[00:02:55] There's always a reason to talk about how we fix things in this country. And yesterday, or I guess it was Tuesday originally. Just yesterday. No. That is Thursday, bro. Oh, say Thursday? Oh, wow. I forgot it was Thursday. So I guess you got to talk about the Federal Reserve. You know, on this show, I'm not a fan, right? A private institution that controls our money, charges us for a fiat currency, charges us to print our bills, charges us interest,

[00:03:25] and they just print it out of thin air. I don't think we need the Federal Reserve. I think we can manage that ourselves. And if we were going to use a private institution, I sure don't want a bunch of corrupt bankers running us. But, listen, American people got screwed again by the Fed. No. As if the prices aren't high enough at the grocery store, at the pump. They always say it's a way to control inflation when they raise interest rates.

[00:03:53] I say it's a way to bend over the American public and screw them. They raised interest rates again, much to the chagrin of Donald Trump. And, you know, interest rate hikes are affecting credit card rates. They're affecting mortgage rates. Anybody on an arm is just cringing about this. He was hoping the Fed lowered by 1%. And, you know, here we are now.

[00:04:20] And, you know, 47 came out and said he's done effectively subsidizing other nations. I'm going to read his exact quote. Interest rates in the United States should be 1% or less because we are the best credit in the world by far. Our country is booming with new investment. If we stop trading with every country that we have a deficit with, which is most of them, we would make at least $1.5 trillion a year. The word deficit is nothing more than a fancy word for loss.

[00:04:49] We are carrying almost every country in the world, and that cannot go on any longer. Lower the interest rates for the United States of America and fast. Well, as you know, as a private institution sanctioned, right, authorized by federal statute and Congress, but not a federal agency, they don't have to listen to Donald Trump. You've seen it. You've seen where he wasn't able to fire people when he said he wanted to. It's because the president doesn't run the Federal Reserve.

[00:05:19] He can only suggest to them what he wants done because we've allowed this institution to take control of the American public and the country itself. So we were at 3.75%, you know, basis. And now look, another .25 basis taking us to 4%. Now the decision was unanimous. Fed Chair Kevin Warsh agreed with it.

[00:05:43] You know, it seems like they're terrified of growth causing inflation. And I don't think they should be. I think the rates, like Donald Trump said, should be bargain basement for us. But when you have a private institution screwing you over, George, I guess there's not much you can do. This company wants profits, profits, profits. And they don't care what happens to the American people. American people? They don't. We're just getting screwed.

[00:06:14] We're getting screwed every which angle. Which way you turn, however you want to put it, we're getting screwed. And they don't give a fuck. Look at the gas prices. They're even going higher. They're saying it could hit $6 in another month or by the end of this month. Which I said. You showed some diesel at 7. Which I said. I said this. I go, you watch. I go, Iran's going to start ramping up, firing missiles, start causing trouble either towards the end of September, going October before the midterms.

[00:06:43] And guess what they're doing? They're doing it. We're going to get to that segment in a little bit. Yeah, you did say that. I know. I remember. I got a knacky way of seeing things before they happen. Clearly, they're trying to weaponize what they're doing. Hold on, Lance. Donald Trump. So we got gas, right? Gas goes up. What else happens? You need diesel to deliver the food, right? Trucking. Food prices go up. Gas, food. Two major things that we need, right?

[00:07:13] Are they going to raise our electrical bills in the house now too? Now you want to raise interest rates for what? What is a logical reason to raise interest rates? You should be lowering them. This is crazy. Perfect title for the show, Lance. End the Fed. I mean, do we need them? I don't think so. Why do we need the Federal Reserve? What do we need? A bunch of idiots.

[00:07:43] We don't, right? No. No, we could have our own think tank. We could organize somebody to monitor our money. I would end the contract with them immediately. I don't think we need them. And the point is, why are we paying a private institution to print our currency? Why are we paying a private? Because remember, they take paper. And I'm not saying it's not special paper. They take paper and they print a denomination on that bill. $1, $5, $20, $50, $100.

[00:08:09] And then they charge us the full face value of the bill when they're charging us interest. We don't get it at the rate they printed for. And then they make all that interest rate money. Of course, we're $40 trillion in debt. The Federal Reserve, in my opinion, is a cartel. It's a criminal entity. If anybody hasn't read the Jekyll Island book, if you looked at that thumbnail, those were some of the original bankers in it.

[00:08:34] If you don't understand who controls the Fed, the private families and the private banking institutions that control it, it's a profit institution.

[00:08:44] It's a profit institution. And boom. There probably is no gold in Fort Knox.

[00:09:15] Well, allegedly, you know, we did have that one individual. I don't care. I want video footage, man. Yeah. I want to see some real stuff. I want to test some bars. I want to pick a bar out in the middle somewhere, one of a couple piles, and so on and so on. I want to test that. Yeah, I agree. We need an independent testing. I don't trust anybody in Congress to do it. I don't trust anybody in federal government to do it. We need an independent company. Maybe something like Elon Musk. What are they valuing the gold over there? Is it $60 an ounce or something?

[00:09:44] Yeah, they still haven't revalued it. $40 or $60 an ounce of Federal Reserve. I think it's $47, isn't it? And I offered to pay $100 an ounce, give them a lot of profit, but they wouldn't get back to me. I don't know. Reagree. I don't know. Maybe because there is no gold? You know, if you really do your research, and for anybody in the audience doesn't understand what I'm saying, you know that's a private institution. And the collection arm for the interest, it's the IRS.

