[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. By Liberty and the Beauty of Mouth. If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

[00:00:33] America Great Again The Big Mig Show. Well, good morning and welcome back to The Big Mig Show. I'm your host Lance Miliachio with my co-host George Balentine. So he's edging the knife on this show, tip of the spear because of Liberty means anything at all. Yep. He's right to tell people what they do not want to hear. George Balentine. What's up, bro? You got the red going on.

[00:01:01] You got the black going on. Um. What's up? Nothing. Red and black going on. Was it black, black and yellow, black and yellow? I don't know. Red and black. All right. Whatever today. You know what it's all about today? Of course, on this show, it's always about doing everything we can to educate and unify the country one episode at a time. We're always looking for that solution that may be, well, may not be obvious to everybody.

And there's something truly remarkable happening in the world. The cancer care just south of the U.S. border, of course, since 1963. Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana has been quietly redefining

[00:02:29] what's possible for patients facing cancer, of course. Their integrative approach treating the body, mind, and spirit has produced survival outcomes that far exceed standard American hospital averages. And in some cases, more than three times higher. These numbers are pretty incredible. So listen closely. These are for stage four cancers. But they treat all cancers. Pancreatic, 25% for Oasis of Hope success rate versus 2% for the national U.S. averages.

[00:02:58] Melanoma, 75% versus 24%. Breast, 75% versus 24%. And prostate, 50% versus 28%. Of course, the pattern there is really clear, easy to spot. Patients at Oasis of Hope will often live longer than expected. They get better results. And the center of this extraordinary story is Dr. Francisco Contreras, world-renowned oncologist, author of 15 books, and medical director leading a compassionate team

[00:03:25] dedicated to giving patients not just treatment but hope. So if you or someone you love is facing cancer, Oasis of Hope offers free Zoom consultations for anyone who mentions The Big Ming Show. Free Zoom consultations. You can also get a free copy. This is the latest book by Dr. Contreras. Great tome and a great opportunity to get ahead of the curve. Lots of great tips, an amazing book.

That's what this show does every single day. OasisofHope.com. Well, well, well. I'm shocked. I'm appalled.

[00:04:25] Once again, the FBI up to their normal bullshit. You know, I got to ask the audience. Let me ask the chat right now. Does anybody trust the FBI at this point? Is there anybody in the audience that trusts the FBI? Because I sure as hell don't. And I'm not saying they haven't done some good things this year. I know they've done a lot of stuff with trafficking. They've done a lot of stuff with stopping these Asian scammers.

[00:04:50] I'm not saying they haven't done it, but I'm just going to ask Kash Patel, and I'm going to ask the leadership of the FBI, and I'm going to ask the administration right now. Are any FBI agents ever going to get fired or arrested for all this shit they were doing that they shouldn't have been doing? I mean, for God's sakes, they now get caught surveilling Barron Trump and Melania. So it's not just the Russian collusion hoax. It's not just the J6ers.

[00:05:19] I mean, are you freaking kidding me? Surveillance on Melania Trump and Barron Trump? What were you guys trying to catch them doing? Catching them high-end shopping? You know, Barron going to school, maybe Melania doing one of her charity deals? You guys are some fucks. Seriously, the FBI has got some major issues. And I got to say, Kash, you need to get to it, man. You need to start cracking some people. These agents don't need a second chance. And the leadership that was responsible for this, any of the supervisors or directors?

[00:05:48] I mean, George, do you feel like I do? I don't know that the FBI could even be fixed at this point. I mean, I wish it could, but I don't know if it's possible. This reminds me of everything we ever heard about J. Edgar Hoover and all those Hoover surveillance files they had on all the government officials. I don't know if it can be fixed because we're almost two years in. Kash Patel, what has he done to get out the rogue agents and stuff?

[00:06:13] But this whole basis of the story is, what logical reasoning would they have to track or surveil Barron Trump? I mean, they track Melania Trump too, but Barron Trump? Now you got to look at, this is going back, what? Almost, what, three, four years ago? So Barron was probably still in high school. I mean, what logical reason would they have? There is, you can't come up with one. You can't give me one.

[00:06:40] He wasn't, he's not involved in anything his father is doing political. Kids going to school, hanging out with his friends. Like, I just don't get it. But yet, when you say the FBI and Jack Smith still doing what they're doing. God help us. Does anybody think that Jack Smith is not a scumbag? Is there anybody in the audience? I mean, I haven't ever talked to anybody that tells me they trust the FBI or that they think Jack Smith is a good guy. And I'm not just talking about political people.

[00:07:10] I'm talking about normal people. People that don't even necessarily watch this show. Just people that engage me in a conversation. I mean, why isn't Jack Smith getting locked up first thing this morning? I just can't figure out what happened to we're going to drain the swamp. There is clearly Enrique Terrio, you know, a J6-er. I like Enrique. He online said, you know, he came with the thing, let's play a game.

[00:07:36] Did the FBI, and then he goes into, have they arrested anybody for J6? Have they arrested anybody for the Mar-a-Lago raid? Have they done anything with any of these people? Why? Here's my thing. And I'll say this straight up. Why is the FBI, why are agents in the FBI and supervisor, why are they allowed to misuse their government power and not face the consequences for their actions? Why do they just get to keep their jobs and do whatever they want?

[00:08:02] Now, regular Americans get arrested every single day because the FBI believes or the FBI fabricated or the FBI proves that there's a case against them. This is really, you know, the funny part about it is every day, and we do it here on the show, every day there's news, right? And every day we catch another story about Ray, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Smith, FBI, CIA, and nobody's going to fucking jail.

