[00:05:11] [SPEAKER_06]: many many years most presidential elections and I don't know whether it's

[00:05:16] [SPEAKER_06]: because people are giving money to campaigns or I really think it's just

[00:05:20] [SPEAKER_06]: more distraction. Yes. I think people are focused on the election and they sort of

[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_06]: turn their eyes away from the reason they care about the election. You know

[00:05:30] [SPEAKER_06]: things like sharing the gospel and things like freedom and and so I just

[00:05:35] [SPEAKER_06]: think it's a matter of focusing back and realizing that hey these are things that

[00:05:40] [SPEAKER_06]: are really important to me and and I need to make sure I'm supporting these

[00:05:44] [SPEAKER_06]: efforts and Point of View is unlike any other. I mean there's just not a radio

[00:05:50] [SPEAKER_06]: show on all over the country and it's been this way since I was very young and

[00:05:55] [SPEAKER_06]: I listened in law school on the radio to Point of View. There just was never

[00:06:19] [SPEAKER_06]: holding the debate. This is many years ago and the debate had that all this

[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_06]: discussion and not a single social issue, not a single cultural issue and

[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_06]: and so you didn't hear that anywhere else on TV. You go to any network whether

[00:06:35] [SPEAKER_06]: the conservative or liberal they didn't talk about any of that and Point of View

[00:06:39] [SPEAKER_06]: is the only place that you heard about well what do these candidates think

[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_06]: about these issues and so Point of View is just very unique always has been and

[00:09:20] [SPEAKER_05]: students this trans identifying 28 year old who killed six people had been in

[00:09:25] [SPEAKER_05]: psychological counseling for many years she manifested all kinds of self-hatred

[00:09:30] [SPEAKER_05]: and eating disorders let me quote from one expert in the article the rise in

[00:09:36] [SPEAKER_05]: school shootings reflect both mental health and spiritual crisis dr. Jennifer

[00:09:40] [SPEAKER_05]: Bowden's observes we're both having a mental health and spiritual crisis and

[00:09:45] [SPEAKER_05]: there's not just one factor that contributes to this problem after looking

[00:09:49] [SPEAKER_05]: at the diary she concluded that this young woman was very oppressed and had

[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_05]: lots of spiritual ideas she also added you also do see a sort of typical

[00:09:58] [SPEAKER_05]: profile of someone who is identifying as transgender when they're all these other

[00:10:03] [SPEAKER_05]: host of mental health issues she believes that young people who are

[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_05]: dealing with emotional issues and feel alienated from society are attracted to

[00:10:11] [SPEAKER_05]: some of these radical ideologies this becomes an excuse since all my problems

[00:10:16] [SPEAKER_05]: are this issue that doesn't mean that everyone who identifies as transgender

[00:10:20] [SPEAKER_05]: is going to carry out something horrific like the school shooting in previous

[00:10:24] [SPEAKER_05]: commentaries I've documented the mental health crisis affecting the younger

[00:10:28] [SPEAKER_05]: generations social psychological and spiritual issues are in play and must be

[00:10:33] [SPEAKER_05]: addressed this is a challenge for the schools in the church to make a

[00:10:37] [SPEAKER_05]: difference in the lives of these troubled young people I'm Kirby Anderson

[00:13:29] [SPEAKER_05]: packing in places like Venezuela your article in the Hill pointed out that on

[00:13:34] [SPEAKER_05]: the one hand President Biden is criticizing what's going on in Mexico

[00:13:39] [SPEAKER_05]: but he's doing the very same thing here and now a week later we're finding out

[00:13:43] [SPEAKER_05]: how incredibly draconian some of these ideas are when I wrote that piece for

[00:13:48] [SPEAKER_00]: the Hill last week at the president of Mexico who is outgoing now they've got a

[00:13:52] [SPEAKER_00]: new incoming a woman who is further left and he wants to reform their parallel

[00:13:57] [SPEAKER_00]: and he wants to expand their Supreme Court he wants to reduce the terms they

[00:14:03] [SPEAKER_00]: already have term limits but he wants to reduce that time that they're serving on

[00:14:06] [SPEAKER_00]: there so there was a lot of similarities a couple things that were different is

[00:14:09] [SPEAKER_00]: and he wants to have a popular election for most of the judges there in Mexico

