Yeah. Okay. So she said
[00:02:17] she had four days to live. Right. And I got on the air and I said, I don't believe her. I don't believe her story. The second I read it, I was like, yeah, something's wrong here. She's totally lying. And why is she lying? I guess I could be three different theories, but, um, but I did find it very, very odd. And I thought she was lying. And it said that she knows she got hit by a school bus going 110 miles an hour. And I'm like, yeah, you wouldn't look that good if it was 110 miles an hour, what school bus goes 110 miles an hour. It's ridiculous. And there was just, I just sensed
[00:02:47] that there was just this huge lie. Well, the big article came out today and, uh, and it was talking about, she mistakenly posted the claim that she only had four days to live publicly. This came out and I, I have to laugh because follow your gut instincts, follow that God given message to you that something's wrong when you're reading through all these headlines. And, uh, and now they're saying, uh, the bus was traveling 70 miles an hour. I mean, the whole story has been changing.
[00:03:17] And I just find it, I just found it strange. So I just had to clear that up because I, I called it last week. I said, she's lying. And yeah, uh, she didn't mistakenly, no one mistakenly says they have four days to live. Okay. Um, so welcome. And we got to talk tariffs. We've got it. Oh, I just, I did want to tell you something, Duke. There was a, uh, group of, uh, uh, this like enviro group, weird group in Utah. And they had a blacks only bird watcher.
[00:03:47] Thing where they weren't going to charge black people any money to come and be a bird watcher for the day. And it went around my state and people started calling them and they just disappeared. The, um, the, uh, the big ad that they sent out saying calling all black bird watchers. And I think it's going to take a constant, constant being very vigilant, calling in, letting them know we're not going to put up with their crap when they try to do it kind
[00:04:16] of effort. Right. Cause it worked. They took it down. I wonder if they were hunting jail, uh, jailbirds. What do you think? You're so bad. I'll tell you what though. I was laughing cause I'm like, really? I mean, it was kind of like lesbian farmers. I mean, getting grants from the government to be a farmer. Why? And I'm sorry. Does it make any difference whether you're black and white to be a bird watcher? I mean, is that what in the world is in these people's heads? Well, the problem

So the other thing is, uh, there was the whole Russell brand story. Now I know this is like stuff that isn't as relevant as like the tariffs that we have to talk about today, but I had to laugh because not laugh

Because it's the same exact story for people from 1999 who don't recollect one single thing are going to now be in a chamois court where all of this stuff comes to light and it's not going to be a whole lot of stuff cause people won't remember of course, cause it was so long ago. And, um, will he be Bill Cosby? Does he the next? So that was, it's been really wild to
[00:05:39] watch what's happening with him. Well, you know, I mean, you got to figure once he became a born again Christian, they would be dubbed the gunning for him. There's no surprise there. Right. Right. The other thing is that when it's 1999, he was a, a drunken young Englishman, good looking Englishman with access to all kinds of women. I mean, this is what they're doing to Led Zeppelin, right? Yeah. When they're talking about how back in the 1970s, God help us that they apparently they liked hanging out with their groupies. Who knew? Who knew?
[00:06:10] There's a statue of limitation on every crime, almost every crime except hashtag me too. Right. I mean, yes. And you know, these women, the fact that they've waited, I'm sorry. If you've waited, I mean, it's not like Russ, he has any political clout, Russell Brand. He has no way to hurt you. I mean, you waited what? 30 years to bring this up. Yeah. At this point, you just say,

I don't know that this was a bigger theater play. And I would almost side on the air of, air on the side of, sorry, I can talk today, air on the side of like, probably just theater. Not just theater. I don't mean that. I mean that

