Father, I thank you for Melody, that we can have fun and accomplish something at times. Sometimes we wonder what.

[00:01:24] But Father, I do thank you for her, for her business, for her support of the show, but for her friendship. I thank you for that. You're an amazing God that we have connected from so many miles away, that so many people right now are praying with us. It's just an amazing feeling. Makes me a little emotional sometimes.

[00:01:53] But we praise you, O God, for the great God that you are. And we ask your blessings, but we ask your protection. We live in a broken world, Father. We need your guidance. May we be a people that hunger and thirst for your righteousness, to be in your word, to commune with you in prayer, for that is what truly matters.

[00:02:23] I ask for your protection around President Donald J. Trump, all those in his administration, his family. Father, I pray that they are truly trying to do what is right. I know they're not going to always get it right. And we do pray for peace. And Father, there's all kinds of counseling going on,

[00:02:48] but I pray that you will have godly men or women in their presence, giving them godly counsel. The same with me. I need you, my Father. So be with us today during this show. May we have a little fun. May we make some common sense out there. Put people to thinking

[00:03:15] and bring them to the reality of they can't do things alone. They need you. And government is not going to come rescue us. So we need to do some things to prepare. Again, Father, Abba Father, we love you. And we thank you for your love and your grace and your mercy. For such a time as this, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.

[00:03:46] Well, most Americans right now, the last poll was 70%, which I think is crazy. They approve of the auditing, the transparency. They approve of the gathering and the deportations of the illegal aliens. At least we think we approve of what's going on. Not trying to be a skeptic here. You know I'm not. But hear me out.

[00:04:14] And I'm referring to the auditing that's going on. Government should not be complicated. But corruption is. You have to lie and hide. What's the old saying? A good accountant is referring to him as a pencil pusher or something. And we've all seen the corrupt folks, at least in the movies, where they've got a second set of ledgers and da, da, da, da, da. Bureaucats have been secure.

[00:04:44] These departments have been secure in knowing that they can hide the spending and abuse for years. Nobody's going to look, right? And they're shocked at even the idea now that America wants to look. Let me see your budget. Let me see your ledger. But we're not there yet. When I was on the air yesterday,

[00:05:12] I told you that an article had just came in. I had not read it yet. I've just skimmed it. Even today, I've just kind of skimmed it. But Trump was patting Congress on the back and gave his approval of one big, beautiful bill. Usually we, the people, are not so encouraged and happy to see one big, beautiful bill. Not in our mailboxes, anyway. We must remember, we aren't there yet.

[00:05:39] While Doge is finding crazy numbers and crazy spending, going to crazy things in crazy places, it seems we have found fraud in the allocation of money. We didn't find a treasure chest of cash. These apparent findings of Doge have not reached their way to the Budget Committee yet, the House of Representatives. And to my knowledge, nothing has been removed from the budget. It's still one big, beautiful bill,

[00:06:09] as Trump said, which I'm not happy about that. We aren't there yet, though, America. When I was a treasurer of a church, and it was a big deal, with a committee representing each one of the departments, as well as the personnel committee, we all met together, because I was the treasurer, and prepared the budget for the next year.

[00:06:38] Each one in each department pleading their case for more, or seldom less, it was usually more, money needed for their particular department. Then a budget was made out and presented to the church for a vote. Hey, that made me think. Maybe we should do that here. Maybe they should present a budget, put it out there, let the American people vote on it, just like we do in the church and other places. Well, maybe not.

[00:07:08] We just aren't there yet. But what I wanted to say about that is that during the year then, somebody would walk into my office, and they say, how much money do I have left in my account? They go, well, you don't really have an account, but I would tell them what they've spent, and, you know, what was allocated, da-da-da-da-da-da. And I think we're looking at this the same way. But they didn't find any cash.

[00:07:37] They just found where money is going, and it's not going where the American people would want it to go. So, with that, I want to talk about some of that, some other things with Melody today, and, you know, I wouldn't be doing us justice if we didn't talk about, you know, Fort Knox a little bit, too. Mindy, I mean, Melody, how are you doing today? Sorry about that. I'm doing great. Thank you. So, we're not there yet.

