[00:03:03] So, you know, I don't know if you saw the video that went viral last week when the lady from National Poison Radio says, well, the live stream swatting raids that you're referring to, and I was, by the way, before going to the live stream swatting raids that I'm referring to a few examples of those.
[00:03:21] Remember when they kidnapped and conducted an armed robbery of Roger Stone while they live streamed that on Criminal News Network?
[00:03:30] Yes, they did.
[00:03:31] Yes, we do.
[00:03:32] You guys remember that there was a it wasn't live streamed, but it was also a kidnapping and an armed robbery of Peter Navarro.
[00:03:38] And it was at an airport.
[00:03:40] Another example is a couple other ones when they did for Steve Bannon situation.
[00:03:46] He was swatted several times.
[00:03:48] And he was also they use maritime capability and doing the same sort of rating when he was, I believe on a boat off of the Long Beach.
[00:03:58] A boat off of the Long Island Sound.
[00:04:01] Another example is when they conducted an armed robbery of Mike Lindell in the Hardee's parking lot or an armed robbery of John Eastman in the parking lot or an armed robbery of the former House Freedom Caucus chairman, Scott Perry, Congressman from Pennsylvania.
[00:04:18] These are the same individuals, the same groups of people and connections.
[00:04:25] Remember, I've done an exhaustive timeline and link analysis.
[00:04:29] I used to teach this style of analytics methodology.

[00:05:28] So for those of you that weren't involved in pushing back against the tyranny, which is most of the lemmings out there, they cooperate and graduate.

[00:05:42] I kind of get it here, but I'm embarrassed for being complicit in the tyranny and I was just a dumb lemming.

[00:07:09] And it says, government's motion to dismiss the criminal information against the defendant Michael T. Flynn.
[00:07:16] He was never even charged, folks.
[00:07:19] This is the scumbaggery that they do.
[00:07:22] The United States of America hereby moves to dismiss with prejudice the criminal information filed against Michael T. Flynn pursuant to federal rules of criminal procedure 48A.
[00:07:33] The government has determined pursuant to the principles of federal prosecution and based on an extensive review and careful consideration of the circumstances, that continued prosecution of this case would not serve the interests of justice.
[00:07:46] So for all you trolls, for all you weak, feeble-minded, toxic, feckless, stone-cold coward, gutless simps that bought into the Brian Auten and Joe Pientka and Elvis Chanss and Jim Baker and Jim Comey and Andy McCabe and John Brennan and all the rest of those scums, disinformation.
[00:08:09] And with this information, here's an official document dismissing not a charge but the criminal information that was concocted by the very deligerent illegitimate folks currently in power that were in power back when this was taking place.
[00:08:26] This lasts all administrations.
[00:08:30] So with or without an election, I say.
[00:08:33] With or without President Trump back in office.
[00:08:37] We have to take the reins into our own hands to rein in this absolute lawlessness by these individuals.
[00:08:45] The 350 plus 50 or so, which is much less than their target list.
[00:08:52] Their target list thus far has been to the tune of 1,400 peaceful First Amendment election justice rally attendees on January 6th and everyone downstream from that that has been trying to prove to America that it was an illegal election.
[00:09:10] And I'm referring to all those that are being criminalized in Arizona.
[00:09:14] In Georgia during the break, you had a little Fannie Willis action going on.
[00:09:18] That is only that those persecutions in Georgia are only downstream from Mike Pence's beloved Liz Cheney and Nancy Pelosi's beloved Benny Thompson's J six said, Surection cover up committee work that was spearheaded by the staff director of that committee.
[00:09:37] David Buckley, who once again I'll remind you was one of the 51 that signed that laptop being having all that.
[00:09:45] I'm talking about the Biden criminal syndicate laptop having all the earmarks of a Russian info op.
[00:09:51] It is their method to cover up after cover up after cover up their original transgression, which was to launch without lawful predicate and fraud a an illegal spying operation on their biggest existential threat.
[00:10:09] General Flynn and the Trump campaign and presidency.

