[00:00:05] Imagine if you will, a world where every meme and comment is fact checked, but not a ballot. That Kate Dalley Show starts now.
[00:00:35] Thank you very much.
[00:00:37] You had to come up. That's right.
[00:00:38] Thank you, Mr. President.
[00:00:39] When you think about it, I guess that's right.
[00:00:41] Thank you.
[00:00:41] Thank you very much.
[00:00:43] All right. That was Trump at McDonald's.
[00:00:46] And the person pulling up in the drive-thru says, you know, this is a really cool way to meet you because we're just ordinary folks.
[00:00:53] And he says, you're not ordinary.
[00:00:55] And I like that. That was cool.
[00:00:57] Welcome to the show today.
[00:00:58] We're live on a Monday and so grateful to be here.
[00:01:02] And so glad you're listening in.
[00:01:03] Of course, Dr. Pesta joins us at the end in the last hour of the show.
[00:01:07] And I have Noel Fritsch with me, who is from National File.
[00:01:12] And let me just tell you a little bit about Noel.
[00:01:15] Publisher of National File, his team has broken major stories like Ashley Biden's diary, Cal Cunningham's scandal, and the Ralph Northam blackface Klan hood yearbook.
[00:01:27] His team has been reporting.
[00:01:29] Well, his team's reporting led directly to the arrest of NBC News deep state asset John Emanuel Banuelos, who fired a sidearm 2.30 p.m. on the West Lawn scaffolding of the U.S. Capitol January 6, 2021.
[00:01:44] And he's been on Charlie Kirk and Bannon's war room and Newsmax and OAN and numerous times.
[00:01:51] I've been on OAN, too, and Bannon.
[00:01:53] It's been it's there.
[00:01:54] There's some there's some good shows out there.
[00:01:57] And, of course, National File, like I mentioned.
[00:02:00] Noel Fritsch.
[00:02:01] Welcome to the show.
[00:02:01] How are you?
[00:02:03] Hey, thanks for having me.
[00:02:04] You betcha.
[00:02:05] All right.
[00:02:05] We have so much to talk about, you and I.
[00:02:08] So you're constantly commenting on stories and things that have been out there.
[00:02:13] You've broken a lot of stories.
[00:02:14] And so my hat's off to you on that.
[00:02:17] And, of course, North Carolina is still and should be actually should be talked about because of the I think the lying about the missing.
[00:02:27] And, of course, there are thousands and thousands of people still missing.
[00:02:31] And we're not doing much about that.
[00:02:32] The response has been nil.
[00:02:34] And it's been it's been horrid to watch.
[00:02:37] And I want to get your take on that.
[00:02:39] And then I also want to get your take on voting and where we land with voting, casting your vote in America today, because a lot of people still hit me up asking me about this.
[00:02:49] So let's talk North Carolina.
[00:02:53] Sure.
[00:02:54] So obviously we had this massive force majeure, this huge disaster with Helene right at the end of September.
[00:03:03] And early voting had already started, actually, in North Carolina.
[00:03:07] They had started sending out the mail-in ballots for all that stuff.
[00:03:12] And so it's a big problem when you have a major, major hurricane then come through.
[00:03:20] Obviously, there's tons and tons of people who are put out of their homes, tons, many, many people who are now dead, injured, all kinds of major calamity over there in Western North Carolina.
[00:03:35] And that's obviously first that the people come first.
[00:03:39] Well, on Monday, right after the storm, Blue Cross Blue Shield, North Carolina, our state's largest insurer, sends out these mass emails to their entire staff, which is, of course, a massive, massive company.
[00:03:53] And we have whistleblowers in there who were ticked off by these emails.
[00:03:57] They were directing, overtly directing people not to help with any private efforts and only to send stuff through the government, which is Volunteer NC, and through the Red Cross, which, of course, might as well be a quasi-governmental organization.
[00:04:12] It's one of the most inefficient, if not the most inefficient, charities, nonprofits that there is.
[00:04:17] That's why they call it the Red Lost.
[00:04:19] They call it the Red Lost because you don't know where your money is going.
[00:04:23] Yeah, exactly.
[00:04:24] Well, and guess who else?
[00:04:25] They knew this, apparently, because they were like, yeah, it'll take four to six weeks to get there, but no big deal.
[00:04:30] They said that overtly in their emails, Kate.
[00:04:33] Oh, my gosh.
[00:04:34] And the folks were livid.
[00:04:36] They're like, what the fresh act are you talking about?
[00:04:39] What do you mean?
[00:04:40] And, you know, they literally were proscribed.
[00:04:42] Do not help anywhere else, the email said.
[00:04:45] And the emails, of course, led off with, we are working hand in glove with the Cooper administration, which, of course, we know, knew then and know now to be true because Cooper has, of course, confirmed it.
[00:04:55] And even though he tried to claim that our reporting was lies.
[00:05:01] And so it's crazy because you have these people at the top of this organization who are, of course, DEI hires.
[00:05:09] One of them overtly talks about being a DEI person.
[00:05:13] And then the other one, the guy, the head guy, the top head honcho, his name is like Tunde Osunday or something like that.
[00:05:20] Tunde went to medical school in Nigeria.
[00:05:23] So here we have, you have Duke and Chapel Hill and Wake Forest.
[00:05:26] You have all these stellar institutions.
[00:05:29] Durham is the city of medicine.
