[00:00:21] Silent Night
[00:00:22] One of my favorites.
[00:00:41] Okay.
[00:00:42] I am live.
[00:00:44] Okay, here we go.
[00:00:45] You realize that mainstreaming sold you a box of rocks.
[00:00:49] It's time to tune into the Kate Dalley Show, America's newest addiction.
[00:00:54] The show starts now.
[00:00:56] Happy New Year.
[00:00:58] Just feels good to say.
[00:00:59] Doesn't matter where you're from, your religion, your country, everybody celebrates it.
[00:01:03] It's not like Merry Christmas.
[00:01:05] Merry Christmas can go either way.
[00:01:07] And I hate to offend people.
[00:01:08] So this whole last holiday season, I didn't let out one Merry Christmas.
[00:01:11] That's true.
[00:01:13] Instead, I said, may the birth of the one and only true God, Jesus Christ, bestow a blessing
[00:01:25] of grace and peace upon your household to the belittlement of every other false religion.
[00:01:37] Dalley Show.
[00:01:38] So glad to be here with you.
[00:01:40] Sorry for a little technical trouble.
[00:01:42] So glad to be here with you.
[00:01:43] I have Phil Lyman with me.
[00:01:45] We're going to start off.
[00:01:46] I know this isn't going to sound a lot like Christmas in this first part of the show,
[00:01:50] but we really need people to understand and know what's going on.
[00:01:53] And this is a really big deal.
[00:01:55] So we're going to talk about how this governor's race.
[00:02:02] Oh, my gosh.
[00:02:03] We have a governor that really shouldn't be in office right now, Governor Cox.
[00:02:08] And we're going to talk about the fight that this has ensued over this and what's going on.
[00:02:13] And I've got Phil Lyman who ran for governor legitimately.
[00:02:17] And we're going to talk about this whole mess that's happening right now and what's happening
[00:02:22] legally and give you really a really good update right now.
[00:02:24] So welcome to the show, Phil Lyman.
[00:02:27] How are you?
[00:02:28] I'm great.
[00:02:29] Thanks, Kate.
[00:02:29] How are you?
[00:02:30] I am so glad that you're on with me.
[00:02:32] So please, please kind of run people, give people the snapshot of all of this quickly.
[00:02:39] And then let's move into, you know, what's happening now.
[00:02:43] But I want people to understand this.
[00:02:45] If they just got out of a cave and don't understand what's going on in the state of Utah,
[00:02:49] I want everyone to be very well aware of what happens in a governor's race.
[00:02:54] Yeah.
[00:02:54] So there's two ways to get onto the ballot.
[00:02:56] One is through the convention system.
[00:02:58] The other is through signatures.
[00:03:00] And here's a really important thing that I have really come to understand better since
[00:03:04] the convention is that all of that is a part of the primary process.
[00:03:08] So the convention is part of the primary process.
[00:03:11] It's not just a separate primary election.
[00:03:13] So I won the convention with 68%, which guarantees me a spot on the general ballot in the governor's
[00:03:21] race.
[00:03:22] You know, in 2020, there were about there were two people that qualified through convention
[00:03:27] and three others that qualified with signatures.
[00:03:29] He had five people on the Republican primary.
[00:03:32] That's not the case in 2024.
[00:03:33] There was one person who got through convention.
[00:03:36] That was me.
[00:03:36] And there was the governor, the incumbent governor who failed to get through the convention.
[00:03:41] Uh, but he said that he got his signatures, uh, and could qualify through that signature
[00:03:46] path and alternative route that the party didn't put in place, but the legislature did.
[00:03:52] You won the party.
[00:03:53] In other words, he did not.
[00:03:54] In fact, he couldn't even, he couldn't even get a good portion of the, of the vote.
[00:03:59] So he did not win it.
[00:04:00] So he went the signature path, which should not be allowed, but he did.
[00:04:04] Yeah.
[00:04:05] And you have to declare that in advance.
[00:04:07] So he had said he's going to do the signatures and he did.
[00:04:09] Uh, and then he, and then he loses at convention with 32%.
[00:04:14] And, uh, and then we go and we say, well, we'd like to see the signatures.
[00:04:17] And, and of course the, up until then you could see anybody's signatures until we asked for
[00:04:22] the governor's signatures.
[00:04:22] And then it's like, no, you can't see the governor's signatures.
[00:04:25] And it turns out after a state auditor, uh, audit and a legislative audit on those that
[00:04:31] he did not get enough signatures, did not have 28,000 valid signatures.
[00:04:35] Um, yet they say that he won the primary.
[00:04:38] And of course we can't look at that primary either.
[00:04:40] Um, the, the primary election.
[00:04:43] And then that's what the court case that we've got at the, uh, Supreme court goes back to a
[00:04:48] case that they've already decided the, uh, Lopez Torres versus the New York board of education,
[00:04:54] where they said that, uh, political parties, um, have the right to choose their candidate
[00:04:58] free from interference from the state legislatures.
[00:05:02] And so that's, that's an important case that's gone back there and, uh, it's going to be heard
[00:05:06] on the, on the 10th.
[00:05:08] There's been all kinds of rumors of January, 10th of January.
[00:05:12] Um, and, uh, rumors that it was, that it was dismissed.
[00:05:16] We, we'd made a motion to expedite, uh, so that they could get it decided before certificate,
[00:05:22] certifying the election, but they didn't get the, uh, they didn't open the case there till
[00:05:27] after the certification.
