A major amount of deep state arrests and maybe calling a national emergency to save our election. Trump would have to declare it a national emergency. I went and did a little research because I wanted to see this because, of course, Garland Faberito. Right, George? Did I have that right? Garland Faberito? Yes. From Georgia, VA.

[00:03:59] And he is saying that Trump needs to declare a national emergency to save the elections. He's saying that we are in a national election security crisis and our intel agencies have been compromised. No. Now, a lot of people say, what does it take to be a national emergency? This has been challenged. The president has a lot of latitude. I looked it up. The Supreme Court has held that a fundamental canon of statutory construction is that unless otherwise defined,

[00:04:26] words are going to be interpreted as taking their ordinary contemporary common meaning, meaning dictionary meaning. So a state of emergency results from a danger or threat of danger to a nation from foreign or domestic sources. In the case of our election system, I believe we have both of those and usually declared to be in existence by governmental authority. Because the definition of national emergency includes the term emergency, you have to look at what emergency means.

[00:04:56] And Webster, Mary, is an unforeseen combination of circumstances or the resulting state that calls for immediate action. Seems simple enough. It would seem that that's exactly the situation we're on. Garland Faberito is a co-founder of Trusted Election Results in Georgia. This is an urgent message he put out on Monday calling on President Trump to declare a national emergency to save our U.S. elections. Now, we've said that on this show.

[00:05:24] We told you that they don't have enough time to get rid of the machines and make sure we're all on paper ballots and go to hand count and make sure that the voter rolls are cleaned up. They started too slowly. None of it's been fixed. John Thune continues to drag his feet. He wants to go on recess because he's a lazy piece of shit. He can't pass the SAVE Act. Every American that has any common sense wants to say that. It doesn't matter whether you're a conservative or a liberal.

[00:05:54] You know, you want to know that the person that got voted in, if you're a liberal, you want to make sure that some conservative didn't get installed. And if you're a conservative, you want to make sure some liberal didn't get installed, right? And I think that's any common sense person, regardless of political affiliation to Republicans or Democrats. We want a free and fair election system. We don't want to be a third world nation.

[00:06:18] Now, we know that the intelligence agency, because Donald Trump already revealed that it becomes so corrupted that they hid Chinese election intrusion. Well, there's the foreign. We've got the domestic. You know, those documents on the July 16th address, the NSA, along with other groups in the intelligence community, withheld election manipulation evidence from Congress and the presidential daily briefing. I wonder when those guys are going to get arrested.

[00:06:47] And Favarito went on and said, one such document shows on NSA strategic intelligence analysts admitting that we have all we have deliberately massaged our one pending presidential. What is that? The PD? Yeah, the presidential daily briefing to avoid any direct links to the election. Now, think about what he said. We are deliberately massaged. A document so that they wouldn't show it. George, what do you think about this?

[00:07:20] Well, I can see. Listen, Favarito has done a lot of good work in Georgia. He's exposed a lot of stuff. He's a very straight, honest guy. And I mean, look, at this point, our Congress doesn't want to act specifically the Senate and or specifically John doing some holdouts. I mean, they don't want to do something. We got to do something. It's the president's job to protect his country. It's entrusted to him.

[00:07:50] And, you know, for the life of me, it's like I want to see November. I want to see after November elections. I want to see who the Senate is going to pick, who they're going to choose to be their Senate leader. If they're going to pick this idiot, Dune again. And if they do choose Dune, if they don't get rid of them, it's over. I mean, it's I mean, it's somewhat over now, maybe in a sense, because Dune sucks.

[00:08:12] But how do we allow the November elections to move forward, George, knowing that, for example, China hacked, bought or stole access to 220 million voter records to mine the personal identifying information? That China imported 20,000 minimum fake driver's licenses to be used in the 2020 voter registration. That China conducted a massive election influence initiative. Well, this is why social media, U.S. journalists that we know that the voter rolls across the nation are corrupted.

[00:08:42] That we know that we've got illegal immigrants registered, 6,000 of them in New Jersey, that they're all over the country. How do you allow an election system, even for the midterms to move forward? How do you do that when you know that the system is corrupted and it's got problems at every single end of it? Well, this is why the DOJ or the government wanted the voter rolls from every state to verify them, to see who's on them and stuff. And, you know, certain states don't want to give it up. I'm going to see what's going to happen with the post office.