[00:10:12] You ever wonder why the IRS main office is in Puerto Rico? Anybody ever wonder why? Wait, what? Say it again? Main office for the IRS. Is in where? Puerto Rico. No way. Yeah. Since when? Territory of the United States. Yeah. Yeah. Are you sure? I'm positive. I'm looking this up right now. I need to know. I'm not telling you that I have an office in D.C. I'm telling you that the main institution for the IRS is Puerto Rico.

[00:10:41] Well, the headquarters says it's Washington. Well. Internal Revenue Service Building 11111 Constitution. I have Washington. They definitely have an office there. Okay. Okay. Anyway, if you do the research, you're going to find out more details that you won't like. I mean, listen, payroll tax was supposed to, I mean, income tax was supposed to be temporary. And here they are just gouging us. Weren't the tariffs supposed to abolish the IRS? Well, if you hadn't had a bunch of corrupt judiciary.

[00:11:10] I mean, what judge in his right mind goes, hey, we're taking in a shitload of money on these tariffs. Let's figure out a legal way to stop them. Kind of a fucking jackass does that. Yes, you, sir, in the front row. The judge that gets lined, whoever lines his pockets with the most money. That's what, judge. Bingo. Yeah, I mean, really, honestly, common sense would tell you that if the judges, even if the law didn't necessarily support it, because let's face it, they don't follow the law all the time. They manipulate what the statutes say.

[00:11:39] We've seen it over and over again, you know. What judge in his right mind is going, yeah, Donald Trump came up with these tariffs and they're taking in just a crazy amount of money. And he's saying they're going to be able to do some incredible things for the country. Well, we got to shit on this. We can't have Donald Trump get something really good done. It doesn't make any sense to me. And that's the point of it. There is no common sense in our Congress. There is no common sense in the judiciary. And again, I'm not saying there aren't some good congressional members and I'm not saying there aren't some good judges.

[00:12:09] I'm saying there's too many of them that aren't. That's my feeling. Let's play this clip, George. What's a quarter point hike? So the Fed has voted in favor of this policy. It was unanimous. Muhammad is going to want to know that. Muhammad, jump in here. What does this say about the state of the economy that the Federal Reserve has decided this is a time to hike interest rates by a quarter point?

[00:12:39] Hike interest rates. Yeah. Yeah. They're going to revisit this in a few more months, too, again. Or it might go up again. Yeah. Well, so I guess Kevin Warsh is just another one of them. Another deep state. I don't know what they promised him. But, you know, Donald Trump had hopes of having a drop. And, of course, here we are. Another kick in the balls. Well, America, you enjoy that kick because they don't care about us.

[00:13:07] If there was ever a reason to end the Fed and to get a brand new government in place, well, it's looking more and more like that. I think the National Emergency Act is looking more likely. Will he do it? I don't know. I don't know how we're going to fix this. The cheating, the fix is in. They're going to cheat again. You know it. I know it. And all that's going to mean is a shit show. All right. Tell me about James Tallarico. Oh, boy. Our buddy. This guy is something else, isn't he?

[00:13:34] This is Senate candidate for Texas, James Tallarico. Now, you know all these politicians. They say all these things. And then when they get questioned about it and it's going to actually hurt their campaign, they flip-flop. You know, they reverse course. And, you know, James has been doing that. At first, he said there's six genders. Now he's saying there's, I think, two or three. And there is a God. First, there's no God. Now, there is a God. I mean, it's always something. But here we have an undercover video.

[00:14:03] And I don't know who made this video, but kudos to you. I'm surprised it wasn't James O'Keefe and his crew, but they didn't do it. So in the video, they're covering up. They're saying that James Tallarico, you know, once he gets elected, he's just going to go back to everything he was saying. He's just like, he's just saying all the reverse course just to appease voters.

[00:14:26] And the one person that works for his campaign is under, I can guarantee you that once he gets elected, he'll change his tune back to where he was. Well, it's just typical pop. And he's trying to trick Texans, right? I mean, this is what this is all about, tricking them into voting for this jackass. Yep. Typical politician, man. Typical politician. This guy is a liar already. Do you really want a liar, another liar in your, you know, representing you? This is crazy. Let's play the clip.

[00:14:53] Trump people are attacking Tallarico for saying that God is non-binary. Yeah. That's literally what he is. Yeah. He went on Fox News and like walked that back. Did you see that? Yeah. He, his, he's giving some advice that I don't think he should be following. Yeah. Because that's why, that's frankly, something that attracted me to this church was like.

[00:15:22] And I can guarantee you that once he gets elected, he'll change his tune back to where he was. Okay. But he has to kind of play this game. Yes. Kind of like. That's, that's what his campaign has convinced him of is that the Democratic Party is backing off on their stances on trans and all of this. And so his staff is encouraging him to kind of do the same thing. Mm. Just for the next 50 weeks.

[00:15:52] Whatever days or whatever it is. Days, I guess. I think it's bad advice. Yeah. Personally. But. If it helps him win. Okay. Now this is coming from a Reverend, Reverend Babs Miller. In a church. You're supposed to be a Christian. And you're, and you're going with the lies. You're going with six genders. You're what kind of fake ass Christian are you, Reverend Babs Miller? Matter of fact, you ain't no Reverend.

