say.
00:12:34
Of course, he's saying that he claimed he had no notes for his
00:12:38
White House tenure, which turns out to be a lie.
00:12:41
This diary, I guess, goes into detail about that.
00:12:46
Now, I guess they've, of course, in that first raid, they seized
00:12:49
multiple devices, computers, tablets, iPads, flash drives and
00:12:52
cell phones. And there were lots of documents
00:12:55
labeled Trump one through 4 and a binder, binder, I guess, that
00:12:59
was titled Statements and Reflections to Allied Strikes.
00:13:07
You know, of course, he also had these details about the weapons
00:13:12
of mass destruction and documents about the United
00:13:14
Nations. Don't know what those included.
00:13:19
He had travel memo documents with a secret label on them, so
00:13:24
that must have been trips that he took that were under a
00:13:26
classified title for the United States government.
00:13:30
He had a bunch of, I guess, confidential documents from the
00:13:34
US mission to the UN. He had documents related to
00:13:39
strategic communications and then, of course, the WMDS.
00:13:44
Let's play the clip all. Right, let's.
00:13:50
So John Bolton was charged with 18 federal counts.
00:13:53
And I apologize, I'm going to look down.
00:13:55
I'm reading this. We're still just getting this.
00:13:57
We have the 1st 8 counts are transmission of National Defense
00:14:01
information. The second set of nine counts
00:14:03
those that's counts 9 through 18 is retention of National Defense
00:14:07
information. And that looks like it's US Code
00:14:11
Title 19, section, not 793D and E, which is part of the
00:14:16
Espionage Act. Now there was another statute
00:14:18
that they were considering and it looks like they've only
00:14:21
charged him with those Espionage Act statutes, but we're still
00:14:24
reading through this indictment. It's 26 pages long.
00:14:28
There's a lot of background information here and I
00:14:30
apologize, but we are literally just getting this in right now
00:14:33
so I'm still reading through it. Andrew Weissman, your first
00:14:36
reaction. Sure.
00:14:40
Well. Cares about Andrew Weissman.
00:14:43
I wonder if comedy, Letitia James and now John Bone, they're
00:14:47
going to do go on like some political prosecution tour
00:14:50
across the country, you know, touring, doing little speeches,
00:14:55
every media crying and complaining.
00:14:58
Oh, he's political prosecution. He weaponized the justice, Yeah.
00:15:07
I can see them doing that right? Seriously.
00:15:09
Definitely. What's the what's his other
00:15:11
play? Let's face it, to defend
00:15:14
himself, he has to claim it's weaponization.
00:15:16
He has to somehow come up with some legal theory that he was
00:15:19
justified in keeping classified and top secret documents even
00:15:22
after he left his government position.
00:15:25
He's going to have to figure out a way to do that.
00:15:27
So what does he do? He's going to have to create a
00:15:28
false narrative. So.
00:15:29
Otherwise, just let me say that otherwise, George, an average
00:15:33
person, George Ballantine with weapons of mass destruction,
00:15:37
classified documents, Diaries with classified information.
00:15:41
I would say that George Ballantine is facing between 10
00:15:44
and 20 years minimum. He wrote a book at me, so we got
00:15:47
33 indictments. Actually.
00:15:49
Bolton's supposed to turn himself in today.
00:15:51
I think he's on his way, but at it at 3:00 and I'm going to say
00:15:55
so-called two of them are so-called Republicans.
00:15:58
So I don't want to hear shit from the other side saying it's
00:16:03
political prosecution and it's coming after because we're
00:16:05
Democrats. No, no, no, because two right
00:16:07
now are Republicans. We're going to get the the deep
00:16:11
state Republicans out of the way first.
00:16:13
I guess. I don't know.
00:16:15
I wonder if, I wonder if Chris, who do you think is going to be
00:16:18
all right? Who do I think is going to be
00:16:19
next? I think shit is coming next.
00:16:23
Well, Schiff's easy because even if they don't want to go after
00:16:25
him for the Russian collusion hoax, the the mortgage fraud
00:16:28
case is low hanging. What about you?
00:16:30
Wasn't he on J6 committee? He was.
00:16:32
There you go too. But I think they're going to hit
00:16:34
him for the mortgage fraud. First wait, did he get a pardon?
00:16:38
I'm sure he probably did knowing the autopen.
00:16:40
Although lots of stories coming out about autopen payments for
00:16:43
pardons. We're hearing that maybe
00:16:45
staffers received money. I don't know if that's true or
00:16:48
not yet. I don't know if you've got that
00:16:49
story, but I noticed that story is circulating that allegedly
00:16:53
people that operated the auto pen did it for money.
00:16:58
Is it true? I don't know yet, but who do I
00:17:01
think is next? I think you could be right.
00:17:03
I think it could be Adam Schiff. I'm going to check around a
00:17:05
little bit over the weekend and early part of this next week and
00:17:07
try to see if we can get a lead on that.
00:17:09
But let's face it, it's an easy case.
00:17:11
He committed mortgage fraud also, I'm not sure, and election
00:17:14
fraud because he lied about the district he was living.
00:17:17
He lied about his primary residence.
00:17:19
I don't know, George. You know, at the end of the day,
00:17:21
there is low hanging fruit. Easy cases is, you know, clearly
00:17:25
The Dirty 51 + 8 on the Hunter Biden laptop.
00:17:29
That's a very easy case. We know what they did.
00:17:31
We know they lied about whether or not it was Hunter's laptop.
00:17:34
They came out publicly and none of them, you know, put out a
00:17:37
retraction. If I were those individuals
00:17:40
right now, I would be retracting my earlier statements.
00:17:43
I don't know if they think, oh, I'm not going to say anything.
00:17:45
Hopefully they just ignore us because they've got other big
00:17:48
cases to work on. I don't agree with that.
00:17:51
But look, at the end of the day, they're going to go get Schiff.
00:17:54
Let's arrest him in Congress. Let's do it on national TV,
00:18:00
let's get a perp lock. Let's handcuff him right in
00:18:02
Congress. Let's do a grand jury sealed
00:18:04
indictment this time. Let's issue the arrest warrant
00:18:07
and let's take him right out of Congress.
00:18:10
Why not? If you guys want to win the
00:18:12
midterms, the easiest way to start bringing these charges
00:18:15
much more quickly against congressional members.
00:18:19
And like George said, I'm not suggesting it's only the
00:18:21
Democrats. Any Republicans that
00:18:23
participated should face the consequences.
00:18:26
I mean, at the end of the day, I don't know why some of these
00:18:29
people are still in there. Look at Mitch McConnell, George,
00:18:31
you can't even walk anymore. He fell what, yesterday, Day
00:18:35
before? How many times does this guy
00:18:36
fall or had a seizure or even. Before he fell, you see him
00:18:39
walking, he could barely walk. Like what dude?
