[00:00:06] You realize that mainstream media has sold you a box of rocks. It's time to tune into the Kate Dalley Show, America's newest addiction. The show starts now.
[00:00:16] When it came time for me to have a baby, you know, a dozen years ago, I wanted to know about this particular thing that was recommended. As everyone said, it was safe. And I just remember being with this one director whose wife was a TV doctor, one of those TV doctors.
[00:00:34] As director, we were going to make a movie together. And they just had a beautiful new baby. And I said, well, what shots did you give the baby? She said, none.
[00:00:40] And I said, what? She said, yeah, they're too small to absorb those toxins right now. They don't have an immune system. They have an external immune system. Their brother's, their mother's breast milk.
[00:00:50] Yes.
[00:00:51] And I said, well, why do you tell, why do you tell other people to get it? We said, well, that's up to them. So I never forgot that.
[00:00:58] Because it wasn't up to them because you had to go to school when we went to school. It's like three shots.
[00:01:05] Now it's staggering. It's 72 different doses of 16 different vaccines before the age of six.
[00:01:15] And we're wondering, why is there? And people go, I can't have anything to do with that. I can't have anything to do with it. Are you nuts?
[00:01:19] Yes. So, no, no, we'll just bleep it. But it's crazy that of all the things you can say.
[00:01:25] You can't talk about this.
[00:01:26] On YouTube. I mean, you could say, you know, our government's illegitimate. Someone should overthrow it.
[00:01:31] Or, you know, I'm in favor of transgender nuns. Or you can say whatever you want, but you cannot use them.
[00:01:37] Yeah. That was Rob Schneider, the actor, and Tucker Carlson. They were talking about how you cannot talk about vaccines. You cannot say a word about it.
[00:01:46] And if you do, you're bleeped, you're censored. I'm censored off of YouTube right now. And yeah, for whatever reason, who knows, a multitude of reasons.
[00:01:55] It's like every few months I get completely censored again. And so there you go.
[00:02:00] I love that clip because Rob Schneider is saying, basically, I have this baby and I'm talking to this director and the director's like, yeah, I wouldn't give any of that stuff to my kid.
[00:02:08] He's like, well, wait a minute. Why? You know? And I love that. You know, make America curious again.
[00:02:14] We really, really need to be curious and we're not. And we got to get there, guys, because there's just so much to learn about the ways we've been lied to and the ways we've been propagandized.
[00:02:24] And that's really so much of the show. I mean, it's what it's what it centers on is let's get to the truth.
[00:02:31] And I have a special guest now. Maven Ray joins me. And I'm so glad because she has phoned into the to the show with so much great information.
[00:02:41] And I can't wait to hear about this topic that she's bringing us. And how are you? How are you doing?
[00:02:48] Well, hi, Kate. Hi there.
[00:02:49] I'm doing great. How are you?
[00:02:51] Excellent. So I can't wait to hear about this. I think that this is extraordinarily important. And please talk about E-R-I-C. Eric.
[00:03:03] Yeah, for sure. So with the timing of everything, I know that everybody really feels and you've kind of hit on this already.
[00:03:12] But everybody's happy and everybody's kind of letting their guard down. And now it's the holidays and we all are breathing this huge sigh of relief.
[00:03:20] You know, the bricks have come off of our shoulders, so to speak.
[00:03:23] But honestly, we still have so much that we need to do. And one of those things that we continually need to pressure our legislators about is election integrity.
[00:03:37] Yes.
[00:03:38] And so we're going to be talking today, I'd really like to focus on Electronic Registration Information Center or ERIC.
[00:03:46] Yes.
[00:03:46] Because it's used by 24 key states across America. That's almost half of our states.
[00:03:53] And the crazy part about ERIC is that it got pitched to states and honestly, it got pitched to Utah first.
[00:04:03] And Utah was one of the key states in ERIC, which is really disheartening to me.
[00:04:09] Yeah.
[00:04:09] But ERIC was founded supposedly as a nonprofit, an NGO in 2012 by the Pew Charitable Trusts.
[00:04:19] We love them.
[00:04:20] With David Becker as the director.
[00:04:22] And I don't know if a lot of people know about David Becker.
[00:04:26] So I just want to give a quick synopsis of who he is so that you can kind of see what we're dealing with.
[00:04:34] So really quickly, he worked in the Department of Justice.
[00:04:40] And back in around 2005, he actually had an ethics complaint that was lodged against him from his coworkers.
[00:04:49] Because at the time, he was involved with a lawsuit that was being served to Boston, the city of Boston.
[00:04:58] And that lawsuit dealt with voting right violations.
[00:05:02] But he went to the city of Boston and offered services to them to defeat the lawsuit his own department brought against them.
[00:05:12] Whoa.
[00:05:13] So he had, well, in emails when they did some investigation about Mr. David Becker, it was shown that he really did have a lot of contempt for conservatives and Republicans.
