[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By Liberty and the Beauty of Mountain. If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

[00:00:33] America great again! The Big Mig. Well, good morning and welcome back to The Big Mig Show. Of course, I'm your host, Lance Migliaccio, with my co-host, George Ballantyne. Tip of the spear, edge of the knife. You know how we do it on this show. It's always about killing them with the truth and burying them with a smile. George B., how are you, brother? I'm good. Another day.

[00:01:02] Hey, you know what? Hold on, hold on, Lance. Hold on, I was going to say something. Stop, slow your roll. You had too much coffee. We got a twofer today. No, I just said, how's the weather there? Because it's cold and clammy here.

[00:01:31] I even heard some potential we might get some snow. It's not that cold yet, but it's just rainy and damp and nasty. In Colorado snow? It's sucking. I looked out the window, the dogs don't even want to go outside. You know how that is. I don't know. I mean, it's going to be in the 80s today, low 80s sun. Wow. Good for you. Nice. All right. I've got gold and silver I've had since a child. So this is the 62.2 gram prepper bar perforated and very easily broken down in your choice of three separate denominations.

[00:03:25] Of course, it fits a multitude of needs. The primary one I use it for is diversification, but it's, you know, it's great for asset protection from inflation, economic turmoil. Or in the case of the prepper bar, it's extremely unique utility for barter and trade because as you can see, you can see the denominations, the lines are those are just pieces you can snap off. And of course, it's unique utility for barter and trade. The prepper bar is a perfect gift for everybody out there. It's not just preppers.

[00:03:51] Anybody that wants a backup plan just in case it wants some peace of mind. Precious metals, the answer. Break me off a piece of that. The pepper bar. Well, here we are. Another day, another dollar, another grind. And it never really gets easier when you look at the news cycles. You know, George and I often shake our heads.

[00:05:11] Have you guys, George, did you see any of the, have you paid any attention to the Met Gala costumes at all? I've seen a couple. Gay ass stuff. I mean, whatever. It's all about, I mean, yeah, they, the more ridiculous they were, the more attention they get in the media and stuff. So, I mean, I, you know, I really, I, maybe I'm just out of touch. I look at some of the costumes. I don't even understand them. I saw Cardi B in a costume.

[00:05:39] It looked like she was either, she was either a, a full colon, which looked like that's what it was like a curvy, or it was a highly decorated dog shit. I don't really know. I don't really understand what these people are doing. And the sense of entitlement. I don't think people realize the fallout in line is unbelievable. They're getting just shredded. I don't, you know, spending a hundred thousand dollars for a ticket. I know they say it goes to the support that, you know, metropolitan art.

[00:06:09] I don't know how much of it gets stolen or manipulated or, you know, it's so hard nowadays with donations. And when I look at things like USAID, all of it kind of just hits me like, is the money really going to get to where it goes, George? I don't know that I trust the charities and the super PACs. I mean, there's a Democrat in the news stealing money from a PAC. It wasn't very much, but another one that was trying to raise money with Kamala Harris and had fake offices and fake phone numbers. It's being investigated by the FBI, but it wasn't much money.

[00:06:38] I think he only raised under two grand, but the scamming just never seems to stop. And that, and when you look at the Met Gala and think, you know how much those tickets are now, George? It used to be like 30 grand. And I thought that was too much. You know how much they are now? I have no idea. A hundred thousand dollars. A hundred thousand dollars to go to Met Gala. Yeah. And what do you get for that? A hundred thousand dollars. I guess you can get gawked at. What's the purpose of the Met Gala, Lance?

[00:07:09] It's to raise money for the Metropolitan Art Museum. Oh, so, okay. A hundred thousand dollars goes to the museum. All right. I can get that part. Allegedly. Allegedly. You know, I'm of the mindset anymore that I really question every dollar unless you're handing it to the actual source. It's so difficult. So difficult when you make a donation. But the fallout online is just the sense of entitlement, the arrogance. People are struggling. There's $5, $7, $8 gas at the pumps.

[00:07:38] The groceries are still expensive as hell. You know, people are having a hard time. And I just, I just, sometimes that kind of stuff I just think is like rubbing salt into the wound. Celebrities just out of touch. And then, then, then the ridiculous costumes, these, these stupid costumes where they look like they're, you know, they almost look like they're trying to raise demons. Honestly, look at a lot of it. It looks like just a bunch of people that are into raising demons. So, you mean like, um, the devil shit? What they do?

[00:08:08] Yeah. Satanic worship. There you go. I mean, like, you know, uh, Beyonce was in an outfit. It was like a skeleton gown. I don't even know what she spent for this gown. It had to be hundreds of thousands of dollars, I imagine. And, uh, she had a crown on, you know, and you just look at this stuff and you start looking at the representation. And a lot of B, a lot of people say she's a high priestess and all that dark satanic Hollywood shit. Um, I don't know. I don't know what to believe. I don't want to, I don't want to speculate cause I don't know for sure.

[00:08:35] But to me, I just, Metcalfe, I think, is run its route. I think all these, you know, this time spent with all the cameras and all the crap, it's just, I don't know. I'm stuck with it. I wasn't watching it. It's just that it shows up in the feed cause there's so much of it on X. Well, um, before we kick off, cause I, we're going to cover some stuff today that's pretty ugly. You guys know about it. Some of you, but there's, it just, it's continuing to go on and on and on the Democrats.

[00:09:01] And I'm not going to say they're the only ones, but they sure seem to be the main ones. It seems to be a party of pedophiles and pedophile protectors. And I just can't figure out how that happened. We're going to expose some of that stuff today. And it's disgusting. It's the judiciary. It's the DAs. It's the lenient judges. And it's the Epstein coverup, you know, it's just, and that's both sides of the aisle for that. But before we kick it off, I've been noticing, I've been watching Ric Flair and I got to give this guy credit. I don't even know how old Ric Flair is just trained. He's still alive, dude.

[00:09:30] He's still alive. Are you sure? Work, work. Yeah. Just honest to God, dude, he posts regular. He's a real regular poster. I'm trying to get him to come on the show. I'm talking to his manager about it. And, uh, I'd like to have him on cause he's, he's, he's, you know, I grew up with Ric Flair. I grew, you know, WWE, you know, world wrestling federation, WWF. And, you know, when you were a kid, you saw all this stuff. These guys were massive. It was Hulk Hogan and it was, you know, all the, all the biggies, uh, you know, uh, the,

[00:09:57] the Shah of Iran, you know, the, uh, the, the, the, no, the, what was his name? The Sheik. The Sheik. Ali Haji Sheik. Yeah. So all these guys, the giant, you know, there was so many classic guys and it was just one of those things. But anyway, you know, this guy is still. Jimmy, Jimmy Superfly Snooker. Yeah. Yeah. And, um, what was the guy that snapped into a Slim Jim? What was that guy? What was his name? George? Randy Macho Man Savage. Yeah. Randy Savage. Exactly.

