00:00:00
All men are created equal that they are endowed by their

00:00:04
Creator with certain unalienable rights by.

00:00:09
Liberty, if liberty means anything at all, it means right

00:00:17
to tell people what they do not want to hear.

00:00:32
Make America great. Again.

00:01:01
Well, welcome back to the big big show.

00:01:03
Of course I'm your host Lance Miliaccio with my Co host George

00:01:06
Ballantine doing what we do because you know on this show

00:01:09
it's tip of the spear edge of the knife because it's better to

00:01:12
be hurt by the truth than comforted with a lie.

00:01:14
You know the, the, our plan is always to educate you and unify

00:01:17
the country, bring you the, the investigative material that we

00:01:21
spend all day going through going into all our sorcerer's to

00:01:25
authenticate it. Don't want to be mainstream

00:01:27
media on this show because we're not liars and scumbags.

00:01:31
We try to make sure that when we educate you that part of our

00:01:33
plan is to unify the country because they don't want us to be

00:01:36
unified. Let me be clear, they want us to

00:01:38
be divided. And tonight's show will not be

00:01:41
any different than the rest of them.

00:01:42
Before we kick off, let's just thank our sponsorssat123.com.

00:01:47
That's SAT 123.com. If you guys are looking for a

00:01:50
satellite phone, bivy stick, Faraday bag, they've got stuff

00:01:54
to buy for EMP Great company. They do a big volume got to be

00:01:59
one of the largest in the country anymore.

00:02:01
Which of course that volume allows them to sell satellite

00:02:03
phones and the all the rest of the goods on their website for

00:02:07
much less inexpensively than any other site.

00:02:11
And believe me, satellite phones, I know years ago they

00:02:13
used to be prohibitively expensive.

00:02:16
The hardware and the minutes have gotten much cheaper.

00:02:18
It's a great way to know that you're going to be able to

00:02:20
communicate with your loved ones if the cellular network ever

00:02:22
goes down. Same thing with the baby stick.

00:02:24
At least you could send text messages.

00:02:26
Inexpensive way to make sure there's always a way for people

00:02:28
to reach you. You get them registered, then

00:02:30
you just park them, put them in a Faraday bag and they're always

00:02:32
there for you. Of course, original Glory beer,

00:02:35
American Pilsner, American Light, and of course their new

00:02:38
product, the flavored product, Cheer.

00:02:40
Mike Sadler doing what he's doing.

00:02:42
We'll have him on the show next week.

00:02:43
He's kind of confirmed he's just looking for a date for me.

00:02:46
He's got some updates for us on how they're going national, so

00:02:49
if you haven't checked it out, you can look at that in our

00:02:51
chat. You'll find information on it.

00:02:52
But that's right, American Glory beer and of course Genesis Gold

00:02:57
group. We love these guys.

00:02:58
I'm holding up that 62.2g prepper bar perforated easily

00:03:02
broken down. The great part about this is you

00:03:05
got three different denominations on this.

00:03:06
You can break off a piece, make payments.

00:03:08
If the US dollar becomes under attack, you know we're going to

00:03:11
digital currency. Don't kid yourself.

00:03:13
You know that crypto is here to stay.

00:03:14
You know that we're an administration that believes in

00:03:16
crypto. You're going to want to have

00:03:18
some alternative payment sources on hand always.

00:03:20
You can get these in gold and silver.

00:03:22
They're available right now. They're minded minted here in

00:03:24
the US. You don't have to worry about,

00:03:26
you know, counterfeit bullion. George makes it easy.

00:03:28
The QR code will take you right to thebigmigbar.com.

00:03:32
That's the bigmigbar.com. Just take a snapshot and go

00:03:35
there afterwards. At least take a look.

00:03:36
But you wouldn't want to take advantage of the discount right

00:03:39
now. Prepper, all caps PREPPER.

00:03:43
You can get 10% off on the silver, 5% off on the gold.

00:03:46
That's a huge discount. They've never done it before.

00:03:48
They're doing that exclusively for our listeners and

00:03:51
subscribers. So that's at the Big Meat

00:03:52
bar.com. Check it out, head over there

00:03:54
and take a look. So tonight, let me just say

00:03:58
this. You guys know that I am not a

00:04:01
fan of the Department of Justice or the BLP, and in fact, on this

00:04:04
show I've referred to them many times as a department of

00:04:08
Injustice. There's a number of reasons I

00:04:10
say that you got you, you, you. If you've watched the show at

00:04:14
all, you know, I'm a little bit of a legal Beagle.

00:04:16
I've got four different paralegal degrees.

00:04:18
I read the law as a hobby, as sick as that sounds.

00:04:21
I'm always looking at new case law, whether it's Chevron or

00:04:24
another case. I'm always looking at what's

00:04:26
going on and what they're doing. That system, the Department of

00:04:30
Justice, has been weaponized. It's been used against American

00:04:34
citizens non-stop. The BOP has done things that are

00:04:38
incredibly, you wouldn't believe it.

00:04:40
You would think we were living in a third world country with a

00:04:44
Stasi style Republic if you knew what was going on there.

00:04:48
Tonight, you're going to get to hear it first hand from AJ

00:04:50
Sixer. That was all over the media.

00:04:52
They attacked him in so many different ways.

00:04:54
His name is Ryan Samsel. Before we fire up, I want to

00:04:57
talk to George. Well, of course, there's the

00:04:58
thumbnail, a picture of Ryan. He, you know, he his pot, I

00:05:02
guess the media. The big thing was that he had

00:05:05
supposedly pushed through one of the metal barricades.

00:05:08
That was the big hype that supposedly he was, he was

00:05:11
supposed to face 20 or 25 years because he was such an extremist

00:05:15
and blah, blah, blah. Just a bunch of more garbage.

00:05:19
You know, the J6 committee destroyed evidence that's called

00:05:22
Giglione Brady material. We're going to get into some of

00:05:24
that tonight. This is the the first chance

00:05:27
Ryan has really been able to come out in public and defend

00:05:30
himself. He's going to get to tell you

00:05:32
things tonight that he could never say.

00:05:34
He's going to talk about the BLP.

00:05:35
He's going to talk about Ray Epps.

00:05:37
That's right, Ray, the Fed apps and he's going to talk about the

00:05:42
DOJ and you're going to get to hear first hand, you know, and I

00:05:46
want to make it clear it's not just Ryan Samsel.

00:05:50
It's not just the J Sixers this these administrations and the

00:05:56
DOJ and the BOP under these previous administrations have

00:06:00
been doing this to lots of defendants.

00:06:03
And I'm talking about pretrial even when they haven't even been

00:06:06
found guilty yet. You're going to hear some

00:06:08
terrible things tonight. You know, I just want to

00:06:11
forewarn you that some of it's not very good and it it may be

00:06:14
it may actually shock you, but George, let me just check in

00:06:16
with George. He's been busting his ass down

00:06:19
there that he's down there in West Palm Beach, FL, working on

00:06:22
our new studio for the crypto power hour.

00:06:24
George, man, how you doing are you are you tired today?

00:06:27
I just got to ask that up front because I know you've been tired

00:06:29
on a couple of shows. I'm.

00:06:30
Not tired today. Today I was just doing like

00:06:33
light stuff, you know, like the. The punch list.

00:06:36
Sort of. Yeah, you need me come down with

00:06:40
some blue tape and just start marking everything.

00:06:42
No, please don't come down, Lance.

00:06:46
Actually, you know what I'm you can come down for two days

00:06:48
because I'm leaving tomorrow. I'll be back here Sunday too.

00:06:50
No. No, no, I'm coming there when

00:06:52
you're there so I can just bust your balls.

00:06:54
That's what I do. Nope, because if you come down

00:06:56
this time I'm you're working. Yeah, it's like the work last

00:07:00
time you didn't work last time. Yeah, please, we.

00:07:02
Don't call that work. Yeah, I know you didn't call it

00:07:05
that, but you know, knowing the whole situation, what I had to

00:07:08
go through, I think you'd be shocked at what I was doing.

00:07:10
All right, look, let's get to it.

00:07:11
So let's not leave Ryan backstage.

00:07:13
He's here now. Or what?

00:07:15
Yeah, well, let's, but let's bring him in for this.

00:07:16
At the mood. Maybe.

00:07:17
Maybe he's even having trouble slowly, but he just got out.

00:07:20
Congratulations on that. Hold on.

00:07:21
Bring a minute and we'll do this.

00:07:23
Welcome to the big, big show, Ryan Sampson.

00:07:25
What's up, bro? Another fellow brother patriot

00:07:27
from New Jersey. What's up?

00:07:31
Brian, man, it's got to feel good.

00:07:34
Fresh air, good food, None of that bullshit where they leave

00:07:37
the lights on or the guards are harassing you or you're, you're

00:07:40
hearing the worst of the worst. We're going to dig into it

00:07:43
tonight with you. But man, congratulations on the

00:07:45
presidential part. And that's like the Holy Grail

00:07:48
for anybody that's incarcerated, right?

00:07:51
Yeah, it's, it's a rare thing, and it's even rarer that it gets

00:07:55
handed out to you in the beginning of an administration.

00:07:58
They're usually handed out at the end.

00:08:00
So it's that's the blessing. Yeah, no doubt, man.

00:08:04
And I'm happy for you. And I want to say this, for any

00:08:06
J Sixers out there, you guys know, you can always count on

00:08:10
the big maybe we got your backs. And that goes for all the other

00:08:13
people that are incarcerated. You know, I feel like there's so

00:08:16
many guys sitting in federal prisons.

00:08:18
I'm not going to say they're all innocent.

00:08:20
I'm not going to say that even, you know, the majority of them

00:08:23
innocent. But I think the excessive

00:08:25
sentences done by the sentencing guidelines and the way the DOJ,

00:08:29
because let's face it, any mathematician, I was just

00:08:31
talking about this last night. Any mathematician would tell you

00:08:34
it's impossible to get a 96 or 98% conviction rate without

00:08:38
cheating. And I can tell you that the DOG

00:08:40
cheats over and over and over and over again in so many cases

00:08:44
across the United States and they never faced any

00:08:47
consequences. Not only do the judges never

00:08:49
face any consequences, none of the prosecutors face

00:08:52
consequences because of a thing that maybe most people aren't

00:08:54
familiar with called absolute immunity and qualified immunity.

00:08:58
It's one of the things that allows them to, I believe,

00:09:01
operate unconstitutionally non constant, crucially and above

00:09:04
the law. They don't act like the

00:09:06
supremacy clause exists. They don't talk about Title 2 41

00:09:09
or Title 242 or miss prisons of a felony or anything else.

00:09:13
It's what they do. I'm not saying there are some

00:09:15
good judges. I'm not saying there are some

00:09:16
good prosecutors. I'm saying that a lot of them

00:09:19
are scumbags. All right, let's go ahead and

00:09:21
set the mood. I found this.

00:09:23
You know, we always want to take care of you guys.

00:09:25
You know, emotionally, physically, mentally.

00:09:27
Sometimes I see something about health.

00:09:28
You know, George and I was looking at health.

