[00:00:09] Caffeine, you're on the bench. Xanax, suit up. The Kate Dalley Show starts now.
[00:00:39] Altering advice from celebrities. Getting lectured about my carbon footprint from people with three private jets used to make sense. But thanks to a brain, now I can think for myself every day. When my disregard for third grade biology began to flare up, I knew it was time for a brain. Do not try a brain if you're allergic to a brain. Common side effects may include accountability, discernment, homeschooling your kids, a better understanding of economics, awareness of the stupidity of socialism, and diarrhea.
[00:01:09] For tethering yourself to reality, the only no-brainer is choosing a brain. Ask your doctor if a brain is right for you. For more information, visit tryabrain.com. One of my favorites that makes me laugh literally every single time I listen to that. That was so beyond brilliant, can I just say.
[00:01:35] And I've got two wonderful guests for you for this Friday show. And you know how much I love Friday. Friday's my favorite day of the week. So, of course, I have Suzanne C. Sherman. And I absolutely adore her. She's a firecracker, ma'am. And boy, did I get messages after your last visit, Suzanne. People were just loving that hour with you. And I really appreciate your take on things. So thank you. Thanks for coming on. Happy Friday, Kate. It was my pleasure.
[00:02:04] I always enjoy my time with you. I'm glad your listeners are enjoying it as much as we seem to. Yes. And after this, I'm going to go to try a brain. That was hilarious, right? Oh, my gosh. Oh, man. People are so funny. The stuff they put together. I just love it. All right. So we have so much to talk about because... Well, there's three big things to talk about.
[00:02:25] So let's start off with freedom cities because I think this is a very interesting thing that's coming our way. And it is not good. Let me tell you why. Here is President Trump talking about the freedom cities sort of like the incentives for the freedom cities. Here we go. ...of living. A third of the land mass of the United States is owned by the federal government with just a very, very small portion of that land.
[00:02:54] Just a fraction. One half of one percent. Would you believe that? We should hold a contest to charter up to 10 new cities and award them to the best proposals for development. In other words, we'll actually build new cities in our country again.
[00:03:13] These freedom cities will reopen the frontier, reignite American imagination, and give hundreds of thousands of young people and other people, all hardworking families, a new shot at home ownership, and in fact, the American dream. Okay. Now, that sounds lovely. It sounds lovely. I mean, who would not like that? Okay. And I understand why there's people out there that will actually be like, this is going to be the coolest thing ever. Why?
[00:03:42] Because what they're saying is they'll be free from certain federal laws, allowing unregulated human longevity trials, nuclear reactor startups, unrestricted infrastructure projects to move forward without government approval. Cool. When you first heard of Freedom Cities, what did you think, Suzanne C. Sherman, attorney? Well, first of all, the biohacking thing, I mean, human geoengineering, didn't we? That's so 2020, Kate. That's so true.
[00:04:11] Oh, my gosh. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, yeah. You know, this is, when you first mentioned this to me, I have to be honest, I've been busy with other things and I wasn't aware of these. I was thinking like the 15-minute cities and that sort of thing. That's what it is. Go ahead. Okay. So it's the same thing. What's so ironic here is the federal government is saying we are going to give you freedom from our regulations in certain areas.
[00:04:42] Yeah. This is completely nonsensical. I've got a better idea. He's talking about how much land is owned by the federal government within the sovereign borders of the sovereign and independent states, return that land to the states, including the national parks, the national monuments, take UNESCO the hell out of our region. Right. And let the states run it as they see fit. And here's the funny thing.
[00:05:08] You know, you know that any of these freedom cities are not going to be having any policies in contravention to anything any administration in charge sees unfit for their political agenda. Right. So, okay. We're going to have a freedom city. And then another, you know, administration comes in. Oh, this is a gun-free zone. Yeah. Yeah. We're getting set up with a bait and switch.
[00:05:33] And, look, this is a tough spot because I know that there are, well, okay, there's a section of our population that no matter what President Trump says, they will be all aboard because they'll think, well, they're doing this for the right reasons. And his reasons seem wonderful. Let's have affordable home ownership. Let's have that American dream back. Let's, you know, create new cities. All of that sounds really nice.
[00:06:01] The problem is, is that the show is, it has to be about what's actually going on and not just what we want to hear or what we want to see or what we want to believe in, but what is actually taking place. And government being the biggest purveyor of taking our liberty is not going to suddenly give our liberty back.
[00:06:23] So, it's very hard to sit in the seat right now because of the fact that people just want to go, well, everything's so cool. Freedom City's cool. 15-minute city's bad. 15-minute city is bad and Freedom City will become a 15-minute city. And when I see this and when I heard it the first time, I was like, that's a 15-minute city. Are you kidding? This is a 15-minute city. It's just, it's a different shade of lipstick on a pig. We're trying to look at it as cheery and wonderful.
[00:06:52] What do people think is going to happen with these things? I don't know. Well, we already know. He's talking about we're going to make home ownership available, or I'm sorry, affordable. Yeah. We've experienced what happened when the federal government got involved in making home ownership affordable. That was a crash of 2008. Yeah, yeah.