[00:05:30] And you got a guy in charge of the state's health care who went to Nigeria for his medical school.
[00:05:37] And guess what?
[00:05:38] He just got himself a bonus of $2 million, which is about the same amount.
[00:05:43] Yeah.
[00:05:43] He just the Blue Cross Blue Shield.
[00:05:46] They're very, very generous.
[00:05:48] They decided to send a huge check.
[00:05:50] And the check was for $2.5 million.
[00:05:52] Well, that's a dollar for every man, woman and child in western 25 counties in North Carolina.
[00:05:57] Wow.
[00:05:58] I don't even have words for that one.
[00:06:01] Yeah.
[00:06:01] So that's what we're talking about here.
[00:06:03] And these people are clueless.
[00:06:06] They are working in cahoots with the governor.
[00:06:10] And just do the math on the calendar.
[00:06:12] It's October the 1st when they send out the email and it says it'll be four to six weeks until we really get any of this out there.
[00:06:18] But don't worry.
[00:06:19] Well, do the math.
[00:06:20] What's four to six weeks from October the 1st?
[00:06:22] Well, the election.
[00:06:23] It's over.
[00:06:24] Right.
[00:06:24] Right.
[00:06:25] You're right.
[00:06:26] Oh, my gosh.
[00:06:27] And so there you have it.
[00:06:30] And it resulted in a big spat.
[00:06:32] Donald Trump truthed about our story on his Truth Social.
[00:06:37] And I'm pretty confident that he watched it.
[00:06:40] In fact, I know he watched it.
[00:06:42] Somebody was talking about it on RSBN.
[00:06:44] And that's what kind of drove him to truth about it.
[00:06:48] And then that drove a response from Governor Cooper.
[00:06:51] Governor Cooper, of course, says, that's lies.
[00:06:53] But it's like, brother, we got the receipts.
[00:06:55] We got the emails.
[00:06:57] Published them.
[00:06:58] And there they are.
[00:07:00] And BCBS, of course, responded in a similar vein to Mr. Cooper.
[00:07:08] And but that's that's what you're talking about here.
[00:07:11] These are leftists that are basically running North Carolina's response here.
[00:07:16] And does it seem you have this full?
[00:07:19] Like, it seems almost it seems almost like there's an end game to this.
[00:07:23] I mean, you would never do this.
[00:07:25] Even in an election year, you would try to use the election year as a year where you would promote a fast response or, you know, you know, we're right on it.
[00:07:33] And it's almost like it's almost like it's programmed this way.
[00:07:38] And when I started to see the demonization of people stepping into help that I felt like was kind of like the Patriot Act lying in wait.
[00:07:46] It was when when 9-11 happened, it was like we have this as our solution.
[00:07:50] And so the demonization of anybody that comes in to help because of this zero response, no response.
[00:07:55] What do you think?
[00:07:58] Well, absolutely.
[00:07:59] It's important.
[00:08:00] I mean, it's been it's almost a month now.
[00:08:01] It seems like this time flies here.
[00:08:04] And you got to remember to go back to those first that first week there of October 1 through October 8 or so.
[00:08:10] You know, everyone everywhere was saying, where is FEMA?
[00:08:14] Why is there no response?
[00:08:15] Why can't we get any help here?
[00:08:17] And by the end of that week, everyone is sitting around saying, you know, day eight, day 10.
[00:08:22] Oh, man, this definitely feels like it's on purpose.
[00:08:24] Right.
[00:08:25] And that was the everybody responded that way.
[00:08:28] They're like, why are they totally neglecting us out here in Western North Carolina?
[00:08:32] And I'll tell you why.
[00:08:33] And the answer is in those Western 25 counties, there are 23 of them are red counties and two of them are blue counties.
[00:08:40] Donald Trump holds one hundred and eighty nine thousand vote advantage out of the one point.
[00:08:46] It's like one point to one point four million votes that get cast or maybe something, maybe two million votes that get cast out there.
[00:08:53] And well, Donald Trump only won in North Carolina in 2020 by seventy four thousand four hundred eighty one votes.
[00:08:59] Well, it doesn't take a rocket science to figure out that.
[00:09:03] Right.
[00:09:03] Well, yeah, they know they've done the math.
[00:09:06] And look, David Axelrod admitted as much on air the Sunday after the storm.
[00:09:12] He said out loud, you know, the whole deal, the phrase now that kids have popularized.
[00:09:16] He said the quiet part out loud.
[00:09:18] He says, yeah, our Democrat people in Nashville, they're going to get out to vote.
[00:09:21] But I don't think those red folks will.
[00:09:23] That's David Axelrod.
[00:09:24] Oh, if you remember, never let a crisis go to race.
[00:09:28] Yeah.
[00:09:28] Go to wait.
[00:09:29] Rahm Emanuel, Barack Obama fame.
[00:09:31] Oh, yeah.
[00:09:31] Oh, yeah.
[00:09:32] I have that clip.
[00:09:33] We play it on repeat all the time.
[00:09:34] Yes, it's disgusting.
[00:09:37] And and of course, you know, that leads us to voting in America and what what's going to really be going on here.
[00:09:43] We have a few minutes in this segment.
[00:09:44] We'll be coming back with Noel to Noel for Noel Fritch is with me from National File.
[00:09:49] Noel and let's talk about let's kind of introduce that topic of voting.
[00:09:55] Everybody's concerned about it.