[00:10:27] With his, uh, manager, the Sheik. What's her name? Oh yeah. What's, uh, uh, Miss something or other. I can't remember. I don't know. I don't know. It was, you know, it was over the top. You guys know it, you know, uh, this was later than state, you know, Stone Cold Steve Austin. This is the early, early stuff. And, uh, I went to one of the big, the big, uh, WrestleMania events when I was in college. It was here in Colorado with a bunch of the guys from the Colorado State University football team. We all loaded into pickup trucks and had kegs in the back shit. You could never get away with now.

[00:10:56] We were drinking out of kegs on the way back down in the back of the pickup trucks. And, uh, anyway. So, uh, I, I saw a clip of him just pumping it up and it was over the top. And I thought I would set the mood with something exciting before we kick off. Kind of. It's funny because, uh, just pay attention to the shirt I am wearing. Rare amongst the rare. And now you listen to this clip. And pal, I'll kiss your boots if you can do it. But to be the man, you gotta beat the man.

[00:11:26] And I'm saying, woo! Right here in Nashville, Tennessee, pal, I'm the man. Ric Flair and Steamboat, you're gonna be mine! Woo! He's a little nutty. I tell you though, WWE wrestlers, they must have taken some acting classes. They had to.

[00:11:55] Because all of them, when they come out with their spiels and this and that, sound like a pretty good at it. Lance, you're muted, Lance. You're talking but you're muted. Mute yourself in Zoom. Yeah, I did that. I did that too. No shit. I know you did. I had to blow my nose. Um, yeah. It's pretty, pretty crazy stuff. You gotta give them credit though. They, they built a multi, you know, billion dollar empire doing what they do. All right. Democrats.

[00:12:24] The party of pedophiles and pedophile protectors. And look, this is my big concern. I think America's children are under attack. And you know, the very people that have sworn to protect them. Uh, and this goes for Democrats and Republicans, but let's talk about the Democrat prosecutors, the judges, all the, all the alleged elite power brokers in Congress. And they just keep seeming to keep, uh, these people get caught. They make a deal, a big deal of catching them.

[00:12:51] And then they hand out these get out of jail free cards to the monsters who are preying on our children. You know, parents are fighting tooth and nail to keep their kids safe. And the left's progressive justice system is busy coddling child predators. They want to call them. They want to even change the name. They know the word pedophile and pedophile protector just is, it isn't acceptable, right? They want to call them, you know, um, uh, what is that George?

[00:13:17] They always use now the, um, I'm drawing a blank here for a minute. Uh, oh, uh, uh, uh, minor, attractive people maps, minor, attracted persons. And, you know, as parents, everything you're trying to do, you're trying to protect them, but you got to worry about what they're doing on TikTok and you got to worry about Instagram and you got to worry about, you know, the promotion of only fans, right?

[00:13:40] You know, because of these massive amounts of money people are making online on only fans only the top percentage, but they're showing these multi-million dollar lifestyles. And then, you know, like, uh, and then just keep, they're promoting this stuff to your kids because they want to corrupt them. And, you know, the stuff they're giving them, I'm getting these slaps on the wrist. They're getting these ridiculously good plea deals. They're erasing charges. The backroom deals are shielding the powerful. We've seen it with the Epstein files, still no freaking arrests.

[00:14:09] I mean, I, I don't understand why they think it's okay. And it's not an isolated incompetence. You know, we always want to say, oh, it's the government. They just, you know, they're not organized. No, it's not. I mean, look, we're $40 trillion in debt. They have plenty of money to get organized. This is a disgrace. And I just don't think we can allow this to happen. If you guys in the audience, you should be going into feeds. There are judges and the receipts are here and they're sickening.

[00:14:36] You know, there's a, there's a judge as an, this is the first example of an E. I caught this online and this is what started to piss me off. This judge Deidre Jefferson's. So she gives a, a prayer was caught with nearly 1900 images and videos of children being sexually abused. This guy was facing up to 60 years in prison. So instead this judge gives him one day, 24 hours behind bars. And the images were horrendous.

[00:15:04] We're talking about abuse of toddlers and children. And this is like a soft on crying outcome. Which shows the broader Democrat influence judicial leniency patterns. I mean, this is happening in the blue leaning legal circles. George Soros loves this stuff. This is what he loves to find. And the, and you tell me that a 24 hour sentence when somebody is looking at it up to 60 years in prison. Does that send a message to not do this? Or does that just send a message? Oh, it's okay.

[00:15:33] We understand you're a minor attracted person and we're going to protect you. This is the kind of judge that should be kicked the fuck out. This woman shouldn't make another day in the judiciary, but this is the problem with judges. There's really no oversight state or federal judges. They just kind of make their own calls. They don't really, they're not really responsible for making bad calls. You know, Tom, I got to stop, I got to stop you for a second because I'm looking at the context of this and it's saying part of the plea deal, right?

[00:16:04] So the prosecutor just needs to be held responsible just as much as a judge. Cause he made some kind of plea deal with the defense. You know, judges a lot of, most of the time, 99% of the time they'll go along with what the prosecutor plea deals. They don't, they don't like to go against it. However, cases like this, a judge should go against the plea deal and give them the hammer. 100%. You just nailed it because the judge is the final oversight, right?

[00:16:34] Right. If the plea deal is so, so you tell me, George, you know a little bit about this. If 60 years in prison was the sentence for a drug crime, would an individual for a drug crime get a 24 hour sentence in a plea deal? For a drug crime? Let's say there's a drug dealer and he's facing a 60 year state sentence. That's what his charges add up to.

[00:17:04] Would he get a 24 hour plea deal? Lance, it all depends. Is he, is he snitching? They made a deal like that. You know, I just thought of that too. That this person, the predator, they could have, they could have been flipping the script, you know, working with the, um, prosecutor's office. And that's the deal they got. That's another thing we don't know. We don't know that, but do you feel like 24 hours sends any kind of a good message as far as don't do this again? Um, absolutely not. A one day jail conviction.

[00:17:34] She cut off his balls. I, you know, and we'll get to that. There are other countries appear to be not as accepting of this as we are. Let's talk about Utah's. Uh, we, we're seeing a pattern here. Progressive style plea deals, all over the place in Utah. Uh, this is, this is all the Dem led DAs. This is all of what Soros does. He funds these DAs. Just look, I've got Jenna Griswold here in Colorado. So listen to this one.

[00:18:02] This is a former police officer, Colton Scott Johansson. He pled guilty. Now listen to what he pled guilty to, to sexually assaulting children and infants. This is what the guy's guilty of. That's scumbag on the screen. Facing up to 45 years. So what did he get? Now this is, this is a police officer. What one of the worst possible things, right? You turn to the police for help. And this is a guy that was assaulting children and infants.

[00:18:30] Think about how sick this fucking guy is. 30 days of home confinement. The prosecutors dropped the majority of the charges and recommended no prison time while a judge, in this case, was a GOP appointed. And this is the exact reform policies pushed hard by Democrat DAs in major cities. Reduced sentences. No accountability. Right? The transparency isn't big. I mean, your mainstream media doesn't want to cover this.

[00:18:58] And they're prioritizing the criminals over the victims. Now this guy assaulted children and infants. A fucking infants. Is this the judge? This woman? Well, this, this isn't that judge. Oh yeah, that's her. That's her. That's the judge on this case. Do we know? Because it's, it's here's another case. The prosecutor. They dropped the majority of the charges, right? Mm-hmm. Okay. Wonder why. I mean, here's another where the prosecutor needs to be held accountable.

