[00:03:21] First of all, most people, it's gaining ground because myself and a colleague of mine have really been pushing an educational system to the public across the nation.
[00:03:35] In fact, it's gone around the world to my surprise.
[00:03:39] But the term land patent is the only true title to your land.
[00:03:46] Everybody thinks that a warranty deed is your title and you have your true title when you pay off from the bank.
[00:03:53] That is absolutely a distortion of the truth beyond description.
[00:03:59] There's only one title and one title only, and it's called an elodial title.
[00:04:04] Elodial title means God-given because the patent issue goes clear back to the Bible.
[00:04:10] And there are 11 different scriptures that I put in my seminars and that I have if people want a copy of it that addresses the issue that God gave us the land.
[00:04:21] And those are called irrevocable and constitutional rights that cannot be taken away.
[00:04:29] They can't be taxed.
[00:04:30] They can't be regulated.
[00:04:32] And that's what they do with the administrative side.
[00:04:37] And a little bit later, Kate, if you'd allow me, I'd like to give them a little bit of history about how and by what means we got to where we are today that creates such a mess.
[00:04:49] Oh, yeah.
[00:04:50] But the intent of the globalists, I'll call it, whatever name you want to put on it, the bad guys, as I call them, do not want you to own land.
[00:05:01] They want you to be a slave.
[00:05:03] And I wrote a book on that called You're Not a Slave.
[00:05:06] And I've written another book called What You Need to Know About Land Patents.
[00:05:12] And it's a very in-depth book.
[00:05:14] It's 179 pages long and tremendous amount of law cases in it.
[00:05:21] And the reason that I wrote the book like that is that I didn't later want somebody come along and tell me, well, Ron, that's just your opinion.
[00:05:29] Right.
[00:05:29] I can back up everything that I'm going to share with you here today.
[00:05:34] Everything.
[00:05:35] I've done a lifetime of research.
[00:05:37] I've been in law for 51 years.
[00:05:42] If I can use the term, I've been around the block.
[00:05:44] I don't claim to know it at all, but I will be willing to stand toe-to-toe with anybody that wants to debate the subject matter.