[00:09:12] I want to see if they're going to if they end up they truly stand by what they said. They're going to follow through on this. If they don't have the voter rolls, they're not going to send out ballots. They can't verify it. Well, think about what we're dealing with here. You've got all this dangerous foreign interference. You've got issues in the voter rolls domestically. You've got our intelligence community all through the 2020 election. The NSA was included in the cover up. The Federal Bureau of Investigation was included in the cover up. The CIA was included in the cover up. The Bureau of Intelligence and Research for the State Department was in the cover up.

[00:09:42] Now, this is all deep state cover up. And these are these are compromised agents and leadership within our own intelligence agencies. How do you get how do you even assume that there's any chance that our November elections are going to be free and fair when you know all of this is going around? And we know that the system is weaponized, that they want to they want to take over the House and Senate because they want to go into impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment. And they want to start trying to stop Donald Trump for any of the effective things.

[00:10:10] And in no way am I saying that this administration has been effective all the way around because they haven't been. And I don't believe I don't agree with everything they've done. But but but but I voted for Donald Trump. Let me make that clear. I'm a conservative. It wasn't I voted for him blindly. I thought that they were going to clean out the swamp. I thought that the deep state gangsters, the government gangsters were going to be pulled out of their positions. I thought they were going to go after federal agents, federal agency leadership and otherwise. Marissa. Hold on. Marissa three, three, three. I thought the save act was passed.

[00:10:40] It passed in Congress, Marissa. But it has not the Senate. Senate leader Thune won't put the vote because he's saying it's not enough votes or you want any won't drop the filibuster so we can just pass it by 51 votes. So that's where it's held up at. Yeah, he won't he won't override the filibuster because he's a pussy. But here's the deal. My thing is, how do we even have an election in November when we all know, at least on this show? I'm not saying the people on Mainstream Mini.

[00:11:08] I'm not saying the far, far right or the far, far left. Those people are in my opinion or both mental health crisis. I'm talking to the eight points of the middle. When the eight points of the middle know that this is not a free and fair election system, that it is a compromising system and that we have government subversion by intelligence agencies. We have deep state operators in all these groups. And we have nefarious actors that want to control our elections, foreign and domestic.

[00:11:34] To me, if that's not a national emergency, I don't know what is. Let me see. I'm trying to think. What would be not a national emergency? Can it be? Well, it is a national emergency because our voting is one of our most sacred things to our arm. To what this country stands up stands upon. So, it's just, I feel like we're broken records when we keep talking about this.

[00:12:04] But we got to keep hammering. We have to keep hammering it. But. Outside of there being hundreds and hundreds and hundreds. I just thought. So, hold on. Which I think is unlikely. So, when it comes to the voting machines, right? We did. Dominion did sell it. It's allegedly or supposedly it's a Republican who owns it. Find Jim Danny. Did he fix all the vulnerability issues and make changes? I don't know. We don't. Nobody. I haven't heard anything on it.

[00:12:33] However, if he did, is there a way where nobody could just, one of them election workers can just put a flash drive and corrupt it? Is that being taken care of? We don't know. Just because somebody bought something doesn't mean it's not going to happen in that sense. Because we haven't heard anything about the machines. I mean, who's verifying? I mean, every election cycle, the machine is supposed to be, I think, what, verified or something? They have to go through some testing? Who's doing that?

[00:13:04] No idea. Me either. I don't know either. We haven't heard anything about it. But, you know, we've heard that machines can't be trusted. We heard that you can hack them with a ballpoint pen. We saw it firsthand. We knew that you could put a flash drive in and alter it, just a $100 flash drive by using something that you could buy on Amazon. Look, this election system isn't secure. And every American, regardless of political affiliation, and we say it all the time on the show, we don't blindly support any candidate.

[00:13:34] And, you know, we'll put a Republican on the show. We'll put a Democrat on the show. We'll put a nonpartisan on the show because we're not like the rest of the shows. I'm not just going to kiss ass. Okay? We just don't do that. We don't just go, oh, we're just going to do it because so-and-so said so. No. Wrong. Anybody that gets elected and they make promises to the American people, I don't care what party they are, I expect them to uphold the promises they made. It doesn't mean I love what they have to say.