00:18:42
What the hell is he still? Retired right now bro, get the
00:18:45
fuck out. I mean, talk about respect
00:18:48
yourself, bro. You look freaking dumb.
00:18:51
You're looking like a dumbass. I mean, I listen, I'm not trying
00:18:53
to pick on you for old age, but it's done, brother.
00:18:56
It's time to hang it up. Stop holding on to your shred of
00:19:00
power. The turtle needs to go.
00:19:02
And I think there's many others that need to go.
00:19:04
There's several others that I think aren't really there.
00:19:07
And I, you know, I'm really, I'm always concerned.
00:19:09
I'm concerned with the judiciary when it comes to age.
00:19:11
There's no doubt that people lose their mental acuity.
00:19:14
And at the end of the day, there should be a limit on that.
00:19:17
You start to show the signs you need to be removed.
00:19:20
And if if you're not going to do it willingly, then you should be
00:19:22
impeached. I just Mitch McConnell, I don't
00:19:25
think you, I think that's this is just somebody keeping them in
00:19:27
there so they can continue to manipulate the system.
00:19:30
So, all right, let's talking about Pritzker now.
00:19:35
This guy is already, I don't know, George, if you saw it,
00:19:38
he's admitted to 1.4 in, in, in, in, in income, in gambling.
00:19:44
I guess he went to Las Vegas. He's claiming he was lucky.
00:19:47
Some people are making an allegation that that was the way
00:19:50
the cartel gave him money, that they acted like he won money in
00:19:54
Vegas. Well, you can.
00:19:56
You can go to the casino and probably verify it.
00:19:59
Yeah, that would be interesting to do.
00:20:00
Wouldn't it? Well, because he'd have to fill
00:20:03
out that kind of money. You'd have to fill out a tax
00:20:06
form right then and there. Yeah.
00:20:08
So, and he, he, he also said he was going to donate these
00:20:11
winnings, but he hasn't done it yet.
00:20:13
So I don't. I mean, you could watch, you
00:20:15
could see on camera if you want, if it's legitimate or not.
00:20:17
I'll say that. But yeah, because I bet if it
00:20:20
wasn't, it'd come out. But we'll see.
00:20:23
I mean, I don't think anybody expected him to have an illegal
00:20:25
immigrant working for him. So I guess this office.
00:20:28
Working for him duly, or for the town, really.
00:20:31
Yeah, he worked for the town. But of course, JB Pritzker's
00:20:34
Illinois is the way they're titling it.
00:20:36
So they just arrested this police officer.
00:20:41
I, I, you made a very valid statement yesterday to me,
00:20:44
George. We were talking about this
00:20:45
story. Yeah, I don't get it, bro.
00:20:47
Like whenever you're supposed to be like a any civil servant job,
00:20:51
especially police, you're supposed to they're supposed to
00:20:54
do a send it to the FBI to do a background check, supposed to
00:20:58
get fingerprinted, make sure you get cleared.
00:21:00
So you could be a police officer carried a gun and all that good
00:21:03
stuff. Did they not do that?
00:21:05
Like, because it would have came up with the FBI that he's
00:21:10
illegal and, you know, he overstayed his visa by what, 10
00:21:13
years now or whatever it is. How long?
00:21:15
Yeah, 2015 to 25. That's 10 years.
00:21:19
So it's it's the law is clear. Illegal aliens are prohibited
00:21:22
from owning or possessing fire. But hold on.
00:21:24
That's it. Yeah.
00:21:25
So if the Police Department, and that's the police department's
00:21:29
job, the hiring, whatever, if they did not do that, then they
00:21:32
should be held accountable, too. You ought to make a statement
00:21:35
here. You know, you shouldn't just go
00:21:37
after illegal, you know, I'll give him credit.
00:21:39
He was trying to get a job. I'll give him credit and he got
00:21:42
it. But it's the, it's the.
00:21:45
I don't, we don't know the whole full story if they sent in for a
00:21:48
background check, but I'm going to say they didn't.
00:21:52
Well, well, I would think not. I don't know how he would come
00:21:54
back clear. They would have seen that he'd
00:21:56
overstayed his visa and that he was illegal.
00:21:59
I mean this. Is this is the second time now,
00:22:01
George? Yeah, second one.
00:22:03
Second time in recent months where a local Police Department
00:22:06
hired an illegal alien and then unlawfully issued him a firearm.
00:22:10
What do you what do you want to? BET violation of federal law.
00:22:12
What do you want to bet all the police departments across the
00:22:14
country right now going through their their their officers to
00:22:18
see who's a citizen who's not? Well, you would hope so, but
00:22:23
what kind of What kind of a Police Department gives
00:22:25
criminals illegal aliens badges, right?
00:22:30
And guns it's a felony for them to even possess A firearm and
00:22:34
you know he was taking the firearm only night it wasn't
00:22:36
like he was leaving it there. I just think again, this is
00:22:40
sloppy but I but I really don't expect anything different out of
00:22:44
Pritzker. His Illinois is a complete shit
00:22:46
show. And you know, anybody continuing
00:22:49
to vote for this guy, you got to be out of your mind.
00:22:52
I mean, I know this fat bastard has aspirations of being the
00:22:56
president of the United States and, you know, he's got
00:22:58
billions. My understanding is this guy has
00:23:00
got an incredible amount of money.
00:23:01
I don't even know how he made his money.
00:23:02
Hold on. Should we go to all the Illinois
00:23:05
in the state of Illinois or the all the police departments to
00:23:08
make sure they didn't hire any crazy convicted felons like
00:23:12
murderers or gang members that made them police officers too?
00:23:15
Now do we need to do that? We might have to think about it,
00:23:20
'cause they let in illegal, who else do they let in?
00:23:23
I don't know. If I was, if I lived in
00:23:25
Illinois, I wouldn't feel safe right now.
00:23:26
I'm just saying people, but that's just me.
00:23:30
I would, I would speak. I would speak up and say
00:23:32
something. I would start calling every
00:23:35
every politician in the state, starting with that fat bastard
00:23:38
Pritzker. Yeah, I'd leave him a message
00:23:41
today if you live in Illinois and tell him you're you, you,
00:23:44
you know, you're you're seriously disgusting.
00:23:46
You should resign. I mean, it's bad enough.
00:23:48
Everybody in Chicago should be calling for his resignation
00:23:50
based on just the crime there. It's bad enough to giving CDL
00:23:54
licenses to immigrants that can't read Rd. signs or even
00:23:56
read the test to take the questions, right?
00:24:00
So that's just an accident waiting to happen.
00:24:03
God, God forbid, like I'm, I'm, you know, a death accident.
00:24:07
Neither giving illegals guns in a badge.
00:24:10
Oh dear, smokes. Yeah, maybe.
00:24:13
Maybe that's a good idea. Maybe that's the new plan.
00:24:14
Maybe, George, they can just come out with the complete kit.
00:24:18
As soon as you become an illegal alien, you can get ACDL, you get
00:24:21
a gun, maybe we give a free gun. Put them in the military?
