[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By Liberty and the Beautiful. If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

[00:00:33] America Great Again The Big Mig Well, good morning and welcome back to The Big Mig Show. I'm your host, Lance Migliaccio, with my co-host, George Ballantyne. Edge of the knife, baby. Rise and grind, of course, educating and unifying the country one episode at a time. George B., what's up, bro? Not much, you know.

[00:00:59] Just, you know, resting and going to start changing things up and prepare myself for the battles to come starting next year. You know, it's going to be fun times, bro. Fun times. Sir, eat your Wheaties or whatever, protein, whatever the hell you want to call it for you people. It's, you know, it was, we did that special edition live coverage show, so we took off yesterday.

[00:01:28] But to be honest with you, I was tired. I think I was mentally exhausted. Now, that being said, you know, on this show, we told you what we thought would happen with the midterms. I'm not really surprised. You know, and I'm not going to get into, oh, they cheated or anything. So I think there was a lot of factors. I don't trust our election system, but that's not what I think happened.

[00:01:50] I've told you many times that I thought the only two ways to fix the midterms were the National Emergency Act because I think the systems are compromised. And then on top of it, the other thing that George and I have talked about over and over and over again is that, you know, the deep state arrests that we were promised, the drain in the swamp, none of that happened. And I'm not saying this administration didn't do some good things, but I think there's a lot of people in that administration that shouldn't be there.

[00:02:17] Has anybody online for the people in the chat, the audience, you guys noticing that everybody's now coming out of the woodwork about Susie Wiles? We're going to be talking about her, but we told you that before that she was a problem. Shit, I've been saying that for how long? Come on. Yeah. I mean, there's no doubt. George might have been one of the first ones I heard saying it. I chimed in. I talked to a lot of and a lot of people, you know, are afraid of her because she wields so much power. So they didn't have the ability to say what they really believed.

[00:02:46] And I'm talking about some people that are pretty powerful said that, look, you cannot get on the bad side of Susie Wiles or you're done. And that is what happened to some good people in the administration. I also believe that Susie Wiles's advice, I'll go on the record for this, sucks. And I don't think it had the best interest of the American people or this administration or otherwise. I think she's a power hungry B-I-A-T-C-H. Biatch.

[00:03:16] I've gone on the record that. I'm sure it doesn't matter. I don't have any interaction with Susie Wiles. She probably doesn't know me from Adam. Probably doesn't care. At this point, my understanding is that we're going to talk about some of the people she's driving under the bus because she's trying to survive what just happened. I guess Donald Trump is not in a very good mood. All right. He's been hunkered down in his private residence, not really interacting with people. Can't blame him. The next two years are going to suck for him.

[00:03:45] He brought it amongst himself, a lot of it. So I mean, deal with the fucking consequences and shit. That's going to happen. Yeah, we should have. You know, I said it early on when they decided that they weren't going to go after the Epstein people. That was a huge mistake. Big, big mistake. And then they and then, of course, he said he wasn't going to go after Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama or Biden. Another big mistake. And I just the deep state arrest never came. Well, you know what? You know something?

[00:04:15] Because we're probably going to go all over the place with this because you're bringing stuff up. So because you brought up Epstein. So, yeah, they fumbled Epstein. But, you know, one thing about Massey, he was trying to get that stuff released and doing a job. And Trump didn't like what Massey was doing and helped get him out of Congress. Right. But how come Trump didn't push Thune to get out or move out of the way or get stuff passed? I know. Right. I mean, why not?

[00:04:45] Did I hear it right? Is Thune going to run to be the leadership again? He's trying. He thinks he's going to try. Oh, my God. You know what? The stupid probably GOP members will, you know, bow down and, oh, we'll vote for you. I want to see who the Democrats are going to put in because I know they're tied to Schumer and what the hell is the idiot's name? In the house? I forget his name. Mike Johnson?

[00:05:15] Obama 2.0 on the Democrat side. Hakeem Jeffries. Hakeem Jeffries. Thank you. Did you see that Jared Kushner allegedly met with Hakeem Jeffries? Not allegedly. We knew this months ago that he met with him. Wow. The Democrats are mad as hell that he met with him. All right. Let's start off with a couple of set the moods. This is from my friend. Listen, you can't. No, you're saying you can't get mad for people reaching across the aisle and try to bring things together. You could try.

[00:05:45] I don't oppose. Hold on. I don't oppose that. Let me finish talking. I don't oppose that because the more we are able to work together, the more we're able to get things done and a better, usually a better run country. So it doesn't, you can reach across the aisle, have conversations. I'm fine with that. Go ahead. I just don't think that's what Jared Kushner is trying to do ever. I think there's only one goal that Jared Kushner ever has. I don't know Jared Kushner. I just watch him. The only goal he ever has is making lots of money, and he's very good at it.

[00:06:16] I don't ever believe that it's got anything to do with the American people or saving the country or helping. It's only about making Jared Kushner fabulously wealthy, which he's done a hell of a job of doing. I can't hate him for what he's doing because, of course, he's taking care of himself. But I don't know that meeting with Hakeem Jeffries had anything to do with reaching across the aisle to help the country. I bet it had a lot to do with Jared Kushner reaching across the aisle to figure out if he can make money since maybe now the Republicans aren't going to be in power.

[00:06:46] No, dude, this was months ago you reached out to him. This is way before the elections. Way before. I don't know. And we talked about it on the show. Maybe. Not maybe. I know 100%. No, but I was making a statement, George. I said maybe it didn't have anything to do with anything to do with the country. I got to be honest. I don't think Jared Kushner cares about what happens to the country. I think Jared Kushner cares about what happens to Jared Kushner. That's my opinion. I'm sticking to it. All right. My friend, Dr. Clown PhD.

[00:07:16] No, it's not him. It's not him because I had this and posted it up way before he did. He just put a stamp on it. But go ahead. Oh, these aren't Dr. Clown PhD? No. He didn't make these. Oh, I thought he did. Okay. Well, I don't want to give him credit if he didn't. Yeah. I thought they were his. He does a lot of work like this. All right. Anyway, we got a couple of set the moods coming out of Texas. Hmm. Ready? We voted for a better California.

[00:07:46] It's okay. He's just hungry. $200? That's it. We're moving to Texas. No crime. Cheap gas. We love Texas.

[00:08:20] That's it. We're moving to Florida. We're moving to Florida. We're moving to Florida. Where y'all from? California. We're here to fix Florida. Sorry about that. All right. We got one more, don't we? We do. Poor Texas. We did it. Texas is blue. We did it. We did it.

[00:08:49] We did it. We did it.