[00:05:28] So they, you know, logically denied that, that motion, but, but the case itself is just
[00:05:34] going on the 10th and, and, uh, and there's a couple of things that that could do.
[00:05:39] They, they could say, no, the legislature can dictate to two parties, which would be contrary
[00:05:44] to what they've already decided.
[00:05:45] Uh, or they could say, um, uh, they could order that, that there has to be a new election,
[00:05:50] that the primary election was, was fraudulent, um, or they could kick it back to, um, to Utah
[00:05:57] courts to make a decision.
[00:05:59] You got more write in, uh, write in, people were writing in your name.
[00:06:03] I did as well, uh, for governor because they were so angry about all of this, um, all of
[00:06:10] the lies, uh, that, that Spencer Cox put forward and that he, there was even an article in the
[00:06:16] mainstream news all through Utah that, uh, he could not solidify the signatures, uh, that
[00:06:23] really he was an illegitimate candidate on the ballot.
[00:06:26] And so people were writing in your name and you had the most write-ins, I think of any
[00:06:31] governor election, right?
[00:06:33] In U.S.
[00:06:34] history of any candidate in U.S.
[00:06:35] history, we had more write-ins, which is, uh, you know, it's, it's, it's more a tribute
[00:06:41] to the people in Utah that are awake and are paying attention to that.
[00:06:45] And, um, uh, yeah, to have to write, to have to even run as a write-in was, uh, you know,
[00:06:51] a huge win for governor Cox to, to get the spot as the Republican nominee, even though
[00:06:55] he was not the Republican nominee that forced me to run as a write-in.
[00:06:59] And of course we're running against the lieutenant governor and the governor and it's their office
[00:07:04] that's making all of these decisions.
[00:07:06] Uh, nothing is outsourced as they said, it was going to be all of it's been done by,
[00:07:10] by the lieutenant governor saying, you know, we're going to put ourselves on a ballot.
[00:07:14] We're going to force a primary that shouldn't happen.
[00:07:16] We're going to count the ballots and not let anybody else see what we're doing.
[00:07:19] We're going to verify the signatures and not let anybody see the verification.
[00:07:24] So everything that we're, that we're doing is against the very people that have control
[00:07:28] of this whole thing.
[00:07:29] They're, they are the, you know, the opposing team and the referees all wrapped into one.
[00:07:33] Oh my gosh.
[00:07:34] It's such a mess.
[00:07:35] And, um, and honestly, uh, you know, we have in our state, and this is why I really want
[00:07:42] people to know this because Tucker Carlson has talked about our governor endlessly and
[00:07:46] not in a good light.
[00:07:47] Uh, Tucker Carlson calls him a mini Gavin gruesome from California, which he is.
[00:07:51] He's very, very liberal and he's horrific.
[00:07:54] And all of his policies are horrific.
[00:07:56] He lies on camera.
[00:07:57] We've caught him lying multiple times.
[00:07:59] He is just bizarre.
[00:08:01] So, and, and he's never really been, I don't think truly elected because he was brought in
[00:08:08] by governor Herbert, um, as a Lieutenant.
[00:08:12] And so he was appointed.
[00:08:14] And then there was a lot of speculation about his 2020 election.
[00:08:18] There were a lot of people just kind of left wondering, but not couldn't prove anything,
[00:08:22] but sort of left wondering how he got in.
[00:08:25] And with this one, this one was so obvious to me because of the fact that he was booed
[00:08:33] at the Republican convention.
[00:08:35] In fact, after he got the governorship, he and Mitt Romney were booed back clear back in
[00:08:40] like 2021, 2022.
[00:08:42] They were completely, uh, or even as clear back as 19, um, or 2019, they were booed.
[00:08:50] I mean, the Republican party is not loving this guy at all.
[00:08:54] Okay.
[00:08:54] So he gets on stage and in this last, before this last one, and he's absolutely booed and
[00:09:00] he gets so angry that he starts, um, sort of yelling back at the audience.
[00:09:05] I mean, he's, he's, he's very obstinate towards the audience and, uh, and sort of putting them
[00:09:11] down and kind of giving them digs and, and just not, not okay, not okay at all.
[00:09:17] And then he goes and says, well, I got these signatures.
[00:09:19] Then he can't prove the signatures.
[00:09:21] The article that, that I, the, just like I said before that ran through Utah said he
[00:09:27] couldn't, they couldn't prove it.
[00:09:28] 97% that he could not prove that he was a legitimate candidate for the ballot.
[00:09:34] And I'll bet your heart just sank.
[00:09:35] Cause you're thinking I am the legitimate candidate.
[00:09:38] My, my Republican party, which is the premier party of Utah wants me as the candidate.
[00:09:44] And here, this guy, this governor thinks that he can do this in broad daylight in front of
[00:09:51] the whole state and when this, uh, this campaign, which everyone knows he got booed.
[00:09:56] Everyone knows that, that he didn't get the Republican nom.
[00:10:01] Everyone realizes what a cad this guy is and he's doing it in broad daylight with a sleazy
[00:10:07] smile saying, I'm going to get it anyway.
[00:10:09] I'm going to do this to all of you.
[00:10:11] And this isn't broad daylight, Phil Lyman.
[00:10:13] I mean, I just can't even believe this.
[00:10:15] Well, and here's the thing, the, uh, you know, the, the implications of this are so far reaching.
[00:10:20] There's so much corruption in Utah and in 2020, I don't think people really were willing to,
[00:10:25] to admit that they are now.