It was going to be sort of a, a little bit more of a bait and switch than we thought because the two people under him that really run the show are both total creeps. And, and so I'm just saying that there's that mechanism. And I think that RFK has always been, well, I think there are safe vaccines too. So he hasn't, he's not really
[00:08:23] changing his tune, but there are a lot of people that are just like in shock over this. And I say again, when you're put into positions of power right now with the deep state, they're not going to let somebody be a runaway train. And I don't know that he always was going to be one, even if you think they've stopped him. I don't, I don't think that's there. So RFK is, I think he's true to the one
[00:08:47] thing he cares about. The one thing that he is, that is not progressive. Right. And that is trying to make America healthy. I mean, I think he's going to do what he can to try to do that, but, but in every other way, he's a liberal. I mean, so you, and I think Trump absolutely understood that. And so if we get, if we get smart decision-making on health, and I think we'll get some of it, that's better than having an actual progressive in there. But, but, but you could say the same thing about Donald Trump.
[00:09:16] I mean, all his life, he was a Democrat, right? I mean, he, he's one of these guys for whom the party left me. I didn't believe it. So it's no doubt that on social issues, some of them anyway, it'll be a lot squishier than perhaps we'd like. So it's just one of the, and same thing with Tulsi Gabbard. I mean, you know, you're not going to transform these guys. No. And, and again, it's like, we, we just have a hard time. I, I know people want to put all their hope in government and they want
[00:09:45] to have the heroes of government and they want what's called the dream team. If I hear that one more time, I'm going to throw up. And I got this message over the weekend and this person was really mad at me, really mad at me, Jennifer with a lot of ours. And, uh, Jennifer said that, uh, I am not positive enough and I should only be talking about MAGA hype, I guess. And I should, I should focus all my efforts
[00:10:12] on that because the woke are tearing us apart and the woke are terrible. And I should not put forth any of my feelings, my real feelings about the biggest theater I think going on right now, because it does it because it's not nice. It's mean. And I was like, so, um, I'm sorry. I don't know how to answer this. Okay. And then she put in a fake email. So Jennifer, um, I'm going to always tell you how I feel and you're probably not going to like it. And that's okay. Because the stuff that you don't like,

And so, yes, but again, I, I go back what I said when, to what we were talking during the break for, I've waited all my life to watch a Republican president actually start moving the goalposts. Usually what happens when Republicans take office, however much the left has moved the goalposts, they start there. That's
[00:17:24] when they start, they don't, they don't go backwards at all. Here you have a president who's unraveling. He's actually tied a chain around the goalpost and he's dragging it the other way. So I'm saying to himself, he has earned in my mind a chance to do it. And I think the, the, the one of the most, besides closing down the border more or less, which everybody, even the left admits has happened. He, this, this tariff thing is the next big thing. Look,
[00:17:53] when I hear the, the, the journalists and the Hollywood idiots and the protesters, they never ask the question. They never answer the one question. What's that? Is Donald Trump right? That we are paying tariffs and we're not giving any out. Are, is it, or is it, is it, or is it not true that most of the serious unit countries in this world are taking advantage
[00:18:17] of us? The answer is yes. And if the answer is yes, then Trump is right to do what he's going to do. And look, I think most of the world is more scared of what's going to happen than Trump is. And maybe that's because he's, he's, he's a lot of bravado, but he does hold the cards. How many countries out there cannot afford to do business with us? We can, we can afford to not do business with Canada
[00:18:45] or Denmark or Thailand or Vietnam. We can do that. They can't. And that's the big thing. Okay. So in your view, okay. So this is something positive. We just have to kind of write it out for four to five months because these countries are coming to the gate to say, okay, we'll, we'll take a deal, right. And we'll, we'll pay and, and things like this. Okay. There's,