[00:09:26] All right. First thing first. So the Texas GOP lawmakers are ready to do it. They're actually demanding emergency special sessions to strip governors sweeping powers before that Democrat Gina, I don't even know how you say her name, Hinoosa takes office, which they're doing, they're trying to protect. But at least in Texas, the Senate regained GOP, which is a good thing.

[00:09:55] But there's other interesting stuff. This just came out this morning. I'm going to show some border data, which is weird. Let me throw this in and look at what the GOP is doing. They know they still have a certain amount of time. And the GOP, the Republicans are trying to make a move in Texas to protect the state of Texas and protect the people. So they realize they still have time. And that's going to be something we're going to talk about. So this is a official election administration of voting comprehensive report. And I'm going to put the head page so you can see it.

[00:10:23] Buried all the way on page 193 of this document shows Texas processed 2.9 million 357 new valid voter registrations from 2022 to 2024 without proof of citizenship, documented proof of citizenship, like birth certificate passport or naturalizations papers is not required at a time of voter registration in Texas. So 56.5% of Texas voter registrations were classified as new valid registrations.

[00:10:53] And I'm going to show you where this book, I am not making this up. You can go look it up yourself. This is where it's at. Kind of weird, huh? I mean, it's exactly what we've said that the voter registration system is registering illegal voters across the nation in every state, even the states that you would think would be on top of it, like Texas. I mean, not in my wildness that I ever think Texas would flip the way it did.

[00:11:21] But when you have a bunch of illegal voters on the books, it sure makes it a hell of a lot easier. That's what the Democrats are all about. So Texas is going to have a hard time. But like you said, I mean, and that brings us, you're going to bring us to the basis of our lead story here. Yeah. I mean, look, the GOP, the Republicans did a very shitty job in Congress. I think they acted like cowards.

[00:11:50] They didn't get much done. The Senate, especially, I know the House had a lot of stuff passed, but maybe that was all part of the strategy. You make it seem like they're doing something in the House and then they know they're not going to pass in the Senate. So they have 60 days left. Just like Texas is doing now. Texas knows they've got a problem coming and they are preemptively doing everything they can to fix it in advance. We already know that the Democrats have a playbook. It's not a playbook to protect the country. It's a playbook of a shit show, right?

[00:12:19] I mean, they started vocalizing, you better lawyer up. You better lawyer up. They're already describing that they're going to weaponize the system. So these GOP cowards. I have that. You want me to put that up since you brought it up? Well, we'll go into it. You definitely, definitely would put that up. We're going to talk about that because it's part of this. So my take is we got 60 days. We got 60 days to lock down America or the GOP should own the collapse because I'm blaming them.

[00:12:48] Listen, last night on X, I responded to some people and over on True Social. You know, I responded to J.D. Vance as an example. And what they're trying to do is they're and Vance made some valid points. But they were in denial. The admin and the Republicans were in denial. They didn't really give alt media who would help them get into place any support.

[00:13:17] You know, the whole podcast row and all that. They didn't put any money into commercials on alt media where all their listeners and subscribers are, where all the conservatives and Republicans are watching. They're watching alt media on all the big different shows, our show and many other shows. No advertising whatsoever. They didn't spend any time in the biggest chat rooms, right? There's lots of chat rooms on Telegram. You guys know about them. Lots of chat rooms everywhere. Lots of groups discussing how they felt about things.

[00:13:44] And instead, they went to the polls and they did their internal stuff and they hunkered down in the White House and discussed what they thought, where the country was at and the voters were going to turn out or the voters weren't going to turn. They didn't spend any time. And you tell me, George, in the grassroots coming into X and listening and watching people. What were people saying over and over and over again? People were dissatisfied with the lack of arrests.

[00:14:10] I mean, they still control the House, the Senate and the White House until noon on January 3rd, 2027. And of course, I think the voters that handed you that power ranked the economy and the cost of living first. And then they hit immigration, crime, health care and election integrity. They expected the border enforcement to really go all in. They wanted energy abundance. You know, they were looking for the spending cuts. I mean, Elon Musk found a ton of it. Where were the consequences?

[00:14:40] Where were the rest? They wanted real consequences for the fraud. Not enough of that. That didn't happen very fast. Todd Planche, Pan Bondi. And instead, the House scheduled roughly. Now listen to this, 104 session days this year. Took a 53-day break from mid-September to November. And both chambers are still on recess as of today. They're only returning for a short lame duck before disappearing again.

[00:15:09] So while the Democrats openly plan court packing, D.C., Puerto Rico statehood, national popular vote, compact tricks, and a wave of lawyer up lawfare, of course. The GOP treated the calendar like a vacation brochure. Members on both sides disclosed thousands of stock trades under a toothless stock act.

[00:15:36] Republican members ranked among the most active. I mean, the American public is done waiting. This is the last window. You guys got 60 days, 59 now, to prove yourself that you're not a bunch of lazy, worthless assholes. That you deserve the votes you actually got legitimately. They should use every remaining day. No more time off. Cancel all your vacation time, you scumbags.

[00:16:04] Pass the statutes that box the incoming majority in before they can reverse them. Force every Democrat vote on the record. And, of course, contrast with right itself. The American public will look at you and say, okay, it looks like they made a move. I mean, 105 days, George? Are you freaking kidding me? Could they be any lazier? Any more worthless? You tell me.

[00:16:34] Yeah, they can be. Because I don't think they're going to do anything. You have, what, seven, six, seven senators that are on their way out? So, you know, they're pissed. And some of them didn't want to do stuff while the fall session was in. But look at Susan Collins. She, like, fought the save act. And then she'd give in a little bit. There wasn't unity amongst the GOP.

[00:17:03] We'll talk about the Senate before. You think it was going to be now? I don't know. I mean, it's a prayer. What we've done for you idiots, what we've done for you idiots, is because you've got an opportunity. You could turn around your reputation with the American public right now. You could make a difference. I don't think you will. I think George is right. I think you'll just sit around. You'll decide, oh, but Christmas is coming. The holidays. Hanukkah. We've got to have time. No, you guys don't deserve any more fucking time off, you lazy pricks. You don't.

[00:17:32] So here's the full brutal playbook. We put it together for you. We already know what the Democrats are going to do. You heard us on the show the other day. You can go back and watch that episode. They've already made it very vocal of what the plan is. So here's your playbook, GOP. Maybe you'll do something about it while you still allegedly control things. Lock the Supreme Court at nine justices by statute. The Democrats have repeatedly floated the expansion to 13 or more.

