[00:02:28] Georgia court allows Donald Trump's appeal.
[00:02:31] I love this to remove the Fulton County DA from his election fraud case.
[00:02:35] So it looks like the appeal is moving forward, George.
[00:02:38] What do you think of that?
[00:02:39] It's great, but truthfully, it should never even got to this.
[00:02:42] The first of all, the case should never even brought up to court
[00:02:45] because it's just a sham case.
[00:02:46] But since it did go to court and Fannie Willis and her boyfriend
[00:02:52] got exposed, that judge should have just threw her off the case.
[00:02:57] But you know what?
[00:02:58] He's not going to do that for his friend because he used to work for her too.
[00:03:01] You know, he should have recused himself.
[00:03:03] But this is her paid for boy toy as much as I don't know about boyfriend.
[00:03:08] Obviously, a lot of money seems to have changed hands,
[00:03:11] which makes it have a whole different feel like an escort kind of feel.
[00:03:16] I don't really know what to think of Nathan Wade.
[00:03:18] I'm not a fan.
[00:03:19] I don't think he was competent enough to even get the job to begin with.
[00:03:21] I don't mean competent enough to sleep with Fannie Willis.
[00:03:24] I mean, competent enough to be on the case.

[00:03:28] Look, I mean, she escaped with just a slap on the wrist from the Superior Court.
[00:03:33] And, you know, it just seems like
[00:03:37] she could stay if Trump or if Wade got removed.
[00:03:40] Of course, that happened.
[00:03:42] Now I heard Wade's wife's going after him because he's claiming that he's broke
[00:03:46] and he can't pay child support or maybe spousal support.
[00:03:50] Also, I'm not sure I didn't really look at the details of it.
[00:03:52] So so the court's given Trump's appeal, the green light to go ahead,
[00:03:56] which I'm excited about.
[00:03:57] I think it's it's about time.
[00:03:59] I think Fannie Willis should have been removed immediately when all this came out
[00:04:03] about all the pay to play programs.
[00:04:06] I don't like the communication with the Biden White House either
[00:04:09] that they've been involved in.
[00:04:11] So we know Trump pleaded not guilty.
[00:04:13] And of course, he's accused the prosecutors of political motivation.
[00:04:17] Right. And it's all about damaging his campaign, which I believe is true.
[00:04:21] What do you think, George?
[00:04:22] Um. It's very damaging, you know, like
[00:04:27] people already made their assumptions, you know, people are quick to
[00:04:31] rule in their own court of minds without hearing the evidence.
[00:04:34] And, you know, you just have the Trump haters that will always believe that.
[00:04:38] But, you know, this judge, Scott McAfee, he, you know,
[00:04:42] when he ruled the letter, stay on the Trump election interference case
[00:04:46] and then Wade removed himself like.
[00:04:49] The people in Georgia, this is your taxpayer money being wasted.
[00:04:55] This guy was getting paid
[00:04:57] how much to 50 an hour and all these other expenses.
[00:05:00] And he doesn't even qualified to be a special prosecutor.
[00:05:04] He's an ambulance chaser at best.
[00:05:06] And you should these people are not speaking up.
[00:05:08] And this is what like I don't get it.
[00:05:10] Like they should be calling in.
[00:05:13] They should be calling into their governor and demanding.
[00:05:16] Here's my concern, George.
[00:05:17] I got to ask you this.
[00:05:19] Don't you think the fact that she lied about the romantic liaison,
[00:05:23] she lied about when it started, she lied about how long it had been going on.
[00:05:27] She lied and she lied and she lied some more under oath.
[00:05:31] How can how is her credibility at this point as a prosecutor,
[00:05:35] as the person handling an important case for Donald Trump?
[00:05:40] Not so much for Georgia. We know it's a sham.
[00:05:42] But how do we leave her in that position, George?
[00:05:44] Can she be trusted at this point?
[00:05:46] Do you think? Hell, no.
[00:05:47] In any case that she prosecuted over and any that people were found guilty,
[00:05:52] they should be calling their lawyers right now and demanding
[00:05:55] putting appeals in based on her credibility.
[00:05:58] Because what are the what are the cases that she lie manipulate on
[00:06:02] to get to get a prosecution to get that win in a win column?
[00:06:06] Yeah. I mean, I think that's an amazing point you just made.
[00:06:10] And that's the difficulty, right?
[00:06:11] You look at these cases that, you know, and they're happening
[00:06:13] in state and federal.
[00:06:15] And when you go to these federal cases and you start to have to question
[00:06:19] the integrity, the honesty, the morality, right?
[00:06:23] The ethical standards that these people that are bringing these cases,
[00:06:27] these these Department of Justice, AUSAs and USAs.
[00:06:31] Isn't that a big deal?
[00:06:32] I mean, don't we all really have to start to wonder
[00:06:34] that nobody in the justice system can really be trusted
[00:06:37] because you can't have rules for the and not for me.
[00:06:41] You can't have a misapplication law.
[00:06:43] And you sure as hell can't have somebody that's handling cases like this
[00:06:46] that can't be trusted.
[00:06:48] And I think lying is is is really a paramount issue
[00:06:52] and especially lying under oath when you're somebody like a prosecutor
[00:06:56] that knows the rules, George.
[00:06:57] I mean, that makes it even worse, doesn't it?
[00:06:59] Because she's a prosecutor and she lied.
[00:07:02] Well, it doesn't help, Lance, when you have the top cop
[00:07:05] of the United States, Attorney General Merrick Garland defying
[00:07:11] Congress's subpoenas.
[00:07:13] And he just don't rule breaking the law, too.
[00:07:17] He's like, oh, that doesn't apply to me.
[00:07:19] So so what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
[00:07:22] So of course they're going to follow suit.
[00:07:24] But he's got a set of presence.
[00:07:25] But let's let's look at George.
[00:07:26] Let's stay focused on Georgia, right?
[00:07:29] You have a Republican Congress there.
[00:07:32] What are they doing?
[00:07:33] None. You have a Republican governor.