[00:06:24] So if I, okay, this is the, these are the complications of live radio, right?
[00:06:32] So I'm going to ask Ron, can you please tell people what happened in the 1940s, what they started removing from the paperwork when you got your home?
[00:06:41] When you, when you, when you started to buy a home, they removed this certain document and replaced it with what?
[00:06:47] That is correct.
[00:06:48] Well, thank you for asking the question because that's a critical crux to this whole land ownership issue.
[00:06:56] The land patents were officially made a legislative enactment by the United States Congress and signed by the president in 1812.
[00:07:08] And that's when they issued every time you applied for a land patent, you had certain things that you had to do to qualify.
[00:07:15] And once upon a completion, the law required them to issue the patent.
[00:07:20] So as they progressed in this process, when you acquired a land patent and you disposed of that land, you had to give the patent to the new owner.
[00:07:33] Okay.
[00:07:33] And down to the case so that you had the original patent from the grantee and the recipients called a grantee and anyone else down the lines called an assigned.
[00:07:45] An assigned.
[00:07:46] So everything went fine until 1946, right after the war.
[00:07:52] And the so-called good gooders, do-gooders, and our enemy, if you want to put it in its true context, decide that they had to get control of the land.
[00:08:02] Because on a land patent, no one controls that land but you.
[00:08:06] Right.
[00:08:07] That's why they're called an elodial title, God-given and owing to no one nor to any lord nor superior.
[00:08:16] So it's called private property and it's called that for a reason.
[00:08:20] So then in 1946, they enact unconstitutionally an enactment called the Administrative Procedures Act.
[00:08:28] And the whole purpose of the Administrative Procedures Act was for the purpose of creating a criminal syndicate.
[00:08:39] Not many people know this, but I've done the study.
[00:08:42] And it was to dispel the Constitution, get it off the table, and to get rid of common law, which is God's law.
[00:08:50] So then they wanted to get control of people, the land, their possessions, their marriages, their children, everything.
[00:08:58] So they enact this in the June 11, 1946, called the Administrative Procedures Act.
[00:09:05] Once they accomplished that, then the next thing that the corporate government, which was enacted in 1871, called the Act of 1871, when they incorporated Washington, D.C.,
[00:09:18] they then pressured all 48 states at that time to incorporate.
[00:09:25] So all of the 48 states did by inducement, if you please, by money, enhancement by the means of money.
[00:09:37] So through the course of about 11, 12 years, whatever it is, at least all the rest of these states became corporate entities and relinquished our sovereign states.
[00:09:50] We have no sovereign states now.
[00:09:53] We have only territorial corporations.
[00:09:56] Once they got that accomplished, then there's a maximum in law, and I want you to listen carefully.
[00:10:03] There's a maximum in law that is universal, and it goes like this.
[00:10:08] One can only claim jurisdiction by one that you have to create it.
[00:10:18] So the government entities did not create the land.
[00:10:22] God created the land.
[00:10:24] Right.
[00:10:25] So to do that, they had to change the definitions.
[00:10:28] So what they did in the course of seven years, they changed the land and redefined it to real estate.
[00:10:37] Therefore, what you got back when you brought your patent in, they kept those titles in that era.
[00:10:44] And so the people were asking, well, where's my patent?
[00:10:48] Oh, well, this is your new title.
[00:10:49] They deceived the people.
[00:10:51] They lied to them, whatever.
[00:10:53] And they issued back what's called a warranty deed.
[00:10:55] Wow.
[00:10:56] So they stopped including the land patent in the 1940s in the mortgages.
[00:11:01] So they stopped giving that.
[00:11:03] Yes, that's correct.
[00:11:04] And then what did they replace it?
[00:11:05] What do they give you now?
[00:11:07] They give you what's called a warranty deed or some type of deed.
[00:11:11] And that deed is a worthless piece of paper.
[00:11:15] It is not any kind of a title.
[00:11:17] All it is is a permission slip.
[00:11:20] And what it allows is it acknowledges that you have an equity interest in a given piece of property and that you have permission, not right, but permission to occupy the land under certain conditions.
[00:11:37] Taxes, regulations, da-da, da-da, da-da, da-da.
[00:11:40] Right.
[00:11:40] And that's what we've lived with now for the last 70, 78 years.
[00:11:45] So your name's on it.
[00:11:46] So, but beyond that.
[00:11:48] So the land patent gives you what's underneath the land, the minerals in the land, everything that's underneath the land as well, right?
[00:11:55] Well, initially it did.
[00:11:58] But four years after the Homestead Act was enacted, then in essence the mining law came in, H.R. 365, and that separated the estates.
[00:12:08] And so some of the patents then included all of the minerals, the oil, the gas, thermal, da-da, da-da, da-da.
[00:12:17] And then later on, the government says, well, we're going to keep the oil and gas and thermal and that excluded from any issuance of the patent.
[00:12:26] But all of the rest of the minerals, if it was given by the patent, but the receiver of the patent could then divide that and sell those mineral rights, or they could keep them and sell the land.
[00:12:41] And so it became a separate estate.
[00:12:44] Okay.