[00:18:02] Why? So they can install their own majority the moment they hold both chambers in the White House. Why not pass a clean law that freezes the size at nine? No future growth. Any future packing would require new legislation and a recorded vote. But do it. Pair it with expedited judicial review so they cannot stall. Every Democrat who votes against it is on the record supporting court packing. You might as well expose them in advance. You can preemptively strike.

[00:18:32] And the media won't be able to spin it if you guys have gone on the record and done this. Now, why not codify right now? They already said they're going to try to stop presidential power. But they're going to try to figure out ways to make the presidency weaker. They don't want these executive orders. They don't want the power of the veto. So why not codify presidential authority and block administrative state rewrites?

[00:18:58] I mean, of course, their plan is to reverse every executive action, every executive order through agency, reinterpretation, and endless lawsuits. Why don't you guys pass statutory limits on agency power, strengthen executive privilege for official acts, and require clear congressional authorization for major rules? And fast-track review. So the lawfare cannot bury the measures in district court for years. Expose their plan.

[00:19:27] Because they don't want to win elections. They want, you know, unelected bureaucrats to rule after they lose them. All right, George, tell me what they should do with D.C. and Washington. Well, you know. I mean, Puerto Rico. You know, Democrats, they want to make D.C. and Puerto Rico, what? A statehood. So they should make it, the Republicans should make that illegal without a constitutional amendment. You know, they've been saying this way before this. They've been saying it for years.

[00:19:57] And they'll admit to both. You know, they want those four senator seats, you know, to be Democrat. That's all they want to do. So if they pass legislation that conditions any future admission on a constitutional amendment or supermajority thresholds and explicitly bar compact clause workarounds. Force the floor to vote now. When they vote no, run the ad showing they want to pack the Senate. I mean, it's pretty simple. Let's talk about the electrical college.

[00:20:27] We got to protect that. You know, you look at the national popular vote, interstate compact. You know, it's their workaround to nullify electrical college without amending the Constitution. So GOP, get off your asses, pass legislation, reinforcing the compact clause limits, which will require explicit state legislative authority for electors. And this will prohibit states from binding themselves to out-of-state popular vote totals.

[00:20:57] Make the compact a dead letter by statute. Call what it is, Lance. And run around the Constitution written by the people who lost in 2016 and 2024. Wait a minute. You know. We didn't lose in 2016. 2020. No, the Democrats lost. Oh. Democrats. They lost in 2000. Never mind. All right. So, you know, look, there's already laws in the books.

[00:21:27] But why not make it even tougher? Criminalize non-citizen voting with real teeth. Of course, they're opposing the proof of citizenship requirement and they want to treat any enforcement, you know, as voter suppression, as voter racism, as making voting difficult. They don't want voter ID. Stop dicking around. John Thune, you want to rerun? You did a shitty job. Okay. Pass the SAVE Act framework now.

[00:21:56] You know, get documentary proof of citizenship to even register. Real-time database checks. Fix the database now. And enhance criminal penalties for non-citizens who vote. And for the officials who register them, how about some fast-track criminal penalties for them? How about criminal penalties for the people that obstruct clean voter rolls? I mean, forget the absolute immunity. Qualified immunity.

[00:22:24] Make these individuals to the state that want to enforce this criminal behavior of illegals voting in our elections. Because let me make it clear. You can't go into another country and vote in their election legally. Could you try to get away with it illegally? Maybe. But if you got caught, you would face the consequences. And they enforce it in other countries. Why is it here in the United States we don't even enforce that?

[00:22:45] You know, add private right of action so states and citizens can sue if illegal voting is used in the voters' roles. Every Democrat who votes no is voting to keep illegal immigrant ballots in the system. Run that clip on a loop. Remember this. I understand the opposition you're going to face doing all this. The idea is to expose them in advance. You're going to pull the M&M here. You're going to expose everything they're going to do.

[00:23:13] And then you're going to go into overdrive showing all of them not voting for legal voting, right? That you're going to show that they want to support illegals subverting our elections. Just like what George just showed you in Texas. Do something about it now. You have 60 days. Cancel all your vacations and prove to the American public you're not a bunch of worthless assholes. All right. Permanently defund and dissolve USAID-style foreign aid slush funds.

[00:23:41] I know you guys don't want to do this because you all love to steal the U.S. taxpayers' dollars. You love to give it to Chelsea Clinton. You love to give it to George Soros so that they can give it back to you. So do this permanently. They're going to restore every program the moment they regain, you know, appropriations power. You already know that. Use appropriation riders, rescissions, and permanent statutory prohibitions to end the programs that have patronage and influence operations.

[00:24:09] You've got to force the vote before the new majority can reverse it. Expose the waste and political uses. Make it criminal for the people that participate in it. Make it easy for the criminal statute to apply. Don't make it hard. If you get caught committing fraud, fast track that fraud and the criminal indictments. Taxpayers already know the money disappears overseas while all the costs at home have been exploding. Enough's enough.

[00:24:38] Prove to the American public that you don't want to be part of the fraud and the criminality. Do this now. And if the Democrats don't support it, then run it on loop. Expose them that they want the criminality and the theft and the graft to continue. I think you've got to codify tariff authority. I mean, energy permitting reform and spending discipline. Lock in the Trump era tariff framework by statute.

[00:25:05] So the next administration can't simply reinterpret trade law. The tariffs are helping us and we should put it into force that we're going to go forward instead of blocking Trump like you did. And pass permitting, you know, streamlining, you know, for energy projects. So that production can't be strangled by all these lawsuits and all the agency delays. You've got to pair both with a real budget. That cuts the trajectory.

[00:25:32] Instead of just another continuing resolution, which I know you guys love because you don't want to work. You're just going to do a continuing resolution. Why don't you do something serious? The Democrats are going to call it extreme, but voters who pay the bills are going to call it overdue. Force the votes. I mean, George and, you know, the judiciary, the DOJ, we talk about it so many times. Tell me your thoughts on this because I'm tired of what's going on with that. Oh, this is, you know what, Lance?

[00:26:00] I'm looking at all this stuff we're talking about. There's no way to get this passed. But anyway, so we need to end judicial DOJ absolute immunity for misconduct and actually reform lifetime appointments. They want to, they plan to use the courts and the Justice Department as their primary weapon once they lose elected branches. Then we might be in trouble.

[00:26:24] Passed legislation removing blanket protections so lawfare operators face real liability for misconduct. There's a lot of stuff. We got to protect, they want to protect the filibuster by statute. They have said they will eliminate it. Let me comment on this. This is so important on the DOJ because they're already talking about the lawfare. George, you want to play the clip about the lawfare right now? Because this is a perfect spot. What clip? Because you said something that you have the clip about them saying they're going to, you know, you better lawyer up. Oh, I don't have a clip. I have this.