00:09:30
We're looking at sleep. We're talking about, you know,

00:09:32
what you should be eating, what you shouldn't be eating because,

00:09:34
you know, when you're in our business, sometimes you end up

00:09:36
sitting a lot. George hasn't been sitting in

00:09:38
the last couple of weeks, but you sit around, you're doing the

00:09:40
research, you're on a computer, and you're just not as active as

00:09:43
you would think you're being because it takes a lot of work

00:09:45
to create these shows. Here's Joe Rogan talking about

00:09:47
taking care of your sleep and how important it is with one of

00:09:50
his guests. What is the effect of say, if

00:09:53
you have three nights a week where you sleep 8 hours and then

00:09:57
the next night 2 hours and then the next night 8 hours, How much

00:10:01
of A bump or how much of A dip does that two hours give?

00:10:04
You in your overall health. It's bad, It's bad.

00:10:08
Today, both you and I have produced cancer cells in our

00:10:11
body. What prevents those cancer cells

00:10:13
from becoming the disease that we call cancer is, in part,

00:10:16
these natural killer cells. And after one night of four

00:10:19
hours of sleep, that is a remarkable state of immune

00:10:22
deficiency. And that's one of the reasons

00:10:24
why insufficient sleep predicts cancer.

00:10:27
In the spring. When we lose an hour of sleep,

00:10:29
we see a subsequent 24% increase in heart attacks.

00:10:33
What in the fall, in the autumn, when we gain an hour of sleep,

00:10:37
there's a 21% decrease in heart attacks.

00:10:40
So it's bi directional that's. How?

00:10:42
Fragile and vulnerable your body is to even just the smallest

00:10:46
perturbation of sleep. One hour, 1 hour is.

00:10:49
That's insane. I wonder if they're ever going

00:10:52
to get rid of the time change crap.

00:10:54
I mean, you know, I don't like, you know, daylight savings time.

00:10:58
I've never really liked it. I don't like the darkness.

00:11:00
You know, I'd rather just have my natural clock set itself.

00:11:03
I don't like them screwing with my rhythm.

00:11:05
Sometimes I feel like they've done it intentionally.

00:11:07
I always wonder what the real intent was behind it.

00:11:10
Why did they do it? You know, how does it benefit?

00:11:12
I know it was supposed to make sense.

00:11:13
I don't think it makes any sense.

00:11:14
And I think many Americans don't like it either, you know?

00:11:18
All right, So Ryan, let's dig in here a little bit.

00:11:20
I just want to show, you know, I, I, I created a bio.

00:11:23
I went over and looked at you. I didn't get a bio from you.

00:11:25
So I looked around. I didn't like what was on

00:11:27
Wikipedia. As usual, bunch of trash at the

00:11:30
very top of it. But you know, you're a political

00:11:32
activist. You were January 6th defendant.

00:11:34
You gained a lot of national attention for your roles on what

00:11:37
they call the Capitol breach. Lot of allegations, a lot of

00:11:40
different things that happened. Of course that barricade is what

00:11:44
they try to link that you. The cause and effect of what

00:11:47
happened is somehow you were responsible for much more than

00:11:50
what really went on. And that was always the

00:11:52
narrative because they wanted to hit you guys with excessive

00:11:54
sentences because the Fed's surrection is what we call it on

00:11:58
this show. We know that the Feds had fully

00:12:01
infiltrated the crowd. And if anybody knows that you

00:12:04
know it first hand. I guess what I would like to

00:12:06
start with is let's just go over when you heard that number 122

00:12:12
events, you heard Donald Trump might have been shot.

00:12:15
I don't know how much the information was passing through.

00:12:19
When you guys heard that, there had to be that moment of like,

00:12:21
oh God, they didn't kill him, did they?

00:12:24
Did you hear it? Were you watching TV?

00:12:25
It was ATV room on fire when they said they tried to assassin

00:12:28
and what happened? Are you?

00:12:30
You're talking about just the recent one.

00:12:32
Yeah. Butler, PA.

00:12:34
Believe it or not, when I was getting my hair cut on the block

00:12:40
and one of the guys come running up to me and he said, Ryan, you

00:12:44
ain't going to believe what happened.

00:12:45
They just tried to assassinate Trump.

00:12:48
And there's a misconception that the people in prison don't like

00:12:53
Trump. Let me tell you something.

00:12:55
They love Trump. They consider him a boss.

00:12:57
They think that, you know, this is what what, what the African

00:12:59
Americans would say, the black community, they would say

00:13:01
Trump's the blackest president that we had because he's now a

00:13:06
felon. And I guess they could relate to

00:13:08
that. When when that happened, there

00:13:12
was a lot of people that were sick that were, were pissed off.

00:13:15
In fact, there was a fight that broke out on the block That one

00:13:19
one of the kids was cheering some skinny liberal looks like

00:13:23
he ate vegetables and only vegetable like he never ate a

00:13:25
piece of meat in his life. You know, he has some wise

00:13:30
comments and he end up getting, you know, handled because the,

00:13:35
the things he was saying, people, people respect Trump and

00:13:38
people actually love Trump and, and, and, you know, it was

00:13:42
pretty discouraging. But you know, when he when he

00:13:45
sit up and raises his first, when we got a chance to watch

00:13:48
the whole block was cheering. You know, a lot of people have,

00:13:53
Kim Kardashian did that first step act and Trump passed it and

00:13:56
it gave people a little more hope than what they had when it

00:14:00
comes to the sentencing that gives them up to 65% of good

00:14:04
time if earned. So a lot of people in behind

00:14:09
bars and behind the wall, we call they, they love Trump.

00:14:12
So people are pretty pissed off about that.

00:14:15
You know, that doesn't surprise me, but the course the media

00:14:18
wants to paint that as if there's this big wide, you know,

00:14:23
MAGA only style acceptance of Trump that somehow Maga's

00:14:27
racist. They, they try to, you know,

00:14:28
again, because the left's tool and George, you and I have

00:14:31
talked about this so many times, division and chaos are their

00:14:36
main tools. They have to keep us divided.

00:14:38
They don't want 300 + 1 Americans unified against them

00:14:42
because they know that the consequences of that wouldn't be

00:14:46
good for the deep state. It isn't.

00:14:48
It isn't that kind of thing. And we never call for violence

00:14:49
on this show. But at the end of the day,

00:14:51
you're talking about unifying a country.

00:14:54
And that's why Maggot's never been racist.

00:14:57
But but, but of course, the media says that.

00:14:59
They say that the people in prison don't like Trump.

00:15:01
But George, your thoughts? Well, you have people that

00:15:04
pretend to be patriots, pretend to be MAGA, that are that act

00:15:07
racist, that that cause division and chaos.

00:15:10
Some of them have shows. I'm not going to say their

00:15:12
names. We all know who they.

00:15:13
Are. But there there are out there,

00:15:16
and they do try to make us look bad.

00:15:18
Because you can't, and it wouldn't be surprised if they

00:15:20
were paid. You can't be for one person and

00:15:22
then all of a sudden now go against them for no, no apparent

00:15:25
reason. It's only because you're getting

00:15:26
paid. But like, it's like you said in

00:15:28
the beginning, like the J Sixers, Thank God you guys are

00:15:31
all finally out. We've been everybody's been

00:15:33
fighting for you guys. And you said something, Ryan,

00:15:36
that, you know, usually presidents pardon people at the

00:15:40
end. Well, if Trump didn't pardon you

00:15:43
guys in the beginning, it wouldn't have been good for him

00:15:46
because that was one of his things.

00:15:48
He's going to pardon you guys from the get go because it would

00:15:50
make no sense to pardon you guys at the end because you you're

00:15:52
doing enough waste of time with your lives over nothing.

00:15:56
Yeah, and the J6 committee committed so many crimes against

00:16:00
American citizens that I believe they committed treason and

00:16:03
sedition. And it's clear that even Joe

00:16:06
Biden recognize what they did with these blanket pre emptive

00:16:10
pardons that he gave so many people that had committed crimes

00:16:13
against American citizens. Doesn't matter what's Doctor

00:16:15
Fauci or Liz Cheney or General Miley, there are people that

00:16:19
should have faced the consequences for the actions.

00:16:21
Maybe the states will still do something about it.

00:16:23
But I I want to start with Ryan, just because I want to set the

00:16:26
tone here with the audience. And then we're going to get into

00:16:28
your case itself. We'll talk about the BOPI want

00:16:32
to talk about that that when the guards assaulted you and what

00:16:37
we'll I want to lead up to the let's start with January 6th

00:16:40
itself. I know you had a lot of, you

00:16:43
know, some interaction with Ray Epps on this show.

00:16:47
We have always talked about Ray Epps as because we know that he

00:16:50
got such a sweetheart deal on that misdemeanor that he got

00:16:55
that. We know that that was because he

00:16:58
was he was he was working with them.

00:17:00
They had to do something because everybody had gone up in arms

00:17:03
and said, well, how can you do this to Ryan Sam so on.

00:17:05
How can you do this to the other J Sixers?

00:17:07
But now Ray Epps, who was clearly vocal, calling for

00:17:11
violence, calling for actions, inciting the mob, he was doing

00:17:14
all that, then all of a sudden nothing happens to him.

00:17:16
So they had to kind of throw out a sacrificial lamb case.

00:17:19
It was a phony case. Tell me about to the audience

00:17:23
because I think this is the first time you're probably able

00:17:25
to talk about this completely honestly.

00:17:27
Let's talk about Ray Epps. Tell me your take on it, the

00:17:30
interaction that day and what you think his plan was as you

00:17:33
because you got a chance to observe him up close.

00:17:36
Yeah, sure. So let me give you a little

00:17:37
background that through my discovery that I still not

00:17:40
allowed to have that the government refused to whenever I

00:17:43
got a chance to see discovery, which is like it for people that

00:17:46
don't know it's, it's your whole case and everything surrounding

00:17:49
it. It's usually put on a disk.

00:17:53
So I would only be able to go through that with with my

00:17:56
attorney. I wasn't able to go through it

00:17:57
by myself because they said there was sensitive material in

00:18:00
there. So the sensitive material is Ray

00:18:04
UPS actually took a plane down to from Arizona to Washington,

00:18:10
DC 3 three days or four days prior to January 6.

00:18:16
He was in restricted areas. Remember it was COVID back then

00:18:19
and he and his interview with the FBI that I got a chance to

00:18:23
listen to. He was in restricted government

00:18:26
buildings. I I don't know if he was there

00:18:29
meeting somebody, but he, he was definitely there the night

00:18:35
before he was out there telling keep on on January 5th, you

00:18:40
know, we got to go into the building.

00:18:41
We got to do this. So during his interview with the

00:18:45
FBI, that was after January 6th, I heard everything when the FBI,

00:18:49
the FBI was first sweet to him when they, when they were when

00:18:53
they were talking to him, they said, you know, tell us and they

00:18:56
were to lead them the whole time.

00:18:57
They're like, you were just kidding that time, right?

00:18:59
You know, you're joking. His lawyer, no coincidence, was

00:19:03
a former FBI agent and worked out of the Arizona field office.

00:19:09
And Ray OPS was just pretty much saying, yeah, yeah, I was

00:19:12
joking. And right after that, he was

00:19:16
taken off the watch list. Now when I got arrested on

00:19:20
January 29th, the FBI had an armored video go out front of my

00:19:24
house and about 20 agents, local and federal kicked in my door,

00:19:29
ripped the sheetrock off my walls, tore my bed apart and

00:19:33
caused about $15 and and and damage had the homeowners

00:19:37
insurance wanting to cover when I was when I was getting

00:19:43
dressed, it gave me a chance to get dressed.