[00:14:01] I also will accept if a Republican or a Democrat, whoever, gets elected freely and fairly, I'm willing to accept that the American public wanted that person. What I'm not willing to accept, what I have a problem with, is that that's not what we have. They are installing people. They are cheating left and right. The state is. The Fed is. It doesn't matter at what level. There's cheating, cheating, and cheating.

[00:14:27] I don't believe that the November election should be allowed to happen. I think it should be stopped dead in its tracks, and I think a state and national emergency is called for. But I will say this, and I'm going to say this to the Trump administration. You guys are doing a piss-poor, shitty, pathetic job when it comes to deep state arrests. I can't believe that you're finding out these agencies are compromised, and there aren't massive waves of firing. I'm ready to have Bill Pulte. I don't know about anybody else.

[00:14:55] Bill Pulte did a bunch of firing in the very short time that he was in his position. I'm ready to have Bill Pulte going. I mean, maybe he'll do a better job than Kash Patel because I'm not happy with Kash. Kash has been on this show. Happy to have him come back on. I like him as a person. He has not fulfilled his promises. I haven't seen any federal agents get fired, indicted, nothing for all their corruption. Same thing over at the CIA, the DIA, the NSA.

[00:15:22] There are too many deep state actors that have been subverting and running covert government operations. You've had people say they were running covert governments. How come those people haven't been arrested? That's treason. You realize that? It's seditious conspiracy. It's concurrent criminal enterprise. It's racketeering. All the things that you would be charged for if you were trying to run a covert government. The Big Mig Show is running a covert government.

[00:15:50] I guarantee you, I already have half a dozen flashbangs in here. They'd be kicking my dogs, throwing me to the ground, throw a taser on me. It's not okay. It's not acceptable, especially as a government official because it's malfeasance by a government official and lots of other crimes. This is crazy stuff. And I just, I think, you know, Favarito, he's right. He's right. The question is, is the administration going to listen?

[00:16:15] Because right now, aside from a massive amount of arrests, I'm talking about the kind of arrests that would just send the world spinning, like they bust into Obama's house and they grab him and they grab Hillary Clinton and they start grabbing all the players, Nancy Pelosi, you know, Adam Schiff, all the people that can't be trusted, all the people that have committed crimes. If they started, if they snatched them all up and they just, oh, sorry. Yeah, they're not coming back. That would work. But I think that the chances of that are nil.

[00:16:46] So in my opinion, we have one solution, national emergency. George, give me your thoughts. No matter what, if, you know, if China has all this information on our voters and stuff and a lot of people, probably legitimate voters, they still got to vote. So I don't know what in sense can be done except penalize China.

[00:17:15] But God forbid all that happened. How many years ago? Just like everything else. With Trump. I mean, it seems like. We do something to them. This is an administration of no, no consequences. And it's not only with elections, it's with everything else. I mean, what have you said to me before I first showed? Janine Pirro dropped more charges against other people. So. What the fuck is that shit about? It's a federal crime when you deface a national monument or you destroy a national

[00:17:44] monument. All of it is a federal crime. And especially when you do it in Washington, D.C. Because the 10 mile district of Columbia, everything's a federal crime. It doesn't matter if you think you're doing it. You could take, you could take a piss in a national park and you committed a national crime. If you do it outside and not in a bathroom. I'm saying that Janine Pirro screwed the pooch on this one. The four people that were arrested for vandalism. I don't know if there's any others, but the four people that were arrested for vandalism, all their charges have been dropped.

[00:18:14] I don't understand why or how they've got them on videos. They've got pictures. They've got firsthand witnesses. I don't understand how those charges were dropped. It doesn't make any sense to me. Why? I'm questioning whether or not Janine Pirro has been compromised. Has she been threatened behind the scenes? I don't know. I mean, look, it's cut and dried. We've seen the evidence. You guys saw the photos. We've seen the people doing it.

