[00:08:41] the classes are especially complicated the more complicated the degree is you've already spent
[00:08:46] spent a bunch of time obviously getting degrees in an education and medical services now you're
[00:08:52] back at the log grind tell me why uh well first off this country needs more constitutional lawyers
[00:08:58] people that understand uh what the what the law supposed to represent where the power of the people
[00:09:05] is supposed to be derived or power of the government supposed to be derived which is from the people
[00:09:10] now further this is what they used to fight and come after us and there's not people uh
[00:09:17] there's not people on our side of the fence that are able to fight back within the court system
[00:09:23] and play their game with their rules well there's no doubt a lot of people are very confused
[00:09:31] about the court system that currently exist uh you're gonna find that the actual subject matter
[00:09:36] that's applied in a criminal jurisdiction of our court is Admiralty Maritime which is an
[00:09:41] overextension of law it was never designed for that there's 17 subject matters there's specific
[00:09:46] to the constitution for stocks arsenals crimes against postal crimes against the crime the
[00:09:51] the the uh let me say this crimes against the coin not the fiat currency 200 mile district of the
[00:09:56] water yeta yeta yeta yeta but of course using Admiralty Maritime and the commerce clause they
[00:10:02] use an extra it's actually extra constitutional or you could call it unconstitutional but they go
[00:10:07] beyond the scope of what the law actually says which is a supreme law the land the US Constitution
[00:10:13] we've talked about it many times on this show people get confused because they don't understand
[00:10:17] the criminal jurisdictions there's only common law and Admiralty Maritime equity is just for
[00:10:21] relief at the end of the day a lot of people don't understand that even lawyers don't understand
[00:10:27] what they're doing the truth is in the and you'll hear this Matt and I'll tell you this you can go
[00:10:31] look this up for yourself previous uh when you went into court the first thing you would do is called
[00:10:37] demurring the charges it's an old French common law term and you would demeure the subject matter
[00:10:43] jurisdiction of the case saying that you weren't sure you were in the right location and that they
[00:10:48] were actually should be prosecuting the crime it's up to at that point for the prosecutor to argue
[00:10:52] that they have juror subject matter jurisdiction of the case but they don't do that right they had
[00:10:57] hide the nature they gave you the cause of the action days and but they never give you the nature
[00:11:02] of the charges which is the subject matter so it's pretty tricky it's worked extremely well for them
[00:11:07] they've been they've been able to actually go away beyond the scope of whatever they should do including
[00:11:12] drug crimes and all the rest of this BS two eight crimes and the rest of things they prosecute people
[00:11:17] for but that's our legal system overly complicated intentionally not much different than the uh
[00:11:23] our current IRS code they obviously over complicated and even though allegedly it's a voluntary
[00:11:29] system they don't operate like it's voluntary eighty some thousand new agents armed guns so you
[00:11:34] got a family you obviously were doing very well as a physician's assistant I know that that's
[00:11:40] a good job you didn't really have any reason to get into politics uh so i'm assuming it's your
[00:11:45] family to throw you there but is that what happened is that what made you go the direction
[00:11:49] you're heading now yeah i mean most vets when when we get out of service where we feel that we're
[00:11:56] still missing a little piece a little little something that we want to be doing to still be in service
[00:12:02] and when i did finally settle down back in Washington leaving orbrag north carolina i still
[00:12:08] call it for brad um yeah i wanted to be involved locally in my community in a way that i could
[00:12:15] make change at three daughters in school didn't like how the school system was going decided i'm
[00:12:21] gonna run for school board so i ran for school board uh defeated the incumbent uh pretty overwhelmingly
[00:12:29] and then in November of 2019 this that took over a school board seat and ended up having to navigate
[00:12:37] through some of the most disgusting administrative law fiasco's i've ever seen in my life um with the
[00:12:43] covid lockdowns and in the rest of the what i'll call it the shandemic um where we really uh
[00:12:53] we didn't deserve us to to everybody in this country and around the world with the way things
[00:12:58] were handled and i got stuck in the middle on a school board front lines of a culture war angry
[00:13:05] parents and then and then administrative agencies threatening our board which was a conservative
[00:13:12] board if we didn't comply with these unfunded mandates that were unconstitutional we got letters
[00:13:18] into our house threatening to sue us since as individuals and then seek our personal assets as remedy
[00:13:24] if we didn't do something such as mask mandates or fire employees who didn't want to vaccine or
[00:13:30] it got absolutely disgusting and uh it definitely sparked uh part of my motivation to go to law school
[00:13:38] was to find a way to fight back learn what they're using against me so i know how to defend against it
[00:13:44] and know how to change it you know it's interesting i think it's a great plan you have although i think
[00:13:50] what you're really seeing is this weaponization of our department of justice this weaponization of
[00:13:56] our legal system i don't think the people even applying it many of the congressional members whether
[00:14:02] at the state or federal level even understand what they're doing but they've been allowed
[00:14:08] with no consequences no accountability to operate you know with immunity and impunity often hiding behind
[00:14:15] sovereign immunity and that's the problem at the end of the day i don't think these individuals