00:19:45
When I was getting dressed, the one guy who was part of the

00:19:48
terrorist task force came down and said, hey, we're taking you

00:19:52
to a station. When we take you to a station,

00:19:54
there's going to be a gentleman when I, when I ask you what he

00:19:59
says in your ear, we're, we're going to call him the voice of

00:20:01
reason. Now, Grant, I didn't know what

00:20:03
the hell was he talking about because I'm like, what?

00:20:06
Whisper in my ear? I, I don't remember what he's

00:20:09
talking about. I, I had no idea because

00:20:10
there's, I had so many interactions that day.

00:20:12
I didn't know what he was talking about until I seen the

00:20:14
picture. So I'm in the beginning.

00:20:19
I thought the FBI was. Well, Biden, I, I, I didn't

00:20:24
think too much of them, you know, I, I, I, I felt they were

00:20:26
the cops who made sure that the cops did their job, you know,

00:20:30
and when I'm driving there, the guys that, that, that he says

00:20:36
here, I know you chew mint tobacco.

00:20:38
And I'm like, man, how the hell does he know that?

00:20:41
And he gives me a can of chill and he says, remember the voice

00:20:44
of reason. And so when we get to the police

00:20:47
station, they sit me down and they miss they, they, they

00:20:51
misquoted everything I said and, and pass it on to the New York

00:20:54
Times. But that was later during the

00:20:57
interview when he shows me things, he says, what did this

00:20:59
guy say to you right here? And I, at that point in time, I

00:21:04
look and I stop and I didn't, really didn't want to say

00:21:07
nothing, but I, I felt pressured.

00:21:09
And I said he just told me to calm down.

00:21:10
And then he said it again. He said, that's the voice of

00:21:12
reason, right? And I see how you could say

00:21:16
that. So they started getting further

00:21:18
into the conversation of questioning and that's when I

00:21:23
stopped and I said, hey, look, I don't want to go any farther

00:21:25
without a lawyer. I don't want to incriminate

00:21:26
myself. And he said, look, Ryan, we're

00:21:28
not looking to indict you. Don't worry about it.

00:21:31
You can get your way out of this.

00:21:33
When he said that, look, I come from a Polish and Italian

00:21:35
family. And when he said that I, you

00:21:37
know, being being a rat in an Italian family, it's just not a

00:21:41
good thing. And I said, wait a minute.

00:21:42
Not that I even had anything that I thought the rat on.

00:21:45
So I don't want a 5K1 plea deal, which is a cooperation plea deal

00:21:49
because in my neighborhood it's just you're not going to get any

00:21:53
respect from anybody. So I said I prefer to talk to a

00:21:57
lawyer. I get, I get transferred to FTC

00:22:01
Philadelphia, they give me a motorcade and they drive me the

00:22:07
next day straight to DC through red lights each.

00:22:13
The state police would what when we would travel through the

00:22:15
state would would, you know, lead to convoy of the kind of we

00:22:21
get to the DCJI get put on a block with the rest of the guys,

00:22:24
you know, and about a week and I would say about a week or maybe

00:22:28
10 days in, they come down without even a COVID test and

00:22:32
say, oh, you tested positive for COVID.

00:22:35
We got to take you to a block. When I, when I go to this block

00:22:37
that nobody was on, I mean, it was an empty old block.

00:22:42
And I, I said, man, this, this doesn't feel right.

00:22:44
Something's wrong. Here comes an officer.

00:22:47
An officer says, Hey, do me a favor, write down the whole

00:22:50
situation that happened that day.

00:22:53
And I, I thought that was odd because that's, that that's

00:22:55
never happened before. And I said, I don't know this

00:22:58
guy. I'm not writing nothing down.

00:23:00
Two days later, I get put back onto the block with the Janus

00:23:04
Sixers. That day, an officer walks on a

00:23:08
block that says, and he makes a big announcement in front of

00:23:11
everybody. Everybody can testify this I'm

00:23:14
here to raise the bar. I have orders from above to

00:23:17
raise the bar. You guys don't want to

00:23:19
cooperate. This is what's going to happen.

00:23:22
He took Jake Lang, went to Jake Lang.

00:23:25
So I put Jake Lang in, saw one, which was off the camera.

00:23:28
I believe Jake was sprayed with Mace.

00:23:31
I, I, I don't really know because I couldn't see.

00:23:33
Then they came to my cell, they handcuffed me, brought me all

00:23:37
the way back to the the end cell, then took the handcuffs

00:23:40
off me and put me left me later. I, I, I when the camera's

00:23:47
spinning, I, I've seen the cops walking along the door because I

00:23:52
was looking out the window and a cop came up to my cell and he

00:23:55
says, Ryan, put your hands behind your back.

00:23:57
He zip tied me turn me around. When I turn around, I, I seen a

00:24:02
white flash boom. That's, oh, I remember, I woke

00:24:07
up, I would say about four hours later and I remember I, I, I

00:24:11
yorned myself, I, I peed myself and I was sore all over.

00:24:17
So I shuffled my hands to the front and I saw the zip ties off

00:24:21
me using the, the chair. They have a metal chair like a

00:24:25
stool. And then I, I kind of saw the

00:24:27
zip ties off me the next day, Dominic Pizzulo, one of the

00:24:34
Proud Boys to come up and say, holy shit, dude, your face is a

00:24:37
mess now. There was no mirror in the cell,

00:24:39
so I, I couldn't tell, but I could feel my face was messed

00:24:41
up. I couldn't close my jaw.

00:24:43
And when I was pitying, it was blood coming out.

00:24:47
So Dominic says, right, you need medical attention.

00:24:51
I didn't want to make a big stink about it.

00:24:53
So I I tried to hide myself. Well when they do body count on

00:24:56
Monday, this assault happened on a Friday.

00:24:58
On Monday when the Sergeant came around you see my face called

00:25:03
Nawan and I was immediately placed in ICU and come to find

00:25:07
out I had acute kidney damage, broken nose, dislocate jaw,

00:25:11
broken orbital and zygomatic bone along with bruising on my

00:25:18
back with boot marks. I get out of the hospital they

00:25:22
take me to Virginia. Now they, they put my case under

00:25:25
seal and I'm still not indicted. Now, now we're over the 30 day

00:25:29
mark, which the the government only has 30 days to indict you.

00:25:33
Hey, let me stop you just for a minute, Ryan.

00:25:36
How many guards do you think beat you?

00:25:39
Do you have any concept? Do you have any names so we can

00:25:41
drop their Dave's on here and put them on, Put some sunlight

00:25:44
on them? I don't because they're wearing

00:25:45
Gator masks and they have, they have Gator mask goggles, you

00:25:50
know, and I, I, I don't know. Has your attorney demanded the

00:25:55
surveillance video from the security cameras?

00:25:57
As far as I know he she did not and I and I fired her

00:26:02
immediately after and I end up going through 7 attorneys

00:26:05
through that whole ordeal at that point has.

00:26:08
Anybody demanded that a special master be appointed or anybody

00:26:12
else to investigate your claims and to demand that that video be

00:26:16
provided? No, I, I do know that when the

00:26:21
video surveillance, so I, I, I remember this, I remember

00:26:25
hearing on the cops radio them saying go and like they were

00:26:30
communicating because like you can hear the, the chatter

00:26:33
because they had the radios up. I believe that somebody in

00:26:36
control was telling them because we, we calculated that the

00:26:39
camera rotated one full rotation per minute.

00:26:44
It's a pretty slow moving camera.

00:26:45
What I think they're doing is, is running behind the camera and

00:26:50
and that's a technique that they got, you know, that these people

00:26:52
know the insurance and outs of the things so that they they say

00:26:54
that I was in the cell by myself, but everybody on the

00:26:57
block seeing the guards running onto the block, I mean of.

00:27:01
Course. And of course, the boot marks.

00:27:03
You guys probably weren't wearing boots.

00:27:04
I'm not sure of the issue. Now let me make this clear to

00:27:06
the audience. Lance, hold on.

00:27:08
This isn't in ADC County Jail. Yes.

00:27:12
Yeah. Now let me add this for the

00:27:14
audience. Let me let me just make a point

00:27:16
here. Remember, he hasn't even been

00:27:18
indicted yet. He was arrested for a warrant

00:27:22
and hasn't gotten a full indictment.

00:27:24
So you're talking about an individual that's innocent at

00:27:26
this point based on our laws, innocent until proven guilty as

00:27:30
how the laws work in our system. So here's a guy that isn't even

00:27:33
convicted yet and now raise the bar.

00:27:36
Now think about what that means when a guard comes into a unit,

00:27:40
A commander, a Lieutenant or anybody else and says, we've

00:27:43
been told to raise the bar on you guys.

00:27:46
That is threat, bribery and coercion.

00:27:51
It's misuse and malfeasance of a government official.

00:27:53
And there's so many other crimes you have no idea.

00:27:56
So here's a guy that basically at this point is innocent

00:27:58
because he's hasn't even charged yet and he's getting beaten by

00:28:02
federal BOP guards. How many guards you think you

00:28:06
guys this this is the kind of stuff you hear about supposedly

00:28:08
only happens to Russia? Go ahead, George.

00:28:09
I didn't mean to step on. You guards, you think it was

00:28:11
that beat you up? I'm going to guess and say about

00:28:15
3 or 4. Doug Jensen said that he's seen

00:28:17
4 guards and so did 1. Jessica Watkins.

00:28:22
They said they seen 4 guards. I I was knocked out unconscious

00:28:26
so I I don't want to give a misleading fact because in case.

00:28:31
They zip tied you while they beat you up.

00:28:34
Yeah, I was hip tied behind my back.

00:28:35
And were you the only one that got beaten that night, or were

00:28:38
there others? That night I was the only one,

00:28:40
but there were other Jan Sixers that got assaulted.

00:28:45
I. Got to tell you if if they were

00:28:47
to pull shit like that with me when I was able to get the phone

00:28:50
I would have called some people and I don't care.

00:28:53
Hit go guard by guard, find them and beat them.

00:28:56
Give them a fucking beaten in the streets.

00:28:58
Well, it it, you know, the problem is the thing that they

00:29:01
and I agree with you, George, I agree with what you're saying.

00:29:03
But, but, but here's what's awful about it.

00:29:05
The awful part about it is that the people on the outside hear

00:29:10
all this garbage from the scumbag mainstream media, right?

00:29:13
They have to paint a narrative that that Ryan Samsel's a bad

00:29:16
guy and he deserved it. And they're going to even claim

00:29:19
that, oh, he, well, he smarted it off to the guards or he tried

00:29:22
to assault a guard or they'll, they'll come up with all this

00:29:24
bullshit because that's the problem.

00:29:26
There is no accountability and consequences.

00:29:28
These people inside the BLP are straight up criminals.

00:29:32
Many of them are total gangsters.

00:29:34
They will violate prisoners rights at a whim.

00:29:38
And it doesn't matter whether it's sleep deprivation, it

00:29:41
doesn't matter if it's intentionally feeding people

00:29:43
inferior food and nutrition. I mean, let's face it, if you

00:29:46
talk to some guys that were housed in the federal system, 20

00:29:50
years later, you can see that their mental capacity has been

00:29:53
reduced because the nutrition provided in the facilities.

00:29:56
They'll tell you, oh, it's calorically sufficient.

00:29:59
Remember the, the, the punishment isn't being beaten

00:30:03
up. It isn't violating people's

00:30:05
rights while they're in jail. The punishment is being

00:30:07
sentenced to being away from from your family, your lifes

00:30:10
impacted. You now have a, you know, felony

00:30:13
of a felony. Is it in your history?