[00:07:38] or his constituents that their money is being wasted on B.S.

[00:07:48] She should be disbarred.

[00:08:46] But I mean, it's everybody else can do it, can't do it, but they can.

[00:09:10] You know, and that's played and that's going to play out this week.
[00:09:13] The cone, it looks like in my opinion at this point,
[00:09:16] that it was a set, it was either a setup between Stormy Daniels and Cohn
[00:09:20] that they were trying to set up Trump for some big payday.
[00:09:22] Or it was Cohn himself who was having the the affair, not Trump.
[00:09:28] I mean, what lawyer is going to use his own money
[00:09:30] when he's got a billionaire as a client?
[00:09:33] I mean, no smart lawyer, but I'll say this, like I always say it.

[00:09:40] Where is the charge?
[00:09:41] What criminal charge is he being charged with?
[00:09:43] There is still no criminal charge against Trump.
[00:09:46] He's going to trial for and they don't even know what the charge is, really.

[00:09:54] and wonder what their real plan is or what's going on.

[00:10:00] all the guidance for these cases is coming directly out of the Biden White House.

[00:10:06] They met with many of these prosecutors teams before any indictments
[00:10:10] or any of the warrants were ever issued.
[00:10:13] So there's obviously Fox is in the henhouse.

[00:10:18] But I got to tell you, man, I think this is at least this is a win,
[00:10:22] if even a small win for Trump.
[00:10:24] And hopefully we're going to see more of these wins coming forward
[00:10:27] because we need to get him back on the road all the time.

[00:16:21] This morning, I issued a subpoena for targeted
[00:16:25] financial information from a certain financial institution
[00:16:29] related to Jim Biden, Sarah Biden and Hunter Biden.
[00:16:32] This is a result of many of the documents
[00:16:36] that Devin Archer turned over.
[00:16:38] Remember, he we subpoenaed and he turned over three point seven
[00:16:41] million documents, documents that never before been seen by any of the IRS
[00:16:45] investigators, the Securities and Exchange investigators or any of the different
[00:16:49] groups that have been investigating the Bidens for years and years and years.
[00:16:53] And we've been able to connect some dots, we believe,
[00:16:57] that will finally answer pretty much every question we've had about the source
[00:17:03] of this, these shady transactions that went into the Biden family members
[00:17:07] and what role exactly Joe Biden played in that role
[00:17:10] in his family's shady business dealings.
[00:17:12] So you've sent out the subpoena this morning to a major bank?