[00:08:07] What do you think? We're not there yet, are we? Well, you know, you said a little bit ago that you're not the skeptic, but I am. Well, I know. That's why we balance each other out. I'm known for that. And it's not that I'm a skeptic, it's just, you know. Well, you've been in the banking business, too, in your life, and so you kind of understand these ledgers, these budgets, and these things, and it's like, this is just craziness. Well, the thing of it is, you know, I am for,

[00:08:37] you know, auditing, auditing, but my biggest problem is the people that have been in these other positions. Those are the ones I do not trust. I do not trust all the billionaires that have been appointed in these various positions, and they're all crypto people, but what it does tell me is we are going to have a change in our monetary policy. I really do believe that, and the more you hear about these little quirks,

[00:09:07] and I also believe that President Trump is a person who just throws stuff out there. I miss that. President Trump is what? He just throws things out there to see what sticks and to get everybody all riled up and so forth, but there are some things that, you know, you can take with an interest. Absolutely. In fact, some of the people, when they were talking about foreign policy and some of the other things there, they said, you have to listen to what he says and how he says it, and they kind of are, they track him pretty good.

You know, Melody, I titled today's show We're Not There Yet because we're all excited about them finding. We already knew all this stuff was hidden in there. We didn't know where it was going or what was going on. And I think it's a good thing. Let's pretend everything they're doing is up and up, okay? Let's just go with the optimistic side of it. But at the same time, at the same time,

[00:13:33] we see this budget coming out. And there has been no changes in this budget, really. It's going to be the same thing they've always done. So, but our government is too big. The bureaucracy has taken on a life of its own and it's the one making the laws and all this and that because all these different departments are doing the, you know, they're the ones doing all the

[00:14:03] regulations and mandates and licenses and permits and you have to abide by them and we don't even know what they're writing. So you could be breaking the law and you don't even know what they're out there and it's just craziness. But until I see some of those things removed, you know, I mean really closed down, I'm not, I am a little skeptical. They found this money, they know that it's this and they know that it's that. So what are they going to do about it? They can't do it immediately. I understand that.

[00:14:32] But until they really start getting rid of some of these departments, I'm a little skeptical. That's just, you know, so I've joined you on that part anyway. I mean, sure, I think we're all in agreement that yeah, it's nice to see a little bit of a shakeup and so forth and whatnot and you're right, where exactly are all those savings going supposedly and the thing of it is the way I see it is, you know, they're pretty much what are they doing?

[00:15:02] Are they robbing Peter to pay Paul? Yes. And how much noise is this covering up other stuff and I don't know, I just don't feel the heart of the corruption, it's just not that we have an over-bloated government, we have corruption at the heart of it. Oh yes, absolutely. And you cannot, I mean, by cutting these various programs, yay, yay, yay, it's not correcting

[00:15:31] that corruption. No. And, you know, you need to see, people need to be held accountable. Absolutely. That's what happens. They can cut all the programs they want. We still got debt too great to be paid. Where do we go from here? So, let me, let me, let me say this too because yesterday they were throwing out the teaser, well, we found this money, maybe we should give

[00:16:01] some to the people, you know, and I thought, oh, here we go with another $600 stimulus check which always irritated me that they're talking about. Which increases inflation. But, but they didn't find money. They didn't find a treasure chest full of cash. They found money being spent that we don't have. All this money being spent, we don't have it. We're in debt. We don't have it. We're just writing blank checks. We're just, you know, sending it out there. So, you know, my point is we're not there yet. Everybody's excited. Everybody says,

[00:16:31] oh, we found this, we found that, we caught them, you know. But until somebody goes to jail, that's what Rudy and I were saying this morning. Until somebody goes to jail, we really haven't held anybody accountable for anything. No, and the only corrupt one is the guy in New York City and he gets off the hook. I mean, I mean. Well, he's not the only corrupt one. Well, you're innocent still proven guilty. Yeah, you're talking about Adams, I take it. However. Yeah.

[00:17:01] He's had to come to Jesus, you know. It's just, you know, and you're right. We need to hold, and I've been saying this for ages and ages and ages. No one has ever held accountable. No. But, you know, and some of the things and statements, I mean, I've, it's chaos, and I just don't know how long these paper markets are going to hold up under the noise. But it's interesting

[00:17:30] about Fort Knox. Yeah, let's talk about, you know, that song, all the gold in California. It came to my mind. that the treasury guy wants to monetize. I'm looking at, not only just checking, it's not checking Fort Knox to see what's there.