[00:09:56] I always say when you're voting, realize what your vote, what your vote is going to mean and then not mean because of voter fraud.
[00:10:03] So tell us about let's go back to the Constitution.
[00:10:08] Yes, absolutely.
[00:10:09] So and it's really key to understand that, like you said, what does your vote not mean?
[00:10:13] Right.
[00:10:14] Well, there were already a whole ton of ballots mailed out and there were already ballots being mailed.
[00:10:19] Having been filled out.
[00:10:21] So you cannot tell me that there is going to be an accurate accounting of what happens in the election here in North Carolina with 25 counties underwater, you know, and mud.
[00:10:32] Right.
[00:10:32] OK, who knows where those ballots went?
[00:10:35] OK, so thank goodness for the Constitution.
[00:10:40] As you mentioned, Article two, Section one, Clause two.
[00:10:43] Everybody should read it.
[00:10:43] And we have an article on this up at National File dot com.
[00:10:47] Article one, Article two, Section one, Clause two, excuse me, says that vested in every legislature is the exclusive authority to directly appoint the electors.
[00:10:59] That states electors.
[00:11:01] Right.
[00:11:01] Now, this is something that they don't want folks to know about.
[00:11:06] They do not want you to know about it.
[00:11:08] And that's why January 6th happened, of course, too.
[00:11:11] This is what all of the January 6th fight was about.
[00:11:13] It's about the cover up.
[00:11:13] It's about states choosing their own electors.
[00:11:16] Yes, yes.
[00:11:16] It was the cover up so that people went away from the issue of the electors and then focused on the made up, you know, revolt by Trumpers.
[00:11:26] I mean, it was ridiculous and asinine, the story and just an evil play from Congress.
[00:11:32] But you're right.
[00:11:33] I mean, this was the cover up to the electors because the electors is why the people were there in the first place, because they wanted the the roles, you know, read aloud.
[00:11:43] That's right.
[00:11:44] That's right.
[00:11:45] Well, and we were running the whip count.
[00:11:47] We actually broke at National File the Pence card memorandum that was being circulated in the White House.
[00:11:53] And it gave the very clear directions for Mike Pence on what he was to be doing in his role as the presiding over the joint session of Congress there on January the 6th.
[00:12:09] Right.
[00:12:09] And so, you know, they always project.
[00:12:12] They always accuse others of doing what they themselves are doing.
[00:12:15] And one of those charges, of course, is obstruction of an official hearing.
[00:12:19] Well, you can take that as a hint.
[00:12:21] That's what they're doing.
[00:12:22] They're the ones obstructing the official hearing.
[00:12:24] It's the truth.
[00:12:25] Oh, my gosh.
[00:12:25] We got to go to break.
[00:12:26] We're going to come right back.
[00:12:27] More with Nolfrich coming back.
[00:12:30] And by the way, tomorrow, Laura Logan and, of course, Dennis Prager, all kinds of guests this week.
[00:12:37] But and Laura Logan, that'll be the first hour of the show tomorrow.
[00:12:41] We'll be right back.
[00:12:42] More with Nolfrich.
[00:12:44] Stay with us.
[00:12:44] We have a lot to talk about and inform on.
[00:12:47] So be right back.
[00:12:48] Kate Daly Show, kdalyradio.com.
[00:12:50] Glad you're joining us today.

[00:13:17] And now, in 2024, the trend is accelerating.
[00:13:22] Why are central banks doing this, guys?
[00:13:24] Because even they have lost faith in the dollar.

[00:14:45] Just Kate.
[00:14:45] K-A-T-E.
[00:14:46] Those four letters send that off.
[00:14:48] Thanks so much for doing that.
[00:14:49] You're going to thank me for this one.
[00:14:51] I love Birch Gold.
[00:15:02] This is the Kate Daly Show.
[00:15:23] You're listening to the Kate Daly Show.
[00:15:25] It's live on a Monday.
[00:15:27] Two weeks to the election.
[00:15:29] And of course, a lot to talk about.
[00:15:31] Even more so than the election, actually.
[00:15:34] But we're talking about voting.
[00:15:35] We're talking about the Constitution.
[00:15:37] And my guest in this hour is Noel Fritch.
[00:15:41] And National File is the website.
[00:15:44] He's been on many, many shows.
[00:15:45] And I think you were just recently.
[00:15:47] Weren't you just on the War Room recently?
[00:15:50] I was on there back with Steve right before he had to report to federal prison.
[00:15:54] Doesn't he get out soon?
[00:15:56] He's supposed to.
[00:15:57] But they just put out a release that he's not going to.
[00:15:59] We have that up on our Twitter on Friday.
[00:16:02] I think I put it up.
[00:16:03] Interesting.
[00:16:04] Yeah.
[00:16:05] It's not good.
[00:16:06] They're going to try to put away.
[00:16:08] So welcome back.
[00:16:10] Kate Daly, radio.com.
[00:16:11] And of course, let's talk more about the Electoral College.
[00:16:15] Because January 6th was the cover-up so that people would never not be talking
[00:16:19] about reading the double-slated rolls for the Electoral College.
[00:16:23] Because everybody was noticing the fraud involved.
[00:16:25] And so there were double rolls.
[00:16:28] And the swing state double rolls did not get read by Pence.
[00:16:32] And so we had this whole situation go down.