The second one would be, why did we not, um, why did we not urge Congress with our power in Congress to remove, um, so many, uh, well, the whole IRS would be wonderful, but also income tax, because we're getting nailed with income tax and tariffs, and we're going to have costs of like, uh, parts for
[00:19:35] cars and all kinds of things go way up in, in while we're waiting this out. So there's a, there's a, um, a mechanism by which they could get a bit. I see little rumblings like this as far as next year and digital tyranny and digital currency coming. And I feel like this is just Kate talking that that has to come on the heels of something pretty big going on with our economy. Now you have Larry Fink out there going, Oh yeah, we're in a recession. Okay. He's
[00:23:34] a Fink, but it's Larry. And of course this is BlackRock and they own pretty much everything. So, so he keeps talking recession. We keep talking about all these things. We keep talking about moving to bankruptcy. So I'm seeing all these rumblings and now we've got this tariff. Now the, the one problem that I see that we have that in tribes, uh, Dr. Pesta, and I want you to comment on this is we keep saying we have to win. We got to win. We got to win the house and win the Senate.
[00:24:03] But like I've said on the show many times, what does that get us? Bob, a set of Ginsu knives, because we don't do anything with the power. We don't get anything from the power. And even right now when we could be getting rid of all kinds of departments and the UN and dismantling the UN, we could do that because we funded through our carbon tax emissions, um, that it's a hoaxie, that we could actually make progress. We don't. And so we don't ever actually win anything. So when
[00:24:31] I meet people that are tribal, that are like, we got to win because I'm a Republican. We got to win. I'm a Republican too, but I can see the writing on the wall for the last 50 years that, that just because we get the power, it doesn't move the needle any further. What are your thoughts? Well, in my whole life, I've never seen a president on the Republican side who tried to get you get, get rid of USAID. And it looks like it's going to happen. He's working on getting rid of the department of education, but you know, Kate, you know, you know, the
[00:24:59] constitution, he can't just wave a finger. He's going to ultimately have to get Congress to get rid of the department of education. And when you have a three or four seat, my majority, it, you know that there are all kinds of clowns on the so-called Republican side that will defect. You just know that. Right. But at least look, I've, I, I, I know Congress has been useless for 40
[00:25:24] years, but, um, we have a president now who is giving it a shot. He's doing the, I think he's doing a lot one step at a time. But again, like I said, you, you, I mean, I'm going to turn this over to you. Okay. Because, okay. Because the reason I said the UN is Alex Newman did a piece and it was the taxation plot of the UN's world court is coming to, to bear its ugly fruit. Um, I don't
[00:25:51] think they've ever borne anything that's not ugly. Um, but the UN, but officially as the international court of justice is preparing to rule on a supposed, uh, legal obligation of governments with respect to climate change, they're going to heave taxes on us, global taxes. And Alex went on to go, you know, to say global taxes would not have been limited to just saving humanity from the supposed evils that they can think of, um, that aren't true. Like the gas of life, CO2, by the way, Elon is funding that.
[00:26:20] So we have to talk about the reality of what's actually going on here, but anytime a real or imagined threat could be concocted, the UN could justify new and bigger taxes to save humanity or even mother earth, uh, from the danger. So as a Republican, okay. And I have to vote that way in my state, because otherwise I don't get a say cause I'm in a conservative state. I, and I've always considered myself Republican and I've always considered myself conservative and I've always loved, I love the
[00:26:48] constitution, but I will say that we have to talk about the reality of what we're propping up and we're not getting rid of. We're not getting, we might, we might get rid of some of the tree branches of USA ID. Okay. And liberals are going to lose their freaking minds over it, which is so funny to me because they're that stupid. I'm sorry, but they really are that dense, um, that that's money that's illegally spent. But why aren't we chopping away at the roots of the UN? If we really want change and
[00:27:16] we don't want this to happen, why aren't we doing these bigger moves? And that's, that's why I'm stuck in this reality, Jennifer, with all the Rs I'm stuck in a reality situation where I'm looking at what's going out in front of me. And I'm not just going, Oh, rainbows and lollipops, um, every day, because I'm just happy because we have the power. What does the power mean if we don't do anything with it? Right? Well, I mean, something in America is going to have to accept those taxes.
[00:27:45] And certainly I don't think that's going to be Trump. Um, but you're right. Another Biden administration, if there's a deeply progressive one, I mean, they can bring it to our country. It's reality. I know. And I can't even fathom that. I can't fathom a horse faced Kamala at the helm. Nobody wants to see that, but I, I feel like we're, we're thinking that everything's great, but is it? And I want the reality shot of what's going on. And I see more and more rumblings of the
[00:28:14] digital tyranny coming in. A friend of mine asked me from high school, is he trying, is the deep state ordering him to tank our, our money system to tank us economically? And I'm like, I, who knows what maneuvers are happening behind the scenes, but it can appear that way sometimes. Yes. But, but the problem is if we tank, then the world tanks. I mean, it's not just us and they're going to suffer more than we do. I, I don't think that's the case personally. Um, and you're right. I mean,
[00:28:42] a new progressive president after Trump could certainly do those horrible things. But again, when have you seen in what? 75 days. When have you seen this? Uh, the kind of efforts that you're seeing here. USAID is effectively gone. The department of education, he's firing thousands of employees at the IRS. It's not enough. I get it. The WHO, the UN is, did not get a check for us
[00:29:09] to, for that ridiculous world health organization. And they're laying people off. These are, well, we shouldn't be good with scraps. We should be good with cutting at the roots and we should be demanding it. And when I talked about Robert Kennedy, there are Maha women out there that only believe he's saving us. And if I say anything at all about the reality of what's going on under him and what's happening with him, I'm the bad guy because I deliver, I'm delivering that message.