[00:07:14] I, you know, it's, it's so interesting because I did a whole show on this and I did a show where I talked about the ex-CEO of Walmart and Bill Gates building in Arizona and the ex-CEO of Walmart was looking at land in Nevada in Utah. And where I live and saying that he wanted to find this big swath of property for 5 million people to live and that he was going to own all the land and that we were allowed to, to own the property on top. But when you sold the property on top, the money had to go back into the community.
[00:07:44] Couldn't, you couldn't take it. So you get no, what, why, why own a home? You don't get anything from it. And so he was trying to do this. And so this is what President Trump is talking about is these corporation guys, these guys that from Walmart coming in and buying the land. The oddest and funniest thing I found out that I found about it with, it was just so obvious was why were they doing it? Oh, because of overpopulation. They wanted to build it. So people had to live in basically an Ikea hut, right? And Ikea furniture, right? One bedrooms.
[00:08:14] And then of course he was like, well, there's overpopulation. Well, how is there overpopulation if you've got all these different places all over America that you can go buy a piece of land that big for 5 million people? We obviously do not have an overpopulation problem. So why are they building these? Everybody should ask themselves also the biggest question is, isn't America supposed to be a federal zone free country? I mean, we're building these cities to be federally free.
[00:08:44] We're supposed to be federally free. That's the whole idea of America. It's not supposed to belong to certain cities. This is ridiculous. Oh, my gosh. Well, you know, it's interesting because I'm out in the middle of nowhere in the Wasatch back almost by Evanston, Wyoming, and I'm building a new home. And the first thing you see when you look at the housing on the architectural plans is there's just a general statement there. And, you know, it has how I have to comply with all the county ordinances and then blah, blah, blah.
[00:09:12] And everything done is in compliance with federal laws as well. Right. And then when we first moved there, I had some guys knocking on my door wanting to inspect the irrigation ditch and the creek running through my property. You know, this was when they had the wetlands and all that during the Obama administration. Right. And he said, well, we'd like to look at your creek. And then he goes, I'm going to decide if I want to pipe through this irrigation ditch instead of having it being open. And I said, well, who do you work for? Oh, I'm Department of Conservation.
[00:09:42] I said, who's funding you? And he said, the EPA. I said, you have no business being here. I said, you know, you know, I said. And the interesting thing is he wanted he wanted. I guess they were looking at piping off that little trough that was irrigating the fields there. But that was an ecosystem for, you know, all the wildlife for all that. You know, so but here he is. I'm my neighbors are a half a mile away. I've got somebody on the food chain from the EPA, you know, rooting around my property.
[00:10:10] So and this is the other thing, you know, that if any of these these businessmen have any kind of policy that is against the interests of the general government, they're just going to start shrieking out the supremacy clause and saying you can't do it. But they're just going to be other subsidiaries of the states, which I would say have even more control by the federal government because they've been granted pretty much their charter by the federal government. And I think the states should stand up to this and say hell to the no to this.
[00:10:40] And if we want freedom, if we want these freedom cities, we have it. It's provided by the 10th Amendment. I know it's not supposed to be America. If we want the country back, which I desperately do, and I want to get back to the Constitution. And I want to I want to get people to understand this. The freedom city is a bait and switch. It is such a clear and visual and obvious bait and switch because why? Because it came up at the same time as these stupid smart cities.
[00:11:09] The smart, the smart cities do nothing but control every aspect of your life. And so it is amazing to me that anyone with a pulse or anything more than a brainstem is just or less than a brain or just as a brainstem is actually cheering this on. I'm like, who are you? Who are these people? I want to I want to meet them. For sure.
[00:11:33] I tell you what, if you have desirable property in a very valuable area, I suggest you sell now because we've seen already what's happened in Palisades in L.A. and in Lahaina. And when they start talking about this stuff, you know what? It's time to sell and move somewhere else. There's plenty of land available. And that's for the people that decide to want to live in these areas. Yes. You know what? Let them go. Let them live. Let them live. They're living your body. Let them be.
[00:12:03] Yeah, let them be on the cattle, you know, in the feedlot. Yes. Yes. Get them out of our neighborhood. Yeah. And that's fine. The other thing, there are some people that these cities are very suited for. People that have maybe mobility issues. Maybe people that have some mental health issues. Right. Or the ones that like having that. Well, the ones that like standing in the line in front of Walmart, like the cattle, the cattle shoot, you know, when we all had to stand in line in 2020. If you enjoyed that, you're going to love a freedom slash 15 minute city.
[00:12:32] So I say go for it. There could be. There could be some people that do do that do well on this. Yes. You know, some people that have some challenges that maybe won't be able to drive. Yes. It can still happen. Yes. That's fantastic. And then for the others just that just want to be in control like that. Go to that neighborhood. Yes. You'll love it. Be right back. Kate Daly show. Be right. Hey, everybody.
[00:13:01] You've heard me talk about all family pharma.com because it's the only pharmacy I've ever recommended on the air right here in the United States. You do not have to go to some foreign country and wonder what you're getting. It's done right here in Florida. And they have the code Kate and the number 10. Okay. It's all one word Kate 10 and you can get 10% off, which is amazing. And it helps me stay on the air when you get your prescriptions through all family pharma.com. They get sent to you within a couple of days. What's great about it is you can get Ivermectin.