[00:16:35] And then January 6th was then the focus, right?
[00:16:38] The made-up focus of that with lots of Fed agents, as you know,
[00:16:42] because you were outing some of the Fed agents involved.
[00:16:46] And so the talk about what happens with the Electoral College kind of remained on a mute button.
[00:16:53] And so the nation hasn't even hardly talked about that.
[00:16:56] You'll never see it brought up in the press.
[00:16:59] The constitutionality of what the legislature is supposed to do.
[00:17:03] Do you want to explain that again?
[00:17:05] Well, you're spot on with...
[00:17:07] So look, on January 6th, what you had was a joint session of Congress.
[00:17:10] And the whole thing was what they're supposed to do is, of course, convene and decide if they want to accept electors from all of these other states like Rhode Island or New York or Illinois or what have you.
[00:17:26] And so that is the whole purpose of a federal 50-state election.
[00:17:31] It's not just one election.
[00:17:32] It's 50 different elections.
[00:17:33] And that's the whole point of the Electoral College as it was constructed by the founders so that New York and Rhode Island and Massachusetts and Pennsylvania could not gang up on Georgia and South Carolina and North Carolina and Virginia.
[00:17:45] That's literally the whole purpose of the thing.
[00:17:47] And, you know, Mike Pence cared so much about it that he planned to be on vacation.
[00:17:52] He was literally planning to be out of the country.
[00:17:55] And our reporting actually forced him to cancel his vacation and come back from the Mediterranean and come back to the United States to actually do his job.
[00:18:04] And the resulting insurrection narrative that you've heard for four years almost now is entirely designed, as you just so rightly put, to cover up the civics lesson that our powers that be do not want our American populace to learn.
[00:18:22] And that is that 50 states election.
[00:18:24] And so now here we are.
[00:18:25] We have another one.
[00:18:26] And here we are.
[00:18:27] We still have a whole bunch of states using these bogus machines with closed source code software connected to Internet.
[00:18:34] And we're already hearing reports this election cycle here of votes being switched as they are cast in real time.
[00:18:43] In Georgia, we have a report up on National File.
[00:18:46] You don't even need the encryption codes to get into the Dominion software to change the outcome of the elections.
[00:18:54] And but Kemp and Raffensperger are, you know, continuing a pace, pretending like they're presiding over free and fair elections.
[00:19:02] Right.
[00:19:03] And they are not.
[00:19:04] And so now nowhere is this this whole concept of bad elections, you know, more poignant than in North Carolina, where you have, you know, our governor says it's 100 people dead.
[00:19:16] But there's all kinds of media reports that say it's at least 600 people dead in North Carolina.
[00:19:20] And then we have reports and I can't give sourcing yet or no, but we it's going to be over a thousand.
[00:19:25] It could be 2000 people dead, like more like a 9-11 style catastrophe here in Western North Carolina.
[00:19:30] Katrina was 1392.
[00:19:33] And and it's a it'll be more.
[00:19:35] I think it'll be more way more than that.
[00:19:37] I think it'll be more than Katrina.
[00:19:39] But Katrina will get all the press for being that bad.
[00:19:42] But this one isn't getting the press.
[00:19:45] Why?
[00:19:46] And well, I'm just going to say it.
[00:19:48] It's because the people who are dying are white.
[00:19:50] That's it.
[00:19:51] They're not.
[00:19:51] Well, there's not a big there's not a grievance industrial complex that's going to surround Western North Carolina.
[00:19:58] And as Axelrod said, you know, the their Democrat voters are going to go vote and they're also happy to have the Trump voters, you know, you know, die in a mud slide.
[00:20:09] No, I'm glad that you said that.
[00:20:11] I'm glad that you said it out loud because that's the truth.
[00:20:13] And there's there's I think there's even more to it than that.
[00:20:17] I think it's the demonization has begun of people that step in to help so that we have to stand there and watch people suffer in major weather warfare, which I think that was.
[00:20:26] But we're going to come right back more with Noel Fritch from National File, the editor of National File.
[00:20:32] Be right back.
[00:20:32] Kate Daly show and Dr. Pesta coming up in the next hour.
[00:20:35] Be right back.

[00:21:41] Ten years.
[00:21:42] Ten years, you guys.
[00:21:43] And also a hundred night, not 30 days, a hundred night sleep trial.
[00:21:48] If you don't completely love them after a hundred nights, you can actually return them for a full for a full refund.
[00:21:53] But I am telling you, this is the brand.
[00:21:56] If you want the best of the best of the best, this is the brand.
[00:22:00] And you even get 40 percent off.
[00:22:01] It's almost half off.
[00:22:02] Take advantage of this.
[00:22:04] I got Cozy Earth to do this for you guys.
[00:22:06] And it's because of Christmas coming.
[00:22:08] I just want to make sure you had something super special.
[00:22:10] And this is it.
[00:22:11] Cozy Earth does a tremendous job.
[00:22:13] Go look at their loungewear, their pajamas.
[00:22:16] Oh, my gosh.
[00:22:16] Please treat somebody to some pajamas this year.
[00:22:19] And and also it helps the show.
[00:22:21] If they ask you at the end to fill out a survey, please do so.
[00:22:24] And please tell them the Kate Daly Show sent you.
[00:22:27] But you're going to love these more than life itself.
[00:22:29] I promise you.
[00:22:30] And this is a good deal for you.