[00:16:21] You gotta be a fake Reverend. Ain't gotta be a real Presbyterian church. It can't be. Just can't be. There's no way. That must be the church of the devil in disguise. Just like Tallarico is a disguise as a good politician. But really, he's a piece of shit. So she's promoting and condoning lying. She's his minister. So she probably knows as much as anybody. Allegedly, he has a close relationship with. You know, look, this is what it's all about, right?

[00:16:51] They cheat. They lie. They convince you they're going to do one thing. And then they deliver nothing. Anybody that thinks Tallarico belongs in office, you gotta be just absolutely out of your fucking gourd. I mean, they're just acknowledging that he's going to be just lying for the next 50 days. He's going to lie about and walk back his policies. And that's the thing.

[00:17:13] You know, it's the awful part about government and government officials that they basically are so drunk on wanting to get power. And they're so drunk on what they want to do for themselves that they will do whatever it takes to just manipulate the public. And I hate it. I wish there were consequences for it. There aren't. Not enough anyway. Because how many people will see this video? I don't know. That's up to you guys. You'll have to share the content shared far and wide.

[00:18:12] It's crazy. Yep. Our house in New York in White Plains when I was a kid used to run on heating oil. It was a heating. We had a big boiler downstairs, a big furnace. And you had to have it filled with oil. I remember how my. I don't know if I said this person too. Hold on. There's another. Opossum King. So Opossum King. Do you feed opossums around your house? Is that what they call you? I don't know. He's just. He or she's just the king. Then we got too big for bike. Okay. Nice. Too big for bike? Too big for biking?

[00:18:42] What kind of bike are we talking about? Motorcycle? Or a bicycle? Let me know. I'd like to know. I like that name. Too big for bike. So as George said, Iran has ramped up their strikes. No. Now a U.S. contracted vessel, which was carrying Americans, which was near the Strait Hormuz, just got hit. So they had four Iranian drones and at least one missile.

[00:19:12] One of the projectiles did hit the vessel, causing minor injuries, including smoke inhalation. And this comes, you know, as a maritime tensions are remaining high in that area. Of course, they want the shipping open. Donald Trump's doing everything he can to not have it open. But we heard, I heard some stuff yesterday about how they're getting the oil out of there. It's pretty interesting. And then once they get it out of there, how they're tricking people into changing it from Iranian oil.

[00:19:42] They're blending the oil. So they'll take oil from another region. They'll blend it with Iranian oil. And that's how they can represent it on the open market as not being Iranian embargo oil. All right. Well, President Vance comes out. He says Iran's continued attacks on ships are directly affecting global energy markets. No shit. I think we can see that every day when we go to pump gas into our cars.

[00:20:09] I mean, I love you, JD, but you're stating the obvious. My question is, what are you going to do about it? Are you going to stop trying to negotiate with Iran? And hammer them? Or are we not going to hammer them? As I said yesterday, I believe they're waiting until after the midterms. And they're just trying to drag this along knowing that it's not a popular decision to be in Iran. I think it's a good decision. I've always thought it was a good decision. But it's heavy stuff. George, what do you think here about this? Well, let's see. I ran back.

[00:20:38] Houthis fired drones on Mecca the other morning. I haven't seen any retaliatory strikes. Now they just went after U.S. people on a ship or whatever it is. I was just combing like, I haven't seen U.S. respond. Are we getting weak now? I mean, what the fuck is going on? Why don't we keep saying this? It's like, I feel like a broken record. I'm sorry, people. But we should just bomb the shit out of Iran and get it over with. Take out the Ayatollahs. Take out the president. Take out the IRGC. Just take them out.

You know, but it makes you wonder, George. There are a lot of people within the Pentagon that are of the mindset that our strategic military stockpile is dramatically reduced. First off, because of Ukraine. And what we gave them.

[00:21:39] And second off, because we've been using a lot of, you know, a lot of it currently. So the question is, do we really have that stockpile? Is that why we're not seeing a strike? I'm not saying it's true. There's a lot of people that are saying it is true. You can look online. I'm not the only one that has seen these posts or have seen that people in the Pentagon or sources that reporters are reporting that sources have told them that our strategic pot stockpile of weapons is, you know, dangerously low.

[00:22:09] I don't know. I don't know what to think. I've tried to get some information on it. I haven't heard anything. You know, of course, they're keeping a closed lid on that. Pete Hex has doing a pretty good job of that. We don't want our enemies to know our strategic stockpile as well. But I just don't know why they're not doing it. I mean, the Bitcoin mining is still going on. That hasn't stopped. There's just a lot of things that I don't understand about this war in Iran. New escalation around the Strait of Hormuz. Sources tell Fox that Iranian forces hit a U.S. contracted ship with Americans on board

[00:23:03] as Iran's security chief shuts down the prospect of new talks with Washington. Chief foreign correspondent Trey Yanks reports live in Tel Aviv. To best of my recollection, the U.S. wasn't asking for talks, Trey. You're exactly right, John. And good afternoon. Sources do tell Fox News that Iran struck a U.S. contracted vessel around the Strait of Hormuz earlier this week. We understand there were some minor injuries, including smoke inhalation.

[00:23:30] And those that were injured were taken to a regional Gulf country for treatment. Some U.S. personnel were on board. Tension around the Strait continues as reports indicate multiple explosions were heard around the critical waterway overnight. The Iranians claim they shot down another U.S. MQ-1 predator drone over the Strait. And we do know U.S. forces destroyed two Iranian boats this week that were trying to steal a U.S. sea drone. Vice President J.D. Vance discussed the threat to the shipping lanes on Tuesday.