[00:05:30] He was a campaign director and lobbyist for People for the American Way between 2005 and 2008.
[00:05:38] And that is a Democrat advocacy group, championing, excuse me, citizenship for illegals and public funding for abortion.
[00:05:49] He then took off and became the director of election initiatives at Pew Charitable Trusts between 2008 and 2016.
[00:06:01] And we all know, I hope, that Pew Charitable Trusts is, again, a left-leaning type of an organization.
[00:06:10] It's in the nonprofit sector.
[00:06:12] And then in 2012, so in the middle of this, he started ERIC with indirect funding from Open Society Foundation.
[00:06:22] And if anybody has been listening to your program or is aware, Open Society is a George Soros Foundation, right?
[00:06:29] So he got money directly from George Soros to push this electronic registration information center idea.
[00:06:37] He then moved on to the director for Center for Election Innovation and Research, or SEER.
[00:06:45] And that center champions early voting and mail-in voting laws.
[00:06:49] And most currently, he has been a CBS News contributor since 2020.
[00:06:55] And he co-authored a book about the 2020 presidential election with Major Garrett, where he claimed that election was the most secure, verifiable, and transparent in American history.
[00:07:08] And Biden's the most popular man ever in history of America.
[00:07:13] Amen.
[00:07:15] Wow.
[00:07:15] So this is the gentleman who came up with ERIC, okay?
[00:07:20] Now, what was pitched to the states, including mine, is that it's cheap, right?
[00:07:27] Because membership is $25,000 up front with annual dues based on population.
[00:07:34] So, for example, in 2023, Utah paid $49,000 for ERIC.
[00:07:40] So that's so cheap in order to clean up voter rolls, right?
[00:07:43] Because the mission of ERIC says, and I quote,
[00:07:47] it helps states improve the accuracy of America's voter rolls, increase access to voter registration for all eligible citizens,
[00:07:56] reduce election costs, and increase efficiencies in elections, end quote.
[00:08:01] So everything the government puts out is opposite.
[00:08:04] So I'm going to guess it's exact opposite of everything you just listed.
[00:08:08] You were so smart.
[00:08:09] In opposite bill.
[00:08:10] So smart.
[00:08:11] So smart.
[00:08:11] Right.
[00:08:12] So the purpose of ERIC, okay, so this is what they're, and again, remember, you are not aware of anything to do with David Becker.
[00:08:20] You're a state in, you know, either a secretary of state or a lieutenant governor.
[00:08:25] You have this daunting task to clean your voter rolls, and you are looking for ways to do that that are not going to cost the taxpayer a lot of money.
[00:08:34] So these are the pitches that were made to these states.
[00:08:38] So the purpose, Eric claims, is to help maintain clean voter rolls for member states by collecting voter registration rolls and Department of Motor Vehicle data to do the following.
[00:08:51] So the big one, identify inactive voters.
[00:08:53] Identify inactive or deceased voters.
[00:08:56] Identify duplicate registrations within member states.
[00:09:00] Identify voters who moved within member states.
[00:09:03] Identify voters who voted in multiple states.
[00:09:05] And the big one, identify eligible but unregistered or EBU voters.
[00:09:11] They have an acronym for it, so you know it's good.
[00:09:14] And that means eligible but unregistered.
[00:09:18] Those who get an ID card or driver's license but do not want to be registered to vote, okay?
[00:09:25] So they claim that ERIC works in the following ways.
[00:09:30] So the participating states send ERIC data every 60 days by the lieutenant governor or secretary of state's office.
[00:09:37] And they send all inactive and active voter files from state databases.
[00:09:43] They send all licensing or identification records from the DMV.
[00:09:48] So that means driver's license number, social security number, date of birth, right?
[00:09:53] But, of course, all of those are honched for secure transmission to the ERIC database.
[00:09:58] The second thing that they claim that they do is they compare data from other member states.
[00:10:03] So once they're received, right, they encrypt this, and then they, for example, like Colorado is a member of ERIC.
[00:10:11] So they would basically share data back and forth between Colorado to see who moved in, who moved out, et cetera, who died, type of a thing.
[00:10:20] And then ERIC sends back a report to that member state every 425 days.
[00:10:27] So the following are provided to the lieutenant governor or secretary of state's office.
[00:10:32] So that list of eligible but unregistered users, the cross-state movers, right, who went back and forth, the in-state movers, and then people who died, the deceased report.
[00:10:44] Also a duplicate report.
[00:10:45] So it tries to catch people who might have multiple voter registrations in that state.
[00:10:52] So they also send you a report of illicit activity if, only if, requested in writing from ERIC.
[00:11:01] So that means that they'll send a list of voters who voted in multiple states or in behalf of a dead voter.
[00:11:11] Again, that's only if you ask that.
[00:11:14] Right.
