Welcome to the Big Mig Talk Radio show, broadcasting live
00:00:13
from the Mile High City, Denver, Co.
00:00:16
We are the tip of the spear, cutting through the noise and
00:00:20
delivering an hour of unfiltered news, guests, and truth that
00:00:25
transcends boundaries and unites the nation.
00:00:27
This is the Big Mig Talk radio show.
00:00:35
All right, welcome back to the big big talk radio show.
00:00:37
I'm your host, George Ballantine.
00:00:39
Usually you have my brother from another mother and Co host Lance
00:00:43
Vigliaccio by my side, but he had shoulder surgery yesterday
00:00:47
and he I gave him the week I'm off to recover and I don't want
00:00:50
to hear him whining and and crying.
00:00:52
So let him recover. He's going through it.
00:00:56
But we are the tip of the spear. You know, our plan is to educate
00:00:59
and unify this country one episode at a time on this show.
00:01:02
We believe it's better to be hugged by the truth and
00:01:04
comfortable to lie. We are live in New York City and
00:01:09
guess what? It's cloudy and raining.
00:01:11
Weather is miserable over here. I don't know what's going on
00:01:13
over here every weekend. You know, it seems like in the
00:01:17
summers it it wants to rain and ruin people's getaways.
00:01:21
You know, people work hard all week.
00:01:22
Let them have some fun, let them enjoy the weekend weather.
00:01:25
And we get nice weather. I mean, it's supposed to break
00:01:27
out the sun later in the afternoon.
00:01:28
But you know, that deters people for me and want to go to the
00:01:31
beaches or go away or do anything.
00:01:33
So what, you know, the little small businesses suffer.
00:01:37
I don't know. We need to turn this around.
00:01:39
God, can we get some good weather on the weekends?
00:01:42
Let it rain during the week if anything.
00:01:44
But you know, we got a pack full one hour.
00:01:46
We had a, you know, it never disappoints a news cycle every
00:01:49
week. And this week was a lot of big
00:01:50
things going on from tariff deals, cease fires, you know,
00:01:55
big things. And you know, just, you know, on
00:01:58
tariff deal Trump made a they signed a deal with China.
00:02:04
Finally UK is come knocking on the door.
00:02:07
India's knocking on the door. That's almost done.
00:02:09
Who said the tariffs don't work? What happened to all those
00:02:14
people? I don't hear them saying, you
00:02:15
know, you know, giving Trump some praise on this.
00:02:18
Never mind all the money we're taking in from the tariffs too.
00:02:22
But I, you know, I think all these countries, when Trump
00:02:24
dropped them bunker Busters on Iran, they were like, oh, wait a
00:02:28
minute, we got to make a deal with this guy.
00:02:29
We don't want, you know, the military's powerful.
00:02:32
That's where you show strength through power, through our
00:02:36
might, what our capabilities of meanwhile, like we dropped those
00:02:42
bombs. We didn't kill anybody, unlike
00:02:45
other countries, you know, firing away and killing
00:02:47
civilians. We just had Israel fired
00:02:50
missiles into Gaza or whatever and they killed civilians again
00:02:54
the other day, which is I'm totally against you want you can
00:02:58
fight terrorists, that's fine. Fight terrorists, but lead the
00:03:00
civilians out of it. They're innocents.
00:03:03
But we got big hour here program for you guys.
00:03:06
We got, you know, huge wins with SCOTUS, man, they came through.
00:03:11
So many judgments came through. But the one of the big ones is
00:03:13
they ruled that nationwide injunctions by these district
00:03:16
courts exceed congressional authority.
00:03:20
And one of the things is clearing the path for a
00:03:22
citizenship crackdown, burst citizenship.
00:03:26
So yesterday, this was a monumental victory for the
00:03:30
Constitution. The Supreme Court delivered a
00:03:33
powerful rebuke of activist judges handed President Trump a
00:03:36
pivotal legal victory yesterday. Now this is the decision in the
00:03:40
Trump versus Casa, Inc reaffirms a rifle balance of power between
00:03:44
the judiciary and the executive, curbing the ability of unelected
00:03:49
district judges to paralyze the will of duly elected president.
00:03:54
You know, our forefathers in the Constitution did this for a
00:03:57
reason, to keep the judiciary and present separation of
00:04:00
powers. But these district courts are
00:04:03
just doing whatever they want. And we all know even before
00:04:07
Trump became president, before he took office, the left were
00:04:10
already mobilizing with money and and lawyers to to challenge
00:04:17
anything that Trump did. All they're doing is just
00:04:20
stopping, stopping our country from thriving.
00:04:24
They don't care about you. They don't care about none of
00:04:27
us. All they care about is just
00:04:29
stopping Trump. They just somehow that name
00:04:31
Trump it, it's it it paralyzes them with fear for no reason.
00:04:38
And they just want to instill fear in you guys, but don't
00:04:41
believe it because that's why, you know, we got the mainstream
00:04:43
media just typically giving out lies upon lies upon lies and
00:04:47
getting called out for them every day.
00:04:50
Just about the lie about with with the bombing in Iran and the
00:04:56
nuclear facility saying, oh, they didn't get everything.
00:04:59
That was just a made-up lie that was proven false and and blame
00:05:03
me. Trump and Caroline Levitt hit
00:05:06
back hard. Even the Intel agencies showed
00:05:10
the proof. But you know, once you know that
00:05:13
first immediate story goes out, the damage is already done
00:05:16
because people will believe anything these days.