[00:23:57] Despite the fact that we did accomplish a substantial destruction, not just of their nuclear program, but also of the Iranian conventional military, we've seen the Iranians shooting at commercial shipping, even in the midst of peace negotiations. And I think the president has actually done the responsible thing here, which is to try to ensure that world energy markets, despite Iranian terrorism, continue to get that flow of oil and gas. With a focus on Iran, one of the country's largest proxy forces, the Houthis in Yemen,

[00:24:26] are ramping up their attacks on Yemeni government forces and neighboring Saudi Arabia. The Saudis intercepted a Houthi drone overnight near the holy city of Mecca as these attacks expand in range. The key thing to remember here is that the escalation is linked to the situation with Iran, and the Houthis are receiving direct orders and support from the regime in Tehran. So the Saudis are conducting strikes. They have requested U.S. support. President Trump has not granted that yet. But, Larry, let me give you a different perspective on this. Why are the Houthis doing it?

[00:24:56] Because Iran is paying them cash and offering them material and operational support. But this Iranian escalation is evidence of the pain that they are going through economically. There are a lot of moving parts here, but more than six months into the conflict, there is currently no end in sight. Currently no end in sight, but there can be an end. Let me make it one comment on that video. Just one thing. Okay, go ahead. If the Iranians can give financial and material support to the Houthis, right? If they can do that, then clearly they're not in the position that Donald Trump says they are or the administration is saying. And I'm not picking on Donald Trump.

[00:25:53] If they have the ability to support an outside group like the Houthis, and they've always worked with them. But if they have that ability, then they clearly have enough material to continue to fight. They still have money coming in because they're promising the Houthis money. I don't know how much they've given them or how much they promised them. So my question is, why? Why are we allowing that to continue? Are they using Bitcoin mining money for that?

[00:26:18] It seems to me that simple enough today, if I was going to really put a chokehold on Iran, I would hit all the Bitcoin mining today and I would hit all the infrastructure that's bringing in material support through the East. All those roads, all those bridges, I'd take all of it out. And I'd do that today. That would be the price they would pay for going after a U.S. contracted vessel. Okay, George, give me your thoughts on why the House has gone on break again. It's such an important point. Yeah, of course I'll give you.

[00:26:48] So every two years, we have elections. And Congress, their terms are two years. Every two years, they have to go up for re-election. So they're going to go out and do town halls and see their constituents and try to garner up their vote. It's normal in a sense when they do this every two years. That's it. Do you think it's a good idea? And do you think that they're effective when they do that? Are they effective?

[00:27:17] I mean, it depends on how much work they put in for their campaign. Like, you know. But, you know. I mean, but you got to give them the opportunity to get out there and do, you know. What do they want to do? Rallies, town halls or whatever and try to win back their seat. Their incumbents. Would it be fair? Would it not be fair to them if they can't go out and campaign? Meanwhile, the person that's, you know, trying to get that seat is out there campaigning?

[00:27:46] That wouldn't be fair either, though. Well, I hear what you're saying. Although I always wonder. They just came off another break. Here's my question. It's not Congress. It's Senate. It's the one that's letting this down. Congress, the House of Representatives, Mike Johnson. They've been doing a good job. They've been putting stuff through. It's the Senate that's holding everything up. That's the problem. Let me ask you this. If you know you have a 50-day break that you need to run, right? Because you're making, I think, a valid point. Why did they just come off a break?

[00:28:15] Why did they take that other break? Maybe when you know you got 50 days coming up of you leaving the House. Was the House on break? I know the Senate was on break. It was two weeks. It took a break not that long. That was Labor Day weekend. You know, they all take for the holidays and be with their families and stuff. I don't know. Yeah. These guys are some vacationing SOBs, if you ask me. They get more days off than almost any other person. Right now, the problem is, when it comes, is the Senate that's not passing stuff.

[00:28:44] Mikey Johnson's been doing pretty good. So, I wish I had a paid vacation for weeks, too, on end. Shit, I wish I didn't have to work. Can I win the damn lottery, man? Fuck. All right. It is what it is. It's like, but with Iran, we're just billion-dallying with them. It's just such a waste of time. We could have finished this shit off, like, months ago.

[00:29:12] And we would have had cheaper gas, paying maybe $2, $2.50 a gallon, whatever. Better than right now. Right now, it's like, by me, I think it's like $4.33 now. It keeps going up. Up every day. Three, four, five cents. Yeah, it's over $4 at all the pumps here. It's $4. I saw one yesterday. I think it was $4.27. Yeah, it's not good for everybody. [00:35:42] What's going on? This is crazy. Like, his father told investigators that Thomas Crooks acted out in school because he was bored. They thought he had ADHD, obsession with guns, but then he had zero interest in hunting or fishing. But then he told his dad he could picture himself killing an animal. But he bought guns and gear online. I didn't know he could buy guns online. But anyway... Maybe that's Pennsylvania. Well, you can if you have them shipped to an FFL dealer.

[00:36:08] So if you buy a gun from a dealer to the state, it has to be shipped to a dealer that's willing to accept the delivery in your state. So you have to go and have a relationship with a gun store or range like maybe he did. And he can buy the gun elsewhere, but it has to be shipped to an FFL dealer. It can't be shipped directly to an individual. Thomas Crooks, he showed up to a gun store with two unidentified males. They still can't identify these males. Are you kidding me? You know, Lance was telling me during the break, he says, all gun stores have video surveillance.