[00:08:32] I just can't figure out what are we waiting for. The midterms are here. Like, polymarket is just talking like we're going to get crushed in the midterms. Do I hope it's not right? Yeah, I hope it is. But I hate the fact that polymarket and these other prediction markets are so accurate. I don't even know what to think. Every day we hear more DOJ scandals. I mean, we hear more about the Department of Justice. How come Todd Blanche, how come no Department of Justice prosecutors are getting snapped up?

[00:09:02] You snap up Americans every day, bro. You guys are violating defendants' rights nonstop with your bullshit. Here we are again, a bunch of DOJ people involved in this. I mean, why isn't Jack Smith behind bars? And I don't want any, from here on out, I'm going to say this. No government officials get bond. In my opinion, because of their experience, because of their money, because of their connections, they're all a flight risk.

[00:09:30] I don't want any, I want you to fight bond on every single one of them. If you ever get around to arresting any of them. You know, George, is Jack Smith ever going to get arrested? Is he ever going to go to jail? I couldn't tell you at this point. That's a great question. I mean, they'll come up with some legal way of justifying what they did. You know how they are. This is the whole, you know, Department of Injustice. Isn't he not even a really

[00:09:59] legitimate special counsel? It wasn't done legitimately? I think there was a flaw in it. But, you know, special counsel or not, you got to think about the heat with the way he took his position of power and he weaponized it against Donald Trump and his allies and really weaponized it against the American people. And my question for Todd Blanch and this administration is when the fuck are you going to arrest some people? Everybody in America is asking that question. All the people that voted for you guys and all the people that thought we were going to

[00:10:27] have an administration that was going to drain the swamp, they were going to arrest government gangsters. And I don't want to sound like a broken record, but this is a bunch of bullshit. Surveilling a high school kid? George is right. The timeline's right. That kid was in high school. What were you worried about? You worried about he was going to sneak out and he was going to play hooky? You're going to catch him not going to school because him and his friends went to the mall? I mean, what exactly and what would you find Melania Trump doing? What was she doing?

[00:10:54] I mean, this is this is when government and I hate this exception where it's rules for the not for me. I'll tell you what, if you guys don't have the balls to do it, put me in a position. I don't even need to be an attorney to be the AG. By the way, you don't have to be. Just put me in there. I'll start arresting these motherfuckers. I'll start snapping them up left and right. And I won't give them bond. Nobody gets out. They all sit in jail. I'll go after the whole group. I'll use A.I. to write. It's not up to you to give him bond. It's up to the judge. No, but I mean, I'll fight the bonds.

[00:11:23] I'll say, no, he's a flight risk. Here's why we think he has multiple passports. I'll do the same bullshit they do to everybody else. I'll present to the judge all the reasons the person doesn't deserve bond. And you know what? At the end of the day, I'll use A.I. to write the indictments. I'll move faster than any DOJ prosecutor ever did because this is bullshit. We've been in here now for over two years and we still don't have these arrests. And this guy right here, Jack Smith, I just don't get it. Cash, are you going to go after him?

[00:11:52] Todd Blanch, is Jack Smith going to be arrested by the end of the day? That's my question. Because this is bullshit. They shouldn't be allowed to do this. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. Let's play the clip. Declassified records reveal the Biden-era FBI tracked the movement of then-former President Trump's family and logged his allies' phone contacts. It was part of the Bureau's classified documents investigation.

[00:12:21] Documents released by the White House indicate the probe directed by then-Special Counsel Jack Smith tracked the travel of Melania and Barron Trump. It also reinforced and monitored calls from Trump aide Susie Wiles, White House chief of staff, to lawyers, campaign advisors, and journalists. Are you guys as frustrated as I am?

[00:12:49] Because I don't even know what to say about this. I wish I wasn't frustrated, but I just, I don't know what to say. So, tell me what's going on here with Garland, George. This is Merrick Garland. I mean, this just shows that more corruption within the DOJ, specifically under Biden. I mean, and all you moms out there, you Christian moms, this is for you guys.

[00:13:16] And Biden's own prosecutors called the Garland's parents' memo thing stupid. They didn't want to have nothing to do with it. But Merrick Garland did it anyway. They say his team reportedly warned it looked like a political prosecution, but he ignored them. Parents weren't trafficking kids or building bombs. They just wanted their children out of masks and saying what they were learning. So, I mean, parents are looking out for their own children.

[00:13:46] But yet, Merrick Garland, DOJ, they all wanted to prosecute them, go after them. And they did. And here's the kicker. Teachers unions told the DOJ who to go after. And what did Merrick Garland do like a good little soy boy bitch? He followed their orders. I mean, this is, it's crazy. What? Because parents are standing up for their kids? I mean, you look at, there's so many videos even like at school board meetings or town meetings

[00:14:14] where these board of education think they're, they're, they're like the ultimate say or the mayor and them up on there, like shutting Americans down. Like we don't have 1A in this country. It's abusive though, right? I mean, here's this guy, Merrick Garland, impacting, you know, parents' rights in a way that was just detrimental and unnecessary. First of all, we know the mask didn't work. That was a bunch of horse shit. And then they're concerned about what they're, what they're teaching their kids.

[00:14:43] And why shouldn't they have a say in that? Why shouldn't they be able to voice their opinion? What, what, what parent that was impacted by Merrick Garland doesn't feel like punching this guy right in the face? Because, honest to God, you want to pick up a roll of quarters, you want to put it inside your hand, and you just want to go up and just punch him right in the face, square in it. Because this is what I mean. The problem we have in this country right now is that we've got government officials that are nonstop abusing their power.

[00:15:10] They just take advantage, they get in there, whether they're installed, whether they're legitimately elected, or whether they're placed. It doesn't matter whether it's judges, Department of Justice, prosecutors, agents. You know, you look at the whole wave of everybody, anybody that works, and they all think they have this ultimate right to determine everything that applies to you. That we don't have the First Amendment. That we don't have civil rights or the U.S. Constitution or the Bill of Rights. That none of that stuff applies.