[00:17:59] The key terms that I've heard is revaluing the price of gold. What does that mean? Well, right now it's tagged at what, $42, and you know, so they would re-tag it to, I don't know, $2,000, $3,000, whatever. They're going to revalue the price of gold. But that gold was set at that price in 72. So my question is, if you want to do that

[00:18:27] if you're going to default on your debt. Interesting. And when we default on the debt, Okay. Yeah. I'm good with that. I want to know what you say. Economics and so forth. However, I've been doing this for 30 years and I can at least find the little dots and kind of make a little baby picture out of it or something.

[00:18:57] You know, and just like I said, just globally for trade policies and that could be too. I always said you're going to have a basket of currencies and it's going to be somewhat pegged by gold. Is it going to be 100% pegged by gold? No. 10% maybe? 5% maybe? That's still a lot of money even if it's that 1%. But it will keep all the trading currencies fairly more stable than what it is now. People will not be able to manipulate countries won't be able to manipulate

[00:19:26] their currencies as easily as they do today us included. So, that I believe could also play a part because a country who has the most highest you know, it has to be an equal balance somewhere. Coming back to the States to revalue the price of gold and tell your listeners if they got an opinion you know, to call in. If we revalue the price of gold

[00:20:07] back by gold or just having the currency back by gold which, but it would also put people in extreme, it would devastate. Let me get the number out. We've talked about how we were raising up the living standards around the world ours was declining and when we got

[00:20:37] to a certain equal balance they would pull the plug. I think this would be pulling that plug. So, would that be a good thing? It would be a good thing, right? There's two ways to look at it. Do I believe or it would say I don't think we'll ever have a republic again or for a very long time. So, it just depends on what arises from the ashes but that means you know, we hear the word pain. It would be extreme pain

[00:21:04] people across this country and when you have such a division in this country that's when you're going to see blood in the streets and so forth. So, no, I mean, it's, so, no one talks. Okay.

[00:21:34] At first when you started explaining it I thought, well that could be a good thing but everything, any kind of, how do I put this, any kind of reconfiguration, anything that they do right now is going to at least cause pain for a while before anything even if they default on the debt and try to build back up or however that is, however that looks,

[00:22:04] that scenario works out, we're all going to feel some pain for a little while. That's, that's what I think. And some will feel more pain than others. Okay. Yeah, as poor people. Maybe not, maybe it'll be the rich ones. No, actually the poor people will probably get off pretty easy. They're going to feel the less pain. Because we're used to it. Because they don't have anything to lose. They don't have any financial, they don't have homes and cars and, you know, they don't have all the debt. Okay. So, people on

[00:22:34] retirees, pension plans, retirement accounts, senior citizens, social security, that's what will be whacked. Okay. So your higher level of society is what will really feel the pain. And that's why you'll have this large reaction. I mean, even those that are less fortunate, yeah, they'll still feel it. They might feel it in higher pricing than food, access to certain products and certain like that. Yes, they'll feel that pain

[00:23:04] and so forth. But they're not going to lose their retirement account. They'll lose their social security. They might lose their Medicaid. They might lose their health insurance. That's what I'm going to ask. I saw it this morning, Melody. And of course, this has been something that's been padded back and forth like a volleyball for years. Is the gold there? Is the not gold there?

[00:28:35] Is the gold not there? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And this morning I saw Rand Paul send something out. He wanted to know. He doesn't believe it's there. But his father, Ron Paul, does believe it's there. But then I saw something and I did not print it off, but it was talking about the amount of money that it is. And it was in the billions. And I'm thinking, we don't even have enough gold in there to cover

[00:29:03] this $32 trillion debt we've got. All the gold in California is not in Fort Knox, I guess. But anyway, what's your opinion? I know that's just the fun conspiracy theory stuff, but what's your opinion on the gold in Fort Knox? Is it there or not? I don't have an opinion. Because I don't know. Very wise. Very wise you are. However, I do know the United States

[00:29:33] probably has bought and sold gold throughout the 50 years. Yeah, but not me and you. But not you and me, no. And so, if it's not,

[00:29:56] then I would see... Think people would be angry? Again. Oh yeah, absolutely. So maybe we don't want to know. Let's just pretend that it's full of these beautiful, large gold bars and all is good. If they do audit it,

[00:30:22] I mean, you really believed anything our government told us. I don't care who it is. It's been a long time ago. And what would change our opinion to think that they would tell us the truth? Yeah. Interesting. So... Very interesting. I can't... That's something

[00:30:51] that I just... You know, it's... I can create situations as to whether it is there or not there. So... All this talk about Fort Knox and the gold, has that changed anything in the gold market? Something going on in the gold market

[00:31:15] and I... There's certainty from the employees.