[00:22:32] Take advantage of it this week while you've got the deal.
[00:22:35] CozyEarth.com forward slash Kate.
[00:22:37] And then, of course, you know, use the code Kate and you'll get 40 percent off.
[00:22:42] It's a scream of a deal.
[00:22:43] I'm not kidding you.
[00:22:44] I'm so excited about this.
[00:22:45] They don't do deals like this.
[00:22:46] So take advantage of it for Christmas.
[00:22:56] This is the Kate Daly Show.
[00:22:59] Kicking off my shoes and it's carrying out of my sock.
[00:23:02] Advented a stranger I'm not.
[00:23:10] It's a deal for friends.
[00:23:11] It's all growing.
[00:23:16] You're listening to the Kate Daly Show.
[00:23:19] Also, I just wanted to say Laura Logan tomorrow.
[00:23:22] We got Dennis Prager this week.
[00:23:24] We got all kinds of guests this week.
[00:23:25] And make sure that you're sharing the podcast from KateDalyRadio.com.
[00:23:29] I would really appreciate that.
[00:23:31] Also, go to the website.
[00:23:32] I post all the time, even on X, posting all the time.
[00:23:35] And you can catch us a lot of places, Patriot TV and Rumble, all kinds of places.
[00:23:40] But I just wanted to say, please text Birch Gold.
[00:23:46] Please get ready for what's coming.
[00:23:48] It's free to do it.
[00:23:50] You just text the number 989898.
[00:23:53] And when you do that, you're going to send my name off, please.
[00:23:56] And what happens is they're going to send you some free information that I really want you to have.
[00:24:01] And it's all about, for free, making sure that you're covered with everything backed with gold and silver.
[00:24:07] Because it's that important.
[00:24:09] We have digital tyranny coming in.
[00:24:12] And the ousting of the dollar.
[00:24:14] So no cash.
[00:24:15] That is a reality.
[00:24:16] Wrap your brain around it.
[00:24:18] It's coming.
[00:24:18] And we've been warned a million ways to Tuesday that this is exactly what's going to be happening.
[00:24:23] And you're going to love it, right?
[00:24:24] They're trying to sell it to you.
[00:24:26] But in the drills that they did in 2021 in New York, money went missing.
[00:24:31] And they went, whoops, money went missing.
[00:24:33] And we just don't know how that's all going to work out.
[00:24:36] And so is that your money?
[00:24:38] I don't know.
[00:24:39] But I would solidify everything with gold and silver if I were you, all your accounts, because it's free to do it.
[00:24:44] And by sending off this text and getting this free information, you're going to learn more about this.
[00:24:49] So also buy gold and silver from Birch Gold.
[00:24:52] Like we said on Friday, it's a fantastic investment.
[00:24:55] And one that you should make.
[00:24:57] Gerald Salente talked about it.
[00:24:58] Greg Manorino talked about it.
[00:25:00] Just please buy gold and silver.
[00:25:02] It's only going to go up.
[00:25:04] And text Birch Gold 98 98 98.
[00:25:07] And then text my name, Kate.
[00:25:08] All you have to do is send that off in a text right now.
[00:25:10] And you'll get the information I'm talking about.
[00:25:12] It's free to you.
[00:25:14] I also have Noel Fritch with me.
[00:25:17] And we're talking about the Electoral College because this is the thing not talked about by any media sources.
[00:25:22] If you'll notice, this is what we were up against last time.
[00:25:25] And we're up against this again.
[00:25:27] And so it's not like the problem's gone away.
[00:25:29] It's just been ignored.
[00:25:30] So I have Noel with me.
[00:25:32] And glad that he's joining me today.
[00:25:34] And of course, he's with National File.
[00:25:36] He's the editor of National File.
[00:25:38] And so let's talk a little bit more about this Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2.
[00:25:43] Because this is where it states that the United States Constitution states that each state must appoint electors equal to the number of representatives and senators it has in Congress.
[00:25:53] And the state's legislator determines how the electors are appointed.
[00:25:58] And so let's let's talk about that, because that's what most people don't realize.
[00:26:03] And are we going to have double slates again?
[00:26:05] I don't know.
[00:26:08] Right.
[00:26:08] So, well, they've done a lot of work to make sure that we don't get double slates because they're literally prosecuting people in Michigan and Arizona for this.
[00:26:17] And which is nonsense.
[00:26:18] It's absolutely unconstitutional.
[00:26:20] And I'm confident that it will be proved to be so eventually.
[00:26:25] And this is the way that it used to work.
[00:26:27] Your legislatures, the vast majority of your legislatures used to forego the possibility of having a statewide popular election with votes.
[00:26:39] And the legislature would merely appoint, directly appoint the state's electors for the Joint Section of Congress to vote on and ratify electors, which is what we saw on January the 6th of 2021.
[00:26:54] Right.
[00:26:56] And and so this is not my idea.
[00:26:59] This is not a new idea.
[00:27:00] This is as old as the Constitution.
[00:27:02] Right.
[00:27:02] And it's actually been brought up recently in the year 2000 with Bush v. Gore.
[00:27:08] Bush's high powered, high priced attorneys, you know, were paid a lot of money to make this case, just this case to the people in Florida.
[00:27:19] And they were going to Tallahassee and say, hey, guys, you guys need to just go ahead and appoint these electors.