[00:10:27] And so we go back and we look at the 2020 election, the governor's race.
[00:10:30] I think there were, you know, things that were going on, some illegal things that were happening
[00:10:33] there, but now you've got this, this, uh, this immigration, uh, issue happening.
[00:10:38] You've got problems with our education, our health and human services, the tax commission,
[00:10:42] the COVID administration, the Olympics coming, all of these things have this, this color of
[00:10:47] corruption around them.
[00:10:49] And there's no way that there, that the people that are doing this are going to let someone
[00:10:52] like me come in and, you know, start cleaning this up because, because that's exactly what
[00:10:58] would happen is we would start cleaning it up.
[00:11:00] You've got, you've got millions and millions, billions of dollars that went out from Utah
[00:11:06] during the COVID administration on these no bid contracts that come back in the form of
[00:11:11] campaign contributions.
[00:11:12] I mean, it is, it is really a seedy thing.
[00:11:14] And at the, at the end of the day, you know, when we're talking about immigration, you've
[00:11:18] got people whose lives are legitimately being, you know, damaged, hurt.
[00:11:22] People are in, are in danger.
[00:11:24] Schools are disrupted.
[00:11:25] Healthcare is disrupted.
[00:11:26] Right.
[00:11:26] Well, I mean, COVID, COVID as well, you know, you know, basically a depopulation exercise
[00:11:32] there that, that is being pushed on, on people that would never elect representatives to do
[00:11:37] this to them.
[00:11:38] Right.
[00:11:39] Right.
[00:11:39] Which is why the, the people that are in charge can't have an election that actually decides
[00:11:45] that.
[00:11:45] Otherwise I would, I would.
[00:11:47] And Spencer, Spencer Cox, by the way, Spencer Cox was threatening everybody to take the shots.
[00:11:53] He even went to town on the ad campaign.
[00:11:57] We have a pioneer holiday in the state of Utah and he was, he made up these posters, used our
[00:12:02] tax dollar money that said pioneers walked and walked.
[00:12:05] All you have to do is get the shot.
[00:12:06] I mean, it was so manipulative and, and yelling at people and, and wearing a mask it out in
[00:12:13] the pasture of, of his, whatever farm that he puts in the backdrop when he wants to try
[00:12:19] to, you know, please the voters in rural counties.
[00:12:22] And it's such a, it's such a charade, but wearing a full mask and threatening people that
[00:12:28] they had to do this.
[00:12:29] And they took a ton of money, so much money for COVID bucks.
[00:12:33] And I remember he was trying to figure out all these ways he could spend it.
[00:12:36] He was so pleased with himself.
[00:12:38] And, and so a lot of people finally got to see the real Spencer Cox when the COVID years
[00:12:43] came.
[00:12:43] But we're, I'm going to come right back.
[00:12:45] I am live today.
[00:12:46] I have Phil Lyman in this hour because of what's been happening to the government.
[00:13:00] All family pharmacy is finally a pharmacy that after 14 years of doing this on the air,
[00:13:05] I can actually stand by and go, Hey, this is a great family run pharmacy with doctors in
[00:13:10] house.
[00:13:10] So you can get your scripts from the privacy of your own home.
[00:13:14] You can get actual prescriptions for ivermectin prescriptions for hydroxychloroquine, antibiotics,
[00:13:21] Z packs.

[00:13:27] days.
[00:13:27] They'll ship them out, which I think is amazing.
[00:13:30] It's really convenient ordering, easy online ordering, comfort of your own home, trusted treatments.
[00:13:36] Um, so you can get those for parasites, for cancer, all kinds of things.
[00:13:40] Flexible options.
[00:13:41] You can choose how much you want pertaining to your budget and order that when you can,
[00:13:47] which I love.
[00:13:48] There's a doctor prescription included.
[00:13:51] There's no need to search out for a doctor.
[00:13:52] They provide the prescription with every order because they have in-house doctors, fast shipping,
[00:13:57] emergency preparedness.
[00:13:58] This is your key because you can stock up on treatments and prevention bundles.
[00:14:03] And, um, there are over 200 medications that you can order if you want to.
[00:14:08] And of course, take advantage of this.
[00:14:11] I'm telling you that all family pharma.com is that good that I would recommend it.
[00:14:15] All family pharma.com.
[00:14:17] They're right here in America and no need to go out of the country.
[00:14:20] Just put in the code, uh, Kate 10, the number 10, or go to all family pharma.com forward slash
[00:14:28] Kate.
[00:14:28] And then in the dropdown menu, when it says, how did you hear about this?
[00:14:31] Put Kate Daly.
[00:14:32] Okay.
[00:14:33] There's one of your options right there, but put Kate 10 is the code and you'll get a nice
[00:14:37] little discount too.
[00:14:38] And it'll help the show.
[00:14:39] Help me stay on the air.
[00:14:40] All family pharma.com.
[00:14:42] Go there.
[00:14:51] This is the Kate Daly show.
[00:14:54] It's the most wonderful time.
[00:15:00] With the kids jingle belling and everyone telling you be of good cheer.
[00:15:07] You're listening to the Kate Daly show and I've got a special guest.
[00:15:11] I know it's a couple of days before Christmas.
[00:15:13] Um, I am going to be discussing Christmas a lot in this show today.
[00:15:17] I promise.
[00:15:18] And, uh, trying to get my voice back from last week.
[00:15:20] And of course, today I'm live the rest of the week I'm out.