00:30:15
Which makes it difficult to get a job.

00:30:17
You know, it's so at the end of the day, this kind of stuff.

00:30:20
Absolutely. And every one of these guards

00:30:22
should face the most severe consequences.

00:30:24
And yeah, of course, me. I think part of their

00:30:26
consequences should be getting an equal beat down.

00:30:28
You know, I think it's an eye for an eye.

00:30:30
I'm, I'm a biblical guy. I believe an eye for an eye is

00:30:33
necessary in these situations. But go ahead, George.

00:30:35
I have AI have a question for you, Ryan.

00:30:37
How many? Yeah, on the day you got

00:30:38
arrested for this, how many days was it until you got indicted?

00:30:44
13 months later. 13 months later.

00:30:46
So Lance, correct me if I'm wrong, so can he now like try to

00:30:52
find a lawyer and actually go after these bastards and sue

00:30:54
him? 100% here.

00:30:56
Here's the deal. You might have a because you

00:30:58
might have a chance because you have a different Justice

00:31:00
Department coming. In well, but but here's the

00:31:01
problem you've got and I agree with you George and that's what

00:31:04
should happen but the but the complication comes that you've

00:31:07
got to get this evidence right because they're going to claim

00:31:09
that Ryan provoked them and he did this and blah blah blah

00:31:13
they're going to lie and he just crazy they.

00:31:14
Still have to indict you. The speedy trial rights in this

00:31:18
particular situation were extremely violated.

00:31:21
You have a right to a speedy trial.

00:31:23
Getting arrested is supposed to be accompanied by the indictment

00:31:26
in the federal system. So what happens is they would

00:31:29
have done a sealed grand jury on Ryan.

00:31:30
The process would be they've got Ryan in photos.

00:31:33
We'll make something up. Ryan, you know, broke one of the

00:31:36
podiums in the Capitol rotund. They said he broke federal

00:31:39
property and a federal property he was trespassing.

00:31:42
Let's not even go to and do it in a real case.

00:31:43
We'll just make something up. What happens is they go to the

00:31:45
grand jury and they present the evidence in a SEAL grand jury.

00:31:49
Because at the end of the day, in my opinion, one of the

00:31:51
biggest flaws in our criminal justice system is that the grand

00:31:54
jury testimony doesn't come in your discovery.

00:31:57
You never get it. So you don't know what kind of

00:31:59
bullshit or lies they told the grand jury.

00:32:01
You don't know if they lied about the presentation of the

00:32:04
confidential informants or the witnesses or the video was

00:32:07
altered. You have no idea.

00:32:09
And they don't give it to you. And they claim that they can't

00:32:11
give it to you because you know there's confidential informants

00:32:14
in it. They make up all this crap.

00:32:15
I think everybody should get their grand jury testimony.

00:32:17
Let me ask you, Ryan, you never got your grand jury testimony

00:32:20
correct. No.

00:32:21
Okay, and that's the same answer that I would bet if we asked 100

00:32:25
federal inmates in federal prison, I'd love to go into some

00:32:28
of the Super Maxes and talk to these guys to hear the real

00:32:31
stories of what happened with their cases.

00:32:33
But here's the point, what what they do is they don't give you

00:32:36
that. Now what should have happened,

00:32:37
The indictment's already been issued.

00:32:39
It's a sealed indictment. Then they unwrap the indictment

00:32:42
the morning of when they go to arrest Ryan.

00:32:44
Of course, in his case, they probably wanted to have press

00:32:47
there and they wanted to hype it up.

00:32:48
And then they're going after, I think about what they did with

00:32:50
him, the the fact that they had him in this convoy with state

00:32:54
troopers and everything else. They wanted it to seem high

00:32:57
profile, right? Because they got the Suburbans,

00:32:59
they got everybody following each other.

00:33:01
They're making it seem like they're moving bin Laden around

00:33:03
the state. That's part of the picture

00:33:05
because if if he forces them into a jury trial, they want to

00:33:08
make sure they've already compromised the jury trial.

00:33:11
And when it comes to Ryan's discovery, what they call

00:33:14
discovery in the federal prison system, when you get your

00:33:16
discovery, they always call it. They don't call it, but this is

00:33:19
what smart people call it. Well curated, a well curated

00:33:24
discoveries discovery that's been gone through and all the

00:33:28
beneficial material, the stuff that helps Ryan form a defence,

00:33:32
the Giglio and Brady material, the exculpatory evidence going

00:33:35
to help him fight his case. All that stuff's cleaned out of

00:33:38
there. So anybody that says the DOJ

00:33:40
fights fair, no, they're a bunch of dirty low lifes.

00:33:43
OK. And that's my opinion.

00:33:44
And I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll go right to the the wire with it

00:33:47
with any inmate I talk to, I can dialogue with him.

00:33:49
And I bet you I can go look at his case and say, well, this

00:33:51
isn't right, this isn't right, this isn't right.

00:33:53
They should have done this because I think there's no

00:33:55
reason they shouldn't give people the that material.

00:33:57
But Ryan, let's go back to you. So you get beat up.

00:34:00
Now, how long were you in medical healing from these

00:34:02
injuries? And in that time, did they try

00:34:04
to get you to sign a release or make a statement that they could

00:34:08
use against you? You're saying, well, you know,

00:34:10
you had this coming, Ryan. Did they say anything to you

00:34:12
like that when you were in medical?

00:34:13
Yeah, so I I want the medical and the guards with inside I

00:34:20
guess knew who the guards were because they those guards who

00:34:24
did that were not allowed around me.

00:34:27
So what they did then was they they were put me in different

00:34:30
prisons and I was getting moved every 30 days when I would show

00:34:33
up to the the jail. I was going right to the medical

00:34:36
healing and, and what when I finally got to Warsaw, now my

00:34:44
lawyer did file at Warsaw, VA and won the guard.

00:34:48
I was handcuffed and he came in there and he put his hand on me

00:34:52
around my neck and he he, he, he just went crazy.

00:34:57
A far left, he ended up getting fired for this.

00:35:00
He quit or he fought. He got fired.

00:35:04
I want to say his last name was Taylor at Warsaw, VA.

00:35:07
When he punched me, they immediately fired him and they

00:35:12
took me to the hospital. And that's when the government

00:35:15
said, hey, look, we don't want to indict him at this point.

00:35:20
Let's work a deal out. Let's get him to cooperate.

00:35:23
And at that point, like, even if a person, I, I never had no

00:35:29
intentions to cooperate. But that's, I tell you right

00:35:32
now, that's not how you get somebody to cooperate because it

00:35:35
builds so much anger and frustration that you, you want

00:35:39
to take these people out, You know, legally, you, you, you

00:35:42
want to show the public the truth.

00:35:44
Because I'm not the only one that goes through this.

00:35:46
This is the gross treatment inside these places.

00:35:52
You know, it's disgusting. You're right.

00:35:55
The punishment wasn't the assaults.

00:35:57
I went through two assaults. That's not the punishment.

00:35:59
The punishment is the PTSD that, you know, I, I, I have dreams

00:36:05
that I'm that I got to return back to jail.

00:36:07
I only been out a week. I understand, but even in jail,

00:36:11
I have dreams of of the guard. Whenever I would hear a guard's

00:36:14
keys after that, I, I would immediately get this feeling

00:36:19
inside my stomach like, like, like I was on a roller coaster.

00:36:22
And it was a feeling of anticipation that people don't

00:36:27
pay attention to those small things.

00:36:28
You constantly think that you're going to get in trouble for

00:36:31
something and it, and it's a horrible way to live, you know,

00:36:36
and all this was for me not to go out and, and speak on Ray

00:36:40
Epps. And you know what?

00:36:42
That's, that's, that's what I want to do.

00:36:44
That's my goal. I, I, I want the Gen. 6

00:36:47
committee to ask me and I want to take a polygraph test,

00:36:51
although I know they're not an accurate.

00:36:52
I, I would be willing to take as many polygraph tests as they

00:36:56
want through as many different people.

00:36:59
They would all be conclusive. Did, did the same.

00:37:01
And I want him to take one and let's see who's telling the

00:37:04
truth. I want the FBI agents to take

00:37:06
one if the if. What is Ray?

00:37:08
Hold on. And then you go ahead, Joanne.

00:37:10
Hold on. Before we talk about Ray Epps,

00:37:11
we're going to take a break and when we come back, we're going

00:37:14
to we're going to start talking about Ray Epps.

00:37:16
You're going to reveal to us what that POS said, but we'll be

00:37:19
back in a few minutes. Don't go nowhere.

00:37:22
Stay for us. If we lose freedom here, there

00:37:27
is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth.

They would run up to the bamboo fence and they would be shooting

00:39:32
between the bamboo at the buildings, you know, just

00:39:34
shooting inside. The Wanted man is Joseph Kony,

00:39:38
charged with abducting huge numbers of children, forcing

00:39:42
them to kill and mutilate innocent victims.

00:39:45
Somebody had to pay the price, Sam.

00:39:47
Did that Sam children's never stopped because.

00:39:51
The bad things never stop. There is only one Sam Childer.

00:39:54
There is no one else like him in the world.

00:39:57
And I said to him, I said, would you go now to get Kony in the

00:40:01
Congo? He says.

00:40:02
Without a doubt in a second. Now it's the DRC.

00:40:05
Tell us what's happening to children in the DRC.

00:40:07
You have ISIS there, you have Islamic State and you have ADF.

00:40:11
Hey, Sandy. Joseph Kony's still alive.

00:40:13
He's in the Congo. And now God has me in the Congo,

00:40:17
you know, So hopefully we'll meet up one day.

00:40:21
But maybe I can lead him to the Lord or send him there.

00:40:24
One or the other, huh?

00:40:39
All right. Welcome back to the big, big

00:40:41

00:40:50
And I get a big shout out to our sponsored Genesis Gold Group.

00:40:54
You all seen that the last four years, Biden screwed up the

00:40:57
economy. It's come with so much economic

00:40:59
uncertainty. And Trump, Trump's people just

00:41:01
said the other day, it's going to take time to fix what Biden

00:41:05
did as a disaster. So you could still take time and

00:41:11
support for yourselves and have some financial freedom.

00:41:16
You know the feds, they just printed trillions of dollars in

00:41:18
a few short years. Taxes have been going up.

00:41:21
Hopefully Trump's going to fix that.

00:41:23
U.S. dollars the less value. What we need to return to

00:41:25

Take a screenshot, save to your files, QR code, take you right

00:42:30
to the gold site. All right, Samson, Samson,

00:42:35
sorry, it's a ride. Let's get let's let's talk to

00:42:39
nitty gritty because I know Pocahontas would love to hear

00:42:41
this about Epps. I know everybody would love to

00:42:43
hear this about Epps because he because it's crazy how he just

00:42:47
gets to walk away on a with a not even a slap on a wrist.

00:42:51
What do you get like six months probation or something?

00:42:52
I don't even know but. Yeah, you got a misdemeanor.

00:42:55
The dude was up front telling people, you know what, I'm going

00:42:58
to let you tell us. So, you know, we're at the

00:43:03
Ellipse. We can't hear what Trump's

00:43:04
saying. A big group breaks off and as

00:43:10
we're walking down, because Trump said we're going to meet,

00:43:12
I'm going to meet you at the Capitol.

00:43:14
And we go down there, there's two, there's two barriers and

00:43:20
we're being funneled into it. What looks like a cul-de-sac.