[00:11:14] And then the county clerks are then supposed to update the respective county voter rolls.
[00:11:21] So the input is based on those ERIC reports.
[00:11:24] And clerks and staff are to update their records in the voter information and state tracking application.
[00:11:31] So this is the information that's provided to the state legislatures.
[00:11:35] And it sounds pretty good, right?
[00:11:37] Right.
[00:11:38] It's relatively cheap.
[00:11:39] The software does the hard work for those who have been elected to do this work.
[00:11:43] Plus, it sends them a report every 425 days.
[00:11:48] But, okay, that's the pitch.
[00:11:50] Right.
[00:11:50] We don't mention the problems with ERIC.
[00:11:53] And this is what I really want to take to your audience today to be aware of, especially if your state is participating in ERIC.
[00:12:01] Okay?
[00:12:02] So true.
[00:12:03] We've got 30 seconds and then we go to break and then we're going to come back.
[00:12:06] But give us a couple.
[00:12:07] Give us one.
[00:12:09] Sure.
[00:12:09] Okay, so you've got, well, I'll give you Washington, right?
[00:12:12] Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico.
[00:12:17] I mean, all of these are not a shock, right?
[00:12:19] Right, right.
[00:12:19] When I say Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, and, of course, the District of Columbia.
[00:12:26] Pennsylvania, swing states, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan.
[00:12:31] All of these states that have had such problems with elections are on this list.
[00:12:36] Okay, we're going to come right back.
[00:12:38] More with Maven Ray coming back.
[00:12:40] Be right back.
[00:12:40] Kate Daly Show.
[00:12:41] Don't miss this.
[00:12:42] Be right back.
[00:13:01] Hey, everybody.
[00:13:02] You've asked for this and we're going to deliver this now on the show.
[00:13:05] So you've asked me for an online pharmacy.
[00:13:07] So you don't have to go out of the country.
[00:13:09] You can get some pharmac scripts and have them for storage or for right now, whatever you want to do.
[00:13:16] So you can actually take part right now this week in an Ivermectin Black Friday sale.
[00:13:22] If you go to allfamilypharma, not pharmacy like I said on the show, but allfamilypharma.com forward slash Kate.
[00:13:32] You need to do that.
[00:13:34] Then it also helps the show too.
[00:13:37] allfamilypharma.com forward slash Kate.
[00:13:41] allfamilypharma.com forward slash Kate.
[00:13:44] Go there.
[00:13:44] You can get two for one on Ivermectin.
[00:13:46] You can get whatever your budget can allow.
[00:13:49] It's really nice because you can pick and choose what you want scripts for.
[00:13:52] You'll get a quick phone call from a doctor for like three minutes asking you a couple of very basic questions.
[00:13:58] And then boom, it is on its way.
[00:14:00] They're right here in the USA.
[00:14:02] It's a family run pharmacy.
[00:14:03] I really love these guys.
[00:14:05] This is who I use.
[00:14:07] And so I'm telling you about it because these guys are amazing.
[00:14:10] I don't normally love pharma as you know on the show.
[00:14:13] But there are a couple of things I like to have around like a Z-Pak or some antibiotics.
[00:14:18] This is a great place to go for that.
[00:14:20] So make sure that you are taking part in this as a doctor prescribed.
[00:14:25] You don't have to search for a doctor.
[00:14:27] They provide the prescription with every order.
[00:14:30] It ships within a couple of days.
[00:14:32] You can have it right in your home and you can do this right from home.
[00:14:36] There are over 200 medications available to order online that you can actually get.
[00:14:41] And this is a very reliable, trustworthy organization.
[00:14:45] And they have a lot of flexible options for you.
[00:14:48] So trusted treatments, convenient ordering.
[00:14:51] It's all there.
[00:14:52] Take part in their Black Friday.
[00:14:54] This is really important because it's only this week.
[00:14:56] You can get two for one on ivermectin.
[00:14:58] But you must go through this link.
[00:15:02] It's located on the website, katedalyradio.com.
[00:15:05] Click the link, familypharma.com forward slash kate.
[00:15:11] And then the Kate Daly show actually gets credit for that too, which is going to help the show too.
[00:15:17] But it's a good idea to stock up before January 10th comes and we might have more port troubles on the way.
[00:15:22] For whatever comes our way, you will be able to barter with these, have them, whatever the case may be.
[00:15:29] All right?
[00:15:31] Allfamilypharma.com forward slash kate.
[00:15:34] If you share this on social media because this is a great place to get scripts and people want to be able to order these from home and online, order them online.
[00:15:44] Share that link because it helps the show.
[00:15:47] So share that link with all your friends and family, allfamilypharma.com forward slash kate.
[00:15:53] And tell them to take part in that Black Friday sale.
[00:15:56] It's pretty amazing.
[00:16:05] This is the Kate Daly show.
[00:16:10] The weather outside was whitening.