[00:17:04] And so, this removal of this land patent makes it easier for the government to do these land grabs, correct?
[00:17:12] That's correct.
[00:17:13] They took the position that they now had control over everything in our life.
[00:17:20] And when you have land that's God-given, there's a reason for that.
[00:17:25] It's a place where you have a sanctuary.
[00:17:27] It's a place that you can utilize that land at your will as long as you're not harming somebody else.
[00:17:33] It's something that is of value, great value.
[00:17:36] Grow your own crops, your own cattle, do your business, whatever the case is.
[00:17:41] And they wanted to take that away.
[00:17:43] They didn't want us to be free as we intended to be in our early development of this nation.
[00:17:49] Absolutely.
[00:17:49] And I fight.
[00:17:50] You know, I'm a Vietnam veteran.
[00:17:52] And I come home from Vietnam and the battles in Vietnam and find I have a far worse enemy in my own home country than I ever had in the jungle of Vietnam.
[00:18:02] Yeah.
[00:18:03] And I'm still fighting the battle.
[00:18:05] I don't have a rifle in my hand, but I'll fight this to my dying breath.
[00:18:09] That's the reason I dedicated my life to this.
[00:18:12] I love this.
[00:18:13] I'm so glad.
[00:18:13] And your knowledge, you guys, it's just amazing how much Ron knows about this and his studying of this matter.
[00:18:19] And so there have been recent court cases.
[00:18:22] They've gone to court.
[00:18:23] The judges decided that they did not.
[00:18:26] Well, not only are they unaware, uneducated on this, they also cannot go in favor of the land patent.
[00:18:36] And I asked Ron, I said, so why should somebody do this?
[00:18:40] Are they doing this in vain or should they get this land patent?
[00:18:43] And what is the reason that people should do it anyway, even if the judge in their particular case does not rule in favor of this because they're so uneducated in this?
[00:18:53] What's the reason?
[00:18:55] Well, the reason is, number one, you've established that you are claiming the land patent.
[00:19:02] It's on record.
[00:19:02] Because on every land patent, let me go back just a little bit.
[00:19:06] On every land patent, it describes the property conveyed.
[00:19:10] It describes the terms and conditions, any reservation.
[00:19:14] But there's a clause in there that is priceless.
[00:19:17] It is hereby granted.
[00:19:19] That means given over.
[00:19:21] Granted means given.
[00:19:22] Over to their heirs and assigns forever.
[00:19:28] Right.
[00:19:28] I'm looking at my watch and forever isn't up yet.
[00:19:31] So going back to the Administrative Procedures Act, that original land patent is still as valid today as it was the day that it was issued.
[00:19:42] But by the Administrative Procedures Act, it's like they put a blanket over it.
[00:19:46] If we can kind of follow my sense of logic here.
[00:19:50] Now this blanket is the administrative title called a warranty deed.
[00:19:57] So they all function on that basis because now they're claiming jurisdiction over it.
[00:20:02] But that's not law.
[00:20:05] That's thievery because they stole your title.
[00:20:08] Yeah.
[00:20:09] So we must have this on record.
[00:20:11] And I like that point because you're telling people, look, there will be bad judges.
[00:20:16] There will be judges that do not work in favor of it.
[00:20:20] But you're but you still have it.
[00:20:21] I have it on record.
[00:20:22] And that's the most important part is that you can work from there.
[00:20:26] So, you know, depending on the judge, you get it into another system, another courtroom.
[00:20:31] Then maybe there's there's a prayer that that judge actually understands, because if you're going back to the real law, then the law is on your side anyway.
[00:20:40] And you can continue to fight.

[00:28:13] They never knew anything about this allodial title issue, the land patent, whatever.
[00:28:19] And, I mean, it's like speaking Chinese to them.
[00:28:23] So they really inquire about what the land patent means, this allodial title, et cetera, et cetera.

[00:28:30] And I think, you know, we've been hearing a lot about the land steal of our landmarks, of our lands in America by foreign interests.
[00:28:42] And I know that that's still coming.
[00:28:45] It seems as though we've thwarted that, but I don't think that is the case.
[00:28:49] I think they're still going after that.
[00:28:51] They're still going to really make sure that happens.
[00:28:54] Foreign entities buying up our public lands and our lands because of the fact that they can sit on it and we have no access to what's underneath that property.