00:43:22
They call it the peace monument. On the way there, I see this guy

00:43:26
on the corner saying the capital's this way.

00:43:29
He I don't believe that he ever even attended that the actual

00:43:33
rally. So I didn't know DC.

00:43:36
So I'm like, all right, well, I guess I'll go down the street

00:43:39
and I'll go to the capital. So I'm going down there.

00:43:42
When we get down there, I noticed the bike racks.

00:43:45
There was somebody there cutting off the zip ties.

00:43:49
So another kid comes up to me and he was like everybody at the

00:43:53
front We got, you know, we got to go up to the front.

00:43:55
So I opened up the, you know, I didn't have to, I just pushed

00:43:58
open the the bike rack. I walked up to the police

00:44:01
officer and I said, you know, bro, I said, look, we have a

00:44:04
right to be here, man, and I said the president told us that

00:44:06
he's going to go and talk right on that stage over there.

00:44:10
And he says back to F up. The president ain't coming

00:44:13
nowheres and I said what? So out of frustration, I pulled

00:44:18
the gate towards me. So when I did that, the

00:44:21
accomplished his hands up like this and he says, I'll knock you

00:44:24
to F out. And that's that's in the video.

00:44:26
If anybody wants to watch it, you could watch it and and you

00:44:29
know, people don't pay attention.

00:44:31
That's what he said. At that moment, I kind of turn

00:44:33
around, look behind me because I hear it.

00:44:35
Somebody with a rowdy voice saying, I'm a Marine, I was in

00:44:39
the Marines, don't worry, I'll handle this.

00:44:41
And he, I just was like, who the hell is saying that?

00:44:45
So when he came up to me, he whispers in my ear and says,

00:44:48
hey, dude, I got people with me. Don't pull.

00:44:51
Wait until I say and we push. And it wasn't that he was

00:44:56
whispering, it was that he was loud or that it was so loud down

00:44:59
there that he you know that he he was yelling at.

00:45:01
So my Co defendant, James Grant actually heard the same thing

00:45:04
that that later came out and he just posted on X.

00:45:08
So he rate UPS one of the one and as he said one and he got

00:45:13
the two on the left. Everybody pushed past the the

00:45:16
bike racks. I, I noticed an officer to my

00:45:20
right, I had fallen. I ran by, I picked her up.

00:45:23
I didn't want to, I didn't want to see her get, you know, I

00:45:25
walked on by an exceeding crowd because everybody's pushing

00:45:28
everybody's backs. So I see she dropped her beanie.

00:45:32
I picked the beanie up. I handed to her up at further at

00:45:35
the stage when I'm at this stage, Ray UPS came up to me.

00:45:39
He patted me on the back and he said, look, man, I want to tell

00:45:42
you that that was a good job. You're a good patriot.

00:45:44
And he asked to exchange phone numbers.

00:45:47
I never gave him my phone number and I I just told him my name.

00:45:50
I say, hey, man, you could just follow me on Instagram or

00:45:52
something like that. And that was that.

00:45:56
I noticed in all the pictures that I have, he was around me

00:46:01
and he approached me a couple times that day and he's always

00:46:04
in it within 10 to 15 feet. And I seen him there encouraging

00:46:10
people. Now you remember the kid, Josh

00:46:13
Black that got shot in the face while I was patching Josh Black

00:46:18
up. I was pouring powder on him.

00:46:19
I'm patching him up when the cop came over and grabbed Josh

00:46:24
around the neck. I put my arm around the cop and

00:46:26
I told the cop, I see, oh man, get the F off him.

00:46:28
And I heard Ray Epps in the background scream, He's one of

00:46:33
ours, not one of yours. And then I don't know when the,

00:46:37
the, the tone changed because I, I, I left not too long after

00:46:41
that. But I see all these videos of

00:46:43
him saying, you know, calm down. Where's the videos of him

00:46:49
telling everybody, push forward. We got to push forward.

00:46:52
We got to go into the capital because he sticks out like a

00:46:56
sore thumb. The guy's like 66 and he had,

00:46:59
and I'll never forget his voice to this day, I'll never forget

00:47:02
it. He has, he has like a Southern

00:47:03
drawl and I remember him screaming it.

00:47:07
We got to go into the capital. This is our country.

00:47:09
We got to go in there. It was odd.

00:47:13
And Troy Nells made a pretty good point when he questioned,

00:47:19
when he questioned the head of the FBI, Christopher Wray.

00:47:24
Rachel Janko was down there with me that day and she ended up

00:47:29
getting charged and the FBI wanted her to say that Ray EPS

00:47:35
whispered for me to calm down. Well when she refused to do that

00:47:40
they they end up charging her. So Troy Nell's question

00:47:44
Christopher, why was Rachel Janko charged but right up's

00:47:48
not? The very next day, Rachel Janko

00:47:51
was hit with additional charges after Christopher Ray was

00:47:55
berated on that now let. Me hold you for a minute there.

00:47:57
So just for the audience, so they understand this is standard

00:48:01
operating procedure in every criminal case.

00:48:03
When you don't cooperate, when you don't comply and and you

00:48:07
won't even go along with their lies, because I'm going to ask

00:48:10
you this in a minute, Ryan, what they do is called a superseding

00:48:13
indictment. And they use that as leverage.

00:48:16
So they go to Ryan and say, Ryan, if you cooperate, we're

00:48:20
going to help you out. We're going to give you a

00:48:21
sweetheart deal. But you have to admit that Ray

00:48:23
Epps told you to calm down and you're going to have to do it on

00:48:26
the stand and you're going to have to do it or you're going to

00:48:28
have to do it in this deposition we're going to have with you

00:48:30
tomorrow. If you don't do that, we're

00:48:32
going to supersede and diet you and you're going to get 50 or

00:48:34
100 years. Now, this is threat and coercion

00:48:37
and bribery by the government official.

00:48:39
They are not supposed to do that, but it happens in every

00:48:42
single case. The superseding indictment is

00:48:45
one of the biggest hammers the Department of Justice has on

00:48:48
people. You're already incarcerated.

00:48:49
You're already getting threatened.

00:48:50
In the case to Ryan, he's getting beat up.

00:48:52
They've deprived of him his rights.

00:48:54
He doesn't have a speedy trial. He was held for 13 months, which

00:48:57
is a violation of his speedy trial rights.

00:48:59
He got arrested with no indictment.

00:49:00
All there was was a warrant, I guess, for his arrest.

00:49:02
But that's not enough. You're supposed to have an

00:49:04
indictment, an indictment that's executed by a judge.

00:49:07
So in fact, even that arrest was flawed.

00:49:09
He's got so many errors in his case.

00:49:11
Now, Ryan, I'm going to ask you this.

00:49:12
Did Ray Epps ever once say to you, calm down?

00:49:16
Never, never. You heard that?

00:49:19
Repeat that for the audience. Did Ray Epps ever tell you or

00:49:22
anybody around you to calm down? Absolutely not.

00:49:26
Did he ever do anything other than incite the entire crowd to

00:49:29
try to get them intentionally to behave in a manner that would

00:49:32
have been considered threatening towards police officers, like

00:49:36
pushing away the barriers? Did he do anything besides that?

00:49:40
Yeah, he was. He was like, besides that, Yeah,

00:49:43
he was down there, yeah, motivating people.

00:49:46
So no, actually, no, he didn't do anything besides.

00:49:49
All he did was incite the crowd. You know he's going to capital

00:49:52
or it's, it's, it's Fed EPS. It's not Ray Epps.

00:49:55
Go ahead, George. I'm sorry.

00:49:56
Did he go into capital Ray EPS? Here's here's no, he did not go

00:50:01
into capital, but I I will tell you this, the FBI withheld this

00:50:05
because I got a chance to review a lot of his stuff.

00:50:09
He immediately call or text his nephew and said, hey, I

00:50:13
orchestrated to 1st breach that that later came out.

00:50:17
He he admitted to orchestrating it and then he didn't even leave

00:50:21
until next. And then he lied to, to Congress

00:50:24
underoath and said that he gave somebody aid and ran away at a

00:50:30
certain time and then they they later showed it.

00:50:33
None of that was true. He didn't do anything.

00:50:35
He was lying to Congress. And and and again for the

00:50:38
audience, how does this guy, how does Ray Epps get a misdemeanor?

00:50:42
You know that they were talking about if Ryan had gotten a

00:50:44
sentence. You were looking at how much

00:50:45
time Ryan 2025 years. In between 20 to 25 years.

00:50:49
Yeah, but Ray Epps, who did way more than Ryan, who clearly was

00:50:54
an operative within the crowd. At this point, there's many

00:50:57
questions. Buddy would did he gets a

00:50:59
sweetheart deal for a misdemeanor.

00:51:01
Wait. Well, meanwhile, look at a

00:51:03
grandma in 25 years. Well look at a grandma that

00:51:05
parade and got sent to prison. Yeah, well, well, look at.

00:51:09
Look at Ray UPS. He runs when the cop fell to the

00:51:11
ground he had no intent to to help her.

00:51:14
Why I stopped to pull her to safety.

00:51:16
Why he ran raped past her. She was throwing the ground and

00:51:19
he runs raped past her. Is that a video?

00:51:22
You pulling her to safety. Yeah, yeah, it's on video.

00:51:24
Yeah. And then when the cops came.

00:51:26
Can I ask you a question though, in your discovery, was that

00:51:28
video in your discovery of you helping that police officer?

00:51:31
No, they cut that part. They cut that out.

00:51:34
OK, wait a minute. That's what I'm talking about.

00:51:37
That's well curated discovery because they don't want to show

00:51:43
Ryan in a positive light. They don't want to show him

00:51:45
helping a police officer as on the ground or handing a hat or

00:51:49
maybe helping one of those other guys or stopping somebody from

00:51:51
doing. That's not the Ryan Sam still

00:51:53
they have to portray. They have to portray this ultra

00:51:56
violent extremist, right? That's the attempt.

00:51:59
You have to realize that that's right there.

00:52:01
That material they cut out of there, that's considered giggly

00:52:04
on Brady material. That's just culpatory evidence.

00:52:07
That's the evidence you would use.

00:52:08
It's not the inculpatory, it's the evidence that proves you to

00:52:10
be innocent. You can't form a defense and the

00:52:13
Constitution says that for you to form a defense, a fair

00:52:16
defense, you're the people provided all the evidence in

00:52:19
your case so that you can defend the indictment, You can defend

00:52:22
what the grand jury has determined on you.

00:52:24
You can defend yourself immediately.

00:52:27
Not only they beating up somebody that hasn't even been

00:52:30
indicted yet, not only they violating his rights, including

00:52:33
his speedy trial rights. Now they're curating the

00:52:35
evidence and now they're also threatening him, saying, well,

00:52:38
if you cooperate, we won't do this.

00:52:39
And they're threatening the people around him in the same

00:52:42
manner. Now, this is not exclusive to J

00:52:44
Sixers. This is your Department of

00:52:47
Injustice in full operation. This is your Bureau of Prisons

00:52:50
coordinating with them. Now, I'm going to tell you that

00:52:53
I don't believe it's the US Marshals in most cases that are

00:52:55
guilty of this. It's the prison guards, it's the

00:52:58
DOJ, it's the FBI. They'll bring you into hearings,

00:53:01
they'll bring you into meetings. You get threats.

00:53:03
They talk about indicting your family.