[00:14:20] comprehend and george you could take us back to that group shot i don't do these individuals comprehend
[00:14:26] what's going on with the legal system even themselves but because they get this uh this unlimited amount
[00:14:32] of support from the Biden administration or otherwise when they decide to start this level of rhetoric
[00:14:38] whether it's mass mandates or whether it's the obligation of DEI inclusion in our school system
[00:14:45] and the rest of this garbage that none of us like and i mean and it is garbage at the end of the day my
[00:14:50] belief has always been that everybody deserves to be happy but just because you deserve to be happy
[00:14:55] doesn't mean that your rhetoric your belief system should be crammed down my throat i've always lived
[00:15:00] under live and let live as far as the lgbqt you know community do your things stick to yourselves
[00:15:07] just don't try to jam it down my kids throat so i'm trying to jam it down my throat but that seems
[00:15:11] to be the play of the day george and i have a theory about what's for example the trans movement
[00:15:17] george and i laugh about this because we believe it's because of big micobama
[00:15:23] we believe big mic that obviously the trans movement and their real plan is to remove
[00:15:28] Biden because i don't think he's going to make it to the election they'll probably 25th amendment him
[00:15:32] they don't want camela Harris because obviously she's not she's not incredibly bright
[00:15:38] so the plan is still michelle obama in new sim and even though michelle obama is denying that she's
[00:15:44] going to run i don't believe and or trust him big mic in my opinion is not what he portrays
[00:15:51] himself to be we heard john rivers out of him so you're in this situation you're on the school board
[00:15:56] they're doing some crazy you know educational control stuff you're not agreeing with any of it
[00:16:01] you're i was your pot will you popular or unpopular for the positions you were taking i assume you
[00:16:06] were under fire um i was under fire from the state our constituents my constituents the voters
[00:16:14] they appreciated the attempt that i was making yeah but it
[00:16:20] and it was definitely caught in the middle situation and i saw how dirty and weaponized our system is
[00:16:27] and then when the trust is lost amongst you know fellow fellow people either on the board or
[00:16:33] when trust is lost between the voters and the board then it just turns dirty then you get the press
[00:16:39] involved and it it was bad for everybody um it was bad enough that uh it was bad enough i started
[00:16:47] going to get a lot of agreed i mean and smart i think you always have to drape yourself in the
[00:16:53] necessary armor right at the end of the day you know we always say stay strapped stay safe
[00:16:59] and that doesn't always mean a gun at the end of the day what that means is educate yourself with an
[00:17:03] armor of knowledge you have to do it right you have the armor of god you obviously have physical
[00:17:08] violence that you can protect yourself from and then you have the educational armor that's
[00:17:12] necessary at this level to deal with these individuals the affidavit is a is an item that isn't used
[00:17:18] often enough the power of an affidavit submitted within the court system has more power than people
[00:17:23] realize at least at the constitutional level and that's the key right you have to understand the
[00:17:28] difference between their admiral team maritime bullshit and common law which is equity and obviously
[00:17:33] relief uh you know so it's complicated system but i but my hat's off to you so mad you have a big
[00:17:39] announcement to make and you're this is let me point out to the audience is the first time
[00:17:43] you're actually announcing this right where the first one's the big makes show we appreciate you

[00:17:52] the country regardless of the suppression and the attacks on you as a great american patriots but go

[00:18:51] conspiracy theorist you know whatever any name the name of the week now we're probably bloodbath
[00:18:59] christian nationalist that seems to be the new catchphrase is being slung over taking out a context
[00:19:05] with Donald trump said because a bloodbath is awful applied in business when we look at the future
[00:19:11] of a particular business he was talking about the automotive industry but they have to jump on to
[00:19:15] any crazy ass rather than they can the disgusting part is that the public is still buying this garbage
[00:19:21] that's spewed by the mainstream media and other agencies you know so what's your plan matt what's
[00:19:26] your plan for washington you're you're in a pretty you're in a pretty blue area as far as sialto
[00:19:32] in other areas ready pretty packed up now you're in a red district which helps an awful lot
[00:19:37] what what what are you going to try to do for the state well unfortunately democrats were one senate
[00:19:43] seat away from a super majority um and having all of the executive offices so we're one seat away
[00:19:51] not being able to stop anything easily um i mean my platform is is one of wanting to restore fair
[00:19:59] a fair justice system and find a way to to decriminalize or deweaponize it against conservative
[00:20:05] specifically um and then trying to get parents back their their parental rights so they're the
[00:20:10] they're the ones that are responsible on the primary stakeholder and their child's education
[00:20:15] rather than it being some elected bureaucrat or unelected bureaucrat and administrative agency
[00:20:23] but the problem is going to be the uphill battle on how do we do this and a group called let's go
[00:20:30] washington was one that i worked with a little bit behind the scenes at helping draft some of these
[00:20:36] things but they worked really really really hard um at pushing initiatives to the legislature
[00:20:42] and so they brand and qualified six initiatives to the legislature so in washington if these get
[00:20:49] qualified you get uh a hearing in that in the in the legislature if passed into law by the house and
[00:20:58] senate it is veto proof so there's no option for for governor veto if it is not passed into law