00:05:19
So like in so in this decision, the 6th, it's a 63 decision, a
00:05:23
courtside with the Trump admin. These federal district courts
00:05:26
lack the constitutional or statutory authority to issue
00:05:31
so-called universal injunctions. And that's what they're doing.
00:05:33
They're just issuing injunction upon a junction, upon a
00:05:36
junction. Never seen this many injunctions
00:05:38
against the president. It's astronomical.
00:05:42
It's crazy. And this is from the this is the
00:05:49
Executive Order 14160 titled Protecting the Meaning and Value
00:05:53
of American Citizenship. Now this, this is Trump's order
00:05:58
that to so he sought to clarify the scope of birthright
00:06:01
citizenship under the 14th Amendment.
00:06:04
And he's addressing really the long standing concerns about its
00:06:07
misapplication to those that fully subject to this
00:06:10
jurisdiction of the United States.
00:06:13
Now you have the all these liberal strongholds, Maryland,
00:06:15
Washington, Massachusetts, California, using their
00:06:19
districts course to issue all these universal injunctions
00:06:22
blocking everything Trump's doing.
00:06:26
But they, you know, this is this is effects everybody in this
00:06:29
country. And and these injunctions are
00:06:33
being cheered by cheered by open border advocates, far left
00:06:36
elites that are threatened to derail a policy.
00:06:39
Ain't that safeguarding the integrity of American
00:06:41
citizenship? Now, I was shocked at this one.
00:06:44
I truly was. I mean, you know, Justice Amy
00:06:47
Cohen, Barrett, she actually came through and actually wrote
00:06:50
the majority and she dismantled the legal foundation of these
00:06:54
injunctions with, I mean, she was surgical with her, with her,
00:06:59
with her precision. She was actually joined by
00:07:03
Justice Roberts, Alito, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
00:07:08
And Barrett, did she declare that such universal remedies
00:07:11
lack any historical basis in the equitable transitions of the
00:07:14
Judiciary Act of 1789? Now that you have the liberal
00:07:19
justices, listen, you know, you have Sotomayor, Keegan and
00:07:23
Jackson, they actually issued their fiery descent dripping
00:07:26
with ideological panic. I mean, this lady Jackson, she
00:07:31
even suggested the ruling could inflict a mortal wound on the
00:07:34
Constitution. I don't know how this woman even
00:07:36
became a Supreme Court Justice. She's not the brightest of the
00:07:40
bunch. This is where pengate comes in
00:07:43
because I wish they'd get this thing settled and and show that
00:07:46
Biden cognitive ability he had no idea what was going on.
00:07:51
Don't know who signed these, all these papers with this auto pen
00:07:56
and everything should be overturned.
00:08:00
So we will not dwell on justice with Jackson's argument, which
00:08:04
is at odds with more than two centuries worth of precedent,
00:08:06
not to mention the Constitution itself should begin.
00:08:09
We observe only this. Justice Jackson decries an
00:08:13
imperial executive while embracing an imperial judiciary,
00:08:17
she added. I mean, this is Barrett going
00:08:20
off on Jackson. It's great.
00:08:23
The only thing difference is the court stopped short of the
00:08:25
ruling of the constitutionality of the executive order itself.
00:08:28
But the implicate these implications are massive.
00:08:31
By gutting these lower courts ability to halt implementation
00:08:34
nationwide, Trump has a now a clear path for his
00:08:39
administration to enforce its definition of birthright
00:08:42
citizenship along with everything else he wants to do.
00:08:46
Let me play this clip for you guys of Trump speaking on on on
00:08:49
this huge win. This morning, the Supreme Court
00:08:51
has delivered a monumental victory for the Constitution,
00:08:56
the separation of powers, and the rule of law.
00:08:59
In striking down the excessive use of nationwide injunctions to
00:09:03
interfere with the normal functioning of the executive
00:09:06
branch, the Supreme Court has stopped the presidency itself.
00:09:10
That's what they've done. And really, it's been, it's been
00:09:16
an amazing period of time, this last hour.
00:09:19
There are people elated all over the country.
00:09:21
I've seen such, such happiness and spirit.
00:09:25
Sometimes you don't see that. But this case is very important.
00:09:28
I was elected on a historic mandate.
00:09:31
But in recent months, we've seen a handful of radical left judges
00:09:35
effectively try to overrule the rightful powers of the president
00:09:39
to stop the American people from getting the policies that they
00:09:42
voted for in record numbers. It was a grave threat to
00:09:46
democracy, frankly. And instead of merely ruling on
00:09:49
the immediate cases before them, these judges have attempted to
00:09:53
dictate the law for the entire nation.
00:09:57
In practice, this meant that if anyone of the nearly 700 federal
00:10:01
judges disagreed with the policy of a duly elected president of
00:10:05
the United States, he or she could block that policy from
00:10:09
going into effect, or at least delay it for many years, tie it
00:10:13
up in the court system. This was a colossal abuse of
00:10:16
power which never occurred in American history prior to recent
00:10:20
decades. And we've been hit with more
00:10:23
nationwide injunctions than were issued in the entire 20th
00:10:26
century together. Think of it more than the entire
00:10:30
20th century. Me, I'm grateful to the Supreme
00:10:35
Court for stepping in and solving this very, very big and
00:10:39
complex problem. And they've made it very simple.
00:10:42
I want to thank Justice Barrett, who wrote the opinion
00:10:46
brilliantly, as well as Chief Justice Roberts and Justices
00:10:50
Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Thomas, great people, this
00:10:54
morning, this. All right, you heard it from the
00:10:58
horse's mouth, but it's time to take a quick break.