00:53:04
They talk about seizing more of your assets for people that have

00:53:07
houses and otherwise. They want to make sure that they

00:53:10
drain in their law fair against you, that they drain all your

00:53:13
resources and your money. Ryan, go from there.

00:53:16
Yeah, so you're right. I was actually indicted 8 times.

00:53:20
Every single interview and offer that I got, I will get it

00:53:24
immediately indicted right after.

00:53:28
Another superseding indictment. Yep, I got indicted so each.

00:53:31
Time you didn't accept the deal that they were forcing you and

00:53:33
you got another indictment. So see, that's how the system

00:53:36
works. You guys, You're hearing it from

00:53:37
the horse's mouth here. Ryan, in my opinion, has a

00:53:41
massive civil tort claim against the United States government.

00:53:44
And let me say this to you, This is what Pam Bondi and Cash Patel

00:53:49
need to get on top of because these guards, these prosecutors

00:53:53
in the DOJ, the judges, they all need to face criminal charges.

00:53:58
They're all responsible for what happened to Ryan Samsel.

00:54:00
All of them are guilty of it and they should all face criminal

00:54:03
charges. So to give you a heads up, So

00:54:06
what what the prosecutor was doing?

00:54:09
So they were leaking and misleading information to the

00:54:14
New York Times. So what would happen is the

00:54:17
prosecutor in my case, Karen Rocklin would call the New York

00:54:21
Times, they would smear my name and, and, and, and, and lie

00:54:25
because they said Ronnie Sampson has a warrant for a rape charge

00:54:29
out of New Jersey. And then it turned from a

00:54:32
warrant to an allegation to now it, it doesn't show.

00:54:38
First of all, if I've never been charged with rape, nor do I have

00:54:41
warrants to New Jersey, if I had warrants in New Jersey, I was

00:54:45
released out in New York, they would have come immediately and

00:54:47
pick me up because Trump doesn't have the pardon power over the

00:54:50
states. It's a lie.

00:54:53
And, and what they, they, what they'll do is they'll try to

00:54:55
smear names so much so now they'll try to weaponize the

00:54:58
inmates because when you're in prison, you know, somebody

00:55:01
Googles your name and says you're, you're, you're a sex

00:55:04
offender or something like that. Or you're, they even put that I

00:55:07
was cooperating. They said that a cooperating

00:55:10
witness with the FBI has rape charges.

00:55:14
Now they, they, they take that down.

00:55:16
Wikipedia changes its thing and they, they reword everything.

00:55:20
It, it people have to understand that the, the system, the core

00:55:25
of public opinion is by far more important than the court of law.

00:55:30
Because if you think that a juror, I would, I could have

00:55:32
never went to a jury trial. They would have convicted me.

00:55:35
They would have stoned me to death as soon as I walked in

00:55:37
there. The things they said, they said

00:55:39
I beat up my pregnant girlfriend.

00:55:40
I don't have kids and where the hell are my kids?

00:55:44
If I if I beat my pregnant girlfriend, where the hell are

00:55:46
my kids at? I mean I would have a 15.

00:55:50
Year old and let me stop once again, I want to say.

00:55:52
Listen, George, he said something I want to ask him.

00:55:54
You said you said something about pardoning powers with the

00:55:57
state. Would you?

00:55:59
Yeah, Trump doesn't have the power.

00:56:00
So if I had no. It's only federal.

00:56:02
Yeah, it's only. Federal, only federal.

00:56:03
So if I had these crazy phony warrants, I wouldn't have walked

00:56:08
up. They would have had to have held

00:56:09
me and New Jersey would have come pick me up.

00:56:11
Yeah, you would have been walking out the door and New

00:56:13
Jersey would have been there arresting you.

00:56:15
But that's the point. They didn't want you to be in a

00:56:18
position because they knew you were you.

00:56:20
You clearly weren't going to turn into a snitch.

00:56:22
You weren't going to cooperate because you didn't have any

00:56:24
reason to cooperate because you didn't believe you were guilty

00:56:26
of any of these actions. They were threatening you.

00:56:28
They, they, they did more than threaten you.

00:56:30
They bodily harmed you. They they committed massive

00:56:33
injuries. You now have incredible amounts

00:56:35
of PTSD, which I think is unbelievable that you should

00:56:38
have to suffer these consequences.

00:56:39
And then that prosecutor should be charged.

00:56:43
They're not supposed to leak information to the press and

00:56:46
they're sure as hell not supposed to slander and liable

00:56:49
you to the press with phony accusations.

00:56:51
Because there's no possible way for you to have a jury of your

00:56:54
peers that are independently going to look at Ryan Samsoul as

00:56:58
not guilty. You know, you know, innocent

00:57:01
till proven guilty. So you would have never gotten a

00:57:03
fair jury trial because now you're the pregnant girlfriend

00:57:06
beating scumbag who has multiple offenses all over the place.

00:57:10
And that's what it comes down to.

00:57:12
And that's intentional for, you know, for people that haven't

00:57:14
faced this, You have to realize this is not just Ryan.

00:57:19
Our Department of Justice is fully corrupted across the

00:57:23
country. They are cheating in nearly

00:57:25
every single criminal case they bring forward.

00:57:28
And I'll go on the record for that.

00:57:29
I'm sure somebody will say, oh, that's not true.

00:57:30
It is true. I can tell you this.

00:57:32
They even lie on the paperwork. I can tell you how they lie on

00:57:36
the paperwork when they they lie about the law.

00:57:38
When they file replies, they will twist the law, they will

00:57:41
change the judicial quotes, they will change the judicial

00:57:44
rulings. They will do all of it.

00:57:47
I haven't even gone public with all the information I've got on

00:57:49
them. I've got so much stuff that if

00:57:51
anybody wants to get serious about this, I I can probably

00:57:54
single handedly take down the entire DOJ, honestly, because

00:57:57
that's how much information I have on them because I believe

00:58:00
them to be fully corrupted. Because at the end of the day,

00:58:03
everybody gets an attaboy. All they want is convictions.

00:58:06
You can't get into a conviction rate of 96 or 98% legitimately.

00:58:10
It just wasn't possible because it doesn't happen in the state.

00:58:13
Let's face this, if Ryan was facing state consequences here,

00:58:17
the state prosecutors would have dropped the entire case after

00:58:19
this beating in jail. It would have been over with.

00:58:22
But they couldn't do that because the Fed surrection and

00:58:25
the J6 community wanted to fear monger.

00:58:28
They wanted to make sure American citizens couldn't

00:58:30
peacefully protest because they're afraid of them, because

00:58:33
they're afraid of unification. And I'd say to the entire

00:58:35
public, it's time to unify. This is a criminal justice

00:58:38
system that needs to be incarcerated.

00:58:41
And there are many people. I'm not saying there aren't some

00:58:43
good people. Let me emphasize there are some

00:58:45
good judges. There are some good prosecutors,

00:58:48
but again, if somebody wanted to do a clip of me, they would just

00:58:51
take me acting like everybody's a bad guy.

00:58:53
They're not all bad guys. But the problem is the system,

00:58:56
This protection of absolute immunity and qualified immunity,

00:59:00
it needs to go away. If you want the freaking job,

00:59:02
then take your chances. If you're going to be a scumbag,

00:59:05
face the consequences, Ryan. Go ahead, man.

00:59:08
Yeah, I, I agree. There's a lot of guys that I

00:59:11
that I came across in jail. And one guy, he was a alleged

00:59:18
mob guy. He was a white collar guy.

00:59:20
And when he didn't want to cooperate with the FBI, what the

00:59:23
FBI did to him, His name was Joey, Kate.

00:59:26
And I, I asked if I could release his name.

00:59:27
He said he was fine with it. The FBI took the messages and

00:59:33
handed it off to the mob thinking because they're so

00:59:36
blind to reality, they don't even live in reality.

00:59:39
They took, they took his text messages and, and, and did an

00:59:43
accidental release. And it went to all these

00:59:46
different mob guys to try to get this kid killed, to pressure him

00:59:50
in the turn. When I was in jail, they, they

00:59:55
would do things on purpose. So there was a a kid that got

00:59:57
locked up for BLM protest. There was 97 cells in solitary

01:00:03
confinement because I would have to be put in the hole.

01:00:05
After they would do a hit piece on me, they would put me in a

01:00:09
hole for my protection. Well, they would always put me

01:00:13
in the worst of the worst cells. So they thought the one time

01:00:15
we're going to put them in a cell, we're going to keep them

01:00:17
handcuffed and we're going to put them in a cell.

01:00:20
When I went to the cell, believe it or not, when we would listen

01:00:25
to the conservative radio, this young black kid, he totally,

01:00:28
after being in a hold with me for about two months, he was

01:00:33
totally disgusted with Joe Biden.

01:00:35
He he and he ended up becoming a huge conservative.

01:00:40
When he was released, he was writing me letters and he was

01:00:43
saying the same thing. Like, yeah, we, we have a, a

01:00:46
common enemy, right? We, we have to unify.

01:00:49
His name was Kushner McBride. And we do have to unify.

01:00:52
We, we all, whether you're Republican or Democrat or

01:00:56
independent, let me tell you something.

01:00:58
The Justice Department doesn't have a party and they will

01:01:01
prosecute you. They don't care.

01:01:04
They, they will, they will weaponize.

01:01:05
They will weaponize whatever side is strong they'll use.

01:01:09
And they want us divide it. I, I couldn't agree with you

01:01:11
more, Vance. And if we showed unity, they

01:01:14
wouldn't have a leg to stand on. They really wouldn't.

01:01:16
And and that's something that we need to outreach is, is unity.

01:01:21
So I agree with that a lot, Vince.

01:01:24
Well, you know, we need accountability and consequences

01:01:26
for all government agents that have violated the law and

01:01:29
especially in your case, what they did to you is criminal.

01:01:33
If any one of us, if George Valentin or myself had assaulted

01:01:36
an individual, had assaulted a congressional member or somebody

01:01:39
else like this or had assaulted somebody, we would be facing

01:01:42
criminal charges at the highest level.

01:01:44
And especially for somebody that hadn't even been indicted yet.

01:01:48
This is incredible. You should have been out on

01:01:50
bond, but they withheld bond on you guys.

01:01:52
They didn't let you have the discovery in a proper manner.

01:01:55
Because at the end of the day, let's talk about a few things

01:01:57
for the audience. Let's just go on.

01:01:59
Let's talk about the food in, in the Bureau of Presents.

01:02:01
They claim that everything is nutritionally sufficient that

01:02:05
they've mentioned the calories. I there's a menu that gets, did

01:02:08
you ever see the menus by the month of what you're supposed to

01:02:11
be eating on a certain day? Did they ever provide that to

01:02:12
you guys? And it doesn't match so.

01:02:15
It doesn't. Wait, wait, wait.

01:02:16
That's what I'm saying. So to meet the calories, they're

01:02:19
supposed to match this. A nutritionist that works for

01:02:21
the BLP creates the national menu.

01:02:24
It's supposed to have so much protein, so many carbohydrates,

01:02:27
so much fiber. It's supposed to have so many

01:02:29
fruits and vegetables. Did the did the menu ever match

01:02:33
what you guys got served? Never.

01:02:36
I would say it never matched it. Never.

01:02:39
Tell the audience about the maggots.

01:02:41
So, so we were getting you could actually look it up.