00:24:24
Why not? Yeah, give them a gun.
00:24:26
Give them a badge. Why not?
00:24:28
I mean, you're already giving all the rest of these
00:24:29
incentives. They're getting all this money
00:24:31
from EBT and all this money with the $10 preloaded debit
00:24:35
cards and all the free travel and all the rest of the crap.
00:24:38
Maybe when they hit the border illegally, maybe with Biden and
00:24:41
who knows, maybe he did this. Maybe they just handed him the
00:24:43
CDL 'cause you know, they had that no name CDL.
00:24:45
You don't even need the name. You just give him ACDL with no
00:24:47
name on it. And maybe they just can hand him
00:24:49
a gun and a badge as they come through the border illegally.
00:24:52
And that that's what he probably did.
00:24:54
All right. Let's play this clip.
00:24:56
I mean, in JB Pritzker's Illinois, an illegal aid alien
00:25:01
is working as a sworn in police officer with a badge with a gun
00:25:07
and a pension. Your reaction?
00:25:11
Well, Sondra and John, it's good to be with you again.
00:25:13
Thanks for having me. It's unbelievable that the state
00:25:17
of Illinois and Governor JB Pritzker would hand an illegal
00:25:21
alien a weapon. Title eight, Title 18, USC Code
00:25:27
922 says it's a felony for an illegal alien to possess or own
00:25:33
a firearm. But yet here we have an illegal
00:25:35
alien with a firearm in the state of Illinois as per JB
00:25:39
Pritzker and and those leaders. It's absolutely amazing what's
00:25:43
going on here in Illinois. We do have a crime problem here.
00:25:46
This is yet another example of the out of control.
00:25:51
Crime problem, this time perpetrated by the state in
00:25:54
Illinois. This is JB Pritzker.
00:25:58
However, this is earlier today, You know, maybe that guy when he
00:26:03
came here on a visa, if he tried to, you know, lied to be here
00:26:06
legally or go to school or something, he might have been,
00:26:09
he could have, you know, got a green card or something, I don't
00:26:13
know, and then become a police officer the right way.
00:26:15
But you know, you want to. How is it that you come here
00:26:20
with a plane ticket? All right, you get a visa, You
00:26:22
come here like the legal way for vacation, but then you overstay,
00:26:26
so now you're breaking the law, but then you want to become a
00:26:28
police officer, enforce the law. Maybe he should have arrested
00:26:30
himself first. I'm just saying could.
00:26:33
Have been his first arrest. I'm arresting myself.
00:26:35
I wonder what do you do when he comes across an illegal Would
00:26:39
he, would he, would he lock him up or just let him go?
00:26:42
Yeah. What do you think?
00:26:45
I don't know let's hear the answers in the chat.
00:26:47
If that cop who's an illegal overstayed his visa and became a
00:26:51
cop of some crazy somehow way if he had to, if there was a legal
00:26:56
breaking of law and he would he arrest them or we just let him
00:26:59
go? What do you think in the chat?
00:27:01
Give me the answers. No.
00:27:02
All right, Lance, I think Lance, you know, one of my mods is
00:27:07
like, oh, you switched it up by something, George, what happened
00:27:09
to the prepper bar? I said, well, you know, I got to
00:27:11
keep you guys on your, I got to keep them on their toes, I said.
00:27:15
Yeah, I mean, listen, we, we got it.
00:27:17
We want, we don't want to be monotonous.
00:27:18
Of course we are going to talk about our sponsor Genesis Gold.
00:27:21
Cause look, silver and gold, it's on fire, baby.
00:27:25
Hopefully you guys listen to us. Hopefully many people in the
00:27:27
audience have some prepper bars, have some silver and gold, maybe
00:27:30
move their IRA over with Genesis Gold Group.
00:27:32
They've got a great program for that.
00:27:34
You'd be thanking us right now, 'cause I think since we started
00:27:37
promoting it, gold's up way over.
00:27:40
I think it when we started, we were at 1900 or 2000 an ounce
00:27:44
and I think silver was like 25, maybe 24.
00:27:49
So had you moved into the IRA, your IRA would have doubled at
00:27:51
least that part. And we always recommend
00:27:53
diversification. None of this is financial advice
00:27:56
though. What I'm holding up is the
00:27:57
prepper bar, the perfect solution.
00:27:59
Of course, this is a 62.2g prepper bar.
00:28:02
It's available in gold and silver, comes with an asset
00:28:05
report. George and I have a bunch of
00:28:07
these. It's a great way to make a
00:28:08
payment if you need to. You just snap off a small piece.
00:28:13
I don't care whether it's for economic uncertainty, inflation,
00:28:16
maybe just diversification in your portfolio, having some gold
00:28:20
and silver on hand in your house.
00:28:22
I think it's a great way to protect you and your family.
00:28:25
That's why we recommend this bar because it's the perfect
00:28:27
solution, right? Great invention that you can
00:28:29
just break off a piece to make a payment if your credit cards
00:28:31
aren't working. Maybe the US dollar is
00:28:33
completely tanked cause of course, at $37 trillion in debt,
00:28:37
not great for the US dollar. And so far they haven't come up
00:28:40
with a debt reduction plan. Maybe they will.
00:28:43
Will they will by the end of the year, Will they have a plan?
00:28:45
I have no idea what a Congress like we have, but of course you
00:28:48
can get these over at the bigmigbar.com.
00:28:52
George makes it easy with that QR code.
00:28:54
Get a few of these, stick them in your sock drawer, stick them
00:28:57
in your safety deposit box, maybe your gun's safe, hide them
00:29:00
in the basement, wherever. It's a good fall back plan and
00:29:03
the opportunity is, of course, you know, if you need it and
00:29:07
don't have it, that's when it's going to get tough.
00:29:09
The Bigmig bar.com all caps prepper is the promo code.
00:29:12
You got to have that promo code 10% off on the silver and 5% off
00:29:17
on the gold, and that's PREPPER and that's it.
00:29:21
The bigmicbar.com baby, get over there.
00:29:24
Get a few of these. Get them today while you can.
00:29:27
And you know what? We're halfway through A little
00:29:30
more than halfway through October.
00:29:32
Christmas is right around the corner.
00:29:33
These babies will fit right in the stocking stuffers, you know.
00:29:38
You can put it in the toe. You can put in the toe of the
00:29:40
stock, pull it. It'll pull the whole stock
00:29:42
longer. That way you can continue to put
00:29:44
a bunch of. Other stuff it got some weight
00:29:45
on it but let ready Lance sing with me 123 break me off a
00:29:49
piece. A piece of that prepper bar.
00:29:51
The prepper bar. He's out of tune.
00:29:53
I got to get him tuned up. Hey, look, I never said I was a
00:29:57
singer. All right, you just got to say
00:29:59
break me off a piece of that prepper bar.
00:30:00
We don't need all that extra stuff, bro.