00:11:01
Don't go nowhere because we got more winds coming up from
00:11:04
SCOTUS. I mean, it was big this this
00:11:07
last few days, SCOTUS, they came through for you guys, for us,
00:11:10
the American people. So don't go nowhere.
00:11:12

00:12:43
so he's kicking back and recovering.
00:12:45
I gave him the weekend off, but we are the tip of the spear.
00:12:49

00:13:58
Another Supreme Court wins SCOTUS green light states to cut
00:14:01
off Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood and a major win for
00:14:05
pro-life advocates. This was on Thursday.
00:14:08
They paved the way for states to block Medicaid funding.
00:14:10
I'm going to abortion giant Planned Parenthood now.
00:14:15
This has been comes after years of legal wrangling and affirms
00:14:20
authority of individual states to determine how taxpayer
00:14:22
dollars are allocated and who gets excluded.
00:14:25
It was a 63 ruling in SCOTUS in this Medina versus Planned
00:14:30
Parenthood S Atlantic, the individual Medicaid recipients
00:14:36
do not have the right to sue states under federal law for
00:14:39
excluding abortion providers like Planned Parenthood from
00:14:41
their Medicaid programs. Now, Justice Court Neil Gorsuch
00:14:45
authored this decision and he reversed actually the ruling
00:14:49
from the 4th Circuit and solidified the state of South
00:14:52
Carolina's authority because they want to remove Planned
00:14:54
Parenthood from his Medicaid network without fear of any
00:14:57
federal lawsuits from individual patients or abortion activists,
00:15:01
you know, cloaking themselves in civil rights statutes because,
00:15:04
you know, they just want to keep everything in in the courts and
00:15:07
stop anything that conservatives want to do.
00:15:13
Now this, this this decision arose, you know, in the 2018 to
00:15:17
terminate Planned Parenthood's participation in Medicaid
00:15:19
program. Of course, abortion advocates
00:15:22
that you know, it's you could, you could bet 100% of your money
00:15:28
that that particularly they, they they'd sued under the 42
00:15:31
USC 1983, claiming the state violated disposed right under
00:15:35
the Medicaid Act any qualified provider provision.
00:15:39
Well, not so fast, because Justice Gorses clarified that
00:15:43
this provision does not confer individuality, enforceable
00:15:47
federal rights. It's a directive to states, not
00:15:50
a free pass for left wing groups to weaponize the courts every
00:15:53
time a state takes a stand for life.
00:15:59
Abortion is just wrong. You know what's funny when you
00:16:03
talk about abortion with with these liberals, right?
00:16:07
You know, if a woman's pregnant and she gets murdered, the
00:16:12
person gets charged with a double murder because she's
00:16:15
pregnant. But meanwhile, they're OK with
00:16:17
abortion. It's not murder.
00:16:19
It just says right there that that's murder.
00:16:22
Because if you're going to charge another person, if he if
00:16:24
he unfortunately kills a pregnant woman with double
00:16:27
murder, then abortion is murder. They're saying it themselves.
00:16:31
All right, let's go next. Another.
00:16:32
This is another victory. Now, Supreme Court rules parents
00:16:36
can opt out of classes with LGBTQ books.
00:16:40
Thank God, finally something coming through.
00:16:44
They ruled. This is on Friday.
00:16:45
And this is, believe me, this is a huge win for America.
00:16:49
There's another 6 three decision.
00:16:54
And, you know, in 2022, a Maryland county approved LBGDQ
00:16:59
theme books for elementary school children to bring
00:17:02
diversity to school districts. You know, diversity for
00:17:05
elementary school children. Let them be children for God's
00:17:08
sakes. I mean, one of these books they
00:17:10
approved was titled Uncle Bob's wedding, Uncle Bobby's Wedding,
00:17:15
and it's a book about a gay wedding.
00:17:17
Some other books proved were by the radical school board pushed
00:17:20
gender transition into children. These are children.
00:17:22
Their minds are still developing and they're they're easily
00:17:26
manipulated. It's crazy.
00:17:30
And you know, this is all due to the fact that a Muslim couple
00:17:35
and members of the Catholic and Orthodox churches sued so they
00:17:38
can opt their children out of classes that push this garbage.
00:17:42
This is just plain and simple indoctrination.
00:17:46
Like I said, children's minds are still growing.
00:17:48
And with this indoctrination, you're, you're trying to shape
00:17:51
their minds into coming LGBTQ. Why?
00:17:56
Why in God's earth are are these people pushing this stuff is
00:17:59
beyond me. Now in a court backed the
00:18:02
parents claim that the Montgomery County Board of
00:18:04
Education's decision not only to allow an opt out option for the
00:18:08
children violate their religious rights under the Constitution's
00:18:10
First Amendment, which protects religious expression.
00:18:14
Now the board's introduction of this LBGGQ crap.
00:18:17
There's so many freaking letters I can't keep up with it.
00:18:20
Inclusive storybooks. Along with this decision to
00:18:22
withhold opt outs places an unconstitutional burden on the
00:18:26
parents right to free exercise of their religion.
00:18:28
This is Justice. Alito wrote this now, thank God
00:18:32
they came through 6, three. I mean, it's huge, huge win.
00:18:37
I mean, you got to like, I mean, they just want to cause chaos in
00:18:42
our school systems. That's all they want to do.
00:18:45
They want to sow doubt in these kids and, and corrupt their
00:18:48
minds because remember, a dumb society means that the liberals,
00:18:55
the Democrats, we'll have more control of them.