01:02:45
It was done in a New York piece, Google MDC Brooklyn maggots and

01:02:49
food. You were forced to eat it

01:02:52
because the comments are you can only order once every two weeks

01:02:55
and you were given a limit $60.00 every two weeks, 120 a

01:03:01
month. And the national limit, just so

01:03:03
we're clear, they had them on the restrictive commissary, the

01:03:05
national limit is 300 and change, but they were penalizing

01:03:08
them by giving them a limited limit.

01:03:09
And I can tell you this with the prices and commissary, there's

01:03:12
no way you can get enough calories with that food.

01:03:15
You're going to lose muscle, your your testosterone is going

01:03:17
to go in the basement. There's all kinds of things.

01:03:19
How about the deprivation? Let's do this, the food, let's

01:03:22
go back. Did you guys see rats and mice

01:03:25
in the facility ever? Did you have those rats?

01:03:26
Because rats and mice are common in all the prison facilities in

01:03:29
the federal system all over the nation.

01:03:31
Vince, I, I, I do, but you just hit a key point.

01:03:34
I want to, I want to, I want to say something on that.

01:03:36
So I just had my blood work done.

01:03:37
I was supposed to get a surgery that they denied me.

01:03:40
So my blood work showed when I went into the BOP, my

01:03:44
cholesterol was 180. It's now 2240.

01:03:50
And my test, my testosterone levels were extremely low.

01:03:55
As far as the rats, rats and mice are a common thing in

01:03:58
there. But I, I, I want to touch on on

01:04:01
what the food did to me. If you look at the pictures of

01:04:03
me before I went to January 6th, I was in tip top shape.

01:04:06
I went to the gym, I took care of myself.

01:04:08
I'm now awaiting two different surgeries because the BOP denied

01:04:12
to do the the surgeries and they're the ones who caused the

01:04:15
issue when when I sued them, I filed a suit against them.

01:04:19
You can Google Ryan Sampson versus MDC Brooklyn and it will

01:04:24
pop right up. They denied me my surgery on on

01:04:28
three different occasions through the grievance process.

01:04:30
So I filed what's called a habeas corpus means to produce

01:04:34
body. The judge not only denied the

01:04:36
habeas corpus without 'cause she just denied it and said no

01:04:40
refrain. Back to the grievance system.

01:04:43
When I finally seen an outside doctor, the outside doctor said

01:04:47
that my testosterone levels were at the at at the point of a 80

01:04:51
year old male. Yeah.

01:04:53
And that's because. Hold on.

01:04:54
So but. They denied you 2 surgeries but

01:04:57
if you wanted a sex change surgery they would have gave it

01:04:59
to you. That's how fun and they do sex

01:05:01
change. I know that's all screwed up

01:05:02
there. Let me ask you a question.

01:05:04
Because you're a Barber, were you even able to cut hair and

01:05:06
hair since we make some canteen off that way?

01:05:09
So they, they, what they would do is once a month they'll bring

01:05:12
Clippers to us and we're not, we're allowed to do non styled

01:05:16
haircuts, which is why I usually have my hair like you.

01:05:20
But This is why I'm walking around like a concentration camp

01:05:23
member. Yeah, so non styled haircuts,

01:05:27
but let's go on here for a minute.

01:05:28
So, so you guys, so anybody out there, if you meet a person that

01:05:33
served a major amount of time in the federal system and you

01:05:35
actually engaged them in a conversation, you would feel you

01:05:37
would recognize that they had tremendous mental issues.

01:05:42
So not only is it from the nutrition that the BOP lies

01:05:44
about, because the guards are constantly stealing, some of

01:05:47
them have been charged, but not enough.

01:05:49
They steal still food in high quantities out of the kitchens.

01:05:53
Then they take it home. I don't know whether they sell

01:05:55
it. I don't know if they sell it to

01:05:56
the restaurants. I have no idea.

01:05:57
But that's why there's a shortage in the kitchens.

01:05:59
They don't care. There are very few facilities

01:06:01
that protect the the inmates when it comes to the food.

01:06:04
You'll find mice and rat feces in the food.

01:06:07
You'll find black mold in the kitchens on the ceilings.

01:06:10
Let's talk about the water in your cell.

01:06:13
Were you, were you dealing with facilities where it was brown

01:06:16
water coming out of the sink and, and and the and and other

01:06:20
problems with the plumbing? So, yeah, that's, it's, it's

01:06:23
amazing that you even brought that up.

01:06:25
So, yeah, the, the sinks were the, the pipes were so old when

01:06:32
New York with the the facility I was at, New York was built on

01:06:37
old lead pipes. Now they, yeah, they, and

01:06:41
there's a, there's a lawsuit that, that, that this, I guess

01:06:47
the Barrow sued the city. They said that the, the way the

01:06:50
infrastructure is, they couldn't change the pipe, so they only

01:06:54
did it for the residents. But anything that was

01:06:56
institutional, including some of the hospitals in the in the

01:07:01
prisons would not change because the infrastructure was too big

01:07:04
or the facilities were too old and they were outdated and it

01:07:07
would have cost too much money. But.

01:07:10
So you're drinking brown water out of lead pipes?

01:07:13
That's a fact you can go. That's nice.

01:07:15
It's nice how they treat the inmates, you know, even the guys

01:07:18
that aren't guilty yet. The pre and remember, this is

01:07:20
pretrial detainment. We're not even talking about the

01:07:22
federal facilities at this point.

01:07:23
So let's go on with this. How about hygiene?

01:07:26
How often were you allowed to shower?

01:07:29
You get a shower once every three days if you're all locked

01:07:33
down, which was constant when I was in MDC Brooklyn.

01:07:35
There was approximately 3 murders in the last year, so we

01:07:39
would be locked down for sometimes three to four months

01:07:42
at a time, usually once every 10 days.

01:07:45
Once every 10 days? How about nail Clippers?

01:07:47
How often are you allowed to clip your nails in there?

01:07:49
Now never. So you, they were, you never

01:07:52
supplied nail Clippers whatsoever, No.

01:07:54
So even on hygiene day when they, they offered you razors to

01:07:56
cut hair, they, there was never an opportunity to cut your

01:07:59
nails. No, you know, and, and, and

01:08:01
think about, these are just things you, you know, for the

01:08:04
audience and, and the public. Sometimes you go, oh, he's a

01:08:06
felon, he deserves it or he's a criminal.

01:08:08
He deserves it. You guys don't realize the

01:08:10
injustice. No, I know but but you

01:08:14
understand in the with the press that they did do him.

01:08:17
They're acting like he had other cases.

01:08:18
He's never had a felony. So they said, oh, he beat up his

01:08:21
girlfriend. He's a violent he's a snitch.

01:08:23
He said this it's all about painting the picture.

01:08:25
They're denying rights here and and and my problem is is that I

01:08:29
want to know when the guards, when the wardens, when the

01:08:32
assistant wardens, when the supervisors, when the

01:08:34
lieutenants, when the captains are going to face consequences

01:08:37
for this. I want to know where the

01:08:38
American public is going to stand up and stop them from

01:08:40
treating inmates like this because just because somebody

01:08:43
makes a mistake, and I'm not talking about career criminals,

01:08:46
I'm not talking about somebody that has a rap sheet that's 30,

01:08:49
you know, felonies, deep, yadda, yadda, yadda.

01:08:51
I'm talking about individuals maybe made one mistake.

01:08:54
They want to fix their life. I know you made a comment.

01:08:55
I get a second chance at life and I don't intend on wasting

01:08:58
it. Even.

01:08:59
This is a quote you made in the paper and you also said I don't

01:09:02
want to embarrass Mr. Trump by ever getting myself in trouble.

01:09:04
The point of the matter is you respect Donald Trump.

01:09:07
You respect who he is. The people in jail respect him

01:09:09
because now he's one of the first presidents.

01:09:11
I don't know how many presidents ever had felonies that actually,

01:09:13
you know, ended up being elected.

01:09:15
I respect him for it. I respect what he did with you

01:09:17
guys. But this system needs an

01:09:19
overhaul. American public, you need to

01:09:22
tell your senators and congressmen, I don't care

01:09:23
whether you're liberal and non partisan or conservative.

01:09:26
You need to raise it to the Raptors because you're going to

01:09:28
find out that if I had, if I put interviews on George and I for

01:09:32
the next 15 days, I would bet that the interviews that we're

01:09:36
doing with Ryan right now and we'll talk about a wide

01:09:39
diversity of convicted felons. I'll bet you that we would to

01:09:43
care. Even worse stories.

01:09:44
Ryan's are horrendous, but we hear him worse.

01:09:46
I mean, George, am I right? Don't you think we put 15

01:09:48
interviews on a row with guys that had federal cases and we're

01:09:51
now out? They would all have horrendous

01:09:53
stories about what happened. I think we might be ending up

01:09:56
getting federal cases if we did that.

01:09:59
Yeah, no kidding. They would.

01:10:00
They don't even want us to do what we're doing right now.

01:10:02
We've been attacked enough. We get death threats.

01:10:04
We get told all sorts of things in our DMS.

01:10:06
I mean, I don't know if I don't get a death threat a week or

01:10:09
somebody telling me I'm a piece of shit or a scumbag, you know,

01:10:12
at least a couple times a week. I don't even feel like we've

01:10:14
done our job. But it's disgusting.

01:10:16
I don't think we should even have to talk like this.

01:10:18
I think there are plenty of people that would do the job.

01:10:19
There are plenty of people that would be guards in a jail, and

01:10:22
there are plenty of people that could be Warrens or plenty of

01:10:24
people that could be prosecutors that would follow the law.

01:10:26
I don't think we have to have these lowlifes in there.

01:10:28
And that's why this system is the way it is.

01:10:31
Let's talk about the the, the the law library, how

01:10:36
insufficient the law library is in federal prisons.

01:10:39
What was your law library like? Because they alleged that we've

01:10:41
got all the resources and all the access to defend ourselves,

01:10:45
that they give us all the tools. How is the law library in jail?

01:10:48
So, so first of all, if it's on a tablet or it's on a computer.

01:10:52
So it depends what jail you're at.

01:10:54
So if you're in, if you're in MDC Brooklyn, there's four

01:10:58
computers on a block that you would have to be trained on to

01:11:02
know how to log into it. There's no law books and you got

01:11:08
196 a 198 inmates per block that are pretrial and you have to

01:11:16
sign up. You get 45 minute timeline on a

01:11:19
computer to use the law library. Now it it's nearly impossible.

01:11:25
And when I was in DC you have what's called a, it's a Securus

01:11:30
tablet. The Securus tablet you would log

01:11:33
in and they would have a local library on this tablet.

01:11:37
Now The thing is you would have to be there at least nine months

01:11:43
to a year to go on the list to get a tablet.

01:11:46
Once you're on the list to get a tablet, you you better hope that

01:11:51
you can charge it because if you're locked in that you're not

01:11:54
able to even charge a tablet. So it it it's, it's impossible.

01:12:00
And Securus, it's funny you said that and I told you this

01:12:03
earlier. Securus Technologies have been

01:12:05
accused of eavesdropping on defendants, you know,

01:12:10
attorney-client privilege communications all across the

01:12:12
country. It started with US versus Novak

01:12:14
in 2006 in Boston, MA. It's come forward and these

01:12:18
cases are coming out again and again.

01:12:20
And I wouldn't be surprised that if you did get logged into the

01:12:22
Securus tablet and you were looking up case law, I wouldn't

01:12:25
be surprised if the prosecutors even get access to that, that

01:12:29
they know what you're looking at to try to defend yourself.