[00:36:39] Nobody knows who these unidentified males are? Come on. I'm not buying it. Then he used... This is weird. Bob Dole. Remember Senator Bob Dole? Thomas Crooks used the name Bob Dole in his Amazon deliveries to hide his digital trail. Then he's killed. And he was cremated like instantly, immediately. And an anonymous donor paid for it. Well, who the hell is this anonymous donor? Tell me this is not suspicious.

[00:37:07] They're trying to hide evidence from the body. We have unidentified two male, unidentified males that we can't identify for some crazy reason. I mean, this is our FBI doing this? This is cashmere. It makes no sense. Who are these two men at the gun range? Gun store? And it's interesting. This former DOJ official that they just give his first name, John, asked the question that we're all wondering. You know, is this a sign of a larger conspiracy to kill the president of the United States?

[00:37:38] I mean, this should have been a priority by the FBI and the Secret Service. And I don't believe it wasn't possible to identify these two males. Let's face it. They could have gotten geofencing data from Tony Saruga and many other companies have it. They could have looked at the security footage. They could have got, you know, they could have looked at camera systems outside of it. Figured out the vehicles that were driven. Look for the registrations. See if he drove in the same vehicle with these individuals. Or do they come in separate vehicles?

[00:38:06] Listen, these guys might have just been a couple of friends of his that liked to go shooting. And he was going shooting with them. I'm not saying they absolutely were nefarious operatives. But I would sure think after this much time has expired. Shouldn't these answers be out here? Who are these two people? I mean, this is really, this is not looking good. Once again, I'm wondering why the FBI agents who were in charge of this investigation, the Secret Service agents, aren't under investigation.

[00:38:37] Why don't we know who did this cremation? I mean, how many people go around donating to other people for their cremation? How common is that in the world, in the world we're in? Do you like all of a sudden you die and somebody's going, oh, I'm going to donate to cremate George. You know, I'm just going to donate for his cremation. I mean, why and why was it rushed? The cremation was rushed. I mean, also when they hosed off the roof. I felt like that was evidence. It seems to me like they should have cut out that panel of the roof where he was at and kept it.

[00:39:06] I don't see any reason for them hosing it down. They were immediately up on the roof cleaning the roof. I just, there's a lot of things that are just suspicious as you know what on this. And here's a question for you. I'd like some answers. Here's a question for you. This is coming from UltramagraGirl45. Great question. I did not know this. Yeah. She said his dad was or is or as afraid of him. But the morning of the butler assassination, his dad handed him a gun. Now, you do definitely got to say, wait a minute.

When he handed him the gun, was it the gun that was used? I mean, do you have any more information? I'd like to know. I'd never heard anything about that before. So I'd love to know a little more about that. How do you know they aren't under investigation? You would think by now that they would have, if they knew more people involved or knew those two people, that they would have locked their asses up, make a statement. But I mean, yeah, they could be an investigation. I don't know. Could be.

[00:40:10] That's a case. We have so many investigations going on. So many. Grand jury in Florida. Russia hoax. 2020 election. You know, I get that. A lot of investigations. It just seems to me after this much time has transpired that a lot of these details should have been exposed. You know, you look at the Kennedy assassination, right? The cover up of the Kennedy assassination. And now we know the CIA was involved and they covered it up for decades. I'm just uneasy about this. So a lot of details that people are nervous about. You know, that part's not irregular. I'm not. I don't know if that makes the dad a co-conspirator. You know, he was probably just trying to develop a relation with his relationship with his very strange son. This kid seems very strange to me. Was it because he was groomed for this operation?

Of course, there's much more sophisticated operations now than MK Ultra. But all right, let's play this clip. There's some details in it. I think you guys are going to want to hear. This is from Fox News. Newly released FBI documents reveal Thomas Matthew Crooks, the man accused of attempting the life,

[00:41:41] the take the life of the president, was practicing his shot the day before the rally at a sportsman club in Pennsylvania. The documents also offer a look into who Crooks was. His father told investigators that he acted out in school because he was bored. They thought he might have had ADHD. He developed an obsession with guns, but no interest in hunting or fishing. Crooks told his father he couldn't envision himself killing an animal.

[00:42:08] The documents also show that Crooks was eventually buying gun and equipment online. He was seen at one point at a gun store with two still unidentified males. He was also using the handle Bob Dole for some Amazon deliveries. He seemed to be trying to minimize his digital footprint. Now, I want to talk about this with former Deputy Assistant Attorney General John Yu. John, thanks for joining us.

[00:42:38] So many details, seemingly details we should have known about long before today. I think we should start with these two men. Who was he with at the gun store? Well, that's the first question I thought of when I saw the reports was we got to know more about Crooks. We got to learn more about who may have helped them. The FBI reports say there are two unidentified men with him when he's buying the ammunition, with him when he's at the gun range.

[00:43:07] Are these people who are helping him? How is it that we don't know who they are and how have we not tracked them down? I hate to say it, but I mean, this is a sign possibly of a larger conspiracy to kill the president of the United States. You would think this would be the number one priority of the FBI and the Secret Service. And what about the detail, John, that Thomas Crooks was cremated not long after he was killed

[00:43:34] and that his cremation service was paid for by an anonymous donor. Now, I imagine there could be an innocuous reason for that, but I think it's worth asking the question, who and why? I agree with you, Will. When it comes to someone who came that close within a millimeter of killing the future president, someone who already had been president and someone who was challenging the incumbent party,

[00:44:02] I think no resource should be spared and no lead should be left neglected. And you have to also ask from these reports, why did the failures occur? I mean, we saw reports even in the days afterwards that the Secret Service team was under-resourced, that they were having trouble connecting with the state and local police in Butler. And you got to ask, was the Biden team similarly under-resourced?