[00:16:19] Till the dog did something frightening.
[00:16:23] He's got no other place to go.
[00:16:26] Yellow snow, yellow snow, yellow snow.
[00:16:31] Welcome back.
[00:16:32] Kate Daly show.
[00:16:35] So glad that you're listening in today and especially to this new third hour.
[00:16:40] And so I've got Maven Ray with me.
[00:16:43] And I also just wanted to mention real quick, go to my website, check out allfamilypharma.com.
[00:16:49] You can get actual scripts of the things that you need and you can get them when you want them and refills.
[00:16:57] And you can do it right here in America and you don't have to go out of the country.
[00:16:59] So isn't that great?
[00:17:01] Ivermectin is something you want to have.
[00:17:02] I would do that every six months.
[00:17:04] Do a round of Ivermectin.
[00:17:06] Get rid of parasites.
[00:17:07] It really helps with dementia, cancer, all kinds of stuff.
[00:17:10] And have that in your home and have multiple, multiple scripts of that, okay?
[00:17:19] The code Kate 10, the number 10, Kate 10, okay?
[00:17:23] All right.
[00:17:24] So let's go right back to Eric.
[00:17:26] Some of the, some, obviously the problems and pitfalls with Eric, this, this government ordained system,
[00:17:33] because, because I said when Trump was going to be put in, that was the end of election fraud talk.
[00:17:39] And so far that's, that's what we're witnessing, right?
[00:17:42] Across the nation.
[00:17:43] Yep.
[00:17:44] That's what it seems like.
[00:17:45] And especially, I mean, we never heard this from the Republican side, right from the right side,
[00:17:50] but it's something that has to be dealt with and it has to be talked about.
[00:17:54] Yeah.
[00:17:55] Because if we just bury our head in the sand, we are going to have this continued pitfall every two years.
[00:18:03] So with Eric, and we looked at some of those states and we'll touch on that again.
[00:18:07] Okay.
[00:18:07] But the first problem with Eric is the amount and frequency of the data that it's requiring.
[00:18:13] So remember how we said that the data is asked, you have to send data to Eric, if you're a state, every 60 days.
[00:18:22] Why is that?
[00:18:24] If we have elections every two years, why would they need this information?
[00:18:28] So much information every two months.
[00:18:31] Interesting.
[00:18:31] It's because Eric builds a profile of each voter, how they vote, when they vote, detailed contact information.
[00:18:39] They are literally building this profile on every voter to see which elections you usually vote in.
[00:18:45] And if you only vote the top of the ticket or in the entire ballot, they want to be able to predict what you're going to do in November, which is really frightening, right?
[00:18:56] Well, it's amazing because that's what Tina reported was the fact that they were creating these ballots, right?
[00:19:06] Inside the software for people that didn't show up continuously to vote.
[00:19:10] So if you don't vote, they were actually providing a vote in the way that they wanted it.
[00:19:16] Interesting.
[00:19:16] Bingo.
[00:19:17] Bingo.
[00:19:17] And Eric asks for the following things in the first 30 days and then every six months.
[00:19:23] They want to know the number of new registrations applicants filed using paper, how many applications were filed out electronically,
[00:19:32] how many registration updates of voters submitted by paper, and then submitted electronically.
[00:19:38] So again, you can see how they're trying to basically make a shadow you in the system, right?
[00:19:45] Wow.
[00:19:45] So if Eric is supposed to be cleaning the voter rolls and looking for duplicates, dead people, etc., why are they asking for these specifics?
[00:19:54] Why are they not asking questions to help clean and update the voter rolls?
[00:19:59] Yeah.
[00:19:59] Well, the answer lies in their bylaws, and we're going to go through some of the issues in their bylaws.
[00:20:04] Okay.
[00:20:04] So bylaw number one, if you read the bylaws of Eric, they only require the member state to initiate contact with the voter in question within 90 days of receiving Eric reports.
[00:20:16] This defeats the mission of, quote, helping state improve the accuracy of America's voter rolls since states receive a report every 425 days.
[00:20:26] And then the states don't have to clean the roll.
[00:20:29] They only have to make contact with the voter.
[00:20:31] That is totally insane.
[00:20:34] Whoa.
[00:20:34] The second bylaw issue is when you read Exhibit A of Eric's bylaws, it states, quote,
[00:20:41] Under no circumstances shall the member transmit an individual's record where the record contains documentation or other information indicating that the individual is a non-citizen of the U.S.
[00:20:52] This defeats the stated goal of identifying ineligible voters.
[00:20:57] It's already in federal law that only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections.
[00:21:02] Right.
[00:21:02] So why is Eric requiring states to knowingly flout election law?
[00:21:09] Wow.
[00:21:09] The second problem is lack of transparency with Eric.
