[00:02:15] How to lead in the rescue, in the rebuilding, in what they need right this minute with food and water and clothing.

[00:02:30] Father, help us as a nation to bond together so that these, our brothers and sisters, can start going forward with their lives again.

[00:02:46] Father, I pray for your protective power over President Donald J. Trump.

[00:02:51] His Mar-a-Lago is in the path of this storm as well.

[00:02:55] But I pray for his personal protection, Father.

[00:02:58] For there are those who want to kill him.

[00:03:07] Those who are supposed to be guarding him and protecting him.

[00:04:54] Watching over the flock and keeping them safe from the wolves.

[00:05:04] If a nation expects to be ignorant and free in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.

[00:05:14] Not only are we the people today not well-educated, meaning of our history and our constitution, of our rights.

[00:05:22] We are also not well-informed.

[00:05:26] But perhaps the greatest travesty is that we the people are misinformed about matters of great importance,

[00:05:34] such as the corruption of the Obama administration and the continuance of the Biden family cartel,

[00:05:41] peddling political influence regarding our nation to other nations for money.

[00:05:48] Sold us out.

[00:05:49] The mainstream media have been in lockstep with the politicians, particularly the Democrat Party.

[00:05:58] So if we were to rephrase Thomas Jefferson's words that I read to you here a few minutes ago,

[00:06:04] a well-informed citizenry is the best offense of tyranny.

[00:06:14] A nation's people who are kept ignorant will never be free.

[00:06:18] In a state of such a captivated civilization, personal expectations are lowered and government dependence is heightened.

[00:06:27] The citizenry are forever slaves by their own wanton ignorance, selfishness, and greed.

[00:06:35] They vote themselves into poverty.

[00:06:39] I've been speaking this week a lot about bureaucracy, and it is not the fourth branch of our government.

[00:06:46] Neither are NGOs, the non-government organizations.

[00:06:50] Yet both of these groups influence government policies that will run and ruin our lives and our businesses.

[00:06:57] There is no bureaucrative branch of government.

[00:07:03] Yes, I made that word up.

[00:07:05] It's going to become a new word in the dictionary.

[00:07:08] Neither of these, the bureaucratic departments or the NGOs, have power except for their lobbying and purse stringing of our congressional members,

[00:07:19] who are supposed to be representing you, the people.

[00:07:23] But it appears as a business.

[00:07:25] The money, the promises are exchanged, and we, the people, we lose.

[00:07:31] And liberty is ignored.

[00:07:33] With that, I'm going to bring on Mindy, because we're going to run out of morning time here if I don't hurry up.

[00:07:39] Mindy, I don't know what's on your mind today, but I have been thinking about brainwashing,

[00:07:45] how the American people have been brainwashed by this misinformation and keeping information away from us so that we don't really know what's going on.

[00:07:53] And then these NGOs, which I know you deal a lot with, and the bureaucrats, they seem to be running the show,

[00:08:04] and Congress is just sitting back, not doing much.

[00:08:07] What do you think?

[00:08:13] It doesn't matter what the issue is.

[00:08:17] We have legislators who are playing footsie with our enemies to placate the powers that are funneling money toward their special interests,

[00:08:32] And I am tired of it, and I'm tired of seeing the American people crushed by this system that has become so pervasive.

[00:08:44] And these lawmakers who we elect work for us, as you said.

[00:08:49] We're the boss.

[00:08:50] We, the people, are their employer.

[00:08:54] And they're forgetting that.

[00:08:57] Yes, they are forgetting that.

[00:08:58] And I am sick and tired right now, today.

[00:09:02] This speaks to my heart because it seems as though, as you said a minute ago, liberty is taking a back seat.

[00:09:09] And they don't seem to care about that specifically as they advance some of these plans.

[00:09:14] You hear them speak of democracy, but you never hear them speak of liberty.

[00:09:21] That's never on their tongues or their lips.

[00:09:23] And I've been kind of on this kick with the different congressional members, whether it's in the Senate or the House,

[00:09:30] and they're writing acts or things to bills to rein in the bureaucrats.

[00:13:10] And Mindy, what started this earlier in the week, and it was Senator Lee, Mike Lee, and he's proposing an act, they call it an act, that's going to rein in some of these bureaucratic departments that are spying and delving into information of the citizens.

[00:13:37] And I thought, well, that's all well and good.

[00:13:39] They like to pretend they're doing something.

[00:13:43] But I wrote the substack.

[00:13:45] There's power is in the purse.

[00:13:47] All these acts, all these bills are not going to do a darn thing.

[00:13:51] They need to defund these bureaucratic departments.