[00:19:28] No doubt. The judge. What did we know? What did he end up getting charged with? Do we know? I don't know what his final charges were. I didn't, I didn't research beyond the scope of this. What I, what I found. Okay. And let me say this. If you're looking at 45 years to begin with, let's say that even 45 years was excessive. Let's say 20 years. Does 30 days of home confinement send a message to pedophiles, to child rapists.

[00:19:55] Does it send a message that you give them 30 days of home confinement to stop doing it? My question would be this 30 days of home confinement for the audience seem like a suitable sentence to keep your streets safe, to protect your children from a guy that assaulted children and infants. This is a sick son of a bitch. This is not something you can cure. This guy is going to be like this for the rest of his life. Anybody that's creepy, it's drawn to children and infants.

[00:20:25] This is not fixable. This is not a human being that belongs on the street. I don't believe it. I don't, I don't think this is how we protect our families and our loved ones. You know, I mean, one of your favorites, George, Katanji Brown Jackson. She's got a record of way below guideline leniency on child porn cases. She's done it over and over again. She was a district judge. She was nominated by Biden. You guys know this and defended by lots of Senate Democrats.

[00:20:53] She now she sits on the Supreme Court. She repeatedly handed out sentences far softer than the federal guidelines recommended. And yeah, Booker and Fan Fan allowed them to do that. Those cases allow them to give shorter sentences. But these, these are people that were convicted of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse materials. I mean, this is a pattern. And we're giving these people a lot of power in the case of these judges lifetime appointments.

[00:21:21] I just, I just don't think these are the kind of people that should be making these decisions. You know, now look at, look at California. Look what they did. I mean, what do you think George Katanji Jackson? A pattern over and over again of giving reduced sentences, not to other criminals. This isn't a pattern where she was giving reduced sentences to all the other criminals. She just decided that pedophiles and human traffickers and child pornographers, they deserve a break. Do those seem people on the list of top people that deserve a break?

[00:21:51] She's a Supreme Court justice. Yeah. I mean, is that for you guys in the audience? Is this the kind of judiciary that you want? And I'm talking about Democrats, but you know that other judge was a Republican. I'm saying that this is a pattern we're seeing. This is not the judiciary that's supposed to be protect us. And meanwhile, there are tons of people sitting in jail for their first time drug offense with massive sentences. Five, 10, 15 years for a first time drug offense.

[00:22:17] For first time offenders in the federal system, you are definitely getting time. There are no breaks. First time offenders are getting a sentence guaranteed. And in the case of you're a pedophile, you might as well just be a pedophile and a pornographer, I guess. Child pornographer, you're going to get a break. California Democrats are now pushing for early release of violent sex offenders. Early release of violent sex offenders. Do you want early release of these people on the streets? These are the people that deserve a break.

[00:22:43] If everybody's sitting in prison right now, if you're going to make a decision that you have to release early, 30% of the population are violent sex offenders on your list. They're not on my list. They're going to be at the bottom of the food chain. So, you know, they, you know, Dem lawmakers, they've killed bipartisan bills like Mary Bella's law that would have closed loopholes allowing elderly parole for child rapists and violent predators. Instead, they're backed, you know, by these policies, letting these monsters out early.

[00:23:12] And they're prioritizing reform over child safety. There's another good one for you. Washington state. Yeah, we know that's a liberal hellhole, right? Ruined. Okay. And they want to reduce penalties for sex offenders. So those Democrats are advancing bills, slashing the punishment punishments for convicted predators. Okay. Who fail to register near schools and kids areas while they're rejecting amendments to keep them farther away.

[00:23:42] So they, they, they're okay with these child sex offenders, these predators and pedophiles living without putting themselves on the sexual register. Cause you know, they're all supposed to register and they're moving next to schools and kids areas, parks where kids play that sort of thing. You think that's a good idea? Does anybody in the audience think it's good? I think it's a horrible, horrible idea. Is this, and you have to ask yourself, where's the common sense? Where's the, for the people by the people.

[00:24:12] I mean, you know, they also want to introduce measures to re to go easy on online child learning stings. Now you've seen these guys online, George, these guys that have been catching these predators where they're, where they're trying to hook up with 10 and 11 and 12 year old little boys and girls. They meet them online. They try to get the dialogue and then they start sending them pictures and they start making all, and then they get caught and they go, Oh, that wasn't me. I was, I don't know. But of course it's them. Now, to me, this is a broader pattern.

[00:24:42] It's more common in the blue cities and the Soros back DAs. They all want to go soft on what I would call the most horrendous crimes. You know, they did. Of course, the legal immigrants who commit these kinds of crimes and commit rapes and child assaults. Yeah. Let's just protect them. They're not even, they're not even citizens, but they're going to get a break. So all these progressive prosecutors and these Democrats strongholds, like, and you want to think about places like LA, right?

[00:25:10] Well, let's go to your backyard, buddy. Oh, it's terrible. Let's go. We got what? Four of these Democrats? Oh, it's terrible. Oh yeah. I mean, look, what do we got? Adrian Benitez. Nick. I can't hit Hinchrichson. I didn't notice Katie Wallace and Mike Weissman. They all voted to block Senate Bill 26-115, a proposal that would require mandatory jail time for those convicted of raping a child.

[00:25:40] Not for nothing, but why isn't there mandatory jail time for raping a child? How is that not even possible? I mean, they give you mandatory jail time for like certain drug offenses, this and that, but this is just sickening. Sickening. I get, you know what? And Colorado's a hellhole. We got Jenna Griswold here. You know, so all these, these four people, right, right here. And let's look at Ketanji, Jackson Brown.

[00:26:07] Those five, just somebody do deep dives into their family. See if any family members ever been convicted of sex, like hurting a child, any kind of sex crimes, rape and stuff. And maybe that's why they're voting this way. Because it would seem plausible because I think it's very plausible. I wonder if it, if it happened to one of their children, God forbid, I hope I wish no ill will on any child, but I'm just saying hypothetical.

[00:26:32] If it happened to one of their children, they would freaking, oh my God, they would cry for the book on that person. Let's take it a step further. Let's say somebody raped the four of them. Let's say that all of a sudden somebody said, okay, well, let's see how you feel about rape yourself. I don't know, man. Did you look at them? Kind of doubtful. It would be a hard ride, but let's say we could get an illegal immigrant to rape them. Let's just say theoretically we set it up. You know, this is a hypothetical, of course. I'm not suggesting anybody should do this. I'm not suggesting violence.

[00:26:58] But if any one of those four were raped, would they be screaming at the top of the rafters for the person to get mandatory jail time? How would they feel about that? These are four people that were elected to protect the people of Colorado. And we're talking about this in every state, but these four Coloradoans here smiling away in their little pictures here, their little political pictures, right? And they want to go lenient on, they don't want any mandatory jail time for people that are raping children.

[00:27:28] I'd love to go through their computers and see what's on their computers. I'd love to see what they're looking at. Wouldn't you love to get a little snapshot of their daily searches online, see what they're up to? But they didn't just oppose it. They stopped it. So these aren't like oops moments. You know, this is these are systemic decisions, conscious decisions. And they're done by the majority of Democrat officials because they're prioritizing criminals over your children.