[00:10:16] I mean, you know that's a mouthful but he's right. There's no doubt that this has all been going on the biggest problem we have and getting any movement or getting ahead with this is that we don't have any agencies or organizations that will hold these people's feet to the fire,

[00:10:35] I'm sorry what I said skip the break continue Lance. Oh, so listen, obviously we know they're breaking the law. We've seen it over and over again they keep holding committees they keep holding committees.
[00:10:45] They keep holding hearings we keep seeing the evidence, but we need an agency. We need an organization that has the budget and has the authority to make these people pay for what they've done.
[00:10:58] Listen, the rule of law is really clear it's supposed to be equal protection of the law under the law it's supposed to be equal application of the law.
[00:11:05] And of course, if Ivan George Lance or Sam committed any of these crimes, we would be facing serious charges, we would be indicted. And we would of course be convicted and sentenced because that's the way that they've got the system operating.
[00:11:19] And at the end of the day, that's the same thing that needs to happen to these people, because let's face it.
[00:11:25] If they can operate with immunity and impunity, they're never going to just keep doing what they're doing. So Sam we need a solution. And that's what I'm always looking for. How do we get to that next step for the solution to fix this?
[00:11:39] Let's start with a soundbite.

[00:11:50] Do you know those names? Can you provide me much detail on they were the ones also involved in the original illegal crossfire hurricane spying operation on General Flynn, Carter Page, George Papadopoulos and Paul Manafort.
[00:12:03] I have receipts on every single individual. That's why they haven't really come after me yet because if they bring me in, the entire regime comes crumbling down.
[00:12:16] You want to, Ivan I'd like to have you elaborate on that.
[00:12:22] So when they use all of their discretionary and beyond power to investigate me across 20 different components of our federal government, across the Department of Justice, Department of Defense, and the Department of Homeland Security, and they find nothing.
[00:12:40] And they attempt what I saw is three attempted entrapments of me.
[00:12:45] And then I call local law enforcement to kind of report on that. They see that I – they cannot find anything on me, and they haven't been able to entrap me into an unlawful action.
[00:12:57] So they are now in a weakened position because I have the ability, having spent 25 years in the system, to then have folks kind of tip me off who – or I shouldn't even say tip me off.
[00:13:14] I know the system well enough because I've been teaching it for four years to know exactly which office would be tasked and charged in each component of the government to investigate me.
[00:13:26] I will know this section, and I will easily be able to identify the individual now that we have sufficient social media and all this other stuff to then be able to say, oh, this is the guy or gal or team that has been charged with investigating Ivan.
[00:13:41] So then I get to go ahead and have the ability to investigate those individuals, their family, their friends, their neighbors, their activities, and audit them until I find a transgression.
[00:13:58] Now, I won't do that if you don't come after me. But if you come after me, now you've forced me into investigating you.
[00:14:06] And at every step of the way, I find a little bit of dirt, and sometimes I find a lot of dirt, and then I kind of indicate that I found some dirt as I post on my social media.
[00:14:20] Luckily, I have more reach than their bosses do thanks to the American public that have kind of dug me out of the original censorship scheme that they placed on me.
[00:14:32] Keep in mind that I was number eight with the Twitter files, dumps and releases.
[00:14:37] I looked at it, and based on the GitHub release that Elon Musk did, thankfully, I was the number 18th individual private account on their list of the most, I guess,
[00:14:49] feared accounts by the individuals that I'm referring to that have the ability to participate in that censorship industrial complex.
[00:14:57] And so now, I'm almost at the level of free speech that I was before I got censored and suspended.
[00:15:03] Now, to answer your question more directly, how do we create consequences? You mentioned that I'm the future secretary of retribution.
[00:15:13] Well, I guess I've already kind of started down that path because I don't need a title of a particular position.
[00:15:23] It's a title of action, and I don't need anybody's permission to do certain things.
[00:15:30] So what is the title of action of secretary of retribution?
[00:15:33] All I am doing real time while you're listening to me is organizing the methodology.
[00:15:40] I'm training, advising, coordinating and equipping, I guess, those listening in to take action to create the mechanism to be able to hold these people to account.
[00:15:53] One of the fastest ways that I think we can do this is to learn about the 350, have Elon Musk release all of their direct messages, all of their communications with Twitter employees at Twitter.com.
[00:16:05] Let me stop you for a minute. Have you had any, has there been any movement on that?