00:30:02
Come on. I'm trying to give you a little
00:30:05
background like I could be like the the behind this did a little
00:30:07
did a little bit of a dance there for you, George, I'm I'm
00:30:10
your support background. We'll do that.
00:30:12
Do the you know, all right, I guess.
00:30:15
All right, so US Attorney General Bill what?
00:30:20
Oh, we're going to take a break, man.
00:30:22
Oh, OK, we'll wait. When we come back, we'll be
00:30:24
talking about California Democrats mishandling millions
00:30:27
of federal tax dollars meant for the homeless.
00:30:29
But doesn't look like it went that way.
00:30:31
People use it for personal use. That's nice.
00:30:34
That's nice. Stealing from the homeless.
00:30:36
More great things coming out of California Democrats.
00:30:39
All right, stay tuned. The big, big show.
00:30:41
I'll be right back with George Valentine, myself.
00:30:43
Lance Miliacho, It's Friday, baby, but you're going to stay
00:30:45
here with us for another 30 or 40 minutes because we got lots
00:30:49
to cover. And don't make us come look for
00:30:51
you because you know how we roll.
00:30:52
We will come and find you. Yeah, but it's Friday, so don't
00:30:58
go nowhere. Are you ready to stand up for

00:36:53
Here are codes right here save to your photo files also links
00:36:56
in the more section. All the links are there, but
00:37:00
wait a little bit after the show, will you?
00:37:02
We got stuff to do, more corruption to expose I.
00:37:07
Don't know how this is disgusting, you know, you know
00:37:09
when you think about home. You know, I just noticed
00:37:11
something. If I get pulled off, I'm going
00:37:12
to go to officer. How do I know you're not illegal
00:37:14
that got hired? I might give you more.
00:37:18
Tickets, your passport and your Social Security card.
00:37:20
Now, you could be an illegal immigrant hot, you know, you
00:37:25
know, acting as if you're a legitimate police officer.
00:37:28
I don't even know you're authorized to have that gun.
00:37:30
Yeah, it's frightening. It's bad for regular law
00:37:32
enforcement. It's really such a bad tone.
00:37:34
And the truth is, like you said, and, and we've said it many
00:37:37
times on the show, it isn't just the illegal immigrant that that,
00:37:41
you know, took this role as a legitimate police officer.
00:37:44
It's the people that actually authorized and approved it, the
00:37:48
people that didn't do the federal background check, the
00:37:50
people that issued him a gun. And that's the same thing when
00:37:53
it comes to the FBI and the DOJ. Any of those people that
00:37:56
participated in the crimes and supported the lies, whether it
00:38:00
was Russian collusion or, or hiding information about Epstein
00:38:03
or hiding information about Seth Rich or, or burning comedy
00:38:06
documents, those people have to face consequences also because
00:38:10
they're part of the criminal enterprise.
00:38:12
And that's what I want to see. I want to see the I want to see
00:38:15
the accountability. That shit needs to roll downhill
00:38:18
completely in Illinois. I think the people that did this
00:38:21
need to be held responsible. The minimum.
00:38:23
They should be resigning and fired.
00:38:25
I don't know what Pritzker is doing.
00:38:26
He's probably doing nothing. He's probably out eating Donuts
00:38:28
right now. All right now, look, I don't
00:38:31
care whether these are Democrats or not.
00:38:33
Could have been Republicans. I don't care.
00:38:34
It is Democrats. Of course, the fact that they're
00:38:37
stealing money. Homeless people need help.
00:38:40
Wait a minute, California Democrats.
00:38:43
Yeah, yeah, you got to say that. Does that add an extra level?
00:38:46
We layer on California, you know?
00:38:49
Because. Yeah.
00:38:52
Newsom wants to talk how great his state is, and he's doing
00:38:55
everything. For the people, yeah.
00:38:57
And he's doing great for the people by letting these
00:38:59
politicians steal money millions to get Lancisco.
00:39:03
It's. Crazy.
00:39:04
I mean, this is just, I, I think, like I said, I, I find a
00:39:07
lot of theft and criminality really would, especially the
00:39:11
criminality and theft that really effects helpless people.
00:39:15
These people couldn't defend themselves.
00:39:16
They didn't know they were getting screwed.
00:39:18
They didn't know they were losing homelessness.
00:39:19
Now, this one guy that so that there's two of them that got
00:39:22
caught. There's two people that were
00:39:23
caught. So the first guy, Cody Holmes.
00:39:27
Yeah, so far. Good point.
00:39:29
That's a very good point. So far.
00:39:31
Cody Holmes is from Beverly Hills and you can you'll
00:39:34
understand why he's able to live in Beverly Hills.
00:39:37
He allegedly used fake bank records to receive nearly 26
00:39:43
million from the California Department of Housing and
00:39:47
Community Development for a company called Shangri-La
00:39:50
Industries. Isn't that nice?
00:39:51
Shangri-La, which he previously served as CFO.
00:39:56
So this money that was earmarked in California's government
00:40:00
budget, Home Key, was supposed to be used to build affordable
00:40:02
housing in $1000, but instead homes 31 years old.
00:40:07
Spent the money to pay credit card bills and purchase luxury
00:40:10
goods at luxury retailers. That's what the DOJ has said so
00:40:14
far. And even though the developer
00:40:17
received all this money from the state, the developer did not
00:40:20
complete the construction of the Thousand Oaks project.
00:40:22
He was living a great lifestyle. It appears California has spent
00:40:27
billions of taxpayer dollars to combat its homelessness crisis
00:40:31
with nothing to show for it. Six months ago, they announced
00:40:35
the Homelessness, Fraud and Corruption Task Force.
00:40:38
And of course, now they're announcing these two cases where
00:40:40
more than 50 million of homelessness funding was
00:40:44
fraudulently obtained. It sounds like these guys had a
00:40:47
good time on the money. You're telling wait, the
00:40:50
contractor received all the money too and he and he still
00:40:53
didn't finish the project? No, he didn't even do anything
00:40:55
it sounds like. Didn't even break ground.
00:40:58
He just took the money and then. He got charged too.
00:41:01
Yeah, yeah, that's Cody Holmes. So, so he, I guess he's accused
00:41:11
of lying to the banks. He he obtained loans, including
00:41:14
a a Cheviot Hills property he flipped and sold to a homeless
00:41:17
housing developer for more than double the original purchase
00:41:20
price. I mean, it just this is
00:41:22
disgusting. These people should face all the
00:41:24
consequences. And I got to be honest with you,
00:41:26
Newsom should face consequences because these are the people
00:41:29
that the contracts are given to through his government.
00:41:32
So this is the guy that wants to run for president of the United
00:41:34
States, Gavin Newsom. And you can see that he can't
00:41:37
run California. California is a shit show.
00:41:40
He's stealing property from those people that that fire.
00:41:44
All part of his bigger plan, which brings a lot of thoughts
00:41:47
about the fire. Was it just a fire or is there
00:41:50
more to it? Let's play the clip.