[00:15:40] That they can do whatever they want. And I just, my question is, if they're weaponizing, if you think about it like this, when people like Merrick Garland or people like Ray or Brennan or Clapper or Comey or Jack Smith or federal agents weaponize against a guy like Donald Trump, let's face it, he's no joke, right? He's got billions of dollars. He's not a stupid man. The guy's sharp. And they weaponize the system against him and his family.

[00:16:09] Where does that leave us? I don't have billions of dollars. George doesn't have billions of dollars. We're not as sophisticated or as well-connected as Donald Trump. How do we protect ourselves from this same weaponization? See, shit rolls downhill in this situation. You have a case where they're going off to an extremely powerful guy with lots of money because they don't like him and they don't want him in power and they don't want him to straighten out government and do whatever he's doing. What happens to the regular people?

[00:16:37] Look what they did to the J6ers when they pulled the full force and effect of the U.S. government against him. Look when they did it to Mike Flynn, Roger Stone. And then there's us. How do we stop this? Because I'm sick of it. I think I want to see these people locked up. I'm tired of them getting to do this stuff. And there's no consequences because it just empowers and emboldens other employees because maybe there's a good FBI agent.

[00:17:06] But after a while, he's like, ah, I want a promotion. I'll just play the game. They're turning the good people into bad people or the good people are just flat leaving. George and I know plenty of FBI agents that have left the agency because they felt like the agency was trying to turn them into criminals, that they were expecting them to break the law to keep their job. So we don't have the good agents because they want to leave. And we're taking any agents that are in there and decent. We've got supervisors and directors telling them what to do. And then you got this. You got Merrick Garland still walking around.

[00:17:36] You got Jack Smith still walking around. You got everybody that did everything wrong to the J6ers. You got all the guys that did the Russian clues and hoax, the dirty 51 plus 8. All the people that participated in the Steele dossier. I'm just saying to you, this can't keep going on. I'm telling the administration, get off your fucking asses. Todd Blanch, do your job. Start arresting government people. Because the American people, I think we're disgusted.

[00:18:05] I know that I am. And I know, listen, I support Donald Trump, but I believe in him. And I don't know if it's just gotten so big that he can't even fix it. That the corruption is so ingrained and so dirty that it's unfixable. I wish that wasn't the case. And I hope it's not the case. And I don't want us to lose the midterms. I'm not negative Nelly. You know, anybody wants to call people like me. They say, oh, you're a Burger King Republican. First of all, I'm not a Republican. I'm a pro-constitutionalist. What the hell is a Burger King Republican? I heard you say that. You want it your way.

[00:18:36] Oh. Yeah. Yeah. They came up with that because they said that people, you're not talking about all the good things. There's plenty of good things. I give this administration credit for all the good things. I'm not giving them any credit for this Department of Justice or this FBI not doing their jobs. They're just not doing what we expected they were going to do. And we have some horrible, bad, nefarious players out here.

[00:18:59] This kind of stuff, if they're going to surveil Melania Trump and Barron Trump, then guaranteed you're probably getting surveilled. There's no doubt that they'll surveil you for just about anything. I am sure that George and myself were on plenty of lists and are probably still on those lists for our support of Donald Trump. Because we got suspended all over the place, and the suspensions seem to be part of being on those lists. All right. Looks like we got a major win here, George. We do.

[00:19:29] And I just want to know, are all the liberals or Democrats, are they going to accept this? Or are they going to turn it away because it has Trump's name on it? Treasury Secretary Scott Besson, he just revealed that speech and stuff, that automatic enrollment for the Trump accounts is 100% complete. What does that mean, everybody?

[00:19:56] Every child under the age of 18 has a Trump account waiting for him or her. And notice I said him or her, not they or them or this or that. It's him or her. I mean, this is a big wing for the Trump admin for Donald Trump. I mean, there's one thing you cannot take away. All you have to do is go on and say, I want my account. Yeah.

[00:20:20] I hope every parent out there is going to take the time to do this because what a great opportunity for these kids to start off with an investment. You know, you think about the kids that don't have parents that can do this, and now they've got an opportunity to have this waiting for them. I mean, what a great way to start. All these kids are getting these seed donations from people like Dell and other ones. And then the parents can invest in their all so they can match funds and it's a good program.

[00:20:46] And they say the kid, by the time they turn 18, can end up with $170,000 to $300,000. Yeah. And that's by right now projections, it could go up, which is, that's pretty huge. Yeah. Doesn't that pay for their college if they wanted to? Seems like it. Right? So you want to say, oh, we need free college. There you go. Get on board. As long as they don't waste it. Well, maybe it's a down payment for their first house too, you know?

[00:21:16] Maybe they don't want to go to college. Maybe they're going to go to trade school or something. Whatever, yeah. As long as they don't freaking waste it. Flashing money, this and that, taking pictures in a club, you know, all that dumbass, fake-ass gangster shit. Yeah. Let me play the clip. Every child deserves a financial stake in the future, and Trump accounts represent the most transformative policy in decades to give them one. Millions of families enrolled before the program even launched.

[00:21:45] And now, with automatic enrollment complete, I am pleased to announce that every child, every child under the age of 18 has a Trump account waiting for him or her. That's true. I'd like to know in the chat, anybody who's got kids under 18, do you have your Trump accounts for your kids? Let me know in the chat or if your grandchildren have them. I'm just curious.

[00:22:11] And if you don't, if you do have kids under 18 or grandchildren and they don't have them, shame on you. Makes me want to pop out some kids just to get them Trump accounts, man. I'm telling you. I got to tell you, this is a big move, too. Why not? A good move by Donald Trump. Another one. You know, because I got to give him credit where credit's due. Stroke of a pen, baby. President Trump just signed an executive order on stage. Of course, it was brought to him by Natalie Harp.