[00:27:56] This should just tell you what we're dealing with here. Nobody should be voting Democrat. I'm not telling you that I even really support voting Republican. It's hard because you have to vote, right? You don't want to just sit and do nothing. But if you've got a choice, why would you ever vote for Democrats with these kind of policies? I don't understand where this became acceptable. The whole plan is to protect rapists and pedos.

[00:28:21] And the Epstein files might be one of the most horrendous cases of our legal system not going after people. Why? Because they're wealthy. Because they're they're high level government officials. Because what? Because they're celebrities. You know, that's why I brought up the Met Gala. I'm sick of that whole special treatment for these people.

[00:28:43] I mean, the Epstein bought, you know, the unsealed files, the flight logs, the court documents that are naming the rich, powerful and politically connected who partied on the island. You know, the petto island, right? Lolita Island. I mean, Bill Clinton. Appears in two dozen times in the Lolita Express logs. High profile Democrats and elites. They're all tied in. Look at Reid Hoffman. So many emails between him and Epstein.

[00:29:10] You tell me why Reid Hoffman, the founder of LinkedIn, hasn't been arrested. I mean, this guy's trying to destroy this country anyway. He's a horrible human being. And what did Congress do? Nothing. They're dragging their feet on full transparency. They're blocking the aggressive investigations. They're protecting the network instead of exposing every last name and every client and charging them. Bunch of bipartisan foot dragging.

[00:29:34] But of course, the loudest defenders, the slow walkers, came from the same party that lectures us about protecting democracy. How about protecting us? They can't even protect democracy because they don't believe in it. It's division and chaos. They got to shield these this pedophile enablers. And they're you know, it's all it's it's a giant elite celebrity protection racket and Congress, especially on the left. They have zero interest in burning it all down.

[00:30:04] They really do. I mean, let's face it, all the cover up and we're going to go over that. You've seen the money that they've used to just buy themselves out of problems with this congressional slush fund. And I think the victims and the public, they deserve every name be released. The FBI needs to get off of their ass. Cash Patel needs to do what's necessary and start arresting these people. And I don't care who they are. If they're tied into Epstein, they need to be drug in and they need to be cross examined.

[00:30:33] And then they need to start building the wheel and start issuing the indictments. This isn't a justice system. This is a system of injustice. It's a pedophile protection program run by the Democrats who care more about their donors, their ideology and their power than your children's safety. I mean, you know, they're virtue signaling and they're pushing reform that lets these monsters roam free, putting them in the streets much faster than they should be. And I think real people are fed up.

[00:31:02] And I want to look at Brazil. And George, I don't know if you caught this story in Brazil, did you? I'm somewhat. I'm just taking care of someone. So you talk. Okay. So this is there was a 48 year old. So this is how Brazil is dealing with this. I'm wondering if this is the route we're going to end up having to go. I'm not suggesting this. I'm just saying that we're expecting our our legal system to protect us. And I'll be honest with you, if you give me a choice between a drug dealer.

[00:31:31] And a pedophile. I'm going to let the drug dealer out first, and that might not be a popular decision. I'm going to let another criminal out for some other crime way before that pedophile is going to be the bottom of the food chain if I'm the one making the decisions. So this was a 48 year old ice cream seller. Listen to what this guy does. He kidnaps a one year old baby. He rapes her and then he dumps her body in the river to cover it up.

[00:31:59] So, of course, the city went absolutely nuts about this. And a giant mob of citizens stormed the police station and told the police that if they didn't give them this guy, they were going to go after the police. So they dragged this rapist out. They beat him and they burned him alive on the spot. Hmm. Now, the mother's among those facing charges for the lynching. But, of course, the people took justice when the system wouldn't.

[00:32:28] And this is a case. I mean, this is this is horrible what happened to this this mother. And I, you know, putting these people out on the street. This is a mental issue. You will not fix these people. Anybody. You have to ask yourself. I can't even wrap my head around it because I'm clearly not a pedophile. I'm not somebody that thinks like this. And my question is, George, do you think these people are fixable? And my my my statement would be they're not fixable.

[00:32:55] If you're sexually attracted to an adolescent, a child, a baby. I don't believe that it is fixable. You castrate them. You cut their fucking balls off. You know, they say that part of it when it comes to child. Your camera's glitching. Keep going. Yeah, I see that. I'm at one of the cables, maybe the the thing is, I don't think that even castration,

[00:33:21] because they say it's not necessarily always a crime, a sexual crime, that sometimes it's a crime of violence. It's a start. It's a good start. We could. You know what, Lance? I mean, that I know I heard that you're you know, and that could be true. But do we have any credible information to back that up? So maybe we should start doing a study and then take some rapists, castrate them and see how they react. Why not? You know, and I don't disagree with you, but I don't know that even after that, I would be. Let me put it this way.

[00:33:51] There's let's say there's a guy sitting here that I know raped a baby and threw it into a river and they want to move him in a house next door to me. I don't even have children, but I can tell you that his time next door to me, he would want to move. I wouldn't want him living next door to me. I just I don't think people in this country. I think they've had it with these elite pedo protectors, right? I mean, they're wearing these Democrat robes. They're in the D.A.'s offices. They're in Congress. And I think the status quo is broken. It's corrupt. It's evil.

[00:34:20] And the system doesn't want to seem to protect our kids. In fact, they want to make it mainstream. They do it on TV. You see it on Netflix and Amazon. You see the adolescent, you know, pubescent children. They try to dress up in sexy manners. They try to push this stuff. And they're allowing a lot of grooming on Tick Tock. You know, we had high hopes for this new American ownership on Tick Tock. And I don't think a freaking thing has changed. I think it's the same cesspool of shit.

[00:34:50] It's been all along. You know, and I don't think it stops. Now, listen, a Phoenix family is suing the city for security failures. You know, after a pedophile criminal illegal alien from Liberia broke into their 10 year old daughter's elementary school and raped her. So here we got an illegal immigrant breaks into a school and rapes a 10 year old. You know, and of course, this occurred why ICE was battling Democrat mobs instead of deporting these pedophiles.

[00:35:19] Now you tell me, I mean, let me go this way. George, this is your daughter. She just got raped. She's 10 years old. And they don't they don't want that they're they're they're softballing this guy. I have to be honest with you. If somebody raped my child and the Democrats put him back on the street. That person would disappear. They would disappear. I wouldn't let it.

[00:35:44] I wouldn't let it stand if there was no accountability of somebody raped a toddler or my child and I knew they gave him 30 days of home detention. When that guy got out of home detention, I would hunt him down. He wouldn't know it. I would go total black ops clandestine and that guy would just disappear. I can tell you that wouldn't be a quick end. He would probably end up somewhere for a couple of days as I took my pound of flesh. You know, the Bible says an eye for an eye in this case.