[00:26:54] Here. Okay. This is the, this was their first tweets from elected Democrats following the election. Subpoenas. They're going to need to plant new forests for all the subpoenas we'll be printing. I don't know. No, Mark Wayne, Miller, Holman, Bovino. What's up? Clear your schedule. Thank you, Mr. President. Our thank you will come in January with subpoenas. The other one, lawyer up. And DEI is back. By the way, this is criminal.

[00:27:24] You're not supposed to, this is really malfeasance, non-feasance, and misfeasance by government officials. You're not supposed to take your position of power and then use the law to manipulate and weaponize the system. You're supposed to use it legitimately if you have legitimate claims. But forewarning everybody what you're going to do about how you're going to come after them and you better lawyer up, that is malfeasance and misfeasance by a government official. How is that? How do you say that?

[00:27:51] Yeah, because it's part of congressional, I don't know what you say, part of their congressional jobs or whatever. Because they're using it as a threat. It isn't because they did an investigation and they determined through the investigation that they need to, and they need subpoenas and they've got an investigation. The fact is they're preemptively telling everybody, get ready, we're coming. Yeah, they've been saying that, though. You know, again, it's not legal the way they're using it. I ran it through last night.

[00:28:21] But here, I think you've got to require confirmation, reconfirmation of fixed terms for lower court judges. You've got to get rid of this lifetime tenure. You've got to use it so it can't be used as a one-way ratchets. And, of course, all the Democrats are going to vote no to protect the people who weaponize the system. Make that a story. Expose them. Put the time in. Use alt media. Get the interviews on there. Suzy Wiles, we had great interviews. We had Holman. We had Tulsi Gabbard booked. Suzy Wiles shit on everybody.

[00:28:49] Get Suzy Wiles the fuck out of the way and start using alt media because that's where your listeners and subscribers are. You guys keep doing interviews on Fox News and CNN and ABC and CBS. You keep doing the interviews. You bitch about mainstream media and then you use mainstream media. All right, George, let's hear about the filibuster. What do we do here? Well, you know, Democrats are going to end the filibuster. So we've got to protect the filibuster by statute. Let's go on by. Here's the thing about this.

[00:29:18] In order for the GOP to get some of this stuff passed, they would need to drop the filibuster. So this is a touchy situation. You know, Democrats keep saying they want to eliminate it. And I think about if they don't eliminate it and they give them and they have that ability. If we have to drop the filibuster to get stuff done, then the Democrats are going to do it. And it's going to be rough. It's going to be rough because not all statutes.

[00:29:47] You need 51 votes or majority to pass stuff. You need more than that. Just like Save America. You think you need 60 votes of what it is? So this is tough. I don't know if this was, you know, they should though. I would. Regardless of what we got to try to get past now, this is something they should get past. If they could do that, they could protect a lot of stuff from happening.

[00:30:17] So GOP, protect the filibuster, put a statue in, let's get it done. And this last one, Lance, ban congressional stock trading. Once again, the Senate has failed us in that. Didn't it pass in the House? And it went to Senate? I don't know. I mean, maybe those five or seven senators on their way out would vote yes for it now because they're not going to be senators. Like, we ain't senators no more. What do we care?

[00:30:47] You know, members, you look at members on both sides have disclosed thousands of trades. Some are Republican members. And some of them are the most active. They had late followings under the Stock Act. So if you pass a real ban without poison pills that lets members and their families trade while voters struggle with, or some what? Gas, groceries, housing. Pair it with stronger disclosure and real penalties. Oh my God.

[00:31:15] You cannot end this, you know, they say insider ban is I call insider trading. Yeah. Or here's the other side of this. Just cancel. If you guys won't do this because you just got to have your insider trading. American people know all about it. We're all pissed off at you over it. No problem. Cancel all the SEC insider trading laws that apply to us. Let us do it because I have friends that are in companies. If I could get that, use that information that I occasionally hear and trade, it'd be great.

[00:31:46] I'd make plenty of money. I have plenty of people that are higher levels at CEOs and CTOs and COOs who could say, hey, get out and buy some of this stock. Just remove all those laws. Because why should we face penalties when you fucking cocksuckers don't face any penalties? You tell me that. Explain that to me. I'd love to hear it. I'd love for somebody to be able to explain that to me. You know, listen, all these judicial members of the public, they've demanded this for years. They wanted mandatory e-verify and full interior enforcement.

[00:32:14] They don't want just a bar just to be a slogan. They want that stopped. They want criminal penalties. They want all the expelled removal for repeated illegal reentrance, right? They wanted all the crime measures to keep the violent offenders off the streets. I mean, none of this is new, okay? It's time for the excuses. They're over. Either you can use the next 60 days to codify the protections the American people expected when they gave you control, when they voted you in.

[00:32:44] Or you hand the keys to the people who just told their base to lawyer up and watch the system, of course, that you swore to defend get dismantled. This is not really that complicated. It's the job. Cancel all your vacations. And, you know, we've got a couple of statements I want to make, so listen closely. The Republicans, and this is to you, the Republicans in the House and Senate, you have spent 2026 on one of the lightest schedules in modern congressional history.

[00:33:12] The House scheduled for only about 104 session days with a 53-day recess from mid-September to November 8th, and both chambers still out of a session as of today. You guys only returned briefly after the election before packing it in for mid-December. While the American people rank the economy and cost of living as their top priority, followed by immigration, crime, health care, and election integrity,

[00:33:36] you treated Washington like a part-time vacation club instead of the workplace they sent you to. You failed to deliver the border enforcement, energy permitting, spending discipline, voter integrity measures like the SAVE Act they expected. Meanwhile, you let fraud and graft continue in your midst.

[00:33:57] You allowed improper payments still in the hundreds of billions, program fraud that cost taxpayer billions, and insider trading that, of course, makes the members and their families rich while voters struggle trying to cover the simplest of bills. Members on your side have filed hundreds of trades with late disclosures under this toothless Stock Act, and you never passed a clean ban that would end the grift.

[00:34:23] You gave no real consequences to the guilty, whether corrupt officials, fraudsters, or the lawfare operators who weaponized the system. You wasted taxpayer money on the same old earmarks and unchecked spending while claiming to be the party of accountability. What a crock of shit that is.

[00:34:44] This lame duck period before January 3rd is your last chance to prove you're not lazy, self-dealing, grifting careerists the voters just rejected. Why don't you pass the popular priorities they demanded? Lock in protection against the coming Democrat overreach.