00:18:58
That's when they want to dumb down our society, our kids.
00:19:01
They want to make them dumb so they don't know what's going on,
00:19:03
so they can have more control and do what they want.
00:19:05
These liberals. But here's another, I got
00:19:08
another one for you guys. Gotus delivered another major
00:19:11
conservative victory. They upheld Texas law requiring
00:19:15
age verification on a pornographic websites.
00:19:19
I mean, geez, it's, that's, isn't it common sense, you would
00:19:25
think, right? I mean, you need to be 17.
00:19:30
Some states 16 to get a driver's license.
00:19:32
You need to be what, what is it? 21 to vote, 21 to buy alcohol,
00:19:36
21 to buy cigarettes. But meanwhile, they, they're,
00:19:40
they're these lefts are fighting for kids to watch porno.
00:19:45
I mean, thank God for the Supreme Court upholding this
00:19:48
right to shield minors from the flood of pornographic content
00:19:51
plaguing the Internet. Now the decision in free Speech
00:19:55
Coalition, Inc versus Paxton attorney general upholds HB1181.
00:20:01
This is a Texas law requiring websites with substantial sexual
00:20:04
content to verify users ages before granting access.
00:20:07
Another 6 three decision. This one was led by Justice
00:20:12
Clarence Thomas. He's one of my favorites.
00:20:14
I love that guy. They rejected the radical left's
00:20:16
claims that the law violates free speech.
00:20:18
The majority? Rightly recognized that
00:20:21
protecting kids from harmful sexual explicit content is a
00:20:24
compelling state's interest, one that outweighs the complaints of
00:20:27
adult entertainment peddlers. Now Texas Lawless mandates age
00:20:33
verification through government issued ID or transactional data
00:20:36
was deemed a reasonable and tailored solution to a growing
00:20:39
crisis. Yes, this is a growing crisis in
00:20:42
our country. They, like I've been saying,
00:20:44
they want to indoctrinate our kids.
00:20:45
They want to let them watch this.
00:20:47
Felt this. Why these kids have no respect
00:20:48
today? They don't respect their elders.
00:20:51
I remember growing up, God forbid you even talked back to
00:20:54
an elder. No, you wouldn't do that.
00:20:56
There would be consequences. You respected your other people,
00:21:01
treating them with dignity. But these kids, these kids said,
00:21:05
hey, they're just Wilding out going into malls.
00:21:08
There's with groups, stealing, fighting.
00:21:10
I mean, enough's enough. This all needs to end.
00:21:15
We need to get our morals and values back into the school
00:21:18
system, teaching about the Constitution, about God, about
00:21:22
the pledge allegiance, what this country stands for, what it was
00:21:26
built upon. Not just garbage they're trying
00:21:29
to peddle on our kids. But Speaking of chaos and
00:21:36
fighting, do you notice that LA riots kind of ended all of a
00:21:39
sudden? Boom, they're gone.
00:21:41
What happened? You know when the exact moment
00:21:46
the LA riots ended? I want you to think a minute.
00:21:48
The moment the FBI and IRS announced they're investigating
00:21:51
whoever's funding the riots, and just like that, the riots stop.
00:21:56
Ain't it ironic how that works? I'll play a clip from the
00:22:01
Justice Department, the IRS and feds.
00:22:04
Hello, I'm Bill Assaili, United States Attorney for the Central
00:22:07
District of California. And I'm Akhil Davis, the
00:22:10
Assistant Director in charge of the FB is Los Angeles Field
00:22:13
Office. And I'm Tyler Hatcher, the
00:22:15
special Agent in charge of IRS Criminal investigation here in
00:22:17
Los Angeles. The right to assemble and
00:22:20
protest peacefully is protected by law.
00:22:23
Unfortunately, we've seen individuals whose intentions are
00:22:26
to cause damage and to assault law enforcement.
00:22:29
For example, last week we arrested an individual who was
00:22:32
charged with conspiracy to commit and aiding and abetting
00:22:35
civil disorders. These violent agitators put
00:22:38
peaceful demonstrators at risk. The FBI and our federal partners
00:22:43
will continue to investigate individuals and organizations
00:22:46
who are knowingly funding and committing acts of violence
00:22:49
against law enforcement, as well as the destruction of property.
00:22:53
We are currently tracing money to determine who is providing
00:22:55
funding for these riots. Funding crime doesn't just
00:22:58
affect the criminals, it also disrupts entire communities.
00:23:02
Each dollar funneled into illegal operations fuels
00:23:05
violence, undermines law and order, and perpetuates fear.
00:23:08
Make no mistake, we will identify and disrupt financial
00:23:11
networks supporting these criminal activities.
00:23:14
Think before you act. The legal consequences for
00:23:17
financing or aiding and abetting these crimes are harsh.
00:23:20
They include imprisonment and fines.
00:23:23
If you have any information regarding individuals and or
00:23:27
organizations providing financial support to commit acts
00:23:30
of violence or destruction of property, please dial 1800, call
00:23:34
FBI, or visit tips.fbi.gov. You can also upload your images
00:23:40
and videos to fbi.gov/LA Officer Assault.
00:23:46
The United States government will continue to safeguard
00:23:48
constitutionally protected rights, but we will not tolerate
00:23:52
assaults on law enforcement, destruction of property, or any
00:23:55
violent acts that puts the community in harm's way.
00:23:59
No, but the states will like California.
00:24:02
But don't go nowhere. We're going to be coming.