[00:16:10] Have you had any communication with Elon or the staff there? Because I know you're calling for this large file drop.
[00:16:16] I'd love to see Elon release everything, but in the particular area, can you describe for the listeners what you're trying to get?
[00:16:22] And have you had any positive communication with X?
[00:16:26] I have had 10 million people viewing that video.
[00:16:33] And in the grand scheme of things, I would make the assumption and you tell me if you agree with me or not.
[00:16:41] Would you think that something that gets that amount of traction that Elon Musk would probably at least know about it?
[00:16:51] You know, I would sure hope so, but sometimes I get concerned because I see the suppression on conservative accounts.
[00:16:59] Is it speculation to think that or is it an assumption?
[00:17:02] He knows. The question is will he have the guts, the integrity to do something about it? That's the only question.
[00:17:07] Right. I think that is a more appropriate question. So if you agree with that assumption, I guess there's speculation that he's heard or seen about it.
[00:17:14] I'm going to add to that. I think since that we've seen some other indications when you follow his tweets.
[00:17:21] Number one, he already, you know, remember early on he was going to have Fauci files, but he's failed to release that.
[00:17:28] But since then on a couple of occasions he says arrest Fauci.
[00:17:32] And then as recently as three or four days ago, and I believe if I'm not mistaken, it was after that video started to go viral, he puts out something like prosecute Fauci.
[00:17:42] Now, I make the assumption based on that.
[00:17:47] And again, this is based on my indicators and warnings analysis.
[00:17:51] It's a structured analytic technique that when I see these publicly facing kind of drops, Elon Musk is one of the few human beings on the planet that has a massive trove of data that only he has access to.
[00:18:06] Same thing with Mark Zuckerbuck, right? Same thing with all these other large scale platforms, whether it's true social, right, etc.
[00:18:14] That is in the holdings of the private citizen, Elon Musk, and not within the holdings and ownership of our governmental institutions.
[00:18:22] So he then has the ability to make commentary already knowing exactly with full stop evidence of certain actions and activities that have taken place as it relates to Anthony Fauci.
[00:18:37] So short answer to your question is have I – I have communicated with Michael Schellenberger.
[00:18:45] I have communicated with the weaponization committee staff.
[00:18:49] I have communicated with the chairs of these committees, whether it's Jim Jordan, not in depth and detail of these things, but I will say that members of Congress since that video went viral have reached out to me specifically about that video.
[00:19:04] Former sheriffs and associations have reached out to me.
[00:19:08] Offices from attorneys general have reached out to me to basically ask the similar questions that you're asking.
[00:19:16] So the Secretary of Retribution is to coordinate the national effort at the county and state level with the appropriate law enforcement, district attorneys.
[00:19:28] So the action arm as well as the prosecutorial arm within the lawful jurisdiction of those entities to then determine whether or not they can then match up the evidence necessary to then meet the elements of the crimes of, say, sedition under state statute to then have that jurisdictional hook on whether or not these actors conducted that communication meeting the elements of the crime in the county or the state where we have an appropriate
[00:19:58] So I would encourage courageous sheriffs such as we're seeing in Michigan with Darleith or other counties or a courageous attorney general such as we've kind of seen with Ken Paxton and oh, by the way, yes, I'm in Texas today and yesterday and tomorrow.
[00:20:14] And see if they're willing to go to that next level or even just simply subpoenaing good old Elon Musk and X for certain user data with geo tagged location attached to it so that they can triage and say, hey, here's the one of the 254 counties in Texas where this communication took place with the following individual on the deep state target list.
[00:20:41] And it does meet that element. And we have a nice, wonderful pair of individuals known as the sheriff and the district attorney that are ready, willing and able to code go to the mat to do similarly but lawfully this time with the evidence to what Alvin Bragg is doing to what Fannie Willis is doing.
[00:21:05] And there you go. That's the role of the secretary of retribution and it's not a national position in the White House in the cabinet. It doesn't matter who's the president. It doesn't matter if there's a federal election or not.
[00:21:19] What does matter is if there is not a appropriate county sheriff or DA to be able to implement this appropriately, then we use the electoral mechanism to remove them in a way that is appropriate such as in person hand count one day paper ballot, which is being promoted by I just met the lady that's with that initiative yesterday.
[00:21:44] And one of the counties here in Texas, in order to remove that sheriff and elected DA where the state in an appropriate state if that's the way they would you know, we're talking about Katherine and order for them to take action.