[00:36:14] I don't disagree with that. Maybe they should ask the parents. What do you think should happen to this individual? Should we give him early release? Should we give him a 24 hour sentence? Should we give him 30 days of home confinement as a parent? What would you like to see happen? Maybe maybe the parents need to be more involved in decisions than the DA's and the judges, because they're not doing their job. Let's play this clip. Hmm. Tonight, a Phoenix family says they plan to sue the city of Phoenix, Maricopa County,

[00:36:41] the Washington Elementary School District and several employees after a 10 year old girl was sexually assaulted at Orangewood Elementary last November. The claim says convicted sex offender Abel Gabla not only got onto campus, but was able to reach an unlocked classroom and assault the child. The family is demanding $40 million, saying the attack was preventable and that probation officials and school staff failed to stop the suspect,

[00:37:08] who they say had a long history of violations and dangerous behavior. So it's interesting. Maricopa County. Yeah, they don't want to get rid of them because they need that votes. They want those people to vote. The Democrats do. So, it's sad. Look, a girl just got hurt. I mean, that shouldn't fucking happen. It's just... You know, you can leave messages with the clerks of the court, with these judges. You can leave messages for the congressional members. You can post online.

[00:37:38] If you guys feel like I do, you ought to let them know. You ought to really tell them what you really think. Find these judges. Find the DA's. Find the rest of them. Leave them messages. Or tell them personally if they answer the phone. Tell them what you think. And that's your right to do that. And then tell your congressional members that you're sick of their bullshit. And for people that are still voting Democrat, you know, look, I'm not telling you that voting choices are great. They're not. They're not good. But it is what it is.

[00:38:05] And if you just sit there quietly, this stuff's going to get worse and worse and worse. Because I feel like they're grooming us. They're trying to make it more acceptable. All right, George. I don't know what to think. Is the ceasefire over? Apparently not. As of this morning, it is not. I mean, it should be because they violated the ceasefire. They fired missiles at Iran. I mean, UAE. And they, their Fujira oil zone was caught on fire.

[00:38:35] Yeah. So, okay. What are we waiting for? Giving them more time? I mean, right then and there, they should have obliterated Iran. Enough's enough playing games with them. Just fucking drop the, drop the heat on them. Let's finish this shit. Let's get it over with. So we can move on. Enough's enough. You got enough boats. We got enough planes. Got enough ammo. Guys there. Just get it done. Got enough troops. Seize Karg Island. Cause it's almost full. We'll take all the oil. Drain it out.

[00:39:05] Use it to pay for the, pay for the milk for this military operation. And then let them keep filling up and we'll keep taking oil. Give a little bit to Iran and let them rebuild. Not enough. Yeah. Hit the power plant, shut down the mining, the Bitcoin mining. Hold on. Cause you can't allow them. And countries like this, even if you free them and stuff, but you can't allow them to have that much money to the government. Cause they can do it again. So. Yeah. They're just going to rearm every time during the ceasefire.

[00:39:35] I'm sure they've been doing whatever they can to sneak in new weapons. Now the UAE, they seem to have, you know, have suffered here. You know, they just, the Fujiara oil zone is on fire. And what, you know, it seems like the UAE has full and legitimate right to respond to these attacks. I don't know why they haven't. I would think they should. I kind of looked up. They have the ability to do so. Sure. They rely on the U S for protection, but I think the ceasefire is broken in the middle of

[00:40:05] the middle East and why the administration came out to say, no, the ceasefire is still in place. I don't see this being, you see, let's put it this way. How come the U S isn't retaliating? I mean, the Iran just did it. Why don't they say, okay, well, the ceasefire is in place, but we're going to blow the shit out of Cargill and you're done. No, no, they didn't do it. Now, this is the first time that the Iran attacked a Gulf state since the ceasefire was announced nearly a month ago, but still.

[00:40:31] I mean, IRGC, you know, they, the, the U S admirals have already identified, uh, that they're targeting commercial and U S military ship with cruise missiles. That doesn't sound like a ceasefire to me. I don't know what the fuck the administration is doing. This is ridiculous. I mean, I don't know what Donald Trump is thinking. I don't know if he's bowing down to the pressure. I don't know what he's doing, but I'm with George. Let's let's light these mofos up.

[00:40:58] The U S they sank seven Iranian small boats that were harassing cargo ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Okay, good. Why do they still have boats? Why haven't we just blown little boats? I don't know the small boats. I mean, gotta find them. Why don't we just hit all the ports and just hammer all the boats and stop? We said that weeks ago. Yeah. Let's play this. Trump threatens to blow the Mullah's regime off the face of the earth. Yeah. Well, he hasn't done it. And I'm wondering what he's going to do. Let's be about it. Enough's enough. We told you this was going to happen.

[00:41:28] ...lucas Tomlinson joining us now from Dubai. The UAE slamming, quote, unprovoked terror attacks from Iran today using missiles and drones headed into the UAE. Lucas, welcome. What's the latest from where you are? Martha, we've heard explosions in the distance throughout the evening. We've received at least four push alerts to our mobile phones warning of us of incoming missiles.

[00:41:54] And we just heard from the commander of U.S. Central Command, Admiral Brad Cooper, who says U.S. warships and commercial ships came under missile attack earlier while transiting the Strait of Hormuz. And Apache gunships and MH-60 Seahawk helicopters were dispatched to destroy six Iranian small boats. You read the beginning of that statement from the UAE foreign ministry. I'll continue.

[00:42:15] It says, quote, the United Arab Emirates has condemned in the strongest terms renewed terrorist, unprovoked Iranian attacks targeting civilian sites and facilities in the country using missiles and drones, which resulted in the injury of three Indian nationals. And the UAE defense ministry just put out a statement saying Emirati air defenses today engaged 12 ballistic missiles, three cruise missiles and four drones after U.S. warships helped get those two U.S. flag cargo ships out of the Persian Gulf and through the Strait of Hormuz.

[00:42:44] This morning, those same warships, commercial vessels came under attack. And Iran also launched an attack on the Fujairah, one of the Emirates along the Gulf of Oman and home to major oil terminals, including that pipeline that bypasses the Strait of Hormuz. Perhaps Iran is angry about UAE leaving OPEC on Friday. So some think this month long ceasefire has ended. And it's quite clear today that Iran wants to keep the Strait of Hormuz closed. Martha. Yep. You know, I know Trump's trying to be diplomatic and, you know. All right.

[00:43:14] We've been. You gave a ceasefire. You extended it. Enough's enough. Let's get to it. Well, Lance, I got it. I got it. Yesterday was a funny day. I don't. You said you didn't watch these. So. Trump had at the White House is a small business owner, people, whatever. And, you know, Trump. While he's addressing the media, he does his little trolling. And I think he's putting feelers out there. I personally think he is. And I think he's going to.

[00:43:42] I think he's trying to see if he can get away with doing another term after this. Because he's talking about tax deductions. And he goes out. And he's saying, yeah, you know, who uses own tax deductions when he's out of office eight, nine years from now. And he just casually doing it. And it's funny. Watch his face and look at the reaction. Everybody. Everybody loves it though. I know you do, Lance. So you have it for a while. I really was going to make it for a one year period. That would mean you spend all your money immediately.

[00:44:12] Now, unfortunately, I gave you too much time. I was sort of against that. I said, let's do it for a shorter period of time. But we did it. It's the right thing. And this way, when I get out of office in, let's say, eight or nine years from now, I'll be able to use it. I'll be able to use it myself. What do you think, Lance? Four more years.