So I feel like we're always caught in this trap of don't say anything negative because that's what the leftists do. But I still have, we still have to talk reality, right? And so when you look at the numbers, you take, Oh Biden, you dig Biden, Obama, Trump, and then,
[00:35:50] um, and you add them together and you can see that Trump has been, he's triple the numbers of district court, uh, judges stopping what he's doing. Uh, think about the, um, the school loan giveaway. Supreme court told Joe Biden, you can't do it. He did it anyway. Did anybody see sue them? I mean, all those people who have their, their, their loans waived,
[00:36:16] it's waived. That's it. Now here comes Donald Trump trying to get USA ID or, or deport dangerous gang members. And you got judges stopping them. That's one of the reasons because the left has the media, they have journalism, they have Hollywood and entertainment. They got the judges, they got, uh, the globalists, they got the United nations, they got a U right. All those things abet the left

And when even somebody moderately, moderately Republican, like Donald Trump, when they try to make changes, suddenly all the roadblocks are in the area in the middle of the road. That's what happens. Did you see the, uh, the meme that, uh, from Babylon B that Trump's going to come back as a judge because he can't get anything done. No, I love it. Um, you know, I mean, yes, we have very corrupt judges. We've got a lot of corruption, but that's Washington.

And so I don't expect our Liberty to come out the, the, the, you know, the sweeping reforms that I want to see for Liberty coming out of that with the deep state at the helm. And it doesn't matter who's in the president's office. It's good. You still have the deep state. And that is BlackRock and Vanguard and the bankers and the people that go into the hellish, um, um, behind the scenes, working groups that come up with our, uh, foreign bills and, and everything
[00:37:40] that we're doing and the mechanisms of war, that's all the deep state. And so to me, I, I, I think people, people, people, we are the heroes in this. We are the answer in this. And the more of us that act out as heroes, instead of waiting for Washington to be the hero, that's where our answer is. That's me. Yeah. And my, my last comment is this, you can be the watchdog that you are. You can call out the bigger schemes behind this. I absolutely. Right. But you've got to give
[00:38:09] people a little bit of a chance to be proud of what we did in getting a change in government. Uh, even if it's not the kind of change we really want, because if you, if I, if all we do is consider the deeper forces that are stifled, like everything, then you're taking the fight and the joy away from people. And it's harder to recruit people. But there again, that's my whole point though, is why do we have to retain all this hope and joy in government, the mechanism of government when we