00:41:52
This is typical California right here.
00:41:55
Epidemic California State officials failed to provide.
00:42:00
Meaningful oversight over the individuals who received most of
00:42:03
these funds and they had little to no answers to the public's
00:42:07
demand for accountability. Well, that accountability starts
00:42:11
today. Today, we are announcing
00:42:14
significant developments into our investigation.
00:42:17
We're making public 2 criminal cases relating to two separate
00:42:21
real estate developers who are involved in misappropriating
00:42:25
millions of state funds intended to combat homelessness.
00:42:30
This morning, federal agents arrested Cody Holmes, a 31 year
00:42:34
old Beverly Hills resident and the former CFO of Shangri-La
00:42:39
Industries, a downtown LA based. Developer of affordable housing
00:42:44
for defrauding the Home Key program that is administered by
00:42:48
the State of California. The program awarded grant money,
00:42:52
which included federal tax dollars for specific projects to
00:42:56
convert motels into housing for the homeless and to operate the
00:43:00
units. By April of 2022, Shangri-La
00:43:03
Industries, where Holmes was the CFO, had Co applied with
00:43:08
multiple California cities to convert numerous properties in
00:43:11
California, including a location and Thousand Oaks.
00:43:15
The state asked for proof that the company had the financial.
00:43:18
Capacity to build all the projects.
00:43:21
In response, Holmes and Shangri-La knowingly submitted
00:43:25
fake fake bank statements which claimed to show that developer
00:43:29
had about $160 million on deposit.
00:43:33
Not only were the bank statements fake, our
00:43:35
investigation shows that Stronger Law and its affiliates
00:43:38
had nowhere near the amount of money they claimed they had in
00:43:42
the Fink bank statements. The state agency ultimately paid
00:43:48
nearly $26 million directly to the developer for the Thousand
00:43:53
Oaks project. Even though the developer
00:43:55
received all the money from the state, the developer did not
00:43:58
complete the construction of the Thousand Oaks project.
00:44:03
Instead, our investigation has showed that at least $2.2
00:44:07
million was diverted to pay Mr. Holmes's American Express bill,
00:44:12
which includes purchases at luxury retailers essentially.
00:44:17
He stole the money. Lance, what is he saying?
00:44:24
There's got to be more Democrat, more people involved in this
00:44:26
could be Republicans, whoever because there's not just one
00:44:30
person being being accounting for that money, there's other
00:44:34
there has to be that oversee it too.
00:44:37
So. Yeah, I'll be surprised if we
00:44:40
don't find out Did. You hear?
00:44:42
Did you hear? Gavin Newsom, the governor of
00:44:43
California. Gavin Newsom's statement on
00:44:45
this, What he said. No, What did he say?
00:44:47
Me either, I didn't hear him either.
00:44:50
Yeah, he he didn't come out to the press this morning.
00:44:52
And of course. And why would he?
00:44:55
Why would he, right. Yeah.
00:44:56
He's too busy maybe brushing his teeth or or putting some more
00:44:59
gel in his hair. Got to be perfectly coiffed, you
00:45:02
know, that's what he's all about.
00:45:04
Lance, I got Sherry SG from locals.
00:45:09
Just subscribed. Thank you.
00:45:10
Sherry, SG. That's on locals.
00:45:12
Yeah. Thanks, Sherry.
00:45:13
We appreciate you. We appreciate all the
00:45:15
subscription. We had some, we've had a couple
00:45:17
of a lot of subscriptions this week.
00:45:19
So thanks for everybody that did subscribe.
00:45:20
It's 5 bucks a month. If you can't do that, a rumble
00:45:23
ran tip is nice. Of course, we're always looking
00:45:24
at new equipment, new expansion, got a lot of good stuff coming
00:45:27
up. We do have a lot of thing on the
00:45:29
table. The big, big show is going to
00:45:31
get bigger and bigger. We're in middle negotiation with
00:45:33
a lot of big groups. So we'll let you guys know about
00:45:35
that as it breaks because why? Because of you guys.
00:45:39
If without the listeners and subscribers and the people
00:45:41
posting the live link and telling their friends and family
00:45:43
to watch the show, we wouldn't grow at all.
00:45:45
It's all about you guys, so thank you so very much.
00:45:48
Sherry, it's, you know who it is.
00:45:50
It's one of our mods. Oh, she goes.
00:45:52
That's me. Oh, that was really nice,
00:45:54
Sherry. Thank you so very much.
00:45:56
Yeah, Sherry, thank you. Thanks for being a mod too.
00:45:59
You might be. You might be in our good graces
00:46:01
right now. You are.
00:46:03
You said don't pick on Sherry. Don't pick.
00:46:05
On her? Why not?
00:46:06
She likes when they pick on her. She's happy when I do it.
00:46:08
She gets she she thinks something's wrong if I don't.
00:46:11
They all do. If I don't pick on them, they
00:46:12
think something's wrong, like they did something wrong.
00:46:14
Now, when I think of payola and scams, let me think of what I
00:46:18
think of when I think of, oh, I think of BLM.
00:46:20
That's right. I think of the BLM people that
00:46:23
stole all that money, didn't put the money back in the
00:46:24
communities, bought real estate, you know, flew on private jets,
00:46:28
took luxury vacations. I think of those people.
00:46:32
Finally it looks like FBI raided Charlotte BLM activist Cedric
00:46:36
Dean. He has three properties and an
00:46:39
alleged multi $1 Medicaid fraud scheme.
00:46:42
No kidding. ABLM guy committed Medicaid
00:46:45
fraud. Besides the fact that maybe he
00:46:47
even stole BLM money, that's what most of the activists do.
00:46:50
That's how they got rich. They created these entities and
00:46:53
said, Oh yeah, BOM, we're going to support and all the stupid
00:46:55
corporations, you name it, all kinds of big companies donated
00:46:59
money. And what did they do with the
00:47:00
money? They went out and they blew it
00:47:02
up. They bought new cars, They
00:47:03
bought big houses. Money didn't go back to the
00:47:05
community. So Dean submitted inflated or
00:47:08
false claims to Medicaid and Medicaid and Medicare fraud is
00:47:11
some of the worst. My mom's on a Medicare and I've
00:47:14
got to tell you, it's just I'm thankful that she has it because
00:47:17
she's right now for the audience, she's been in the
00:47:19
hospital in and out. She got moved back over to the
00:47:21
hospital because they found some blood clots.
00:47:23
She's 93. And I've been dealing with that
00:47:25
behind the scenes. George hasn't really said much
00:47:27
about it, but I know some of you guys have said some prayers and
00:47:30
I want to say thanks for that. But look, and I and of course,
00:47:34
George, that was great. I wasn't.
00:47:36
I wasn't discrediting you. No, I know.
00:47:38
I appreciate it. It's not my business.