[00:15:23] And I just, uh, I brought on, um, Phil Lyman.
[00:15:27] Phil Lyman should be our governor for the state of Utah legitimately.
[00:15:31] And this has been a real, uh, whore to watch how governor Cox stole his own election was
[00:15:40] appointed to be in charge.
[00:15:41] He appointed himself to be in charge of his own election and the election results and put
[00:15:47] himself in the governorship.
[00:15:49] Spencer Cox, Phil Lyman, who I have on the air is supposed to be our legitimate governor.
[00:15:53] He is the one that the, that the, uh, party wanted.
[00:15:58] He's the one that, uh, the people of Utah wanted.
[00:16:00] And he actually had the most write in name, write in, um, for governorship and actually
[00:16:09] for any office, the most, the most votes in the entire, uh, us history.
[00:16:17] This is a very popular candidate amongst people who like freedom.
[00:16:21] And so Phil Lyman is with me and, um, man alive.
[00:16:25] It's been really hard to watch Cox steal his own election that he was appointed.
[00:16:29] He appointed himself to be in charge of.
[00:16:31] And, uh, it's been, it's been horrifying.
[00:16:34] And so applying pressure is a really, really big deal.
[00:16:38] And this is why I, I wanted Phil to come on because I want the rest of the country to realize
[00:16:43] this, the fight we're in, in Utah and, uh, presumably we are a conservative state.
[00:16:49] And so, uh, governor Cox is actually very liberal and he's, uh, he's extremely liberal
[00:16:57] clinking glasses with Biden.
[00:16:58] Any chance he gets, um, basically he was slobbering all over Kamala.
[00:17:03] He is, uh, an extreme liberal, but people don't realize this within the state of Utah, which
[00:17:07] is very sad.
[00:17:08] And Phil Lyman, we need to apply pressure because we have got to make sure that, that as this
[00:17:15] goes through its legal system, that we're applying pressure because this is how you win.
[00:17:19] You keep applying pressure and, and you make sure that they can't get away with these kinds
[00:17:25] of, of, in my mind, crimes.
[00:17:27] Um, what's your, what's your take on pressure?
[00:17:32] Yeah.
[00:17:32] Well, you, you try to figure out why, why are we doing these things?
[00:17:36] I'm, I'm looking right now at a headline from Aurora, Colorado about the gangs, the Venezuelan
[00:17:40] gangs in Aurora, Colorado, uh, taking over.
[00:17:43] And they're saying that, you know, the, the huge amount of money that has been, been pushed
[00:17:46] by NGOs providing funding and logistics to place a large number of Venezuelan immigrants
[00:17:52] in Aurora, creating a magnet for crime and gangs.
[00:17:55] Well, whatever's going on in, in Aurora, Colorado is going on in Salt Lake city and going on in
[00:17:59] Utah in a really big way.
[00:18:01] The Venezuelan gang, you know, the trend day Aragua is in Utah creating, creating havoc,
[00:18:07] creating problems, but it's not organic.
[00:18:09] This doesn't just happen because Venezuelans are looking for a place that it happens because
[00:18:14] Utah makes policies that bring all of these people here.
[00:18:18] And what do they get in exchange?
[00:18:20] They get huge amounts of money coming from these, from these NGOs or from these organizations,
[00:18:24] the Tides foundation, uh, things like that.
[00:18:27] So you've got this organization organization now in Utah and the people that are buying into
[00:18:32] this, uh, new American, uh, dot org, uh, the Utah, Utah state board of education, Salt Lake
[00:18:40] County, Draper city, uh, Cox's office of economic opportunity.
[00:18:46] They've signed these agreements to, to do things like agree not to speak, um, any negative comments
[00:18:52] about, uh, immigration, um, to, to do everything about inclusion, bringing them in to be welcoming
[00:18:58] to immigrants.
[00:19:00] And of course, when we're talking about immigrants, that's different than illegal immigration,
[00:19:03] but this, this is the new Utah, the new America, the new immigration thing.
[00:19:10] Local governments are putting, you know, their efforts together with, with the governor's
[00:19:14] office to welcome, uh, um, illegal immigration, to help them buy homes, to help them integrate,
[00:19:22] to overcome the, any stigma that they might have, uh, you know, expressed against them.
[00:19:28] Uh, it's becoming illegal to say anything about illegal immigration.
[00:19:32] And Spencer Cox comes out and says, we're going to, we're going to just deport the criminal
[00:19:37] illegal immigrants.
[00:19:38] It's like, well, there's a key word in illegal immigrant and it's illegal.
[00:19:41] They're all criminals that are here.
[00:19:43] So, so he's saying, well, no, we're just going to, we're just going to go and maybe
[00:19:46] deport those 188 people who have committed violent crimes.
[00:19:50] Um, what about the other 130,000 illegal immigrants that are in Utah that are, that are, uh, you
[00:19:57] know, a lot of them are, are not creating problems, but many, many of them are.
[00:20:00] And if you, if you don't have a policy that, that addresses this, then you're just, you're,
[00:20:04] you're setting your people up for failure.
[00:20:06] We're going to go to, we're going to go to break, but, and we're going to come back,
[00:20:08] but he won't because he's very liberal.
[00:20:10] He's stealing our state from us and he's turning it, our state into a very, very blue state,
[00:20:17] purple state.
[00:20:18] It's so sick.
[00:20:20] Um, and that's why we must stay with this long fight and fight it.