[00:22:41] And he just green-lighted tax-free diesel fuel for truckers, farmers, and other Americans. I wonder how they implement this. I don't know, but it's going to save, allegedly, assuming this program is going to work the way they say, it saves a trucker, meaning a semi-driver, you know, semi-truck driver, up to $100 per fill-up.

[00:23:08] About $100 every time he fills the truck. That's a big-ass number. But you got to love Trump. He comes out and says, I'm going to do what Biden couldn't do. Sign the signature. Taking a shot at the old auto pen there. All right, let's play the clip. Oh.

[00:23:45] ...or not. So Pete and Jim, we should absolutely assure your election, I guarantee you. What's really going to assure it, however, is in a little while that is going to end, and it's going to be an amazing... And you two guys were great. You stuck with us. And we have to. Otherwise, we're not going to have a country anymore. So I appreciate it. And I'm going to sign this.

[00:24:18] What Joe Biden couldn't do. Sign the signature. This is something what Joe Biden was incapable. He could not sign. He only used auto pens. Look at that. Isn't that nice?

[00:25:03] I want... Yeah. I'm trying... I've been wrapping my brain around like, what are you just going to... All the diesel going to the gas station is going to be, like, tax-free or something? Maybe. I don't know. I mean, I'm assuming that's the case because he said it's for regular Americans, too. Of course, farmers and the truckers are the big deal because that should trickle down to lower prices at the grocery store, lower prices at the delivery locations. Will it? I don't know. You know how the oil companies are. Maybe they'll raise the diesel prices. Hey, there's some money on the table here.

[00:25:33] Let's raise it a dollar. You know? Who knows? We'll see. I hope it works the way that he wants to, and I think it was a good idea for him to do that. All right. It's interesting. Election fraud, election fraud, election fraud. Still no arrest. But, of course, Maricopa County, they love their election fraud. They love to violate the rules. So, Maricopa County, I'm going to use some air quotations, accidentally, accidentally,

[00:25:59] George, they accidentally mailed out 3,126 ballots a week early. Well, of course they did. They accidentally did it, George. Accidentally, my ass. I accidentally punched somebody in the face. It was an accident, though. Come on. I mean, Maricopa is one of the, they're in the top five for fraud when it comes to voting and stuff.

[00:26:27] You know, I'm going to go a little off chain, right? In Brazil, I think they had like 8 million ballots cast or something. Do you know they were able to count all that, all their elections by the end of the night? Meanwhile, it takes California, what, 30 days at least to count less votes? Yeah. That's a problem. And this is, here, this is, I think, is this with runback elections, too, over here in Arizona?

[00:26:56] They said the vendors shipped the ballots six days before the legal mailing date. So, if they shipped it before the legal mailing date, does that, that should make them illegal then, those ballots. But yet, they're going to let them slide. Well, what do you mean you're going to let them slide? That's against the law. Oh, well, that's what Democrats do and corrupt Republicans.

[00:27:22] I mean, they know we're watching these elections. Like, we got to watch them like a hawk. I mean, remember which way. The question is, if we do, if we do, or when, if they attempt to cheat and we do catch them, is how do you bring it to the courts and get it done? That's going to be the biggest thing. Because we've seen throughout the last six years, courts throwing out for precedent and this and that.

[00:27:50] I agree with something you just said a minute ago, George. A lot. Mistakingly, accidentally. You know, Maricopa has a history of errors. You know, there's a reason it keeps happening in Maricopa County. Because nobody went to jail. Nobody paid the consequences for their actions. It was all conspiracy. You know my question?

[00:28:20] More bullshit coming out of the election cheaters. Go ahead, George. Here's my question. Of those 3,126 ballots that were mistakenly, accidentally mailed early, How many of those people are registered Democrats and Republicans? Yep. Awfully quiet on that one. Just curious. Asking for a friend. Who my friend is? Called United States of America.

[00:28:50] And they asked Trump about this. You know Trump. Trump just sent out thousands of ballots in Maricopa County in Arizona, and they have to be ashamed of themselves. By the way, there were no errors. You know that, right? There were no errors.

[00:29:20] Maricopa sent out thousands of ballots illegally, and they got caught. And now they're saying it was an error. Maricopa is a very, very dishonest county. Yeah. So what's going to happen in Arizona? We're going to find out. Is the steal in? The cheat's in? You know, Katie Hobbs really never legitimately won, but she's still up there. Yep.

[00:29:51] Wendy Rogers has been awful quiet. We don't hear from her any longer. She was supposed to be an outspoken advocate. She was supposed to be a big deal. She reminds me of MTG. Yeah. And the way she presented herself and then turned, and he's a fucking snake. Yep. Yep. The Dilly meme team sure thought she was the shit, though. All right. Well, we're going to take a short break here on the Big Moon Show, and we come back. Lots to cover, man.

[00:30:20] We're going to keep exposing the truth here on this show. If it kills us, stay tuned. We'll be back with George Balentine, Lance Miliachio. It's always rise and grind, tip of the spear here. We'll be right back. Something truly remarkable is happening in the world of cancer care,

[00:30:49] just south of the U.S. border. Since 1963, Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana has been quietly redefining what is possible for patients facing late-stage cancer. Their integrative approach, treating the body, mind, and spirit has produced survival outcomes that far exceed standard American hospital averages. In some cases, more than three times higher. The pattern is clear. Patients at Oasis of Hope often live longer than expected.