[00:28:49] Couple decades and then from there you go into more detail on the more close fight five years and one year.
[00:28:55] And then you get even more granular in the next few months ahead.
[00:28:59] And then weeks are going to be even more clear with what's going on for the back and forth.

[00:29:20] Is that and I mentioned in this clip that there are going to be and we're already building this three different divisions, if you will, or arms of the Department of Retribution.
[00:29:30] The first one is the research arm.
[00:29:33] And I said in there it is going to be primarily, if not wholly staffed by those that were already weaponized as targets by these scum.
[00:29:43] Remember, David Buckley and Mike Pence's beloved Cheney and Pelosi's beloved Benny Thompson's committee was a committee that created target lists and they're actioning those targets.
[00:29:57] So that research arm will be consisting of January 6th defendants, their family members, and those attorneys that have represented those J6 defendants.
[00:30:10] And the reason being is that because they've already conducted three and a half years of internships, if you will, as they transition to become part of the research arm of the Department of Retribution.
[00:30:22] It's really no different than what they've already been doing.
[00:30:25] They're just taking it to the next level, particularly it's going to be helpful when Elon Musk decides to do the release.
[00:30:31] And we can talk about timing here after I kind of explained three divisions.
[00:30:34] Number two is going to be the action arm, right, that a lot of people focus in on.
[00:30:38] And they kind of skip the first part, which is the research arm, in order to be able to have the necessary evidence to conduct that action.
[00:30:46] And that will be staffed by former military service members.
[00:30:53] I say that there are at least 80,000 of us that left early before we had planned to because we were the early critical thinkers that saw the illegal actions being attempted to be taken upon us through the illegally mandated CCP-19 jabs.
[00:31:13] Whether it was the DNA mutilation versions by the Pfizer fail or the Marderner mutilation, or just simply the myocarditis making, heart exploding J&J jabs.
[00:31:26] We were not going to participate in the forced, illegal, coerced experimentation and destruction of our national security personnel readiness.
[00:31:36] So 80,000 of us are, as I said, ready, willing and able and are clamoring to connect with the appropriate sheriffs and law enforcement arms of the state in order to be deputized lawfully to then conduct retribution based on the evidence that is provided to be able to do that.
[00:31:58] And then we also have the third division, which will be in the interest of transparency.
[00:32:02] Unlike America's domestic terrorist organization, the FBI, we want transparency for the American people of our actions and activities.
[00:32:11] And that will need to be live streamed by a cadre of independent-minded live streamers, particularly on the free speech platforms of Rumble, X, Locals, Telegram for international audience, Getter, Cloud Hub, Gab, and Truth Social.
[00:32:29] And then people can blog about it on Substack all day, every day.
[00:32:34] All right. Now the mainstream press is going to try to say this secretary of retribution is going to go too far and going to violate the law.
[00:32:44] They're going to try to play that lie, Ivan. I believe that retribution doesn't mean we break the law.
[00:32:50] Retribution means we hold them to account using the law. You're a constitutional attorney, so that's why I'm bringing this up.
[00:32:57] How do we help the American people understand the different nuance of reality versus the lies they're going to pitch as they try to divide those two truths?
[00:33:05] Yeah. So I always when people question or kind of label it in that manner, I always remind them that their beloved colleagues over at Criminal News Network were there participating as members of their own live streaming division.
[00:33:26] As they conducted the burglary, armed robbery and kidnapping of Roger Stone.
[00:33:33] So you had a live streaming component, you had the action arm and you had folks that had to research in order to be able to identify who, what, when, where and how to conduct the live stream swatting raid.
[00:33:51] That occurred when they kidnapped and before they kidnapped and after they kidnapped, they conducted an armed robbery of Roger Stone.
[00:34:01] That is my response as one example. And then we can go again and repeat what I said earlier in the show.
[00:34:07] There are numerous examples of them creating precedent for us to take to the next level.
[00:34:15] The number of the deep state criminals is increasing. It's about 350 now, but every day as the research arm gathers more evidence and information, that number continues to increase as well.
[00:34:28] And ladies and gentlemen, you cast your mind back to the riots and the disturbances that took place all over the country to the destruction of private property and all the criminal activity that really Donald Trump tried to stop and everybody thumbed their nose and mocked and ridiculed.
[00:34:42] And literally they let a city called Chas be created right here in the United States of just criminal thugs overrunning the police department and everything else.
[00:34:50] So let's be clear about who's the criminals and who wants accountability in the rule of law in America.