[00:35:13] I don't know if you're up for the task. I don't think you are. I think George is right. I think you're just going to keep cashing your checks, sit around on your lazy, worthless asses while the country, of course, and we pay the price. The people are going to pay the price. Our shows are going to be the pace. All the people that defended you, all the people that voted you in, like myself and George, I think you're going to do jack shit. Why don't you prove me wrong? Because I'll be the first ones to eat my words. Interesting. I mean, look at it. Look.

[00:35:44] We had the House, the Senate, the White House. You had all three. And you said part-time, what, vacations? No, they were part-time politicians. They think district work period means permanent vacation. I mean, come on.

[00:35:59] How many times, constant times throughout the last two years, even before that, that the public told you they wanted cheaper energy, secure borders, real election integrity, lower cost of living, and then to all the fraud that steals the money, consequences, and what'd they answer with? Long recesses, weak enforcement. And what do they do?

[00:36:26] Congress that protects its own stock portfolios more than it protects the taxpayers. Look, I go on and on. Only ways to disband this government start over. It's, I mean, we're going to be constantly saying this stuff. I mean, for God's sake, can we get the goddamn Sunshine Act passed? Even Trump said something about that, which he should have put Thune on blast. I'm going to put it up real quick, Lance, because, yeah. Can we get the Sunshine Act passed?

[00:36:55] Probably not, because they can't do anything else. And you know who's holding up the Sunshine Act? It's Senator Cotton. He's the one I don't think they want to vote it out of committee. So. I don't know why. But we could at least get some shit done. Something. I mean, there's so much stuff. You know, Lance, I got even more for you, buddy. I'm going to put up this graph. This is.

[00:37:23] We talked about we want secure elections, right? Voter ID, this and that. Well, guess what, people? Look at that. Three states. That flips Senate seats to Democrats. But they passed voter ID laws at the same time. And you're talking like, what, a 30-point spread? How is that possible? And then you have the other states that passed no men and women sports.

[00:37:53] Lance, I am shocked that Colorado voted for that. State of Washington voted for that. I'm not shocked about Arizona and Nebraska. But state of Washington and Colorado voted for that? That's a shocker. Colorado shocked me with that one, to be honest with you. Look, California, they failed to pass their billionaire tax. Voters rejected that, surprisingly. But, you know, you wonder how bad it is? Did you know that an Iowa Democrat who quit his campaign in September over health issues?

[00:38:24] He quit it. He announced and everything. He still won the state house seat. And this is in a Republican-leaning district. He still. How is that possible? Because his name was still on the ballot because he left September. But people are not paying attention. And he goes, and he came out, he goes, I'm going to try to do his best to represent, but I still have health issues. So. Imagine winning and you're not even trying. Well.

[00:38:53] Yeah. Look, he just did it. I mean, it's crazy. Voter ID laws. Look at that. Ohio. But they voted for a Democrat governor. Oh, my God. It's amazing. It amazes me that, you know. I'm surprised they passed voter ID in Nevada. I know, right? And, you know, it's interesting. Can you imagine that California rejected the billionaire tax?

[00:39:23] The people did. Crazy. Because people are not stupid. They see that California is losing so many corporations and people moving out because the tax bracket is so high as it is. Yeah. If they did that, every billionaire would at least move out or move their address to another state. Look at Florida. They passed, um, no property tax thing. Whatever. I forget the exact thing of it is. But they passed that to people. Even look at Florida voting, people.

[00:39:53] It was close in those races. Closer than usual. Kind of frightening. And, you know, I would say. It's a shocker that John Thune tried to give him a self-congratulation. But Florida. He gets crushed and he comes out. And, I mean, what do you think of this, George? Well, I wanted to finish about Florida because Florida, they were on top of their voting and rooting out of Florida and all that. So, I mean, I don't know. It's just scary.

[00:40:20] But, yeah, like this John Thune, he's giving himself a congratulatory statement. You got crushed, bro. And you're part of the big reason why we got crushed. You didn't pass, Bailey, any legislation. You got the big, one thing I can think of off the top of my head is the big, beautiful bill. What else have they really passed that's of significance besides that? Anything? Anybody top of your heads in the chat? Don't go look shit up. I don't know.

[00:40:47] He claimed online that he had a, that the GOP had a strong record of accomplishment. Safer streets, tax cuts, border security, and judicial confirmations. Hold on a second. Time out. I mean, oh my crap. Border security is because Trump did that, not the GOP. That has nothing to do with the Senate. They didn't do nothing for, like, they helped get funding, which the House did too. But that was all Trump, man. Trump's the one to shut down the border and did all that. So you ain't taking credit for that.

[00:41:16] What was the other thing you said, Lance? I mean, listen, here's his statement. I'll read his statement and you can hear it from the, and this is him on X. He got hammered, by the way. He got ratioed like a mofo. Over the last two years, Senate Republicans have put a strong record of accomplishment that's created safer streets, more money in Americans' pockets, and new opportunities for families and businesses to get ahead. Bullshit. Bullshit.

[00:41:40] After fighting Democrat obstruction at every turn, we prevented the largest tax site in American history, secured our border in an unprecedented way, confirmed the president's cabinet at the fastest pace in two decades. I don't know if that's true. And put strong conservative judges on benches across the country faster than we have since the Reagan administration. All right. And I don't know where he's talking about putting more money in tax in Americans' pockets, but okay.

[00:42:05] I'm proud of our team and everything we've done for the American people, and I'm looking forward to the important work we have in front of us over the next few months. As we head into 2027, Senate Republicans will not stand by as the far-left socialist wing of the Democrat Party attempt to unwind everything we've done. Well, maybe cancel the fucking vacations soon. I mean, you're not even planning on coming back to work right now. So why don't you start there? If you're at this conference, you're going to get something done.

[00:42:31] Thankfully, we still have President Trump in the White House, and we'll work with him to stop the worst impulses of Democratic extremism. We cannot let their fringe positions become the mainstream. You already have. I dare you, John Thune, to cancel all vacations right now and get to work for the next 60 days. No time off. Not even Christmas. Nothing. Why don't you just prove to the American public that you're worth a fuck? Because right now, you're a worthless sack of shit. I'd love to take you to fucking... As a matter of fact, here's my open-air challenge.

[00:43:00] Let's do it. You and I, Thune. Let's go ahead, and let's go ahead and call Dana White, and let's go ahead and slap it out. I'd like to crack you right across the face. You're so full of shit. Go ahead, George. All right. Well, he's saying that he's not going to stand idly by the far-left Social Security Democratic Party attempts to wind everything we've done. Well, there ain't that much that you've done, buddy. So it really ain't going to take them much to unwind it if they want to.