[00:44:42] Four more years. You're muted again, Lance. Dude, I think, I think, what? Yeah. If let me say this. I agree with this in some ways. If we're going to see the transparency, accountability and consequences. You know, I'd be okay with him going into full martial law before the next presidential election, assuming that we were going to clean things up. I'm still waiting for the swamp to be drained. So, yeah, I love when he trolls. I love his sense of humor.

[00:45:11] You know, I'm a New Yorker, so I love the way he does things. But I'm not going to just blindly say, hell yeah. What I'm going to say is, hell yeah, if. That's what I'm going to say. But I got to say something. This guy does have a crazy amount of energy. I'm always shocked the amount of energy he puts in. And I think it's infectious. I think that's why people like Marco Rubio and J.D. Vance and all the rest of them just seem to be, you know, pushing their game as hard as they can. Because you got to keep up with the Don.

[00:45:42] Poor Lance, no picking on him. Get the F out of here. I'm picking on him. He's crazy as hell, but you're his mommy. Maybe you're not feeling well. Yeah, that's why. You'll get excused. All right. You know, it's funny you said that the way he's he's he acts because he's talking about now his health. He's like, he says he goes, I'm not a senior. I'm feeling younger than you. I mean, but he goes another troll to me. He goes, he has to be careful because if he says something the wrong way, if he's not feeling well, you know, the media will spin it. Oh, he's sick.

[00:46:12] Yada yada yada. I'll play this one too, because I love it. I'm like, go home. Sir, you're making another speech. And this one's in front of the richest people in the world. I went from an unbelievable group of seniors. Now, of course, I'm not a senior. I'm far younger than you. It's true. I feel like I feel the same as I felt 50 years ago. I don't know. There'll be a period of time when I don't tell you that. There'll be some honest. I'll say it's not looking good. I have to be careful.

[00:46:39] If I said, as an example, I'm not feeling well. They put on, Donald Trump is not feeling well because they're just, they won't know that I'm using that. It's just a reference point. And they'll say, listen to this. I'll say, I'm not feeling well. Well, someday I might say that to you and you'll be the first to know. Actually, I won't have to say it because you'll be able to see it just like you did in the last administration. And he's right.

[00:47:09] Joe Biden was a mess. He had to mention Alzheimer's. You know, he's, he's, you know, you can see it even now how awful he is when he has any interaction. If guys lost, never should have happened. Congress should have done something about it. But that's, that's the problem when you have a uniparty destructive entity like the congressional members we have. There's so few good ones anymore. Um, but look, you know, uh, at least he's honest and I, I'll give him that. And he is a funny guy. There's no doubt about it.

[00:47:36] Um, this is this last thing is this next clip. He's right over the target. He's right. This is what they did to cheat on the numbers. Hold on. Here we go. So we had to cut the jobs cause we were way bloated with federal jobs. And, you know, I could make, I could with one swipe of the pen, I could say, let's have no employment and I'll hire a million people or 2 million people. I say, we just hired a million people and we have absolutely no employment. And that's what they would do. They'd have bad numbers coming up.

[00:48:06] So they'd hire a couple of hundred thousand people and the numbers would look okay. With me, it's the exact opposite. We terminate a lot of federal jobs that are unnecessary and they don't like me for doing it. But a year later, they liked me because they end up having a much better job, oftentimes in a place where they'd much rather live. You know, they go to the place that they want to go. They're not stuck in Washington or someplace else. And they do much better.

[00:48:35] And in the end, I mean, I've had a lot of people come up. They say, I was so angry at you. But now I'm making sometimes two or three times the money and a job that I really like. So you got to do what you have to do. You have to politically, I don't know if it's good, bad or indifferent. I think it's probably bad, maybe politically. But in the meantime, I'm in the White House. So maybe it's good. He's right. He is. He's right. And that's what it takes. All right.

[00:49:05] This next one, it should infuriate everybody because I know it pisses you off, Lance, and then it pisses the hell out of me. Because this judge is a peace POS. You know, this is Judge Zia Faruqi. And he apologized to Cole Allen, the same Cole Allen that tried to assassinate President Trump and whoever else was there. Anybody in that room. And that's right. There was liberal media in that room. So you could have got hit too. Just ask Wolf Blitzer. He was right there in the hallway.

[00:49:35] I mean, where's the apologies for the J6s for that treatment? This dude, Cole Allen. See, the judge doesn't want to, doesn't either didn't read the whole part. He thought he was going to be killed when he tried killing the president and he wanted to die. Hence, that automatically puts you on suicide watch. And the judge wants to apologize saying, oh, for the treatment you got in the jail. What are you going to release him with no bail now too?

[00:50:05] RR the guy. I mean, come on. This is crazy. I know the judge is getting a lot of. A lot of nasty comments on social media. I've seen. He should. And he should get some messages at his office. You can call the clerk's office and tell him what kind of bullshit is this. He should resign. This is this is exactly the problem with the judiciary. I'm not saying there aren't good judges. There's some amazing judges across the country. I've seen some of their rulings. Very bright guys and women that are doing the right thing. This is not one of them.

[00:50:35] We don't apologize to somebody that was this guy might have sprayed the whole audience. I mean, we might be looking at, you know, I don't know how many magazines he had on him. I don't know how many rounds he had. What if he after he got done? What if he'd hit one of his targets? Let's say he got J.D. Vance or Donald Trump and then he turned his weapon on the audience and just started spraying the audience. This judge has got to be out of his freaking gourd. And this is exactly the kind of judge that should get fired. This is just about sanctions.

[00:50:59] People doing a shitty job should pay the consequences of doing a shitty job. You want to know something? This just came out just now. I just happened to catch it. Remember the staffer for Democrat Senator Cory Booker? Remember when he brought the gun into the Capitol without a license? Yes. Well, you just saw his charges were quickly dropped. Yeah. Nice. Yeah. And that's more of it, right? It's more of the cover up.

[00:51:29] If you brought a weapon into the Capitol, look what they did to the J6ers. They didn't even have weapons. If you brought a weapon into the Capitol without any approval, what would be the consequences? And that's that's the point. It's rules for the not for me. You guys should just be so angry and so fed up with this. This is not you are not safe because of these decisions that these DAs, these prosecutors and these judges. They're not making good decisions.

[00:51:58] And that's the problem. And there's no accountability. They're not being sanctioned. They're not being told you're going to take six months of unpaid leave. They're not. There's no penalty. They just do it all. No big deal. I just did it again. It's OK. Oh, oh, oh, I guess the press didn't like it. You know? All right. You know, this is this is a problem caused by our congressional members. I don't know if a president at this point, because you guys don't know about all the attacks.

[00:52:25] We've heard some of the details of additional attempts on Donald Trump's life from his first term. I've heard it exceeded more than 20 potential attempts in his first term. I don't know where we're at on the second term, but this violence because of the violent rhetoric of influencers online on congressional members, you know, calling for Donald Trump's death. Doesn't matter whether they're on TikTok, Instagram or otherwise. Those people don't get suspended, by the way.