[00:34:55] And that brings us to this summer. I'm convinced, Ivan, that what they're going to do is take off the gloves this summer.
[00:35:02] I pray that it will be peaceful, but I have the opinion that look, these people believe that we're down to the wire on this.
[00:35:10] If Donald Trump becomes president, they believe everything changes. They want to do everything they can to stop him.
[00:35:15] And if the legal system doesn't vindicate in their favor, if you will, or criminally act in their favor, then they will take things to the streets.
[00:35:23] What do you think it looks like between now and the elections? And what should we be doing when that goes down, sir?
[00:35:30] I'm going to start with this. I can control, Ivan Raiklin can control his actions and his words and his rhetoric and the First Amendment sounds that emanate out of my brain through my vocal cords.
[00:35:43] Okay? And everybody else has that same capability. So what I expect happening, I really don't care what they do.
[00:35:52] I will monitor, observe and factor in what they do. But they're going to do what they're going to do. And I'm going to say this.
[00:36:00] They're going to distract you with that. The real focus right now, if you're observing this from a political lens and a constitutional lens is that we have this consequential election this year.
[00:36:12] And most people have no clue to include those that are current members of the Republican National Committee.
[00:36:18] Some of them brand new, some of them delegates going for the first time to the RNC convention going into that second week of July.
[00:36:26] Keep in mind that the Rules Committee is being appointed right now as we speak, the individuals, and they are we're seeing indications in Florida and other places in Nebraska.
[00:36:36] As I'm communicating with folks, they being the establishment wing of the Republican Party are making decisions in order to appoint their very own folks to be on the Rules Committee that are not patriots.
[00:36:51] They are there to keep the established order. And what I suspect that they're going to do is that they're going to, like I said before, change the rules so that the RNC cannot elect as their nominee
[00:37:05] a convicted felon. And I would suspect even go further that it's possible that some elements of that Republican establishment leadership team known as Reince Priebus, Paul Ryan, and Mikey Pence, and Liz Cheney, and Nikki Haley, and even Ron DeSantis
[00:37:24] are going to allow at a minimum for the conviction to take place and then advocate on Paul Ryan's faux news to the Republican base that yes, it is appropriate to go ahead and not nominate Trump for the presidency because he's now a convicted
[00:37:43] felon in order to kind of convince those that are maybe in the dark or not really knowing what's going on, or the Lemmings that believe the main legacy media that oh yeah, he's unelectable now that he's a convicted felon at the hands of good old Alvin Bragg and Judge Mershon.
[00:38:03] And then they're going to try to usher in your beloved Nikki Haley as president and DeSantis as vice president, or maybe even as a wild card bringing Pence to be the president and Liz Cheney as his running mate as VP.
[00:38:19] So what do we need to do to counter that? We need to do what I've been talking about. The research arm out there for this Department of Retribution, which you know what, based on the virality of that video, I think that the Office of Retribution has been constituted.
[00:38:36] And so those that are research out there, I want you to learn and memorize the current RNC rules and then learn and memorize every single detail that you can of those that are on the rules committee that are going to be meeting two weeks prior to the RNC convention to see if they're giving off any indications or emanations of doing exactly what I think they and suspect they're wanting to do by changing the rules.
[00:39:06] And then we need to use the rules to block the person that actually has been voted in and nominated to be the incoming nominee so that there isn't a political coup heist within the Republican Party.
[00:39:16] And so that folks aren't being bribed into abstaining from that first round of voting and then bribed again in the second round of voting when they're unbounded to then vote for this Haley DeSantis or a Pence Cheney ticket.
[00:39:31] That is the close fight that we're in politically.
[00:39:34] And I'm going to kind of end it there because I don't want to get too far ahead.
[00:39:39] We need to many people can only consume kind of one thing and take one action.
[00:39:43] And if I start laying out other things and what could potentially happen beyond that, people are going to focus in on that and not take action on the close fight.
[00:39:53] What do you think happens to Joe Biden? Are they going to ditch Joe at the DNC?
[00:39:56] Well, there you go. You're asking about what's going on after that.
[00:40:01] I'll say this. I expect it depends on what happens and what we allow to happen at the RNC.
[00:40:09] If if we allow Haley DeSantis or a Pence Cheney ticket to subvert and take over and become the nominee for president, vice president, then Joe Biden remains with Kamala Harris as the Democrat nominee.
[00:40:24] It just remains.
[00:40:26] If Donald Trump remains as the candidate and depending on who he chooses as vice president, they will have no option than to usher in Michelle Obama for president and Gavin Newsom as vice president at the DNC.