00:47:41
But she was in short term care again and then she went over and
00:47:43
then she lives with me. It's not that she's staying
00:47:45
there, it's just we're still dealing with ongoing issues.
00:47:48
So. And of course he used to fake
00:47:51
diagnosis and paid staff and recruiters through services like
00:47:55
Cash App said his company billed roughly 1 per month and
00:47:59
operated without enough staff to actually provide care.
00:48:04
They seized his bank accounts, his vehicles, 2R VS luxury SU VS
00:48:09
multiple properties in Charlotte and Shelby.
00:48:13
Again, another guy living the high life.
00:48:14
And I got to tell you, I don't think this guy even missed one
00:48:16
meal when you see his photo. Of course, he must have been
00:48:19
eating at all the finest restaurants with all the money
00:48:22
he was stealing. Let's play the clip.
00:48:24
You know when you talk about Medicare, right?
00:48:28
And the and the, yeah, the grief they put people through.
00:48:32
Maybe we they would have putting people alter this grief if they
00:48:35
didn't have all this corruption. Oh, and pay for healthcare for
00:48:39
illegals too, to boot. You might not.
00:48:42
Now at noon, FBI officials are having a home near the Palisades
00:48:46
as part of an investigation. Thank you for joining us.
00:48:48
I'm NIA Hardin, but this is happening right now on
00:48:51
Youngblood Road. WBTV Investigates.
00:48:54
David Hodges is on the scene and has been digging deeper to find
00:48:57
out what is going on. David, what is happening right
00:49:00
now? Yeah.
00:49:02
And I, we're still trying to get information.
00:49:04
I have spoken with one of the agents here.
00:49:06
But right now, I just want to actually show you the same
00:49:08
because that gives you the best idea of what's going on here on
00:49:11
Youngblood Road. You can see most of these cars
00:49:14
are undercover but have blue flashing lights.
00:49:16
You see the occasional CMPD. Cruiser as well.
00:49:20
But I went over and spoke with one of the agents and this is in
00:49:23
an FBI investigation. I've confirmed from an FBI
00:49:25
spokesperson that this is a court authorized investigation.
00:49:29
But that is about. All the information they are
00:49:31
giving right now, like I said, we got here at about 11:30, so
00:49:34
we've been on scene for 30 minutes.
00:49:36
This is about the amount of cars that have been here.
00:49:38
You can see that the driveway is blocked.
00:49:41
By one of these undercover cars with blue flashing lights.
00:49:44
What what I've been doing since we arrived and and even before
00:49:47
that a little bit is actually digging into who owns this home,
00:49:51
which is somebody that we have reported on some in the past.
00:49:54
His name is Cedric Dean, a community activist and runs
00:49:58
services. For the the.
00:50:00
Homeless and some of the population who are underserved
00:50:02
in Mecklenburg County. So we're digging deeper into
00:50:06
that aspect of it. But all we.
00:50:07
Have right now from the FBI again, is that.
00:50:09
This is a. Court authorized investigation.
00:50:12
I'll be digging deeper into the other aspect, yeah.
00:50:16
Did you notice something? Did you notice how that reporter
00:50:20
said activist and he didn't want to say BLM of?
00:50:23
Course, that was California too, right?
00:50:26
Yeah, so you, you notice how he did that?
00:50:28
I just want to point that to the audience.
00:50:29
And that's the lie. That's the bias of reporting,
00:50:33
right? That comes out of the mainstream
00:50:35
media. He should have said because the
00:50:37
guy is connected to BLM, he's a BLM activist.
00:50:40
The point of the matter is why didn't he say that?
00:50:43
Because they don't want you to know that.
00:50:44
They want to act like. And again, I just want
00:50:47
neutrality out of the news. If he's a BLM activist, he's a
00:50:49
BLM activist. If he's a Republican activist, a
00:50:52
Democrat activist, If he's a homeless activist, I don't care.
00:50:56
I don't care what activist, but why not put that information
00:50:58
out? Let let the chips fall where
00:51:01
they may. Well, Smartmatic, you heard us
00:51:04
talk about it years ago. We started probably two years
00:51:07
ago telling you that Smartmatic, even Skytal and Dominion were
00:51:11
companies that we were uneasy about because we didn't feel
00:51:14
like the system was working the way it should when it came to
00:51:16
our voting system. Well, of course, US prosecutors
00:51:19
just charged Smartmatic with money laundering and bribes to
00:51:25
election officials in the Philippines.
00:51:28
Now, these are people that are involved in our election system
00:51:30
here. When I talk about these
00:51:32
companies, and you have to ask yourself if they're
00:51:35
participating in this kind of behavior in foreign countries,
00:51:38
then why are they still being allowed contracts here in our
00:51:42
voting systems? It's an important question.
00:51:45
They got charged with giving crimes with more than 1
00:51:49
in bribes that several executives actually paid to
00:51:54
election officials. Now that's in the Philippines.
00:51:56
We know they were. They were, I think in Venezuela
00:51:59
too, I think somewhere else. Yes, I think so.
00:52:02
So you have to add, what bribes have they given to election
00:52:06
officials here in the United States that we may not know
00:52:08
about, or they could be being investigated or who's going to
00:52:12
start flipping over there in the Philippines?
00:52:14
You don't want to go to jail in the Philippines.
00:52:16
It's not good, I'll tell you that.
00:52:20
Police got bribes given in between 2015 and 2017 two, 1018.
00:52:24
They were in the 2016, you know, Philippines presidential
00:52:28
election. You know, there's going to be I
00:52:31
guess there's a superseding indictment that's also been
00:52:33
filed on Thursday. So they went up to three of the
00:52:36
former executives, including Co founder Rodger Pannat or
00:52:41
Pannate. He was previously charged in
00:52:43
2024, but at that time, South Florida based Smartmatic was not
00:52:47
named as a defendant. He no longer works with
00:52:50
Smartmatic but remains A shareholder.
00:52:52
And he has pled, of course, not guilty.
00:52:54
And why wouldn't he? So it's I guess Smartmatic is
00:52:59
pursuing a $2.7 billion lawsuit accusing Fox News of defamation
00:53:05
for airing false claims that the company helped rig the 2020 U.S.
00:53:09
presidential election in which Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump.
00:53:13
Well, did Joe Biden really defeat Donald Trump?
00:53:16
I don't know, I don't think so. Not legitimately.
00:53:20
In a statement, of course, Smartmatic has denied the
00:53:22
allegations. It said to believe the US
00:53:23
Attorney's office of Miami had been misled and politically
00:53:26
influenced by unnamed powerful interests.
00:53:29
Yeah, I'm sure he's talking about the current
00:53:31
administration. This is again, targeted,
00:53:33
political and unjust. The company said Smartmatic will
00:53:36
continue to stand by his people and principles.
00:53:38
We will not be intimidated by those pulling the strings of
00:53:41
power, blah, blah, blah, you know?
