[00:11:35] I just want to be clear it's not what they're telling you because the rate of fire for bomb stock is considerably different than the rate of fire that happened in that Las Vegas event we can go into those details later of Michael wants to cover
[00:11:47] that but I just want to say man this you know obviously you own a gun store and this matter to you in the scope of your business but I don't care business or not you jumped in the fire brother I mean you went all the way in
[00:12:00] because this is no joke you had to battle the US government and you know they do not go into the night quietly. No not at all you know we're talking about you know five years ago over five
[00:12:11] years ago when the shooting happened in Las Vegas and the whole the atmosphere of the country was hate you know we need to do something something needs to be done you know because this was the largest mass shooting that ever happening in the United
[00:12:27] States and allegedly they're saying that this person usually bomb stock on one of the rifles so you know they said hey you know what let's ban the bomb stock you know and that upset me because you know I remember a guy jumped into a vehicle
[00:12:42] and drove through a parade and ran over and killed and injured you know dozens of people and I don't remember them ever going to the car dealership and saying let's protest less ban less sue you know Chevy or Ford I don't remember
[00:12:59] going to the manufacturer of Chevy and Ford say hey you know let's shut them down let's sue them you know I don't remember that you know so why are we doing this for firearms
[00:13:08] you know why are we blaming the guns you know we don't blame any other product that's out there whenever someone uses it to kill someone yeah so you know that upset
[00:13:17] me now so you know that has nothing to do with me you know I'm here in Texas I'm in the lone search state and the fact that you know this person allegedly did this had nothing
[00:13:25] nothing to do with me and you're telling me that you're going to walk into my house you're going to tell me that something that I legally owned I legally purchased you're going to ban it and then if I don't turn it into you or destroyed you're going
[00:13:39] to turn me into a felon I said absolutely not yeah what that's fine I'm going to comply I'm going to surrender my bomb stock turn them in and I follow the lawsuit within 30 minutes against the federal government like oh can you actually explain
[00:13:52] what a bomb stock is there's a lot of our people in the chat or some of them are asking they don't know would you possibly do that for our guests so yeah a
[00:13:59] bomb stock is it's a part that you attach to a rifle so that way you can use the momentum the recoil of the rifle to fire faster you're you know moving your left arm using that recoil to actually press against the trigger and using that
[00:14:15] recoil to actually fire the gun faster using that momentum is all it is it does not turn into a machine gun a machine gun you know one action of the trigger you pull that trigger one action of the trigger one round goes out that is a cinematic
[00:14:30] one action of the trigger more than one round goes out and that is a machine gun with a bump stock you have to press the trigger every single time your finger has got to touch that trigger in order for one round to go out the barrel that
[00:14:44] gun and that is the definition of a I'm sorry of a a cinematic yeah and I want to tell you something just for the audience understands is the ATF is notorious for what I call s x post fact litigation when it comes to
[00:14:58] weapons they've done it with short barrel rifles like the fast tech shotgun recently they've done it with the the braces for pistols the pistol braces they did it for the forced reset trigger something comes out an
[00:15:15] innovation in firearms and they immediately try to figure out how they can bring it into this section of the attack on shell not the infringed just like they did in 1986 they took away so many people's rights for suppressors and fully automatic weapons even though there's never been an
[00:15:31] event with anybody that was licensed correctly or purchased a firearm correctly for any of the class three or even class two destructive devices so you have to look at it like this the ATF is always looking to close what they call
[00:15:45] loopholes but what I believe it's a slow encroachment on your two-way rights I don't know if you agree with me or not Michael George you can comment I'm gonna stop us for real quick because I got something special to our
[00:15:58] views hold on one second okay here we go oh never mind Jesus all right well here's the deal let's go to this for a minute Michael your thoughts what do you think do you feel like it's a fast
[00:16:14] slow encroachment as part of the plan obviously a well arm public populace is necessary to keep a tyrannical government in place what do you think it's about controls about control that the ATF the federal government wants to