[00:20:24] And I'm so glad Phil Lyman is because he's supposed to be our governor.
[00:20:27] Be right back.
[00:20:28] Kate Daly show.

[00:21:50] This is the Kate Daly show.
[00:21:52] I really can't stay.
[00:21:54] But baby, it's cold outside.
[00:21:57] I've got to go away.
[00:21:58] But baby, it's cold outside.
[00:22:00] This evening has been over.
[00:22:02] I love playing songs that we're not allowed to play.
[00:22:05] You can play any horrific rap song on the air, but you can't play baby.
[00:22:11] It's cold outside still.
[00:22:13] It's still sort of like one of those songs where they go, ooh, dicey.
[00:22:18] I know it's weird, right?
[00:22:20] You can play the most horrible lyrics ever, but can't play this.
[00:22:24] So that's how weird our world is right now.
[00:22:28] Still.
[00:22:29] And anyway, welcome back to the show.
[00:22:31] Make sure and go to allfamilypharmacy.com.
[00:22:34] So it's allfamilypharma.
[00:22:36] Sorry.
[00:22:37] Allfamilypharma.com.
[00:22:38] Code word is Kate.
[00:22:39] If I were you, because of the impending port strike that's coming back on January 15th,
[00:22:47] I would 100% get some scripts in your home.
[00:22:51] These are doctor scripts.
[00:22:53] They're right from Florida.
[00:22:54] You can go through allfamilypharma.com.
[00:22:57] In fact, one of my co-hosts just got some from All Family Pharma.
[00:23:01] And she goes, this was amazing.
[00:23:03] They just came to my house and I'm loving this.
[00:23:06] And I'm like, I know you get some Z-Packs.
[00:23:08] You have some antibiotics on hand.
[00:23:09] You get some ivermectin.
[00:23:11] It's fantastic.
[00:23:12] So make sure that you have a lot of that because it's also great for barter too.
[00:23:18] And in the future.
[00:23:19] But let me just tell you, allfamilypharma.com.
[00:23:22] Code word is Kate10.
[00:23:24] Kate10.
[00:23:25] Okay.
[00:23:26] And you'll get a little bit of a discount on top of it.
[00:23:28] But you can just order whatever your budget allows.
[00:23:31] And you can just do it by pill.
[00:23:32] It's amazing.
[00:23:33] So please go do that.
[00:23:35] And it supports the show.
[00:23:37] Allfamilypharma.com.
[00:23:38] And the code word is Kate10.
[00:23:39] Take advantage of this right now.
[00:23:41] While supplies are there.
[00:23:42] Because if we have a port strike, supplies are going to go down.
[00:23:46] So just keep that in mind.
[00:23:48] Okay.
[00:23:49] All right.
[00:23:49] We're a couple days away from Christmas.
[00:23:50] But I had to have Phil Lyman on.
[00:23:52] Because I want people around the country to understand.
[00:23:55] Those that listen to this show.
[00:23:57] To understand what we're dealing with in the state of Utah.
[00:23:59] Everyone thinks we're a red state.
[00:24:01] We're not.
[00:24:02] Spencer Cox.
[00:24:04] Who Tucker Carlson makes fun of on the national stage consistently.
[00:24:07] Because there's enough to make fun of him.
[00:24:09] I mean he's a complete and total liberal.
[00:24:11] Spends long weekends.
[00:24:13] Long in Grand Junction with Governor Polis.
[00:24:16] Buddies with Ashton Kutcher.
[00:24:19] I'm just painting a picture here of who we have as a governor.
[00:24:22] Because this governor was appointed himself to put himself in charge of the election.
[00:24:27] And the election results.
[00:24:29] He was not the pick for the party.
[00:24:31] For the Republican Party in the state of Utah.
[00:24:33] And he is extremely liberal.
[00:24:38] Licks Biden's boots any moment he could.
[00:24:41] I mean we're talking trying to get in thick with that party.
[00:24:44] And to me he's just a total disgrace.
[00:24:47] And so he is not a legitimate governor.
[00:24:51] But it was certified.
[00:24:52] So what happens with that?
[00:24:54] What happens with that?
[00:24:55] And your legal fight.
[00:24:56] Can you spell that out in really plain language?
[00:24:59] On the 10th what happens to that certification?
[00:25:02] Yeah so certification doesn't.
[00:25:05] It doesn't mean anything really.
[00:25:08] It means that they've gone through the process.
[00:25:10] The clerks turn in their stuff.
[00:25:12] Everyone says okay.
[00:25:13] They check their boxes.
[00:25:14] They get to the end of it.
[00:25:15] And they say okay.
[00:25:16] This election is now certified.
[00:25:18] Right.
[00:25:18] Now if they certify a counterfeit election.
[00:25:22] And a fraudulent election.
[00:25:24] That election can still be thrown out.
[00:25:26] They can still force a new election.
[00:25:28] And so the Supreme Court of the United States could do that.
[00:25:31] You know I took this case to the Utah Supreme Court.
[00:25:33] They wouldn't even hear it.
[00:25:34] And then they put up a bunch of false logic arguments.
[00:25:38] And you know threw it back at us.
[00:25:40] Well you can put a lot of pressure on judges when you have them in your pocket.
[00:25:43] So go ahead.
[00:25:44] Go ahead.
[00:25:44] Sorry.
[00:25:45] It was a blessing in disguise.
[00:25:47] Because it allowed us to go straight to the U.S. Supreme Court.