[00:42:42] But in my opinion, by Congress doing this, by Joe getting credit for this, by easing gas at the pump and moving gas to the northeast of the United States, some of the key pivotal states, et cetera, I believe it kind of amounts to election fraud here.
[00:42:57] You're backing off inflation on transportation is kind of the way they play the game.
[00:43:03] They say that will ensuring sufficient supply grows, goes to the tri-state region where hardworking Americans need it the most.
[00:43:12] To me, this part of the election fraud taking place, though.
[00:43:15] But Congress put this in Joe's hands, George.
[00:43:22] Well, it's definitely not a Republican Congress because why they are allowing him to plea our oil reserves more even he depleted so much last time and only put back, I think, like few percent back in.
[00:43:33] But now he's taking more. For what? Just to try to look good, to get votes.
[00:43:38] But it's remarkable that it's actually not because our Congress is made of rhinos.

[00:45:18] And then the Joe Biden crew set the stacks and everything against Donald in the debates.

[00:45:26] But now Donald saying, yeah, but I think we need to have Joe Biden take a drug test before the debates.

[00:45:36] But I could see Donald Trump walking up to Biden and kind of pulling on his cheek to see if it's really Biden and not just a mask and somebody else.

[00:47:24] wisely points out is going to be done, I'm convinced they're going to have a back teleprompters feeding Biden as well.
[00:47:30] If they give him a little bit of time, a few seconds and everything else, they can literally just give Joe incredible a eye to just read on the screen.

[00:47:40] They're changing debates for fifth generation warfare debates in a way with this kind of stuff.
[00:47:46] Yeah, I mean, there's no doubt that the AI technology, it's you know, there's there's so much good and so much power.