[00:31:48] You know, there's a domino of people will be cutting back and that could even be part of the plan. You know, you get enough people unemployed and there's money coming out of the system because they're not going to be spending. It could have a little bit of an impact with prices coming down. It's a crappy way to do it, but...

[00:32:17] Excuse my language. But... I understand. It's French. You know, but then on the other hand it is shrinking the government isn't about laying off people. Shrinking the government is laying off the politicians and holding them accountable. That's strange. And it's... People are going to their jobs doing what they're told to do for the most part. Right. Except some of the directors I think in those offices I think they're just... Well, sure, but they're still not

[00:32:47] going to be held accountable. They're still following a set up chain of command. But yeah. I think you're right. I think you're right. And you know, that was kind of my point at the beginning in my monologue and I know it's unrealistic. But if Congress was doing their job and watching the purse, none of this would be there. We can blame the bureaucracy. There's plenty of blame to go around.

[00:33:16] But when you've got the Democrats out there and they're telling the truth about, well, we created those. Yeah, you did. You created this fraud. And it wasn't just the Democrats. Republicans did it too. And so, you know, when they come out with a budget, which they don't do it because they can't get a budget together, they don't do it right. They don't do it like any other business or association or organization or church or anything. They don't discuss what needs to be done for each one of these departments. They just keep doing

[00:33:46] the same thing over and over again. Add a little bit. They never take any off. They add a little bit. And so, until I see whatever's coming out of this doge disappearing on a budget, I'm skeptical. I'm excited about it, but I'm very, that it's being found out. But until we see, like we said earlier, somebody being held accountable, and you know, if the Democrats and the Republicans were doing their job,

[00:34:17] Elon Musk wouldn't be in the position that he's in. That's true. That's absolutely true. And do I like him? No, I don't like him. It's not that I don't like him. I mean, you know, it's just, I don't know. He's different. There's just like no oversight over him and that's what bothers me. There's no one watching what they are doing. There's no one overseeing what he does.

[00:34:48] Right? Yeah. Except for Trump. I think Trump is kind of seeing that he can't do everything. There's no way he can do it all. So, I think maybe you're right. But at the same time, you're right. He wouldn't have to be there if Congress was doing their job. And we wouldn't have this bureaucratic, corrupt mess if Congress was doing their job. And if Congress is approving of this bureaucratic, corrupt mess, then they need to go. So that it always falls back on we the people.

[00:35:18] We keep putting these corrupt politicians in place and I think, you know, everybody wants an age limit now instead of a term limit. They want an age limit, which I'm not disagreeing with. If they go through a medical thing and they're fine, then I'm okay with it. Dianne Feinstein wasn't fine. Mitch McConnell's not fine. There's several of them I don't believe are fine. I don't think Nancy Pelosi's fine. But anyway, we're in a mess and we cannot rely

[00:35:48] on government. We know that. Government is never here to help us. They haven't been. That's been the history of it. So, we go back to what I always say when I have you on there. We've got to make sure on our own. So, we've got to have that assurance. We have to have our own Fort Knox, right? Absolutely. Because I'll tell you what, I mean, when you really think about it, by revaluing the gold

[00:36:18] and doing these things, have a price limit for gold or silver. I mean, the sky's the limit. It's, you know, I don't know because I haven't lived through it. I saw a chart today when they pegged the gold to $42. Gold prices

[00:36:47] after that went up like almost 200% or something. Wow. just think where we're at now at $3,000, what 200% would look like. So, if we have 401 as our, I'm sorry, if we have gold as our 401 case, it's doing well then, right? Absolutely. It would be doing well. I'm going to give you a number. We haven't done that. And, we have to find a way to get out from underneath it. He said, a country that collapses. He said,

A trillion here, a trillion there. Oh my gosh. So, you know, and again, those are things, some of those tentacles that

[00:47:05] are outreached from the debt and our country being on a fiat currency, the only thing that keeps that fiat currency moving is confidence in the United States. confidence. And I'm not so sure we have a whole lot of that confidence towards the United States, but that's the only thing that keeps it going.