[00:14:16] [SPEAKER_00]: but he also was focusing on the lower courts it wasn't just their Supreme

[00:14:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Court and I thought well you know we're not really so far they really haven't

[00:14:24] [SPEAKER_00]: talked about the lower court so much well well Senator Wyden has changed all

[00:14:30] [SPEAKER_00]: that he wants to change the lower courts the appeals courts and other things

[00:14:33] [SPEAKER_00]: because that's in many cases the feeder court for the Supreme Court so it was

[00:14:39] [SPEAKER_00]: interesting in one week later my concerns about how they weren't

[00:14:42] [SPEAKER_00]: necessarily parallel between what Biden doing what Biden's doing an amlo as they

[00:14:47] [SPEAKER_00]: call him in Mexico yeah yeah it turns out they're much more similar than I even

[00:14:53] [SPEAKER_05]: thought I would think so the first two articles first of all first Liberty

[00:14:57] [SPEAKER_05]: launches an ad blitz and that you can go to first Liberty or you can find it on

[00:15:01] [SPEAKER_05]: our website the second one we go go actually to Senator Ron Wyden's website

[00:15:06] [SPEAKER_05]: so you get it from the individual Kelly this will cause everybody to have a

[00:15:11] [SPEAKER_06]: headache but tell us what's going on well this is just yet another thing

[00:15:17] [SPEAKER_06]: filed by the Democrats in the Senate in particular to dismantle our Supreme

[00:15:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Court to just restructure the Supreme Court and we've been talking about this

[00:15:28] [SPEAKER_06]: now for three years that this is what's coming but it's coming in I mean waves

[00:15:34] [SPEAKER_06]: every day right now and so this bill would add six justices to the Supreme

[00:15:39] [SPEAKER_06]: Court which you know would you know all of a sudden we'd have 15 justices it

[00:15:46] [SPEAKER_06]: would also I think one of the bigger provisions it would say well and also

[00:15:51] [SPEAKER_06]: the Supreme Court can't overturn any act of Congress unless a supermajority of

[00:15:58] [SPEAKER_06]: the Supreme Court says it's unconstitutional now there's a lot of

[00:16:04] [SPEAKER_06]: problems with that one but one of the biggest ones with is it's

[00:16:08] [SPEAKER_06]: unconstitutional okay you can't put in a bill that you're gonna have new

[00:16:13] [SPEAKER_06]: requirements for what's unconstitutional for the court and so highlighting that

[00:16:19] [SPEAKER_06]: I want to only jump back and highlight the part that shocks most people and I

[00:16:24] [SPEAKER_06]: mean I don't know probably even most point of view listeners because while

[00:16:29] [SPEAKER_06]: we've talked about this a lot they don't you don't always tune in here's the

[00:16:33] [SPEAKER_06]: shocking thing to court pack to add 5 10 15 justices in one day you know one month

[00:16:44] [SPEAKER_06]: however quickly you want to all it takes all it takes is a majority vote

[00:16:52] [SPEAKER_06]: okay it's not in the Constitution now we haven't had a change in the number of

[00:16:57] [SPEAKER_06]: justices since Thomas Edison came up with a light bulb

[00:17:01] [SPEAKER_06]: ok so this is kind of been our and you know this has been the way it's been

[00:17:08] [SPEAKER_06]: but if they want to change that and they this is exactly what is in this bill

[00:17:12] [SPEAKER_06]: it's what in other bills it's it's what they've been talking about if one party

[00:17:17] [SPEAKER_06]: gets the presidency the house and the Senate they can come in and say okay we

[00:17:26] [SPEAKER_06]: don't really like the court and the decisions they're giving right now so

[00:17:30] [SPEAKER_06]: we'll add five six ten maybe fifteen justices and we'll pick them all this is

[00:17:38] [SPEAKER_06]: what they can do and so literally you know four months from now five months

[00:17:45] [SPEAKER_06]: from now this is what we could have in the country the problem with that is

[00:17:49] [SPEAKER_06]: when you do this all history shows all around the world the day you do this

[00:17:54] [SPEAKER_06]: you're done the courts that you don't you know we have three branches of

[00:17:59] [SPEAKER_06]: government you don't at that point you have to you have an executive and you

[00:18:04] [SPEAKER_06]: have a legislative because the court collapses under the political power and