01:12:32
I know that the legal system, Lexus, Nessus, others, they have

01:12:35
the inferior version in most jails, if they even had some of

01:12:39
the jails. They have law libraries that

01:12:41
include books, but they're they're, they're incomplete.

01:12:45
They don't have the newest law. They don't have Chevron or

01:12:47
anything else. They don't get updated enough.

01:12:49
I don't know what the secure system looks like, but I would

01:12:51
have to guess it's inferior to what a prosecutor or anybody

01:12:55
else. And that isn't a fair defense.

01:12:57
That isn't the right to defend yourself fairly.

01:12:59
They want to keep it insufficient.

01:13:01
That's why they never let you on a bond.

01:13:02
Clearly they held him for 13 months without an indictment,

01:13:06
even if he had charges coming. They don't even arrested him

01:13:10
with no indictment. You understand how illegal that

01:13:12
is. They're supposed to have the

01:13:13
charges you're guilty of and you should have been out on bond.

01:13:17
They should have given you even even a, you know, a a personal

01:13:20
recognizance bond. I think this is just this is

01:13:23
just more garbage. Oh, and over and over again.

01:13:26
Can I say one thing? Please man.

01:13:28
So when I was at USP Lewisburg, the doctor there, I said that my

01:13:36
medical conditions were so horrific that because I have

01:13:41
also blood clots from the assault that lead to the heart

01:13:44
that now are lifelong because they never, they went unnoticed.

01:13:49
I didn't even know I had blood clots that were deep inside.

01:13:54
So he wrote the government a letter himself.

01:13:57
He went out and did this himself and asked that I be released

01:14:00
because there he went on the record.

01:14:05
Two days later, he changed his opinion.

01:14:07
So when we questioned him why, you know, with the thanks of

01:14:10
Sidney Powell, she got me a really good lawyer.

01:14:12
The lawyer said why did you change your opinion?

01:14:16
And he said on the record that he got a phone call from the

01:14:19
government and he said it was a firewall phone call saying not

01:14:23
to release me and to change his opinion.

01:14:25
He said that in court to Judge Jaya Cobb.

01:14:30
So within 48 hours, without even an evaluation, he changed his

01:14:36
medical opinion without and without a full medical work up.

01:14:40
So that's what they do. Yeah, you know Ryan, man, all I

01:14:45
can tell you is, you know George.

01:14:48
Is there anything George, you want to comment before I say,

01:14:50
man, it's been enough. Yeah, man, I'm sorry what you

01:14:54
went through. You didn't deserve it.

01:14:57
I think we should have been allowed to peacefully protest.

01:14:59
I don't think we should have had people like Ray Epps in the

01:15:01
crowds. I don't think we should have had

01:15:03
all the feds in the crowds like that.

01:15:05
I think we have a corrupt institution of government, a

01:15:07
deep state. I can you just share with the

01:15:09
audience? I understand you told me before

01:15:12
the interview that Donald Trump assisted you with legal defense.

01:15:16
Can you just tell the audience about that?

01:15:17
Because a lot of times those stories, you know, Trump, I got

01:15:20
to give it to him. You know, I've heard a lot of

01:15:22
stories from friends of his about what a good man he is and

01:15:26
how many people he's helped that he never goes public with,

01:15:28
whether he helped people financially, helped him with

01:15:30
attorneys. He, he, he uses, he puts his

01:15:33
money where his mouth is. And he doesn't promote himself.

01:15:36
So most of the time, nobody hears about it.

01:15:38
Can you tell the audience what Donald Trump did for you?

01:15:41
So in Arizona in 2022, he gave a speech, and in his speech he

01:15:47
talked about Ashley Babbitt being murdered.

01:15:51
Right after that he said, there's a gentleman and he

01:15:55
described my assault. And he said, why don't we start

01:15:58
helping these people out? What do you say?

01:16:00
And not three days later that I get a phone call from Sydney

01:16:07
Pell. And she said, hey, look,

01:16:09
somebody paid for your legal defense fund.

01:16:12
I just can't really tell you who without words being said.

01:16:19
I, you know, I pretty much know who it was.

01:16:22
And, you know, she, you know, I, he, I know it was him.

01:16:27
I know he had a big part of it. And so did she.

01:16:29
And because of that, I had a really good attorney named

01:16:31
Stanley Woodward, Julia Howard and Sydney Powell assisted them.

01:16:36
And it was all because of Donald Trump, you know, giving us

01:16:40
speech and I think giving money behind the doors that he just

01:16:44
didn't want the credit for. And that's the kind of guy he

01:16:47
is. And I think that was important.

01:16:48
He did that. I hope you're going to get some

01:16:50
additional legal help. I know you and I'll be

01:16:53
communicating more. I want to talk to you about that

01:16:55
person you told me about. I know you just filed a new

01:16:58
brief. Just give everybody you know a

01:17:00
quick Cliff notes of what that brief entails and why you filed

01:17:04
it. So it's a state brief.

01:17:07
It, it was one of the attorneys that I had he, he took a lot of

01:17:14
my money that that was debrief and he come to find out he

01:17:18
wasn't even a lawyer and he did jail time before and he miss

01:17:23
misrepresented me by telling me that he was an attorney and he

01:17:28
stole $45 from me. So I unfortunately have to try

01:17:32
to sue him in civil court and that that's what that brief was.

01:17:36
What was his name? Sam Mangle, he was actually

01:17:40
arrested for for this before. He told me he was going to get

01:17:46
me medical doctors, that he was going to help me get all this

01:17:50
stuff and he so I gave him $40.

01:17:53
When I wasn't able to call him, he reached out to my family and

01:17:55
said, hey, Ryan said give me $5000 more.

01:18:00
My family didn't even have the money.

01:18:01
So they gave they, they, they, you know, got the money somehow

01:18:05
on how gave them the $5000. And he was supposed to be a

01:18:08
sentencing specialist. I never got sentenced.

01:18:11
He kept the money and that's it. So I had to file a, a suit and I

01:18:16
had to file it myself because I, you know, I don't have the funds

01:18:19
right now. I just got out.

01:18:20
So I filed it myself and I I'm waiting on a court date right

01:18:24
now. Where is he practice law?

01:18:27
He doesn't practice law. He practices whatever he

01:18:31
practices out of Florida. He's not even a, he's not even a

01:18:33
attorney. So that was a that was, it was a

01:18:36
lie he misled. You know, that's even worse.

01:18:38
The people that I think try to take advantage of inmates with

01:18:41
all these promises of being experts in some field and

01:18:44
they're usually just some scammer.

01:18:46
Ryan, look, you know, I think you, you, you need to get some

01:18:49
more legal counsel. I think you have a massive case.

01:18:52
I think you should start Foying every facility you were ever in

01:18:55
for all your records. Use the presidential pardon as

01:18:58
justification that they have to supply everything that they have

01:19:00
to comply under FOIA laws. Even if they don't comply,

01:19:03
that'll be additional evidence. I think you should FOIA for all

01:19:07
sorts of stuff. And, and, and you, you need to

01:19:09
look at a thing called a writ of quorum Novus.

01:19:11
It's post relief. I don't know how the

01:19:13
presidential pardon effects that, but it might be something

01:19:15
you want to investigate. It's called a writ of quorum

01:19:17
Novus. I take a look at it.

01:19:18
Cindy Powell knows about it, but one of my friends got her some

01:19:22
information about potentially using that.

01:19:24
That's before you guys got pardons.

01:19:26
But it's a great post remedy. But at the same time, you're

01:19:29
going to need to file tort claim because a lot of people violated

01:19:32
your rights in many ways. I believe they owe you millions

01:19:34
of dollars. And I think what the most

01:19:36
important thing is you have to shine light on this because

01:19:38
there's a lot of guys that are still in jail that have been

01:19:41
taken advantage of, that this government is intentionally

01:19:43
screwed. This Department of Justice needs

01:19:45
a major overhaul. You know, I have some stuff that

01:19:49
I haven't even given to them yet, but I'm going to try to

01:19:50
connect with Pam Bondi, our friend Cash Patel, and many

01:19:53
others. Well, if I get into any of these

01:19:55
dialogues, I will directly bring you up.

01:19:57
I promise you that. I appreciate the interview

01:19:59
tonight and I appreciate how candid you were, man.

01:20:01
And I'm sorry what you went through.

01:20:03
But I guess maybe it's all for a reason and maybe you're going to

01:20:06
be able to make a difference for other people, George, without

01:20:08
any other comments you want to make.

01:20:09
I'm sorry for what you went through and all the J Sixers.

01:20:12
I hope you guys all get justice and whatever we could do to help

01:20:16
you guys get the word out. Please let us know because this

01:20:19
shit's got to stop. It has to end.

01:20:22
And I've been saying this in Atlanta, we talked about this

01:20:24
and saying it's a lot of shows. If Trump, we got four years to

01:20:28
get all this stuff fixed DOJFBI, if he doesn't get it done, we're

01:20:31
screwed. Well, George and I are in

01:20:33
dialogues with a lot of people within the.

01:20:35
Administration this time, and I got to tell you, the gloves are

01:20:39
off for what's going to happen here.

01:20:40
We're going to make sure some people fake consequences for

01:20:42
what they did because I think that's the only way we fix it.

01:20:45
You know, they want to put fear into the American public.

01:20:47
They need to have some fear of their own when it comes to our

01:20:49
legal system. They have to realize that the

01:20:51
rule of law, the protection under the law, equal application

01:20:54
of law, those things matter, as does the Constitution.

01:20:57
So, all right, listen for the audience.

01:20:59
Don't forget we've got the Global Finance Forum on Friday.

01:21:03
I may have a guest. You know, George and I weren't

01:21:05
completing the swings of some of the guest stuff.

01:21:07
I'm still closing, as I did tonight with Ryan, getting him

01:21:10
on here. I just want to say tomorrow,

01:21:12
George, we're off, correct? Yeah.

01:21:13
No show no more. George is flying tomorrow.

01:21:15
Yeah, George is flying from. Getting back to New Jersey for a

01:21:18
couple days. And he'll be back in Florida,

01:21:19
but we will have a show on Friday.

01:21:21
So we've got the Global Finance Forum on Friday, we've got the

01:21:24
regular show on Friday. And of course, we've got the

01:21:26
nationally syndicated radio show, The Big, Big Talk Oreo

01:21:28
show on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, airing on Liberty

01:21:31
News Radio Network. You can check us out over there.

01:21:34
Let me say this to you guys. Don't stay on the sidelines.

01:21:36
You're hearing this. This is going on and on and on.

01:21:39
And you can say, oh, that'll never happen to me.

01:21:40
I never violate the law. You'd be surprised.

01:21:43
You could do something as innocuous as not correctly

01:21:46
reporting on your federal income tax.

01:21:50
Trump hasn't made federal income tax an exception yet.

01:21:52
You never know when this could happen to you or a loved one.

01:21:55
You're going to want to put an end to it.

01:21:56
Ryan Samsel, thank you so very much.

01:21:58
Stick around for a minute. I want to talk to you backstage.

01:22:00
God, country, family, that's what this show is all about.

01:22:03
We're always bringing it. You know it.

01:22:04
Come here every single time. The big league show.

01:22:07
We're going to open up your eyes.

01:22:08
We're going to educate you so we can unify the country.

01:22:10
George, last words, buddy. You all have a blessed tonight.

01:22:12
We'll catch you on the flip side.