[00:31:18] At the center of this extraordinary story is Dr. Francisco Contreras, world-renowned oncologist, author of 15 books, and medical director leading a compassionate team dedicated to giving patients not just treatment, but hope. [00:34:13] But seriously, all your support truly helps. I think Lance too, we got some interviews coming up too, right? Yeah, we do. I got to actually reach back out. We're going to be, I'm having, what the hell's her name? Is it Donna? That's running for governor of Michigan. Yeah. I got to book her. Thursday, we've got you bowl coming on, you know, producer, director, movie maker,

[00:34:40] just made a movie vigilante justice. He'll be here Thursday, joining us from overseas. That should be an intro. You guys made a ton of movies. We'll put the link. I'll do some promotion here today. I'll start getting everything ready for you guys, you know, but you want to be here on Thursday. Should be a great interview. Lots of interesting topics. And we've got some other interviews that I'm working on getting booked for next week. We've got one on Monday that I'll tell you about. We'll put that over in the big, big community. So if you don't remember the community over on X, you want to find out what we've got coming up. You can head over there and check it out.

[00:35:11] You bowl again on Monday. I mean, on Thursday, Monday's a different. All right. I don't like this guy. I think he's a slime bag. Looks like a new financial disclosure shows Democrat Abdul Al Saeed. Started making 9,000 per month and the consulting fees paid by the taxpayers after announcing his run for Senator in Michigan.

[00:35:39] This is just six days afterwards. So this watchdog report shows he's been making the equivalent of $300 per day. Of course, paid by the American taxpayer. And listen, I didn't stutter. You heard that, right? He's getting $9,000 a month. Comes from the Wayne County taxpayers through the County Department of Health, Human and Veterans Services. And I guess it was mostly labeled HHVS leadership support and operational guidance.

[00:36:09] So I guess about 20 hours of data and quality strategy advising, about nine hours of county executive leadership support, five hours of media and communication support. So that's $300 an hour, 9,000 per month. And here's where the corruption even gets worse. Consulting deal was given six days after he announced his run for Senate.

[00:36:37] This guy's honestly a low life. And of course, Saeed, tell me about this, George. He just got called out for being a hypocrite. Soros, another dangerous puppet that should be locked up him and his son, Alexander. Can't figure out why they're still walking around, but George, tell me what happened here. You know, he's not, he, he, he's got on his ads and stuff. He says he's a doctor, but he's not a licensed doctor.

[00:37:10] I didn't know that. He went to med school, but he never got licensed or nothing. So he doesn't, he doesn't really hold the title of doctor because he never took the test. So how is it possible that he's walking around telling everybody he's a doctor if he's not a doctor? Cause he's a Democrat, bro. How do they go around saying that their, that the, uh, their names are they, them, or this and that, or it. So he's got a medical degree, but he's never been licensed as a doctor. Wow. Yeah. Let's get this guy elected.

[00:37:39] Here's another piece of shit. Uh, and tied up with the Soros family. Uh, here, let me, let me give these quotes here. So here you are, this is the Fox news, by the way, here you are in Los Angeles with the Soros family. How is that not taking money from billionaire oligarchs and power brokers? Of course, El Saeed scrambled and said, when infant individuals want to give to my campaign, I welcome their support.

[00:38:08] How come this guy's like, billionaires and oligarchs and Donald Trump. And I, right. But meanwhile, he doesn't, he's not taking, he's not putting his money where his mouth is. He took money from some of the biggest, one of the biggest scumbag families. It's allowed to be in this country. I can't figure out why they're still walking around. It's like Reed Hoffman from LinkedIn. Why is that fucker still walking around? Honestly, I can't figure out why Mark Zuckerberg, how come, how come they didn't go after him for the Zucker bucks situation.

[00:38:38] See, this administration sometimes allows things to go on that I can't figure out. Does anybody in the audience feel like George Soros should be allowed? You know, George Soros and his family are, and, uh, you know, all his NGOs, right. They've been banned from many countries. They're not even allowed to come into the country. Uh, they'll be arrested if they try to enter certain countries, but here we are in the United States, just open arms, just come on in.

[00:39:07] We'll take some more money from us. Open society foundation has 64 other NGOs attached to it. USAID gave him billions of dollars. So he took that money and then he weaponized it against the American people against Donald Trump and many others. He's tied in with Hillary Clinton and so many others, George Soros and Alexander source human Abedin, the, the Hillary Clinton, uh, compatriot, the one that was accused, uh,

[00:39:35] and we never got to the bottom of the whole bring my hammer story. Huma Abedin seems to have some kind of a creepy sexual relationship with Hillary Clinton, at least allegedly, uh, some kind of creepy stuff, but she's married to Alexander Soros. That hits home. All right, let's put up this liar, shifty non-doctor. L Saeed. Uh, this guy's an arrogant prick. This is not what we need. Here's the thing. He's talking about not taking money from big corporation, big interest. Yeah.

[00:40:04] He was in California with George Soros and the family taking her money. And when she asked him that question, he goes, when individuals want to give him my campaign, I welcome their support. Well, what just happened? Do you want to take big money interest in that? You tell them thank you, but no, thank you. Cause like you said, Lance is a fucking hypocrite. I don't, I don't fundraising in California last weekend. You're here in New York fundraising again. So all of this raises the obvious question about, let me ask you,

[00:40:34] here's what you said on the campaign trail. Let's play this. All I'm going to be talking about is getting money out of politics. It starts with getting money out of politics. The major hustle fashion of money out of politics. And because the money in the politics is about spending lots. Okay. So here you are in Los Angeles with the Soros family. So my question is how is this not taking money from billionaire oligarchs and power brokers? So when individuals want to give to my campaign, I welcome their support.

[00:41:04] And then he was, was it yesterday? He was, he was in New York doing his interview, but then he was with O AOC. Trying to campaign for funds to donations. Yeah. Soros is probably already donating there. Well, from here on out, Dr. Balantine, since you can just get that name anytime you want, I'll just call you Dr. Balantine because of course, looks like you don't even really need to be licensed or have a PhD. You can just slap on that doctor moniker when you need to for the press.