[00:44:28] They should have equal level of protection by the Secret Service when it's the Republican and Democratic candidates for president. So I think we also need to learn more about the failures within the Secret Service and the FBI and make sure people have been held accountable for those failures. Why do you feel like there are so few answers on, as you point out, such an incredibly big story? Why so few answers from the FBI? Why so few answers on this attempted assassination?

[00:44:56] Well, of course, one thing you're going to have, which you do want to defer to a little bit, is you don't want to have an investigation which reveals the secrets of how we continue to protect our presidents and protect the candidates of the rival parties, especially for president. But I also think you've got to worry about people protecting themselves. I mean, the people who would investigate this kind of failure are going to be the Secret Service and the FBI,

[00:45:23] the very agencies who have personnel who failed. And so sometimes you've got to look for people and bring them in from the outside to conduct an inside look at this because people are going to be covering themselves because of this kind of disaster. Yeah. I mean, one of the biggest stories of the last, what, four years? And we have so little information and it continues to dribble out years after the fact. I think we deserve to know more about the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump. Thanks for being with us here today.

[00:45:53] John, you. So I have questions, but Ultramar girl, thank you for clarifying that. So the father was afraid of his son. So Lance, would you give a gun to someone you're afraid of? I know I wouldn't. So it's kind of weird. You know, if a father, let me say this, you know, he was afraid of him, whether he was or wasn't. Who knows if that's a statement post of the event. I'm not saying he wasn't.

[00:46:20] But, you know, maybe he was trying to bond with his son and his son was obsessed with guns. So maybe he thought it was a way to bond with him. I don't know what this father was thinking. But he wasn't going with him to the range. He gave him the gun and the kid went to the range. And again, I'm not disagreeing with you. You know, you just never know what was going through the father. If you're afraid of someone, would you give him a gun? No. OK, there you go. So what about the multiple phones he had with like overseas numbers? I mean, what about all that stuff? They couldn't trace that stuff. You know.

[00:46:52] You can't help but say that the Secret Service, the FBI was involved or complicit with this and trying to assassinate Trump. I mean, come on. That's basic security measures. You would secure the roof and secure the perimeter and outside perimeter. And they didn't. It's like they fumbled on purpose. Another conspiracy. But conspiracy has always come true, right? Well, I did a little research. He had two cell phones.

[00:47:18] They found one on his person and then they found another one at his home. He was using encrypted platforms, foreign encrypted platforms for communication. He had three foreign based encrypted messaging and email services located in Germany, Belgium and New Zealand. And then they unlocked his phone. They found, you know, 14,000 different images in his one phone. Quantico got it open.

[00:47:47] You know, there was some discussions early on. Now they're saying not. But there was some discussions about crypto accounts and money being moved around in crypto accounts. I don't know the truth of that. I don't know if they've now said it isn't. And it does exist. There was a lot of things out of it. But, you know, look, he had live, you know, rally live feed screenshots. You know, he had lots of firearm and official government website search histories. There's a lot of details here.

[00:48:15] I think it's important for the FBI because now we've got agents that were hiding these documents. We know the documents were destroyed. And my question always to the FBI is those agents that were responsible for destroying evidence that were hiding this material that's now surfaced. Who was giving them that leadership? Who in leadership was telling them to make these decisions? Or were they doing it independently? And are they going to be criminally charged?

[00:48:43] Are they going to be indicted? You know, obstruction of justice is a major charge. And when you've got something like an attempted assassination of a previous president, a president running to be, you know, reelected. I have a lot of questions about how this is handled. And once again, I'm asking, where is the accountability in the FBI? Did Kash Patel say that there's five agents under investigation? And if not, why aren't they under investigation?

[00:49:11] And what leadership told them to make all these moves, George? And what about this? I think it's so weird about the cremation. Why were they in such a rush to cremate him? And why would somebody just come up and say, hey, I'm going to pay for a cremation? That doesn't seem to be something that comes into people's heads where you want to donate. I mean, if you donate to the family, you allow the family to use the money they went on. But to specifically donate money for the cremation? That just seems really strange.

[00:49:38] I mean, look, the feds were involved with Kennedy assassination. So you can't tell me that it's not a possibility you're involved in an attempted assassination of Trump. All right. George, I don't know if you knew this. You're in the nightclub business. I used to be at one point. No, you're in the nightclub business now because the Trump HUD secretary, Scott Turner, just talked about the Los Angeles homeless organization, LASA. That's L-A-H-S-A.

[00:50:09] They had 75 million worth of taxpayer dollars in front of this group and it's part of the fraud scheme. And there's lots more money than this. And they ended up using a bunch of the funds to build a high-end nightclub near L.A. So congratulations to the taxpayers. You guys didn't know you own part of a nightclub in L.A. I don't know how it's doing. They just, the DOJ made multiple arrests. This is just more scamming. You know, the homelessness situation in the United States, especially in California, is horrible. You've seen the pictures.

[00:50:37] You've seen the animals suffering in these homeless encampments. There's a bunch of people working on getting the animals out of there, but they're not getting any help from Newsom or the state. It's just all these are private companies trying to help because these dogs are in horrible situations with people that are so addicted on drugs that they're abusing the animals in horrible ways that I won't go into. But listen, I don't think the taxpayers, I don't think we knowingly decided to go into a nightclub.