[00:21:13] So bylaw issue number three, under the member representation section, it states, quote,
[00:21:20] Member shall not use, transmit, sell, or disclose any Eric reports, member data, third-party data, or Eric information for any purpose other than the administration of elections under state or federal law.
[00:21:32] Okay.
[00:21:32] We're going to come right back on that note.
[00:21:34] We're going to come right back on that note.
[00:21:36] Kate Daly Show.
[00:21:37] Keep listening.
[00:21:38] Maven Ray joins me.
[00:21:39] Hold on.
[00:21:40] Oh, my gosh.
[00:21:41] We'll be right back.
[00:21:47] Hey, everybody.
[00:21:48] Go to patriot.tv forward slash Kate.
[00:21:52] Why?
[00:21:52] Because they have Kate gear.
[00:21:54] I'm not joking.
[00:21:55] They've got Kate gear.
[00:21:56] All the Kate Daly Show hats and T-shirts and sweatshirts, all of that.
[00:22:01] Go to patriot.tv.
[00:22:04] Okay.
[00:22:04] So there's no .com.
[00:22:05] It's like patriot.tv forward slash Kate.
[00:22:08] And you can get the skincare that I use called Nimi.
[00:22:12] I love the skincare.
[00:22:14] You can also get Cardio Miracle there.
[00:22:15] But I'm telling you, the retail gear is incredible.
[00:22:20] The Nimi skincare is incredible.
[00:22:22] I use the overnight cream and I use the vitamin C cream.
[00:22:26] All of it is amazing.
[00:22:27] And you can get a steep discount on that.
[00:22:30] And all you have to do is go to patriot.tv forward slash Kate and go check it out right now.
[00:22:37] You'll love this.
[00:22:38] I'm on patriot.tv in the evening.
[00:22:40] But this is a great site to go to to get wonderful, wonderful things that I recommend that I use myself.
[00:22:46] And, of course, the Kate Daly Show gear.
[00:22:48] All right.
[00:22:49] Thanks, you guys.
[00:22:58] This is the Kate Daly Show.
[00:23:14] Oh, tell it all.
[00:23:15] The price is born.
[00:23:20] Oh, yeah.
[00:23:20] I love it.
[00:23:21] All right.
[00:23:21] Welcome back.
[00:23:22] Kate Daly Show.
[00:23:23] Get over to the website.
[00:23:24] Idefendhome.com.
[00:23:25] Man, they're doing a tremendous service for people.
[00:23:27] You do not have to do all the research.
[00:23:29] They will actually go in, protect your home, and help you with computer issues.
[00:23:34] All kinds of things.
[00:23:35] You've got somebody all the time that will literally answer the phone and speak English.
[00:23:39] And I don't know of a better gift to you than that.
[00:23:43] Because I'm telling you, there are so many people that can't.
[00:23:46] They just have the issues thinking like a computer.
[00:23:48] And so they've got a lot of computer questions.
[00:23:50] This will help that person in your life.
[00:23:52] So go to idefendhome.com.
[00:23:55] And, of course, it is code word Kate.
[00:23:57] And sign up.
[00:23:58] Use it for 100 days.
[00:24:00] Or, sorry, a month.
[00:24:01] Use it for a month.
[00:24:02] And you're going to love me for this.
[00:24:04] Because it's really going to teach you a lot.
[00:24:06] And lock your home down.
[00:24:07] Oh, my gosh.
[00:24:09] idefendhome.com.
[00:24:10] Code word is Kate.
[00:24:11] All right.
[00:24:11] I've got Maeve and Ray.
[00:24:13] And we're talking about this because it's so important.
[00:24:16] You know, I know that the news, the AP News, Reuters, they will not mention election fraud.
[00:24:21] They will not talk about it.
[00:24:23] So you're never going to get it in any broadcast, whether it's local or state or federal, because they won't tell the truth about really what we're dealing with with election fraud.
[00:24:34] And I'm so glad that Maeve and Ray is here with this information on ERIC, E-R-I-C.
[00:24:39] All right.
[00:24:40] So where did we just leave off?
[00:24:42] Awesome.
[00:24:43] Well, we were talking about problem number two, which was the lack of transparency with ERIC.
[00:24:48] Okay.
[00:24:48] And the problem right now with their bylaw is that it violates the public disclosure provision of the National Voter Registration Act.
[00:24:58] If people want to know, it's 52 U.S. Code 20507, right?
[00:25:04] But under that code, it states that each state shall maintain for at least two years and shall make available for public inspection and where available photocopying at a reasonable cost all records concerning the implementation of programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and currency of official lists of eligible voters.
[00:25:25] So in a nutshell, ERIC is hiding voter roll maintenance data from being inspected.
[00:25:31] And that is against federal law.
[00:25:34] Okay.
[00:25:35] So the next problem with ERIC is the outsourcing of voter list maintenance.
[00:25:40] So federal law prohibits voter registration list maintenance by a third party.