[00:29:11] But one of the fallacies relative to this Administrative Procedures Act, and I want to make this known for a matter of record.
[00:29:20] The United States government does not own the public lands.
[00:29:25] They claim it's government land.
[00:29:28] We've got to stop doing that because you're giving credence and support that they have a right and ownership in the land.
[00:29:35] Every bit of land that the United States has acquired goes into a public land trust.
[00:29:41] The United States government are the trustees over that land.
[00:29:45] But that land belongs to you and I and every American in this country.
[00:29:49] They have no authority to sell it to a foreign company because they haven't got our approval, we the people, of which to allow that.
[00:29:58] They don't have a title, and I could tell you numerous court cases to where this issue of challenging the United States government to provide their title.
[00:30:07] I'm involved in one of those right now because of some property that myself and other people have in Colorado.
[00:30:13] Wow.
[00:30:14] We're addressing that very thing.
[00:30:16] Okay.
[00:30:16] And they can't provide a title.
[00:30:18] It's never been available to them.

[00:30:59] What difference does it make if I don't?
[00:31:02] Well, because you have no rights.

[00:31:05] You have absolutely no rights, either relative to the land or other things outside of the land.
[00:31:13] The land is a foundation that God based for the purpose of humanity to dwell on.

[00:31:20] And in that land, if you go back in the Bible, in Genesis, it said, let us make man in our image.
[00:31:26] The Bible says God took dust from the earth and created it.
[00:31:30] That's the reason he gave it back to us in all of those 11 scriptures that I referred to earlier.
[00:31:36] Mm-hmm.
[00:31:36] We're to own land that is God-given, and there's a purpose for that.
[00:31:41] Right.
[00:31:41] The real estate and all this phony stuff, that's known as color of title.
[00:31:47] Because if everybody's going to go along with the program, you're being led down the Primrose Path to take your property away.
[00:31:55] And I want to address that when Kate allows me to do it, having to do with property tax.
[00:31:59] Right.
[00:31:59] Because there's a whole agenda behind this property tax issue.

[00:32:03] Yes, there is.
[00:32:04] We're going to go to break in about 20 seconds, and having this on record, like he said, gives you a place to fight from.
[00:32:11] It gives you a starting point there to fight for your property because I think that we're going to see way more land grabs coming up in our own private property, not just public lands, but to us.

[00:35:22] Real estate is subject to all regulations that they want to put on it.
[00:35:27] Ridiculous, lawful or unlawful, doesn't matter.

[00:35:33] A land patent is not subject to any of those.
[00:35:35] It's not even subject to eminent domain.
[00:35:38] Because, again, the jurisdictional issue.
[00:35:42] And the people don't understand what jurisdiction is or isn't valid.
[00:35:47] And that's what I try to teach in our seminars so that people will understand.
[00:35:51] When I was going to law school, the professor said, always, always, always, always challenge jurisdiction.
[00:35:58] And I have found that's worked very well in my life because they're telling you stuff.
[00:36:04] They don't look at the government says we own the land.
[00:36:06] They don't own a square inch of it.
[00:36:09] Right.
[00:36:09] You're right.
[00:36:09] We better start standing up and challenging that stuff.

[00:36:23] And that is that it's not common knowledge to every American and every property owner.
[00:36:33] So to that end, how can we get – I know we're going to share the podcast.