[00:16:27] have over the people and so what we need to do is stop that control we need to cut that a biblical court we need to cut those purse dreams and say you know what
[00:16:35] you know we're not we should not be in the position to be afraid of you the government you should be in a position to be afraid of us the people because the power belongs to the people not to the government yeah I want to

[00:17:36] saves everything it's going to stop the ACF coming out from your brace the triggers all different parts of parts and pieces that they're trying to ban and I'm glad I stood up in thought so now we have a case
[00:17:49] that is case law that we can move forward around this country and defend our second and second of rights as always more guns equals less crime you go I think you fire yourself a gun better get your stuff a thumbs up
[00:18:03] that's cool there you must have been excited when you found out about the win obviously where were you when you found out about the win it wasn't an attorney it called you was at a friend that called you was at your wife I mean
[00:18:18] ordered to show up at the office and all of a sudden you started dancing down the aisles of your store I was actually laying in bed I was laying in bed I was on my iPad I was going through different things I go through
[00:18:32] in the morning looking at different things I had the Supreme Court website up waiting for you know is this is this going to be the day that it drops in and I was hitting refresh nothing happened hit and
[00:18:44] refresh nothing happened all of a sudden I hit refresh boom it pops in I'd literally fell out of bed I fell on the floor almost hit it on my dog and I started screaming you know it's not for my you know

[00:20:47] and we set there in the court room which is the only case in the court room that year post COVID and so as we're sitting there we're going through the case my turn is lining everything out
[00:20:58] the judge sitting at the on the dinosaur the judge says okay I get it so the bump stock what this is is the advice that you add to a rifle kind of like a shotgun you push your left arm up like a shotgun
[00:21:11] and that's how you use the fire I said this guy doesn't have a clue he's compared to bump stock to a shotgun yeah we're gonna lose this case you know and you're gonna win you're gonna lose some battles so we definitely lost that case we moved on
[00:21:26] you know went went up to the appeal that case in the fifth circuit in the fifth circuit the case was actually heard in front of a three judge panel in New Orleans and so normally you know you think of the fifth circuit in some majority conservative court
[00:21:43] but instead we do a three judge panel that were all liberals so they heard this case and guess what we lost that case in the fifth circuit yeah with kill the case again to the entire court you know all the judges on the fifth circuit in New Orleans
[00:21:59] which is like you know 1213 judges there which is very intimidating to me that was the most intimidating courtroom and they ruled on that case and they ruled in my favor and that's when we won we lost the first case lost the second case one to third case
[00:22:15] we the government appealed the case to the United States Supreme Court Supreme Court heard it in a story and then that's when we won the United States Supreme Court and so man I'm just ecstatic right now I'm just amazed well you blessed us
[00:22:29] with the amount of work you put in I can't imagine and your family dealing with this I appreciate them for staying in the fight with you because I know what that's like it's any time you have to be in a courtroom
[00:22:42] it's complicated because you hope you have a judge whose reputation is that of being fair and honest but the problem is there are many in the judicial branch and there are many within the DOJ and that's not how they play fair they try to use standing
[00:22:56] and time-leanness they use any kind of a way to bar you without looking at the merits of the argument they don't want to talk about merits because it was only on the merits of these cases they would lose every single time
[00:23:07] the merits that are being argued you know let's face it the constitution doesn't leave any wiggle room it doesn't say shall be infringed occasionally it says shall not be infringed and the reason the founders and framers did this for the audience
[00:23:21] and Michael you can stop me if you don't agree with this the reason they did this is because they knew what a tyrannical government was they knew what had happened with the monarchy in France, England and Italy and Spain they'd been under the sum of the monarchy
[00:23:35] the grand experiment had lots of very carefully where are these people that are much more intelligent than I will ever hope to be you can just see in the history if you look at the founding documents if you look at the you know
[00:23:47] any of the documents related to their meetings it's clearly defined that they put a lot of work into this so let me ask you can you explain to the audience now I know you've also got Carvelle versus the ATF going on this is a separate action correct?