[00:25:46] ERIC violates the Driver Privacy Protection Act under the general section and it states there, quote,
[00:26:11] Eric also violates the National Voter Registration Act in Section 2A, where it states,
[00:26:18] the appropriate state or local election official shall perform list maintenance with respect to the computerized list on a regular basis.
[00:26:27] So why are member states sending data to a third party that is in violation of federal law?
[00:26:35] Yeah.
[00:26:36] Okay.
[00:26:36] So this is one of the huge issues with ERIC.
[00:26:39] And then problem number four is it actually violates DMV confidentiality.
[00:26:45] So the lieutenant governor and secretary of state share all DMV data with ERIC.
[00:26:52] And in ERIC's bylaw under Exhibit A, Section B, it talks about all licensing or identification records from motor vehicle departments,
[00:27:03] basically all of their files together need to be given to us.
[00:27:07] But that is in complete violation of the National Voter Registration Act.
[00:27:14] Again, different section, where it states a statement that if an applicant declines to register to vote, quote,
[00:27:22] that fact that the applicant has declined to register will remain confidential.
[00:27:28] So again, why are member states violating the confidentiality of people that declined to register to vote?
[00:27:35] And the people don't know enough about this to even ask questions.
[00:27:39] They just think that the state is looking into it and that the state's going to be honest with them and tell them the truth.
[00:27:46] And the lawmakers hide behind the state.
[00:27:48] And the county commissioners in every county in America lie and hide behind this fact.
[00:27:54] They hide behind ERIC.
[00:27:56] They hide behind the fact that when you realize what's actually going on, you actually have to send in writing the questions that need to be answered.
[00:28:04] They hide behind all of this, hoping that the people in every county totally forget about voter fraud because Trump got in.
[00:28:12] Right?
[00:28:13] Well, and the scary part is, honestly, I feel like so many of the state representatives and county representatives have no idea about this.
[00:28:23] They literally have no idea.
[00:28:25] So of the 24 states that currently participate in ERIC, right, they need to understand, and I'm just going to hurry and go through them really, really quick,
[00:28:36] that ERIC is literally violating four federal acts, right, driver's privacy protection.
[00:28:44] They're violating the Vote America Act three different times.
[00:28:47] And in my home state of Utah, they're actually violating two Utah codes.
[00:28:54] And we haven't even touched on that.
[00:28:55] So I just want to bring that forward because one of them is that Utah provides ERIC the personal identifiable information of law enforcement officers, judges, and prosecutors who have made their records private.
[00:29:07] And that is in direct violation of law enforcement officers, and that is in direct violation of Utah code 63G2303.
[00:29:12] They also provide identifiable information to other high-risk citizens, including people who are in the Witness Protection Program.
[00:29:21] So again, they are giving away everything to ERIC.
[00:29:28] There are a couple cases that have been brought against the states because in 2002, the Gateway Pundit actually came out, and they tried to out ERIC.
[00:29:41] And some of the blowback of that was that states pulled out, which was really, really good.
[00:29:46] So nine states actually canceled ERIC.
[00:29:49] And those were Iowa, Missouri, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Ohio, West Virginia, and Virginia.
[00:29:57] The great news, because of that article that was done with the Gateway Pundit,
[00:30:02] the great news is that Oklahoma and North Carolina actually passed state law that prohibits joining ERIC now.
[00:30:09] So that is good news, right?
[00:30:12] But we still have 24 states that we've got to get out of ERIC.
[00:30:18] Yeah.
[00:30:18] So the last problem with ERIC, well, one of the last ones.
[00:30:24] I mean, there are many.
[00:30:25] But ERIC funnels data to other NGOs, right?
[00:30:29] So ERIC specifically gives their role data to the Center for Election Innovation and Research, or SEER.
[00:30:37] And SEER was also founded by David Becker, who we've gone over as not being a very great guy.
[00:30:46] Verity Vote came together in 2020 to investigate what happened in that election cycle just in Pennsylvania.
[00:30:53] But they have since branched out to include other states.
[00:30:57] And you can look them up if you're curious about who they are.
[00:30:59] It's verityvote.us.
[00:31:01] Yes.
[00:31:02] But Verity Vote investigation in 2022 revealed that state voter registration and DNV data provided to SEER was happening since 2016.
[00:31:13] And SEER is the organization that produces the eligible but unregistered reports, not ERIC.
[00:31:20] And if you'll remember, those are the people who registered with the DNV to get their license but did not want to be put on a voter roll.
[00:31:29] SEER also coaches the staff of the state election officials on how voter outreach is to be performed.
[00:31:38] And SEER emails show admission that voter registration data is laundered through ERIC for Optics.
[00:31:45] So ERIC specifically wants the DNV data because it shows who declined to register to vote.
[00:31:52] And therefore, they are the target in these EBU reports.
[00:31:56] You're right.