00:24:03
We'll be back right after this message is we got a lot more to
00:24:06
cover. You know, we got Tom Mahoming.
00:24:09
He's he makes a gut wrenching personal announcement.
00:24:12
That's the guy that's been fighting for getting these
00:24:15
legals off the streets. And it's sad to hear what he had
00:24:17
to say. Don't go nowhere.
00:24:19
We'll be right back. None.
00:25:08
All right, the Big Man Talk radio show is back and I am live
00:25:12
in New York City. I'm your host, George
00:25:14
Ballantine. I'm bringing you the tip of the
00:25:16
spear. Like I said, in case you just
00:25:18
tuning in, Lance's had surgery on his shoulder, gave him the
00:25:22
weekend off to recover so he could be fresh for next week
00:25:26
because we got a lot going on. In case you didn't know, we had
00:25:29
the big mega show on Rumble that goes Monday through Friday at 11
00:25:34
AM. We got the Crypto Power Hour or
00:25:36
Wednesdays and Fridays and we got the Global Finance Forum
00:25:39
that's on Fridays at 1:00 PM. We always have a pack week.
00:25:42
We have great interviews. So catch if you can go to Rumble
00:25:46
and look up the big MIG and you'll see us there.
00:25:49
We're everywhere and we're going to continue to grow.
00:25:52
So, you know, as long as our listeners, you know, share this
00:25:54
content, tell your friends about us.
00:25:56
We appreciate it. Where we went to break where I
00:25:59
was just finishing up about the LA riots, How how all of a
00:26:02
sudden they mysteriously ended. It's it's ironic that if you try
00:26:07
to go out to whoever's funding them, threaten, you know, to get
00:26:12
expose them, funding stops, riot stops.
00:26:15
But, you know, California's trying to blame the government,
00:26:18
trying to get money for all the millions of dollars of damage.
00:26:21
We didn't create that damage. Go after the person that was
00:26:26
funding the riots. They're trying to get millions
00:26:28
upon millions of dollars. Maybe if you use your police and
00:26:33
just, you know, stop the riots from day one, you wouldn't have
00:26:36
all this damage. But you just allowed them people
00:26:38
to do what they want to do until the government had to step in.
00:26:41
So, no, we shouldn't pay it. We're not paying it.
00:26:44
All right, Tom Holman, he's the former acting director of
00:26:48
Immigration and Customs informant ICE and now now he's
00:26:51
President Trump's hand picked borders are and he's revealed
00:26:55
his heartbreaking personal consequence of his high profile
00:26:57
return to government service. He's actually he's living apart
00:27:01
from his wife due to wave of death threats.
00:27:04
I'm going to quote, he goes my life, my wife's living
00:27:07
separately from me right now, mainly because I worked for many
00:27:09
hours, but mostly because of the death threats against me, He
00:27:13
added. She's someplace else.
00:27:15
I see her as much as I can, but the death threats against me and
00:27:18
my family are outrageous. And it is because that's all the
00:27:21
left though, you know, you ever noticed, you ever see any
00:27:25
conservatives or the right people giving death threats out
00:27:29
like the left does? I mean, they want the ICE agents
00:27:35
to take their masks off. And the only reason they put
00:27:38
masks on because these people were exposing identities and,
00:27:40
and going to their houses and threatening their families.
00:27:44
Can't blame them 8 ICE agents for putting mass on.
00:27:46
I mean, these people, these left, these people are crazy.
00:27:50
There needs to be consequences. I mean, they need to find out
00:27:53
who is doing this. Well, our technology, you can't,
00:27:57
you can trace these phone numbers.
00:28:00
It's easy. The government has has so many
00:28:04
tech tools in their, in their toolbox and they can find out if
00:28:07
they want to. Now Holman, he he's a, he's a
00:28:12
central figure in the Trump admins board enforcement
00:28:14
strategy. And President Trump, you know,
00:28:16
picked him shortly after he won the 2024 election victory to
00:28:20
overseas new admins sweeping mass deportation, deportation
00:28:24
effort. He's doing a great job.
00:28:27
But imagine if the big beautiful bill passed, how big, how much
00:28:30
of A better job he could do. And you know, Holman, he he he
00:28:34
recalls he was at dinner with his wife when Trump called him.
00:28:38
He goes, I'm going to quote him. He goes, I was the first person
00:28:40
he called bring him back, which again was a proud moment.
00:28:43
But I was actually out to dinner with my wife.
00:28:45
And then my phone rang and I looked down and it says POTUS.
00:28:49
And my wife says he's asking him to come back.
00:28:52
Isn't he home? And recalled?
00:28:54
So he walked outside and the first thing he said to me was,
00:28:58
you've been bitching about it for four years.
00:29:00
We'll come back and fix it. So how do you say no when it's,
00:29:04
I mean, how do you say no to Trump?
00:29:06
Right? Trump actually sacrificed for us
00:29:09
that we the people. 3 assassination attempts, one hit
00:29:14
by a bullet. And you know, when Trump
00:29:17
yesterday was talking about the big beautiful bill, he's at a
00:29:20
presser and Tom Holman was there and he's there.
00:29:27
He does an impromptu and brings Tom Holman up.
00:29:30
And let me tell you something, Tom Holman kind of went off
00:29:34
because he's tired. He's a no nonsense man.
00:29:36
Man, you ever see him smile? I want to get him an interview
00:29:39
on the big, big show. And I usually get people to
00:29:42
smile. I do things.
00:29:44
But I would love to get him. But you have to listen to what
00:29:46
he said because he's not holding back.