[00:43:31] But, you know, you could have did all that. Within the two years, you had control of the Senate and got a lot of stuff done, which would put the Democrats at bay. But, nope, you let them do it. It's crazy. You know how many Trump's judicial nominations still need to be put through? They could hammer them right now, too. Because, you know, they're not going to pass on the Democrats. Yeah.

[00:43:55] And that's why we face so many of these liberal judges in the courts and with these crazy rulings that have to keep going up to the higher courts to be overturned. I mean, it's just going to be more of that. It's never-ending. We've got to take a break, Lance. All right. Let's take a break here on The Big Mig Show. We'll be right back. When we come back, we'll be talking about Susie Wiles trying to make Pete Hegseth the scapegoat for the midterms. Here we go. Stay tuned. We'll be right back.

[00:44:35] Something truly remarkable is happening in the world of cancer care, just south of the U.S. border. Since 1963, Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana has been quietly redefining what is possible for patients facing late-stage cancer. Their integrative approach, treating the body, mind, and spirit, has produced survival outcomes that far exceed standard American hospital averages. In some cases, more than three times higher. The pattern is clear.

[00:45:03] Patients at Oasis of Hope often live longer than expected. We can only do this shit together. Alright. Susan Wiles. They're talking about she should be the scapegoat, not Pete Hexeth. You know, Lance, she's not, she needs to stick around because for Marco Rubio.

[00:48:34] That's my sentiment. I don't think so. I think it's time to crack her ass because I think she's a lot of what went wrong for the midterms. I think that she's been giving bad advice to Donald Trump. I don't trust her. And many people that I do trust that have lots of interactions with the president don't trust her either. But they know that you can't get on the wrong side of Susie Wiles. She's been the reason that a lot of the interviews haven't come over to alt media.

[00:48:59] She's been the reason that a lot of times President Trump has treated alt media and I think the conservatives as the echo chamber. I think it's a major mistake. I think it's time to crack her ass and get her out of there. I think there's other people around Donald Trump that would do a better job that are more trustworthy. And at the end of the day, the fact that she's leaking information to the press along with other White House staff having them do it to try to undermine and attack Pete Hegseth. If that's true, fuck her.

[00:49:27] Well, yeah, there's somebody saying White House officials saying that Wiles and top White House aides are leaking damaging information about Hegseth. Yes. I mean, why does a senior White House official bring it to Trump or FBI or somebody arrest Susan Wiles and these people for leaking information? Because maybe it's not national security stuff. Maybe it's just information to try to undermine Pete Hegseth's reputation. But Hegseth. I don't know what it is.

[00:49:53] Hegseth, regardless, he's going to, they're going to, Democrats are going to go after him. Oh, boy. Are they ever. I think it's time to get rid of Susie Wiles. There's just been enough bad information floating around about her. Let's play the clip. She's responsible for a lot of shit. Okay, here we go. Well, look, there's a few things that have to happen. I'm going to say publicly what a lot of people are saying privately.

[00:50:22] Susie Wiles needs to resign. She needs to offer her resignation to the president before he has to ask for it. Her campaign skills have not translated into governing. Susie was behind the historic win in 2024, and she deserved credit for it and got the top job for it. But now she's behind the historic loss where we lost Mississippi and have lost potentially the Senate for six years. And so that cuts both ways. I think if she loves and respects the president and his legacy, she'll do the right thing and step aside.

[00:50:51] Because on the current trajectory, we can't win in 2028 if we keep going down this currently. And a lot of this was staff failure. A lot of this was strategy and messaging failure. It's the chief of staff's job to manage the staff. James Blair, the president's top political advisor, should not have been over in a pro-Russian state a month before a wipeout election. He should have been in Michigan. Why wasn't the staff out messaging? You know, Abdul El-Sayed came on this network three times.

[00:51:19] The president's staff was not out there on CNN and MSNOW and podcasts carrying his message. So that's one thing. Next thing, we've got to get the young men back, okay? This is not just for the future of the GOP. It's for the future of the country, all right? Young men are what stands between us and communism. And the next election, 2028, Gen Z and millennials combined are the largest voting bloc. They're going to have the most political power, so you've got to get them back on our side. Next, we've got to end those wars. End Ukraine and Iran. We're so close. President has already said we won.

[00:51:49] We can leave now. President's got to get back to talking about immigration. Voters want to hear from him on that. Keep up immigration enforcement. Don't take a knee on it. There's no need for it. And last thing is we cannot negotiate our surrender with the left. There is no need for that. The voters do not want that, and they just told you that. Interesting. You know, Lance, so they want to go after Hegseth, right?

[00:52:15] But part of another, part of the big reason why they lost these midterms is because there's no unity with the GOP. And I'm going to go give you a prime example. Here you have Thomas Massey. You know, he's mad that he lost his seat. And he's, you know, he's been crying about it, you know, going this and that about it.

[00:52:36] But now he's saying he's going to trigger a House vote next week to impeach Secretary Pete Hexed over what? He's saying calls an illegal war with Iran? Well, he didn't start the war, Hexed. Trump is the one that gave the authority to Hexed to take the military and do that. It's on Trump. It's not on Hexed.

[00:52:59] But regardless of that, here he's saying he's conservative and he's showing just more chaos and division with the GOP. You know what? This is why I start to lose respect for some of these people. He said he's unveiled eight articles impeachment against Hexed. You know, right now is not the time for division and chaos. Right now it's time for them to unify. And like George and I's playbook we just gave him, why don't you guys get something done? And that goes for Massey too.

[00:53:28] I understand you think you have an ax to grind. But starting more division and chaos right now, you're just buying into the left's plan. So shame on you, Thomas Massey. You know, I've always supported you. I understand you're upset about a lot of things. And some of the stuff you've said, I agree with. I don't agree with all of it, but I agree with some of it. At the end of the day, right now is not the time for division. But you know what, Lance? He's also got, he's covering articles over 221 deaths and strikes on suspected drug votes.

[00:53:55] The Venezuela raid that seized Nicolas Madero, the war in Yemen, and retaliation against Senator Mark Kelly. Massey's forcing a house vote on all eight charges. Well, Senator Mark Kelly broke the law. That's not retaliation. Those drug votes, they didn't want to stop. So you haven't, you can, if they're not going to stop, you can fire upon them. I got no problem with that because those drugs are killing Americans. So what does that say about Massey? And Nick, and you're talking about the raid?

[00:54:25] Hold on, you're talking about the raid on Nicolas Madero? You think Hex-Ex is just going to go raid a president of another country without the proper authority? Come on, bro. Come on. This is where Massey, you're doing, you're over the top and doing too much. Whatever. That's it. He's done. But I agree. I think they are justified in blasting those drug votes out of the water. They are killing Americans. Shame on you for that. All right, listen, Governor Ron DeSantis just blew up.