[00:17:18] And what specifically do you want to know from this bank
[00:17:21] in terms of these documents that you're looking for to connect those dots?
[00:17:25] We believe we found new accounts.
[00:17:27] And remember, the number of bank accounts that we've discovered
[00:17:31] over the past year and a half since I've had subpoena power,
[00:17:34] since the Republicans flipped the House is unbelievable.
[00:17:37] I mean, I don't think you would find very many people
[00:17:41] that have a billion dollar net worth that have as many different bank
[00:17:45] accounts as this Biden family had.
[00:17:48] Many of these were shell companies, as you and I have discussed, Maria,
[00:17:52] companies that sole purpose was to launder the money
[00:17:56] that the Bidens were receiving from China, from Romania, from Russia.
[00:18:01] And never one time through the course of this entire investigation,
[00:18:06] even during the depositions with Hunter Biden in the Transcontinental
[00:18:09] Interview with Jim Biden, were they able to answer exactly
[00:18:12] what the family did to receive this money?
[00:18:15] So we believe we found some more accounts that will answer some more questions
[00:18:19] and hopefully we can prepare to close this investigation
[00:18:22] and present our findings to the American people.

[00:19:09] And the Democrats have long been claiming that President Donald Trump
[00:19:12] and his supporters, you know, the Christian nationalist,
[00:19:14] nationalist and MAGA, you know, and the conspiracy theorists,
[00:19:17] you know, were a threat to the democracy.
[00:19:19] But they're under they're unable to really say how we're a threat.
[00:19:22] You're right, George. I can never really figure that out.
[00:19:24] Maybe it's the memes. It's all about the memes.
[00:19:28] But now an expert's warning that Joe Biden's Department of Justice
[00:19:31] with this and we discuss this so many times on our show,
[00:19:35] with its weaponization of the nation's justice system
[00:19:38] is the real threat to the Republic.
[00:19:41] This is coming from a guy that's really well experienced.
[00:19:43] His name is Gene Hamilton.
[00:19:44] He's a lawyer and official at the America First Legal Foundations.
[00:19:47] And this came during a hearing in front of the House
[00:19:50] select subcommittee on weaponization of the federal government.
[00:19:53] And they're talking about how Biden and the admin has turned
[00:19:56] the authorities of government into the arms of the Democrat Party.
[00:19:59] And I agree.
[00:20:00] There's no doubt that the Democrats and the current administration
[00:20:03] on both sides of the aisle is controlling the DOJ,
[00:20:07] the FBI and other departments, and they're using it as a bludgeon.
[00:20:10] If you don't agree with them, they're going to come after you.

[00:20:15] He said, prosecution and charging decisions are infused
[00:20:17] with racial and partisan political double standards.
[00:20:21] Immigration laws are ignored.
[00:20:23] The Federal Bureau of Investigation harasses protesting parents
[00:20:28] and they brand them domestic terrorists by some partisans
[00:20:30] while working diligently to shut down politically disfavored speech
[00:20:34] on the pretext of it being misinformation and disinformation.
[00:20:38] And that is a direct response to the Twitter files.

[00:21:25] of a federal government strong enough to do what the governed
[00:21:27] had consented to in the Constitution,
[00:21:30] but not so omnipotent as to be able to undermine the liberties

[00:21:42] in the hands of a few was a recipe for tyranny.