[00:52:53] It's amazing how they can get away with saying stuff on there and nothing happens to their accounts. But if you talk about covid, oh, my God. Yeah, you can get a suspension immediately. Or if you're George and you post something that's just in the news, they'll just spend it like that. Oh, yeah. Got to get rid of George. But a Secret Service just shoots an armed suspect near the White House. You guys heard about it. A bystander was grazed. But I guess this happened around 3.30 p.m. on Monday.

[00:53:19] And the suspect fled, fired a pursuing officers who returned fire and recovered his handgun. You know, look, this is because of what's happening online. These people are being pushed. They're like, oh, it sure would be great if somebody, you know, got a, you know, got made a made an attack or did this. And they recommend it. And then this happens. And then they all go, what? Who? What? I didn't say anything. And you've seen it. They all, they all, you know, they hate the Trump derangement syndrome. They push it.

[00:53:48] And that's what's happening. And one of these times, I'm going to say this, one of these attacks is going to be successful. And then I wonder what's going to happen. What's going to happen then? What's going to happen in Congress? They're so busy stealing money and manipulating funds inside of trading. They don't care about protecting you. They just don't. Let's play the clip. What's going to happen. This judge? Good afternoon to you, Judge Zia Farakwee.

[00:54:16] Farakwee, apologize to suspect Paul Allen for the treatment he's received so far while he's been behind bars. He's been put on suicide watch by the Department of Corrections. And the judge was asking why. An attorney for the government said that he was put on suicide watch because he told FBI agents the night of the White House correspondence dinner attack that he didn't expect to survive. And his language suggested that he really was not expecting to survive his trip to Washington, D.C.

[00:54:45] And the ultimate incident where he allegedly showed up with a weapon to try and assassinate President Trump. He's been charged with that crime. But the judge very concerned about his constitutional rights, saying the defendant has requested a Bible, has requested meetings with his legal team, and that has not been allowed. He's been put in restrictive 24-hour lockup with no windows and a padded room without an opportunity to get out for recreation.

[00:55:12] And so the judge making it clear to the Department of Corrections that he wants answers by tomorrow morning about exactly what the housing determination will be made for the suspect in this case, out of grave concern about his constitutional rights. And that apology issued near the end of the hearing. And so quite a moment just moments ago in federal court. Bottom line, the Department of Corrections said they wanted to make sure that he survived, that this is a high-profile case.

[00:55:39] And all involved acknowledged it is a high-profile case. But again, the judge concerned about the treatment he's gotten since he was arrested after the White House Correspondents Dinner shooting incident. Sandra, back to you. A lot of people might be shocked by that. The judge apologized to this guy, who's a killer, who if he had gotten another couple yards. We never played that clip. Sorry. All right, we'll play the Secret Service one. Lance's fault.

[00:56:07] Approximately 3.30 this afternoon, our plainclothes officers and agents that consistently patrol the outer perimeter of the White House complex identified a suspicious individual that appeared to have a firearm. They called in support from our marked, uniformed Secret Service police to make contact with that individual.

[00:56:30] Upon making contact, that individual fled briefly on foot, withdrew a firearm, and fired in the direction of our agents and officers. They returned, fired and engaged. That individual was hit. He's since been transported to the hospital. I have no comments on his condition. I can tell you that at least one, we believe only one bystander was hit by the suspect.

[00:56:55] That individual, it's a juvenile, did not sustain any life-threatening injuries, but he's also receiving treatment at the hospital. Another attempt. Could be. Or, yeah. I mean, how many more? Keep with the rhetoric, Democrats. Keep with the rhetoric. So, you know. You know what, Lance?

[00:57:22] Democrats are trying anything because they're in such full panic mode right now. Because they're watching all their tactics slowly be taken away from them. Especially with the gerrymandering, the race-based stitch tricks. They're in, they're like in such panic mode. I don't think they know what to do. They really don't because like, if you take away those advantages that they've always had, granted, still could cheat, but we're working on that hopefully. Somehow.

[00:57:52] I mean, what are they going to do? Are they actually going to have to really start working for the American people and start telling the truth to win their votes? I will tell you this, that if the criminals in Congress, if tomorrow morning the FBI raided Congress and arrested a couple of hundred of these congressional members that have participated in all sorts of crimes for their crimes, I bet you the fear of God would come across all of them. I think a lot of stuff, they would go into shock mode.

[00:58:20] If all of a sudden Nancy Pelosi and her husband got snatched up for insider trading, as did many others on both sides of the aisle. That's the problem, right? It's kind of like what we talked about in the early story about the pedophiles. The slap on the wrist isn't enough. A warning is not enough. Drop charges. It just proliferates more behavior. If you can get away with something, listen, if I could get away with insider trading, I would focus on it 24-7 because insider trading would be a very valuable way to make guaranteed investments, right?

[00:58:49] Everybody would think, because I'm sure everybody in our audience would love the insider trade if it was legal. Now, would the benefit reduce? Would it disappear? Sure. If everybody was doing it, there would be a reduction in the value of it. But I'm saying that this is what happens. And it doesn't matter whether it's theft or even price fixing. You know, and you guys are saying- Hold on. Before you do that, I want to say something because we're talking about judges and all, you know, rules for the not for me, Democrats getting away with stuff. But here's another thing.

[00:59:18] So there's one week left to charge Fauci for lying to Congress about getting a function. They got one week left. I don't think that's covered under the pardon thing for lying to Congress. So, I mean, what are they waiting for? Why don't they want to charge him? Charge him already. I mean, another crazy thing. Mm-hmm. 100%. Who's got to do that? Todd Blanche? Yeah.

[00:59:47] I mean, Todd Blanche has already done more than, you know, the previous AG did in a year and a half or whatever she was in there for. But again, I'm not saying what he's delivered on everything. Again, government gangsters got the book. You know, what are Cash and them doing? They said they were going to drain the swamp. And I don't see it. And I'm impatient at this point. They've had plenty of time. The charges are obvious. It's time to reverse some of those auto pen. And again, I know that that's what Fauci is counting on. The auto pen pardon.

[01:00:17] I don't think that's, I think that's unacceptable. Right. And I don't think that should be allowed to stand. Let's talk about agricultural secretary, Brooke. You guys are feeling it. You're feeling the pain at the grocery stores. You're feeling the pain when you check out meat. Beef is ridiculous. Everything's gone up. It doesn't matter whether it's pork, chicken. It's all more expensive. You're getting less. You're making tough decisions for your families, which I don't like. They're wasting billions of dollars still.

[01:00:45] I haven't seen any USAID arrests. And now we're finding out that foreign companies, which foreign ownership of our farmland and our food supply should be no, no go. No foreign company ownership. But here, the Trump administration says they're going to be cracking down. Well, I don't know what cracking down means. Does that mean arrests? He's going to force them to stop colluding in lower prices.

[01:01:06] So I guess half of these meatpacking giants, including the largest meatpacker in the world, are either foreign owned or have significant foreign ownership and control, making them a threat. But of course, our cattle producers are suffering this. Some of the cattle producers are getting together and they're trying to do their own meatpacking because they're tired of this. And it's a threat to America. Our food supply is a national security interest. And it's becoming more and more clear that food security is national security.