[00:25:50] And now this case has been docketed.
[00:25:52] It takes four justices to docket the case.
[00:25:56] So it will be heard on the 10th.
[00:25:58] And I believe they're going to make a decision that will be in our favor.
[00:26:04] The other things that are moving in our favor.
[00:26:06] You know the kind of the wind is at our back now.
[00:26:07] With Trump taking office.
[00:26:09] With the big you know the Doge.
[00:26:12] Elon Musk and Vivek and RFK.
[00:26:15] And all these people saying you know we've been lied to.
[00:26:17] And I think that's the one thing.
[00:26:19] And I've said this many times.
[00:26:20] The only thing we know for sure when we're talking about government.
[00:26:23] Is that we're being lied to.
[00:26:24] And that's got to stop.
[00:26:26] And the only way it's going to stop is if people just reject the lies.
[00:26:30] And now we're looking to the Supreme Court.
[00:26:33] To this new Trump administration.
[00:26:35] I don't have any faith in the Cox administration.
[00:26:38] To change what they've done in the past.
[00:26:41] So it's going to have to be imposed upon them.
[00:26:43] And that's right now that's in the courts.
[00:26:48] And so it gets heard by the Supreme Court January the 10th.
[00:26:52] And you'll have some sort of answer soon thereafter right?
[00:26:56] We'll know.
[00:26:56] I think so.
[00:26:57] I think so.
[00:26:58] How do people help you in this fight?
[00:27:00] And I want to get this out before we forget.
[00:27:03] So how do people help you?
[00:27:04] Because here guys I swear to you.
[00:27:06] We all want to fight corruption.
[00:27:07] And we all realize who the corrupt individuals are.
[00:27:10] But if we don't stay in these fights like what Phil is doing right now.
[00:27:14] You're going to the end with this.
[00:27:16] And I love that because it is that.
[00:27:18] That's exactly what we need to do.
[00:27:20] A lot of people give up.
[00:27:22] They feel defeated because the deep state's the deep state.
[00:27:25] And they feel defeated.
[00:27:26] But this is how you try to combat the deep state.
[00:27:29] So how can people help you with this?
[00:27:31] Because it's expensive.
[00:27:32] Yeah, it is expensive.
[00:27:34] You know, and people will say, you know, you deserve to be the governor.
[00:27:37] This is not about what Phil Lyman deserves.
[00:27:39] Utah deserves to elect a governor.
[00:27:41] Yes.
[00:27:42] You know, free and fair election.
[00:27:44] That's what they deserve.
[00:27:45] And what happens is you get somebody who, say in my situation, say, well, I would like to fix this.
[00:27:51] But it's not my issue.
[00:27:52] And I'm not going to foot the bill for this.
[00:27:55] Fortunately, we've had such a grassroots support during the campaign.
[00:28:00] And people are still donating to the campaign.
[00:28:04] So you can go to Lyman4Utah.
[00:28:05] That's F-O-R.
[00:28:07] Lyman4Utah.com.
[00:28:08] And there's links there to donate.
[00:28:10] We've told the lieutenant governors that we are officially running in 2028.
[00:28:15] Whether we change that or not, that allows us to basically keep our campaign going so we can do it through the campaign.
[00:28:21] We also have a 501C4 that people can donate to.
[00:28:24] And there's information about that on the website as well.
[00:28:27] And the C4 just goes, all of that money goes straight to legal expenses.
[00:28:31] But people are stepping up.
[00:28:34] They're stepping up.
[00:28:35] I've got attorneys that, you know, we've gone through some good ones and some bad ones.
[00:28:40] We're down to some really outstanding attorneys and some good legal advice.
[00:28:44] And so we're paying for them.
[00:28:45] And people can help that way.
[00:28:46] The other way, Kate, you know, is really just to reject the narrative that resistance is futile.
[00:28:53] You know, that's the Star Trek mantra.
[00:28:56] You know, you will be assimilated.
[00:28:57] But, you know, we found out from, you know, Captain Kirk and Captain Picard that it's not futile.
[00:29:03] You know, resistance is necessary.
[00:29:04] And it has to happen.
[00:29:05] And just because they don't often overturn elections doesn't mean that they won't overturn an election, doesn't mean that they shouldn't overturn an election.
[00:29:13] And we're going to exhaust all of our administrative remedies.
[00:29:16] That's our duty.
[00:29:17] I feel a duty to do that.
[00:29:20] You know, whether I'm paying for it out of my pocket, which I've done plenty of that and will continue to.
[00:29:25] But we're going to see this, you know, we're going to see this through till it's, you know, till it's settled.
[00:29:30] I'm just really proud of you.
[00:29:32] I'm really proud of you.
[00:29:33] And I'm proud to stand with you because I think that the state of Utah deserved credibility.
[00:29:39] This is such a lack of transparency.
[00:29:42] Spencer Cox knew he was standing on a mountain of lack of transparency, did not care.
[00:29:48] Even the mainstream news reported that he did not really have the signatures.
[00:29:53] He did not have them.
[00:29:54] He really was not legitimate.
[00:29:56] And yet he didn't even care, smiled his way through it.
[00:29:59] And I'm sorry, but in my mind, knowing him, I've had him on my show before.
[00:30:04] He just sits kind of on a mountain of lies.
[00:30:07] And it's been really, it reminds me of the elf movie, sitting on a mountain of lies.
[00:30:11] And it's hard to digest that somebody could put himself and have the audacity to put himself in charge of his own election.