[00:18:09] [SPEAKER_06]: they can just do you whatever right you think you have you don't because they

[00:18:14] [SPEAKER_06]: can just add justices until they take it away and this is where Venezuela was lost

[00:18:18] [SPEAKER_06]: Argentina was lost there's just lots of history around the world and this can

[00:18:23] [SPEAKER_06]: very well happen because we just haven't had people crazy enough to try to push

[00:18:28] [SPEAKER_06]: this and they're pushing this now and they're not just pushing it they're

[00:18:32] [SPEAKER_06]: pushing it with everything they've got evidence by a new and yet another bill

[00:18:37] [SPEAKER_06]: to totally dismantle and and to pack the Supreme Court with now six new justices

[00:18:45] [SPEAKER_05]: is what they're proposing let me again encourage you to give us a call that

[00:20:44] [SPEAKER_05]: as I said a couple of years ago when you had a five to four decision essentially

[00:20:49] [SPEAKER_05]: legalizing same-sex marriage and we're told we can't change that because the

[00:20:52] [SPEAKER_05]: court is legitimate now we have all sorts of cases coming down that they

[00:20:57] [SPEAKER_05]: don't like including the most recent case of Kelly Shackleford have that was

[00:21:00] [SPEAKER_05]: unanimous others are six to three seven to two all the rest but that court is

[00:21:05] [SPEAKER_05]: not legitimate I think you can know how the game is being played so if you'd

[00:21:09] [SPEAKER_05]: like to do the research if you would like to know more about that and if you

[00:21:13] [SPEAKER_05]: would like to maybe even post something on your social media will talk about some

[00:39:16] [SPEAKER_00]: emerged from this and the parents who were wearing the double X wristbands

[00:39:20] [SPEAKER_00]: weren't engaged in any kind of action or anything they were just silently

[00:39:25] [SPEAKER_00]: wearing a wristband to the to the game it was a soccer game and they were trying

[00:39:30] [SPEAKER_00]: to they were opposed to having a male on the opponent on the opposing side and so

[00:39:35] [SPEAKER_00]: there and one of the ladies that was interviewed in this said I don't really

[00:39:39] [SPEAKER_00]: have an opposition against transgender athletes I just don't want their playing

[00:39:45] [SPEAKER_00]: against girls and you can girls are smaller and they can be harmed by this

[00:39:49] [SPEAKER_00]: physically if they're playing against males so it was a I would call it a very

[00:39:54] [SPEAKER_00]: peaceful silent protest and yet the superintendent took on took them on for

[00:39:59] [SPEAKER_05]: it well then are your thoughts because of course I'll hold up our booklet that

[00:40:03] [SPEAKER_05]: we have on transgenderism which we've talked about before but this is one of

[00:40:07] [SPEAKER_05]: those issues that I think is really part of the presidential campaign as well as

[00:40:11] [SPEAKER_05]: many of these senatorial campaigns as well isn't it yes it is and you know this

[00:40:17] [SPEAKER_01]: this particular instance was parents are worried about their own daughters

[00:40:22] [SPEAKER_01]: safety because of the presence of a boy thinks he's a girl on the opposing team

[00:40:28] [SPEAKER_01]: so we have the possibility of real physical harm and then you contrast that

[00:40:33] [SPEAKER_01]: with parents who are not saying a word just wearing an armband and just being

[00:40:38] [SPEAKER_01]: present there and that's too much that's too much opposition for the dangerous

[00:40:42] [SPEAKER_01]: policy and I do think this is an issue that many state houses have already

[00:40:47] [SPEAKER_01]: addressed but they the House and Senate must address the issue of men and girls

[00:40:53] [SPEAKER_01]: or just have to be addressed it's a very important and key issue for the

[00:40:57] [SPEAKER_01]: country it's a product of this whole agenda of transgender affirmation but

[00:41:04] [SPEAKER_05]: we've got to get some common sense here Kelly love to get your thoughts because

[00:41:12] [SPEAKER_05]: violated school policy against threatening harassing or intimidating

[00:41:21] [SPEAKER_05]: or otherwise interfere with any school activity I don't see what the concern is

[00:41:26] [SPEAKER_05]: and it seems to me if this becomes a court case I got a feeling who's gonna

[00:41:31] [SPEAKER_06]: win yeah this is a pretty basic violation of the First Amendment there's actually