[00:27:24] Well, can you and as you and I were talking off air, Kate, you and I both know that the hanging Chad debacle ended up being pretext for these nonsense machines.
[00:27:33] Of course, the Mitt Romney.
[00:27:35] Yeah.
[00:27:36] Yeah.
[00:27:36] Yeah.
[00:27:37] Implementation of the software and the hooking up to the Internet, which they deny.
[00:27:40] But it's run by the office of the Internet.
[00:27:42] So I'm not quite sure how they still deny that.
[00:27:44] But this was the catalyst.
[00:27:45] Right.
[00:27:46] It was a fake catalyst.
[00:27:47] It was like this is not working, even though it was.
[00:27:50] This was not working.
[00:27:51] And now we have to have the software.
[00:27:53] And ever since then, we're we're done.
[00:27:55] Well, and it's interesting how history works.
[00:27:58] As soon as George Bush's attorneys started talking about having directly appointed electors, the Supreme Court stepped in and said, oh, nothing to see here.
[00:28:06] Move along.
[00:28:06] And they said, we'll just go ahead and, you know, you know, basically award Florida to George Bush.
[00:28:13] And, well, that didn't work well either.
[00:28:15] It was frankly, it fits into this whole, you know, I know, you know, the Higali and dialectic.
[00:28:19] You have, you know, reaction response solution or whatever it is.
[00:28:25] And that's what we have.
[00:28:27] You know, we got a big reaction and then a solution.
[00:28:31] And their solution was the voting machines.
[00:28:34] And now we've got to undo that.
[00:28:36] And one way to undo that is to go back to that original case that Bush's attorneys made.
[00:28:40] We need to have directly appointed electors.
[00:28:43] Every state's legislature in the union can do this.
[00:28:46] This is not some pie in the sky thing.
[00:28:48] This is not some Q silver bullet.
[00:28:50] Literally, you just have to go to your speaker of the House in North Carolina.
[00:28:54] It's Tim Moore.
[00:28:55] And the guy who runs the Senate is Phil Berger.
[00:28:58] And we got to tell these guys in North Carolina, hey, we are there's no way in heck we're going to have a fair election after the Hilleen in the western 25 counties in North Carolina.
[00:29:07] You need to hold a special session and then vote to appoint the electors directly.
[00:29:13] Well, it just so happens we have a very Republican legislature here in North Carolina.
[00:29:17] And those legislators, of course, if they were called to the carpet, you and I both know how they would vote.
[00:29:23] They would have to vote for Donald Trump.
[00:29:25] Now, these guys are going to try like heck to avoid that accountability.
[00:29:28] The whole reason that they have the popular election, of course, is so they can avoid that vote.
[00:29:33] They don't want to take the vote.
[00:29:34] They want the people to take the responsibility, right?
[00:29:38] That is so true.
[00:29:39] The accountability away from themselves.
[00:29:41] And that's what they do with referendum, too.
[00:29:42] Anytime somebody comes selling popular referendum, statewide referendum to you, it's a bad idea in general.
[00:29:48] There might be a few exceptions to that, but it's very rare.
[00:29:51] Yes.
[00:29:53] Clause 2, by the way, clause 2.
[00:29:56] Yeah, this is Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2.
[00:30:00] Each state shall appoint in such manner as the legislature, therefore, may direct a number of electors equal to the whole number of senators and representatives
[00:30:08] to which the state may be entitled in the Congress, but no senator or representative or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States shall be appointed an elector.
[00:30:20] And then it goes on to do an overview and the historical background and the state discretion over selection of electors, legal status of electors.
[00:30:29] We still have a system in place, in other words.
[00:30:31] And so don't ignore that we have a constitution.
[00:30:34] We fought a revolution for it.
[00:30:35] We already fought that revolution.
[00:30:37] We don't need to fight that revolution again.
[00:30:39] We just need to enforce this.
[00:30:41] We just need to make sure that this is done, right?
[00:30:45] Absolutely.
[00:30:46] And so the place this happens is at your state capitals and inside the district where your speaker, your House speaker, and your Senate leader or Senate president reside.
[00:30:58] And so it's not Washington, D.C.
[00:31:00] There does not need to be another big conflagration in Washington, D.C.
[00:31:03] What we should have is at least, I would say, 35 to 37, maybe 38 smaller, peaceful, patriotic protests every day after this election is stolen.
[00:31:16] And when we wake up on November the 6th, that's my prediction.
[00:31:19] OK, I do not believe Donald Trump's going to win.
[00:31:22] Look, I hope that he does.
[00:31:23] I hope I'm wrong.
[00:31:24] And when he does, of course, he's got a lot of stuff he's got to do.
[00:31:29] We're going to be banging on him to get done.
[00:31:32] But I do not think that too big to rig is real, just like the big red wave.
[00:31:38] That was Q2.0.
[00:31:39] Well, how did big red wave work out?
[00:31:41] Kevin McCarthy was working with Nancy Pelosi the whole time to make sure that it ended up in Kevin's little pink trickle.
[00:31:46] That's what it was.
[00:31:47] It wasn't a big red wave.
[00:31:49] Right.
[00:31:49] And same thing with trust the plan.
[00:31:51] Trust the plan was 2018 and 2019 all the way into 2020.
[00:31:54] Just trust the plan.
[00:31:55] There's thousands of sealed indictments.
[00:31:57] Donald Trump's still in charge of the military.