[00:27:24] Investigators say he's a transient and illegal immigrant from Mexico,

[00:27:30] LASD investigators strongly believe the two rapes
[00:27:33] he's charged with are not the only ones.
[00:27:36] Sarabia is formally charged with two felony counts of sexual assault
[00:27:40] for forcible rape of a woman just a few days ago on Sunday, May 12th
[00:27:44] and a 26 year old woman on Monday, the 13th.
[00:27:48] Two heroic deputies caught him in the act inside a white van
[00:27:51] in the San Gabriel Mountains and arrested him yesterday.
[00:27:55] There are a lot of very disturbing and heartbreaking details
[00:27:58] surrounding these two incidents that sound straight out of a horror movie,
[00:28:02] but we can't release them yet without jeopardizing LASD's case.
[00:28:06] This is a look at that, quote, rape dungeon on wheels,
[00:28:09] a van they say disgustingly outfitted for rape.
[00:28:12] It's a 2015 Ford Transit van, essentially a mobile cage
[00:28:17] with no windows in the back.
[00:28:18] Now a crime scene on wheels filled with evidence
[00:28:21] and under 24 hour surveillance in the LASD San Dimas parking lot.
[00:28:26] And this is where Sarabia would take his victims at night,
[00:28:29] a dark, scary, remote location in the Angeles National Forest
[00:28:33] with no chance of a cell signal.
[00:28:35] It's up Highway 39 in Azusa Canyon.
[00:28:39] You know, Lance, I'm surprised they gave him no bail.

[00:46:18] for Republican candidate among black voters
[00:46:21] in a generation, two generations,
[00:46:23] probably since 1960 and Richard Nixon
[00:46:26] against John F. Kennedy.
[00:46:27] That's how long we're really talking about
[00:46:30] when we're looking at this margin here.
[00:46:31] This could be a truly historic margin.
[00:46:33] It's quite a troubling sign for the Biden campaign.
[00:46:35] So where is Biden weakest among black voters?
[00:46:38] If you look at this number, who are they?
[00:46:40] Yeah, who are these voters?
[00:46:42] And let's break it down by age
[00:46:44] because I really think this gives you a good insight
[00:46:46] into what's exactly cooking here.
[00:46:48] Take a look here.
[00:46:49] If you look among black voters,
[00:46:50] age 50 and over,
[00:46:52] you see that Joe Biden has a very substantial lead here.
[00:46:54] Look at this, 82% to 8%.
[00:46:56] This lead is still in the 70s.
[00:46:57] This looks a lot like what we saw
[00:46:59] in the overall polling back in 2020.
[00:47:01] But look at voters under the age of 50.
[00:47:04] Look here, Donald Trump is pulling 25% of that vote.
[00:47:07] Joe Biden is at just 62% of this vote.
[00:47:11] This lead, Sarah,
[00:47:12] this lead is just south of 40 percentage points.
[00:47:15] This is historic.
[00:47:16] This is what a lot of folks have been talking about
[00:47:19] that Joe Biden has a specific problem
[00:47:21] among younger black voters.
[00:47:23] And that is exactly what's showing up right here.
[00:47:25] And this is, I think,
[00:47:26] a lot of the reason why you're gonna see Biden
[00:47:28] focusing more on black voters,
[00:47:30] why you're seeing Jim Clyburn go out there.
[00:47:31] Don't be surprised if they go to more colleges
[00:47:33] because the fact of the matter is
[00:47:35] older black voters still really much like Joe Biden.
[00:47:37] It's these younger black voters
[00:47:38] who very much are turning on him
[00:47:40] and being much more supportive of Donald Trump
[00:47:42] than they were four years ago.
[00:47:43] Of course, this is not the only thing
[00:47:45] that Joe Biden has to worry about,
[00:47:46] although these numbers look pretty dire
[00:47:49] and very different than they did in the last election.
[00:47:53] So give us some sense of what else he needs to think.

[00:48:00] Joe Biden has a problem with all black voters.

[00:48:11] The lower income middle class and lower middle class
[00:48:15] and obviously the poor don't like Joe Biden.

[00:48:20] Let's face it, he didn't get the votes he got last time.
[00:48:23] He's not gonna get the votes this time.
[00:48:25] The polls, even what they're saying there
[00:48:27] isn't completely true,
[00:48:28] but I do believe that he's got a major problem.
[00:48:30] It's gonna get worse and worse and worse.
[00:48:31] And that's why it's gonna be time for the old switcheroo.