00:29:48
He he's, you know, look at the sacrifices he's making and he
00:29:52
looks at the Congress says they're just dilly Dowling
00:29:57
around his bill. And we're going to get more into
00:29:59
this bill in a in a minute, but I'm going to play this clip.
00:30:02
This morning, the Supreme Court has delivered a monumental
00:30:05
victory for the Constitution, the separation of powers, and
00:30:10
the rule of law. In striking down the excessive
00:30:13
use of nationwide injunctions to interfere with the normal
00:30:17
functioning of the executive branch, the Supreme Court has
00:30:20
stopped the presidency itself. That's what they've done.
00:30:24
And really, it's been, it's been an amazing period of time, this
00:30:30
last hour. There are people elated all over
00:30:33
the country. I've seen such, such happiness
00:30:36
and spirit. Sometimes you don't see that.
00:30:38
But this case is very important. I was elected on a historic
00:30:42
mandate. But in recent months, we've seen
00:30:45
a handful of radical left judges effectively try to overrule the
00:30:49
rightful powers of the president to stop the American people from
00:30:53
getting the policies that they voted for in record numbers.
00:30:57
It was a grave threat to democracy, frankly.
00:31:00
And instead of merely ruling on the immediate cases before them,
00:31:04
these judges have attempted to. I apologize for that.
00:31:07
That's the wrong clip. That was for the those crazy
00:31:10
liberal justices on lower courts that are ruling against Trump.
00:31:14
Anyway, I'll call you to Tom Holman went the big beautiful
00:31:17
bill should be nonpartisan. If we get this bill passed, we
00:31:20
got more agents on the road, we buy more beds, we got more
00:31:22
transportation flights, more agents mean more bad guys
00:31:26
arrested. Now who who the hell wouldn't be
00:31:29
against that? That's what he said and and
00:31:31
truthfully, who wouldn't be? Well, I'll tell you the
00:31:34
Democrats, they want the illegals here because they get
00:31:38
more votes because they allow illegal voting.
00:31:40
It is what it is. But you know, they're trying to
00:31:44
pass this bill. Trump wants to get this bill
00:31:46
done by July 4th and sign. But GOP lawmakers, they erupted
00:31:50
after the this unelected Senate pollitarian guts the key
00:31:54
provision from Trump's one big beautiful bill.
00:31:58
And and you have the Senate Majority Leader, Ryan L Thune.
00:32:01
He refused to overrule the decision.
00:32:05
I mean, this Senate pollitarian is proving that once again that
00:32:08
the DC swamp is alive and well. Her name is Elizabeth McDonough.
00:32:14
She was actually first appointed by Harry Reid.
00:32:20
She's known for advising Al Gore during a 2000 election debacle,
00:32:24
and she's she's gutting America first reforms from President
00:32:29
Trump's one big beautiful bill. And and dude, he's flatly
00:32:34
refused to overrule her McDonald's ruling.
00:32:37
She's not an elected official. She's just put in to make sure
00:32:42
rules are fine. You don't want to know what they
00:32:43
do. The Senate parliamentarian is a
00:32:49
nonpartisan advisor. She's just an advisor to the
00:32:51
Senate on matters of procedure, rules and legislative activity.
00:32:56
They they, you know, they provide guidance to presiding
00:32:59
officer, senators, staff. She doesn't have any authority.
00:33:05
She's like a referee for Senate proceedings.
00:33:08
That's that's at best what she get does, but she's, she's, I
00:33:12
don't know, she's striking down, you know, these provisions, the
00:33:15
federal government defunding sanctuary cities, cities
00:33:19
defunding the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
00:33:22
If you remember, DOGE targeted that agency.
00:33:25
She struck down the, you know, in the bill of the EP as efforts
00:33:28
to rollback electric vehicle mandates.
00:33:30
She also struck down a proposal to restrict federal courts from
00:33:33
issuing nationwide injunctions. And she's saying the bird rule,
00:33:38
that's what she rule, which is known as Section 313 of
00:33:43
Congressional Budget Act, is a Senate rule that prevents
00:33:46
extraneous matter from being included in reconciliation
00:33:52
legislation. It's designed to ensure that
00:33:54
reconciliation bills, which are used to expedite central certain
00:33:58
budget related legislation, focus on changes to spending and
00:34:02
revenue and not on unrelated policy changes.
00:34:08
OK, but they still want to waste money on on fake EP van EP as
00:34:15
electrical vehicle mandates want to give money to sanctuary
00:34:19
cities. That's not that doesn't expect
00:34:23
affect our spending and revenue. Come on.
00:34:28
I mean, this is crazy. I mean, the bird rule, it limits
00:34:33
the scope of what can be included in reconciliation
00:34:36
legislation that ensures that the process used for intended
00:34:39
purpose of addressing budgetary matters, Right?
00:34:42
So isn't defunding sanctuary cities a budgetary matter?
00:34:49
Isn't rolling back electrical vehicle mandates A budgetary
00:34:53
matter? I mean, a proposal restrict
00:34:56
federal courts from issuing nationwide injunctions.
00:34:58
That's not a budgetary matter. How much money is wasted in the
00:35:02
courts, taxpaying money with with lawyers and injunctions and
00:35:08
all this time that's a but these are all budgetary matters.
00:35:12
But doing this just letting this woman roll by.
00:35:14
I just don't get it. The the the Republicans, they
00:35:19
have no guts, no glory, but there's a lot of them, you know,
00:35:23
speaking out against this and they're urgent doing to like,
00:35:25
you know, do something about it. This unelected Senate, Senate
00:35:31
Parlatan ruled against throwing illegal aliens off of American
00:35:34
taxpayer funded Medicare and Medicaid and stopping Medicaid
00:35:38
and CHIP from funding sex changes on children.