[00:13:31] It tells you how to use it. It actually tells you the dosages to take for whatever the problem is. You can get hydroxychloroquine. You can get hormones. You can get thyroid. You can get like all kinds of things from them if you take those types of things and even antibiotics. So make sure that you get it through them because it supports me being on the air and then you're getting a great deal on getting a prescription sent to you. These are doctor prescribed because they have doctors in house and that makes it so much easier. You don't have to find a doctor.
[00:14:01] So if you want to stockpile Ivermectin, you can. Isn't that great? And hydroxychloroquine and all the rest. Even a couple of Z-Packs. You know, you can even use them to barter with if you don't use them personally. It's something that you should probably have at your disposal. So go to allfamilypharma.com. Code word is Kate 10. This is the Kate Daly Show.
[00:14:39] You can definitely tiptoe through the tulips in your new little compact Ikea home in your new little smart city full of control. And yeah, I just still can't even believe that. I just why, why, why are we doing this?
[00:14:52] Anyways, I just hope that people will like at least take a look at the ridiculousness of this idea because this is supposed to be the entire country is supposed to be a freedom, a freedom country, not just certain freedom cities. So we have to get back to what's normal. Anyway, welcome back. And welcome back to the Kate Daly Show.
[00:15:16] And now on X, X American News on X and Rumble and YouTube also on my Rumble channel all over the place. We're all over the place, all over the country. I also want to say allfamilypharma.com. Code word is Kate 10. And what I like to order from there is ivermectin and fembenzinol. I'll take those together and get rid of the parasites and and the junk in your body. This is a fantastic way to do it. There's also very natural ways to do it. I'm for both.
[00:15:45] So I really can appreciate those people that want to do it this way. Please go to allfamilypharma.com and then use the code Kate 10. Okay, Suzanne C. Sherman is with me. And that is also your website, right? Yes, ma'am. Suzanne C. Sherman dot com. Awesome. I love it. Attorney at large and also homesteader and prepper. And I mean, she's got it going on. You guys. She's so amazing. We'll have to do a whole show on prepping because you have that just nailed.
[00:16:14] So I love what you do. Also, I just wanted to mention the birthright citizenship. Did you want to comment on that? It's AP news. The news that I trust the least in all of the world because they're so horrid. Trump administration asked Supreme Court to partly allow birthright citizenship restrictions. So he's taking this to the Supreme Court. What are your thoughts on that?
[00:16:39] Well, first of all, I mean, birth birthright citizenship was never provided for and right in the Constitution. So for him to ask them a lot to allow it would be absolutely unrepublican because to allow it would require Article five convention. And we know that we came about this because of, again, a misunderstanding of the 14th Amendment.
[00:17:03] So to understand what the 14th Amendment's original intentions were, you have to look at how it came about. And that was its intention was to constitutionalize the 1866 Civil Rights Act, which was intended to apply solely to the freed blacks in America. Meaning what does that mean?
[00:17:26] Pretty much lifting directly from privileges and immunities out of Article four, giving them the rights of of ordinary Americans. So it just brought them in before they were denied these rights. Well, that didn't pass. So what this did was the 14th Amendment passed and it constitutionalized the 1866 Civil Rights Amendment. So that was all.
[00:17:52] And the birthright citizenship was only to intended to apply to them, not to anybody that just happened across the borders and have a child. That was never the intention. So to say that we're going to ask the Supreme Court to allow some of them again, that's circumventing the amendment process. This would be required under Article five. It's going to be it needs to be proposed and ratified. Right. All right. I yeah, it's it.
[00:18:21] This this was surprising, too. So, OK, I also I'm just still reeling from the Freedom City. Sorry, I I can't imagine the idea that people aren't just going. But isn't that America? I'm sorry, but but this is that's supposed to be America anyway. You know, it's you know, it scares me about those when people like Bill Gates. I know wants to buy a swath of Arizona. Yes. What kind of requirements he's going to have to live there?
[00:18:49] You know, certain medical medical protocols to be filed, you know, and and then what also is scary is maybe what I could see happening is certain states that are in debt. Well, pretty much, you know, somebody look at California right now, say, hey, you know what? We're going to see this land over to you and you can take this over. Oh, maybe the let's start with the palisades. Right. By the way. Right. And and you can just take that over and we can pay our debt down. Yeah.
[00:19:18] I yeah, we we've got to get America back. There is so much to unwind that. Why can't we just be unwinding what's been done right now? And again, I'm going to say this again because we're not we're not we're still not under Congress put the light on Congress. Their job. Most of this stuff goes to to Congress and we never ever shine a light on them. They get to be this.
[00:19:46] They get to hide in the shadows, basically, is what they get to do. I'll be right back with Suzanne C. Sherman and from the Red Hot Chili Prepper. And of course, we've right back. Kate Daly show and she'll mention her book when she gets back to talk about the alien act to be right back. Thanks so much, you guys.