[00:54:55] Went on an America First rampage on national TV. I mean, pretty powerful. He said, I saw no indication the Republican senators were interested in doing conservative change. Why haven't we done immigration? Shut off H-1B visas. Why haven't we codified Trump's immigration executive orders? Why haven't we stripped jurisdiction from the federal courts over deportation case? There's so many things we could have done. They didn't even attempt it. I mean, he's right.

[00:55:23] And he goes on and on and on. We've got the clip. There's no reason for me to do Ron DeSantis. He does Ron DeSantis much better than I ever will. And he's right. And I agree with him. And here's your chance the next 60 days, you lazy sons of bitches. Cancel your vacations and get to work. Prove Ron DeSantis and prove me wrong. I know you won't, but I dare you to. All right, let's play Ron's clip.

[00:55:54] Well, you know, here's the problem that when people would say that, and if you're going to do huge conservative things that are going to reorient the country for a generation, fine. But I saw no indication that the current group of Republican senators were interested in doing that type of bold conservative change. I mean, why haven't we done immigration? Shut off H-1B visas. Why haven't we codified Trump's immigration executive orders? There's so...

[00:56:23] Why haven't we stripped jurisdiction from the federal courts over deportation cases? There's so many things that could have been done. They didn't even attempt it, Laura. They would say, oh, if only we needed 50 votes, we would have done it. You don't have 50 votes for doing conservative things. You've never shown that you'll do conservative things even with 50 votes. So I hear you. I'd love to see all this great stuff being done. I just never saw an indication that they did it.

[00:56:49] And look, this midterm, no question, was a rebuke of the president and the Congress by Democrats, independents, and some Republicans that crossed over. But a lot of our voters who stayed home, they stayed home because they were frustrated with the lack of productivity from Republicans in the House and Senate. They didn't have a record. That's just a fact. I think it was... They were promised big things, and they didn't deliver it. So it's really both sides of Pennsylvania Avenue. It's not just one.

[00:57:20] You know, here, this is DeSantis, you know, gearing up for his presidential run. And I got to tell you, I would vote for him right now. I would, because he did a lot of change in Florida. He stood up to the status quo, stood up to all the vaccine people and this and that, made changes, made changes in the government over there to help the Floridians.

[00:57:46] Only thing I could say that he hasn't done, which he should have done, was get the insurance prices cheaper for housing after that debacle. But, you know, the next governor said he's going to do that. All right, give him that. Give him something to do, I guess. So, but I think J.D. Vance, all of what's happening now, especially now his statement that

[00:58:14] he said, is going to hurt him for his presidential run. Because he's putting, he's saying he's giving his four reasons for why Republicans lost in U.S. midterm elections. He talks about one of those things that data analysis on our side assessed over was composition. Whether the lecturer looked close enough to 2024 for Republicans to win. And he goes, and despite polls that showed Democrat blowout, the data kept on telling us the same story.

[00:58:44] In some states, the turnout was merely okay. In other states, it was downright amazing. Ah. Okay, that's 2024. And no state was a catastrophic. So, he goes on and on. I mean, you can't say, he even talked about, like, he said, some states came out really, you know, heavy voting for Republicans. No. I don't think any state came out big for Republicans.

[00:59:12] Look how close it was in Florida. Florida. That's a telling point right there. So, he goes on saying, there'll be a lot of infighting and arguing over what happened and why that is. Fuck the pollsters. He's going about pollsters, this and that. But he's got, his four things are end the war. Now, I'm going to stop right there. And Lance, I know you're going to agree with me on this one. They could have ended the war. They could have finished Iran off months upon months ago.

[00:59:42] We've talked about it. Other people talked about it. We talked about it. We said it's going to hurt you. You could have ended it instead of, you know, playing along with Iran and how they were going to string you along because that's what they do. And that's what they want to. You play right into the Iranians' hands. And shame on you. And Trump, you have your advisors. Vance, you're close. I'm sure you gave your two cents. But did you give your two cents enough to help get the war ended and finish them off? Probably not.

[01:00:11] Focus on cost of living and inflation. According to the whole administration, including you, Vance, you said, economy is good. Everybody's living good. This and that. Yada, yada, yada. I'm going to keep saying yada, yada, yada. But nobody's feeling it. Grocery prices are still high. And of course, the gas prices, even though they're lower than they were with Biden or Obama, but when you first got in, they got lower and then they went back up. And why?

[01:00:41] They shouldn't have went back up. You should have finished Iran and they would have went down immediately. Put America first. I'm trying to think, Lance. And he says put America first. Where did we not put America first in that sense? I don't know. Then change our relationship to Israel. That's a no brainer. But nobody's got the cojones to ever do that. Because why?

[01:01:09] Because Israel and Jews have control over so much. They have control over the bankers. Control over the media. Control over Hollywood. They have control over a lot of stuff. And then it's funny that day before the election or two days before the announcement that, oh, we're not, we're stopped giving Israel a four billion in aid. And that was Bibi's idea. Well, you should have did that a long time ago. But no. I mean, he's trying to.

[01:01:39] I don't know where he's trying to lay in blame, but it falls on him, too. He's a vice president. Regardless of the fact, you're one of the closest advisors to Trump. So I don't know. It was a whole GOP thing. At the end of the day, you can go to the polls all you want. But if you don't go to the American public, you don't go to all media.

[01:02:00] If you don't spend time in the chat rooms, if you don't spend time online, if you have people handling your social media for you and you're approving the messages, you're not really going to know what's going on. All this stuff was going on for months and months and months. The American public was very dissatisfied about a lot of things. Your voter base, you alienated them. You didn't go for any of the accountability. You didn't drain the swamp. You didn't start going after people criminally like you should have. And now you're paying the price. And now you're wondering what happened. Yeah, definitely.

[01:02:29] The prices at the pumps, nobody liked it. But nobody likes somebody to start a fight and then not finish it. You should have hammered Iran into the ground like a nail and instead you pussyfooted around. And it's not Pete Hegseth's fault. It's the administration's fault and what they told Hegseth to do. I hate the fact that people are going to blame Pete Hegseth for this. I guarantee you if anybody asked Pete Hegseth, what should we have done? He would have said we should have gone all in. Pretty much.

[01:02:59] You know, do I think the war on the Iran is part of it? Yeah, it definitely was part of it because you guys handled it like dog shit. You don't start a fight and not finish it. Let's play this clip, George. Well, this clip is about a reporter asking Trump about Vice President Vance says the reason Republicans lost last night was the war in Iran. And this is now Trump's response. I'm going to let you guys hear him. We'll just talk about it.