[00:31:59] There's white hats that are running the Pentagon.
[00:32:01] I mean, all of this stuff.
[00:32:03] When are we going to wake up and realize that none of that is true?
[00:32:06] We've got, I don't know, 1,000 or 1,500 people who are patriotically protesting, mostly almost all of them nonviolent,
[00:32:14] who are still rotting away in prison or who served a year or two or three years in prison.
[00:32:18] Steve Bannon is in prison right now.
[00:32:19] They won't let him out.
[00:32:20] Navarro just got out.
[00:32:22] Everybody saw how Roger Stone was targeted.
[00:32:25] This is fast becoming Soviet America.
[00:32:28] Yeah.
[00:32:29] And we've got to stop, get off of our hands.
[00:32:34] We're going to come right back.
[00:32:35] We'll finish up one more segment with Noel Fridge.
[00:32:39] And we have Dr. Duke Pesta coming on.
[00:32:40] Be right.
[00:32:41] I'll be right back.
[00:32:42] Kate Daly.
[00:32:49] Thanks, you guys.
[00:32:51] You've heard me talking about copper.
[00:32:54] FIQ.
[00:32:55] The FIQ products are incredible.
[00:32:57] You heard me talk to Dr. Morley Robbins.
[00:32:59] You heard me talk to Dr. Alfonso Monzo.
[00:33:01] Look, copper is the ingredient we're missing.
[00:33:04] And it is the master mineral.
[00:33:07] It tells the other minerals what to do.
[00:33:09] Go to the bottom of katedalyradio.com.
[00:33:12] Look for the FIQ ad.
[00:33:14] When you see the FIQ picture, click on that.
[00:33:17] At the bottom of katedalyradio.com where the sponsors are.
[00:33:20] You can also go to activate FIQ.

[00:33:30] And it'll help the show.
[00:33:31] You'll get your savings and you'll get tremendous products.
[00:33:34] Cod liver oil is amazing.
[00:33:36] And so is the whole vitamin C.
[00:33:38] Order the recuperate, the copper product called recuperate.
[00:33:42] And also I take magnesium.
[00:33:44] I take both every single day.
[00:33:46] You'll love me for this.
[00:33:47] Thanks, you guys.
[00:33:56] This is the Kate Daly Show.
[00:34:14] Kate Daly Show.

[00:34:23] 888-673-1450.
[00:34:25] If you're listening to me live in the afternoon, that is.
[00:34:27] I've got Noel Fritch with me.
[00:34:29] I'll get to him in just a moment.
[00:34:31] I just wanted to mention Cozy Earth is doing that kind of gift for you guys.

[00:35:29] And you'll love Cozy Earth.

[00:35:42] So you might want to try it out.
[00:35:44] CozyEarth.com forward slash Kate.
[00:35:46] I have Noel Fritch with me.
[00:35:47] We were just talking about the election as a whole.
[00:35:50] And, you know, everybody on this show knows my thoughts.
[00:35:54] They know where I stand on the election selection.
[00:35:57] And just kind of getting your thoughts, Noel.
[00:36:00] I mean, as far as a selection goes and when you start to kind of look at what happened before
[00:36:05] and what will happen again, and people hate it when I say it.
[00:36:07] I don't really care, though, because it's how I feel.
[00:36:09] But that selection will be made.
[00:36:12] And your thoughts on selection over election.
[00:36:16] Right.
[00:36:17] There's no question in my mind, Kate, that what you're looking at here is a selection.
[00:36:22] And it's a coordination.
[00:36:24] And they allow somebody to ascend.
[00:36:27] That is how this works.
[00:36:28] And I think 2016 they got caught off guard.
[00:36:30] And I do think that there is potential for there to be, you know, such a groundswell of
[00:36:36] outpouring of support for Donald Trump that maybe he can overcome the fraud.
[00:36:42] But these guys have their fraud machine tuned in and tuned up.
[00:36:47] So they've been nothing has changed since 2020.
[00:36:50] Everything is still in place.
[00:36:51] They can absolutely still find a way to snake this from him, even though it doesn't look likely.
[00:36:57] How do you think they got caught off guard, though, in a system that they own?
[00:37:01] In fact, the 2020 was really the installation of the new software hooked up to the Internet
[00:37:07] where they can change and create votes inside of it.
[00:37:10] That's why Tina Peters is now in prison.
[00:37:13] So because she was trying as a as an auditor, she was trying to actually get this information
[00:37:18] out to the public.
[00:37:19] And then they demonized her and threw her in prison for it.
[00:37:21] And so how do you think they got caught off guard in 2016?
[00:37:26] I you know, that's a good question.
[00:37:28] I don't think that their systems were as far advanced as as they were in 2020, I think,
[00:37:35] is the simple answer.
[00:37:36] I think by the time 2020 came around and obviously COVID was a big part of that play and increasing
[00:37:42] the amount of absentee and early voting and voting by mail that happens was a big part of
[00:37:47] that play.
[00:37:47] I just don't think that their system was robust and as developed as it was in 2016 as it was
[00:37:54] in 2020.
[00:37:55] I mean, I can give you anecdotal evidence in I was working in Mississippi in 2014.
[00:37:59] The Republican secretary of state was running around Mississippi with a PowerPoint presentation.
[00:38:04] He's now lieutenant governor of Mississippi, Delbert Hoseman.