[00:41:33] That's got a ring to it. You know that? It does have a nice ring to it. Dr. Balantine. Yes, sir. How may be assistance? Yeah, exactly. Let me look at the charts. Hold on a second. Lance Migliaccio fucked up in the head. Check. Hey, that's probably true. We don't want, we do not want to psychologically, psychologically profile me, especially of my internal anger issues. The longer there aren't any arrests, the angrier I seem to get. All right.

[00:42:04] Massive win. The HHS secretary, Bobby Kennedy, which you know, we love him, is moving to force big healthcare to disclose all pricing to Americans up front rather than dump junk data as a loophole, which of course was totally unusable. They don't really want to press those numbers because you know, our healthcare here in the United States is, is over the top expensive. We've all dealt with it. Yeah. You hope that the insurance will cover it, but when they don't, here comes that massive bill.

[00:42:33] Many people have had to file bankruptcy over it. Pricing files will be slashed. They're slashed by negative 70%. And Americans will actually be able to shop around with all necessary information before they receive care. And wouldn't that be interesting, George, if you knew how much a shoulder replacement was at every different, unique medical facility. And you could say, Oh, I'm going to go with them because it's more reasonable. And they've got a stellar reputation. You'd be able to check the prices in advance. Cause it seems like price fixing. You never know what something's going to cost.

[00:43:02] My mom got some, didn't pay bills of course, cause it went through her, her insurance, but the numbers for some of the work my mom got over the last 10 years, absolutely crazy. You know, she had a valve. She had to have worked on. She had that soldier shoulder surgery. She had that back surgery. My mom had multiple surgeries and I was just absolutely blown away. And then I hear the stories from friends of mine that live around the globe and how they got the,

[00:43:29] this incredible insurance done in other countries or incredible services done in other countries, cured their cancer, cured other diseases for pennies on the dollar as compared to here, just like our prescription meds here out of control. Well, you know, they talk about like, he even brought up like MRIs, like one place charges this much than another place this much. But you also have to look what area, because you can go like in my County where it's really expensive. Rents are expensive. Yeah.

[00:43:56] It's going to be more money versus you go to the County next door where it's cheaper or inner city, whatever. Of course, it's going to be cheaper because the rents are cheaper. Things are cheaper. So certain things I can understand why price and fluctuates, but when it comes to the hospital stuff or surgeries, yeah, it's weird. I mean, granted, you know, a more experienced or better doctor, you know, of course he's going to charge more, but hospitals, they want to bang and everything. But how is he,

[00:44:26] here's my question. How is he going to force healthcare? You know, I'm not sure, but here's what the new rules are supposed to do. George, he's going to cut pricing file size by 70% and kill all the duplicate noise. So it's going to be easier to go through the material, right. That's presented the documentation. He's going to force these plans and ensures to attest. The data is true, accurate, and complete. He's going to put a senior's official name on that attestation. So there's going to be a responsible party.

[00:44:54] He's going to make the files easier to find and compare. He's going to expand the useful out of network pricing info and let patients get personalized cost sharing quotes by phone and not just online. So of course it's going to allow patients and his quote patients will be better able to compare what care costs before they receive it. We're also requiring health plans and ensures to test that pricing data, a publish is true, accurate and complete.

[00:45:22] And to identify the senior official at that company's responsible. Let's play the clip. I think, you know, he's had a lot of pushback. He's a lot of had a lot of attacks. I think RFK jr. Is trying to do the right things. I've heard a lot of stories about how frustrated he is, that it's difficult to navigate the obstructionist policies and systems in Washington, D.C. First term, he established the most significant healthcare price transparency requirement in American history,

[00:45:50] requiring hospitals and health plans to disclose prices that had previously remained, been completely hidden. The evidence shows that these reforms are beginning to work. Despite all the noise that was injected into the system to make it difficult for us to work, recent data show that price among the most expensive quarter of healthcare services fell by 6.3% per year.

[00:46:18] Following the implementation of the initial technical requirements, transparency requirements, when president Trump returned to office, he saw these evasive tactics that the industry had taken. And he directed us to build on that foundation. And we have, the administration has already issued warnings or corrective action requests of more than 500 hospitals.

[00:46:44] And that failed to meet federal price transparency requirements. And today we are strengthening the rules for health insurers. One lesson from the first generation of transparency requirement is that publishing enormous quantities of data does not necessarily produce useful information. Some existing insurers files contain vast amounts, literally thousands of pages of duplicative data.

[00:47:12] They can even include negotiated rights for services, as like I mentioned, for providers that are never going to provide that service, like a podiatrist performing transplant surgery, heart transplant surgery. Today's rule eliminates that kind of noise. The department estimates these reforms could reduce the size of our pricing files by 70%, while making information much easier to analyze and compare.

[00:47:40] We are also requiring health plans and insurers to attest that pricing data they publish is true, accurate, and complete, and to identify the senior official at that company who is responsible for that data and for those statements. We are making it easier to find the data. We're expanding access to useful out-of-network pricing information,

[00:48:06] and we're requiring consumers to be able to obtain personalized cost-sharing information by phone, in addition to the tools already available online. The results will be better information of the people who need it. Patients will be better able to compare what care costs before they receive it. Employers will be better able to judge whether the insurers that they hire

[00:48:33] are negotiating the best prices for their workers, and researchers will be able to identify price disparities and study where the market is failing. Sounds good. Let's hope they get shit done. Whatever happened to the Republicans appealing to Obamacare and actually fixing it the right way? Hmm. Yeah. That's a good point. Like much else,

[00:49:02] it's like the Clarity Act. It's like they can't even vote to take care of the daylight savings time issue. Oh, my God. I mean, it's just pathetic. Some of the easiest stuff that you would think is just a no-brainer. I mean, it passed the House almost 100%. You know what they got to do? It's just... I think what? It's whatever committee Tom Cotton is in. Yeah. Right? Yeah. When center, you know, after the midterms, and they got to give out new committee assignments, don't put him on that committee.