[00:21:06] then it goes to a vote of the people and it is again veto proof so what we noticed when we're
[00:21:12] when we ran these was the things that we were looking at what what let's go wash and
[00:21:17] it was looking at was very popular ideas that there's no way that our republican legislator would have
[00:21:24] been directly able to get this brought to the floor for a vote things like no income tax in the state
[00:21:29] of washington um allowing reasonable police pursuits as police unless they witnessed the crime
[00:21:37] could not pursue a suspect they couldn't they couldn't chase a known car thief or in some
[00:21:41] new possession of a stolen car uh and then again parental notification parental right to know what's
[00:21:49] going on in just in their child's education but also if they're going through some gender confusion
[00:21:55] parents have a right to know about this so those are three that actually were passed in a bipartisan
[00:22:01] push and the state legislature after they were qualified um what we found but what the stats are
[00:22:08] showing um is that the signatures you would assume would be you know 50% or 55% republican for
[00:22:15] the people assigned the petitions we found that it was 57% Democrat and independent the sign of the
[00:22:21] petitions and only 43% republicans so it shows that we have these ideas and i'm hoping that we're about
[00:22:29] to kind of crack the egg here in washington and have a swing back the other way so we can make
[00:22:34] some real change but right now it's we got to get back to constitutional values stop the assault
[00:22:39] done or guns um empower parents to be able to raise their kids free of all of this outside
[00:22:46] you know perverted pressure uh and we really have to listen to our voters and citizens
[00:22:52] and and really represent them instead of representing our own self interest which is what
[00:22:57] too many politicians do you know i always think it's difficult uh when it comes to your the
[00:23:02] you know the people some just don't take the time to get educated and look at things from
[00:23:08] the perspective of the real information right they don't take the they take the face value evidence
[00:23:13] is presented and we've got a really organized this you know practice of deception here by mainstream
[00:23:19] media and washington dc i hate to say this on both sides of the aisle so you know you've definitely
[00:23:25] got your hands full it's one of those things that i think um you have to just keep fighting right
[00:23:30] you can't give up but i always think that one of the mistakes the republican party makes is they don't
[00:23:35] go on the offensive enough they'll try to the the democrats will constantly trying to find dirt on
[00:23:42] matwala's George balancing uh lance miliaccia balancing George balancing um they'll try to find
[00:23:50] uh dirt on any one of us and then of course they try to use that dirt in the media to try to discredit
[00:23:56] us i think that's a mistake that two two off in the republicans play too nice nice it's one of
[00:24:02] those things that i don't that you can do i think the gloves are off at this point and i think
[00:24:07] you have to go all in so i think to help washington state one of the best things would be to you know
[00:24:12] find as much dirt on everybody that's sitting in congress and just let her rip because i think
[00:24:18] that's what they do they're going to look for it on you they're going to want to talk about
[00:24:22] something of course uh look what they did to jr majuski he's a combat veteran and they acted
[00:24:27] like he'd never seen combat they try to tell all these stories and he's actual war hero
[00:24:32] he saved lives one metals for it and they discredited him and i think the attack just yourself as a
[00:24:37] veteran has to know this attack on on the veterans it's disgusting right they're taking the v a
[00:24:42] and giving it to illegal immigration how's the illegal immigration issue up there in washington
[00:24:47] states is it as bad as the rest of the country are they shipping them into you guys by the busload also
[00:24:52] uh i'd say it's less the illegal immigration amortious homeless just because you know we're one
[00:24:57] of the states that doesn't enforce any drug law whatsoever so you know you talk to a
[00:25:04] a candidate for sheriff uh appears good friend of mine he's now retired for sea adult swap captain
[00:25:09] he's actually one responsible for clearing chas chop he was the one to find that they everybody
[00:25:14] else left town he was the one in charge acting chief he's like we're cleaning it trump said clean it
[00:25:19] let's clean it and swept them all out but uh talking to police officers up there they went from one
[00:25:26] or two times in their career they had given a narchan for opioid overdose it's three five four five
[00:25:34] six times a shift now that they're administering this can you imagine keep all that in the trunk of
[00:25:40] your your you know cruiser i mean we are ridiculous right that you have to you have to look at it
[00:25:45] from that perspective and we're allowing it i mean we've allowed the border invasion to be nonstop
[00:25:50] but that's the problem right they want to act like it's not a border invasion and that's all it is
[00:25:55] i mean they want to give them all kinds of names it doesn't include illegal immigrant you know
[00:25:59] their displaced citizens and all those other garbage it's the mislabeling it's no different than
[00:26:05] minor attracted person they want to put a fancy name on a pedophile to dress it up and hopefully
[00:26:11] cover up for that individual that's the problem right they're very very good at packaging things

[00:27:55] the joe joe biden wasn't keeping hunter biden's business in an arms lane transaction he did
[00:28:01] participate there are is no documentation so the iris states that if you make a physical loan to a
[00:28:08] family member a business partner or anyone else you have to have a contract that contrast has
[00:28:13] to have a fair market interest rate along with terms its contract law you're probably studying
[00:28:17] that already but at the end of the day that contract is what actually proves the repayment of