[00:24:04] that's correct so that one there is about the ATF walk it into mom and pop gun stores and actually shutting the mom and pop gun stores down because they're finding little small paperwork areas you walk the gun store you fill out it
[00:24:17] what we call a 4473 the farm transaction record yeah and when you pick up a firearm and if you put on that form you make a mistake and by the way there are 100 different data points on that form 100 different ways to make mistakes on that form
[00:24:31] you fill out that form and there's a boss that's county there are people that actually put country instead of the county they live in if you make that mistake you talk about something like that can actually get that gun store shut down and lose their
[00:24:45] live they heard for it yeah can I ask you this you know when you started this fight with the ATF and obviously that was over five years ago now I don't know how long the car go ATF cases this other case did you feel that your inspection rate
[00:25:02] over there at your Texas gun works went way through the roof of the ATF started coming in more often no it's definitely came in more often but they did show up you know in surprise a little sooner than expected and they did you know
[00:25:17] walk in with you know three agents and you know you know when you go out there like I did and it looks like you're going to win you know you can expect something like that to happen
[00:25:31] I knew that we're going to win this case when they walked in on a Monday morning with three agents and spit an entire week and then spent three weeks deciding whether you know look at my story and how we did I knew that moment in time
[00:25:47] when this case is a great court because they never would have done that if they see me as a threat Yeah at the end of the day law fair is one of their biggest weaponizations they love to use even the IRS as a hammer
[00:26:02] all of a sudden you're fighting them and here comes an audit they obviously use all the tools that they're disposal it's pretty intimidating for most people obviously with your background you don't seem like a man to me that is easily intimidated
[00:26:16] you know you always got some input on this kind of thing is there anything you'd like to jump in because I know you're a little hyper extended there with the technical stuff going on in the back of the moment Yeah it's going a little crazy
[00:26:26] but I just you know I have to say my personal sister Richard Sparser said he wanted to thank you personally because now you just have to give up his bunk stock which is you know smiling right now probably but yeah
[00:26:38] they're going to try to do anything they can to try to take our two way you know this is just one of the small battles and this big war with them and it's basically says shall not be in fringe I know Lance loves that word
[00:26:51] because he actually got suspended on an extra just for using that word shall not be in fringe you got got to say something Yeah it took a one week to say I'm responding to somebody yeah and I said shall not be in fringe
[00:27:01] and X saw that as a I think they called it an over active violence quoting the Constitution and I took a one week suspension when I appealed it they said no sorry we're not going to be able So I'm not sure exactly where shall not be in fringe
[00:27:17] since it's in our Constitution now that's an over active violence that was the only thing I said in the post George can we throw up media too I think this is kind of a celebration rubbed it in the face a little bit for me
[00:27:28] it's just the Justice Thomas delivered the opinion I just want to put up the front page of that for everybody to see it because I Yeah I'm just media too Yeah I forgot to put it Not a big deal Okay here we go
[00:27:46] Such a big winner here I got to put it up You know I love where he says We hold that it is not and therefore a firm Of course they try to act like the Bumstock turned the weapon into a machine gun which it did not
[00:28:02] And I think that's at the end of day This is what they do they look for any way to take an American They bought this Bumstock legally legally and they want to turn it into an illegal overact because of course They don't want to do that
[00:28:14] Now if anybody that's ever used Bumstock they know that a Bumstock obviously affects the accuracy because it's the way that it uses the recoil, the reset, the trigger much different than a forced reset It makes the weapon way less
[00:28:27] Accurate because of the way that you have to fire because you have to kind of keep a loose hold on the weapon which is not a good way to fire a gun But Michael can you explain to the listeners and subscribers out there
[00:28:39] the way our subscribers self annoying to themselves the big McMahia So now you're one of us at the end of the day Can you explain to the audience why this is so much bigger than Bumstocks? How does this affect maybe the the
[00:28:53] The braces and the SBRs and the forced reset triggers and even what they did to the Fostec Shotgun or the USAS 12 when they came out with that ruling that the USAS 12 was in AOW Even though it was a semi automatic shotgun because it had a 20 round drum
[00:29:08] They tried to move it into that category A lot of what they're trying to do even to the 50 BMG The Barrett is under attack especially now that they've come out with a 50 or 20 round drum magazine just came out at the Shot Show
[00:29:20] I just saw that pretty interesting upgrade but go ahead man explain to the audience why this is bigger than what is sitting here on Bumstocks Yeah, you're right It's much bigger than Bumstocks This is about any government agency this out there We're talking about the EPA
[00:29:35] we're talking about the EPA we're talking about 10 this agency this entity can they create a right law and so that's why it's much bigger than that This case is so important this case is going to be a case that actually is discussed in law school you know, forever
[00:29:51] all your law school is going to discuss this case because if we can stop the federal government the ATF and come after the Bumstock something that's so controversial then we can stop them from actually changing laws about everything else you know so we just prove that
[00:30:08] we can actually do this and so it's been I'm just amazed that some people are upset about this it doesn't matter if you're on the left you're on the right you should be excited about the fact that we stop and agency within the federal government