00:53:47
As part of the criminal case, prosecutors in August sought the
00:53:50
court's permission to introduce evidence they argue shows that
00:53:53
revenue from a $300 million contract with Los Angeles County
00:53:59
to help modernize its voting system was diverted to a slush
00:54:02
fund controlled by Pannat through the use of overseas
00:54:07
shell companies, fake invoices and other means.
00:54:11
They also accused Pinata of secretly bribing these
00:54:13
Venezuelan long time election chief by giving her, oh, a
00:54:16
luxury home with a pool in Caracas.
00:54:19
That's nice. It's nice when you can get a
00:54:21
luxury home for free, especially, you know, you
00:54:23
wouldn't want to take a luxury home without a pool.
00:54:25
I mean, who wants a luxury home if it doesn't have a pool?
00:54:28
The home was transferred to the election chief in an attempt to
00:54:31
repair relations following Smart Mac's abrupt exit from Venezuela
00:54:36
in 2017 when it accused President Nicolas Maduro's
00:54:40
government of manipulating tallied results in elections for
00:54:43
a rubber stamping constituent assembly.
00:54:46
So smart maggot deeply entrenched in Venezuela.
00:54:50
Things that make you go. So.
00:54:54
A hearing on the purported evidence tied to the Los Angeles
00:54:56
and Venezuela will be held next month.
00:54:58
However, none of the accusations are mentioned in the superseding
00:55:01
indictment. So that was the original
00:55:03
indictment. The superseding indictment has
00:55:04
to do with the Philippines. And they say that.
00:55:07
But because of Joe Jason Redding Quinonas, who's the new Trump
00:55:12
appointed US attorney, that is who Smartmatic is trying to
00:55:15
finger, that it's been weaponized.
00:55:16
You know, that's their whole plan.
00:55:18
But of course, Smartmatic was founded more than two decades
00:55:21
ago by a group of Venezuelans who found early success running
00:55:26
elections for the late Hugo Chavez.
00:55:29
You know, you couldn't write this, right.
00:55:32
You know, electronic voting. Yeah.
00:55:34
Created to get Hugo Chavez into power, it looks like.
00:55:38
And then they carried out the, you know, elections in 25
00:55:41
countries, Argentina, Zambia and others.
00:55:45
Yeah. No corruption in those
00:55:47
countries. We never hear about any
00:55:48
corruption coming out of Zambia or any of the Argentina or
00:55:53
Venezuela. Yeah, OK, Yeah, I'm sure they're
00:55:55
not guilty that that'll probably fly.
00:55:58
I would, I would guess that's not going to fly.
00:56:00
And I think they're $2.7 billion lawsuit against Fox may be going
00:56:04
right out the window as we speak, man.
00:56:07
Well, U.S. bank stocks are plunging.
00:56:09
Yeah, it's. Not good.
00:56:11
Yeah, more uneasy investors, of course, you know, this is across
00:56:18
the board. A lot of people have taken hits,
00:56:20
the crypto industry taking hits. So I guess Zions of Bank
00:56:25
Corporation sank 12% after it disclosed it would take a $50
00:56:30
million loss in the third quarter on 2 commercial industry
00:56:35
loans from the California division.
00:56:38
California is a recurring theme to George Day in the show.
00:56:41
It seems like every time we get do a story that somehow it
00:56:44
connects to California. Of course, also Western
00:56:48
Alliances stock slumped 11%. That's a big hit after it
00:56:54
initiated a a disclosure had initiated A lawsuit alleging
00:56:58
fraud by the Cantor Group LLC. I don't know this is this is not
00:57:05
good stuff. Lots of unanswered questions
00:57:08
here. Investors are probably really
00:57:10
not happy they're selling 1st and asking questions later.
00:57:14
Can you blame them? Now of course Jeffries is
00:57:19
saying, oh, I think the sell off is threat.
00:57:21
It's being overdone. I don't know, is it?
00:57:24
None of that sounds like good. News, but there better not be no
00:57:28
another bank bailout if shit goes away.
00:57:31
Yeah. Well, JP Morgan just wrote off
00:57:34
170 million in the third quarter related to the Tricolor
00:57:38
bankruptcy and said it was reviewing its controls.
00:57:41
So there's another 170 million taken out of a company.
00:57:45
And, and here's an interesting statement by Diamond.
00:57:49
You know, of course, had he said when you see one cockroach,
00:57:53
there are probably more. And so everyone should be
00:57:56
forewarned. Is he talking about more bank
00:57:59
sell off? I don't know.
00:58:03
It's an ugly story. I don't know, George.
00:58:05
Do you think it's going to get worse?
00:58:07
I mean, it's not only the Zions Bank Corporation, that's just
00:58:10
one of the banks that are that their stocks plunged.
00:58:13
So I mean, this is not a good sign.
00:58:19
I don't want to get be a downer. Now listen to this comment.
00:58:23
Listen to this. Looking good.
00:58:24
I don't. Know I don't see any loose
00:58:25
credit, but here they are claiming in times of loose
00:58:28
credit you are going to have more instances of fraud, said
00:58:31
Mike Mayo, banking analyst at Wells Fargo Loose Credit.
00:58:35
They tightened down all the credit, mortgages, all that
00:58:37
stuff after the last bank bailout.
00:58:39
And all of a sudden now it's loose.
00:58:41
Right now credit in general is fine, but there's a hundred you
00:58:44
need to watch, I mean. Why should we bail out or use
00:58:48
our taxpayer money for banks that even if if it was true that
00:58:53
they gave loose that bad credits out to people, that's their
00:58:56
problem not hars. Yeah, I don't want to see any
00:58:59
bounce ballots. Let them fail.
00:59:01
At the end of the day, I'm tired.
00:59:03
I'm tired of the Federal Reserve.
00:59:04
I'd like to see it fail. Let's get to.
00:59:05
Latisha's James and Nisha because this.
00:59:08
Is OK. Wow.
00:59:09
Well well well, Letitia James is housing a felon.
00:59:15
Of course. Only fans model.
00:59:16
Why wouldn't she have an OF account at her other Virginia
00:59:20
property? So this is the second.
00:59:22
This isn't the first. My understanding is that she now
00:59:24
has two felons and soon Letitia James will probably be a felon.
00:59:28
I guess she comes from a family of felons.
00:59:31
These this her and her boyfriend have been fanning out cash.
00:59:34
Leticia probably likes to rent to her because she probably gets
00:59:36
paid in cash and doesn't report it.
00:59:38
It's my guess but I guess hold on.
00:59:41
So this is the second accused felon family member.
00:59:44
Wait a minute. You just made a good point.
00:59:46
Yeah, Leticia James said. She's renting it out to her
00:59:48
niece, right? Has she claimed on her taxes at
00:59:56
the rental income she's getting? I wonder.
00:59:58
I don't know, but it appears by the way this girl's fanning the
01:00:01
cash she's making her money on OFII imagine Leticia is
01:00:05
demanding cash. I mean, that's an allegation.