[00:38:06] He was asking for same day registration and motor voter and online registration, all the
[00:38:12] same stuff you guys see in your neighbor's state up there, like in like Oregon, all the
[00:38:17] worst stuff you've ever seen.
[00:38:18] Washington, Colorado.
[00:38:20] These are these are commie.
[00:38:21] This is how they steal the election.
[00:38:23] And you have Republican secretaries of state running around asking for this stuff.
[00:38:26] And so this has been and that's how Kemp Kemp was working with Dominion back in 10.
[00:38:30] They've been working on this plan for a long time.
[00:38:32] And it finally matured by about 2020.
[00:38:37] And I could easily you and I were talking.
[00:38:40] I can easily see this going to Kamala again.
[00:38:45] I know that sounds crazy.
[00:38:47] And to your point, it could go the other way.
[00:38:50] They could they could allow him to ascend to the presidency once once again and kind of
[00:38:54] move the the House back to the Democrats, which how does that happen?
[00:38:59] If we're if we're going to be having a massive, massive outpouring of support for Donald Trump
[00:39:04] and Republicans, it doesn't make sense on any planet that there would be a split ticket
[00:39:08] type of scenario.
[00:39:10] Yeah.
[00:39:10] If they if they install Hormala, that's what we call her.
[00:39:14] She's she's really proud of her her whoring ways.
[00:39:17] But we call her Hormala on the show.
[00:39:19] And if they put her in, there is no faith in the election system at all.
[00:39:24] And I think they actually want faith in the election system.
[00:39:27] Right.
[00:39:29] Um, so I could go either way on this.
[00:39:33] I actually I actually think that they don't want faith in the election system.
[00:39:37] I do believe that you do need to have some level of consent of the governed.
[00:39:42] And they do.
[00:39:43] I do believe that they are aware of that problem.
[00:39:46] But I think that they have and they believe they have enough tools to sort of maintain this
[00:39:52] crazy ability to suspend disbelief when it comes to these elections among a large enough swath
[00:39:59] of the electorate.
[00:40:00] And yes, many people will not believe it.
[00:40:02] But also, yes, many people will.
[00:40:04] Yeah.
[00:40:04] And that's what we're up against here is like half the country will believe the outcome.
[00:40:08] Either way it goes.
[00:40:09] Yes.
[00:40:10] Um, also, I know we only have a couple of minutes, but Tom Woods was on the show as a guest and
[00:40:15] Tom, um, just released this and he said, you know, Barack Obama told a crowd that he tried
[00:40:20] to give Donald Trump the plan for handling the pandemic like he was in charge of Donald Trump
[00:40:25] and that Trump ignored it.
[00:40:27] And Trump still did warp speed, but he was also telling people about ivermectin.
[00:40:32] So all the people that are upset that he did warp speed and is still saying vaccinations were good,
[00:40:38] which we all know they weren't.
[00:40:39] Um, so a lot of people soured on Trump after that, but it's interesting.
[00:40:44] The, um, Barack Obama told Trump, he told this crowd, he said,
[00:40:50] we told him what to do and he would not do it all the way.
[00:40:54] Um, and that the plan was to lock down even harder.
[00:40:57] And, uh, and so that's kind of interesting.
[00:40:59] You're seeing all these little things surface.
[00:41:01] So who's really in charge of the government?
[00:41:03] It's kind of interesting.
[00:41:05] Uh, central Intel is the answer.
[00:41:07] Yes, that is very true.
[00:41:08] That is very true.
[00:41:10] And, uh, Obama is a, is a puppet like the rest.
[00:41:13] And of course, uh, telling a crowd that probably to bolster himself up, but I agree.
[00:41:18] Yeah.
[00:41:19] And, uh, they've been, they've been running the show for quite a long time, actually,
[00:41:22] since the sixties.
[00:41:23] Yes.
[00:41:25] So it's crazy.
[00:41:26] They're literally not supposed to exist, you know, here on, uh, domestic surf here, but
[00:41:32] here they are running our elections, you know, and there, there's a lot of reporting
[00:41:35] that's come out lately that obviously Watergate was pretty closely tied to what happened with
[00:41:39] JFK, you know, 20 years earlier or 15 years early.
[00:41:43] Yes.
[00:41:44] And, um, and so here we are, we're kind of seeing a lot of the same players even.
[00:41:48] Um, and, and a lot of it is, of course, has just moved into the digital space and the
[00:41:52] communication space.
[00:41:53] Right.
[00:41:54] So, uh, rather than have, like we did have an assassination attempt, but I guess in addition
[00:41:59] to having these assassination attempts, now you're also seeing the digital lynching thing
[00:42:03] happen.
[00:42:04] Um, and they just muddy the water so effectively that to kind of to, to the earlier point, almost
[00:42:11] anything is believable at this point.
[00:42:12] I have questions about all of it for sure.
[00:42:14] Uh, Noel Fridge, thanks for joining me from national file.
[00:42:18] He is the editor of national file.
[00:42:19] I'll be back back with Dr. Duke Pesta.
[00:42:21] Thanks, Noel.
[00:42:22] Appreciate it.
[00:42:23] And, uh, of course be right back.
[00:42:24] So stay with us, stay with me, stay with us, Dr. Pesta and myself, and of course, uh,
[00:42:29] catedalyradio.com where you can listen to the show live, tell people about it, be right
[00:42:33] back at Kate Daly show.