[00:49:34] Yeah. Yeah, he's... I don't know. I don't know what to think there. All right. All right. The entire federal bench, which is a shocker in Middle Tennessee, rescues Marsha Blackburn's lawsuit against Jack Smith. The Sixth Circuit to bring in an outside judge. So every sitting district judge, which is a shocker in the Middle District of Tennessee, has stepped off Senator Marsha Blackburn's civil rights lawsuit against former special counsel Jack Smith,

[00:50:03] forcing the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals to designate an outside judge to hear the case. I'm not shocked. Yeah, but no, they're not saying why they're recusing themselves. I... But, you know, it's suspicious as you know what. I mean, all district judges in the Middle District have recused in this matter. Uh... So they got to bring an outside judge from the district to be appointed to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Of course,

[00:50:32] that'll mean that the case will be reassigned. And the court gave no reason. George, don't you feel like they owe the public a response as to why they did this? I... Yeah, they should. Question is now, who picks the judge to fill in for this case? Good question. Who knows? Is it because they feel conflict of interest because they're district judges in Tennessee and she's a Tennessee senator?

[00:51:02] Maybe. That's the only thing I can think of. Maybe they should just resign. But here's the question to these district judges in Tennessee. Even if... Even if that's the case, she's a sitting senator, you don't have any personal ties to her. You have personal ties to rule according to the Constitution of the United States. There you go. You're the case. Rule on based on that. Not on your opinions. Not on bullshit. Don't be biased.

[00:51:32] And you shouldn't have to recuse yourself. Unless you have a personal, personal relationship or a family friend or somehow like to that extent. Yeah, I get it. Recuse yourself. Otherwise, we need to know the reasons why. Well, you know, this out of control Jack Smith, right? This partisan witch hunt, which of course secretly obtained, you know, her, you know, and this is the senators, private cell phone records from Verizon. I mean, you know, you got to look at Smith

[00:52:01] and his team of far left thugs, FBI and Todd Blanche. Why haven't they been arrested? Private cell phone records on a senator? Surveillance on other senators? Of course, they obtained secret non-disclosure orders to hide the fact that they were spying on a sitting U.S. senator. And now the judges recuse themselves? You judges ought to be embarrassed. You ought to fucking resign.

[00:52:29] So they effectively stripped her of her constitutional speech or debate clause protection because of course U.S. senators have that by accessing her personal cell phone. And of course, this lawsuit wasn't weaponized. It's solely about holding Jack Smith accountable and the rest of his government thugs accountable. But where's the accountability, Todd Blanche? Where's the accountability, Kash Patel? And I'll say it to the administration.

[00:52:58] Why is Jack Smith not in handcuffs? Why is he not being given bond? I just, you know, this is incredible when you start thinking about the amount of power that some of these agency rogue operators are wielding. You're talking about Jack Smith. He's a rogue operator. He was never lawfully nominated by the president or confirmed by the U.S. Senate. And what a terrifying amount of power he's used against high-level officials, senators and Donald Trump.

[00:53:28] What about the American people he wielded power against? You know, if you guys don't throw down the gauntlet in D.C. against these government gangsters against the deep state, it's just going to get worse and worse. And eventually, the American public is going to get fed up. So fed up, they're going to pick up arms. And they're going to come after you. I have to be honest. If I was walking down the street in Denver and Jack Smith was coming in my direction, I might just run up to him and give him a straight right

[00:53:57] directly to the face and say, and I might say, that's for the American people, Jack. And I might even kick him when he went down. I would probably take the assault charge of the American people if I saw Jack Smith walking down the street. And I wonder how many other Americans feel like that. I've said it before. If Jack Smith is a, is somebody that uses services, comes into your businesses, buys gas, groceries, gets his hair cut, you mow his lawn, it's time to just turn it off, man.

[00:54:27] It's time to refuse all these people's services, congressmen, FBI agents, maybe throw them out of your business. Hey, did you work on the dirty, did you work on the Russian collusion, Oaks? Were you one of the, I saw your name on the list. Okay, get the fuck out of my business. I don't want you in my restaurant. Lance, you know, somebody, Skunk 71, just put something in the chat and reminded me of something. Maybe we should send Cash a copy of his own book and highlight some of the important things he said. That's a good point. Get some little post-its and get some highlighting

[00:54:56] and say, Hey, are you going to be doing this anytime soon? Yeah, I think it's important. Well, I love Marco Rubio and I think that I, I, I trust him. I don't know that I trust Susie Wiles. She's tied to him, but I, I trust Marco Rubio. I really believe in him. But he just said that Russia should stop hiding. You guys, if you haven't been paying attention, an outbreak of plague in Russia, big news.

[00:55:25] It was a lab leak. It sounds like there was some kind of a sample that got broken. The person that first got exposed, they're already dead. And he said that it's time for Russia to stop hiding the information from the world about this plague outbreak. We don't have the information yet. I think it's incumbent upon Russia to obviously share more information with the world. And that's what they should do. George, this is big news and it does seem like the information is just trickling out of Russia. Actually, something just came out this morning

[00:55:54] a few minutes ago. A second person has died from the Russian plague outbreak. Yeah. I mean, why are they even messing with it in the lab? Well, were they trying to use another bioweapon? Were we having like a COVID 2.0? What the fuck is going on? But you know, we have these kind of labs all over this nation and all over the world that are studying, you know, pathogens. But you know what, Lance? Let me tell you. But Americans, world, do not fear this plague. You know why?