00:35:41
She's for this and we're trying to stop this.
00:35:44
Enough with these illegals getting everything.
00:35:46
We have veterans in there. It's crazy.
00:35:50
Our veterans should come first. Veterans over illegals.
00:35:52
I say unbelievable, but don't go nowhere.
00:35:56
We're going to be right back and I got it.
00:35:59
You know this, this New York City mayor candidate, Zohan
00:36:04
Madami, this guy's a Trojan horse.
00:36:07
We got a lot to talk about him, man.
00:36:08
I'm going to tell you, even though you don't live in New
00:36:10
York, why this matters to you. So that's what people are
00:36:13
saying. Why does it matter to me?
00:36:14
I don't live in New York. Well, guess what?
00:36:15
It does matter. Someone go nowhere.
00:36:19
The big, big talk radio show will be right back.

00:37:50
low. I'm the low low.

I do my little quirkshare in there, but you know, we have
00:37:56

00:39:07
big make talk radio show sent you all right.
00:39:11
Why does this matter that this socialist terrorist is running
00:39:16
for New York mayor and actually won the Democratic nomination?
00:39:21
I mean, it's amazing to me. I don't know what people in New
00:39:23
York are thinking. Who knows what they think.
00:39:27
But, you know, to each their own.
00:39:30
But I'm going to let you in on something.
00:39:33
They had GPS tracking information on Zohan Madami.
00:39:38
Now, he's the guy that won the New York City Democrat primary
00:39:41
for mayor. And it appears to have been that
00:39:44
he was at Barack Hussein Obama's place in Washington, DC not
00:39:48
once, but twice in just six weeks.
00:39:51
Who else was there? I'm glad you asked the leaders
00:39:54
of the Muslim Brotherhood. And if you don't know who they
00:39:57
are, you might want to do study up on their history because
00:40:01
they've been outlawed in Egypt, Syria, Russia, Saudi Arabia, the
00:40:04
UAE, Bahrain, Jordan and Austria under their anti terrorism laws.
00:40:11
And this guy's over there meeting with him and Barack
00:40:13
Hussein Obama at Hussein's house in DC.
00:40:19
So, yeah, those guys and what appears to be a couple of
00:40:22
Iranian operatives, both who are linked to Majid Ferrani because
00:40:26
they met with him in Venezuela last summer.
00:40:29
So sure, this is going to go great for New York City about
00:40:33
the way it's gone for the US since Obama was president, but
00:40:36
on steroids. I got a clip from a lady who's
00:40:39
talking about this. I'm going to play it for you
00:40:41
guys. Some more great GPS tracking
00:40:44
information from Tony Siruga. Looks like mom Donnie, who just
00:40:47
won the New York City Democrat primary for mayor there, appears
00:40:51
to have been at Obama's place in Washington, DC twice in just six
00:40:55
weeks. Who else was there?
00:40:58
Leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood.
00:41:00
And if you don't know who they are, you might want to study up
00:41:03
on their history. They've been outlawed in Egypt,
00:41:06
Syria, Russia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Jordan and Austria
00:41:11
under their anti terrorism laws. So, yeah, just those guys and
00:41:15
what appears to be a couple of Iranian operatives, both who are
00:41:19
linked to Majid Ferrani because they met with him in Venezuela
00:41:23
last summer. So sure, this is going to go
00:41:25
great for New York City about the way it's gone for the US
00:41:29
since Obama was president, but on steroids.
00:41:34
You know, this is Zohan Mahami, right?
00:41:39
He's filled out his natural immunization forms, right?
00:41:43
I think it's form 400. But you have to be truthful and
00:41:47
honest on that form. So it's time to let me remind
00:41:51
you guys, the country, this is a Communist Control Act of 1954.
00:41:54
It's still in law, guys. That means you can't serve in
00:41:57
government if you're part of a communist organization.
00:42:01
But gets better. The Naturalization Act says if a
00:42:04
new citizen pushes communist revolution within five years,
00:42:08
that's proof they lied to get in their citizenship can be
00:42:11
revoked. So what's at play here?
00:42:14
If you look you want to be funny, Trump and Vance could do
00:42:17
the can start enforcing that law that already been on the books.
00:42:22
No new bills, no debates. Just strip the mass off the
00:42:25
radicals and send a clear message.
00:42:26
You don't get to destroy this country from within.
00:42:29
So socialist beware, you wanted a revolution.
00:42:31
Let's start with the law you forgot exists.
00:42:34
I mean, this guy is actually insane.
00:42:36
He's he's has a little pressure where he's saying violence is an
00:42:41
artificial construct. Artificial construct violence.
00:42:47
Let me play that little clip for you guys.
00:42:49
Often times we've even found as legislators, when we go into
00:42:52
these courts, the term violent crime is even used when people
00:42:55
are stealing packages. Violent crime is even used when
00:42:58
people are accused of burglary and there happens to be a
00:43:01
housing unit in that same dwelling.
00:43:03
So violence is an artificial construction.
00:43:06
We have to be very clear to what is happening here with these
00:43:09
district attorneys. That is violence.
00:43:13
That is violence of the bias story.
00:43:15
We. An artificial construct.
00:43:19
No, violence is not artificial. Violence is violence.
00:43:22
Violence is when you hurt somebody, use an object, hurt
00:43:24
somebody, use your hands. Violence is violence.