[00:36:54] Well, what I try to do is live seminars or Zoom seminars or whatever is the best way to reach as many people as we can.
[00:37:04] But unfortunately, people have gotten to the point of complacency like it's not affecting me, so why should I bother?
[00:37:12] Right.
[00:37:12] And that's a killer.
[00:37:13] Complacency is a killer, folks.
[00:37:16] Trust me.
[00:37:16] It's a killer.
[00:37:17] Yep, for sure.
[00:37:18] Talk about property taxes.
[00:37:21] Okay.
[00:37:22] As I mentioned very quickly, real estate is taxable in every fashion.
[00:37:28] But land patents are not.
[00:37:30] They're not subject to that at all.
[00:37:35] But if you go back to when the draft of the Agenda 21 came into being, which really started in 1926 before the Great Depression.
[00:37:49] But in that document, if you go to that and read it, and it's a lot of reading, so you better be patient.
[00:37:55] But in that, it tells what they're planning on doing.
[00:37:58] And they have exercised every bit of that up to 1946.
[00:38:03] In 1946, they implemented the tax against property, even though they call it by a different name.
[00:38:12] The agenda is, and listen carefully, the way that they've got it structured is that the taxes will be increased right across the board for the elderly.
[00:38:25] In other words, a fixed income.
[00:38:27] Yeah.
[00:38:28] Their intent is to wipe out all of you who are on fixed incomes.
[00:38:32] Then the tax rate will go up, and it will then attempt to destroy the lower end of the middle class until they're wiped out.
[00:38:43] It then will raise again to the middle of the middle class until they're wiped out.
[00:38:48] Then it will rise again to the height that it will wipe out the upper level of the middle end class.
[00:38:56] Then it will go up again to wipe out as many as they can.
[00:39:00] I'll call it the so-called elite.
[00:39:03] I had a lady call me a year ago last November, a month ago, a year before.
[00:39:09] She said, she's from one of the eastern states.
[00:39:15] And she said, 10 years ago, I bought 200 acres, didn't have a building on it, didn't have a fence post on it, nothing.
[00:39:22] She said, my taxes were about $8,000 and some change.
[00:39:27] She said, I just got my tax bill for the same property with no improvements on it, nothing.
[00:39:33] It is just a few dollars short of $90,000.
[00:39:38] That's the – had another person call me a week and a half ago.
[00:39:42] Their taxes went up $6,000.
[00:39:44] They're after your property by taxation.
[00:39:47] So this program that Kate's telling you about next Tuesday, better pay attention to that because they're coming after your land.
[00:39:55] Next Tuesday, I have Mitch Vexler.
[00:39:56] Mitch Vexler undercovered the – really found out about the big grift going on with property taxes in 3,000-plus counties in America.
[00:40:04] And he'll be on Tuesday.
[00:40:05] So, yeah, it's a huge, huge thing.
[00:40:08] They're going to tax us into oblivion.
[00:40:10] In my book, You're Not a Slave, I address the tax issue that primarily – that's what that book's about.
[00:40:17] And I prove in there on page 72 that you're not obligated to pay any taxes.
[00:40:24] There are so many safeguards to the patent that it's unbelievable.
[00:40:28] But like one caller said, you know, most people don't know about it.
[00:40:32] That's why Kate has me on her program.
[00:40:34] I thank God I can be here.
[00:40:36] I'm trying to get the word out to everyone that this is serious business, folks.
[00:40:42] You're going to end up with no land that you can ever own.
[00:40:46] So we better stand up together and do what we need to do.
[00:40:50] And I'll help everybody that I possibly can.
[00:40:53] But I need your participation because if you don't, you're going to be on the list.
[00:40:58] It's not if, it's when.
[00:40:59] And it's not difficult.

[00:41:07] And so you can get his help or you can actually do it on your own.

[00:41:15] And at least you've got a chance of understanding how to do it so that you can do it.
[00:41:20] Because it's not going to take very much time to do.
[00:41:22] It's just a matter of knowing what to ask for, correct?

[00:41:32] So it's by constitutional mandate.

[00:41:37] The patent is a constitutional guarantee of your right of property.
[00:41:43] And not only property, but of the vested rights that go along with it that can never be separated from it.
[00:41:49] My golly, folks, you have no idea what I'm trying to emphasize here.

[00:41:57] And that should tell you volumes that by law they actually have to give you something that they just shorted you.
[00:42:03] They did not give it to you and now they have to.
[00:42:05] That should tell you volumes that they actually understand what they've done in this big grift, illegal grift,
[00:42:12] because they actually have to give it to you when asked for it.