[00:13:54] So then a day ago, I think it was yesterday, it was Joni Ernst, or the day before maybe.

[00:14:02] And she actually wrote this act back in 2023.

[00:14:05] And she's trying to get, it's the Department of HUD, that they don't want to go back to work in an office.

[00:14:14] They want to stay at home and do their work from there.

[00:14:17] And so she's proposed some kind of an actor bill or whatever you want to call it to make them come to work.

[00:14:24] I think I'd cut their salaries.

[00:14:27] Unbelievable.

[00:14:28] What do you think Elon Musk would do?

[00:14:30] I know exactly what he would do.

[00:14:32] He would kick him to the curb.

[00:14:35] Okay, you want to stay home?

[00:14:37] Stay home.

[00:14:38] Yep.

[00:14:39] Not my problem.

[00:14:41] I can get more people like you that are willing to work for a living, you know.

[00:14:45] Exactly.

[00:14:48] I went through this earlier in this week that we have the three branches of government.

[00:14:55] And the bureaucratic is not a gut branch of government.

[00:14:59] Yeah, I keep making the word up.

[00:15:01] And it's hard to say, really.

[00:15:02] But Congress, Congress created the bureaucracy.

[00:15:09] They're the ones who established these departments.

[00:15:13] And they are there with the purse.

[00:15:16] And all they have to do is cut off their funding.

[00:15:19] Yeah.

[00:15:20] Even if they don't want to cut it all together, you know, these X amount of people that don't want to come back to work, fine.

[00:15:26] Don't come back to work.

[00:15:27] We're going to take your salaries away from you.

[00:15:30] Or we're going to deplete your salary by 50% or 60% or 30% or whatever.

[00:15:35] That would require having a spine.

[00:15:37] Yeah.

[00:15:39] And they don't.

[00:15:40] They don't.

[00:15:41] They want to please everybody.

[00:15:43] And what's that saying?

[00:15:44] I've heard somebody quoted on your show before.

[00:15:46] If you want to be popular, then you should be selling ice cream instead of being a politician, you know.

[00:15:52] Yes.

[00:15:52] You want to make everybody happy.

[00:15:54] It's never going to be possible.

[00:15:56] These lawmakers need to grow a spine.

[00:15:58] I'm so tired of them kowtowing to our enemies.

[00:16:03] And the NGOs, which is what you deal with.

[00:16:06] They're not even a government.

[00:16:07] They're totally – in fact, that's what they're called, non-governmental organizations.

[00:16:11] Yes.

[00:16:11] And that's who you battle with the most.

[00:16:15] And yet it seems like Congress kowtows to them too.

[00:16:19] Yes.

[00:16:19] Well, it's all about money because these NGOs have – most of them have very deep pockets.

[00:16:26] And that's why they're wanting to include public-private partnerships in that Sustains Act that we had talked about at your wonderful conference last month.

[00:16:39] You know, these public-private partnerships are basically NGOs funding the government.

[00:16:45] Well, what that means is they're buying influence.

[00:16:49] It's all become this big game of pay-to-play.

[00:16:52] There's no longer this transparent system of government where, you know, you can go in and as a citizen have a voice in our houses,

[00:17:04] in the Senate buildings and the House office buildings in Washington, D.C.

[00:17:09] They've made that nearly impossible to get meetings now ever since the January 6th situation.

[00:17:15] They continue to let that situation percolate in Washington, D.C.,

[00:17:21] and they're using it against the American people to prevent them from having access to our buildings, our houses, our representatives.

[00:17:31] And that's not how things are supposed to be.

[00:17:34] I mean, I say that because I have had a heck of a time getting meetings with these offices.

[00:17:41] It takes a couple weeks these days.

[00:17:44] Even with, you know, connections and knowing the right people and being able to get to the right individual to make a meeting,

[00:17:51] they don't call you back for a couple days.

[00:17:53] Or, you know, it's just there's extra security.

[00:17:57] When you get to the building, you have to show proof that you actually have a meeting.

[00:18:00] Ten years ago, you used to be able to go in as an American citizen and meet with your representative or U.S. senator.

[00:18:09] And if you happened to go down the hall and see somebody else that you were familiar with,

[00:18:14] you could, you know, walk into their office and see if somebody was available to speak to.

[00:18:19] It wasn't a big deal.

[00:18:20] Nowadays, it's like Fort Knox trying to get into our buildings and our representatives in Washington, D.C.

[00:18:28] It's absolutely disgusting.

[00:18:29] I wondered years ago, why is it they all need such protection?

[00:18:34] What is it they're up to that they need such protection?