[00:56:23] Because Israel has a vaccine for it. Oh, God. And it's an mRNA vaccine. Interestingly enough, right out of the gate, we've got a vaccine. So for all you people that love vaccines out there, I know most of you don't watch this show. You know, you can get ready to defend on the plague. Go ahead and just pump some of that shit in there. You know, look, I don't know. It's, you know, I believe that when it comes to things like this, health issues and health concerns

[00:56:53] and health scares and dangerous pathogens, you know, Russia should be very forthcoming. Again, accidents happen. I'm not blaming Russia. I don't think that there's anything intentional about what happened. I've been following the story somewhat and it seems like it was accidental, the release. It wasn't like the person in the lab wanted to die. But you know, when you study these dangerous pathogens and when you do all these, you know, investigations into pathogens, I don't believe that Russia was weaponizing it. It doesn't seem like this was a weapons issue.

[00:57:23] It was more of a study based on what's been available. Well, they told, well, they admitted it was a lab leak right off the bat. It's not like Wuhan lab hiding it. Yeah. Well, and also, gain of, this wasn't gain of function research, at least based on the information we have so far, where the COVID virus was a gain of function. And I don't believe in the gain of function stuff. If a pathogen hasn't crossed over in hundreds of years, right, that it never happened historically like it did with the COVID,

[00:57:53] you know, bat, you know, pathogen, that all of a sudden they wanted to study, well, and they weaponized it, right? Gain of function, that's what it's about. I think that stuff should be banned globally. I don't think, I think if something happens accidentally, it's one thing. Let's play the clip. Marco Rubio. All right. Bioweapons program. There are also reports now that the FSB is involved in a forceful response to the recent fatal suspected plague death in Siberia.

[00:58:23] The question for you is, for you both, is do you see any reason to suspect that what we're seeing now might be the accidental release of an intentionally modified strain of the plague that was altered by Russia? What is your level of concern? Well, look, first of all, anytime you hear that there's some disease that infected someone in a lab anywhere in the world, you're going to be concerned about it, especially given recent events not so long ago, obviously in 2021. So in 2020, when we saw that happen, that said,

[00:58:53] it would be irresponsible for me here to sit and speculate because we just don't have all the information yet. I think it's incumbent upon Russia to obviously share more information with the world. That's what they should do and that's what we hope they will do. And the more we can learn about what happened, then the better all of us can be in a position of responding. And maybe, you know, there's nothing there. Maybe it's bigger than we thought. We don't know. But I think it would be reckless at this moment, given the limited information we still have, to speculate about what this might or might not be or what this is or what this isn't.

[00:59:23] Suffice it to say, we're watching it very closely and I think the whole world is watching it very closely because depending on what we learn about it, we would know how to respond. We already, you know, have measures in place to be able to address it if it's something, you know, more serious than what so far has been acknowledged. Suffice it to say, we're glad to be aware of it. We're watching it very closely, hour by hour. We have multiple agencies, not just in the United States but internationally that are watching it. We encourage Russia to be transparent and share more information with the world

[00:59:52] so that all of us could react accordingly and appropriately but we'll have to make those decisions on the basis of the information that we're learning and are being provided and so far that's still quite limited but hopefully that will change in the next few hours and days. Yeah. Go ahead, George. I mean, listen, that's a developing story. Hopefully that they keep that plague. It doesn't spread.

[01:00:21] I think they're trying to, they're, wherever people are around, they're quarantining them and even the hospital and stuff so hopefully they can't keep it under wraps like that. I mean, oh, it's going to be a continuing story. We'll always keep you guys updated on it. But Lance, I have some news. You might actually enjoy this. Remember the former aide of the Democrat Minneapolis mayor, Jacob Frey? Yeah, the Feeding Our Foods. Yeah,

[01:00:51] he was just sentenced to 33 months in prison for his role in Feeding Our Future. Yep. There was like 78 people indicted and as of right now, he was a 31st defendant sentenced in this scheme. We still got a lot more to go but at least they're getting sentenced and stuff. I just wonder like 33 months is kind of a very small sentence considering the hundreds of millions of dollars they stole or how many millions were stolen in that scam, George? Do you remember? I don't know. It's a lot

[01:01:21] but I want to know are they able to recover money that was sent overseas? Yeah. You mean those suitcases of cash they took out of the country? All that stuff. Yeah. That's a good question but 33 months seems like a very short sentence to me. Of course, he can get RDAP and chase it by 12 months. That sentence with good time 29 months let's say roughly another 12 months off for RDAP that puts you at what is that? That's 17 months? What is that? Who knows?

[01:01:51] 29 minus 12. He might not get because he's also an illegal, right? I mean, I don't think he's a citizen. No, I don't think he's an illegalist guy. I'm looking at his picture right now. I think this guy was here legally. I think if I remember there was a handful of them that were illegal. Well, he's going to be get chipped back because he just screwed up whatever immigration status he had. Yeah. You know, that's a good question. I also caught this. I just want to share it. We're trying to get Greg Bovino on the show. I've got an email. I've mailed his people. Got it through a friend of mine.

[01:02:21] But he's just launched a Deport El Saeed campaign to stop the Islam Islam communist takeover of Michigan. That's Greg Bovino. You know who he is. I trust Greg Bovino. I've heard a lot of good things about him behind the scenes. A lot of people are very positive about him. So we're going to continue to try to get him on the show. If anybody knows him, we'd love to have him in here. We'd like to discuss this and many other things he's been very forthcoming about. So, all right. Of course, the commander, DHS.

[01:02:50] All right, George. Well, listen, we're out of time for today. Of course, if you love the show, the easiest way to thank us is smash that follow button. Share our content far and wide. That means take the short form and the long form. Use it to grow your own social media. We're not going to come after you. And of course, hitting a follow button here is important, but also giving us a follow over on YouTube and locals. If you can take a few minutes after the show, head over there. Let us know you did it. You're new to the show. You always want to get in the chat and let us give you a shout out. And don't forget to follow us on social media. It's G Valentin on X,