[00:30:20] Goes to the caucus, puts down the caucus members, basically giving them digs, basically talking down to them, talking down to Utahns.
[00:30:31] Comes to rural areas like my own and talks down to us and puts on fake cowboy boots and a fake cowboy hat and talks down to the people.
[00:30:40] While sitting up in Salt Lake, which is very liberal and sitting up in Salt Lake, which is really the only city that truly supports him.
[00:30:48] And sitting there acting like all of this is is OK.
[00:30:51] It is not OK with the people of the state.
[00:30:54] And that's why you got the most write ins of any candidate in U.S. history.
[00:30:59] You guys, this is how bad this is.
[00:31:02] This is how bad the steel is.
[00:31:04] And I look at the situation and I feel like we're so stuck right now in Utah, but I'm so glad that Phil Lyman is fighting because without him fighting, we would have to be defeated saying, I guess the deep state wins and they get to install their the governor, Spencer Cox, whose besties with polis and acted like, by the way, acted like it was a total charade that he didn't know about them sending all of their illegals here.
[00:31:28] So it's all lie after lie.
[00:31:30] I'll come right back.
[00:31:31] We'll finish up with Phil Lyman.
[00:31:32] Stay with me.
[00:31:33] Phil Lyman, who should be governor.
[00:31:35] Be right back of the state of Utah.
[00:31:36] Be right back.
[00:31:43] Great gift for somebody in your life.
[00:31:53] This is the Kate Daly show.
[00:31:57] OK, so I have Phil Lyman with me.
[00:32:19] We're just finishing up.
[00:32:20] And yes, this is not a typical Christmas hour with Christmas a couple of days away.
[00:32:24] But that's OK, because we need to hear this.
[00:32:26] And we're kind of in a scary state of realizing how we've been hijacked in the state of Utah.
[00:32:33] And it's very difficult.
[00:32:34] And I want the rest of the country that listens to this show and the world to understand what we're dealing with here in Utah.
[00:32:40] Tucker Carlson calls our governor the mini Gavin Grusom because he's so liberal and literally mocks him because of his liberal pandering to the LGBT woke crowd and his horrid policies.
[00:32:57] Everything is sort of done underhandedly.
[00:32:59] I've been watching it for years and I've had a front row seat.
[00:33:03] I've even had the Spencer Cox on the air and I stopped having him on the air.
[00:33:07] I think in 2017, I couldn't take it anymore because I felt like he was just lying to the people and trying to come off as a conservative.
[00:33:15] But he wasn't.
[00:33:16] Now, let me just tell you before I bring Phil on that the AP News Network and KSL News in the state of Utah is like the biggest news source.
[00:33:27] Right.
[00:33:27] KSL News.
[00:33:29] And it's so corrupt.
[00:33:31] And I don't say that lightly.
[00:33:32] You know that it's so corrupt.
[00:33:33] They would never do an article saying that Phil Lyman has won the most write-in candidate votes in U.S. history, would never even talk about him, only catered to Spencer Cox, never wrote about his being illegitimate.
[00:33:52] And on top of it, only did the one article about 97% sure that he did not have the signatures that he needed to be the legitimate governor, Spencer Cox, and didn't say a thing about it.
[00:34:07] Reported that fact and then never did another word about it.
[00:34:10] That's how corrupt KSL News is.
[00:34:12] And by the way, I have personally met with KSL and Deseret News and I'm telling you, it's bad.
[00:34:19] So here's Phil, I want you to let people know what do you want the people of Utah and the world and the country to know about what's happening here?
[00:34:29] Yeah, I think the biggest thing is that people just recognize what's happening right under their noses.
[00:34:36] Believe your eyes, believe your ears, observe what's going on and don't listen to what the official narrative is that's coming from the Cox camp.
[00:34:46] You know, just before, just to kind of highlight this, just before the deadline to file as a write-in.
[00:34:53] So not only did the lieutenant governor block my lieutenant governor nomination, she disallowed any access to voter records, all of these things.
[00:35:04] And then two more linemen's file.
[00:35:08] Oh, they paid off a guy to file with the last name lineman so that it would confuse everybody.
[00:35:15] And then the news got in on this and actually aided and abetted this lie.
[00:35:21] So you're forced to run a write-in.
[00:35:23] And then at the very last minute, the very people that you're running against induce someone else to run.
[00:35:29] Now, I throw that out.
[00:35:31] I believe that they were induced.
[00:35:32] The text messages that we got said that he said he was getting $1,000 in a steak dinner.
[00:35:38] And so when we threw out that allegation, the Cox campaign came back and indignantly said,
[00:35:44] we did not officially pay the linemen's.
[00:35:46] Officially.
[00:35:47] That tells me that they paid the linemen's.
[00:35:49] I don't know what that means.
[00:35:50] We did not officially pay the linemen's.
[00:35:51] They're so corrupt.
[00:35:52] Oh, my gosh.
[00:35:53] And all of that just colors the whole thing.
[00:35:55] You're just like, we are dealing, no matter what you do at any point,
[00:35:59] we've probably had 16 different requests from the lieutenant governor's office for information,
[00:36:05] for a concession, for something.
[00:36:07] Denied, denied, denied.
[00:36:08] So we're forced to go to the state records committee.
[00:36:10] Denied there.
[00:36:11] They're all appointed by Spencer Cox.
[00:36:12] Then we go to the courts.
[00:36:13] The judges are appointed by Spencer Cox.