[01:03:26] Vice President Vance says the reason Republicans lost the war, lost last night was the war in Iran. Well, I think it's largely true because it drove the gasoline up a little bit short term. And probably that's probably it's true. But at the same time, if I had it to do again, I'd have to do it again. Because long term, it's the only answer. You can't let Iran have a nuclear weapon. Do you feel like it was more good? I do, yeah. I mean, well, you have no choice.

[01:03:53] I mean, I thought the oil would go up a lot more, and I did it on that basis. You have no choice. You have to do it. You can't let Iran have a nuclear weapon. Or everything that you see here someday might not exist. And maybe this building might be the only one that does. So, yeah, I think that, look, I mean, I'll get along probably with the Democrats, unless they want to be destructive. But they have the power of the veto. So if we don't like what they're doing, they've already called,

[01:04:21] and they want to talk about things, and that's fine. But, yeah, people, the Iran thing we had to do, and we continue to do it. We have tremendous oil flowing out of the hormones straight now. At the beginning, there was none. And probably that's the primary reason. The price, not the war, the price. So he kind of, what did he say, Trump? He said he agrees with it?

[01:04:48] I mean, if you kind of agree, how did you not see this happening? I mean, do you not see the public? I don't know. Do you think they have advisors that watch social media to see what people are saying? Now it's shit on pollsters and this and that, what the real people are saying. You're most hard-hearted supporters.

[01:05:13] You know, another reason why we lost these midterms is you had a lot of social media so-called influencers that were saying, oh, don't go vote. They were sowing a lot of division and chaos, and it was cracking up mag and the GOP over there. And you could, I mean, it was going on for months upon months, each other attacking each other. It was gay and stupid. And you know who you all are.

[01:05:43] So, even, I don't know, you know what? I'm not going to say names because I'm not looking to go tit for tat with them. Everybody knows who they are. Figure it out. All right, I'm going to go on. Oh, Lance had plumbers are over. His water heater broke, so he's had no hot water for like a day or so. And if he lets him in, the dogs will start barking. It'd be too much noise. Plus, he just got me. Go fucking eat, Lance. All right, I'm going to talk about Tallarico.

[01:06:13] He said it best. I'm going to give him credit for saying it. He's telling you exactly what it is, and I can't believe he said it. He said, I don't think you should listen to anything a politician says, including himself. Don't trust him. I'm going to play the clip just so you can see it. What about the DSA candidates who won, who want to do things like defund the police? They want to end the filibuster. They want to add two states. They want to pack the Supreme Court. Would you continue to disavow all of that now that you've won?

[01:06:43] Well, I don't think you should listen to anything a politician says. You shouldn't trust anything. Including you? A politician says. Yeah, what you should do is look at my record. That is what you can trust, because actions, in my view, speak a lot louder than words. Hmm. Very interesting. I'm all for it. Don't believe a politician, right? They're all full of shit anyway. But we're going to see how he plays out.

[01:07:14] Because he said when he was campaigning, he said all this stuff. Then when he got asked about it, he retracted. And let's see what he does. And he'll be your typical reason why you don't believe anything a politician says. But another funny thing about this election is, let me put up the graph so you can see it. So you know I ain't fucking bullshitting. Nothing changed in the flow of oil or refinery capacity. Everything is the same.

[01:07:45] Was that proof? That the deep state was making you pay more just to get your vote. I got to sneeze. Thank you. All of a sudden, crude oil is dropping. Just like that. When it's still the thing when Iran is going on. Nothing changed. The straight of Hamous. The flow of oil. Everything is still the same. Tell me they didn't try to do this to bring down the Trump administration. Same old playbook.

[01:08:14] But you know what, Trump? What did he say? Ah, I'm going to give a pass to Hillary, Obama, Biden, and any others. Well, this is what happens. You don't want to, if you're going to give a pass and not give consequences, they're going to continue to be shysters and screw us. That's another reason why the GOP lost these elections. Because there's no consequences.

[01:08:43] People want consequences. Because if any of those people that voted for all of the GOP, they would be locked up. You all keep getting the passes and this and that. It's just not going to work. I still say it. I'm going to keep saying it. Our government's far too gone. Only way to strain out all this mess is we need to start over. Whether we try to do it peacefully in the courts or we take it the other route. My belief is trying to courts. We just have to get financial backing.

[01:09:13] At least try. This way, if we had to go the other way, say, hey, look, we tried. It's in our Constitution. You know, what can they say? All right, last story. Russell Brand just got found guilty of three counts of sexual assault and one count of rape. A London jury. This was today, this morning. They convicted him. And it's not going to be pretty. He's going to be doing some time.

[01:09:41] He's facing, I don't know how many years. I'm trying to see what it says. But he's what? He's 51. He was accused of three counts of rape, three counts of sexual assault, one count of attempted indecent assault. That's what he was accused of. But he got found guilty of one count of rape, three counts of sexual assault. He was acquitted of the other charges.

[01:10:07] He had pleaded not guilty of all counts and consistently denied all the allegations. So this judge, Joel Bethelman, told Brand the consequence of the verdict is a significant custodial term. Significant custodial term. He said he would have to remain in prison until he was formally sentenced on Monday. Oof.

[01:10:33] So the maximum sentence for rape is life imprisonment and 10 years for one count of sexual assault. This is according to Britain Sentencing Council. It's tough, right? Now, you know, Brand, he became, you know, before he became a man of God, who knows what he, you know, what he was like. He liked that lifestyle of being famous over there as a comedian and stuff.

[01:11:02] But I guess once stuff started, I don't know what changed his life. I'm not, I forget. But he moved here and, you know, maybe he found Jesus. It doesn't negate the fact of what he did. And sometimes we still got to answer for that stuff, sadly, as it is. But it's going to pay. It's going to suffer in there. And it is what it is. But with all this shit going on, people saying, oh, it's the end of this country, this and that. Well, I got a spoiler alert.

[01:11:31] No matter how this world looks right now. The ending is already written. Every knee will bow. Every tongue will confess. And Jesus Christ is Lord. God wins, baby. This is the end of the show. We will see you tomorrow. I love you guys. Share the show. We have, what's tomorrow, Friday? Oh, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Tomorrow we have a guest.

[01:12:01] We have Enrique Tarrio on. You know, you know Enrique Tarrios, right? He's a member of the Proud Boys. He's coming on our show tomorrow. I forgot we have a guest. Good thing I remembered. We got a big show tomorrow because we got a lot he's going to expose with the FBI and stuff. It's going to be interesting. So tell your people they need to tune in. Peace out. I love you guys. Later, Gators.