[00:18:41] They went and they had those chemicals that were going to ruin everything that they were, you know, bacteria they created. You saw them find that stuff. How are these four people not guilty? Blowing my mind, really. I think I've seen somewhere where there's information that came out that the contractors didn't put that coating down right. There's a defect or something. I don't know. I've seen that. I don't know how true it is or not.

[00:19:09] But even if that's true, how does cutting the liner, how does putting the chemicals in the pond, you know, in the monument itself, how does that not make you guilty? Because the mens rea, regardless of whether the liner was bad, let's say you're right. Let's say that that's true because it very well could be. Let's say that the contractor screwed up. It doesn't change the mental state that they planned on ruining it anyway, that that was their whole plan was to ruin the new work that had been done to the national market.

[00:19:39] I don't see how that changes the crime because the mental state is they wanted to commit a crime. They probably knew they were committing a crime and they made all the overt acts to commit the crime. I just don't see how that's not the case. My argument is that that is exactly what defines a crime. I think Janine Pirro screwed the pooch. Now, I understand she got called to the White House. She did. I've seen her with a little cart with boxes in some picture. Yeah. Yeah. Let's see what should be on the chopping block.

[00:41:42] okay once they go through that money then what are they going to do because once they have that money money once they use that money to initiate programs what happens to try to keep those programs alive they're going to need more money right they're going to keep going and going and going so you give them an inch they'll take a mile and this is just crazy i don't see you know i can see if these billionaires

[00:44:23] and it determines your residency based on how many days you spend in a certain location and of course his main residence is florida now i don't know how that works because you could just leave your phone in that state and go somewhere else they interestingly enough his explanation to me is that you have to be extremely careful because they will audit and they will ask for all your airline tickets and everything else so you he has to be really aware of

[00:44:53] if he's been in florida as his home state because he goes no state tax or whatever he has to spend so many days in florida so that it becomes his prime residence versus how many days he spends in california so he actually keeps track of it down to the minute and that's part of his tax filing so he can prove that his true residence is florida and it's it's and he's he was very clear with me about

[00:45:20] it's not he's obviously a really smart guy and i like him he's a great guy he doesn't he's not an arrogant guy he's a good man and it's interesting when i talk to him about how it's like yeah i got to get the hell out of here i've got my word he got like four day and he he actually is like i only have four more days i can spend here so until it you know the system starts and he literally has to track it like that otherwise it would be that he'd be paying state and he doesn't want to pay the tax in california because it's ridiculous uh but you know he's got he's been out in california he's had

[00:45:48] residents out there for a long time and he's got financial commitments so he's stuck doing this you know but it's interesting how he has to jockey but that's what people are doing nobody wants to pay the california system and the billionaires have workarounds the regular people the people that are you know moderately wealthy they don't necessarily have a workaround so interesting anyway listen uh you know the smithsonian has been an incredible institution for so many decades and this is just nauseating

[00:47:38] don't consider these folks scholars anymore they're activists uh and you know this is horrible you would think that they'd want to present our history in a way to unify our you know our grand experiment our our you know our republic but instead uh gin said it's a very different experience from the moment he walked in he was totally shocked because he's been watching this evolution and he wasn't he knew

[00:50:41] you have pictures of bondage you have some sexually overt things up there you have transgender folks and he was questioning how is this objective harding seemed to be un didn't really seem to have or at least she alleged she didn't have knowledge but my question is why i mean and my question would be to the

[00:51:08] administration isn't it time to just fire the entire smithonian leadership because to me i think history should be a neutral position right it should present the facts and then that's the education part you see everything and then you kind of come to your own conclusions based on the actual history history now i think the smithsonian has completely changed the purpose of what that museum is for

[00:51:36] it's a time capsule it's a place that you can go and and see some of the most important you know positive and negative of our history i'm not we're not proud of everything we've done as americans we know historically we've sometimes been on the wrong side of the fence but shouldn't that be a conclusion you come to shouldn't it be the children can go there and they don't have to be

[00:51:59] uh you know given images of homosexual bondage is that what you want your kids to see homosexual bondage i mean you know it seems like so i guess during this presentation this is a 2024 presentation and this was to undergraduates and graduate history students hard to explain the museum removed the mention of american history from its mission statement because it was hard to get out of the american first mentality