[00:36:15] Lose our arguments in court.
[00:36:18] You know, no surprise.
[00:36:19] And all that feeds the narrative with the mainstream media that, oh, you know,
[00:36:23] linemen's just a sore loser and won't go away.
[00:36:26] Not at all.
[00:36:26] It's this kind of stuff.
[00:36:27] You are the rightful winner.
[00:36:28] That's the problem.
[00:36:29] You're the rightful winner.
[00:36:30] And he's the loser trying to steal it.
[00:36:33] So what does he keep saying about you that you are?
[00:36:35] It's amazing to me that he's getting away with this to this point.
[00:36:39] And that's, and again, that the pendulum is swinging back the other direction.
[00:36:43] People do have, you know, social media is God's gift to our generation.
[00:36:47] People are on.
[00:36:48] They talk about stuff.
[00:36:49] They call out the governor and it makes a difference.
[00:36:53] Even though they're still the establishment, they still will cheat, do whatever it takes
[00:36:57] to stay in office.
[00:36:58] In fact, more and more people seeing that.
[00:37:00] In fact, can I just tell you, if you go look at the comments on his Facebook page,
[00:37:05] it's just like Romney.
[00:37:07] It reminds me very much of Romney, how these two are hated.
[00:37:09] And these two, by the way, the only ones ever truly booed at the Republican nominating
[00:37:15] conventions.
[00:37:16] Every time we have a Republican convention.
[00:37:18] But Spencer Cox's comments on his Facebook page are 95%.
[00:37:23] You're a liar.
[00:37:24] You're a scumbag.
[00:37:25] We see you.
[00:37:27] We see what you're doing to our state.
[00:37:29] Stop smiling about it.
[00:37:30] You're lying.
[00:37:31] I mean, you're not the legitimate winner.
[00:37:33] You know, Phil Lyman won.
[00:37:34] I mean, it is amazing to me how many people are on there just saying, no, you are absolutely
[00:37:40] a liar and a cheat.
[00:37:41] I love it.
[00:37:43] He was booed out of the stadium at the hockey announcement.
[00:37:47] There's 13,000 people there.
[00:37:48] He was.
[00:37:49] He was completely booed.
[00:37:51] People hate him.
[00:37:52] In fact, he wouldn't even come down to the southern part of the state where I live because
[00:37:56] one time he came, seven people showed up.
[00:37:59] That was it.
[00:37:59] No one wants to see this guy because they're pretty much aware of who he is.
[00:38:04] And there were people in our party that were trying to like, like actually kind of conned
[00:38:10] into supporting him down here.
[00:38:12] And it just made me sick because I thought you can't support somebody that's lying and
[00:38:16] he's lying in front of everybody.
[00:38:17] And it's so obvious.
[00:38:19] I will say this to us.
[00:38:20] One of the legislators was talking to me the other day and I said, if you want to know
[00:38:23] what Spencer Cox's announcements are, just go look at my platform because he's taken
[00:38:27] everything that I put on my platform on my website and that's become his thing, whether
[00:38:32] it's nuclear energy or immigration or, you know, elections, election reform, all of these
[00:38:39] things are right off my website.
[00:38:40] Once he's in office, once this is clear and you see this already starting to roll out,
[00:38:44] the Utah Board of Education, the higher ed, they're already starting to like slip right
[00:38:52] back to their DEI ways and they're, you know, they're all confident again.
[00:38:56] So we're going to see this come back even worse if we don't put a stop to it.
[00:39:01] The greatest Christmas gift Utah could ever receive right now is for the Supreme Court
[00:39:06] to do the right thing, to not be bought in any situation and do the right thing because
[00:39:11] the Utah Supreme Court is bought.
[00:39:13] I'm sorry, they are.
[00:39:14] And I've seen them do one horrific thing after another.
[00:39:18] Me too.
[00:39:19] I've also seen most of the legislators and state senators in Utah not stand up for what's
[00:39:23] right in this.
[00:39:24] And it really goes to show that they're all kissing up to Spencer Cox because he has this
[00:39:30] little group, this little group of anyone, my own state state senator down here just licks
[00:39:36] his boots.
[00:39:37] And it's so hard to watch this because talk about grimy.
[00:39:41] I just, so I am telling you people, the best Christmas gift we could get is for the truth
[00:39:46] to come out so that Utah has a chance.
[00:39:48] Because right now we are blue, purple, and we don't realize it.
[00:39:52] Yeah, yeah.
[00:39:53] This isn't California.
[00:39:54] This is Utah.
[00:39:54] And this is America.
[00:39:56] You know, God bless America.
[00:39:57] God bless America.
[00:39:58] And people still have the ability to affect things in their government if they're willing
[00:40:02] to just not comply with the garbage that they know is happening.
[00:40:08] Phil Lyman, I'm so proud of the fight you're putting forth.
[00:40:10] And please pray for this.
[00:40:11] Put this in your prayers for Christmas.
[00:40:13] Put this in your prayers all the way up until January 10th.
[00:40:16] Please, we have got to have a good outcome for my state to survive.
[00:40:19] Otherwise, we go blue, purple forever.
[00:40:21] And I'm not kidding.
[00:40:23] Phil Lyman, thank you.
[00:40:24] The legitimate governor of Utah, thank you.
[00:40:27] And I will be right back with the rest of today's Christmas show.
[00:40:30] Don't miss it.
[00:40:30] Be right back.
[00:40:31] Kate Daly Show.