00:43:27
It's not artificial. This dude's Soham Adami, you
00:43:30
know, he's a failed rapper. When he goes on, he goes in the
00:43:34
city. We have a million Muslims.
00:43:36
When you go vote, remember, it's your opportunity to show Muslims
00:43:39
don't just belong in New York City, we belong in City Hall
00:43:42
too, OK, I don't, I don't discriminate.
00:43:46
If you're you're a Catholic, Christian, Buddhist, Muslim,
00:43:50
Jewish, you can be elected official.
00:43:53
But that Sharia law stuff, it's, I'm telling you, it's right
00:43:56
around the corner. And that's not it.
00:43:58
That's you take that back home. We don't want that.
00:44:03
And, and this dude is so out of whack.
00:44:05
He's actually on a legislator in New York, right?
00:44:09
And he's telling people on shows and his speeches, he plans on
00:44:15
making new laws, saying it doesn't matter where companies
00:44:18
are headquartered. If you do business in New York,
00:44:20
they must pay his new increased corporate tax rate.
00:44:24
He's saying business can't relocate to lower tax states to
00:44:27
save money. And what he's proposing is he
00:44:31
wants to raise 10 billion to pay for the entire economic agenda,
00:44:34
which I may add, he wants to give you free everything.
00:44:36
Free bus rides, free Medicare. He wants to even build
00:44:40
government supermarkets. What is he crazy?
00:44:46
That's that's ridiculous. Just so everybody knows, there's
00:44:50
no such thing as anything free. Everything costs money.
00:44:55
He wants his he wants to do this ten billion, you know, he says,
00:44:59
I want to trump proof our city and, and he goes, the first is
00:45:04
to match the state's corporate tax rate of the of that of New
00:45:07
Jersey. He goes New York's at 7.25, New
00:45:11
Jersey's at 11.5. Corporations can pay it over
00:45:14
time, they get paid over here. So he's trying to say if
00:45:17
corporations are in whatever Florida, Wisconsin, you name it,
00:45:20
and they do business from New York, but they he wants them to
00:45:23
pay that, pay the rates too. And then the second is taxing up
00:45:28
to 1% of New Yorkers. Let me you know, I don't
00:45:34
understand. Like he's running for mayor,
00:45:39
he's on the legislative branch. So he should know this.
00:45:41
So this is just, I'm going to tell you how he's lying.
00:45:43
The mayor of New York City cannot unilaterally implement
00:45:47
those proposed tax increases on corporate rates or high earners.
00:45:52
The mayor, what he does is proposes budgets and policies,
00:45:54
but tax changes require approval from the New York City Council
00:45:58
for city taxes or the state legislature for state taxes.
00:46:03
Now, corporate tax rates like those referenced in his proposal
00:46:07
are they're primarily set by the state needing state legislative
00:46:11
action. City income taxes also require
00:46:14
state approval. You know, this just shows that
00:46:17
the mayor's role is limited to to advocacy, not direct
00:46:21
enactment. But he's going around telling
00:46:22
people he's going to do it. So is he even qualified to be
00:46:26
mayor? I think not.
00:46:29
But this is just a start. This is like a breeding ground,
00:46:32
test ground. This guy wins and and with his
00:46:35
socialist agenda, I mean, New York City's bad.
00:46:38
Now it's just forget about it. But I'm telling you, he wins is
00:46:44
coming to a city near you. That's going to be their new
00:46:48
agenda because they're the left are already embracing it because
00:46:52
that's all they got. I mean, you have Congress people
00:46:57
starting to talk about this. Congressman Ogolese sent the
00:47:00
letter to Department of Justice saying Moulderi Express openly
00:47:05
expressed solidarity with the Holy Land Foundation 5.
00:47:08
Now that's a group convicted in 2008 for funneling millions of
00:47:11
Hamas. They're AUS designated foreign
00:47:14
terrorist organization responsible for countless
00:47:16
civilian deaths. We don't need to know the 9/11
00:47:20
in New York. The public support support for
00:47:24
convicted terrorists is now this is voiced by before Mundine
00:47:29
became AUS citizen. Now that constitutes A willful
00:47:32
misrepresentation or concealment of terrorist sympathies during
00:47:35
his naturalization process. So question is, how would it
00:47:42
look if they threw him out of the country right now while he's
00:47:47
running for mayor? Because you know, the liberals
00:47:49
will be crying wolf, crying, crying, crying election
00:47:53
interference, election interference.
00:47:56
So it's a, it's a touchy subject.
00:47:58
I mean, he, he wants to spend 65 on gender firming
00:48:01
care, including for minors. This is unbelievable.
00:48:06
This, this Muslim communist, he just won a Democratic nomination
00:48:08
for mayor of New York City and he wants to spend 65 on
00:48:12
gender affirming care, including for Myers.
00:48:16
Let me tell you something. That was one of the issues that
00:48:18
came up repeatedly in the 2024 election and American people
00:48:22
made their opinion quite clear. Most people are against this.
00:48:27
It's one of those 8020 issues that have come up repeatedly in
00:48:30
recent months. And this dude, Mandy, me changes
00:48:33
in the 20% side of the issue. Now, I shouldn't surprise
00:48:37
anyone. And now because we're calling
00:48:40
them out, what's the left want to do?
00:48:42
The media, they're now want to call you Islamophobic, a part of
00:48:46
their old strategy and playbook, right?
00:48:49
Same old tire playbook. It is what it is.
00:48:52
But you know, I'm running that time.