01:00:07
Is, is her niece claiming her to her money she's making too on
01:00:10
her taxes? I don't know.
01:00:12
All you got to do is look at what she's claiming on taxes,
01:00:14
how much rent she's paying, is it all paying out?
01:00:16
I don't know. Plus all the other expenses.
01:00:18
This, this chick has this, this could get worse for them.
01:00:23
Could get worse. Well, I would imagine that both
01:00:26
of these felons would flip on Leticia, depending on what the
01:00:29
relationship is and how they're paying it if they didn't have to
01:00:32
be. And again, I'm not sure why
01:00:33
these people, why arrest warrants haven't been executed
01:00:37
at both of Leticia James's property.
01:00:38
Maybe the FBI, they're watching the show Cash.
01:00:41
Maybe send a few FBI agents over.
01:00:43
You've got felons hanging out of Leticia's property.
01:00:46
Might be time to wrap those felons up.
01:00:48
Go ahead and make an arrest and then and then have them provide
01:00:52
information, substantial assistance on the Letitia James
01:00:56
case. I think that's good.
01:00:58
Maybe Pam Bondi, maybe don't do an interview today.
01:01:00
Maybe get a couple of people to go over there and arrest these
01:01:02
felons. Skip your interview today, Pam.
01:01:05
You'll get some work done. All right, Wisconsin Democrats
01:01:11
after giving young child Brexit calling for President Trump's
01:01:14
death. I think that's nice.
01:01:16
If you're going to do a giveaway, not a, why not do a
01:01:18
giveaway that has to do with calling for somebody's death and
01:01:21
especially the president of the United States.
01:01:23
I think Wisconsin, wow, this is nice.
01:01:26
This is this is good family here, a good family of values
01:01:29
they're promoting. Well, they are cheese heads over
01:01:32
there in Wisconsin, aren't they? I don't know.
01:01:35
It is pretty sad that whoever's doing this, giving a kid a
01:01:41
bracelets about killing the president.
01:01:43
I mean, it's just they should get, they should lock the
01:01:48
parent, whoever it is, whether it's parents or whatever adults,
01:01:51
they should get charged. Well, follow this.
01:01:53
The family is having a nice wholesome outing at a farmer's
01:01:57
market and they're going around booth to booth.
01:02:00
Now, this particular booth, little girl and her sister,
01:02:05
they're in law. They're not Democrats, but they
01:02:07
met into the family met near this Winnebago County Democrat
01:02:11
Party tent because it had activities for kids.
01:02:15
And then they were handed these bracelets as part of the
01:02:18
promotion at the Democrat booth at this family outing where
01:02:21
they're just trying to go enjoy themselves.
01:02:23
And the bracelet said, is he dead yet?
01:02:27
I mean, that's the kind of gift you that's kind of little
01:02:29
handout you want to give to an 8 year old.
01:02:30
That's great. And then the, the, the host, I
01:02:35
guess the, the Harris Farkner handed it back and, and said to
01:02:38
him, we don't wear hate speech here.
01:02:44
And then, of course, he he told that he had to walk away because
01:02:47
he was just so angry. She later returned to the booth
01:02:50
and noticed other bracelets from the antitrust messages,
01:02:52
including ones marked 8647, which of course, you know, 86
01:02:57
slang for get rid of or kill. You know, 86 if they use it in
01:03:00
rap songs, with 47 returned to Trump as the 47th president.
01:03:05
So of course, she contacted the markets manager who told her she
01:03:08
wasn't the first to complain. It's nice.
01:03:11
It's a nothing like a family outing and you get to hand out
01:03:14
some messages of death. Good job Wisconsin and good job
01:03:18
Democrats in Wisconsin. Let's keep voting them in.
01:03:21
Let's get those guys back in. They're going to be great for
01:03:22
the country. Good family value people.
01:03:25
I kind of like this man. I don't know.
01:03:27
I know a lot of people here would not be happy about this,
01:03:30
but. I why not?
01:03:31
I think. I think this is good.
01:03:32
I think a lot of people would be happy.
01:03:33
I want to see what the people in the chat going to say.
01:03:35
Let me you guys this so Australia is actually preparing
01:03:37
to for social media ban for kids under 16 and listen to this now
01:03:44
the government's being really nice with this one.
01:03:46
They're offering tips to wean kids off the social media before
01:03:49
the band kicks in. You know what?
01:03:52
I'm kidding And. It takes effect in December.
01:03:54
You know, those kids are not going to be happy.
01:03:57
What? But I think it's a good thing
01:03:59
because I think all the electronics are are hurting the
01:04:04
kids today. And no freaking social skills.
01:04:07
They're lazy. Don't get involved running
01:04:10
outside. Go run.
01:04:11
Go climb a tree or something, man.
01:04:14
I mean, children are supposed to have childhoods now.
01:04:16
Here's how it works. Basically, starting December
01:04:18
10th, platforms that include Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat,
01:04:23
Tiktok X and YouTube could be fined up to 33 million if they
01:04:28
don't take reasonable steps to prevent Australians younger than
01:04:31
16 from holding accounts. So they're probably going to
01:04:34
have to create some kind of an age verification system.
01:04:36
I don't know how it's going to work, you know, but of course
01:04:38
they want, they want the kids to have childhoods.
01:04:41
They want them to have Peace of Mind.
01:04:42
And I don't blame them. There is so much trash on there
01:04:46
that I would never want my children to see.
01:04:48
My daughter, of course, is, you know, is 32 years old now, so I
01:04:51
don't have to worry about that. But you know.
01:04:53
I'm going to say, so probably at 17, you probably get a driver's
01:04:56
license. You can get a government ID,
01:04:58
right? You probably going to have to
01:05:00
upload that to verify your identity.
01:05:02
But I'm just curious, would people like could tell Jackson,
01:05:07
whatever the Supreme Court, would she say it's racist
01:05:09
because the black people or can't get IDs over there?
01:05:12
I don't know, just saying, right?
01:05:15
Who knows, but I do think this is a good move.
01:05:18
I think there's just too much trash and too many people trying
01:05:21
to groom our kids online. But you know what?
01:05:24
They'll be parents that will make accounts for their kids so
01:05:26
their kids can still be on. That's going to be the sad part.
01:05:31
And there you have. Bad.
01:05:32
Not their parenting, that's for sure.
01:05:33
Nope. All right, what did the chat
01:05:36
say? I'm sharing to see the chair.
01:05:37
Yeah, What did the chat say? Let's hear what they have to
01:05:39
say. I.
01:05:42
Don't know, they're talking about something else.
01:05:46
All right, it happens. All right, well, maybe, maybe
01:05:51
call the FBI today, let them know it's time to arrest Leticia
01:05:54
James felon family members. Maybe give a quick call, give
01:05:56
them the tip. You can let them know if they're
01:05:58
not sure about it, they can find it all over the Internet because
01:06:01