[00:51:03] So the owner of this nonprofit called Home at Last ran a web of shell corporations and pocketed funds earmarked for homeless housing, then used the money to open a high-end restaurant and a nightclub in Inglewood, California. Almost the same amount of funding was funneled through Laza, and it's been going on year after year. Laza is the largest recipient of homeless funding in the nation.

[00:51:32] And of course, riddled with fraud, waste, and abuse, a judge had an opportunity to stop it. And what did he do? He tried to continue to let him get another $240 million. So the fraudsters received over $130 million, George. I'm going to be, I'm going to, I like, I like to be upfront and honest. And I'm going to say this, God forbid we get another Democrat president.

[00:51:56] I'm going to open up some kind of facility or something in one of these liberal states because they seem to get away with it. But I'll be smart about it. Yeah, I mean, you might as well open up an autism center. I'm sure the floodgates will be reopened. They love the USAID. I would like to open up a big MIG leering center, maybe. Yeah, the leering center. Yeah, that's great. Yeah, possible. I think we could brand it. But even, you know, Big McNight Club. Leering for the Big McNight Club. So now they're trying to say that the material in the pangolin scales, which is horrible. These animals just eat insects. They're really interesting. They're a scaled mammal, really strange.

And I always think to myself, I'd love to hire some contractor teams to go around Africa and find the people that are responsible and execute them. All right. [00:54:43] Today, we are announcing charges and two arrests so far this morning against three separate individuals allegedly involved in fraud schemes that stole millions of dollars from programs meant to house and support the homeless in California. I will briefly highlight one case brought this morning thanks to the hard work of the prosecutors and agents here in this room with us.

[00:55:13] This morning, federal agents arrested Michael Young, the owner of Home at Last, a nonprofit organization that was supposed to house the homeless. Young is charged with wire fraud, which carries a maximum possible sentence of 20 years in prison. The complaint alleges that Young used a web of shell corporations and fraudulent billing practices

[00:55:38] to misappropriate millions of dollars in taxpayer funds earmarked for homeless housing. Among other gross misuses of taxpayer money, Young allegedly spent more than $1 million to open and operate a high-end restaurant and nightclub in Englewood called 675 Lounge. And you can see a picture of that displayed on the screen in front of you.

[00:56:05] Taxpayer money also allegedly paid for a liquor license for that business, in addition to the architect, developer, and high-end finishes for this nightclub. The taxpayers did not sign up to fund this nightclub. Young allegedly lied repeatedly in the course of the fraud, claiming funds would be used exclusively for homeless housing or for vendors providing services for homeless housing when he was

[00:56:32] actually allegedly diverting large amounts of taxpayer money for personal use. To conceal the fraud, Young allegedly submitted fake bids from real companies to make it appear that HomeAtLast's shell companies were the lowest priced and the most competitive options available for homeless housing options.

[00:56:54] Young's egregious misuse of taxpayer funds allegedly includes spending almost $50,000 on a luxury trip to Tahiti, $140,000 to remodel a vintage Chevy Impala pictured here on the screen, and more than $1 million for the lounge that I described previously. I want a vintage Impala.

[00:57:22] All right, you know we were talking about Mitch McConnell, right? Dudes like dead in a wheelchair. They had him voting yesterday, but they had to tell him who or what to vote for. Let him out the back door. You can't turn him over to the federal government, even though he's here illegally and committed, potentially committed another been charged with another crime. Thanks to Governor Hochul and local cops, local crimes.

DHS actually released a list of the crimes and how many illegals were being released. And it was 13,000 plus illegals have been released. And these are the crimes that they have committed and are being released. Murder, child pedophiles, rapists, drug bangers.

Can you talk to Sheriff Fred and ask him if he wants to come on the show? Yeah, we'd love to have him on. Be happy to do so. All right. But I'm happy that he's trying to do the right thing. But I would just tell, no, I'm not going to do it. We're going to give DHS every one of them. That's New York State. It doesn't matter what they're telling you. They'll come and they'll come with the state police or whatever and arrest the sheriff. That's how Hochul is.

[01:02:11] She's a freaking C-U-N-T. All right. Use the word. I did. This is crazy. Chaos in the courtroom, George. All right. Here's court officers. I don't know how these guys are call officers and they can't subdue this one guy. I mean, I don't know how he got out of handcuffs. First of all, the dude got out of handcuffs. His name is Timothy Regal. He was in court.

[01:02:38] He was being sentenced on assault, aggravated, menacing, and failure to comply. He broke out of his handcuffs, turned, throw punched one of the sheriff's deputy, escrowing him, knocked another one down, was running out. They finally had to tase him. And then like two, three of them started to jump onto subdue him. I mean, I'm sorry, but if you can't subdue these people, you shouldn't be a court officer. I just, look at the clip. And look at the black guy sitting there, the criminal.

[01:03:07] He's just sitting there like, looking like, damn, what the fuck? Should I make a run for it? But he didn't. Smart guy. Just after one o'clock Monday afternoon, a sheriff's deputy was walking Timothy Regal out of his sentencing for assault and failure to comply with the order of a police officer when all of a sudden, Regal broke through his handcuffs and throat punched the deputy. Very quickly, he bulldozed his way through another deputy while making his escape, scooting violently

[01:03:36] down the courthouse stairwell right into the arms of another deputy. Again, evading their defenses, he makes a break for the front door when he's tased and brought down just before reaching the outside. Reinforcements arrive and Regal is taken back into custody. Back in the hallway, that first deputy still on the ground, holding a paper towel to his face, bloodied and surrounded by help, including a man who was there on an unrelated matter who sprang into action to assist the deputy.