[00:31:57] And if these individuals are not requesting a ballot, their ballots can be harvested and used to increase numbers for whoever has the information and chooses to use it.
[00:32:08] Okay.
[00:32:08] And so right now, if we don't do something about this, then it just isn't going to matter anymore.
[00:32:16] I mean, I just hope people understand how rigged this thing is.
[00:32:19] But what you're saying is there's a call out right now when no one wants to focus on this, right?
[00:32:25] But this is the time, right?
[00:32:27] This is the time to understand, learn, focus, and get busy.
[00:32:30] Hold on.
[00:32:31] We'll be right back.
[00:32:32] More with Maeve and Ray.
[00:32:33] Be right back.
[00:33:04] All right.
[00:33:08] Welcome back.
[00:33:09] More with Maeve and Ray coming back.
[00:33:11] And of course, just wanted to mention South Korea.
[00:33:13] Okay.
[00:33:13] So they've lifted their martial law.
[00:33:16] So when you read the news, because this is how the AP is in Reuters.
[00:33:20] So when they say, this is basically the narrative.
[00:33:24] So the president of South Korea, of course, declares martial law, shocks the country because
[00:33:32] they haven't done that for 50 years.
[00:33:34] And they're basically saying because of anti-state forces, he said a threat from North Korea.
[00:33:40] But then the news is coming in to say, no, that's not actually it.
[00:33:43] It's just his own desperate political troubles.
[00:33:47] So when the news is telling me that, I don't believe that.
[00:33:50] And I'll believe more that he really does think that he has a threat from North Korea.
[00:33:55] So very interesting news.
[00:33:57] But it's so it's lifted now.
[00:33:58] The lawmakers voted against it.
[00:34:00] People were protesting in South Korea.
[00:34:03] In fact, in the beginning of the show, I played a news clip from Iran in the 1980s where
[00:34:08] Iran did martial law, too.
[00:34:10] And so anyway, I'm just letting you guys know about South Korea.
[00:34:14] But you always have to read Oppositeville when you get to the news because they're usually
[00:34:17] always lying and then they don't do any retractions.
[00:34:20] All right, Maven Ray, back here with you and grateful that you're bringing this up because
[00:34:24] it's a real call to action to make sure that we the people are the answer that can do something
[00:34:30] about what's going on with the voter software because the states are hiding it.
[00:34:34] The counties are hiding it and the counties are not truthful about it.
[00:34:37] And they want people to shut up about it.
[00:34:39] Right.
[00:34:41] It's true.
[00:34:42] And one of the biggest examples that we can see, I know that people are familiar with the
[00:34:48] term Zuckerbucks.
[00:34:49] Yeah.
[00:34:49] Right.
[00:34:50] And so all of this data was was used by Mark Zuckerberg because he paid literally millions
[00:34:59] of dollars to SEER so that they could use the voter data from ERIC member states to do
[00:35:07] quote unquote voter outreach.
[00:35:09] And the largest recipients were from Pennsylvania, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Georgia and
[00:35:16] Arizona.
[00:35:17] So four of those six were 2020 battleground states.
[00:35:21] Is that any coincidence?
[00:35:24] No.
[00:35:26] No.
[00:35:27] No.
[00:35:27] No.
[00:35:28] No.
[00:35:29] No coincidence.
[00:35:30] Yeah.
[00:35:31] Yeah.
[00:35:31] Yeah.
[00:35:31] So, I mean, honestly, I know that my voter data was probably used and it just infuriates
[00:35:37] me.
[00:35:37] No end.
[00:35:38] So I know that a lot of people by now are going, okay, what is it that I need to do?
[00:35:45] Right.
[00:35:46] Right.
[00:35:46] So I didn't get to state earlier, but just remember there are cases that are open right
[00:35:52] now through Judicial Watch, Thomas More Society and Public Interest Legal Foundation.
[00:35:59] And they're going after the states that are in violation of these federal laws.
[00:36:06] Unfortunately, Utah is not on the docket, which I hope to change.
[00:36:10] But in September of 2023, the Federal District Court for Alaska ruled that Alaska's Lieutenant
[00:36:17] Governor Nancy Dahlstrom must turn over ERIC deceased reports from 2019 through 2021.
[00:36:25] And many cases are in federal court or are awaiting hearings right now.
[00:36:31] So the good part is that if you understand how they're using this and how it's all being
[00:36:40] thrown together, then we're more likely to educate our senators and representatives locally,
[00:36:47] educate our county commissioners, and then help them push legislation that basically bans
[00:36:53] the use of ERIC.
[00:36:55] So, and I know that I think you've had Jay Valentine on, Kate, I can't remember.
[00:37:00] I did.
[00:37:00] But, yep.