[01:01:35] They recognize it, but they're I don't know if they're moving fast enough. So I guess is that a bunch of foreign ownership of these meatpackers has been affiliated not just with corruption. But how about the cartels being involved in our meatpacking? Now, they're doing it because they're using human traffic, slave labor, which is bad enough on its own. But what about the detriment to you guys at the registers? So I guess they, you know, four firms control a market.

[01:02:03] Suppliers and food prices are being rocked because they're all colluding. And they know about these challenges. But let's play the clip. Is it is this enough? No, is it? The consolidation in U.S. meatpacking has led to just four meatpackers. JBS, a Brazilian owned company, Cargill, Tyson Foods and National Beef, another Brazilian company. Those four companies monopolize about 85 percent of the U.S. processing market today.

[01:02:33] But it hasn't always been that way. The rate of this four firm control has accelerated since the 1970s. According to USDA data, concentration for cattle slaughter of these four was only 25 percent in 1977 and jumped to 71 percent by 1992. As mentioned today, it is an astounding 85 percent.

[01:02:57] Notably, these four firms now own together more than 70 subsidiary companies today. They don't own them together. But in total, there are 70 subsidiary companies that are owned by these four. This has led to a frightening landscape for cattle ranchers. Industry consolidation reduces options for our ranchers looking to sell their cattle. It weakens their negotiating power and it risks reliance upon a single buyer.

[01:03:26] Today, the concentration of larger plants opens the door to tighter coordination by the big four with producers and perhaps the exertion, perhaps the exertion of control over them as well, given they have limited options to sell their cattle. As ranchers face fewer options for selling their animals, the big four grows stronger and stronger. These companies now have an unprecedented ability to wield market power and influence prices paid for cattle,

[01:03:54] definitely more so than if we had greater competition. On top of that, half of these meatpacking giants, including the largest meatpacker in the world, are either foreign owned or have significant foreign ownership and control, making them a threat not just to our cattle producers, but a threat to America itself. And as time has gone on, it becomes more and more clear that food security is truly national security.

[01:04:23] One Brazilian owned company holds roughly a quarter of the market and has a documented history of international corruption and illicit activity. The brutal reality is that such foreign ownership of meatpackers has been affiliated not just with corruption, but also cartels and as recent as last week, slave labor, which is bad enough on its own, but it's also to the detriment of America's great independent ranchers and consumers.

[01:04:49] Further, when just four firms control a market, suppliers and food prices are rocked heavily when disruptions occur. The last few years have proven that the protein sector, especially, and therefore our food security, is especially at risk when global pandemics, animal disease outbreaks, and facility issues like fires, labor disputes, foodborne illnesses, and cyber security attacks occur.

[01:05:12] As an example, in 2019, a fire at a Tyson slaughter plant in Kansas resulted in a 27% drop in cattle traded on the market just that following week. And in 2021, a cyber attack on JBS plants in the U.S. caused ripple effects and delayed production. President Trump is acutely aware of these challenges as evidenced by his truth social directive last November,

[01:05:38] directing the Department of Justice to investigate the big four meatpackers for potential collusion and price manipulation. Ensuring these practices do not happen will protect both producers and consumers. When is the price of meat going to be going down? When is the price of meat going to be going down? Well, he's a anti-trust, you know what I mean? Well, AG Todd Blanche is on it, right? Seems like it.

[01:06:08] I have to tell you that he seems to be moving more swiftly. He seems to be able to multitask, which is a big change. And I love the fact that I haven't seen him doing 5 million interviews. He's making a public statement here in a press event, but I don't see him ending up on 50 shows like Pam Blondie did. So that in itself, I can't imagine how much more time he has by not doing interviews every 15 seconds.

[01:06:33] Let's play the clip, George, because he's saying this is going to immediately affect the prices of proteins like chicken, pork and turkey. He doesn't mention beef, which may be a little uneasy, but okay, we'll take we'll take a win when we can get a win. Let's go. I mean, she mentioned the beef. So, yeah, I mean, okay. As you all know, last November, the president tasked the department to investigate the costs and prices of beef.

[01:06:56] As a result, we prioritized investigating potential antitrust violations in U.S. cattle and beef markets. In the beef industry, the big four processors control over 85% of the beef processing market. Two of the big four are primarily foreign owned.

[01:07:18] Multiple plant closures across the country, the current market structure and high concentration in the industry indicate anti-competitive activity. Since the president's executive order, the department has been actively investigating with a review of over 3 million documents.

[01:07:37] Hundreds of industry participants, including ranchers, cattlemen, producers and processors have been contacted and many interviewed as part of this ongoing investigation. More broadly, the department has also executed on the president's executive order to stop anti-competitive behavior in the broader food supply market.

[01:08:00] Later this week, we will be announcing an historic settlement that will directly affect the prices of proteins like chicken, pork and turkey. This business model allows competitors to exchange competitively sensitive information on every aspect of the protein industry and has raised the prices on chicken, raised the prices on pork and raised the prices on turkey.

[01:08:31] Crazy. Crazy. Crazy. And the collusion, the suffering is you guys, you guys in the audience. You're the ones paying the price. You know, because of course for the billionaires, they don't care. Hopefully, if you listen to Todd Blanche so far, you know, I'm giving him an A for his time in there. At this point, I'm starting to wonder why he maybe shouldn't be the permanent AG, but I guess we'll have to wait and see if he continues to perform like he is. I hate to jump the gun, but man, he sure is talking about doing more than the previous AG did.

[01:08:58] All right, let's talk about the UN collapses imminent. And I say good riddance. The UN have warned that United Nations faces total financial collapse as a result of non payment of dues by member states. They say they're facing a real danger of running out money. George, what's your response to this? Good riddance. I was shocked when you were telling me this, that we owe them what? Two billion? I'm like, yes. Don't pay him.

[01:09:28] What do we need him for? How much help did they get? They've been giving us right ran all the United Nations and I mean, our allies are allegedly our allies. I mean, screw it. I'll pay him. I would get rid of that building in New York and probably use it for better. You know what? Yeah. Get rid of all the UN people in New York in that building. And then Mandami could use it to give it to the homeless and shit. Put them all in there. Sure, you can fill that sucker up real fast. Why not?

[01:09:58] Let's play the clip. Am I supposed to be sad over this? I don't think so. The secretary general has, as you know, repeatedly made clear the problem both of non payment of Jews by member states and the related problem of the UN

[01:10:19] being forced to repay member states for budget expenses that it does not, that it budget money that it does not spend. And so those two factors have put us on an unsustainable trajectory.

[01:10:38] Although, uh, one more than 150 member states paid their Jews last year, we ended 2025 with a record $1.56 billion in outstanding Jews, which is more than double that of the previous year.

[01:10:53] So unless either the payments come in, or we're not, uh, uh, compelled to spend, uh, to return the money, the monies that we are not able to spend because we didn't receive, because we didn't receive the budget. Uh, unless one of those two things happen, we face a real danger of running out of money. Well, baby. Yeah. I'm not going to lose any sleep over that.

[01:11:23] I'm done with the UN. I'm done with the UN. They can move it wherever they want. Maybe move it to Europe. They can, they can put it in the same building as NATO. Both of those, uh, seem to be something that I think we're wasting our money on. Um, it is what it is. All right.