[01:04:08] You know, if they're going to be police officers, court officers, sheriff officers, they should have to remain fit and pass either yearly fitness tests, not just get the badge and gun also and get all fat, can't run or this and that. Sorry, but this is a consequence of it. That guy could have hurt a civilian. That wouldn't have been nice. I want to know how he got out of handcuffs though, right?

[01:04:34] Actually, there's a way that if you, because they were in front and there's a way that if you get the chain locked up, you can use the leverage of the metal on the handcuffs and you can go like this. And it looked like a pretty big guy, a pretty strong guy based on those images. There's a way to do it. You can go on YouTube. You can watch the videos. It's kind of like zip ties. If you know how to break zip ties, you can break zip ties. I mean, even correction. So that is contract. Even correction officers should be in shape. Hint, hint, ultra macro girl, 45. Make sure you stay in shape, girl.

[01:05:04] Yeah. They've actually made a piece that goes over cuffs. Yeah. The corrections officer probably knows that that actually stops you from doing it. But if you get the chains in a certain way, you can use leverage. All right. We talked about the Clarity Act yesterday and how horrible it was for the country. But there is another angle to this that I looked at last night. So I want to say that it may very well, the Senate may have just screwed itself and the bankers might not get the play they wanted.

[01:05:32] That playbook that they did by not passing it because there were protections in there for the banking industry. Well, those protections are gone. And now CFTC, Selig, and the SEC are going to end up writing the rules anyway. It's going to allow them. They don't need the bank lobbyists to get a vote since it failed, you know, and the vote was close.

[01:05:57] Both Atkins and the SEC chairman and, of course, Selig, Mike Selig, the CFTC chairman, both posted the same message within hours. They're shipping rules under existing law. America as a crypto capital is now an executive project, not a Senate one. So the other angle of this is we might very well get what we all want, which is to have this ability to use real world assets and get much higher rates of interest from well-established

[01:06:27] crypto companies where your money's secure. You know, look, the Clarity Act had a bunch of bank-facing language on deposit flight because, you know, the banks came and said, oh, my God, we're going to lose all our low interest deposits, meaning they pay you low interest. We don't even get the 4%. We get, you know, they offer you 1% or 2% on money markets. It's awful. So they were worried about the stable coin rewards and the levels that the stable coin companies are offering.

[01:06:53] So they're saying the platforms can keep paying rewards on idle stable coin balances. Bank asks, you know, the banks were asking and pushing with their lobbyists for a tighter circuit breaker. But again, now there's a different story. So this is interesting that maybe for the best at the bank, the banks just shot themselves in the foot because you had for months, you had ABA, you had ICBA, you had the BPI.

[01:07:18] They were all warning, oh, the stable coin rewards, they're going to drain our cheap underpaid deposits. They weren't saying it like that. But you know what I mean? You know what kind of interest rates you're getting from banks on any money sitting in there. But the Clarity Act was the vehicle. It had been organized in a way that was going to cap idle balance yield and given Treasury a circuit breaker where the stable coin companies wouldn't be able to pay the higher rate. And you got to look around.

[01:07:45] There are some crazy rates from well-established trustworthy stable coin companies where you can get crazy amounts, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10% interest on these balances. So look, looks like maybe this may go our way yet. So I wanted to correct myself. So I think Congress chose a morality play over a market statute. And listen, the banks chose a deposit scare bill. They wanted more protectionism, right?

[01:08:14] More banker cartelism. But here we go. Selig and Atkins look like they're going to make some moves. And those moves might very well be to the benefit of the American people. So I've got my fingers crossed. Hopefully that this kind of regulation that they're going to put in place will now put the crypto market on point and we'll start seeing all these assets go up. All right, George. Hack blue. Hack blue. Hack blue. The scumbags.

[01:08:43] It's crazy that they're still allowed to keep their company working. But a house report that just released yesterday saying, you know, they have slack messages from Hack blue staff showing they no only waved in through foreign donations. They no only took in foreign donations. That statement right there and enough should be enough to shut that organization down right now. Yet they're still going.

[01:09:11] They include internal communications, slack style staff traffic and supervisor notes. Shown to Hack blue and analysts were trained to look for reasons to accept money, not block it, even when a donation scream foreign origin. I mean, I don't need to keep going. Are you seeing all the when had the CEO, the one underneath that person all pleading the fifth when they get questioned. But yet the company's still going.

[01:09:39] Why not shut it down to further. Further notice, investigation, whatever. Absolutely. I mean, how much more do you need? Shut up the cash flow because, you know, just for the audience that were clear, you can't take foreign money into elections and they knew it. So you could just plug a number and act like that was a passport number and they don't validate whether it's a real passport number. So if you put the number of characters in that matches normal passport numbering and equal

[01:10:07] number of characters, they would just consume intentionally that was a valid passport number. They knew they were taking foreign donations. That means that's the mensary of a crime that they had predisposition to commit a crime. I think they ought to freeze all the act blue access right now and stop them dead in their tracks, put injunctions on them, say they're under full criminal investigation because foreign contributions to a political organization, as far as they were concerned, were OK. But there are federal statutes on the book that say that's not OK.

[01:10:37] Well, I say shut them down right now. That'd be a hit for the midterms for the Democrats with all their thievery and skullduggery. All right. Oh, duggery. That's it.