[00:37:02] So if you'll recall, he switched his name, and I can't remember what his old name was
[00:37:09] of his organization, but after 2020, Jay Valentine, Peter Berniger, and Dan Eastman formed
[00:37:17] a group that uses quantum computing to reconcile voter rolls to other forms of public data rolls,
[00:37:24] right?
[00:37:24] Right.
[00:37:24] So he takes voter rolls, and he compares them to property taxes, mailing address lists, and
[00:37:31] by cross-comparing or reconciling the voter rolls with these public records and using extremely
[00:37:37] fast computing, counties and states can see where ERIC and nefarious actors have been registering
[00:37:44] voters in vacant lots, college dorms, addiction recovery centers, strip malls, post offices, all
[00:37:51] of these bogus addresses, right?
[00:37:53] Right.
[00:37:54] They provide this information back to the Secretary of State or Lieutenant Governor so
[00:38:00] that the ballots do not get sent to those individuals.
[00:38:03] So they do not go in and say, all right, here's your list of all these people.
[00:38:07] You have to take them off the voter roll.
[00:38:10] Mm-hmm.
[00:38:10] All they're saying is, do not send a blank ballot to this address because no one's there,
[00:38:19] right?
[00:38:20] I see.
[00:38:20] So his website is called stopbogusballots.org if anybody wants to look that up.
[00:38:26] Mm-hmm.
[00:38:26] But just the way that this works so that you can see how they're playing the system, once
[00:38:32] sent to the undeliverable locations, right, at all those different weird places, the ballots
[00:38:38] are then sent back to the post office and they're tagged for disposal and they have to wrap them
[00:38:43] so many times with a rubber band and they're supposed to put them out back to be picked
[00:38:48] up by individuals, right?
[00:38:50] They're supposed to be disposed of.
[00:38:52] But when they go back out to make sure that everything's gone, only the ballots that are
[00:39:00] wrapped so many times are gone.
[00:39:03] And those blank ballots can be used for whatever reason the individual who picked them up wants
[00:39:10] to.
[00:39:10] So this is how the system is working.
[00:39:13] They are literally flooding apartment complexes.
[00:39:16] Let's say you've got an apartment complex with 16 units.
[00:39:19] Mm-hmm.
[00:39:19] They'll flood that with 239 names.
[00:39:23] So then, of course, the post office can't deliver 239 ballots to 16 apartments.
[00:39:29] Yeah.
[00:39:29] And so the rest of them have to go back and that's how they're working this system.
[00:39:35] So every individual needs to do the following, especially if you live in these 24 states.
[00:39:41] And I guess I should probably list them all for people to make sure that you know that you're
[00:39:45] on that list.
[00:39:46] Do it fast.
[00:39:46] Do it fast.
[00:39:47] We have a minute.
[00:39:49] Okay.
[00:39:49] We won't do that then.
[00:39:50] Okay.
[00:39:51] They can go to ERIC website, E-R-I-C.
[00:39:53] Go see the member states.
[00:39:55] That's true.
[00:39:57] So the first and foremost thing, we need to stop the flow of mail-in ballots, right?
[00:40:01] We've got to stop that.
[00:40:02] We've got to contact our state senators and representatives and urge them to get out of
[00:40:06] ERIC.
[00:40:08] Create MOUs with other states that are outside ERIC and start sharing the data that way.
[00:40:13] Prohibit data sharing with private NGOs.
[00:40:16] Right.
[00:40:16] And remind them that voter roll maintenance is a delegated task by the people to the clerks.
[00:40:21] If all else fails, create a resolution for your county central committee or state central
[00:40:27] committee.
[00:40:28] I know that that lacks teeth, but resolutions inform people and apply political pressure.
[00:40:34] And then if you can, again, show up, show up, right?
[00:40:39] Demand roll call votes from your representatives.
[00:40:41] If you've got a caucus system, use it, right?
[00:40:44] Elections and by extension voter rolls belong to the people.
[00:40:48] And we've got to get these back and we've got to stop all of this crazy because we're
[00:40:54] in a cycle and we're never going to get free of this unless we do something in the off season.
[00:40:59] We're in the off season now.
[00:41:01] Yep.
[00:41:02] I'm with you.
[00:41:02] This is the real news.
[00:41:03] The news that doesn't, never gets talked about, but is the most beneficial for people.
[00:41:07] And that is this particular call to action that we need to do something about this.
[00:41:12] Maven Ray, thank you very, very much for coming on and talking about this.
[00:41:15] I so appreciate this affects us all in every state, every state in the nation.
[00:41:21] Thank you again.
[00:41:21] Be faithful.
[00:41:22] Be fearless.
[00:41:23] See you back here tomorrow.
[00:41:25] And man, do we have a lot for you tomorrow.
[00:41:27] So make sure and tune in katedalyradio.com.
[00:41:30] Thanks you guys.
[00:41:31] Go to the website, hit the sponsors.
[00:41:33] You're awesome.
[00:41:34] See you tomorrow.