[00:18:37] Well, this was written, and this kind of goes along with what I've been trying to say all week,

[00:18:42] and maybe a part of it was last week.

[00:18:43] I can't remember when I wrote the article, The Power is in the Purse.

[00:18:46] But this is coming from Imprimus, which is a publication from Hillsdale College,

[00:18:52] and it's written by a gentleman named Ryan Kleckner.

[00:18:56] The title of his article, and it's very lengthy, Out of Control Federal Law Enforcement Agencies.

[00:19:02] And when Rudy was showing this to me, I said, well, they all, all these departments,

[00:19:05] believe that they are law enforcement agencies.

[00:19:08] The EPA, the USDA, the BLM, they all think that, and the IRS,

[00:19:14] they all think they're there to enforce the law upon the American people.

[00:19:18] This is an excerpt from his thing.

[00:19:20] Like all these federal law enforcement agencies, he's particularly talking about the ATF,

[00:19:27] the ATF was created by Congress and is tasked with executing laws passed by Congress,

[00:19:35] in turn represents the act on behalf of the American people.

[00:19:39] In this context, the first and most important thing in bringing the ATF

[00:19:45] and these other agencies back under control is to impress firmly upon the fact that they are accountable to Congress

[00:19:53] and are the servants and not the enemies of the American people.

[00:19:58] And, of course, Congress, which they don't seem to understand, are accountable to we, the people.

[00:20:05] So, you know, I went through my little spiel.

[00:20:09] God created people.

[00:20:10] God's first, people second.

[00:20:11] People created the state, so the state comes next.

[00:20:14] The state created the federal government, so the federal government is the least of these.

[00:20:18] It's not supposed to be the largest.

[00:20:20] It's the least of these.

[00:20:22] Then the federal government created the bureaucracies, and it just keeps growing and growing and growing.

[00:20:29] And the bureaucracies, if I am correct, they don't have any true authority under the Constitution.

[00:20:36] They are not allowed to make laws.

[00:20:38] That is correct.

[00:20:39] But the Congress is.

[00:20:43] And, therefore, we, the people, shouldn't have to answer to these guys.

[00:20:47] We need to say when they come up, you know, you need this, this.

[00:20:51] Where under the Constitution do you have the authority to tell me what kind of a door to put on my building?

[00:20:58] What kind of a ditch?

[00:21:00] When I can dig a ditch and when I can't dig a ditch.

[00:21:03] I'm just making stuff up here.

[00:21:05] They have no authority.

[00:21:06] The act you were talking about earlier, these new bills that are being introduced, the problem with being an act is that they can be amended.

[00:21:16] And so, you know, these bills pass, and a couple years later they'll decide to amend this act with language that may completely change the whole intent of what was originally intended.

[00:21:30] And that's the problem is that these things take shape through more legislative reform, if you will.

[00:21:42] And you're right.

[00:21:42] The bureaucracies do not have the authority, which is why the overturning of the Chevron deference was so easy.

[00:21:50] Oh, yeah, that was huge.

[00:21:51] Because these bureaucracies have been making law and having, wielding, you know, a very heavy hand.

[00:21:59] And so that was really quite amazing that the Supreme Court overturned that.

[00:22:03] The timing was quite amazing, especially considering it happened under this current administration.

[00:22:10] But, yeah, that was a huge deal, and that will help with that.

[00:22:14] But we're not out of the woods by far.

[00:22:17] Oh, no.

[00:22:17] And, again, a solution to all of this is to have the United States no longer be a part of the United Nations.

[00:22:24] They need to withdraw from the U.N.

[00:22:27] We need to withdraw from the U.N.

[00:22:30] And they are not the ruler.

[00:22:32] We're a sovereign nation.

[00:22:33] We should not be kow-kowing to the United Nations.

[00:22:37] But they're injecting policies at the local, state, and federal level ruling over the American people.

[00:22:45] All this climate change baloney.

[00:22:47] It is.

[00:22:48] It's ridiculous.

[00:22:49] That was my next point.

[00:22:51] The Trump derangement that they keep talking about.

[00:22:55] I got to thinking about this the other night.

[00:22:56] It's actually brainwashing.

[00:22:59] That's what they've done.

[00:23:00] They have brainwashed the American people.

[00:23:02] And it's the media and the politicians.

[00:23:04] It's sad.

[00:35:29] of a confined animal

[00:35:30] feeding operation

[00:35:34] go to be processed

[00:35:37] for food

[00:35:37] and that is going

[00:35:39] to disrupt

[00:35:39] local access

[00:35:42] to locally grown food

[00:35:44] because it's a

[00:35:47] ballot initiative.
